Heat and smoke are still a major concern, but relief is on the way. Expect mid to upper 90s inland with little nighttime relief—stay hydrated and take breaks if you’re outside. While tomorrow’s peak heat fades, Saturday will still feel uncomfortably warm. Wildfire smoke remains a problem, but cleaner air is pushing in west of the Cascades by Friday, improving visibility and air quality.
