- Mark Hayes (00:00.974) All right, ladies and gentlemen, a big news day today. ICE agents in Houston under fire for murdering a man in broad daylight. whether he was in the country illegally or not is not punishable by death. but that's exactly what happened to a Mexican immigrant in Houston. There is new available new video available right now at K-H-O-U Channel 11 in Houston. Showing ICE agents running just prior to the shooting. Brock and Ellis joins me now live with the a closer look at what's going on down here. Brock, who polices the police? that's been a question we've heard since the O.J. Simpson trial. Johnny Cochran famously asked it. but there seems to be an air of lawlessness in a totally different context when it comes to ICE agents and the crimes that they are perpetrating. against American citizens and the like. We'll never know if this immigrant was here under protected status, whether he was here legally or illegally, because they're gonna write the narrative, control it, and spread it. Brock Ganeles (01:16.231) Off the bat, I mean, this guy's been here for 35 years. So he's been contributing to American society for 35 years, contributing to the economy, giving into the economy, and you know, and taking back from the economy and wages, right? So just from that start, it kind of shows that our immigration policy is flawed because whether this Mark Hayes (01:32.632) Mark Hayes (01:38.53) Yep. Brock Ganeles (01:40.104) person has a path to citizenship or not, they were clearly a contributing member of society and been here for ages without any criminality. So they were You know, a good non-citizen of the United States. Okay, even if you disagree with that, as you said, it's certainly not punishable by death if the person is in here because they he went to what the Home Depot or so or Starbucks and picked up a bunch of friends to drive out to a job site to bust ass in the hot sun in Houston on some hard ass job that like a lot of people don't want to do. But the ICE is a is a homegrown militia. Mark Hayes (01:55.479) Right. Mark Hayes (02:11.138) Humidity don't want to do. Brock Ganeles (02:20.421) It's a project twenty twenty-five militia implementing a white supremacy movement purge of black and brown people. And they are licensed to kill. And the reason we know that is because not a single one of them that has killed has felt any ramifications. They're protected from above. So they're not playing by any legal system that the rest of America is bought into. They're what do they call it? Like an ex ju exjudicial militia. Mark Hayes (02:55.43) Mm-hmm. Brock, let me ask you this. Why why are we allowing it as Americans? Why why why why is white America letting this go? Black America knows we can't win against the government, but white America has a different kind of privilege when it comes to standing up for itself and its community. white white American can get away with stuff that black America can't. And I I I I've gotta know why, you know, I wish I wish we could pinpoint the answer as to why soccer moms and you know C-suite executives in Houston and in Boston and in you know the nation's capital and all around this country are going for this shit. This is not helping us in any way, e even as capitalists, this is not helping the the American experiment at all. Brock Ganeles (04:04.263) White Americans have convinced themselves that change can be can happen in November through the ballot box, right? They st The that mantra started earlier this year and is carried all the way through, right? The midterms, the midterms, the midterms. Now they're four months away, that they can flip the House and maybe the Senate, and that that's going to have an impact. Unfortunately, the executive branch runs the judiciary, and the judiciary has oversight over all law enforcement basically in the country. So there's not gonna be this major change in things like ICE and militias. and murders on our streets. We're two and a half years away from that at the ballot box. And the way to do it to implement change outside of elections is to hit the streets and to be extremely uncomfortable and disruptive to your own life to achieve a greater goal. And it's not affecting white America enough even now with the higher pri even now with the higher prices and Mark Hayes (05:11.382) Yeah. Brock Ganeles (05:15.653) And economic pain, it's still not enough. Cause if it was enough we'd be acting and the the reason I know that is because if it was enough, there'd be a diff there'd be action. And there's no action anywhere. We don't even do we don't when's the last protest? When's the last even ineffective protest that's gone on? Minneapolis? Maybe Minneapolis was the last time we really had people on the street. Mark Hayes (05:16.118) Really? Mark Hayes (05:20.621) What? Mark Hayes (05:39.671) That was winter time. And that was in the winter. Wow. That's that's good to know. Sad at the same time. so here's the thing, Brock. What Houston PD, the FBI, well, we know the FBI is going to be ineffective, ineffectual. They're not going to investigate because they're going to be told to stand down. What's Houston PD gonna do? I mean, at some point, Brock. And it may happen during the elections. We're going to see local police versus federal police trying to conduct illegal activities. And that's what we're dealing with now. Right? What is Houston PD saying to the family? They're supposed to meet with the family today, I'm reading. Well and say what? The FBI is supposed to meet with the family today. What are you gonna say? We're sorry for your loss. Brock Ganeles (06:39.111) Well, FBI FBI's underneath D. O. J. Which is underneath Trump's. So they don't they're not there to get to the truth. They're not there to serve justice. Okay, so they're a fraud. So they have no play in the game. Mark Hayes (06:39.394) Thoughts and prayers. Mark Hayes (06:44.578) Yeah's a joke. Mark Hayes (06:50.911) No. Brock Ganeles (06:55.921) Can l what's l when you say local police, I mean pol just individual policemen or is the head of Houston PD gonna meet with his family and assure them that they're gonna that their investigative unit is gonna be on this and they will prosecute what local state? Well now s now if it's state If it's a state crime, then we're gonna involve Greg Abbott, right? Now we get into the whole we get into MAGA world. So how local is Houston that it can it actually do anything without getting, you know, as you said that big footed by either the state or the federal government. I doubt they can do anything. So they're gonna meet with the family, they're gonna assure them of what? I'm not certain they can really assure the family of anything. So I don't Mark Hayes (07:38.254) Right. Mark Hayes (07:46.519) Right. see it No, I was gonna say CNN is out with a report saying the guy that, you know, witnessed the deadly Houston shooting, he says the IC statement is totally false and totally contradicts what his lion eyes saw. You know, he's telling anybody that'll listen. Brock Ganeles (08:04.243) We know it's a lie. They said they used the ve they Yeah, they said they used the vehicle right as a weapon, it was threatening. They know all the buzzwords to use to make it seem as though it was self defense. Why is ICE continuing to shoot into vehicles? Mark Hayes (08:11.777) Right. Brock Ganeles (08:19.047) Where you have almost no visibility even at who you're shooting at. I mean the fact that this whole thing started with the going after the wrong person yet again, but that just falls into the brown and black people all look alike, so we're just going after them, and who cares? You shoot one of them, shoot one by you shoot the right guy, shoot the wrong guy. who interchangeable, whatever. Just mistake. I was under threat. I was worried, I was concerned, and therefore I was just in the line of duty of being Mark Hayes (08:22.828) Right. Mark Hayes (08:28.269) Yeah. Mark Hayes (08:38.179) Yeah. Brock Ganeles (08:48.981) You know, serving and protecting society. So it's all a crockable shit. Unfortunately, thus far we haven't seen video on this one. Because video is so powerful. We just happen to have four to five eyewitnesses. Mark Hayes (08:51.959) Right. Brock Ganeles (09:05.905) But many several of them are not citizens, I believe, so there is already chatter that they're gonna get deported really quickly, so their stories are hard to tell to US media, and it's a way to disperse the storytelling, because of course our government wants the story to go away. So they can just move on to killing the next person. Mark Hayes (09:18.103) Right. Mark Hayes (09:27.488) Right. Right. you know it's it's I mean it's unspeakable that we're we're dealing with this in the United States of America. and there's a s there's well what we what we need to realize is that there is another surge happening by ice. Right? There there's they they've begun the snatch process again, right? The disappearance of black and brown folks on the street. We know they're gonna go after the Haitian community at some point because of the Supreme Court ruling. And you know, this just puts the focus back on the illegal activities that they are engaged in. Brock Ganeles (10:11.539) They're well funded, they're well armed, we have a ton of concentration camps around the country to throw people into, and there's a ton of flights deporting people out of the country, and the mandate is coming from the top. How and why would it stop? Just because Minneapolis rose up and in essence kicked ice out of their town, it didn't eliminate ice. Mark Hayes (10:14.19) Amazing. Mark Hayes (10:28.279) Right. Brock Ganeles (10:39.939) As we talked about at that time. It just pushed them to go somewhere else. So now they're somewhere else. Okay, they're in Houston. I saw a photo of them cracking the head of of Mark Hayes (10:51.009) Right. Brock Ganeles (10:55.469) Of someone. ICE agents cracking the head of someone in Chicago. So they're still roaming around some of the bigger cities, but they're still everywhere. There's a ton of agents. Think about how much money it just got funneled to them through that recent budget. What was it, another four hundred million or something? It was a crazy amount of money. Mark Hayes (11:16.076) Ridiculous. Yeah. It's overfunded. It's just a waste of taxpayer money. And they're cutting benefits to in WIC. We got we don't have money for fruits and vegetables for, you know, pregnant moms, mothers expecting, women with children. Let's cut that program, but let's fund the shit out of the military and these fucking illegal this illegal homegrown militia whose only job is to terrorize black and brown communities. Brock Ganeles (11:50.27) Project 2025 never slows down. It's everyday game. So we ebb and flow as a resistance. Mark Hayes (11:54.413) Right. Brock Ganeles (11:57.064) We get energized and then we get distracted and then maybe we get we haven't gotten energized in a while. We we've been squasi energized by happy and joyous things by embracing the World Cup, but it hasn't changed Project Twenty Twenty Five and the shitty things in America from rolling along. You know, it kinda what frustrates me is like to me a microcosm of this whole scenario is what's going on in Maine. Okay, Grant Platiner has to step out of the race, blah blah blah blah. Who gives a fuck? We didn't know who Grant Platinum was six months ago. We won't care. Mark Hayes (12:03.809) Right. Mark Hayes (12:14.753) Right. Brock Ganeles (12:27.057) Who he is in six months, and we don't care anymore as long as he gets out of the race. But Graham Platiner means nothing to the American people. Mark Hayes (12:34.721) Right. Brock Ganeles (12:35.335) But getting Susan Collins out of the Senate means a hell of a lot. So to me, it's like whoever you insert in there, just find a solid citizen with the right policy outlook, and anybody USA should be able to beat Susan Collins. Because you just need someone who's flat out neutral to offset her negatives. Who the fuck's still voting for her after twenty four years or whatever? Like it should just be a anything but Susan Collins vote. So let's just plug Mark Hayes (12:38.537) Everything. Mark Hayes (12:50.871) Right. Right. Mark Hayes (12:57.25) Right. Right. Brock Ganeles (13:05.289) You could just pluck somebody off the streets of Maine and just put them into the Senate race. And they should win. And Americans should vote for them. And Maine citizens should vote for them. Because they know how bad Susan Collins is. So it's like, how bad couldn't the next person be? It's almost impossible. But it's a tight race. Why why would it be a fucking tight race? Why? Mark Hayes (13:10.768) Exactly. Mark Hayes (13:17.206) Right. Right. Brock Ganeles (13:30.599) Cause fifty-one percent of Maine wants ICE agents shooting unarmed Latino men in Houston. That's what Maine citizens want. Mark Hayes (13:35.117) Right. Mark Hayes (13:40.334) Right. That's scary. Fucking scary. Wow. All right. Brock Ganeles (13:49.608) Well me let me finish the point. And the media in America accepts that be by because they look they look at Maine and go, Well, you know, Maine's got ninety five percent white voters, so that makes sense. that makes sense. Mark Hayes (13:59.895) Right. Right. Brock Ganeles (14:02.395) Because we've already just admitted, acknowledged, that this huge chunk of our populace is just flat out racist and nothing will budge them. So we just look at it as a well, the Democrats have a demographic problem in Maine. Too many white people. And you know those white people, identity politics, we would never use that term for it, but you know those white people, of course they're gonna roll along with MAGA. Because white supremacy works for them. Mark Hayes (14:06.85) The pure racism. Racist. Right. Mark Hayes (14:16.373) Right. Right. Right. Mark Hayes (14:28.268) But but look look Look what happened to white women because of Sulan C Susan Collins. She voted for Brett Kavanaugh who came in and immediately stripped women of their right to choose. All women, not just black and brown women, but white women too. And they're still voting for her. Brock Ganeles (14:42.301) So for forty five per let's let's just ballpark the math that forty five percent of Maine's voting citizens are white women. But we have to but we have to worry that she's gonna win re election. Mark Hayes (14:50.774) Right. Brock Ganeles (14:56.711) Because that 45% of white women in Maine aren't a lock to vote against Susan Collins, even though she actively has taken away their bodily autonomy and their choice. Their daughter's choice, their granddaughter's choice. But we all should just shrug our shoulders and accept and assume. Mark Hayes (14:56.758) Right. Mark Hayes (15:02.379) Not at all. Mark Hayes (15:09.997) Right. Mark Hayes (15:14.539) Scary. Brock Ganeles (15:22.087) That Maine's gonna vote for Susan Collins. And all those white people are gonna roll for Susan Collins because yeah, well why wouldn't white people ICE doesn't impact them, your voting rights not gonna impact them. All the above, right? Mark Hayes (15:25.088) Unrate. Mark Hayes (15:33.815) All of the above. Speaking of impact, Brock, this Nolan Wells story is impacting a lot of people, parents all over the country having discussions now with their children about their friend groups. instead of you know, following a police investigation to find out what happened to this kid. Why are we sitting here telling, you know, black kids, don't be around a whole group of white folks. Why don't we find out? What the fuck happened to Nolan Wells? Why isn't that the topic of conversation? Right? So we're assuming that these white kids did something to him, right? Because that's what the conversation, the premise is. But the investigation says otherwise. We got the folks in Mississippi, the police in Mississippi telling us that there are no signs of foul play. There's no signs of foul play. What the fuck are you talking about? They the the friend group brought his phone back and wouldn't give it back. But the parents knew exactly where the phone was because they had Life 360 on it. They thought the kid was on land. But he wasn't. He was out floating in the ocean in the Gulf of Mexico. And he washes up mysterio first of all, how does he drown and then just wash up on Horn Island? Mark Hayes (17:08.216) Where where did he drown? Somebody saw all those kids out there brocking, nobody saw anything. I have a problem with that. This investigation stinks to high heaven. Brock Ganeles (17:22.419) Well, what we don't know is whether or not a real investigation is taking place. And I get it. I'm not expecting the police force anywhere to be doing a press conference every day, updating us on every beep bit of evidence that they found and everyone they spoke to. That's not the expectation. But deliver some sort of message. Mark Hayes (17:40.631) Right. Brock Ganeles (17:48.818) That you are amidst a serious, unbiased investigation. Deliver that message. I don't think they can because it's not what they plan on doing. And they probably know that they'd be lying, so they're not doing it. But they have not re- reassured the American public that they're gonna do a real unbiased investigation. Mark Hayes (17:48.95) Right. Mark Hayes (18:13.066) No, they're saying there's no evidence of foul play. But there are we have these videos out there of the altercation between Nolan and his friends. What you know, we have the mysterious, you know, he told us to take his phone back, but we didn't give it back to his parents. We have this one mother who's coming out and saying she's so sorry for what happened. Well, what happened, lady? And then we have the kids that are not talking. The families have lawyered up. Why See, anytime you need a lawyer that instantly signals to me you have something to hide, or you have something that you have to guard with legal protection before you say it. So, you know, why are all these families lawyered up? Why are they scrubbing their social media? Right? That does not sound like an unfortunate accident. On the water. But what will ha what will be key is we're supposed to get the evidence back, according to Ben Crump, today from the independent autopsy. So did he drown by himself or did he have help? And will an autopsy show that? Right? Because you could easily hold him underwater, you know, nobody see anything, and then and think it's a joke, and then he's under there too long. But this was a big strong kid. You know, who knows what happened. But you know, finally the mainstream media got to it. Are you surprised that it took them this long? I'm not. Brock Ganeles (19:50.516) I'm not surprised it took this long 'cause I think the mainstream media waited to see if this was enough of a story for them to delve into because I don't think they really wanted to. This is like the last story they want to be involved with because they don't want to talk about racial issues. Because as usual, it's deemed difficult to talk about race. A premise that I absolutely refute. Why? Why is it difficult to talk about race? Is it di not difficult to talk about religion? We have we can talk about religion till the cows come home, right? All day, every day. We can talk about religion, we can talk about sports, we could Mark Hayes (20:02.988) Right. Mark Hayes (20:21.334) Right. Right. Mark Hayes (20:27.722) All day every day. Yeah. Brock Ganeles (20:32.807) Talk about gender, we can talk about the you know climate, right? We can talk about all kinds of topics. Why is it difficult to talk about race? We can talk about our each other's height, we can talk about our weight, right? We can talk about all these different attributes of each other. Who's funny? Personality. Why is it difficult to talk about race? First of all, race is a fake construct that was invented as a social order. Maybe that's why, because we Mark Hayes (20:37.528) Yeah. Mark Hayes (20:42.328) Huh. Brock Ganeles (21:02.697) We're already starting from a premise of something that is like you know, kind of fake and invented only for the purpose of our. So maybe that's why it's a it's a problem. But even if we trip slowly strip that out, why can't we talk about our differences? Why is it difficult to talk about our differences? I don't find it difficult to talk with my Asian American friend. Why would it be difficult? Mark Hayes (21:23.96) Right. Brock Ganeles (21:29.457) Does he find it difficult to talk about his like Russian Jewish friend? Like, is that a struggle? Is it a struggle for you, Mark, to talk to me, a white Russian Jewish friend of yours? Is this a difficult conversation? No. It's it's something we've invented and created as a way of avoiding the topic. Long-winded answer, long way of saying, No, I'm not surprised s mainstream media took that long to get around to it. Because they're part of propa perpetuating the fallacy that discussing race is a touchy subject or a difficult subject. Mark Hayes (22:05.304) True that. True that. and and and of course, Brock, the other thing is, you know, the the the journalists themselves are not making decisions, right? The editorial decisions are being made on high, right, from the executive boardrooms, right? Based on what this white supremacist regime wants to see. There was just a picture released of Gail King with Ivanka Trump and some other MAGA it's out on a shopping spree. Fuck is Gail King doing out with with Ivanka Trump paling around. so she's black MAGA. I've canceled her and every other thing. I I already didn't watch CBS News, you know, which is sad because I like Nate Burleson on there. I think he's come a long way as a journalist. I think he does a nice job. Love him on the on the football show. but I won't be watching anything. CBS or Paramount related, because of who they are and who they become and what they what they flat out told us they are. and then when you have a story like Nolan Wells, and you know, the the approach is totally different. You know, John Bene Ramsey, we covered that story night and day round the clock. Right? Nicole Brown Simpson, Ron Goldman, I mean they were adults, but You know, those lives were covered round the clock. Gabby Petito, round the clock coverage. Right? Elizabeth Smart. Lacey Peterson. Shall I go on with the white lives that were lost and and covered ad nauseum because those stories were deemed important by mainstream news media? Brock Ganeles (23:56.308) Savannah Guthrie Savannah Guthrie's Savannah Guthrie's mother. How many 85-year-olds dis you know kind of disappear, dementia ridden who just wander off, right? And that like Okay. It's tragic, but it was it's a daily news story. Well, you just said it's the j the journalists don't make the decision, it's the bosses above them. I think with the same thing happens, it's it's not the individual police and investigators down in southern Mississippi. Mark Hayes (24:05.612) Right. Happens every day. Happens every day. Yeah. Brock Ganeles (24:25.861) I wanna know who the police chief is of this jurisdiction who's in charge of this investigation. Or is the FBI stepped in to make sure there is no investigation? But that's the person who that's the person who should be out front and center ex looking at the camera and telling America that his team is going to do a thorough and honest investigation. I g is it a white guy? Show me a demographic of that guy. White guy? Old fat white guy probably. Mark Hayes (24:33.996) Mark Hayes (24:37.644) Well, I don't think that happens now. Mark Hayes (24:55.278) Well, I just saw a picture of the new Civil Rights Division on Keith Boykin's Instagram. Wasn't one black or brown face in a video panning across all the members of the civil rights division? So that means they don't give a shit about Nolan Wells. Right? Remember, we used to be able to rely on the federal authority. Remember Mississippi Burning? The federal authorities came in, right? And when the federal authorities got there, everybody's butt puckered because they were not taking no for an answer. Right? The local authorities, get the fuck out of the way, we're not dealing with you. We're gonna give people protection. We're gonna anyone that talks to us, we're gonna protect. And they fell for the Okie doke down there in the South. and Mississippi Burning is a great example. Of what's still in place today, the good old boy network. Right? They're going to protect these three white boys because their lives are going to be deemed more valuable than Nolan Wells. Right? That's why the parents got lawyers. That's why the police are not talking to them. Like, how do you know it's an accidental death if you haven't talked to the people who were actually there and saw it? What like, what the fuck? Over? I don't know, bro. All right, quick hit me. Brock Ganeles (26:27.431) So we're gonna have to delve back into this one. Mark Hayes (26:30.486) He he he he Brock Ganeles (26:32.733) So the Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey wedding went off without a hitch on Friday or Saturday, both days in Madison Square Garden. Totally understand the reason why they had it there for security reasons. Not sure why they felt they need to have a thousand people there, but you know what, God bless them. They're throwing a huge party, they have the money. Go ahead. Invite everyone under the sun, you know, at the end of the day. No problem with that. Mark Hayes (26:38.338) Without a hitch? Mark Hayes (26:46.018) Mm-hmm. Mark Hayes (26:50.733) Sure. Mark Hayes (26:58.976) No that Brock Ganeles (27:02.563) I actually finished watching Taylor Swift's Eras Tour documentary. Six part documentary on Disney Disney Plus, which we recently signed up for. I guess now that we're over the Kimmel thing, Hulu comes with it. And it's really good. Mark Hayes (27:09.452) That on Netflix? Okay. Mark Hayes (27:21.836) Okay. Brock Ganeles (27:22.809) And she's a she's a songwriting phenomenon. I keep saying I keep t I tell my wife I'm like, she's like the Michael Jordan of songwriting. She's crazy. Just songs she just sits down and pumps them out. The the the tour itself like is phenomenal. And it's a very diverse team that is Mark Hayes (27:26.195) incredible. Brock Ganeles (27:41.51) A part of her unit that traveled the world for two years. And it was very LGBTQ friendly. And there was a lot of great things about diversity that come through from that tour. And certainly for women's empowerment, she delivers a great message for young kids, right? Unlike Gail King and those Yahoos who got on like a Bezos ship and pretended like it was for some sort of womanhood thing. And it was just a vanity bullshit project, right? So I'll give her all that. Mark Hayes (27:57.613) Right. Brock Ganeles (28:11.413) When they return from the honeymoon, between the two of them are incredibly influential. Travis Kelsey, very popular player, very popular amongst his black teammates and the like. But they're not gonna be able to sit quietly headed into the November election. They just can't. Mark Hayes (28:23.491) Yeah. Mark Hayes (28:31.67) Right. They can't. Brock Ganeles (28:33.191) They just absolutely cannot just talk sports and talk music and roll along as if the society around them is not crumbling and an absolute shit show. So I think they're both gonna have to walk the walk and do what many don't wanna do. Certainly Caitlin Clark doesn't wanna do, because she's tiptoeing around the racial issues that surround her, is man up. And be controversial. It's 1937 Germany now. It's like we're moving into full-on hardcore white supremacy ism here. And you can't just you can't just reap all the benefits of your white popularity, your incredible white popularity, and not make a statement. Mark Hayes (29:28.503) Yeah. Yeah. Brock Ganeles (29:31.641) I can't go there. I can't go there with it anymore. Mark Hayes (29:35.417) Brock, let me see if your memory serves you correct. The first game of the season after Colin Kaepernick was banished. It was a Sunday night or a Monday, it was a Sunday night football game because that moron Chris Collinsworth was calling the game. And I believe it was the Texans and the Kansas City Chiefs, but it was in Arrowhead Stadium or Jihas Stadium, whatever they call it now. And the Kansas City fans booed the moment of unity at the beginning of the game. The players on both teams came out locked arms in a show of unity. And they were booed by the Kansas City fans. How do you fucking boo a moment of unity? Now maybe something has happened in Kansas City because they were cheering like hell out there for the World Cup teams. Brock Ganeles (30:40.637) No cup. Mark Hayes (30:42.848) So maybe there has been some evolution. I don't know. But maybe that's why Travis Kelsey has some hesitation. But I wouldn't hesitate if the Swifties were backing me up. If I'm rolling with the Swifties, I'm good. And he's good for life as long as he treats Taylor well. And why wouldn't he? Right? He got a $50 million podcast deal. He's also getting paid at the, you know, at at the worst league minimum for NFL vet. He's probably making ten, twelve million dollars this year. That's fun money. Right? He just he just sprinkles that on top of the hundreds of millions. Brock Ganeles (31:23.953) Yeah, but he wants to he's already looking at a post NFL career, right? He wants to be a game show host. He's gonna he's gonna be in some sort of movie. So he wants to make sure he's one of those palatable foot in every camp, so he's Kevin Hart. Everyone everyone might be a fan fan of me. Yeah. He wants to play that middle of the road. Why don't we just all get along? I did I denounce I denounce hate. I won't say racism, won't say homophobia, I just denounce hate. The Mark Hayes (31:38.55) Right. It wants to be colorless. Right. Mark Hayes (31:46.198) No can do. Mark Hayes (31:52.802) Right. Brock Ganeles (31:54.706) won't hit the won't address things. I just think there's a cowardice there. I'm a big fan of both actually. Kelsey as a player and as a teammate because he's Mark Hayes (32:02.818) Yeah. Brock Ganeles (32:04.141) And and I'm a Taylor Swift fan. I become more of one every day. I think she's such a phenomenal talent. and I and she did step out. She did step out and make negative comments on Marsha Blackburn like four years ago. But you know what? Marsha Blackburn's now running for governor of Tennessee. So I don't think Terry Swift's come around anyway. It's just America 2026. You can't Mark Hayes (32:10.508) I'm a big fan of the Kelsey family. Mark Hayes (32:17.644) Yeah. Mark Hayes (32:20.938) Right. So you gotta do it again. Mark Hayes (32:28.728) Yeah. Brock Ganeles (32:30.631) Be Gail King and just go on the rocket ship and say, I'm not white, I'm not black. You can't be all these white people that want to dance around the racial animus and racial violence. that's going on in America. Okay, you don't want to say something like, how about your Latino brethren? Like, I mean, the amount of atrocities going on to different communities within the American mosaic is fucking absurd. Mark Hayes (33:04.93) Right. I Brock Ganeles (33:05.607) How how can you as just a human being forget your fucking job and your fucking income stream? As human beings, how are people not enraged and inspired? To want to speak out, and the bigger your platform, the bigger your responsibility, and the more positive impact you can have. Don't you want to be remembered as a great American? Or do you want to be remembered as someone who snuck around, tiptoed around? There's certain things that money can't buy. A certain level of respect that money can never purchase. Mark Hayes (33:26.966) Bigger your impact. Brock Ganeles (33:49.905) Right? That's Jalen Brunson. Jalen Brunson. There's a certain amount of respect he has as a player and a person for the money he gave up. Right? He's just gonna be he's viewed as a champion. He has that his whole life. The only way he could ruin it by is by the only way he could chip away at it would be by going to the White House. Mark Hayes (33:50.935) That's where we are now. Mark Hayes (34:05.963) Yeah. Mark Hayes (34:12.34) Mm-hmm. No doubt. Brock Ganeles (34:14.747) He'd lose some of his luster if he did that. Rather than that, he has something money can't buy. A lot of people can be successful, a lot of people can have money. It's actually hard to be respected. Mark Hayes (34:16.984) Yeah. Mark Hayes (34:28.99) All right. No doubt. All right, buddy. Great place to wrap it up. Brock Ganeles (34:30.919) I'm hoping to see it. It's a long qu it's a long quick hit. We could do a whole podcast on the topic. But I'm watching closely and really hoping Taylor Swift, even more than Travis Kelsey, comes back and is vocal. If she believes and if she doesn't, just you know, come out and say you're fucking MAGA adjacent then. Just tell us. But don't be vanilla. You you don't don't be gray area, is the way I should say it. There's no middle ground. Don't say you're in the middle ground. It doesn't exist. Yeah. Mark Hayes (34:35.757) no. Mark Hayes (34:44.886) Yes, sir. Mark Hayes (34:55.758) And don't be vanilla ice. He's totally Brock Ganeles (34:59.943) You're not Mary McMallie or McMahon in Michigan. There is no middle lane. Mark Hayes (35:04.288) Right. Right. All right, buddy. Great place to wrap it up. We'll wrap it up and do it again tomorrow. Mark Hayes (35:17.39) All right, bro. Revolution. Brock Ganeles (35:23.848) Talk to you tomorrow, Mark. Mark Hayes (35:24.589) Okay.
