- 0:05Speaker 1: November twenty seventh, my daughter's birthday, Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving to me
- 0:14Speaker 1: in any case. You know, my mother gave me the
- 0:17Speaker 1: book by Reverend Norman Vincent Peelee. It was called The
- 0:20Speaker 1: Power of Positive Thinking. And in high school she was
- 0:24Speaker 1: librarian Temple Manuel here on Fifth Avenue, and she was
- 0:28Speaker 1: a very open minded woman and gave me this book
- 0:33Speaker 1: that I have treasured, the thought of positive So why positive?
- 0:40Speaker 1: Because why not be positive? Make a commitment, build trust,
- 0:47Speaker 1: make a commitment for something you're passionate about, and follow
- 0:51Speaker 1: through the best to your ability. Sometimes it's not easy.
- 0:56Speaker 1: We made a commitment way back when with our Good
- 1:00Speaker 1: News and our milestone company, Multicultural Marketing, is to share
- 1:04Speaker 1: the good in the world. I made that commitment fifty
- 1:06Speaker 1: years ago when I started at CBS. Find something that's
- 1:11Speaker 1: important to you, do the best you can to succeed
- 1:14Speaker 1: in it, and live a happy life. There you go
- 1:18Speaker 1: with good friends and family, and that's the only way
- 1:20Speaker 1: you can kind of move it all forwards. So today's
- 1:24Speaker 1: a newsletter really talks about commitment and trust and sticking
- 1:30Speaker 1: with something you believe in. Mother Earth is important. Without
- 1:35Speaker 1: mother Earth, we're going to live and without taking care
- 1:40Speaker 1: of peace and being kind and loving and compassionate to all,
- 1:45Speaker 1: because if you don't take care of mother Earth, it's
- 1:47Speaker 1: not going to be so easy to get a glass
- 1:49Speaker 1: of water, butuse you might have to swim everywhere you go.
- 1:52Speaker 1: All right, that's not the good news. The good news
- 1:56Speaker 1: is that there's a lot of people taking care of
- 1:58Speaker 1: these concerns and we're very honored and proud to be
- 2:02Speaker 1: able to share them in Times Square for Earth Day
- 2:04Speaker 1: and Peace Day. So that's our bottom line. If you
- 2:08Speaker 1: know a philanthropist, you know high net worth, individual, corporation,
- 2:12Speaker 1: a foundation, please let us know about them, because make
- 2:20Speaker 1: our lives more productive, That thinks the important word. That's
- 2:24Speaker 1: what it is all about. It's not about productive. Paul
- 2:27Speaker 1: somehow survives. I don't know how somehow doesn't. But it's
- 2:32Speaker 1: more important that we get this word out and build community,
- 2:39Speaker 1: pause the whole world for peace. That's our big dream,
- 2:43Speaker 1: big party, eight billion people, and also show the good
- 2:47Speaker 1: things that are happening with regard to taking care of
- 2:50Speaker 1: Mother Earth. So I play a little piano event here
- 2:54Speaker 1: in Montwauk, manor my wonderful home outside to my home
- 3:01Speaker 1: that was wise enough to purchase when I could twenty
- 3:04Speaker 1: five or so years ago, and I play a piano
- 3:08Speaker 1: Thanksgiving concert for you all take a listen, and hopefully
- 3:12Speaker 1: you like it. Not the greatest piionist, I'm a saxophone player.
- 3:15Speaker 1: I played a sax I say a piano player went
- 3:17Speaker 1: a piano player playing? I say, I'm a saxoplayer. I'm
- 3:20Speaker 1: not really super good, but I don't know. Some people
- 3:23Speaker 1: seem to like it, and they let me play, and
- 3:25Speaker 1: I enjoy playing. Then I do a little have a
- 3:28Speaker 1: little story on the silly English language, you know from
- 3:32Speaker 1: over the seas. There the British humor with the pronunciation
- 3:40Speaker 1: of their language. It's a kind of a funny bit.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Then we have that David Dodd talks about I guess
- 3:48Speaker 1: resilience and following your passion and moving your life forward
- 3:52Speaker 1: and celebrating. And then our dear friend Nan Carosa, who
- 3:55Speaker 1: has War seven ten on Sundays at ten thirty. She's
- 4:00Speaker 1: come out with a new book. She's a very smart person,
- 4:03Speaker 1: and I suggest for you to give that book a call, listen, read,
- 4:09Speaker 1: give it to somebody who wants to protect their assets
- 4:12Speaker 1: and live a happier and healthier life with their family.
- 4:14Speaker 1: I've been involved with abagain, it's a natural biologic, potential medicine.
- 4:23Speaker 1: More than potential people are using it. It's fame as
- 4:25Speaker 1: mm a gentleman just came out and said he used it.
- 4:30Speaker 1: It's not fully legal in America. New York State has
- 4:33Speaker 1: a bill I think it's called this eighteen fifteen coming
- 4:38Speaker 1: up in January only in session three weeks. Gotta make
- 4:41Speaker 1: it happen. We're having a summit on December twelfth, because
- 4:45Speaker 1: if you're a drug addict, you're not living in peace
- 4:49Speaker 1: yourself and or potentially you could harm others. Okay, So
- 4:52Speaker 1: this is a serious issue. This is peace, and this
- 4:55Speaker 1: is Mother Earth using Mother Earth's benefits from a willow tree. Okay,
- 5:02Speaker 1: so be kind to Mother Earth because they have the
- 5:04Speaker 1: medicines that will keep you living. Then we have some
- 5:06Speaker 1: information on our Earth Day event. We wish you all
- 5:10Speaker 1: a happy and happy and a happy Thanksgiving and a
- 5:14Speaker 1: healthy one. If you're fortunate enough to have some family,
- 5:18Speaker 1: to friends or someone to share it with or like yourself,
- 5:23Speaker 1: that's a good thing too. In fact, that's the most
- 5:25Speaker 1: important thing. Feel good about yourself and then it's much easier.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Man in the mirror, I think Michael Jackson said much
- 5:34Speaker 1: easier to move life forwards and forward motion. All right,
- 5:39Speaker 1: we'll be recording down in Fort Lauderdale next week and
- 5:44Speaker 1: so honored to have the chance to share our good news.
- 5:48Speaker 1: You're good news more importantly to us with you. Take
- 5:53Speaker 1: a look at the newsletter, and peace on Earth, goodwill
- 5:57Speaker 1: towards men and women, and any other feelings that you
- 6:00Speaker 1: have about who you are. I'd like to go with
- 6:03Speaker 1: the Homo sapiens. I think we're all on the same page.
- 6:06Speaker 1: We're all on the same hugger planet. If you want
- 6:10Speaker 1: to hug a planet, let me know two on two
- 6:12Speaker 1: six four seven one two one two. All right, it's
- 6:16Speaker 1: a good thing.
