- 0:02Happy Tuesday morning everybody. You talk about crazy Midwest
- 0:09weather. Up until 3-4 days ago we had
- 0:14death, heat and humidity. Now it's 56° out.
- 0:20I got the fireplace on and look what is back in action.
- 0:26The coffee with Kenny Little coat.
- 0:31It's cold this morning. All right, everybody, we got a
- 0:36variety of things to talk about. You know, me, I like to push the
- 0:43envelope. That means I like to talk about
- 0:46things that people think are taboo.
- 0:51Oh, hey, Wallace, I want to hear you talk about this one.
- 0:55See if Wallace talks about it. I love it.
- 1:00OK, so I see we have a lot of new people to coffee with.
- 1:06Kenny, I want to welcome you all.
- 1:08I love you. Now first topic we're going to
- 1:12talk about is my hairs. Yes, my hairs.
- 1:17Let's take the camera and scroll the top of my head.
- 1:22So I want all of you to slowly look at my hairs.
- 1:26OK, Going to put the coffee down.
- 1:31Hey, Waltz, What would you were to steal that that would burn
- 1:34your Weiner. Ha, ha.
- 1:39But I'm not going to spill it. All right, here we go.
- 1:43Ready. All right.
- 1:56OK, you see all that, All right? The bald people, they're
- 2:02obsessed with my hair. They're jealous of my beautiful
- 2:07hairs. HAIR capital S plurals.
- 2:15Guys, you're late to the party. Years ago, live on Speed TV from
- 2:21Daytona, I announced to the world that I spent $19,000
- 2:28Schrader, Schrader says. I told Schrader, you know,
- 2:33Schrader goes. You know, 25 years ago, Schrader
- 2:36goes. Your hair looks good, I said.
- 2:39I said, Schrader 22 Bosley transplants and you know, 9
- 2:46grand at a time. Schrader goes and that's all you
- 2:50got. That's all the hair they gave
- 2:52you for 19 grand. So anyway, I understand that a
- 2:58lot of people that are bald are jealous of my hairs.
- 3:02And listen, I love you all. And yes, So what?
- 3:09You know, hey, it's just the way it is.
- 3:12I thought I thought I'd try it and looks damn good.
- 3:16Of course you could tell I did it and that's fine, but still
- 3:21looks good. The doctor, what they do is they
- 3:27take and that you can, there's a slice in the back of my head
- 3:31like here. And there's 4 nurses and they,
- 3:36they each nurse takes a strip of hair like and and they grab each
- 3:42follicle. And then the doctor comes along
- 3:44with a knife just like a farm, just like a field.
- 3:50And they're farming. They replant those hairs.
- 3:54So they steal your hair from here, put it here.
- 3:57Now, that was back in the early 1800s when they did my hair
- 4:01operation. Nowadays they got to perfect it.
- 4:04You look at people like Chad Canals and a lot of those guys,
- 4:08they got a full head of hair. Now I think I'll just leave my
- 4:13alone. I'm getting so old now.
- 4:14Don't matter. But anyway, yeah, hey, I tell
- 4:18you another thing I did, I started getting all these sun
- 4:21spots all over my face and I was at my dermatologist.
- 4:25I go to dermatologist once or twice a year.
- 4:29My aunt Millie died. So I go to the dermatologist,
- 4:32She died of skin cancer situation.
- 4:35But but anyway, they take and they put this gel, you know,
- 4:40kind of numbs your face up a little bit and they go click,
- 4:42click, click, click. Anyway, and all those brown
- 4:46spots all over your face, all those sun spots, you know,
- 4:49you're looking in the mirror and you see all these little sun
- 4:51spots. It it is basically you wear
- 4:55those sun spots as pride. It means you've lived life hard.
- 5:00But anyway, I thought I'd look a little better.
- 5:02And they burned them all off and they all just kind of fell off.
- 5:06My daughter Brooke said. God, Dad, you look so much
- 5:10younger. So anyway, yeah, that's all I
- 5:14got for you. That's all my business.
- 5:17I hope you enjoyed that. And.
- 5:19Yeah. All right.
- 5:21I I saw a couple people that are new, They comment on my hair,
- 5:24say no, honestly, you know, I poked fun at all of you.
- 5:29But some people think they're going to get me.
- 5:32They're going to get me. Hey, look at Wallace's hairline.
- 5:35I don't give a flying what you look at.
- 5:37I really don't. I'm too old, OK this morning.
- 5:47I don't know why, because Darlington's coming up.
- 5:52The first race of the playoffs is coming up now.
- 5:55I want to stop for a minute. I know my voice is a little
- 5:58rough this morning. My Mama worries about that.
- 6:01She says, Ken, Hun, I'm worried about your voice.
- 6:05Mama, I love you. My voice is fine.
- 6:08I'm just a little got a frog in my throat this morning.
- 6:13Hey, maybe I'm getting sick. Wallace, go to the Mayo Clinic
- 6:17and get a full physical. Oh, I already did.
- 6:20All's good. Simmer down.
- 6:26OK, so we're running Darlington this week for the first race in
- 6:32the playoffs. But so many years ago I won
- 6:37Bristol and that's the topic. That's that's what's out there
- 6:41right now on social media. Also, brother Rusty Wallace blew
- 6:49a right front tire and flipped at Bristol at that's that's in
- 6:53the news today and that's what we're going to go with.
- 6:56So let me tell you about that. It was during the tire wars.
- 7:02It was Hoosier. Hoosier tires.
- 7:04Not who's your daddy? Hey Waltz, who's your daddy?
- 7:11Not not who's your daddy, but who's your tires?
- 7:15It was verse Goodyear. Well, Rusty had some Hoosier
- 7:19tires on to qualify because they were they were fast.
- 7:22So brother Rusty is known for eating very fast.
- 7:28So he goes inside the Kodiak smokeless tobacco Blue Max race
- 7:33team. Barry Dotson, the crew chief
- 7:37man, had some great employees on that team.
- 7:43Had Todd Parrot. Harold Elliot, the Motor builder
- 7:48had some great people that went on to be crew chiefs.
- 7:52Jimmy God forgot. Two of them went on to be crew
- 7:55chiefs and win championships. I got brain fade.
- 8:01I forgot one of the other guys, but Todd Parrot went on to win
- 8:04Dale Jarrett's championship. Jimmy respond right here.
- 8:10Here was the other guy. He went on to win championship
- 8:13over at over at Joe Gibbs. Anyway, great team.
- 8:18So they all agreed to put on these Hoosier tires.
- 8:21With the Hoosier tires they flexed under, they rolled more
- 8:25and the right front rolled under and hit the the sway bar hind
- 8:29joint and blew the tire out as Rusty came off of turn 4 and
- 8:35Rusty hit the wall, flipped violently.
- 8:39Now remember I told you Rusty's a fast eater before he got in
- 8:44the car, he ran to the tractor trailer, made a he's big at
- 8:48hand. Just we're rednecks from
- 8:50Missouri. We love Bologna and cheese of
- 8:54mayonnaise on it. Back in the early 1800s, we did
- 8:57that. So Rusty Wolf, that sandwich
- 9:01down got in the car, went to make a qualified lap, hit that
- 9:05wall, flipped end over in and I just happened to be there.
- 9:09This was during the start of my racing career and I'm running
- 9:14ASA the American Speed Association.
- 9:17But somehow I go down there, I fly down there and I'm down
- 9:21there and this happened and I'm there and Oh my God, my heart
- 9:25sinks because I love my brother Rusty and I love my brother
- 9:29Mike, but I wear my heart on my sleeves for my brothers.
- 9:34What that means is if you with my brothers, you're with me.
- 9:39Now, I'm not trying to be a tough guy.
- 9:40I'm just telling you that's how much I love my family.
- 9:44So I go running to the front straightaway.
- 9:48Guess who's the first one on the car?
- 9:51Dale Earnhardt, senior #3 the man in black.
- 9:55Herman, help me take care of your brother, me and Earnhardt.
- 9:59Well, now that I think about it, I'm standing on the front
- 10:01straightaway for some reason watching Rusty make qualifying
- 10:04lap. But I'm pretty sure we were on
- 10:06the back straight away. I think.
- 10:09So Park, you know, with the blue Max car, the Kodiak smokeless
- 10:14tobacco car, me and Earnhardt's there.
- 10:18And as you see the stories, Doctor Jerry Punch saves Rusty's
- 10:23life. Because when Rusty wrecks, the
- 10:26sandwich comes up, comes back up, because the sandwich is not
- 10:30fully down in Rusty's esophagus. It comes up, it sticks in his
- 10:35Airways and Rusty's not breathing.
- 10:37Jerry Punch. Now Rusty's knocked out.
- 10:41Imagine this. Rusty's knocked out.
- 10:43That's how fast Bristol is. Doctor Jerry Punch lists Rusty
- 10:48up and saves Rusty's life. Now, if you go to the go, go to
- 10:55YouTube, push in Kenny Wallace, Doctor Jerry Punch.
- 10:59I did a nice impromptu, impromptu Kenny conversation
- 11:06with Doctor Jerry Punch from the Bristol Motor Speedway press
- 11:11room last year or the year before.
- 11:13But it's really there in detail and Doctor Punch talks about it.
- 11:18All right, everybody, I, you know, we can, we can choose more
- 11:21to talk about board. 11 minutes. And I I hope you all enjoyed
- 11:24that. Look at this.
- 11:26Look at that. Huh.
- 11:27Oh, just missed it. Crazy ass.
- 11:33It was just complete Armageddon this all summer.
- 11:36Now the weather is going to be beautiful.
- 11:38And don't you know, we're going to race in today, in December,
- 11:40We'll race into December. That the weather is advanced
- 11:44this year. It means it rains and it's
- 11:46horrible all summer and then it gets nice in September and it's
- 11:51going to stay nice forever. But it is cold this morning.
- 11:55It is cold. All right, everybody have a
- 12:00great Tuesday and respond right here.
- 12:03If you're jealous of my hair, all you bald guys quit taking
- 12:08out on me. I can't help it.
- 12:10Go get your own hair operation, damn it.
