Welcome to Nate's Daily Wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's Daily Wager for
• 0:25
October 22nd, 2023. And nice to get on the right
• 0:32
side of the win. Yesterday Ohio State took care
• 0:35
of Penn State covered. We got the win, we got the
• 0:40
money, bada boom, bada Bing bada money in the bank.
• 0:43
The UFC parlay didn't go as we had hoped, but you know, hey,
• 0:49
that's why it was a long shot, you know, so, but anyways, so
• 0:55
today we got some football. And I got the win yesterday, but
• 1:00
I've been in kind of a funk. So you know what I like to do
• 1:04
when I'm in a bit of a funk, I don't go to the good teams.
• 1:07
I go all the way down to the bottom, into the muck, to the
• 1:11
bad teams. And man, do we have a doozy.
• 1:14
Today we got the Raiders taking on the Bears and I I don't know
• 1:23
when Brian Hoyer was the best quarterback on the field.
• 1:28
I mean, it's been right since it's college days, you know, and
• 1:33
that's who we have is the best quarterback on the field today.
• 1:36
So we got a bunch of crappy quarterbacks, we got some crappy
• 1:42
teams and I'm thinking lots of hand the ball off, check down.
• 1:51
There's not going to be a lot of offense because I mean, these
• 1:54
teams, they suck and their quarterbacks are even worse than
• 1:57
normal. So looking at the total, it's in
• 2:01
a 37 1/2. And no way that they might not
• 2:06
even crack 20 total, but hey, 37 1/2, I'll take it.
• 2:10
So we're going to go under 37 1/2 total points between the
• 2:14
Raiders and the Bears in today's NFL football action.
• 2:19
See anything better than that? Found it.
• 2:20
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
• 2:22
And because Vinnie's got something for you, he's riding a
• 2:26
hot hand this year and I think Gaffer's back back again.
• 2:31
  Gaffer's back. Tell a friend.
• 2:43
You just call him Vinnie. It's week 7 and I'm back with a
• 2:47
winner for you with my lock of the week week 7 edition because
• 2:52
of Vinnie's hot this year. Looking to make it 3 weeks in a
• 2:55
row with a winning pick for you going four and two on the season
• 3:00
so far. Looking to make it 5:00 and 2:00
• 3:04
as we look the slated games on this Week 7 football Sunday and
• 3:09
so the game that jumps out to me this week without question.
• 3:13
Is the Cleveland Browns -3 going into Indianapolis.
• 3:19
Colson Vinny just loves the Cleveland Browns and the dog
• 3:22
  pound. Today Cleveland's got Deshaun
• 3:25
Watson starting. They got a top defense, maybe
• 3:31
the best defense in the league and the Colts?
• 3:35
The Colts got Gardner Minshew at quarterback.
• 3:37
Now Colson Vinny has been caught up in Minshew mania before and
• 3:41
been let down. And although I like Gardner
• 3:44
Minshew, I like they lived in the band.
• 3:46
I like they plays with all heart.
• 3:48
I just think he's going to get swallowed up by this Cleveland
• 3:50
defense. So right now the line sitting
• 3:53
about three, 3 1/2, see if you can get it at 3.
• 3:57
And even if you can get it at 3 1/2, I still really like the
• 4:00
Cleveland, the Cleveland Browns, the cover handily and win this
• 4:03
game outright. Now today, if you're feeling a
• 4:06
little frisky and you win on the early game and you want some
• 4:09
action. On the track meet that is the
• 4:12
Sunday Night Football matchup between the Miami Dolphins and
• 4:16
the Philadelphia Eagles, Cousin Vinnie has a little sprinkle
• 4:19
prop bet for you that he likes a little bit of a long shot bet.
• 4:23
But since you've been up the last couple weeks following me,
• 4:26
you might got a little extra sprinkle this week.
• 4:29
So what I'm zeroing on is DeAndre Swift over on rushing
• 4:33
  yards of 110 is a + 600, and that hundred is +400.
• 4:39
I like doing a little long shot sprinkle on the the the 100
• 4:43
  yards at +400 because why not 4 + 400?
• 4:46
Great return and I think nobody is going to be surprised that
• 4:51
the Eagles come out and try and control the clock and run the
• 4:54
ball. They got the big boys up front
• 4:56
they can block. Dolphins got a weaker defensive
• 5:00
line. Philly doesn't want this game to
• 5:01
turn into a track meet, so expect them to control the ball
• 5:05
and pound the rock against the Dolphins.
• 5:08
And that game playing plays out and plays out in Philly's favor.
• 5:14
Expect DeAndre Swift to be well over 100 yards, so put a little
• 5:17
sprinkle on the plus 400 on the over on 100 for DeAndre Hometown
• 5:22
Philly kid too. We like that Kelly Green
• 5:24
  jerseys. We like that too.
• 5:25
So until next week, it's calls Vinnie with your lock of the
• 5:31
  week. Ladies and gentlemen, Sunday
• 5:43
morning time, English Premier League time.
• 5:46
The gaffer is back. We've only got one game today.
• 5:50
We've got Aston Villa against West Ham.
• 5:53
West Ham has got an influx of players over the last year or
• 5:57
two. We got Paketa, the Brazilian
• 5:59
maestro, we've got James Ward prowess.
• 6:02
The British Free kick Phenom, Are they going to get it done
• 6:06
  today? They are.
• 6:07
They're going to get the West. They're going to get the three
• 6:09
points. They're going to beat the
• 6:10
  Villains. Good luck.
