- 0:16Speaker 2: I'll give out your made bastards.
- 0:18Speaker 3: Great to have your company this Monday afternoon, the twenty
- 0:21Speaker 3: fifth of November twenty twenty four. And you, my friends,
- 0:24Speaker 3: are listening to The Big Show brought to you by Towey.
- 0:30Speaker 3: And there's always.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Despite his tales of his weakened endeavors, oh moogie, there's
- 0:38Speaker 2: tight black t shirt there and his massive well that
- 0:44Speaker 2: as well. But they just I just find that even
- 0:47Speaker 2: more makes him more appealing to me. Kezy, Yeah, God,
- 0:50Speaker 2: you're looking good, your dad, how's life going?
- 0:53Speaker 4: Pretty grassy? Your mad dog.
- 0:54Speaker 2: Loving a stubble too, by the way, sick son of a.
- 0:57Speaker 3: I don't know why your wife has a problem with
- 0:59Speaker 3: your mo because I find it hot.
- 1:01Speaker 4: Yeah, I know what she does.
- 1:02Speaker 5: She was asking me again over the weekend to get
- 1:04Speaker 5: rid of it. I said, can't do it. I had
- 1:06Speaker 5: a binding referendum on the Herdecke Big Show.
- 1:08Speaker 4: Yeah fair cool. Ninety nine point nine percent of people
- 1:11Speaker 4: said keep it here.
- 1:13Speaker 2: We are yeah, totally man.
- 1:15Speaker 6: The problem with binding referendums on the Big Show. Is
- 1:17Speaker 6: that Hoodie J doesn't abide by them because he had
- 1:19Speaker 6: two for his start.
- 1:20Speaker 4: That's true. Actually, yeah, but then if you remember why,
- 1:22Speaker 4: he had to shave them kezy.
- 1:24Speaker 6: Yeah, but then he also said he'd grow back again
- 1:25Speaker 6: for the rest of the vim. Oh, that's right, and
- 1:27Speaker 6: he didn't. And it's so clean shaven right now.
- 1:29Speaker 2: It's good to see it keasy and you're looking pretty
- 1:33Speaker 2: dory eyed.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Can I say that he always has a heavy eye
- 1:37Speaker 3: when he's had a big weekend, looks a bit sleepy,
- 1:41Speaker 3: looks a bit sleepy, but your bangs are looking buffy.
- 1:44Speaker 2: How's life.
- 1:48Speaker 4: So good? Jas?
- 1:48Speaker 6: Thanks for the introduction? Man, I feel great, Yeah good.
- 1:52Speaker 6: My eyes are a wee bit heavy.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:55Speaker 6: I don't know what that's got to do with anything, though,
- 1:56Speaker 6: I was still gonna do great radio.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Yeah course. And of course watch mann No.
- 2:02Speaker 6: I wear it every day. I've had about five years shiny.
- 2:05Speaker 6: Thank you, I polished it, speaking of Jase, you're polished today.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Man, Thanks Man, feeling pretty good.
- 2:11Speaker 6: You got your spotty shirt and a little speckled ship.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Well, actually this is this is a news sue to me.
- 2:16Speaker 3: Yeah, that's been in my wardrobe the whole time, and
- 2:18Speaker 3: I was going the whole time. I was going out
- 2:20Speaker 3: to dinner with my wife last night and her mum
- 2:22Speaker 3: and I looked at the ship, ma'am.
- 2:25Speaker 2: I've never seen that shoot before. Maybe I'll try that
- 2:27Speaker 2: on and.
- 2:28Speaker 6: Wore it last night today today.
- 2:30Speaker 2: But I only wore it for about a couple of
- 2:32Speaker 2: hours yesterday, so I thought I'll get another wear out
- 2:34Speaker 2: of it again today. So I'm looking pretty high, don't
- 2:39Speaker 2: know it fexed me well, and feeling pretty good, fellows right.
- 2:43Speaker 2: My brain's a bit sort of all over the place.
- 2:45Speaker 2: I'm a bit jumpy.
- 2:46Speaker 3: I was in a little of a mood this morning,
- 2:47Speaker 3: but I'm working through all this stuff and.
- 2:50Speaker 2: I'll explain that later on. Okay, I'll tell you what
- 2:53Speaker 2: mess it. Showy head and absolutely massive shows. I stay tuned. Oh,
- 2:58Speaker 2: I'm Megan Monday.
- 2:59Speaker 6: It is Megan Monday. To send us a text on
- 3:01Speaker 6: three four eight three if you'd like to nominate anyone
- 3:02Speaker 6: for being an absolute maggot over the weekend, and you
- 3:05Speaker 6: could get yourself a twoy prize pack.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Meantime. Good He's a food fighters.
- 3:10Speaker 1: The Hole Achy Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 3:14Speaker 1: and Keysy.
- 3:15Speaker 3: On Jovi there on the radio, hold Ache Big Show
- 3:18Speaker 3: this Monday afternoon. We asked if there are any Maggot
- 3:20Speaker 3: Monday texts out there today, and there have been none,
- 3:23Speaker 3: according to Keyzy. So I just want the people that
- 3:25Speaker 3: are listening to the show at the moment, at the moment,
- 3:27Speaker 3: to pull finger. I mean, we're we're giving everything we've got.
- 3:30Speaker 2: To give at the moment. And if you can't be
- 3:33Speaker 2: asked texting us on three four eight three, why do
- 3:35Speaker 2: we bother fellos?
- 3:36Speaker 6: There are a few, Oh there are, yeah, yeah.
- 3:39Speaker 2: I was just gonna know, you've made me look like
- 3:40Speaker 2: an idiot.
- 3:41Speaker 6: You so enough, You've got a renegade on your own.
- 3:43Speaker 6: You know, I don't know you're going to do.
- 3:44Speaker 2: See where there are any texts? And you said no
- 3:46Speaker 2: because I said no.
- 3:48Speaker 6: When I said no, I mean I was going to
- 3:49Speaker 6: quickly plug our live show this Thursday and this break
- 3:52Speaker 6: and then in the next break I was going to
- 3:53Speaker 6: read some texts. So you've completely misread the situation, right right, Okay?
- 3:57Speaker 6: Good this Thursday. By the way, if you're an all,
- 4:00Speaker 6: we're gonna be hang a bar out in Henderson, West Aukland,
- 4:02Speaker 6: four pm till seven, debuting the Hoducky Pie Come along
- 4:06Speaker 6: You're gonna backbone T shirt and free pies as well, waving.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Forward to my home territory out west here and now
- 4:11Speaker 3: I know that this last Friday past yellows. You guys
- 4:15Speaker 3: both had a big night the New Zealand Film and
- 4:17Speaker 3: Television Awards.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Was it?
- 4:18Speaker 5: No New Zealand Television awardsion? But everything else here and
- 4:23Speaker 5: we went along, didn't we?
- 4:24Speaker 4: Keyzy?
- 4:24Speaker 2: Did you find a suit magie?
- 4:26Speaker 5: Uh? Yeah, I owned quite a few suits, so I
- 4:28Speaker 5: just wore one of those. Oh yeah, which is a
- 4:30Speaker 5: bit of a shame. You just want something else. I
- 4:32Speaker 5: did have an absolute debacle though. I thought I got
- 4:35Speaker 5: my suit out and then I went to get my
- 4:37Speaker 5: I thought, I'll get my boots out and you know,
- 4:39Speaker 5: my dress shoes there and the socks out, just so
- 4:41Speaker 5: they're ready. And no, not there, not in the house.
- 4:45Speaker 5: God knows where they are, God knows what's even to them.
- 4:47Speaker 5: So I had to work half an hour before we
- 4:49Speaker 5: were going to make Kezy. I had to go to
- 4:52Speaker 5: a shop and buy some more boots and it was
- 4:55Speaker 5: an absolute disgrace how much they ripped me off for.
- 4:58Speaker 4: Then I'm not going to go into those details.
- 4:59Speaker 5: Seven It was a lot of money anyway, so we
- 5:04Speaker 5: went along, Keyzy did it? We Now I don't talk
- 5:06Speaker 5: about on here, but I've got a business talent agency. Keyzy,
- 5:10Speaker 5: you're part of it as thanks to Jas over here
- 5:12Speaker 5: has kindly lent you over to us. But we had
- 5:15Speaker 5: a lot we've only been gave for a couple of years.
- 5:16Speaker 5: Where James Musterpick was nominated for Best TV Personality, Karen
- 5:20Speaker 5: O'Leary is nominated for Best Presenter for Entertainment. She won
- 5:24Speaker 5: So one Nathan was nominated for Best Script and Best
- 5:27Speaker 5: Comedy for Kids Sisters she won for Best Script Els
- 5:29Speaker 5: Carrod won for Bestupporting Actor. After the party, Whi's got
- 5:32Speaker 5: ten nominations and one nine Gallet was nominated for Best
- 5:36Speaker 5: Director for Kyinger. So we had a pretty good night.
- 5:39Speaker 5: We've got three wins on the evening. But perhaps I
- 5:42Speaker 5: was most proud of Kezy. Sure Keezy got up there
- 5:45Speaker 5: and presented some awards with Laura what's her name, and
- 5:51Speaker 5: it was amazing. Place was in stitches. Thanks Jesu has
- 5:55Speaker 5: invented a whole new character. Whereas the goofiest son of
- 5:57Speaker 5: a bitch on the face of the earth.
- 5:59Speaker 4: Sure, and I was I'm laughing. I don't know where
- 6:00Speaker 4: it's coming from. I've never seen him. He hit me up.
- 6:02Speaker 6: He's like, why you said goofy all of a sudden,
- 6:04Speaker 6: I was like, I think there was just maybe a
- 6:06Speaker 6: character for that particular moment.
- 6:08Speaker 4: You've done it a little bit on the TV shows.
- 6:10Speaker 6: Yeah, you can pull it. I'm starting to go down
- 6:12Speaker 6: a bit of a goofy route. It's because Jason keeps
- 6:14Speaker 6: calling me goofy.
- 6:15Speaker 3: Well I've always said your goofy, I know, because you
- 6:18Speaker 3: are goofy, see exactly.
- 6:20Speaker 4: So yeah, this is on another level now.
- 6:22Speaker 5: I bagged it up because I should have been recording
- 6:24Speaker 5: from the start, and a costad recording. It's always a
- 6:26Speaker 5: bit of a shambles. But he presented six awards, didn't
- 6:29Speaker 5: you make Wow? But God, the level of goofiness is
- 6:31Speaker 5: out the gate. It's a completely it's not even Kezy
- 6:33Speaker 5: who's doing it, completely different person.
- 6:36Speaker 6: It's a thing called acting. Jas you won't know about it.
- 6:39Speaker 6: That's where you pretend to be someone else. Yes, and
- 6:42Speaker 6: I did that in a professional situation. Sure.
- 6:46Speaker 4: What was the general feedback on it? CAZy?
- 6:48Speaker 6: It was great? That was actually the good thing about
- 6:50Speaker 6: it because the film and the film the TV Awards. Sorry,
- 6:53Speaker 6: I don't know a lot of people. I've done some TV,
- 6:57Speaker 6: but not in mainstream yeah TV, you know what I mean,
- 7:00Speaker 6: not big time TV. It's a lot of loud people
- 7:02Speaker 6: talking about a lot of stuff they've achieved in their lives,
- 7:05Speaker 6: and I'm just there, like, oh, I was just on
- 7:07Speaker 6: like acc thing to the awards.
- 7:11Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:12Speaker 6: I worked in TV for almost a decade and our
- 7:13Speaker 6: show was never ever put forward for any awards. For
- 7:15Speaker 6: some reason. Our producer at the time didn't like submitting
- 7:18Speaker 6: for awards. I thought it was too you know, I
- 7:20Speaker 6: don't know, you're looking for praise sort of thing, and
- 7:22Speaker 6: it's probably how ratings a thing to do with. Yeah,
- 7:26Speaker 6: we can just get over all that.
- 7:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 7:28Speaker 6: But I didn't want to go because I was absolutely
- 7:30Speaker 6: knaked after we've been in Tartanaki.
- 7:32Speaker 4: And then I.
- 7:33Speaker 6: Ended up being the last one to not only leave
- 7:35Speaker 6: the awards, but to leave the after party, right. I
- 7:38Speaker 6: was the last one there, yeah, which I was quite
- 7:41Speaker 6: proud of. It was two thirty. Everyone had gone home
- 7:44Speaker 6: and they were trying to shut this little private area
- 7:45Speaker 6: they had going. I was like, I probably go home now, Yeah, yeah,
- 7:51Speaker 6: but it was excellent.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Oh that's great.
- 7:53Speaker 6: Was fun?
- 7:53Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, because I got a call from your wife.
- 7:57Speaker 2: She say, was she not there with you? No?
- 7:59Speaker 6: No, she wasn't invited. It's like one hundred and something
- 8:01Speaker 6: dollars for a ticket.
- 8:02Speaker 4: So we decid.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:04Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 8:04Speaker 3: She was pretty upset when she called. But yeah, yeah,
- 8:07Speaker 3: so I went around and just we just had a
- 8:10Speaker 3: little chat. Yeah, hung out and gave her a hug,
- 8:12Speaker 3: and I made a cup of tea, some biggies.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Just we just sort of snuggled.
- 8:21Speaker 6: Really just Jase, you did not go around to my
- 8:25Speaker 6: house and snuggle with my wife.
- 8:27Speaker 2: I was supporting her. She was upset.
- 8:30Speaker 8: Man.
- 8:31Speaker 2: It's like what I do.
- 8:35Speaker 1: The hdiche Big Show with Jase, Mike and Keysy tune
- 8:38Speaker 1: in week days and four on Radio Hodiki Radio Head.
- 8:42Speaker 3: There on the Radio Hodaki Big Show this Monday afternoon.
- 8:46Speaker 3: The time is exactly four twenty six.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Yeah, boy, yeah, man.
- 8:50Speaker 5: Hey, So we left the New Zealand Television Awards on
- 8:53Speaker 5: Friday night, my wife and I.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Yes, oh yeah yeah.
- 9:00Speaker 4: As it was sort of like, oh god, how we go?
- 9:02Speaker 4: That was a problem.
- 9:02Speaker 5: I had one percent left on my phone and my
- 9:06Speaker 5: wife's phone was then being repaired, so I shouldn't have
- 9:10Speaker 5: Uber on this other sort of shipbox one shipbox phone.
- 9:13Speaker 5: So I was like, how are we going to get neurb?
- 9:15Speaker 5: But we're not going to be able to get nuber anyway.
- 9:16Speaker 5: As we're sort of walking through out your center the
- 9:20Speaker 5: other square, a gentleman, a taxi driver, protest and he
- 9:23Speaker 5: goes taxi. He says, taxi question mate. Absolutely, yeah, cool man,
- 9:27Speaker 5: So go over there jumping the cab and I'm sort
- 9:29Speaker 5: of trying to talk to him. He's not really talking
- 9:31Speaker 5: back to me. He's given me a little bit of
- 9:33Speaker 5: a vibe that he's a scumbag with you, and so
- 9:37Speaker 5: I'm not too sure about this guy. And then he
- 9:40Speaker 5: started taking us around, you know, not exactly the fastest route.
- 9:46Speaker 5: So then we got to got home and I said
- 9:50Speaker 5: to my wife, why don't you just go inside. I'll
- 9:52Speaker 5: be in in a minute, because I could anticipate that
- 9:55Speaker 5: there was going to be a bit of a stitch up.
- 9:56Speaker 5: And there's been a bit of a story going around,
- 9:57Speaker 5: hasn't there that people have been getting ripped off by
- 10:00Speaker 5: taxi drivers. It was like some tourists got done for
- 10:02Speaker 5: eight hundred bucks or something ridiculous. Wow, right, in the
- 10:05Speaker 5: last sort of week or so coming back from Coldplayer.
- 10:07Speaker 5: So anyway, it ticked up in the fear. Now I
- 10:10Speaker 5: traveled to two point six kilometers.
- 10:14Speaker 6: So we guess how much it's going to be. Two
- 10:17Speaker 6: point six kilometers a bit of a tariff to start things.
- 10:19Speaker 6: I'm gonna say twenty bucks.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Nice, I'm gonna say thirty Not.
- 10:24Speaker 5: Bad, Jay, It's not bad. So by the time we
- 10:27Speaker 5: got there, it had got up to forty two dollars.
- 10:30Speaker 5: That's ridiculous. That is ridiculous. And so he said forty
- 10:33Speaker 5: two dollars. I'd been watching it tech up and I
- 10:35Speaker 5: was just like, wow, I should have had my phone charge.
- 10:37Speaker 4: It's my fault. So forty two bucks.
- 10:40Speaker 5: And then he does this thing on the little swipey
- 10:45Speaker 5: card there the older what do you call those? Fox machine?
- 10:47Speaker 5: Pass sat back. I swiped my card and then I
- 10:51Speaker 5: say to him, can I please have a receipt because
- 10:54Speaker 5: I've got a feeling about this, and so he prints
- 10:57Speaker 5: out the receipt, seems it back to me. I put
- 10:59Speaker 5: my torch on and all of a sudden, the fear
- 11:02Speaker 5: has gone up to fifty two dollars.
- 11:03Speaker 4: Oh wow, Yeah, it's gone up to fifty two dollars,
- 11:06Speaker 4: and I said, what's going on here? Man?
- 11:07Speaker 5: Ah, it puts on it puts on a ten percent
- 11:10Speaker 5: fee as soon as you use your credit card.
- 11:13Speaker 4: Ten percent.
- 11:14Speaker 5: It seems like a lot when it's normally about one
- 11:16Speaker 5: point six or two or maybe three. Oh yeah, it's
- 11:19Speaker 5: just what it does. I said, well, it doesn't explain
- 11:21Speaker 5: the other five bucks either. Anyway, gets into a very
- 11:24Speaker 5: very heated debate where Mogi is firing up, yes, absolutely
- 11:30Speaker 5: firing up, and I was on the verge of throttling him,
- 11:32Speaker 5: and he tried to give me three dollars to make
- 11:35Speaker 5: up for it, and I said, no, no, keep it coming.
- 11:37Speaker 5: Eventually he paid me out the difference.
- 11:40Speaker 4: Right. But it's a strange way to run a business,
- 11:43Speaker 4: isn't it.
- 11:43Speaker 5: When you've got uber that is offering you cheaper, better service,
- 11:46Speaker 5: and then you come along and you're all you're doing
- 11:48Speaker 5: is ripping people off. Then do people really want to
- 11:51Speaker 5: take a taxi?
- 11:52Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, that's a total ruw.
- 11:54Speaker 3: I mean, the fact that it was even forty odd
- 11:56Speaker 3: dollars unbelievable from where you were to where you went too,
- 11:59Speaker 3: just read ridiculous.
- 12:00Speaker 6: Can I can I just just one question when that happened,
- 12:03Speaker 6: Did it?
- 12:03Speaker 4: Bug you?
- 12:05Speaker 5: Um?
- 12:06Speaker 4: Yes?
- 12:15Speaker 3: On that my Uber ride home on the Friday, the
- 12:20Speaker 3: Uber driver had it on. It was very it was
- 12:23Speaker 3: very non chatty, quite rude, and I was trying to
- 12:26Speaker 3: be you know, animate you're pretty, you're pretty rude and.
- 12:29Speaker 2: And anyway, I was.
- 12:31Speaker 3: It felt like as heater was on about minus forty degrees.
- 12:34Speaker 2: I was his his ear. I was freezing my ass
- 12:39Speaker 2: off and I said, oh, mate, do you mind if
- 12:41Speaker 2: you turn the air coon off?
- 12:42Speaker 3: It's pretty cold back here? And he said no, it's
- 12:45Speaker 3: too hot.
- 12:46Speaker 2: And that was it.
- 12:47Speaker 3: And that was it and I went okay, yeah.
- 12:50Speaker 6: Oh wow when he said that, did that bug you?
- 12:52Speaker 2: Nah?
- 12:53Speaker 4: That's good?
- 12:56Speaker 6: Big show podcast.
- 12:57Speaker 3: This indeed system of it down there on the radio.
- 13:00Speaker 3: He showed this Monday afternoon. Any he text theis on
- 13:03Speaker 3: three four A three megot mondays.
- 13:05Speaker 6: Yeah, hepes the mega Monday texts coming in on three
- 13:07Speaker 6: fight three. Don't forget everyone. The texts through in the
- 13:09Speaker 6: drawer for a two week prize pack. Shout out to
- 13:13Speaker 6: Cody Fisher for being a massive maggot all weekend, getting
- 13:15Speaker 6: up early this weekend to go to work like he
- 13:18Speaker 6: always does. Cheers, Yeah, backbone, that's good stuff.
- 13:20Speaker 4: That's great stuff.
- 13:21Speaker 6: Speaking of backbone, shout out to Blair who won the
- 13:24Speaker 6: Chasing the Fox competition. Him and I are going to
- 13:26Speaker 6: be absolutely maggeted on whole six hurling abuse at any
- 13:30Speaker 6: celebrities that are smaller than us.
- 13:32Speaker 3: Cheers, Yeah, great stuff, Heyndison, there was a bit of
- 13:35Speaker 3: a sporting action over the weekend, So let's tell a
- 13:37Speaker 3: bit of sports.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Chet, shall we?
- 13:39Speaker 6: A bit of a sporting action?
- 13:40Speaker 2: Was that what I said?
- 13:41Speaker 4: That's not going to tell you.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I'm.
- 13:47Speaker 6: Just gonna pause that for a set.
- 13:50Speaker 4: Alarm racism alarm as I see.
- 13:52Speaker 2: You know I put up. My brain's a bit scatter
- 13:55Speaker 2: of brain.
- 13:56Speaker 6: So the daries are the only thing stopping you from
- 13:57Speaker 6: being racist. No fair point, Hey, huge week Indo sport
- 14:04Speaker 6: hoty j. To begin with, you were so stoked, you
- 14:09Speaker 6: were so stoked about watching India and Ossie play Test
- 14:11Speaker 6: cricket eight. How's that going?
- 14:12Speaker 3: Absolutely magnificent? Actually, boomra, It's just a pleasure to watch
- 14:16Speaker 3: in bowl. It's also a pleasure to see the Australians
- 14:19Speaker 3: get absolutely smashed in this Test match, particularly given India
- 14:24Speaker 3: initially were bolt out for one hundred and fifteen. You
- 14:26Speaker 3: thought oh god, here we go in India, missing quite
- 14:29Speaker 3: a few key players as well. But they fought back
- 14:32Speaker 3: mag magnificently and now totally dominating Australia five hundred and
- 14:38Speaker 3: thirty four to window Australia and are currently four.
- 14:42Speaker 2: For seventy few hours. Yeah, and that's on in the
- 14:44Speaker 2: background now and I'm finding it very hard not to
- 14:47Speaker 2: be distracted by it.
- 14:50Speaker 6: What does this do in terms of context with our
- 14:53Speaker 6: Test series sweep over in India?
- 14:55Speaker 2: Not a lot really keesy.
- 14:56Speaker 6: So but what what if Ozsie? You know, what if
- 14:58Speaker 6: they lose to India dress after the series.
- 15:01Speaker 3: Well, that'll mean that India probably get through to the
- 15:03Speaker 3: World Cup final, you know, to the Test Championship final
- 15:08Speaker 3: and Ossie is still up there. But we we have
- 15:10Speaker 3: to the low Zealand strict nation in the world. Yeah,
- 15:14Speaker 3: because we picked them at home three zeps. Obviously we're
- 15:17Speaker 3: better than Australia at the moment, it's.
- 15:18Speaker 5: All become very clear. I can also just talk about
- 15:20Speaker 5: the Wellington Phoenix. They beat the Melbourne Victory one nil
- 15:24Speaker 5: over the weekend. That's taken them up to second place
- 15:27Speaker 5: on the ladder. And Auckland have Sea beat MacArthur one
- 15:31Speaker 5: nil away, so they're in the first place. So Auckland
- 15:36Speaker 5: C and Wellington one and two on the table dominating.
- 15:38Speaker 6: Maybe a bit of competition, a fellas, maybe that's good
- 15:41Speaker 6: for the old the Phoenix.
- 15:44Speaker 4: That's good.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Yeah, totally man, and especially when you think about Auckland
- 15:48Speaker 3: f C absolutely caning the Phoenix, humiliating them to zip.
- 15:53Speaker 6: Yes, all Blacks who want to discuss it? Not really?
- 15:56Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean look, I watched the first half and
- 15:59Speaker 5: then I got about five minutes and the second half
- 16:01Speaker 5: and I turned it off.
- 16:01Speaker 6: I did the same thing. Yeah, yeah, it wasn't enjoyable.
- 16:05Speaker 5: Every now and again you get one of those games,
- 16:06Speaker 5: don't you wear the all Blacks will sink to the
- 16:08Speaker 5: level of their opposition. It's the last game of the season.
- 16:11Speaker 5: They can't be bothered. And that's why I'd always prefer
- 16:14Speaker 5: to have Italy be the first game of a Northern
- 16:16Speaker 5: tour rather than the last. Sure, because they're not going
- 16:18Speaker 5: to drop the guard for an Ireland or in England
- 16:21Speaker 5: or anything. But it was an incredibly tough watch.
- 16:24Speaker 2: I've got to be honest with you, feelows. I was
- 16:26Speaker 2: late to the game because I was making love, so
- 16:29Speaker 2: I missed the entire first half, right, then I watched
- 16:32Speaker 2: about ten minutes of the second half and when I'm
- 16:34Speaker 2: gamed at the.
- 16:35Speaker 6: Gym, weird making love then go to the gym by
- 16:38Speaker 6: the way, Yeah, it's a really weird way to do.
- 16:40Speaker 3: Absolutely physical kind of guy in the weekend.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what I mean.
- 16:45Speaker 6: My dad takes after the game dawn.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:48Speaker 6: Yeah, And I've never heard him say this, but he said, well,
- 16:50Speaker 6: that was a tough watch. Oh really, And he also
- 16:52Speaker 6: said I'm kind of glad the season's over, you know
- 16:55Speaker 6: what I mean. And so for him to say that
- 16:57Speaker 6: dedicated absolutely loves the All Blacks.
- 17:00Speaker 3: Yeah, yes, Let's look at Razors record because he came
- 17:03Speaker 3: with high expectations there, Mogi and Kezy ten out of fourteen,
- 17:07Speaker 3: barely a past mark as a percentage of winning.
- 17:11Speaker 4: I think you went bloody well this year.
- 17:13Speaker 5: I think the Springboks, considering they're in the absolute prime
- 17:17Speaker 5: as a team and have been together for some years now,
- 17:20Speaker 5: and that we sort of lost twice to them but
- 17:22Speaker 5: were within seven points and probably could have taken out
- 17:24Speaker 5: of when the fact that we lost by one point
- 17:27Speaker 5: of France and pain, the fact that we are in
- 17:30Speaker 5: a rebuilding year and they're just trying to start buying
- 17:33Speaker 5: into waddlers that Rais is going to do. I'll start
- 17:35Speaker 5: judging them in year two and three.
- 17:39Speaker 3: I was just sort of talking about the expectations that
- 17:41Speaker 3: he is just going to win everything.
- 17:42Speaker 6: Yeah, check it now.
- 17:45Speaker 2: So but yeah, no, fair cop, fair cop.
- 17:47Speaker 6: Ten out of fouring pretty good and three out of
- 17:49Speaker 6: four on the road, you know, Northern tour. It's a
- 17:51Speaker 6: tough tour.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I would have preferred the clean sweep. Actually, Keezy,
- 17:55Speaker 2: well we all wore Jess. Yeah, that puts me off
- 17:57Speaker 2: a little bit, to be honest.
- 18:00Speaker 4: You should never darry Man, Yes, anyone.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Have any darry No, you're not allowed that right, Okay.
- 18:05Speaker 1: The hod Achy Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 18:09Speaker 1: and Keezy.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Yes, indeed tool there on the radio Hodankee Big Show
- 18:13Speaker 3: this Monday afternoon. For those of you that are interested
- 18:16Speaker 3: in the cricket Australia are currently four seventy eight four
- 18:20Speaker 3: for seventy eight chasing five hundred and thirty four.
- 18:24Speaker 6: It's not gonna happen, is it, Jose.
- 18:25Speaker 2: No, it's not gonna happen. It's still another day and
- 18:27Speaker 2: a half ago, so it's all over over.
- 18:29Speaker 6: I reckon hey fellas. When I was a youngster, I
- 18:32Speaker 6: remember in January it was an important time of year
- 18:35Speaker 6: for the key Fano where we would all hop into
- 18:38Speaker 6: my dad's various pickup trucks and things and heaps of
- 18:41Speaker 6: old car stuff to Coomu every year for the Classic
- 18:44Speaker 6: Car and hot Rod Festival that happens there, three day
- 18:46Speaker 6: event Friday, Saturday Sunday, one of the biggest car shows
- 18:49Speaker 6: in New Zealand. It is I would have gone to
- 18:52Speaker 6: it fifteen years in a row of my childhood right,
- 18:55Speaker 6: stayed the night all three nights. Dad was selling car
- 18:57Speaker 6: parts and talking shop with people. So I've got a
- 19:01Speaker 6: backbone backbone city, to be honest, and so I haven't
- 19:06Speaker 6: been in the last few years. So the fact that
- 19:08Speaker 6: we're actually even talking about is blood exciting for me.
- 19:10Speaker 4: I'm going to go along.
- 19:10Speaker 3: I saw actually on that front, Keezy, you brought in
- 19:12Speaker 3: your little truck e to day. Yeah you see, yeah,
- 19:16Speaker 3: you got two spaces actually because of the way he parted.
- 19:19Speaker 5: Yeahs to interact, man, But do you have a point
- 19:23Speaker 5: to that story or are you just sort.
- 19:25Speaker 4: Of just walk down memory lane.
- 19:27Speaker 6: I just sort to kill two minutes. Alreadio by chatting
- 19:29Speaker 6: about myself and my childhood. But also we're giving away
- 19:33Speaker 6: an all inclusive trip to Auckland for the festival in January,
- 19:38Speaker 6: including flights and accommodation. As I said, it's a three
- 19:40Speaker 6: day event, the seventeenth or the nineteenth, that's Friday through Sunday.
- 19:43Speaker 6: We can work out the details, how long you want
- 19:45Speaker 6: to spend there, what you want to do. But in
- 19:46Speaker 6: the next hour you have to listen out for this.
- 19:52Speaker 6: Sorry that Mike did a fart in the middle of that.
- 19:54Speaker 6: I'm just going to play it again, just that people
- 19:55Speaker 6: don't think it's got to find it so you can
- 19:58Speaker 6: listen out for this, but I would to play it
- 20:04Speaker 6: one more time, Okay, So just listen out for this
- 20:05Speaker 6: without the fart. Mike, Can I ask a question? Sorry
- 20:13Speaker 6: on chase. When you hear the horn call, I said, oh,
- 20:16Speaker 6: eight hundred hodaki and you get yourself and the draw
- 20:18Speaker 6: it's going to happen in the next hour.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Do they have accommodation and quum you to you?
- 20:23Speaker 6: Yeah, wasting cumu qum you.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Did they actually have accommodation there?
- 20:28Speaker 4: Do they?
- 20:28Speaker 2: Well?
- 20:29Speaker 3: I mean it's a town because I've been I never
- 20:31Speaker 3: stopped there because she's pretty rough.
- 20:33Speaker 6: No, Kumi is not rough at all. In fact, it's
- 20:36Speaker 6: really nice, you know what I mean. It's the kind
- 20:37Speaker 6: of place you'd like to aspire to live.
- 20:39Speaker 3: I think I stopped there for a toasty once and
- 20:41Speaker 3: just only barely made it out of there alive.
- 20:44Speaker 6: What was this in like nineteen sixty something, Well.
- 20:46Speaker 2: It was like nineteen ninety five. Yeah.
- 20:49Speaker 6: Yeah, it's a lovely place.
- 20:50Speaker 2: And my hot rod and you're hot.
- 20:52Speaker 6: What was it again? Pardon if you are keen, as
- 20:55Speaker 6: I said, listen out for that horn. It's going to
- 20:57Speaker 6: be happening in the next hour, which is bloody exciting.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Great stuff. All that after five o'clock.
- 21:05Speaker 1: The Hohodiche Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy. Tune
- 21:08Speaker 1: in week days at four on Radio hod Ike.
- 21:10Speaker 3: You're welcome back, your massive bagbones. Hope your Monday is
- 21:13Speaker 3: going along tickety boo. The time is five oh two
- 21:16Speaker 3: and you, my friends, are listening to the Big Show
- 21:18Speaker 3: brought to you by Twoey.
- 21:21Speaker 6: Get it in you, get it in you. If you
- 21:23Speaker 6: have a look around New Zealand, you might spot you
- 21:25Speaker 6: with a man hang on, but can I just do
- 21:28Speaker 6: that again? And then you come in with that.
- 21:30Speaker 4: Okay, Okay, if.
- 21:31Speaker 6: You look around the place, New Zealand, you might notice
- 21:33Speaker 6: the old towoy billboards are coming back.
- 21:35Speaker 4: Yeah right, Mike am I right, yeah, you are right.
- 21:39Speaker 6: To be fair, they are back, and to be honest,
- 21:40Speaker 6: it's good because we could deal with a laugh.
- 21:42Speaker 3: It's really interesting actually, because I had a meeting with
- 21:45Speaker 3: toy management.
- 21:46Speaker 2: The names pardon, what were their names?
- 21:48Speaker 6: To management? What were their names?
- 21:50Speaker 2: Richard and Clarice?
- 21:53Speaker 6: Or is a boy or a girl?
- 21:55Speaker 4: A girl?
- 21:55Speaker 2: Obviously, I've never heard of a boy called Clarice.
- 21:58Speaker 6: I've never heard of anyone called Reese other than in
- 22:01Speaker 6: the Have you ever watched Silence? Yeah, that's the only person.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Right, okay. And they were saying, hey, listen and loving
- 22:08Speaker 2: the show. You guys are doing a great job, and
- 22:11Speaker 2: just keep encouraging people.
- 22:12Speaker 3: If they've got ideas for billboards, fire them through on
- 22:15Speaker 3: three four eight three. We'll run them up the flagpole
- 22:19Speaker 3: and see how they go. It could, I mean, you
- 22:21Speaker 3: could become a multi.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Millionaire if they accept one of your ideas.
- 22:25Speaker 6: So you're promising that if one of your ideas gets
- 22:27Speaker 6: through on three four eight three, they will pay you
- 22:28Speaker 6: a million dollars.
- 22:29Speaker 4: Ever, get through, yeah, saying they could. Yeah, so yeah,
- 22:33Speaker 4: But I.
- 22:33Speaker 6: Feel like that's the only sort of thing that you'd
- 22:35Speaker 6: say if you knew it wasn't going to get through.
- 22:37Speaker 6: Like you're not even going to do anything with the suggestions.
- 22:39Speaker 3: Oh absolutely, I will fare them straight through the pugs.
- 22:42Speaker 3: You'll far them straight through to Richard and Clarice.
- 22:46Speaker 6: All right, now, so where was the meeting?
- 22:48Speaker 2: Pardon?
- 22:48Speaker 6: Where was the meeting?
- 22:51Speaker 2: They came undo my place because I just wanted to
- 22:54Speaker 2: keep it.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I should make them a coffee keasy. Hey, Now, listen,
- 23:00Speaker 3: I've got a question that I want to ask you
- 23:02Speaker 3: fellows next, and I don't want it to degenerate into
- 23:05Speaker 3: filth chat, but it's something I sort of I'm genuinely,
- 23:09Speaker 3: genuinely interested in knowing, right, So we'll be getting into
- 23:12Speaker 3: that next.
- 23:13Speaker 2: It is hygiene related, I will warn you.
- 23:15Speaker 6: Is it the sort of thing that might spark up
- 23:17Speaker 6: the nation?
- 23:18Speaker 2: I think so? I think so. But in the meantime,
- 23:21Speaker 2: it's going to Roses.
- 23:24Speaker 6: Big Show podcast.
- 23:25Speaker 3: Yes, indeed, Lincoln Park there on the radio Hurdarchy Big
- 23:29Speaker 3: Show this Monday afternoon. The time is five thirteen. Now, fellas,
- 23:33Speaker 3: what I'm about to talk about now, I don't. I
- 23:36Speaker 3: just want to clarify before we get into it that
- 23:39Speaker 3: I don't want this conversation to degenerate into.
- 23:43Speaker 6: Filth roll as long as it doesn't start with philth.
- 23:46Speaker 2: There's no actually there's no filth in it. But I
- 23:49Speaker 2: just know what you guys are like and that you
- 23:51Speaker 2: will take it to a place of filth when that
- 23:54Speaker 2: was not my intention.
- 23:55Speaker 5: Now, well, I just want to say that I'm a
- 23:57Speaker 5: little bit concerned about the types of conversations that are
- 24:00Speaker 5: happening while the songs are playing. Some of the chat
- 24:03Speaker 5: that's happening off here is disgraceful.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Perpetrated by one micman Ague.
- 24:11Speaker 3: Now, I don't know about you guys, but I, for me,
- 24:16Speaker 3: time on the duney is a contemplative time and I
- 24:21Speaker 3: often sit there while i'm you know.
- 24:25Speaker 6: Secret.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Just just it's just a word.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Keasy way when I'm forming my three perfect all right,
- 24:38Speaker 3: And I often find it a time to think about
- 24:40Speaker 3: the world and things going on in my life and
- 24:43Speaker 3: stuff like that. And I was taking a massive dump
- 24:47Speaker 3: on Sundays, and.
- 24:54Speaker 2: This is true.
- 24:55Speaker 3: It occurred to me, I thought, and I finish off
- 24:58Speaker 3: the job there, and I I thought to myself, Now,
- 25:01Speaker 3: why is it that we wipe our hands after we wash?
- 25:07Speaker 4: Yes, sorry, I want to tell wash our hands es?
- 25:10Speaker 2: Should we take it dump?
- 25:11Speaker 3: Because my point being, all that I've touched in the
- 25:15Speaker 3: process of cleansing myself in the toilet bowl is toilet tissue.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Now, if you're touching anything else other than that, you're
- 25:22Speaker 2: doing it wrong.
- 25:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:24Speaker 3: And I don't know about you guys, but I'm heavy
- 25:27Speaker 3: on the toilet tissue, so my hand never actually gets
- 25:32Speaker 3: anywhere near the inaverted commas affected areas. So I cleanse myself,
- 25:38Speaker 3: I flush, and then, of course, being a hygienic kind
- 25:41Speaker 3: of guy, I always wash my hands afterwards.
- 25:44Speaker 2: But I thought, why do we do that?
- 25:46Speaker 3: Because all I've actually done here is handled toilet paper.
- 25:50Speaker 6: Right, So just quickly three four eight three. Feel free
- 25:53Speaker 6: to text us with your opinion. Should you have to
- 25:54Speaker 6: wash your hands after taking a dump, you will go
- 25:57Speaker 6: on the drawer for a to prize pack. What's your
- 26:02Speaker 6: opinion on this moge, because there's not even an argument
- 26:05Speaker 6: to be had here.
- 26:07Speaker 5: I guess when you say it doesn't come near your anus,
- 26:12Speaker 5: your fingers, that is it's a body part, kesey.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Grow up on how old are you?
- 26:17Speaker 6: It's it's coming within millimeters.
- 26:21Speaker 2: Well, so what I mean you're washing your hands because
- 26:25Speaker 2: of the gas perhaps coming.
- 26:27Speaker 5: Well, this is the thing, this is the argument, Jase,
- 26:30Speaker 5: is that it can get on you. It's airborne, right
- 26:33Speaker 5: because it's invisible. It's like you know, you know somehow
- 26:36Speaker 5: keys you're not going to block your ears, mate, And
- 26:40Speaker 5: you know he said it's.
- 26:42Speaker 6: Airborne, not noseborn.
- 26:43Speaker 5: Jay's lucky for you when you when you pass wind,
- 26:48Speaker 5: you will put it that way. That's invisible, isn't it.
- 26:50Speaker 5: But that's sort of tiny poop particles that are going
- 26:52Speaker 5: up your nose, and so that sort of stuff can
- 26:54Speaker 5: get close to your hands as well when you're reaching
- 26:55Speaker 5: down into the toilet, there going around your bum bum
- 27:00Speaker 5: and so you've got to be careful of that. But
- 27:01Speaker 5: let me say this, I completely agree, thanks mate. And
- 27:04Speaker 5: I haven't washed my hands for probably ten fifteen years.
- 27:07Speaker 5: Awesome and I am and I am a picture of health.
- 27:12Speaker 2: Thank you, Mogi.
- 27:13Speaker 6: You haven't washed your hands in ten fifteen years.
- 27:15Speaker 5: No, I know, I think it's I think it's I
- 27:18Speaker 5: think it's big toilet paper that are conning us. You
- 27:20Speaker 5: still used toilet paper, but I do I just think
- 27:25Speaker 5: you know, it's it's the soap companies more.
- 27:27Speaker 4: I should say that.
- 27:28Speaker 5: You know, they say, oh, you've got to wash your hand,
- 27:30Speaker 5: You got to wash your hands for two minutes, et cetera,
- 27:32Speaker 5: et cetera.
- 27:33Speaker 2: Rubbish exactly. And because I know you're massively anal and
- 27:37Speaker 2: then what that.
- 27:39Speaker 3: You you know, anywhere in that dirty area for you, you're.
- 27:42Speaker 2: Vigorously scrubbing and washing. So I know that you do that.
- 27:47Speaker 2: It just I'm not saying it's right or wrong. I'm
- 27:50Speaker 2: just saying you're just starting the question. Now I'm asking
- 27:52Speaker 2: the question why do we do it? Because I never get.
- 27:55Speaker 6: Near exactly what you're saying. And I understand what you're saying.
- 28:02Speaker 6: I just think that didn't when people were doing surgery
- 28:05Speaker 6: back in the day. Didn't Florence Nightingale or something. Didn't
- 28:07Speaker 6: she go to war? And so people need to clean
- 28:09Speaker 6: their hands because this is why people are dying so
- 28:11Speaker 6: often in surgery and stuff, because you get all sorts
- 28:13Speaker 6: of stuff on your hands. You don't realize.
- 28:15Speaker 5: Yeah, and so I think they wore though their hands
- 28:18Speaker 5: were covered in blood and dirt like literally stuff.
- 28:22Speaker 3: I've never performed surgery when I'm taking a dump.
- 28:26Speaker 6: What oh stuff at three four eight three. What do
- 28:30Speaker 6: you think New Zealand should you have to wash your hands?
- 28:31Speaker 6: I think people should be washing their hands more anyway.
- 28:33Speaker 6: So it's almost like a it's good to wash your
- 28:35Speaker 6: hands a few times a day just in case. And
- 28:37Speaker 6: I don't work for big soap.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Yeah, but you you had a kind of sickly childhood,
- 28:42Speaker 3: so that makes sense.
- 28:44Speaker 4: I mean.
- 28:44Speaker 6: And I don't want people coming around me with peey.
- 28:46Speaker 4: Hands, you know what I mean?
- 28:47Speaker 2: Because I often think that we don't have time and
- 28:50Speaker 2: people are really unhealthy.
- 28:52Speaker 5: It's because they clean completely washed, constantly wash themselves.
- 28:56Speaker 1: Pressure the Hurdiarchy Big Show with Jason Hoy, Mike Minogue
- 29:01Speaker 1: and Kissy.
- 29:02Speaker 3: This indeed the Beast Boys there on the radio Hodikey
- 29:05Speaker 3: Big Show this Monday afternoon.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Now before that you might have heard a little car
- 29:08Speaker 2: horn there that's going off in the middle of a song.
- 29:11Speaker 6: This is called the Big Show, Honker.
- 29:15Speaker 3: And a Soul in relation to the Kumu Classic Car
- 29:19Speaker 3: and hot Rod Festival. And we've got flights accommodation if
- 29:23Speaker 3: you want to go along to that. So we're asking
- 29:25Speaker 3: people to give us a call and get in the drawer. Now,
- 29:28Speaker 3: I don't have my glasses on.
- 29:29Speaker 2: So I'm just going to go.
- 29:30Speaker 3: With Carl first, get a Carl your messive back bone
- 29:34Speaker 3: house life. Ye yeah, good gangs, mate, goud you love
- 29:39Speaker 3: your cars to your cow oh.
- 29:41Speaker 8: I don't mind the car if it's made a bet.
- 29:44Speaker 4: Yeah, that's passion, that's real passion there, brother.
- 29:47Speaker 6: What what? What kind of cars are you into?
- 29:49Speaker 3: Car?

- 31:02Speaker 8: singer like an old woman's car twenty three year projects.
- 31:05Speaker 8: So I could go up here and watch what I
- 31:08Speaker 8: could be maybe.
- 31:09Speaker 6: Well, I don't think i've ever seen one of those
- 31:10Speaker 6: on the road before I heard of one.
- 31:12Speaker 4: I haven't seen what you're talking about.
- 31:16Speaker 8: Yeah, maybe I'm lying.
- 31:17Speaker 6: He could be lying, although if you were lying, you
- 31:19Speaker 6: would have seen something like you got a lamber or
- 31:21Speaker 6: a little blue tracking.
- 31:23Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, exactly, great needs for you, Brad.
- 31:27Speaker 3: You're also on the draw mate, sad line there and
- 31:30Speaker 3: Pakistan in the studio.
- 31:32Speaker 2: B will sort you out.
- 31:33Speaker 3: Packs has really got an attitude towards me today every day,
- 31:36Speaker 3: every time I look at me, just shakes his head
- 31:38Speaker 3: or tells me to wrap it up or whatever.
- 31:40Speaker 6: Tell you to wrap it up, you know what I mean.
- 31:43Speaker 6: Don't stop talking.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Stop talk.
- 31:45Speaker 4: Yeah yeah.
- 31:45Speaker 6: By the way, by the way, text the flooding it
- 31:47Speaker 6: on three four rate three Jase's hot topic and if
- 31:51Speaker 6: you've just joined us, Jace wants to know why he
- 31:53Speaker 6: has to wash his hands after taking a dump. He
- 31:55Speaker 6: thinks it's an outrage and to be honest, there's a
- 31:57Speaker 6: text here on three four rate three. It's it sounds
- 32:00Speaker 6: like Jace isn't washing his hands and is just checking
- 32:03Speaker 6: with you guys before he comes clean about it. It's disgusting.
- 32:06Speaker 6: Plenty of texts coming in there, but we'll read all
- 32:07Speaker 6: of those next.
- 32:10Speaker 1: The Hodarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue.
- 32:13Speaker 3: And Kisey Nirvana there on the Radio Hodarky Big Show
- 32:17Speaker 3: this Monday afternoon. The time is five thirty eight now,
- 32:19Speaker 3: great news. We're back on the road again this week.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Feels in my part of the neighborhood, West Auckland Hangar.
- 32:26Speaker 6: Bar that's right out west there. We've never done West Aalkland.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm intrigued to see how we go actually, and.
- 32:32Speaker 6: West Ankland is Backbone country of course. We are also
- 32:36Speaker 6: debuting the brand new Radio Hodarky Pie thanks to Dad's
- 32:39Speaker 6: Pie suff you'd like to come along be one of
- 32:41Speaker 6: the first people in the country to taste one of
- 32:43Speaker 6: those and listen to the Big Show live from four
- 32:46Speaker 6: till seven to make sure this Thursday you come to
- 32:48Speaker 6: the Hangar Henderson, West Aorkland, across the road from Trust
- 32:51Speaker 6: Arena there and we'll be doing the show live.
- 32:53Speaker 5: Can't wait, babe. Backbone t shirts available as well. Oh yeah,
- 32:56Speaker 5: what about those bar blades? We'll have any of those, yeah, yeah,
- 32:59Speaker 5: always yea.
- 33:00Speaker 4: Free pies will be there as well. I actually tried.
- 33:04Speaker 5: That pie over the weekend, and in fact I had
- 33:06Speaker 5: two of them and they're bloody good.
- 33:09Speaker 4: Yes, they're a little.
- 33:10Speaker 6: Bit bigger than your traditional pie keysytalopeno in there, man,
- 33:13Speaker 6: just a.
- 33:14Speaker 5: Little bit of a zing in their bloody delicious, great
- 33:17Speaker 5: great pie.
- 33:18Speaker 2: Looking forward to it, actually very much looking forward to
- 33:20Speaker 2: both being out west and having a pie.
- 33:23Speaker 6: Just some quick breaking news. This is breaking news. Did
- 33:30Speaker 6: Jason hasn't washed his hands after taking a dumb Now?
- 33:35Speaker 6: It's what you said.
- 33:36Speaker 3: No, that's not what I said. I said as I
- 33:39Speaker 3: was taking a dump. I was just pondering why is
- 33:42Speaker 3: it that we do wash our hands after we've done it?
- 33:46Speaker 3: Because I don't know about you fellows. I don't make
- 33:48Speaker 3: contact with my buttock, said, all the tissue does, and
- 33:52Speaker 3: my hand doesn't get anywhere near the affected area, so
- 33:56Speaker 3: I always wash my hands.
- 33:58Speaker 2: I was just curious as to why we do it.
- 34:01Speaker 4: You were saying at school, they used to call you
- 34:03Speaker 4: ship mets.
- 34:05Speaker 6: Yeah you were saying that, Yeah, was I Your wife
- 34:08Speaker 6: still calls you that does ticks here and your support Jase,
- 34:12Speaker 6: She does still call you key? Keep it on ship
- 34:16Speaker 6: mets on three fours coming.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Why is she talking to you?
- 34:26Speaker 6: Aman tears Ah washing your hands as a conspiracy run
- 34:30Speaker 6: by soap companies. Stay safe out there feelings?
- 34:32Speaker 4: Yes, yeah good.
- 34:34Speaker 6: I couldn't agree more.
- 34:35Speaker 4: Jason.
- 34:35Speaker 6: I've explained this to my mates and they will just
- 34:37Speaker 6: give me ship chirp. That's from something. Yeah, how about
- 34:42Speaker 6: this one? Poo bugs go through ten layers of toilet paper.
- 34:45Speaker 6: We tested it at Uni gross af Oh my god,
- 34:49Speaker 6: through ten layers they will still get through, still get through.
- 34:52Speaker 2: I always use fifteen sheets.
- 34:55Speaker 6: Right, what about this? I don't know if this is true?
- 35:00Speaker 4: It up here we go.
- 35:01Speaker 6: You should only ever wash your hands if they are
- 35:03Speaker 6: visibly soiled. That is what they recommend in hospital. I
- 35:05Speaker 6: am a healthcare worker. It helps to build your immunity.
- 35:08Speaker 4: Well, this is now, this is my concern. I think.
- 35:11Speaker 5: I think, in particular in Western culture, we are obsessed
- 35:14Speaker 5: with cleaning things. True, there's all of this soap and
- 35:17Speaker 5: these cleaning products that get sold to you, and all
- 35:19Speaker 5: I think it does is that it strengthens the bugs
- 35:23Speaker 5: because you're not wiping them out right, it's worth anti biotox.
- 35:25Speaker 5: You've got to wipe them out. You're going to take
- 35:26Speaker 5: the full course. I sincerely believe we are obsessed with
- 35:29Speaker 5: cleaning too much.
- 35:30Speaker 2: I agree with you.
- 35:31Speaker 3: In fact, we actually didn't wash our kids for ten years. No,
- 35:35Speaker 3: never missed a day of school.
- 35:37Speaker 4: I don't wash it. I don't wash it. You know,
- 35:38Speaker 4: the car, the house, nothing.
- 35:41Speaker 3: Just leave the fell there and that way you get
- 35:44Speaker 3: immune to all those things, washing and cleaning everything all
- 35:49Speaker 3: the time, because you've got more obsanity.
- 35:53Speaker 6: I agree, we've got to draw the line somewhere. Right,
- 35:55Speaker 6: So when I have kids, they'll be eating mud and
- 35:58Speaker 6: doing whatever.
- 35:59Speaker 4: I don't care.
- 36:00Speaker 6: That's fine. I'm not gonna be scrubbing them with Dettol
- 36:01Speaker 6: and all that. However, I think you should wash your
- 36:03Speaker 6: hands after wipeing. I think there is a line to
- 36:05Speaker 6: be drawn somewhere. It's not all the bugs or none
- 36:08Speaker 6: of the bugs, somewhere in the middle is good.
- 36:10Speaker 5: Well, how are people going to listen to Keyzy? You
- 36:12Speaker 5: know you that you've you've barely even made it around
- 36:14Speaker 5: the block once yet, or Hoydy j an absolute backbone
- 36:19Speaker 5: somebody that they call ship met.
- 36:20Speaker 6: Yeah that's true. Actually I can see to you ship mates.
- 36:24Speaker 6: Thanks mate, Hey Scar, tissue?
- 36:27Speaker 4: What about it?
- 36:27Speaker 6: But toilet tissue?
- 36:28Speaker 4: All right?

- 36:52Speaker 2: No?

- 36:56Speaker 4: the horror of a fight, didn't we?

- 37:02Speaker 2: said the wrong thing and I can't even remember how Yeah,
- 37:05Speaker 2: it didn't even matter.
- 37:06Speaker 5: Eon hell you Yeah, Well, to be fair, it was
- 37:09Speaker 5: a bit more than being an honor bit.
- 37:10Speaker 4: Jason.
- 37:11Speaker 5: You you know, you'n't asked to talk to them, And
- 37:13Speaker 5: they said, oh do you like crowded house?
- 37:15Speaker 2: Do you?
- 37:15Speaker 4: And Jace just saw red, didn't you?
- 37:18Speaker 8: Ma?
- 37:18Speaker 4: Wow? Yeah, it was all over it.
- 37:19Speaker 8: Man.
- 37:19Speaker 6: Do you feel bad now because that seems like a
- 37:21Speaker 6: bit of an overreaction.
- 37:22Speaker 2: No, nah, it was all good.
- 37:24Speaker 4: That's what they get got the old.

- 38:46Speaker 4: Captain Edmin.
- 38:47Speaker 6: Why I didn't even know. I'm not kept it.
- 38:50Speaker 3: I've actually stopped doing that. That's the fist I've done

- 39:02Speaker 6: The clip today is from the podcast outro, which is
- 39:05Speaker 6: bonus content we do every day search Hoducky Big Show
- 39:08Speaker 6: we get your podcast from. They come out at seven thirty.
- 39:10Speaker 6: And this better not be the clip that I told
- 39:12Speaker 6: Pugs not to put it. And I'll be furious if
- 39:16Speaker 6: I get home and on purse. You know, it's like
- 39:18Speaker 6: two am and I want to show a bit. I'll
- 39:20Speaker 6: do a wheez in the shower. Yeah, what a pig?
- 39:22Speaker 6: Can you clip that off?
- 39:23Speaker 4: Pug? Pugs?
- 39:25Speaker 6: And also, don't make that the little clip we play
- 39:27Speaker 6: on the radio show Little clip the radio just after,

- 39:34Speaker 5: Just want to know how Keyesy feels about that, hey go,

- 39:40Speaker 5: the podcast, and yet here it is you're playing out
- 39:42Speaker 5: live to millions of people.
- 39:45Speaker 6: Well, obviously Pugs are dead to me now we had

- 39:53Speaker 6: doing weeze in the shower, but went on here.
- 39:56Speaker 2: Yeah, can I just can I just say, Kesy, over

- 40:37Speaker 5: ten or eleven beers, and it's not until you get
- 40:39Speaker 5: home in the shower hats that you unleash with sort
- 40:42Speaker 5: of five leaders of.
- 40:43Speaker 2: You, you know how, you know how, Mogi.
- 40:50Speaker 3: You're going to an old person's house sometimes and they've

- 42:32Speaker 3: I like that just on the dumpling front, by the way,
- 42:35Speaker 3: because we've suddenly figured out how to cook the bloody
- 42:38Speaker 3: things because you buy them frozen.
- 42:40Speaker 2: Of course.
- 42:42Speaker 3: Yeah, we read the instructors but it never worked out.

- 45:05Speaker 6: That's where you get the petties and you you put
- 45:08Speaker 6: heaps of butter and you get meat patties. You put
- 45:15Speaker 6: heaps of butter in them, and then you put them
- 45:17Speaker 6: in the fridge and balls, and then they get really cold,
- 45:20Speaker 6: and then you put them on the pant and you
- 45:22Speaker 6: smash it with this big metal thing, right, I don't know.
- 45:25Speaker 6: It's got like a petty smasher. And then you put
- 45:28Speaker 6: those on burgers and they're really succulent. They're really succulent
- 45:31Speaker 6: and moist way you smash it. Wait, do you want
- 45:37Speaker 6: one more? There found quickly?
- 45:38Speaker 4: Please? Stu Stu Wilson.
- 45:41Speaker 6: That's the one. Wow.
- 45:43Speaker 4: Rugby players tonight Jason.
- 45:45Speaker 6: Homemade pizza, homemade pizza bases, hand Pepperoni sausages, Capsican mushies
- 45:50Speaker 6: and pineapple Okay, that sounds delicious.
- 45:53Speaker 2: We had homemade pizza over the weekend. Actually just beautiful.
- 45:55Speaker 4: You like that? Yeah, who do you make the best
- 45:57Speaker 4: pizzas in the world?
- 45:58Speaker 2: Yeah? I do.
- 45:59Speaker 1: Man Hurarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and kisy.
- 46:04Speaker 3: Tom Pitty there in the radio Hicky Big Show this
- 46:07Speaker 3: Monday evening. We're right now it's time for.
- 46:11Speaker 5: What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue.
- 46:18Speaker 7: Yeah, Mike, I watched some more slow horses?
- 46:37Speaker 6: Is that all I watched? Man, Gary Oldman Apple TV.
- 46:40Speaker 6: I tell you what I'm doing at the moment.
- 46:41Speaker 5: Actually, I'm listening to and this is not What's on
- 46:44Speaker 5: the Telly, but it's it's I'm listening to al Pacino's
- 46:47Speaker 5: autobiography Sonny Boy. It's just come out, and I was
- 46:51Speaker 5: trying to buy it as a book but I couldn't
- 46:53Speaker 5: find it, and then I tried to get on the
- 46:54Speaker 5: Kindle but it wasn't available yet. So then I'll go
- 46:57Speaker 5: on Spotify because they started doing these audio books now, yes,
- 47:00Speaker 5: and it's on there for free. Now there was a
- 47:02Speaker 5: time where that would cost you eighty bucks for an
- 47:04Speaker 5: audio book, but now Spotify is done to deal with
- 47:06Speaker 5: all these publishers, and apparently because I looked it up,
- 47:08Speaker 5: I was like, how they making any money?
- 47:10Speaker 4: Soon?
- 47:10Speaker 5: As again's past been read ten percent ten percent of
- 47:13Speaker 5: the book has read, then Spotify has to pay the publishers.
- 47:17Speaker 5: And I'm assuming they think because everybody's got Spotify, that
- 47:19Speaker 5: there'll be a lot more people listening to audiobooks.
- 47:21Speaker 4: Right, do you know what I mean?
- 47:23Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 47:23Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, it's interesting.
- 47:25Speaker 5: But anyway, he sort of blabels on quite like it's
- 47:27Speaker 5: very slow, and he sounds like he would have been
- 47:29Speaker 5: a massive pain in the ass.
- 47:31Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, that sounds about right.
- 47:33Speaker 3: I watched a lot of test cricket, as mentioned in
- 47:35Speaker 3: the sporting chat that we had earlier on, but I
- 47:37Speaker 3: watched the end of misstand.
- 47:40Speaker 2: Between Oh Now did You So Good?
- 47:45Speaker 3: And in the last couple of episodes, well, one episode
- 47:48Speaker 3: in particular, there's a very quirky little love story, right,
- 47:53Speaker 3: which I really loved, and it was a New Zealand actress.
- 47:57Speaker 2: I can't remember her name off the top of my head.
- 48:00Speaker 3: She's very endearing and it was a very sweet little
- 48:04Speaker 3: love story and I won't tell you what happens to
- 48:06Speaker 3: it in the end, but not good. So once again,
- 48:11Speaker 3: I would say highly recommended. I was sad to see
- 48:14Speaker 3: it go and and I understand he's not bringing it back.
- 48:17Speaker 3: He's gone that I loved him. But I've done that guy.
- 48:21Speaker 3: He's done and dusted and I'm moving on.
- 48:22Speaker 6: Well, you've got to market.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Yeah, which is great. Yeah, because it's great to leave
- 48:26Speaker 2: something on a high.
- 48:27Speaker 5: It's the office or those shows where you leave on
- 48:29Speaker 5: a high you don't with then people miss it rather
- 48:32Speaker 5: than watching you left. Exactly how many Buzzies jays which five?
- 48:37Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 48:38Speaker 2: Five?
- 48:38Speaker 4: It is for me an absolute all time. I'll be
- 48:40Speaker 4: watching more. It's unreal.
- 48:41Speaker 6: Yeah, I will definitely watch it at some stage. Fellas
- 48:45Speaker 6: we watched Wicked Little Letters. It's like a British sort
- 48:48Speaker 6: of comedy drama starring Olivia Coleman.
- 48:50Speaker 4: Is it a pawn Wicked Little Letter?
- 48:52Speaker 6: It's from It's set in nineteen twenties. It came out
- 48:54Speaker 6: this year and it's based on a true story. You're
- 48:58Speaker 6: Mad where this Irish lady movie The Next Door and
- 49:01Speaker 6: then and This. Olivia Colemen plays a very Christian, very
- 49:04Speaker 6: proper woman who lives at home with her parents and
- 49:06Speaker 6: someone has started writing them very salacious letters. Oh with
- 49:10Speaker 6: all sorts of swearing.
- 49:11Speaker 4: In it is it a series, a.
- 49:13Speaker 6: Movie and it's just a quirky, funny little English comedy.
- 49:17Speaker 6: The dad he Olivia Colemen's dad in the movie, Jase,
- 49:19Speaker 6: reminds me a lot of you. So you should watch it.
- 49:23Speaker 4: It's great that, by the way, easy we had.
- 49:26Speaker 6: To just rent it really yeah, because it's like I
- 49:29Speaker 6: think it just came out of the theaters.
- 49:31Speaker 2: Did the letters turn you on?
- 49:32Speaker 6: No? They're very funny though, and Olivia Coleman reading them
- 49:36Speaker 6: out and like they'll be in court and one of
- 49:39Speaker 6: them barristers will read out what one of the letters says.
- 49:42Speaker 6: And that's always the funniest part, is someone reading out
- 49:44Speaker 6: the letters that are written because there's just the calling
- 49:46Speaker 6: people a big stinky slut and all this kind of stuff.
- 49:50Speaker 6: It's just so funny in that nineteen twenties setting. Highly
- 49:53Speaker 6: enjoyable four stars out of five.
- 49:56Speaker 4: Wow, how many buzzies though?
- 49:57Speaker 2: Yeah? But what a stars?
- 49:59Speaker 6: Four and a half.

- 50:44Speaker 6: sold out, wow, So make sure you go along at
- 50:46Speaker 6: yourself in the draw. Chris is going to be there.
- 50:50Speaker 6: They've issued us a health and safety waiver for sitting
- 50:53Speaker 6: in the hot spring spa.
- 50:54Speaker 3: Well, can I just before you delve into that, make
- 50:58Speaker 3: you recall keys that you slice your hand open the
- 51:02Speaker 3: last time you were in the spa and you ended
- 51:05Speaker 3: up having to go to the ambulance that's right, and
- 51:07Speaker 3: they ended up having.
- 51:08Speaker 2: To sedate you because you were so upset at the
- 51:10Speaker 2: sight of your own blade.
- 51:11Speaker 4: And now straight.
- 51:15Speaker 2: You have that upset about it.
- 51:17Speaker 3: Remember, you may be about to mop this health and safety,
- 51:21Speaker 3: but I do recall.
- 51:23Speaker 6: What happened MOI before you got here today Pugs go, Jase,
- 51:27Speaker 6: is what the hell's this? Picks up the health and
- 51:29Speaker 6: safety form and then goes that's for Mike and Cress.
- 51:32Speaker 6: You have to worry about it.
- 51:33Speaker 4: And what is it?
- 51:33Speaker 6: It's a health and safety form for hot spring spar
- 51:36Speaker 6: what what the earth?
- 51:38Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 51:38Speaker 6: This is crucial Jace?
- 51:40Speaker 4: Okay, well, can I say that it is bullshit?
- 51:44Speaker 2: Right?
- 51:45Speaker 5: Don't you think that we're having to fill out a
- 51:49Speaker 5: health and safety waiver to say that we understand the
- 51:51Speaker 5: dangers that maybe inherent were sitting in a spa. Now
- 51:55Speaker 5: that's said, that's the kind of the problem here, isn't it, Jace?
- 51:58Speaker 5: Where you'd say that it's ridiculous and what's going on
- 52:00Speaker 5: in the world and this is the problem with the
- 52:02Speaker 5: world at large? But then Keys did get severely injured
- 52:05Speaker 5: last year, so perhaps it is worth signing.
- 52:08Speaker 4: No point mocking it.
- 52:09Speaker 6: Can I just I got injured opening a beer with
- 52:11Speaker 6: another beer.
- 52:12Speaker 4: Yeah, and that was the issue. Very soft hands, and
- 52:15Speaker 4: then bleed all through the spar pool.
- 52:16Speaker 6: That's right, and then Moogi rubbed prawn juice into it.
- 52:20Speaker 6: I am in appropriate physical condition to participate in the event,
- 52:24Speaker 6: I think so, so we can tack that. I understand
- 52:29Speaker 6: I must keep my eye on the ball at all
- 52:30Speaker 6: times and take every precaution to safely into and exit
- 52:33Speaker 6: the spar pool.
- 52:35Speaker 4: It's good stuff with the bulls flying at you.
- 52:37Speaker 2: Yeah.

- 52:42Speaker 6: the event which may be beyond the immediate control of
- 52:44Speaker 6: the event organizers.
- 52:46Speaker 4: So I don't know.
- 52:46Speaker 6: People might run and jump in the pool with the
- 52:48Speaker 6: people might smash our faces, and or they might smash
- 52:50Speaker 6: our faces. I can sent to receive.
