- 0:55Speaker 4: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world,
- 0:58Speaker 4: Las Vegas.
- 0:59Speaker 3: What time is it?
- 1:01Speaker 2: It's time for War! Here's your host, 100% raw truth,
- 1:08Speaker 2: 100% American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 1:26Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Way down the route. The route, the route, the route's
- 1:28Speaker 3: on fire. A lot of things going on. Hard to
- 1:30Speaker 3: keep up with it all. I'm here. It's Monday. Great
- 1:33Speaker 3: to have you with me. Monday is what? Today, 16th,
- 1:35Speaker 3: I believe, right? Today is, yeah, Monday, the 16th of March.
- 1:40Speaker 3: Moving right along here. It's March Madness Week. As in
- 1:44Speaker 3: college basketball on March Madness. We're almost to April and Easter.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Can you believe it feels like Christmas was like yesterday?
- 1:53Speaker 3: And we're already heading for April and May. And then
- 1:56Speaker 3: it's summer. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. We're getting close to July 4th.
- 2:02Speaker 3: I just made vacation plans for July 4th last night, finally.
- 2:06Speaker 3: I rented a condo. Batar's asking my director. The usual place.
- 2:09Speaker 3: I rented a condo in Park City, Utah. That's where
- 2:12Speaker 3: we go. So that'll be a lot of fun. You
- 2:15Speaker 3: know what? I don't take many vacations. I rarely ever
- 2:18Speaker 3: get a chance to take time off. But I plan
- 2:22Speaker 3: a couple of them a year, and they're almost always
- 2:24Speaker 3: to Park City. I love Park City. I really, really,
- 2:27Speaker 3: really love Park City. Utah, great place. And I make
- 2:33Speaker 3: sure it's bought well in advance, and then I have
- 2:35Speaker 3: something to look forward to for months, right? Still, I
- 2:39Speaker 3: got to get through the whole, the rest of March,
- 2:40Speaker 3: the whole April, the whole May, and the whole June
- 2:43Speaker 3: to get to July 4th. So I'm still three and
- 2:44Speaker 3: a half months away, but the entire three and a
- 2:47Speaker 3: half months will be tolerable Working 16 hours a day,
- 2:50Speaker 3: six days a week at least will be tolerable because
- 2:54Speaker 3: I have this vision in my mind that coming up
- 2:56Speaker 3: soon is my trip to Park City, Utah. And I've
- 2:59Speaker 3: got it bought and paid for and ready to go
- 3:01Speaker 3: and reserved. And so that's the way I kind of
- 3:05Speaker 3: brainwash myself to work 16 hours a day because, you know,
- 3:08Speaker 3: you have this great trip coming up. And I love
- 3:10Speaker 3: Park City. All right, Trump's hilarious response after he gets
- 3:15Speaker 3: intel telling him that Iran's new supreme gay leader is
- 3:19Speaker 3: probably gay. I don't know why. It's a terrible thing.
- 3:23Speaker 3: We all laugh when we hear something like this. Look,
- 3:25Speaker 3: I got gay friends. You know, someone says to me,
- 3:28Speaker 3: your friend is gay, and I go, ha, ha, ha.
- 3:30Speaker 3: But when you hear that the leader of Iran is gay,
- 3:34Speaker 3: how do you not laugh? Come on. Knowing that nations
- 3:38Speaker 3: like that throw you off a roof if you're gay.
- 3:41Speaker 3: If they catch two gay men having sex, they throw
- 3:44Speaker 3: them off the roof of a six-story building. It's the
- 3:46Speaker 3: most intolerant society in the world. But Ayatollah Khomeini's son,
- 3:51Speaker 3: Turns out to be a gay boy. Come on. If
- 3:54Speaker 3: that isn't funny, I don't know what is. A gay Muslim.
- 3:57Speaker 3: That's got to be the start of a joke. And
- 3:59Speaker 3: a gay Muslim walked into the room and took over
- 4:02Speaker 3: the country of Iran. That's got to be the start
- 4:04Speaker 3: of a joke. So his response, Trump burst into laughter.
- 4:14Speaker 3: He burst into laughter after being briefed that Iran's supreme
- 4:18Speaker 3: leader is gay. It really is funny, according to the
- 4:23Speaker 3: New York Post, and knowing that homosexual conduct is a
- 4:28Speaker 3: capital offense in Iran. I told you, they kill you.
- 4:31Speaker 3: You get the death penalty for being gay. Others also
- 4:35Speaker 3: found it amusing. A senior intelligence official has not stopped
- 4:39Speaker 3: laughing about it for days. And I heard the entire
- 4:43Speaker 3: cabinet started laughing along with Trump. Because we're all like
- 4:49Speaker 3: macho straight guys. And when you hear the head of
- 4:52Speaker 3: a vicious country, you know, all they talk about all day,
- 4:55Speaker 3: kill women, kill children, kill non-believers, kill everybody, kill Israelis,
- 5:02Speaker 3: every Jew's got to die. And then you think about
- 5:04Speaker 3: him having gay sex in some basement somewhere. In the
- 5:07Speaker 3: darks and nobody sees him. He's afraid his father will
- 5:10Speaker 3: find out. Well, the father's dead now. But I'm sure
- 5:13Speaker 3: he was afraid for about 50 years his father might
- 5:15Speaker 3: find out. And you just wonder how these things could
- 5:20Speaker 3: be real. Real life is funnier than fiction. Hilarious. Trump's
- 5:24Speaker 3: hilarious response after he finds out Iran's new leader may
- 5:27Speaker 3: be gay. By the way, it's talking about a start
- 5:29Speaker 3: of a joke. You know, gay guy walks into a bar.
- 5:32Speaker 3: How about a gay Muslim with one leg walks into
- 5:34Speaker 3: a bar? Because that's what this guy is. He's got
- 5:37Speaker 3: one leg. You know, we blew him away. We absolutely
- 5:41Speaker 3: blew him away. And he's got one leg and he's
- 5:43Speaker 3: in a coma. And they shipped him off to Russia
- 5:46Speaker 3: for medical treatments and surgery because I guess he's on
- 5:49Speaker 3: death's door. So, you know, he's probably not gay anymore
- 5:51Speaker 3: either because he's probably a eunuch. My guess is we
- 5:54Speaker 3: blew his penis off too. So Trump bursts into laughter.
- 6:00Speaker 3: I would have too. That guy is gay after he
- 6:04Speaker 3: kills gay people. You know how many gay people he's
- 6:05Speaker 3: probably ordered murdered? Oh my gosh. And then the other
- 6:10Speaker 3: big thing that happened over the weekend, I wonder how
- 6:13Speaker 3: many of you even know about this, because it certainly
- 6:15Speaker 3: wasn't in the media, it wasn't in the mainstream media,
- 6:18Speaker 3: it really wasn't in conservative media much. Tucker Carlson may
- 6:22Speaker 3: be going to prison. Tucker Carlson, now we don't know
- 6:26Speaker 3: how many of these details are true or false or
- 6:29Speaker 3: completely made up or slightly made up or slightly a
- 6:33Speaker 3: rumor versus truth. But it appears this is what happened, okay?
- 6:38Speaker 3: It appears that Tucker Carlson got... I can't make this
- 6:43Speaker 3: thing stop dinging. It's the strangest thing. I've got myself
- 6:46Speaker 3: a phone, and it just doesn't stop. There we go.
- 6:50Speaker 3: I got silent mode, finally. Had to use a pen
- 6:53Speaker 3: three times to finally get it off. Strange. So here's
- 6:57Speaker 3: what happened. I'm going to give you the best answer
- 7:00Speaker 3: I've got from speaking to a lot of people who
- 7:02Speaker 3: are in the know in the White House insiders. Tucker
- 7:07Speaker 3: Carlson was being watched by the FBI and or the CIA,
- 7:11Speaker 3: whoever watches people with those kind of things, probably CIA
- 7:14Speaker 3: because this is involved outside the United States because he's
- 7:17Speaker 3: much too friendly with Iran. And they felt he was
- 7:20Speaker 3: giving Iran inside scoop what's going on in the United States.
- 7:23Speaker 3: And they really felt he was basically a spy committing
- 7:26Speaker 3: espionage for Iran without registering as a foreign agent. And
- 7:31Speaker 3: they were, I guess, watching his texts and watching his
- 7:34Speaker 3: phone calls. And Tucker, yes, Tucker Carlson, the conservative host
- 7:39Speaker 3: who now is like the biggest Jew hater in America,
- 7:42Speaker 3: in my opinion, Tucker Carlson was having conversations with the
- 7:46Speaker 3: president of Iran and they were the CIA of the
- 7:50Speaker 3: United States was spying on him. Because I don't agree
- 7:54Speaker 3: with spying on American citizens, except if you think they're
- 7:57Speaker 3: spies for another country, then you should spy on them
- 8:00Speaker 3: to prove or disprove whether they're loyal to our country.
- 8:03Speaker 3: And so President Trump, I guess, or the CIA, with
- 8:07Speaker 3: or without Trump's knowledge, set up a trap for Tucker Carlson.
- 8:11Speaker 3: And that's why Tucker Carlson was in the Oval Office
- 8:15Speaker 3: twice in the last month. President Trump kept telling him,
- 8:19Speaker 3: Don't worry about it. This is before the Iran war
- 8:21Speaker 3: broke out, right before. Don't worry about it. We are not.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Do you know this story, Pitar? No. We're not going
- 8:27Speaker 3: to attack Iran. It's all a bluff. We just want
- 8:30Speaker 3: to bring him to the table for peace. It's a bluff.
- 8:33Speaker 3: So then they wanted to see if Tucker would go
- 8:35Speaker 3: to Iran and tell him that. Tucker goes right to
- 8:38Speaker 3: Iran and shows them the photo of him in the
- 8:41Speaker 3: Oval Office and tells them it's a bluff. OK, that
- 8:45Speaker 3: makes him a spy for Iran. At that moment, we
- 8:48Speaker 3: got him. If this is true, Tucker Carlson should be
- 8:51Speaker 3: sent to prison for treason. But I don't know if
- 8:54Speaker 3: it's true. This is what I'm hearing. And Tucker Carlson
- 8:57Speaker 3: transmits to the Iranian leaders, the mullahs, who are the
- 9:00Speaker 3: most horrible people in the world. He becomes a traitor
- 9:03Speaker 3: to America, stabs us in the back and gives them
- 9:05Speaker 3: inside classified information from a visit with our president and
- 9:09Speaker 3: tells him, don't worry, they're not going to attack you.
- 9:11Speaker 3: It's a bluff. You don't have to worry about being attacked.
- 9:14Speaker 3: And then hours later, Trump bombs him and kills them all.
- 9:17Speaker 3: Israel sends him a message, gets 40 of them in
- 9:19Speaker 3: one room, one missile, we kill them all. Boy, that
- 9:22Speaker 3: worked out pretty well. So he used President Trump or
- 9:26Speaker 3: the CIA, with or without Trump's knowledge, Tucker Carlson was
- 9:29Speaker 3: used as a fool, as a stupid dupe, and he
- 9:33Speaker 3: got them all killed, and now he's going to go
- 9:35Speaker 3: to jail, or could go to jail, for being a spy.
- 9:40Speaker 3: And the reason you know that there's some truth to
- 9:42Speaker 3: all this, not only because everyone on the Internet is
- 9:44Speaker 3: talking about it, lots of people in the know and
- 9:47Speaker 3: White House insiders are talking about it, but also because
- 9:51Speaker 3: Tucker Carlson hysterically put out a video over the weekend
- 9:55Speaker 3: and said, they want to put me in jail. The
- 9:58Speaker 3: CIA has been spying on me. and they're trying to
- 10:00Speaker 3: frame me and put me in jail. So why would
- 10:03Speaker 3: Tucker say that unless, in fact, he hears that he's
- 10:06Speaker 3: about to be indicted and they're going to try and
- 10:08Speaker 3: put him in jail? And of course, he's gonna spin
- 10:10Speaker 3: it the way he spins it. You know, they're spying
- 10:12Speaker 3: on me and they're framing me. No, you went to
- 10:16Speaker 3: the White House, President Trump told you something, which turned
- 10:18Speaker 3: out to be fake news, and you immediately spread it
- 10:21Speaker 3: and gave it to Iran, our mortal enemies, who murdered
- 10:25Speaker 3: Jews for a living. which would explain everything about why
- 10:29Speaker 3: Tucker has gone bad. Because he's on the payroll of Iran.
- 10:33Speaker 3: He's on the payroll of Qatar. Maybe he's on the
- 10:35Speaker 3: payroll of our enemies in China. I don't know. All
- 10:40Speaker 3: of them are buddy-buddy. China and Iran are best friends.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Who knows who's paying Tucker? Someone, in my opinion, I
- 10:46Speaker 3: have no inside scoop, someone is paying Tucker to betray
- 10:50Speaker 3: the United States, stab the Jews, and try and cause
- 10:53Speaker 3: massive division in America between MAGA, divide MAGA, divide the
- 10:57Speaker 3: Republican Party, and make people hate Jews. I've never seen
- 11:01Speaker 3: such a concerted effort in my life. Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens,
- 11:05Speaker 3: Marjorie Taylor Greene, Megyn Kelly, they're all. And I'm sure
- 11:08Speaker 3: on most issues, we agree on every other issue. Nine
- 11:12Speaker 3: out of ten. Maybe nine out of ten. It's probably
- 11:13Speaker 3: something I disagree with, with one of them. But, you know,
- 11:16Speaker 3: I'll bet Tucker and I agree on nine out of ten.
- 11:17Speaker 3: I'll bet you I agree with Megyn Kelly, nine out
- 11:19Speaker 3: of ten. I'll bet you I agree with Marjorie Taylor Greene. Well,
- 11:22Speaker 3: not anymore. Marjorie Taylor Greene spends all her time on
- 11:24Speaker 3: MSNBC and CNN. She's the worst enemy of Trump. And
- 11:27Speaker 3: you heard Ted Cruz over the weekend say the worst
- 11:29Speaker 3: enemy in the world of Trump is now Tucker Carlson.
- 11:33Speaker 3: He's worse than any Democrat. He also said he is
- 11:35Speaker 3: the most dangerous demagogue in the United States of America.
- 11:38Speaker 3: He said that on Friday. Ted Cruz said of Tucker,
- 11:41Speaker 3: the most dangerous demagogue in the entire world is Tucker Carlson.
- 11:45Speaker 3: And he sure looks pretty smart now for saying that
- 11:48Speaker 3: because he turns out to be more than a demagogue.
- 11:51Speaker 3: It's possible, it looks like, it sounds like, it could
- 11:55Speaker 3: be true that Tucker was passing important, if not classified
- 12:00Speaker 3: information to our worst enemies in the world who are
- 12:04Speaker 3: the world's leading sponsor of terrorism. He was playing footsie
- 12:09Speaker 3: with the leaders and the mullahs of Iran, which is
- 12:13Speaker 3: interesting because they're gay. I would lead you to think
- 12:17Speaker 3: about Tucker. We'll be right back.

- 15:11Speaker 8: in prescriptions, more fulfilling relationships, fewer doctor visits, and overall
- 15:16Speaker 8: improved quality of health and life.
- 15:36Speaker 3: All right, as long as we're on the topic of
- 15:38Speaker 3: Tucker Carlson gossip, and it wasn't even gossip because Tucker
- 15:41Speaker 3: himself put out an SOS, help, I'm about to be arrested.
- 15:45Speaker 3: The CIA is spying on me and they're going to
- 15:48Speaker 3: try and frame me for being a traitor to the
- 15:51Speaker 3: United States. Well, that could be because you walked in
- 15:53Speaker 3: the Oval Office and you were a traitor to the
- 15:56Speaker 3: United States. As I mentioned earlier in one of my
- 16:00Speaker 3: tweets over the weekend, I said it's ironic because Tucker Carlson,
- 16:04Speaker 3: all he talks about 24 hours a day is Jew hatred,
- 16:07Speaker 3: Jew hatred, Jew hatred. Don't deny it. Stop attempting to
- 16:11Speaker 3: tell me that's not what he's doing. That's exactly what
- 16:13Speaker 3: he's doing. Everything he does is to try and make
- 16:15Speaker 3: you hate Jews. I kept saying somebody in a Muslim
- 16:19Speaker 3: country is paying him. There's something wrong here. It doesn't
- 16:22Speaker 3: smell right. And I tweeted out, ironically, he seems a
- 16:27Speaker 3: lot like, at this point, and this is the irony,
- 16:30Speaker 3: Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, the spies who were executed for
- 16:34Speaker 3: being traitors to the United States many, many years ago.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Two Jews who were traitors to America, communist traitors, and
- 16:43Speaker 3: they were executed. And he seems like the new Julius
- 16:47Speaker 3: and Ethel Rosenberg, if that's true. what they're saying he did.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Some more gossip. Again, it's not gossip. This is real world.
- 16:56Speaker 3: She admitted it. Ex-Democrat Senator Sinema, right? Kirsten Sinema of
- 17:02Speaker 3: Arizona admits to sleeping with her married bodyguard in five
- 17:08Speaker 3: different cities before he left his wife. According to shocking
- 17:13Speaker 3: court documents, I believe these are the bodyguard's divorce documents.
- 17:18Speaker 3: So Kirsten Sinema declined to run for re-election. Now we
- 17:23Speaker 3: know why, because they probably had the goods on her
- 17:25Speaker 3: and they probably would have blackmailed her in the deep state.
- 17:28Speaker 3: She was sleeping with her married bodyguard. These people are unbelievable.
- 17:33Speaker 3: It's truly, truly unbelievable. Do I have the story here?
- 17:35Speaker 3: I got to see if I have it. Who's the girl?
- 17:39Speaker 3: Jasmine Crockett. Yeah, here it is. SWAT team kills Jasmine
- 17:44Speaker 3: Crockett's security guard after he pulls a gun on the police.
- 17:48Speaker 3: So this guy is the head of security for Jasmine Crockett, congresswoman,
- 17:54Speaker 3: the most disgusting congresswoman ever, that's saying a lot, who
- 17:57Speaker 3: was running for United States Senator in Texas and lost.
- 18:00Speaker 3: We're frozen again, Pitar? Now that we have the dream thing,
- 18:04Speaker 3: I thought that was never supposed to happen. Unbelievable. We're
- 18:08Speaker 3: good there, yeah, with sound, but not on TV. There
- 18:11Speaker 3: we go. Now we're back on. That's weird. So how
- 18:13Speaker 3: did that stumble like that? So her SWAT team is
- 18:17Speaker 3: run by this guy. Let's see if I can get
- 18:19Speaker 3: a name here. Hold on. Hold on. Let's get his name.
- 18:21Speaker 3: We're going to talk about someone. You should find out
- 18:23Speaker 3: their name. Mike King. He was known as Mike King,
- 18:26Speaker 3: but that was not his real name. And he had
- 18:29Speaker 3: a standoff with cops and pointed a gun at the
- 18:31Speaker 3: cops and they blew him away and killed him. This
- 18:33Speaker 3: is the head of security for a woman running for U.S.
- 18:35Speaker 3: Senate in Texas, who herself, in my opinion, is a
- 18:39Speaker 3: communist traitor. So it's perfect. And then Kelly McEnany. Lays
- 18:44Speaker 3: out the money trail. Obama and Biden showered Iran with
- 18:47Speaker 3: billions of dollars while Tehran built its nuclear program. I
- 18:52Speaker 3: said this over the weekend. Obama should be the target.
- 18:55Speaker 3: Obama should be indicted. Obama is the problem. Obama was
- 19:01Speaker 3: in charge of the entire decade-long conspiracy to steal the
- 19:06Speaker 3: presidency and steal the country and take it away from
- 19:09Speaker 3: Donald Trump. He tried to steal, in my opinion, the
- 19:13Speaker 3: 2012 election against Mitt Romney by using the IRS to
- 19:16Speaker 3: destroy his political opponents and the biggest GOP donors, among
- 19:19Speaker 3: them yours truly, Wayne Allyn Root. Then he used his
- 19:23Speaker 3: powers to try and destroy Trump by spying on him
- 19:28Speaker 3: and giving the information to Hillary so Trump could not
- 19:30Speaker 3: win the 2016 election. Then when Trump won the 2016 election,
- 19:34Speaker 3: Obama gave approval to start this attack on Trump as
- 19:39Speaker 3: being a traitor to the United States. and impeach him twice,
- 19:42Speaker 3: trying to destroy him with Russian collusion. And then they
- 19:45Speaker 3: stole the 2020 election from him. Then they tried to
- 19:48Speaker 3: persecute him and put him in prison for the rest
- 19:49Speaker 3: of his life. Probably tried to assassinate him as well.
- 19:53Speaker 3: I'm sure Obama was in the middle of that, too.
- 19:55Speaker 3: And now it continues with these insurrection judges that are
- 19:58Speaker 3: trying to stop everything Trump does. Matter of fact, there
- 20:01Speaker 3: was a ruling just today that's so stunning. There's so
- 20:04Speaker 3: many stories here. I just don't know how to find
- 20:07Speaker 3: them all. But here it is. No, that's not it.
- 20:10Speaker 3: That's not it. A judge ruled against RFK. Biden judge
- 20:15Speaker 3: blocks Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 's childhood vaccine schedule changes,
- 20:19Speaker 3: invalidates key vaccine advisory panel. Do you understand they want
- 20:23Speaker 3: you dead? RFK Jr. was trying to keep children from
- 20:27Speaker 3: being over-vaccinated and winding up with autism and Asperger's and
- 20:33Speaker 3: dying from the COVID vaccine. Not one kid ever needed it.
- 20:37Speaker 3: Who is a judge to overrule? Does a judge know
- 20:40Speaker 3: all about the health of the United States of America? Well,
- 20:43Speaker 3: Biden judges and Obama judges think they know everything and
- 20:47Speaker 3: they can overrule every important person in the country, including
- 20:51Speaker 3: the president of the United States. How sickening. What an outrage.
- 20:54Speaker 3: These judges are the biggest... Dangerous problem in America today.
- 20:59Speaker 3: They're out to destroy our country because they wear a
- 21:02Speaker 3: black robe and make, what, $ 150, 000 a year? Someone needs
- 21:05Speaker 3: to give them a middle finger and tell them to
- 21:07Speaker 3: go screw themselves. Hi, this is Wayne Allyn Root for AmioLife.
- 21:14Speaker 3: You all know how much I value my health and
- 21:16Speaker 3: how much I support hardworking, patriotic companies fighting to help
- 21:20Speaker 3: Americans each and every day. One of my favorite companies
- 21:23Speaker 3: is AmioLife. Amio joins me in fighting for freedom and
- 21:26Speaker 3: supporting the natural health of families across America. I use
- 21:29Speaker 3: their alkaline structured silver solution three times a day, natural
- 21:33Speaker 3: silver mouthwash, and silver gel on my face each night,
- 21:36Speaker 3: and silver lozenges all throughout my show. It's all part
- 21:40Speaker 3: of my daily wellness routine. The good folks at AmioLife

- 22:31Speaker 3: I want to show you how smart my fans are.
- 22:32Speaker 3: This is our guest segment. Before I get to my guests,
- 22:34Speaker 3: I want to mention just this text I got from Gary.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Gary is a big fan of the show and listens
- 22:39Speaker 3: to the show every day and sends me texts. And
- 22:42Speaker 3: he's from Texas. And Gary says, anytime anyone calls overseas.
- 22:47Speaker 3: especially to a known enemy of America, you're surely going
- 22:51Speaker 3: to be recorded. It's always going to be on record.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Tucker didn't know that. And then he comes up with
- 22:56Speaker 3: a brilliant comment. He says, Don Lemon thought by being
- 22:59Speaker 3: a journalist, he could walk into a church based on
- 23:02Speaker 3: his own beliefs, not the law. Tucker Carlson is in
- 23:05Speaker 3: the same position. Just because he's a journalist doesn't give
- 23:08Speaker 3: him immunity from espionage against the United States of America
- 23:12Speaker 3: and treason. Gary, thank you. Very, very smart comment. commentary there.
- 23:18Speaker 3: Lost Soldier Oil and Gas is the sponsor of this segment.
- 23:22Speaker 3: You know, look, Trump is all about oil and gas, right?
- 23:25Speaker 3: He's all about making America the energy capital of the world. Well,
- 23:29Speaker 3: it took 40 years to piece together this 40,000 acre
- 23:33Speaker 3: giant gas discovery in Wyoming called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas.
- 23:37Speaker 3: And it's estimated to contain up to six trillion cubic
- 23:41Speaker 3: feet of gas, making one of the largest natural gas
- 23:45Speaker 3: discoveries in the Rocky Mountain region in the past 30
- 23:47Speaker 3: years with a management forecast projecting just the first 25
- 23:51Speaker 3: wells to produce 400 million cubic feet per day of
- 23:55Speaker 3: natural gas. And this is all about the surge in
- 23:58Speaker 3: AI data centers placing soaring demand on energy resources This
- 24:04Speaker 3: is how we power the AI future of America with clean,
- 24:07Speaker 3: natural gas. Hosted by oil and gas, excuse me, headed by,
- 24:11Speaker 3: you know, hosted as Wayne Root, but the CEO is
- 24:14Speaker 3: the guy who heads the project. Headed by oil and
- 24:16Speaker 3: gas legend Mark Bruner, whose previous public companies delivered spectacular
- 24:21Speaker 3: returns for investors. Pentecostal energy at its peak grew about
- 24:24Speaker 3: 100 to 1 for investors. You put $ 1 in, you know,
- 24:27Speaker 3: you got back 100. You put 100,000 in, you got
- 24:31Speaker 3: back a million. Excuse me, you got back 10 million.
- 24:33Speaker 3: Ultra petroleum soared from 15 cents to $ 200 a share
- 24:39Speaker 3: at its peak. A $ 10, 000 investment turned into 13 million
- 24:44Speaker 3: over 10 years. To learn more about Lost Soldier Oil

- 25:01Speaker 3: out the form, they'll get back to you, lostsoldier.com. All right,
- 25:05Speaker 3: Kerry Lutz is with us. He is a former lawyer
- 25:09Speaker 3: for President Trump, founder of the Financial Survival Network, author
- 25:13Speaker 3: of America's Great Parking Scam, And his website is parkscam.com.
- 25:19Speaker 3: That's the website for his new book, America's Great Parking Scam, parkscam.com.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Cary Lutz, welcome to the Wayne L. Root Show. Hey, Cary,
- 25:28Speaker 3: how are you?
- 25:29Speaker 4: All right, man.
- 25:30Speaker 9: It's great to see you, Wayne. How you been?
- 25:32Speaker 3: Well, you know what's funny is I'm sure everything you're
- 25:35Speaker 3: saying is true and I can't wait to hear about it,
- 25:38Speaker 3: but it's just not an area I know anything about
- 25:40Speaker 3: because I live in Las Vegas, right? I left New
- 25:42Speaker 3: York a long time ago. I left LA a long
- 25:44Speaker 3: time ago. And so I live in Vegas and no
- 25:46Speaker 3: one uses a parking meter in Vegas. I've never gotten
- 25:49Speaker 3: a ticket. I've been here 23 years. I've never gotten
- 25:51Speaker 3: a parking ticket because you go from your house to
- 25:54Speaker 3: to a shopping center, which charges nothing to park, to
- 25:58Speaker 3: a casino, which either charges nothing to park or charges
- 26:01Speaker 3: to park, but there's no police. They give you a
- 26:03Speaker 3: ticket if you're late. They just charge you a fee
- 26:06Speaker 3: when you leave. So I've never gotten a parking ticket
- 26:10Speaker 3: in 23 years. I forgot there even were parking tickets.
- 26:13Speaker 3: There's no such thing. There's no meters that I know
- 26:15Speaker 3: of in Las Vegas. So I didn't know anything about this.
- 26:18Speaker 3: So tell us about your new book, America's Great Parking Scam.
- 26:22Speaker 3: You've been robbed. I assume there are billions of dollars
- 26:26Speaker 3: being scammed from taxpayers because of this fraud. So tell
- 26:31Speaker 3: us what's going on.
- 26:32Speaker 9: Sure. Well, I'm thinking maybe I should be moving to Vegas.
- 26:37Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 26:37Speaker 10: I don't get any more parking tickets as well. Might
- 26:41Speaker 10: not be a good idea.
- 26:42Speaker 9: Great place to live.
- 26:44Speaker 10: Here's the book. And here's the deal. In order to
- 26:51Speaker 10: give out tickets, signs are required.
- 26:55Speaker 9: All right.
- 26:56Speaker 10: The signs are pursuant to a federal standard. And it's
- 27:02Speaker 10: actually a huge book that's on my desk here. It's
- 27:06Speaker 10: called the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control.
- 27:11Speaker 3: That is a big book.
- 27:12Speaker 9: 1,200 pages. It's great bathroom reading, though. I will say that.
- 27:19Speaker 10: And in it, there's a section that deals with parking signs.
- 27:25Speaker 10: And since you can park anywhere in Vegas, it doesn't matter.
- 27:28Speaker 10: But in the rest of the world, in the real world,
- 27:31Speaker 10: these are the types of signs.
- 27:34Speaker 9: I don't know if you can see them here.
- 27:36Speaker 3: Yes, I can see them.
- 27:38Speaker 10: Basically, red means no, green means yes. and the language
- 27:44Speaker 10: that they have is predetermined. I mean, you don't get, you,
- 27:50Speaker 10: you get no points for creativity in these signs. And, uh,
- 27:54Speaker 10: it says a red sign, no parking, any time, no parking,
- 27:59Speaker 10: 8 a.m.
- 28:00Speaker 9: To 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- 28:02Speaker 10: Green sign says two hour parking, uh, Monday through Friday,
- 28:08Speaker 10: 9 to 5. So that's what they're required to have.
- 28:12Speaker 9: That's the federal standard.
- 28:14Speaker 10: What you didn't know is you've been living under this
- 28:16Speaker 10: law your entire life.
- 28:18Speaker 9: Since you started driving, you didn't even know about it.
- 28:21Speaker 10: Because every sign on every road, public road and private
- 28:26Speaker 10: roads used by the public, that's interstate highways, every traffic light, everything,
- 28:33Speaker 10: the lines on the street.
- 28:36Speaker 9: Everything is governed by that book. Nothing is left to chance.
- 28:41Speaker 10: And every state and all 57 states, as one of
- 28:46Speaker 10: our former presidents once said, all have to adopt the
- 28:52Speaker 10: MUTCD as their law of the road to receive highway funds.
- 28:57Speaker 9: And that's all.
- 28:58Speaker 10: Well and good, but in places like Florida, in New York,
- 29:02Speaker 10: places like all over the country that charge for parking.
- 29:07Speaker 10: What used to be parking meters, now they're app-centric. They
- 29:12Speaker 10: all use non-standard signs. In Florida, since I made this discovery,
- 29:17Speaker 10: I've looked at thousands of signs. I've only found two
- 29:22Speaker 10: that somewhat complied with the MUTCD.
- 29:26Speaker 3: So let me guess, Kerry. They do this on purpose
- 29:29Speaker 3: to confuse you so that you make a mistake, park
- 29:32Speaker 3: in the wrong place, and wind up with a giant fine. Correct?
- 29:35Speaker 3: Is that what you're going to say?
- 29:37Speaker 9: Well, that's definitely part of it, for sure. That's right.
- 29:40Speaker 9: Your loss is their gain, obviously. This is pure extraction.
- 29:44Speaker 10: You know, once upon a time, we should go back
- 29:46Speaker 10: to the history of paid parking. A guy in the
- 29:52Speaker 10: 1930s created the parking meter. Back then, it was a
- 29:55Speaker 10: nickel an hour. And the purpose was so that you
- 29:59Speaker 10: didn't hog spaces in commercial districts, so that the spaces
- 30:03Speaker 10: would turn over. Merchants liked it because more customers could
- 30:08Speaker 10: come in. And the customers liked it because they could
- 30:10Speaker 10: find parking spaces. But now it's turned into a multibillion-dollar grift.
- 30:16Speaker 10: In your home state, in New York City, New York
- 30:19Speaker 10: City is responsible roughly for 20% of all the parking
- 30:23Speaker 10: tickets written there. Over 11 million a year, New York
- 30:28Speaker 10: City is literally the Kuwait of parking tickets.
- 30:31Speaker 3: So wait a minute, you just said 20%, 20% of
- 30:33Speaker 3: all the tickets written in America are written in New
- 30:35Speaker 3: York City? Is that what you're saying? In America. 20%
- 30:38Speaker 3: of the country's parking tickets are written in America, in
- 30:42Speaker 3: New York City. That's unbelievable. What a stat. Oh my God.
- 30:46Speaker 3: That's how they make money. It's a scam. I get it.
- 30:50Speaker 9: And that's over a billion dollars.
- 30:51Speaker 10: It doesn't include boots, towing, and suspending your registration, suspending
- 30:58Speaker 10: your license if you don't pay.
- 31:00Speaker 9: It's a total grift.
- 31:02Speaker 10: And in Florida here, we're not as grandiose as New York,
- 31:07Speaker 10: but the tickets get written on noncompliant signs. In Florida,
- 31:12Speaker 10: we have a law that says if the sign, well,
- 31:17Speaker 10: I like to say to channel my inner Johnny Cochran,
- 31:21Speaker 10: show me the sign and I'll show you the crime.
- 31:24Speaker 10: Because under Florida law, if a municipality purchases a noncompliant sign,
- 31:32Speaker 10: it's actually a misdemeanor. And sale and manufacture and distribution
- 31:40Speaker 10: of noncompliant signs or traffic control devices is a misdemeanor.
- 31:45Speaker 9: So literally, show me the sign and I'll show you
- 31:48Speaker 9: the crime.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Wait, I got a good one for you. If the
- 31:50Speaker 3: sign don't fit, you must acquit.
- 31:52Speaker 9: Yeah, well, that too.
- 31:55Speaker 3: That's a Johnny Cochran.
- 31:56Speaker 9: Yeah, exactly. Or we say, if the sign is blue,
- 32:03Speaker 9: it can't tell you what to do.
- 32:04Speaker 3: Or.
- 32:08Speaker 3: Here's what I remember from my New York City days.
- 32:10Speaker 3: My New York City days. That you'd be on a
- 32:12Speaker 3: street and there'd be three signs and they all say
- 32:15Speaker 3: the opposite of each other. So you had no idea
- 32:17Speaker 3: what the actual law was. So you'd take a chance.
- 32:20Speaker 3: You'd park. When you came back, you might have a ticket.
- 32:22Speaker 3: You might not. You might be towed. You might not.
- 32:24Speaker 3: That happened to me a few times. Again, that was
- 32:25Speaker 3: a lifetime ago. I've been gone from New York since 1989.
- 32:30Speaker 3: So 89 to 99, 2009, 2019, 37 years, almost 40
- 32:35Speaker 3: years I've been gone from New York. And I don't
- 32:37Speaker 3: think I've had a parking ticket all that time. So
- 32:39Speaker 3: it's been 40 years almost since I got a parking ticket.
- 32:41Speaker 3: But yes, very confusing. And I always thought it was
- 32:45Speaker 3: a scam and a grift by government, as usual.
- 32:47Speaker 9: Yeah, exactly. And the signs have to have this thing
- 32:51Speaker 9: called retro.
- 32:53Speaker 10: Retro reflectivity, which it's a government way of saying the
- 32:58Speaker 10: thing has to glow in the dark. Makes sense. And
- 33:03Speaker 10: we have a saying, if the sign don't glow. The
- 33:06Speaker 10: ticket's got to go.
- 33:08Speaker 3: This has been a funny segment. Kerry, we're going to
- 33:12Speaker 3: a break. I hear the music in my ear. Why
- 33:14Speaker 3: don't you stay for a minute? Because when we get back,
- 33:16Speaker 3: I want to talk to you about the economy. We've
- 33:19Speaker 3: done enough talking about parking tickets, which is your own
- 33:22Speaker 3: personal little economy. But let's talk about the big economy
- 33:24Speaker 3: of the United States and the Iran war and oil
- 33:27Speaker 3: and how it's all going to fit together with gold
- 33:29Speaker 3: and silver. Kerry Lutz is our guest, former lawyer for
- 33:33Speaker 3: President Trump, founder of the Financial Survival Network, and author
- 33:37Speaker 3: of America's Great Parking Scam. The website is parkscam.com, and

- 34:09Speaker 6: it everywhere. Inflation, market swings, uncertainty. But most people are
- 34:14Speaker 6: still sitting in paper assets, hoping it all works out.
- 34:18Speaker 6: At All American Assets, we don't deal in hope. We
- 34:21Speaker 6: deal in protection. Gold and silver have stood the test

- 37:55Speaker 3: How do you explain to America that's how all men
- 37:58Speaker 3: react in a locker room? All right. Bond arms. I'm
- 38:02Speaker 3: going to start before I even talk about bond arms.
- 38:04Speaker 3: I'm going to start by showing you the guns, right?
- 38:07Speaker 3: Here's one. Front and back, it says America 250. It's
- 38:11Speaker 3: got the American flag. It's beautiful. That's in silver. Here
- 38:15Speaker 3: it is in black. These are my Bond Arms guns.
- 38:19Speaker 3: They're beautiful. America 250, the American flag. Fantastic. President Trump's
- 38:24Speaker 3: making the 250th anniversary of America into the greatest national
- 38:29Speaker 3: celebration in history. For 250 years, America stood on independence. Today,
- 38:34Speaker 3: that same spirit lives on in stainless steel. There it is.
- 38:37Speaker 3: There you get the... Those are the better views, the
- 38:40Speaker 3: close-up views. But I wanted to show you my guns.
- 38:42Speaker 3: Now we have a gun worthy of the 250th anniversary celebration.
- 38:47Speaker 3: Introducing the BOD Arms America 250 Edition Handgun. American-made, precision-crafted,
- 38:53Speaker 3: built like a tank.
- 38:54Speaker 6: And.
- 38:56Speaker 3: performs like a hand cannon. Look at the size of
- 39:00Speaker 3: the muzzle. Look at the size of the bullets. They
- 39:03Speaker 3: are shotgun bullets in a handgun. It's the smallest, most
- 39:08Speaker 3: powerful personal protection handgun you can carry. Proudly endorsed and

- 39:28Speaker 3: here are my two beauties. One in silver, one in black.
- 39:32Speaker 3: Thank you, Bond Arms, for giving me my personal hand cannons.
- 39:37Speaker 3: Cool stuff. GetBondArms.com. All right. My guest is still with us,
- 39:40Speaker 3: Kerry Lutz. He is the author of America's Great Parking
- 39:45Speaker 3: Scam and his website, parkscam.com, and he told us all
- 39:48Speaker 3: about the parking scam. By the way, why buy the book?
- 39:52Speaker 3: What will the book do for you? Can you get
- 39:54Speaker 3: out of the scam by reading the book? Tell us.
- 39:56Speaker 10: Well, if you get a parking ticket, it tells you
- 39:59Speaker 10: exactly why that ticket's probably illegal. And I didn't mention,
- 40:04Speaker 10: but I also created the NAADP, the National Association of
- 40:08Speaker 10: American Defrauded Parkers.
- 40:10Speaker 9: So if you join it, you will get.
- 40:13Speaker 10: A parking self-defense kit, which will more than pay for
- 40:16Speaker 10: the membership many times over, because I can almost assure
- 40:19Speaker 10: you that the vast majority of the tickets that you
- 40:23Speaker 10: receive are not compliant with the law.
- 40:27Speaker 9: I like it.
- 40:28Speaker 3: I like it. All right, let's talk about the economy.
- 40:30Speaker 3: Is President Trump compliant by invading Iran or invading, bombing Iran?
- 40:36Speaker 3: I don't think invasion is the right word. We're not invading,
- 40:38Speaker 3: but we are bombing the hell out of Iran or
- 40:40Speaker 3: bombing them to hell. Is that compliant with a good economy?
- 40:43Speaker 3: I mean, can we turn this into a positive? What
- 40:46Speaker 3: do you think?
- 40:47Speaker 10: Well, it's good for the U.S. Economy, stock market, all
- 40:54Speaker 10: of that. not so good for the rest of the world,
- 40:58Speaker 10: introduces uncertainty. Capital always flows to where it perceives the
- 41:04Speaker 10: safest home for it is. For now and foreseeable future,
- 41:10Speaker 10: that's the dollar, and that's the United States.
- 41:16Speaker 9: But at the same time.
- 41:17Speaker 10: We've got a financial crisis brewing in the United States.
- 41:21Speaker 10: The private credit market... All of these loans that the
- 41:26Speaker 10: banks couldn't make themselves to struggling medium-sized.
- 41:32Speaker 9: Companies over leveraged.
- 41:34Speaker 10: Instead, what they did was they loaned the money to
- 41:37Speaker 10: a third party like BlackRock. BlackRock sets up a fund
- 41:42Speaker 10: that gets 15% annual interest.
- 41:46Speaker 9: They keep five.
- 41:47Speaker 10: They send 10 back to investors. And they've also borrowed
- 41:53Speaker 10: money from the banks. And then it all goes south. Well,
- 41:57Speaker 10: BlackRock's still getting their fees. The investors can't get out.
- 42:01Speaker 10: This is a problem, multi-trillion dollar problem. The beauty is
- 42:06Speaker 10: it's not like the foreclosure crisis where every other person
- 42:10Speaker 10: was losing their home. This is more like commercial real
- 42:14Speaker 10: estate where it collapses, but You kind of just live,
- 42:20Speaker 10: go about your everyday life, but it does affect the economy.
- 42:25Speaker 10: But probably with the flow of funds coming in from
- 42:28Speaker 10: Europe and Asia, because the war carries on a bit
- 42:32Speaker 10: longer than expected, and then economic repercussions in Europe and Asia.
- 42:39Speaker 9: The U.S.
- 42:40Speaker 10: Probably comes out, okay, you see the dollar has been
- 42:42Speaker 10: going up. That doesn't make any sense.
- 42:44Speaker 9: The U.S. is at war. Why should the dollar be
- 42:46Speaker 9: going up?
- 42:47Speaker 3: Well, why should gold be going up? That's the big
- 42:49Speaker 3: question mark for me. I think that proves that the
- 42:52Speaker 3: smartest people in the world do not believe this war
- 42:55Speaker 3: is a problem. They all know it would end quickly
- 42:58Speaker 3: and everything will be fine and America will be fine.
- 42:59Speaker 3: Or gold right now would be 6,000, Kerry. Gold would
- 43:02Speaker 3: have gone up 1,000 points in the last three weeks.
- 43:04Speaker 9: You've got to realize, though, that since....
- 43:08Speaker 10: The summer, gold and silver have gone way up since May.
- 43:13Speaker 10: You know, silver hit 120. So it's a natural thing
- 43:17Speaker 10: to have pullbacks. And in fact, gold and silver generally
- 43:21Speaker 10: do exactly what you don't think they're going to do,
- 43:24Speaker 10: which logic says they should be going up because the
- 43:27Speaker 10: news cycle doesn't actually run the markets correctly.
- 43:31Speaker 3: Hey, Kerry, we're going out. I'm getting a 10 count. No,
- 43:33Speaker 3: there's no question gold is not going up in the
- 43:35Speaker 3: middle of a war, which is interesting. Kerry Lutz, ParkScam.com.
- 43:39Speaker 3: Check it out. Great new book. America's Great Parking Scam.
