- 0:00Speaker 1: Should we start the show or have we already done so?
- 0:04Speaker 2: I guess sure Sure The answer is yes. Hey, Hi, Hi, Hi, Yeah, Hi,
- 0:11Speaker 2: it's up.
- 0:12Speaker 1: Welcome to b FY t W episode number two hundred
- 0:15Speaker 1: and some odd truth.
- 0:17Speaker 2: He's not wrong, he's not wrong.
- 0:20Speaker 1: We bothered to look up the number before it came over.
- 0:23Speaker 3: It's a three digit number, that's all.
- 0:24Speaker 4: It's very obviously going to be a chill show, but
- 0:27Speaker 4: this is going to be a unique chill show. We've
- 0:29Speaker 4: never had a guest during a chill show, so this
- 0:32Speaker 4: will be a first with us. Today is dj xanthis
- 0:37Speaker 4: a K c J.
- 0:38Speaker 5: Hi, what's going on?
- 0:41Speaker 6: B f y TW the home of tax free Shenanigans,
- 0:47Speaker 6: the best place on the planet. I love this player.
- 0:51Speaker 4: Yes man, and we are going to chill and relax
- 0:54Speaker 4: with c J A K d j'santhis. We're gonna talk
- 0:58Speaker 4: probably about some music. We're gonna about the ship we've
- 1:00Speaker 4: been up to. Today is a very special day musically.
- 1:04Speaker 4: Yeahs music was Yes, music was born this day.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:10Speaker 1: I heard way back.
- 1:13Speaker 4: In the early times, before there was before there was
- 1:17Speaker 4: melodic sound, before sound was a thing, there was a
- 1:21Speaker 4: single tone.
- 1:27Speaker 6: I was just gonna let you keep black, anyone to
- 1:30Speaker 6: cut you cut it.
- 1:31Speaker 1: And there was no rhythm. People spoke in odd, jagged
- 1:37Speaker 1: tones and sentences.
- 1:42Speaker 6: I think that oddly, I think that's accurate.
- 1:48Speaker 7: Sleep later, Yes, and then music was discovered yep, we
- 1:53Speaker 7: and then the thousands of years to the day, in
- 1:57Speaker 7: nineteen eighty four, something rather special happened Djo's antis.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I believe you can explain better than I.
- 2:05Speaker 6: So today was the first major the second album, but
- 2:09Speaker 6: first major label release of Metallica, known as Ride the Lightning.
- 2:13Speaker 6: So this is the album that made them eligible for
- 2:15Speaker 6: the Hall of Fame in twenty ten or two thousand
- 2:18Speaker 6: and nine. Excuse me, that was this? This was the album.
- 2:21Speaker 6: I've gotten an argument because peoplere like, well kill Them
- 2:23Speaker 6: All was out first, Yes it was, but it originally
- 2:26Speaker 6: released on Mega Force, an independent label, so therefore it
- 2:30Speaker 6: was not officially eligible for their candidacy. But they've been
- 2:39Speaker 6: in for a minute now, they're old hats at the
- 2:42Speaker 6: Hall of Fame thing. But nonetheless, yeah, the album came
- 2:45Speaker 6: out forty years ago, two days, so I'm very very excited.
- 2:48Speaker 6: And for those of you obviously not in the room,
- 2:50Speaker 6: today is July twenty seventh, because you will not be
- 2:53Speaker 6: hearing it today, looks up.
- 2:55Speaker 2: For our live audience. True, they're hearing it.
- 2:58Speaker 6: Oh do we have a live audience. I didn't realize.
- 3:00Speaker 1: No, no, no, But if you count like a couple
- 3:06Speaker 1: of dumbbells, and I.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Think they're not dumb, all right, just like educationally.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Sorry, I didn't realize you'd gotten smart bells.
- 3:16Speaker 3: It's not nice of you to talk to you watch
- 3:19Speaker 3: me like, yeah, we are a couple of dumb bells.
- 3:25Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah we are.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:26Speaker 2: I love freaking so I know it's a chill show.
- 3:31Speaker 2: We'll get into that. And we were talking about but
- 3:33Speaker 2: this fool. What did you say earlier that called back
- 3:35Speaker 2: what I say last night?
- 3:37Speaker 6: Oh, at first you said terriff free Shenanigans and then
- 3:43Speaker 6: you changed it to tax free Shenanigans. Was and I
- 3:47Speaker 6: thought that was the funniest thing I'd ever heard in
- 3:49Speaker 6: my life. So you know, that is what BFI t
- 3:53Speaker 6: That's a T shirt if you ask me, you know
- 3:55Speaker 6: a T shirt that b F I T w A
- 3:57Speaker 6: home of tax free Shenanigans. That's the fun T shirt.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it is.
- 4:02Speaker 2: I guess.
- 4:04Speaker 6: I would wear that proudly anywhere I went, Like that
- 4:09Speaker 6: would be a thing I would do.
- 4:11Speaker 2: We have one.
- 4:13Speaker 4: I can't remember what you said last night that cracked
- 4:15Speaker 4: me up, But there was something about all the people
- 4:17Speaker 4: on the internet.
- 4:19Speaker 6: Oh, I know, I I remember. I remember we were
- 4:23Speaker 6: talking about the number of listeners I have, or terrestrial
- 4:28Speaker 6: radio versus internet radio, and I was saying, you know,
- 4:31Speaker 6: it was internet radio. I was saying something about being
- 4:33Speaker 6: on terrestrial radio because he was this fool wanted to
- 4:36Speaker 6: buy an FM transmitter and a and a tower and
- 4:40Speaker 6: set it up so that we could broadcast the station.
- 4:44Speaker 6: And he turned around and went, yes, but then there's
- 4:48Speaker 6: the Internet. The Internet, I believe, is how he phrased it,
- 4:53Speaker 6: which is just all the peoples on the Internet apparently,
- 4:57Speaker 6: or listening to the show at any given moment.
- 4:59Speaker 2: True.
- 5:00Speaker 1: And then you got like it was the way he
- 5:03Speaker 1: worded it, but I can't remember how it was.
- 5:06Speaker 6: Oh, he was very high.
- 5:07Speaker 1: He was extremely high. I wasn't.
- 5:10Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure he met extra terrestrial, so high.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Satellite for that ship.
- 5:19Speaker 6: It's so funny. I was told Smoke about this last night,
- 5:22Speaker 6: But Aaron, I think you might have left already. I've
- 5:24Speaker 6: been watching on Prime just because I have no other
- 5:27Speaker 6: reasons that I want to but the old Unsolved Unsolved
- 5:31Speaker 6: Mysteries with Robert Stack, like the original one. Yeah, and
- 5:35Speaker 6: they did a whole Area fifty one thing. Now, this
- 5:37Speaker 6: is long before we've gotten a lot of the stuff
- 5:39Speaker 6: that's actually been released about Area fifty one. So this
- 5:41Speaker 6: is the old like mass conspiracy theory ship. I was
- 5:47Speaker 6: rolling on the floor.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Oh wow, yeah, fantastic.
- 5:52Speaker 5: I heard that they researched that.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Show theme is fire though.
- 5:56Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Oh god, the music, Oh god, I'll tell you terrifying me.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Leap it buttersouse when we were younger and he'd leave
- 6:02Speaker 2: the TV on all night long. He always left with
- 6:04Speaker 2: the TV on and that thing would come on. Man
- 6:06Speaker 2: like God, damn it, his voice, the music, and I'm like, hell,
- 6:09Speaker 2: I can't sleep.
- 6:12Speaker 6: So that makes me ask you smoke when you watch Transformers,
- 6:16Speaker 6: the animated movie from was It eighty six? Are you okay?
- 6:20Speaker 6: Because Robert Stack is the voice of Ultra Magnus.
- 6:27Speaker 2: I don't think at that point I had the connection.
- 6:31Speaker 1: I think it helps the Unsolve isn't playing in the background,
- 6:34Speaker 1: and then's.
- 6:35Speaker 2: A good portion of it as well.
- 6:38Speaker 6: I I there is much more energetic than the Unsolved
- 6:42Speaker 6: Mysteries theme. I would say so right.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Fair, fair, a little bit, a little bit. Yeah, So
- 6:50Speaker 1: what's up, gentlemen, what's.
- 6:51Speaker 2: The HAPs all the things?
- 6:53Speaker 1: Man, I'm still truck shopping.
- 6:56Speaker 2: I know you want to start there, I guess. Yeah,
- 6:58Speaker 2: let's start with the truck shop.
- 7:00Speaker 4: At ten am, I went to a Ford dealer just
- 7:03Speaker 4: up the road for me and talked about maybe getting
- 7:07Speaker 4: my very own twenty twenty four Ford Maverick.
- 7:10Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, And I was like, this is.
- 7:12Speaker 4: Gonna be the first time in my life ever that
- 7:14Speaker 4: I bought a new vehicle, like new, new, new, yea,
- 7:18Speaker 4: never before, and it's just never happened. I always just
- 7:22Speaker 4: got you know, used, beat up whatever, sheep shit, hand
- 7:26Speaker 4: me down, bullshit, you know, like whatever I can afford.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Honestly expensive and shit they are and the price has
- 7:35Speaker 2: not gone down.
- 7:36Speaker 4: But I fell in love with trucks while driving my
- 7:40Speaker 4: my my Silverado. It's my absolute favorite that I've ever owned, period.
- 7:45Speaker 4: And I'm not you know, I'm not in a massive
- 7:48Speaker 4: rush to get rid of it, you know, but but
- 7:51Speaker 4: I was like, well, it's it's all paid off and
- 7:53Speaker 4: it's actually got some value to it, so like I
- 7:56Speaker 4: might actually get a decent amount for a trade in
- 7:58Speaker 4: if I think about getting some now. And the more
- 8:01Speaker 4: I looked into it, the more the Ford Maverick appealed
- 8:04Speaker 4: to me. You know, it's a pickup truck, but it's
- 8:05Speaker 4: a hybrid, right, gets an insane amount of miles to
- 8:08Speaker 4: the gallony. People are reporting, like an average of thirty
- 8:11Speaker 4: seven miles to the gallon, as I said, as I
- 8:14Speaker 4: said at some point, yeah, in a row, frequently in
- 8:18Speaker 4: a row, and frequently I just need to point out that,
- 8:23Speaker 4: like my current truck is sixteen miles to the Allen.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Yeah, so double yeah, yeah, yeah, slight upgrade, slight, very slight.
- 8:34Speaker 5: But yeah.
- 8:35Speaker 4: I took a test drive of one a couple of
- 8:37Speaker 4: weeks ago, and I think I talked about it then
- 8:39Speaker 4: and I just I loved it. I was like, fuck, yeah,
- 8:42Speaker 4: if I can afford it, I'm in. And the more
- 8:44Speaker 4: I look at it, the more I'm like, if I
- 8:46Speaker 4: get a decent amount of my trade and I can afford,
- 8:48Speaker 4: this is not a problem.
- 8:50Speaker 1: So screw it, let's do it. So today I put
- 8:54Speaker 1: in an order for the Ford.
- 8:55Speaker 4: Factory to build me an electric blue hybrid Ford Maverick,
- 9:03Speaker 4: and I'm excited to get it.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Hell yeah, dude, do you get anything customized? On it,
- 9:08Speaker 2: like eat pussy across the side of it or anything.
- 9:10Speaker 4: I mean, not not out of the factory, but probably afterwards,
- 9:13Speaker 4: oh nice, cool, probably afterwards. But it's so funny because
- 9:16Speaker 4: like to me, like this is gonna be weird because
- 9:19Speaker 4: my my Silverado who I have, I absolutely adore that truck.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Literally no bells or whistles of any kind.
- 9:26Speaker 2: That bit.
- 9:26Speaker 1: That bitch doesn't even have power locks or windows, like
- 9:29Speaker 1: it is a work truck.
- 9:31Speaker 4: It was the barren necessities. I was lucky that bitch
- 9:34Speaker 4: came with a CD player, you know. So I'm like
- 9:38Speaker 4: there's like literally nothing, and now this one is like
- 9:41Speaker 4: souped up as a computer in the front panel, and
- 9:43Speaker 4: like that's you know, I know, but I mean back
- 9:47Speaker 4: in twenty twelve, it was not yeah, and definitely not
- 9:50Speaker 4: in a work truck. But you know, so this is
- 9:53Speaker 4: gonna be it's gonna be a weird experience having actual
- 9:56Speaker 4: like functionality and weird, like I'm gonna be.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Able to to like unlock my door, but.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Well not to mention something God forbid goes wrong. It's
- 10:07Speaker 2: actually covered under a warranty like the original warranty, which
- 10:12Speaker 2: is nice because that covers practically everything for the first
- 10:15Speaker 2: thirty like, and you complain about every little thing you find.
- 10:20Speaker 2: And I am being one hundred percent serious when I
- 10:22Speaker 2: say that.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Okay, it's cool.
- 10:24Speaker 2: I will do like anything if it's something stupid, like
- 10:27Speaker 2: you hear some weird sound like, nope, take it in,
- 10:30Speaker 2: don't care. You spend that kind of money on something
- 10:32Speaker 2: brand new. You take it in and you make it
- 10:35Speaker 2: worth the money you put into that, man like for sure.
- 10:38Speaker 2: But that's not awesome. And I like that you're switching
- 10:41Speaker 2: up the color too. That's freaking cool, man.
- 10:43Speaker 4: And yeah, I mean I've done the Marty McFly ride
- 10:46Speaker 4: and I enjoyed it, and it's it's it's a fulfilled
- 10:49Speaker 4: life dream.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Why not have some fun, right, mix it up? Oh yeah,
- 10:53Speaker 1: something different you need to man. You know, I really
- 10:56Speaker 1: like the look of the electric blue. It just it
- 10:58Speaker 1: just pomps for me.
- 10:59Speaker 6: You traveled back in time.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Oh I absolutely did. Awesome, I went back to nineteen
- 11:06Speaker 1: ninety four. It sucks that that is thirty years ago.
- 11:12Speaker 6: But it's all right. Oh god, I love when you
- 11:18Speaker 6: see those and and and then people react. If you
- 11:22Speaker 6: see that online and then you read the comments, the
- 11:25Speaker 6: different reactions, you can tell how old people are you
- 11:27Speaker 6: don't even have to look at their profiles. Yep, because
- 11:30Speaker 6: the people that were alive during Back to the Future
- 11:33Speaker 6: when that hit are like what the fuck? And then
- 11:37Speaker 6: the people who don't know or have come into it
- 11:39Speaker 6: long after are just like, it's not that big a deal.
- 11:42Speaker 6: It's like.
- 11:44Speaker 1: He's not wrongs right at all.
- 11:47Speaker 2: We watched Weird Science last night during movie night, and
- 11:51Speaker 2: I was like, yeah, they were talking like, ex it
- 11:53Speaker 2: came out in eighty four. I think you're something No.
- 11:56Speaker 5: Eighty six.
- 11:57Speaker 1: It was a good movie. Someone a definitely like eighties.
- 12:05Speaker 8: Like oh woway, yeah, today you get your ass beat.
- 12:12Speaker 2: This is funny because it's like, oh, yeah, it was
- 12:14Speaker 2: on the eighties something whatever, and it's like yeah, but
- 12:16Speaker 2: fuck damn it. Don't do the math. Please don't do
- 12:19Speaker 2: the math. This is too long ago. When we did it.
- 12:24Speaker 6: We did a John Hughes themed episode of Potesku and
- 12:28Speaker 6: like that was Rico's biggest thing is like he struggled
- 12:31Speaker 6: with like I guess I don't want to put words
- 12:36Speaker 6: into his mouth because I don't remember exactly how you
- 12:38Speaker 6: phraised him, but it was like it was like wokeism,
- 12:39Speaker 6: Like he struggled with some of those like eighties terms
- 12:42Speaker 6: where I was like, like, I get now they're cringey
- 12:45Speaker 6: and they're not okay, But like at the time the
- 12:48Speaker 6: movie came out, it was perfectly acceptable.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, because that's just how it was society
- 12:52Speaker 3: was at the time.
- 12:53Speaker 1: That's all, oh yeah, what was it? Breakfast No, not
- 12:56Speaker 1: breakfast at Tiffany's What am I thinking of?
- 12:58Speaker 2: Breakfast Club?
- 12:59Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you, the Reface Club.
- 13:01Speaker 4: Like almost at the very very beginning, there's there's there's
- 13:05Speaker 4: a there's a there's a a.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Slur against homosexuals.
- 13:10Speaker 6: Yep.
- 13:10Speaker 1: I was not ready for it. I was like, oh,
- 13:13Speaker 1: forgot about that worst.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Yeah, it's practically in all those quite.
- 13:17Speaker 8: Literally because it was a weird science too, and it's
- 13:19Speaker 8: like when you heard it, like wait what oh yeah, eighties.
- 13:23Speaker 2: It's like eighties yep. It was the waste it was.
- 13:26Speaker 1: It was different times. It was the only thing I
- 13:28Speaker 1: didn't like, because the rest of that movie is awesome. Yeah,
- 13:30Speaker 1: there's not a lot of there's not a lot of.
- 13:32Speaker 4: Stuff in there that's but that was just like like whiplash, Like,
- 13:36Speaker 4: holy shit, I forgot about that word.
- 13:41Speaker 6: I don't think you have to I don't think you
- 13:43Speaker 6: have to be okay with the word, but I think
- 13:45Speaker 6: you have to be okay with the time frame, right.
- 13:46Speaker 6: It's like when people tried to cancel, like maybe it's
- 13:49Speaker 6: cold outside. Like you know, if you listen to that
- 13:51Speaker 6: song that was written and released in like nineteen forty four,
- 13:54Speaker 6: you have to put the context on it, like, yeah, yes,
- 13:58Speaker 6: if someone created that brand new today, it's creepy as fuck,
- 14:02Speaker 6: but in nineteen forty four, no, you know, right, yeah,
- 14:07Speaker 6: I don't know. I feel like I'm on an island
- 14:10Speaker 6: there sometimes.
- 14:10Speaker 3: But that's just me in side of limitations. Again, it
- 14:13Speaker 3: was okay at the time, obviously, it's not okay now.
- 14:16Speaker 3: And that's just how life works. Shit changes.
- 14:19Speaker 8: Some things that were okay back then are not okay now,
- 14:22Speaker 8: and vice exactly.
- 14:23Speaker 3: It's just that's just how it works as a society.
- 14:26Speaker 3: You just got to learn to evolve with it.
- 14:27Speaker 1: And I mean, you know, there's there's so many Christmas songs.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Just listen to a different.
- 14:32Speaker 4: One, right, Like honestly, and if you enjoy that song,
- 14:34Speaker 4: there's no reason you can't listen to it at home,
- 14:36Speaker 4: Like you.
- 14:36Speaker 3: Don't listen to Boria Carry's song a billion times anyways.
- 14:40Speaker 4: But I kind of understand people like, why can't they
- 14:42Speaker 4: play something else? I'm like, yeah, because there's so many options,
- 14:46Speaker 4: Like there's like a million new Christmas albums every year.
- 14:50Speaker 2: Like they.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Get the biggest hit. You know, there's no reason I
- 14:55Speaker 1: couldn't find something else.
- 14:57Speaker 4: So if it bothers people, if it genuinely bothers people,
- 15:00Speaker 4: then I guess I don't have an issue with you know,
- 15:02Speaker 4: playing something else, But.
- 15:04Speaker 2: You know i'm a problem.
- 15:06Speaker 1: I don't. I don't say that the song should go
- 15:08Speaker 1: away forever.
- 15:08Speaker 6: Like I said, See, that's different, that's a different are
- 15:12Speaker 6: and I agree with you, Like if you want to
- 15:13Speaker 6: play something else, you choose not to listen to it whatever,
- 15:15Speaker 6: that's all good and fine. Like I'm I legitimately feel
- 15:18Speaker 6: that way, but don't be like it should be a
- 15:20Speaker 6: race from existence.
- 15:22Speaker 1: That's too far.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm just like, don't play any Christmas music at all.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I mean I'm usually the same way.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't want to hear any of it, Like,
- 15:32Speaker 2: no prejudice against the individual songs, prejudice against all Christmas
- 15:36Speaker 2: songs them all.
- 15:38Speaker 6: You guys have clearly haven't turned into my Christmas show then,
- 15:41Speaker 6: because my show is about far from traditional Christmas is
- 15:44Speaker 6: you can get on my when I do my Christmas.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Right. Damn. I didn't know MCA ahead a Christmas album.
- 15:55Speaker 6: They don't, but but uh has a Christmas song about
- 16:00Speaker 6: Rampus that I play all the time.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, is great.
- 16:05Speaker 6: They are amazing. Yeah uh yeah.
- 16:09Speaker 1: So what else have people been up to? I think
- 16:12Speaker 1: we've got time for one more topic before we hit
- 16:13Speaker 1: a break. Nothing brief.
- 16:17Speaker 3: Okay, I've been having a shitty week.
- 16:20Speaker 1: I'm sorry about I think I think everybody has this.
- 16:24Speaker 1: This This week has been the longest year of my life.
- 16:29Speaker 4: Genuinely, this week has sucked beyond the telling of it,
- 16:33Speaker 4: and I am determined to come out of it stronger
- 16:37Speaker 4: and better than ever.
- 16:38Speaker 1: Yeah, because I'm just fucking pissed. But how is your week?
- 16:43Speaker 3: This week's been a lesson immortality? So like, I turned
- 16:49Speaker 3: thirty three this year this week.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Okay, but you're still clearly very alive.
- 16:53Speaker 3: Yeah, obviously, no, I'm dead.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Said some words on it.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Mostly on the inside, that's fair, I think.
- 17:04Speaker 8: Yeah. But the other day, for the first time, really
- 17:09Speaker 8: like genuinely for the first time, I had a panic attack,
- 17:13Speaker 8: like a legit panic attack. I just woke up perfectly fine,
- 17:19Speaker 8: roll out of bed a couple seconds later just hit
- 17:22Speaker 8: me like like a brick.
- 17:24Speaker 3: All my limbs got heavy, my heart rate was going crazy.
- 17:27Speaker 3: I could hear my heartbeat in my ear.
- 17:30Speaker 8: I was having issues breathing, whist coloration my face like
- 17:33Speaker 8: I had to lay it out and it was bad,
- 17:37Speaker 8: like and it came out of nowhere too, which was
- 17:39Speaker 8: even straight, which is common I guess for panic attacks,
- 17:42Speaker 8: but like it literally just for the first time ever,
- 17:44Speaker 8: I suffered a legitimate panic attack.
- 17:47Speaker 1: I've never had one, so I don't.
- 17:51Speaker 8: I've had yeah, yeah, I was talking to a coworker
- 17:54Speaker 8: today about it, dude who she proliferately has panic attacks
- 17:58Speaker 8: as well. The way she gets out of them and
- 18:00Speaker 8: she just takes a cold shower like something about cold
- 18:03Speaker 8: cold water or an ice pack or something like that
- 18:05Speaker 8: gets her out of it. For me, I had had
- 18:08Speaker 8: to like lay in my bed and like with the
- 18:10Speaker 8: sheet over my head because the light was just blinding me,
- 18:15Speaker 8: any bit of light was blinding me, and just had
- 18:18Speaker 8: to sit there just you're sure myself over and over again,
- 18:22Speaker 8: while also like physically reminding myself to breathe because at
- 18:27Speaker 8: one point, like I wasn't breathing on my own like
- 18:29Speaker 8: I had to breathe, like actually use those muscles to
- 18:34Speaker 8: breathe it out. It was. It was a not so
- 18:37Speaker 8: fun and I awake, you know, eye opening moment really
- 18:42Speaker 8: because I'm just like, wow, I really need to.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Start looking at and taking care of myself better.
- 18:47Speaker 8: Because I'm getting up there now and my health is
- 18:52Speaker 8: gotta degrade from here on out, so it's not gonna
- 18:55Speaker 8: get any better.
- 18:56Speaker 6: You know, I'll get with all respect, the fact that
- 18:58Speaker 6: you see her getting up there at thirty three just me.
- 19:01Speaker 6: I'm sorry, to.
- 19:04Speaker 3: Be fair, I I put I put myself to the
- 19:09Speaker 3: ringer though from the time I.
- 19:10Speaker 6: Was I'm not I'm not your feelings.
- 19:15Speaker 8: I know I get that because I people older than me,
- 19:17Speaker 8: because I all my friends, most of my friends are
- 19:19Speaker 8: all older than me. So every time I mentioned anything
- 19:22Speaker 8: to do with age, the immediate reaction is, oh, fuck you.
- 19:28Speaker 2: But you are right, it is gonna get worse, like.
- 19:32Speaker 1: We're all living proof.
- 19:34Speaker 9: But I've never any less wrong.
- 19:35Speaker 8: And again it's it's a lot of it has to
- 19:37Speaker 8: do with like I never really took care of myself
- 19:39Speaker 8: growing up, from the time I was like within working age,
- 19:42Speaker 8: like sixty on up, like just non stop, just on
- 19:46Speaker 8: my feet always like never taking breaks, never taking like
- 19:51Speaker 8: never really taking care of myself.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Like I don't really even go to the doctor.
- 19:55Speaker 8: Like last time I went to the doctor was like
- 19:57Speaker 8: years ago, and I had to do it for a
- 20:00Speaker 8: job application purpose.
- 20:02Speaker 2: That was it.
- 20:03Speaker 3: I never did it for like personal check.
- 20:06Speaker 6: Yeah. I mean, I'm not sound like I'm making a joke,
- 20:09Speaker 6: but I'm not. But like at thirty is when you
- 20:11Speaker 6: really got to start. Like I was kind of like
- 20:12Speaker 6: that going into when I hit thirty ogie, but then
- 20:15Speaker 6: once I hit thirty, was like, all right, yeah, you
- 20:16Speaker 6: need to start like kicking entire checking the checking me
- 20:19Speaker 6: like every year, you know what I mean, Like it
- 20:22Speaker 6: would be.
- 20:23Speaker 4: Well advised, especially because of having your panic attack. I
- 20:27Speaker 4: would definitely talk to a doctor about it, just sure. Yeah,
- 20:31Speaker 4: I mean they may not have a solution, like people
- 20:34Speaker 4: a lot of people just live with.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Panic attacks, but that's true.
- 20:37Speaker 4: There could be some external stimuli that's causing it, and
- 20:40Speaker 4: if the doctor can point you in the right direction,
- 20:42Speaker 4: you might not have to deal with pan attacks so much,
- 20:45Speaker 4: or they might be easier to deal with exactly.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:48Speaker 8: So yeah, so a little you know, eye opening life lesson,
- 20:52Speaker 8: like take better care of yourself because it will catch
- 20:56Speaker 8: up to you.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Yeah, remember when we were no, No, We're gonna try
- 21:05Speaker 1: and have some more laughs when we come back.
- 21:09Speaker 9: Right after this, we can interrupt this program to bring
- 21:20Speaker 9: you a newsplash.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Michael Jackson's ghost scene at a Yankees game, Cinnamon.
- 21:26Speaker 5: Do's crunch now with a shrimp in every bite.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Lil Uziird's head Diamond has been sold on the dark web.
- 21:34Speaker 10: Stories like this and more can be found at the

- 21:45Speaker 2: the socials at ever Trending Pod. And we are proud
- 21:49Speaker 2: members of the Odd Pods media network.
- 22:07Speaker 4: Hey man, welcome back. So do we have any voicemails
- 22:12Speaker 4: or emails or comments or anything?
- 22:14Speaker 2: Uh No, nobody likes us now, I mean it's a possibility.
- 22:22Speaker 2: It's a possibility.
- 22:24Speaker 1: I didn't see any. You didn't look.
- 22:26Speaker 2: I looked, I didn't see any.
- 22:28Speaker 1: So okay, very unlikely. I guess we're not doing that.
- 22:31Speaker 5: I don't want people.
- 22:31Speaker 2: I didn't want you to think people like hated us,
- 22:33Speaker 2: Like no, this week they're all just like fuck you.
- 22:35Speaker 2: You're not getting a single comment. I looked, I just
- 22:38Speaker 2: didn't see any. Doesn't mean there isn't doesn't mean there isn't.
- 22:42Speaker 2: So that you feel a little bit better, I still
- 22:45Speaker 2: feel like, oh, you know what, there's one they love
- 22:52Speaker 2: Aaron the most. It was from last week's episode with
- 22:56Speaker 2: the long title, and they said, we want you to
- 23:01Speaker 2: host more games that are fun. Uh yeah, so thank
- 23:06Speaker 2: you an anonymous person who signed an anonymous and not
- 23:13Speaker 2: a name spinning awak.
- 23:22Speaker 6: That guy that I actually you know what smoke. If
- 23:27Speaker 6: you remember I pitched an ID to you at the
- 23:29Speaker 6: end of the last night, should I should I bring
- 23:31Speaker 6: that up now? And yeah, well I was hoping against hope.
- 23:37Speaker 6: But you know, so I had no idea that you
- 23:41Speaker 6: guys should have a regular judge on the show. But right,
- 23:50Speaker 6: So here's the beauty of it, though, Aaron, because then
- 23:52Speaker 6: you can go, let's go to the judges, and the
- 23:55Speaker 6: judge is never going to give the right answer like it,
- 23:58Speaker 6: so you're gonna be some really stupid calm men are
- 24:00Speaker 6: completely backwards unless you set up some keyword with him,
- 24:05Speaker 6: and then when you say that keyword, he actually snaps
- 24:07Speaker 6: into real judge mode and helps you decide something. I
- 24:10Speaker 6: think that would be entertaining as fun.
- 24:12Speaker 2: So it's like, Okay, do you know like how you
- 24:15Speaker 2: have a sex dungeon and you got a gimp that's
- 24:17Speaker 2: always there?
- 24:18Speaker 1: Yes, because that's like exactly how I set up my
- 24:21Speaker 1: home as you do your game shows.
- 24:23Speaker 3: So is there always a get?
- 24:30Speaker 1: Why do I not remember this sex?
- 24:33Speaker 2: I don't know, but we should, my god.
- 24:37Speaker 6: Yes, it puts the lotion.
- 24:40Speaker 3: On his skin or else it gets the question again?
- 24:46Speaker 1: Nice nicely, there's that he's back. He's back, everybody. That's funny.
- 24:59Speaker 9: Nobody.
- 25:00Speaker 6: Yeah, I thought it'd be interesting, like like making it
- 25:02Speaker 6: like really not contributed, Like I think that's what makes
- 25:05Speaker 6: it the funny bit is like he's a judge who's
- 25:07Speaker 6: supposed to be a judge, but is not contributed to
- 25:09Speaker 6: the help of the show in any way unless you
- 25:12Speaker 6: actually say whatever the keyword is that then allows him
- 25:16Speaker 6: to help you with whatever. Like I think it would
- 25:19Speaker 6: be a funny bit for the show.
- 25:22Speaker 3: So it's a bit like, how like.
- 25:25Speaker 4: I can't between these, let's go to the judges judge
- 25:30Speaker 4: no funk off, All right, I guess I'm screwing.
- 25:34Speaker 9: But like it would be like like.
- 25:37Speaker 6: He would he would provide he or she would provide
- 25:40Speaker 6: like a third answer that has nothing to do with
- 25:42Speaker 6: the topic, Like that would be the type of.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Like titty sprinkles.
- 25:46Speaker 1: What the fuck?
- 25:48Speaker 2: Can you hit a button at least that unlocks this
- 25:50Speaker 2: person so they can pop out like check in a
- 25:52Speaker 2: box or something.
- 25:54Speaker 3: Yeah, it'll effect off of h right right, that is
- 25:59Speaker 3: an US.
- 26:04Speaker 2: You know they're trying to replace us already.
- 26:07Speaker 6: Yeah, it's like no, no, no, add to not replace.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Mm hmm. Can we make this person wear a different
- 26:17Speaker 2: funny costume every week?
- 26:20Speaker 6: I mean.
- 26:24Speaker 2: We didn't say what the costume was there, and it
- 26:26Speaker 2: could be anything.
- 26:29Speaker 6: Unicorns, red tassels, or nothing.
- 26:34Speaker 1: Wow, I got nothing.
- 26:38Speaker 2: I said, we get four of them in case there's
- 26:41Speaker 2: a tie.
- 26:43Speaker 4: So that there can we can go one way and
- 26:45Speaker 4: two of them keep it a tie. Is basically what
- 26:49Speaker 4: you're asking.
- 26:51Speaker 2: Has to go back to you anyway.
- 26:54Speaker 5: And for our time bring.
- 26:56Speaker 4: The whole point is this judge to be useless, like
- 26:59Speaker 4: absolutely fun and useless, like.
- 27:01Speaker 6: You get you get six judges, so there's twice as
- 27:03Speaker 6: many judges there are our hosts. I think that's even better.
- 27:07Speaker 6: I think that now now you're just you know, it's
- 27:14Speaker 6: just something you know I don't have a show, so
- 27:17Speaker 6: I live vicariously through kind of.
- 27:20Speaker 1: I kind of like the idea of doing something like this.
- 27:22Speaker 4: But we set up like if people can contribute their
- 27:26Speaker 4: judgments and they can literally be anything they want, and
- 27:29Speaker 4: we just put it on the soundboard without listening to
- 27:32Speaker 4: it when I when I call for it, I need
- 27:34Speaker 4: to something.
- 27:35Speaker 1: For the Judges.
- 27:36Speaker 4: Just pick one and we'll listen it for the first
- 27:41Speaker 4: time and it will make absolutely no sense, but I'll
- 27:44Speaker 4: try and use it to actually.
- 27:46Speaker 2: Make it make it make sense.
- 27:49Speaker 1: Okay, I like something like that could work.
- 27:53Speaker 2: So we got to get a bunch of people to call.
- 27:55Speaker 4: You gotta talk about the Judges program to just get
- 27:58Speaker 4: people to leave voicemails with their judgments.
- 28:02Speaker 1: And your judgments can literally be anything.
- 28:05Speaker 3: Leave your judgments.
- 28:07Speaker 6: And I'm just saying, if you want a live version,
- 28:10Speaker 6: I mean, I'm free a lot.
- 28:15Speaker 1: Trying to.
- 28:18Speaker 8: The show.
- 28:21Speaker 2: I heard him try doing the same thing on the
- 28:23Speaker 2: Gate lead version. I don't know, did you No, I
- 28:32Speaker 2: don't think Wait a minute, I was like, I was
- 28:38Speaker 2: just guessing.
- 28:39Speaker 6: I have offered to fill in for Jason when he's
- 28:41Speaker 6: not available. I haven't.
- 28:43Speaker 1: I still want to do the US versus gate Leapers
- 28:46Speaker 1: thing hosted by c J.
- 28:48Speaker 6: Yes, the last time we talked about it, you seem
- 28:50Speaker 6: kind of like, so, I I haven't really done any
- 28:53Speaker 6: work on it, but I can still make that happen.
- 28:55Speaker 1: I mean, I apologize if I gave the wrong impression.
- 28:58Speaker 3: Aaron's always like it was always like it just could
- 29:02Speaker 3: have just kind of at the wrong time.
- 29:03Speaker 1: But yeah, we would be I have resting board face.
- 29:06Speaker 6: I guess you you you you said something to the
- 29:09Speaker 6: effect of like you weren't sure how that would go
- 29:11Speaker 6: or something. There was something about what you said that
- 29:13Speaker 6: made me feel like you weren't on board. So maybe
- 29:15Speaker 6: I just misunderstood.
- 29:16Speaker 2: But oh, it's probably because there's only two of the
- 29:18Speaker 2: Gaily person there's three of us.
- 29:21Speaker 6: Well, they were gonna try, they were gonna try to
- 29:23Speaker 6: get sure.
- 29:25Speaker 2: That's it. That's exactly we have an advantage we do
- 29:30Speaker 2: because Jason doesn't exist exactly.
- 29:32Speaker 1: They haven't imagined Harry three fair enough, fucking unreal. Yes,
- 29:38Speaker 1: please continue to that. I genuinely wanted to be a thing.
- 29:43Speaker 6: It may it may have to be a twenty twenty
- 29:45Speaker 6: five thing. At this point, it's gonna take me some
- 29:47Speaker 6: time to we.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Have so much on our plates. Like, one of the
- 29:50Speaker 1: things I've been working on is we're doing a really
- 29:53Speaker 1: big show next week.
- 29:55Speaker 5: Oh wow, I'm super.
- 29:56Speaker 1: Excited about it. Is it is It is a It
- 29:58Speaker 1: is a game show that we've had in the world
- 30:01Speaker 1: four months and months upon months.
- 30:04Speaker 4: I'm just never actually put the people in resources together
- 30:07Speaker 4: to make it happen. So we're finally doing it next week,
- 30:11Speaker 4: and I'm so excited for that, so excited recording.
- 30:15Speaker 1: You have no idea.
- 30:17Speaker 4: I can't tell you because they're surprises, but I am
- 30:20Speaker 4: so excited. So next week's recording is going to be.
- 30:24Speaker 4: Next week's episode is going to be amazing. I'm sorry, CJ.
- 30:28Speaker 6: I'm very intrigued, but I look forward.
- 30:32Speaker 1: To your your response to it. I'm sure you will
- 30:34Speaker 1: enjoy it as well.
- 30:36Speaker 4: And I, like I said, I can't say much about it,
- 30:38Speaker 4: but yeah, next week's episode is going to be That's
- 30:40Speaker 4: another thing I've spent a lot of time this week.
- 30:43Speaker 2: Yeah, you were setting it up and it's so special.
- 30:45Speaker 2: He hasn't even told me the secrets about it yet.
- 30:48Speaker 3: No, I didn't even know it was happening.
- 30:54Speaker 4: Left Doggie completely out of the loop at him on
- 30:58Speaker 4: discord about five times. Apparently he hasn't been on it.
- 31:02Speaker 4: It's okay, it's been a week, even.
- 31:05Speaker 1: What you've been through.
- 31:07Speaker 6: We can't even get him to tune into the radio show.
- 31:10Speaker 3: I mean, I know it's because I fall asleep at
- 31:12Speaker 3: like six pm yesterday.
- 31:15Speaker 2: Only yeah I try, I can.
- 31:19Speaker 6: But if you, if you as much as Smoke did yesterday,
- 31:23Speaker 6: I understand that because I think that would put down
- 31:25Speaker 6: an elephant. And he was still mormal, So I'm not sure.
- 31:29Speaker 8: I have no idea where he how he does that,
- 31:31Speaker 8: Like he's just like he trichulizes himself and he's going.
- 31:36Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't know. I don't know.
- 31:37Speaker 4: I've seen him and take more than like most like
- 31:40Speaker 4: third world countries worth of weed.
- 31:43Speaker 1: All by himself. Yeah, especially, and and he'll still be fine,
- 31:47Speaker 1: and I'll be the one who's sick.
- 31:49Speaker 2: It makes no sense. Maybe it's because like it's like osmosis,
- 31:55Speaker 2: like I doesn't take it all, but like you're so
- 31:58Speaker 2: close to next to me that like it like transmits
- 32:03Speaker 2: from me to you like sells.
- 32:06Speaker 6: You don't have your FM transmitter yet, Smoke, it won't work.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Yes, sorry, yes, that's all I better do.
- 32:15Speaker 8: I think he's just like mostly DNA wise made out
- 32:18Speaker 8: of weed. At this point, I've seen dudes like ten
- 32:22Speaker 8: times his size get woozy from smelling paint.
- 32:27Speaker 6: So wait, he's basically the male poison Ivy? Is that basically?
- 32:31Speaker 8: Basically? Yeah, if there was a male version of poison ivy,
- 32:35Speaker 8: it would be Steve, but it would be poison ivy.
- 32:37Speaker 8: It would be poisons like sticky something.
- 32:43Speaker 2: No, no, don't go around called sticky Stevie.
- 32:50Speaker 1: It's gonna be your intro on every episode.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Right Yeah, I pick a gimmick and I just go
- 32:55Speaker 2: with it, like hardcore man.
- 32:59Speaker 1: Stick.
- 32:59Speaker 6: You see munching on Diggi's donuts. It's a nice little.
- 33:04Speaker 1: God.
- 33:05Speaker 2: I wish to Stevie was munching on Dick's donut right now,
- 33:09Speaker 2: just an actual donut.
- 33:11Speaker 1: You sick bastards.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Okay, So CJ, what have you been up to lately? Oh?
- 33:18Speaker 6: Man, really, it's it's the it's the radio show. It
- 33:22Speaker 6: I've been We were down for two weeks. There was
- 33:26Speaker 6: two weeks where the station, So I think I think
- 33:30Speaker 6: I'm allowed to share this. They did server maintenance and
- 33:35Speaker 6: actually migrated the server migrated from one server to another,
- 33:39Speaker 6: and when they did it disconnected all of us from
- 33:45Speaker 6: from the server, like our the software we used disconnected,
- 33:48Speaker 6: and we were supposed to by the people who actually
- 33:51Speaker 6: operate this thing, which is not the station matter. He
- 33:53Speaker 6: just pays for the thing, and but according to him,
- 33:56Speaker 6: we were supposed to be able to just still log in.
- 33:58Speaker 6: The migration was supposed to be seless. Well it didn't happen.
- 34:02Speaker 6: And now I don't know how much you guys usually
- 34:05Speaker 6: know about things like SHOUTcast and ice cast and all
- 34:08Speaker 6: those different server types. But half of us are on
- 34:10Speaker 6: ice Cast, now half of us are on SHOUTcast, and
- 34:13Speaker 6: nobody knows why half of us have to be on
- 34:15Speaker 6: the one and half has to be on the other.
- 34:17Speaker 6: It's the only way we were able to all get
- 34:18Speaker 6: connected again. But now but now we're back on and
- 34:22Speaker 6: we're doing shows, and at least we're back and that
- 34:26Speaker 6: that feels great because I, you know, it's so funny,
- 34:29Speaker 6: and you guys can probably speak to this from the podcasting,
- 34:32Speaker 6: like when I would when I would be doing Podescu
- 34:34Speaker 6: and Rico and I would take it some time off
- 34:37Speaker 6: because I'd go on vacation or he'd go on vacation
- 34:39Speaker 6: or whatever, and things we were entitled to do. I
- 34:43Speaker 6: would come back like itching to do it, Like I'd
- 34:46Speaker 6: be like, oh my god, it's been a week, it's
- 34:49Speaker 6: been two weeks. It's been whatever. I can't to be
- 34:52Speaker 6: off radio for two weeks was like that time's ten,
- 34:56Speaker 6: Like it was awful not being able to be on
- 35:00Speaker 6: and do the show. So the fact that I get
- 35:01Speaker 6: to be back now and I'm out building shows, like
- 35:04Speaker 6: I'm building shows like two months out now, and I
- 35:06Speaker 6: never play that far in advance, like that's how I am.
- 35:10Speaker 6: Just to be back on and I'm doing it, so
- 35:13Speaker 6: it's it's it's fun. But yeah, it's been mainly that
- 35:16Speaker 6: doing shows and trying to find a new job for
- 35:19Speaker 6: my real day, my day job thing. But that's, you know,
- 35:23Speaker 6: a slow process.
- 35:24Speaker 2: So yeah, jobs can be a pain in the assify
- 35:27Speaker 2: especially one that like fits like whatever you specifically want
- 35:30Speaker 2: to you know, availability remote work if.
- 35:34Speaker 6: What I want is this, but this is not going
- 35:37Speaker 6: to pay me the kind of money that I earned now, so.
- 35:40Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, yeah, you got to be in that special
- 35:44Speaker 2: like top top tier to be able to do that.
- 35:47Speaker 1: Crap.
- 35:48Speaker 2: Man, I wish that'd be awesome. Holy crap.
- 35:50Speaker 6: I would love to pay to do the get paid
- 35:52Speaker 6: to do the radio thing. And I already told the
- 35:54Speaker 6: I already told the station manager all the time, like
- 35:57Speaker 6: if I ever hit power Ball or whatever, like I'm
- 36:00Speaker 6: I'm in locked in five days a week, nine them
- 36:03Speaker 6: in night guaranteed, like you you will have me on
- 36:06Speaker 6: air Tuesday through Saturday or yeah, Tuesday through Saturday, nine
- 36:11Speaker 6: them in night, Like no joke, I will be there, glad.
- 36:14Speaker 2: Well, yeah, you get to do something, you'd actually love it.
- 36:16Speaker 2: At that point you wouldn't have to worry about all
- 36:19Speaker 2: the extra bs and adult crap.
- 36:21Speaker 8: You know.
- 36:21Speaker 2: It's like, nope, I can actually do what I want
- 36:23Speaker 2: and that's it. It's kind of nice, like that'd be perfect, man.
- 36:27Speaker 6: Which is why as much as I love Star Wars
- 36:29Speaker 6: I I I yearn for a Star Trek universe where
- 36:34Speaker 6: money and ship is people just do what they want
- 36:37Speaker 6: to do.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Like, yeah, you know see what you're saying.
- 36:40Speaker 6: It's not you don't need you don't need money for
- 36:43Speaker 6: food because you got a goddamn replicator. You're like, make
- 36:46Speaker 6: me an earl gray hot. You're good like you don't
- 36:48Speaker 6: you know, like you don't need.
- 36:55Speaker 3: If we had a food replicator, listen, what would you
- 36:59Speaker 3: eat every day?
- 37:00Speaker 2: Because I know what I would eat everything.
- 37:07Speaker 8: Right. My favorite thing when I would go on vacation,
- 37:11Speaker 8: namely down to like Disney World or somewhere along the
- 37:14Speaker 8: lines of that. One of my favorite things is whenever
- 37:17Speaker 8: they offer like lunch or dinner all day, because I'd
- 37:22Speaker 8: be pigging to hamburgers and cheezburgers. I love them all right,
- 37:27Speaker 8: And I would order when I'd.
- 37:29Speaker 3: Go down for vacation, I would order like an angus burger,
- 37:32Speaker 3: like a quarter pounder every single day.
- 37:36Speaker 8: It didn't matter, Like I literally started my day off
- 37:38Speaker 8: by eating a burger. I wonder why I have health
- 37:42Speaker 8: issues now? Hey right, but but yeah, I would probably
- 37:49Speaker 8: like something along the lines of like I would do
- 37:51Speaker 8: like a stuffed burger, a different type of stuff burger
- 37:53Speaker 8: every single day.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Nice for me. It would be pizza oven pizza, but
- 37:59Speaker 1: the and ingredients from nineteen ninety the original.
- 38:04Speaker 2: Oh dude, I kind of want that pizza I miss
- 38:08Speaker 2: Oh god, it was so good.
- 38:09Speaker 1: I don't think original would pizza as well?
- 38:13Speaker 2: Fontanas the ship it's all closed, yeah ship.
- 38:19Speaker 1: Damn?
- 38:19Speaker 4: Yeah, that would that would be the wishless tight. I
- 38:22Speaker 4: mean I do a lot of other things like Burger's reads.
- 38:25Speaker 2: Right, yo, god, yeah, yeah, I might would definitely just
- 38:27Speaker 2: be a variety. I'm big on just trying new foods
- 38:30Speaker 2: all the time, especially when I go places, I'm like, nope,
- 38:32Speaker 2: I need to get something different because I just want
- 38:34Speaker 2: to experience new ship literally unlimited.
- 38:37Speaker 1: That would be me, like literally try whatever you want,
- 38:40Speaker 1: Like whatever you want.
- 38:41Speaker 2: I went to this Japanese place when I was in
- 38:43Speaker 2: Florida with my parents and no joke, I got three
- 38:46Speaker 2: different flights of sushi's and then like uh red snapper,
- 38:51Speaker 2: and then we would just tried a bunch of different stuff.
- 38:53Speaker 2: So I'm like, I've never had this, never had this
- 38:55Speaker 2: or this, Like let's just order it, like, let's just
- 38:58Speaker 2: try that.
- 38:59Speaker 6: And Oakland actually we did that for his birthday. We
- 39:02Speaker 6: had a blast.
- 39:03Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it's fun.
- 39:04Speaker 6: What about you, you know what, I'm more like you
- 39:10Speaker 6: are smoking that. I would probably just you know whatever,
- 39:13Speaker 6: But like, just for the sake of contributing to the conversation,
- 39:16Speaker 6: I will pick a thing just to so that I
- 39:20Speaker 6: can say I picked something. So Robertos carneus out of
- 39:23Speaker 6: burritos from anywhere in the Southwest, because Roberto's like a
- 39:26Speaker 6: chain throughout the Southwest, so anywhere you and it's and
- 39:30Speaker 6: when I say chain for those not in the know,
- 39:33Speaker 6: it's not like a Dell Taco or a Taco Bell.
- 39:35Speaker 2: This is like.
- 39:37Speaker 6: Hole in the wall, but it's a chain like it's
- 39:40Speaker 6: it's so not a franchise. And oh, I love him
- 39:43Speaker 6: so much. They're so good. Like literally, when I get
- 39:45Speaker 6: off the plane to visit the family in Vegas, the
- 39:47Speaker 6: first thing they do is drive me to Robertos. And
- 39:50Speaker 6: we don't even go home yet. We go to Roberto's first,
- 39:52Speaker 6: and I get a big horse Shota and a carneus
- 39:56Speaker 6: out of burrito and I at least have at least one,
- 39:59Speaker 6: but tip lead up to three per trip because it's they're.
- 40:02Speaker 1: Just so good.
- 40:03Speaker 2: And that's the place you said yesterday, right.
- 40:07Speaker 6: I might have. I don't remember if I brought it
- 40:09Speaker 6: up yesterday honestly, but oh yeah, yeah, that's the place
- 40:13Speaker 6: I want you to go when you're out there, yes, Murdos, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 40:16Speaker 6: that's exactly the place. You're right. I'm sorry it was
- 40:21Speaker 6: it was. I do have a question though, since it
- 40:23Speaker 6: is a replicator, is it technically empty calorie?
- 40:28Speaker 1: Oh No, I don't think so. I think I think
- 40:30Speaker 1: it's actually because I.
- 40:31Speaker 2: Have to have calories.
- 40:32Speaker 1: They don't. They don't like, you know, look like sickly.
- 40:35Speaker 1: They're not. They're not skeleton.
- 40:37Speaker 2: Just like.
- 40:41Speaker 5: It's too heavy.
- 40:43Speaker 6: It forms out of nowhere though, you know, like if
- 40:45Speaker 6: you think about it, it just it just materializes.
- 40:49Speaker 5: Yeah, it's just fast.
- 40:50Speaker 1: What the way it works is like in in universe.
- 40:53Speaker 4: The way it works is it works it takes like
- 40:56Speaker 4: the actual molecules of like air or waste products or plastic,
- 41:01Speaker 4: literally any molecules that can get its hands on, and
- 41:04Speaker 4: just changes the structure of those molecules to what you want.
- 41:09Speaker 4: So literally it literally takes you know, air or plastic
- 41:12Speaker 4: or you know whatever and literally rewrites the molecules to
- 41:17Speaker 4: make them into whatever food you pick.
- 41:20Speaker 2: So the microplastics and the food. There's more in the
- 41:23Speaker 2: future technically.
- 41:26Speaker 1: Quite literally.
- 41:26Speaker 8: Yeah, you worried about microplastics, and you know, we're just
- 41:31Speaker 8: eating plastic.
- 41:34Speaker 2: Some dudesses are chewing on a coke.
- 41:35Speaker 1: P don't ask what what happens to you when you transport?
- 41:38Speaker 8: By the way, Oh jeez, that was their solve for
- 41:44Speaker 8: the microplastics in your system.
- 41:46Speaker 2: Okay, so if you hit okay, you're on the enterprise, right.
- 41:50Speaker 1: Okay, here we go, we go.
- 41:54Speaker 2: All of the Engineering Bay had like a party, right,
- 41:58Speaker 2: and there was bad sushi on Portually everybody's sick. Now
- 42:01Speaker 2: all the toilets are taking up, right, and but there's
- 42:05Speaker 2: like five people to have to go like mad bad
- 42:07Speaker 2: and you don't want to just explode all over the
- 42:09Speaker 2: end because you got to clean it up and it's gross. Now,
- 42:11Speaker 2: can you technically can you transport the poo out of
- 42:17Speaker 2: somebody and then into a toilet or somewhere else. I mean,
- 42:21Speaker 2: that'd be kind of weird if you were trying to
- 42:22Speaker 2: poo and then all of a sudden it's pool on
- 42:24Speaker 2: the toilet before you went.
- 42:26Speaker 1: So to give you a straight in universe answer, I
- 42:29Speaker 1: don't think that would work.
- 42:30Speaker 2: Not even if you were like the best at that
- 42:32Speaker 2: machine game.
- 42:34Speaker 4: The way the teleporter works is it locks onto I
- 42:43Speaker 4: guess it might be possible if you had like a
- 42:46Speaker 4: poop signature. Poops are like they're they're they're informed by
- 42:52Speaker 4: your own DNA, so everybody's poop is slightly different, So
- 42:56Speaker 4: I think the transporter would have a hard time walking onto.
- 43:00Speaker 1: Someone's system. Having said that, I cannot say it's impossible.
- 43:06Speaker 2: We need we need to go to rend it after
- 43:08Speaker 2: the show.
- 43:09Speaker 1: I have a question.
- 43:10Speaker 8: So if it targets organic material, anything inorganic, and you
- 43:14Speaker 8: would be left behind if you got teleported away, wouldn't it.
- 43:16Speaker 2: Yes, so all those microplastics, so everybody out of your system.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Yeah, everybody.
- 43:23Speaker 3: And their bowels would just be empty.
- 43:26Speaker 6: I can't believe we're gonna even ask this question, but
- 43:28Speaker 6: the fact that Smoke said what you said, raise is
- 43:30Speaker 6: the question to me. So I'm now obligated. But if
- 43:35Speaker 6: you were about to evacuate yourself and you got transported,
- 43:38Speaker 6: as it happened, would it still be evacuating when you're.
- 43:43Speaker 1: I guess it would depend on whether the beam picked
- 43:45Speaker 1: that up too.
- 43:46Speaker 2: So when you're clicking that lasso tool, are they going
- 43:49Speaker 2: all the way around you with a cap or is
- 43:52Speaker 2: it like right against your skin?
- 43:54Speaker 8: So when your photo shot yourself, because.
- 43:57Speaker 2: That's how they do, that's how they grab your signature.
- 43:59Speaker 2: They're doing that little lasso tool around you and then
- 44:01Speaker 2: they control V control.
- 44:03Speaker 1: C powers Why her brain is so good?
- 44:13Speaker 6: Actually, technically, wasn't check Off and the new ones better
- 44:16Speaker 6: than O'Brien, Like he apparently could grab somebody while they
- 44:19Speaker 6: were moving if I recall.
- 44:22Speaker 8: Was yeah, yeah, able to track somebody like jettising through
- 44:26Speaker 8: space and picked up.
- 44:27Speaker 2: He was more technically savvy. I think something like that,
- 44:30Speaker 2: like he could like mind meld with a machine, but
- 44:33Speaker 2: not in that dirty way, but in the good, like
- 44:35Speaker 2: technician way.
- 44:37Speaker 1: You know.
- 44:38Speaker 6: I don't think that's what happened.
- 44:39Speaker 2: I don't know. Star Trek guys are weird. She tried
- 44:43Speaker 2: being on that ship for like decades at a time.
- 44:46Speaker 3: Trying to figure out where your poo goes.
- 44:50Speaker 2: You try to answer all these questions, arin you'll go crazy.
- 44:54Speaker 8: You'll go crazy, get kicked off the ship just because
- 44:57Speaker 8: like he's asking many questions.
- 45:00Speaker 1: He's gonna make half the crew have like a.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Captain.
- 45:04Speaker 1: He won't stop talking about.
- 45:07Speaker 5: Stephen.
- 45:08Speaker 2: Yes, captain, get the funk off my ship. That's not
- 45:12Speaker 2: the prime director of captain. Get the fuck off my ship.
- 45:16Speaker 2: What's lower than ensign? Get the funk off my ship.
- 45:21Speaker 2: Technically a ship goes on the water, Sir, Get the
- 45:23Speaker 2: fuck off my goddamn ship. Somebody transfer him and his
- 45:27Speaker 2: pool away from here.
- 45:29Speaker 3: If you off the gravity and I float in mid air,
- 45:31Speaker 3: am I still on your ship?
- 45:34Speaker 2: You know? Take his fucking duffy friends to.
- 45:41Speaker 1: Well. I don't think we're gonna top that, So I
- 45:43Speaker 1: think probably we'll go for a break at this point.
- 45:46Speaker 1: We'll be back right after this.

- 46:25Speaker 10: podcast info, viral social media post and so much more.
- 46:39Speaker 1: Hey man, welcome back. It's time for a third and
- 46:42Speaker 1: final part of our show, Part three, Part three. Oh shit, dun, dun, dun.
- 46:47Speaker 1: Oh it's here, Yeah, it's here. Most things are.
- 46:55Speaker 2: He lays back down, son stuff.
- 47:09Speaker 8: Oh my god.
- 47:11Speaker 1: So we've heard a lot about what we've been up to.
- 47:14Speaker 1: What about you smoking me?
- 47:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I've been up to a fair amount of stuff lately. Actually,
- 47:19Speaker 2: it's been kind of nice. I'm still on summer vacation
- 47:22Speaker 2: from work from the school, which is cool. But uh,
- 47:26Speaker 2: I know earlier I mentioned about the food thing. I've
- 47:28Speaker 2: actually been learning how to make things from scratch. So
- 47:31Speaker 2: I've made from scratch homemade chocolate chip cookies now like flour, dough, sugar, like,
- 47:36Speaker 2: none of them mixed suff just doing everything like just
- 47:39Speaker 2: fresh and greedy. Yeah, came out fucking banging, dude, like,
- 47:44Speaker 2: way better than I thought. And I used Himalayan sea
- 47:47Speaker 2: salt a big chunk, so they're a little bit thicker.
- 47:50Speaker 2: So when you bite into a chocolate chip cookie every
- 47:52Speaker 2: now and then, you'll get that little crunch of that
- 47:53Speaker 2: salt too. And damn dude, So I'm gonna do a
- 47:57Speaker 2: peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. I don't have any left,
- 48:01Speaker 2: but but but I bought all the ingredients to make
- 48:05Speaker 2: more because I hate.
- 48:07Speaker 1: Them all the tease a fat man, how.
- 48:14Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but the new ones will be better,
- 48:18Speaker 2: erin because the new ones will still have that Himalayan seed,
- 48:20Speaker 2: the pink Himalayan sea salt. They'll have chocolate chips, and
- 48:23Speaker 2: they'll be dark chocolate, so a little bit healthier. And
- 48:25Speaker 2: I'll be putting peanut butter in there as well with these,
- 48:28Speaker 2: so they'll be peanut butter, dark chocolate chip Himalayan Sea
- 48:32Speaker 2: salt cookies. So that'll be that'll be hopefully for the
- 48:38Speaker 2: next hangout, if not the recording next Hell yeah, I've
- 48:41Speaker 2: also created chocolate covered peanut butter protein balls. Now these
- 48:49Speaker 2: I also used the dark chocolate as well, but I
- 48:52Speaker 2: end up melting the but I get. I've done two
- 48:54Speaker 2: different types of peanut butter. I did an almond peanut
- 48:57Speaker 2: butter one, so it was like the oily mix up
- 49:00Speaker 2: the peanut butter with the oil and stuff. But I
- 49:03Speaker 2: took that the peanut butter and then I put a
- 49:06Speaker 2: little bit of sugar, a little bit of salt, very
- 49:08Speaker 2: little of the salt in that one, and then I
- 49:10Speaker 2: melted the chocolate. And then while the chocolate was melting,
- 49:13Speaker 2: I froze the peanut butter balls. And then when I
- 49:15Speaker 2: took them out and dipped them in the chocolate and
- 49:17Speaker 2: then froze them again. So it's a hard shell of
- 49:20Speaker 2: dark chocolate around these little balls of peanut butter, and
- 49:23Speaker 2: then like and some of them are almond peanut butter,
- 49:25Speaker 2: some are just regular peanut butter. I'm gonna be able
- 49:28Speaker 2: to put other things like walnuts in their sunflower seeds,
- 49:31Speaker 2: like I can make a bunch of towel.
- 49:34Speaker 1: These shorts are ruined. He's stuck to the floor.
- 49:46Speaker 10: Not yet.
- 49:47Speaker 2: So the other recipe I found homemade potato chips. So
- 49:52Speaker 2: I'm gonna be cutting and like slicing potato who potatoes
- 49:56Speaker 2: like I'm doing this all right, man, And I'll be
- 49:58Speaker 2: frying up potato chips. And then finally the last thing
- 50:02Speaker 2: is going to be the I'm making little stuff I'm
- 50:05Speaker 2: thinking about doing with pickles and macaroni. I'm making little
- 50:10Speaker 2: macaroni pickleballs, so fried little balls like breading and stuff,
- 50:14Speaker 2: and I'll fry them like deep fry them in a pan,
- 50:17Speaker 2: and then when you bite into them, all the cheese
- 50:19Speaker 2: from like the mac and cheese and stuff should come
- 50:22Speaker 2: out and stuff when you fight.
- 50:24Speaker 6: My shorts are now ruined.
- 50:28Speaker 1: Yeah, that's not so much my thing. But you know,
- 50:30Speaker 1: I'm glad.
- 50:31Speaker 6: No, I was with you already and then he added
- 50:34Speaker 6: that on and it was done so like yeah.
- 50:36Speaker 2: So the food thing, I'm making a recipe book. I
- 50:39Speaker 2: actually have a binder and I'm printing all the recipes
- 50:41Speaker 2: out and has everything the nutrition. And I'm making a
- 50:44Speaker 2: book of these cool little snacks.
- 50:46Speaker 4: Just fay I for anyone if you ever want, like,
- 50:50Speaker 4: if you ever want me to do anything for you,
- 50:52Speaker 4: the easiest and the fastest way is to make me
- 50:53Speaker 4: a dessert, because I will absolutely fucking love you for that,
- 50:57Speaker 4: and and I will I will do whatever you ask.
- 51:00Speaker 1: It's true.
- 51:00Speaker 2: That's why I'm perfecting these desserts.
- 51:02Speaker 3: Yes, I can start racking up those favors.
- 51:05Speaker 8: Right.
- 51:07Speaker 6: I got a title for your for your cookbook, really yeah,
- 51:11Speaker 6: Stevie's Baked Baking cookbook, Steve's Baked Baking.
- 51:16Speaker 1: I like that. I kind of like cooking with smoke that.
- 51:23Speaker 10: You know, what you do?
- 51:25Speaker 8: You do?
- 51:26Speaker 6: You do mine for like the dessert, yellow one.
- 51:29Speaker 2: For the barbecue.
- 51:30Speaker 1: Yeah, like that's a.
- 51:33Speaker 2: Good call, Holy crap.
- 51:36Speaker 6: Hell Yeah, and Aaron, we recorded this so you and
- 51:40Speaker 6: I get residuals, right, because we gave him.
- 51:43Speaker 2: It's the same regular ninety percent fee, like the usual.
- 51:46Speaker 1: Time nine how many times nine? Not ninety it's ninety.
- 51:52Speaker 3: Yeah, you get nine.
- 51:56Speaker 6: Look at the other eighty one ninety one ninety. I'll
- 52:00Speaker 6: take ninety if you.
- 52:01Speaker 2: Like, you know, right? But yeah, So the food thing
- 52:05Speaker 2: I've been hitting that hard. I've been loving that. Yesterday,
- 52:11Speaker 2: I was on the road a lot. The last couple
- 52:13Speaker 2: of days is going out because I got to go
- 52:15Speaker 2: visit uh jorge'es mom, which is great.
- 52:19Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 52:19Speaker 2: I haven't talked to her in a little bit, and
- 52:20Speaker 2: we get together every now and then. So we went
- 52:22Speaker 2: to a park and we had coffee and muffins and
- 52:26Speaker 2: we just hung out and talked about Jorge for like
- 52:28Speaker 2: an hour. It was really cool. And we talked about you,
- 52:31Speaker 2: DJ santhis and the dedication you did on the show. Yeah,
- 52:34Speaker 2: and I sent her a link to the show and
- 52:36Speaker 2: stuff too, because she listens to our show every now
- 52:39Speaker 2: and then still, which is great.
- 52:40Speaker 1: Smoke.
- 52:41Speaker 6: If you remind me after I I archive all those shows,
- 52:44Speaker 6: I can send you the audio if you want.
- 52:47Speaker 2: That would be amazing.
- 52:48Speaker 6: Yes, yeah, you got to remind me though, so just
- 52:50Speaker 6: shoot me a message or whatever.
- 52:52Speaker 2: Yeah, of course, like that'd be great. And then she
- 52:57Speaker 2: actually made peanut butter cookies for me, so I was like,
- 53:02Speaker 2: She's like, well, don't eat them yet, We're gonna have
- 53:03Speaker 2: coffee and off and I'm like okay. So I closed
- 53:05Speaker 2: the bag back up and put it in my car,
- 53:07Speaker 2: and then we hung out for the hour, and then
- 53:08Speaker 2: on the way home, I ate three. And then when
- 53:10Speaker 2: I got home.
- 53:15Speaker 1: And once again Aaron gets no sorry appreciated and like you're.
- 53:25Speaker 2: Gonna get stuffed. And then the other trip, I was,
- 53:30Speaker 2: it's okay, dude, I promise I'm gonna make good ones.
- 53:33Speaker 5: I'm not crying, Aaron, make you feel bad.
- 53:44Speaker 2: Fine, they're still still upstairs. I wasn't gonna tell you
- 53:49Speaker 2: now you gonna have one.
- 53:54Speaker 9: As long as they're still up.
- 53:55Speaker 2: There when we get back upstairs, because they were were
- 53:57Speaker 2: in the kitchen table.
- 53:57Speaker 3: So no promise cookies when I swear.
- 54:01Speaker 2: The cybernetic diabetic is up there, So no guarantees yet that.
- 54:04Speaker 3: They're still there loading cookies.
- 54:07Speaker 2: Ever, his machine says loading cookies.
- 54:16Speaker 1: Diabetic.
- 54:18Speaker 5: I love it all right, Okay.
- 54:21Speaker 2: The last thing I did is I took a ride
- 54:22Speaker 2: on my bike and took up my motorcycle out and
- 54:24Speaker 2: I went to the old winery because I haven't been
- 54:27Speaker 2: to the I used to work at a winery and.
- 54:29Speaker 1: We'd go like almost every week.
- 54:32Speaker 2: We were there, I mean I was there all the time. Anyway,
- 54:34Speaker 2: the friends would all show, they would always hang out
- 54:37Speaker 2: and we'd have a freaking blast and we would close
- 54:40Speaker 2: that place down because they had aloft inside the sta
- 54:43Speaker 2: scene rom. You'd go upstairs and you listen to music,
- 54:46Speaker 2: watch a movie. They had all like a projector and
- 54:48Speaker 2: all that private little room up there, little bar, and
- 54:52Speaker 2: we would just party all the time. Yes, So I
- 54:57Speaker 2: went over there to see how everything was going, and
- 54:59Speaker 2: it's going very well. It's going great, it's nice. I'm
- 55:04Speaker 2: possibly gonna be uh serving wine there upstairs for an event. Yeah,
- 55:10Speaker 2: for my school we're thinking about. I was gonna hold
- 55:13Speaker 2: my principal at the school I work at, and he
- 55:15Speaker 2: wants to bring the teachers and the aids to the winery.
- 55:18Speaker 2: I was like, oh my god. So I told the
- 55:20Speaker 2: owner and she's like, yeah, blah blah blah, you should
- 55:22Speaker 2: do that. I'm like, I'd even come and poorer. She's like,
- 55:25Speaker 2: really would you? You wouldn't mind coming back and pooring
- 55:27Speaker 2: And I'm like yeah, And I'm like wait a minute,
- 55:29Speaker 2: she said come back. Who So I think I might
- 55:33Speaker 2: be going back to the winery again, just for like
- 55:35Speaker 2: some off season stuff to help out or do events. No,
- 55:40Speaker 2: And it was always fun, like I always had a
- 55:42Speaker 2: ball and now that I don't drink anymore, would be
- 55:44Speaker 2: a lot easier to do my job there, so it
- 55:47Speaker 2: was kind of difficult when I was trash ninety percent
- 55:49Speaker 2: of the time I was.
- 55:50Speaker 6: Working, so it makes it challenging.
- 55:52Speaker 2: Yeah, you still good at it, but still but yeah,
- 56:00Speaker 2: like it was great hanging out there. In fact, later today,
- 56:05Speaker 2: I'm going to Lewis in New York because the Buffalo
- 56:09Speaker 2: Philharmonic is playing there for a free concert, and I'm
- 56:13Speaker 2: gonna be on Center Street where the winery has two booths.
- 56:16Speaker 2: So I'm gonna be going back because they got The
- 56:19Speaker 2: owner of the winery started another business aside business with
- 56:23Speaker 2: wine slushies, which she used to make at the winery,
- 56:26Speaker 2: but now it's straight up like, I have a truck
- 56:28Speaker 2: that makes just wine slushies and it's amazing, So I'm
- 56:32Speaker 2: gonna go there help support her. She makes a non
- 56:35Speaker 2: alcoholic wine slushy, now, which would I guess just be
- 56:37Speaker 2: a slushy. Oh, I make non alcoholic wine slushies. I
- 56:43Speaker 2: was like, really, what's it nose? She's like, it's a slushy,
- 56:45Speaker 2: and I was like, why did I ask? What was that?
- 56:49Speaker 2: Such an asshole?
- 56:53Speaker 6: I would argue the wine, a non alcoholic wine slushy
- 56:56Speaker 6: would taste different than just a great slushies, Like I
- 56:58Speaker 6: feel like there's still something in the process that would
- 57:00Speaker 6: make it taste different than.
- 57:02Speaker 10: Just right it is.
- 57:05Speaker 1: But it was just funny.
- 57:07Speaker 2: But yeah, so that that's happening today. And then the
- 57:10Speaker 2: last thing I've been doing is I'm getting back into
- 57:13Speaker 2: recording and streaming video games. Last night I saw yeah
- 57:17Speaker 2: live stream of some Rocket League with CJ D.
- 57:20Speaker 1: He you were terrible, but.
- 57:23Speaker 6: We had so much fun.
- 57:26Speaker 5: Oh I saw what are you talking about?
- 57:28Speaker 11: Man?
- 57:28Speaker 2: We were like forty oh.
- 57:31Speaker 1: Yeah, you were the Oh.
- 57:36Speaker 6: Aaron, you you were gone. But our last three games
- 57:38Speaker 6: went to overtime and we won all three.
- 57:42Speaker 2: The video proof you definitely picked up you had.
- 57:46Speaker 1: To when you started. It was a trash fire.
- 57:49Speaker 2: When you started, and the game is like we're studying,
- 57:52Speaker 2: We're stopping the game four minutes early because you were
- 57:55Speaker 2: getting trouing.
- 57:57Speaker 6: Yeah, we were playing. We were playing the auto argate version.
- 58:01Speaker 6: Were like, if you touch the ball and automatically aims
- 58:03Speaker 6: itself at the at the goal.
- 58:05Speaker 4: The funny thing was, like I watched Stevie like this
- 58:08Speaker 4: just have been three or four times in a row.
- 58:11Speaker 4: It did the exact same thing every single time he
- 58:15Speaker 4: went for a straight shot of the goal, but obviously
- 58:17Speaker 4: it didn't get a lot of air because he was
- 58:18Speaker 4: the first to hit it, and then the bad guys
- 58:21Speaker 4: would hit it and pop it way up in the
- 58:23Speaker 4: air and it would curve down and go in, and
- 58:25Speaker 4: the very next time the ball got set up, you
- 58:28Speaker 4: did it fucking again.
- 58:30Speaker 1: And I'm like, have you learned nothing?
- 58:32Speaker 2: No? No, no, But you know what, everybody was entertained.
- 58:40Speaker 6: They were entertained as fucking at least according to the
- 58:42Speaker 6: chat room. They were. They were enjoying watching us be terrible.
- 58:45Speaker 2: That's good because nobody's paying us to play good, because
- 58:49Speaker 2: holy crap.
- 58:50Speaker 1: No, it was genuinely had a great time.
- 58:52Speaker 2: It was.
- 58:52Speaker 1: It was.
- 58:53Speaker 2: It was a riot. It would have been better if
- 58:55Speaker 2: you could have joined us, but I know you weren't
- 58:56Speaker 2: feeling up to it and stuff, and it was.
- 58:58Speaker 10: It was.
- 59:00Speaker 4: I've been uh yeah, side note a thing I've been
- 59:02Speaker 4: dealing with just the past couple of days. Uh, Friday,
- 59:06Speaker 4: I got a call from my landlord. So we had
- 59:10Speaker 4: to evict one of our people, uh you know, one
- 59:13Speaker 4: of our units, and we found cockroaches in it. So
- 59:17Speaker 4: we're bringing an exterminator by. They're gonna they're gonna do
- 59:20Speaker 4: all the you know, all the apartments on your floor.
- 59:24Speaker 1: I'm like, oh shit.
- 59:25Speaker 4: So I've just been like, you know, like getting fucking
- 59:29Speaker 4: my kitchen fucking clean the fuck out. And unfortunately, I
- 59:33Speaker 4: was like stashing a lot of ship there, like a
- 59:36Speaker 4: lot of stuff I didn't need to.
- 59:38Speaker 2: Hang on to, but fifty computer cases.
- 59:41Speaker 4: Well no, it's like things like hardwore boxes because I
- 59:44Speaker 4: was at one point I was house hunting and I
- 59:45Speaker 4: was gonna be like if I'm gonna move, I'm gonna
- 59:47Speaker 4: need these, right, yeah, So I was stacking those, and
- 59:50Speaker 4: I also had a bunch of recyclables that were just
- 59:52Speaker 4: sitting there, piled up, and you know, it's just a
- 59:54Speaker 4: lot of ship over there, and I'm like, I gotta
- 59:57Speaker 4: get all this fucking cleaned out before the the extreminator
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: gets here. And I gotta cover like my fucking you know,
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: all my my, my, yeah, my electronics and my board
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: game is just gonna cover those fucking tarps before the
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: Exterriminator shows up on Monday. So I'm like, there's my
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: whole fucking weekend and I've just been I've just been
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: working like whenever. I'm not like taking a break to
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: tool around just to not do that get back back
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: to normal. I've just been spending a lot of time,
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: a lot of time cleaning my kitchen and I still
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: got a little ways to go, but most of the
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: heavy lifting is on.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: It's just about cleaning and you know, getting the food
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: out of there.
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: And then like once it's done, like you don't have
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: to worry about that at least, which will be nice.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: It's like one last thing.
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: I don't want cockr No, I mean absolutely not, I
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: one percent. I'm like, yes, I'm like, please come in
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: and spray please.
- 1:00:58Speaker 6: We had for eighteen months now. Holy shit, I can't
- 1:01:02Speaker 6: to get rid of Like I just can't.
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, cats are like practically free, right, don't
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: grab one off the street, feed it and then it'll
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: go after all the mice.
- 1:01:12Speaker 6: Yeah, these these fuckers are slippery, let me tell you.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: But anyway, yeah, jury level, jury level mice.
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, getting smarter man, they are?
- 1:01:25Speaker 9: You guys.
- 1:01:26Speaker 6: Is it bad that I'm always thinking about branding, like
- 1:01:29Speaker 6: in general.
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: Branding like burning something onto your skin or No, not
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: at all, because I constantly am as well.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: I just you're in marketing. It's actually a really good
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: feature to have.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I just try not to talk about it because
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: I'm always thinking about stupid stuff like oh, I can
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: put this logo on here.
- 1:01:50Speaker 6: As you were telling your story, I had an idea.
- 1:01:53Speaker 6: And since Aggie hasn't said much lately, Olgie, what's your
- 1:01:56Speaker 6: what's your guys closing line? With every episode.
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: That's gonna be it for us?
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: Why?
- 1:02:03Speaker 6: Right? And then what's the and then what's the response?
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: Right? Yeah? Usually because that's right exactly so delivered. We're
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: all doing it exactly that way.
- 1:02:18Speaker 6: But as Smokes telling his story, I immediately thought of
- 1:02:22Speaker 6: a red blend called wine the f y t W
- 1:02:25Speaker 6: instead of why it's wine the fy t W with
- 1:02:30Speaker 6: a question mark that's good.
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: It would be like a red wine.
- 1:02:35Speaker 6: Right, a red blend of b F A W V
- 1:02:41Speaker 6: f I t W wine and it's called wine the
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: f I t W.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: Why hold on, I'm trying to think of.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: Because you that's wine, that's why?
- 1:02:54Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you know what I mean.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: I'm gonna be over at the win today.
- 1:03:02Speaker 4: We could even get away like to make it like,
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: you know, not offensive. We could be because you that's one.
- 1:03:08Speaker 5: That's what we're gonna do.
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: Yeah, No, we'll do two labels. Hold on. I gotta
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: put this on my notes for later, because I am
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: no joke telling her this when I get there.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: I don't.
- 1:03:19Speaker 6: We we joke a lot about a lot of things,
- 1:03:21Speaker 6: and I don't genuinely ask you guys for stuff. But
- 1:03:23Speaker 6: there's two things I'm asking for. I want the tax
- 1:03:27Speaker 6: for a Shenatigan's T shirt. And I want to buy
- 1:03:29Speaker 6: all the bf we w wine. That's all I want,
- 1:03:34Speaker 6: That's right.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: I mean, I don't want the idea of us having a.
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: Wine and that's actually possible.
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: How many?
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: How many podcasts have a wine that you can buy
- 1:03:48Speaker 4: among their merch Like that's gotta be so fucking unique.
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: I'm not kidding, dude.
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: I can't drink it because it'll fuck my stomach, but
- 1:03:55Speaker 4: I'm still I'm still thrilled with the idea.
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: In New York, that's way more feasible.
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: Yeah right, Oh, it's so possible, just because like the wine,
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: Like we have a winery we can do this with
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: and we're friends with them, Like like.
- 1:04:10Speaker 6: This is why in your lives at least because.
- 1:04:15Speaker 5: That's good.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: You build it, we will help sell it.
- 1:04:18Speaker 6: Yeah right, I'm I'm building off the same logic. I'm
- 1:04:25Speaker 6: nine ninety one, just.
- 1:04:27Speaker 10: So you know.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: Okay, it's the same contract, right, same contract?
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: Yeah, all right, Well I think that's gonna be an episode.
- 1:04:38Speaker 4: I hope you've enjoyed listening to this. I've certainly enjoyed it.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: You know what this is.
- 1:04:44Speaker 6: I'm sorry. I was gonna say what I loved about
- 1:04:45Speaker 6: this is. I couldn't lose.
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: I can't. You will tell everybody, guys, I was on
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: B Y t W last week and I didn't lose.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: I hate a CJ, but I've actually been keep score.
- 1:05:00Speaker 5: Oh no, we're not good.
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: We got more laughs than you did. I'm sorry what
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: I'm just.
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: Gonna I'm just gonna walk past it. I'm just gonna
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: walk past it. That's gonna be it for us, guys.
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: This has been an absolute blast. We should do more
- 1:05:16Speaker 4: chill shows with friends.
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: Hell yeah, great idea.
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: Yeah, thanks for coming, c J and means the world
- 1:05:22Speaker 4: And of course I want everybody to go listen to
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: DJ's anthis on radio Dash Airwaves dot co dot UK.
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: Motherfucker like a boss. Well that last part is not
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: part of the website, but after you'll take you to
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: a different that'll be different website that I don't recommend.
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: Uh, it's it's it's a direct link to Stevie's only fans.
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: Yeah, please support your local content creators.
- 1:05:52Speaker 8: C J.
- 1:05:53Speaker 4: Anything else you want to plug aside from uh, I
- 1:05:56Speaker 4: don't know, just your general awesomeness.
- 1:05:59Speaker 6: Thank you man. First off, you guys. I said this
- 1:06:02Speaker 6: last night hanging out with Smoke on Twitch and I
- 1:06:04Speaker 6: say it here and I mean it. You guys. You
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: guys are like brothers from another mother. I love hanging
- 1:06:08Speaker 6: out with you guys. This is genuinely one of the
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: funnest things I get to do that involves other people.
- 1:06:14Speaker 6: So it's you know, and I if it would I'm
- 1:06:20Speaker 6: afraid it would evolve. But I would love to have
- 1:06:22Speaker 6: you all on the radio show. I just don't know
- 1:06:24Speaker 6: how we would make that happen, but I would love
- 1:06:26Speaker 6: to actually find a way to utilize that. But anyway, no, uh.
- 1:06:29Speaker 6: In terms of no, you basically gave the plug that

- 1:07:54Speaker 6: It is literally the I know, I know, we have
- 1:07:56Speaker 6: a lot of laughs, and we joke a lot, and

- 1:08:00Speaker 6: I know you all take mental health very seriously on
- 1:08:03Speaker 6: this show, and this is my mental health safe space.

- 1:08:28Speaker 1: I get to hear tunes that I never never knew existed.
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: But he's also playing a lot of some of my
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: old favorites and that that's always a delight to hear
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: a random song that I was, like, I forgot about
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: that song.
- 1:08:39Speaker 6: His rocks.
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: Got me listening to the cunic coil again. So anyway, Uh,
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: that's enough sucking CJ's dick keep you don't get to finish, motherfucker,
- 1:08:56Speaker 4: it's new.
