- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and camera judge.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of Two Teas in
- 0:18Speaker 2: a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp.
- 0:20Speaker 1: And Jama Judge.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Tamra, you're tired and you're tired, tired.
- 0:27Speaker 1: It's just been non stop going, Like I had the flu,
- 0:30Speaker 1: put me down for five days, and now I'm like
- 0:33Speaker 1: working overtime to get caught up.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Well, you look hot in your confessional look yesterday. I
- 0:39Speaker 2: like you.
- 0:40Speaker 1: I am not one to wear my hair straight behind
- 0:43Speaker 1: my ears because I have a big old forehead.
- 0:46Speaker 2: I think if we were to have a forehead competition,
- 0:48Speaker 2: I would win. Mine's not even a four, it's a five.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Mine's huge.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Tamera and I have a widow's peak, which is like
- 0:57Speaker 2: a double way amy of a sech.
- 1:02Speaker 1: I know Sophia or the but we're both like I
- 1:05Speaker 1: feel like I'm like bald up at the top right here,
- 1:07Speaker 1: like an old man.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I'm like that right now too. I need like,
- 1:12Speaker 2: you know, yeah, like this is just I don't know my.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Airline goes by back so far, but whatever, whatever it is,
- 1:22Speaker 1: what it is. So I went out, I went out
- 1:24Speaker 1: of my comfort zone and let the girls do whatever.
- 1:28Speaker 1: And I liked it off off, I liked it, but
- 1:31Speaker 1: it took a village man.
- 1:33Speaker 2: And well it always does for all of us. But
- 1:37Speaker 2: oh my gosh, I can't when it. When our producers
- 1:39Speaker 2: write things and they want us to say it, then
- 1:42Speaker 2: I die, what do you mean? Like when they said
- 1:46Speaker 2: let's do a poll, did Tarma look beat? And then
- 1:49Speaker 2: Tarma gets mad because she thinks beat is a bad
- 1:51Speaker 2: thing and it's not.
- 1:53Speaker 1: To beat this.
- 1:54Speaker 3: I don't.
- 1:56Speaker 1: I'm not up on all these new scenes. You look
- 1:59Speaker 1: beat that, Tamera.
- 2:01Speaker 2: You ate?
- 2:03Speaker 1: No, I don't like that, but you gagged. You want
- 2:06Speaker 1: to know where my mind is? So I was his mother?
- 2:11Speaker 1: Oh god, icons only one I can associate with.
- 2:15Speaker 4: No.
- 2:15Speaker 1: I had contractors come over because we're having the outside
- 2:18Speaker 1: of the house painted in big Bear, and so we
- 2:20Speaker 1: were talking this one guy and I'm like, yeah, this
- 2:22Speaker 1: house has not been touched since the eighties, like twenty
- 2:26Speaker 1: five years. Nothing's been done to the outside of the house.
- 2:29Speaker 1: And then after I said it, I went, oh, the
- 2:33Speaker 1: eighties are like forty years ago. Yeah, I thought they
- 2:36Speaker 1: were like twenty five years ago.
- 2:39Speaker 4: No.
- 2:39Speaker 2: I hate to be the bear of bad news. I
- 2:41Speaker 2: was born in eighty one, and I am turning forty
- 2:43Speaker 2: three and like less than a month.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Well, I thought about Ryan, who's born in eighty five,
- 2:48Speaker 1: you know, and he's thirty eight. So I'm like, wait
- 2:50Speaker 1: a minute, shit, how did.
- 2:53Speaker 2: I get so old? I mean, and we're pretty close
- 2:55Speaker 2: to twenty forty. We're closer to twenty forty than we
- 2:58Speaker 2: are to the eightiesh God, what a thought.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Time just flies by.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Time does fly by. But I can also say that
- 3:06Speaker 2: I'm in no place to be ready for like teenagers,
- 3:10Speaker 2: because you know how I like to go to bed early,
- 3:14Speaker 2: and I was already planning my one night of the
- 3:16Speaker 2: week to be awake late to be at the Janet
- 3:19Speaker 2: Jackson concert. And then yesterday Slate went to Disney with
- 3:24Speaker 2: her friends and I assumed, I mean with them. There
- 3:26Speaker 2: was parents there, so it's fine, but I assumed like
- 3:29Speaker 2: they were like, we're going to stay late. I thought
- 3:31Speaker 2: they meant like eight o'clock. At eight forty. I text
- 3:35Speaker 2: the mom and Slate and I'm like, hey, guys, just
- 3:38Speaker 2: checking in around what time are you thinking you'll be back?
- 3:41Speaker 2: And they're like, probably around midnight, twelve thirty.
- 3:44Speaker 1: And then you have to stay awake.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Well, I had to set an alarm clock, I know.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Like I was like, okay, so twelve thirty. So then
- 3:52Speaker 2: I set it for eleven forty five just in case
- 3:54Speaker 2: I got back early. And then I texted and She's like, no,
- 3:56Speaker 2: we haven't left yet, and I was like.
- 4:00Speaker 1: I know, I trust me. I've gone through it with
- 4:02Speaker 1: all my kids. Sophia, luckily, isn't one that goes out
- 4:07Speaker 1: late at night. So and now she's got the casita
- 4:09Speaker 1: so she can.
- 4:11Speaker 2: She can come and go. Well, she's an adult now, right.
- 4:13Speaker 1: She's eighteen and a half. So yeah, buth, my gosh,
- 4:17Speaker 1: what girl?
- 4:18Speaker 2: At what age do we stop saying halves? Like I know,
- 4:21Speaker 2: I'm not like, I'm forty two and three quarters.
- 4:24Speaker 1: I'm already saying I'm sixty and I'm fifty six. I'm like,
- 4:27Speaker 1: I just round them off. And I'm like, god, how
- 4:29Speaker 1: did I get so old? What am I doing with
- 4:32Speaker 1: my life?
- 4:33Speaker 2: I can't. We're getting old. We're back. We are going
- 4:48Speaker 2: to be seeing each other. We have a lot of
- 4:49Speaker 2: fun pods coming out this week, so make sure that
- 4:52Speaker 2: you guys stay tuned. Not to mention, the Eds had
- 4:56Speaker 2: Joe Gorga.
- 4:57Speaker 1: On, oh god, we were in Big Bang when they
- 5:01Speaker 1: were filming, and oh my god, just the talking I
- 5:05Speaker 1: could hear. I was actually in the backyard and I
- 5:08Speaker 1: could hear Eddie talking and laughing, and he tried. He
- 5:12Speaker 1: started playing the podcast last night, and I'm like, I
- 5:16Speaker 1: can't go to bed to this, Like, can you just
- 5:18Speaker 1: put your earbuds in? Like I I really.
- 5:23Speaker 2: I could hear them talking and asking questions. And then
- 5:26Speaker 2: in the middle of the pod, Edwin texted me, is
- 5:28Speaker 2: it okay if I share how many people you've had
- 5:30Speaker 2: sex with? I was like, what are you all talking?
- 5:34Speaker 4: Well?
- 5:34Speaker 1: I heard Eddie talk about our sex chair that we bought,
- 5:37Speaker 1: and then he's like, yeah, now I just use it
- 5:38Speaker 1: to stretch.
- 5:39Speaker 2: I'm like, really, did I use it to stretch a
- 5:44Speaker 2: little tight?
- 5:45Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 5:46Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, okay, I guess they did two pods.
- 5:49Speaker 2: So they did one with Joe Gorga and then they
- 5:51Speaker 2: did a sex and intimacy pod. I can't wait to
- 5:54Speaker 2: hear that one.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Oh god, whose idea was that?
- 5:57Speaker 2: Definitely not mine? Eddie accident. He said he likes Bush
- 6:03Speaker 2: and he does not like Bush well unless he's talking
- 6:06Speaker 2: about the band.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I'm going to text him right now. I'm gonna call him.
- 6:11Speaker 1: I'm gonna call him. He's downstairs.
- 6:14Speaker 2: I need to know. I need to know, and then
- 6:18Speaker 2: I need to check what you're working with when I
- 6:20Speaker 2: get there tonight. Because of this pull Bush, we're gonna
- 6:23Speaker 2: have to have a conversation.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe he likes his own Bush.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Maybe.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Hey, so I have Tuddy here. Did you say on
- 6:32Speaker 1: your podcast that you like Bush? What do you mean accidentally?
- 6:37Speaker 1: How do you accidentally like Bush?
- 6:39Speaker 3: Because it was a fire session where you answer the
- 6:42Speaker 3: question and I misunderstood it.
- 6:44Speaker 1: So do I need to grow my bush out?
- 6:47Speaker 4: I said, no, I don't like Bush.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Oh okay, just a Fredian slip.
- 6:53Speaker 4: Yeah, slip on his mistake. I do not like flust
- 6:57Speaker 4: my teeth down there?
- 6:58Speaker 1: Okay.
- 6:59Speaker 2: O God, I wish you could hear me right now.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I'mad Teddy's dying right now.
- 7:05Speaker 2: This is so good.
- 7:07Speaker 1: We were just talking about your podcast with Joe Gorga.
- 7:09Speaker 1: It was really good.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Oh good, good. Yeah, we had a great time with him.
- 7:14Speaker 1: What was the best and best question you asked him?
- 7:20Speaker 2: Was it about sucks?
- 7:22Speaker 4: No? No, no, we had a really candid conversation about
- 7:26Speaker 4: you know, O life, and I.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Think the best question I asked him was you know
- 7:31Speaker 3: where did you get your motivation from? To work your
- 7:34Speaker 3: ass off and work so hard? And you know what
- 7:36Speaker 3: made you which is what made you successful? And he
- 7:40Speaker 3: told us that And the best thing that came out
- 7:42Speaker 3: of it is that his dad, you know, just drilled
- 7:45Speaker 3: it in him and taught him how to be a
- 7:47Speaker 3: man and how to treat women. And the way he
- 7:50Speaker 3: holds Melissa on a pedestal, that's sweet.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Sweet. Serious journals, you guys are serious journalism. I did
- 7:59Speaker 1: hear Edwin at one point say, I just like your motivation, dude,
- 8:02Speaker 1: your jacked. Okay, as much as I'd love to talk
- 8:08Speaker 1: to you, but this is our podcast, not yours, so
- 8:11Speaker 1: we have.
- 8:11Speaker 2: To go enough promoting you guys.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Okay, bye bye.
- 8:18Speaker 2: The fact that Joey Gorga, ed and Eddie are discussing
- 8:23Speaker 2: how to treat women, like, are they going to write
- 8:25Speaker 2: a book next? You're gonna be pissed because she didn't
- 8:28Speaker 2: get it sent.
- 8:30Speaker 1: I'll send her one.
- 8:32Speaker 2: We'll send her their group book.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Eddie such a teacher, So it was funny his delivery
- 8:38Speaker 1: is a little off, right. So Sophia got a check
- 8:43Speaker 1: from working. Yeah, and so we met somebody were on
- 8:47Speaker 1: a walk last night and we come in and he's like, girls,
- 8:51Speaker 1: you need to come in here right now and sit down.
- 8:53Speaker 1: And we look at each other and we're like, why
- 8:56Speaker 1: just get in here and sit down. We need to talk.
- 8:58Speaker 1: And I'm like, oh my god, I go, are we
- 9:00Speaker 1: going to the principal's office? What the hell means? Sofia
- 9:02Speaker 1: look at each other. He wanted to give Sophia a
- 9:04Speaker 1: lesson on taxes and you know, if you're ten ninety nine,
- 9:08Speaker 1: you have to pay taxes, and I went, Sofia goes,
- 9:11Speaker 1: you really need to work on your delivery.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Man.
- 9:15Speaker 1: I mean, your message is good. I appreciate you teaching
- 9:17Speaker 1: me this, but you make us feel like we're in trouble.
- 9:20Speaker 2: And also sound bites. Yeah, I tell And when anytime
- 9:25Speaker 2: you want to talk about money, it's you got to
- 9:27Speaker 2: do it in five to ten seconds, yes, or I'll sign.
- 9:30Speaker 1: The Well that's way. He was getting deep into it.
- 9:32Speaker 1: And if you're ninety nine, and if you don't do
- 9:34Speaker 1: you need to send the irs money right away. You
- 9:36Speaker 1: don't want to get in trouble with it. And I'm like, dude,
- 9:38Speaker 1: she doesn't even know what you're talking about. Well, the
- 9:41Speaker 1: best part is after all that she opened up her
- 9:43Speaker 1: check and she's like, oh, they already took the taxes out.
- 9:44Speaker 1: He goes, okay, disregard everything. I said.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Well, I'm good. This is episode two. I was kind
- 10:02Speaker 2: of hoping it would be more of like a continuation
- 10:06Speaker 2: in a better way of episode one, but this episode
- 10:09Speaker 2: felt a little forced to me in all areas. It
- 10:14Speaker 2: starts with Brooks and Sara meet up at Toleane's house.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Brooks says to Lene and Sara are the most authentic
- 10:22Speaker 2: in the group. Brook says she goes back and forth
- 10:24Speaker 2: and wanting to heal to being shady. Sara says Chanel
- 10:28Speaker 2: is not a victim as an adult. Brook says Stanberry
- 10:33Speaker 2: is a hypocrite about Tolene's behavior. Do you feel like
- 10:36Speaker 2: Brooke really cares about what Stanbury said about Tolene or
- 10:39Speaker 2: is just trying to create drama.
- 10:41Speaker 1: She's just trying to create trauma. What she said was
- 10:45Speaker 1: not that bad. It wasn't like she was like, oh
- 10:48Speaker 1: my god, her pea was out and things were hanging
- 10:50Speaker 1: in my husband saw it and Sergio was gagging like she.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Was turned on flirting with him. Nothing.
- 10:58Speaker 1: It just was like, I think Brooks is trying too hard.
- 11:00Speaker 1: To create drama for the show, or she's just she's
- 11:02Speaker 1: just not doing herself any favors.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Well, I feel like every time she speaks, like the
- 11:07Speaker 2: cross gets like bigger around her neck. Every time that
- 11:10Speaker 2: Sara mentioned spiritual, like she's like, yes, me too. And
- 11:14Speaker 2: then in the confessional they're like, how many times have
- 11:16Speaker 2: you seen the spiritual healer Brooks And she's like, oh,
- 11:19Speaker 2: once once.
- 11:21Speaker 1: I just saw her once.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know.
- 11:24Speaker 1: I mean she's working the time, she's just coming off
- 11:27Speaker 1: like she wants to stir the stir the pod and
- 11:30Speaker 1: there's just nothing yet to stir, like she's trying to
- 11:33Speaker 1: create drama that's not there.
- 11:34Speaker 2: I think. And this continues on as the episode goes,
- 11:38Speaker 2: but I think what the problem is. I think she's
- 11:42Speaker 2: using a little liquid courage.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Oh for sure.
- 11:46Speaker 2: And it's before like when you see her like at
- 11:49Speaker 2: a party and it's liquid courage. It's it can be funny.
- 11:52Speaker 2: But it's now been all three scenes we've seen of
- 11:55Speaker 2: her except for when she was in her off like
- 11:58Speaker 2: her business, and it's coming off like just so much
- 12:06Speaker 2: and so over the top that you're like you can't
- 12:08Speaker 2: even relate to the conversation nor.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Care no, no, and then Chanelle is starting your own
- 12:13Speaker 1: beauty line. Now, she sent you some products, right, yeah,
- 12:16Speaker 1: she sent it to me. She tried to send to me,
- 12:18Speaker 1: but you had to sign. I hate when maybe it's international,
- 12:22Speaker 1: I don't know, but I hate when you have to
- 12:23Speaker 1: sign because I'm rarely home. But I didn't get them,
- 12:26Speaker 1: so she's supposed to resend them. But we're happy for her.
- 12:29Speaker 1: A lot of Chanelle's models are Somali because she wants
- 12:32Speaker 1: to give the girls like her hope. So that's why.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Well, I think there is clearly a lot of housewife
- 12:38Speaker 2: products throughout the years that we've seen. But I do
- 12:41Speaker 2: think ion beauty really makes a lot of sense, and
- 12:45Speaker 2: you see those pictures, you see all of it. But also,
- 12:49Speaker 2: since we were just talking about Eddie, I felt like
- 12:51Speaker 2: when her husband was explaining the finances to her, it
- 12:54Speaker 2: was probably like Eddie explaining the finances to Sophia.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Yes, well, I will say that that Chanelle is back
- 13:01Speaker 1: on social media. So does that mean she's home from
- 13:03Speaker 1: Scotland or she's having somebody else do her socials?
- 13:07Speaker 2: I don't know, because maybe they're lightening up the rules
- 13:10Speaker 2: because we've got Tom Sandvall back on socials, we've got
- 13:13Speaker 2: ion on socials.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Well, I will tell you. I will tell you that
- 13:19Speaker 1: you are not allowed to go on social media until
- 13:22Speaker 1: the show is over, until they are done filming.
- 13:26Speaker 2: That's so maybe they're done film Well no, no.
- 13:29Speaker 1: No, when the show is done filming, not them, because
- 13:31Speaker 1: you can't give it away, right.
- 13:33Speaker 2: But that's my question. Do we even know when Traders
- 13:36Speaker 2: started filming?
- 13:37Speaker 1: It takes three to four weeks. It's like three and
- 13:39Speaker 1: a half weeks of filming.
- 13:40Speaker 2: So June, we're only on June.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Yeah, but as of now, there's probably a good four
- 13:45Speaker 1: or five people gone.
- 13:46Speaker 2: Yeah who Okay. Then we get to Lisa's mom, Juliette,
- 13:54Speaker 2: coming to town. Lisa feels guilty since her mother wants
- 13:57Speaker 2: her to move back to Miami. Lisa's great mother raised
- 14:00Speaker 2: her and not having her own mother, Carrie on that
- 14:03Speaker 2: tradition with her son's as hard. I thought this was
- 14:06Speaker 2: a heartfelt moment, like when they were wit Like, I
- 14:09Speaker 2: loved that Lisa was like in her sweats, They're sitting
- 14:12Speaker 2: there with balloons, like they're so excited, and then you
- 14:14Speaker 2: saw how excited her kids were.
- 14:17Speaker 1: She has the absolute cutest family, cutest family like that,
- 14:22Speaker 1: if my husband is adorable.
- 14:24Speaker 2: I know he's handsome.
- 14:25Speaker 1: For some reason, he looked really young.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Well I don't I could be wrong, and this is
- 14:29Speaker 2: coming from someone who has faked teeth because I knocked
- 14:31Speaker 2: mine out in the eighth grade. But it looks maybe
- 14:34Speaker 2: like he got his teeth done or something like something
- 14:37Speaker 2: looks a little different, which I'm not in a good way.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Or maybe he looks exactly the same. I just noticed,
- 14:42Speaker 2: how straight.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Is I just had a dentist reach out to me
- 14:45Speaker 1: to say I would like to perfect your smile, and I'm.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Like, what's wrong with my smile?
- 14:49Speaker 3: You?
- 14:50Speaker 2: I'm like, wait, do I need new teeth?
- 14:52Speaker 1: I don't have faked teeth?
- 14:54Speaker 2: Well, I only have.
- 14:55Speaker 1: I still have a cracked crown in the back.
- 14:57Speaker 2: I have to still I still have a wisdom tooth
- 15:00Speaker 2: that needs to come out that I was taking it
- 15:02Speaker 2: out myself. Then Chanelle and Sarah meet for lunch. Chanelle
- 15:07Speaker 2: tells Sarah she feels bad after their fight and wants
- 15:10Speaker 2: to apologize with her letter. Chanelle reads the letter out
- 15:14Speaker 2: loud Sarah, but Chanelle pretending that she wrote the letter
- 15:18Speaker 2: herself after it and then they edit to like her
- 15:23Speaker 2: with I can't remember it was with their husband or
- 15:25Speaker 2: who she was with. Like writing the letter, I was like,
- 15:27Speaker 2: this is so good. The next time I get in
- 15:30Speaker 2: an argument with you, I'm gonna have Matt write me notes.
- 15:33Speaker 1: And I'm gonna gel cute. I think it's cute. I
- 15:35Speaker 1: think she might be somebody that has a hard time
- 15:38Speaker 1: getting her words out, so if you write it down,
- 15:41Speaker 1: it's you know, it comes across from your heart instead
- 15:44Speaker 1: of saying it straight to your face. And I think
- 15:46Speaker 1: she felt like she's getting her true self across. I
- 15:50Speaker 1: don't think she was being shady.
- 15:51Speaker 2: No, I don't think she was being shady either. I
- 15:53Speaker 2: think she was trying.
- 15:54Speaker 1: I thought, and I did think that her apology was sincere.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Do you yeah, I think she meant her apology. I
- 15:59Speaker 2: think I think they went by the headlines and not
- 16:02Speaker 2: by an actual conversation. But how did you feel about
- 16:05Speaker 2: the miniature angel?
- 16:07Speaker 1: I thought it was cute. Now you could see, like,
- 16:09Speaker 1: I think Chanelle is very sensitive. Yeah, she's super sensitive.
- 16:15Speaker 1: I think she carries along carries a lot of baggage
- 16:18Speaker 1: within her that she probably hasn't dealt with, and it
- 16:21Speaker 1: comes out in different ways. And she's an easy girl
- 16:24Speaker 1: to be like, Oh, I can't deal with her because
- 16:26Speaker 1: she's always like, I look gorgeous and she walks in
- 16:29Speaker 1: the room in a full gown. But it's just I'm finan,
- 16:32Speaker 1: It's just part of her charm.
- 16:34Speaker 2: Yeah, like that over over the top.
- 16:37Speaker 1: I think she's over at the top.
- 16:39Speaker 2: And it's but really a big softy inside. Yeah, and
- 16:43Speaker 2: I like the time I feel like she feels like
- 16:45Speaker 2: someone's talking bad about her or I'm supporting her. That's
- 16:49Speaker 2: where she kind of lashes out.
- 16:51Speaker 1: I am just more and more in love with Tolene,
- 16:53Speaker 1: and she brings her daughter Gigi to Caroline Brooks Salon.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Telene is hosting a family gathering and is inviting Caroline stands.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Telene wants to move past everything and doesn't want to
- 17:03Speaker 1: hold a grudge. Caroline Brooks says Telene can move past
- 17:07Speaker 1: things quicker since she doesn't know Stansbury that well. I
- 17:10Speaker 1: mean holding a grudgin.
- 17:11Speaker 2: I thought we always call her Stansbury and it's Stanbury.
- 17:15Speaker 2: I do it.
- 17:17Speaker 1: I know I do too. Holding a grudge is a
- 17:19Speaker 1: worse trait for a housewife because you can never move on.
- 17:22Speaker 1: You hold on to it. You know, we have someone
- 17:25Speaker 1: on our cast like that cannot move on always brings
- 17:28Speaker 1: it up. If they ever do something for you, they
- 17:30Speaker 1: have to throw it in your face. I just it's
- 17:32Speaker 1: not a good look.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Did you think. I mean, I know, we just talked
- 17:35Speaker 2: about teeth two minutes ago, But what about when Brooks
- 17:39Speaker 2: is calling somebody toothy?
- 17:42Speaker 1: I miss that.
- 17:43Speaker 2: When she called Stanbury, well, she's toothy. Well. Then Caroline
- 17:47Speaker 2: and Sergio are a week out from moving into the house.
- 17:51Speaker 2: They were only meant to stay with Michael for two weeks.
- 17:53Speaker 1: But remind me who Michael is.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Michael's like her, like gay bestie. I think, okay that, Like,
- 18:00Speaker 2: remember they went and got like spa treatments together. They've
- 18:03Speaker 2: gone on all these trips like he seems like. But
- 18:06Speaker 2: I didn't actually realize that's who she was living with.
- 18:09Speaker 1: I didn't either, I didn't know where they were living.
- 18:12Speaker 2: And then Carolina is taking her daughter Yasmin to the
- 18:15Speaker 2: US to visit colleges. Siose we see we don't.
- 18:20Speaker 1: See her her kids very often or do we not
- 18:23Speaker 1: see them at all?
- 18:24Speaker 2: Well, I feel like we saw them one time. Like
- 18:28Speaker 2: this is the problem. I'm getting real like her Instagram
- 18:31Speaker 2: life confused with her television life. But I remember a
- 18:36Speaker 2: time when they went into a hotel and there was
- 18:38Speaker 2: like all these fish going around and they had this
- 18:41Speaker 2: big meal and her kids were there. But that could
- 18:44Speaker 2: have been an Instagram at.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Now her kids are in Dubai. Correct. I don't know,
- 18:51Speaker 1: because did you watch Ladies of London? No? Okay, So
- 18:55Speaker 1: she was married to her ex then and it was
- 18:58Speaker 1: basically a housewife show in London and you saw her
- 19:01Speaker 1: kids and her husband and all that, and then she
- 19:04Speaker 1: moved to Dubai.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Was her ex husband anything like Sergio?
- 19:09Speaker 1: No, No, they didn't. They do a flashback of them.
- 19:14Speaker 2: I don't remember.
- 19:14Speaker 1: I guess her family moved to Dubai in twenty seventeen.
- 19:18Speaker 1: They were still together, I believe at the time when
- 19:20Speaker 1: they moved.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Do you think that you would feel the same way
- 19:24Speaker 2: because Sergio was upset that he can't go and she's
- 19:27Speaker 2: going with her ex husband or do you think that
- 19:30Speaker 2: it's like, Sergio, you're fine.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Sergio, you're fine. But I love him. He's so sensitive
- 19:37Speaker 1: and usually I don't really like that.
- 19:38Speaker 2: And guys, you would eat him alive.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Ti, I know I would. I mean he started crying
- 19:43Speaker 1: and she's so funny. She's like, I get over it,
- 19:46Speaker 1: You'll be fine. What I never remember she said.
- 19:48Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my god, I know they have a
- 19:51Speaker 2: funny dynamic.
- 19:51Speaker 3: I like you.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I like them as a couple, and even when
- 19:55Speaker 2: there was like starting to be a fight later on
- 19:57Speaker 2: where he like walks out there like I think he
- 20:00Speaker 2: really really loves her.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Oh for sure, he really wants a baby. So I'm
- 20:05Speaker 1: curious to see what's going to happen.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Gosh, that's a that's a tough ye, Like, the age
- 20:09Speaker 2: gap with my kids is a lot, and my kids
- 20:13Speaker 2: aren't in like one going to college and then having
- 20:15Speaker 2: one now wosh.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I would get a surrogate for sure.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Then we get to Toleene's party, which also I did
- 20:25Speaker 2: you notice that Sarah said she wouldn't want to live
- 20:28Speaker 2: where Teleen lived? And they kept saying the ex pats And.
- 20:34Speaker 1: What is the expats is that people that have moved
- 20:37Speaker 1: to Dubai and lived there in a certain area.
- 20:41Speaker 2: I don't know, they live in the palm, That's all
- 20:43Speaker 2: I know. But I don't know what ex pats mean.
- 20:45Speaker 1: But the poms supposed to be the bomb, right the palm.
- 20:49Speaker 2: What they kind of make it seem like is the
- 20:51Speaker 2: palm is like feels like you're new not even new money,
- 20:56Speaker 2: but like you're bragging, Like where is that version in
- 20:59Speaker 2: or County? Like if you live in this part of
- 21:01Speaker 2: Orange County, it's even if you don't live in the
- 21:04Speaker 2: best house, it's because you want.
- 21:05Speaker 1: To Newport probably Newport area of Newport Coast, Okay.
- 21:12Speaker 2: So an expat is a person who lives somewhere outside
- 21:15Speaker 2: of their citizenship temporarily.
- 21:18Speaker 1: It was pretty interesting that Telene's husband's father was really
- 21:23Speaker 1: the one that's sort of building up Dubai.
- 21:26Speaker 2: I know, I thought was that her father father in.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Law, her father in law, yeah, her.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Father in law yeah. But then uh, Sarah thinks that
- 21:39Speaker 2: Brooke has been feeling the pressures of work and has
- 21:42Speaker 2: been drinking more. And then Brooks tells Stanbury she misses
- 21:45Speaker 2: her even though she's a little bitch. Stanberry says, that's
- 21:49Speaker 2: like calling the kettle black. Then Brooks asked Helene if
- 21:53Speaker 2: she's ever told her that Stanberry doesn't like her, and
- 21:56Speaker 2: Tolene says that Brooks told her that Stanbury is not
- 21:59Speaker 2: her fan. Then they like go in and get her.
- 22:02Speaker 2: They go in to have this conversation. Stanbury and Telene
- 22:05Speaker 2: agree that they're fine and Brooks needs to move on,
- 22:08Speaker 2: but you can in this moment tell me if I'm wrong.
- 22:10Speaker 2: I still felt like Tolene felt scared that Brooks was
- 22:14Speaker 2: gonna blow if she really stepped in there and was like, well.
- 22:18Speaker 1: I feel like it's Telene's party, She's being nice to everyone,
- 22:21Speaker 1: it's her house, she's hosting. What do they expect?
- 22:25Speaker 2: And also what would she even be mad about? Like
- 22:29Speaker 2: there's no there's nothing to be mad about.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Like she said that, you mean, remind me, did Telene
- 22:36Speaker 1: come in as Brooks's friend?
- 22:39Speaker 2: Yes? And I think Brooks was annoyed that Tolene was
- 22:42Speaker 2: being nice to everyone, but like, give her a second,
- 22:46Speaker 2: give her a second.
- 22:47Speaker 1: She doesn't have to do She doesn't have to hate
- 22:50Speaker 1: everybody just because you hate people like I hate that
- 22:52Speaker 1: mentality even on the show.
- 22:55Speaker 2: I mean, she had a pageant, wave pageant. I think
- 23:02Speaker 2: it's this. I don't know, I've never done a pageant. Weirdly,
- 23:08Speaker 2: Uh what else? What else? Then Stanbury gets up, walks away,
- 23:14Speaker 2: and Brooke calls her, I see you next Tuesday.
- 23:20Speaker 4: I just.
- 23:23Speaker 2: I felt like this was equally as messy as how
- 23:28Speaker 2: Brooks was at Bravocon. Do I enjoy Brooks as a
- 23:32Speaker 2: person to hang out with, Yes, but I do think
- 23:35Speaker 2: she lives for the mess, whether she's filming a television
- 23:39Speaker 2: show or not. Yeah.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Yeah, And I think that her bringing t Lenan who
- 23:45Speaker 1: by the way, she's one of those housewives And I
- 23:48Speaker 1: think I might have said it before that just gets
- 23:50Speaker 1: in there and knows what she's doing. There's no like,
- 23:54Speaker 1: you know, learning curve. She knows what she's doing and
- 23:57Speaker 1: she's a good housewife and beautiful.
- 24:01Speaker 2: But here's the other thing with without Brooks, what would
- 24:05Speaker 2: have happened this episode? I mean think that's the problem.
- 24:08Speaker 2: So it's like, yes, Brooks, Brooks is annoying us, but
- 24:12Speaker 2: absolutely not one thing would have happened.
- 24:14Speaker 1: I'm not putting down a girl that's being messy on
- 24:16Speaker 1: a housewife show.
- 24:18Speaker 2: I'm not either. I just think we got to figure
- 24:19Speaker 2: out a new mess or else we're gonna be dealing
- 24:22Speaker 2: with something like I don't want.
- 24:24Speaker 1: To be talking about somebody's private parts the entire season.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Why are the girls none of the girls biting? Like
- 24:29Speaker 2: can't they pick up a new fight, Like can't they
- 24:32Speaker 2: transition this fight into something else? Listen, I don't need
- 24:35Speaker 2: them to fight yet.
- 24:36Speaker 1: I feel like this is a lifestyle show.
- 24:39Speaker 2: You guys don't need to fight.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Let's just see the fabulous trips, the outfits, the houses.
- 24:43Speaker 1: I'm fine with that, I am.
- 24:47Speaker 2: I'm so sure Tarmera then go to TLC. No.
- 24:51Speaker 1: No, I like the cantiness. But I don't need like
- 24:53Speaker 1: drag out fights with these brothers.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Well, I don't need fights that make absolutely I mean know,
- 25:01Speaker 2: have no bearing and listen, we've all been a part
- 25:03Speaker 2: of them. Yeah, but hopefully this is just.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I don't want petty fights. I really don't.
- 25:09Speaker 2: I want. I want real, heartbreaking, life changing, friendship ruining fights. Gosh, ladies,
- 25:17Speaker 2: damn it. But yeah, that way.
- 25:19Speaker 1: I don't even really truly understand what the issue is
- 25:21Speaker 1: between the Carolines.
- 25:22Speaker 3: Do you.
- 25:24Speaker 2: They had a fall They used to be good friends
- 25:26Speaker 2: and then they had a falling out. And now also,
- 25:31Speaker 2: I think because Ion and Stanburry have gotten closed. I
- 25:34Speaker 2: think clearly we know that Toleene likes Stanbury because she
- 25:38Speaker 2: was just on her podcast I saw it yesterday. I
- 25:43Speaker 2: don't know, And maybe Brooks feels like the odd man
- 25:46Speaker 2: out at this point.
- 25:47Speaker 1: How has Stanbury been mean to Brooks? I haven't seen that.
- 25:51Speaker 1: She's not making any sense.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Something must have happened last year. But I think she
- 25:56Speaker 2: also thinks like Stanberry is to curate it for her liking.
- 26:02Speaker 2: I mean, they don't even follow each other, so I
- 26:04Speaker 2: don't even know how she would know she was curated,
- 26:06Speaker 2: like with her reels and her blah blah blah, like
- 26:08Speaker 2: who isn't.
- 26:09Speaker 1: But do you think she's so jealous of her I
- 26:12Speaker 1: don't know jealous is the right word.
- 26:15Speaker 2: I think that she really just wants this job and
- 26:19Speaker 2: she wants the show to do well and this isn't
- 26:22Speaker 2: an excuse, and we got hell for talking about this
- 26:24Speaker 2: with Laala. But like, if no one's biting and you're
- 26:28Speaker 2: the sole one.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Fighting, yeah, you end up looking like the asshole. Trust me,
- 26:32Speaker 1: I have many seasons have been like that.
- 26:35Speaker 2: Mini So but that was the end of this episode.
- 26:40Speaker 2: You guys. Make sure we have Alexia and Alexis later
- 26:45Speaker 2: this week, so we're gonna have some juicy, juicy interviews,
- 26:49Speaker 2: So make sure to keep tuning in to to Teas
- 26:51Speaker 2: in a Pod and thanks for listening.
