- 0:02SPEAKER_01: Blessings and welcome to the Escension Alchemist Podcast.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: I'm your host, Reverend Honey Borden.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: And I am Michael Abramson.
- 0:09SPEAKER_01: Wishing you well, and we are excited to kickstart our year two with you.
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: This is the actual start of it that we have dedicated this season two or year two all about relationships, higher conscious relationships, and sacred marriage.
- 0:31SPEAKER_01: As we've had so many inquiries about this, and we are dedicating every episode to different topics around this area.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: And how grateful we are to just finish our year anniversary celebration, which we had our dear friends, family, and quite a beautiful event this past weekend in really bringing forth what we know is our mission and our call to bring forth these divine messages.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: And so how beautiful it was to have a venue, invite our dear friends, and just bring what we always know our service back to them and our fullest love and light, and just the celebration that here we are now in one complete year, a whole new season, a whole new level for us to bring forth a greater level of awareness and higher consciousness relationships and marriages.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: And what we always see is how we experience them ourselves and then bring forth what we learn and take away because we know so many people are inspired by what is being brought forth in the evolution of these wonderful messages that come forth.
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: Yes, so as we kickstart today, we are really dedicating to this next phase of our podcast.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: As always, things are growing and shifting and evolving.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: So when we had the in-person celebration this weekend at 60 Mines, which by the way, let's just give a lot of credit to them.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: They were amazing with being so they were just so nice.
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: They were so accommodating, so incredibly amazing.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: Everything went smooth and it was so beautiful to witness our dear friends and family just being so celebrated because we knew this coming into this one anniversary.
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: Yes, the pot, yes, it is a podcast platform that we're celebrating.
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: But what we're really celebrating is the blessings of God Almighty behind it, the way God Almighty is stretching us, pushing us, and also opening the way for us.
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: And this weekend, we gifted like this whole year has been to gift this podcast out of our love.
- 3:02SPEAKER_01: So everything that we go through that is about the true teachings of it that come out of it.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: So the way we learn, the way God Almighty is molding us, folding us, and out of that, we put classes together, out of that, we put events together, out of that, we mentor.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: So this platform is a free platform to help support nurture.
- 3:25SPEAKER_01: So it's a wonderful way to receive just the wisdom that we're passing on to you in this free way.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: And for those that came and celebrated, it was so beautiful to which witness them feel the celebration, feel that they're part of the community.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: So, some of you that are listening now, you were there.
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: We know you experienced the love, we know you experienced how you were held and how you actually do matter because all of this is designed.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: Our podcast is designed to empower, to uplift, to bring hope, to know all is okay, even though when you're going through challenges, and especially to recognize the whole name of the podcast, the Ascension Alchemist was a name given so that we can align with the presence of God Almighty, the one who created us, that that is the one that has designed us, designed us, knows us the best, has the solution for us, has given everything to us.
- 4:35SPEAKER_01: And then the Alchemist part of it is how do we embody that so that we can embody that heavenly blessing into our life, into this walk of humanity.
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: And as we walk it, we are facing everything.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: And we we decided that the topic of today, the very first thing that we really want to address along this is the nervous system of the relationship, which involves the nervous system of the two people inside this higher conscious relationship.
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: So this is what we're opening it up because it ties to actually behind the scene that many of you don't know what was going on.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: So we're gonna open it up as usual.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: This is raw, unedited, open, and transparent.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: And I love, thank you, honey.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: I feel it's so important to dive deeply in our first topic on this second year of the nervous system because if we just look at the function of the nervous system, it really is the CEO, the control center of the whole body and how much it regulates our movements, it regulates our emotions, it regulates our thoughts.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: It's such a powerful system in our body.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: And when we look deeper, of not only is that nervous system within one person, but two individuals in a relationship, it takes a special awareness to see how important it is to not only become aware of what's affecting the nervous system on a daily basis, but how we maintain alignment in it.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: Because we've definitely seen and grown through so many aspects of both of these areas of sometimes not even becoming conscious of how our nervous system's acting, or what happens when one nervous system within an individual is dysregulated, or even to a greater extent, both individuals are dysregulated, and what that happens to the nervous system of the relationship, because it really is an aligned force that creates the foundation of really how we move in our peace and balance.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: And this becomes really, really important for individuals who choosing to be in a devoted, committed, disciplined relationship, that they they're devoted, that this relationship is being held by the presence of God Almighty.
- 7:24SPEAKER_01: So this becomes even more important because the nervous system of the individual has to be aligned with the way God Almighty wants to keep it in check.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: And we're gonna get into that a little bit.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: So let's talk about this a little bit, let's be transparent a little bit.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: So behind the scene, what you all may not know is the last uh three weeks on a person level I have been experiencing quite a bit of challenge with my nervous system being very dysregulated because of the changes in my hormone system with the progesterone and estrogen completely dropping.
- 8:14SPEAKER_01: So it has affected the neurotransmitters in my brain and all symptomology, like on an extreme level experience altogether.
- 8:26SPEAKER_01: So before Michael went on his trip, this had started many nights of not sleeping, and of course, a lot of sweating and hot flashes, everything getting just more and more and coming together.
- 8:42SPEAKER_01: So before he left for his trip, he he noticed and he's like, okay, let's let's let's help you out, let's get you, let me get you some, let me do some acupuncture on you and all of that.
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: And and I was sharing with Michael, like there's these waves that are coming over, and it's challenging because it's really affecting the my breath and my heartbeat.
- 9:09SPEAKER_01: And because I do have a very strong relationship with the presence of God Almighty, I kicked it into having God Almighty support me and help me.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: And for the most part it was good, but we'll also go over what was the biggest challenge as Michael left.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: And I feel grateful that you're being so raw and real because a lot of times many people aren't fully present within just becoming aware of how our body reacts.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: And our central nervous system is such a vital point where just the simple shift of hormones, the shift the simple shift of serotonin, dopamine, it shifts our mood, it shifts our ability to sleep, it shifts our ability to stay in a let's just say clear clear, active force.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: And many times we can get lost in the symptomology because it can relate to many other either mental disorders, physical disorders, or even worse, sometimes thinking it could be a disease or our health is like deteriorating when what what really mean is what happens if it's a change or shift in the body as you're going through, or a dysregulation due to stress or feeling unsafe, or even if old patterns are surfacing due to emotional triggers, then it can really bring what we've seen common disorders that seem much bigger because they're displacing a very heavy effect on the body.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: And when one central nervous system is dysregulated or out of alignment, it's amazing what happens in a union because obviously both individuals are in a standpoint where we care for each other, we love each other, we want the best.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: But what happens when we're actually not even in our physical presence, thousands of miles away, of how we maintain this individually, because a lot of times in relationships we want to lean on the other, seek help from the other, and really be supported by the other.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: But I feel this was one of the biggest challenges that you went through because I wasn't I wasn't physically present, and you were actually so kind and so sincere that because it was a mother-son trip that you were not wanting to Yeah, I didn't for a week I didn't say anything.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: You didn't want to say anything because you didn't want to make the trip feel better.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: But the reason why we're sharing this is because, you know, there's so much happening in a day from our career, our relationships, our responsibilities.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: Yet sometimes it's good to step back and really understand what is happening in my central nervous system and what is being presented because each and every day allows us to step which we see every day in alignment and in embodiment with our God-given nature, God Almighty.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Yet there'll be times when we'll hit this area.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: And as you mentioned, yeah, so so literally, like when as you left, um, it was already picking up my system, the symptomology had begun.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: Three days before I left.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: And it and it but it had started before, but it started picking up.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: And I obviously I didn't want to say anything more because I didn't want anything to be, I didn't want Michael to have any stress.
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: So he has the concerns as he go went with his mom on this trip.
- 13:03SPEAKER_01: So as he left, I kicked up the prayer being with God Almighty Greater.
- 13:10SPEAKER_01: And I did that first night, I did tell my uh oldest son, I said, listen, just keep the phone next to you, if in case, because I've been experiencing anxiety.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: So that was really important for me to actually verbalize it, not be in hiding.
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: And he was really good about that.
- 13:24SPEAKER_01: That comforted.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: So as I went to bed, every night I was up and not sleeping.
- 13:31SPEAKER_01: So within that, then during that time, because we weren't here, the thoughts were starting to creep in, some of these other thoughts.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: So there was this battle of the thoughts not allowing them to come in, again, claiming the presence of God Almighty over me.
- 13:47SPEAKER_01: And so in the mornings, you know, I would get up again, sitting in the prayer, sitting in meditation, journaling, getting much myself stronger.
- 13:56SPEAKER_01: And I knew I had to push myself through this, go to the gym.
- 14:01SPEAKER_01: But what happened was it each day it became more intense, more challenging, and it seemed like the symptoms became bigger.
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: And to a point where I was having these really stabbing sharp pain in my chest, right in the center, and a little bit down my left arm.
- 14:20SPEAKER_01: And I was like, okay, this is not good.
- 14:22SPEAKER_01: This is not good, but I kept saying this might be this.
- 14:26SPEAKER_01: I can still, God Almighty, come into my body take over.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: So this started getting more and more each day, and every single day I was crying a lot behind this scene.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: So again, is that you know, on the outside, there is, and I know myself, I'm very strong.
- 14:44SPEAKER_01: The presence of God Almighty is in me.
- 14:46SPEAKER_01: I'm blessed.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: However, when the wave, there was this waves that would kick in, it would just bring me to my knees, so weak and vulnerable, and just tears, and that I couldn't even control it.
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: And it it started getting worse until until I finally, a couple of days in the morning, I didn't hear from Michael.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: That impacted more until I finally on the weekend, Sunday, which was the worst, I opened up to him finally and said what was happening.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: And I don't think it completely still registered to you yet, because you were still on the phone and all of that.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: But that brought a lot of relief to me, and I found myself like, wow, I'm I'm inside this, I'm inside this wave, and the wave is like, it's kind of like you know, you know, when women go through labor pains when they're in labor, you know, every two or three or five minutes the labor's coming, it was like that, expediting.
- 15:45SPEAKER_01: So I had a hard time.
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: I still did it, but I had a really hard time maintaining and yeah.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: And I feel it's so important for you to express this because as women go through menopause, as individuals in life move through a society where it's only seems natural to have a dysregulated central nervous system since rest, health, and well-being, as it's very popular, many times our focus is on everything else but ourselves, because a lot of times we put ourselves last.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: We're working and moving in that higher consciousness.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: Yet in the central nervous system, it really is the control center.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: And it really is the area that I feel when we recognize these areas within each other, but also what's important is to understand that God Almighty is right here.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: And God Almighty is also here to bring forth that presence so that what may seem as a symptom that almost looks like a heart attack, like stabbing, pain in the chest or down the arm, or what may seem like brain fog, am I losing my mind?
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: Am I getting dementia?
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: To really see how the focus doesn't start with putting all the energy in the fears, but shifting back to what has God said about me?
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: What is my knowledge and awareness that God is the source of my health?
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: God is the source of my security, God is a source of my well-being.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: And to not only honor that, but as a relationship, the nervous system with each other to remind that we can come together as a control team to remind each other, to help each other, to support each other.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: And I feel like this was the ultimate test of not physically being present here and obviously coming back and learning.
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: But what what's important, Michael?
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: During that, what's important, during that, I still had to, while you weren't here, I still had to take care of the things.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: I still had to also, you know, we had the event coming up.
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: I I and I was challenged to even just try to focus.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: But I kept pushing, and I kept pushing that, okay, God Almighty, lend your strength to me.
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: Like help me focus, help me.
- 18:05SPEAKER_01: And I and I did like honestly the best I could under those circumstances.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: And and and it wasn't one of those that I wanted to talk to anybody because I didn't want anybody to feel sorry for me.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: I didn't want any anyone's sympathy.
- 18:18SPEAKER_01: It just, yes, this is this is what's going on.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: And and when I when because at first I didn't know what was going on.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: I couldn't, like it was just like days, what is going on in my heart?
- 18:30SPEAKER_01: It's like my entire body, everything's falling apart.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: And when I realized, oh, it's the shift of hormones, then it's like, okay, I can do something about it.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: So right away I adjusted foods, all of this, so I could help myself first before bringing it, because it was important to keep the relationship still in its loving place, honoring it and all of that.
- 18:53SPEAKER_01: So then as a result of it, when Michael when Michael before Michael came back, he his flight on Tuesday was affected.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: And that was very interesting because when the flight was canceled and all of Heathrow Airport was shut down, me being with my mother, it put me into a fight or flight survival mode where my central nervous system was rocked.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: So interestingly enough, as Honey was moving through her own element back in the States, here I was in London trying to figure out how to maneuver through a situation where hundreds of thousands of people all through Europe were either in the air, stranded, of seeing where they would go next, and then the next step of where we would stay with a city of 9 million people and 99% of all hotels already booked, what state to move through.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: And so I thought it was a bit ironic how here we are both with but but it was but but the day, the Tuesday, so let's just correct that.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: On Monday, I started like because I changed things around, I like added fish to my food and then changed things around.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: So by Tuesday, when you went to the airport, I was I was in a much better state.
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: So I was in a better so I I had I had slightly moved out of that.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: I was more sustained in my natural state.
- 20:21SPEAKER_01: So then when you called and you were in the airplane and you said it's now cancelled, then then I went into overdrive with adrenaline and all of that.
- 20:31SPEAKER_01: Just it was that nice to help support me in the final.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: And to see almost where it was like a six over like a six, seven hour period.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: And it's interesting, and you may, in couples or individuals that may see this is it's interesting as one person's nervous system like yours was becoming more regulated, mine was becoming a little more stressed.
- 20:52SPEAKER_00: And I find many times in our marriage, in our union, there's moments where one person's strength's a little higher, another person's a little lower.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: But when both are low and they go down, it's like two heat-sinking missiles dropping at the same time.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: So I was very grateful that at that moment you were able to provide relief, which my mother and I did pretty well until it hit around 1 a.m.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: and we were at a hotel that was overbooked, and we thought we had a reservation, but obviously six couples and myself were sitting there thinking, how could booking.com overbook it, and that's when I was getting into that stress, worried, am I gonna be sleeping at the airport on a cement floor with my 80-year-old mother?
- 21:32SPEAKER_01: And let's address the most important thing that happened, even in that last minute, just because all through that week I had kept calling God and calling God in that last minute, it was so important.
- 21:45SPEAKER_01: I said, Michael, let's let's together, let's let's literally ask Jesus to help in any way.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: We need we need help in this moment, and boldly we called for.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Help for Jesus to step in.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: I remember sitting there and I was like, You got me.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: I give all my worry, my stress and worry and anxiety to you at this moment.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: And literally, the person that I called several hours later that wasn't available to talk called me back.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: A dear brother who I saw just the two days before said, please come on over at literally 1 30 in the morning, which showed the bold prayer when you give everything and you go directly to God.
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I I had messaged him as well, and that last minute I was like, please pick up the phone.
- 22:38SPEAKER_01: So it was this really cry out for help.
- 22:42SPEAKER_01: And and when b because I was on this end and you were in that distress, I was able to hold like the the faith and trust strong because because you were then in it.
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: I think it's important to really recognize this to the viewers right now, because central nervous system dysregulation is a very common theme that's going to be broadcast in the days, months, and years to come because it's really becoming online.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: And what you just said, I feel is a super important piece of awareness, whether it's in our relationships or ourselves going through it, is when our central nervous systems affect it, it's so easy to lose faith.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: It's easy to lose trust.
- 23:27SPEAKER_00: It's easy to lose belief.
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: And that's where it requires, I feel it's our biggest test to say when the ground is shaky on the outside, when things are out of control, how can we tune into ourselves, into God Almighty, and say, okay, I have faith in you, I have trust in you, and I believe there's a greater plan.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: And what was so interesting when this started happening, and my mom and I heard over the airlines, and it was four hours on the tarmat.
- 23:55SPEAKER_00: Literally, we were sitting on the plane seeing if any plane was going to take off.
- 23:59SPEAKER_00: And when they said our flight was canceled, I was like, Wow, how many flights in this airport, which is one of the biggest in the It was 12,000.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: You know, like so many.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: I looked at her and I held her hands and I said, Mom, let's pray.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: And as we prayed, I just placed forth, I said, God, thank you.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: Thank you for our safety, thank you for our security, thank you for each step in allowing us to move through peace and grace and holding the faith high, whether it's for us or just being those beacons of light as we walk to baggage clam, as we find transportation, as we hopefully find a hotel.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: That became the declaration, which I felt was the fuel to help bring both of our central nervous systems apart up of what was running on adrenaline and running on this state of stress and worry.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: And it just brought the analogy analogy of like, how many times are we unaware that when we're in a when our central nervous system is dysregulated, where does our faith go?
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: Where does our hope go?
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: Where does our belief go?
- 25:01SPEAKER_00: Why does doubt keep coming up?
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: Because somewhere within us, our energy is dropping.
- 25:06SPEAKER_00: Somewhere, hormones, chemicals, circulation, it's all being dispersed.
- 25:12SPEAKER_00: And that can easily allow us to shift from our state of God essence and back into that fight or float.
- 25:23SPEAKER_00: And it's it really shows that how important it is, no matter how challenging are the current circumstances on the outside, and the central nervous system is just moving in it to stay present with God and trust and keep believing there's nothing bigger because we're never put in a situation too small or too big that we can get out of.
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: God never puts us in that.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: We always have the possibility.
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: We just have to keep having that faith that it will pass and we move forward through it.
- 25:49SPEAKER_01: And it's very important if you you don't have this strong enough faith, you know, that somebody's stepping with a stronger faith to assist.
- 25:59SPEAKER_01: Like that night, as Michael and his mom towards them were losing faith, and I was on this end for like hours on the phone with them, doing whatever I could from rebooking their flight or finding hotel and all of this.
- 26:11SPEAKER_01: So it gave me the ability to stand in a stronger faith to keep reminding you to stay in faith, you know, and so that so that way you you don't go into dysregulation while you can you can move through the the experience better.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: And on my end, on my end, because Michael wasn't here, like I wasn't really communicating what I was experiencing.
- 26:37SPEAKER_01: So Michael wasn't able to assist me like in any way because I didn't I kind of kept them out of it.
- 26:45SPEAKER_01: So I had to go through it on my own, and I had to find a way and and literally ask God almighty to finally, I was like, God, you you regulate these hormones because you created me.
- 26:58SPEAKER_01: Like, okay, even these are going out, you regulate it because I feel like I'm losing my grip.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: And and one of the most important things I want I want to share with all of you, you are mighty, you are strong, you are, you know, a warrior, you are you've gone through all of that.
- 27:19SPEAKER_01: And there are times that you he you do hit these vulnerable spaces and waves, and it's okay.
- 27:28SPEAKER_01: Because you're you're hitting it, it does not mean you're a weak person, you're experiencing a shift inside of you, but that's not the truth of who you are.
- 27:40SPEAKER_01: You're just going through an experience.
- 27:42SPEAKER_01: So I kept telling myself, it's just an experience, I'll move past it.
- 27:48SPEAKER_01: I'll move.
- 27:48SPEAKER_01: That was the thing that kept me going because I know the truth of who I am.
- 27:53SPEAKER_01: I just knew whatever's happening in my body is temporary, but it's not me.
- 27:57SPEAKER_01: Yet it's really, really difficult to move through it and quite challenging.
- 28:02SPEAKER_00: And I would say that is a pure example of when the nervous systems are dysregulated.
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: I would also like to take the flip in this past August where Honey and I noticed something extremely enormous in our awareness of our relationship.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: We had one of the most profound months where both of our nervous systems, our relationship was at its highest peak because I also feel it was like optimized.
- 28:32SPEAKER_00: Optimized, and this is really important for everyone to listen to bold point, in which when each individual is responsible and maintains the alignment of their central nervous system, then the nervous system of the relationship is regulated and is thriving and thriving.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: And one thing Honey's always reminding me, which took me many years to learn because I was fighting with my nervous system, was there's a third relationship.
- 29:01SPEAKER_00: We have our relationship with ourselves, my relationship with myself, honey has a relationship with ourselves, but we have the relationship with God in our relationship.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: And so if we're not aligned to that aspect of God within us, that is the it's gonna impact our relationship, yeah.
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: So what we've realized is is the more we were aligning to God Almighty, the more we were placing God first in our discipline, the more we were committed every morning to really place ourselves in our highest balance.
- 29:36SPEAKER_01: And in every God force in every area in our life.
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: To see the alignment together in our central nervous system, then we saw the abundance, the prosperity, the joy, and the happiness.
- 29:51SPEAKER_00: Because one thing that many don't express is our body wants to move toward a state of homeostasis, meaning it wants to move to a state of balance and harmony.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: Our central nervous system optimizes at its best when it's in a state of harmony.
- 30:10SPEAKER_01: And it wants in in and it loves being in its natural abundant presence.
- 30:15SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 30:15SPEAKER_00: And that also means the commitment, the discipline of sleep, devotion, of rest, and checking within each other how we're doing.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: Now, obviously, like anything else, it's a symbiotic world.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: One person may be a little tired one day, another person may feel a little angry, but as long as each individual has an awareness of how they can regulate their own central nervous system and then coming together and seeing how our central nervous system of our relationship then becomes aligned, then all of a sudden we're an open vessel for God Almighty to come through us and give us the fruits that are blooming through that harmonization.
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: And I feel it's so important to share that because it really puts the greater responsibility within each and every one of us to say, how am I doing with my central nervous system?
- 31:08SPEAKER_00: How is my physical health, my mental health, my emotional health, my spiritual health?
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: Because, like I said many times, we're running so fast, we're going to a point that we've been taught to put ourselves last, everything first, that we've gotten used to a dysregulated central nervous system.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: We've actually run off the adrenaline off it that we don't understand what peace and rest is because we're just so used to waking up, hitting the ground, running, and before we know it, by the end of the day, we're crashing and we're using, you know, and most importantly, around us.
- 31:42SPEAKER_01: So for if any of you are in in men perimenopause, but particularly if you come into menopause, that menopause state or postmenopause, one of the things that you will notice is that this dysregulated nervous system, if it became if it it's not for it to remain that way, but if it became dysregulated, there's also information.
- 32:05SPEAKER_01: Because what's gonna happen is like what I've experienced, I've experienced the deepest grief, sadness over the last three weeks and crying my heart out because suddenly all of these other parts of my life before that I that I never even thought of, didn't even meet, all one by one were surfacing.
- 32:26SPEAKER_01: And this is part of also the this menopause state because I call it God's pause.
- 32:32SPEAKER_01: There's pause for you to reflect so that way I can forgive it, I can release it, I can be okay with it.
- 32:41SPEAKER_01: And all these, like from regrets, all of these things coming up.
- 32:45SPEAKER_01: So if you're experiencing it, just know it's okay, it's part of it.
- 32:50SPEAKER_01: You you really have to have the right support people around you.
- 32:56SPEAKER_01: Choose people who can hear you without judging you.
- 33:00SPEAKER_01: Choose to share it with people that actually care about what you're going through and not feel sorry for you, but be like and remind you, it's okay, it's going to pass, and get the right help you need.
- 33:14SPEAKER_01: I can't stress enough the right help because when you hit those periods of the ways that it's that just severe loneliness kicks in, it is really, really difficult to move through them.
- 33:29SPEAKER_01: And and have the ability in a relationship, if it's a sacred marriage, uh, this conscious higher relationship is going to require for you to be really honest and say what's going on.
- 33:46SPEAKER_01: And you and be okay if your partner first doesn't even understand you.
- 33:49SPEAKER_01: Like when Michael came back, I had said it over the phone to him, I had communicated, but it seems like he still wasn't getting how severe my experience was.
- 34:00SPEAKER_01: And it took like a conflict between us for him to really grasp, oh my God, to recognize, oh my god, we're not talking about irregular stress here.
- 34:10SPEAKER_01: This is like a complete disruption on her entire system that I actually have to pay attention, help her move out of it, help her become regulated again as she's struggling.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: And so, for all those that are listening, when it comes to higher conscious relationships, when it comes to looking at our central nervous system, if there's one thing I would say to really help bring that balance and that regulation that honey and I actually have experienced together that really brought us into more of a balanced state, and most important, our central nervous system as a divine union into alignment.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: One thing I would say that I've learned this past two weeks is communication.
- 34:55SPEAKER_00: And when I say communication, not just communication of what is being expressed outward, but the communication of listening from the heart and really hearing behind the words of what is happening, witnessing what is actually going on without just observing the language, but seeing what an individual, what a partner is going through, because it really takes our own responsibility within ourselves to understand.
- 35:24SPEAKER_00: And many times we may not understand if it's just phone communication, but coming back and witnessing, well, what impact has it had upon my sacred partner?
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: What am I here to do that I can also help within my own self not to you know deploy my stress outward, my anger outward.
- 35:44SPEAKER_00: So it's like this huge area of communication that I feel is so important, not only witnessing, listening, but also how we communicate.
- 35:55SPEAKER_00: Because the one thing I've learned with honey is if there's any dysregulated central nervous system, symptoms, conditions going on, it requires me to stand in my highest alignment because if I'm voicing any stress, worry, anxiety, that's I'm adding to that.
- 36:14SPEAKER_00: And that creates more feelings of not feeling safe or fearful.
- 36:18SPEAKER_00: And that's what the central nervous does when it's out of alignment.
- 36:20SPEAKER_01: But if I'm yeah, because it's not what it is, it's not safe.
- 36:25SPEAKER_01: It's it it it it wants to, it feels like rug is being pulled under it.
- 36:30SPEAKER_01: It's it's loss of control, it's loss of control trying to survive somehow.
- 36:35SPEAKER_01: And you know what underneath it is?
- 36:37SPEAKER_01: Literally, like I was in the shower today, I was like, what is really underneath it?
- 36:42SPEAKER_01: Somewhere, somewhere, there is this, there's a loss, abandonment, something is there because then it's like separation, that's what it is.
- 36:52SPEAKER_00: That's that's and it's it's interesting when there's that separation because there's that illusion that we're separate with God.
- 36:58SPEAKER_00: And and maybe that's you just answered it because I was gonna say, if couples are listening to right now, individuals are listening, when you look at this theme that we're speaking about today, you know, the nervous system of our relationships and what our responsibility is within each other and also within the union, what would you say in your guidance or advice that you've experienced that you would like to say to the viewer now that if one or two are going through this, what would be helpful for them?
- 37:30SPEAKER_01: Okay, so if if you're individually going through it, number one, alert your partner.
- 37:36SPEAKER_01: Please inform your partner, I'm not okay, I'm going through this experience, and say what's happening inside of you.
- 37:46SPEAKER_01: Your partner wants to know.
- 37:47SPEAKER_01: If your partner doesn't know that they can't help you, you need to be able to raise your hand, ask for help, and you not be too proud of it.
- 37:57SPEAKER_01: That's the number one I would say.
- 37:58SPEAKER_01: Number two, get even more vigilant, stronger with God Almighty.
- 38:05SPEAKER_01: You may be having all kinds of symptoms, like the way I was like overwhelming amount of symptoms.
- 38:12SPEAKER_01: And even in the symptoms, I kept saying, God, you're in charge of me.
- 38:16SPEAKER_01: You are here.
- 38:17SPEAKER_01: I'm going through all of this, but you're not far, you're right here.
- 38:21SPEAKER_01: Like I'm having a challenging time.
- 38:23SPEAKER_01: So make God Almighty bigger than all the symptoms.
- 38:29SPEAKER_01: And number number three, tell yourself it's gonna pass.
- 38:37SPEAKER_01: You have to keep telling yourself it's gonna pass.
- 38:40SPEAKER_01: So that way there is I kept saying, okay, it's just a thunderstorm, it's just a thunderstorm, it's gonna pass.
- 38:45SPEAKER_01: So if I'm crying, it's just raining.
- 38:48SPEAKER_01: That's it, it's gonna pass.
- 38:50SPEAKER_01: And the last one that I would say is immediately I looked up a couple of education videos, and right away I was like, okay, I need to change something around to give power back to me.
- 39:01SPEAKER_01: So I shifted between gym, food immediately, immediately, so that I can somehow find sustainability in myself.
- 39:12SPEAKER_00: And I love what you said at the very end, because I was getting ready to say it before you mentioned it, is when you feel that change, how important it is to ground immediately with the type of food you're eating, the exercise you're giving to your body, and nutritionally, what are you doing, not just eating, but how are your thoughts, how are your emotions?
- 39:33SPEAKER_00: Do you need to get out into nature to connect and ground to the elements?
- 39:37SPEAKER_01: So, what would be your tips quickly?
- 39:39SPEAKER_01: Like when in your in your, you know, you just went through that, like in a differently.
- 39:44SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 39:44SPEAKER_00: You just had one day.
- 39:45SPEAKER_00: So, in my tips, I feel like the very first thing I did was put a prayer out of gratitude, of like, thank you, God Almighty, for helping me move through this situation.
- 39:57SPEAKER_00: So I'm declaring the gratitude of what's coming forward, and so that that becomes the basis and foundation of whatever I go through.
- 40:04SPEAKER_00: I keep taking mini pauses of just taking a breath saying, Thank you.
- 40:08SPEAKER_00: This will work out, and keep expressing that faith in the blessing that's already come, but declaring it in my gratitude.
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: Number two, again, would be to align as quick as possible with some type of food or something to ground me in the moment of like that.
- 40:27SPEAKER_00: I noticed if I have something to eat, I took a new in that moment, I ate a power bar, I was drinking extra water, so I was allowing my physical body just to feel grounded.
- 40:38SPEAKER_00: The third thing I would be is to communicate even greater, communicate what my needs are, communicate in a way that the communication's coming out in a way that I want to feel.
- 40:49SPEAKER_00: So I'm not hysterically, I'm not panicking, I'm choosing to practice.
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: Okay, it's like being in the eye of a hurricane.
- 40:57SPEAKER_00: Can I still maintain peace and calmness while chaos is always while chaos is moving around me?
- 41:02SPEAKER_00: Everyone's getting their luggage, people are calling their phones, talking to honey.
- 41:06SPEAKER_00: Thank you, honey, for getting the hotel.
- 41:08SPEAKER_00: Thank you for putting the demonstrate what I want in the action and reaction by seeing how I can choose that in my thoughts and emotions.
- 41:18SPEAKER_00: And I would say finally, is just to hold the trust and faith that, like you said, it's gonna pass.
- 41:28SPEAKER_00: You know, that too shall pass is one of the greatest scriptures that I keep reminding when something happens, it's like it shall pass and keep trusting and keep trusting.
- 41:36SPEAKER_00: And if there was one period, is as I'm going through it, or if we're going through it, what I tell myself most importantly is I just want to take one step out of a time.
- 41:49SPEAKER_00: I don't want to look at three hours from now, four hours from now.
- 41:52SPEAKER_00: Don't go in the future.
- 41:53SPEAKER_00: Don't go in the future because the first step was just to get off the plane.
- 41:56SPEAKER_00: The next step was just to get the luggage.
- 41:58SPEAKER_00: The next step was how do we get out of the airport with thousands trying to get out at the same time?
- 42:01SPEAKER_00: Thank gosh, Ether Express.
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: Each step just one foot in front of it.
- 42:07SPEAKER_00: Because if we look at all the steps together, that's gonna dysregulate the central nervous system.
- 42:12SPEAKER_00: So if you can go one step, one moment at a time and keep trusting, the plan will eventually open up.
- 42:18SPEAKER_00: We just don't want to hesitate ourselves.
- 42:20SPEAKER_00: So that'd be true.
- 42:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so take that's important to take control over that, just what's in front of you.
- 42:25SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 42:25SPEAKER_01: And the last thing that I'm gonna say, when you then come back into it, then recognize, then the relationship has gotten like this, and it's gotta it's gotta quickly, as quickly as you can, attain to it, bring the love nurture to it, notice which one is off more than the other one, help the other one as quickly regulate so that way they can come back into their into their natural state, and then the relationship is back in its own regulated nervous system.
- 43:01SPEAKER_00: And the key is truly is love.
- 43:04SPEAKER_00: Love thyself so that that love can be given to the individual.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: Bring as much love to each of us in that moment so that whoever is affected, that love is the medicine, is the catalyst to help maintain the balance.
- 43:19SPEAKER_00: And once that balance is, then the natural rhythms of our central nervous system align, and then we move forward in our day of peace and balance.
- 43:30SPEAKER_01: So hopefully this helped you.
- 43:32SPEAKER_01: This is the first series of many that we're going to be sharing, and we love to hear from you as you listen to this.
