An automobile race on 'public' roads is not something you see everyday - particularly what amounts to a run what ya' brung event. We ran across a really cool looking race car years ago and couldn't figure out where you could run such a vehicle, which is how we met Richard Tomlin from Apex Auto Works in Alvin, Texas.
