Ector County ISD Shines in Arts | Odessa News
Ector County ISD is lighting up the arts scene—earning their sixth straight District of Distinction award from the Texas Art Education Association and twelfth consecutive Best Communities for Music Education honor from NAMM. With over 22,000 students (72% of the district) receiving weekly fine arts instruction, it’s clear this school system treats creativity as core curriculum—not just extras.
