- 0:00The way we move through this world is important. That who we are is important,
- 0:05that it's so much less about what we do,
- 0:08and so much more about acknowledging that who we already are is the medicine
- 0:12that we need for this world.
- 0:23Hello and welcome back to Remember Why You Are Here-a podcast for
- 0:28seekers and sensitives where you can relax, receive,
- 0:32reconnect to yourself and remember the most important thing of all:
- 0:36why you're here. I'm Asia Suler, teacher, author,
- 0:41earth intuitive, and in this episode today,
- 0:44we're going to talk about something that's been really helpful for me for a long
- 0:49time, but especially recently.
- 0:50It's something I've been reminding myself of a lot,
- 0:53and that's this concept that it's not what you do,
- 0:57but how you do it.
- 1:00And I find that this concept is important for everybody,
- 1:04but is especially super important for other
- 1:08empaths and sensitives. Before we really launch in though,
- 1:13I just want to take a moment and say thank you to everyone who has left a
- 1:17rating or review for this podcast so far.
- 1:21I cannot express what it has meant to me.
- 1:23It has literally felt like y'all have sprinkled Remember-Why-You-Are-Here fairy
- 1:28dust over my life, to help me remember why I'm here.
- 1:32So thank you, thank you so much for that. And there's so many amazing reviews,
- 1:36but I just wanted to read this one excerpt of one that I read today that just
- 1:40made my day: Okay, this is from Valerie,
- 1:45and here's what she said "I'm absolutely delighted by this new offering of hope
- 1:49and compassion and clarity during a time that can feel anything but hopeful or
- 1:53clear.
- 1:54It'll be the first thing I listen to each week and after only three episodes,
- 1:59it already feels like a pivotal part of my personal journey, a handhold of joy,
- 2:04a roadmap back to myself. Valerie, thank you.
- 2:08Thank you for that reminder of why I'm here and thank you to everybody so far
- 2:13who has left a rating or review. Just such a gift, such a gift.
- 2:18Okay, so let's get into this episode together.
- 2:23So this concept of remembering that
- 2:29how you do something is so much more important than what
- 2:34you are doing,
- 2:35is something that has been so helpful for me throughout my life,
- 2:39and I think it's something we all-particularly,
- 2:41right now-really need this reminder of.
- 2:44Especially when it feels like there's so many inputs,
- 2:48so many cries for our attention,
- 2:51so many things that seem so critical that we be doing,
- 2:55and yet there's way too many of them.
- 2:57There's no way we're going to get to do all those things,
- 3:00and yet they all seem so critically important.
- 3:03And in this time where it can just feel like we're
- 3:07surrounded by "too muchness," just this too muchness of all the things that
- 3:10we're supposed to be doing, it's such a rewrite and reframe
- 3:15and resurrection to remember that the most important thing is
- 3:20not what you, do but how you do it.
- 3:23And a reminder of this really came in strongly for me when I was listening to
- 3:27another podcast called "Tell Me About Your Pain," by Alan Gordon and Alan
- 3:32Ziv in collaboration with Curable.
- 3:35The podcast is about chronic pain.
- 3:37Chronic pain has been a really big part of my life's journey.
- 3:41And in the podcast, which was a limited edition series,
- 3:45they're guiding people through exercises and reframes that are really
- 3:50helpful for releasing chronic pain.
- 3:52And this was one of the things that they highlighted,
- 3:55especially for people who are dealing with pain and who
- 4:00are really working on rewriting major
- 4:05patterns within their systems. Like chronic pain as a...
- 4:10often a neuroplastic type of pain,
- 4:12is something that lives in our nervous systems and our brains,
- 4:16and a lot of it is about learning how to rewrite deeply set
- 4:20patterns to release this holding pattern in your body.
- 4:25I wasn't surprised, but I was so delighted to hear them talk about this again.
- 4:30And in this context of remembering that "how" you do something is more important
- 4:35than what you do,
- 4:36in the context of literally healing pain inside of our
- 4:40bodies.
- 4:41I think that this reframe and remembrance is so important
- 4:47for sensitives and empaths and seekers,
- 4:50because what I have seen over my years of guiding so many different people,
- 4:55is that the folks that I tend to work with and that I feel like are drawn to
- 4:59this world of healing,
- 5:01we tend to be those who care a lot,
- 5:05and who really are dedicating ourselves to our own personal
- 5:10healing,
- 5:10to the healing of the world-and sometimes are very
- 5:15much overachievers,
- 5:16have built a life out of getting the homework done,
- 5:21out of understanding the assignment.
- 5:24And so it can become a pattern where we
- 5:29actually stack up way more on our to-do list than we could ever
- 5:33possibly accomplish. And we start feeling like this is our job,
- 5:37this is why we're here, this is what we have to do.
- 5:41And the doing of the thing is the most important.
- 5:44And sometimes it can feel like pressure and sometimes we don't even realize that
- 5:49we're creating that pressure on ourselves because we've kind of tricked
- 5:52ourselves into thinking, Oh no,
- 5:54but these are just all things I'm excited about doing.
- 5:57And while that may be true, ultimately if we tune into, often,
- 6:02our nervous system, the gentler sides of ourself,
- 6:05what we're finding is that we're feeling overwhelmed by the
- 6:09too muchness of all the things that we think we have to do.
- 6:14And this can come up so profoundly on the healing journey.
- 6:18And I can attest to this very strongly myself as someone who's dealt with
- 6:23chronic pain and chronic illness,
- 6:26that there's a part of me that always wants to be the "A student." I'll do all
- 6:30the exercises, I'll do all the things. And what I've noticed,
- 6:35and actually what they spoke to in this podcast was that that mentality
- 6:39itself can actually be a contributor to continuing or
- 6:43worsening symptoms-in my case of chronic
- 6:47pain and chronic illness, but for you, it might look like something different.
- 6:52And so I really started to notice this,
- 6:57and you might notice it too, the more that I talk about it.
- 7:02So here's a good example from my life.
- 7:05I have dealt with some form of insomnia in my entire life.
- 7:09I don't really remember a time when I didn't have some sort of trouble falling
- 7:13asleep, ever since I was very, very young.
- 7:17Something my mom has talked about a lot.
- 7:18My poor mom dealt with a lot between me and my sister and lack of sleep.
- 7:23And when I became an adult,
- 7:26I really got into trying to figure this out.
- 7:30How can I combat insomnia?
- 7:32How can I do all the things to make sure that I get to bed?
- 7:35And I did all the research and I read the books and I was listening to the
- 7:38podcasts, and it actually wasn't getting any better.
- 7:44And I had this whole routine-I still have this routine-where before bed,
- 7:49I lower the lights, I stretch,
- 7:52I meditate, I write in my journal,
- 7:57and I slowly downgrade the lights and the stimulation over this time,
- 8:01till I'm literally just reading by a red light headlamp.
- 8:04And there's nothing wrong with this routine. In fact, it is very helpful for me.
- 8:08I need an hour transition time. This is something I've realized for myself.
- 8:12But what I noticed is that when I got very into "the
- 8:17doing" the checklist of the things,
- 8:19there was a certain amount of intensity behind it.
- 8:23And that intensity actually was antithetical to
- 8:28the energy that I needed in order to relax,
- 8:31to downregulate my nervous system enough that I could sleep.
- 8:35And for me, in my experience with insomnia, this is really the key.
- 8:39It's all about the nervous system and it's all about whether I am in an
- 8:43activated mode or whether I can feel safe enough to start going into a more
- 8:48down-regulated space.
- 8:50And I realized that even though I was doing all the things,
- 8:53it wasn't working because of how was doing them.
- 8:57And I saw this a lot over the years working with different
- 9:03clients and students,
- 9:04that we can do sometimes all the things.
- 9:09And it can be so frustrating, right? Because we're like,
- 9:11we're doing all the things. I'm doing all the things.
- 9:16Why am I not healing?
- 9:19And it's because it's the way that we're doing it.
- 9:22It's because there's a certain amount of intensity behind
- 9:27what we're doing that is actually antithetical to what our bodies,
- 9:32our psyches, our spirits are needing in order to heal.
- 9:35And so this is really important for the healing journey,
- 9:39but I also think it's really important for our life in general:
- 9:44how we live into our mission,
- 9:46how we live into our purpose here on this planet.
- 9:50One thing that I see over and over again with sensitives, intuitive seekers,
- 9:55is that we're often really hard on ourselves. I mean,
- 9:59just blanket statement: hard on ourselves.
- 10:02But also hard on ourselves when it comes to our purpose.
- 10:07There's this deep intense push inside of ourselves
- 10:12to find our purpose, to be on our mission,
- 10:16to understand why we're here.
- 10:20And so there's this constant drive, this seeking,
- 10:24of what is the mission? What is the purpose?
- 10:27How do I know when I'm on it?
- 10:29I want to live up to my soul's potential in this lifetime.
- 10:34That's something I've always felt really deeply,
- 10:36and I know a lot of you feel that too:
- 10:38this really strong desire to live up to our soul's
- 10:41potential, why we came here.
- 10:45And the funny, paradoxical, like, the universe laughs,
- 10:50kind of deal with this,
- 10:50is that often when we come at it from that level
- 10:55of intensity-like, I'm going to take this workshop,
- 10:59I'm going to read this book,
- 11:02I'm going to make this practice a part of my life-it almost feels
- 11:07like that purpose keeps slipping through our fingers,
- 11:11or we keep having to do the next thing.
- 11:14And that's just part of the culture we live in too, where it's almost like,
- 11:17there's always this push to be doing the next thing,
- 11:22consuming the next thing, buying the next thing...
- 11:27Consuming in every way, including reading something or producing something,
- 11:31you know, making something a part of our life. There's just this,
- 11:34sort of this constant input.
- 11:37And yet the reality is that it's
- 11:42so much more about how we're doing things. We could be doing way less,
- 11:47actually,
- 11:48than we often think we're supposed to be doing if we just pay attention to
- 11:53how we are doing it.
- 11:56And this can be challenging because when we slow down
- 12:01to pay attention to how we're doing something,
- 12:04that's when all the feelings can arise-including
- 12:09sometimes the feeling of frustration of,
- 12:13Why isn't this happening more quickly?
- 12:14Why am I struggling so much?
- 12:16I want to be at this place,
- 12:19I want to be at point C, but I'm still at point A.
- 12:25Why is that? And what I have found,
- 12:29and the way I've described it before is almost like there's a river
- 12:34or a creek or stream-a spring-fed stream-that you're here to
- 12:39drink from.
- 12:40And that stream is actually your own center of self.
- 12:45It's this place of calm and peace and
- 12:49wellbeing. And that's all you actually need to fulfill your mission in
- 12:54this life. And to know what the next right step is,
- 12:57is to be able to drink from that river.
- 12:59And yet in order to drink from that river,
- 13:01we have to walk through this line of fire.
- 13:04And that line of fire is what's going to come up for us
- 13:09when we slow down enough to pay attention to "the how,"
- 13:15when we slow down enough to really feel ourselves.
- 13:18And for most sensitive people,
- 13:22we love being with ourselves. We want more time with ourselves.
- 13:26We love relaxing and downtime and peace and all of those things.
- 13:31And so it can be confusing to us sometimes of like, well,
- 13:33why can't I slow down then? Why can't I give myself that time?
- 13:36And it's because it's that little wall of fire.
- 13:39I almost see it as a little brush fire between you and the river,
- 13:44or between you and that spring-fed creek from which you can drink.
- 13:48And we have to be willing to walk through it.
- 13:53And the intensity of it, the discomfort of it won't last.
- 13:57But to be able to slow down enough to be with it
- 14:03is how we then get to that creek, are able to drink,
- 14:07and are able to really start to feel into our bodies,
- 14:11our nervous systems,
- 14:13of How am I actually doing this thing?
- 14:17Because oftentimes when we are doing something,
- 14:22it can be coming out of this place of fear or
- 14:27this place of lack or this place of striving.
- 14:32A lot of us have programs around "doing" and feel very safe in
- 14:37"doing." I know I do.
- 14:39I was literally a straight A student in high school.
- 14:42It was very much for me...
- 14:45like I conceived of getting good grades and being able to get into whatever
- 14:49college I want,
- 14:50as my ticket out of a very difficult situation in my
- 14:55teenage years, a difficult time in my life.
- 14:58And so I had a lot of overlapping programs around "doing" as
- 15:03being something that keeps me safe, busyness as sort of a trauma response.
- 15:07A lot of us have this,
- 15:09and so the slowing down to feel "the how,"
- 15:14there might be a level of discomfort that comes up with that.
- 15:17But if that happens, no, you're not messing it up.
- 15:22You're not messing up "the how" It's like we have to feel that first layer of
- 15:26whatever part of us is saying, Oh, this is scary. This is scary to slow down,
- 15:30this is scary to do less. What's going to happen?
- 15:33Is everything going to fall apart? And to just be with that part of ourselves.
- 15:38Sometimes it's helpful to even imagine that part,
- 15:43to give a face, a body, to that part. Maybe it's a part of you,
- 15:47a different point in your life. Maybe it won't look like you at all.
- 15:51Maybe it'll be an animal or somebody else.
- 15:55But to just imagine that part, and just sit with them,
- 16:01and hear them out, and say,
- 16:03"That makes sense." Whatever they're telling you about why this is scary,
- 16:07to just say,
- 16:07"That makes sense." And often if we're sitting with the part of
- 16:12us that is scared of slowing down, if we sit with them long enough,
- 16:17they'll feel seen and heard and safe enough that we can continue to walk to
- 16:21that stream. In a lot of ways,
- 16:24this is an invitation to be in our bodies.
- 16:30Like, "how." When you think about "how," the invitation of "how..." instead of
- 16:34"what?" how is a very somatic word.
- 16:38I can literally see bodies in motion when I say "how." It is this invitation to
- 16:43be in our bodies and that invitation will bring stuff up.
- 16:48But that's the journey. That's the secret, right? Is that's the journey:
- 16:53is we're coming here as souls on a mission on this planet.
- 16:58We're coming here to be in a body. That was the delight,
- 17:01that was the opportunity.
- 17:03And so the more we get into our bodies and explore "how," the more we're
- 17:08just naturally fulfilling this mission. It's almost this concept of,
- 17:13what if the whole mission was just you being in the "how?"
- 17:18What if that was the whole mission, right? Of you just getting into a body,
- 17:21having a life experience and really being attuned to how you are
- 17:26doing things.
- 17:27And what I have found is that when we can connect to "how," it
- 17:32ripples out these effects in every other area of our life.
- 17:37If we give ourselves permission to slow down enough to be
- 17:40in the "how" in one area,
- 17:43maybe it's in our work life or in our relationships,
- 17:47that will ripple out into all these other places and it will ripple out into
- 17:52other relationships, into our career, into our creative projects,
- 17:57into our healing journey, into how we see the world.
- 18:02So when we ground in "how" it's like we're really grounding in
- 18:07our soul's perspective of this life.
- 18:09And that's something that I think is important for us to remember-especially as
- 18:14we're inside of this podcast,
- 18:16"Remember Why You Are Here." And its whole purpose is to help you reconnect to
- 18:19and remember that-is that our missions in this life are not so much
- 18:24about "what." I really don't think they are.
- 18:27I think that "what" is like a pretty package that can change over time.
- 18:31You know, what role you're playing, what job you're in, it's like fun,
- 18:35fancy dress up clothes. But on a soul level,
- 18:39it's so much more about the "how." That's what we came here to learn, is how.
- 18:43How to be in a body, how to remain connected to ourselves,
- 18:47how to remain connected to love, as we do the things that we do.
- 18:52Over the years, I've loved listening to near-death experiences or NDE
- 18:57experiences.
- 18:59I first started being fascinated by near-death experiences in my
- 19:04teen years.
- 19:05I think I was probably 14 years old when I read Raymond Moody's
- 19:10book about near-death experiences, and Elizabeth Kubler Ross.
- 19:14And I just remember thinking like "this." Not only
- 19:19do I love these stories of dying and going home,
- 19:23dying and remembering your purpose, dying and seeing the wider picture,
- 19:28but it brought up this full body wave of remembrance inside of me.
- 19:33And it was a very somatic experience of just like,
- 19:38I remember this, I remember what this was like.
- 19:42And so I've always been fascinated by NDEs and people's accounts if their
- 19:46NDEs. It's one of the things that I do when I'm struggling with life on
- 19:51earth, is I'll listen to some NDEs.
- 19:53I find them to be very uplifting and such a good reminder.
- 19:56But one of the things I see over and over again in accounts of near-death
- 20:00experiences is people talking about exactly this,
- 20:04that they die and have these life review experiences where
- 20:09they're overlooking their whole life and they realize all along it was never
- 20:12about what they did, it was entirely about how they did it.
- 20:18And that's such a reframe for our culture that we live in,
- 20:22where there's just so much pressure on what you do.
- 20:27And it seems like that pressure comes from all sides, right?
- 20:31It's like we might've had a certain kind of pressure from our family or our
- 20:35society, our community, growing up of what the right kind of "doing" looks like.
- 20:40You know, what kind of achieving, what kind of doing.
- 20:41But then we move into other worlds, maybe healing worlds,
- 20:45maybe creative worlds, maybe worlds of activism,
- 20:47and then there's other layers of what we need to be doing,
- 20:51different kinds of things. But it's still a list of what we need to be doing.
- 20:56What if the most radical thing of all, is reframing all of that?
- 21:01It's actually not at all about what I do, but how I do it.
- 21:04And it reminds me of this one time when I was traveling in Japan,
- 21:09I got to sit in a Japanese tea ceremony.
- 21:13And I'd never been in a Japanese tea ceremony before.
- 21:16And I was really struck by how simple
- 21:21the ceremony actually was,
- 21:23but how powerful it was because there were so much
- 21:28intention,
- 21:28there were so much emphasis on the "how" in every single
- 21:33movement: like the picking up of a whisk and the putting back down of that same
- 21:38whisk. It was poetry,
- 21:40it was pure poetry watching this tea master operate.
- 21:44And it was entirely out of the space of paying such exquisite
- 21:49detail to the "how." Such exquisite detail.
- 21:53And so while the slowing down into our "how" can bring up
- 21:58sometimes unprocessed feelings and emotions and stuff,
- 22:04ultimately, and you might be feeling this right now in your nervous system,
- 22:07ultimately, it's relieving.
- 22:10Isn't it relieving to remember that like, Oh,
- 22:13I actually could never fail,
- 22:17because it's not about what I do or don't do. It's about how I do the thing.
- 22:21And the "how" is this evolving process:
- 22:25it's like as long as I'm paying attention to it,
- 22:28as long as I'm really paying attention to "how," I'm
- 22:33doing it right.
- 22:34Because ultimately what we would like is to be
- 22:39doing things out of a place of peace and love
- 22:44and compassion and openness and centeredness,
- 22:50but we might not always feel that right away.
- 22:52But us just paying attention to how we are feeling,
- 22:56is how we get there. It's almost like the road we can't help but travel down,
- 23:03our natural state as spiritual beings, as souls,
- 23:08is one of love, acceptance, openness,
- 23:12freedom, centeredness.
- 23:15And so anytime we just pay attention, actually,
- 23:20to what's going on inside of us,
- 23:21anytime we pay attention to the "how," it's like it naturally just leads us
- 23:26to that place. And it might not be right away,
- 23:29but that's always where every single road is going, every single path is going.
- 23:33That is always where you're going. It's where you come from.
- 23:36It's where you're going.
- 23:38It's the ultimate reality that surrounds you at all times.
- 23:42And so I invite you today to
- 23:47really think about the things that maybe you want to do in your
- 23:52life. And I'm sure you have a list. I have a list.
- 23:55I have a long list.
- 23:57But to ask yourself with the things on that list,
- 24:01And how do I want to do them?
- 24:04Because I've seen this over and over again, I've seen this in my business,
- 24:08that when I do something because I'm trying to
- 24:13get it done and I am crossing it off the list,
- 24:16and it feels urgent in some way, that thing only goes so far.
- 24:21But when I do something from this
- 24:26almost fluid flow-I think about someone
- 24:30practicing a martial art-that kind of energy behind
- 24:34something. When I'm really in tune with how I want to be doing it,
- 24:38how I want to be feeling when I put it out into the world,
- 24:42it goes so much further.
- 24:45So you're amplifying anything you do by just paying
- 24:49attention to this "how," giving yourself permission to let go of all
- 24:54the "what," all the things on the to-do list,
- 24:57and just paying attention to the "how." And so asking yourself maybe today,
- 25:01out of that list of things,
- 25:04what is the most important thing that you want to do?
- 25:08And then ask yourself, how, in your ideal world, would you want to do it?
- 25:13How would you feel inside of yourself?
- 25:15What would that feel like in your body to do it that way?
- 25:20To get specific if you can,
- 25:22with sensations that you would want to be feeling in your body.
- 25:25How would you want to feel in your body?
- 25:27How would you want to feel in your life?
- 25:30How would you want to feel in your relationships?
- 25:34How would you want to feel at the end of the day when you're going to bed?
- 25:39And like really feel this right now, if you can, if you have a moment,
- 25:43and the time, and now that you've felt it,
- 25:49reframe it and realize that that's actually what you want to do,
- 25:55is you want to feel that way.
- 25:56You want to do things in a way where you're able to feel that way,
- 26:01to connect into the "how." And you have the ability to do this,
- 26:04because this is your birthright. This is just who you naturally are.
- 26:08It's allowing who you naturally are to be inside of everything that you do.
- 26:14And so to ask yourself in this moment,
- 26:16in what ways can I protect my "how?" Because we
- 26:21do live in a world where there is so much pressure, there's a lot of fear,
- 26:26there's a lot of urgency,
- 26:29and it makes sense why it's there. It makes complete sense.
- 26:34And we will have to continually do this work of
- 26:39protecting how we want to do things,
- 26:43of reminding ourselves that it's important,
- 26:46this "how" is actually super important in this
- 26:49world. Because at the end of the day,
- 26:53it's not what you do that will help heal the world,
- 26:57it's how you do it.
- 27:00And we can see this in every single facet of the
- 27:05world. I think about, for example, gardening,
- 27:10and the idea of building soil, rebuilding soil.
- 27:15It's not like "what" I produce in my garden. Ideally, sure,
- 27:19I'd love to be able to feed myself from the garden and sort of exit some of
- 27:23these global food systems that we're a part of that are just... not good,
- 27:27not sustainable, not going to last, not beneficial pretty much for anybody.
- 27:33And yet when we get so focused on "the what" we're producing in this
- 27:38garden, we can really forget the "how," the process,
- 27:42the slowing down enough that I'm actually building soil,
- 27:47this is regenerative,
- 27:49I'm feeding the earth as I do it.
- 27:53We've forgotten the energy of "how" in our world today
- 27:58and the energy of "how," that energy, where we're invited to slow down,
- 28:03connect to ourselves, be aware of our inner states,
- 28:08that's what's going to shift the world.
- 28:11And so every time you're willing to connect back into your "how," to give
- 28:15yourself permission to realize that it is how you do something,
- 28:19and not what you do, that's the most important. You are healing the world.
- 28:25So thank you for tuning into this podcast today,
- 28:29for spending this time to be in your "how," to attune to your
- 28:35inner environment. It's such an honor to be here with you.
- 28:39It is such a reminder for me of why I'm here,
- 28:43and it's been such a delight.
- 28:45And a reminder that I have a voicemail
- 28:49now, so you can leave me a voice message if you just go to
- 28:52AsiaSuler.com/remember,
- 28:56you will find my voice answering machine there.
- 28:58You can leave me a voice message.
- 29:00I have been getting messages that have been so fun so far.
- 29:04And one thing I'm going to be doing is sharing some messages here on the
- 29:09podcast, possibly doing some Q and A this way,
- 29:11expanding on topics that people want expansion on,
- 29:15and also having some feedback or follow-up information on the things that are
- 29:20really lighting people up.
- 29:21So in my intuitive reading for March this year,
- 29:25somebody asked me to share my recipe for bee balm pesto.
- 29:30And so I did that over on my newsletter. So that's another really great thing:
- 29:34if you want all the updates that I will be doing as I get these voice
- 29:38messages, all the auxiliary recipes, info,
- 29:44just the gathering that happens there,
- 29:46then definitely come on over and sign up for my newsletter.
- 29:50That sign up is on the website.
- 29:52You can go to asiasuler.com/innercircle and it'll take you right
- 29:57there. And that's really one of my favorite ways to keep in contact and to be in
- 30:02connection with you. So thank you for being here.
- 30:06Thank you for taking time out of your day to sit in this moment with me,
- 30:10to remember our "hows," to remember that the way we move through this world is
- 30:14important, that who we are is important,
- 30:17that it's so much less about what we do,
- 30:19and so much more about acknowledging that who we already are is the medicine
- 30:24that we need for this world.
- 30:27So I am going to be tuning in next time with a really exciting announcement of
- 30:32something that I've been working on for so long.
- 30:34So tune in for that next week.
- 30:38I have butterflies in my stomach just talking about it,
- 30:40but I'm so excited I cannot wait to just spill the beans.
- 30:45So with that, I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day,
- 30:48and I'll see you next time on Remember Why You Are Here.
