- 0:01Speaker 1: Now on the Voice of New York Kate still Mark
- 0:04Speaker 1: Simone Show on seven tenor.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Hey, well, I got a lot to get through today.
- 0:11Speaker 2: It's Friday. You got a three day weekend. Just ahead,
- 0:14Speaker 2: we'll get to President Trump. We've got bad news for Democrats.
- 0:17Speaker 2: We'll get to the shutdown. We'll get to Mom, Donnie
- 0:20Speaker 2: in this big meeting. We'll get to the latest on
- 0:23Speaker 2: the Guthree case. We'll get to Christy Nome, Don Lemon
- 0:27Speaker 2: and Moore. Just ahead. Yeah, you got a three day
- 0:31Speaker 2: weekend coming up, and thirty five days until spring. That's
- 0:35Speaker 2: exactly five weeks. Five weeks left until spring begins. You
- 0:40Speaker 2: can do it. You can get through it. It's going
- 0:41Speaker 2: to be in the forties until about Wednesday, and the
- 0:46Speaker 2: snow will be gone by the end of the weekend
- 0:48Speaker 2: once and for all. That'll be great news. So hey,
- 0:53Speaker 2: if you're a Democrat, you may want to cover your ears.
- 0:55Speaker 2: We have bad news. The inflation number came out. It's down.
- 1:00Speaker 2: It's down again, it's down every time. It's down to
- 1:03Speaker 2: two point four percent. Now you'll see if you're watching
- 1:06Speaker 2: fake news CNN, MSNBC, New York Times, they'll say, well,
- 1:10Speaker 2: two point four percent is it's not good. It's Remember
- 1:14Speaker 2: when it was nine percent under Joe Biden, they didn't
- 1:16Speaker 2: mention it. Remember it was six percent under Joe Biden,
- 1:19Speaker 2: eight percent, nine percent, there was no cause for alarm.
- 1:22Speaker 2: But two point four percent, it's very bad. No, that's
- 1:25Speaker 2: that's very good, very good. It's down and the core
- 1:27Speaker 2: inflation number is down as well, which is which is
- 1:30Speaker 2: even more important. So that's very good news. President at
- 1:36Speaker 2: the White House, but soon leaving for Fort Bragg where
- 1:39Speaker 2: he'll speak to the troops. Then after that he'll head
- 1:42Speaker 2: to Florida to Palm Beach. Tomorrow Lago three day weekend.
- 1:46Speaker 2: He'll be there all weekend, and tonight he has a
- 1:50Speaker 2: private dinner there with somebody at mar A Lago. And
- 1:52Speaker 2: then tomorrow night it's the whole crowd, all the yentas,
- 1:56Speaker 2: the all the members of mar A Lago, the whole
- 1:59Speaker 2: howie you crowd, We'll all be there chasing him around
- 2:02Speaker 2: the room. Hey, you got another government shutdown most likely
- 2:06Speaker 2: coming at midnight tonight. Yesterday, the Democrats, led by Chuck Schumer,
- 2:13Speaker 2: voted down any chance of reopening the government. They voted
- 2:16Speaker 2: for shutdown. Another Schumer shutdown is coming. Now. The good
- 2:21Speaker 2: news is the important stuff. A lot of this is
- 2:26Speaker 2: over Department of Homeland Security, but included in that is
- 2:29Speaker 2: the Coastguard, FEMA TSA. Now most of these elements, like TSA,
- 2:38Speaker 2: they've got enough funding to keep going for a month
- 2:40Speaker 2: or so, so they got about a month to settle.
- 2:41Speaker 2: It's enough money to pay everybody and make the payroll.
- 2:44Speaker 2: But Schumer loves these shutdowns.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Today's strong vote was a shot across the bow to Republicans.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Democrats will not support a blank check for chaos. I
- 2:57Speaker 2: love when he gets passionate, passionate. He puts on the
- 3:01Speaker 2: big glasses. He's got these new big, big, clunky, clunky glasses,
- 3:05Speaker 2: and he's so passionate. He whatever he's saying, it's typed
- 3:09Speaker 2: out on an index card. Just even with the big glasses,
- 3:13Speaker 2: they still have to use a large font. So they
- 3:15Speaker 2: type it out on an index card, and he reads
- 3:20Speaker 2: that card like this. It's like some passionate statement. But
- 3:25Speaker 2: he reads it like this off the index card, and
- 3:29Speaker 2: it's not like he practices it or anything. They hand
- 3:32Speaker 2: him the card sometimes they're driving somewhere. They give to
- 3:35Speaker 2: him in the car. He looks at it for a
- 3:36Speaker 2: second and then he reads it like this, and this
- 3:40Speaker 2: has been going on for thirty forty years. Maybe he
- 3:43Speaker 2: got away with this in the eighties, but it's twenty
- 3:46Speaker 2: twenty six. People know better, you know, people realize what
- 3:50Speaker 2: a stiff this guy is, What a plastic phony stiff
- 3:54Speaker 2: of a old fossil, of an old dinosaur, old fashioned politician.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Really got to get rid of this guy. No, you
- 4:00Speaker 2: can't run for reelection, but I think you're stuck with
- 4:02Speaker 2: him till I think it's twenty twenty eight. So expect
- 4:08Speaker 2: to shut down over the weekend. I keep telling you
- 4:09Speaker 2: this because you otherwise he wouldn't notice. How the hell
- 4:11Speaker 2: would you notice? The government shuts down every weekend anyway. So, hey,
- 4:16Speaker 2: a big thing happened yesterday. This is going to make
- 4:18Speaker 2: a big difference in people's lives. President Trump and Secretary
- 4:24Speaker 2: of Energy Lee Zelden have gotten rid of all the
- 4:28Speaker 2: Obama ridiculous climate change nonsense regulations. There was a massive
- 4:34Speaker 2: amount of these anti greenhouse gas policies. What it did
- 4:40Speaker 2: was it drove up the price of everything. It drove
- 4:42Speaker 2: up the price of your car a couple thousand dollars,
- 4:46Speaker 2: It drove up the price of gas everything. So they
- 4:49Speaker 2: finally got it all dumped yesterday. They've gotten rid of
- 4:53Speaker 2: all this Obama era anti greenhouse gas. Now you might think, well,
- 4:57Speaker 2: wait a minute, don't we need that wasn't that's stopping
- 5:01Speaker 2: carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide coming out of vehicles,
- 5:05Speaker 2: and yeah, but it didn't do anything. It had no effect,
- 5:09Speaker 2: zero effect on the environment, zero effect on climate. In fact,
- 5:13Speaker 2: climate change got worse with these regulations. It had absolutely
- 5:16Speaker 2: no effect. And by getting rid of it, this is
- 5:20Speaker 2: great news. It'll save one point three trillion dollars one
- 5:25Speaker 2: point three trillion, about four thousand dollars per US resident,
- 5:31Speaker 2: and the average car cost will now be twenty four
- 5:34Speaker 2: hundred dollars less, so a car, average price of a
- 5:37Speaker 2: car go down twenty four one hundred dollars. That's great news.
- 5:41Speaker 2: President talking about it yesterday.
- 5:42Speaker 1: His EPA designated fossil fuels such as oil, guess and
- 5:52Speaker 1: other things that actually make factories rock and roll and
- 5:58Speaker 1: other things drive very nice as a threat to health
- 6:02Speaker 1: and human welfare.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Ye see, I don't like when he talks slowly. It's
- 6:05Speaker 2: a little shumerash. You gotta talk a little faster. But
- 6:08Speaker 2: it's important. It's a big breakthrough you're going to save
- 6:10Speaker 2: a lot of money because of this.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Respective Immediately we're repealing the ridiculous endangerment finding and terminating
- 6:16Speaker 1: all additional green emission standards imposed unnecessarily on vehicle models
- 6:22Speaker 1: and engines between twenty twelve and twenty twenty seven and beyond.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Yeah, it was ridiculous these regulations, and again, climate change
- 6:30Speaker 2: got worse under these regulations. It did absolutely nothing to help.
- 6:33Speaker 2: All it did was drive up the price of everything
- 6:35Speaker 2: for everybody.
- 6:37Speaker 1: This action will limit it over one point three trillion
- 6:39Speaker 1: dollars of regulatory costs and help bring car prices tumbling
- 6:44Speaker 1: down dramatically.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Yeah. Hey, the Nancy Guthrie case, I don't know. I
- 6:49Speaker 2: don't know. It's day thirteen, now day thirteen. You know,
- 6:53Speaker 2: she needs medicine. She has certain medications she has to
- 6:56Speaker 2: take every day for her heart, for blood pressure, that
- 6:59Speaker 2: sort of stuff. It's now thirteen days without that medication.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Thirteen days without it. Doctors have said, well, you could
- 7:06Speaker 2: go a couple of weeks. Well we're at a couple
- 7:07Speaker 2: of weeks without it. Not to mention she has a pacemaker.
- 7:11Speaker 2: So I don't know. I don't know what to think.
- 7:13Speaker 2: They've uped the reward. It was fifty thousand dollars for information.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Now it's one hundred thousand. A lot of people pointing
- 7:19Speaker 2: out that's a pretty chintzy reward. A lot of people
- 7:23Speaker 2: saying it should be two hundred and fifty thousand, a
- 7:26Speaker 2: million dollars. I mean, for the biggest case in the
- 7:28Speaker 2: world right now, kidnapping, it's a chintzy. Chintzy is fifty
- 7:33Speaker 2: thousand dollars, but they raise it to one hundred thousand. Now,
- 7:35Speaker 2: maybe they don't want to do a big, huge reward
- 7:38Speaker 2: because they don't want you know, you get the reward
- 7:39Speaker 2: too big. Everybody in the world starts making all kinds
- 7:42Speaker 2: of claims on it, and you get too many false tips.
- 7:46Speaker 2: So far, they've got eighteen hundred or is it eighteen
- 7:49Speaker 2: thousand something like, some ridiculous number of tips have come in.
- 7:52Speaker 2: It takes an incredible amount of manpower to run that down.
- 7:56Speaker 2: There's a one problem, and there's a fight between the
- 7:58Speaker 2: FBI and the local sheriff over custody of the evidence
- 8:03Speaker 2: and testing of the evidence. You know, they found a glove,
- 8:06Speaker 2: they found this, They found that they might have found
- 8:08Speaker 2: some DNA. You want to send that to the FBI
- 8:11Speaker 2: crime lab in Quantico, state of the art, best lab
- 8:15Speaker 2: to analyze this stuff. The local sheriff would not give
- 8:18Speaker 2: the stuff to the FBI, and instead they used the
- 8:21Speaker 2: lab they use, which is some lab in Florida, some
- 8:24Speaker 2: private lab which is probably not as good. Local sheriff
- 8:28Speaker 2: denying all of this, I mean, he admits he sent
- 8:31Speaker 2: it to this other lab, but denying that he didn't
- 8:34Speaker 2: coordinate with the FBI. But but the truth is he didn't,
- 8:37Speaker 2: and he's saying, when it comes back from the Florida lab,
- 8:40Speaker 2: the FBI can take it to Quantico. Well, first of all,
- 8:43Speaker 2: that what a delay. And second of all, you lose
- 8:46Speaker 2: the DNA. You know, when you get a DNA sample
- 8:49Speaker 2: a drop of sweat or something like that, it's a
- 8:51Speaker 2: very tiny, tiny sample and every time you test it,
- 8:54Speaker 2: you'll lose a bunch of it. So there might after
- 8:56Speaker 2: the testing in Florida, there might not be enough less
- 9:00Speaker 2: left for a test by the FBI. So this local
- 9:03Speaker 2: sheriff screwing things up like crazy. They put up that
- 9:07Speaker 2: white tent in front of her house yesterday while they
- 9:10Speaker 2: did something in there, they took some stuff out of
- 9:13Speaker 2: the house again that could have been DNA samples. They took.
- 9:17Speaker 2: They also removed that camera, that doorbell camera, that Google
- 9:23Speaker 2: Nest camera. They took the camera, the housing everything, I
- 9:27Speaker 2: don't know what. And maybe they think there's an image
- 9:29Speaker 2: stored in there, or maybe they think there's DNA on
- 9:32Speaker 2: there that they might be able to find. But they
- 9:34Speaker 2: took it and the tent has come down. But we'll
- 9:37Speaker 2: wait and see. It's thirteen days. It's a very very
- 9:40Speaker 2: long time to have somebody, you know, hold kidnappers, to
- 9:45Speaker 2: hold somebody, so we'll see. Hey, Don Lemon goes to
- 9:49Speaker 2: court today, two o'clock today. Don Lemon in Minnesota goes
- 9:53Speaker 2: to court to get arranged. You know, he hired the
- 9:55Speaker 2: big famous Washington DC lawyer, Abby Lowell. You know that's
- 10:00Speaker 2: who represents the Clintons and the Hunter Biden. He's the
- 10:02Speaker 2: big DC lawyer, big big lawyer, Abbie Lowell, a guy,
- 10:07Speaker 2: Abby Lowell. And he's now added to his team a
- 10:11Speaker 2: very serious criminal lawyer in Minnesota. So he's worried. He
- 10:17Speaker 2: went out and hired a serious criminal lawyer. Now, when
- 10:20Speaker 2: you're going to get indicted by the US Attorney's Office,
- 10:24Speaker 2: usually whatever the town, that is the best lawyer you
- 10:27Speaker 2: can get besides the best criminal lawyer. You want a
- 10:30Speaker 2: guy who's a former prosecutor in that office, because nobody
- 10:34Speaker 2: knows that office better than the former prosecutor, and he
- 10:37Speaker 2: knows everybody there. He can work out a better deal
- 10:40Speaker 2: for you. So that's what Lemon's done. He's hired a
- 10:42Speaker 2: guy who was a federal prosecutor in that office for
- 10:45Speaker 2: about seventeen years, who left and is now a private
- 10:49Speaker 2: criminal lawyer. That's who Don Lemon is hired. So we'll
- 10:52Speaker 2: see at two o'clock today what happens now. The Stonewall Inn,
- 11:00Speaker 2: it's down in Greenwich Village and it was a bar,
- 11:03Speaker 2: tavern whatever. It is, a stonewall in, and it was
- 11:06Speaker 2: a place where a lot of gay people hung out
- 11:08Speaker 2: back in nineteen sixty eight, and this was you know,
- 11:11Speaker 2: this is a different era back then, and there were
- 11:15Speaker 2: a number of police raids and they built up this
- 11:19Speaker 2: whole fake story that the reason for the police raids
- 11:23Speaker 2: was because it was a gay place and they were
- 11:25Speaker 2: all gay people there and they were harassing the gay people.
- 11:28Speaker 2: This is actually not true, believe it or not. It
- 11:31Speaker 2: was owned by the mob. It was owned by a
- 11:33Speaker 2: big mob, a bunch of big mobsters, and the police
- 11:36Speaker 2: were going after these mobsters. This is no secret. I mean,
- 11:39Speaker 2: this is a matter of record. It was really these
- 11:42Speaker 2: mobsters they were trying to get and they kept raiding
- 11:45Speaker 2: the bar. They kept trying to get these mob guys
- 11:47Speaker 2: on something, and they were major, major mobsters. But when
- 11:51Speaker 2: they went down there to do the raids, the gay
- 11:52Speaker 2: people in the bar, men and women started to organize
- 11:56Speaker 2: and resist the cops. It looked kind of like Minnesota,
- 11:59Speaker 2: I said, and all of that. So somehow it became
- 12:02Speaker 2: a landmark symbol of fighting for gay rights, even though
- 12:06Speaker 2: the cops were there to get these mob guys and
- 12:08Speaker 2: it was really a mobbed up place. I mean, the
- 12:10Speaker 2: gay people had nothing to do with the mob, but
- 12:12Speaker 2: that's really what it's all about. So it just became
- 12:14Speaker 2: this fake symbol, this fake monument. Through the years, this
- 12:17Speaker 2: whole myth built up that the cops were harassing the
- 12:20Speaker 2: gay patrons, which is not true. So it was like
- 12:25Speaker 2: this symbol of gay pride. And then through the years, somehow,
- 12:28Speaker 2: somewhere it became a national landmark, which means it's under
- 12:31Speaker 2: the control of the National Parks Department, Department of the Interior,
- 12:35Speaker 2: and they had a gay pride flag up in front
- 12:38Speaker 2: of it. Well the other day, earlier this week, the
- 12:42Speaker 2: Department of the Interior said, we have rules, you know,
- 12:44Speaker 2: only American flags on national government property, national parks. So
- 12:50Speaker 2: they took down the Pride flag. And it's a good thing.
- 12:54Speaker 2: I'm all for a Pride flag. I think that's fine
- 12:56Speaker 2: to put it up there. But it's a good thing
- 12:57Speaker 2: because you have to give these angry democrats something to do.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Every week. They're all angry. They want to yell around
- 13:04Speaker 2: and scream and run around and protest. They want to
- 13:06Speaker 2: get mad, they want to go crazy. So you have
- 13:08Speaker 2: to give them something to get mad about. So taking
- 13:11Speaker 2: down the flag give him something to do. This week,
- 13:14Speaker 2: you know, Minnesota was kind of over. Tom Hoeman announced
- 13:17Speaker 2: they're pulling out. So you gotta give these people something
- 13:19Speaker 2: to yell about. They enjoy being angry. This is their hobby,
- 13:22Speaker 2: these democrats. They want to all these liberals you have
- 13:26Speaker 2: friends like this, They want to be angry. They like
- 13:28Speaker 2: to watch MSNBC get all riled up about something, get furious, protests,
- 13:33Speaker 2: go out and yell and scream, go online and make
- 13:36Speaker 2: all kinds of crazy sticks. So you had to give
- 13:38Speaker 2: them something to yell about. This was for the way.
- 13:40Speaker 2: It's like a dog, you know, you got to keep
- 13:42Speaker 2: throwing the ball, let them go catch it, throw it again,
- 13:44Speaker 2: let them go catch. You gotta give the dog something
- 13:46Speaker 2: to do. So it's the same thing with the left
- 13:48Speaker 2: wing coops. You got to give them something to do.
- 13:50Speaker 2: So it gave him something to do. So yesterday, the mayor,
- 13:53Speaker 2: the governor, everybody was behind this. They put up their
- 13:56Speaker 2: own flag with their own pole in front of it,
- 13:59Speaker 2: and it was great. Gave all the left wing cooks
- 14:01Speaker 2: something to do. They go down around that flag pole,
- 14:03Speaker 2: talk to reporters, yell on the screen.
- 14:05Speaker 3: We are reclaiming our space. It's reclaiming our people, it's
- 14:08Speaker 3: reclaiming our culture. The flag has so much meeting behind it.
- 14:12Speaker 3: The colors represent the diversity of our community. These are
- 14:15Speaker 3: things that you can't take away from the community, which
- 14:18Speaker 3: is why it's so important for us to raise it again.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Yeah, you hear me yelling in the now. The funniest
- 14:23Speaker 2: thing they said, yes, say one of them. I don't
- 14:24Speaker 2: have the clip, but one of them's on TV and
- 14:26Speaker 2: he said, you can't erase history. You can't erase history.
- 14:30Speaker 2: This is the same crowd that took down every statue,
- 14:33Speaker 2: changed the name of every air Force base, took everybody's
- 14:36Speaker 2: name of everything. They took down a million statues of people.
- 14:40Speaker 2: You had to change the name of the school and
- 14:42Speaker 2: air force base you could. All they do is a
- 14:44Speaker 2: race history. Suddenly you can't erase history. You gotta give
- 14:47Speaker 2: these people credit. Got to give them credit. They can
- 14:49Speaker 2: turn on a dime. They can flip flop. Whatever they're for.
- 14:53Speaker 2: The Trump's for it, they're against it. If Trump's against it,
- 14:56Speaker 2: they're for it. They just keep They're very, very versatile.
- 14:59Speaker 2: They can just keep turning around. Hey, coming up, we'll
- 15:01Speaker 2: get to we'll get to the big meeting. The mayor
- 15:04Speaker 2: of Minneapolis, fry I, came to New York to meet
- 15:08Speaker 2: with Mom Donnie. Imagine these two geniuses together. Imagine the
- 15:12Speaker 2: brain power in that room, the management experience of these
- 15:15Speaker 2: two these It's like a like an idiot's convention. So
- 15:18Speaker 2: we'll get to that and more. Coming up, we'll take
- 15:21Speaker 2: some calls. Next. Eight hundred three two one zero seven
- 15:24Speaker 2: ten is the number. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 15:28Speaker 2: seven ten
