Uisce Éireann is rolling out a nationwide hosepipe ban starting Friday, lasting until August 24th, as extreme heat and lack of rain strain water supplies. No watering gardens, washing cars, filling pools or hot tubs, or even paddling pools — unless using a bucket from the tap.
