- 0:52Speaker 2: Oh he's awesome. Love that.
- 0:53Speaker 4: Yeah, so that's that's just a little bit. Are we
- 0:55Speaker 4: talking with Amy, Yeah, we're talking with Toby Keith as well.
- 0:58Speaker 4: Oh yeah, okay, so we got a star studded show.
- 1:01Speaker 4: I will say this, I did lose because of the
- 1:04Speaker 4: tie breaker in the money for the broken promises.
- 1:08Speaker 2: That was a close one, guys.
- 1:10Speaker 4: So Trevor Lawrence did throw for the over and they
- 1:13Speaker 4: did score over and so we had to go to
- 1:15Speaker 4: the tie breaker and my number was twenty six thirty
- 1:20Speaker 4: and then they scored thirty one as your winner. So
- 1:23Speaker 4: Kevin moves on. It's just you three later on at
- 1:25Speaker 4: the show. At the end, you each will pick three
- 1:27Speaker 4: bets and you'll draft your three bets.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Got it.
- 1:30Speaker 6: You guys are done?
- 1:31Speaker 2: Okay, you barely you let me survive.
- 1:33Speaker 5: The hard and Baseball lock Card team.
- 1:36Speaker 6: Comes in hot hot, I got the hottest street going.
- 1:39Speaker 2: That's true. It's home.
- 1:40Speaker 4: So we will get to that coming out just a
- 1:42Speaker 4: little bit. I got kicked off my PlayStation network last night.
- 1:46Speaker 2: You too, would they hack you?
- 1:48Speaker 4: So all I know is I get I got a
- 1:50Speaker 4: friend buddy who's like, I want to get in and
- 1:54Speaker 4: be in your basketball league. And then Read's roommate once
- 1:57Speaker 4: we in the league too, and I'm like, great, the Marrier.
- 2:00Speaker 4: As long as you play your games, don't give a crap,
- 2:02Speaker 4: and we give away money in our league. I guy,
- 2:03Speaker 4: fund it. It's just fun. And if you win the
- 2:06Speaker 4: you give away money for the league. Yeah, it's not
- 2:08Speaker 4: a gamble. Nobody's to gamble the money. People are good
- 2:12Speaker 4: at being in the league and good owners, and they
- 2:15Speaker 4: play their games. Then if you win a playoff game,
- 2:19Speaker 4: you get twenty bucks and the doubles up until if
- 2:21Speaker 4: you win the whole championship.
- 2:22Speaker 7: Right.
- 2:22Speaker 4: So I've paid a few hundred bucks every season. Every
- 2:25Speaker 4: season's about every month, and I have for two months.
- 2:28Speaker 4: So I get on last night because I have like
- 2:30Speaker 4: six more games to play because our season's over in
- 2:32Speaker 4: like five days. And click, click, click log on, and
- 2:37Speaker 4: what pops up is you're not logged into the PlayStation network.
- 2:40Speaker 2: I hate that.
- 2:41Speaker 5: I'm like, oh, man, like it's I gonna even.
- 2:42Speaker 4: Know my password correct, So I gotta like figure it out.
- 2:45Speaker 4: Forgot password, send it to me, change it email, log
- 2:48Speaker 4: in with my thumbs on the freaking controller to the screen,
- 2:52Speaker 4: and then finally I get my password and I push
- 2:56Speaker 4: enter and I get this message right here.
- 3:02Speaker 2: In bold read letters.
- 3:03Speaker 5: It says.
- 3:07Speaker 4: The account is permanently suspended from PlayStation Network due to
- 3:10Speaker 4: violations of the PlayStation Network Terms of Services and User Agreement.
- 3:14Speaker 2: The house exactly what.
- 3:17Speaker 4: He's a bad boy. So I was like, what was
- 3:20Speaker 4: it watching me do Yeah, what were you doing, dude? Exactly?
- 3:24Speaker 4: So I try again. The account's permanently. I get it again,
- 3:33Speaker 4: so I'm like, well, crap. So I go and I
- 3:34Speaker 4: contact customer support and I call them and it's like
- 3:40Speaker 4: broken or something.
- 3:42Speaker 8: What's broken customers support or PS five both, I.
- 3:46Speaker 4: Get customer sport, but I waited forever and fine, I'm chilling,
- 3:51Speaker 4: and then finally I get somebody. They're like, hey, you
- 3:53Speaker 4: should go and submit a appeal.
- 3:57Speaker 2: So I'm like cool.
- 3:57Speaker 4: I go over to the appeal site and it's if
- 4:00Speaker 4: you're eligible, fill it on a pill. I want to
- 4:02Speaker 4: play mad, I want to play inba UK. So only
- 4:04Speaker 4: two games I ever play. I feel out the appill
- 4:06Speaker 4: fill it all the way out. I didn't do anything.
- 4:08Speaker 4: I didn't put my balls on the screen or anything.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Your appeals like, I don't know what I did.
- 4:12Speaker 4: Yeah, And so I pushed and it goes you are
- 4:15Speaker 4: not eligible to submit an a pill at this time.
- 4:17Speaker 5: Learn more about suspensions in the following article.
- 4:19Speaker 8: Dang, bro, you did some really bad Yeah, yes, they're
- 4:22Speaker 8: not even letting you appeal it.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Correct.
- 4:24Speaker 4: So then I go one other level deeper and I'm like,
- 4:29Speaker 4: I write a note and they're like, I don't know
- 4:30Speaker 4: what I did, Like, why am I kicked off of
- 4:33Speaker 4: this thing?
- 4:34Speaker 2: You do that on caps?
- 4:35Speaker 5: I don't know know because the stupid controller.
- 4:38Speaker 4: I think I run all lowercase because I never went
- 4:40Speaker 4: to the that solid bar arrow to make them all caps,
- 4:43Speaker 4: because I wrote it with my PS five controller. So
- 4:46Speaker 4: I send off this message and it comes back, thank
- 4:49Speaker 4: you for contacting PlayStation support. The PlayStation account details you
- 4:52Speaker 4: provided to not indicate that your band was due to chargebacks,
- 4:56Speaker 4: which I mean, I thought it was there's some sort
- 4:57Speaker 4: of money type thing somebody had to but it wasn't that.
- 5:00Speaker 4: We weren't able to assist you further and recommend you
- 5:02Speaker 4: visit our support site and then a link we do
- 5:03Speaker 4: what I just went through.
- 5:06Speaker 5: So this point, I'm pissed.
- 5:08Speaker 4: That's, by the way, that's what mine says too. Chargebacks, Well,
- 5:11Speaker 4: that means somebody hacked your count. You need to call
- 5:14Speaker 4: them today. You called her a business hours today. Okay, okay,
- 5:18Speaker 4: I'll try to make time today.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Hey dude, you're.
- 5:21Speaker 8: Telling me the process of contest is different.
- 5:24Speaker 5: Though this is different.
- 5:25Speaker 2: This is sure.
- 5:25Speaker 5: This is nine point thirty at night.
- 5:26Speaker 3: This is not my thing.
- 5:28Speaker 4: Mine aren't chargebacks so then I went to why is
- 5:32Speaker 4: it minm I suspended? Like? What did I do? Is
- 5:35Speaker 4: it on the internet somewhere?
- 5:37Speaker 2: Why am I?
- 5:38Speaker 4: So I typed in count suspended while lah lah, and
- 5:41Speaker 4: it gives me the story PlayStation accounts are being permanently
- 5:43Speaker 4: suspended and no one knows why whoa man? PlayStation gamers
- 5:47Speaker 4: report being locked out of their accounts in games on
- 5:49Speaker 4: PS four and PS five without any clear reasoning. So
- 5:53Speaker 4: then I find a Reddit thread where it was just
- 5:55Speaker 4: a freaking glitch. I didn't do anything wrong, and I
- 5:59Speaker 4: got this morning. I woke up at like three fifteen,
- 6:01Speaker 4: and I was like, let me say, look.
- 6:02Speaker 2: Log got on. Oh so maybe I'm fixed too.
- 6:04Speaker 5: No, I doubt it.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Let me try that.
- 6:05Speaker 5: Here's probably chargebacks.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Well, mine was definitely charged because people hacked your account.
- 6:09Speaker 2: I got hacked.
- 6:09Speaker 8: I got charged almost four hundred dollars. Somebody went into
- 6:12Speaker 8: my account. They bought VC, they bought games, everything, like
- 6:16Speaker 8: four hundred bucks. So then what happened was my bank
- 6:18Speaker 8: contacted them and said, hey, these are false charges, so
- 6:22Speaker 8: we need to reverse those charges.
- 6:23Speaker 2: And that's what they called the charge back. Yeah, call though,
- 6:27Speaker 2: Like as soon as we're done here, I'm gonna try
- 6:28Speaker 2: logging in again.
- 6:29Speaker 4: First block off your even you can do it right now.
- 6:31Speaker 4: Do you know what I on your web? On the
- 6:33Speaker 4: because if you can get it on the web, you.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Can get in there same thing like on my computer. Yeah, okay.
- 6:37Speaker 8: I also read two Bones that there's like three hundred
- 6:41Speaker 8: games that if you bought, they may be off your
- 6:44Speaker 8: computer by the end of this year.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Yeah. Those Lord games are not on that list.
- 6:48Speaker 4: Yeah, those must be old games. It's like pung right, Frogger. Yeah,
- 6:52Speaker 4: the soccer Contra if you play Contra.
- 6:55Speaker 8: The soccer game you play with cars, I think that
- 6:57Speaker 8: one's on There's what's the one you Rocket League?
- 7:01Speaker 5: I bet that's not on there. I if it is,
- 7:03Speaker 5: I bet there's a newer version.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Fantasy four fantasy something for bro.
- 7:08Speaker 5: I don't know any I don't fantasy fantasy game.
- 7:12Speaker 4: I'm not making fun of games or gamers, but I
- 7:13Speaker 4: don't know games because I don't play a bunch of games.
- 7:15Speaker 4: I played two sports games, and I feel like that
- 7:17Speaker 4: that keeps me a little bit manly and not nerdy.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Yeah, Madden wasn't on there. Two K wasn't on there.
- 7:22Speaker 2: So we're good.
- 7:24Speaker 4: So we have five days left in our league, or
- 7:26Speaker 4: you can't get the money for the playoffs.
- 7:29Speaker 8: Right read so hold the hold on. So you expect
- 7:32Speaker 8: me to do one hundred games?
- 7:34Speaker 5: One hundred?
- 7:35Speaker 2: How many games are there in the season? Twenty three? No?
- 7:38Speaker 5: Read how many?
- 7:38Speaker 2: How many a season? Fifty?
- 7:41Speaker 4: No, it's like twenty three. I think it's like twenty four. Yeah,
- 7:44Speaker 4: I put it on short. It's always been on short,
- 7:45Speaker 4: short seasons. You have to play everyone, or can you
- 7:48Speaker 4: say every one? You have to play them, or you
- 7:49Speaker 4: don't get paid. You can say you think my wife
- 7:53Speaker 4: is gonna be cool, but you haven't fixed it's I
- 7:56Speaker 4: got half earlier you and every day you're like, I'm
- 7:59Speaker 4: gonna call, I'm going to call so, and you have
- 8:01Speaker 4: a called.
- 8:01Speaker 6: Why don't your kids play for you?
- 8:02Speaker 2: That's a good idea. I didn't think about that night
- 8:05Speaker 2: one this morning. All right, boys, let it rip.
- 8:06Speaker 5: And also, don't wait till the last minute to play
- 8:09Speaker 5: your games.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Five days I'd say that's the last minute. No, but
- 8:12Speaker 2: you are.
- 8:12Speaker 4: You were locked out, but you just have refused to
- 8:14Speaker 4: call and get it fixed.
- 8:15Speaker 8: And what's messed up is I stole Dallas from everyone.
- 8:17Speaker 8: So I have the Mavericks.
- 8:18Speaker 4: That controversy in the league where Mike Signs is like,
- 8:22Speaker 4: I'm not.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Being in the league.
- 8:23Speaker 6: Then I remember that.
- 8:24Speaker 2: And now I didn't even play my games.
- 8:26Speaker 6: Dude, you doubled down on it.
- 8:28Speaker 4: That's crazy, guys. We're playing like nineties, the nineties. I
- 8:31Speaker 4: think we're two thousands now, right, two thousands. We started
- 8:33Speaker 4: in ninety Yeah, so it and Eddie has a really
- 8:37Speaker 4: good freaking team and he doesn't play with them controversial,
- 8:39Speaker 4: and then Mike Sigins comes back in the league because
- 8:41Speaker 4: Mike Signs is fun to have in the league.
- 8:43Speaker 5: It's a fun guy.
- 8:44Speaker 4: And he's like, Okay, I'll get a team, and I
- 8:47Speaker 4: was like, okay, get whoever you want.
- 8:49Speaker 5: Because we all just get to pick a team.
- 8:50Speaker 4: They'll take the Pistons, and the Pistons were like one
- 8:52Speaker 4: percent in order to have the number one draft pick.
- 8:55Speaker 4: They get the number one draft pick, and he gets
- 8:57Speaker 4: Lebron oh Lebron of the Pistols, and the rookie as
- 9:01Speaker 4: a rookie, drafts him so stupid I have I drafted
- 9:05Speaker 4: Dwayne Wade in the first round. I had a pretty
- 9:07Speaker 4: good pick all four last year.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Your guy is Gary Zubiac though, man, no, it's.
- 9:11Speaker 4: Wally Zerbi at whatever. Jason Jacy kidds my main dude. Shoot,
- 9:20Speaker 4: but Kid is a big guard who can handle, can pass,
- 9:25Speaker 4: shoots a little bit. But Jay Kid's awesome. He's like
- 9:28Speaker 4: a ninety five. I'm right in his prime.
- 9:31Speaker 2: But yeah, like.
- 9:31Speaker 5: Kobe's you can't stop Kobe. I don't have Kobe Reid.
- 9:34Speaker 5: Who's your player?
- 9:35Speaker 2: Who has Kobe? Nobody?
- 9:36Speaker 5: You couldn't get the Lakers because the had Kobe in check.
- 9:38Speaker 9: Probably either Mike Bibby or Chris Webber.
- 9:40Speaker 5: Yeah, baby's good?
- 9:41Speaker 2: Is we We're good?
- 9:42Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 9:43Speaker 9: I think Biby's better though. Yeah, he's been better for me.
- 9:46Speaker 5: Uh And how's your record this year?
- 9:49Speaker 9: Not too great? I think I'm like eleven and seven?
- 9:53Speaker 5: Oh that's pretty good. How do you lose to the computer?
- 9:55Speaker 3: Dude?
- 9:55Speaker 4: Dude, it's hard, man, I've yeah, I've almost lost like
- 9:59Speaker 4: four games.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Really?
- 10:00Speaker 4: Yeah, you haven't played some time played you haven't played
- 10:03Speaker 4: this new game at all?
- 10:05Speaker 2: I haven't played. Yes, Okay, what's your record?
- 10:09Speaker 5: I don't know, like sixteen and two?
- 10:13Speaker 2: Ask what his team is?
- 10:15Speaker 6: What's your team?
- 10:15Speaker 4: The Nashville nostalgia We played Steve Barkle Arena, and our
- 10:18Speaker 4: jerseys have all the nostalgic things on it from the
- 10:20Speaker 4: nineties that I created.
- 10:21Speaker 2: He plays and do you still play Nintendo court h.
- 10:24Speaker 4: Yeah, that's our logo because it's the Nashville Nostalgia and
- 10:27Speaker 4: Nintendo logo on the shirt. And then it's people love
- 10:30Speaker 4: coming to Steve Burkle Arena, you know, because it wouldn't nostalgic.
- 10:33Speaker 5: Exactly did I do that arena? Basically? That's my team,
- 10:37Speaker 5: the Nashville Nostalgia.
- 10:38Speaker 7: I like it.
- 10:38Speaker 4: But it was the drive Jersey Nets. That's why I
- 10:42Speaker 4: had Jason Kidd. What were the Dribblers, the Nibblers, Nibblers?
- 10:45Speaker 4: I was the Nashville Nibblers in two that in the
- 10:47Speaker 4: last game. Oh yeah, yeah, because we haven't played a season.
- 10:51Speaker 4: We played one season of this, Yeah, but yeah I was.
- 10:54Speaker 4: I was the Nashville Nibblers in two K twenty three, gotcha.
- 10:57Speaker 4: But then I had this guy with huge teeth, So
- 10:59Speaker 4: it's like a joke like nibble But yeah, what the
- 11:02Speaker 4: heck goes on?
- 11:04Speaker 2: What I wonder is how long do you spend on
- 11:05Speaker 2: this name creating?
- 11:07Speaker 5: It just depends.
- 11:08Speaker 4: If I wake up at two in the morning and
- 11:09Speaker 4: I can't go back to sleep, I'm just like, well,
- 11:13Speaker 4: I don't want to play all my games up, shoot
- 11:14Speaker 4: all my load. I have nothing to do for like
- 11:16Speaker 4: two weeks into the month, so I'll just go like,
- 11:18Speaker 4: let me just change my court up or something. So
- 11:20Speaker 4: I don't ever set forth the idea of changing my team.
- 11:22Speaker 4: But I have such sleep issues sometimes that I just
- 11:25Speaker 4: have two hours to kill after I finished working on
- 11:27Speaker 4: the show, so I'm like, let me change it up.
- 11:29Speaker 5: So I try to do the National nut Sacks. But
- 11:32Speaker 5: then I.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Thought that it would have been really violating.
- 11:34Speaker 4: But Peanuts, I was gonna do like Peanuts right, Like
- 11:37Speaker 4: it'd be Peanuts by the National nut Sacks. But I
- 11:40Speaker 4: felt like if I ever because I do stream my
- 11:42Speaker 4: channel sometimes, huh, probably not best for the brand. Oh right, right, right, right, God,
- 11:48Speaker 4: it'd have be so much fun though, Like my billboards
- 11:50Speaker 4: and then in Steve City Arena, well, the Nationville nostalgia.
- 11:54Speaker 4: It's like I got NBA jam, I do ads for them,
- 11:57Speaker 4: I do Blockbuster video.
- 11:58Speaker 5: Like it's all incorporated.
- 12:01Speaker 6: This is wild.
- 12:02Speaker 2: What's wild?
- 12:02Speaker 6: It's like it's own world, like living in like a
- 12:05Speaker 6: like a fantasy world or something, like you have billboards
- 12:07Speaker 6: and everything.
- 12:08Speaker 5: In the arena, you know, like the scores table when
- 12:11Speaker 5: he changes out.
- 12:11Speaker 6: Yeah, and you get to choose, like what goes there?
- 12:13Speaker 2: Yeah, and you don't have to like you deal.
- 12:16Speaker 4: Oh okay, but since I moved and changed my team name,
- 12:18Speaker 4: I was like, well and I slowly did over time.
- 12:20Speaker 6: Man.
- 12:21Speaker 4: You know, a tree doesn't grow in a day. Nostalgia didn't.
- 12:24Speaker 4: Just it take a long time for nostalgia nostalgic.
- 12:26Speaker 5: Yeah, it has to. Yeah, so uh all right, let's
- 12:29Speaker 5: go to the tittle.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Tattle, the tittle tattle.
- 12:36Speaker 6: With so many big names hitting the portal, which quarterback
- 12:42Speaker 6: would you want coming to your school if you needed one?
- 12:45Speaker 5: Which quarterback would you want?
- 12:47Speaker 2: A lot of big names?
- 12:48Speaker 6: I know I haven't seen the kid from Washington State
- 12:52Speaker 6: really play camera ward, but a lot of people have
- 12:54Speaker 6: him ranked the highest. Off the top of my head,
- 12:57Speaker 6: I would go with Dylan Gabriel.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Is he Yklahoma guy?
- 12:59Speaker 6: Yoklahoma?
- 13:00Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, and.
- 13:02Speaker 4: Played two years the Oklahoma played well, not super tall.
- 13:05Speaker 4: But my thought was because Jeff Levy was the offensive
- 13:08Speaker 4: coordinator at Oklahoma and he was at UCF before that,
- 13:13Speaker 4: and Gabriel went with Levy and Levy went is now
- 13:15Speaker 4: the head coach in Mississippi State. He's got the job so,
- 13:19Speaker 4: and Will Rogers is gone. He went got in the
- 13:22Speaker 4: portal himself. So I don't know this, but I would.
- 13:25Speaker 4: My thought was Dylan Graborough was on Missippy State. It's interesting,
- 13:29Speaker 4: So I'd love for Dylan Gabriel to come to Arkansas.
- 13:32Speaker 2: It's close for him.
- 13:34Speaker 4: He's just dried down the road. Hey, I'm live here now.
- 13:37Speaker 4: But if I like Taylor Green, who's at Boise State,
- 13:42Speaker 4: is so dynamic that I think I would probably like
- 13:46Speaker 4: to have him, because I don't think Arkansas is going
- 13:50Speaker 4: to get someone like a Riley Leonard. I thought Riley
- 13:52Speaker 4: Leonard and still do think he's going to Texas A
- 13:55Speaker 4: and M because his head coach is now the head
- 13:57Speaker 4: coach at Texas A and M.
- 13:59Speaker 6: He had a visit with Notre Dame this week.
- 14:02Speaker 4: That's the other one that they're saying as Yeah, I
- 14:05Speaker 4: don't know, you know what, Beard guys graduated. I bet
- 14:07Speaker 4: he does go to Notre Dame.
- 14:08Speaker 6: He seems like, I mean, Duke to Notre Dame like
- 14:10Speaker 6: easy Trans.
- 14:11Speaker 4: But also Duke his head coach. You follow your head
- 14:13Speaker 4: coach a lot of times too. Yeah he's gone hotty, Yeah,
- 14:16Speaker 4: hot he's gone. Hoddy mccotterson yeah, right, he's gone right
- 14:19Speaker 4: Notre Dame.
- 14:20Speaker 6: Oh Sam Harmon. Yeah yeah, yeah, he's good looking. Yeah,
- 14:23Speaker 6: he's only seven years later he's out, No.
- 14:26Speaker 5: Yes, four to seven.
- 14:27Speaker 2: He looks it too.
- 14:28Speaker 4: So if I got the kid from Georgia who was
- 14:32Speaker 4: the backup quarterback, who was a five star kid, is
- 14:35Speaker 4: he may end up going to USC because Lincoln Riley
- 14:38Speaker 4: recruited him a lot of those relationships that don't turn
- 14:44Speaker 4: into something initially, Like if you lose the recruiting battle,
- 14:48Speaker 4: a lot of those kids go to that school that
- 14:50Speaker 4: they had an almost run in with, which is pretty cool,
- 14:53Speaker 4: or a relationship with the coach. But Dylan Gaber would
- 14:56Speaker 4: be cool. Cal McCord is that's crazy he's leaving.
- 14:59Speaker 7: I know.
- 15:00Speaker 4: But a lot of times too, I will say this,
- 15:02Speaker 4: We're like, look at these kids in the transfer portal,
- 15:05Speaker 4: like how they have no loyalty. First of all, it's business.
- 15:09Speaker 4: They're trying to get to the place that allows them
- 15:13Speaker 4: to make the best living and or puts them in
- 15:15Speaker 4: a place to make the best living for the rest
- 15:17Speaker 4: of their lives.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Yeah, so who wouldn't do that?
- 15:19Speaker 4: Everybody would unless you're just romanticizing the idea of college athletics.
- 15:25Speaker 4: Is you show up, you go to class all day,
- 15:28Speaker 4: you help the old lady across the street, you score
- 15:31Speaker 4: a couple of touchdowns, you do it again.
- 15:34Speaker 6: Or if you play for like if you played for Arkansas,
- 15:36Speaker 6: could you ever leave Arkansas? If you're starting quarterback at Arkansas?
- 15:39Speaker 2: No, right, even if the money was better somewhere.
- 15:42Speaker 8: I have the same money I have now we're talking
- 15:45Speaker 8: about college college.
- 15:46Speaker 4: Well, for making stuff up, I want to have the
- 15:48Speaker 4: same money I have now. Would be the quarterback at
- 15:49Speaker 4: Arkansas And no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, that's
- 15:51Speaker 4: a fantasy. Okay, but yeah, the kid from from Boise State.
- 15:56Speaker 4: I was watching a lot of his stuff last night.
- 15:57Speaker 4: He's so good that Taylor Green. He ran for like
- 16:01Speaker 4: a thousand yards, pass for like thirteen hundred. I'm making
- 16:06Speaker 4: those numbers up, but that's what I looked at.
- 16:09Speaker 2: That's what I looked.
- 16:09Speaker 4: Let me look at more times if I say his
- 16:10Speaker 4: numbers here.
- 16:12Speaker 6: I had a heck of a finish of the season too.
- 16:14Speaker 4: He was a game at Eigue MVP as you can tell.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Oh, here we go.
- 16:18Speaker 4: He finished season with seventeen hundred yards passing four hundred
- 16:21Speaker 4: and thirty four yards rushing, twenty total touchdowns, eleven passing,
- 16:24Speaker 4: nine rushing. Wow, pretty cool anyway, that's who I would
- 16:27Speaker 4: like to have Will Howard at Kansas State.
- 16:28Speaker 5: He may go pro, he may get in the draft.
- 16:30Speaker 5: He'll be a good one too.
- 16:31Speaker 6: Mm hm.
- 16:32Speaker 4: So that's my answer, which there's not one. I gave
- 16:34Speaker 4: you a really eight quarterback Brough.
- 16:35Speaker 6: Okay, Paul On the Heisman finalist being announced? Who has
- 16:38Speaker 6: your vote?
- 16:40Speaker 4: If I were voting, this is different than who I
- 16:42Speaker 4: think will win. I think Jaydan Daniels wins. I think
- 16:47Speaker 4: he's the best quarterback. So Jayde and Daniels if we're
- 16:51Speaker 4: just a quarterback, but Marvin Harrison is the best player.
- 16:54Speaker 2: He's awesome.
- 16:55Speaker 4: When you look at Marvin Harrison versus every other wide receiver,
- 17:01Speaker 4: he's ten spots up. These other quarterbacks are all around
- 17:03Speaker 4: each other. It's like who had a better game, who
- 17:04Speaker 4: had a better last few few games. Marvin Harrison is
- 17:07Speaker 4: like that, dude. But I think Jadan Daniels wins the Heisman.
- 17:11Speaker 2: That's my FA.
- 17:12Speaker 4: And I also think there's a little West Coast, little
- 17:14Speaker 4: slice slicy. Some of those votes between Nix and Pinnix
- 17:17Speaker 4: are going to be cut up between people that are
- 17:22Speaker 4: just going to vote for their West Coast school, so
- 17:24Speaker 4: because they're right there by each other. So I'm gonna
- 17:26Speaker 4: go with Jaden Daniels wins it. But I think Marvin Harrison.
- 17:28Speaker 5: Is the guy.
- 17:29Speaker 6: And that was a very average offense with McCord back
- 17:31Speaker 6: there quarterback, and he still put up great numbers.
- 17:33Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean so average he left he got in
- 17:36Speaker 5: the portal.
- 17:37Speaker 7: I know.
- 17:38Speaker 6: All right, go to the NFL with both team six
- 17:40Speaker 6: and six and winners of three straight. Which NFC team
- 17:43Speaker 6: do you think has a better chance to make a run,
- 17:45Speaker 6: The Packers or the Rams.
- 17:47Speaker 4: Now, if you look at the schedules, the Packers they
- 17:49Speaker 4: got the Giants, they can win that.
- 17:50Speaker 5: They got the Bucks. I'm a big Baker guy, big
- 17:54Speaker 5: Baker guy.
- 17:55Speaker 4: This is a Baker podcast, But I think they could
- 17:57Speaker 4: probably win that. And then they're playing the Panthers. The
- 17:58Speaker 4: Packers could go three and know if Jordan Love is
- 18:02Speaker 4: even a shell of.
- 18:03Speaker 5: What he has been the last few weeks.
- 18:05Speaker 4: As far as the Rams are playing the Ravens, probable loss,
- 18:08Speaker 4: Commanders flip a coin, Saints probable win. So let's say,
- 18:14Speaker 4: good situation, they go to and one. I think it's
- 18:19Speaker 4: probably the Packers just because of schedule and also if
- 18:24Speaker 4: I'm stock market arrowing, Jordan loves an arrow up and
- 18:26Speaker 4: Matt Stafford is I stayed the same arrow, but that
- 18:30Speaker 4: arrow is just always a hair away from just breaking
- 18:33Speaker 4: in half because he gets hurt. So I'm gonna go
- 18:37Speaker 4: with the Packers. But hey, don't sleep on Cincinnati after
- 18:40Speaker 4: that win.
- 18:41Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 18:41Speaker 2: Do you like that?
- 18:42Speaker 4: Quarterbacks and sick It was his first That was the
- 18:44Speaker 4: first time I looked at him and was like, oh,
- 18:45Speaker 4: he's playing quarterback now.
- 18:47Speaker 6: Well it's crazy too because the first drive he was
- 18:49Speaker 6: just like dunking and duncan. Yeah, and then they're like,
- 18:50Speaker 6: you know what, just messing with you guys.
- 18:52Speaker 7: Here we go.
- 18:52Speaker 4: Yeah, and maybe they allowed maybe they allowed him, gonna
- 18:55Speaker 4: give him some responsibility.
- 18:56Speaker 2: But he looked good. Awesome, Yeah, he look good?
- 18:58Speaker 7: All right?
- 18:59Speaker 6: One more at six and six and playing Kansas City
- 19:01Speaker 6: this weekend. Do you think the Bills have to win
- 19:03Speaker 6: this game to keep the Super Bowl hopes alive?
- 19:07Speaker 2: No?
- 19:07Speaker 4: But yes they need to win it because after this
- 19:10Speaker 4: they're gonna play the Cowboys.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Oh that's an now who for the Bills.
- 19:16Speaker 5: Oh, I don't know that's the case. But if they
- 19:18Speaker 5: lose this one.
- 19:19Speaker 4: They have to beat the Cowboys and the Chargers and
- 19:20Speaker 4: then just kind of hope some stuff happens. Yeah, if
- 19:23Speaker 4: they can win all three, they're doing pretty good. But
- 19:27Speaker 4: the Chiefs just lost to I don't see them winning
- 19:33Speaker 4: this one. They could beat the Cowboys, they will beat
- 19:37Speaker 4: the Chargers. They need to at least go two and one.
- 19:40Speaker 4: That's what we've been saying the whole time to happen
- 19:41Speaker 4: to have a shot here.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Don't you agree?
- 19:42Speaker 7: Oh?
- 19:42Speaker 6: Yeah, absolutely, you can't lose.
- 19:44Speaker 4: Yeah, they're the ten seed if there were ten seeds
- 19:47Speaker 4: in the AFC side, and.
- 19:48Speaker 6: Then all of a sudden it opens up a little
- 19:50Speaker 6: bit with the Jags and Trevor Lawrence.
- 19:51Speaker 4: But okay, so the last I read, and again we're
- 19:53Speaker 4: recording this a little bit before you hear it, it's
- 19:55Speaker 4: just an ankle sprain.
- 19:56Speaker 6: What did you say about That's all I've seen so far.
- 19:58Speaker 6: I don't let them be hurng.
- 19:59Speaker 2: Well, that's amazing. If it's brain.
- 20:00Speaker 8: I thought his whole leg was twisted up, because I mean,
- 20:02Speaker 8: first it was the ankle, right.
- 20:04Speaker 4: As don't you think we should just protect quarterbacks at
- 20:05Speaker 4: all costs? Now, well, I thought about this so boring
- 20:08Speaker 4: and terrible.
- 20:09Speaker 8: I understand the whole boring factor, but that's the challenge
- 20:11Speaker 8: of a football team as they go through the season.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Yeah, that's great, but that's the challenge that I, as
- 20:15Speaker 4: the consumer want to be entertained.
- 20:17Speaker 5: I'm not entertained.
- 20:18Speaker 8: I know you're always thinking about entertainment, and I respect that, Like, yes,
- 20:22Speaker 8: it is entertaining, but are you not.
- 20:24Speaker 4: Well, here's the when it's your team. When it's your
- 20:26Speaker 4: team and you lose your season because your quarterback goes down,
- 20:29Speaker 4: you're like, it's unfortunate, but it's part of the game.
- 20:32Speaker 5: Carlwood's arguing it's not part of the game.
- 20:34Speaker 4: But when you make the game that much harder to
- 20:37Speaker 4: watch and digest, you're not spending as much time with it.
- 20:40Speaker 4: Or like this last week, it was a terrible It's
- 20:42Speaker 4: just a bad set of games. And here's because quarterbacks
- 20:44Speaker 4: were broken. Whether it was bad, everything sucked. But eventually,
- 20:47Speaker 4: you know what happens. Then then hee'p only go on
- 20:50Speaker 4: as much. Then the revenue is not as good, commit an'
- 20:52Speaker 4: bying commercials, then the ratings and then everything goes down.
- 20:55Speaker 4: The next thing you know, we're playing freaking flag football
- 20:57Speaker 4: eight on eight.
- 20:58Speaker 2: It's that's drastic. Hey, it's drastic.
- 21:02Speaker 8: And I think the whole protecting the quarterback is valid,
- 21:04Speaker 8: and I think they're doing a pretty good job at that.
- 21:06Speaker 8: But if your a quarterback is gonna step on your
- 21:08Speaker 8: offensive lines ankle and roll his what do.
- 21:11Speaker 5: You Yeah, they both got hurt. What do you do
- 21:13Speaker 5: about that?
- 21:13Speaker 3: Nothing?
- 21:14Speaker 4: That's not my point. That's fine, that's an accident. But
- 21:16Speaker 4: I'm saying, when quarterbacks go down, it sucks. So everybody
- 21:18Speaker 4: that's like, let him move to the freaking quarterback, stop
- 21:21Speaker 4: too a touch on the quarterback and then it's everybody
- 21:23Speaker 4: else get tackled.
- 21:24Speaker 8: But if he's running the ball and he does not slide,
- 21:26Speaker 8: can we kill him?
- 21:28Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 21:29Speaker 2: That's all right. That's the tittle Tattle.
- 21:36Speaker 3: Name the tittle Tattle.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Let's kick up, Bang Up.
- 21:42Speaker 4: Twenty five whistles presented by Draft Kings Sports Book, an

- 21:55Speaker 4: Who's seeing these numbers?
- 21:56Speaker 7: Mike?
- 21:57Speaker 2: Nobody is.
- 22:00Speaker 7: Kevin? Yeah? Can you hear me?
- 22:03Speaker 2: Now?
- 22:03Speaker 4: Okay, all right, Kevin's seen the number so Kevin's gonna
- 22:07Speaker 4: a bow out, Eddie. You can pick a number one
- 22:13Speaker 4: through thirteen. Go ahead, lucky number three, Okay, now pick
- 22:17Speaker 4: one or two. Oh, this is like one of those
- 22:21Speaker 4: little games when you're a kid, like, oh, let the fold.
- 22:23Speaker 4: Yeah one, okay, you have the Lions minus three and
- 22:27Speaker 4: a half at the Bears.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Love it. That's a that's a good one.
- 22:30Speaker 5: That's our first pick.
- 22:31Speaker 2: That's a good one.
- 22:31Speaker 4: I probably take the Bears just because you want them
- 22:35Speaker 4: on the Bears. Okay, read picking number one through thirteen? Nine,
- 22:43Speaker 4: Now would you like one or two?
- 22:47Speaker 9: Let me go one.
- 22:48Speaker 5: You have the Vikings minus three at the Raiders.
- 22:52Speaker 7: Like it?
- 22:52Speaker 2: Okay, all right, that seem pretty solid.
- 22:55Speaker 4: So far.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Have you seen the numbers?
- 22:58Speaker 4: Bones, I'm looking at him right now. You're looking the number, Mike.
- 23:01Speaker 4: Pick a number four, one or two?
- 23:07Speaker 1: One.
- 23:08Speaker 4: You have the Colts minus one at the Bengals.
- 23:12Speaker 2: Oh boy, Colts may make the playoffs.
- 23:14Speaker 5: So they got new.
- 23:15Speaker 2: Blood and yeah, command mens shoes on a roll. So
- 23:18Speaker 2: that's our parlay. Well, it's very unorthodox.
- 23:22Speaker 4: Lions minus three and a half, Colts minus one, and
- 23:26Speaker 4: Vikings minus three.
- 23:27Speaker 2: That's out there.
- 23:27Speaker 4: Three favorites if you want to take twenty five whistles

- 23:47Speaker 4: four six seven three six nine.
- 23:50Speaker 9: I really hope we win.
- 23:50Speaker 4: That we may quit the show when our thing runs
- 23:55Speaker 4: out at the end of the year and not have
- 23:56Speaker 4: hit one. It's wild. It would be hard to not
- 24:00Speaker 4: hit one. It would be hard to at the beginning
- 24:02Speaker 4: of the year. A go, Let's try not to hit
- 24:03Speaker 4: one and not It would be impossible.
- 24:12Speaker 2: All right.
- 24:13Speaker 4: Here's our chat with the Kansas State Ahead basketball coach
- 24:15Speaker 4: Jerome Tang from Manhattan. You can watch this episode on
- 24:18Speaker 4: Too Much Access to where Eddie and I are balling
- 24:20Speaker 4: it up.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Do you watch the video?
- 24:22Speaker 7: Me?
- 24:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I loved it. It's freaking awesome. You've seen it.
- 24:25Speaker 2: I've seen the cut that he sent me. I don't know.
- 24:27Speaker 8: I haven't seen the final final I do, honestly, I don't
- 24:30Speaker 8: see the final one and unless you send it to
- 24:31Speaker 8: me until it's posted on Instagram.
- 24:33Speaker 7: I love it.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Why now I like that?
- 24:35Speaker 9: When did I send you one?
- 24:36Speaker 2: You send me one of us playing one on one?
- 24:40Speaker 2: Was it just that club that was a long time?
- 24:41Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 24:42Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, check it out. Okay it's up now, Okay,
- 24:45Speaker 2: I'll check it out.
- 24:46Speaker 4: Coach Tang was an assistant at Baylor for nineteen years,
- 24:50Speaker 4: won a national championship at twenty twenty one. Wildcats went
- 24:53Speaker 4: twenty six to ten in this his first season. Last
- 24:54Speaker 4: year they went to the lead date. It is pretty cool.
- 24:55Speaker 4: Follow coach Tang on Twitter at coach Jay Tang.
- 24:59Speaker 2: I liked it. I loved him. Yeah, he's freaking awesome.
- 25:03Speaker 2: Cool dude, Yeah, very cool.
- 25:05Speaker 5: All right here he is coach Tang.
- 25:08Speaker 7: Coach.
- 25:08Speaker 3: First of all, thanks for having us.
- 25:10Speaker 11: I mean, you have put Kansas State back on the
- 25:13Speaker 11: map basketball wise, like you were what everybody was talking
- 25:16Speaker 11: about last year.
- 25:17Speaker 3: How excited are you going in it's the next season?
- 25:19Speaker 1: Well, I'm fired up about next season. But you know,
- 25:21Speaker 1: it's a culmination of a bunch of great things. It's
- 25:24Speaker 1: Geene Taylor and President Linton having a vision and the
- 25:28Speaker 1: courage to hire a first time head coach, and then
- 25:31Speaker 1: a staff that believed in what we could do here
- 25:33Speaker 1: in Manhattan, and then just the terrific fans. I mean,
- 25:37Speaker 1: the energy that's in this city and just across the
- 25:41Speaker 1: country for Case State in general is just second to none.
- 25:45Speaker 11: Being an assistant for almost twenty years, for twenty years
- 25:47Speaker 11: or so down at Baylor, did you start to think
- 25:50Speaker 11: maybe you wouldn't be did you pass up some opportunities
- 25:52Speaker 11: like why now, because obviously you haven't.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Well, it wasn't that I passed up opportunities as just
- 25:59Speaker 1: God closed and I'm one of them guys that I
- 26:01Speaker 1: don't like. I wouldn't be good in a multiple choice,
- 26:05Speaker 1: you know, just just give me one option, and I'm
- 26:07Speaker 1: good with the one option. And God made a gene
- 26:09Speaker 1: offered me the job and this was the one option.
- 26:12Speaker 12: And I'm so thankful.
- 26:13Speaker 11: Last year, when you guys were just running and you're
- 26:15Speaker 11: all over all the national press, did that feel like
- 26:17Speaker 11: it was just sweeping you up? Or could you take
- 26:20Speaker 11: time and actually, you know, acknowledge and understand it while
- 26:24Speaker 11: it was happening.
- 26:25Speaker 1: No. One of the things that was very important to
- 26:27Speaker 1: me was for us to celebrate every victory and whether
- 26:30Speaker 1: it was a game, first time being ranked, you know,
- 26:33Speaker 1: whatever it was, we wanted to celebrate after we made
- 26:36Speaker 1: the NCAA Tournament. We didn't go break down film. We
- 26:39Speaker 1: went to my house and we had a party and
- 26:41Speaker 1: we were going to celebrate everything and enjoyed because man,
- 26:43Speaker 1: I wait a long time for this, and I want
- 26:45Speaker 1: to enjoy every aspect of it. And our big thing
- 26:48Speaker 1: is to do everything with love, joy and freedom, and
- 26:51Speaker 1: that's what we want to do.
- 26:52Speaker 4: Coach, I'm a coach too. I coached my nine year
- 26:54Speaker 4: old sons basketball team.
- 26:55Speaker 2: I always argue with refs, are there any good refs
- 26:57Speaker 2: out there?
- 27:00Speaker 12: They're the ones that will call in somebody else's game.
- 27:04Speaker 2: That's what I thought.
- 27:04Speaker 11: I ever see a ref like out in the wild,
- 27:07Speaker 11: just random Have you ever bumped into a referee somewhere
- 27:09Speaker 11: and it's not maybe good or bad or awkward, but
- 27:12Speaker 11: just randomly, you know, really, just.
- 27:14Speaker 3: On all seriousness.
- 27:15Speaker 1: I felt like my nineteen years at Baylor as an
- 27:17Speaker 1: assistant allowed me to develop a different relationship with the
- 27:21Speaker 1: big twelve referees, and so when I became a head coach,
- 27:24Speaker 1: they didn't sun me. First of all, you know, I
- 27:27Speaker 1: wasn't a new guy. They had known me. I felt
- 27:29Speaker 1: like there was a great level of respect there. And
- 27:32Speaker 1: we have some great guys, you know. Doug Sermons gave
- 27:34Speaker 1: me some great advice. He said, a coach, when you win,
- 27:37Speaker 1: you run up in the stands and dance with the students.
- 27:40Speaker 1: You want to show that you're really about it. Do
- 27:43Speaker 1: it after a loss. And that's what I thought about
- 27:45Speaker 1: when I went into the locker room after we lost
- 27:48Speaker 1: to fam Florida Atlantic. I went in the locker room
- 27:51Speaker 1: because I remember him saying, man, do do the great
- 27:53Speaker 1: things in the feet, not just in victory. And so
- 27:56Speaker 1: that inspired me to do that.
- 27:57Speaker 11: Were you always such a positive guy, man? And where'd
- 28:01Speaker 11: you get it from?
- 28:01Speaker 10: Like?
- 28:01Speaker 3: Who?
- 28:02Speaker 12: My faith?
- 28:02Speaker 1: My faith in Jesus Christ, you know, is so important
- 28:06Speaker 1: to me. And uh, you know it says that whatsoever
- 28:08Speaker 1: you do in word, indeed, do all in the name
- 28:10Speaker 1: of the Lord Jesus to bring on in glory to him.
- 28:13Speaker 1: And so everything we do is about, you know, leading
- 28:16Speaker 1: guys and leading people down the right path. And the
- 28:20Speaker 1: greatest commandment he gave us was to love one another,
- 28:22Speaker 1: and so love is a big part of what we
- 28:24Speaker 1: do every day.
- 28:26Speaker 3: Your offensive philosophy. Do you believe in the mid range?
- 28:29Speaker 12: I do?
- 28:30Speaker 1: I do you know that that philosophy of layup or
- 28:34Speaker 1: three that was only meant for role players like star
- 28:37Speaker 1: stars Devin Booker, Kevin Durant. They shoot mid range, and
- 28:41Speaker 1: so I believe that. You know, we're gonna have some
- 28:44Speaker 1: stars on our team and they're gonna have the opportunity
- 28:45Speaker 1: to shoot mid range shots.
- 28:46Speaker 3: Who you're looking for this year to really step up
- 28:48Speaker 3: and be a leader.
- 28:50Speaker 12: It's gonna be a team effort.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Really, It's like Marquis Noel was a special leader right
- 28:54Speaker 1: as a special leader, been through some things in his
- 28:56Speaker 1: life that allowed all of that to culminate into what
- 28:59Speaker 1: took place in the tournament and his leadership skills. And
- 29:03Speaker 1: I'm looking to have a number of guys on our
- 29:04Speaker 1: team help us move in that direction. It will be
- 29:07Speaker 1: more than one guy that replaces him.
- 29:09Speaker 11: Does it usually happen from wherein you say it's a
- 29:11Speaker 11: team effort, But as a guy usually or two guys
- 29:13Speaker 11: or three actually stand up somewhere. Maybe some may be
- 29:15Speaker 11: unexpected and go, okay, I'm now leading the team.
- 29:17Speaker 1: But you know what happens is that some guys lead
- 29:19Speaker 1: in the locker room, and then some guys lead by
- 29:22Speaker 1: example on the court, and then some guys. It's those
- 29:25Speaker 1: tough situations right that where you see it really comes.
- 29:28Speaker 1: I went at Baylor. Our last year was Jeremy Sohan
- 29:31Speaker 1: right as a freshman. He was the guy who had
- 29:34Speaker 1: the best leadership impact in those tough situations, and everybody
- 29:38Speaker 1: listened to him.
- 29:39Speaker 11: And all of your years of coaching, who have you
- 29:42Speaker 11: seen as an athlete and you're like, I cannot believe
- 29:44Speaker 11: they can run and jump like that Rico Gathers.
- 29:48Speaker 1: It was six or eight two hundred and probably closer
- 29:53Speaker 1: to three hundred pounds but like eight percent body fat,
- 29:57Speaker 1: and he could just run and move and jump, and
- 30:00Speaker 1: it was just he was a freak and with his size, speed, athleticism,
- 30:04Speaker 1: all that he could do.
- 30:05Speaker 3: What about I thought, you might say me. I mean
- 30:07Speaker 3: I was literally saying looking at me when I said.
- 30:11Speaker 12: You know, I thought about it.
- 30:12Speaker 1: But then I haven't seen all of your skills yet,
- 30:14Speaker 1: So I'm looking forward to watch You're looking at the
- 30:16Speaker 1: best scale right here.
- 30:17Speaker 3: Just look good you.
- 30:19Speaker 1: No, I did watch Dancing with Stars now, and I
- 30:22Speaker 1: have to tell you that my wife and daughter were
- 30:25Speaker 1: actually rooting for somebody else.
- 30:27Speaker 12: They told me not to say that, but I want to.
- 30:29Speaker 2: You know what's funny, Coach, I was rooting for someone
- 30:31Speaker 2: else too.
- 30:32Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, Bobby wanting.
- 30:33Speaker 3: Now the underdog comes through.
- 30:34Speaker 12: There we go.
- 30:35Speaker 11: I love it or hate it, the underdog's on top,
- 30:38Speaker 11: That's what I say. So you know that show, it
- 30:41Speaker 11: was all grit. I don't know how to dance. I
- 30:42Speaker 11: learned every single day. I had to push myself to
- 30:44Speaker 11: learn something new every day just to try to keep up.
- 30:47Speaker 11: I imagine in your your time as head coach, you've
- 30:50Speaker 11: had players too that come in and maybe just develop
- 30:52Speaker 11: a whole lot under you, and from freshman year to
- 30:55Speaker 11: junior or senior year, they grow just exponentially.
- 30:57Speaker 3: Who's a player that you would say has done it?
- 30:59Speaker 3: Are you multiple guys?
- 31:01Speaker 12: Torrian Prince.
- 31:02Speaker 1: He was ranked twenty fifth in the state of Texas
- 31:05Speaker 1: and when he left Baylor, he was drafted twelfth in
- 31:07Speaker 1: the NBA draft. You know, And that's a guy over
- 31:09Speaker 1: the course of four years that just really developed and
- 31:12Speaker 1: has had a great pro career. Royce O'Neill, who plays
- 31:15Speaker 1: with Brooklyn nets Now. Royce was a zero star coming
- 31:19Speaker 1: out of high school and now you watch him guarding
- 31:22Speaker 1: the best players in the world in NBA playoffs, and
- 31:26Speaker 1: so we've had a most multiple guys done that and
- 31:28Speaker 1: on the team coming this year Cam Carter, he's had
- 31:31Speaker 1: a terrific summer. I think he could be most improved
- 31:34Speaker 1: player in the Big Twelve this year.
- 31:36Speaker 3: Last three questions, what's the ceiling for the team this year?
- 31:40Speaker 12: We're going to Phoenix.
- 31:42Speaker 3: Final four? Yeah, that's the goal. You put you put it,
- 31:45Speaker 3: it's on. It's on the on the That's why it's
- 31:48Speaker 3: up there so they see it.
- 31:49Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 31:50Speaker 12: Yeah, we're going to Phoenix.
- 31:51Speaker 3: Let's go.
- 31:52Speaker 4: Camera's in the locker room, coach, what do you think,
- 31:54Speaker 4: Like as fans, we love it.
- 31:55Speaker 3: We get to see the inside. But when you see
- 31:58Speaker 3: a camera in there, like, what do you even notice it?
- 32:00Speaker 7: No?
- 32:01Speaker 12: I don't pay attention to it.
- 32:03Speaker 10: You know.
- 32:03Speaker 12: We do all of our work in here when nobody's looking.
- 32:05Speaker 1: So in the locker room, I mean, if it motivates somebody, Uh,
- 32:09Speaker 1: you know, if you need what somebody does in the
- 32:11Speaker 1: locker room to motivate you to play hard, you don't
- 32:13Speaker 1: have that intrinsic motivation and you're not gonna beat this.
- 32:16Speaker 3: Who's your mentor?
- 32:18Speaker 7: Uh?
- 32:19Speaker 1: Scott drew as a for basketball and leadership. David Kelly,
- 32:24Speaker 1: he was my first pastor who hired me at here
- 32:27Speaker 1: at this Christian Academy is my spiritual father.
- 32:30Speaker 3: What do you think about me physically? I've been trying
- 32:31Speaker 3: to get to know you want to I just want
- 32:32Speaker 3: to review? Do I want to review me? Trying to well?
- 32:35Speaker 3: Looking at you?
- 32:36Speaker 11: Just see me walking down the street, You like I
- 32:37Speaker 11: got got kicking ball or you like that? Man need
- 32:39Speaker 11: to stop saying he's a kid?
- 32:40Speaker 4: Uh?
- 32:41Speaker 12: You know, isn't it like there's a guy like see Chris.
- 32:45Speaker 12: That's that's what We're out of here. That's it.
- 32:49Speaker 3: With Kansas State. We're out of here. Goodbye everybody.
- 32:51Speaker 2: I see the similarity.
- 32:53Speaker 3: Coach, you're gonna break down our shot now, coat. You're
- 32:55Speaker 3: ready for this?
- 32:56Speaker 12: Yep, Okay, I'm ready.

- 34:13Speaker 4: one team is. Uh, you think about it before you
- 34:16Speaker 4: just blow something else.
- 34:17Speaker 2: It's the forty nine ers.
- 34:18Speaker 4: Yeah, and with a little room in between them for
- 34:20Speaker 4: the first time. There's a little room in between the
- 34:22Speaker 4: first and second because of the last game, because of
- 34:24Speaker 4: just when they're full and they got everybody playing. They're
- 34:26Speaker 4: all healthy. You can't stop them. It's hard to stop them.
- 34:29Speaker 4: They're nasty there they are. So San Francisco's a plus
- 34:32Speaker 4: three ten at number two. The Philadelphia Eagles correct at
- 34:36Speaker 4: plus five fifty. Now read plus five fifty. Let's see
- 34:40Speaker 4: what does that mean? Not to no, not to make
- 34:43Speaker 4: fun of you, but got this. But all right for listeners,
- 34:46Speaker 4: because it's not like we were experts in this until
- 34:48Speaker 4: we started, I mean doing this.
- 34:51Speaker 6: I still learn as I go here.
- 34:52Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, yeah, so, but I think this is a
- 34:53Speaker 4: good exercise. So if the Philadelphia Eagles are plus five
- 34:56Speaker 4: fifty to win the Super Bowl, what does that mean?
- 34:57Speaker 9: Okay, well that's your odds.
- 34:58Speaker 13: So that's I don't know the math, but I from experience,
- 35:04Speaker 13: I know that if I bet like fifty dollars and
- 35:07Speaker 13: I won, I would get.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Why did you do like ten bucks? Make it easier
- 35:14Speaker 2: on yourself?
- 35:15Speaker 5: No, let him go fifty. He's thinking about himself.
- 35:17Speaker 2: That's what I would he bet.
- 35:18Speaker 9: Go ahead, read I would bet fifty and I would
- 35:21Speaker 9: win about six hundred.
- 35:23Speaker 2: No way off five hundred. No, okay.
- 35:25Speaker 4: So if it's plus, if it's plus five to fifty
- 35:28Speaker 4: to win five hundred and fifty bucks, you bet one hundred.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Bet one hundred dollars. Yes, ah so.
- 35:35Speaker 4: And plus means underdog if you ever see pluses and minuses.
- 35:38Speaker 4: Plus is the underdog because you're making plus money like
- 35:41Speaker 4: extra money, because you're betting on the underdog. So if
- 35:43Speaker 4: it's plus five to fifty, if you bet one hundred bucks,
- 35:46Speaker 4: you're gonna make five fifty. They get your hundred bick yeah,
- 35:48Speaker 4: six fifty yeah. So but just remember that. So read
- 35:50Speaker 4: If it's plus three ten on San Fransco forty nine
- 35:53Speaker 4: ers and I bet one hundred bucks, how much am
- 35:57Speaker 4: I gonna make? Nothing to think about? Its plus three ten,
- 36:04Speaker 4: three hundred ten dollars.
- 36:06Speaker 7: There you go.
- 36:07Speaker 5: You're gasping too long.
- 36:09Speaker 2: Give him another one. See you learned it eat this.
- 36:11Speaker 2: You got this? No, no, no, it's easy.
- 36:12Speaker 5: I don't. Don't overcomplicate it.
- 36:14Speaker 4: Because if it's plus seven hundred, the dolphins and the
- 36:17Speaker 4: chiefs are plus seven hundred.
- 36:19Speaker 5: If you bet one hundred bucks, how much you're gonna.
- 36:21Speaker 9: Make seven hundred bucks?
- 36:22Speaker 2: Correct, yes, you got it.
- 36:24Speaker 4: Now, if it's plus seven hundred and you bet fifty bucks,
- 36:27Speaker 4: how much you're gonna make?
- 36:28Speaker 9: Uh two fifty, No, not two fifty three.
- 36:32Speaker 4: Fifty three fifty is half of them, so half of
- 36:34Speaker 4: one hundred and fifty seven hundred.
- 36:37Speaker 7: Ye.
- 36:37Speaker 4: So but let's say it's plus seven hundred and you
- 36:40Speaker 4: bet seven hundred dollars. Oh, get the calculator, fourteen to fifty.
- 36:48Speaker 4: I don't know, no, no, So you just say I
- 36:50Speaker 4: like it. You just say numbers. We can get done
- 36:52Speaker 4: with it. But if it's plus seven hundred and you
- 36:55Speaker 4: bet seven hundred, so imagine that for every hundred, you're
- 36:59Speaker 4: making seven hundred, So that's seven hundreds, so seven times seven,
- 37:03Speaker 4: you're basically making five Hrand oh, hit the bill?
- 37:07Speaker 2: Does the bell ring yet? I'm ready for lunch?
- 37:10Speaker 7: Lunch?
- 37:10Speaker 4: That's right, that's right, right, like forty nine hundred plus whatever.
- 37:14Speaker 5: God, you guys are looking at me.
- 37:17Speaker 6: I thought it was like seven thousand. I thought you
- 37:18Speaker 6: had of the scare, and we're good.
- 37:20Speaker 2: I would.
- 37:21Speaker 4: So if it's plus seven hundred, yeah, we can type
- 37:23Speaker 4: it in. Get an exact number here. So to make
- 37:26Speaker 4: seven hundred dollars, you have to bet one hundred bucks. Okay,
- 37:29Speaker 4: it's plus seven hundred. To make seven hundred, you just
- 37:31Speaker 4: bet one hundred.
- 37:32Speaker 7: Yeah. Okay.
- 37:33Speaker 4: So let's say you bet two hundred. That's fourteen hundred.
- 37:35Speaker 4: Let's say about three hundred, go ahead, and twenty one
- 37:38Speaker 4: hundred twenty one. Let's say about four hundred twenty eight good,
- 37:41Speaker 4: Let's say about five hundred five, say about six hundred
- 37:45Speaker 4: forty two, say about seven hundred forty nine, right, which
- 37:49Speaker 4: is what I was saying there ago. Then the seven
- 37:50Speaker 4: hundred bruck. So the plus is always the underdog, and
- 37:53Speaker 4: you'll make more money because you're making plus dollars. Dallas Cowboys,
- 37:57Speaker 4: Baltimore Ravens come in a plus eight fifty, Jaguars a
- 38:00Speaker 4: plus a thousand, Detroit Lions at plus fourteen hundred. Okay,
- 38:03Speaker 4: So let's do minuses because that's interesting too. Calculator, No,
- 38:07Speaker 4: you don't, you don't need a calculator, I do read.
- 38:10Speaker 4: If something is minus one forty, that means it's a favorite.
- 38:14Speaker 4: Anything that's a minus is a favorite. If something's minus
- 38:18Speaker 4: one forty, Okay, what do you have to bet to
- 38:23Speaker 4: make one hundred dollars?
- 38:30Speaker 2: Correct? Good job, dude.
- 38:34Speaker 4: Finally, because you have to bet more to make less
- 38:36Speaker 4: if it's a favorite, and so it's kind of does
- 38:38Speaker 4: the opposite.
- 38:39Speaker 2: Yeah, so if it's.
- 38:40Speaker 4: Minus two ten, it's going to cost you two hundred
- 38:43Speaker 4: and ten dollars to make one hundred dollars or twenty
- 38:45Speaker 4: one dollars to make ten dollars.
- 38:49Speaker 2: Does that make.
- 38:52Speaker 4: You guys that can easily understand that you're all smart guys?
- 38:54Speaker 4: Am I communicating it in a way that that helps.
- 38:57Speaker 4: If you needed help, Yes, Mike Keddy feel about my
- 39:01Speaker 4: explanation there, I.
- 39:03Speaker 2: Got a little loss to be Okay, that's okay.
- 39:05Speaker 8: Let me tell you you don't have to worry about
- 39:06Speaker 8: this on DraftKings. You just put the money, that's for sure,
- 39:09Speaker 8: and at the end when you win it, it gives
- 39:10Speaker 8: you the money. It shows you how much you want.
- 39:12Speaker 7: It's amazing.
- 39:12Speaker 4: MVP race who's in the lead. Woo And it's close.
- 39:19Speaker 4: The number one is in the lead, but it's by
- 39:20Speaker 4: a little bit over two and three.
- 39:22Speaker 2: Jalen Hurts is in the lead.
- 39:23Speaker 4: No, he's a second though, m VP Christian McCaffrey. No,
- 39:30Speaker 4: but you're it's Brock Party.
- 39:32Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 39:32Speaker 9: Wow.
- 39:33Speaker 5: Why he's the quarterback of the forty nine ers. Cares
- 39:35Speaker 5: they're a close? Care what has he done? There're at
- 39:37Speaker 5: plus three hundred.
- 39:38Speaker 6: You had four touchdowns against the Eagles, Reed.
- 39:40Speaker 4: Mask Dack math Time Rock Party is at plus three hundred.
- 39:44Speaker 4: Let's say you bet five hundred dollars on Brock Party
- 39:48Speaker 4: do win the Heisman and he wins it? How much
- 39:50Speaker 4: money do you get?
- 39:51Speaker 9: Fifteen hundred dollars.
- 39:54Speaker 2: He's got it, dude, He's on it now.
- 39:58Speaker 5: Yeah, you're gonna do good?
- 39:59Speaker 9: All right?
- 40:00Speaker 5: Make make it at three fifty? So close is Jalen Hurts.
- 40:04Speaker 2: And Dik tied? Yeah? Wow, it's amazing.
- 40:07Speaker 5: Two is it plus seven hundred?
- 40:08Speaker 4: Lamar Jackson mahomes plus nine hundred and Tyreek Christian McCaffrey
- 40:11Speaker 4: at plus sixteen hundred.
- 40:12Speaker 7: Wow.
- 40:12Speaker 2: So there you go.
- 40:14Speaker 8: And if Irazy rocked parties up above like Tyreek Hill
- 40:19Speaker 8: or Christoph McCaffrey.
- 40:20Speaker 5: Yeah, And if I communicated that poorly, that's on me.
- 40:25Speaker 2: I don't think you did. Man, You're good.
- 40:26Speaker 5: Okay, thank you very much. Hey, we're gonna go over
- 40:28Speaker 5: and talk to Amy.
- 40:29Speaker 4: There's that series called Bye Bye Berry, which is on
- 40:31Speaker 4: Amazon Prime, and she watched it out of nowhere.
- 40:33Speaker 5: She just kind of stumbled upon it.
- 40:34Speaker 2: The Barry Sandry Sanders.
- 40:35Speaker 4: Yeah, so here's us talking with Amy about Bye Bye Berry.
- 40:39Speaker 4: How are you trying to blow the whistle next person?
- 40:42Speaker 7: I mean, why not?
- 40:43Speaker 2: We have a guest, we blow the whistle.
- 40:44Speaker 3: Here we go.
- 40:44Speaker 4: We've literally never done that. Go ahead, Amy's here from
- 40:48Speaker 4: the show, from our show. And I have not watched
- 40:51Speaker 4: the documentary on Barry Sanders, Bye Bye Barry, which, by
- 40:54Speaker 4: the way, one of my friends asked me. He was
- 40:56Speaker 4: over at the house yesterday, Ben. He said, if you
- 40:58Speaker 4: watched the Barry Sanders documentary. I said, there's a bear
- 41:00Speaker 4: Sanders I didn't even know existed.
- 41:02Speaker 14: It's on Amazon.
- 41:03Speaker 4: He said, it's a very good He's a very complicated guy.
- 41:05Speaker 4: And that's why I retired. And then Amy said, have
- 41:07Speaker 4: you seen it? So we have different perspectives on even
- 41:11Speaker 4: who Barry Sanders is? Where I remember, but you have
- 41:13Speaker 4: no idea.
- 41:14Speaker 14: No, I had no idea.
- 41:15Speaker 5: Why'd you watch a football.
- 41:16Speaker 10: Oh. I was on Amazon and you know, stuff pops
- 41:20Speaker 10: up and then I was I saw that he quit
- 41:22Speaker 10: playing football, like via fax or something, and that was
- 41:25Speaker 10: interesting to me, Like he sent a fax.
- 41:27Speaker 4: Yeah, but it was also like ninety something, wasn't it right?
- 41:30Speaker 10: I know? But still the fact that he walked away
- 41:34Speaker 10: from his football career at the what some I guess
- 41:38Speaker 10: they called it the prime of his career and he
- 41:40Speaker 10: was the best running back at the time, or maybe
- 41:44Speaker 10: even one of the best ever.
- 41:46Speaker 14: So I was fascinated by that.
- 41:48Speaker 10: I mean, I've watched some of the thirty for thirties
- 41:50Speaker 10: that y'all have made me watch, and I always ended
- 41:52Speaker 10: up enjoying them. So it's not that it was just
- 41:54Speaker 10: about the football was about there was a story there,
- 41:57Speaker 10: and I was curious about him.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Did they talk about his childhood? Wasn't mostly? Yeah?
- 42:03Speaker 14: I mean and he played at Oklahoma. Yeah, you're his dad.
- 42:08Speaker 5: Big difference in Oklahoma State and Oklahoma though.
- 42:10Speaker 10: Yes, his dad wanted to go to Oklahoma and he
- 42:11Speaker 10: went to os U and his dad was like, what
- 42:14Speaker 10: this is crazy because he was Oklahoma fair. So his
- 42:18Speaker 10: dad was definitely the lively one, kind of the the
- 42:22Speaker 10: more vocal and wanted this for his son, and so
- 42:27Speaker 10: much so that actually when he signed with OSU, his
- 42:30Speaker 10: dad like walked out into the living room when the
- 42:32Speaker 10: coach was there to like make it all official at
- 42:34Speaker 10: his house, and his dad wouldn't even shake the coach's hand,
- 42:36Speaker 10: and he just went wow. And Barry was like, okay, cool,
- 42:38Speaker 10: So that's how this is going to be. Okay the
- 42:41Speaker 10: dad that was when he was starting his college career.
- 42:45Speaker 2: So, but I feel like you would do that too,
- 42:47Speaker 2: Like if you had a son he didn't go to our.
- 42:49Speaker 4: No, I wouldn't know zero percent chance because I would
- 42:54Speaker 4: have killed him before we got to that point exactly.
- 42:57Speaker 4: But no, but no, there's no no way if you
- 43:00Speaker 4: wanted to go to even oh You, which is Caitlin's school,
- 43:04Speaker 4: or if she wanted to go to oh You, I
- 43:06Speaker 4: would hate it, but I would still be there to
- 43:08Speaker 4: support my son.
- 43:09Speaker 2: Like picked the Commanders or the Eagles over the Cowboy.
- 43:15Speaker 10: That's what I learned this The teams pick you because
- 43:17Speaker 10: he got picked by the or drafted by the Detroit Lions,
- 43:20Speaker 10: and it was kind of like, oh, they weren't very good,
- 43:23Speaker 10: yeah at all. Eminem's a part of the documentary at
- 43:27Speaker 10: first I couldn't figure out why some of these people,
- 43:28Speaker 10: and then Eminem's from Detroit. And then there's the guy
- 43:32Speaker 10: that was in uh Ace Venture a pet detective with
- 43:37Speaker 10: or was he indominant Jeff Bridges, Yeah, Daniels whatever, Jeff
- 43:44Speaker 10: we got there, you know, the funny guy. And and
- 43:46Speaker 10: you know, he could relate a lot to Barry because
- 43:49Speaker 10: as an actor, a lot of times you can choose
- 43:51Speaker 10: to be in the spotlight and want to be a
- 43:52Speaker 10: part of all of that. And Jeff it was kind
- 43:54Speaker 10: of like I understood, He's he wants to go out
- 43:58Speaker 10: and perform and do his thing that he loves when
- 44:00Speaker 10: he's on the field and he's off, he doesn't really
- 44:02Speaker 10: want to be a.
- 44:03Speaker 2: Part of that.
- 44:03Speaker 14: He's like, that's how I am when I'm acting.
- 44:05Speaker 2: He was a reluctant star. Barry Sanders was.
- 44:07Speaker 14: Yes, very much.
- 44:07Speaker 10: So like that's why I mean, I think that it
- 44:13Speaker 10: was it was a bit much for him, Like it
- 44:15Speaker 10: was all overwhelming, like there was he didn't want the accolades,
- 44:18Speaker 10: he didn't want the awards, like there was a an
- 44:21Speaker 10: opportunity for him to you know, I think this was
- 44:24Speaker 10: in the college days, maybe high school.
- 44:27Speaker 2: Yeah, watch Yeah, like it. Yeah, it was awesome.
- 44:30Speaker 10: So yeah, he could have won this award in high
- 44:33Speaker 10: school and he was like, I'm not going to do it,
- 44:37Speaker 10: Like he would just binch himself on certain because he
- 44:41Speaker 10: was like I don't need those nine extra yards or
- 44:43Speaker 10: whatever to get some award, Like I'm out because he
- 44:46Speaker 10: just didn't like that. And I think probably by Ben
- 44:50Speaker 10: saying he was complicated, he definitely for being the star
- 44:55Speaker 10: that he was, he just wasn't. He's not what we
- 44:58Speaker 10: are used to seeing from football star, like when they
- 45:01Speaker 10: score a touchdown doing like some sort of little dance
- 45:03Speaker 10: or wanting the attention or whatnot. Like he just wanted
- 45:05Speaker 10: to like go back in do his thing and for
- 45:09Speaker 10: him attention. He was just wired differently and people couldn't
- 45:13Speaker 10: understand that.
- 45:14Speaker 14: They took it as for me, I see it clear
- 45:18Speaker 14: as day.
- 45:18Speaker 10: I'm like, just respectfully, like that's just his personality and
- 45:21Speaker 10: he doesn't want the spotlight.
- 45:23Speaker 4: And you're also watching the documentary, so it's Claire's day
- 45:25Speaker 4: you're seeing, yeah, and he's he is a part of it.
- 45:29Speaker 5: Yeaheah, So I.
- 45:30Speaker 2: Follow me, follows me on Twitter, really follows you on Twitter?
- 45:32Speaker 14: Yoah, should have him on a whistle.
- 45:35Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, bus, Why haven't you thought of that? I mean,
- 45:40Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 45:40Speaker 4: I don't even he used to follow me. I can look,
- 45:44Speaker 4: but I don't know. Yeah, he used to follow me,
- 45:46Speaker 4: which is weird, which I never knew why. Maybe he's
- 45:48Speaker 4: a fan of mine.
- 45:49Speaker 10: I mean also at the time, too, er chance, I
- 45:52Speaker 10: think they showed some footage. I'll probably know this story,
- 45:55Speaker 10: you know, because when I watch things, I'm blow dry
- 45:58Speaker 10: my hair and doing those things, reading subtitles. I'm like, okay, cool,
- 46:02Speaker 10: But I mean I get the gist of it. And
- 46:04Speaker 10: I walked away thinking he was a really cool guy.
- 46:07Speaker 10: But it also was a time too in the nineties,
- 46:10Speaker 10: like things were six, A scary thing happened on the
- 46:13Speaker 10: field with guys and like concussions and one guy couldn't
- 46:18Speaker 10: feel his body.
- 46:19Speaker 14: Who was that he got hit?
- 46:21Speaker 6: Yeah, I was in the nineties one of their games
- 46:22Speaker 6: where he's paralyzed.
- 46:23Speaker 4: Now, yeah, Detroit, And it was part of him I'm
- 46:28Speaker 4: going to watch it, But was part of him quitting
- 46:30Speaker 4: because the Lions sucked and their ownership group sucked, and
- 46:34Speaker 4: there was no chance to win, and the resources sucked
- 46:36Speaker 4: that they had there.
- 46:38Speaker 14: Uh, that didn't seem clear to me.
- 46:40Speaker 6: Partially, but not definitely not the main reason.
- 46:42Speaker 2: Really.
- 46:42Speaker 6: I always thought partially because he does talk about like
- 46:45Speaker 6: some players started leaving that would have been there for
- 46:47Speaker 6: a while with him, and they started being become free
- 46:49Speaker 6: agents and then leaving, and then he was like, well,
- 46:51Speaker 6: I don't want to restart this whole thing.
- 46:52Speaker 10: Yeah, but also I was researching some about like football careers.
- 46:56Speaker 10: He was thirty one at the time, Like, to me,
- 46:58Speaker 10: how many more years did he actually have left?
- 47:00Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a good point, uh, to make money, that's
- 47:03Speaker 4: not let's separate the two have left to play and
- 47:07Speaker 4: make money four or five, to be extremely productive two
- 47:11Speaker 4: or three? Yeah right, so no, but you're talking about
- 47:14Speaker 4: millions of dollars.
- 47:15Speaker 14: But he alwas didn't care about that stuff.
- 47:17Speaker 2: Yeah, but no, your point was, but how many years
- 47:18Speaker 2: did you have left?
- 47:19Speaker 14: Saying because like I just feel.
- 47:21Speaker 2: Like that does sound old for an NFL player back at.
- 47:24Speaker 4: Thirty You hit the wall, they say, but he was
- 47:26Speaker 4: still running.
- 47:27Speaker 2: Well, oh my.
- 47:28Speaker 10: Gosh, she's the most agile person I've ever seen on
- 47:30Speaker 10: the fields.
- 47:31Speaker 2: Have you ever seen me on the field? And Amy?
- 47:33Speaker 2: How people have you seen on the field?
- 47:34Speaker 14: I've watched too much access.
- 47:36Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, you still feel that way, then that's okay.
- 47:38Speaker 3: Then yeah I do.
- 47:39Speaker 14: I feel like, you know, he's like the zig and
- 47:41Speaker 14: the zag.
- 47:42Speaker 2: It's like all one move for him, like he hasn't
- 47:44Speaker 2: seen Walter Peyton.
- 47:46Speaker 14: No, I don't even know.
- 47:46Speaker 4: Both are very fluid. Peyton's probably a little more fluid agile.
- 47:52Speaker 4: I think Peyton's probably a little more Yeah, they're both
- 47:55Speaker 4: excellent athletes.
- 47:56Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 47:57Speaker 2: I just brought up Walter because Red would laugh at Walter.
- 47:59Speaker 2: He never Walter. Okay, what do you rate it?
- 48:03Speaker 14: Gosh?
- 48:03Speaker 10: I mean for me not caring anything about football, specially
- 48:08Speaker 10: you Eve watch Detroit.
- 48:10Speaker 6: I mean, like, did you like the whole end of
- 48:13Speaker 6: it with the Suns and all that they sit down
- 48:15Speaker 6: at the table.
- 48:15Speaker 14: I think it's the very end. No, I watched the end.
- 48:20Speaker 6: Park It's like a family, like they have this talk
- 48:22Speaker 6: and everything.
- 48:24Speaker 10: Yeah, I must have been in my closet, had to
- 48:26Speaker 10: get put up. But no, I give it four and
- 48:29Speaker 10: a half out of five.
- 48:30Speaker 2: Uh wow, single episode or series.
- 48:33Speaker 14: Ryan's one clean swoop. I think she will, especially because well,
- 48:39Speaker 14: I mean.
- 48:40Speaker 4: She's Oklahoma, but she's a big sports fan.
- 48:41Speaker 10: Though if to me, I didn't like sports, and I
- 48:44Speaker 10: obviously really liked it, so I think it's more the
- 48:47Speaker 10: story was very interesting and it also reminds you to
- 48:53Speaker 10: have compassion and understanding for people that are different, Like.
- 48:58Speaker 2: Totally, why are you laughing?
- 49:01Speaker 6: I'm just laughing because like the difference between what your
- 49:03Speaker 6: your mindset is when you're watching coveverad of mind. I
- 49:05Speaker 6: totally understand that.
- 49:06Speaker 3: I'm not laughing at it.
- 49:08Speaker 5: Kevin's like, man, hey, I just like, protect your knees, get.
- 49:12Speaker 14: It together, just go play the game.
- 49:15Speaker 3: No, I totally get that.
- 49:16Speaker 6: But I also understand the fans that were upset because
- 49:17Speaker 6: I would have been upset too. Oh yeah, I like it,
- 49:20Speaker 6: like they were pissed.
- 49:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 49:21Speaker 10: This that that made me think of the David Beckham
- 49:23Speaker 10: documentary of that one time that at the when David
- 49:26Speaker 10: got up. Okay, well there's this one game where David's
- 49:30Speaker 10: playing for Manchester United and he got I don't know,
- 49:34Speaker 10: he's like, fouled a guy or got a card.
- 49:36Speaker 2: The world they lost, they lost the World Cup.
- 49:39Speaker 3: But here's the thing.
- 49:40Speaker 10: Now in the documentary, of course, at the time, you
- 49:41Speaker 10: don't know that. Been the documentary, the player that he
- 49:43Speaker 10: fouled or whatever, he's like, yeah, it really wasn't that bad.
- 49:46Speaker 14: I played it up. It wasn't bad.
- 49:49Speaker 10: However, back in the at the actual time of the game,
- 49:52Speaker 10: since he got taken out and they ended up losing.
- 49:55Speaker 14: England was so mad at him and they were terrible
- 49:58Speaker 14: to him.
- 49:59Speaker 5: I mean the country, the people, every basically.
- 50:03Speaker 10: Every single person in England, like politicians, yeah, everyone, like
- 50:08Speaker 10: I mean.
- 50:08Speaker 5: It didn't want that documentary, Yeah, oh it's so good.
- 50:13Speaker 4: Caleb watched it and she was like, you'll like it,
- 50:15Speaker 4: and I'm like, you just wanted to watch something about
- 50:16Speaker 4: the Beckhams.
- 50:17Speaker 5: So I only refuse because I thought it was more.
- 50:19Speaker 2: Of a family.
- 50:21Speaker 4: It is a little bit, but I don't have a family,
- 50:23Speaker 4: but like celebrity thing more than sports.
- 50:25Speaker 2: It's mainly about him and then a lot of his
- 50:27Speaker 2: sports journey.
- 50:28Speaker 10: He's the coolest guy ever, but you get it's cool
- 50:30Speaker 10: to have a touch of the posh Speice thing.
- 50:33Speaker 4: But Amy, what I'm saying though about the Barry thing
- 50:36Speaker 4: is like you're right, like we as sports fans are
- 50:39Speaker 4: just like.
- 50:39Speaker 2: Come on, like win or you're not playing hard or whatever.
- 50:42Speaker 4: But whenever there's a real life back there, there's someone
- 50:45Speaker 4: going through something or that's his personality or there's a
- 50:48Speaker 4: reason why he quit I mean, there's.
- 50:49Speaker 2: No respect for people like when Ricky Williams quit.
- 50:52Speaker 8: Football because of whatever, he didn't want to play anything,
- 50:54Speaker 8: He didn't want to play anymore.
- 50:55Speaker 4: It was like, what you're wasting such good talent, Like,
- 50:58Speaker 4: well he didn't want to play anymore.
- 50:59Speaker 10: Leave it that way, right, And that's where I think
- 51:01Speaker 10: you just have to respect someone's decision for what they're
- 51:05Speaker 10: doing in their life and know it's their life, and
- 51:08Speaker 10: then know that everybody's different.
- 51:10Speaker 2: Amen.
- 51:11Speaker 5: I loved it four and a half out of five, Calvin,
- 51:13Speaker 5: I'll go to four. Only a four.
- 51:16Speaker 6: Yeah, it's good.
- 51:16Speaker 14: It's he's still mad, I guess.
- 51:23Speaker 6: I mean it has to be really really really good
- 51:25Speaker 6: for me to give it a five. Given it to
- 51:26Speaker 6: four and five four and a half, I know, but
- 51:28Speaker 6: she gave it a four and now.
- 51:32Speaker 10: Whatever, I give it a four and a half because
- 51:33Speaker 10: I for me to care nothing about football and to
- 51:36Speaker 10: be into it at least until the last Maybe I
- 51:40Speaker 10: didn't see the last five.
- 51:41Speaker 14: Minutes, but it was great. Thank you, Amy, big fan, Barry.
- 51:44Speaker 4: What up?
- 51:45Speaker 2: Very what up? Thank you? There she has Amy.
- 51:50Speaker 4: And we had Toby Keith in the studio and we
- 51:53Speaker 4: were doing this thing with him about his music, but
- 51:54Speaker 4: we start talking about Oklahoma. I just thought we'd put
- 51:57Speaker 4: this segment in because we're not gonna put anywhere else.
- 52:00Speaker 8: I was surprised by something he said. I was really
- 52:03Speaker 8: surprised about his fan what he's a fan of.
- 52:09Speaker 2: Oklahoma. I've always known the other one I did in Arkansas.
- 52:12Speaker 2: Didn't know that he's from his parents are from Arkansas.
- 52:15Speaker 8: Yeah, but I never, like, every time every time I
- 52:17Speaker 8: see Toby Keith, he is Oklahoma, Oklahoma, Oklahoma.
- 52:20Speaker 4: His the I don't know if he says in this clip,
- 52:21Speaker 4: but he was like, I mean, I guess if Oklahoma
- 52:23Speaker 4: everybody died from there, I'd wear a razorbacker hat.
- 52:26Speaker 5: I don't think that makes him a fan. But yes, yes,
- 52:29Speaker 5: not exactly.
- 52:29Speaker 4: Toby Keith's in the studio for the main show, but
- 52:32Speaker 4: he's a massive Ou fan. We talked about college football
- 52:35Speaker 4: be at the transfer portal and if you likes to
- 52:36Speaker 4: bread ventables. You live in Oklahoma right almost all the time,
- 52:41Speaker 4: all the time. So do you live close enough to
- 52:44Speaker 4: go to a bunch of games? Like are you close
- 52:45Speaker 4: enough to Norman?
- 52:46Speaker 15: I'm seven miles from the stadium, you are? My ranch
- 52:49Speaker 15: is about seven miles the stadium. Kind of sits on
- 52:53Speaker 15: the outskirts of town, and I'm out further.
- 52:55Speaker 4: What's been difficult for me being someone that is very
- 52:59Speaker 4: much from Warkansas and a dhard razorback is that family
- 53:01Speaker 4: that not only are the massive OU fans, but they coach.
- 53:03Speaker 4: Oh you, Patty Gasso is the OU softball coaches won
- 53:07Speaker 4: like seven national championships. And it's been hard for me
- 53:09Speaker 4: to be a fan of OU sports. But I've picked
- 53:13Speaker 4: softball team I'm fan of.
- 53:14Speaker 7: YEH.
- 53:14Speaker 4: Can't quite jump on board with football quite yet. Yeah,
- 53:17Speaker 4: you're a Hog, right, And my wife's like, you should
- 53:19Speaker 4: put up? Would you ever put on another team's like shirt?
- 53:23Speaker 2: Me up?
- 53:24Speaker 15: Now, I will say this my parents. My mom's from
- 53:28Speaker 15: Arkansas and my dad's from Oklahoma. So, like I told you,
- 53:32Speaker 15: I'm half Hog. In my raising, I'm all Ou. But
- 53:37Speaker 15: my second, if I have a second, favorite team is Arkansas.
- 53:40Speaker 15: And the first two or three football games I went
- 53:42Speaker 15: to as a six or seven year old, my grandmother
- 53:45Speaker 15: took me Fabulle and Little Rock, two different they y'all
- 53:48Speaker 15: played two different stadiums.
- 53:50Speaker 4: They still do that one time a year. I wish
- 53:52Speaker 4: they wouldn't, but yeah, So.
- 53:54Speaker 15: I went Tolle and then I went to Little Rock
- 53:56Speaker 15: saw Tech and SEMU and the O South Conference. But
- 54:01Speaker 15: so I tell everybody, Keith Jackson's a great tide in
- 54:04Speaker 15: at Ou. He'smarkansas, and when we see each other we
- 54:07Speaker 15: yell boom or sue instead of Boomer.
- 54:08Speaker 7: Soon.
- 54:09Speaker 4: Yeah, at the house we do whoop pick sooner, but
- 54:11Speaker 4: only that because I put to woo pick first. We
- 54:14Speaker 4: have a Matt that's half Arkansas half Oklahoma, and my
- 54:17Speaker 4: wife she's not petty though, she can go to Arkansas
- 54:19Speaker 4: games and be like, let's go for me.
- 54:21Speaker 2: I struggle.
- 54:22Speaker 15: I could probably if the Hogs are in the National
- 54:25Speaker 15: Championship and I was like singing the anthem at the
- 54:28Speaker 15: game and they weren't playing Oklahoma, I could put on
- 54:31Speaker 15: I'd be comfortable in Arkansas Jersey.
- 54:33Speaker 2: You like Venables?
- 54:34Speaker 7: I love him?
- 54:35Speaker 2: What do you like about him?
- 54:36Speaker 15: He was here when Bob Stoop's got the coaching job,
- 54:41Speaker 15: and he was here for years. And his defensive prowess,
- 54:46Speaker 15: I mean, the guy's been around twenty two years coaching
- 54:49Speaker 15: at that level, not head coach, but defense going. He's
- 54:53Speaker 15: He's played in eight national championships Ford Ou and Ford
- 54:56Speaker 15: Clemson and his number, I mean he's just a great
- 55:00Speaker 15: defensive coach. We were in really really bad shape. Peace
- 55:03Speaker 15: processed like sixty five players in the last twenty four months.
- 55:07Speaker 15: It was on the last team, and only two of
- 55:11Speaker 15: the portal guys got Power five deals. Everybody else went
- 55:15Speaker 15: smaller division, so we were really lacking on the defensive
- 55:20Speaker 15: side of the football.
- 55:24Speaker 2: He fixed that, you do you do an al stuff yourself?
- 55:27Speaker 7: Oh yeah, me too.
- 55:28Speaker 2: Do you talk about it?
- 55:30Speaker 7: I'll talk about it.
- 55:31Speaker 2: You do talk about it because.
- 55:32Speaker 4: People ask me to talk about I'm like a I mean,
- 55:34Speaker 4: I guess I will. But I do stuff like I
- 55:38Speaker 4: take these student athletes and I hire them to use
- 55:40Speaker 4: their name, image and likeness to promote things that I do.
- 55:43Speaker 2: Make sure.
- 55:43Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, I just give them money.
- 55:45Speaker 2: Oh well, see, yeah, I have to, Like I kid,
- 55:51Speaker 2: I have a.
- 55:51Speaker 7: Charity, I have a foundation, and we'll get them to whatever.
- 55:55Speaker 7: You know. I mean, it's you get them to do
- 55:57Speaker 7: a little stuff.
- 55:58Speaker 2: Yeah, get them to do stuff for the charity.
- 56:00Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 56:00Speaker 15: Yeah, they'll show up, you know, I get them to
- 56:02Speaker 15: show up at my golf tournament or my foundation auction
- 56:05Speaker 15: or something. But they don't really have to do much.
- 56:08Speaker 15: You know what's weird about that whole thing? Is it's
- 56:12Speaker 15: toothpastes out too. You know, you can't put it back.
- 56:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I can't ring that bell for sure.
- 56:16Speaker 15: Four years ago, if they'd have just said, hey, we're
- 56:19Speaker 15: gonta give every player in NCAA fifty fifty grand, they.
- 56:22Speaker 7: Had a sign that immediately. But it's with the portal
- 56:27Speaker 7: in that it just makes it crazy.
- 56:29Speaker 4: It is absolutely bizarre, even where players just moving all
- 56:32Speaker 4: over the place, even just shopping for deals.
- 56:34Speaker 7: No one's loyal, no one.
- 56:35Speaker 15: I mean, you recruit them and get them on campus,
- 56:37Speaker 15: you do everything, you can, give them money, you get
- 56:39Speaker 15: them education, and you have to recruit them again next year.
- 56:42Speaker 7: It's a I wouldn't want that job.
- 56:44Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 56:44Speaker 5: I think I take it, though I still take it.
- 56:45Speaker 2: I still be a head coach. Yeah, i'd be pretty good.
- 56:48Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 56:48Speaker 4: Yeah, we'd run, we'd run wide open offense.
- 56:50Speaker 2: We'd run, you know, probably have two.
- 56:53Speaker 5: Football three tailbacks.
- 56:55Speaker 7: Two.
- 56:55Speaker 4: I'd run two quarterbacks, so one that could also play
- 56:58Speaker 4: wide receiver in motion. Never kne if he was gonna
- 57:00Speaker 4: come to and actually take the snap or not. Tell
- 57:02Speaker 4: me that's not revolutionary, that's like, that's not Lincoln Riley stuff. Yeah,
- 57:06Speaker 4: But then it wouldn't work because I have no defense,
- 57:08Speaker 4: and then we'd lose and everybody would laugh. Well, yeah,
- 57:12Speaker 4: that'd be Lincoln Riley exactly. Yes, Yes, thanks to Toby Keith.
- 57:15Speaker 2: Good to see him.
- 57:15Speaker 4: That dude sold out those shows in Vegas because he
- 57:17Speaker 4: hadn't Towady been sick for a long time, still a sick,
- 57:19Speaker 4: but he's like, I'm gonna go back and tour did
- 57:22Speaker 4: like three or four shows in Vegas, all sold out immediately.
- 57:24Speaker 7: Amazing.
- 57:24Speaker 9: Look.
- 57:25Speaker 4: Yeah, so thanks to Toby Keith. I mean, I'm not
- 57:27Speaker 4: a big ou fan, but hey, good for him, you know, yeah, Hey,
- 57:30Speaker 4: good for Hey.
- 57:31Speaker 3: Good good for you.
- 57:33Speaker 4: Let's do our promises. So three of you remain, you'll
- 57:37Speaker 4: each to draft three games, and one of you will
- 57:41Speaker 4: not be around after this week. I've been eliminated, So Reid,
- 57:45Speaker 4: we're gonna let Kevin. You can't go first because you
- 57:47Speaker 4: finished last. Those two tied, but since we're gonna let
- 57:50Speaker 4: rego first, cause who cares.
- 57:51Speaker 2: Okay, that's fair.
- 57:52Speaker 5: Yeah, read, you get to go first. Pick your game.
- 57:55Speaker 9: I'm gonna go chieves minus two and a half against
- 57:57Speaker 9: the Bills at home.
- 58:00Speaker 5: That game interesting, I'm intrigued.
- 58:03Speaker 4: You got the Bills fighting for playoff hopes and dreams,
- 58:06Speaker 4: and you got the Chiefs who haven't been playing that
- 58:07Speaker 4: well mm hmmm.
- 58:08Speaker 9: I think though at least went by a field goal.
- 58:10Speaker 4: I would think that is what you would think since
- 58:12Speaker 4: you picked the Chiefs Mines two and a half. Yeah, alright,
- 58:15Speaker 4: reed's got Chiefs minus two and a half going over
- 58:16Speaker 4: to Eddie Spaghetti.
- 58:18Speaker 2: Bones, and Texans are on a roll.
- 58:20Speaker 8: So give me the Texans minus five and a half
- 58:23Speaker 8: over the Jets.
- 58:25Speaker 4: I wonder which quarterback plays for the Jets.
- 58:26Speaker 2: You see they released boil I did not they released
- 58:31Speaker 2: Tim Did that just happen?
- 58:32Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 58:33Speaker 2: So who's going to play backup?
- 58:34Speaker 4: Then?
- 58:34Speaker 2: Is Zach Wilson?
- 58:35Speaker 4: You know, because they're like Zach Wilson doesn't want to play.
- 58:37Speaker 4: He hates everybody.
- 58:37Speaker 2: I saw Aaron Rodgers defending him, and then other people
- 58:40Speaker 2: are like Zach Wilson. He was opening about it.
- 58:42Speaker 6: Thought, who knows signed Brett Rippin?
- 58:44Speaker 4: Oh?
- 58:44Speaker 2: Yeah, remember old Brett as Boise State.
- 58:48Speaker 5: I don't know, dude.
- 58:49Speaker 4: I remember Mark Ripping He's I think he's his son,
- 58:53Speaker 4: so he's related to Mark. I never liked the Redskins,
- 58:58Speaker 4: of course, I didn't hate him. I just didn't care.
- 59:00Speaker 2: Call it right, son, good call, dude. But boys you
- 59:02Speaker 2: say yes, go baby NICs. Nice shot, dude, Thanks dude.
- 59:05Speaker 2: I see sometimes I like, I know random stuff like that, You're.
- 59:08Speaker 5: South Carolina glove on today?
- 59:10Speaker 2: Why my kids stole my Kansas State gloves? Like they
- 59:12Speaker 2: took them out of my bag?
- 59:13Speaker 7: Got it?
- 59:14Speaker 2: Okay?
- 59:14Speaker 8: They we're playing on the street the other day and
- 59:15Speaker 8: I saw him with gloves. I didn't think twice about it.
- 59:17Speaker 4: And now all of a sudden they think you're cool
- 59:18Speaker 4: with your stuff back. I don't want that crack, right, Kevin,
- 59:22Speaker 4: pick your game.
- 59:23Speaker 6: I know they're rolling right now, the forty nine ers,
- 59:25Speaker 6: but I'm gonna go with the Seahawks ten and a
- 59:27Speaker 6: half plus ten and a half divisional game. They're gonna
- 59:30Speaker 6: play them tough. Seahawks still played good last week against
- 59:32Speaker 6: the Cowboys.
- 59:33Speaker 5: They're still scratching for a playoff spot.
- 59:34Speaker 6: Yeah, so they're gonna be desperate. Pete carrollill have them
- 59:36Speaker 6: going so plus ten and a half.
- 59:37Speaker 4: Seahawks and it could not be more nine or hype
- 59:40Speaker 4: than it is right now exactly, which is usually in
- 59:42Speaker 4: the NFL when things don't work out.
- 59:44Speaker 5: Ding ding ding All right, So oh you got your
- 59:47Speaker 5: first picks in.
- 59:47Speaker 16: There, read Saints minus five against the Panthers.
- 59:52Speaker 4: The Panthers are going to screw up and win a
- 59:53Speaker 4: game sometimes and they're gonna blow their number one pick
- 59:56Speaker 4: and the Patriots are gonna up with the number one pick.
- 59:59Speaker 4: That's my yes, and that's all. But the Saints, god, dang,
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: they've been It's been bad at times. The Saints like awful.
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: I don't know that.
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: I give five points to the JV team here Belmont
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: in the Saints, but you're taking the Saints minus five. Yep, Carolina, Eddie.
- 1:00:17Speaker 8: One of the best games of the year is happening.
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: It's Army versus Navy.
- 1:00:23Speaker 5: Oh you're about Dallason.
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: No, no, no, no, no, Army versus Navy at Foxborough.
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: Give me that that what is it three run option
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: that they do? Give me Army all day minus three
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: against whatever. If you just want to said nothing, you
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: wouldn't lost your credibility for.
- 1:00:41Speaker 6: The bois stated.
- 1:00:43Speaker 7: But I do like that.
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: I do like that they run that triple option. You
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: get Army minus three. How do you not stop that? Yeah,
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: they run that every play.
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: But you don't practice against it all year. It's totally
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: different than what your team is used to running.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's going to be three.
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: But we talked to a coach about that, didn't we
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: I was like, oh in Kansas Kansas State. I was like,
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: He's like, I hate them because it's hard because we
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: don't practice against anything like triple option. Then we have
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: to spend all week like learning a whole new offensive scheme.
- 1:01:07Speaker 6: Yeah, and even practicing against it's not like the game right,
- 1:01:09Speaker 6: things totally different.
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: It's so weird because even your guys that are doing it,
- 1:01:12Speaker 4: they've been doing it all you're practicing.
- 1:01:14Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, they don't know what they're doing.
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: You got Army minus three? What did I call it
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: the three way off?
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: Who knows?
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: Dude, No, you called it the three I don't know what. Okay,
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: let's go with.
- 1:01:26Speaker 6: I saw the Chargers play last week. They didn't look
- 1:01:28Speaker 6: very good, and they're still favorede against the Broncos. So
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: I'm gonna go Broncos plus two and a half.
- 1:01:31Speaker 4: That's a weird game because one, it's not like the
- 1:01:34Speaker 4: Chargers have that much of a home field advantage.
- 1:01:36Speaker 5: Nobody goes exactly. And I do feel like the Broncos.
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: They lost They lost one in the last six yeah,
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: went five in row then lost that one.
- 1:01:44Speaker 6: I'm surprised that they're dogs like that, me too.
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: They must hey, they must know something.
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: Oh, Vegas all right?
- 1:01:49Speaker 9: Last pick, raid, I'm gonna go Navy plus three.
- 1:01:53Speaker 10: Oh.
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: I loved heads.
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: I love head to heads.
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: You're doing the three way option?
- 1:01:57Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: Is it the three way option that you don't like?
- 1:01:58Speaker 5: Or what do you think the Navy ascot is?
- 1:02:00Speaker 10: Oh?
- 1:02:01Speaker 9: Dude, I don't know. It's a whale.
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: I don't know. Yeah, the Navy, well a whale?
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:02:05Speaker 7: What is it?
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: An anchor?
- 1:02:06Speaker 5: The midshipman?
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: Excuse me? Why aren't you just the semen?
- 1:02:11Speaker 5: Like why I might not want to be called the sea?
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: Why not just be the semen?
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: No, because then you know, the picture would look like
- 1:02:16Speaker 4: they would draw. Yeah, and little swimmers awesome, Eddie. Uh okay,
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: everyone's a pansy. They want to stay away from this game.
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: Give me the Cowboys, baby, the Cowboys minus three against
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: Philly Kevin.
- 1:02:30Speaker 6: Last pick, you know what, I went two dogs. Let's
- 1:02:32Speaker 6: let's make it three three dogs. Rams plus seven at Baltimore.
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: Okay, so here's gonna be the tiebreaker. Guys, right your
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: number down? Oh wow, wow, write your number down here.
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: We're putting this out on Wednesday, right, Mike correct say
- 1:02:48Speaker 4: this is today.
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: We're recording this.
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: We about to go to Arkansas, into Kansas.
- 1:02:52Speaker 4: But the Thursday night game, total combined score the two
- 1:02:56Speaker 4: teams will be the tie breaker, so we'll already have
- 1:02:59Speaker 4: the tie broken by the time the bet start. Okay,
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: total combined score, total combined score. It's the Patriots and Steelers.
- 1:03:09Speaker 4: I believe this is the lightest under of the over
- 1:03:13Speaker 4: under of the year. When I was looking at it earlier,
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: it was like thirty something.
- 1:03:18Speaker 6: Yeah, I think it was thirty.
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: Last night I saw so the over unders thirty. But
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: I'm talking about total combined score, which is what the
- 1:03:24Speaker 4: over under really is. Patriots and Steelers. Write your answer down,
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: so you guys don't look at each other.
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: I got mine already. Okay, read you in.
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: Yep?
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: Kick off?
- 1:03:39Speaker 6: Kevin, yep.
- 1:03:42Speaker 5: Okay, let's go over to read Read to your total points.
- 1:03:44Speaker 16: Total points twenty four, Eddie thirty three, Kevin twenty three.
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: Oh so, so here's what it is. You got a
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: little margin there.
- 1:03:55Speaker 5: Kevin has zero through twenty three.
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: Read you have what do you have? Twenty four? With anybody?
- 1:04:00Speaker 9: Four thirty three.
- 1:04:01Speaker 5: No, No, you don't have to thirty three.
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: You don't, eddiebody have thirty three? Boy, I have thirty three.
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: Okay, Red you have twenty four, twenty five and twenty
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: six and twenty seven.
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: Eddie has.
- 1:04:11Speaker 15: One.
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: Okay, hold on, and you have twenty eight. Yeah, you
- 1:04:15Speaker 4: have twenty eight. So you have twenty three, twenty four
- 1:04:18Speaker 4: to twenty five for six, twenty seven, twenty eight. Eddie
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: has twenty nine, thirty, thirty one, thirty two, thirty three,
- 1:04:23Speaker 4: thirty four and above and above.
- 1:04:25Speaker 5: So you have twenty nine and above and food in
- 1:04:27Speaker 5: one hundred.
- 1:04:28Speaker 6: You really think they're gonna score over thirty points?
- 1:04:29Speaker 4: I do? I do?
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: Yes, So Eddie have twenty nine and above.
- 1:04:33Speaker 6: Kevin, you have zero three twenty three, and.
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: You have that little gap there in the middle. It's
- 1:04:38Speaker 4: a pretty fat gap. It's a healthy gap of numbers.
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: But that's tough. That's the tie breaker. That's just a
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: tie breaker. If there's a tie, whoever wins the most bets,
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: the two people move on. The last place person sucks.
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: Okay, okay, go baby, all right, that's it.
- 1:04:50Speaker 7: Thank you, guys.
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: Eddie's complaining. We're about to head to Fanill.
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: We're gonna go do too.
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: Much access there with the basketball program, and then we're
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: gonna go to Witch Talk Kansas and do wichitall state momorrow.
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: But he's like, how can I play basketball when I.
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: Can't even move? I'm so sore, dude.
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm sorry.
- 1:05:06Speaker 5: Hey, we were maxing out yesterday, Edie. Eddi's getting really strong.
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: Yeah, thanks man, But but I don't I don't want
- 1:05:11Speaker 8: to take away from what BONES was maxing.
- 1:05:13Speaker 6: I don't want you to like be weirded out by this.
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: Okay, but he's looking strong.
- 1:05:17Speaker 6: While I was talking to my mom on the phone
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: the other day and she's like, hey, is Eddie losing weight?
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: And I said that your mom or your stepmom.
- 1:05:24Speaker 6: No, my mom, calm down, not leave My step mom
- 1:05:29Speaker 6: loves Eddie.
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: It timples.
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: No, my Mom's like, Eddie looks good.
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:05:33Speaker 5: So it's working and he's getting he's getting strong.
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:05:36Speaker 4: When we just started we started working out because Eddie,
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: I had a bit of a background and working out
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: on my trainer and for a year and a half
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: for any joints, So it was definitely different and I
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: would do we do the same access, but I do
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: a little heavier weight. But Eddie's closing the gap a
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: little bit. Like there are certain things even yesterday where
- 1:05:53Speaker 4: we're doing these squads. We dif fron squats and then
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: back squats right boom boom, back to back, and in
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: the second half of the sets, Eddie did the same
- 1:05:59Speaker 4: weight I did.
- 1:06:00Speaker 5: That's proud of him because he worked hard. It sucks.
- 1:06:02Speaker 8: It's crazy even if I'm like twenty twenty five pounds
- 1:06:05Speaker 8: behind you. As soon as I get to that level,
- 1:06:08Speaker 8: it's a whole different ballgame. And I'm like, I'm not
- 1:06:10Speaker 8: there yet. I'm so close, but I'm not there yet.
- 1:06:13Speaker 8: And you can do that like like a normal workout.
- 1:06:15Speaker 8: I wouldn't say a breeze, but a normal workout. That's
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: kind of that's your weight, that's what you do it at.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: When I try to match you, I'm like, oh, I'm
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: giving it everything and I still can't get there.
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: He goes hard, though, and he goes hard.
- 1:06:25Speaker 7: Good.
- 1:06:25Speaker 6: I need to come check this out one time.
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: You should.
- 1:06:27Speaker 5: Well, we do all kinds of different stuff.
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: Yeah, but so what's you MAXI bums two thirty five
- 1:06:32Speaker 4: or something for what what are we talking about?
- 1:06:34Speaker 5: I just left wet.
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: We finished.
- 1:06:36Speaker 4: We did a whole workout, and I was like, let
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: me just seek We already done a heavy bench press
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: day and I was.
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: Like, let me just see what I can.
- 1:06:41Speaker 6: Oh bench Yeah, that's solid after especially after a work
- 1:06:44Speaker 6: at the end the end of the workout nice.
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: We weren't and our Turyder doesn't like to do one
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: one rep benches because he's like to tell you get hurt.
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: But I was like, come on in in eighth grade,
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: let's do it eighth grade. Let's do it eighth grade.
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: And so yeah, I know I got one. I know
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: for sure I got two thirty. I don't think I
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: got two forty five. I appreciate you say, and I
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: think I.
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: Think I was.
- 1:07:01Speaker 4: I think he had to give me a little help
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: on that, so I didn't count it. But I got
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: to thirty five at the end of a workout. That's
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: pretty happy with myself. Only good, only way one seventy
- 1:07:09Speaker 4: five And.
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: Say, if your way, that's really good, Kevin, where do
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: you fall on that assistance?
- 1:07:13Speaker 6: Like just I'm talking just like a little any help,
- 1:07:16Speaker 6: but it doesn't count.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: You touch it, yep, Okay, it's yep yep.
- 1:07:22Speaker 5: So yeah, I agree.
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: But Eddie's doing like reps of five of like, I
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: don't know one seventy five. I'm telling you he's going
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: some crazy. Balls on your legs, dude, excuse me.

- 1:08:44Speaker 2: super Bowls this yeah, six of them.
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, you don't gotta remind us, Okay. I hope
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: that Jacksonville is able to play decent. It's it's an
- 1:08:53Speaker 4: ankle sprain right, like a high angle spring. Yeah he's
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: going to play. I don't know, but it's not broken.
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: I doubt he'll play this game, but I hope he's
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: able to hop back. It sucks on the quarterbacks can't play.
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: It's happening. It's way too way too common. But Eddie's like,
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: hit the quarterback. Don't even get them pads.
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: And we agreed. We agree that they're running and they
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: don't slide, we kill them. Well, yes, that's on that.
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: They're running and they don't slide, that's on them.
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: And actually I did see one of those, you know, uh,
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: the way they make a player up whatever. And Dak
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: was talking to referee right before the game, and the
- 1:09:23Speaker 4: ref says, hey, man, hey, hey, don't forget to slide.
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: Let's get that slide down, and DAC's I don't know.
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: Of course, of course I don't want to.
- 1:09:28Speaker 8: I don't want to die out there, and the refs
- 1:09:30Speaker 8: are reminding the quarterback, dude, don't be stupid slide.
- 1:09:34Speaker 5: I think the Bengals beat the Colts.
- 1:09:37Speaker 6: I almost took that one. A big believer, big what's
- 1:09:40Speaker 6: the guy's name, Brownie, Brownie Browning, Big Browning.
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: I'm big believer he's gonna do lead them championship.
