- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:02Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're getting right back to
- 0:06the Glenn Maxwell fireside chat with the DOJ. Blanche and
- 0:12we touched on this earlier, But I just want I
- 0:15don't think we really ran into ground, maybe as much
- 0:18as we could, like going up through that time. You know,
- 0:21so in the sixteen seventeen eighteen up until the time
- 0:24he's arrested, had your review or your understanding of what
- 0:28had happened changed? Meaning did you believe that in the
- 0:31late nineties or earlier two thousands when he started, you know,
- 0:34behaving much differently? Do you believe what you were hearing
- 0:38about him at that point? Maxwell my view, I didn't
- 0:41like the people he was with anyway. So I don't
- 0:43find how do I say this, I like people who
- 0:46are my age or older. I don't find the society
- 0:50of or the companionship of younger people who are young people,
- 0:54I suppose, is really that enjoyable. So I don't like
- 0:57the company that he chose to be with, and so
- 1:00I was just I find it boring and fundamentally uninteresting.
- 1:04That's probably the nicest way I can say it. Blanche okay,
- 1:08So I think what we should do is spend a
- 1:11few minutes talking about tomorrow. Everything was great today. I
- 1:14think that it was very helpful and I appreciate you
- 1:17trying to be as complete as you can. I think
- 1:20tomorrow you've said a few things today about materials you've brought.
- 1:24When we're done, we will give you a few minutes
- 1:26with mister Marcus if there's things that you want to
- 1:29show them that you think we should see. Like I said,
- 1:32I'm not asking you to corroborate anything. If I was
- 1:35asking you to corroborate something, I would tell you. But
- 1:38if there's something you think that you don't think that
- 1:41the government is seen, or you think that is important
- 1:43for me to see that, mister Marcus know and he
- 1:46can share it with me. Tomorrow will certainly have some
- 1:49follow on questions when we all think about tonight, and
- 1:53I think you will too, and you know, we can
- 1:55all think about stuff we've talked about. We've covered a
- 1:58lot of different areas. I do want to talk about
- 2:00more with you. So by design today we wanted to
- 2:04focus on mister Epstein and talk about you know, kind
- 2:06of well everything under the sun. And we've gone through today.
- 2:10I do think it's important when we all evaluate what
- 2:13you've said today and kind of your story to understand
- 2:16to also understand why you're here, right, Yeah, Well she's
- 2:20there because she's a child molester. Todd fucking Blanche. Is
- 2:23this guy for real? Or what? Imagine? It was your
- 2:26kid that was molested? And then you read this transcript
- 2:29and the way that Todd Blanche is dealing with this.
- 2:33So you were indicted, you were charged. You want a trial,
- 2:36and I want to do that in a way that
- 2:37gives you an opportunity to kind of say your piece,
- 2:40or to say what you haven't said before. She had
- 2:43that opportunity, she didn't take the stand. But now you're
- 2:47going to open it back up for Todd Blanche and
- 2:49give her the opportunity once again. Why because you find
- 2:52it helpful politically? What an absolute coward, just another clown
- 2:57who history is not going to remember kindly. But also
- 3:02understanding that there were people who took the witness stand
- 3:05and swore to tell the truth and testified about you
- 3:07and what you did and what they think you saw
- 3:10and what they heard you say. I said to mister Marcus,
- 3:14I'm not trying to create kind of she said situation
- 3:17or he said she said situation. But I do want
- 3:20to hear from you about your conduct because it's important,
- 3:23I think, for when we evaluate what you say and
- 3:26how you say it, and your recollection of things. Also
- 3:29to talk about that translation. We want to give you
- 3:33a chance to set the record straight and tell the
- 3:35world what really happened, give the world your truth. Never
- 3:38mind the girls that got up on the stand and
- 3:40gave testimony about Maxwell molesting them. Let's just forget about
- 3:44all that. So we're going to we'll do that tomorrow.
- 3:48I want to talk about, you know, the circumstance leading
- 3:50up to your arrest. There's a lot I think misinformation
- 3:53out there, a lot of information out there. I don't
- 3:56know whether there's misinformation, but about the time from you know,
- 4:00twenty nineteen up until the time that you were arrested.
- 4:04And like I said, that'll take us through lunch tomorrow
- 4:07and then we'll be done. I don't have a plan.
- 4:09I didn't know that I was coming here until this week. Okay,
- 4:13so I'm not We don't have like a schedule of
- 4:15what happens next or what happens. But that's not a
- 4:19negative thing. I'm just saying, so you shouldn't take the
- 4:21lack of an next step as anything other than we
- 4:25don't have an X step yet. So Maxwell, may I
- 4:27say something, Blanche? Of course, yes. I would just like
- 4:31to put out there that I also focused on how
- 4:34I think the President got swept into some of this unnecessarily,
- 4:37by the way, And I'm not a conspiracy theorist, and
- 4:40I certainly don't subscribe to all of that, all of
- 4:42everything that I see, but I do believe that there
- 4:45is an atomis in some areas that may have contributed
- 4:48to how the use of the president to harm them,
- 4:50and I find that deeply offensive. Oh this is fucking
- 4:53almost too much. This is almost too much to even
- 4:56deal with. I hope they have a good medical facility
- 4:59at Brian, because are up well. Glottis is going to
- 5:01be inflamed from all this glizzy guzzling. And whilst I
- 5:07can't obviously say definitively that that is what it is,
- 5:10I would like to show you what I see so
- 5:13that you can evaluate it and do with that as
- 5:16you see fit. It needs to be addressed. I've seen it.
- 5:19It struck me, and I would like to give it
- 5:21to you. Blanche. Sure, Maxwell. For what it's worth. It
- 5:24ain't worth shit, Just like Todd Blanche, one of the
- 5:27biggest cowards in the history of the Epstein saga at
- 5:30this point. That's right, Todd Blanche, absolute coward. Maxwell. Does
- 5:36that seem something that I can Blanche? Yeah, that's fine. Yeah, Maxwell,
- 5:40of course I don't like that, Blanche. Okay, that's fine,
- 5:44that's great. So why don't we stop for today. I'll
- 5:46give you a little bit of time to chat and
- 5:48then see you in the morning. Spencer Horn. This will
- 5:52conclude the recorded Profer interview for Thursday, July twenty fourth.
- 5:56We will continue tomorrow Friday, July twenty fifth. The time
- 6:00is three thirty four. All right, then moving into the
- 6:03next day, which is July twenty fifth, we have all
- 6:06the same people involved. It'll be Todd Blanche asking the
- 6:09questions and the bipedal serpent doing the answering. Todd Blanche,
- 6:14Good morning, miss Maxwell. How are you Maxwell? Good morning, Blanche.
- 6:19Good So the profit agreement we signed yesterday, there's a
- 6:22place on it for us to all kind of initial
- 6:25It's exactly the same document and you'll see your signature
- 6:28if you can just initial right to the left, right
- 6:30here Maxwell, here, Blanche right here, Blanche, thank you, and
- 6:37just a kind of before we get going, I'll just
- 6:39say exactly the same folks that we're here when we
- 6:42met yesterday or here today. So I'm not going to
- 6:45do formal introductions because it's exactly the same group of folks.
- 6:49So we're continuing, miss Maxwell, our discussion of yesterday, and
- 6:53the same kind of rules apply. Will take breaks. If
- 6:56you need to talk to mister Marcus or your lawyers,
- 6:59absolutely no problem, just let me know. I'll try to
- 7:02ask my question in a coherent manner. But if there's
- 7:05anything that I say that's confusing, definitely interrupt me. Maxwell.
- 7:09I will thank you, Blanche. So I think the easiest
- 7:12thing to start with is is there anything that we
- 7:15talked about yesterday? We're going to go through some more names.
- 7:18I think that's one of the places that we interrupted,
- 7:22just because there is a lot of names. But aside
- 7:24from additional names, is there anything that you wanted to
- 7:27kind of follow up on that we talked about yesterday
- 7:30or anything that you thought maybe you remember more of
- 7:33or not, Maxwell, some more names I did come to
- 7:37me in the night, and I did have some additional
- 7:39memories just for clarity, I believe I said that I
- 7:43couldn't think of anybody who I may have asked from
- 7:45mar A Lago. But then I realized that I was
- 7:48the allegation at least is that I met redacted in
- 7:51mar A Lago, and so I felt that I needed
- 7:53to address that. I didn't want to leave that hanging,
- 7:56because that seems weird under the circumstances. You know what
- 7:59you were doing, and she knew she perjured herself, and
- 8:03I called it out when it happened, didn't I. So
- 8:05what happened was she went back and old Marcus told
- 8:08her that she fucked up, so she wanted to get
- 8:11the record straight today. And also, I couldn't remember anyone.
- 8:15Maybe you know, it's a long period of time. So
- 8:17the issue is not that I'm trying not to say,
- 8:19but I don't remember anybody that I would have But
- 8:22it's not impossible that I might have asked someone from there.
- 8:25You were in the middle of a fucking contentious lawsuit
- 8:28of Virginia for how long you don't remember? You don't
- 8:31remember where you met her? Okay, sure we all believe
- 8:35that Blanche, I don't know exactly what you said yesterday.
- 8:39But I don't think what you said yesterday is different
- 8:41than what you just said. Maxwell, Okay, I just wanted
- 8:44I just didn't want you to feel that I had
- 8:46said notice something that she's cut off. Blanche redacted definitely
- 8:52has said that she was working at mar A Lago
- 8:54at the time, she received a treatment from her at
- 8:57some point, and that you recruited her to meet mister Epskin. Maxwell, right, No,
- 9:02no treatment. She was a SPA attendant, not a masseuse.
- 9:05Fucking Todd. Blanche doesn't even have the story, correct, Blanche,
- 9:10do you know affirmatively whether that's true or false or
- 9:13do you just not have a memory either way? Maxwell,
- 9:16I really don't believe it's true. But I know that
- 9:19I did go to SPAS and if I met someone,
- 9:21I did ask if they're indiscernible. In the realm of possibility,
- 9:25it could have, but I have no memory of it. Blanche, Okay, Maxwell,
- 9:30and I don't believe that it's how it went down,
- 9:33but I don't want to. Blanche interrupts her. Okay, So
- 9:37I want to talk about We talked a little bit
- 9:39yesterday about the financial part of your relationship with Epstein,
- 9:42kind of being on the payroll for lack of a
- 9:44better word, for many years, many years, starting around twenty
- 9:48five thousand and ending up at around two hundred and
- 9:50fifty thousand per year. As you know from your trial,
- 9:54there's banking information that shows a ton of money being
- 9:57sent to you from mister Epstein over the years, and
- 9:59I think totally something like thirty million something like that.
- 10:03Why was that money sent to you? Like? What was
- 10:06that for? Maxwell? Well, first of all, I dispute the
- 10:09characterization that the money was sent to me. Oh okay,
- 10:13you disputed it. Huh, we have the fucking records. She
- 10:16doesn't even admit to this, Blanche, Okay, so tell me.
- 10:22I'm stuck with the witnesses at trial and what was
- 10:24set at trial on that issue? What is what do
- 10:27you dispute about? That? Is this real life right now?
- 10:31So next time when there's an issue going on, I
- 10:34want to make sure that say el Mayo is getting
- 10:37the same exact kind of treatment. El Mayo should be
- 10:40sat down with Prawford and we should get hit side
- 10:42of the story, right, I mean, this is the Blanche
- 10:44way after all. Maxwell, Well, I believe I don't have
- 10:48full recollection. I'm not even sure I ever saw what
- 10:51they accused me of. But my belief is that that
- 10:53money also contained money that was for a helicopter, for instance,
- 10:57that I never owned and was never mine. Mark. In
- 11:00other words, money was sent to you and then used
- 11:02to purchase things. Maxwell, Well, I'm not even sure what
- 11:06I purchased. So the accounts, those accounts would be controlled
- 11:09by his accountants, Blanche, even accounts in your name, you're saying,
- 11:13or one of your entities. Maxwell, I'm not sure I
- 11:16knew all of the entities. This is unbelievable. I cannot
- 11:20wait till we're done reading through this. I have to
- 11:23take a bath and bleach after listening to this bullshit.
- 11:28I'm not I don't Maybe I did contemporaneously, but I
- 11:31simply wouldn't know today. So if there was an entity,
- 11:34let's say, an account X, if I really set that
- 11:37up myself, or whether they said we're doing this and
- 11:40the money's coming or whatever, but in no substantative way,
- 11:44I can't think of the right word. So you were
- 11:46engaged in tax fraud. You were defrauding the American government,
- 11:50that's what you were doing. Thirty million dollars. She has
- 11:52no idea where any of it came from or how
- 11:55it was spent. Huh. Okay, David Marcus, did you have control? Maxwell?
- 12:00I had no control, is what I'm saying, Blanche. So
- 12:04when the government, when there was testimony of their government,
- 12:07admitted evidence that showed, for example, five million in two
- 12:10thousand and two coming from Epstein, Okay, what you're saying
- 12:13is that you may or it may have happened, but
- 12:16that you there wasn't money. He was giving you money. Maxwell.
- 12:20I'm not going to say that for everything, because maybe
- 12:22there were accounts that money was sent to me. But
- 12:25I can say that I know, like the helicopter, I
- 12:27can definitively say I'd have to look at all of
- 12:30them to be accurate for you, but to explain how
- 12:33or why I could be receiving monies, and I certainly
- 12:36did so. I'm not disputing all of it, Blanche. But
- 12:40when you said, let's go back and look, why did
- 12:42the money have to go into your accounts or account
- 12:45that was controlled by others but in your name, to
- 12:47like purchase a helicopter. Maxwell, Oh, that's a very good question.
- 12:51I'm not sure I know the answer to that. Yeah,
- 12:54you do. You guys were laundering money and that's why
- 12:57they were never hit with RICO because if they were
- 12:59hit with RICO, it would have led back to the
- 13:02people they were in bed with, Todd, Blanche. So let
- 13:06me ask you this maybe a different way that gets
- 13:08to the issue. Right. So, the accusation by the government,
- 13:11based upon the evidence they collected, is that Epstein paid
- 13:14you millions and millions of dollars over the years, and
- 13:17the reason why he paid you that is because you
- 13:20were performing in extraordinary service for him by recruiting young women,
- 13:24many of whom were under age, so that he could
- 13:26sexually abuse them. That's their allegation. Okay, from what you
- 13:30said yesterday and from what I reviewed about you and
- 13:32mister Epstein, he paid for a lot in your life, Maxwell, Absolutely,
- 13:37your flights where you stayed with them. I mean, he
- 13:39didn't expect you to reimburse them along the way for
- 13:41food and you know, so he took care of you
- 13:43for many years. Maxwell, that's true, Blanche. On top of that,
- 13:47he actually paid you a salary, as we talked about
- 13:50twenty five thousand, two hundred and fifty thousand. What else
- 13:53did he give you or what purchase Like, was there
- 13:56a time when he gave you a million dollars or
- 13:59five hundred thousand as a bonus or what financial benefit
- 14:03did you receive from him besides what we already talked about.
- 14:06We don't have to talk about, you know, Maxwell, I
- 14:08got it. I got it, Blanche, Okay. So my goal
- 14:11always was to become independent, independently financially secure, and work
- 14:15for myself. I've never been one to work not work,
- 14:18and in that regard, over the course of my friendship
- 14:21and my working relationship with Epstein, I expressed to him
- 14:24I desire to be independent from him everywhere, not just
- 14:27to be freestanding. With that in mind, I wanted to
- 14:31have my own businesses or my own money coming in
- 14:34independent and separate from any salary that I received from them.
- 14:37And I needed that for my self esteem. I mean,
- 14:40obviously salary it was a very generous one. Please, I'm
- 14:44not belittling that sum of money, because it's huge. But
- 14:46I was brought up to work, and I was brought
- 14:48up to be my own, you know. So I would
- 14:51either propose businesses to him or he would actually suggest
- 14:54why I didn't do something in the first deal what
- 14:57we did or the first business that we had or
- 15:00had that he financed for me. So he loaned me
- 15:03all the money to enable me to do this, and
- 15:05then I reaped the profits, which I don't remember now
- 15:08because we varied over the deals that we did, and
- 15:10I would give him fifty percent or twenty five percent.
- 15:13It was sort of random. Maxwell, I can tell you
- 15:16what it is, so he can compare it, Blanche. Yeah,
- 15:20go ahead, Maxwell. So it was Palm Beach actually, and
- 15:24it was in real estate and they sold what was
- 15:27the grounds originally of an estate called Phipps Estate, and
- 15:30then they converted the land that came with the estate
- 15:33into houses and I did I think two or maybe
- 15:36I can't remember now, but certainly one or maybe two,
- 15:39possibly three, I think two that then were flipped and
- 15:44there was profit. So that would be an example of that.
- 15:47But I didn't have any money, so he lent me
- 15:49the funds to do the business transaction and then I
- 15:51reaped the profits, Blanche. But when Maxwell cuts them off,
- 15:55and that's millions of dollars, Blanche won. A financial investigator
- 15:59like the FBI looks at accounts. They don't know kind
- 16:02of the conversation you're having. They just see the money, Maxwell, right, Blanche.
- 16:07So in those cases when that happened, when he would
- 16:10when he financed that would send you money like that,
- 16:13does that explain some of the money? Like I guess, Yo,
- 16:17this is fucking unreal. I cannot believe what Blanche is
- 16:20doing here. And anyone who supports this is a fucking clown.
- 16:23And if that's you, sorry, that's what you are. Maxwell,
- 16:29I think it does. I think, for instance, there were
- 16:31two gull wing Mercedes that they did with Mercedes and
- 16:34asked in Martin, you can look it up. I think
- 16:37if I'm right, that had the doors that would come
- 16:39up like this, Blanche, Okay, Maxwell, there were only very
- 16:42limited numbers that were made, so I knew that we
- 16:45could get those and flip them right within twenty four hours.
- 16:48For example, here's another example of something that you guys
- 16:51wouldn't have known about. I became a banker. I got
- 16:54my series sixty three, Series sixty seven banking license and
- 16:57became a broker for like a new inaudible. Because I
- 17:00was daytrading everything I had I J traded with through
- 17:03an account and I think I was lucky more than smart.
- 17:07But I made quite a lot of money doing that. Blanche,
- 17:09when was that like approximate time. Maxwell, again, it's in
- 17:13the nineties. Wait, I think, well you can find it
- 17:16because it'll be my banking license, right, that'll be something
- 17:19that you can look up probably, Blanche. Yeah, Maxwell, so whatever,
- 17:24and I just remember when that is. I'm sorry, Blanche, Okay.
- 17:28So Maxwell, and so for example, I was doing really, really,
- 17:32really well, and so he was like, how did you
- 17:35do that? Well, how are you Why are you investing
- 17:38in I don't know Apple when nobody liked Apple. This is,
- 17:40you know, before Apple or Microsoft. I didn't know Bill Gates.
- 17:44So this is not related to him, but my family.
- 17:46Marcus in her jets real quick. Don't charge her with
- 17:49insider trading. Maxwell, No, I'm not trying to suggest that.
- 17:53Oh goodness, Please know Marcus. It was a joke. Maxwell, Okay, Blanche,
- 17:58it was a joke. All right. We're going to wrap
- 18:01up right here because I'm disgusted and I need to
- 18:04drink some bleach before we continue. All of the information
- 18:07that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 18:10description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
- 18:14of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're getting back
- 18:17to Glenn Maxwell and are a fireside chat with the
- 18:21DOJ and Todd Blanche Maxwell, all right, But going back
- 18:25to my family, my dad had given me an account
- 18:28when I was twelve, and I had always had an
- 18:30interest in business and finance. Not very sophisticated. I'm not
- 18:34suggesting that. And so I liked to trade, and so
- 18:37I did and I did well, and so then I
- 18:40would tell him what I was doing. Now, whether he
- 18:43did or he didn't, he told me he matched me
- 18:45in some other accounts that he had because a lot
- 18:49of my observation. To go back to what he did,
- 18:51I observed them personally and have recollection, personal recollection of
- 18:55him trading this money, lots tens of millions, hundreds of
- 18:59millions of dollars, Blanche, that he was trading for other people, Maxwell, Yes, Blanche,
- 19:06or that it was his own money. Maxwell, I want
- 19:09to clarify something for you, or clarify or underline. Wexner was,
- 19:13in my opinion, his closest friend in this time period,
- 19:16from when I met him in nineteen ninety one right
- 19:19all the way until well till I don't know, because
- 19:22I wasn't that friendly with Well, I did travel with
- 19:25mister Wexner. But Epstein told me that Wexner didn't want
- 19:28to be seen too much with me because of my
- 19:30family problems. You know, whether that was Blanche cuts her off,
- 19:34You mean the problems with your father's company Maxwell, Yes,
- 19:38Blanche embezzlement or allegations of Maxwell. Yes, yes, that's what
- 19:42I'm talking about. By the way, Robert Maxwell was found
- 19:45guilty of that, not allegations Todd Blanche. When somebody's found guilty,
- 19:50a jury has spoken. And now actually today, not contemporaneously,
- 19:54but today, I don't believe that's even true. I think
- 19:57it was used as a means to not have me
- 20:00travel with him to Ohio or whatever. It was just
- 20:02a way to part me. And I believe that now
- 20:05because within the discovery there was a lot, well not
- 20:07a lot, but there was some indications that he would
- 20:10actively tell other people to lie to me or conceal
- 20:13things from me, and that he never loved me and
- 20:15I wasn't his type. That's in the discovery somewhere. Well,
- 20:18she's not lying about that. I've told you a million
- 20:21times that Elaine Maxwell was not some love of Jeffrey
- 20:24Epstein's life, just another tool in the toolbox, right, And
- 20:29let's just be clear once again, Epstein only loved Jeffrey Epstein.
- 20:33He didn't love anybody else, Blanche. The government had evidence
- 20:38that even as late as two thousand and seven, he
- 20:40paid you a lot of money. Maxwell, What was that?
- 20:43What was the money, Blanche? Like several million, several millions
- 20:47of dollars in two thousand and seven, seven point four million,
- 20:50I think, Maxwell, what was that for? Was it? Was
- 20:54it the helicopter, Blanche? That's my question for you. Maxwell. Oh, sorry, Blanche,
- 21:00I don't know Maxwell, Okay, sorry, Blanche. So in two
- 21:03thousand and seven, Maxwell, I think that was probably the helicopter.
- 21:07That could have been, Blanche. That was what, Maxwell? That
- 21:11could have been the helicopter, the Sikorski, those big chunks
- 21:14like that. I didn't. I don't personally have seven million dollars.
- 21:19I just don't. So the answer to your question, to
- 21:21be precise, Marcus interrupts her. You would remember if it
- 21:25went into your pocket, Maxwell, I would remember it. I would.
- 21:29He never paid it to me for services that you
- 21:31just described, seven million for any nefarious reason, Blanche. Yeah,
- 21:36I think I understand what you've said about being on
- 21:39the payroll and helping him, helping you with businesses, and
- 21:44giving you a lot of life things along the way.
- 21:46You travel with them, you ate with them. He's you know,
- 21:49but there is these massive amounts of money one time payments. Maxwell,
- 21:54you'd have to trace that, right, So I don't believe
- 21:57that came into my account or I have had any control.
- 22:00I have no memory of that, Blanche. Well, but if
- 22:03there's records that show it coming into your account, it
- 22:05sounds like what you're saying is that you have no
- 22:09memory of that money being yours. Maxwell. No, Blanche, like
- 22:13that money is not somewhere Maxwell. No, I wouldn't be like, oh, yippie,
- 22:18let me go, I got seven million, I'm going to
- 22:21go and buy myself a yacht. No, or I don't
- 22:24know something else, or to move it. No. I don't
- 22:27think if you look, you'll have to check. Obviously you will.
- 22:30I don't think you'll find that money moving to any
- 22:33account either of mine, or it shouldn't show I don't
- 22:37believe anyway, as far as I recollect, it wouldn't show
- 22:40me spending it. Well, that's not what the court documents
- 22:43show us. That's not what your trial said, Blanche. Right, Maxwell,
- 22:48does that make sense? Blanche? Yeah, that makes sense. I mean,
- 22:51I don't think there's any dispute by anybody, even your
- 22:54lawyer's at trial that that money went in Maxwell, Oh,
- 22:58seven million in when what year? Blanche? Well, there are
- 23:01several years. In two thousand and seven, Maxwell and Blanche.
- 23:05Two thousand and two, there was five million that you
- 23:07were paid in two thousand and two. Maxwell, I'd have
- 23:11to I don't remember, So there would be another large sum,
- 23:15but it wouldn't have come from him later, but it
- 23:17had nothing to do with Blanche cuts her off. The
- 23:20biggest one was in nineteen ninety nine. That's over eighteen million,
- 23:24eighteen point three million, Maxwell, I don't know what that is.
- 23:28Imagine telling somebody that with a straight face, you had
- 23:31eighteen point three million dollars moved to your account and
- 23:34you have no idea what it is, who sent it,
- 23:36or why it's there. Well, in that case, there's some
- 23:39kind of fraud going on, right, so who was involved?
- 23:43Let's get those Epstein files, shall we, Blanche? But what
- 23:50you're saying it sounds like and if you don't know,
- 23:53we can move on. But when we're talking about the
- 23:55eighteen point three million in ninety nine, five million three
- 23:59years later in two thousand and two seven point four
- 24:01million in two thousand and seven, that money adds up
- 24:04to a round thirty million. You were not paid that
- 24:06by mister Epstein, meaning that's not money you receive for
- 24:10your benefit, even if it was put into your account.
- 24:13What does that even mean? So if I just wake
- 24:16up with a bunch of money in my account, I
- 24:18can claim that I have no idea where it came from,
- 24:21even if it came from El Chopo. Okay, I guess
- 24:24these are new rules, folks, and I guarantee you people
- 24:27are paying attention. Maxwell. I don't believe any of that
- 24:32was my money. Like I said, we did do these things, Blanche. Yeah,
- 24:37I understand that Maxwell with the cars, Blanche, I understand
- 24:40that Maxwell and as Blanche cuts her off, but Maxwell
- 24:45cuts him off. I don't know if any of that money,
- 24:48some of it, if it moves, Some of that may
- 24:51have come from the car or the house that was
- 24:53sold that I had an interest in with them. That's possible,
- 24:56but I don't think this money is mine Leasafian. But
- 24:59also the should reflect too that there were times Golaine's
- 25:03name was used. For example, Eric Golaine, her name was
- 25:06in the name of the entity. It had nothing to
- 25:08do with her. And if you pull signatures, Blanche, yeah, Saffian,
- 25:13there's no evidence for that. This lady Leasafian is like
- 25:17a ambulance chasing lawyer. She's never worked any big cases.
- 25:21She's just a friend of Glene Maxwell's. But here she
- 25:24is acting like she is the female version of Johnny Cochran. Huh, Okay, Blanche, No.
- 25:31What I'm trying to understand, and to make sure that
- 25:34I understand, is that the idea that you were paid
- 25:36thirty million between ninety nine and two thousand and seven
- 25:39by mister Epstein to reward you for recruiting young women,
- 25:43you're saying that is categorically completely false. Maxwell, that is
- 25:47categorically false, correct, Blanche. Okay. So we went through several
- 25:52individuals yesterday, and I want to go through just a
- 25:54couple more names and ask you if you know them,
- 25:57and if you do know them, how do you know them?
- 26:00Do you know Elon Musk Clean Maxwell? I do, Blanche,
- 26:04And how did you meet mister Musk Maxwell. I don't
- 26:07remember the year, but it's going to be in twenty ten, eleven,
- 26:10something like that. I think if my memory serves and
- 26:13I was at an event for Sergey Brinn, the co
- 26:16founder of Google, and Sergey had arranged it was his birthday,
- 26:20and we were a bunch of us. I don't even
- 26:22remember how many of us there were, but not many
- 26:25of us. If I say forty, I could be wrong.
- 26:28If I say thirty to fifty, I don't remember. I'm sorry.
- 26:31I went to another friend's island, somebody called mister Pegazi
- 26:35in the Caribbean, not with Epstein. He was not there
- 26:38to celebrate Sergey's birthday. And we were there together four
- 26:41I want to say three or four days something like
- 26:44that in my memory. And mister Musk was present for that, Blanche.
- 26:48And that was the first time that you met him,
- 26:50as far as you know, Maxwell, as far as I remember, Yes, Blanche,
- 26:54did you know his brother mister Musk's brother, Maxwell, I
- 26:57don't know if I've ever met him. I know that
- 27:00he has a brother, and I don't think that I
- 27:02met him, Blanche, aside from that time in around twenty
- 27:06ten on the island in the Caribbean for a couple
- 27:08of days, did you have you seen do you know
- 27:11mister Musk? Beyond that time? Maxwell, we met one time
- 27:15at the Oscars. Blanche, what year was that earlier or later? Maxwell?
- 27:20It was post event, I believe, Blanche. Do you know
- 27:23whether mister epstein knew mister Musk Maxwell? I believe they did.
- 27:28And the only reason I say that is not from
- 27:29my memory, but because I think I saw my memory
- 27:32is that in Discovery they were communicating on email, Blanche,
- 27:36So you have no personal knowledge of that, Maxwell, I
- 27:40have no She's cut off by Blanche. It's just that
- 27:43what you've seen from the press or from Discovery. Maxwell.
- 27:47I believe his brother as well. Actually, Blanche, excuse me, Maxwell,
- 27:52mister Musk's brother as well. Like I said, my memory is,
- 27:56it's not as good as I would like it to be.
- 27:58And I just want to say that, Blanche, you mentioned
- 28:02I think yesterday in passing, well, not in passing, but
- 28:05as part of another answer Andrew Cuomo Maxwell. Yes, Blanche,
- 28:09did you know mister Cuomo Glen Maxwell? Well, only because
- 28:13he was married to carry Blanche? Okay, Maxwell, And I
- 28:17think I knew his brother as well. What's his name?
- 28:19He has a brother, right, he's on TV. What's his name?
- 28:22Lea Saffian Chris Glen Maxwell, right, Christopher Saffie and Christopher Cuomo, Blanche, Yeah,
- 28:28Chris Maxwell, Chris Blanche, the former TV anchor or, the
- 28:33TV anchor, Chris Cuomo, Maxwell, yes, Blanche, Okay, Maxwell, But
- 28:38I would say just socially, I'm not close friends or anything.
- 28:41I was friends with Kerry, and I met him a
- 28:44few times, and I certainly met his brother as well
- 28:46a few times. Blanche. And the same question that I
- 28:49asked about mister Musk, do you know whether mister Epstein
- 28:52knew Andrew Cuomo or Chris Cuomo or miss Kennedy your
- 28:56friend Maxwell. I don't think so, Blanche, And so you
- 29:00never you don't recall any of those individuals like flying
- 29:03on mister Epstein's plane, Maxwell, no Blanche, or visiting him
- 29:07in Palm Beach or at the island, no Blanche. I
- 29:11think you mentioned former Secretary of State John Kerry yesterday,
- 29:14But if not, do you know mister Kerry or no? Maxwell.
- 29:18I've met him, but I don't know if mister Epstein
- 29:20has ever met him. I met him, well, really, I
- 29:22can't even probably characterize that as a meeting, but I
- 29:26was very very involved in the ocean at work through
- 29:29you asked me yesterday about Tamar and if I recall right,
- 29:33the Secretary that way through the ocean, but we wouldn't
- 29:37know who I am. I doubt I don't think, Blanche. Well,
- 29:41do you know former Senator Ted Kennedy? Maxwell? Yes, Blanche,
- 29:46is that through your own life or through mister Epstein
- 29:49Maxwell my life? Blanche? Do you know whether mister Epstein
- 29:53new Senator Kennedy? Maxwell? I don't believe so, Blanche, and
- 29:58so for the folks talked about so former Secretary of
- 30:01State John Kerrey, Ted Kennedy, you don't know whether mister
- 30:04Epstein knew them. So I take that to mean you
- 30:07have no recollection of them flying on his planes. Maxwell.
- 30:11Oh god, no, Blanche, okay, Maxwell. Oh, but Bobby Kennedy
- 30:17knew him, Bobby the health Blanche. Sorry, say that again
- 30:20about Bobby Kennedy. Bobby knew mister Epstein, Blanche. How do
- 30:24you know that, Maxwell, because we went on a trip together.
- 30:27We went dinosaur bone hunting in the Dakotas. Blanche, When
- 30:31was that? You know? Approximately? I'm not looking for an
- 30:33exact date, but when was that? Maxwell? That was Well,
- 30:38let me back up. I knew Bobby's wife Mary pretty
- 30:40well actually, and before he met her Blanche. And just
- 30:43to help us, I know we're talking about a wide
- 30:45span of time, but when you were talking about that,
- 30:49you knew mister Kennedy's wife before they were married. So
- 30:52are we talking about Maxwell, I guess. Let me get
- 30:56my head straight, Blanche. Well, would this have been before
- 30:59you met mister EPs Epstein? Maxwell? Yes, Maxwell, I met
- 31:03him before we met, Blanche. So we're talking about the eighties? Maxwell, Oh, yes, yes,
- 31:08thank you, Blanche. Okay, Maxwell, okay the eighties, Blanche. Okay,
- 31:13So we're talking about the eighties. Maxwell. I had a
- 31:16very very long standing boyfriend and his brother was dating
- 31:19Mary at the time, and we were all very good friends. Blanche,
- 31:23and then mister Epstein. Did mister Epstein meet Bobby Kennedy
- 31:26through you? I don't think so, because mister Epstein, surprisingly
- 31:30everyone says everything happened through me. That's just not true.
- 31:33I mean, I think yesterday I explained that he had
- 31:35friends from London and those they were people that we
- 31:40would call fancy. Blanche. Yeah, Maxwell, they were fancy people.
- 31:45But he had the same type of relationship before I
- 31:47met him in America. So when I met him, he
- 31:49was already you know, Wexner and he had Henry and
- 31:52she means Henry Kissinger. I don't know if then he
- 31:55was at the Council of Foreign Relations, but he was
- 31:58a friend with A's and you know, like he was
- 32:01well established, Blanche. Yeah. Maxwell, he didn't need me. He
- 32:06was evil was, you know, major model. So she had
- 32:09all these modeling connections and friends in that business long
- 32:12before I met him. And so that trip you went
- 32:14on with mister Epstein, says Blanche and Bobby Kennedy was
- 32:18at in the nineties and two thousands. Maxwell. I think
- 32:21it was I want to say ninety three or ninety four, Blanche. Okay,
- 32:25so a very long time ago, Maxwell, A very very
- 32:29long time ago, Blanche, A few years into the time
- 32:32that you knew mister Epstein. Maxwell. Yes, I mean, I
- 32:35don't want to holle myself to dates because Blanche. No, no,
- 32:38I'm not holding you to dates, Maxwell, because I really don't.
- 32:42She's cut off again by Blanche. I've said that a
- 32:45lot because I appreciate we're talking about the eighties and
- 32:48the nineties and the two thousands. Maxwell, And I just
- 32:51want you to know I haven't had I don't have
- 32:54anything to review, so I don't have the ability the
- 32:57short of my legal material. Obviously you know I have
- 33:00because I can with a box worth, But short of that,
- 33:03I have nothing with which to refresh or very limited
- 33:06stuff I should say. I don't want to say nothing
- 33:09to refresh my mind, Todd, Blanche, I understand that. Do
- 33:12you have any recollection of mister Kennedy being anything inappropriate
- 33:17with mister Kennedy and messuses or young women on the
- 33:20trip you just talked about Glenne Maxwell. I never saw
- 33:23anything inappropriate with mister Kennedy, Blanche. And do you know
- 33:27whether he got a massage from one of the messuses?
- 33:29Do you know either way? Maxwell, I do not, Blanche,
- 33:34but not something you remember, Maxwell, I mean absolutely not.
- 33:39I mean yesterday. If I didn't make it clear, I
- 33:41will reiterate it. I never ever saw any man doing
- 33:45something inappropriate with a woman of any age. I never
- 33:48saw inappropriate habits. Now, I'm not going to say I
- 33:52mean that to me is not inappropriate. Now somebody is
- 33:56inappropriate and mine might be different. But Blanche, yep, we're
- 34:00not talking about anything that resembles the accusations that we've
- 34:03discussed here. So that would be a flat no to
- 34:06any man, Blanche, did you or mister Epstein's relationship with
- 34:12Bobby Kennedy continue into the two thousands? As far as
- 34:15you know, Maxwell, I would say yes, Maxwell, well mine, yes, Blanche,
- 34:20yours with you? Okay? Maxwell with me for sure? Blanche.
- 34:24Do you know whether mister Epstein and mister Kennedy Bobby
- 34:27Kennedy continue to have relationship into the two thousands? Maxwell,
- 34:31I have no personal knowledge of that, Blanche, Yeah, no
- 34:35personal knowledge is fine. All right, folks, We're gonna wrap
- 34:38up right here, and in the next episode, we're gonna
- 34:40pick up where we left off. All of the information
- 34:43that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 34:46description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
- 34:49of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up
- 34:52where we left off with Glenn Maxwell's fireside chat with
- 34:57mister Blanche and the DOJ. Glenn Maxwell. Another thing is
- 35:03that everyone puts us together like a monolith. Blanche. Yeah. Maxwell,
- 35:08he literally had a separate life from me. I literally
- 35:10had a separate life from him. Now did they say, Well,
- 35:14of course they did. I'm not crazy. But he kept
- 35:17a lot to himself and he didn't like to share.
- 35:19He was not a Sharer. Well, at least not with me, Blanche.
- 35:23Mister Epstein didn't share your saying, Maxwell, not with me, No, Blanche,
- 35:27do you know somebody named Cheryl Mills? Maxwell? I do.
- 35:31Blanche used to work in the White House as a lawyer. Maxwell, Yes,
- 35:35I do. Yes, Blanche, how do you know miss Mills? Maxwell?
- 35:40I met Miss Mills through President Clinton. Blanche, do you
- 35:43remember generally the timeframe that you met her? Maxwell? I do? Actually,
- 35:48hang on, I'm sorry, I'm just trying to remember. I'm
- 35:50just trying to get my dates right, Marcus approximately. Maxwell, Okay,
- 35:55I can't get my dates right, but it's something you
- 35:57probably going back to the early two thousand Blanche, Okay, Maxwell,
- 36:02So what I don't recall, Blanche? So Maxwell, I want
- 36:06to say two thousand and two. I'm going to say
- 36:08two thousand and two or two thousand and three, Blanche,
- 36:11So it was after President Clinton left office? Maxwell? Oh, yes, Blanche,
- 36:15so it was in the two thousands. Maxwell, definitely, Blanche,
- 36:21How did you meet her? What were the circumstances under
- 36:24which you met Miss Mills? Maxwell? I went on a
- 36:27trip with the President of South America, Blanche, with which
- 36:30President Maxwell? Oh, sorry, President Clinton, Blanche Okay, just you know, Maxwell, Sorry,
- 36:37Blanche just wanted just wanted to make sure it was clear.
- 36:41So you went on a trip to where Maxwell Latin
- 36:44America Blanche and so miss Mills was on the trip. Maxwell,
- 36:49she was Blanche and President Clinton was on the trip. Maxwell,
- 36:53he was Blanche. Who else was on the trip? Maxwell?
- 36:57Doug band Blanche? Who worked with President Clinton? Maxwell? Yes,
- 37:02Blanche and was mister Epstein? Maxwell, no, Blanche? And what
- 37:06was the purpose of that trip? Maxwell, Well, the president
- 37:10had I don't know, I mean, the president met with
- 37:13I can't even remember all the I know presidents and
- 37:17we were in Blanche. Was this part of President Clinton's
- 37:20work after he left office with his foundation? Maxwell, I
- 37:25don't think the foundation Blanche cuts her off? Was it
- 37:28something for him? Maxwell? I don't remember when the Clinton
- 37:32Global Initiatives started? So if you date me, if you
- 37:36give me that date, I can tell you if it
- 37:38was pre or post because without that I can't pin
- 37:41the reason. Marcus, do you remember what it was for
- 37:43or not? Maxwell? No, I don't recall Marcus. Okay, Maxwell,
- 37:47I mean I don't Blanche. Don't overthink or underthink the
- 37:51reasons for my questions. I don't have any idea why
- 37:54you went on the trip, so I don't know any
- 37:56answer what I'm getting from you Maxwell. No, I'm just
- 37:59trying to be as accurate as possible and give you
- 38:02the information that you seek. Blanche, do you remember why
- 38:06you were invited to go? Like? Were you friends with somebody?
- 38:10What was your role going on the trip? Maxwell? I
- 38:13didn't have a role, Blanche, So you don't remember who
- 38:16invited you? Probably Doug Band, Maxwell says Blanche. And how
- 38:21did you know Doug Maxwell? Because Doug again back with
- 38:25Philip Levine. Blanche got it. And do you know whether
- 38:28he had a relationship with mister Epstein? Maxwell? Who Todd Blanche?
- 38:33Doug Maxwell? I mean nothing. I don't believe there was
- 38:37any relationship other than well, without me, I don't think
- 38:41there would have been those flights because I was the
- 38:43one who asked Epstein to provide the plane. Well, certainly
- 38:46I remember the one to Africa, of course, that big trip,
- 38:49and I thought it was an honor and a privilege
- 38:51to be part of something so amazing and to have
- 38:53the opportunity to spend time with a man that I
- 38:56found truly extraordinary, and please I don't mean it in
- 39:00any other way other than as a former fantastic ex
- 39:03president Blanche. So I was just asking around the question.
- 39:06But I'll just ask it like where you basically asked
- 39:08to go because you were kind of responsible for the plane.
- 39:12Responsible is the wrong word. They were able to use
- 39:16you to make sure that they could. You helped them
- 39:18get mister Epstein's plane for the trip. Maxwell, No, I
- 39:21don't even know if when I was on. In fact,
- 39:24I think I think that trip. I'm not even sure
- 39:26that mister Epstein met with the president Blanche Okay, Maxwell,
- 39:32But if I'm right, and I think I am, I
- 39:34think that trip happened when Epstein and Clinton had never
- 39:37even not that they'd never met, because Epstein had gone
- 39:40to the White House, but they had not met. I'd
- 39:44never asked Epstein for the plane because they'd never met,
- 39:47and it would be weird. But they met because of me,
- 39:50and the plane was because of me. But that trip
- 39:53was the first, I think, the first trip I took
- 39:55with the ex president. And I don't believe Epstein and
- 39:58he had met. And we're talking a time period when
- 40:00I was trying to Blanche, Yeah, leave not very successfully obviously,
- 40:05but I was branching out on my own and being
- 40:07more independent of mister Epstein and trying all kinds of
- 40:10businesses that I was into. I was trying to start
- 40:13the first telehealth medicine with the Cleveland Clinic. I mean,
- 40:16I'm not going to bore you, because I don't think
- 40:19those were the sorts of things that I was looking
- 40:21for him to finance so that I could stop being,
- 40:23you know, a general manager of a hotel, Blanche, So
- 40:27did you take other trips with some or all of
- 40:29those individuals kind of without mister Epstein in later years,
- 40:33Like you said, that was the first time that you
- 40:35kind of been on something like that, and it was
- 40:37an honor that you were spending time with former President
- 40:40Clinton and others over the years. Did you do that
- 40:43more than once? Maxwell? Yes, Blanche will talk about those
- 40:47like multiple times like too many an account or three
- 40:51or four times like how many? Maxwell? A lot a lot.
- 40:54I went on a lot of trips. Now I don't
- 40:56recall all of them, not because I'm trying to be
- 40:58evasive or anything, but I just don't remember them all.
- 41:01And after a while, you know, in the incredible job
- 41:04that you have all of you that when you're so
- 41:06high pressured and you're spending so much time with extraordinary
- 41:10people like you do with President Trump, it can blur.
- 41:13It just does. And those few things that stand out,
- 41:16because at the end it's all just extraordinary as cars
- 41:20and sirens and President It's like WHOA. Okay, Blanche, So
- 41:25I understand, But Maxwell, right, I understand. You can't give
- 41:29specific numbers. Describe more about the kind of your your
- 41:33part of your life and your relationship. I'm using relationship.
- 41:37You don't like relationships, Maxwell, right, Blanche, and sorry, and
- 41:42your Maxwell my employer, Blanche. Yes, just describe what you
- 41:46were doing with those individuals. So when I say those individuals,
- 41:50i'm talking about former President Clinton, Doug other folks that
- 41:53work with them, Maxwell, all of them. Yes, there were
- 41:56loads of them, and just all of them, you know,
- 41:59the team. I don't need to give you all the names.
- 42:02You have them at your fingertips, and I can confirm
- 42:04if you give me names, I'll say yes, because they're
- 42:07not all going to pop into my head. So Blanche right, Maxwell, Okay,
- 42:11So I started spending a lot of time. I don't
- 42:13want to characterize that, but I started spending a lot
- 42:16of time with former president and with Doug and his team,
- 42:19and I had no purpose really other than I obviously
- 42:22offered something. I don't know, ideas I don't know. Anyway,
- 42:26he started to travel. I don't remember if the first
- 42:29trip was Africa or how it went, but at some
- 42:31point I think there was actually two trips, but I'm
- 42:34not sure. So there was to Europe and then to Africa,
- 42:38and I think maybe all was one trip. And at
- 42:41some point mister Epstein said he didn't want to go
- 42:43on the trip and he was going somewhere else and
- 42:45he just left and I was like, well, okay, And
- 42:48so I ended up doing the whole trip without mister
- 42:51Epstein or his plane, Blanche. And when you were traveling
- 42:54with them, what were the purpose of the trips? Like,
- 42:58is this one Maxwell them off? I think actually it
- 43:01was the aides was one of the primary ones for
- 43:04his AIDS foundation when he was working to do that,
- 43:07and there were always humanitarian side to the trip, and
- 43:11we went to Egypt and there was oh yeah, Blanche.
- 43:14So it sounds like you're describing right now one trip
- 43:17with lots of stops. Maxwell. It could be, but I
- 43:20have a feeling that I went on other trips, but
- 43:22I can't remember, Blanche, you went on these, Maxwell cuts
- 43:26them off. I went to London, Blanche went to London, Okay, Maxwell.
- 43:30I don't know if that's the same trip, Blanche. When
- 43:33you went on these trips, were you always on mister
- 43:36Epstein's plane, Maxwell? No? Or did sometimes someone accompany them
- 43:41on a different plane? Maxwell? Correct? Yes, Blanche? How many
- 43:46were on mister Epstein's plane Again, I'm not holding you
- 43:49to exact numbers, Maxwell, That was a full that was
- 43:53packed because it was a lot of Secret Service. It
- 43:56took all the secret services as well, Blanche. Okay, Maxwell,
- 44:00So it was whatever the detail is for secret Service,
- 44:03it's a lot, Blanche. And on how many occasions besides
- 44:07the trip you just described, were there other times when
- 44:11they used when President Clinton and the folks he's with
- 44:14use mister Epstein's plane, Glenn Maxwell, I think there was twice.
- 44:18Maybe there was that, But it will reflect on the logs.
- 44:22There won't be anything that's not on the logs that
- 44:24you have already, Blanche. Were you, by the way, responsible
- 44:28for the logs in any way, Like you've seen the
- 44:31logs and they're a public and you have them in
- 44:34discovery but over the years when you were working with
- 44:37or for mister Epstein, did you have access to the logs? Maxwell? No, never,
- 44:42the pilots the logbook that was their personal logbook. I
- 44:46never saw them have it. I never saw them fill
- 44:48it in. And then there was a second set of logs,
- 44:51the flight manifests, and I never saw those either. I
- 44:54was never allowed, I suppose because he didn't want me
- 44:57to see Blanche. So do you know whether mister Epstein
- 45:00had a separate relationship with President Clinton, different from the
- 45:04one you just described, so different that being with him
- 45:07with respect to his foundation or something like this. Maxwell,
- 45:11I would say, no, Blanche. When's the last time that
- 45:14you went on a trip or saw President Clinton. It
- 45:18was late two thousand and I don't know, sixteen seventeen eighteen.
- 45:21It was in Los Angeles, Blanche. And what was the
- 45:24purpose of the meeting? Maxwell? I think he was hosting
- 45:27something or he was at an event and I was
- 45:30in LA and I had dinner with him. Blanche. Did
- 45:33you ever meet Secretary Clinton? Hillary Clinton? Yes, Blanche, when'd
- 45:37you meet her? Maxwell? I want to say again, please
- 45:40don't hold me to it, but I want to say
- 45:42that it was on a flight that came from the
- 45:44island from the island, from Nantucket or Marthur's vineyard back
- 45:49to New York is what I think I might be wrong. Okay,
- 45:53so an East Coast island like Nantucket. Maxwell, Yes, Maxwell,
- 46:00the ex president never came to the island, Blanche. Is
- 46:04that the only time that you met Hillary Clinton? Maxwell? No,
- 46:07I went to the house in Chappaqua a few times, Blanche.
- 46:10And why did you go to the house, Maxwell, I
- 46:13was invited, Blanche, just to see President Clinton or Hillary
- 46:16or both. Maxwell. Yeah, I mean as a friend, not
- 46:21for I don't there was no. I don't remember any
- 46:23reason either. Was somehow I communicated that was incoming driving
- 46:28back past Chappaqua, or if they were home and stop in.
- 46:32I know it sounds a little flippant. It couldn't have
- 46:34been something. Blanche. And do you know whether mister Epstein
- 46:38knew or had any sort of visit dealings or associations
- 46:41with Hillary Clinton? Maxwell, I would say no, Blanche. Did
- 46:45you ever see them together? Maxwell know? Blanche, did you
- 46:49ever know whether mister Epstein did any business transactions with
- 46:53the Clintons Maxwell, Well, I'm not sure I can. I'm
- 46:56not sure how it'll quite I don't know the answer
- 46:59to that strictly because I was part of the beginning
- 47:01process of the Clinton Global Initiative and that was something
- 47:05that I helped with and that was me and Depstein
- 47:07may have helped them too, And in that context, he
- 47:11may well be involved himself, but only in the context
- 47:14of something that I was trying to do. Blanche. So
- 47:17when you say involved himself, meaning like give money to
- 47:20the Clinton Global Initiative or something like this, Maxwell, Well,
- 47:23so there's that. I think he did that, and I
- 47:26believe the money that he may have given could have
- 47:28been independent of me. But I think it's just easier
- 47:31if I just tell you how it happened. Otherwise it
- 47:34sounds odd and funky. I went to Davis with the
- 47:37former president. Have you been to Davis Blanche? In what Maxwell?
- 47:42Have you been to Davis Blanche? I have not? Okay, Well,
- 47:46you know you know what it's like, right, So I
- 47:48thought the former president should have his own Davis because
- 47:51it would be And it turned out that they had
- 47:54been thinking about it anyway, and so we were talking
- 47:57about it, and you know, it's a very heavy to
- 48:00get something like that to go, and I was friendly
- 48:03with one of the people. I don't know if he
- 48:05was at the beginning of Davis, but he was running it.
- 48:09I don't know how to describe his actual role. And
- 48:12he had conversations with him about what he did, you know,
- 48:16just because I was having dinner with him about if
- 48:18Clinton could get something like that to go. What was
- 48:21his thoughts, and he was very enthusiastic. I mean, he
- 48:24was like, that's just an incredible idea. So I put
- 48:27them together. That person's name, do you remember Maxwell? I
- 48:32knew you were going to ask me, Blanche Maxwell, I ken,
- 48:35Blanche didn't know if you knew his name or remember Maxwell.
- 48:39I do know, I do, but I just Blanche can't
- 48:43remember his name. Okay, Maxwell, it'll come to me. It
- 48:47may come to me tomorrow. But eventually these things like
- 48:49surface from the middle of the night. Blanche, Yeah, Maxwell
- 48:54that I couldn't remember from yesterday, Blanche, Okay, Maxwell, but
- 48:58his name will come to me, and if not, we
- 49:01can find it all right. So we're gonna wrap up
- 49:04right here, and then the next episode we're gonna pick
- 49:06up where we left off. All of the information that
- 49:09goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
