Goldfish Swim School is diving in—literally—to Lacey’s South Sound Shopping Center, taking over the former Tuesday Morning space as construction begins on its pool foundation. The 38,000-square-foot property, recently sold for $44.1 million to San Diego-based Tourmaline Capital, sits right next to PetSmart and near Target, Trader Joe’s, and Marshalls. While the new owners haven’t revealed long-term plans for the 31-acre site yet, city officials are already reaching out.
