- 0:13Folks, welcome to the Last Hope of a
- 0:14Dying Republic.
- 0:16I'm your host, Reverend Bill Cook, the founder
- 0:18and CEO of America's Black Robe Regiment.
- 0:21My lovely wife Judy is here with me.
- 0:23We are so excited to be part of
- 0:25the Morning in America broadcast series on America
- 0:27out loud and hope that you will join
- 0:29us weekly.
- 0:30We have some wonderful guests lined up who
- 0:33are experts on many topics that should be
- 0:35of interest to everyone, especially if you are
- 0:37paying attention to what's happening in our republic.
- 0:40In case you're wondering what the Black Roe
- 0:42Regiment is, briefly, it's an historic term that
- 0:44the British use to describe the pastors who
- 0:47fought in the American Revolutionary War.
- 0:49In fact, they were actually considered chief agitators
- 0:52of what the British called the rebellion.
- 0:54And they were chief agitators of the rebellion.
- 0:56They played a leading role in the American
- 0:57Revolution.
- 0:59Today, the Black Roe Regiment's raising up courageous
- 1:01pastors to secure liberty to our own generation
- 1:03and the next.
- 1:06They are the last hope of our now
- 1:07dying republic.
- 1:08But we're not just raising up pastors, we're
- 1:11raising up patriots, and you may be just
- 1:13the one needed to save this republic.
- 1:15I believe all of us have a part
- 1:17to play.
- 1:18For more information on America's Black Robe Regiment,
- 1:21go to our website at Brusa.org.
- 1:24Our guest today is someone we are honored
- 1:26to have, is someone who's been doing his
- 1:28part to be the hope of this dying
- 1:30republic by helping Americans to combat the crime
- 1:32of abortion.
- 1:34We're welcoming Dr.
- 1:36Alan Parker, president of the Justice Foundation.
- 1:39He was the lead counsel for Norman McCorvey,
- 1:41formerly Roe of Roe versus Wade from 2000
- 1:44to 2012.
- 1:46And Sandra Cano, the Doe of Doe versus
- 1:49Bolton, until 2014 in their efforts to overturn
- 1:52the two landmark cases that brought legalized abortion
- 1:55on demand to America.
- 1:58The Moral Outcry is a Ministry of the
- 2:01Justice Foundation providing free legal representation to Melinda
- 2:04Thibel and assistance to those who signed her
- 2:07nationwide petition that seeks to end legalized abortion
- 2:10in America.
- 2:14This petition serves as a symbol of America's
- 2:16moral outcry against abortion.
- 2:19It will wake up the nation and galvanize
- 2:21the national conscience to end the scourge of
- 2:23abortion in America.
- 2:25Please sign the petition at WW.themoralcry dot com.
- 2:30Now the Justice Foundation also represents women of
- 2:34Operation Alcry, a ministry of the Justice Foundation.
- 2:38And Alan will hopefully have time to share
- 2:40more about that.
- 2:42Alan is a former professor of law at
- 2:44St.
- 2:45Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, where he
- 2:48taught education, law, and civil procedure.
- 2:51And he received his law degree with high
- 2:53honors from the University of Texas School of
- 2:56Law in 1979.
- 2:58We could go on more and more about
- 3:00his accomplishments.
- 3:06So we want to get on with our
- 3:08questions for Dr.
- 3:11Parker.
- 3:12He is standing in front of Art Street
- 3:16Meeting House in Philadelphia, where he's participating and
- 3:20celebrating the 250th uh birthday of our nation.
- 3:23Welcome, Alan.
- 3:25Welcome to the show today.
- 3:27Thank you.
- 3:28It's so great to be with both of
- 3:31y'all today at this historic city and in
- 3:34front of the historic Quaker meeting house that
- 3:37was given to them by William Penn himself.
- 3:41It's also sacred gown, in that it was
- 3:43a burial facility for the Quakers for many
- 3:46years, too.
- 3:48So and yet there's still worship going on
- 3:52on Sundays here in the meeting house that's
- 3:55been going on since before the Revolutionary War,
- 3:58since the meal days.
- 4:02So very special to be here.
- 4:05Yes.
- 4:06Well, Alan, you were our guest on our
- 4:08second show of The Last Hope of the
- 4:09Dying Republic.
- 4:11We were just getting started a few months
- 4:13ago.
- 4:14And we wanted to have you back because
- 4:17our circulation is grown, and we really want
- 4:20to get word out about the case that
- 4:23you've been helping to um promote to the
- 4:26Supreme Court in an effort to end abortion
- 4:29or at least curtail it for now.
- 4:32You spoke about the Louisiana court case involving
- 4:34the abortion pill, and you predicted it would
- 4:36go to the Supreme Court, and you were
- 4:38right.
- 4:40It did.
- 4:41And so for those who did not hear
- 4:43that show or unaware about this case, could
- 4:45you give us a background on the case
- 4:48and then share with us uh what has
- 4:50happened recently with the case at the Supreme
- 4:52Court.
- 4:54All right.
- 4:55I want to first explain a little bit
- 4:57of my own black robe that I'm wearing
- 4:59today.
- 5:01Oh, didn't you notice?
- 5:11On the steps of the Lincoln Memorials in
- 5:15Washington Dunn on April 9th, 2016.
- 5:19And we had one of the significant events
- 5:23there by United Cry, pastors coming across America
- 5:26to pray for the end of abortion and
- 5:29repentance and revival for our nation.
- 5:33And she blessed me with this stole.
- 5:36And since this is the Black Robe Regiment
- 5:38show, I felt it was very appropriate to
- 5:40wear it today.
- 5:43And because we're going to the Liberty Bell
- 5:46in Philadelphia this afternoon to pray for our
- 5:48nation.
- 5:51And the other thing this is so amazing
- 5:54that we are actually talking today.
- 5:58I hope your podcast will get out within
- 6:00the next three days, because the Supreme Court
- 6:03of the United States is considering one of
- 6:06the most important abortion cases since the reversal
- 6:09of Rogue Wade.
- 6:12This is really, really a big case.
- 6:15And what it is, it's the abortion pill
- 6:17case.
- 6:20And what happened was during the Clinton administration,
- 6:25a chemical abortion pill was developed called RU
- 6:29486.
- 6:34It was by a French firm that was
- 6:38a descendant of a German firm that created
- 6:42the Zyklon B gas that was used in
- 6:45the Holocaust to do mass murder by gassing
- 6:49the Jews in the gas chambers.
- 6:53So that's the history through some regenerations and
- 6:57renamings and things like that corporate structure.
- 7:00That corporate structure.
- 7:01But this is the company, all they do
- 7:01But this is the company.
- 7:03All they do is produce the abortion pill
- 7:04is produce the abortion pill that kills children
- 7:06that kills children in the womb.
- 7:06in the womb.
- 7:09And it was approved first by the Clinton
- 7:09And it was approved first by the Clinton
- 7:11administration.
- 7:11administration, and then during the Biden years, after
- 7:13And then during the Biden years, after Roe
- 7:14Roe v.
- 7:15v.
- 7:17Wade was reversed by the Supreme Court, the
- 7:17Wade was reversed by the Supreme Court, the
- 7:19Biden administration said we don't care what the
- 7:20Biden administration said, we don't care what the
- 7:22Supreme Court says.
- 7:23Supreme Court says, we want abortion, abortion, abortion
- 7:25We want abortion, abortion, abortion on demand.
- 7:26on demand, whenever we want it, however we
- 7:29want it.
- 7:29Whenever we
- 7:32We're going to have abortion pill distribution.
- 7:34And they eliminated the requirement for a woman
- 7:36to see a doctor.
- 7:39You're getting a pill that can kill the
- 7:42human inside you and sometimes kill the woman.
- 7:45That's going to make the woman have a
- 7:47miscarriage at home.
- 7:50And unlike being in a doctor's office where
- 7:52you can get care, you're at home.
- 7:56And about 11% of the women, according to
- 7:59a new study done based on insurance claims,
- 8:02where people were hospitalized or went to emergency
- 8:06rooms because they thought they were dying.
- 8:10The bleeding was so horrible that they felt
- 8:12they needed emergency real care.
- 8:15About 11% of the women, one out of
- 8:1710 women who gets these pills is going
- 8:19to have that kind of horrible experience.
- 8:22The other kind that millions are going to
- 8:23see.
- 8:26Once you give the pill to yourself, then
- 8:28the cramps begin.
- 8:31The baby is killed.
- 8:32The placenta detaches from the mother.
- 8:35So the child is starved to death.
- 8:37And then the next pill causes labor contractions.
- 8:40You're like going into labor.
- 8:42You feel the squeezing, the cramping, the women's
- 8:45just to say it's horrific.
- 8:50And then they see often the child in
- 8:53their hands.
- 8:55I remember the first woman that ever called
- 8:57me about it.
- 8:59And she was still sobbing.
- 9:02She said, My God, my God, they lied
- 9:04to me.
- 9:05They lied to me.
- 9:06They told me this was not a baby.
- 9:09I can see the arms and the legs.
- 9:11This is my baby.
- 9:12This is my baby.
- 9:13And she was sobbing.
- 9:14And then she called a lawyer say, Can
- 9:17I bury my baby in my backyard?
- 9:20Well, normally it's illegal to put human remains
- 9:22in your backyard.
- 9:25And so to be honest, I didn't know
- 9:27what the answer was at that time.
- 9:30I'd never had a baby.
- 9:38Flush it down the toilet.
- 9:40So these millions of babies are going into
- 9:44the water supply of everybody in America.
- 9:47And we don't even know what that chemical
- 9:49can do in the water supply.
- 9:52We don't know what it's like to have
- 9:53a million babies.
- 9:55You know, there's things they tell you not
- 9:57to flush down your toilet.
- 9:59But babies, it solved the waste, human waste
- 10:01disposal.
- 10:04And I hate to use that term, but
- 10:08human beings, even their bodies as precious.
- 10:13We treat them with dignity.
- 10:14We give them a burial.
- 10:16And because of the problem of sepsis and
- 10:19bacteria and disease, we treat it in a
- 10:23way that has to be specially disposed of.
- 10:27And we might as well be seeing dead
- 10:29bodies in the street if they're being hidden.
- 10:32So what happened was the state of Louisiana
- 10:36and a lady named Rosalie Markowitz, who first
- 10:41came to the Justice Foundation, because we have
- 10:45a center against forced abortion.
- 10:50We've collected almost 5,000 legally admissible testimonies of
- 10:53women for abortion.
- 10:57And in the Dobbs case, we put 4,078
- 11:00of those women's declarations in the case that
- 11:04reverse blood loss.
- 11:08Well, we found that once you make abortion
- 11:10legal, one of the ways it hurts women
- 11:13is it allows other people to force the
- 11:16woman, unduly pressure or coerce her into having
- 11:18an abortion against her will.
- 11:21It's not I want an abortion, it's you're
- 11:23having an abortion.
- 11:25And the most common are parents forcing a
- 11:27minor girl to have an abortion.
- 11:30Number two is the man forcing the woman
- 11:32to abort his child.
- 11:34She might have been happy sin.
- 11:37Well, look, honey, we're going to have a
- 11:38baby.
- 11:39No, we're not.
- 11:40You're getting rid of something.
- 11:42I don't want to be a father.
- 11:45Right.
- 11:45And then the third is human trafficking prostitution.
- 11:49Well, it's too late for Rosalie.
- 11:51We could not stop the abortion.
- 11:54If you go to our website, we have
- 11:56ways to do it.
- 11:58Because her boyfriend had already forced her to
- 12:00take the pill.
- 12:02And she thought she could take it.
- 12:04She was afraid of it.
- 12:05He's yelling at her.
- 12:06She thought she could throw it up later.
- 12:08She tried to throw it up and she
- 12:09couldn't get it out, and it killed her
- 12:11child.
- 12:13Rosalie is a plaintiff in the lawsuit along
- 12:16with the state of Louisiana.
- 12:18Because one of the big issues is standing.
- 12:22The emergency room doctors a couple of years
- 12:25ago, they had tried to sue.
- 12:27They said, look, we're seeing all these women
- 12:29coming in, and we have to patch them
- 12:31up.
- 12:32It's horrible.
- 12:34Women aren't being given good medical care.
- 12:36But the Supreme Court said, well, you're just
- 12:38indirectly injured by that, so you don't have
- 12:40standing.
- 12:43Well, Rosalie was directly injured by the FDA's
- 12:45action.
- 12:48And so they've sued.
- 12:50And just last Thursday, a week ago, the
- 12:54Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals said the FDA,
- 12:58the Food and Drug Administration, acted arbitrarily and
- 13:01capriciously.
- 13:05They violated the law when they approved this.
- 13:09And there's massive, irreparable injury occurring to women.
- 13:13So they said we're going to stop this
- 13:16abortion pill distribution throughout America, at least without
- 13:19a doctor, and by sending abortion pills through
- 13:22the mail to states like Louisiana, which, in
- 13:26order to protect their women and children, said,
- 13:29we don't want any abortions in our state.
- 13:32Louisiana instead says we have a safe haven
- 13:35law, like every state in the union does.
- 13:38Give us your child.
- 13:39You can surrender the baby at a hospital
- 13:41or fire station.
- 13:42No questions asked, no abortion trauma, no expense,
- 13:45unlike abortion.
- 13:47Give us your child, and we'll take the
- 13:49baby.
- 13:50You can be free.
- 13:52You can the burden of parenting is gone
- 13:53from you.
- 13:55Because most women don't want to kill a
- 13:56baby.
- 13:57They just feel like a parent, or I
- 13:58don't want to.
- 14:00Right.
- 14:00Right.
- 14:00We'll take the baby.
- 14:00We'll take them and we'll give them to
- 14:02We'll give them to the homes that are
- 14:03waiting.
- 14:03the homes that are waiting a million to
- 14:04A million to two million women every year
- 14:05waiting to.
- 14:06two million women every year waiting to so
- 14:08So that immediately happened on Friday.
- 14:09that immediately happened on Friday.
- 14:14Saturday, about a week ago, Dynko filed an
- 14:14Saturday, about a week ago, Dynko filed an
- 14:17application with the Supreme Court for emergency relief,
- 14:17application with the Supreme Court for emergency relief
- 14:20saying we are irreparably injured.
- 14:20saying we are irreparably injured.
- 14:23We can never be made whole again because
- 14:23We can never be made whole again because
- 14:26we're losing profits over the sale of these
- 14:26we're losing profits over the sale.
- 14:29abortion pills.
- 14:32So the question of is the FDA acting
- 14:34properly under the law?
- 14:37Is there irreparable injury to women and children?
- 14:41Can a state like New York send abortion
- 14:43pills into Louisiana, which says abortion is a
- 14:45crime?
- 14:48Sure, maybe New York has the power to
- 14:51decide in New York what happens, but they
- 14:53don't have the power under our Constitution to
- 14:56decide what Louisiana does.
- 14:59That's called federalism.
- 15:00Each state gets to decide for itself.
- 15:03So anyway, the Supreme Court has stopped the
- 15:07Fifth Circuit decision from going into effect so
- 15:11abortion pills can be sold throughout America, but
- 15:14only until May 14th at 5 p.m.
- 15:19So even as we speak, the Supreme Court
- 15:23is considering whether to stop the unlimited abortion
- 15:26pill distribution or to put restrictions on it
- 15:30and to protect women and children.
- 15:34And the last thing in our brief, we
- 15:37asked them to rule that there is a
- 15:40right to life in the Constitution.
- 15:42And we're here at the declaration, we're here
- 15:44in Philadelphia.
- 15:46We're going to be in front of the
- 15:48Independence Hall where the declaration was signed, and
- 15:50I hope we can talk a little bit
- 15:51more.
- 15:53Is there a right to life in the
- 15:55existing Constitution?
- 15:57Are you struggling with thinning hair?

- 16:20You wouldn't go a day without brushing your
- 16:22teeth or washing your hands.
- 16:24What about washing your nose?
- 16:26I mean, your nose does filter the air
- 16:28you breathe, air loaded with bacteria, viruses, and
- 16:29irritants.

- 16:47That is xl ear.com.
- 16:52Well, it's high time Americans refuse to be
- 16:54paused in the human chest.
- 16:57Under the name of diversity, politicians divide the
- 17:00people in their quest for policy.
- 17:03Well, diversity of opinion and expression is as
- 17:06American as Apple Pine.
- 17:12Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 17:15America Outloud dot news.
- 17:18Liberty and justice for all the Last Hope
- 17:27of a Dying Republic.
- 17:35We are speaking with Dr.
- 17:36Alan Parker, President of the Justice Foundation.
- 17:40He is speaking with us about the latest
- 17:42Supreme Court ruling in regard to the abortion
- 17:45pill.
- 17:48So go ahead and continue, uh, Dr.
- 17:51Parker, about the right to life in our
- 17:54Constitution.
- 17:57From 1973 to 2022, the United States Supreme
- 18:02Court illegitimately found that there was a right
- 18:06to abortion in the U.S.
- 18:10Constitution.
- 18:11And I say illegitimately, because in a case
- 18:14in 2022 called Dobbs B.
- 18:18Jackson Women's Health, the Supreme Court itself said
- 18:20we were wrong.
- 18:23We were egregiously terribly wrong in Roe v.
- 18:28Wade, the decision that said there was such
- 18:31a right to abortion under the Constitution.
- 18:34And the Supreme Court reversed Roe v.
- 18:39Wade.
- 18:40So there is no right to abortion in
- 18:41the U.S.
- 18:43Constitution.
- 18:45And now the question is, okay, is there
- 18:49a right to life in the Constitution?
- 18:53Is there a right to life?
- 18:56And this is a beautiful miracle of God's
- 18:59getting Donald Trump elected and getting three judges
- 19:03appointed to the Supreme Court in a single
- 19:06one four-year term.
- 19:10Just miraculous.
- 19:12There are now six judges on the Supreme
- 19:16Court who believe in the consent of the
- 19:19governed that we the judges are supposed to
- 19:23follow the Constitution that the people adopted.
- 19:27And every word is supposed to be given
- 19:29the meaning that the public meaning of it
- 19:32was at the time it was adopted.
- 19:35So are there life clauses in the Constitution?
- 19:39Yes, it's in there twice.
- 19:42It's in writing, it's explicit.
- 19:44And I want everyone hearing these words to
- 19:47remember this and become an ambassador for these
- 19:49ideas, because we have to get America believing
- 19:52it and praying it, particularly the Black Robe
- 19:54Regiment.
- 19:57Pastors speak about this and intercept.
- 20:01So where is this right to life?
- 20:04Number one, the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution
- 20:07says no person shall be deprived of life
- 20:11without due process of law.
- 20:15So that finds the federal government.
- 20:17And then the second life clause is the
- 20:2114th Amendment, nor shall any state deprive any
- 20:25person of life without the process of law.
- 20:30So it's in there twice.
- 20:32So under originalism, the only question is did
- 20:35the founders that believe that life began in
- 20:37the womb?
- 20:41Or did they believe that life began at
- 20:42birth?
- 20:44Like the abortion industry tells you.
- 20:46It's not alive, it's not a baby, it's
- 20:49just a mass of tissue, is there line.
- 20:52But the truth is, as it says in
- 20:54the declaration.
- 20:56Did we say that a little while ago?
- 20:58Let's say it together.
- 21:00We hold these things true to be self-evident.
- 21:00We hold these truths to be self-evident that
- 21:05all are created equal and endowed by their
- 21:06That's what we are created equal.
- 21:10creator with certain inalienable rights.
- 21:10And endowed by their creator.
- 21:12With certain inalienable rights.
- 21:16That among these other rights of life, liberty,
- 21:19and the pursuit of happiness.
- 21:19Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
- 21:24They believed in the Creator, don't we?
- 21:27You have to hide that document from a
- 21:27You have to hide that document from Americans
- 21:30to think they were atheists.
- 21:32Right.
- 21:33They were about to fight a revolutionary war.
- 21:35Why would they put something controversial?
- 21:37They wanted to unify the nation.
- 21:39And they said no, these truths come from
- 21:41God.
- 21:43And they can't be taken away.
- 21:45So did life, why do we know they
- 21:47did it?
- 21:48I'll quote one of the founders right now.
- 21:51His name is James Wilson.
- 21:56He was a signer of the Constitution.
- 21:59And he was appointed by George Washington to
- 22:01be one of the first members of the
- 22:03Supreme Court.
- 22:05So you think he knows what the declaration
- 22:06meant?
- 22:08You think he knows what the Constitution meant?
- 22:10Yeah, absolutely.
- 22:11Yes.
- 22:13With consistency, beautiful and undeviating.
- 22:19Human life is protected from its commencement by
- 22:22the common law.
- 22:27Commencement.
- 22:28And was the law that was the same
- 22:31everywhere in the colonies.
- 22:33And it was based on the law of
- 22:34God.
- 22:36Yes.
- 22:37From the first stirring of the infant in
- 22:41the womb, life is protected.
- 22:44So we know it was in the womb,
- 22:46not after.
- 22:48They didn't say from the first breath of
- 22:50the child, or as soon as he's out
- 22:52of the mother's canal.
- 22:54You know, it's it's it was clear.
- 22:56And they knew this also the word of
- 22:57God.
- 22:59Before I formed you in the womb, I
- 23:00knew you.
- 23:02God says, I knit your bones together in
- 23:04your mother's womb.
- 23:06That's right.
- 23:07They believed in this scripture.
- 23:09And that God was the Judeo Christian God.
- 23:13Abraham, Jacob, Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit, Father, Son,
- 23:16and Holy Spirit.
- 23:20So we know that.
- 23:22So that's what we're fighting for.
- 23:24And we've got to pray for the Supreme
- 23:26Court.
- 23:28They can protect life and bring healing and
- 23:32repentance, or if they choose death, then our
- 23:35nation will be judged.
- 23:39Absolutely.
- 23:40Our founders believed for a human you're judged
- 23:42after death when you stand before God at
- 23:45the judgment.
- 23:47But a nation has to be judged in
- 23:50the temporal time, right now.
- 23:53And he does give people time to repent.
- 23:58So it's not automatic.
- 23:59But even as Lincoln said after the Civil
- 24:03War, the judgments of the Lord are altogether
- 24:06just and merciful and true.
- 24:10And it may be that for every drop
- 24:13of blood shed by the slaveholders lash, a
- 24:15drop of blood will have to be shed
- 24:18in this great civil war.
- 24:22We don't want a civil war in America,
- 24:23but we're moving the direction.
- 24:26We need to pray that the Supreme Court
- 24:29will stop the shedding of innocent blood, that
- 24:32they'll find the right to life in the
- 24:36Constitution, that they'll strike down this horrible death
- 24:39regime, and turn back to God.
- 24:42As it says in the Declaration of Independence.
- 24:45This is our year.
- 24:47So you're standing in front of what building?
- 24:49Just tell us again.
- 24:50It's called the Arch Street Meeting House and
- 24:53Meeting House is what the Quakers called their
- 24:55places of worship.
- 24:58They didn't have churches.
- 24:59They had a meeting house.
- 25:00All the friends got together.
- 25:02They were very New Testament Reformation Christians.
- 25:07They they stepped away from the Church of
- 25:08England.
- 25:10And they believed in the Bible.
- 25:11And they believed that every person could hear
- 25:14from God for themselves.
- 25:16And so they uh that was one of
- 25:19their very Holy Spirit and very scripture-oriented.
- 25:24So you're you're wearing uh a black robe,
- 25:26a black gown, a black robe as in
- 25:28the black robe regiment.
- 25:30And so one of the men that was
- 25:33in that building when during the debates about
- 25:35the about the our declaration of independence was
- 25:37a minister named Peter Muhlenberg, and Peter preached
- 25:40a sermon in 1776 in which he said,
- 25:42in the language of holy writ, there's a
- 25:44time for all things, the time to pray
- 25:47and a time to fight.
- 25:49The time to fight has now come.
- 25:52He then obviously went on to George Washington's
- 25:54behest to become a general in the American
- 25:56Revolution.
- 25:58He led troops in the revolution, and he
- 26:00one of the men who led our nation
- 26:01to victory.
- 26:03And so I thank God for you today
- 26:05and your work, Dr.
- 26:08Parker, that you're fighting for those who can't
- 26:10fight for themselves.
- 26:11You're fighting for the lives of the unborn.
- 26:15And we all need to be doing that.
- 26:17We you'll have an employer to file a
- 26:18brief.
- 26:20Well, you do have to file a brief
- 26:22court, but to pray and ask God.
- 26:24So would you mind if I just pray
- 26:26it for a moment?
- 26:27Not at all.
- 26:28And I ask all of you who are
- 26:31hearing this prayer to continue to pray until
- 26:33the right to life is found in the
- 26:35Constitution.
- 26:38Father, we thank you for our founding document
- 26:41and those who were willing to give their
- 26:43life for freedom and the God-given rights you
- 26:46gave us.
- 26:49Lord, forgive us for the shedding of innocent
- 26:51blood.
- 26:52You hate the shedding of innocent blood, it
- 26:55says in Proverbs, Lord.
- 26:57And you hate bloodthirsty men as much as
- 26:59you don't want any to perish.
- 27:02You eventually bring the plans of the evil
- 27:05ones to naught.
- 27:07Lord, you are the one that rises up
- 27:09nations and brings down nations.
- 27:11You're the judge of all the earth.
- 27:13Lord, we pray for mercy for our Supreme
- 27:15Court.
- 27:17Help a majority of the court to do
- 27:19the right thing, to do justice.
- 27:22Lord, you love justice and righteousness, justice and
- 27:26righteousness are the foundation of your throne.
- 27:29We pray for the victory for life in
- 27:32this case, Almighty God.
- 27:35Keep moving us in the right direction.
- 27:38Lord, we thank you for the revival that's
- 27:40already occurring.
- 27:42My own grandson in a public school has
- 27:45a Bible study with about 50 kids a
- 27:48week coming to his Bible study.
- 27:51And it has to be him because the
- 27:53teachers can't do it, Lord.
- 27:55So thank you, Lord, for children all over
- 27:58America, high school students and middle school students
- 28:00Middle school students sharing the gospel of life,
- 28:01sharing the gospel of life, life life.
- 28:02life life.
- 28:05Lord, we pray for all the millions of
- 28:05Lord, we pray for all the millions of
- 28:08people who participate in abortion, that they will
- 28:08people who participate in abortion, that they will
- 28:11find forgiveness and healing through Jesus Christ.
- 28:11find forgiveness and healing through Jesus Christ.
- 28:15This is not the unforgivable sin.
- 28:15This is not the unforgivable sin.
- 28:18If you're a man or a woman who's
- 28:18If you're a man or a woman who's
- 28:20had an abortion, it's not the unforgivable sin.
- 28:20had an abortion, it's not the unforgivable sin.
- 28:22You can be forgiven.
- 28:22You can be forgiven.
- 28:24Ask the Lord to forgive you, and he
- 28:24Ask the Lord to forgive you, and he
- 28:26will cleanse you from all unrighteousness.
- 28:26will cleanse you from all unrighteousness.
- 28:29Give him your
- 28:29Give him your life, surrender as Lord and
- 28:30Savior.
- 28:32You can pass out of judgment into eternal
- 28:35life through the blood and the sacrifice of
- 28:38Jesus Christ on the cross.
- 28:42Amen.
- 28:42And Lord, we pray for these justices that
- 28:46they will uh make the right ruling, that
- 28:50they will uh be sympathetic to the unborn
- 28:54babies in the womb and the women who
- 28:58suffer from the results of these drugs rather
- 29:02than favoring uh drug companies that are making
- 29:05billions of dollars off the killing of innocent
- 29:09lives, and also um, we pray for President
- 29:13Trump that he would be a voice in
- 29:17opposition, that his administration would be a voice
- 29:21in opposition to the abortion drug industry.
- 29:26Uh, we thank you for all the many
- 29:28pro-life um efforts that he has made.
- 29:30Number one, putting three pro-life justices on the
- 29:32court.
- 29:34Lord, we need him to be a voice
- 29:37uh for the unborn and for the women
- 29:41in regard to this issue in Jesus' name.
- 29:44Speaking of that, um, we read that um
- 29:47I read not long ago that President Trump
- 29:50was not putting any pressure against the uh
- 29:53in regard to this issue uh uh especially
- 29:56after the Louisiana case, uh, but that he
- 29:59did not file a brief with the Supreme
- 30:02Court um reason uh for the case that
- 30:05was just heard on Friday.
- 30:08Can you address that for us?
- 30:09Yes, that's very unusual.
- 30:12The government of the United States has a
- 30:14chief legal officer named the Solicitor General, right
- 30:17under the attorney general.
- 30:20He always argues the government's position in a
- 30:23case, and in the lower courts, the Trump
- 30:26administration had been saying, yes, we know there's
- 30:29a problem with this pill distribution, but we
- 30:31need time to study it.
- 30:34Don't stop it right now.
- 30:36We're gonna study it for about a year.
- 30:39Well, the Fifth Circuit said that's not enough.
- 30:42But on appeal to the Supreme Court in
- 30:46this very case we're talking about, the Solicitor
- 30:49General is not opposing Louisiana's uh remedy.
- 30:54Uh and they're not asking, they they're they're
- 30:57silent on the issue, but that's good because
- 30:59they've been defending the FBA before.
- 31:02Now they're just saying you decide, we'll accept
- 31:05your judgment, whatever it is.
- 31:07So that's a step forward.
- 31:10And I believe that Donald Trump is like
- 31:11Lincoln.
- 31:13Lincoln was against slavery from the beginning.
- 31:16But at the beginning, he didn't want to
- 31:18abolish it everywhere.
- 31:20He just wanted to stop it from going
- 31:21to other states.
- 31:23But the radical Democrat South that wanted slavery
- 31:25forever, they wanted to push it all across
- 31:28the country.
- 31:31We have a radical Democrat Party, and again,
- 31:33I'm not being political, I'm just being historical
- 31:36and factually accurate.
- 31:38The Democratic Party is the party of death
- 31:40for children.
- 31:42Amen.
- 31:43And God cannot bless that.
- 31:45Uh the Republican Party is not perfect, but
- 31:47they are the party that tries to stand
- 31:49for life.
- 31:51And Donald Trump is pro-life.
- 31:53He's done more than anybody else.
- 31:55But he's having to be pushed by God
- 31:57a little bit, just like Lincoln was pushed
- 31:58by God.
- 32:01And it wasn't until Lincoln really surrendered to
- 32:04the Lord, I believe, and started calling on
- 32:07national days of prayer, and then eventually God
- 32:10is just and he helped keep the union
- 32:14together.
- 32:17But Father, I also pray against a civil
- 32:19war.
- 32:21I pray for repentance for the sin of
- 32:24hating your fellow man and your countrymen.
- 32:29The law of the in the Torah, it
- 32:31says you should rebuke your fellow countrymen.
- 32:33In other words, when they're doing something wrong,
- 32:35we should tell them.
- 32:36If you're in homosexuality or adultery, either way,
- 32:39any sex outside marriage, we should reprove people,
- 32:42say, hey, that's bad for you, bad for
- 32:45children, bad for society.
- 32:48We don't want you to get hurt.
- 32:49Don't do that.
- 32:51But we should not hate our fellow man.
- 32:53And I pray that Lord, forgive us for
- 32:56the hatred in America for one another, increase
- 32:58our love, increase our forgiveness.
- 33:01We pray, if at all possible, that there
- 33:04would be no civil war, but that we
- 33:06would achieve justice through a massive revival and
- 33:09repentance where the enemy gives up in Jesus'
- 33:12name.
- 33:15Amen.
- 33:16Amen.
- 33:17Amen.
- 33:17Amen.
- 33:20Um I've read today that the FDA is
- 33:23claiming that there's never been a drug that's
- 33:25been on the market for a few years
- 33:28that's been removed.
- 33:30And that's one of the arguments they're using.
- 33:33I find that hard to believe that there's
- 33:34never been a drug.
- 33:36I mean, that means that the FDA has
- 33:39had a 100% accuracy in determining that the
- 33:42drugs that have come to the market are
- 33:45uh totally safe.
- 33:49Do you can you address that?
- 33:51I think that's absolutely false.
- 33:53Just off the top of my head, I
- 33:54can remember some drugs that were taken off
- 33:55the mark.
- 33:57I can't remember the names, but I feel
- 33:58the same way.
- 34:00Yes.
- 34:01And in fact, the FDA admitted in the
- 34:04Louisiana case below, where we filed a brief,
- 34:07and by the way, the Justice Foundation filed
- 34:10a brief on behalf of 2,790 women hurt
- 34:14by abortion in the lower court.
- 34:17Uh, the FDA admitted that they have the
- 34:19power under the law at any time when
- 34:21new data comes to them that they can
- 34:23withdraw a drugs on the market.
- 34:26And that's just within their inherent power.
- 34:28And there's been some new data on insurance
- 34:31studies.
- 34:34Normally, when a drug comes to the market,
- 34:36there's clinical trials.
- 34:39This drug hasn't been approved, so they have
- 34:41to get special consent from the people who
- 34:43are going to be kidney figs.
- 34:45Well, we think it will hurt you, but
- 34:46we don't really know.
- 34:48But those are tend to be small groups.
- 34:52Now, after the pill goes in distribution, everybody
- 34:54starts using it.
- 34:57And there's a study done by the Ethics
- 35:00Study done by the Ethics and Public Policy
- 35:00and Public Policy Center based on insurance records,
- 35:03Center based on insurance records where they just
- 35:03where they just you can get anonymous insurance
- 35:06you can get anonymous insurance records, they take
- 35:06records.
- 35:10the names off all of the claims where
- 35:10They take the names off all of the
- 35:13there was an abortion related hospitalization.
- 35:13claims where there was an abortion related hospitalization.
- 35:17And just look through them all, and it's
- 35:17And just look through them all, and it's
- 35:2022 times higher than number of emergency room
- 35:2022 times higher the number of emergency room
- 35:23visits and hospitalizations that are required.
- 35:23visits and hospitalizations that are required.
- 35:26Twenty two times higher than the initial clinical
- 35:26Twenty-two times higher than the initial clinical studies.
- 35:28situation.
- 35:31And one of the reasons that the courts
- 35:35have said the FDA acted arbitrarily under uh
- 35:38the Biden administration when a drug is first
- 35:41put on the market, you have to report
- 35:45all of the adverse consequences.
- 35:49Well, when the Biden administrated wanted to make
- 35:52this massively easier to get out so more
- 35:55children could be killed, then they said uh
- 35:58you no longer have to report any adverse
- 36:01consequences.
- 36:05And then part of their reason for saying
- 36:07this is so safe is see there are
- 36:09no adverse consequences.
- 36:11And the court said you can't say that's
- 36:13evidence when you stop collecting them.
- 36:16That doesn't mean they're not happening out there.
- 36:18You just don't want to know the truth.
- 36:20So that's arbitrary and capricious.
- 36:22That's not good medicine, good science, or good
- 36:24law.

- 37:22Welcome back to Last Hope of a Dime
- 37:23Republic.
- 37:25We're speaking with Dr.
- 37:26Alan Parker, president of Justice Foundation, and we're
- 37:29talking about the latest Supreme Court case having
- 37:32to do with the abortion pill that's killing
- 37:35so many babies and harming so many women.
- 37:39The latest statistic I heard is that 65
- 37:41to 70% of all abortions are from the
- 37:43pill.
- 37:46And uh 25% of all uh women who
- 37:49take the abortion pill take it without a
- 37:52doctor's prescription.
- 37:56So we're not talking about taking it off
- 37:58the market, unfortunately, I wish we were, but
- 38:00this court case just has to do with
- 38:03the requirement that the women go to see
- 38:05a doctor first.
- 38:08So if 25% of say a million a
- 38:11year are um they go and actually get
- 38:14a prescription from a doctor, that could save
- 38:18hundreds of thousands of lives.
- 38:22So this would be taken by women up
- 38:24to 10 weeks.
- 38:27Uh and so it's a lot of children.
- 38:30I'll just say one thing, though.
- 38:31I think the numbers are maybe exaggerated by
- 38:33the other side.
- 38:36They've always lied about they want us to
- 38:38be discouraged, see, you can't even stop these
- 38:41pills, everybody wants them.
- 38:43Uh the number of births is actually going
- 38:46up, and that's a much more reliable statistic
- 38:49because every time there's a birth, there has
- 38:51to be a birth certificate.
- 38:54So uh, particularly in states that are banned
- 38:57abortion, births are going up.
- 39:00But I wonder if I could just refer
- 39:02people to our website Absolutely.
- 39:04Sure.
- 39:05Please do.
- 39:05There's very these are free resources to you.
- 39:09Uh number one, there is the right to
- 39:11life in the Constitution.
- 39:14There is a declaration that there's a right
- 39:17to life that anyone can sign.
- 39:20And this is the year of the Declaration
- 39:22of Independence's 250th birthday.
- 39:25We would love for everyone, we'd love to
- 39:27get a million people signing the declaration, and
- 39:30then we'll put those names in our brief
- 39:32in future Supreme Court cases where we're arguing
- 39:34about.
- 39:37Wonderful.
- 39:39If you're a woman or a man who's
- 39:41haven't had an abortion, there are abortion healing
- 39:43resources.
- 39:45It's not the unforgivable sin, but under our
- 39:48project called Operation Outcry, you can get uh
- 39:52abortion recovery programs in your area, either online
- 39:55or in person, depending on what suits your
- 39:58time schedule, and you can receive the forgiveness
- 40:01and healing of Jesus Christ.
- 40:05And then if you wish, we are still
- 40:08collecting testimonies of women hurt by abortion.
- 40:12Uh in this case right now, the Louisiana
- 40:15case, we put we represented 4,700, well, we
- 40:19put 4,855 sworn testimonies, and we need more
- 40:23abortion pill testimonies.
- 40:27So if you are a man or a
- 40:29woman who's had an abortion, you can go
- 40:30to our website, go to Operation Outcry to
- 40:32tell your story, operational drive be silent no
- 40:34more.
- 40:36You tell us whether to use your first
- 40:38name, full name, or initials only.
- 40:41And if you haven't told your family, we
- 40:43recommend just you first name or initials, and
- 40:45that's all we'll put in there.
- 40:47You have to sign the document, but we
- 40:49protect your personal confidential information.
- 40:52And you can do it one time, and
- 40:54we'll take it back to the court.
- 40:56And this testimony has already impacted the Supreme
- 40:58Court.
- 41:01We know it in fighting.
- 41:03Uh, here's just a miracle of God.
- 41:05In the year 2000, God called us to
- 41:08represent Norma and Sandra, Roe and Doe to
- 41:10reverse their cases.
- 41:13And he told us to collect testimonies of
- 41:15women hurt by abortion.
- 41:16So we started collecting them.
- 41:19In 2000, when he called us, the Supreme
- 41:22Court struck down 38 state laws banning partial
- 41:25birth abortion.
- 41:28A gruesome, late terms.
- 41:32Yes.
- 41:32So they said, Roe v.
- 41:33Wade even allows you to kill that baby
- 41:35up to the moment of birth.
- 41:36As long as his head's still inside the
- 41:38woman.
- 41:39Well, seven years later, in uh case called
- 41:42Gonzalez B.
- 41:44Carhartt, the Supreme George Bush got elected.
- 41:49Oh, I like to hear the sirens.
- 41:51Lord, you're reminding us this is a critical
- 41:53time for our nation's history.
- 41:56We pray for the reversal of abortion in
- 41:58America, Lord.
- 42:00We pray for life, life for every one
- 42:00We pray for life, life for every one
- 42:03of the babies, Lord.
- 42:03of the babies, Lord.
- 42:06Life, life, life.
- 42:06Life, life, life, life, life in Jesus' name.
- 42:08Life.
- 42:10Life in Jesus' name.
- 42:12Thank you, Lord.
- 42:12Thank you, Lord.
- 42:13George Bush.
- 42:13George Bush.
- 42:15He got elected, and they passed another federal
- 42:15He got elected, and they passed another federal
- 42:18partial ban on abortion.
- 42:18partial ban on abortion, and in 2007, the
- 42:20And in 2007, the Supreme Court upheld that.
- 42:21Supreme Court upheld that.
- 42:24And they said some women come to regret
- 42:24And they said, Some women come to regret
- 42:27aborting the infant life.
- 42:27aborting the infant life they once created and
- 42:29sustained.
- 42:32And they cited the brief of 180 women
- 42:34hurt by abortion that we call on their
- 42:36behalf.
- 42:38And on that page was just quote after
- 42:41quote of the women's devastation, destruction, sexual abuse,
- 42:44uh, drug abuse, inability to bond with other
- 42:47children.
- 42:50And that first time the court ever called
- 42:52it an infant life instead of a fetus,
- 42:55an embryo, or potential life.
- 42:58So the women's testimonies are very important.
- 43:00How do we overcome Satan?
- 43:02By the blood of the Lamb and the
- 43:03Word of their testimony.
- 43:05And all material is free on our website.
- 43:09We give away all our legal services for
- 43:10free in these cases.
- 43:12We represent all the women at no charge
- 43:15because we're a 501c3 charity and other people
- 43:17pray for us.
- 43:19That's the most important contribution we can receive,
- 43:21and uh contribute financially because it does take
- 43:23money to do these briefs and that kind
- 43:25of stuff.
- 43:28Absolutely.
- 43:29Absolutely.
- 43:29So it's say the website again, the Justice
- 43:33Foundation.org, the Justice Foundation dot org.
- 43:37That's short for charity, a nonprofit organization.
- 43:41And uh there's three things on there.
- 43:43We have a center against forced abortion.
- 43:46If you hear of someone being forced to
- 43:48have an abortion, you can go there and
- 43:51download the dear father letter, dear parent letter,
- 43:54dear school counselor letter, dear police letter.
- 43:56You can help someone who's being forced to
- 43:58have an abortion.
- 43:59That's illegal in all 50 states.
- 44:01Operation outcry is men and women giving their
- 44:04testimonies, so we can take them to the
- 44:07state legislatures and courts, and then the justice
- 44:10foundation, life in the Constitution.
- 44:13Anyone can sign that declaration.
- 44:15Oh, and get the power point that will
- 44:18do what the founder said.
- 44:20There's other great founders' quotes.
- 44:22I want everybody to become an ambassador.
- 44:25And and people call me and say, Can
- 44:26we use your PowerPoint?
- 44:28Absolutely.
- 44:29Get it up there.
- 44:30Wonderful.
- 44:31You don't have to be a lawyer to
- 44:33know what our founder said, do you?
- 44:35Thank God Black Robe Revolution.
- 44:37And thank you for stirring up the pastors.
- 44:41Pastors, we need you.
- 44:43We need you to our president has called
- 44:47on America to re-educate itself to God.
- 44:52And you can't do that alone.
- 44:55It's a blessing to have your national leader
- 44:56say that.
- 44:58But we just do that.
- 45:00So Pastor is asking people to pray an
- 45:02hour a week for that.
- 45:05Is that a good thing to do, pastors?
- 45:08Should we not pray?
- 45:08If our president asked us to pray, should
- 45:10we not do that?
- 45:12He's not forcing anybody.
- 45:13It's not a dictatorship.
- 45:15It's right.
- 45:18Right.
- 45:18Absolutely.
- 45:20I also thought that just in time for
- 45:22Mother's Day, the White House launched a mom's
- 45:24dot govern.
- 45:27Did you hear about that?
- 45:28I did.
- 45:29It's a magnificent thing.
- 45:30Go ahead and read it if you've got
- 45:31it.
- 45:32Yeah.
- 45:32It's um uh it says the new website
- 45:36is a direct rebuke of the Biden administration,
- 45:40which used federal website to push abortion.
- 45:44And uh this is an article from Daily
- 45:45Wire.
- 45:47It says the White House Sunday launched a
- 45:50website that helps expectant mothers locate pregnancy centers
- 45:53and learn about health and wellness, a Mother's
- 45:56Day gift to both pro-life and make America
- 45:59healthy again movements.
- 46:02And basically, there are if you go to
- 46:05the website, you can find um a list
- 46:09of pregnancy centers and resources of all sorts
- 46:12for women who are pregnant and in need.
- 46:15So once again, another pro-life move by the
- 46:17Trump administration.
- 46:20Absolutely the most pro-life president of American history.
- 46:23He stood up at the United Nations and
- 46:25said, There is no right to abortion in
- 46:27international law.
- 46:30Human life.
- 46:32And he got 38 to back him on
- 46:33that.
- 46:35And at the United Nations, law is made
- 46:37by decree.
- 46:39If everybody says something, it becomes international law.
- 46:43Because there's no international body that can create
- 46:46law, unlike our legislatures in America, because they
- 46:49have the consent of the government.
- 46:52But he did that.
- 46:53And I want to say this for the
- 46:55body of Christ.
- 46:56Uh there are now more pregnancy relief centers,
- 46:59resource centers, than there are abortion facilities in
- 47:01America.
- 47:04Yes, praise the Lord for that.
- 47:07Hallelujah.
- 47:08Yes.
- 47:09So one last thing on my book.
- 47:12I wrote a book called Reversing Robie Wade,
- 47:15My Journey with Roe Doe and God.
- 47:18I wish I could name it America's Journey
- 47:21with Roe Doe and God.
- 47:24Roe and Doe or Norma and Sandra, the
- 47:25two cases that brought abortion.
- 47:27And I say, God, because the book is
- 47:30a providential history of America and the reversal.
- 47:33Everyone who prayed, everyone who worked in an
- 47:37abortion uh pregnancy research center, all the pastors
- 47:40who preached, all of us did it.
- 47:44And God told me when when he asked
- 47:47me to represent the ladies, I said, Lord,
- 47:49nobody can break through the stronghold of abortion.
- 47:52It's the biggest brick wall in the law.
- 47:54And I prayed about 30 days, and on
- 47:57the 30th day, he used my beloved wife
- 47:59Susan, who brought home a little book from
- 48:02the homeschool library called The Beds Too Short
- 48:04and Other Spiritual Essays.
- 48:07So this book's for you.
- 48:09And I read it and said, if you
- 48:11get this, you better expand your ministry.
- 48:13God's calling you to grow, or you're going
- 48:15to be too cramped, like on a bed,
- 48:16too short.
- 48:20I said, okay, Lord, maybe, but I checked
- 48:22the scripture the next morning.
- 48:24And this is the scripture God gave me.
- 48:26Isaiah 28, 14 to 22.
- 48:30Thus says the Lord to the mocking judges
- 48:33who rule my people in Jerusalem.
- 48:36So this is God speaking to the judges.
- 48:40From now on, this is a direct quote
- 48:41from God.
- 48:43Behold, you've made a covenant with death.
- 48:47Made an agreement with hell.
- 48:50You don't the overwhelming scourge will reach you
- 48:53because you covered yourself with fraud and deception.
- 48:57Wow.
- 48:58And that's what I thought.
- 48:59That's what the Rowando were, a covenant with
- 49:00Rowan Do we're a covenant with death.
- 49:00death.
- 49:01Here comes 80 million people.
- 49:01Here comes 80 million people, never seen today.
- 49:04Never cease today.
- 49:06And so then he goes on to say,
- 49:06And so then he goes on to say,
- 49:08I will make justice the measuring line, righteousness,
- 49:08I will make justice the measuring line, righteousness,
- 49:10the plumb line.
- 49:10the plumb line.
- 49:13Hail will sweep away the refuge of lies.
- 49:13Hail will sweep away the refuge of lies.
- 49:15Waters will overflow the secret place, and your
- 49:15Waters will overflow the secret place, and your
- 49:18covenant with death will be annulled.
- 49:18covenant with death will be annulled.
- 49:21The agreement with the grave will not stand.
- 49:21The agreement with the grave will not stand.
- 49:25And the waters over the secret place have
- 49:25And the waters over place have been the
- 49:27been the tears of women.
- 49:28tears of women as they give stories.
- 49:32Ladies, the healing is good.
- 49:34It's healing tears when they come out of
- 49:36you, not the tears of regret and shame
- 49:38that you when you just think about what
- 49:40abortion did.
- 49:42So urge people to get it.
- 49:44And one last thing, he said, for I
- 49:46the Lord will rise up as at Mount
- 49:47Perizim.
- 49:49I'll be stirred up as in the Valley
- 49:51of Gibeon to do my amazing, extraordinary, unusual
- 49:53work.
- 49:55Wow.
- 49:56Amen.
- 49:57Powerful.
- 49:58And Valperazim means the Lord the master of
- 50:00breakthroughs.
- 50:02So we've seen him break through the enemy.
- 50:04No one thought Roby Wade could be reversed.
- 50:07Yes.
- 50:07But just four years ago.
- 50:10That's amazing.
- 50:11And it's continuing to be reversed.
- 50:13Yes.
- 50:15It is.
- 50:15They are losing.
- 50:16And God is going to show himself mighty,
- 50:19and he's going to end this covenant, and
- 50:21he's going to find the right to life,
- 50:24particularly if his church will cry out.
- 50:27He can rise of his people.
- 50:29And all of us need to be crying
- 50:32out to God this year to rededicate, to
- 50:34find the right to life, and to repent
- 50:37of the four great sins that need national
- 50:39destruction.
- 50:42Number one is forsaking God.
- 50:44And Donald Trump in his inauguration said, We
- 50:47will not forget our God.
- 50:50That's number two, shedding innocent blood.
- 50:54And God now, the Trump administration is saying
- 50:57we are not going to shed innocent blood.
- 50:59Number three, uh, sexual immorality on a bad
- 51:01scale.
- 51:03And number four is greed.
- 51:05And we need to remember all those things,
- 51:07and God will survive, and we're going to
- 51:10see breakthrough, breakthrough, breakthrough.
- 51:12Praise God.
- 51:14Amen.
- 51:15Amen.
- 51:16Absolutely.
- 51:17Praise the Lord.
- 51:19Well, thank you so much for being with
- 51:20us today.
- 51:21What are you going to do for the
- 51:23rest of the day, Philadelphia?
- 51:25We're going through the Liberty Bill and have
- 51:27repentance time there.
- 51:29People cry out to God for their own
- 51:30sins.
- 51:31As Daniel said, I and my fathers have
- 51:33sinned.
- 51:35It's not the fathers have sinned, like the
- 51:37ones who got abortion.
- 51:40That we all of us are sinners.
- 51:42None of us can stand before God in
- 51:44our own strength.
- 51:45The wages is death.
- 51:50But to take it, you have to receive
- 51:52that gift of eternal life.
- 51:55Doesn't do anything left under the Christmas tree.
- 51:58Open it up by saying, Lord, I want
- 52:01to receive your gift of eternal life.
- 52:04I repent of my sins.
- 52:05I turn from my sins.
- 52:06And God is saying this to America right
- 52:08now.
- 52:09America, turn to me, and I will turn
- 52:11to you.
- 52:14Return to me and I will return to
- 52:15you.
- 52:17Amen.
- 52:18Praise God.
- 52:19Such an encouraging word.
- 52:21He will heal our land.
- 52:22Amen.
- 52:23Amen.
- 52:23Amen.
- 52:24We'll have a great time.
- 52:26Excellent, excellent presentation.
- 52:29Incredible time.
- 52:30Everything you said.
- 52:32We're going to DC for the May 17th
- 52:34rededication.
- 52:36So I heard that.
- 52:37We'll be there too.
- 52:38Find out where you can participate, either online
- 52:40and like the White House, you can do
- 52:43with them on May 17th.
- 52:46They're going to pray.
- 52:48It's a Sunday.
- 52:49Hey, how about if we pray all day
- 52:50long on a Sunday?
- 52:52God, I think.
- 52:55Yes, we're going to be there too.
- 52:56It's going to be 90 degrees.
- 52:58So bring your uh bring your sun block
- 52:59in here.
- 53:00Where are you going to be, Alan?
- 53:01Where are you going to be that day?
- 53:02He's going to be in DC on the
- 53:04mall.
- 53:05Just in the mall.
- 53:07Maybe we'll see you.
- 53:08All right.
- 53:09We'll look for you.
- 53:10All right.
- 53:11God bless you.
- 53:12Thank you so much.
- 53:13Bless you.
- 53:13Um, why don't you talk about Project Josiah,
- 53:16our effort by Black Robe Regiment.
- 53:19I'm going to tell you about King Josiah.
- 53:22He was the one king who ended child
- 53:24sacrifice in Judah.
- 53:27When someone found the law in the in
- 53:29the house of the Lord, and they took
- 53:30it to Sion began to read the law
- 53:32to him.
- 53:34And when he heard the law and the
- 53:36and the judgments of God that were coming
- 53:39on his land, it says he tore his
- 53:41clothes and he and he instituted a time
- 53:44of incredible repentance among the people of Judah.
- 53:47And so that's what God is calling us
- 53:48to do in this rededication of our land
- 53:50to in the next few days.
- 53:52We are called to repent of the of
- 53:54the crime of shedding of the innocent blood,
- 53:57because we have shed blood without measure in
- 53:59our land, and we have to repent.
- 54:01Otherwise, God will judge our nation.
- 54:03And so that's one of the things we're
- 54:05going to be doing the next several days
- 54:06in Washington, DC, at this time of rededication
- 54:08of America.
- 54:10We can't rededicate our land if we don't
- 54:11turn away from evil, if we don't turn
- 54:13away from abortion.
- 54:15So implied in the in the idea of
- 54:18giving ourselves to God again, rededicating ourselves to
- 54:21God is the is the truth that we
- 54:24must repent of the crime of abortion.
- 54:27As I've said many times, the fruit of
- 54:29plain is drenched in innocent blood from sea
- 54:31to shining sea.
- 54:33And so God's word, God says the land
- 54:35cannot be cleansed of the blood that's shed
- 54:37there by the blood of the person that
- 54:39shed it.
- 54:41And one of our initiatives of the America's
- 54:44Black Robe Regiment is Project Josiah, named after
- 54:46King Josiah, who took down the high places.
- 54:49Not only did he call them to repentance,
- 54:52he took down all the high places that
- 54:54were all over the land of Israel.
- 54:57And he didn't just take them down, says
- 54:58he pulverized them.
- 55:00They were altars that the pagan gods had
- 55:03erected where they actually had their children pass
- 55:06through the fire.
- 55:09They killed their children.
- 55:10It was child sacrifice.
- 55:13And uh in order to appease the gods
- 55:15and the uh Israelites were engaged in that
- 55:16as well.
- 55:18I shudder at the thought of that, and
- 55:20I'm sure all of you do too.
- 55:22But what we're doing with uh uh aborting
- 55:25a million babies a year is um basically
- 55:28the same thing.
- 55:31We may not put them through the fire,
- 55:33but they are being killed in the womb.
- 55:35And uh one of the things that the
- 55:38church can do, it's one of the things
- 55:40that we do with Project Josiah is we
- 55:42pray in front of abortion centers in our
- 55:44community once a week.
- 55:46We just stand there and pray, and we
- 55:49uh recite scriptures, we sing songs, and we
- 55:51also when we have an opportunity, we offer
- 55:54information to women going into the abortion centers
- 55:56to redirect them to a crisis pregnancy center
- 55:58where they can get a free ultrasound instead
- 56:00A crisis pregnancy center where they can get
- 56:01of going into the abortion center, paying hundreds
- 56:02a free ultrasound instead of going into the
- 56:03of dollars.
- 56:04abortion center and paying hundreds of dollars.
- 56:06They actually get to see the uh ultrasound
- 56:06They actually get to see the uh ultrasound
- 56:08in the crisis pregnancy center, which they don't
- 56:08in the crisis pregnancy center, which they don't
- 56:10get to see if they're in the abort
- 56:10get to see if they're in the abort
- 56:12when they go into the abortion center.
- 56:12when they go into the abortion center.
- 56:14And 90% of women, eighty, ninety percent of
- 56:14And 90% of women, 80-90% of women who
- 56:16women who look at their baby in an
- 56:17look at their baby in an ultrasound will
- 56:18ultrasound, will decide to give life to that
- 56:20decide to give life to that child.
- 56:20child.
- 56:22So um you can go to our website,
- 56:22So you can go to our website, brusa.org,
- 56:25V R USA dot org, and learn more
- 56:26and learn more about Project Josiah and about
- 56:27about private science and
- 56:29uh Black Robe Regiment.
- 56:33So thank you so much for uh joining
- 56:35us today.
- 56:38And uh when the Constitution was written, a
- 56:40woman asked Ben Franklin What kind of government
- 56:42have you given us?
- 56:45Ben Franklin said a republic if you can
- 56:47keep it.
