- 0:01Silver and gold could be in for an epic 1970s style run.
- 0:07I mean, skyrocketing prices. Guys, there is so much going on
- 0:10right now. Of course, we have the situation
- 0:13in the Middle East, but there's even more before that happened
- 0:16that are factors that are contributing to what is just an
- 0:20unbelievable period of time for the precious metals.
- 0:23We're going to work through a number of things happening,
- 0:26major breaking stories. So let's get started by going
- 0:29out. It's Sunday, Monday night.
- 0:30Let's take a look at what's happening in the gold and silver
- 0:33markets right now. Let's head out and look at the
- 0:36spot market 1st. And as we can see, we've got
- 0:41silver up about $1.68 per oz. Looks like gold is doing a
- 0:48little bit better. Hold on here.
- 0:50I lost my screen. Gold up $86 per oz.
- 0:54Silver at 9559. Let's run outlook at the futures
- 0:59market where we've got silver at $95.87.
- 1:05But the big story that's unfolding and the big factor
- 1:09that will add to what was already a great environment for
- 1:13silver and gold is the situation in the Middle East.
- 1:16We don't like war, we don't like violence.
- 1:18But look, we don't make the decisions and it's what's
- 1:21happening and what we're going to talk about today step by step
- 1:24could easily contribute to what we saw happen in the 1970s with
- 1:29the gold and silver price where we saw returns that were darn
- 1:33pretty much astronomical, I think is the best way we can sum
- 1:37it up. Let's go out to Zero Hedge just
- 1:40to get the latest news on what's happening in the Middle East.
- 1:44And they are telling us this right now.
- 1:48Operation Epic Fury. Sorry, guys, the computer is
- 1:52acting up here. OK, Operation Epic Fury, Trump
- 1:56now says that it can last four weeks as chaos is breaking loose
- 2:01in the Middle East. We've got Britain talking about
- 2:04joining the war, he says it could last four weeks.
- 2:07Reports of hypersonic missile strikes on Jerusalem by Iran.
- 2:12Those are the missiles that really, as I understand it,
- 2:15can't be stopped by anything. They move it like unbelievable
- 2:18speeds. The point here is that as of
- 2:21right now, based on the information that we are getting,
- 2:24the war situation in the Middle East, again, we don't.
- 2:28We aren't a political channel, we aren't making judgments.
- 2:31We are just dealing with reality.
- 2:33And the reality on the ground looks that it's not getting any
- 2:36better. But King Kong 98881 of the
- 2:39smartest guys out there tells us something about war that that
- 2:45that gives proof. You know, look, gold and silver
- 2:49have been valuable for thousands of year.
- 2:51War has been going on for thousands of years.
- 2:54That's just the fact. And it's always been an
- 2:57environment where gold and silver tend to do very, very
- 3:00well. Let's look at what King Kong 988
- 3:02has to say and talk about the reasons why this is so
- 3:06critically important. He says if this war drags on, it
- 3:11will cost the US trillions of dollars.
- 3:14And I don't know about you, but that news that we just read that
- 3:17Trump's now saying this could last four weeks.
- 3:19Some people were saying, oh, it could be done in days, blah,
- 3:22blah, blah, This could drag on, right?
- 3:25Think of what's going on with with Russia and Ukraine,
- 3:28etcetera. But this was something I hadn't
- 3:30thought about when it comes to the war, two things.
- 3:33OK, Number one, let me back up. It could cost us trillions of
- 3:37dollars, like Iraq and Afghanistan.
- 3:40In the long run, gold and silver prices go up.
- 3:44And that's what we're focused on is the long run.
- 3:47But think about it, with what's happening right now in the world
- 3:50with this war #1 yes, it's costing in the United States
- 3:53trillions of dollars. Do we have trillions of dollars
- 3:57set aside for this? No, right?
- 4:00We're already running a massive deficit in this country.
- 4:03If this winds up getting drug out, even if it doesn't get drug
- 4:06out, it's going to cost an astronomical amount of money in
- 4:09the only place that money is going to come from.
- 4:11Is this right here? OK, this guy in the Federal
- 4:15Reserve, the printing press, that's Jerome Powell, head of
- 4:18the Federal Reserve for the next few months anyway.
- 4:21And when we print money, right, that just devalues the US dollar
- 4:26and makes gold and silver do well.
- 4:27But wait, there's more. Because the other reason why war
- 4:31is so supportive for the for the precious metals prices is the
- 4:35uncertainty. You've got money printing.
- 4:37You've got the uncertainty, both of which are two of the major
- 4:41drivers for gold and silver. So when we look at what's going
- 4:46on, no, we don't have to like it, but it's an environment
- 4:49where you probably are going to feel pretty good about the fact
- 4:52that you own silver and gold and possibly precious metal mining
- 4:56stocks. But I hope what you feel even
- 4:58better about is being down here in the basement with me.
- 5:01Seriously, this is not possible without you coming down here.
- 5:04It's a dark, cold basement without you.
- 5:07Thank you for your time. Thanks for being part and thanks
- 5:10for being a basement dweller. Please subscribe to the channel
- 5:13that's free. Leave a comment comment in the
- 5:15comment section. We want to learn from you,
- 5:17right, that you can contribute to this community.
- 5:20Super chats are never expected, always appreciated.
- 5:23And Oh yeah, upstairs Susie says give this a thumbs up.
- 5:27OK, let's move on then and talk about what's at the Kuwait stock
- 5:31all everything's breaking loose. The Kuwait stock market is just
- 5:35one example, OK, of what's happening right now, and they're
- 5:41talking about like major volatility in the Middle Eastern
- 5:44stock markets. It'll be interesting to see what
- 5:46happens tomorrow in our stock market.
- 5:48But the Kuwait Stock Exchange halts trading until further
- 5:51notice amid US, Israel strikes on Iran.
- 5:56Guys, this is huge. What is going on right now?
- 5:59Now, the other massive, massive thing, talk about the 1970s.
- 6:03Remember when there was the energy shock?
- 6:05That's when gold and silver exploded in price like they
- 6:08never had in history. And it looks like we could be
- 6:12moving into a very similar environment.
- 6:14We talked and we're going to talk about the big reason why
- 6:17next. But we talked about this a year
- 6:20ago, two years ago. Stagflation, inflation, This is
- 6:23what is happening right now. And what is going on in the
- 6:27Straits of Hormuz, right? Could be one of the biggest
- 6:30catalyst for the gold and silver price as we move into these
- 6:34coming months, quarters and years.
- 6:36But why? Why Do you know what the Straits
- 6:38of Hormuz is? Here?
- 6:39I've got a couple quick slides to show you #1 this is the
- 6:44Straits of Hormuz, OK? Here is Iran.
- 6:47It is the major artery of the world's economy, of the world's
- 6:51energy source. Here's Iran.
- 6:53OK, look at all these countries, Iraq, Kuwait, Iran, Qatar, the
- 6:58United Arab Emirates, all there's the Persian Gulf right
- 7:01here. All the world's oil flows
- 7:04through here through this little choke point called the Strait of
- 7:08Hormuz. And Iran, pretty much from what
- 7:11we're reading, has shut it down. OK, this is a major deal. 20% of
- 7:15the world's oil and energy goes through there.
- 7:18Here I've got some information for you on this and why this is
- 7:21so huge. It's the world's most critical
- 7:25energy hold on world's most critical energy checkpoint
- 7:29acting as a primary artery of global trade.
- 7:32This could this could send the world economy into a spiral.
- 7:35It's important stems from the following energy volume 20 to
- 7:3930% of global seaborne oil, roughly 20 million barrels per
- 7:44per day transit this narrow waterway.
- 7:46It also handles about 20% of the world's liquid natural gas.
- 7:51Economic impact, disruption 'cause massive economic.
- 7:54This is the interesting part Asian dependence.
- 7:57The region is vital for Asia. Over 80% of the oil passing
- 8:02through the Straits of Hormuz is destined for markets like China,
- 8:06India, Japan and South Korea. And there are no alternatives.
- 8:11OK. And they are shutting it down
- 8:14and they are. We get this news report from the
- 8:17Wall Street Journal. They are blowing up ships.
- 8:20OK. The oil tanker struck.
- 8:23An oil tanker is struck in the Strait of Hormuz in first
- 8:26shipping attack of the conflict. It was an oil tanker sanctioned
- 8:31by the US, was attacked, is across the Strait of Hormuz.
- 8:34OK, It is this right here, guys. This is Major.
- 8:40Let me pull this up. This comes from the Kabasi
- 8:43letter. The breaking Iran has attacked
- 8:46an oil tanker named the Skylight near the Straits of Hormuz.
- 8:49Maersk, which is like one of the world's biggest shipping
- 8:52companies, is now suspending all shipments through the This is
- 8:57the world's energy. The world's economy runs on
- 8:59energy and all the energy. One of the mate, one of the
- 9:03major arteries for the world's energy, runs through the Straits
- 9:06of Hormuz. Let's just watch this 10 seconds
- 9:09long. Here's the ship that got struck.
- 9:20OK, one more critical point to remember.
- 9:23Hold on here. When it comes to what there we
- 9:27are now we're back. What happens there?
- 9:28Think about China. China was getting a ton of their
- 9:31oil from where? Venezuela, that's been shut off.
- 9:35China was also getting a ton of their oil from where?
- 9:38Right? The Persian Gulf for now, it
- 9:40appears. I mean, there's differing
- 9:42reports, I've read reports that say the Straits of Hormuz has
- 9:45been completely shut down. We'll see how this develops.
- 9:49But the bottom line, guys, is this creates an energy shock
- 9:52like we had in the 1970s. People lining up to buy gas or
- 9:56gas or whatever. All right, People are saying the
- 9:58price of oil is going to skyrocket.
- 10:00Maybe we'll try to check on that in a minute.
- 10:02But it's going to create an environment just like we had in
- 10:05the 70s for gold and silver. And remember, silver in the
- 10:091970s went from below $1.50 an ounce all the way to $50 per oz.
- 10:16I think it was like AI don't know a 27% and I'm sorry, not
- 10:202727 times. It went up 27 times in value.
- 10:26So we're going to keep a close eye on that.
- 10:28Now we're getting all kinds of unbelievable reports from around
- 10:32the world about the gold price, about what's going on in China,
- 10:35the silver price. We're going to cover all that.
- 10:37First, I want to say thank you to channel sponsor First meant
- 10:40for making this live stream possible.
- 10:43You guys love first met. That's all I can say right?
- 10:46The comments, the emails that we're getting, they are a silver
- 10:49specialist mint in Las Vegas, NV.
- 10:53All they do is mint silver products and the coolest thing
- 10:57about it is that they get their silver from first Majestic
- 11:00silver who owns the company. So the silver goes from the mine
- 11:04to the mint in Las Vegas and then directly to you.
- 11:08You can learn more about them at first mint.com They've got a
- 11:12wide array of products, their shipping's great customer
- 11:15service and again right the the feedback from you, our community
- 11:19has been absolutely outstanding. Don't forget there's a discount
- 11:24code that you can use VIPRB that'll get you a little
- 11:28discount, and thank you to 1st Mint for sponsoring Ron's
- 11:32basement. Let's go to China, $6000 gold.
- 11:35Look, we're getting unbelievable reports from all around the
- 11:39world. Let's check and see what we
- 11:43heard from the one and only Orio.
- 11:45And then it gets super interesting.
- 11:47Guys, we are in a new, we are in a new world, a new paradigm for
- 11:52silver and gold. And we got a bunch of reasons
- 11:54we're going to look at right now.
- 11:56Breaking Chinese. Zejang Bank just issued a notice
- 12:01that there's a big deviation in the price leading to the
- 12:04depletion of accumulated gold liquidity.
- 12:07The trading will be closed. A huge amount of R&B savings are
- 12:11waiting to the market to open on Monday.
- 12:14And he says the dark market in China touched $6000.
- 12:21This is from the Oriental Ghost, who is a respected and reliable
- 12:25source of information about the Chinese precious metals markets,
- 12:30and he's telling us that the Chinese dark market touched
- 12:33$6000. Let's get a little more info
- 12:37about this Chinese bank and because this comes from Vince
- 12:40Lancy, right? Super respected guy here in the
- 12:43United States. He's like one of the top analyst
- 12:48in comments when it comes to the precious metals.
- 12:50He says if this is in reference to China suspending trading, OK
- 12:55He says if this is true pre emptively shutting your market
- 13:01for protective reasons is not a good luck at all as marketplaces
- 13:05go, that's the difference between markets.
- 13:07They can function somewhat freely and markets in a command
- 13:10economy and it's significant that a nation would use this
- 13:13tool in a knee jerk reaction. If the comex or the Nymex shut
- 13:17shut it would be bedlam. Consider what happened in 911 to
- 13:21oil trading, to the oil trading floors comparison.
- 13:24And what happened then was, you know, some serious chaos.
- 13:28And here's a whole letter from a Chinese bank saying that
- 13:31basically, guys, our bank read the last paragraph.
- 13:36Our bank apologizes for the inconvenience that this may have
- 13:40caused you. Thank you very much for your
- 13:42understanding, support and cooperation, blah blah blah.
- 13:45They basically in this letter said that because of market
- 13:48conditions, we may need to shut down gold trading all together.
- 13:53I imagine silver trading as well.
- 13:55Things are happening all over the world.
- 13:58And then we've got rumors. I'll emphasize speculation and
- 14:02rumors about this from China. This came from David Lee,
- 14:06another guy who's got the inside scoop on China.
- 14:10He says that rumors at the Shenzhen Shubai, that's their
- 14:13major gold market, that some shops are, oh, hold on here,
- 14:19hold on, now we're back. Sorry, we kind of froze up there
- 14:24for a second. Rumors from the Shenzhen Shubai
- 14:27Gold market that some shops are unable to buy gold bars to make
- 14:30jewelry. There seems to be a shortage for
- 14:33gold bars in recent days. It is still rumors now, but just
- 14:38a heads up that we may be entering very turbulent times.
- 14:43Now we know when it Hold on here, guys.
- 14:49Now we're back, OK? Sorry, even the Internet,
- 14:52Internet is acting crazy right now.
- 14:54We know that things are breaking loose everywhere when it comes
- 14:58to gold, silver as well, OK, the fundamental think about this,
- 15:03take a step back. What we just talked about,
- 15:05what's going on in China, what's going on in the Middle East.
- 15:08Don't forget there's a lot of things happening in Europe as
- 15:11well with Ukraine and Russia. What about Mexico and all the
- 15:14cartel unrest that's been going on?
- 15:17Those things are layered on on top of what was already an
- 15:21incredible fundamental story happening right now for silver
- 15:26and gold in the United States. We're a little bit asleep,
- 15:29right? The herd is not woken up yet.
- 15:31But around the world, we're getting reports of people still
- 15:35going absolutely crazy for silver and gold.
- 15:39Let's go to Singapore, one of the richest countries in the
- 15:41world, and see some astonishing data.
- 15:44The most recent update that we got from Bullion Star, one of
- 15:47the biggest and most respected bullion dealers in Singapore.
- 15:52This is what they're telling us about what they're seeing on the
- 15:55ground. Real data.
- 15:56This is their most recent update from Bullion Star.
- 15:59This was from the 27th, so Friday, but still, right?
- 16:04Who knows what's happening now. This morning at Bullion Star,
- 16:08silver corrected over the past month, gold holding steady.
- 16:12People still lining up for physical metal corrections don't
- 16:16scare physical buyers away. They bring them in.
- 16:20And that is so important because this rally that we've had in the
- 16:25precious metals market, gold and silver has not been a paper
- 16:29futures driven, make believe driven rally.
- 16:32It's been driven by one thing and that's physical demand.
- 16:36And let's watch this. It's only three seconds, but
- 16:39it's these people aren't lined up to get the tickets for a
- 16:42Taylor Swift concert. No, they are at, as you can see
- 16:46right here, Bullion Star and check this out.
- 16:55I like the background music. So people are still lining up
- 16:59all over the world to get their hands on silver and gold.
- 17:03And on top of that, like we said, the reason, the reason why
- 17:06we focus on this being a physical rally is because we
- 17:09know they're stressed. Let's do a little update on the
- 17:12Comex, right. Remember the COMEX is the
- 17:15electronic exchange here in the United States, the futures, the
- 17:18make believe fantasy Island silver and what's going on at
- 17:22the COMEX. I didn't realize I didn't really
- 17:24think about this till I saw a great piece of information put
- 17:28out by Peter Spina who brings this up the COMEX Silver Drain
- 17:33train. January, the month of January,
- 17:3751 million oz were drained from the Comex February, just a few
- 17:42million oz lower at 48 million. That is one of that's 99 we'll
- 17:48round up. That's 100 million oz.
- 17:51He says these amounts don't include the 25,000,000 oz issued
- 17:55and stopped in the February delivery month.
- 17:58The rapacious silver demand will continue until available
- 18:03supplies are depleted. And we're also at the start of
- 18:06the sixth year of a structural deficit in silver, according to
- 18:10the ongoing reports from the Silver Institute.
- 18:13And that came from respected analyst Mr. Ed Steer.
- 18:18And just in when we thought we couldn't get enough good news
- 18:22about silver, let's remember our friends at Bank of America are
- 18:27standing by their target of $135 and they're giving us reasons
- 18:32for their new target. Supply deficit is real.
- 18:35Silver mining globally is about 815,000,000 oz and not
- 18:40increasing. That's so critical, right?
- 18:42There is not more silver being that's going to be produced.
- 18:49What's the guys name? Phillip Phillips Baker, the ex
- 18:53CEO of Hecla Mining, recently said he didn't think that the
- 18:56mining sector could start producing more silver until the
- 19:00year 2030. OK, the mining industry is
- 19:03struggling to maintain current levels of production.
- 19:07Most mines are in decline. Fewer new mines in the pipeline
- 19:12to replace old mines in industrial demand keeps growing.
- 19:16Solar panels, 5G, well, we never talk about that.
- 19:20Computer chips, AI infrastructure, EV batteries.
- 19:23I mean, think, think about that alone.
- 19:25Solar panels, 5G computer chips, AI infrastructure, and EV
- 19:31batteries. And there's the article from
- 19:33Looks like investing.com from Hilary Remy.
- 19:38Man, the fundamental. Maybe we need to do a quick
- 19:41review when the demand for any commodity is higher than the
- 19:46supply, there's only one thing that fixes that and that is
- 19:50price and the demand. Well, alright, let's go.
- 19:53We got, we got more to talk. We got Michael Oliver sums it up
- 19:56here in a little bit. But the demand for silver?
- 20:00And then when you consider the monetary basis of silver, it's
- 20:04really truly an unbelievable situation.
- 20:07I do want to say thank you to 1st Mining Gold for sponsoring
- 20:10Ron's basement. There a development stage gold
- 20:13company based in Canada. They have two huge projects,
- 20:16Spring Pole in Ontario and Duparque located in Quebec.
- 20:21Both of these projects have millions of Oz of gold in the
- 20:25ground. They're working them through the
- 20:27development stage. The cool thing about First
- 20:30Mining Gold is there are not a lot of big multi million ounce
- 20:34development stage projects in good jurisdictions.
- 20:38Think about what we talked about earlier.
- 20:40With all the war and uncertainty in the world jurisdiction where
- 20:44a project is located is becoming more and more important.
- 20:47And 1st Mining Gold has 2 great projects in great.
- 20:51The great jurisdiction for mining of Canada.
- 20:54Canada's becoming more and more and more mining friendly.
- 20:57You can learn about them at First Mining Gold dot com Sprott
- 21:01money. If you heard of Eric Sprott,
- 21:03he's like the king of silver. Seriously, if there was one guy
- 21:07that we were going to say he's a billionaire, he started Sprott
- 21:10Asset Management like one of the biggest, most respected precious
- 21:14metals focused companies in the world.
- 21:17And Eric Sprott made billions of dollar millions, but he's a
- 21:21billionaire, so billion at least of of money in the precious
- 21:26metal sector. He knows what he's talking
- 21:28about. He loves silver and he's got
- 21:31some interesting things to say. And then we're going to sum up
- 21:34kind of the one 2-3 punch that from what Eric says.
- 21:37But let's go watch a short video with Eric Sprott talking about
- 21:41what's happening right now. This comes from Sprott money in.
- 21:49I'm sorry, this I screwed up. Well, boy, I really screwed up
- 21:54Derek Sprott video. Well, I'll show you that one
- 21:56tomorrow. This is from Sprott Money and
- 21:59it's it's the weekly wrap up and he's got Michael Oliver on who's
- 22:04talking about 3 to $500. And we got three points here
- 22:07that are incredibly bullish for the silver price as well.
- 22:12OK, He still has momentum targets of three to $500.
- 22:17OK. And but let's just let him talk,
- 22:19and then we're going to give a brief synopsis.
- 22:28This thing unleashes to a new. Hold on, I was sharing the wrong
- 22:31screen. There we go.
- 22:32There's Michael Oliver on the top, Craig Hempkey on the
- 22:35bottom. This is from the Spratt Weekly
- 22:38wrap up. We projected, have projected for
- 22:40months now that when this thing unleashes to a new reality, we
- 22:43call silver, it's probably going to be, you know, 3 to 500 bucks.
- 22:47And only then I think Eric Sprott pointed this out in an
- 22:50interview you did some months ago, that if you factored in
- 22:53just the decay in the money unit and it was the increase in the
- 22:56quantity of the money unit M2 and factored that back to 1980
- 23:00or 2011. Silver will be in the hundreds.
- 23:03Just to get even to those equivalent price levels and
- 23:07reflect the decay in the in the real buying power of the dollar
- 23:10and the fact that there might be entities that try to restrain
- 23:14this process. And obviously it hasn't been
- 23:16working. We're not still in the 50s.
- 23:18Again, you know, OK, they they only accelerate it and they
- 23:21create these boom effects. So it wouldn't shock me
- 23:24somewhere down the road here in the next couple months, you can
- 23:27to see something like, you know, a couple $10 days in silver or
- 23:30$20 days on the upside, bam, bam, bam, you know, with just
- 23:34gas, OK, while it seeks its new reality.
- 23:38OK, there's Michael Oliver. OK, this is we are in for some
- 23:45good times with silver. Think about what he said.
- 23:48Silver. All right, gold.
- 23:50We're gonna set it to the side for a second.
- 23:52We love you gold. But silver has been money longer
- 23:55than gold. I would argue that silver has
- 23:58been the world's reserve currency.
- 24:00Always has been the world's reserve currency.
- 24:02Why is that important? Because like he said, just from
- 24:06a monetary base and there's there's three things I'm gonna
- 24:09try to remember them all. I will remember them all.
- 24:11Number one, just from a monetary base, just from a monetary
- 24:15depreciation and value perspective, just because of all
- 24:19the money printing, however you want to look at it right, just
- 24:22because of inflation, the price of silver should be much.
- 24:26That alone, that alone set everything else aside, all the
- 24:30other positive factors that alone should, should, would,
- 24:34would contribute to a silver price probably in the 100 to
- 24:37$200 range. When you factor in for the
- 24:40actual, all the paper make believe money that's occurred.
- 24:45But wait, that there's more because like like Michael Oliver
- 24:49said, then when you factor in the the fact that the silver
- 24:54price has been suppressed for decades and decades, it's built
- 24:58up all this energy from being suppressed.
- 25:01That energy, look, you can't, you can't fight Mother Nature
- 25:04forever, OK? That energy will be released
- 25:08with like he said, these bam, bam, big like price increases
- 25:12that we get in silver. So you've got the base layer,
- 25:15just the monetary depreciation, the fact that paper money goes
- 25:19down and down to printed, the money printing again.
- 25:22Then the fact that silver's been held down like a beach ball.
- 25:26Take. Imagine you've done it.
- 25:28I know you've done it. You like to play with water
- 25:30toys, right? Take a beach ball and try to
- 25:33hold it underwater. Yeah, you can do it.
- 25:35But you can't hold it underwater forever.
- 25:37Eventually it breaks free. Eventually Mother Nature wins.
- 25:41So you've got that second factor on top of that, guys, which he
- 25:45didn't mention, but we're going to mention because we talked
- 25:48about it earlier. We have exploding demand, all
- 25:51the monetary components of silver, all the manipulation
- 25:55components of silver alone. But then you factor in like we
- 25:59just talked about EV batteries, right?
- 26:02solid-state EV batteries, solar panels, AI chips, the medical
- 26:07uses, the exploding demand for silver.
- 26:11Think of I heard that this is so critical to remember.
- 26:13Think about like like silver has done.
- 26:16Silver did great for thousands and thousands of years, even the
- 26:20gold to silver ratio. But all that existed before
- 26:24there was really any like industrial use for silver.
- 26:27Now what is it 60%? I'm rolling all over the place.
- 26:32I'm so excited. 60% of silver is used in industrial applications.
- 26:37Oh, oh, oh, in the cherry on top, my fellow basement
- 26:40dwellers, is that that number continues to go up.
- 26:44So the fact that they, they just review, let's have a little,
- 26:48let's have a little silver review.
- 26:50The fact that just from a monitor, if we're going to value
- 26:52silver in dollars that this stuff is printed, that this has
- 26:55gone down in value. What you know, whatever 80%
- 27:00since 1970, that alone since 1980 when we had $50 silver.
- 27:06You know, when you adjust silver for M2 money supply growth that
- 27:09it that people say it should be like at 170 that alone, OK.
- 27:13And then on top of that, you factor in the stored energy from
- 27:17this long term price suppression from those wonderful people at
- 27:21the COMEX who've been proven to manipulate the price of silver
- 27:24over the years. That's the second factor.
- 27:26And then the turbo turbo button for silver is the industrial
- 27:32use, which is really a recent phenomenon and it's eating up
- 27:365060. I don't know, 67%.
- 27:39Whatever it is, it's it's looking pretty darn, pretty darn
- 27:43optimistic. Don't forget, if you got
- 27:46something, you got something really important you want to
- 27:50store and let not let anybody know where it is.
- 27:53Dirty man safe you you bury. OK, you, you bare 30 more for
- 27:58400 bikes. OK, You want to hear the silver
- 28:02ball? OK, thank you.
- 28:04OK, Susie wants Susie wants more thumbs up.
- 28:06That was upstairs. Susie.
- 28:08For those of you who are new, that's my wife, Susie.
- 28:12She locks me in the basement. We communicate with
- 28:14walkie-talkie. Anyway, Dirty man safe.
- 28:16You bury these in the ground. OK, the safest place.
- 28:19Read about them. Check it out.
- 28:21There's a discount code Ron 10. If you want to do something
- 28:24nice, check out the charity called Hopes Walk.
- 28:28They help kids that have clubfoot all over the world.
- 28:31It's a much more common affliction in poorer countries.
- 28:34They can't afford to get treated for it, and they treat thousands
- 28:37of people. Hope walks.
- 28:39What else was I supposed to talk about?
- 28:43We got more. We got more.
- 28:45OK, boy. Oh, this is this is the dinger.
- 28:49Don't forget. Give the thumbs up then.
- 28:51Susie, did you want me to ring the silver bell or the golden
- 28:53gong? Oh, the silver bell.
- 28:55OK, I'll ring the silver bell. I'm telling you guys, here's a
- 29:00little secret, OK, for you in the precious metal sector, if
- 29:04you. OK, Thank you, Susie 424.
- 29:09Cool. OK, here's a little secret for
- 29:12you. OK, People in the West that
- 29:15that's another on top of those three, another major factor when
- 29:19your neighbors wake up, when Americans when people in the
- 29:23West wake up, the silver and gold when the herd comes, OK, it
- 29:27could be it's game over. It really could be game over,
- 29:31right? We know what's going on at
- 29:32Costco and the Costco moms and all that and it it's starting.
- 29:36That's the good news. It's starting to happen, but it
- 29:39could really happen when the generalist, the mining stocks,
- 29:44gold and silver mining stocks are at historic low levels, OK,
- 29:48And when the and when the investing world starts to wake
- 29:53up, it could bring just unbelievable numbers of people
- 29:56into into the precious metal sector.
- 29:59I'm going to make the sheep noise for you in just a second,
- 30:02but look at this. This shows how how much room for
- 30:05improvement in the West there is for people to come into the gold
- 30:10and silver ecosystem. And guys, there will be, you're
- 30:13going to go to your local coin shop and they're going to be
- 30:15like, sorry, like they're cases where they keep everything are,
- 30:19are going to be empty. We experienced that several
- 30:22times in the last 10 years during C-19 for one, right.
- 30:26I remember going to my local coin shop, I'm like, where's all
- 30:28the silver? They're like, well, you can pay
- 30:30us now and then we'll get the silver in like 8 weeks and we'll
- 30:34call you and you can come pick it up.
- 30:36But here's proof that we are still at the very, very
- 30:41beginning. I think we're in like the second
- 30:43inning. But look, America and the West
- 30:46was still some of the richest countries in the world.
- 30:49China and India, they know. But when people here wake up,
- 30:52buckle up butter cups because it's going to get absolutely
- 30:56crazy. And let's look at this chart
- 30:59that came from Tavi. Yep, Tavi Costa, he's out.
- 31:02He started his own company and congratulations, super sharp
- 31:05guy. He says what a time to be an
- 31:07investor in the mining industry. He's on his way to PDAC.
- 31:10But the point here is this is the silver miners to silver
- 31:15ratio, OK? And as you can see, right, we
- 31:19are right here, right now, OK, the last some of the other times
- 31:24when we got to these levels, 2016, 2019 time range.
- 31:31But guys basically well actually maybe we're up there.
- 31:34We are right there. We are at one this we are at
- 31:391.168. So this shows the SILETF divided
- 31:44by the silver price, OK? Now as you can see this gets up
- 31:49even in recent times as high as 250.
- 31:52That was back in 2016. We did not have a silver price
- 31:55anywhere near where we are right now.
- 31:57The point is this, when people wake up, I'm telling you the
- 32:03silver miners are making money like you've never seen before.
- 32:07Right now the companies that are actually have silver that
- 32:10they're able to mine. The reason why is because two
- 32:13years ago it cost them $25.00 an ounce to get an ounce of silver
- 32:18out of the ground and maybe they were able to sell it for 25 or
- 32:2130. They were barely making any
- 32:23money. Today their cost have not gone
- 32:26up, OK, very or if they have gone a very level little.
- 32:29So they're still pulling silver out of the around for around
- 32:32$25. If they're now selling it for
- 32:35$95, the profits are unbelievable that are being made
- 32:41when the general the big point that when it comes to the silver
- 32:44and gold prices, when the general investors wake up to
- 32:47what is going on OK and start to get there.
- 32:51There could be a mania in the mining stocks, but that's going
- 32:54to bring more attention into the overall silver and gold
- 33:00ecosystem. That will bring more people like
- 33:02wow, they that'll start buying more silver.
- 33:04It's it's going to be just absolutely, absolutely
- 33:08incredible. I'm going to ring the single
- 33:10silver bell for you and you're going to press that subscribe
- 33:14button. Guys, what an incredible period
- 33:17of time we're living through right now.
- 33:19It's going to be a crazy look. Buckle up for the next couple
- 33:22weeks. Remember, volatility goes both
- 33:26ways. We're going to have all types of
- 33:28crazy movements in these markets.
- 33:30But when we look at what's going on in the world right now with
- 33:34the wars that are happening, OK. And then we factor in even
- 33:37before that, that the that the story, right?
- 33:41The narrative behind goal gold and silver were already great.
- 33:46I think we're in, you know, when, when we look out a year,
- 33:50when we look out two years, three years from now.
- 33:52I think I'm not a stock advisor, not a financial advisor, but I
- 33:57think that we are in for some really great times.
- 34:00I look forward to doing it with you.
- 34:02Thanks for being down here in the basement.
- 34:04OK, Have a great rest of your night and I'll see you and yes,
- 34:08I see you. I'll see you next time.
- 34:11Bye. Bye.
