- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice, Sugar, It's time.
- 0:13Speaker 2: No love, no and lo and love and love and
- 0:14Speaker 2: lo and no. Welcome to the Naughty but Nice am
- 0:17Speaker 2: your host, Rom Shooter. It is Thursday, My goodness, the
- 0:21Speaker 2: week is flying by. Thursday's my favorite day of the week.
- 0:24Speaker 2: It's the night all the New Yorkers go out. If
- 0:26Speaker 2: you want to go out in New York City, Anita
- 0:28Speaker 2: the New Yorkers, Thursday is the night. And also to Thursday,
- 0:31Speaker 2: we get to chat to our dear friend Mark Loopo, Hey, Loopy,
- 0:35Speaker 2: are you there?
- 0:36Speaker 1: Lewis here?
- 0:37Speaker 2: Hey, hey, my friend, have you been what have you
- 0:39Speaker 2: been up to?
- 0:40Speaker 1: You know, enjoying the summer, hanging out in Long Mouth
- 0:42Speaker 1: with my family, with the Florida for a long weekend,
- 0:45Speaker 1: just you know, relaxing and taking it on in.
- 0:47Speaker 2: It's perfect. It's perfect. That's what these summers are for.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Isn't it awful that we have to have a job.
- 0:53Speaker 2: It gets in the way of my social life.
- 0:57Speaker 1: I mean, especially on Thursdays.
- 0:58Speaker 2: We're very busy, very very busy. Person's a key. Let's
- 1:01Speaker 2: jump into the show because a lot a lot is
- 1:04Speaker 2: going on. What time is it, my friends? It is
- 1:07Speaker 2: tea time. Pres Hilton has been hospitalized for an apparent suicide,
- 1:12Speaker 2: so newly released nine one one dispatch calls paint a
- 1:15Speaker 2: heartbreaking scene, an emergency response to a lots of course.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Actually it wasn't one call, its many calls. Prayers apparently
- 1:23Speaker 2: did himself some self harm during a live stream. This
- 1:29Speaker 2: blew up. I was in bed early last night. I
- 1:31Speaker 2: didn't feel so well, so I went to bed really
- 1:33Speaker 2: really early. But when I woke up this morning, my
- 1:35Speaker 2: phone had blown up. It was just everywhere. I've known
- 1:39Speaker 2: him for a long time, a really complicated fellow, and
- 1:42Speaker 2: I just hope that we can give him the grace
- 1:44Speaker 2: today that he never really gave anybody else. And that's
- 1:49Speaker 2: the sting to this story. He's in bad shape and
- 1:52Speaker 2: we are sending him love, his family love. He is complicated, though.
- 1:58Speaker 2: This is a man who's done really awful, awful things,
- 2:02Speaker 2: and now his family is asking for privacy, which is
- 2:05Speaker 2: ironic because Perez never gave anybody else that luxury. I
- 2:10Speaker 2: got to put it into context. Then he started out.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I met him about twenty six years ago. It's the
- 2:15Speaker 2: early two thousand's Mark. I was a publicist. I was
- 2:18Speaker 2: working for Ashley Simpson. She had just an SNL that disaster,
- 2:21Speaker 2: and he was ruthless. He was so cruel and so
- 2:25Speaker 2: mean to her at a time when she was really vulnerable.
- 2:28Speaker 2: I am not exaggerating to tell you that I spent
- 2:31Speaker 2: time with Ashley when she was in tears and it
- 2:33Speaker 2: was brought on by Perez, and I used to call
- 2:35Speaker 2: him and beg him just lay off her, give her
- 2:37Speaker 2: a day off, give her a week off, just lay office.
- 2:39Speaker 2: She's in a really bad place. She wasn't ready for
- 2:43Speaker 2: that type of fame. She was an extra on her
- 2:45Speaker 2: sister's reality show and suddenly she's been attacked every day
- 2:49Speaker 2: on the most powerful blog maybe of all time. That
- 2:53Speaker 2: was a while ago. He has changed, or at least
- 2:55Speaker 2: he says that he has changed. But this is a
- 2:59Speaker 2: difficult called subject for people like you and me, Mark
- 3:02Speaker 2: to cover, because we know the good, the bad and
- 3:05Speaker 2: everything else. What do you think we do?
- 3:07Speaker 1: And it is very complicated to you know, chat about
- 3:10Speaker 1: because I too know him from over the years, and
- 3:13Speaker 1: I think back to two thousand and nine, I was
- 3:14Speaker 1: working at the Tyra Banks Show and we had him
- 3:16Speaker 1: on the show as a guest, and Tyro tried to
- 3:19Speaker 1: make him promise that he would start being so mean.
- 3:22Speaker 1: She tried to, you know, incentivize him, and he didn't
- 3:25Speaker 1: do it. And you know, now we're here, even fifteen
- 3:28Speaker 1: years later, and it's you know, he's really suffering from.
- 3:32Speaker 2: It's really really suffering. Just to give people some insight,
- 3:35Speaker 2: I hit the phones. I spoke to him in April.
- 3:37Speaker 2: I invited him to my book party. You were there, Mark,
- 3:39Speaker 2: and he was in not in great shape. He was
- 3:42Speaker 2: very applied. We had a nice text exchange. He was suffering.
- 3:46Speaker 2: The last time I actually spoke to him was when
- 3:49Speaker 2: he was going to joy in my not reality show,
- 3:51Speaker 2: God Come Forbid my morning show. I had a gossip
- 3:54Speaker 2: morning show on v H one and they fired a
- 3:56Speaker 2: cast member to bring on Pereers, and so I had
- 3:59Speaker 2: to have many me with him about the show, and
- 4:01Speaker 2: he was quite honest with me. He said, I need
- 4:03Speaker 2: the money. He said, gonea the days where that site
- 4:06Speaker 2: was really popular. It was so red hot, but not
- 4:10Speaker 2: for a very long period of time. And the problem
- 4:13Speaker 2: is with the brand that he has, the hate brand,
- 4:15Speaker 2: it doesn't last. It only lasts for a few minutes
- 4:19Speaker 2: and after that there's nothing else left. So he needed
- 4:22Speaker 2: the money. We know he recently left Las Vegas, to
- 4:25Speaker 2: go back to Miami, to go back to Florida. I'm
- 4:28Speaker 2: told that was because of financial issues. Also, to anybody
- 4:31Speaker 2: that owns a website knows the traffics down. Algorithms have changed.
- 4:36Speaker 2: You used to get a Google search and if you
- 4:38Speaker 2: Google search Madonna, you'd click the top three stories. Now
- 4:41Speaker 2: you get AI. You don't get a link if you
- 4:44Speaker 2: type in what's Madonna being up to? Does Madonna have
- 4:46Speaker 2: a number one record? It used to be just websites
- 4:49Speaker 2: and you click the websites. Now have you type that in,
- 4:52Speaker 2: it's gonna be AI. It's gonna get a paragraph, so
- 4:55Speaker 2: you don't need to click on websites. So a lot
- 4:57Speaker 2: of people who own their own websites are really struggle
- 5:00Speaker 2: in so financial difficulties. We know he's had mental health
- 5:04Speaker 2: challenges also too. Let's be really honest about this. Perees
- 5:08Speaker 2: enjoyed the power. He enjoyed being the boss. As you
- 5:13Speaker 2: just said Mark on the Tyra Banks Show, a national
- 5:16Speaker 2: TV show. He didn't bend the knee. He had more
- 5:19Speaker 2: power than Tyra arguably, but he had a lot of
- 5:22Speaker 2: power back then. He doesn't anymore. It's over. And we've
- 5:25Speaker 2: seen this Mark with reality stars, with people in the media.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Once that power goes away, they really struggle to redefine themselves.
- 5:34Speaker 2: What do you think, you know?
- 5:35Speaker 1: I had someone tell me once that fame is the
- 5:37Speaker 1: most addictive drug in the world. And I do think
- 5:40Speaker 1: that Perez recognized his power of slipping. And I'm someone
- 5:43Speaker 1: who does follow his account. I'm just curious to see
- 5:45Speaker 1: what he does and when he talks about. And you
- 5:47Speaker 1: can tell in recent months even years that something was
- 5:51Speaker 1: off with him, and especially after he came down with
- 5:54Speaker 1: the sepsis and he was ill. He came back and
- 5:56Speaker 1: he found God and he was doing a lot of
- 5:58Speaker 1: videos about God and Jesus and all these things. And
- 6:01Speaker 1: I'm like, something is not right with the s guy.
- 6:03Speaker 1: And I don't know what it is, but I would
- 6:06Speaker 1: imagine the people that follow him also not only recognize
- 6:08Speaker 1: that the baby be disconnected, because that's not the content
- 6:11Speaker 1: they come to know from him.
- 6:14Speaker 2: It is so important Mark, It's not what they signed
- 6:17Speaker 2: up for. I think the success of the Naughty but
- 6:20Speaker 2: Nice Show is that is exactly who we are. Some
- 6:24Speaker 2: days we're naughty, naughty, but it is the truth. We're
- 6:28Speaker 2: not selling you a false bill of goods. Pereers was
- 6:32Speaker 2: a really mean, bitchy, bitchy queen who was the best
- 6:35Speaker 2: at being vile. And I did read that site. And
- 6:39Speaker 2: then when he had that epiphany member he spoke to Oprah,
- 6:42Speaker 2: he became nice. It all felt a little phony to me. Now,
- 6:45Speaker 2: I'm not saying I wanted him to be mean, but
- 6:47Speaker 2: I just didn't believe him being nice. He sort of
- 6:50Speaker 2: trapped himself in a world that he couldn't keep up.
- 6:54Speaker 2: And as that fame diminished. We've seen it with housewives,
- 6:57Speaker 2: We've seen it with reality stars. As that goes down
- 7:01Speaker 2: and down and down, their behavior becomes more and more
- 7:04Speaker 2: extreme to get attention. And the fact that he streamed this,
- 7:09Speaker 2: he live streamed and attempted suicide attempt some people are
- 7:14Speaker 2: saying that's a cry for help, clearly, But that's another
- 7:16Speaker 2: thing that we have to think about here. Big picture.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Let's try and give him some grace. He's asked for privacy.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Let's hope we do that. I'm going to treat this
- 7:25Speaker 2: with real kindness, but I'm not going to be naive
- 7:27Speaker 2: about it. There is some really dark sides the dark
- 7:31Speaker 2: past to Perez Hilton, and we can't just make people angels.
- 7:36Speaker 2: We have a habit of doing that, don't we? When
- 7:38Speaker 2: somebody God forbid passes or gets into trouble, we canonize them,
- 7:42Speaker 2: We turn them into saints. And I think that's a
- 7:45Speaker 2: big mistake, which brings us to our whole question. After
- 7:48Speaker 2: the day, Perez Hilton has been hospitalized for an apparent
- 7:52Speaker 2: suicide attempt. Should we give him some grace? Should we
- 7:57Speaker 2: give him a moment? Hey? Go vote on our expay
- 8:00Speaker 2: Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob Our facebook page is
- 8:04Speaker 2: naughty yoursip and be sure to check back tomorrow to
- 8:08Speaker 2: hear your results. Hey, Loops, what have you been working on?
- 8:12Speaker 1: On a lighter note, I have very very petty story
- 8:14Speaker 1: for you. Martha Stewart is questioning Megan Markle's homemaking reinvention.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Aren't we all?
- 8:21Speaker 2: So?
- 8:22Speaker 1: Martha Stewart isn't convinced to make and Markle's latest career
- 8:24Speaker 1: move is a natural fit. The lifsa icon said it's
- 8:27Speaker 1: difficult to go from actress to princess and then reinvent
- 8:31Speaker 1: yourself as a homemaking expert, suggesting that transition doesn't sort
- 8:36Speaker 1: of follow now. She made these remarks while she was
- 8:39Speaker 1: attending a dinner party in California, which also hosted Megan
- 8:43Speaker 1: Markle exchanged a few words, but apparently everything was cordial.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Now we know her, you know from her brand as
- 8:51Speaker 1: ever with Megan and also with her show with Love Meghan.
- 8:54Speaker 1: But Martha says, you know, she wishes her well. She's
- 8:57Speaker 1: stressed though, that authenticity and genuine expertise are essential ingredients
- 9:02Speaker 1: for the success of a lifestyle brand.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Hey, that's too, that's two really important. I wouldn't mess
- 9:09Speaker 2: with Martha. I have a little bit of a crush
- 9:10Speaker 2: on Martha. I just whenever I'd bump into her, I
- 9:13Speaker 2: always giggle. She never remembers me, which makes me like
- 9:16Speaker 2: her even more. I just gig. I've sat with her,
- 9:19Speaker 2: I've had dinner with her, and she still doesn't remember me.
- 9:21Speaker 2: But nevertheless she makes me laugh because she just says it.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Those are the two ingredients, isn't it. You gotta be
- 9:27Speaker 2: authentic and you've got to be an expert. You can't
- 9:30Speaker 2: fake this stuff. We are experts at Celebrity News, we
- 9:33Speaker 2: really are. I challenge anybody to You might be able
- 9:36Speaker 2: to trick me with a question or two, or I
- 9:38Speaker 2: might get the wrong name for a Kardashian baby, but
- 9:40Speaker 2: I know this world. You do too, Mark We've done
- 9:42Speaker 2: it every day for decades. Megan hasn't done that. And
- 9:45Speaker 2: the transition from actress to princess to reality foods that
- 9:51Speaker 2: didn't do well, her reality show, her food show, and
- 9:53Speaker 2: now she wants to have a lifestyle brand. It's all
- 9:56Speaker 2: so disjointed, it doesn't all knit together. And I think
- 10:00Speaker 2: that's probably why Meghan is struggling here. You know, Martha
- 10:05Speaker 2: should cut she won't, but she could take her under
- 10:08Speaker 2: her wind. Now Megan wouldn't want to do that either.
- 10:10Speaker 2: But this memory she had the Apprentice, the Martha Stewart Apprentice.
- 10:13Speaker 2: I think Bethanie was on it. Megan, go and study
- 10:16Speaker 2: at the at the foot of Martha Stewart. You will
- 10:20Speaker 2: learn not only business technique, but you will learn expertise.
- 10:24Speaker 2: A lot of people don't like Martha. I get it.
- 10:27Speaker 2: I get it. She can be sometimes a little cold,
- 10:29Speaker 2: very cold, but she does know her stuff. Mark. Have
- 10:33Speaker 2: you ever experienced Martha? Have you ever met her a
- 10:35Speaker 2: few times?
- 10:36Speaker 1: And I was in the first time. The way she
- 10:39Speaker 1: speaks to her team. It's very direct and she knows
- 10:42Speaker 1: what she wants and if it's not done the way
- 10:44Speaker 1: she wants it, it's not done to really.
- 10:50Speaker 2: I interviewed her on the set of her talk show.
- 10:52Speaker 2: I was there some camera curR I think I was
- 10:54Speaker 2: with the AOL on the Huffington Post, and she told
- 10:56Speaker 2: her team and my team how she wanted to be lit.
- 10:59Speaker 2: She told me of the questions that she wanted me
- 11:01Speaker 2: to ask, and I absolutely chuckled, and I was totally
- 11:05Speaker 2: in awe. She does things in a way that other people.
- 11:08Speaker 2: If Megan spoke to her team like Martha, you'd say
- 11:11Speaker 2: she's being rude. With Martha, it's so firm. But it's
- 11:15Speaker 2: not rude, Mark, it's not nasty. It's sharp. It's so sharp. Okay,
- 11:21Speaker 2: moving along. Passing Daily insists that he didn't get fired
- 11:25Speaker 2: from The Voice, that he's not leaving the Voice, but
- 11:27Speaker 2: it doesn't quite add up, so he's trying to set
- 11:29Speaker 2: the record straight. Have to keep keep. Palmer has announced
- 11:32Speaker 2: that she's gonna be the new host of The Voice Celebrity,
- 11:36Speaker 2: so they're doing a spinoff. Basically, they're gonna have celebrities
- 11:40Speaker 2: on this show, which sounds really fun to me. So
- 11:42Speaker 2: I guess these are going to be singers who are
- 11:44Speaker 2: not doing so well anymore, but you will remember then
- 11:47Speaker 2: maybe Debbie Gibson's maybe Tiffany's like people, maybe somebody from
- 11:51Speaker 2: entering Joey Footne is going to be on it. Let's
- 11:53Speaker 2: face it, Oh what's that one? We lance? Back lance
- 11:56Speaker 2: if you're listening, and so keep he's going to host this,
- 12:01Speaker 2: she and She's going to host it. And then everybody's like, well,
- 12:03Speaker 2: where's Carson. Well, he said he's going to be the
- 12:06Speaker 2: executive producer, but he doesn't feel like he's the right fit,
- 12:10Speaker 2: but he hopes to be back. This is not good
- 12:11Speaker 2: news anyone that's ever had it. And they bring somebody in,
- 12:16Speaker 2: but he's younger and cute and more plugged it than
- 12:19Speaker 2: you are. Not good. It's not good. I think he
- 12:23Speaker 2: should be worried.
- 12:24Speaker 1: I do too. The writing is on the wall for Carson.
- 12:27Speaker 1: But listen, you know when your TV is dying and
- 12:30Speaker 1: they recognize they want to bring in a millennial viewer
- 12:34Speaker 1: and the younger gen Z viewers, and Carson at this
- 12:36Speaker 1: point is too far removed. I'm not sure people know
- 12:39Speaker 1: who he is or cares. And Kiki is the girl
- 12:42Speaker 1: of the moment. She is everything, and I think it's
- 12:44Speaker 1: a really smart move to bring her in now as
- 12:46Speaker 1: a host.
- 12:47Speaker 2: I do she connects and just on social media. Cars
- 12:51Speaker 2: is not a big revealer. Now, we don't know much
- 12:53Speaker 2: about his private life. He's quite reserved. Actually, my friend
- 12:56Speaker 2: more In Callahan used to work with him at MTV.
- 12:59Speaker 2: He was a huge deal in the nineties, in the
- 13:02Speaker 2: two thousands at MTV. But you're right, people in their
- 13:05Speaker 2: thirties don't remember. They don't know what TRL wants. They
- 13:08Speaker 2: don't connect to that anymore. And these music shows, they
- 13:11Speaker 2: want them to be young, they want them to be hip,
- 13:13Speaker 2: they want people to sell records, they want people to watch,
- 13:16Speaker 2: they want social media following, and so Carson. Honestly, I've
- 13:20Speaker 2: been at jobs where they've brought people in for it
- 13:25Speaker 2: leads us acts. Is just for a little while. We're
- 13:29Speaker 2: just going to test someone out. Just try and get
- 13:32Speaker 2: consulted with the consultant. Does your job. It is over, okay.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Ariana Grande appears to send a very subtle message after
- 13:43Speaker 2: liking an Instagram post. What am I talking about? What's
- 13:48Speaker 2: going on? Yeah?
- 13:49Speaker 1: So Ariana Grande is fueling this conversation after liking an
- 13:52Speaker 1: Instagram post about becoming a healthier version of yourself. Despite
- 13:56Speaker 1: criticism from others, now the message she liked encourage people
- 13:59Speaker 1: to prioritize their well being, even if personal growth changes
- 14:03Speaker 1: the relationship or makes others uncomfortable m the sky. After,
- 14:08Speaker 1: of course, she announced that she's taking a step back
- 14:10Speaker 1: from the spotlight when she wraps up her Eternal Sunshine tour.
- 14:13Speaker 1: What do you think?
- 14:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I think this is a really smart way of
- 14:17Speaker 2: telling us she knows there's something cut up. It's been
- 14:20Speaker 2: such mixed messages when her publicist first announced that she
- 14:25Speaker 2: was dropping out of the London production, the stage production
- 14:28Speaker 2: of Sunday in the Park with George because of public scrutiny,
- 14:33Speaker 2: which was part of the statement that's not a quote,
- 14:36Speaker 2: but I'm paraphrased. And then Ariada that night was in
- 14:39Speaker 2: Chicago and she read from her phone a four minute
- 14:41Speaker 2: statement by herself and she said, no, it's not because
- 14:44Speaker 2: of scrutiny, and I'd never let people make me back down.
- 14:48Speaker 2: And now she is liking a post. My sources tell
- 14:50Speaker 2: me it's very serious. She's not in good shape. She
- 14:54Speaker 2: needs a moment. She has been working constantly since she
- 14:56Speaker 2: was what eleven, She needs a break. She just was
- 15:00Speaker 2: on arguably the biggest press tour for a movie I've
- 15:03Speaker 2: seen in a long time. Wicked was everywhere. It was relentless,
- 15:07Speaker 2: and then she didn't take a time off. She jumped
- 15:10Speaker 2: right into this massive tours. She's playing at sold out stadiums.
- 15:14Speaker 2: It messes with your mental health, it really really does.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Plus she's got to meet the Forkers in November, so
- 15:19Speaker 2: I think it's actually probably a good idea. I'm all
- 15:23Speaker 2: for this finding yourself being happier, being healthier, that's something
- 15:29Speaker 2: we can all encourage. Okay, we're going to take a
- 15:32Speaker 2: quick break and we will be right back. Welcome back
- 15:37Speaker 2: to the naughty but nice on your homes films shook
- 15:39Speaker 2: a different roll. Glupo, helup. Let's get to the pole stuff.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Last show, we talked about Taylor Swift is loving her
- 15:45Speaker 2: new life as missus Kelsey. That's who Travis introduces her as.
- 15:51Speaker 2: She loves it. My question was quite simple, Should she
- 15:54Speaker 2: change her name formally? Should she now be Taylor Kelsey
- 15:58Speaker 2: no longer? Taylor Swift said yes, sixty said no. I
- 16:02Speaker 2: like Taylor Swift. She's wit so hard to be Taylor's
- 16:05Speaker 2: but at this point she's such a big star Mark
- 16:07Speaker 2: she could probably just be Taylor. She doesn't need the
- 16:09Speaker 2: last name. She's that big.
- 16:11Speaker 1: I mean, why isn't anyone asking if Travis should be
- 16:14Speaker 1: mister Swift, which I think is really more of the
- 16:16Speaker 1: realistic moment that's happening right now.
- 16:18Speaker 2: It's just been last bark. If you listen to Travis
- 16:21Speaker 2: Levelolo said your comets to Mark, don't forget to vote
- 16:24Speaker 2: on today's pole. Go to our ex page a Twitter
- 16:27Speaker 2: page at Naughty Nice rob Our facebook page is Naughty
- 16:30Speaker 2: Gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
- 16:35Speaker 2: your results. And now, oh, somebody finally getting what they deserved.
- 16:42Speaker 2: I like a little punishment. I like that you don't
- 16:44Speaker 2: get away this stuff. And that's why this is our
- 16:48Speaker 2: nicest of the day.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Oh, so did He's prison release data's been pushed back
- 16:55Speaker 1: again after a fight with an inmate. Good I love this,
- 16:58Speaker 1: So did He Holmes is expected to be released from
- 17:01Speaker 1: federal prison, but now it's been delayed once again. The
- 17:05Speaker 1: Federal Bureau of a Prison's Records Now Release set his
- 17:08Speaker 1: release date for February twenty, twenty twenty eight, reversing an
- 17:11Speaker 1: earlier updated date that moved up to January twenty fourth,
- 17:15Speaker 1: twenty twenty eight. Now. This followed after an altercation with
- 17:18Speaker 1: another inmate Combs was allegedly placed in solitary confinement after
- 17:22Speaker 1: a prison staff broke up the fate.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Oh awful, Mark, This is right. If you got a
- 17:27Speaker 2: fight in prison, then get pushed by. You can't be
- 17:30Speaker 2: wooded for bad behavior. Did he, Diddy, You're not a
- 17:33Speaker 2: nicest of the day, did he? If he had this,
- 17:35Speaker 2: he'd think he was. We're saying the prison system is
- 17:38Speaker 2: the nicest of the day. Pushed back that release date.
- 17:41Speaker 2: He got away with it four years for all that, Mark,
- 17:44Speaker 2: and so he's gonna have to serve a lot of time. Okay,
- 17:48Speaker 2: let's say I noticed the day naughty, naughty, naughty Kaya
- 17:51Speaker 2: Goerber is insisting she doesn't look like her mommy, Cindy Crawford. Kaya,
- 17:55Speaker 2: get a mirror, look in the mirror. Now she does
- 17:58Speaker 2: frame this in a rah. They're a nice way, saying
- 18:00Speaker 2: her mom is one of the most beautiful women alive
- 18:03Speaker 2: inside and out, and she couldn't wish her mom any
- 18:06Speaker 2: more love. But she doesn't think she looks like her.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Everyone's like you are her twin. You are lucky enough
- 18:14Speaker 2: to look like one of the most beautiful people in
- 18:16Speaker 2: the world. Own it own it own. You're playing Coy.
- 18:21Speaker 2: I know what you're playing, Coy. It is a compliment
- 18:24Speaker 2: to your mom, but you're also complimenting yourself a little
- 18:26Speaker 2: bit playing down. It's those people are like, don't hate
- 18:30Speaker 2: me because I'm beautiful. You know you are gorgeous and
- 18:34Speaker 2: nought is the dailor's end. With a moment of rab
- 18:36Speaker 2: you rob, you get a robber of This is so important.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Competition happens at the bottom. People at the top, they
- 18:43Speaker 2: don't compete, They collaborate. The people have spent all their
- 18:46Speaker 2: time comparing themselves to other rarely get very far. The
- 18:49Speaker 2: most successful people I've ever met, they think differently, Mark.
- 18:52Speaker 2: They understand that relationships create opportunities. Generosity builds influence, and
- 18:57Speaker 2: collaboration build success. Don't waste your energy trying to beat
- 19:02Speaker 2: somebody else. Instead, focus on becoming so good that everybody
- 19:06Speaker 2: wants to work with you. I've seen this, Mark, I've
- 19:09Speaker 2: seen this happen. When I stopped competing with everybody and
- 19:13Speaker 2: I started collaborating with everybody, my life changed. There's enough
- 19:18Speaker 2: success out there for all of us. If we can
- 19:21Speaker 2: live in a world where Taylor Swift and Beyonce can
- 19:23Speaker 2: be successful, there's enough room for Rob Shooter and Mark Gloom.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Build your friends up and when they do well, you'll
- 19:30Speaker 2: do well. And when you get a great opportunity, you'll
- 19:33Speaker 2: drag your friends along with you. Once again, people at
- 19:37Speaker 2: the bottom, at the very very bottom, they compete. People
- 19:42Speaker 2: at the top, the very very top, they collaborate. Hey,
- 19:47Speaker 2: that is it for today. Thank you so much for
- 19:50Speaker 2: listening to the naughty bit nice with Rob and Mark Shaw.
- 19:52Speaker 2: We are a production of Elvis Durant and iHeartRadio. Don't
- 19:56Speaker 2: forget to follow me on substag Robshooter dot substack dot com.
- 19:59Speaker 2: And it started with a whisper is available right now.
- 20:03Speaker 2: And remember altogether. Now let me hear you singing out
- 20:06Speaker 2: loud if you're going to the mortar your gat toime y,
- 20:11Speaker 2: let me hear it. It's not even nice with bro
