Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome back to Couples Counseling with Chelsea, And I'm here
- 0:03Speaker 1: with three of my friends. They are not a couple.
- 0:05Speaker 1: They're a threatle and they're not romantically involved either.
- 0:09Speaker 2: There are three.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Comedians named Amina Amani, Sydney Washington, and Marie Fouston and
- 0:15Speaker 1: they are a friendship threatle and I spent some time
- 0:17Speaker 1: with them a whistler and heard a lot about their beef,
- 0:20Speaker 1: so I thought I would bring them onto the podcast.
- 0:23Speaker 1: What about secret keeping? Do you guys keep secrets from
- 0:26Speaker 1: each other? Or do you guys have secrets between like
- 0:28Speaker 1: two of you out of the three that you keep
- 0:30Speaker 1: from the third person.
- 0:31Speaker 2: I mean that must happen. Oh yeah, sure, yeah, yeah.
- 0:35Speaker 3: I think it would be the best interest to keep
- 0:36Speaker 3: all secrets from me because I'll either forget that is
- 0:39Speaker 3: a secret. Oh yeah, oh yeah, I'm the problem. I'm
- 0:41Speaker 3: definitely a problem. And I'll say it and I'll be.
- 0:43Speaker 2: Like, oh yeah.
- 0:47Speaker 4: Marie is good at keeping secret. From what I know,
- 0:50Speaker 4: She's good at keeping secret, but also she forgets. I
- 0:53Speaker 4: think she's mainly like she forgets things, so she like
- 0:55Speaker 4: you want to tell her, is in a ciper and
- 0:58Speaker 4: sometimes I forget on no stuff, or sometimes somebody will
- 1:01Speaker 4: tell me something and they'll be like, don't tell nobody,
- 1:03Speaker 4: and then I'll go tell somebody else and I'll be like,
- 1:05Speaker 4: don't tell nobody, and they'd be like I told you,
- 1:08Speaker 4: and I'd be like, yes, I remember I.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Did that to I was running back information that she
- 1:14Speaker 2: told me.
- 1:14Speaker 3: But I will say this if I don't want to,
- 1:16Speaker 3: if I don't want one or the other to note,
- 1:18Speaker 3: I won't tell both of them.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Well, yeah, I think it's the best. I think it's best.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Not favor and not even mention it, don't allude to it,
- 1:30Speaker 3: don't even think about it in front of them, because
- 1:31Speaker 3: then they gonna be like, what you're thinking about it?
- 1:32Speaker 3: Then you'll be like, well, it's because if you tell me,
- 1:34Speaker 3: I'm gonna be like Sydney.
- 1:36Speaker 4: And if you tell Sidney, I think somebody was like, oh,
- 1:41Speaker 4: I might as well tell Marie because I know you're
- 1:43Speaker 4: gonna tell her, and I'm like, hey, I already know,
- 1:46Speaker 4: I already.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Have you guys ever gotten into a real fight like no, no, no, no,
- 1:56Speaker 2: like like where you.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Had to agree, where you had to resolve at, like
- 1:59Speaker 1: you if somebody had to apologize or say they're sorry.
- 2:03Speaker 1: I don't mean to quit the knit.
- 2:05Speaker 4: And that was that was a big one for us,
- 2:07Speaker 4: right she went she quit the NIT. I thought she
- 2:10Speaker 4: didn't want to deal with us anymore. She just didn't
- 2:12Speaker 4: want to deal with the Knit and she I think
- 2:15Speaker 4: there was miscommunication and everything, so it was be a text.
- 2:20Speaker 4: She was on the group chat messaging us, and it's like,
- 2:23Speaker 4: if we would have sat down and talked, I think
- 2:25Speaker 4: it would have went over.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Because I texted them that I had times to lightis
- 2:28Speaker 3: and they was like, you're not coming to work.
- 2:30Speaker 1: You didn't have to and you had faced it out
- 2:36Speaker 1: in the public streets of New York twice.
- 2:39Speaker 2: And I only know it twice because the man said
- 2:41Speaker 2: she fainted twice. Get her ambulance.
- 2:45Speaker 3: And I and I texted her and I was like,
- 2:48Speaker 3: y'all I'm damn bad and they was like, yeah, so
- 2:50Speaker 3: about that line up And I was like, oh, I
- 2:53Speaker 3: mean we already went over this. You you did not
- 2:55Speaker 3: text us that you had time tonight.
- 2:57Speaker 2: I did. We were Chelsea when you said this, and
- 3:01Speaker 2: Sydney's all the way back.
- 3:04Speaker 3: When that story is imprinted in my life, so I
- 3:07Speaker 3: can't change it.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Yeah, whatever delusion I get. The delusion is bring to
- 3:13Speaker 2: the table, take it out of the origin story.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Baby, that's not Yeah, yeah, you have an interesting recollection
- 3:19Speaker 1: of things because you kind of do create your own reality.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Oh is that right?
- 3:22Speaker 1: So yeah, I mean, listen, some people have to do
- 3:25Speaker 1: that to stay positive and remain upbeat. And so maybe
- 3:28Speaker 1: you're using that as a tool for your own happenings.
- 3:30Speaker 2: No, no, no, it's not even a tool that happened.
- 3:32Speaker 3: I feel like I remember I don't even remember her
- 3:34Speaker 3: scrolling through, but I feel like I told them I
- 3:36Speaker 3: was sick, and that just wasn't the conversation.
- 3:39Speaker 1: So and even though they didn't find that text, that's
- 3:42Speaker 1: not that's still your story.
- 3:44Speaker 3: That we're sticking to a sickness and not tell them.
- 3:46Speaker 3: That's weird to me.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Okay, So that's I mean, the way you were saying stuff,
- 3:51Speaker 4: it was like, obviously something's wrong, there's a problem.
- 3:54Speaker 3: I was direct about that. I feel like I was
- 3:56Speaker 3: direct about what was going on and what was wrong
- 3:59Speaker 3: with me.
- 3:59Speaker 2: I just didn't know. I didn't know what's a pinpoint.
- 4:01Speaker 4: No, because nobody had a follow up. We had a dinner.
- 4:04Speaker 4: It was almost like an intervention, and it's still they in.
- 4:08Speaker 3: That was like, you need to start taking medicine. That's
- 4:10Speaker 3: what our intervention was. And I was like, I'll do drugs,
- 4:13Speaker 3: but I don't do medicine. To be fair, you also
- 4:16Speaker 3: made us do the intervention at a vegan place, so
- 4:19Speaker 3: everybody was angry coming in, like I'm paying I'm paying
- 4:24Speaker 3: all this money for vegan food.
- 4:25Speaker 2: I'm still hungry. Yes, this don't take time.
- 4:29Speaker 3: I was veganah at the time, I was thinking, yeah, now, yeah,
- 4:32Speaker 3: some pepper on the piece of last night it was
- 4:33Speaker 3: a girl, Oh my god.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Are you I mean, are you good at taking advice?
- 4:39Speaker 1: Or do you solicit advice? Like what's the dynamic between
- 4:42Speaker 1: the three of you giving advice or like, how do
- 4:45Speaker 1: you know when it's time to actually give advice or
- 4:48Speaker 1: when it's time to just be supportive?
- 4:50Speaker 3: I think I give advice when I'm asked of it.
- 4:52Speaker 3: I think for the most part, a lot of stuff's
- 4:55Speaker 3: not gonna make sense to me and my logic and
- 4:57Speaker 3: my values.
- 4:58Speaker 2: So I have to let everybody rock and do their thing.
- 5:02Speaker 3: But then if they come and be like, well what
- 5:03Speaker 3: you think, Amena, then I'll go ahead and impart my wisdom.
- 5:07Speaker 2: What was she saying? What was said? She said? It
- 5:11Speaker 2: never makes sense. That's what she said.
- 5:13Speaker 3: No, because even Sidney was talking about borrow money. She
- 5:15Speaker 3: let somebody borrow money, they didn't pay her back. And
- 5:17Speaker 3: I was sitting there like, so, y'all still gonna be cool,
- 5:19Speaker 3: and she was just like it's fine, and I was like,
- 5:21Speaker 3: oh yeah, nah. So then I had to hold back
- 5:24Speaker 3: and let her navigate their friendship.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Sidney, how much money did you lend this person?
- 5:30Speaker 1: Well, it was a one hundred and seventy five thousand dollars.
- 5:34Speaker 4: No, it was not that, but it was a complicated.
- 5:36Speaker 4: It was a complicated situation. It was very complimated, and
- 5:40Speaker 4: it all worked out eventually, and I just learned to Okay,
- 5:45Speaker 4: this is where me and Amina have the issue. It's
- 5:47Speaker 4: like she doesn't know what would actually upset me and
- 5:50Speaker 4: trigger me to be like I'm done because I do.
- 5:54Speaker 4: Let some big things happen and I'll be like it's fine,
- 5:57Speaker 4: it'll work out, and it's something kind of all will have.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Sidney would be like, oh they're dad, and I'll be
- 6:03Speaker 3: like yeah, I would have never thought that this. All
- 6:06Speaker 3: the things were done before this little Oh they didn't
- 6:09Speaker 3: write you a text, and now they're not friends no more.
- 6:12Speaker 3: I don't know it'd be mad. I mean, that's why
- 6:16Speaker 3: you know, the cereal gate situation was so crazy to me.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Oh, tell the cereal gate. They don't know. Oh, I
- 6:22Speaker 2: mean it those about cereal gate now, but Chelsea doesn't know, Okay,
- 6:26Speaker 2: so boom.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Sydney had a friend who lived up in the apartment
- 6:31Speaker 3: above her.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Sidney doesn't cook. Sid sid can't cook, sick don't cook.
- 6:36Speaker 2: This person feeds.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Her all the time, like she makes dinner and she's like, hey,
- 6:40Speaker 3: come eat, and Sidney just.
- 6:41Speaker 2: Eats and leaves.
- 6:42Speaker 3: And one day this person had cereal on the fridge
- 6:46Speaker 3: and Sidney said this is all you have or something
- 6:49Speaker 3: like that, and it was like, dad, who ain't all
- 6:54Speaker 3: the cereal, Sydney? And no, no, I've never seen her
- 6:58Speaker 3: eat cereal, Sydney, so I probably.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Was you they're cereal there though that I don't eat
- 7:03Speaker 2: the cereal. Sydney complained about the cereal.
- 7:05Speaker 3: The friend was upset, and then Sydney was mad that
- 7:08Speaker 3: the girl was mad and didn't talk to.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Her for four months. So cereal cereal but money. And
- 7:19Speaker 2: she had been feeding Sydney for I don't know, maybe
- 7:22Speaker 2: a year. I don't know how long.
- 7:23Speaker 4: She had been No, no, no, hold on, wait, you're
- 7:25Speaker 4: missing you're missing points right when people do stuff for
- 7:29Speaker 4: you and you don't ask.
- 7:30Speaker 2: That's what you're feeding. Most of the time, I'd be like, oh,
- 7:34Speaker 2: I'm good. Oh you're not. You don't want anything? Oh
- 7:37Speaker 2: will you in a RECOGNI.
- 7:40Speaker 3: You're saying most of the time you didn't eat so
- 7:42Speaker 3: in a week, how many meals would you eat?
- 7:44Speaker 1: It?
- 7:44Speaker 3: There?
- 7:44Speaker 4: No, no, no, no, no, no, it's no no, no, hold on,
- 7:47Speaker 4: I did not say that. I say a lot of
- 7:49Speaker 4: the times it's like it's being put on, Hey, you
- 7:52Speaker 4: want her to eat? Oh I made this. This person's
- 7:55Speaker 4: making food anyway. A lot of times sometimes I.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Don't be hungry at the time or all like oh
- 7:59Speaker 2: it's late da. So it's it's not a thing like
- 8:02Speaker 2: oh what you cooking, you cook it. It's never an
- 8:05Speaker 2: expectation of you cooking for me.
- 8:07Speaker 4: It's a your offering and I come fly through because
- 8:11Speaker 4: it's gonna be there anyway.
- 8:12Speaker 2: And if I say no, what do you you got to.
- 8:14Speaker 4: Eat in disorder? So it's like, well, let me just
- 8:16Speaker 4: eat this food. So you don't think I'm going through something.
- 8:19Speaker 4: And that's straight up what it was. And so when
- 8:22Speaker 4: the cereal thing came about. It's like, obviously you must
- 8:26Speaker 4: be having some pent up resentment or whatever about X,
- 8:30Speaker 4: Y and Z, and so that tipped her off and
- 8:33Speaker 4: was like, oh, absolutely not when for me I was like,
- 8:36Speaker 4: oh I thought I thought.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Everything was cool.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Yeah, the way you're telling it now is different.
- 8:44Speaker 1: How did you resolve this with your neighbor? How did
- 8:46Speaker 1: you guys start speaking again?
- 8:48Speaker 2: I don't know how did it have Marie?
- 8:51Speaker 3: I think she I mean well, because the friend the
- 8:53Speaker 3: girl called me and I was like, oh, Sidney's wrong,
- 8:56Speaker 3: and Sidney was like, Sidney didn't think she was wrong.
- 8:59Speaker 3: And I think she wrote Sidney a letter, She got
- 9:02Speaker 3: her a gift basket.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Siddy didn't want any.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Parts of this girl. Sidney had a birthday dinner. We
- 9:08Speaker 3: all got dressed. Sidney walked by her and her birthday outfit.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Didn't it I did not.
- 9:14Speaker 2: It was crazy. I don't know how they were think.
- 9:17Speaker 3: I think COVID happened and that's how they started talking again,
- 9:24Speaker 3: brought us together and brought us apart. I do agree
- 9:29Speaker 3: with that said, though, if people do stuff for you,
- 9:31Speaker 3: you do you do you do? That's on you don't
- 9:33Speaker 3: be trying to pull up asking me for favors because
- 9:36Speaker 3: you done, did and did and did, like the Italian
- 9:39Speaker 3: is crazy, or.
- 9:40Speaker 4: If you have a problem, nip it in the bud,
- 9:42Speaker 4: don't wait for something big to pop up. And then
- 9:45Speaker 4: you you come at me and I'm like, I don't
- 9:47Speaker 4: know what where is this coming from? Yeah, I agree
- 9:51Speaker 4: with the I'm not asking your offering.
- 9:53Speaker 2: I'm gonna take because I'm gonna take her.
- 9:55Speaker 3: I'm gonna take till you ain't got nothing left to
- 9:57Speaker 3: take but the the.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Take, and then being like, what's happening here? Like I
- 10:03Speaker 2: don't even know what you were, like, are you poor?
- 10:05Speaker 2: Where's the cereal?
- 10:05Speaker 3: I don't know what you said exactly. I say it
- 10:09Speaker 3: was the thing that you said in the way that
- 10:11Speaker 3: you said it that it wasn't like she was.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Like I always it was. I don't know, I don't know.
- 10:16Speaker 2: We will. That'll be a different pot for a different time.
- 10:18Speaker 3: But the point of that is somebody off of some cereal,
- 10:21Speaker 3: but not fifteen hundred dollars yo, I.
- 10:23Speaker 4: Meana, this is why we'd be going back and forth.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Amina just wanted the core was That's all. I was
- 10:35Speaker 2: just a bullet point to wrap this all up.
- 10:38Speaker 1: No, no, no, Chelsea, Chelsea, this is what I know.
- 10:42Speaker 2: This is how I am.
- 10:43Speaker 4: I feel like I'm very I'm an open book. I'm
- 10:45Speaker 4: very honest with my friends. I'm very emotional.
- 10:48Speaker 2: It is very steep through how I am with my friends.
- 10:51Speaker 4: Right, if you have these random problems with me and
- 10:55Speaker 4: you do not speak, you know, on it, and then
- 10:56Speaker 4: you're sensitive about stuff and things you bothering you, I
- 10:59Speaker 4: can't that. I can't go further with that. Because we're friends.
- 11:03Speaker 4: There's going to be some issues. I don't like people
- 11:06Speaker 4: tiptoeing over stuff. It's like, just talk to me, tell
- 11:09Speaker 4: me what's wrong. I don't want to have to be guessing.
- 11:11Speaker 4: I'm not a mind reader. I'm not a magician. I'm
- 11:14Speaker 4: too old, I'm too grown.
- 11:15Speaker 2: I don't want it.
- 11:17Speaker 4: So I will cut somebody off if I think it's
- 11:19Speaker 4: a personality trait. If I think it's like a oh this,
- 11:23Speaker 4: you can't have a real discussion about something that's bothering you,
- 11:27Speaker 4: so you'll let something blow up, and then I gotta
- 11:29Speaker 4: deal with that.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Everybody silent, everybody silent, I'll bomb the.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Wrong No, no, no, I can relate to what you're saying.
- 11:36Speaker 1: I get pissed off about little things. I get pissed
- 11:39Speaker 1: off about little things and sometimes don't get pissed off
- 11:41Speaker 1: about the bigger things. Sometimes I get, I get I
- 11:43Speaker 1: can be like that too, so I can relate to
- 11:45Speaker 1: what you're saying, even if these two girls can't.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I've shut it down.
- 11:53Speaker 1: So I know you said laughter is the thing that
- 11:55Speaker 1: keeps you guys together, right, I mean, but there's got
- 11:58Speaker 1: to be other things that you've learned from from Sydney
- 12:01Speaker 1: in the time that you guys have all been fronts.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Oh, I gotta get it. Yeah, Okay, things that I have.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Learned either learn from them, well, learn from them definitely,
- 12:10Speaker 1: either about them or about yourself that you've learned from them.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Well, you know what I will say, on the border
- 12:19Speaker 3: of people pleasing to non people pleasing, I feel like
- 12:24Speaker 3: I've found like a good balance in between from watching
- 12:28Speaker 3: how we all kind of interact, right, So like my
- 12:31Speaker 3: Sidney will she will test it is Sidney wants to
- 12:33Speaker 3: be like everybody friends, she wants to make everybody happy,
- 12:37Speaker 3: and Maurice just be like it's about me, right like girl.
- 12:40Speaker 2: I mean you could if you add a little sprinkles
- 12:42Speaker 2: to this in cool.
- 12:43Speaker 3: So I feel like as far as like pleasure and
- 12:45Speaker 3: like putting self first one hundred percent. I feel like
- 12:49Speaker 3: that's something that I admire greatly about Marie, Like I
- 12:53Speaker 3: don't think that's a bad thing. I feel like a
- 12:55Speaker 3: lot of people have a hard time doing that, and
- 12:58Speaker 3: you just do it so well. So I feel like
- 13:00Speaker 3: that's something that I do admire you, Like, you're not
- 13:03Speaker 3: with the drama. You want to have a good time.
- 13:04Speaker 3: You like, if it ain't adding a good time, then
- 13:07Speaker 3: we should have no parts to it.
- 13:08Speaker 2: And I know that's one hundred percent you.
- 13:10Speaker 3: And then Sidney is, Yeah, I feel like what I
- 13:12Speaker 3: learned from Sidney is support, unconditional support. Like she even
- 13:18Speaker 3: talks about this in her One Woman show about like
- 13:20Speaker 3: her family giving her disgrace of how she burnt down
- 13:23Speaker 3: the family's house and then they still loved her, and
- 13:25Speaker 3: I was like, that wouldn't happen, and my family, you.
- 13:30Speaker 2: You burned down your connection to your people.
- 13:34Speaker 3: And so that is one thing that I admire about
- 13:37Speaker 3: Sidney is she really really does extend, extend, extend the grace.
- 13:42Speaker 3: And so I feel like, yeah, even Marie would agree
- 13:44Speaker 3: to that. I feel like that is something that I
- 13:46Speaker 3: not only admire about her, but I had to learn
- 13:49Speaker 3: to do because before I was like, no nonsense, get
- 13:52Speaker 3: out my face. But now I'm just like, Okay, you
- 13:54Speaker 3: gotta let people be people and then give them room
- 13:57Speaker 3: to figure it out.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Why are you laughing? All right? That was a great answer.
- 14:05Speaker 2: That was nice.
- 14:08Speaker 1: That's why we're wrapping it up on a high note
- 14:10Speaker 1: so we can so our listeners can learn about female friendship, Marie,
- 14:14Speaker 1: and also actually telling your friends what you love about
- 14:18Speaker 1: them is a very important thing to do. So, Marie,
- 14:21Speaker 1: what have you learned from these two women? Or what
- 14:24Speaker 1: do you admire about these two women? What have you
- 14:26Speaker 1: learned about yourself through them?
- 14:28Speaker 2: I mean, that was a really nice answer. Wow, I
- 14:31Speaker 2: really like that.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Don't speak again.
- 14:33Speaker 3: Now, I would say that from Sydney, I probably learned
- 14:39Speaker 3: something similar. Like friends have never been something that's been
- 14:42Speaker 3: very important to me. But Sidney really is friends with everybody.
- 14:46Speaker 3: She's calling people, she's remembering things that people say, she's
- 14:51Speaker 3: following up. I'm like, how do you know everybody's business?
- 14:54Speaker 3: And she's like cause I listen, and I'm like, oh,
- 14:59Speaker 3: I have to live when people speak to me is crazy.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Well, she's also sober, so that's also an added benefit.
- 15:05Speaker 2: To listening. That's what it is. That's what it is. Yeah,
- 15:09Speaker 2: we marijuana takes your memories away. That's crazy.
- 15:13Speaker 3: But yes, I learned about, you know, just being friends.
- 15:16Speaker 3: I'd be a friend, a good friend from Sydney and Amina.
- 15:20Speaker 3: I feel like Amina taught me that it's okay to
- 15:24Speaker 3: be honest and uh, you know, use your words in
- 15:27Speaker 3: a way that people can actually hear what you're saying.
- 15:30Speaker 3: Because sometimes a mina will say things and I'll be like, huh,
- 15:33Speaker 3: I never thought about it that way.
- 15:35Speaker 2: But you know, it seems like, you know, friend, you're
- 15:38Speaker 2: doing the work. I don't know what work, but if
- 15:40Speaker 2: I feel like you're doing some of the work, that's crazy.
- 15:44Speaker 2: That's crazy. It's okay you don't think you're doing the work.
- 15:48Speaker 3: Before the podcast is over, just know I'm a mentor
- 15:51Speaker 3: in this friendship.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Yeah, you heard me, I told you to stop talking.
- 15:57Speaker 3: But about a lot of adults and stuff I'm reading
- 16:00Speaker 3: you call me, I'm like healthcare, finances, fitness.
- 16:04Speaker 2: But it's okay. You know you said I got healthcare
- 16:07Speaker 2: because of you. That's what you say. No, I said that.
- 16:09Speaker 3: I feel like we talk about those things like I
- 16:11Speaker 3: feel like those are the conversations that we have.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Said, Nan, it's your turn. Close it up, Sidney with
- 16:17Speaker 1: your favorite things about Amina and Marie.
- 16:25Speaker 4: No, No, Amina is a human being through she will
- 16:30Speaker 4: show you all parts of her as a being in
- 16:34Speaker 4: her growth, in her journey. Like I really do feel
- 16:37Speaker 4: like I've been there through so many things with her
- 16:41Speaker 4: that I see her, I see her and she's she's open,
- 16:45Speaker 4: she's not close to being like, well, this is what
- 16:48Speaker 4: it is and I'm working through it. And so she
- 16:51Speaker 4: has reminded me to be nicer to myself, that it's
- 16:54Speaker 4: okay to work on yourself. It's okay to even ask
- 16:58Speaker 4: for help. Maybe not financial help, but it's okay to ask.
- 17:04Speaker 4: It's okay to asking Yay, I need money, She'll she'll
- 17:06Speaker 4: find some things that you can do to make the
- 17:08Speaker 4: money that she's not gonna give you. And she has
- 17:12Speaker 4: just shown me the importance of family. She is down
- 17:15Speaker 4: for her no matter what, and I'll be ready to
- 17:18Speaker 4: cut them off. So I love that Marie has taught
- 17:22Speaker 4: me to put yourself first. That a lot of things
- 17:26Speaker 4: it's not that serious. Everything should be way more lighter.
- 17:29Speaker 4: To have a purpose of like fun and what makes
- 17:33Speaker 4: you happy. It's like the pursuit of happiness without the homelessness.
- 17:38Speaker 4: That's that's Marie in terms of like getting what you
- 17:42Speaker 4: want and working towards it and knowing that it's gonna
- 17:45Speaker 4: happen for you, and and.
- 17:47Speaker 2: It should be.
- 17:48Speaker 4: You should work smarter, not harder. Like everything that you're doing.
- 17:52Speaker 4: It shouldn't be a every day is a fight, you know.
- 17:55Speaker 4: So yeah, and confidence and just like believing in yourself
- 17:59Speaker 4: and whatnot is that's what I always see when I
- 18:01Speaker 4: see her. It's just like always putting your best foot forward.
