- 5:06Speaker 4: if you want to call the president of Burger King
- 5:08Speaker 4: and complain today, there you go.

- 5:18Speaker 1: See Alabama Show onto me. It's free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 5:21Speaker 4: Good Morning Elive. What's your issue for? Ask Alabama?
- 5:25Speaker 7: I refuse to sleep on the couch from my girlfriend
- 5:28Speaker 7: is upset.
- 5:30Speaker 4: Okay, that's why we do Ask Alabama.
- 5:32Speaker 2: We do our best to help you. Call the show
- 5:34Speaker 2: eight three three five x one. BAMA is the number
- 5:37Speaker 2: if you ever have an issue. What's going on?
- 5:40Speaker 8: So?
- 5:40Speaker 9: My girlfriend and I have seven years, have been having
- 5:42Speaker 9: issues lately, okay, and usually if she's upset with me,
- 5:46Speaker 9: she'll sleep on the couch until we resolve whatever issue
- 5:50Speaker 9: we're having.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Okay.
- 5:51Speaker 7: We got into an argument on Valentine's Day.
- 5:54Speaker 2: Why did y'all fight? Did you just not get her
- 5:56Speaker 2: flowers or something?
- 5:57Speaker 1: We were angry?
- 6:00Speaker 7: I just did what was normal when we're mad at
- 6:02Speaker 7: each other.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Okay.
- 6:03Speaker 4: So you went to bed without her, your girlfriend on
- 6:06Speaker 4: Valentine's Day.
- 6:07Speaker 7: That's correct, okay, I mean for seven years, it's what
- 6:10Speaker 7: always happens when we're mad at each other.
- 6:12Speaker 5: But this time she got even more upset.
- 6:16Speaker 7: And said that I should be the one sleep on
- 6:18Speaker 7: the couch because it's her bed.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Is it her bed? Does she bring the bed to
- 6:22Speaker 2: the apartment?
- 6:23Speaker 7: I mean I told her no because we have a
- 6:26Speaker 7: guest room and that room has another bed, okay, and
- 6:30Speaker 7: she can sleep in there, but she chooses the couch,
- 6:34Speaker 7: and she's doubled down on the fact that I should
- 6:37Speaker 7: be the one leaving the bedroom. If we are fighting,
- 6:40Speaker 7: I don't know how to handle it.
- 6:41Speaker 4: Producer Blake, do you think the man should go sleep
- 6:44Speaker 4: on the couch or make the girlfriend go sleep on
- 6:47Speaker 4: the couch?
- 6:48Speaker 3: Well, okay, this is my philosophy. Don't go to bed angry.
- 6:53Speaker 3: Fix it be grown ups, talk it out. But if
- 6:55Speaker 3: somebody has to go, it should be the man.
- 6:57Speaker 2: They should be. It should be the guy. You shouldn't
- 6:59Speaker 2: go to the freaking couch.
- 7:01Speaker 7: Come on, you lot, there's another bed though she the
- 7:04Speaker 7: couch bed.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Don't make her leave the bedroom. You can leave the bedroom.
- 7:09Speaker 4: I'm assuming since you have not admitted what happened on
- 7:13Speaker 4: Valentine's Day, it was probably your fault.
- 7:16Speaker 2: If are the arguments your fault or her fault.
- 7:19Speaker 7: Well, it's it's just an argument. I mean, it happens
- 7:22Speaker 7: and then it plays out. We resolve it later. Yeah,
- 7:25Speaker 7: it just seems this has just gone on a little longer.
- 7:27Speaker 4: I think they I think that you should be the
- 7:29Speaker 4: one to leave the bedroom.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Don't kick your gun, don't keep the girl out of
- 7:33Speaker 2: the call the show.
- 7:34Speaker 4: Eight three three five I ony Bama is the number?
- 7:37Speaker 4: Does anybody deal with this? When you fight with your spouse?
- 7:40Speaker 2: Who has to leave the bedroom? Eight three three five
- 7:43Speaker 2: I one Bama is the number. That's eight three three
- 7:46Speaker 2: five oh one two two.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Six two Yelabama Show to Man Free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 7:52Speaker 4: Eight three three five I one Bama is the number
- 7:54Speaker 4: to call the show. Eli and his girlfriend get in fights,
- 7:57Speaker 4: and his girlfriend sleeps on the couch and he stays
- 7:59Speaker 4: in the bedroom and she.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Thinks that he needs to go to the couch.
- 8:02Speaker 4: Coach, when you get in a fight with your wife,
- 8:04Speaker 4: who goes to the couch?
- 8:06Speaker 5: The guy? It's not even a question. When Blake said
- 8:08Speaker 5: that I was dying laughing in my car.
- 8:11Speaker 4: Exactly why is he let no question like how many
- 8:16Speaker 4: times have you slept on the couch?
- 8:18Speaker 5: Okay, I will say this, We don't. Me and my
- 8:21Speaker 5: wife don't do that very often, just because, like y'all
- 8:24Speaker 5: were talking about, don't go to bed angry, even if
- 8:26Speaker 5: we are still a little bit upset with each other
- 8:29Speaker 5: because we haven't come to.
- 8:30Speaker 9: A full resolution.
- 8:32Speaker 5: We try to find some sort of middle ground, compromise something.
- 8:36Speaker 5: Every since we've been together, we've always been like, hey,
- 8:39Speaker 5: we're going to sleep in the same bed. Now. It's
- 8:40Speaker 5: kind of funny. We don't as much now because we
- 8:43Speaker 5: have a little one. And sometimes my wife will go
- 8:45Speaker 5: in there with her to lay her down, and she'll
- 8:47Speaker 5: fall asleep in bed with her, and I'm like, I'm
- 8:49Speaker 5: not gonna wake her up. I'll just let her sleep.
- 8:51Speaker 4: Also, I bet your kid doesn't snore as loud as
- 8:54Speaker 4: you do.
- 8:55Speaker 5: Oh, you'd be shocked how loud of pornos over at
- 8:59Speaker 5: the store.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Sounds like a girln man in the other rooms.
- 9:03Speaker 5: Exactly, Yes, but yeah, no, don't go to bed, don't
- 9:06Speaker 5: go to bed angry, and if you are angry, let
- 9:09Speaker 5: the woman have the bed. You just said, there's another
- 9:11Speaker 5: bed in your house. Why don't you go to that one?
- 9:13Speaker 2: Absolutely?
- 9:14Speaker 5: Thank you, coach, You'll take care. Bye.
