0:41
SPEAKER_02: What's the sex toy company we're sponsored by now?
0:44
SPEAKER_06: Okay, so Belessaboutique.
0:46
SPEAKER_06: Bad Dragon.
0:47
SPEAKER_06: Uh yeah.
0:47
SPEAKER_06: Well, I was I was well, that's the one I got sponsored by Belissa Boutique.
0:51
SPEAKER_06: But Bad Dragon would be cool too.
0:52
SPEAKER_06: Oh, you know what's super funny?
0:54
SPEAKER_06: It's one of my favorite things this week.
0:56
SPEAKER_06: It's like I did a video where like it kind of blew up.
1:00
SPEAKER_06: I actually made the front page of Reddit.
1:02
SPEAKER_06: It's just kind of funny.
1:03
SPEAKER_06: Oh wow.
1:04
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, where this is one where like people are like, Pam is killing you.
1:08
SPEAKER_06: And I'm like, he's selling, he's trying to get you by different spray bottles.
1:11
SPEAKER_06: And they're like, Oh, Brad is killing you.
1:13
SPEAKER_06: And I'm like, he's selling you a liver detox supplement.
1:17
SPEAKER_02: I saw this one, it was really good.
1:19
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, so I made that one and I had a bunch of people be like, What are you selling?
1:23
SPEAKER_06: And I got to reply, Women sex toys, you should check them out.
1:27
SPEAKER_06: They're really good.
1:28
SPEAKER_06: I was like, that was I love that I posted that, and my the only link in my profile is to fucking vibrators and dildos.
1:35
SPEAKER_06: And I'm like, this is great.
1:36
SPEAKER_02: It's that that clap back of like, well, what are you selling?
1:40
SPEAKER_02: It's we're calling people out that are selling bad things.
1:44
SPEAKER_06: We're not calling out people who are selling things, making a the thing is it's like not even bad things is just by saying like I like so what's yeah, oh yeah, sorry, bad faith.
1:54
SPEAKER_06: So like yeah, this like they were people were saying, like, oh, those spray bottles he was trying to get people to buy are super cool.
1:59
SPEAKER_06: So I was like, oh, I'll totally buy them and talk about them in a video because I'd love to.
2:03
SPEAKER_06: I fucking love it.
2:04
SPEAKER_06: I grew up watching like infomercials at 1 a.m.
2:07
SPEAKER_06: But wait, there's more.
2:09
SPEAKER_06: I fucking loved that shit.
2:10
SPEAKER_06: That was awesome.
2:11
SPEAKER_06: I love when people show me how cool something is and then I should buy it.
2:13
SPEAKER_06: What I don't like is when they're just like, oh, but bam is full of cancer causing chemicals.
2:19
SPEAKER_06: I'm just like, oh, fuck off.
2:21
SPEAKER_02: It's fear-based selling that they want to scare you into saying I mean that's the the crux behind just about every health grift there is you need to be afraid of this, you need to be afraid of this.
2:31
SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
2:32
SPEAKER_02: Don't worry, I have the solution.
2:34
SPEAKER_02: I can give this thing to you.
2:35
SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
2:36
SPEAKER_06: Here's my pro here's this, here's that supplement, here's what it's just like come on, like just I I love when people try and sell me.
2:43
SPEAKER_06: I'm like, listen, give me five, let me give me 20 seconds, let me show you how awesome this product is.
2:47
SPEAKER_06: I'm like, I'm locked in.
2:48
SPEAKER_06: Let me see what what is it, what is it?
2:50
SPEAKER_06: What's how like I I love that sort of stuff.
2:52
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, it's kind of sad just always just like, oh, but no, this is so bad, and that oh my god, I I'm uh I'm so I'm so when we tried to sell the nutrition bucket here, the inmoderation nutrition bucket, we didn't say that plates were killing you.
3:09
SPEAKER_02: No, that plates are full of giving you cancer.
3:12
SPEAKER_06: When you have evolved past plates, when you have when you have grown to the level that we're at, then you get the bucket.
3:21
SPEAKER_02: The inmoderation slot bucket muzzle.
3:24
SPEAKER_02: What is it different from a just a regular PVC bucket?
3:27
SPEAKER_02: It's got our logo on it.
3:29
SPEAKER_02: That's it.
3:29
SPEAKER_02: And the strap is very nice.
3:32
SPEAKER_02: The strap is very nice.
3:34
SPEAKER_04: Invested in a nice strap that goes around.
3:36
SPEAKER_04: It like pets your head as you eat.
3:38
SPEAKER_04: It's like it tells you the job.
3:41
SPEAKER_02: It's it calls you it says good girl, too.
3:43
SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
3:44
SPEAKER_02: It's which do any of the uh the Balesa toys do that?
3:47
SPEAKER_06: Um, so far, the ones we have, no, but there's one that like it's like they they have some fun stuff, I gotta tell you.
3:55
SPEAKER_06: They come up with some cool shit.
3:57
SPEAKER_06: One is like has a magnet for like your underwear, so it stays on one side of the underwear, and then like the magnet holds it in place, and then the remote for it looks exactly like car, like a carved key fob.
4:08
SPEAKER_06: And I was like, that's a good idea.
4:10
SPEAKER_06: That's fun.
4:10
SPEAKER_06: So you just carry it around and wear it wherever.
4:12
SPEAKER_06: I was like, that's super cool.
4:15
SPEAKER_06: I've seen this.
4:16
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I like they and they just like like I'm not like now, like I'm not getting paid or whatever, but like I was like, these are like actually good because I've bought a bunch of toys and shit before.
4:24
SPEAKER_06: And it's like, eh, this looks like they've manufactured it for like as cheaply as possible.
4:31
SPEAKER_06: They like paid in you know, rupees or something, I don't know.
4:34
SPEAKER_06: And and like these were actually pretty good.
4:37
SPEAKER_06: I was I was I was I was I was happy with it.
4:39
SPEAKER_06: And the main honestly, I'm yeah, the main reason I wanted to do that was for my bean flicking joke.
4:43
SPEAKER_06: I was like, this is the main I was like, yeah, I can donate to charity, yeah, it's a good product, but I get to make bean flicking jokes, and that's honestly enough for me.
4:51
SPEAKER_06: That's all I needed.
4:52
SPEAKER_02: This your entire career seems to be you pursuing the bit relentlessly.
4:59
SPEAKER_06: And I and you know what?
5:00
SPEAKER_06: Zero fucking regrets on that.
5:04
SPEAKER_02: It's such a great way to live.
5:05
SPEAKER_02: Because it's how can you be upset or you know, pissed off or whatever if everything's just a bit?
5:12
SPEAKER_06: Everything's just a bit, and like in the the I don't know, there's just something the more you lean into it, the better it is.
5:19
SPEAKER_06: I don't know what it is about that, but like the more because you just keep finding new ways, and then people can go, like, oh, but what if you did this?
5:27
SPEAKER_06: That would lean into the bit further, and you're like, Oh fuck yeah, I'm doing that too.
5:30
SPEAKER_06: And before you know it, you own a DeLorean, right?
5:33
SPEAKER_06: Like, that's just yeah.
5:35
SPEAKER_02: That's where this whole thing ends.
5:37
SPEAKER_02: Like, series finale is we finally get a uh DeLorean.
5:40
SPEAKER_06: At this rate, I'm definitely gonna have to get one at some point.
5:43
SPEAKER_06: I don't know when, I don't know how.
5:46
SPEAKER_06: I don't know how to drive it either.
5:49
SPEAKER_00: I was going to say why I'm talking softly, but these guys apparently just went into it.
5:54
SPEAKER_00: I also wanted to throw something about a DeLorean.
5:56
SPEAKER_00: So tell us I'm not gonna see much in this episode.
6:00
SPEAKER_00: I'm talking softly because I have my nephew in one in the room next to me.
6:05
SPEAKER_00: I've got another nephew.
6:06
SPEAKER_00: The entire family's down.
6:08
SPEAKER_00: Uh, we're burying my dad on Friday.
6:10
SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna be kind of bowing out of this after this.
6:13
SPEAKER_00: But we did get a uh somebody writing in to the podcast because we wrote or we said a couple weeks ago asking for topic suggestions.
6:24
SPEAKER_02: Oh, this isn't the one that I sent in chat last night.
6:26
SPEAKER_00: We had uh Tammy write in asking us to get more information guests from women who are in post-menopausal part of life.
6:40
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
6:40
SPEAKER_00: But also, also, more importantly, is I now I don't have permission to show this on the podcast because I didn't get right back yet, but I'm gonna send this picture directly to Mike and Liam.
6:53
SPEAKER_00: Okay, Tammy also included a picture of her in a DeLorean.
6:58
SPEAKER_02: That's pretty cool.
6:59
SPEAKER_02: That's okay.
7:00
SPEAKER_02: The picture is coming in now.
7:02
SPEAKER_02: Oh, I'm so jealous.
7:05
SPEAKER_02: They just look come on, they just look good.
7:08
SPEAKER_06: Okay, well, that one is like decked out to look like uh Back to the Future.
7:12
SPEAKER_02: I'm assuming I haven't seen the movies, but he hasn't so I as someone who has seen the movie, yes, this one is decked out to look like the DeLorean time machine from context clues.
7:22
SPEAKER_02: We've got the Christmas tree spectrum analyzer behind her right there.
7:25
SPEAKER_02: It is all lit up.
7:26
SPEAKER_02: The I I am not seeing the flux capacitor lit up.
7:29
SPEAKER_02: It looks dark behind her, but uh, we'll let that slide.
7:32
SPEAKER_02: Um it's this is we got the overhead console.
7:37
SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah, it's this is this is a um this is beautiful.
7:41
SPEAKER_02: Uh where was this taken?
7:43
SPEAKER_02: Absolutely fantastic picture.
7:44
SPEAKER_05: 1983, I'm guessing.
7:46
SPEAKER_02: It's I it could go to any year, really.
7:48
SPEAKER_02: It's a time machine.
7:49
SPEAKER_02: So maybe they're in '83.
7:50
SPEAKER_02: Who knows?
7:51
SPEAKER_02: Thank you, Tammy.
7:52
SPEAKER_06: Um, yeah.
7:53
SPEAKER_06: I've gotten Oakley into Doctor Who because she sees it on my phone case, and I'm like, that's Doctor Who.
7:58
SPEAKER_06: She's like, I want to watch it.
7:59
SPEAKER_06: And I'm like, who you want to see?
8:00
SPEAKER_06: David Tennant or Matt Smith?
8:02
SPEAKER_06: She'd be like, David.
8:03
SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
8:03
SPEAKER_06: Okay, here's David Tennant.
8:04
SPEAKER_06: And then we're just like watching Doctor Who, and then there'll be like, you know, like some kind of monster.
8:09
SPEAKER_06: She's like, bad guy.
8:10
SPEAKER_06: I'm like, yeah, that's a bad guy.
8:12
SPEAKER_06: No idea what's going on.
8:13
SPEAKER_06: It's great.
8:15
SPEAKER_06: She's watching purely on vibes.
8:17
SPEAKER_06: She totally is.
8:18
SPEAKER_06: She's like, a doctor angry.
8:20
SPEAKER_06: He's like, he is angry right now.
8:23
SPEAKER_04: It's pretty good.
8:24
SPEAKER_06: I want that.
8:27
SPEAKER_02: That just sounds like a fantastic way to enjoy heading me.
8:29
SPEAKER_02: I want to go through breaking bad, just trying to figure out like who's good, who's bad, and looking further into it.
8:36
SPEAKER_06: Uh bad guy?
8:37
SPEAKER_06: Kinda, yeah.
8:38
SPEAKER_06: Bad guy.
8:39
SPEAKER_06: Good guy.
8:39
SPEAKER_06: Drug?
8:40
SPEAKER_02: Bad guy.
8:41
SPEAKER_02: Drug is bad.
8:42
SPEAKER_06: No, the see the guy that ran over the other guys in the fucking Honda, whatever it is, or whatever his car.
8:47
SPEAKER_06: I forgot what kind of what kind of car does he drive?
8:51
SPEAKER_06: It's they're very we talk about it a lot anyway.
8:54
SPEAKER_06: The guy that ran over the other guy.
8:56
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, exactly.
8:57
SPEAKER_06: The guy who ran over the other guy and um um the ran over the other guy.
9:02
SPEAKER_06: No, that's actually the good guy, but he's also turning into the bad guy.
9:05
SPEAKER_06: It's very complicated.
9:07
SPEAKER_06: You gotta just sit up and watch the whole show.
9:10
SPEAKER_02: Uh is is breaking bad?
9:13
SPEAKER_06: Pontiac?
9:14
SPEAKER_06: Pontiac?
9:15
SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
9:15
SPEAKER_06: But anyway, you know, okay.
9:17
SPEAKER_06: I something else I want to talk about though.
9:18
SPEAKER_06: I've learned with the here, here.
9:20
SPEAKER_06: I learned like the best form of exercise.
9:22
SPEAKER_06: Okay.
9:22
SPEAKER_06: Okay, you ready for this?
9:24
SPEAKER_06: Let's talk about it.
9:25
SPEAKER_06: Trampoline Park.
9:26
SPEAKER_06: Holy shit.
9:27
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, yes.
9:28
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, like I know, like, you know, this is like 20 years late to the party or whatever.
9:33
SPEAKER_06: They've they've now opened up everywhere, but that's kind of good because now they're like everywhere.
9:37
SPEAKER_06: The we went to the mall.
9:38
SPEAKER_06: She there's this like this like kids area, it's like called Billy Bees, and it has some like little trampolines, but next to it, there's the actual like it's called Get Air, and it's like a trampoline park and it's got trampolines everywhere.
9:50
SPEAKER_06: And we go there and we're jumping, like we're like jumping into like foam pits, and then you gotta climb out and jump from one thing to the next thing.
9:58
SPEAKER_06: And by the end, she's like, Okay, what do we do to the next thing?
10:00
SPEAKER_06: I mean, I'm I'm telling you, if you want to get some exercise in, go to a trampoline park.
10:06
SPEAKER_06: That this one has like a membership too.
10:08
SPEAKER_06: I bought it for the year.
10:09
SPEAKER_06: I was like, we'll be back.
10:10
SPEAKER_02: It looks like a lot of fun.
10:12
SPEAKER_02: I I have seen the advertisements, I've seen the videos, and you know, there were points in my life where I would not have been physically capable of doing it.
10:19
SPEAKER_02: Now I think I am.
10:21
SPEAKER_02: And it I don't know, it just to be able to jump around and fall back and flip and stuff.
10:26
SPEAKER_02: I the foam pit sounds fun.
10:28
SPEAKER_06: The foam pit's fun.
10:29
SPEAKER_06: Getting out of that, you get like stuck headfirst, and then you're like, holy shit, how the fuck do I get out of here?
10:35
SPEAKER_06: And you're just like flailing like some kind of I don't know, whatever thing that flails.
10:41
SPEAKER_02: Like a person upside down in a foam pit.
10:43
SPEAKER_06: In a foam pit, exactly.
10:45
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
10:45
SPEAKER_02: Uh because it's not moving like a liquid, right?
10:48
SPEAKER_02: So I guess you can just.
10:49
SPEAKER_06: Everything you push, everything you push, it just goes away, and then you're just compressed there.
10:53
SPEAKER_06: But yeah, like that's you don't realize you're exercising.
10:56
SPEAKER_06: I'm telling you, after like 15 minutes, you go, wait, hold on a second.
10:59
SPEAKER_06: I'm actually wait, like, I'm actually really tired right now.
11:02
SPEAKER_06: Like, you don't even realize while you're you're just kind of having fun.
11:04
SPEAKER_06: And I think that's kind of you know the most important part about it is just having fun.
11:08
SPEAKER_06: You have fun at a trampoline park, and they usually have like other things as well.
11:12
SPEAKER_06: Like she had they have like the big inflatable things with the slides, and you climb up and you go down the slides, and this and that.
11:18
SPEAKER_06: They have like a swing, you get on a swing and you swing out into the foam pit.
11:23
SPEAKER_02: This is really cool.
11:24
SPEAKER_06: So this is uh kids and adults can yeah, so it's like a little things for kids, adults at like the weekends, they put they dim the lights and they have like the disco ball thing come out, and there's like this, there's like disco lights, and they play music, and like that's just I think that's the way right there to to um yeah, have some fun and get some exercise.
11:43
SPEAKER_02: You know which videos this reminds me of?
11:45
SPEAKER_02: You know the ones where it's like some guy lifting some weights, and he's like, Yeah, they'll do anything but exercise, and then they'll show a video of like women doing some sort of jumping thing in a class, and they're really putting in the work.
11:58
SPEAKER_06: Different ones they have like the bungee things that's like wrapped around them and they're like jumping up and down and they'll they'll line around and back and stuff.
12:04
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, like that looks like fun.
12:06
SPEAKER_06: That's just I want to do that.
12:07
SPEAKER_06: Oh, especially the bungee cord one.
12:09
SPEAKER_06: The bungee cord that's the main one I would want to do.
12:12
SPEAKER_06: They also have ones where they have like those, they're like things on they're on their feet and they allow you to jump higher.
12:17
SPEAKER_06: What are the what like what are those things from the moon shoes?
12:20
SPEAKER_06: Like the moon shoes, but actually like you know, won't break your ankle and tear both ACLs, you know.
12:27
SPEAKER_06: So both shoes safe for use.
12:31
SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm Googling this.
12:33
SPEAKER_06: Better moon shoes with this guy moon shoes.
12:36
SPEAKER_02: Oh, I'm still seeing like the PVC like trash can ones with the purple insert.
12:41
SPEAKER_06: Or where you have to sign a waiver before you purchase them.
12:44
SPEAKER_06: I saw a video recently of like a woman who bought them at a thrift store, and she just looked like a gazelle who was just born and just flopped around everywhere.
12:54
SPEAKER_06: And I'm like, she's like, I'm never doing that again.
12:56
SPEAKER_06: I'm like, that seems fair.
12:58
SPEAKER_06: That seems like a bad time.
13:00
SPEAKER_06: But yeah, like something like that would be really fun.
13:03
SPEAKER_06: I wish they had more, you know, more stuff like that.
13:05
SPEAKER_02: To those watching the video, I am always walking in these podcasts.
13:11
SPEAKER_02: Uh, because I just enjoy when I'm at my desk, I enjoy walking on my walking pattern.
13:16
SPEAKER_02: I like hanging out with my friends and talking about DeLoreans and and laughing.
13:22
SPEAKER_02: And then before I know it, an hour is up, and I've gotten 5,000 steps and I don't even feel it.
13:28
SPEAKER_06: What I've learned, I just got back last week from uh New York City, went to visit a friend in in Brooklyn, and like that's the area you just freaking walk around everywhere.
13:37
SPEAKER_06: You know, go here, catch this subway, go there.
13:40
SPEAKER_06: And I feel like that's something we've just kind of like in America, we've sort of kind of given up, and that sucks.
13:45
SPEAKER_06: Like, I feel like it's one of the biggest things, like in Europe where there's just like walk, you can just walk in.
13:49
SPEAKER_06: There's public transportation, you walk places, it's just so much more walkable, and they that was a bad idea to like spread things out and now just have everyone have multiple cars.
14:03
SPEAKER_02: I I am in Dallas, which is I I think the most unwalkable city ever.
14:08
SPEAKER_02: I just it's also it's a weird city where like it they they put it together at a time where being in the middle of nowhere was not advantageous or really even a good idea.
14:19
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
14:19
SPEAKER_02: You know, so it like if if you look it up, Dallas was like it was supposed to be this intermediary like trade route where it would kind of intersect from other places.
14:29
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, it was I thought it was founded by the cowboys.
14:32
SPEAKER_06: I don't I have no idea.
14:34
SPEAKER_02: I think I think so, maybe they're like, you know, they couldn't get accepted by any other city.
14:38
SPEAKER_02: So they're like, we're gonna make our own city and before.
14:40
SPEAKER_06: We're gonna make our own city or build it around our stadium, exactly.
14:44
SPEAKER_02: And they you know, people were asking them, they're like, Well, what does Dallas mean?
14:47
SPEAKER_02: And they're like, Don't worry.
14:48
SPEAKER_02: You'll know about it in 1963.
14:51
SPEAKER_04: Yes.
14:52
SPEAKER_02: Like, what's gonna happen in 1963 on November 22nd?
14:55
SPEAKER_02: I said, just wait, don't worry about it.
14:57
SPEAKER_06: Maybe you should worry a little, but it's gonna happen anyway.
15:00
SPEAKER_06: So just keep going.
15:02
SPEAKER_02: That's a history job.
15:03
SPEAKER_02: I know the kids are going wild right now.
15:05
SPEAKER_02: Dealing plaza reference.
15:06
SPEAKER_02: Kids wearing school book depository hoodies, trying to lose everybody right now.
15:11
SPEAKER_02: Just keep tweeting out.
15:12
SPEAKER_06: Let's make it, let's make, let's just do an episode and continuously make it more esoteric as it goes on until by the end there's one dude that's like, oh, this has been the best episode of anything ever, and everyone else has no idea what's going on.
15:27
SPEAKER_02: Ladies and gentlemen, and everything in between, we have Jack Ruby's second cousin kid coming on right now.
15:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, right.
15:36
SPEAKER_02: The grandkid.
15:37
SPEAKER_02: So not Lee Harvey Oswald, but the guy who shot Lee Harvey Oswald.
15:41
SPEAKER_06: Let's get him in here.
15:42
SPEAKER_06: I I still rather have the DeLorean, but uh, you know, beggars can't be choosers.
15:46
SPEAKER_06: We'll take what we can get.
15:47
SPEAKER_06: One of the DeLorean family.
15:48
SPEAKER_06: But yeah, so like Dallas, you can't walk anywhere, like around there.
15:51
SPEAKER_06: Like, let's like no, that sucks, man.
15:54
SPEAKER_02: You can't drive either.
15:55
SPEAKER_02: And you can't, like, that's the thing with the convertible.
15:58
SPEAKER_06: You can't fucking drive anywhere.
15:59
SPEAKER_06: You can't get anywhere.
16:00
SPEAKER_02: No, it's it's it is an absolute Oh, have you guys seen the Dallas Mixmaster?
16:04
SPEAKER_06: Is he a DJ in Dallas that like only performs on Thursday nights or something?
16:09
SPEAKER_02: And you have to walk to get there.
16:11
SPEAKER_02: No, this is actually not a person.
16:13
SPEAKER_02: This is a a driving structure.
16:15
SPEAKER_02: I'm actually pulling up a picture of it right now.
16:17
SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
16:18
SPEAKER_02: So over here.
16:20
SPEAKER_02: No, it is not a DJ.
16:22
SPEAKER_02: Though I I I don't know if that name is taken.
16:24
SPEAKER_02: If it's not, it needs to be.
16:26
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I think I should.
16:27
SPEAKER_03: I think if you're a becoming DJ, you're looking for a name.
16:32
SPEAKER_03: Boy, I got something for you.
16:34
SPEAKER_02: The Dallas Mixmaster.
16:36
SPEAKER_02: So come on over to YouTube.
16:38
SPEAKER_06: Performing in Salt Lake City, Utah.
16:41
SPEAKER_02: We're about to do he never performs in Dallas.
16:43
SPEAKER_06: He never is the only city he won't perform in.
16:46
SPEAKER_02: Because if he was here, he'd just be the mix master.
16:48
SPEAKER_04: Does he have a bucket on his head he's eating out of?
16:51
SPEAKER_04: What the fuck is going on here?
16:53
SPEAKER_02: He's just okay.
16:54
SPEAKER_02: So this is let me show you where he lives, right?
17:28
SPEAKER_02: This is where the Dallas mixmaster lives.
17:30
SPEAKER_06: No, no, no, no, no.
17:32
SPEAKER_06: Okay.
17:32
SPEAKER_06: If for anybody listening who isn't watching, it looks like a mare.
17:37
SPEAKER_06: It looks just like a think of your think of just a generic nightmare, and that's what this looks like.
17:43
SPEAKER_02: This is this is about 10 minutes away from where I live.
17:46
SPEAKER_02: So Lyndon B.
17:47
SPEAKER_02: Johnson Highway is one of them.
17:49
SPEAKER_02: That's the one I'm usually on when I'm over this way.
17:52
SPEAKER_02: Five stories tall, a hundred and fifteen-foot sheer drop from the top layer.
17:58
SPEAKER_06: This looks to the ground like a four-year-old was giving a piece of paper and a writing utensil and was just told to go crazy.
18:08
SPEAKER_06: That's what this looks like.
18:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
18:10
SPEAKER_02: It is.
18:11
SPEAKER_06: And then they took that paper and they're like, we're building bridges and roads out of this.
18:17
SPEAKER_02: It was like an octopus, uh, an octa octopush.
18:21
SPEAKER_02: Octopus had one wish to become a roadway.
18:25
SPEAKER_02: Like it's it looks like somebody knitted this highway.
18:28
SPEAKER_06: No, no, no, no, no.
18:29
SPEAKER_06: An octopus has eight lengths.
18:32
SPEAKER_06: This has five hundred and seventy-two different roads I'm looking at right now.
18:37
SPEAKER_06: This is a fucking nightmare, mess of a nightmare.
18:40
SPEAKER_02: Look, after like six, I don't I don't got time for that.
18:43
SPEAKER_02: I'm not counting anymore.
18:44
SPEAKER_02: You know, it could be eight or five hundred, it's the same amount.
18:47
SPEAKER_02: So Texas has a thing where they just are like, one more lane will fix this.
18:53
SPEAKER_02: If we just get one more lane, everything will work out and be fine.
18:58
SPEAKER_02: And so we have this is not this nest of asphalt is not alone.
19:04
SPEAKER_02: There are others like it.
19:07
SPEAKER_06: This looks like God saw what happened to JFK and pun and decided to punish Dallas in the worst way it could, in the worst way they were able to.
19:19
SPEAKER_02: God was really a Nixon guy.
19:22
SPEAKER_02: So he's trying to.
19:23
SPEAKER_02: If somebody gets shot in Dallas again, he wants to make sure that they don't make it to the hospital.
19:27
SPEAKER_02: Not at Nixon later, got Nixon in like the election between him and Kennedy.
19:31
SPEAKER_02: Anyway, we've got John Connolly's granddaughter coming on.
19:35
SPEAKER_02: For those of you not paying attention, John Connolly was also shot in the shooting of John F.
19:41
SPEAKER_02: Kennedy, not fatally, however.
19:43
SPEAKER_02: I listen.
19:44
SPEAKER_02: He was the 39th governor of Texas at the time.
19:47
SPEAKER_06: For all you DJs that have already accepted the DJ Dallas Mixmaster title, I don't know how you're gonna tie this into your fucking DJ-ness, but you gotta figure it out somehow.
19:59
SPEAKER_06: Like I this, I mean, it kind of feels like you know, to uh uh if you if you're like a DJ, because shit's just everywhere.
20:07
SPEAKER_06: I can see from even from this high up, I can see the person in the red car there dying slowly on the inside as they enter.
20:14
SPEAKER_02: Over here, there's one.
20:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, right over there.
20:16
SPEAKER_06: I can see them just like, holy fuck.
20:19
SPEAKER_02: Because here's the interesting when you get here, you don't realize just like how much.
20:24
SPEAKER_06: I gotta be honest with you, this is the worst thing I've ever seen in my entire life.
20:27
SPEAKER_06: I've seen some really bad stuff.
20:29
SPEAKER_06: This is the worst thing I've ever seen.
20:31
SPEAKER_02: We grew up in the age of shock videos where somebody would be like, Hey, have you seen a guy put a jar in his ass yet this morning?
20:38
SPEAKER_06: No, here you two girls, one cup has fucking nothing on this still image.
20:43
SPEAKER_06: Dallas.
20:44
SPEAKER_02: It's gonna take you 37 minutes to download it over dial up, but you need to see somebody eating poop.
20:52
SPEAKER_02: Here's the Dallas Booksmaster, everybody.
20:55
SPEAKER_02: Oh god.
20:56
SPEAKER_02: It's it's like the they gave the the the lowest bidder of the contract to build this was somebody's grandma with a crocheting needle.
21:06
SPEAKER_06: No, yeah.
21:07
SPEAKER_06: Listen, all right, forget DeLoreans, forget the nutrition bucket, the rest of in moderation for in perpetuity.
21:14
SPEAKER_00: Have you seen the when I leave them alone?
21:17
SPEAKER_03: Oh, what's this is what happens when you're here either way.
21:21
SPEAKER_03: Fuck up.
21:21
SPEAKER_03: That doesn't matter or not.
21:23
SPEAKER_03: It's getting bad.
21:24
SPEAKER_03: It's always gonna be bad no matter what.
21:27
SPEAKER_02: I hope this is educational to people.
21:29
SPEAKER_02: I hope that they're gonna be able to tell you.
21:37
SPEAKER_06: And the Dallas is a nightmare and you should never go.
21:42
SPEAKER_02: It's just like completely the opposite of a New York City where it's you cannot walk anywhere.
21:49
SPEAKER_02: There's not uh sidewalks, there's not really methods by which to walk in between things unless you want to be in the sheer heat.
21:57
SPEAKER_02: Uh, because they've all also banned trees out this way.
22:01
SPEAKER_02: We don't yeah, they they took them out a long time ago.
22:04
SPEAKER_06: It didn't work to save JFK, and so now we just want to get rid of all of them.
22:10
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
22:11
SPEAKER_02: Oh shit.
22:12
SPEAKER_02: They they had theorized that if there was just one tree in the middle of the road where JFK had driven, it wouldn't have been able to hit him because the tree would have been there.
22:22
SPEAKER_06: Exactly.
22:23
SPEAKER_02: But also, there have been more theories that the the limousine would have had to stop for the tree, and that would have made it easier.
22:28
SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, that would have maybe it would have just hit the tree.
22:32
SPEAKER_03: Who put that tree there?
22:36
SPEAKER_06: It was the somebody in a DeLorean.
22:38
SPEAKER_06: They really they didn't they were trying to save them and they fucked up and they just killed them a different way.
22:43
SPEAKER_02: Messed up the word there in time, and then it ended up being that the DeLorean had something to do with the assassination.
22:50
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, that's how it always works out in those movies, right?
22:53
SPEAKER_06: You start working with time, always end up back there.
22:56
SPEAKER_02: You can start to mess with things in a uh I mean, I don't want to spoil anything or give you any details because that ruins the bit.
23:03
SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
23:03
SPEAKER_02: If you know anything about that.
23:05
SPEAKER_02: Also, let me just give people a little behind the scenes here.
23:08
SPEAKER_02: If you're like, I wonder what Liam's like off camera.
23:11
SPEAKER_02: First off, he's a brooding evil dictator.
23:13
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
23:14
SPEAKER_02: I try.
23:15
SPEAKER_02: Yes, but in the moments where he calms down, you you will get on here with the most exuberant joy I've ever seen in a human being.
23:24
SPEAKER_02: Just because you came up with like a really good joke to put into a video, and you're like, Oh, I have the best video, the best idea for this to go at the end of this.
23:33
SPEAKER_02: Like, how does this and you're just the flicking the bean thing?
23:36
SPEAKER_06: Oh, I was I was like, Yes, this is the best thing I've ever come up with.
23:40
SPEAKER_06: And I'm doing a whole brand deal because of it.
23:43
SPEAKER_02: This was like months ago, too, that you were talking about this.
23:45
SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah.
23:46
SPEAKER_02: The flicking the bean thing.
23:48
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
23:48
SPEAKER_02: So, like to see this come to fruition, that you that you chased the bit so thoroughly that you're gonna have to pay taxes about it.
23:55
SPEAKER_06: And oh, and I'm continuing like with I'm I'm gonna continue it because in I'm gonna I'm planning to do like a follow-up video where I'm like, this video blew up so much it hit the front page of Reddit, and then talk about it, and then have people be like, Yeah, and people were uh pointed out I have things in my something, there's something in my profile.
24:11
SPEAKER_06: I'm like, Yeah, women's sex toys.
24:13
SPEAKER_06: I'm sponsored by all things bean, including flicking the bean, like as like just one of those, just so I can bring it up again.
24:19
SPEAKER_06: Like any mo, like any opportunity I bring, I posted a story with it, and people are like, Well, I always love my okay.
24:25
SPEAKER_06: My favorite thing is like still to this day, though, people are like, What?
24:28
SPEAKER_06: I didn't expect that.
24:30
SPEAKER_06: Have you not watched any of my videos?
24:33
SPEAKER_06: Like, how did you not like are you really that surprised that I would say something like that?
24:39
SPEAKER_02: I love it when people like who claim they've been following me for a long time and they're disappointed.
24:45
SPEAKER_02: Are uh like, I'm like, brother, have you what did you follow me about?
24:49
SPEAKER_02: What did you think I was?
24:51
SPEAKER_06: I don't they must have saw one video a long time ago about something else.
24:55
SPEAKER_06: I'm like, this listen, if you're watching me, you you you're either along for the ride or you get off the ride, and that's fine.
25:01
SPEAKER_06: Either one, either one's fine with me.
25:04
SPEAKER_02: So I am currently looking into another sponsorship for you.
25:08
SPEAKER_02: Wait, for me or for you?
25:09
SPEAKER_02: For oh, for you, for you, because we need to get you sponsored.
25:12
SPEAKER_02: I just need to be sponsored by A-B so that I we can level this out.
25:16
SPEAKER_02: Uh, Jelly Belly, I'm open.
25:18
SPEAKER_02: Uh Brahmay, I'm also open.
25:20
SPEAKER_02: Fight to the death.
25:21
SPEAKER_02: But what I think we need to do here, what we need to get you sponsored by, let me pull up a picture here and do another another visual uh for everybody.
25:32
SPEAKER_02: Tell me how you would feel about being sponsored by this.
25:35
SPEAKER_06: Okay, so it's a giant bean of some type.
25:39
SPEAKER_02: It looks like a giant bean.
25:41
SPEAKER_02: It it is a giant bean.
25:43
SPEAKER_02: It's the Chicago bean, it is the Chicago bean, which is a giant mirror-like bean in Chicago that is much larger than a human being.
25:52
SPEAKER_02: It's just art?
25:53
SPEAKER_02: It just be art.
25:55
SPEAKER_02: I I suppose somebody could label it that.
25:58
SPEAKER_02: Whether correctly or incorrectly, that's what bean prerogative.
26:02
SPEAKER_02: Just uh look good?
26:04
SPEAKER_02: Bean.
26:05
SPEAKER_02: Bean.
26:05
SPEAKER_02: It's served bean.
26:06
SPEAKER_06: It's a serve bean.
26:08
SPEAKER_06: I mean, I like it.
26:09
SPEAKER_06: It's in the shape of a bean.
26:12
SPEAKER_02: This is also what I'm realizing now is that the person that created this bean is also the guy that tried to copyright the color black.
26:20
SPEAKER_02: And it worked?
26:21
SPEAKER_02: Yes.
26:22
SPEAKER_02: He has the copyright to black.
26:25
SPEAKER_02: He has the the copyright for a specific type of black.
26:28
SPEAKER_02: And if you try to use it, wait a minute.
26:30
SPEAKER_02: No, hold on.
26:31
SPEAKER_02: Like there we go.
26:34
SPEAKER_02: Oh somebody owns something called Vanta Black.
26:37
SPEAKER_02: I don't know if it's this guy or no, this guy's the guy is banned from using it, is what it is.
26:44
SPEAKER_02: Oh.
26:45
SPEAKER_02: Somebody a good person got this and they banned as he mentioned.
26:48
SPEAKER_06: A good person got this.
26:50
SPEAKER_06: So it's like a really dark black, or it's just like it just it just eats every color and light around it.
26:58
SPEAKER_02: No, okay.
26:59
SPEAKER_02: Here's what it is.
26:59
SPEAKER_02: Here's what it is.
27:00
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so this guy, uh Surrey Nanosystems granted Anish Kapoor exclusive rights to use Vanta Black in artistic applications.
27:09
SPEAKER_02: Many artists voice opposition to use as Monopoly over the substance.
27:13
SPEAKER_02: This is this is it right here.
27:15
SPEAKER_02: There's somebody where is it?
27:17
SPEAKER_02: Somebody like banned Anish Kapoor from using their paint, I think is what it was.
27:22
SPEAKER_02: So I'm putting this together.
27:30
SPEAKER_06: Listen, it's a it's actually kind of cool though.
27:32
SPEAKER_06: I like the you know, it's just like super, super like just all the light gone.
27:39
SPEAKER_02: It's it it is, it's supposed to like absorb as much light as possible.
27:43
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's a class of super black coatings with total hemispherical reflectances, thr below one percent of the visible spectrum.
27:52
SPEAKER_02: Uh what does that mean?
27:54
SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
27:54
SPEAKER_02: Yes, it it looks like just a vo like in this picture right here, it just looks like a void.
27:59
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, that's pretty neat.
28:01
SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
28:01
SPEAKER_06: I would love to put that on just like a bunch of stuff that like doesn't need it.
28:05
SPEAKER_06: So people go, huh?
28:06
SPEAKER_06: Like that sounds great.
28:07
SPEAKER_06: It seems like it'd probably be pretty expensive.
28:09
SPEAKER_06: But then again, like if there's one thing I'll pay for, it's it's a bit.
28:12
SPEAKER_02: And it's uh you know it's that's what I'm saying.
28:15
SPEAKER_02: You know what?
28:15
SPEAKER_02: If we can get you sponsored also by the Chicago bean, just like the one, two, three, just boom, boom, boom.
28:22
SPEAKER_02: Of how many fucking beans is this guy sponsored by?
28:26
SPEAKER_02: We could go to Chicago and you could flick the bean.
28:30
SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
28:30
SPEAKER_02: Just yeah, just flick it.
28:34
SPEAKER_06: Oh shit.
28:35
SPEAKER_06: I should just post like a video of me, literally, just like have a kidney bean and just be like boop, and that's the whole video.
28:40
SPEAKER_06: I sound like that.
28:41
SPEAKER_02: What if we did some kind of like game competition?
28:43
SPEAKER_02: We put some cups out, you're over there like flicking the bean, and you're trying to flick the beans into the cups, and then like I don't know, some maybe it's like you know, for contest winners or something, you're giving away free sex toys.
28:55
SPEAKER_02: I think people would watch for that, and you're there flicking the bean, just and then everyone's like they want to see who's who the winner's gonna be.
29:01
SPEAKER_06: I there's gotta be some kind of gambling involved because we need to just go full in on this.
29:05
SPEAKER_06: So, like, yeah, there's cups in which one it lands on.
29:08
SPEAKER_06: Like, that's how you win, like a free vibrator or something.
29:11
SPEAKER_02: Gonna have to get Rain Bet in on this.
29:13
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, you can pay to put your name on one of the cups, and if it lands in there, then you know you get you you're the one that gets the vibrator.
29:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
29:22
SPEAKER_02: You know, they they say never meet your heroes, but anyone out there, if Lamb's your hero, they didn't say anything about receiving sex toys from them.
29:29
SPEAKER_06: Right.
29:30
SPEAKER_06: And you can receive sex toys from anybody.
29:32
SPEAKER_02: You can, and you should, in a fact.
29:35
SPEAKER_06: Don't talk to strangers.
29:37
SPEAKER_06: Just take it.
29:38
SPEAKER_02: Exchange lewd pieces of machinery.
29:42
SPEAKER_02: Yes.
29:42
SPEAKER_02: This is this is absolutely perfect.
29:44
SPEAKER_02: All right, so we're gonna get you a Chicago bean sponsorship.
29:47
SPEAKER_02: We're gonna get you.
29:48
SPEAKER_02: We could probably get you a jelly bean sponsorship before me.
29:50
SPEAKER_06: I'm not sure how I would get in contact with the Chicago bean, uh, how I would you know go about that.
29:56
SPEAKER_06: Is that an email or a phone call thing?
29:58
SPEAKER_06: But yeah, sure, let's we can figure it out.
30:01
SPEAKER_02: I d I feel like if we just talk about it enough, it'll it'll somebody will come.
30:05
SPEAKER_06: Do you think if I just talk to cans of beans, it'll just work its way back to like you know, they talk to each other and eventually all beans just meet in one place?
30:14
SPEAKER_06: This is where they harvest them from.
30:16
SPEAKER_02: You see those people under hold on, you don't see it because I still have it up.
30:19
SPEAKER_02: But you can see these people right now milking the bean from its udders.
30:23
SPEAKER_06: Yes, that's where all beans come from.
30:26
SPEAKER_06: So you know bean milk, right?
30:28
SPEAKER_06: Yes, yes.
30:30
SPEAKER_06: You know how you every time you have cereal, you poured bee you poured bean milk into it.
30:34
SPEAKER_06: Yes, yes, okay.
30:35
SPEAKER_06: So that's where that comes from, right there.
30:37
SPEAKER_02: They milking the tiny little udders.
30:39
SPEAKER_02: It right now it looks like they're over there by the uh the groinal region, also uh you know, on the street known as the bush, which is actually where the name Bush's baked beans comes from.
30:50
SPEAKER_02: This is where they come from.
30:51
SPEAKER_02: Right under right under the uh the saddle there.
30:54
SPEAKER_06: Milk and bush are in the same place.
30:57
SPEAKER_06: It's an interesting don't worry, don't think too hard about it.
30:59
SPEAKER_06: It's fine.
31:00
SPEAKER_02: Don't worry about it.
31:01
SPEAKER_02: I we share about 40% of our DNA with beans, so don't worry about it all as well.
31:07
SPEAKER_02: Bean milk's not a thing, right?
31:09
SPEAKER_02: Tell me that's I want to be able to sleep tonight.
31:11
SPEAKER_06: Soybeans.
31:13
SPEAKER_06: What does soybean?
31:14
SPEAKER_06: Soy milk.
31:15
SPEAKER_06: There you go.
31:16
SPEAKER_06: Bean milk.
31:17
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
31:18
SPEAKER_02: I'm no soy boy.
31:20
SPEAKER_02: How many of those comments didn't I wanted to do it?
31:21
SPEAKER_06: Can we ban the word soy yet?
31:23
SPEAKER_06: I find it not yet.
31:25
SPEAKER_06: I find interesting that like I made a video where there was like a this guy made like uh air fried chicken.
31:32
SPEAKER_06: I was like, I'm gonna try tofu too as well, just to see like how it works with tofu.
31:36
SPEAKER_06: And I had I had people that were like in that video were like, are you vegan?
31:40
SPEAKER_06: And I'm like, I'm making it with I'm making chicken.
31:44
SPEAKER_06: Like, I I don't think it's so strange to me that you're like I what I think it is, is like if you even eat tofu, people just assume you're vegan.
31:55
SPEAKER_06: You could literally be like uh shoveling bacon into your face, but if you have tofu in your hand, people are like, oh vegan.
32:04
SPEAKER_06: And that's what's I was like disappointed by that because like tofu, I think it could be really good used the right way, but like it's just now like only if you're vegan that you use it.
32:13
SPEAKER_06: That's it.
32:13
SPEAKER_02: It's just a food, you can use that food.
32:16
SPEAKER_02: Uh, here's an example uh that happened to me a few months ago.
32:19
SPEAKER_02: I saw Impossible Beef on the shelf, and I'm like, you know what?
32:24
SPEAKER_02: I wanted I wanted to see what it tastes like.
32:26
SPEAKER_02: It looks interesting, and uh, you know, fast forward here because this isn't the point, but it's an important note anyway.
32:33
SPEAKER_02: It was good, it was really good.
32:34
SPEAKER_02: It actually like brown and browned up and crisped up in like a really nice way, flavorful way.
32:40
SPEAKER_02: I thought it was good.
32:41
SPEAKER_02: Um, but in my video uh that some people know as dog food for boys, which is me basically just showing people how I make my nightly dinner that I eat most of the time.
32:52
SPEAKER_02: Um it people were like, Why is he using impossible beef but real bacon?
32:58
SPEAKER_02: And like because as soon as they see impossible beef, they just think, well, you have to be some kind of yeah, it's like no, you can just have some of these things.
33:08
SPEAKER_06: It's fine.
33:08
SPEAKER_06: Like, why not try it?
33:10
SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
33:11
SPEAKER_06: Life's about fucking trying things, right?
33:13
SPEAKER_06: I tried this and now and now it's sponsored by flicking the bean.
33:16
SPEAKER_06: Like, come on, try things.
33:18
SPEAKER_06: That's what if that's not a uh uh call to action to try stuff, I don't know what is.
33:23
SPEAKER_06: I don't know what is.
33:24
SPEAKER_02: You can try anything and not be committed to it.
33:28
SPEAKER_05: Right, I'll try this.
33:28
SPEAKER_02: In this essay, I will explain why it is less gay to kiss a man than it is to not kiss a man.
33:34
SPEAKER_02: Have you seen that post?
33:35
SPEAKER_03: No, I don't think I have.
33:37
SPEAKER_02: It talks about like, you know, if if you were to say that you don't like a food that you've never had, you would seem kind of ridiculous, right?
33:47
SPEAKER_02: But if you were to say, you know, I I don't like this food that I've tried a few times, and it's then of course okay, the opinion is more valid.
33:54
SPEAKER_02: And then that is always followed by in this essay, I will explain why it is less gay to kiss a man than it is to not.
34:00
SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
34:01
SPEAKER_06: Oh listen, I'm already in.
34:03
SPEAKER_06: I don't need to hear the rest of it.
34:04
SPEAKER_06: I agree.
34:05
SPEAKER_02: I too am already in.
34:06
SPEAKER_02: On next episode of uh Inmoderation will be kissing people.
34:11
SPEAKER_02: Already want us to do that.
34:12
SPEAKER_06: There's already fanfic about.
34:17
SPEAKER_02: There's gotta be fan fiction about you.
34:19
SPEAKER_06: Probably.
34:20
SPEAKER_02: It's out there.
34:21
SPEAKER_06: Hold on.
34:24
SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna search for it.
34:25
SPEAKER_06: Cottage cheese guy, fan fiction.
34:30
SPEAKER_06: Uh I feel like there's something for everything.
34:33
SPEAKER_06: It's the internet, right?
34:34
SPEAKER_06: There's always something.
34:35
SPEAKER_02: Let's see here.
34:36
SPEAKER_06: Um, I've I've definitely learned to not Google myself.
34:39
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I've I've done it a couple of times.
34:42
SPEAKER_02: I'm not that big, so usually when people talk about me, it's positive.
34:47
SPEAKER_06: But see, that's good.
34:48
SPEAKER_06: See, I feel like that's but that's like that's a nice thing.
34:51
SPEAKER_06: Once you get to like, you know, big celebrity status, then there's always fucking a bunch of bullshit.
34:56
SPEAKER_06: We're in a great spot.
34:57
SPEAKER_06: This is a great spot.
34:59
SPEAKER_02: I'm not seeing anything explicitly pornographic about you shocking.
35:04
SPEAKER_05: Shocking.
35:05
SPEAKER_02: But now that we've talked about it, I think I just strisand affected it into a reality.
35:09
SPEAKER_02: I think first picture of you.
35:12
SPEAKER_02: Let me show you this.
35:13
SPEAKER_02: When you type in the plant slant fanfiction, this is the first picture that's yay.
35:18
SPEAKER_06: That's from the that is from the Times Union.
35:22
SPEAKER_06: I did a thing with them.
35:24
SPEAKER_06: Uh for this is our local newspaper.
35:27
SPEAKER_06: They reached out and they're like, we want to do a piece on you.
35:30
SPEAKER_06: And I was like, for sure, why not?
35:32
SPEAKER_06: And so they're like, We need pictures.
35:34
SPEAKER_06: And I was like, I did some ones for GQ.
35:36
SPEAKER_06: Like, I did some silly ones, a bunch of different things with potatoes and all these different things.
35:40
SPEAKER_06: And they only use one for that GQ article.
35:43
SPEAKER_06: So I was like, I'll send you the other ones.
35:44
SPEAKER_06: They're like, This is great, we can use this.
35:45
SPEAKER_06: I'm like, absolutely, you can.
35:47
SPEAKER_06: So yeah.
35:48
SPEAKER_06: And that was the one.
35:49
SPEAKER_06: I like that.
35:50
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, they picked a good one.
35:51
SPEAKER_06: Just biting into a raw potato.
35:53
SPEAKER_06: Don't eat raw potatoes.
35:54
SPEAKER_06: I don't remember why you're not supposed to, but I know you're not supposed to.
35:57
SPEAKER_02: It can cause some kind of like nutrient deficiency or something, I think, if you're eating it for too long.
36:02
SPEAKER_06: Probably not the best thing.
36:04
SPEAKER_02: No.
36:05
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, that was a lot of positive there.
36:07
SPEAKER_02: Um, speaking of negative, I did pitch something in the chat the other day where I said, I want to get Jacob Foods and Dr.
36:15
SPEAKER_02: IDZ, I think I should say.
36:18
SPEAKER_02: IDZ?
36:19
SPEAKER_02: Because of that one kid that was ranking you guys, and he said IDZ instead of E.
36:25
SPEAKER_06: I was like, sure.
36:26
SPEAKER_06: So why not?
36:27
SPEAKER_06: Whatever.
36:28
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that'd be a good episode to have everybody here.
36:31
SPEAKER_02: What so this kid was just like ranking people?
36:34
SPEAKER_06: Oh, yeah, no.
36:35
SPEAKER_06: He's he copied the same thing.
36:37
SPEAKER_06: Um, like there was another kid, Kenzo, or something.
36:40
SPEAKER_06: I don't remember.
36:40
SPEAKER_06: He was another carnivore person.
36:42
SPEAKER_06: He looked like he was like 17 years old.
36:44
SPEAKER_06: I don't even know.
36:44
SPEAKER_01: They're all young.
36:45
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, they're all young.
36:46
SPEAKER_06: And he was just like, Yeah, Liam's the worst, blah, blah, blah.
36:49
SPEAKER_06: And I was, and then I saw this guy made it pretty much just copied that nearly word for word.
36:54
SPEAKER_06: And I was like, All right, I'll do another one, why not?
36:57
SPEAKER_06: Those are always like I feel like covering the haters is like a couple times a month or so is like a good kind of balance, just like people maybe like, yeah, screw that person, you know, whatever, and we all kind of get together.
37:09
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, you don't give them too much because it if you become just like a beef account where all you're doing is oh yeah, no, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
37:17
SPEAKER_06: Like every every once like if somebody makes a response video to me, I'll cover it.
37:21
SPEAKER_06: It's usually good for you know, views and whatnot, and talking, you know, can usually try and give some useful information.
37:27
SPEAKER_06: But yeah, uh it's it's there's all those carnivore people are pretty much the same.
37:33
SPEAKER_06: Lettuce bad, let me eat raw beef.
37:36
SPEAKER_06: Okay, sure, go right ahead.
37:38
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, fine.
37:39
SPEAKER_02: Just in case anyone out there is trying to figure out which of these diets you have to go on, you're allowed to take little pieces of everything.
37:48
SPEAKER_02: You don't have to just be one thing.
37:50
SPEAKER_06: And that's listen, and that's what I did with cults, and it worked out way better than you could expect.
37:55
SPEAKER_06: Because I just kind of got rid of all the like crazy drink the Kool-Aid stuff.
37:59
SPEAKER_06: You take all the good stuff, there you go, you're all set.
38:01
SPEAKER_02: And you you know what is good?
38:03
SPEAKER_02: Kool-Aid.
38:04
SPEAKER_02: But without all the stuff that without the poison in it.
38:08
SPEAKER_02: Without the poison.
38:09
SPEAKER_02: It turns out that without the poison, Kool-Aid's actually kind of good.
38:13
SPEAKER_06: We don't have to talk about like, oh, people saying stuff that's poison.
38:16
SPEAKER_06: No, that was literally poison.
38:17
SPEAKER_06: That was actually literally poison.
38:22
SPEAKER_02: I bet there would be an influencer out there, some grifter, who would venture to say that it's like the most dangerous part about it was the red 40.
38:30
SPEAKER_04: The red 40 and the sugar.
38:32
SPEAKER_04: It's like I'm not sure.
38:33
SPEAKER_02: The red 40 actually shut these guys' nervous systems down before the poison did.
38:38
SPEAKER_02: The cyanide didn't even have time to reach their bloodstream before the red 40 leached into their circulatory systems and killed them immediately.
38:46
SPEAKER_06: Fuck it.
38:47
SPEAKER_06: But they'll here's what you do you add seed oils to it, you counterbalance everything out, and you're all set.
38:53
SPEAKER_02: That's that's all.
38:53
SPEAKER_02: That's all you have to do.
38:54
SPEAKER_06: Just this is this is a place I talk about like videos.
38:57
SPEAKER_06: Here's okay, what do you think?
38:58
SPEAKER_06: And my next one, because uh, you were talking about how like I have an idea for a video.
39:01
SPEAKER_06: My next one I'm gonna open a film tomorrow is um I'm gonna start off the video with basically just um ever since the FDA increased the recommended amount of red 40 to eight hectares per day.
39:14
SPEAKER_06: A lot of you have been asking me how to get more, which I get because I struggle to get that much.
39:18
SPEAKER_06: So here's some of my best tips.
39:20
SPEAKER_06: And I want to be like, first up, Swedish fish.
39:23
SPEAKER_06: One of my favorites.
39:24
SPEAKER_06: I don't know where they get their red 40 or where they source it if it's pasture raised, grass fed, or something like that, but it definitely just hits different.
39:32
SPEAKER_06: Also, with this, uh you the other also the positive with this is you get your four uh parsecs of sugar in it as well.
39:41
SPEAKER_06: Something like that.
39:42
SPEAKER_02: It's European red 40, so it's cleaner.
39:44
SPEAKER_02: It comes through.
39:45
SPEAKER_06: Oh, European Red 40, maybe for something else.
39:48
SPEAKER_06: European Red 40 is good.
39:49
SPEAKER_06: Well, there's some other good like Red 40 jokes I can throw in.
39:52
SPEAKER_06: Like, I need like more red 40 adjacent.
39:55
SPEAKER_06: I was thinking of, oh, the next one.
39:56
SPEAKER_06: A lot of you asked me about supplementing, and then I'm gonna have a little like red like a red 40 little bottle, just like kafu die, and just like, yes, supplementing is good, but it's not as good as getting it from ultra processed sources from whole ultra process sources, from whole ultra processed sources.
40:16
SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
40:17
SPEAKER_02: The further away this is from an animal, the better.
40:19
SPEAKER_06: So then maybe supplementing's good.
40:21
SPEAKER_06: I don't know, but though, you don't want to get concentrated red 40, okay?
40:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's an animal based on a chemical-based diet.
40:30
SPEAKER_02: Chemical-based, but I do supplement in fruits, you know, it's it's not like you know, I'm crazy or anything.
40:37
SPEAKER_06: There's definitely gotta be like a natural red 40 joke in there.
40:40
SPEAKER_06: Like, where do you get your natural red 40?
40:42
SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
40:43
SPEAKER_02: Well, isn't the whole problem with red 40?
40:45
SPEAKER_02: Is that it's uh they say it's like well, it comes from like oil or whatever.
40:49
SPEAKER_06: Oh, petroleum, it's a byproduct of petroleum, yeah.
40:53
SPEAKER_06: Which like you can take a thing and turn it into a new thing, and it was no longer the thing.
40:58
SPEAKER_06: Same thing with citric acid.
40:59
SPEAKER_06: Oh, it's made from black molt.
41:01
SPEAKER_06: It's made from black mold.
41:03
SPEAKER_02: I saw that the other day.
41:05
SPEAKER_02: It's like, yeah, it's it it is that doesn't mean that it's like wait until this guy hears about penicillin.
41:10
SPEAKER_06: Chemically, it is the exact same as the citric acid you would get from fucking citrus fruits, okay?
41:16
SPEAKER_06: We just make it fruit, we get it from that.
41:17
SPEAKER_06: It's purified and it's cheaper, a lot cheaper.
41:21
SPEAKER_06: Science B.
41:22
SPEAKER_06: So yeah, that's what I that's my next thing.
41:24
SPEAKER_02: Natural sources of red 40.
41:26
SPEAKER_06: So they're okay.
41:27
SPEAKER_06: So they've been bioengineering some apples to contain red 40, but we're not quite there yet.
41:32
SPEAKER_06: How about that?
41:35
SPEAKER_02: And have a put a green apple on the table when you say it's not quite there yet.
41:39
SPEAKER_02: Oh, I get a green.
41:41
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, I believe that's a lot of people.
41:43
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you've already got like you're you're planting the seed of people commenting, there are red apples exist.
41:48
SPEAKER_02: Red apples exist.
41:49
SPEAKER_02: So you're like rage baiting the red apple enjoyers.
41:53
SPEAKER_02: We're getting there, but it's not like you have a green apple and a yellow apple and not the red one.
41:57
SPEAKER_02: You're like, we're getting closer, but we're not there yet.
42:00
SPEAKER_06: There, yeah.
42:00
SPEAKER_06: Oh, there's something there, yeah.
42:02
SPEAKER_06: So we've been working on bioengineering red 40 into green apples, but so far has it stuck.
42:08
SPEAKER_02: It's just not working.
42:09
SPEAKER_06: So far, we're still green.
42:11
SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
42:12
SPEAKER_06: That's good.
42:13
SPEAKER_06: That's good.
42:14
SPEAKER_06: Something I wanted to do something with natural sources of red forty.
42:17
SPEAKER_02: I think that would be the natural source of red forty, would be something like that, or like a cherry, or something.
42:23
SPEAKER_02: Or talk about like like getting it from an animal.
42:27
SPEAKER_02: Maybe the red panda?
42:28
SPEAKER_02: Could the red for be milked from a red panda?
42:31
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
42:31
SPEAKER_06: Fire ants.
42:32
SPEAKER_06: Like I think they crush up a bunch of fire ants and they make ladybugs.
42:38
SPEAKER_06: So no.
42:39
SPEAKER_02: Isn't there that one red coloring that comes from?
42:41
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, that was gonna, I was because that was what I was going with it.
42:44
SPEAKER_06: It was like, yeah, there's there's the beetle that they crush up and then make that.
42:49
SPEAKER_06: And then I was thinking also there's the like from the beaver anal glands that make, you know, vanilla or whatever it is, Castorium.
42:57
SPEAKER_06: So I was like, wait, how can I tie it into that?
43:00
SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
43:01
SPEAKER_06: But yeah, I'm gonna make just gotta make a quick how to get your red 40 video.
43:05
SPEAKER_06: Here's how to get more red 40.
43:07
SPEAKER_06: I feel like I honestly I have found like one of the in all seriousness, like one of the best ways to combat a lot of this, like, this is terrible, that's terrible, is just to be like joking about it and just be like, yeah, here's how to get more red 40.
43:22
SPEAKER_06: I make sure to buy this one because it blends all the seed oils together and I want as many as possible.
43:27
SPEAKER_06: Or like I pick this because of the microplastics.
43:30
SPEAKER_06: Like, I don't know, it's just joking about it, laughing about it.
43:33
SPEAKER_06: I think kind of brings the anxiety down a little bit instead of being like, okay, let's go into the research and like uh sure you can, but it's long-winded and kind of boring.
43:41
SPEAKER_06: Like, just make a joke like, oh, need my aspartame hit, and then just move on from there.
43:46
SPEAKER_06: I think that honestly helps people a little bit.
43:48
SPEAKER_02: Just make it goofy.
43:49
SPEAKER_02: I like I don't know, everybody's so serious, especially in the fitness space, everybody's so angry, and there's always creator beef and arguments and everything.
44:00
SPEAKER_02: Like when I make a video where I call someone out, quote unquote, like air quotes here, I never tag the person that I'm I'm stitching.
44:10
SPEAKER_02: I make sure their name isn't on there, and then people will ask, like, what's this person's name?
44:14
SPEAKER_02: I don't want you to go over and talk to them.
44:16
SPEAKER_02: I'm not calling out the person, I'm calling out their behavior because I see this as a trend.
44:22
SPEAKER_02: And it but it's lately I've I've been enjoying more just like telling a joke.
44:27
SPEAKER_06: I have to just joke it.
44:28
SPEAKER_06: I think just joking about it helps a lot of people, it really does.
44:32
SPEAKER_02: It gets the point across too, because you're you are showing that ultimately speaking, you this thing is dumb, dumb enough to joke about it.
44:40
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
44:40
SPEAKER_02: And people get it.
44:41
SPEAKER_02: I think most people see it, and all they need to see is like somebody reasonable like you to be like, yeah, let's talk about the red forty hit.
44:48
SPEAKER_06: I think because like I definitely went through a period many years ago where I was like, ooh, aspartame maybe bad, maybe not good for you.
44:55
SPEAKER_06: And then I think, yeah, right.
44:56
SPEAKER_06: Like, I think we most of us have had like that at least one point, right?
45:01
SPEAKER_06: And I think it was like a combination of people being like, oh, here's a bunch of research.
45:05
SPEAKER_06: And then also other people being like, no, I drink like five of these a day.
45:08
SPEAKER_06: I'd be dead.
45:09
SPEAKER_06: And I'm like, you know what?
45:10
SPEAKER_06: Fair.
45:11
SPEAKER_06: Like, is that the best reasoning?
45:13
SPEAKER_06: Maybe not.
45:13
SPEAKER_06: But like it did kind of help me just being like, oh, well, they drink, they're healthy.
45:17
SPEAKER_06: They drink a bunch of them and they're good.
45:18
SPEAKER_06: Like, again, I know that's not the best reasoning.
45:21
SPEAKER_06: You should listen to the research, but like, I think humans just kind of need more than just a paper, you know, a research paper that's on a screen or whatever, right?
45:30
SPEAKER_02: Something tangible.
45:31
SPEAKER_02: I see.
45:32
SPEAKER_06: And that's what, like, that's why a lot of these fucking fitness, the the the bad diets and whatnot work, right?
45:38
SPEAKER_06: Because they see, like, oh, they started eating this way, and then they look like this.
45:41
SPEAKER_06: And I that's what I want to look like.
45:43
SPEAKER_06: So, right, like that's why they work.
45:46
SPEAKER_02: What's the line between that and just purely relying on anecdotal evidence?
45:51
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, it's a thing.
45:51
SPEAKER_06: Like, that's why anecdotes work so well for like the supplements.
45:55
SPEAKER_06: Oh, this person took the supplement, and here's them talking about it.
45:58
SPEAKER_06: Wow, it changed my life.
45:59
SPEAKER_06: Great.
46:00
SPEAKER_06: So, like, I feel like maybe use some of that for good.
46:05
SPEAKER_06: Quote unquote, I go quote good.
46:07
SPEAKER_06: Maybe we can use some of that in in helping people.
46:10
SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
46:12
SPEAKER_06: Then, but like where's the line and how much do you use?
46:15
SPEAKER_06: Like, I get that's like a tricky question.
46:17
SPEAKER_02: Well, I mean, I can tell you because uh me and Rob are simply just conduits by which messages to you uh arrive.
46:25
SPEAKER_02: Like all I hear about is is you through me, uh, not all the time, but when they're talking about like like I will get messages for you in my inbox, not the in moderation email like in my personal inbox.
46:40
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
46:41
SPEAKER_02: Because people know that we're on the show together and and that we hang out.
46:44
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
46:45
SPEAKER_02: But it's joking about this stuff and you know, making it lighthearted and making it accessible in a space where like being angry.
46:55
SPEAKER_02: Where things don't feel accessible, right?
46:56
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
46:57
SPEAKER_06: Where things don't feel things feel like uh uh impossible, like there's no way I'll be able to do that.
47:01
SPEAKER_06: And I think joking about it and being like, and yeah, trying to make it a little accessible, I think that helps people a lot.
47:06
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
47:07
SPEAKER_02: I I got a message just last night from uh it shout out to uh to Quinn, if you're listening, uh, who had said that some of your recipes, I I sent you this text, yeah.
47:17
SPEAKER_02: Um some of your recipes were helping her to gain weight, like it just the fact that you were approachable and kind in a space that isn't um really made a difference.
47:28
SPEAKER_06: It can't feel like that.
47:29
SPEAKER_06: Definitely in like the the food fitness space, where it's just like it feels yeah, out of touch a lot of it, because one, especially everything's like so expensive, it's like you always they're always pointing you towards the more expensive things, and shit's already expensive enough as it is, and things are never good enough.
47:46
SPEAKER_06: I think is a big one where it's just like this isn't good enough because it has this or that or whatever.
47:51
SPEAKER_06: I get one of the things I get asked a lot is like, what do you think of this?
47:56
SPEAKER_06: And they'll give me some product.
47:57
SPEAKER_06: And my answer is always the same.
47:59
SPEAKER_06: Do you like it?
48:01
SPEAKER_06: Can you afford it?
48:02
SPEAKER_06: Does it fit your goals?
48:04
SPEAKER_06: Then all if the answer is yes to all those, then yeah, that's great.
48:09
SPEAKER_06: Like what what I don't they're I don't know if they're expecting me to be like, oh no, that has a thing in it that's poison.
48:14
SPEAKER_06: Like, I think that's what they're looking for because so many people do that.
48:17
SPEAKER_06: I think that's what they're looking for me.
48:19
SPEAKER_06: It's like for me to say, oh no, there's something in it, so you should that you shouldn't eat.
48:23
SPEAKER_06: I'm never gonna say that about anything unless you're allergic to that thing.
48:26
SPEAKER_06: What do you think of cherries?
48:27
SPEAKER_06: Are you allergic to cherries?
48:29
SPEAKER_06: Yes, don't eat cherries.
48:30
SPEAKER_06: Okay, that's that's pretty much it.
48:32
SPEAKER_06: Out outside of that, just eat whatever, man.
48:34
SPEAKER_06: Like, I yeah, it's it's so weird.
48:37
SPEAKER_06: I it's I think that's such a weird thing to have like a person, and then everybody comes in, like, what do you think of this product?
48:44
SPEAKER_06: What do you think of that product?
48:45
SPEAKER_06: What about in the eh?
48:47
SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
48:48
SPEAKER_06: Anybody who does that where they're just like, okay, well, let me tell you why this product is good or isn't.
48:53
SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
48:54
SPEAKER_02: For me, the poison seekers.
48:57
SPEAKER_02: You know, we've got the people.
48:58
SPEAKER_02: It is it.
48:59
SPEAKER_02: It's it's but it I think it's just indicative of our very black and white space here of it's gotta be good, it's gotta be bad.
49:07
SPEAKER_02: Because there are also people on the other side of it that are asking you for your opinion because they're looking for the most effective thing.
49:14
SPEAKER_02: They're saying, well, which one, which protein powder will give me the most amount of muscle?
49:19
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I guess there's that's fair.
49:21
SPEAKER_02: You know, or you know, which supplement will make me lose the most amount of weight.
49:25
SPEAKER_02: In both cases, uh I I can tell you there's not one that does anything.
49:29
SPEAKER_05: Right.
49:30
SPEAKER_05: I think there's a lot of that like what's the best?
49:32
SPEAKER_05: And it's like, best is fucking subjective.
49:35
SPEAKER_05: Like, what do you mean?
49:36
SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah, which one do you like?
49:38
SPEAKER_02: There are people that like casein protein powder, and I think it's it tastes like grainy mucus, you know.
49:44
SPEAKER_02: So for me, that would not be the best.
49:46
SPEAKER_02: But for other people who really like that disgusting texture, whoever you are, please uh don't be near me.
49:53
SPEAKER_02: It's that's the best thing for them.
49:55
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
49:55
SPEAKER_06: And for me, like I think there's just I think we have to accept there was uh a video I got tagged and I was gonna talk about where it's just like if you add all these things together, you not only get a high protein tiramisu, but it also tastes like dog shit, like one of those ones.
50:10
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, and I just and I just want to make a video and be like, some of you are never going to like you know overnight oats or protein powder or whatever, and that's fine.
50:22
SPEAKER_06: You're stop trying to be like, no, I gotta find the right one.
50:25
SPEAKER_06: You're gonna hate all of them.
50:27
SPEAKER_06: You're just going to.
50:29
SPEAKER_06: So find something else.
50:30
SPEAKER_06: You don't have there's no food you have to eat.
50:33
SPEAKER_06: You're never gonna like any of this stuff.
50:35
SPEAKER_02: So just do you get a lot of the bean soup theory comments?
50:38
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, a decent amount, but like I think my the followers are a bit more understanding of that, like a bit more aware of that sort of thing.
50:51
SPEAKER_06: But yeah, still, yeah, I definitely we all do.
50:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, for bean soup theory for those that don't know, is there was this post online where somebody had m shared a recipe for a bean soup, and somebody said in the comments, like, what if I can't have beans, what should I make this with instead?
51:09
SPEAKER_02: And I think the response to that was maybe just sit this one out.
51:12
SPEAKER_02: Like you probably you did you need to do something else.
51:17
SPEAKER_06: I I remember somebody, because like I made uh there's a the vegan who's vegan, and he made uh lions made mushroom into like a sort of steak, like seared it into like a sort of steak, and I was like, Oh, I'll try this.
51:30
SPEAKER_06: And I was like, it's pretty good.
51:31
SPEAKER_06: And I had you know quite a few people that would be like, Oh, I've I'm not eating that, I'll just eat steak.
51:36
SPEAKER_06: And my response was just like, Have you ever heard of bean soup?
51:40
SPEAKER_06: Have you ever heard of the bean soup theory?
51:41
SPEAKER_06: And a lot of people were like, Yeah, like you know, yeah, you're allowed to just have beans, that's okay.
51:47
SPEAKER_06: So, yeah, you should have your steak.
51:48
SPEAKER_06: I'm not saying don't have your steak.
51:49
SPEAKER_06: This was just me trying a mushroom thing that seemed kind of cool.
51:52
SPEAKER_02: And if you have a mushroom steak that doesn't make you vegan, let me tell you, lion's made mushroom.
51:56
SPEAKER_06: That's good.
51:57
SPEAKER_06: I gotta make more, I gotta make more lion's made mushroom.
51:59
SPEAKER_06: That was I really like that.
52:01
SPEAKER_06: Was it good?
52:02
SPEAKER_06: It was really good.
52:03
SPEAKER_06: Like the t with the the marinade he had, he marinated with like a beat with beets that kind of made it a little red or whatever.
52:09
SPEAKER_06: I didn't really care about that, but it gave it a nice earthy flavor.
52:11
SPEAKER_02: I was like, oh, oh producers back.
52:15
SPEAKER_02: So I want to ask you one more question, I guess, before we uh we sign off here.
52:19
SPEAKER_02: Uh for for the the benefit of the people here, what are some recipes you've made that have stuck out to you?
52:24
SPEAKER_02: A couple of top faves, since we're already talking about the lion's made mushroom.
52:29
SPEAKER_06: The lion's made mushroom.
52:30
SPEAKER_06: That was really good.
52:31
SPEAKER_06: My here's my thing with recipes.
52:33
SPEAKER_06: I always go back to the ones that are easiest for the most part.
52:39
SPEAKER_06: I because I don't want to spend a ton of time.
52:42
SPEAKER_06: Like, if it's like, okay, first bread this, then bread it in that, then bring it in this wash, and like, I'll do it, but like I'm not gonna be doing that a bunch.
52:53
SPEAKER_06: I need something that's simple.
52:56
SPEAKER_06: Like, uh obviously, I always talk about the bean, you know, salads and whatnot.
53:01
SPEAKER_06: I love those or the chia seed puddings or whatever.
53:04
SPEAKER_06: Just mixing things into a bowl is my favorite.
53:07
SPEAKER_06: Taking a bunch of things and just mixing them into the into a bowl.
53:11
SPEAKER_06: The mo otherwise, I'm like, I need to like just throw it in my air fryer and that's it.
53:16
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's why I love the dog food for boys.
53:18
SPEAKER_02: It's uh I just throw shit into a pot and I walk away until it's ready.
53:22
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, exactly.
53:22
SPEAKER_06: Like it has to be it has to be like that level of simple for me.
53:27
SPEAKER_06: I want to see if there was like like I covered one like recently about the gloop bowl.
53:31
SPEAKER_06: It's basically overnight oats, but she calls it a my sacrifice to the gloop bowl, and she just throws a bunch of things into into a bowl and calls it the gloop bowl.
53:39
SPEAKER_06: I was like, I love that.
53:41
SPEAKER_06: Um gloop bowl.
53:43
SPEAKER_06: The glue bowl, yeah.
53:43
SPEAKER_06: Just Google Gloop Bowl.
53:45
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
53:46
SPEAKER_02: And it's even the Google thing says a glute bowl is a popular viral food trend, essentially a massive multi-day batch of overnight oats.
53:54
SPEAKER_02: Basically, that's what it is.
53:56
SPEAKER_06: But you call it a glute bowl, and it's more fun.
53:58
SPEAKER_06: And no, it's fun.
53:59
SPEAKER_06: But I will say, like what a specific creator, Shay, Shay Spence.
54:04
SPEAKER_06: I just I pre-ordered his book, like it just came out.
54:07
SPEAKER_06: He's super cool.
54:08
SPEAKER_06: I would highly recommend uh Shea Spence on either Instagram or TikTok.
54:13
SPEAKER_06: I think he might also be on YouTube.
54:15
SPEAKER_06: Can we get him on?
54:16
SPEAKER_06: I've loved all his recipes, they've been pretty simple.
54:19
SPEAKER_06: It's literally like one pot.
54:20
SPEAKER_06: A lot of them are one pot meals.
54:21
SPEAKER_06: Throw in a can of beans, maybe some rotisserie chicken, whatever, something like that.
54:25
SPEAKER_06: I made one recently.
54:26
SPEAKER_06: That was super good.
54:27
SPEAKER_06: I ate all of that very quickly.
54:30
SPEAKER_02: Um can we get him on the show?
54:33
SPEAKER_02: Can we can we speak with him?
54:35
SPEAKER_02: I would look that would be super cool to get him.
54:37
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he seems he seems fun.
54:38
SPEAKER_02: I like him.
54:39
SPEAKER_00: Or yeah, you know who wants to do that.
54:42
SPEAKER_00: Oh, what's that?
54:43
SPEAKER_00: You're the one booking people.
54:45
SPEAKER_00: I don't know him.
54:46
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I gotta I'll I can try.
54:48
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, he's he's he seems like a good dude.
54:51
SPEAKER_06: I you know what I've been like this something I eat basically every day.
54:54
SPEAKER_06: This is something I eat, if not every day, nearly every day.
54:58
SPEAKER_06: Like later at night, I kind of want like a snack.
55:00
SPEAKER_06: But like I kind of want to be a little bit more nutritious.
55:03
SPEAKER_06: I go to my kitchen, I've just filmed a video about this.
55:05
SPEAKER_06: I go to my kitchen, take out a bag of dates, jar of peanut butter, and a little bit of dark chocolate.
55:11
SPEAKER_06: Spoon peanut butter onto date, eat, also eat a piece of dark chocolate.
55:16
SPEAKER_06: That's it.
55:17
SPEAKER_06: I do that in my kitchen for like five minutes, and I'm good.
55:20
SPEAKER_06: And I love that because I'm just like, I don't I don't want to be doing all this.
55:24
SPEAKER_06: Like, they're like, whenever I see those recipes, they're like, okay, first thing you need to do for a late night snack is make a crumble.
55:29
SPEAKER_06: Fuck off.
55:30
SPEAKER_06: I'm not doing I'm not making a crumble.
55:32
SPEAKER_06: It's fucking midnight.
55:34
SPEAKER_06: I'm not doing that.
55:35
SPEAKER_06: I don't care how simple the crumble is, I'm not doing it.
55:38
SPEAKER_02: We're just going to make a simple reduction.
55:41
SPEAKER_02: No, no, we're not.
55:42
SPEAKER_02: I'm not getting into the French sauce.
55:44
SPEAKER_06: I'm not even breaking out a fan, let alone making a reduction.
55:49
SPEAKER_06: Okay.
55:49
SPEAKER_06: So let's get off our high horse here and let's eat some dates out of the bag with some peanut butter.
55:56
SPEAKER_02: My friend Macy, who I have to get on here at some point, um, she got me on to and you're going to uh feel very neutral about this, Liam.
56:08
SPEAKER_02: Toast and cottage cheese.
56:09
SPEAKER_02: Toast and cottage cheese.
56:10
SPEAKER_02: And then honestly, there's a little honey on there, and it's it's such a neat snack protein.
56:15
SPEAKER_06: You can definitely do a sweet version.
56:17
SPEAKER_06: Uh I definitely I like the savory ones with like everything bagel seasoning and tomato.
56:21
SPEAKER_06: If you've never done that, everything bagel, everything uh seasoning, okay, tomato and um like a balsamic, like a little balsamic.
56:31
SPEAKER_06: Don't make your own place.
56:32
SPEAKER_06: But yeah, I literally just like filmed a video like recently, and I'm gonna post it with like cottage.
56:37
SPEAKER_06: I'm doing like cottage cheese on toast thing.
56:39
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
56:40
SPEAKER_06: It's it's it's quick.
56:42
SPEAKER_02: It's like a toaster, and then you just dump a bunch of shit on it, and you're good to go.
56:47
SPEAKER_06: I did one like a jalapeno uh popper, but it was like cottage cheese and like other it was you mix cottage cheese with like cheddar cheese, and I thought that was really so you like mix them together, you get kind of the best of both worlds.
56:59
SPEAKER_06: That was really good.
57:00
SPEAKER_06: I would highly recommend looking looking that up.
57:02
SPEAKER_06: Like, you know, you do like the jalapeno popper cottage cheese toast.
57:07
SPEAKER_06: That was so good.
57:08
SPEAKER_06: That was live, eat, learn.
57:09
SPEAKER_06: That was actually a partnership I did with good culture.
57:11
SPEAKER_06: See, I like I like cottage cheese.
57:13
SPEAKER_02: I'm a cottage cheese fan.
57:15
SPEAKER_02: We endorse cottage cheese here.
57:16
SPEAKER_02: I'm sure that'll be tomorrow's headline.
57:19
SPEAKER_06: I listen, I grew up, I made that video where I grew up eating beans, cottage cheese, and corn every day.
57:24
SPEAKER_06: Every day.
57:25
SPEAKER_02: If you can do something every day, it'll uh it'll be very beneficial to you.
57:29
SPEAKER_02: That's it.
57:29
SPEAKER_02: Do something every day.
57:30
SPEAKER_00: Fireworks are going off in the background.
57:32
SPEAKER_00: Happy Canada Day to all you Canadians, and happy early trader day to all you Americans.
57:39
SPEAKER_02: No, we're just gonna celebrate Canada Day.
57:41
SPEAKER_02: I uh I don't know if you've if the news makes it up there.
57:45
SPEAKER_02: Things have been pretty rough down here.
57:47
SPEAKER_02: The uh the president was assassinated, John F.
57:50
SPEAKER_02: Kennedy.
57:51
unknown: John F.
57:52
SPEAKER_02: And also his police detailed JD Tippett.
57:55
SPEAKER_02: Shout out.
57:56
SPEAKER_02: Oh, he's nine kids are going fucking wild right now.
57:58
SPEAKER_02: 6'7, some a few, a few.
58:01
SPEAKER_02: But it's it's not 6'7, it's 6'3, kids.
58:03
SPEAKER_02: You gotta get your uh facts right.
58:05
SPEAKER_02: 1963 this happened, not sixty-seven.
58:07
SPEAKER_02: That was when his brother, RFK Jr., senior, not junior, was shot on the campaign trail.
58:15
SPEAKER_06: Anyway, anyway, after talking about presidential assassinations right before the fourth of July, don't don't be assassinated.
