- 0:08Chapter 20. Verse 13.
- 0:12You shall not murder one simple verse tonight.
- 0:17Let's pray together, father, you deserve reverence through your
- 0:22word even if it's one word and we stand in reverence of your
- 0:25worth tonight and Lord help us realize that these are not just
- 0:29commands given for argued. But these are the reflections of
- 0:32your character. They speak of who you are.
- 0:36And what we just pray that as we sit under your word, maybe be
- 0:40attentive as we just sang about. Midway, may we worship you with
- 0:44our minds and our hearts and our whole, being able to give you
- 0:46our attention. And as an act of worship the
- 0:49Lord, we pray also that we would live it and we would live these
- 0:52things that we hear of, that is what true worship is Father.
- 0:56You know, who here loves you and knows, you and has put their
- 0:59faith and trust in Jesus, you know, those that need to when we
- 1:04pray that for the save and the other state who could all leave
- 1:06your transformed father, we trust in you because your
- 1:10promises are true. And you're not a man that should
- 1:11lie. And so what we come in
- 1:13dependency as we pray, we say, we need you tonight more duties.
- 1:17Z Nation needs you going, you don't have a plan B, you know,
- 1:21planning, that's your church. And so we just pray that your
- 1:24church in this place would be edified equipped whatever need
- 1:28that we have or that it would be met so that we can serve you
- 1:30through greater degree. Lord, I'm weak.
- 1:35I need you tonight. What we need you tonight, close
- 1:39us with your presence leaders by your Holy Spirit, Lord, that
- 1:42every word be given with Precision of speech and Clarity
- 1:47either be no confusion, or may your work hard for me to bind up
- 1:51the wounds, or we need you each year, we can say that for
- 1:53another half an hour, we need to support guide us tonight.
- 1:57We pray the precious name of Jesus Christ.
- 2:00Amen. You may be seated in the
- 2:01presence of the Lord. Commandment number 6.
- 2:07We've dedicated a week for each commandment.
- 2:11And here we are. You shall not murder seems
- 2:14straightforward. We can probably touch on that
- 2:17her 15 minutes and walk out of your butt.
- 2:20Remember these commands are not just instructions for our
- 2:24well-being or how we should navigate through life.
- 2:26They speak concerning who God is his nature, his character, his
- 2:31attributes. And if we want our minds to be
- 2:35renewed, we must understand God's.
- 2:38If we want our thoughts to be transformed, if we want our
- 2:41worldview to be aligned with God's, we have to understand who
- 2:45he is. We have to understand how he
- 2:47thinks. We have to understand how he
- 2:49sees the world. We have to understand how he
- 2:52values human life. And so tonight, as we explore
- 2:58this commandment may, we understand who God Is, You shall
- 3:02not murder. I'm just going to open up her
- 3:05question right now. What does that even mean when
- 3:08you hear murder What does that command and fly?
- 3:22Physical act of taking someone's life.
- 3:24Sure. Unjustified killing.
- 3:29That's important. Well thank God that the Bible
- 3:35interprets, the Bible and all it takes is a little effort to see
- 3:39that the point. Two different references in
- 3:41order to have Greater Life, turn your Bibles to numbers 35 number
- 3:4535, I'm going to give you a heads up.
- 3:47This Bible studies going to be scripture heavy because of
- 3:50Point, Bible studies less preaching and more.
- 3:52Hey, look at these verses. Is see what these scriptures
- 3:55have to say for themselves. And that you would be equipped
- 3:59with the truths through these scriptures numbers. 35,
- 4:03beginning of verse 16, This is the law.
- 4:11Concerning the Cities of Refuge that would be established in the
- 4:13nation of Israel concerning actually those that would commit
- 4:16murder and how they work to respond to that.
- 4:19And this is just a portion but it helps us understand what God
- 4:22has in mind when he means murdered.
- 4:25Verse 16. But he struck him down with an
- 4:29iron object so that he died. He is a murderer, the murderer
- 4:33shall be put to death, and if you struck him down with a stone
- 4:36tool, that could cause death and he died, he is a murderer, the
- 4:40murderer shall be put to death or if he struck him down with a
- 4:43wooden tool that could cause that any die.
- 4:47He is a murderer. The murderer shall be put to
- 4:50death. Now, scroll down to verse 20 and
- 4:52if he pushed them out of hatred or hurled something at him lying
- 4:56in, Away. So that he died or an entity
- 4:59struck him down with his hand so that he died and he was struck,
- 5:03the blow shall be put to death. He is a murder the Avenger of
- 5:07blood shall be shall put the murder to death when he meets
- 5:10him. Okay.
- 5:11So based on those verses We understand that murder in.
- 5:17God's mind is a premeditated intentional act of violence
- 5:22intended to Take someone's life, take some 1 by mu.
- 5:29This is an important part in an unauthorized manner,
- 5:33unauthorized manner. Now, murder is not subject only
- 5:37to a meet immediate act of violence.
- 5:40It can manifest through what carelessness negligence.
- 5:45Murder can manifest in someone hiring.
- 5:48Somebody else to do the ACT, you think of somebody the Bible who
- 5:51did that, David did not kill your eye with a sort of killing
- 5:57with a pen. This one reference letter, put
- 6:02him in the front lines. That's murder when Nathan came,
- 6:06he accused them of murder. now I say in an unauthorized manner,
- 6:11why Because there is chilling in the scriptures.
- 6:16That is Justified. Can you think of ways that
- 6:19killing especially Old Testament, even in the New
- 6:21Testament is Justified? Turn to a couple of chapters of
- 6:30Exodus, 22 verse 2. Miss U's and hearts first, one
- 6:37or sheep, and kills it ourselves, it he shall prepare
- 6:4050 auction for, not stand for sheep, four sheep.
- 6:42If the thief is found breaking in and struck so that he dies,
- 6:46there shall be no blood feel for him, but at the sun has risen on
- 6:49him. There shall be blood good for
- 6:51him. So we see murder or killing
- 6:54rather is Justified in what? Self defense.
- 7:00How is it Justified? In just Wars first Samuel, 15
- 7:09Jesus, all destroy the amalekites, destroy the
- 7:14completely man woman. Child animals, all of it
- 7:19destroy. That was not in a bad mood that
- 7:22day. Was God's just feeling like, you
- 7:26know, I think I want to just I just want to have a genocide day
- 7:28today. We're going to learn something
- 7:31about God and home considering how he does these things.
- 7:35What other ways is killing justified in the scriptures?
- 7:39Sorry punishment punishment. Can we say specifically capital
- 7:43punishment? Yes, and that's all the way back
- 7:46from Genesis. We're going to talk about that
- 7:49as well. And so we understand that there
- 7:52is a authorized way of taking somebody's life.
- 7:54But what God has in mind with this command, is that there is
- 7:57an unauthorized way. That there is an unjust way that
- 7:59there's an Unholy way of doing it, and this is what he's
- 8:02speaking of. Why does God hate murder?
- 8:07I'm needing him not to do it. Why does God hate it?
- 8:16What comes to mind when you think of the Lord concerning his
- 8:18attributes that he would say Do not.
- 8:20Commit murder doesn't say here but it does say else word.
- 8:26This is a beautiful reason. Why God it's murder.
- 8:28Go back to Genesis. Go back to chapter 9 verse 6
- 8:33After the flood scene. God hates murder.
- 8:41God, hates the act of one man, taking the life of another.
- 8:45Why? When somebody goes to her six
- 8:47and you just read it really loud for us to hear Genesis 9:6.
- 8:52Whoever sheds man's blood by man in the image of God.
- 8:58So, there's that capital punishment verse right there.
- 9:01That is a man sheds. The blood of another man, then
- 9:04his blood shall be shed. This is is a new law that God
- 9:07instituted After the flood which says something about what the
- 9:10pre-flood these are like. When he saw the wickedness and
- 9:14he was grieved, that he made, man, this law concerning the
- 9:19violence, this large shed by the fact that there must have been
- 9:21bloodshed. That reach the heavens.
- 9:27So God says, okay Fresh Start the flood and all those things.
- 9:30And the recruitment of Adam, it's like a creation of the
- 9:34World Part to the world started with a flood so to speak.
- 9:37It was covered by the waters and chaos and here it is again.
- 9:40The flood covers the waters again and so we're starting over
- 9:43again yet. Adam in the beginning.
- 9:45Now he has no unfortunately no I fell into the same type of sin,
- 9:48Adam did. He was naked and he said with a
- 9:50fruit, Which shows that even a flood combat cleanser, um, only
- 9:55the blood can only the blood of Jesus in the heart of man can
- 9:59cleanse him. But he says something I'm going
- 10:01to do something in this world again and I'm going to say this,
- 10:04if you shed the blood of another, it's going to cost you
- 10:06your life. Why what's my reason?
- 10:08Because man is created in God's image?
- 10:12That's why. And theologians are still
- 10:17debating today. What is that?
- 10:19Really mean? Man?
- 10:20Is created in God's image, but for the sake of discussion,
- 10:22let's open it up. When you think of is support,
- 10:25listen, the doctrine of the image of God concerning man is
- 10:29vitally important vitally important because if we do, not
- 10:32understand that we will not understand the value of
- 10:34humanity, and if we don't understand the value of
- 10:36humanity, we can make statements, like many people who
- 10:40today that you are no more valuable than your dog.
- 10:46And I remember listening to an interview with those who hold to
- 10:50an atheistic worldview, and they were challenged with the
- 10:53question. If your dog and your neighbor
- 10:56were drowning in a river. Who would you save?
- 10:59And then he said my dog. We're just all product of
- 11:05evolution. We're just we're just different
- 11:07species. So, this doctor is important.
- 11:14What is the image of God? What does it mean to be created
- 11:17in the image of God? Yes.
- 11:22And like the attributes that concern to be able to hold
- 11:30yourself. Okay.
- 11:33So we have moral reasoning, right?
- 11:36Yes brother. You got something.
- 11:37Your hand up. Same characteristics of God.
- 11:42Yes sir Russian Russian, Al rational reason.
- 11:52Anything else? Compassion and love and
- 11:55compassion. Yes.
- 12:00What else? So self-aware.
- 12:08There's an ultimate purpose that we carry.
- 12:11One of the things come to mind when you think of it, you've got
- 12:13I'm creating that image of God. What does that mean?
- 12:19The reflections of like, the heart of God.
- 12:21No, it wasn't that those aspects of, it's not the full picture,
- 12:23but you're getting a, you know, some.
- 12:27So, when I look at man, I see something of God.
- 12:29Yes, we see that through our attributes.
- 12:33We see that to our capacity of loving and showing compassion.
- 12:36We see that in the fact that we carry a purpose, I think one
- 12:39important aspect of it is that we are relational beings that
- 12:43God himself is relationship. He was not in need Humanity,
- 12:47when he created him, he was alone in heaven.
- 12:49He was community in perfect, love with the Trinity.
- 12:53And so when he created us in His image, what that did to us is we
- 12:56now have this innate desire for relationship.
- 12:59We want to deal with other people, we want to be with a
- 13:02mate, not only that, but we have the capacity to relate to God
- 13:06and to have communion with God and to enjoy God.
- 13:11I believe Free Will as a part of it.
- 13:14I believe again reason has apart, I believe the fact that
- 13:16we are intelligent beings. That we have a capacity to
- 13:20reflect yes his moral attributes.
- 13:22All those things essentially we can just generalize it is this
- 13:25that we have we are even mirrors of God.
- 13:32Here's the thing. When the fall happened.
- 13:34Did it destroy the fact that man is created in God's image?
- 13:38No. What did it do that?
- 13:39It deformed, it, it distorted it, damaged it.
- 13:44How do we know that? Well, Genesis 9 is after the
- 13:46fall and God says, he gives the same reason the reason why I
- 13:50don't want you to murders. His man is still no, it's
- 13:52deformable. There's mud on the mirror.
- 13:54He still created in my image. There's still something that
- 13:57carries. It's very, very different from
- 14:01any other form of creation. And so we can go to say this
- 14:05when we come in Christ, we begin a process of being restored to
- 14:08the phones of the image of God. That's the beauty.
- 14:11That's the beauty of the Gospel that we enter into now a process
- 14:14in which God were finds us and changes us and restores with the
- 14:17intended from the beginning. so, in light of that, when the act
- 14:23of murders committed against another, what does it say?
- 14:30I believe it is an assault to the Pinnacle expression of God's
- 14:35creation, which is humanity. It is a vicious statement.
- 14:42A vicious violation against what God intended to be precious.
- 14:51And if you beautifully distinct from all the rest of his
- 14:54creation, God, put so much value in US.
- 15:00He elevated us above all creation and when man, violates
- 15:03that if Islands were God, considers to be precious and
- 15:06holy and separate from everything else, There's
- 15:11something or that you hold or someone that, you know, that
- 15:14it's more precious than anything.
- 15:15Somebody coming in violating that there is a nerve that is
- 15:17struck concerning that object that you've placed so much value
- 15:21in and that's what happens with the Lord.
- 15:24But I would say this is to that murder is an assault or an
- 15:28attack upon God himself. Upon God himself.
- 15:32Not just what he Treasures on us, but for yes, why.
- 15:36Because we are created in His image meaning we represent God.
- 15:42And so whether one knows it or not, when he comes to attack or
- 15:46destroy a man in a sense, he's making a declaration of
- 15:54attempting to destroy God saying, why what do you mean?
- 16:00I mean that the same way a person from a different country,
- 16:05maybe he hates our present or hated presence in the past and
- 16:07they know that they can't access him, but make a statement, will
- 16:10take a picture of him and they'll burn it for the figure
- 16:14frame of him and stop mind spit on it.
- 16:18Knowing that they can't access. And it's a statement of I wish
- 16:21you would. I wish you would come to the
- 16:22ground. I wish you would be buried
- 16:24alive. That's why I see them loves
- 16:27murder. He loves murder.
- 16:34Because he knows he himself as powerful as he is, cannot touch
- 16:39The Fringe of His Garment. Can I you come into His
- 16:41presence, right? Not breathing on him killing
- 16:43him. They'll do the next closest
- 16:45thing. Destroy His image.
- 16:48Destroy anything that represents him.
- 16:50That's why you loves gang violence.
- 16:53That's why you loves unjust Wars.
- 16:54That's why he loves suicide. Or you thought murder was just
- 16:59attacking somebody else. No murder is taking your own
- 17:05life because God gave it to you as a gift.
- 17:07It doesn't belong to you. That's why he loves.
- 17:14Abortion. because he has a perfect hatred towards God, and
- 17:23even the image of God, Entices him to satisfy the itch, on
- 17:30wanting to destroy and Dethrone God.
- 17:33And so I want to destroy His Image wherever I can find it.
- 17:39So murder number one. Is totally wrong eyes about
- 17:44because we're creating this image.
- 17:45And number two, murder is wrong to the next one because it
- 17:48advances the agenda of Satan We know the famous verse in John
- 17:538:44. Rang, what is Johnny?
- 17:5544, Audrey be here. You received the Pharisees Jesus
- 18:00are of your father, the devil. And your will is to do your
- 18:05father's desires. He was a murderer from the
- 18:11beginning. Now, this is in light of Johnny
- 18:1337. When you said you want to kill
- 18:16you, I know what you're thinking, you want to kill me,
- 18:21and then he calls them out and he says, you're just like your
- 18:24father and probably thinking on Abraham right now, the devil
- 18:29because you want to murder and he's been murdering for the
- 18:31beginning. You know, the first murder is is
- 18:33that Kane? It's Satan.
- 18:37How did he murder from the beginning?
- 18:41How did Satan murder? He sent it to the beginning.
- 18:47So we could go back to the beginning to see what he did,
- 18:52Adam and Eve. The day that you eat of the tree
- 18:57of the knowledge of Good and Evil the day you do it, you
- 19:00shall surely die. Here's some sound wisdom and
- 20:07some sound advice. I hope that will help you
- 20:09against your fight of saying. I don't care what this thing is
- 20:12whenever you're faced with the immediate pleasure or the
- 20:15immediate somewhat result, that would produce some kind of join
- 20:20your life, stop Halt and think of a consequence that might come
- 20:23after that. Is it safe and voice did?
- 20:28His voice is so loud and so deceiving the only way that you
- 20:31can counter-attack. His voice is by filling yourself
- 20:34with God's voice. So when he says it's gonna feel
- 20:38good, you'll know through the promises and the consequences in
- 20:42the warnings of scripture. Oh my feel good about that
- 20:44pleasure is fleeting but in his presence is the fullness of joy.
- 20:49No, thank you. Say that I'm going to sleep with
- 20:50God's presence. But unless you get your heart in
- 20:56your mind and mine with this word is voice with all the more
- 20:58get louder side note. And we come back here, Satan was
- 21:05a murderer from the beginning of his safe and murdered the entire
- 21:07human race. Though, Adam was held
- 21:12responsible Satan was the one that tempted him and Usher him
- 21:16towards that direction. So although Adam, yes sir, we do
- 21:19receive, the imputed and inherited, Sid from Alan in some
- 21:24sense. He did cursed, the serpent as
- 21:25well, he's a murderer. he's a murderer from the beginning
- 21:31saying you're like your father And this is important for us to
- 21:39understand. Because murder and whatever form
- 21:45is manifested in. If it's unjust this Unholy, that
- 21:50unrighteous is satanic in nature.
- 21:54The shooting in Chicago. This isn't about Anything other
- 21:59than the fact that it's satanic? It's satanic.
- 22:05It's demonic. He loves it.
- 22:09He serves it up. And I'm going to stick on a
- 22:16little Point here. I'm going to talk about abortion
- 22:18for a little bit. I remember watching a
- 22:22documentary of this ministry that dedicated himself to
- 22:26preacher friend, abortion sending the Florida region in
- 22:30Orlando and in doing so compassionately.
- 22:33And they've seen fruit from it, where people have turned their
- 22:35backs on that abortion. Abortion Mill and they gave
- 22:37birth to their beautiful babies and gave God the glory.
- 22:40Yes. But created those ministers for
- 22:43saving them. But I remember this why?
- 22:45I was trying to find it. I could not find it.
- 22:48This is a few years guy we're in Orlando.
- 22:51There was one specific abortion clinic that had free abortion
- 22:54day. So, you want to have a free
- 22:57abortion, you could come and apparently, in that day, there
- 22:59was 100 abortions and I want location alone.
- 23:03Now, think about this, this is what these ministers testified
- 23:06on that as they were there preaching.
- 23:09And pleading, with women to turn their backs on this Sim on this
- 23:13act of murder. They said by a certain time in
- 23:18the late afternoon, a woman. Came out of that clinic and she
- 23:23was not a woman that came in for abortion.
- 23:24She was a woman that performed abortion, she was one of the
- 23:28nurses. She had walked out frankly she
- 23:33walked out looking distraught. She had walked out saying, I'm
- 23:35going home. And one of these ministers
- 23:36stopped and said, why are you leaving what's going on at?
- 23:39This is what she said. Not a Believer.
- 23:41This is not a Believer. This is what she said herself.
- 23:44We reach number 87 with these babies, over these pieces,
- 23:48whatever you want to call. And I can tell you that in that
- 23:52room, I felt Satan. Staying there himself There is
- 24:00such an evil presence in that room that I had to ask to leave
- 24:04because it was so overwhelming. I fit that into theology how you
- 24:09will but this is not coming from somebody who is not a believer.
- 24:17What is God saying? His word Proverbs 16 says,
- 24:23there's seven things that I hate you can turn with you on going
- 24:26to be the first three, there are six things that the Lord hates.
- 24:32Six things of the Lord hates seven.
- 24:34That are Abomination, M 7 things that are two things that God
- 24:38hates whether things that he's absolutely disgusted by.
- 24:41There are things that are so beyond him and he said that in
- 24:44Jeremiah moment of surgery. Look what he says here.
- 24:48The first three haughty eyes, Notice the first thing is pride
- 24:52haughty eyes a person that elevates self and looks at
- 24:55others with a degree and look and I'm more Superior than you.
- 25:00It's in the eyes and manifests in the eyes a lying tongue.
- 25:04In fact, if you read through these seven you'll notice that
- 25:06lying or false witness comes up more than once and hands that
- 25:13shed innocent blood. And the same book, The Book of
- 25:18Proverbs chapter 31 verse eight. It tells us open your mouth for
- 25:22the mute. Open your mouth for the mute for
- 25:26the rights of all. Who are destitute.
- 25:30We, as Believers have a command, we have been given instruction
- 25:34to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves to speak
- 25:38for the rights of those who cannot defend their own rights.
- 25:45Open your mouth with a new and that's what we're going to do in
- 25:47the next few moments. There is a staggering verse
- 25:54found in Jeremiah 19:5. God's commentary on a people
- 26:00that were living in a consistent lifestyle of false worship that
- 26:03involved. Human child sacrifice.
- 26:11This is what he says in Jeremiah 19:5.
- 26:16And that built the high places of Baal to burn their sons and
- 26:21daughters in the fire as burnt offerings to Bill.
- 26:26Look what he says here, which I did not command or decree nor
- 26:31did it come to my mind. Like it didn't even, it didn't
- 26:37even occur to me. You vile tons of iron would come
- 26:46up with such an act. That you would take these babes,
- 26:53the babes that I took the time. Two beautifully form and put
- 27:01together in the mother's womb. Inside, Vice didn't come.
- 27:11It's so, you know, in Revelation, it talks about
- 27:14concerning one of the churches that they have tapped into the
- 27:16deep things of Satan. there are some things that are satanic and
- 27:20there are some things that the BBC coverage He says he's
- 27:28sneezing. I can't even register.
- 27:31I can't even really process what you're doing right now.
- 27:36He hates the hands. Who have shed, innocent blood?
- 27:44I encourage you to do just a simple research on reasons why
- 27:48women have abortions and you're going to find something
- 27:50staggering What you will find without a nationwide level or
- 27:55state level. Is that a majority of the
- 28:00reasons why abortions are performed?
- 28:04You're the reasons ready? I just don't feel like I'm ready
- 28:07to be a mom. I feel like this child will
- 28:11interfere with my school or work.
- 28:14I'm afraid to raise this child alone.
- 28:17I'm free this child, coming into the world will affect my
- 28:20relationship with it with with that partner with others.
- 28:24And here are the less frequent reasons.
- 28:27I mean, very minimal talking about statistics.
- 28:30You're not talking about just saying, I found my stats like
- 28:33numbers. The least the number one, these
- 28:37rhaegar incest. Isn't that funny because that's
- 28:40one of the main arguments for abortion.
- 28:46Fetal issues, or the mother being sick of some sort of.
- 28:48Effectively, those are the least reasons why our fortunes are
- 28:52performed. So the number one reasons why
- 28:54abortions are performed is because of inconvenience.
- 29:01Inconvenience. And we look at a verse like
- 29:04Jeremiah 19. If you look at that context, we
- 29:06go back to insane. That's insane.
- 29:10That parents would take their children.
- 29:14And sacrifice them to an item called bail.
- 29:18Let me tell you something. It's no different today.
- 29:22That people are still giving up their children, but to a
- 29:25different type of idol. It's called themselves.
- 29:30It's about my convenience, it's about my life.
- 29:33If this child will interfere with what I want to do, I'm
- 29:36willing to kill it. What's a fetus?
- 29:41Call it. What you want?
- 29:43Is it different when it comes out of the womb?
- 29:44Yes, so the whole matter of it being a human is a matter of
- 29:47location then. Oh no.
- 29:52You want to go further and to see how vile this is.
- 29:55I encourage you. I encourage you.
- 29:56If you have the stomach to hold it, look up.
- 29:59How a first trimester abortion is performed. if you really want
- 30:04to be able to, Quote, Jeremiah 19:5 for yourself.
- 30:10Look up a second. Trimester abortion.
- 30:13Let me just give you a few descriptions.
- 30:18His you're probably hearing something else on your campus.
- 30:20You're probably hearing different arguments, but I
- 30:22believe one of the strongest arguments is just to know how
- 30:25the ACT is performed itself. You will be convinced.
- 30:28Otherwise I'm sure unless you've gone to a place like these
- 30:31Israelites have We'll talk about the consequence of the nation,
- 30:35who sheds innocent blood. It is not pretty first trimester
- 30:41Babies. Small enough for a woman to take
- 30:44a certain type of pill. That will essentially there's a
- 30:46generalize it. Allow that baby on her next or
- 30:49not next but one of her bathroom trips for that baby.
- 30:52Be flushed down the toilet. And if that is not successful,
- 30:57they'll find a way to put a vacuum suction machine to suck
- 31:01out that baby. And if you really stare close
- 31:04enough, you'll still be able to see that baby's fingers and
- 31:06toes. But perhaps we're delaying on
- 31:10your decision to have such a abortion at an early stage so
- 31:13you wait until the second trimester so what do they do?
- 31:16That babies now too big For that little vacuum to suck it up. and
- 31:23so, what they do is they suck out the amniotic fluid, And then
- 31:27the going with a client and they can't do this visibly, they
- 31:30can't do this with with the knowledge of sight so they do it
- 31:33blindly they begin to just chop away at the baby.
- 31:36And they begin to pull up different body parts.
- 31:39But see the head is too big even for that to be pulled out.
- 31:42So what they'll do is they'll crush the baby skull in the
- 31:44mother's room. And it take out pieces at a
- 31:50time. In order to ensure that every
- 31:54piece of it taken out, whether doctor will do is resembled that
- 31:57be to make sure that there's no body parts missing.
- 32:01And then they'll go in and clean out the rest.
- 32:05Of the mess. As Christians, we have to
- 32:13understand that the Lord, the Lord sees the womb, it family
- 32:20has Jeremiah 1:5. God says, before I formed you in
- 32:26the womb, I knew you, Jeremiah even as mr.
- 32:30Jeremiah no. Before I formed you.
- 32:36So who forms? God, warns, we're in the womb
- 32:38before that even though I knew you.
- 32:43And before you were born, I consecrated you for what I
- 32:47appointed you a prophet to the nation's.
- 32:50See when one commits an abortion, the reason why Satan
- 32:55loves this act of murder is because not only does he kill a
- 32:58person who kills a destiny. Isn't kill a little body.
- 33:05Also, kills a calming. Ephesians 2:10 tells us that
- 33:09we've been created in Christ Jesus for good works, which he
- 33:12prepared beforehand and when one comes in Christ, not only does
- 33:17he give you salvation, he gives you service, he gives you a
- 33:20purpose in this world. And so, Satan says, in light of
- 33:25Jeremiah 1:5 because I know that he forms you.
- 33:29And because I know that in the womb, he consecrates, you, I'm
- 33:32going to kill you in the womb before you even have a chance of
- 33:36a breath of fresh air. Because murder.
- 33:46Especially at that level of life.
- 33:50And the enemy's mind. Is hindering any opportunity or
- 33:55possibility of God's program on the earth advance.
- 34:03Think about that too masculine. So they were or not necessarily
- 34:05abortions. Think of the two masterminds
- 34:07concerning babies in the scriptures.
- 34:09Moses Jesus. To delivers.
- 34:15And Jesus being ultimately one, right?
- 34:20And I wonder what the enemy has in mind with the fact that we
- 34:23are. I think reaching 60 million
- 34:24since 1973 babies in America alone, what is he thinking?
- 34:27It's not what's going on within sight.
- 34:29Does he have Who's going to be the next revivalist?
- 34:38I don't know, but I'm not willing to take the chance to
- 34:40find out. Who's going to be the next
- 34:43Jonathan Edwards? I don't know, but I'm going to
- 34:45kill that chance even from the womb.
- 34:48Who knows what's going on is mine?
- 34:54I want to say this boldly. And I pray that you would stick
- 35:00by the end of this Bible study to kill the full thing.
- 35:03If you have committed an abortion, if you have convince
- 35:07somebody to commit abortion, if you've paid for an abortion, you
- 35:10are in Murder. There's innocent blood stains.
- 35:23but, of course, Of course, people don't take heed to the
- 35:29warning, sound in scripture, of course, people.
- 35:34Don't want to hear what God has to say.
- 35:38So, there are consequences when blood is shed.
- 35:42Back in numbers, 35 and you can turn there.
- 35:48Numbers, 35, verse 33. This is at the end of the
- 35:53chapter concerning God's laws and commands regarding murder.
- 35:58Look what he says about murder. You shall not pollute the land
- 36:04in which you live. For blood pollutes, the land.
- 36:12And no atonement can be made for the land for the blood.
- 36:15That is shed in except by the blood of the one who said it.
- 36:20I can somebody read the next verse.
- 36:26You shall not defile. The land in, which you live in
- 36:29the midst of which, I dwell for, I the lord.
- 36:32Well in mid to the people of Israel, in which I used well and
- 36:36not just where you dwell. Blessed is the nation whose God
- 36:42is the Lord. Psalm 33:12 powerful verses in
- 36:46it blessed is the nation. Not just Israel.
- 36:49Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.
- 36:55There's blessing of all when a nation acknowledges God is,
- 36:58they're gone. But in light of this verse,
- 37:01there is a danger because just like a single individual that
- 37:04professes Jesus to be Lord, my lips, contrary to it, we can
- 37:09write on our money. In God, we trust, we can have
- 37:11all the right speeches and our politics.
- 37:14We can have all of those things, but if her confession does not
- 37:16match our practice, we're in trouble, whether on an
- 37:19individual level or national level.
- 37:22And what blood does is it pollutes, the Lang and God says,
- 37:26I will unless you want me to call you man, you want my
- 37:28protection, you want my presence.
- 37:29You want my blessing. Don't pollute the land because I
- 37:32can't stand blood shed. I can't reside in a place that
- 37:38celebrates this. I can't stay here because I am
- 37:41Holy and you be holy as I am. Holy if you don't want to be
- 37:45holy and here's a first consequence, I withdraw my
- 37:49presents from your nation. I withdraw my protection from
- 37:54your schools. I withdraw my protection from
- 38:00your government and from everything that you can think of
- 38:03I'm moving out because the land is polluted.
- 38:10It pollutes the land. It makes it filthy, there's a
- 38:13stench to it and God is Holy and he will not stay very long in a
- 38:17place that the files is character Psalms 106.
- 38:22Psalms 106 verse, 37 to 38, you don't have to turn that, I'll
- 38:26just read it. This is a commentary on the
- 38:28people of Israel, and look what it says.
- 38:31They sacrifice their sons and their daughters to the demons.
- 38:37Demons. Not wooden statues or bronze,
- 38:41sculptures demons. they poured out innocent blood, the blood of
- 38:49their sons and daughters whom they sacrificed to the idols of
- 38:52Canaan and the land was polluted With blood.
- 39:01So, we talked about initially in numbers, 35, that when I land is
- 39:04polluted with blood, God warns and Hey, listen, I want to dwell
- 39:07here, I want to be in the midst. I want my protective presence
- 39:11for you, but if you're going to defile the land, I'm moving out.
- 39:15My hand is with John. And Chaos will reign. and
- 39:23Satan's domain and activity will enhance as a natural result of
- 39:28the absence of God's protection and presence whether in a home,
- 39:32whether in your life, whether a Nation Weather wherever, but the
- 39:39second thing happens according to Psalms 106 verse 37 and 38,
- 39:43we have to go to 42, find out. Then the anger of the Lord was
- 39:48kindled against his people and he aboard his Heritage.
- 39:52Look what happens in verse 41, the nation that has eluded their
- 39:55language blood. He gave them into the hand of
- 39:58the Nations so that those who hated them ruled over them, CS
- 40:07Lord withdraws. His presence.
- 40:12But somebody else comes in. They open themselves up to
- 40:18judgment. And if you really study the
- 40:21Bible carefully, what you will realize Is that many ways?
- 40:27God, judges a nation is through another Nation.
- 40:32Many ways. God judges a nation is by using
- 40:36another Nation as an instrument of that judgment.
- 40:38Can you think of instances in the scripture where that's
- 40:41happened? Israel.
- 40:46And listen, it's not like after one murder after one case, after
- 40:49one act of worship to bail. It was hundreds of years before
- 40:54Babylon came in and took over Judah, hundreds of years.
- 41:01Remember Genesis 15. When God made that Covenant with
- 41:07Abraham and he gave him an inside.
- 41:09Hey, listen, your people are going to be enslaved.
- 41:12For 400 years until something happens, what happens?
- 41:21Given the amalekites and are completed, the sins of another,
- 41:26a very close of the amorites is not yet complete.
- 41:30So we think about Israelites, invading Canaan and we go.
- 41:33That's kind of weird. I mean, that's kind of unjust.
- 41:36There's a people group already there.
- 41:37Lord. Why would you have the
- 41:38Israelites move in and just kick him out?
- 41:39Not only kick him out but killing.
- 41:40That's But in light of this verse, that's not what God did
- 41:44in light of this word. Is a two-fold purpose.
- 41:46Yes, Israel needed a land but God could have created a land.
- 41:52The, the second purpose was to bring judgment upon the
- 41:55Canaanites. And he says, Israel You're not
- 41:59moving in just yet. Why?
- 42:01Because the iniquity of the amorites has not reached its
- 42:03limit yet, wouldn't you? And I want to know what that
- 42:08limit is. He doesn't give us a limit, you
- 42:12know why? Because humanity is so wicked.
- 42:15We will find that limit and we will go just to the place before
- 42:19we cross it and we might be track.
- 42:21In fact, we're so Wiki we might just cross that.
- 42:22Anyway, So he doesn't give us a limit that we don't know.
- 42:27It's not like 400 years of it and then I'm going to come or
- 42:29200 years of it. And then I'm going to come.
- 42:31He did it with Canaan. He did it with the nation of
- 42:34Israel. He did it with Babylon.
- 42:37In one moment, Daniel Comes Rizza writing on the wall and he
- 42:40goes, bad news, man. The medes and the Persians are
- 42:45coming in and they're taking over.
- 42:50And so here we are 2018 and you know, how will you?
- 42:52And I might think or you know how this nation might think.
- 42:57If you have any spiritual Insight at all, I won't happen
- 43:01to us. Look at it.
- 43:04Look how young this nation is. Look how powerful we are.
- 43:09Look at all the world where the World Police.
- 43:12Everybody looks for our word. Everybody looks for instruction.
- 43:14Everybody wants her involvement. You know who talk like that?
- 43:18Nebuchadnezzar. Look what I've done.
- 43:23Look what I've created. Look at the nation's we've
- 43:25invaded. Look at all the gods that we've
- 43:26taken over. Look at Rome, you know what Rome
- 43:31is right now? A museum.
- 43:36Roam. This Unthinkable to even imagine
- 43:41in their day that it would be what it is today.
- 43:44Pay 20 bucks for a little tour. You know what?
- 43:47That can happen to America. This command murder is not.
- 43:57A light thing. It's very prophetic.
- 44:01Murder has prophetic implications.
- 44:05God is clear. If you did it with Israel, if he
- 44:09did it. With Babylon, if you did it with
- 44:13the Canaanites. disagree with me, if you like, You can do with
- 44:18America. Why?
- 44:27Because the voices of the spilled blood of individuals can
- 44:32only cry out for so long. The first murderer was Satan,
- 44:40who is the first human murderer? Cain, Genesis 4.
- 44:45And there's this one verse that should terrify us and verse 10.
- 44:51Genesis, for the Lord said. What have you done the voice of
- 45:00your brother's blood is crying to me from the ground.
- 45:09Blood has a voice Spilled blood has a voice. and he's saying, A
- 45:19cane. Your brother is talking to me,
- 45:23in fact, he's crying out to me. And that's not just true of
- 45:28Abel. Wouldn't you like to know what
- 45:31it sounded like? Or whether it does sound like
- 45:36for spilled blood to be crying out to God we don't have to
- 45:41guess there's a host of people that cry out to God and I will
- 45:45crowd the got in Revelation 6, 10.
- 45:47Look what they say. These are the martyrs They cried
- 45:51out with a loud voice o Sovereign Lord!
- 45:54Holy and true how long before you will judge and avenge our
- 45:59blood on those who dwell on the Earth.
- 46:03That's what it sounds like. Your holy you're just my blood
- 46:10has been spilled in an unjust manner.
- 46:12God, how long will you withhold your judgment upon those who
- 46:17dwell on the earth who have performed this vicious act
- 46:22against the image of God? And I want you for a moment to
- 46:28just imagine in America alone, never mind, the murders that
- 46:31happened, through shootings, and homicides and all these
- 46:33different things. I want you to just Zone in, on
- 46:36the 58. I believe million babies.
- 46:38And what it sounds like in the ears of God as they all cry out,
- 46:41holy and just one, when will you avenge our blood against
- 46:46America? I'm sure that God can only bear
- 46:54it for so long. And the only reason why he
- 46:57hasn't done something already is because of his Mercy.
- 47:03Is because he desires all to reach repentance, even in the
- 47:05midst of the Bloodshed and the pools of blood that are reaching
- 47:08the heavens. Because there's an important
- 47:13verse concerning blood to Hebrews 12 24, that Jesus blood
- 47:18ho, this is powerful Jesus's, blood speaks a better word than
- 47:24able, sort of says, the blood of Jesus speaks a better word than
- 47:32Abel. Meaning what?
- 47:36The blood of Abel. Says vengeance, but the blood of
- 47:41Jesus screams Mercy. The blood of Abel shouts for
- 47:48Rath, the blood of Jesus, please for salvation, the blood of Abel
- 47:54says judge. The blood of Jesus says save,
- 47:58it's a better word than able. And the only way that the voices
- 48:05that are coming from the pools of blood that has been shed and
- 48:08America is if America cries out for the blood of Jesus to speak.
- 48:14Speak on their behalf. The only way these voices that
- 48:22are crying out for judgment. To be muted in a sense and for
- 48:28God to turn his ear away from that is if the blood of Jesus
- 48:32covers this nation from coast to coast and a mighty sweeping Holy
- 48:38Spirit. Revival the only way that
- 48:43Bloodshed, whether an individual level, Whether somebody has
- 48:51performed this act of abortion themselves or have contributed
- 48:53to anyway, guess what that act is not outside of the blood of
- 48:58Jesus to cleanse. In the only way that you and I
- 49:02can have Bloodshed and the stain of that blood removed from us is
- 49:06if we applied the blood of the Lamb, there's no other way.
- 49:11The blood of Jesus speaks a better word than Abel's.
- 49:16The blood of Jesus is America's only hope.
- 49:20The blood of Jesus must be preached.
- 49:24In light of the fact that sin is filthy and vile.
- 49:28Because if people don't understand the filthiness of
- 49:30sin, why would they want the blood to wash them?
- 49:33I don't need the blood. I'm clean.
- 49:35No, you're not. You have guilt on your hands.
- 49:39Seek his blood. Only, it can wash. but in the
- 49:47New Covenant, Jesus categorises murder in a different way not
- 49:53that he removes murder the violent Act.
- 49:58From the understanding of what it is, but he adds to it and I'm
- 50:01sure our minds are going somewhere.
- 50:03Does anybody know where he speaks of this?
- 50:09Sermon on the Mount, Matthew 5 21 to 23.
- 50:13What did he say? You have heard that it was said
- 50:16to those of old. That's what we just covered to.
- 50:18Those of old, you shall not murder and whoever murders will
- 50:23be liable to judgment. but I say to you, We're in Grace, right?
- 50:31We're in the Covenant of Grace, right?
- 50:33Grace is two miles ahead of law. What does he say?
- 50:37But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother
- 50:41will be liable to judgment. Whoever insults his brother will
- 50:46be liable to the council and whoever says you fool raka, will
- 50:50be liable to the hell of Fire. So Jesus, identifies anger.
- 51:00Insults. And later in the book of First
- 51:03John hatred as a manifestation of murder.
- 51:12This anger is not a reactionary anger to something that has been
- 51:15done unjustly Jesus. Manifested that anger in the
- 51:18temple. We got to see everything in
- 51:20light of the whole counsel of God.
- 51:24Nor is it a righteous? Indignation, that is sense.
- 51:27When something like what? We just spoke of abortion is
- 51:29performed on a daily basis like those who have dinner it's an
- 51:36anger that is Created from an unjust cause and it's an anger
- 51:41that swirls in our hearts, that produces these thoughts that
- 51:46would defame or seeking the unfortune of another It's an
- 51:54unrighteous anger, it's an anger that lingers long enough and if
- 51:58you just feed it, long enough will turn into hatred.
- 52:04Why is he saying this? Because God, even in the old
- 52:07Covenant. He's making it very clear in the
- 52:10New Covenant. The Lord is concerned with our
- 52:12Inner Man, the Lord is concerned about our heart, he's concerned
- 52:16about our thought life. See, you will know somebody who
- 52:18really fears God. A person who doesn't fear God is
- 52:22not concerned about their inner man or not, they can be eaten up
- 52:26by lust and envy and pride and all they're concerned about is
- 52:30how people see them? Oh praise God, hallelujah.
- 52:34Oh yeah, and they quote the verses but inside their vile and
- 52:37filthy and I know we fight Temptation not talking about
- 52:39sinless perfection here but a person who does fear God as a
- 52:42person that in their prayer. Doesn't just say, Lord make me
- 52:44look wholly outside. I pray that you clean me on the
- 52:47inside because though nobody else can see what's in the
- 52:50inside. You can see my thought life.
- 52:52And God, I want Jesus to be the theme of my thought, life God,
- 52:55don't nobody else sees my motive.
- 52:57When I preach, when I sing, when I served you see my motive Lord
- 53:01cleanse me. So Jesus saying, listen in this
- 53:04cup and I really want to understand, this is about
- 53:05relationship and though, nobody else can see what's an inside I
- 53:09can. And when you're angry unjustly
- 53:11and when you have hatred, it's murder in my sight.
- 53:17You think I'm exaggerating first?
- 53:19John 3:15, makes it very clear. You can highlight that you can
- 53:21put it right beside Matthew. 5:21 everyone who hates his
- 53:24brother is a murderer. I love all the Bible's so
- 53:28Direct. He's a murderer.
- 53:32This is the same epistle. The top tells us God Is Love by
- 53:34the way. Everyone who hates his brother
- 53:39is a murderer and you know that no murderer has eternal life
- 53:42abiding in him. So again he's talking about
- 53:44hatred being on the same level of somebody killing somebody.
- 53:49You know what? The sermon of the mount is
- 53:50producing NS, Jesus, I Need You. That's what it's producing in
- 53:53us. I need Grace, I need the
- 53:55indwelling of the Holy Spirit. I wonder how many murders we
- 53:59have here today? I never killed anybody.
- 54:03Do you hate the person that you're sitting beside or the
- 54:05person that's on the other side of the room?
- 54:10Do you meditate on thoughts of Misfortune and somebody being
- 54:12destroyed or somebody something happening in somebody else's
- 54:15life, that would even kill them? Is that that how you ease the
- 54:19pain that you have in your heart?
- 54:22The Bible tells us You're a murderer.
- 54:31Hatred insults. Anger and Jesus eyes are
- 54:38manifestations of murder. Can you think of another one in
- 54:42the New Covenant? It's in the old to, but it's
- 54:44really clear in the New Covenant that this is the same level as
- 54:48murder. You might be shocked.
- 54:58Who is familiar with John 10:10? The thief comes to what steal
- 55:05kill and destroy. Who's the thief Satan who says
- 55:13Satan. Any other thoughts?
- 55:22In the context, it's not Satan. Turn to John chapter 10.
- 55:31Though, those qualities can be attributed to Satan, Jesus
- 55:35speaking in a different context here.
- 55:38And he says something about the thief.
- 55:41And before we go to that verse, we have to go to verse 1 of John
- 55:45chapter 10. Truly truly, I say to you, he
- 55:50who does not enter the Sheepfold by the door.
- 55:52But climbs in, by another way, that man is a thief and a
- 55:57robber, stop there. So Jesus talked about how he is
- 56:01the door. He's talking about how he's the
- 56:03Good Shepherd. He's talking about how salvation
- 56:06is only through him. And what he's saying here is if
- 56:09anybody comes in by another door, climbs in another way,
- 56:13that man is a thief. Okay, go to verse 8.
- 56:19What does verse 8 tell us? All who came before me are
- 56:25thieves and robbers, but the Sheep did not listen to him.
- 56:32So, based on these two verses that thief in John 10:10 is not
- 56:37speaking about safe. And speaking about false
- 56:38teachers, And that Thief kills. Four steals kills, then
- 56:47destroys. So anybody, according to verse
- 56:501, that tells you that salvation is outside of Jesus Christ.
- 56:54Is that Thief, anybody that mixes the gospel with good
- 56:58works, Grace and good works. Not just Grace is a thief.
- 57:05And Jesus says, anybody who came before me wasn't talking about
- 57:07the prophets, I spoke on his behalf, he was talking about the
- 57:09false Messiahs. Those who came before me.
- 57:13They are thieves, why? Because they steal salvation
- 57:17from you, which is eternal life. They rob you and when they rob
- 57:22you of that that leads to not just death but destruction.
- 57:28So all those verses that Paul speaks about like an axe 20 26
- 57:33and 27, what does he tell the elders?
- 57:35Because there for I testify to you this day that I'm innocent
- 57:38of what the blood of all I'm innocent of the blood of all,
- 57:45why for I did not shrink from declaring to you, the whole
- 57:48counsel of God In other words, I'm not guilty of your blood.
- 57:54Why? Because I did not hold back from
- 57:56telling you. That there is only one way I did
- 57:59not hold back from telling you the whole counsel of God, I did
- 58:02not hold back from the things that are controversial, on the
- 58:04things that make you feel uncomfortable, or the things
- 58:06that are confrontational, know why?
- 58:08Because I don't want to be labeled as a murderer.
- 58:15I wonder how many murders are behind pulpits.
- 58:20Because they do shrink from declaring the whole counsel of
- 58:22God. Remember Ezekiel Ezekiel if you
- 58:26do not want a sinner about his sin, his blood and he dies, his
- 58:28blood shall be on your hands the same language.
- 58:31But if you do warn him and he dies in a sin, you are free from
- 58:34his blood. So week by week, right?
- 58:41We by a person whoever it is that comes here.
- 58:46It's a matter of life and death. It's a matter of life and death.
- 58:53So, false teaching isn't a matter of at their doctrines a
- 58:55little bit off. It's a matter of, he's a
- 58:57murderer. I'm not talking about secondary
- 59:03issues, I'm not talking about things that are non-essentials.
- 59:06I'm talking about clear distinct, foundational truths,
- 59:11that are opposed and preached against Because a thief steals
- 59:16for his own gain. I don't want blood on my hands.
- 59:24You may not like me. That's fine.
- 59:30There's a judge waiting. I have to talk to him at the
- 59:34end. False teaching.
- 59:40Oh, there's so much to say about this.
- 59:41Commandment, I'll end on OneNote Deuteronomy 13.
- 59:49Remember how there is authorized murder.
- 59:54There is authorized murder. In the Old Testament.
- 1:00:02Look What the Lord says in Deuteronomy 13.
- 1:00:07Verse 1. If a prophet or a dreamer of
- 1:00:10Dreams arises among you and gives you a sign or a wonder and
- 1:00:13the sign or wonder that he tells you comes to pass.
- 1:00:15That's scary. If somebody comes and performs a
- 1:00:18miracle, And if it comes to pass and if he says no, this is
- 1:00:22important part. Let us go after other gods,
- 1:00:26which you have not known and let us serve them.
- 1:00:28You shall not listen to the words of that Prophet or that
- 1:00:31dreamer of Dreams. That's a really good principal
- 1:00:35in life that even if somebody is a miracle worker.
- 1:00:40Even if somebody is impressive in their spiritual gifting,
- 1:00:43whatever it may be but their message does not line up with
- 1:00:46this message. What are you going to do?
- 1:00:49Not moment because so many people are so drawn to the
- 1:00:51supernatural these days. So much so that they're willing
- 1:00:55to compromise the message for the manifestation, you know
- 1:00:59what, God says, that kind of thinking.
- 1:01:02For the Lord your God is testing.
- 1:01:04You to know whether you love the Lord, your God with all your
- 1:01:07heart and with all your soul, Even if it's impressive, even if
- 1:01:13it's powerful, even if it's something that moves you do, the
- 1:01:16message is not the same. Are you willing to reject it?
- 1:01:21I'm in the end times there's going to be a false teacher.
- 1:01:23He's going to woo. A lot of people.
- 1:01:25But he is a different message. You shall walk after the Lord,
- 1:01:29your God verse 24 and fear Him, and keep his Commandments and
- 1:01:32obey his voice, and you shall serve him and hold fashion, but
- 1:01:35it doesn't stop there. Look at verse 6, not just a
- 1:01:37false prophet. If your brother, the son of your
- 1:01:41mother, or your son, or your daughter or the wife, you
- 1:01:44Embrace, or your friend. Who is as your soul entices you
- 1:01:48secretly let us go and serve other gods which neither you or
- 1:01:51your father's have known, some of the Gods of the peoples who
- 1:01:54are around you whether Or near you or far off from you from the
- 1:01:57one end of the Earth to the other, you shall not yield him
- 1:02:01or listen to him. Nor shall you?
- 1:02:03I pity him. Nor shall you spare him?
- 1:02:05Nor shall you conceal him but you shall kill him.
- 1:02:14So there was ways in the Old Testament on the no old
- 1:02:17Covenant. But I want to spiritualize this
- 1:02:21for a moment because the spiritual implication is true.
- 1:02:25The types of relationships you have in this life.
- 1:02:31Do you have people in your life that are obviously enticing?
- 1:02:35You Away from Devotion to God. Away from his Commandments away
- 1:02:41from his word. Those enticements, whether you
- 1:02:47believe it or not are intended to kill you.
- 1:02:52Not talking about physical death.
- 1:02:53I'm talking about your walk with the Lord, and I want to
- 1:02:55spiritualize this kill that relationship before it kills
- 1:02:59you. Kill that relationship.
- 1:03:04Yes, God is against murder, but there is authorized killing.
- 1:03:08And here's one of them, I believe, That if there are
- 1:03:13people in your life that are surrounding you and that you are
- 1:03:16surrounded with that are enticing, you away from this
- 1:03:19word and a holy Life Style, you have every right to kill that
- 1:03:23relationship and to frame it rightly.
- 1:03:26So they don't entice you because the Lord is testing you.
- 1:03:30To see whether you love him more.
- 1:03:36And we need wisdom. We need insight to know how to
- 1:03:39relate with people that have different viewpoints.
- 1:03:41I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about those that you
- 1:03:43know, you feel the pull to go into a certain lifestyle, you
- 1:03:48feel the pull of people taking you away from a wholehearted
- 1:03:53Devotion to the Lord those people.
- 1:04:01So many things, worse it tonight, concerning this
- 1:04:04commandment. I want us to be cat.
- 1:04:06Listen, God, hates murder in the physical sense because it
- 1:04:09defames, it destroys his image, its representation has been
- 1:04:14second, the advances the kingdom in advance of the agenda of the
- 1:04:17enemy. That is not isolated to those
- 1:04:22who are outside of the room. That is very much real.
- 1:04:24For those that are in the womb, there are consequences on the
- 1:04:28individual level and they're also consequences on a national
- 1:04:32level. And on that note of a national
- 1:04:36level listen, it is gone beyond reason when you really look into
- 1:04:40it, when you really study this understanding of abortion it
- 1:04:42goes beyond reason. I mean it just it's now we've
- 1:04:46entered into a place professing to be wise, they became fools.
- 1:04:50How can you tell me that in some states?
- 1:04:53It is considered double homicide, if a woman is murdered
- 1:04:57with a baby in her womb, yet at the same time.
- 1:05:00If that same woman gets it to her car goes to an abortion
- 1:05:04clinic and murders that be? Maybe it's called rights.
- 1:05:12But there is a blood that cleanses us even from murder,
- 1:05:16the blood of Jesus Christ. His blood cleanses us from all
- 1:05:20blood guilt, doesn't matter what it is.
- 1:05:22It doesn't matter the amount you've done it in.
- 1:05:26One drop one drop of the blood of Jesus.
- 1:05:29This Is the Scandal of Grace can cover the blood of 58 million
- 1:05:34babies. That's how powerful his Delight
- 1:05:36is. You saying, I don't like the
- 1:05:39sound. That sounds in, just welcome to
- 1:05:40the realm of Grace. The cross is an offense in that
- 1:05:45sense, but that's the power of the blood of Jesus if we don't
- 1:05:49have that hope. And that is not how powerful is
- 1:05:52blood as we are hopeless, because do me did not shed
- 1:05:55blood. We did so in our hearts, We've
- 1:05:58hated we become angry in an unjust manner.
- 1:06:01You explode with anger to situations that do not deserve
- 1:06:04for you, to explode in Anger, you've committed murder.
- 1:06:08This is what Jesus is saying. Do you hate your brother?
- 1:06:13John says, You're a murderer. And you know, I don't murder has
- 1:06:15no everlasting life. False teaching is murder.
- 1:06:24There's No Escape, There's No Escape except one place the foot
- 1:06:27of the cross. That's our Escape, that's our
- 1:06:30hope. That's why we can sing.
- 1:06:32That's what we need to preach it.
- 1:06:34And that's why even for the next few moments, we have to pray for
- 1:06:37America. We have to pray for this nation.
- 1:06:43This, this conversation about abortion and this topic can
- 1:06:46become so frequent that we become so numb to it.
- 1:06:55And I have no idea whether this generation or the next.
- 1:07:00God will do something drastic. But may we be like Daniel Daniel
- 1:07:07chapter 9. Remember Dana had no recorded
- 1:07:11fault in that book. There is nothing that you can
- 1:07:13pin on Daniel as you read those verses.
- 1:07:15But you know what, Daniel did in chapter 9?
- 1:07:16Forgive us of our sin, Forgive Israel.
- 1:07:20Forgive our fathers. Forgive us.
- 1:07:22He included himself. He humbled himself.
- 1:07:30What's amazing about Daniel was, he was recognized as the
- 1:07:32Beloved, and I believe one of the reasons why because he took
- 1:07:36it upon himself to pray for his Nation.
- 1:07:38I believe that's one of the characteristics that Daniel was
- 1:07:41so outside. He was so aware that he involved
- 1:07:44himself in intercessory prayer and it got the attention of
- 1:07:47Heaven. He got the attention of Heaven.
- 1:07:55So, just even being transparent. Just even studying this one
- 1:07:59command today. And last night, I was thinking
- 1:08:01to myself. God, this means so much to you,
- 1:08:05maybe it means so much to me. Don't let me take this lightly
- 1:08:09Lord, please don't let this just be a study where I connect and
- 1:08:14reconnect versus a oh, I never saw that verse that way.
- 1:08:16That's not the point of Bible study.
- 1:08:19The say, Lord, if this is so Grievous to your, if this is
- 1:08:21something that that you even said, I can't even think of the
- 1:08:25things that you're doing, Lord, I want that same righteous
- 1:08:27indignation, not to condemn, not to judge, not to do these
- 1:08:31things. But to be like, Daniel, Who
- 1:08:34prayed for his nation that was undergoing judgment.
- 1:08:39I wonder for undergoing judgment today.
- 1:08:41I wonder if all this chaos politically in our schools, I
- 1:08:44wonder if this is God. I wonder if this is just the
- 1:08:47first step where he just withdrew himself.
- 1:08:53Now, I want to be very careful with making statements here.
- 1:08:58But I don't want to wait long enough to discover what more can
- 1:09:03happen. But may we be a people really
- 1:09:07really really, I'm not trying to be inspirational and really be a
- 1:09:10people that can partner with the heart of God and say, Lord may
- 1:09:13my prayers somehow reverse this judgment and may we see Revival
- 1:09:17instead. They may people realize that
- 1:09:20there's only hope in the blood of Jesus Christ.
- 1:09:24To clean our record from all the Bloodshed that we see today.
- 1:09:27Let's pray together. I want to make this call very
- 1:09:33simple call as we've just gone through this Bible study.
- 1:09:37If there's murder in your heart at any level.
- 1:09:40I'm talking about abortion from abortion to hatred, whatever it
- 1:09:44may be. I want you to know tonight that
- 1:09:46there is grace and mercy and Jesus Christ.
- 1:09:48I want you to know the night that Jesus knew that he
- 1:09:51understands what happened, he saw it, he recorded it.
- 1:09:54In fact, there's blood crying out but there is a voice that
- 1:09:58can outcry the guilt in your life and that's the blood of
- 1:10:01Jesus. So what does it look like?
- 1:10:03It looks like you saying Jesus. I understand it only.
- 1:10:06Your blood can make me clean my own righteousness.
- 1:10:09My own efforts. It's cannot out.
- 1:10:11Do what I've done. Concerning my record of sin, I'm
- 1:10:13calling out to you and I'm asking wash me in your blood.
- 1:10:18Wash me in your blood. Cleanse my record.
- 1:10:26I bring it to you. I need Mercy.
- 1:10:35I need Mercy. and if you find it in your heart, even now before
- 1:10:41we worship this, a lord touch America, Touch our nation touch
- 1:10:47our laws. Lord you saying proverbs 31 8
- 1:10:50that I am called to open up my mouth for those that are mute.
- 1:10:55And Lord if I can open up my mouth. in a place that can be
- 1:11:00influenced to change their laws, I will open up my mouth and
- 1:11:02intercession and I will intercede for those that cannot
- 1:11:05intercede for themselves. And I said, Lord have mercy have
- 1:11:10mercy. Have mercy.
- 1:11:13Let's pray together. Father we come before you
- 1:11:15tonight in light of this one command that carry so much
- 1:11:19weight Lord. Perhaps we did not realize how
- 1:11:23much we are guilty of it. Lord.
- 1:11:26If there's anybody in here, that does not know you.
- 1:11:27They stumbled into this place and they realize that they don't
- 1:11:31have a relationship with Jesus Christ, and they are guilty of
- 1:11:33this sin of murder. By the power of your Holy
- 1:11:38Spirit. Would you reveal to them?
- 1:11:39The hope the Salvation that is found in Union with Jesus Christ
- 1:11:44and that if they call upon your name they shall be saved or may
- 1:11:49they find it within themselves to realize that there is no
- 1:11:52other door that they can enter into.
- 1:11:55There's only one door. There's only one way.
- 1:11:57There's only one. Good shepherd.
- 1:11:59That can recruit and save and shelter, us.
- 1:12:03But father together, we pray for America, we pray for this
- 1:12:07nation. And Lord, we just ask somehow
- 1:12:10some way, may we with our own eyes, see, a Revival met with
- 1:12:14our own eyes. See a change in our laws, Lord
- 1:12:17for the sake of these lives, God for the sake of these Destinies,
- 1:12:21Lord, that could have come about the good.
- 1:12:24That could have come the righteousness that could have
- 1:12:25spread Who knows? Lorde?
- 1:12:33Father, for those who may have committed that act of abortion,
- 1:12:36whether they're here or we don't know who they are.
- 1:12:39Lord, and they feel that guilt and that shame would you send
- 1:12:42laborers their way to hear the gospel and to know, the hope
- 1:12:47that is found in Christ and the Forgiveness that is available to
- 1:12:51them. And Lord, we just read how this
- 1:12:58means so much to you. Would it mean so much to us?
- 1:13:04Would you take these Truth by the Holy Spirit and brand them
- 1:13:06on our hearts? May they be something that bring
- 1:13:10us to our knees. May you give people here at
- 1:13:13prophetic voice that in wisdom. And in righteousness, defend the
- 1:13:20cause of those who cannot do it themselves.
- 1:13:23Birth Ministries out of this place that would rescue Souls.
- 1:13:28That would rescue people from making these wrong decisions.
- 1:13:32God, if there's anything in our hearts though, we've never shed
- 1:13:35blood. if we have cursed, if we meditate on the misfortune or
- 1:13:43the destruction, Of any other person, especially our brothers,
- 1:13:49our Sisters in Christ. Lord, take that heart of murder
- 1:13:53out of us and replace it with a Heart of Love, mercy and
- 1:13:57compassion. Lord, we thank you for your
- 1:14:03blood. And tonight we sing in light of
- 1:14:07its power. and we ask God, that we would be reminded of the
- 1:14:13power that it contains And Lord, maybe there's guilt from this
- 1:14:20week alone. That we need cleansing from.
- 1:14:23We bring are guilty before you in light of 1.
- 1:14:27John 1:9. that if we confess our sin, That you are faithful and
- 1:14:34just to forgive our sins and to cleanse us from all all.
- 1:14:39Not some Not some except murder, but all unrighteousness.
- 1:14:48And this is what we call upon you for tonight.
- 1:14:53In the name of Jesus, we pray.
