- 1:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so thank you very much for tuning in, whether this is your first show or whether you've been with us from the beginning.
- 1:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is your first show, go back all the way to the beginning, download all those uh early shows.
- 1:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: One all the way up to or over 540 episodes, uh, and we're going strong.
- 1:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh wow, it's it's just remarkable.
- 1:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um I was at the gym earlier today, and uh it it was uh it was a good day.
- 2:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I had um so our dog has uh it's uh it's a stick uh but it's uh not real and it is infused with peanut butter flavoring.
- 2:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so yesterday, and then I'll get to um get to today.
- 2:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yesterday I was walking with my breakfast uh into the the living room and uh we at any given time had pillows and uh blankets and and that and and and our our our dog Lucy's toys and and all that.
- 3:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And one of the toys that was out was the stick that has the peanut butter flavoring in it.
- 3:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, the first time and I was sitting down, I was eating a peanut butter sandwich.
- 3:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So Lucy, our dog, comes up and she uh of course wanted a bite of the the peanut butter sandwich, which uh I I couldn't give her.
- 3:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and so I sat down and you know she was sitting sitting there uh looking at me uh and uh I said, oh no, Lucy, I I can't I can't give this to you uh because it had the bread on it.
- 3:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and uh so uh to to get the story moving I've heard how uh some dogs or maybe all dogs, right?
- 4:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They're our our brains just don't operate like at the same same level.
- 4:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and and so Lucy surprised me.
- 4:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: She was able to take the smell of the peanut butter on a peanut butter sandwich and equate that in her mind to her peanut butter stick, and so it was kind of kind of a cool thing because she was able to again, she was able to equate well I smell peanut butter, I want peanut butter, he's not giving me the peanut butter sandwich, but she went over and got the the peanut butter stick, and so she was chewing on it and and and doing her thing with that.
- 5:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So the second time through um so went in the kitchen and then came came back around.
- 5:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I guess I wasn't paying attention as much as I should have, and I uh I basically tripped over her peanut butter stick, uh, to which my one of my toes started bleeding, and I got a huge black and blue bruise on it, and uh and it hurt hurt pretty bad and it was it was pretty sore.
- 5:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so I I I didn't get a work in in yesterday, which was which was fine, because we uh we interviewed uh district attorney of San Diego County, uh Summer Stefan, and and so it was it was good to I I didn't get a workout in, so I was able to get that episode, turn it around, get it out, uh, because of the timing.
- 6:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um what we talked about, Comic-Con 2026 in San Diego, and so it was uh one of those time-sensitive episodes.
- 6:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I go to um go to the gym today, and I I was doing uh like a leg workout, and and and so I'm just going along and doing doing a workout, and I since I'm doing legs, I was thinking, well, I'll do cardio with my arms.
- 7:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And you've heard me talking about um kind of the arm bike where you know you have the grips and it's like it's like your hands or your feet on a bike, and so you can go forward or you can go backwards.
- 7:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and a gentleman sat next to me, uh no idea the age, uh, and he goes, uh, you know, how's it going?
- 7:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I was like, you know, it's gone.
- 7:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And he said, you know what?
- 7:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He goes, You're the first person I've ever seen use that uh arm bike machine since I've been going here.
- 7:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I don't know how long he had been going there.
- 7:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It looked like he'd been going there quite a long time.
- 7:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and and so I I I got to think how how that how does that relate to you know voices for voices and what we're doing and uh and going to be doing and all all we've done up until now uh where we've we've kind of again just kept our head down and we just start filming shows, putting shows out, and we're over 540 now on our way to 600 and beyond.
- 8:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and so I started to think how many times we could have stopped, how many times we uh we we could have just packed it in uh and and we didn't that was the easy thing to do was just to be like you know what we're we're just packing it in and so this the this short conversation I had uh uh today talking about the first person that this gentleman has seen using the the arm bike to call it since he he been going to to that gym.
- 9:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I just got to I I just got to thinking of how many again how many times we we we could have just stopped and yeah, could have just stopped.
- 9:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But we didn't and we aren't and we are continuing on uh each show we feel the momentum getting stronger and stronger, our analytics for what we're able to see.
- 10:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh because there's a lot there's a lot of privacy concerns out there, gathering numbers, gathering data, and and uh so we can't see uh every single person that's watched, listen to uh an episode of the show.
- 10:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um so we have we don't know, we don't know.
- 10:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um we could look at the numbers that we see and go, you know what?
- 10:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: No, like there let's just let's just pack it in.
- 10:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then I think of all the different topics that we've talked about and will continue to talk about which are kind of like first where some some topics some hosts and some shows they don't talk about, and that's that's fine.
- 11:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's fine.
- 11:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That um that they don't they don't talk about or have guests to talk about different topics.
- 11:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we do, and so I kind of feel like because we do we're kinda doing some things that others haven't and others aren't and won't do.
- 11:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I tried to get the story from this morning about uh you know being the first person ever seen, and and I and I've talked to you before about this where it there's two pieces of electrical tape covering the uh where you'd be able to see, you know, the you know how fast and and the amount of time uh that you're using that particular bike, maybe calories, I I don't know.
- 12:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh but for somebody like me, with my mental challenges and and in that it's actually perfect because I don't have I don't have that screen to look at to go, okay, so how many minutes am I gonna do?
- 13:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How many calories am I gonna try to reach and that I've burned through through this particular exercise?
- 13:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it actually so that's one of the reasons I love that machine.
- 13:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and then the other is uh like I was telling the the gentleman, uh I said uh when I was younger I had shoulder surgery, and when I was starting my rehab, uh the arm bike was one of uh the the warm-up exercises that I would do before we would get into some of the some of the other exercises.
- 13:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and and so that took that turned back the clock a lot of years for me to to remember that.
- 13:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But I remember it uh plain as yesterday of having that surgery and and then starting the the rehab and uh in this particular rehab had a whole uh a whole wall of of these machines.
- 14:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So while my gym has one where I was doing the rehab, there was a whole wall.
- 14:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So there was, I don't know, maybe like six or seven, maybe, maybe more, that uh were there.
- 14:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And uh so I thought that was pretty pretty neat uh to to hear that uh I was the first person that he saw uh on you use that uh particular piece of equipment uh and then tying it in with voices for voices, where we do uh some things where others haven't and won't and aren't and and all that good good stuff.
- 15:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and so it's interesting how I can take that and then a peanut butter stick that I feel like I was gonna break my neck or something that uh I mean, but I I don't I don't know if my toes broken or fractured or what all I know is it got a bigger and bigger uh black and blue bruise overnight.
- 15:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um yeah, so I I gotta watch out because Lucy's kind of she's got her toys, and and the way this this one blanket that we we have is uh it's uh it's a fluffier blanket, and and and so the peanut butter stick kind of sits down into the blanket, so it's a little harder to see.
- 16:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh might say, oh well, you didn't see it, it could have been you know right there, plain as day.
- 16:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But it was kind of nestled down in in this uh blanket, uh and it uh oh my gosh, I uh it it hurt, and I will I I I was not I was not a happy camper at that at that particular time.
- 16:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it wasn't Lucy's fault, it was my fault.
- 16:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I I should have watched uh been more careful where I was walking.
- 16:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it was uh oh, but that hurt.
- 16:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I was I was thinking yesterday, I'm like, man, like I'll have a day off, like maybe I'll have like two days off uh because if I'm not gonna be able to do legs, but the only the only exercise that I really had a uh that I could really tell with my toe uh was like the leg press.
- 17:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That that was the one that I could really feel you know the tension with uh with with that that particular toe.
- 17:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um yeah, there were ones, you know, where you're the the seated leg curl and then seated leg extension uh were okay.
- 17:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The calf raises were the one actually, yeah, not not just the leg press, but the calf, yeah, the calf raises were the uh I think I misspoke there.
- 17:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh well.
- 17:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh yeah, like the calf raises were because you know you have your your toes and just a little bit of the ball of your feet um on uh like the platform and then you're using your calf muscles to raise your body up and then let let your body down.
- 18:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And uh oh man, that was uh that was very interesting.
- 18:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh uh I I try to go out of my I try to go out of my way to uh all I don't want to say too off fault, but I I I I try to be like extra cautious if I can.
- 18:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it's been a while since I've been hurt, I think.
- 19:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and so it was just uh oh my gosh, I was I was not happy.
- 19:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and so when I say that oh well, like I might have had another day off from the gym, wouldn't have necessarily been bad, and it wouldn't have been bad even if I wouldn't have gone today, but the way the schedule worked was usually I do two days or three days in a row, and then I'll have a day off, and so I'll go anywhere from well, it's usually five days a week, uh so you know like a two and then a day off, and then three and a day off, so then there's five out of out of seven days, but the way the schedule worked this week um, I went one day, I was off a day, I went one day, and then because of the uh the interview I was doing, I was at least definitely gonna be off in the morning, and and and so the the tow accident uh that kind of took the afternoon, um took the afternoon away, I guess, uh, from going going to the gym.
- 20:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it's it it wouldn't have been a big deal.
- 20:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not the end of the world at all.
- 20:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, but you know, we talk about trying to be consistent and you know, we want to keep the momentum and and continue moving ahead in a positive direction, and how easy I could have just been like today that uh I'll just I'll take another day off.
- 20:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Was it gonna hurt me?
- 21:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: No, absolutely not.
- 21:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it would have just made tomorrow that much tougher because I've been like, oh, I took two days off, so maybe this week I'll just take I don't know, and I maybe maybe I'll only go four days a week this week.
- 21:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So, no harm, no foul at all.
- 21:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So you got me tripping over Lucy's peanut butter infused stick.
- 21:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh you got me using a uh piece of equipment that this uh uh this gentleman said he's never seen anybody on it ever since he's been going to the gym.
- 21:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and uh it looked like he'd been going to the gym for quite a while.
- 21:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and then being able to tie that into You know, we go into uncharted territory at times uh with voices for voices and our show.
- 22:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And uh so things it's just interesting how how things uh go to go together uh when we when we we think about it.
- 22:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I remember sitting there, right when he said that, I said to myself, you know, in my mind, like Justin, maybe we could talk about that on the show.
- 22:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um luckily I was able to remember that because my phone like you know, you have lockers and that for you know for valuables and and that.
- 22:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I didn't have anywhere to write it down because we don't write things down anymore like the old-fashioned way.
- 22:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we you know, we put it in our phone, and and then that's where we look.
- 22:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so uh I remember going, yeah, I I gotta talk about that.
- 23:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, because it's true.
- 23:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh you we can take a lot of different experiences and events and really tie it to everyday life.
- 23:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, and uh and I was able to tie it to uh what we're doing here, voices for voices, and it kind of it made me feel good, not not just that the gentleman said that, it was more of that when I was realizing that us at Voices for Voices and our our podcast and what what we're doing, that seeing that perspective of oh yeah, like I didn't just look at something and go, oh well no, we're not gonna try it, we're not gonna look at it.
- 23:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um there's there's some times where again it's that's that's the easy thing to do.
- 24:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, yep, that's easy.
- 24:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not gonna do that, we're not gonna do that, we're not gonna talk about that.
- 24:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But give it a try every once in a while, you never know.
- 24:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, something that's not illegal illegal, so something that's you know, lawful and uh not gonna bankrupt yourself.
- 24:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe give it a try.
- 24:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Never know.
- 24:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, there's all kind of analogies, like we just we just never know.
- 24:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We don't know until we know.
- 25:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we're not gonna know that answer many times until we at least try it.
- 25:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We try it and go, ah yeah, that's we're not gonna do that.
- 25:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Other things might go, oh didn't realize it would be like that.
- 25:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or we would get the feedback that we got.
- 25:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So maybe get maybe get it something new a try this week or next week or today or tomorrow or whenever.
- 25:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And just see what happens.
- 25:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Never know.
- 25:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Never never know.
- 25:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And again, uh who are we to judge and who are others to judge us?
- 26:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we just keep it you know, in our minds, and we don't have to share it and go, like, oh, this didn't work, so now I gotta share that it didn't work.
- 26:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh there's a part in the gym where there's different weights and uh like a like a punching bag, uh like pull-up bar, uh you know, some other equipment, kettle ball kettle balls, kettle barbells, uh just uh a a different variety in in this particular room.
- 26:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And up until probably yesterday, well no, it wasn't yesterday because I didn't go yesterday, the day before yesterday.
- 27:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Every time if I wanted to do something, you know, do an exercise in there, and somebody I mean it's a big enough room where they could have, you know, a spinning class.
- 27:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so there's plenty of room for multiple people to be in there doing multiple exercises with weights or pull-ups or chin-ups or whatever I want to call it.
- 27:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And up until a couple couple days ago, I wouldn't go in if there was somebody else in there because I was like, oh well, I don't wanna again, like I don't want to interrupt like their workout and where they're at, and then sometimes I'll walk in there and I won't really know exactly what I'm gonna do.
- 27:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like if it's gonna be like pull-ups or I'm gonna do the balancing thing on like the it's like half of a ball, and then there's a um say uh part of a floor where you stand and uh you try to balance on your you know two legs um uh and the ball part or vice versa.
- 28:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sometimes you stand on the ball part, uh the uh the rubber part, you know, get a good grip on your uh your shoes.
- 28:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And anyway, so I I I wouldn't go in there because I I just I don't know, I just didn't I I I don't know.
- 28:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't know why.
- 28:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just didn't.
- 28:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But a couple days ago, some there was a couple of people in there, and and I forget what the exercise was, but I just had up my mind, I was like, because like when you walk by it's glass, so you can like see in in there, and and so you can and other people do it too, they'll walk by and look and see if somebody's in there, and they'll either decide to go in and do their exercise or weight or some variation, and up until a couple days ago, I would wouldn't go in, and I'd be like, Oh, I'll just do that tomorrow, I'll just do that the next time, and uh so a couple days ago I just went in and I didn't know which exercise I was gonna do.
- 29:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh you know, one's more like agility in a way in a way, uh you know, trying to balance uh you have that center of gravity, and um and so I did it.
- 30:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like in a way it wasn't something that was so hard, but these are the things that somebody with now, whether it's my mental challenges I had, I don't know what it is.
- 30:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um but these are like little things, like in the grand scheme of life.
- 30:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, oh, am I gonna walk in and do an exercise or am I not?
- 30:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't have to have a conversation you know, going back to a few episodes ago, I don't have to have a conversation with the people in there.
- 30:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I can still just go in and be focused on what exercise I'm gonna do and then do it.
- 30:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like it's I'm not gonna get like a sticker taken away if I or an extra sticker given if I if I if I go in or if I don't, and uh it just shows us like our mind is a is a funny, funny place where at least in me, I'm able to not all the time, usually it's after the fact, uh, just realize how how silly it is.
- 31:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, why would I be concerned if there was a person in there?
- 31:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like when I do a uh a weight machine, I don't wait until every single person is finished with all the weights, all the weight machines, before I start one, I just go, I or I just look over and see if it's open, if it's open, and then I go and and I I do it.
- 31:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it just shows me how tricky and how fickle our minds really are when they really don't need to be.
- 32:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um so I guess we'll add that to the make it the trifecta, you know, the three the three topics here for the show.
- 32:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But we uh we're gonna continue again on that foundation of mental health and trauma and recovery and all those things.
- 32:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I can tell you this uh when I go to the gym, when I do a workout, whether there's somebody in that workout room or not, whether somebody on a weight machine or using a free weight of 20 pounds, and that's what I was gonna use.
- 32:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I gotta find another machine or another other free weights to do while the other person's finishing up.
- 33:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We just we just adapt and and and go from there.
- 33:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I I I guess I attribute for me uh all the all the times I went to the gym when I was, like I said, in my uh you know late teens and twenties, uh where I don't have to write a workout down.
- 33:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um in my phone, I keep you know what what I did a certain day, so I can look back and go, okay, when was the last time I did legs?
- 33:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then I can look back and go, oh, it's been five or six days.
- 33:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So then I'll be like, okay, maybe I'll either do legs or I'll do shoulders.
- 33:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And that was the the dilemma I had two days ago was do legs or do shoulders when I drove there.
- 34:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I drove it and uh went in.
- 34:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I didn't know if I was gonna do shoulders or legs, and I don't even know how I I just went over to an arm uh shoulder machine and I started doing doing uh shoulder exercises.
- 34:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So then I knew that the workout after that I was going to do legs.
- 34:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I took yesterday off, as I mentioned, and and so today it was pretty pretty much set in stone, I guess, um, that I was gonna do legs unless that toe was gonna bother every single exercise for my legs, uh, which it didn't, thank goodness.
- 34:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh but yeah, just a lot of things, right?
- 35:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Just a lot of a lot of decision making.
- 35:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: A lot of should I do this or should I do that?
- 35:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And most of those are all going on in our heads.
- 35:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We just don't hear a conversation.
- 35:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, well, you know what?
- 35:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Tom, I don't just use the name.
- 35:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know what, Tom?
- 35:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I came in, I it was either gonna be leg day or it was gonna be shoulder day.
- 35:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I looked over, and the first machine I saw it was uh a shoulder machine, so I just started on the shoulders, and that was that was that.
- 35:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, you know, that see how silly that sounds it sounds super silly, and that's okay.
- 35:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I can laugh at myself and and and uh in many, many different times, many conditions, and that uh so that's uh you know, like so we don't it's I I don't have those types of conversations with with others.
- 36:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean maybe we do maybe if you know if we know people good enough and uh but like like I mentioned before, like I like to get in, do my workout, and and then be done, and and that's uh that's pretty much that.
- 36:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So hope you enjoyed it.
