Mother of Five Killed in Brooklyn Shooting | New York City News
A mother of five, Sofronie Hartzog, 33, died tragically in a Brooklyn club shootout over the weekend — struck by gunfire while fleeing, collapsing near a bathroom door before succumbing to her wounds at Brookdale Hospital. A 34-year-old man was also injured. Witnesses say a large crowd gathered as tensions erupted into violence at the corner of Howard Avenue.
