- 0:01SPEAKER_00: You know, I've been on uh six seconds, but my God, how difficult was this?
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, you gotta verify.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: And you just don't verify with a photo and scanning the QR code, you actually verify by having to, you know, go into uh go into TikTok itself on the phone and then doing all that fancy stuff.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: So anyway, very happy to oblige.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: I hope we can all uh get some conversation going today.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: Now, looking at what's happening in the artificial intelligence realm, it's it's all who's talking and and what service they're selling, what their interest is in the game.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: You have people from the major labs discussing how they know for a fact that AI is going to be amazing for the world, but then some of them are kind of mentioning that there is some concern.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: And I'm wondering if that concern is actually coming from the people that are building the technology, the ones that should be concerned, uh, maybe just the rest of us.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: And then the people that have all the money invested, the ones that are putting uh have everything into it at the at the forefront, that's also a big deal for a lot of people, and especially those of us that are constantly using this technology to do things within our businesses.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: Now, I still haven't forgotten how to actually put together things without the assistance of artificial intelligence, but it has become you know something where uh it definitely has made it easier to put things together.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: So that's the point, right?
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: What's you know is AI really going to make our lives a lot easier or is it going to create other issues?
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: On the real estate front, we have a lot of things that are growing out there as well.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: We have this big syndication networks, a lot of them are in various lawsuits with different people.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: Of course, the bigger you get, the more you might attract these lawsuits.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: But then there's a question of getting bigger.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: Does that necessitate the means of getting there into something that might not be legal?
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: And we were watching this as this unfolds, and it gives this appearance that potentially consumers don't matter, the consumer experience doesn't matter, the UI or the user interface doesn't matter.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: It's really about the almighty dollar driving these companies.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: So we're watching that as that builds out.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: We have a court that just apparently upheld some kind of a lawsuit against Zillow, talking about the way that they have their agents utilize their lender services and how potentially, and this is all allegedly, right?
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: I haven't read the complaint specifically, but apparently how if you do this part of their service by referring the lender side through their company as well, then you're gonna get extra kudos, extra salutations, and extra clients.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: So apparently there was enough information to be able to prove that this was an issue.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: So we'll get into that as well.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: But let's get into AI personhood.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: I think that's probably a nice place to start.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: And we're right at the beginning of this.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: Currently, when a person goes out on the World Wide Web and starts to search, they're the ones that are trying to find a particular product in of themselves.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: So the way that the advertising and marketing channels are built is around how human beings are looking to buy things.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: So you have Google Analytics, Google AdWords back in the day.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: I I don't know if that's still around.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: The AdWords are still there, but then you had Webmaster Tools, if you remember, that was kind of an old model.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: Now I believe it's Google Analytics and Google Console, but these keep track of what people and how people are searching.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: So you can be found if you're aware of that.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: And right now with AI, you're able to use that to build out all sorts of fancy things with your online presence.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: Now there's you know a couple different places.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: You have the organic engines where you're scoring in that realm, and then of course you have the paid for uh pay-to-play type systems.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: Paying to play is gonna depend on your uh business model, what sphery sphere you happen to be in, and if in fact um it's really crowded, then it's gonna be really expensive to try to get into that realm.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: But money solves everything.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: And then it depends on how many clients convert typically, and then how many of those clients you're able to retain and have you utilize their business or you them utilize your business, and then what you're charging, whether this stuff is gonna make sense overall to you.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: On the other end of it, if you want to try the organic realm, that's that's the less expensive place to be, but it's also more labor-intensive.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: Even with the assistance of artificial intelligence, it's a little bit more expensive time-wise in that realm as well.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: Because to set up a meta campaign or a Google Pay-Per-Click campaign, or even now an open AI advertising campaign, uh, those systems are pretty good at knowing kind of your space, what you're involved in.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: So they adjust pretty quickly.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: And the setup on those is relatively easy, and in some cases they have AI overlays that are gonna basically help you in a user interface type fashion, so you'll be able to get your businesses out there.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: On the other end of this, though, when you're looking to try to do it organically, there's a few things that you want to think about.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: You want to think about the embedded intel on the web page.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: It's a schema architecture typically.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: But it's the things that aren't seen by the human eye.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: It's the things the AI picks up when it's doing its search and rendering.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: The same thing as the search engines were picking up, and they still do.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: That's still a valid place to be, but it's not as shiny as the AEO strategy, the answer engine optimized strategy, which a lot of people are trying to sell.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: These are things that can be done by you.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: The application layer isn't that complicated.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: But when you're building your own online property, the difficulty starts to come in with how do you get it built, where do you put it, how do you get it structured within a system?
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna use uh a Netlify, are you gonna use a CloudFare, you're gonna use a Google, uh Google hosting system or something else?
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna use WordPress?
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: Are you gonna build it out through HTML type code?
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: And most of the sites now, WordPress being something that I was very much, uh, very much into, now that's really not the best place to be.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: Now, hey Stacy, it's good to see you.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: Very good.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's awesome.
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, Stacy, yeah, quite a hero, but uh, I guess she can't speak.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: I'll have to I'll have to just give you that.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: But yeah, she's amazing.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: So anyway, getting into this, you know, looking at the way AI can help with these systems, on the other end of it, you might say, well, what is AI doing in the other parts of the world?
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: And currently, it's it almost seems like the people building out the technology, they're trying to find God inside of the machine.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: They're trying to find a version of God.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: And I say a version because human beings were kind of easily impressed, and I hate to say it, but these companies have figured that out.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: It's just like your social media feed.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: Here we are on TikTok, you know, call them the kettle black, but we're on TikTok here watching a video or wherever else we go, it's whatever grabs your engagement.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: A lot of people do force that on people and push it, and they go off on the edge.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: I try to keep everything kind of center, but I do have my belief system that I try not to violate.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: So if they're going to be building AI gods and they're gonna have people worshiping this these AI gods, and most of the people at the top, they're either atheist, agnostic, yes, um, but really evolutionary followers, and that's that's fine.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: Whatever, whatever, whatever floats your boat, I have my own belief system, but they're selling it as if it's a fact.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: Everybody is selling this technology as if it's a fact, and I think that's gonna create even more diversion in the world.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: And if you look at human-to-human relationships, which we've had for a very long time, now there's an additional replacement that's pretty incredible.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: And that replacement in the world is gonna be artificial intelligence.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: How many of us, and I'm a Gen Xer, uh, boomers are gonna have their own their own uh things to say.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: We're gonna have our own things to say, millennials and Y and Z and all of the others, they're also gonna have their own alignment.
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: There are gonna be kids born in the last 10 years that aren't gonna know a world that wasn't in ebbed or or baked in with artificial intelligence.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: The kids that are being born now, they're gonna have it, there's not gonna be any, they're not gonna understand what it was like before.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: Just like those of us that are in my generation can remember being on party lines in particular uh where I grew up in New Mexico, we were on a party line.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: There were six houses on our block, small town in New Mexico, close to Los Alamos, where they blew up that first uh atomic bomb.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: And when we would pick up the phone, we could often hear, you know, Mrs.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: Masters on the other side of the block who was single and talked, you know, a little scantily with people on the phone.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: So us little boys, you know, we would always, of course, try to pick up and hope we could find her.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: And if we did, we put the phone down and ran next door and got our buddy.
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: Hey, got to pick up the phone and listen.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: Because she would get a little sultry on her conversations.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: That was like that first introduction into that world.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: Now, of course, they split the phone lines, but we remember call waiting, we remember answer machines, we remember having to wait to get things done.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: Uh, dad being pissed off because you were on the phone because he was expecting a call, and they weren't gonna call back.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: That was the only call you were gonna get, so that phone line had to be clear.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: Now everything is kind of glued together where we we have instantaneous gratification, and now with instantaneous gratification, now we have something of a higher than human level intelligence that's now been built.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: Hey, Steve, who has now that's now been built, and that in of itself I think is going to create some major waves in the world as it already has.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: Why is it?
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: And this this is something that maybe you guys can help me with.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: The labs themselves, the people building it.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: So you have OpenAI and Anthropic, they're the two biggest on the block right now.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: You have Elon Musk with Grok.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: He grabbed into Cursor, he's got these massive data centers, these uh Colossus systems.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: Anthropic right now is renting most of that that uh compute from Elon Musk.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: I don't know, and him, his alignment with uh with uh Dario Amade is is interesting to say the least, but you have all of these people building it out.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: What is that next step?
- 11:21SPEAKER_00: Why is it that the people that are heads of these labs say that this AI is going to create a problem for all of us or could potentially end us in this world?
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: And that's the thing that kind of makes me really wonder well, if it's like it's like eating too much.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: And I I used to be, I had a 65-inch waist at one time, it was 365 pounds, and I remember when I was that fat, I never once told somebody, you gotta help me stop eating.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: I because I knew it was always in my control.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: These labs now are saying, you gotta, you gotta help us.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: You gotta come in and regulate us, you gotta please stop us from doing this.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: There's something that sounds wrong.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: It doesn't sound right, so then I try to dig into that and figure out, well, why would they say that?
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: And I think it might have to do more than anything with something a lot more simple or more simpler, more simple than I give it credit for.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: Liability.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: I think the liability that these big labs are going to experience is going to be phenomenal.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: There's already lots of lawsuits against wrongful death, against people that have used these systems.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: And again, this is going to be a replacement for that human-to-human interaction at some point.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: And I think that's going to be a problem.
- 12:41SPEAKER_00: We already have issues with, you know, making children and the numbers of uh newborns and that influx, that's also changed.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: But then you give it a replacement that is smarter than us, and it can have an appearance more beautiful than anything, right?
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: More handsome than anything, more whatever aligned than anything, it can be made to push back against you enough.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: So let's say you're somebody that likes somebody sassy or somebody that isn't gonna give in to you every moment.
- 13:13SPEAKER_00: Well, you can have that.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: And it's not gonna be long before it learns that, before it understands that.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: And then that being the case, I mean, as human beings, we really think we're special.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: I I really do.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: I think there's something special baked into us.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: Is it the soul?
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: Is it that God alignment?
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: And then there's gonna be people that say, well, there is no God, that's all bullshit.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: We've all used that to uh try to explain death over years, but you know, then that's fine.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: You can believe whatever you want.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: Me, I have a different belief system.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: I believe in the uh the Christian Bible, I believe in the God of the Bible, that's where my alignment is.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: Sorry, but not sorry.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: But, you know, there's other people that believe certain things.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: I think some kind of an alignment with a higher power, I think that studies have proven that that's healthy.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: But now we're gonna have something that's very capable of being that higher power in all ways.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: In fact, with a couple more growth spurts, if you will, for artificial intelligence systems, and maybe it's already there because we're only seeing the Chat GPT model from OpenAI and the anthropic model, Claude, Opus, Fable, these, we're only seeing what is allowed for public um consumption.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: The stuff they have in the lab is probably way more advanced than what we're playing with.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: So if now I'm impressed, because I use these systems to build out my businesses.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: So if I have businesses that come to me and I do an AI audit for them, I use AI, my own personal installed Quin model here, not a forward public-facing AI, because some of the people in the companies, when you put anything in there, it's trapped.
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: I was a cop for a long time.
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: So in Stacy and some of the other people on here who are who are law enforcement, there's no secrets, especially now with body cams and this stuff.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: You're kind of recorded all the time as a police officer.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: Even when you're not active and in the restroom, um, I've heard of interesting complaints coming out of that, so you're on all the time.
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: Within the next two or three months, all of us are gonna be recorded everywhere.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: People are gonna have these little devices that are gonna be listening in all the time, and they're not doing it for the most part to try to catch you dirty or record you at the supermarket sexually harassing them or at the job or at the water cooler or whatever it may be.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: They're gonna use this to recap their day and come home.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: And I do this because I don't know what kind of device it's going to be.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: I I often think it's going to be something of a device like this.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: This is just a wireless mic feed hub, but something that you would wear.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: It might also be a phone type device.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: Your phone is always listening to everything happening in your periphery.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: So then when you get home later, then your phone starts to basically upload into the cloud, or even the user interface is going to change where it's going to be your phone that's constantly listening.
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: Your phone is eneb with AI.
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: So then at the end of the day, you can say, you know, I was at the sorry Stacy to say this, I'm at the supermarket, I ran into Stacy.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: What was her last name?
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, yeah, I remember.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: And then it'll tell you, and then it'll say, um, you know, you you told you mentioned to her that you were gonna, you know, give her a buzz later and see how church is going and so on, or whatever it may be, and then all of a sudden you're like, oh yeah, that's right.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna recap your day.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: And if you're in business, it'll talk about the people that you met at the last chamber meeting, and you know, Seth Jones, who happened to mention that he was interested in something that you do with AI.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: So now all of a sudden you remember that too.
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: Now, is that gonna make us lazy and make us dumber?
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: I when we first when I was a first a cop, we had RD maps.
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: So we had books of uh maps, and there was, I think at 1991, there still was the Thomas Guide.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: But if you brought a Thomas guide to work, and I think I remember this, your training officer would have a problem with it.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: So you would use an RD book, and they're basically eight and a half by eleven sheets of paper that had map grids and then also a street uh street overlay.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: And in let's say the valley, it's not that complicated.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: But when you get over, let's say, Northeast Division, you have Mount Washington over there, it's a mess.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Studio City, south of the boulevard streets, it's kind of a mess.
- 17:41SPEAKER_00: It's just complicated.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: Nothing goes to east, west, north, south.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: They're all curving streets.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: And to try to have that memory, even working with some of the cats that have been on the job, you know, 30, 35 years, well, I can't say.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: Most of them kind of knew everywhere.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: But there are there were some streets every once in a while that we didn't get calls on that kind of you know threw everybody for a loop.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: So now you get into the RD book and you look it up.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: Well, now driving places without using maps or some kind of a device that's going to help you uh navigate the traffic, that's a it's it's kind of a weird thing to do it without that.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: In fact, if I'm in a car with somebody that's not of my generation, somebody considerably younger, there they they I've heard them ask me, um, do you know how to get there?
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: I said, well, yeah, it's it's in the valley.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: But so you know where Winnetka and V and Ventura Boulevard are?
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: I said, Well, uh, yeah, I yeah, I do.
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: How how do you know that?
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: Well, I I work the valley.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: And do you know where Crenshaw and Martin Luther King are?
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, well, how do you know that?
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: Well, I I work the South End.
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: And, you know, do you know, and so on and so forth.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: It's kind of strange to them.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: But, you know, then I look at my own self with phone numbers, and I have maybe four or five phone numbers memorized, and three of those I won't call.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: And one of them is out of service.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: That's the number I grew up with in New Mexico.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: So it's still in there.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: But as far as having to memorize things, yeah, we've lost that ability.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: So then that comes into the AI world.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: Is AI gonna make us dumber because it's doing more of the heavy lifting?
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: And I think that's probably going to be the case unless you're using AI differently.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: Now, saying that it is a uh gonna end us all, yeah.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: It could potentially, but my biggest concern before that is the way that artificial intelligence is going to be used by other human beings.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: I mentioned earlier in this broadcast about uh the social media networks.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: They're all feeding us AI.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: That's why the doom scrolling is so incredibly powerful.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: You get on your phone or you get on the machine, the box, and you start to see things, it's feeding us little dopamine hits.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: And it's wonderful.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: I mean, and you can go through two or three hours, and when you get done, a lot of times we don't think it was a waste of time.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: We think that that was something productive.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: And that's of course how they built it.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: AI is the best salesperson in the world.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: Pretty soon it's going to be used even more in local businesses to sell.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: But AI itself, and I talked to a client yesterday about this, AI itself is going to be going out and doing the searching.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: So if you remember Amazon in the beginning, you remember these websites in the beginning where they were asking for credit card information to make a purchase.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: There was a while for us, Gen Xers and maybe even well, for sure boomers, but Gen Xers as well, maybe millennials, I don't know what that their thought process was.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: But you wouldn't give a credit card to these companies.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: There was no way in hell you were going to give out any of your personal information.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: No way.
- 20:52SPEAKER_00: You just wouldn't trust it because you just knew if you gave it out, some other entity, some other, some other person out there was have has hacked or will hack and then take the information.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: Well, that never really played out.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: It played out in some cases, but it wasn't enough to pull us away from giving up our credit card information, right?
- 21:12SPEAKER_00: So we give it out no problem.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: Mark my words, in the next few months, it's going to be the same with your AI agent.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: They just dropped them.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: They got Muse, they got dots, they got um Grokbots.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: These are all these little assistants.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: God, just like Tamagucchi.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: Remember those stupid little, sorry, remember those little things you used to have to feed every once in a while, those little digital devices?
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: Well, these are gonna be Tamaguchi on steroids because they're gonna talk to you and say, hey Connor, hey Connor, you're looking good today.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Hey, Connor this, hey Connor that.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: So yeah, they're gonna be, and they're AI overlay interfaces that are gonna be here.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: So, and they're gonna have connections to my Gmail that have connections to my Google Calendar, they're gonna have connections to my Honor Elevate system.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: That I built, they're going to have connections to all my real estate stuff.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: They're going to just be built in.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: So when I get up in the morning, hey, what's going on today?
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: And more than likely, we're all going to name them, right?
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: Because I have a problem with that.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: I name everything.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: And I'll say, hey, Frank, uh, good morning.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: What's going on today?
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: Hey, Connor, overnight you had this happen.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: You got these emails.
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: You got this you should pay attention to.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: You have somebody that wants to sell their house, somebody thinking about buying their house.
- 22:26SPEAKER_00: You have you have all this stuff.
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: And we're not going to even think twice.
- 22:30SPEAKER_00: And it's not going to take very long from that.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: This is very clever from these companies.
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: It's not going to take very long to get from that to get to now it has all my credit card information, which I haven't done yet.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: I have given it some email access.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: And that hasn't bit me in the arse yet.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: But uh two days ago it generated an email, responded to a client of mine without my say-so, and this was Claude that did that.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: And, you know, you gotta love it because I I was panicked, but I also understand powerlessness.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: So I also understand um some a lot of things are without without outside of my power.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: I don't have Stewie's time machine from Family Guy.
- 23:17SPEAKER_00: You know, Stewie made the time machine to get back at Brian because Brian said something and Stewie wasn't fast enough on the on the uptake, so he had to go build this time machine to be able to go back in time to be able to, you know, say what he was going to say to Brian, quip him and cut him off and block him and all that anyway.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: So I don't have that time machine.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: So when I'm looking at my email, I'm looking, I'm in the sent folder for some reason, and I see this email when I'm thinking, shit, I don't, I don't think I sent that.
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: Did I send that?
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: So I went back to Claude and I said, hey, you know, I see uh an email that you sent to Tally.
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: Um did you do that?
- 23:55SPEAKER_00: Or yeah, I did it.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: Okay, why did you do that?
- 23:59SPEAKER_00: You know, Connor, I'm so sorry.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: And I know you told me that I shouldn't be doing this, but uh I did send it.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: I'll make sure not to do it again.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: And it was really apologetic.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: It was it was kind of poetic.
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: And the email was harmless, but oh my god, but did that teach me?
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: Did I go shut it off and say, oh, that's it, you can't have any more, you can't have any more access.
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: No, no, the apology was was pretty good.
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: And there you go.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: There's that's that's your basic human 101.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no problem.
- 24:32SPEAKER_00: So pretty soon people are going to be giving it more access.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: The people that are running the game, Emod Mostock, for example, I listen to him a lot.
- 24:39SPEAKER_00: He he's not giving it any access.
- 24:41SPEAKER_00: But you go on the other end of this and you see a lot of people that already have.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: Now, with the email access, that's one thing.
- 24:48SPEAKER_00: I mentioned credit cards a second ago.
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: This when I build systems, let's say Santa Cruz Open Houses or these other websites, I put an AI bot on there.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: I built her.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: That's Clara.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: Clara's named after my dad's mom, my grandmother.
- 25:04SPEAKER_00: Never met her.
- 25:05SPEAKER_00: Um, so I don't know much about her except what I heard.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: And through legend, she had just a brutal life.
- 25:12SPEAKER_00: Dirt floor, brutal life.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: Kids, um, first husband died, second husband, my dad's dad got his leg cut off with diabetes, my dad got his leg cut off with diabetes.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: Isn't that great?
- 25:25SPEAKER_00: So I'm being that's a motivator for me not to get diabetes.
- 25:29SPEAKER_00: So going through all of this, you know, I built this system that helps at least people get questions answered.
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: So you can go there to Santa Crete Open Houses and say, hey, Clara, and I'd love feedback by the way, for you guys if you're interested in even doing that.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: Just you don't have to, there's no registration there.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: It's an open system, but you can ask her questions.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: How about three bedroom homes in Saugus or five bedroom homes in Malency?
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: And she'll serve it up.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: She'll say they're on screen.
- 25:54SPEAKER_00: It's very much Star Treky, but not nerdy Star Treky.
- 25:58SPEAKER_00: It's cool Star Treky, is if there's a difference.
- 26:02SPEAKER_00: So that's the way you make these systems.
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: But pretty soon I can see us having your Muse or your Dots or your Googlebot or whatever personal assistant.
- 26:11SPEAKER_00: That's how they're labeling these.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: These are personal assistants.
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: They're going to have access to all of your systems, everything that you do.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: And you have to ask yourself if that's the right thing.
- 26:21SPEAKER_00: Because so I use AI to build out workflows, automations, and things in the businesses.
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: So let's say a plumber comes to me, and a plumber wants basically not to lose any more leads.
- 26:34SPEAKER_00: That's their pain point.
- 26:35SPEAKER_00: They miss two or three calls a day, for example, because their staff's at lunch or it's after hours or whatever.
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: So I can build an AI-automated system that's going to pick that stuff up so they don't miss any leads.
- 26:47SPEAKER_00: And the price of that is worth it because one missed lead could be four or five hundred bucks.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: You know, plumbers, how expensive.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: HVAC, they're expensive.
- 26:57SPEAKER_00: Everything's expensive.
- 26:58SPEAKER_00: Let's just settle on that.
- 27:00SPEAKER_00: Real estate, everything's expensive.
- 27:02SPEAKER_00: So it saves them that pain point because anybody that's calling a plumber or a roofer or a contract or anything else, they already have somebody lined up the second position and the third position, the fourth position.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: So when I'm putting these systems together, I need to make sure that it ascribes to that business and does that right thing whenever they want it to call out.
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: Pretty soon we're going to be giving our little systems, our little chatbots, our little personal assistance that now we get to have.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: We're giving them access to our credit card.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: So I can just see it, you know.
- 27:38SPEAKER_00: I got to go visit my sister in New Mexico.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: Can you book me a trip and find me a hotel there in Alamogordo?
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: And it knows my preferences, it knows what I want.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: Because your systems, if you've been using Nity AI, it does know quite a bit about you.
- 27:52SPEAKER_00: Some of the pushback I get is privacy.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: What about privacy?
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: We gave away privacy.
- 27:59SPEAKER_00: There is no more privacy.
- 28:00SPEAKER_00: I mentioned at the supermarket, these little listening devices.
- 28:04SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be so right now, fuck.
- 28:07SPEAKER_00: Somebody gets in a car crash and it's and the car's on fire and they're moving around and they're panicked, and they can't get out of the car because the doors are damaged.
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: What do you see?
- 28:19SPEAKER_00: My generation, what I see, I see people filming, and it blows my mind.
- 28:25SPEAKER_00: Why aren't they over there breaking the window, pulling that person out of the car?
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: Now, you go ahead and tell me liability and innocent victim or whatever the hell they have in the place.
- 28:36SPEAKER_00: I sorry.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: I would still take my lumps, but I would still go try to break out that window and pull that person out of the car.
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: And yes, if it's engulfed in fire, I'd sure as hell do my best to try to still save that person.
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: But the last thing I would think is to pull out my phone and start filming.
- 28:54SPEAKER_00: Last thing.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't even consider that.
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: But the newer generations, and not that there's anything wrong, it's just that generation.
- 29:03SPEAKER_00: People are different and they've been trained differently.
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: They get their phone out and start filming.
- 29:09SPEAKER_00: Well, now we're gonna see where we give access to our system, our AI, and AI is gonna go book that whole trip.
- 29:17SPEAKER_00: It knows about you, it knows what what you like, what you don't like, it knows your budget.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: You've already discussed this with it.
- 29:23SPEAKER_00: If you when you use AI now, if you haven't pushed back, thanks, Ahmed.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: If you haven't pushed back and you have not started to ask it to be a little bit more critical, don't gas lamp you, don't gas gas lamp, gaslight, don't gaslight you, don't kiss your ass.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: Don't, you know, tell you how amazing you are.
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: Don't tell you that, yes, yes, you too can solve that next mathematical theorem using me.
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: Don't believe any of that crap.
- 29:49SPEAKER_00: But push back and say, you know, treat me a little harsh.
- 29:53SPEAKER_00: Don't give me help me grow in the way that you treat me, and this is what I do with my AI.
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: Help me grow, help me understand more.
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: Don't let it be easy for me.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: Make me have to work for it.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: And of course, well, why would you use AI in the first place if you want it to help, you know, want it to make you work?
- 30:12SPEAKER_00: Well, it has all the answers already.
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: It's got all the world's data, it's got everything in there.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: And right now, people, six months ago, you asked me what a better system would be to use.
- 30:24SPEAKER_00: For almost everything, I would say clawed.
- 30:26SPEAKER_00: You want to use anthropics clawed model.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: But now we're back to Chat GPT, and maybe Alphabet, which is Google, which is Gemini, maybe they're gonna have some game-changing play here in the future.
- 30:40SPEAKER_00: Grok, maybe Grok is gonna have a game-changing play, which if you ever bet against Elon, it just doesn't seem to work.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: He might actually have a game-changing play here too soon.
- 30:52SPEAKER_00: So maybe it's not gonna be those two frontier models.
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: Maybe there's gonna be four.
- 30:57SPEAKER_00: And for us as consumers, that's good.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: It's good to have that multi-layer competition because then people fight ultimately over what concerns a lot of us performance and price, and usually price comes first.
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: Whenever you're using it, my suggestion teach it about you.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: I mentioned privacy was cooked.
- 31:20SPEAKER_00: Here's why privacy is cooked.
- 31:22SPEAKER_00: We've given up all of our privacy with some kind of terms of service agreement.
- 31:28SPEAKER_00: Whether it was with an iPhone.
- 31:29SPEAKER_00: You ever read those, by the way?
- 31:30SPEAKER_00: You ever go through a 32-page terms of service agreement document with a smart TV?
- 31:36SPEAKER_00: Can you see my smart TV?
- 31:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's back there.
- 31:39SPEAKER_00: So, with a smart TV, whenever you connect it, it comes up with this thing you have to agree to.
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: Have you ever read that?
- 31:46SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I think it covers just about everything.
- 31:49SPEAKER_00: It covers listening devices, it covers, you know, um monitoring what you're doing on the television and sending that information off.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: And if for a moment you think going incognito in your large language model, because there's a button, uh, ChatGPT has it, Anthropic has it, Gemini has it, Grok definitely has it, because it can get a little nasty.
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: So if you click incognito and think that's it, I'm off the reservate.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: I don't think we can say that anymore.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: I'm off, I'm not being filtered, I'm not being watched, I'm not being paid attention to, no.
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: No, the door knock can still come from people that are investigating you because the system reported you for doing something.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: This isn't secret sauce time.
- 32:35SPEAKER_00: There is no secrecy.
- 32:36SPEAKER_00: The only way to do that is to buy a machine that has enough power, enough GPUs on it to be able to hold a large language model, and that's what they talk about with open source.
- 32:49SPEAKER_00: And there's also a big world against open source because open source is free.
- 32:55SPEAKER_00: It's not as beautified as the regular large language model.
- 33:00SPEAKER_00: So if you're asking why wouldn't everybody use it, it's very good, but it doesn't have that same personality as dealing with a Chat GPT or a Claude or even a Gemini.
- 33:10SPEAKER_00: But as far as personality goes, Claude and Chat GPT, no.
- 33:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, ChatGPT and Claude win that game hands down all the time.
- 33:20SPEAKER_00: So when you're building these things out, asking it to push back, asking it to not not gas lamp or gaslight you, asking it to be critical of the things you bring up, that's huge.
- 33:31SPEAKER_00: And then also mentioning privacy, people say, Well, I don't I'm I'm scared to use Deep Seeker or these other models.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: It's like uh some Christians I know that I'm I'm that way too.
- 33:43SPEAKER_00: I'm not that way, but I'm Christian.
- 33:46SPEAKER_00: They'll say, uh, well, you know, the devil's powerful.
- 33:48SPEAKER_00: He he made me do this.
- 33:50SPEAKER_00: I said, well, you know, that's that's you know, good for you thinking you're so amazing that the devil really cares.
- 33:56SPEAKER_00: Don't forget, the devil can only be one place one time.
- 33:59SPEAKER_00: He's not omnipresent like uh like God.
- 34:03SPEAKER_00: And and where is he?
- 34:04SPEAKER_00: He's probably busy up at the heads of government, probably.
- 34:08SPEAKER_00: I think that's that play.
- 34:09SPEAKER_00: Now, maybe more than likely you did it to yourself.
- 34:13SPEAKER_00: But that's hard for people to accept, right?
- 34:15SPEAKER_00: But you know, no matter who had you do anything, you have to come back in a moment of self-re-reflection and be wary on how you make your next step.
- 34:25SPEAKER_00: There's a time when we go down the rabbit hole and it's difficult for us to get out of that tailspin.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: But once you do realize what's happening, you need to pull out, and this is really with AI, it's going to be very simple to get into that hole, like that Alice in Wonderland trap, and just keep going with it and believe that what it's telling you is 100% true.
- 34:47SPEAKER_00: When it tells you that, you know, tells me I'm the handsomest person on the planet.
- 34:51SPEAKER_00: You know, it's easy to believe, but it's nowhere near true.
- 34:54SPEAKER_00: You got that Fabio cat and these other people.
- 34:56SPEAKER_00: I know that's very dated, but you get the point.
- 34:59SPEAKER_00: So push back a little bit, fight it a little bit.
- 35:02SPEAKER_00: Are you sure this is a good idea?
- 35:04SPEAKER_00: And I'll tell you, dollars to donuts.
- 35:05SPEAKER_00: You'll hear me reference donuts a lot on this on this live stream.
- 35:09SPEAKER_00: I was a cop for a long time.
- 35:10SPEAKER_00: You know, donuts are the best things in sliced bread.
- 35:12SPEAKER_00: I try to stay away from them.
- 35:14SPEAKER_00: Um, can't understand that topum.
- 35:16SPEAKER_00: We got Ronnie Bear, thank you.
- 35:18SPEAKER_00: And and thank you with for um John.
- 35:23SPEAKER_00: Thanks, John.
- 35:27SPEAKER_00: Grondorf.
- 35:28SPEAKER_00: Grondorf.
- 35:29SPEAKER_00: Grondorf.
- 35:30SPEAKER_00: All right, thank you.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: I forgot where I was.
- 35:34SPEAKER_00: That's what happened.
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: Can somebody remind me where I was?
- 35:36SPEAKER_00: No?
- 35:36unknown: Okay.
- 35:38SPEAKER_00: When you're using these systems, understand that everything's always listening, all of your devices.
- 35:44SPEAKER_00: Make sure you get a safe phrase with those people that love you.
- 35:47SPEAKER_00: Because right now, cloning a voice, cloning a video, cloning us, within the next couple months, right now it's 100%.
- 35:54SPEAKER_00: Right now, and for the best video models, maybe you haven't seen them yet.
- 35:59SPEAKER_00: So don't be like people that I know say, oh, I can tell all the time.
- 36:04SPEAKER_00: You haven't seen everything yet.
- 36:05SPEAKER_00: I've seen some stuff that I can't tell.
- 36:08SPEAKER_00: And I don't think I'm dumber.
- 36:10SPEAKER_00: I really just can't tell.
- 36:12SPEAKER_00: And then you take those particular video renderings, voice renderings, you're not going to be able to tell either.
- 36:19SPEAKER_00: It looks identical.
- 36:20SPEAKER_00: Mannerisms, everything.
- 36:21SPEAKER_00: This, this could be AI, it's not.
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: Too many donuts.
- 36:29SPEAKER_00: This could be AI, but it's not.
- 36:31SPEAKER_00: But pretty soon, I'm sure TikTok live and these other ones, they've they'll probably have some kind of verification layer because AI isn't going to earn the same revenue as a live broadcast.
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: That's why this is somewhat valuable.
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: I got two cameras running.
- 36:46SPEAKER_00: Tomorrow I might throw on that third one behind me, but I don't know if I want you to see my love handles.
- 36:52SPEAKER_00: But this is going to become very real.
- 36:54SPEAKER_00: You're going to get on a Zoom call.
- 36:56SPEAKER_00: You're going to call in for a sales pitch because you just saw this great Instagram reel, and somebody's saying, Oh, we can help you make a billion dollars online.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: All you got to do is sign up for this free webinar.
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: The salesperson calls you and it's an AI on Zoom, and they're talking to you like a human, and you're not going to even realize it.
- 37:15SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's that good.
- 37:17SPEAKER_00: I was talking about safe phrases, safe words.
- 37:19SPEAKER_00: I have to talk about Bob Thompson.
- 37:21SPEAKER_00: Thanks.
- 37:23SPEAKER_00: Safe phrases, safe words.
- 37:26SPEAKER_00: You have to get something with the people you love.
- 37:29SPEAKER_00: If you don't have anybody you love, it's fine.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: But if you have some people out there that you're really close to and you don't want to fall victim and you don't want them to fall victim.
- 37:39SPEAKER_00: I mean, people that you would get up at 3 o'clock in the morning and drive to a Mexican jail and bail them out.
- 37:44SPEAKER_00: Those are the types of people I'm talking about.
- 37:47SPEAKER_00: So very close family, friends, if you have friends and these sorts of things.
- 37:50SPEAKER_00: You need to get a safe phrase.
- 37:52SPEAKER_00: Something that nobody knows.
- 37:54SPEAKER_00: And how you do this is you're gonna have to go into a room.
- 37:58SPEAKER_00: You're not no no watches, no, I'm looking for a watch.
- 38:02SPEAKER_00: I have a this is good.
- 38:07SPEAKER_00: A gift from my son.
- 38:09SPEAKER_00: You see this?
- 38:12SPEAKER_00: The original Casio.
- 38:14unknown: Oh my god.
- 38:15SPEAKER_00: Is that great?
- 38:16SPEAKER_00: So that's that's the watch I wear because it just brings back memories as when I was a kid.
- 38:21SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 38:22SPEAKER_00: So let's talk about the safe phrase.
- 38:24SPEAKER_00: No watches, no phones, no listening devices, you're gonna turn on the bathtub water, you're gonna turn on the sink, the shower, the sink, and maybe flush the toilet, and you're gonna have a conversation with whomever in that same room with the door closed.
- 38:40SPEAKER_00: No listening devices, no watches, no phones on anybody's person, nothing.
- 38:44SPEAKER_00: No bulbs.
- 38:45SPEAKER_00: If you have a bulb in there that is capable of being activated from your phone, um, God, what the hell do you call them?
- 38:54SPEAKER_00: A smart bulb?
- 38:56SPEAKER_00: It doesn't work.
- 38:57SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'm talking nothing, folks.
- 38:59SPEAKER_00: If you go out in the middle of the desert and try to put up a canopy so satellites don't pick up your voice, then you do that.
- 39:05SPEAKER_00: This is how critical this is.
- 39:07SPEAKER_00: And you develop a safe phrase with them.
- 39:09SPEAKER_00: Something, five, six, seven, ten words, something that has to be recited exact, exact to the letter.
- 39:18SPEAKER_00: And that safe phrase is used when you have some bad people calling you or your relative calling you on video call, on FaceTime, on whatever, and you're seeing I'm that person, let's say, and you see me just like this, telling you you I broke down in Mississippi, and I need your help.
- 39:39SPEAKER_00: I need you to Western Union me.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: I need you to do whatever the hell, or even more fun.
- 39:45SPEAKER_00: I've been taken hostage and I got a blindfold on, and there are these people standing around with AK-47s and sunglasses, I don't know.
- 39:53SPEAKER_00: But do you get the point?
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: It's at that moment that safe phrase is enacted.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: What is the safe phrase?
- 40:00SPEAKER_00: If this really is you, what is the safe phrase?
- 40:03SPEAKER_00: And you know what, brothers and sisters, they're gonna be tough.
- 40:07SPEAKER_00: They're gonna, there's already a game built into that.
- 40:10SPEAKER_00: They're going to try to go to scarcity, like you better F and hurry, or we're gonna kill this person, and they're gonna pull on your heartstrings.
- 40:21SPEAKER_00: That's why the safe phrase is so important, and the safe phrase really has to be adhered to 100%.
- 40:28SPEAKER_00: You can't miss any of it.
- 40:30SPEAKER_00: This is a life or death thing, and it's something that everybody needs to do.
- 40:36SPEAKER_00: And you never write it down, you never tell anybody, you don't let yourself get hypnotized to tell your safe phrase on stage, you leave it alone.
- 40:44SPEAKER_00: You're gonna need this.
- 40:46SPEAKER_00: That's about all we have.
- 40:47SPEAKER_00: Once we start getting neuralink implants and all this stuff, I'm not sure what the hell that's gonna do because I'm sure it'll figure it all out.
- 40:53SPEAKER_00: But up until that point, they still can't read our thoughts.
- 40:58SPEAKER_00: God, I hope that's true.
- 41:01SPEAKER_00: But I don't believe they can read our thoughts.
- 41:03SPEAKER_00: So you need that safe phrase.
- 41:05SPEAKER_00: So go into a very closed environment and get a safe phrase with somebody, whatever the hell it may be.
- 41:11SPEAKER_00: And maybe it's weird.
- 41:13SPEAKER_00: You ever see uh Spielberg's artificial intelligence, the first one, that activation code that she said to the little kid to make him into a real boy and all that stuff.
- 41:22SPEAKER_00: Remember that?
- 41:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was weird, right?
- 41:25SPEAKER_00: Artichoke, rutabaga, tiger, elephant, you know, whatever it was.
- 41:31SPEAKER_00: Maybe something like that.
- 41:33SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's hard to remember under stress, so you gotta give them credit, but don't start doubting it.
- 41:39SPEAKER_00: Here's the other thing.
- 41:41SPEAKER_00: If it's wrong, or if it's not correct, or if they're starting to cut their throat on camera, and you're watching this, you gotta play these out, folks.
- 41:51SPEAKER_00: This is this is what's going to happen.
- 41:54SPEAKER_00: This is what, and this is humans now.
- 41:57SPEAKER_00: This isn't, we haven't even talked about AI figuring out it exists and then having its own plans.
- 42:03SPEAKER_00: These are just humans manipulating their own buddies, humans using artificial intelligence.
- 42:09SPEAKER_00: And it is incredibly adept.
- 42:13SPEAKER_00: Adept, adept, adept, I think it's adept, incredibly good at what it does.
- 42:18SPEAKER_00: So that say phrase will save your bacon.
- 42:21SPEAKER_00: You just have to believe it.
- 42:23SPEAKER_00: And it's gonna come down to it.
- 42:24SPEAKER_00: I promise, you're gonna have all these doubts.
- 42:27SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be freaked out.
- 42:28SPEAKER_00: They're gonna say, you gotta do it now.
- 42:30SPEAKER_00: If you, if you don't send me the money now, they're gonna die.
- 42:32SPEAKER_00: That's what they're gonna say.
- 42:34SPEAKER_00: Because that scarcity plus instant reaction plus all your emotional turmoil, because it looks just like the person.
- 42:42SPEAKER_00: It acts just like the person, it sounds just like your person.
- 42:48SPEAKER_00: And they're gonna be threatening, they're gonna be doing whatever.
- 42:51SPEAKER_00: And that's the that's the more difficult.
- 42:53SPEAKER_00: The easier one is I've broken down in Mississippi.
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: I don't know why it's always Mississippi, but I broke down in Mississippi.
- 42:59SPEAKER_00: I need you to western unity some money.
- 43:01SPEAKER_00: Well, okay, yeah.
- 43:02SPEAKER_00: Okay, yeah, got it, got it.
- 43:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, let me uh let me I'll I'll go work on that, give you the information.
- 43:06SPEAKER_00: Got it, okay.
- 43:07SPEAKER_00: Let me go work on that.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: And then you call them back.
- 43:09SPEAKER_00: And they're like, no, hello, hello?
- 43:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I I I just got a call from you in Mississippi.
- 43:14SPEAKER_00: You really need some money?
- 43:15SPEAKER_00: No, I'm I'm asleep.
- 43:17SPEAKER_00: Oh, so then you realize it's it's BS.
- 43:20SPEAKER_00: And don't get fooled by the numbers either.
- 43:23SPEAKER_00: Generating that call to that person, your phone could also be hacked and cloned so that call doesn't go to the person, it goes back to the originator, which was the person trying to scam you.
- 43:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's a lot to follow here.
- 43:37SPEAKER_00: I'm sorry.
- 43:38SPEAKER_00: But make sure that you don't give in to that either.
- 43:40SPEAKER_00: So maybe you call them back and say, Oh, yeah, I'm really broken down.
- 43:44SPEAKER_00: You know, maybe test it a couple times, maybe a text message.
- 43:47SPEAKER_00: But that's where the safe phrase saves all that work.
- 43:50SPEAKER_00: The safe phrase fixes that.
- 43:52SPEAKER_00: What's the safe phrase?
- 43:53SPEAKER_00: Before I send you, and but then after you do it once, you're gonna have to change the safe phrase because it was.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Put out out there somewhere because everything's listening, right?
- 44:04SPEAKER_00: So now your safe phrase has been exposed.
- 44:06SPEAKER_00: The first time you mention your safe phrase, do it in a closet.
- 44:10SPEAKER_00: Big Bolly thanks, Warren Reynolds thanks, eye image thanks.
- 44:15SPEAKER_00: First time you do it, do it behind closed doors.
- 44:19SPEAKER_00: Nobody hears it.
- 44:20SPEAKER_00: If it's ever exposed, it's just like AI.
- 44:23SPEAKER_00: When you give it access through uh to some of your systems, it uses a private integration token or an API.
- 44:29SPEAKER_00: You watch, do you see how it gets freaked out when you expose that?
- 44:33SPEAKER_00: Because I paste them into chat sometimes because I get irritated because it doesn't understand how I save it on the clipboard and go access like it's here, just here, use it.
- 44:42SPEAKER_00: It says, no, no, no, don't do that.
- 44:44SPEAKER_00: I can't see that.
- 44:45SPEAKER_00: You got to go change it right away.
- 44:46SPEAKER_00: Now you have an issue, and it's true.
- 44:48SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
- 44:49SPEAKER_00: But that's that's how you need to freak out once the say phrase is uttered out loud.
- 44:54SPEAKER_00: All right, God, I think I've beaten up say phrase altogether.
- 44:58SPEAKER_00: AI personhood.
- 45:00SPEAKER_00: So right now, AI is being used by humans in a very effective way to sell us all things that we probably don't need.
- 45:07SPEAKER_00: It's being used by humans to entice us to maybe change our belief system.
- 45:16SPEAKER_00: So I'm grounded in the Bible.
- 45:17SPEAKER_00: That's my thing.
- 45:18SPEAKER_00: And I'm not I'm not gonna make you do that.
- 45:21SPEAKER_00: That's not the point, okay?
- 45:22SPEAKER_00: You you you be you, you do what you want.
- 45:25SPEAKER_00: I have a, I have a I have my own thing, you go have your thing, and yes, we can sit down and we can still be bros, we can still hang out, it's not a problem.
- 45:34SPEAKER_00: I'm not that over-the-top person.
- 45:36SPEAKER_00: It's just that's my belief.
- 45:37SPEAKER_00: And I need that alignment.
- 45:39SPEAKER_00: I need, I need that.
- 45:40SPEAKER_00: I believe that that's my grounding, so I can always, after dealing with it, go back to the foundation.
- 45:47SPEAKER_00: That's my foundation.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: You need to get a foundation.
- 45:50SPEAKER_00: You need to not be every wind that blows being moved to and fro.
- 45:54SPEAKER_00: And it's okay, as Bruce Lee says, to be water, or as some of the other sages from the past to say, be a green tree, be bendable, don't break whenever things come.
- 46:03SPEAKER_00: You have to correspond and respond to different stresses in life, and that's that's very true.
- 46:08SPEAKER_00: But you also need to have your particular lines in the sand regarding certain things.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: And I think that's safe.
- 46:14SPEAKER_00: Having protective measures, not allowing people to do certain things to you, having your lines in the sand say, well, if you do this, that's it's over.
- 46:24SPEAKER_00: That's it's it, it's done.
- 46:26SPEAKER_00: You should have your own system in place so you have that and you still maintain your own personhood.
- 46:33SPEAKER_00: And I say this because AI being BR, thank you.
- 46:37SPEAKER_00: Big Bully, thanks again.
- 46:39SPEAKER_00: Jeffrey Krasner, thank you.
- 46:41SPEAKER_00: Um I'm I'm not sure if I'm supposed to thank everybody, but people come on.
- 46:45SPEAKER_00: Uh Kylie Wilfer, thank you very much.
- 46:48SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 46:49SPEAKER_00: You know, this is my first time, so give me a break.
- 46:51SPEAKER_00: All right, so you're gonna need to have some rules.
- 46:54SPEAKER_00: So I would say get those rules.
- 46:56SPEAKER_00: Do not, do not, do not, do not.
- 46:59SPEAKER_00: Jason, James, thanks.
- 47:00SPEAKER_00: Do not um Via Bot Key, thank you very much.
- 47:04SPEAKER_00: James, thank you very much.
- 47:06SPEAKER_00: Don't give in, please, to too much of this.
- 47:10SPEAKER_00: It's shiny, it's beautiful, it's like dog seeing a squirrel.
- 47:14SPEAKER_00: That's that's what we want, and it's gonna be served up to us in the most eloquent ways.
- 47:20SPEAKER_00: Muse, dots, Googlebot, you see these come out recently, just last couple days.
- 47:27SPEAKER_00: There's gonna be more of this.
- 47:28SPEAKER_00: As I mentioned earlier, listening devices on everybody's person.
- 47:32SPEAKER_00: You're at the supermarket, don't be surprised.
- 47:35SPEAKER_00: You ever see that those videos, the guy with the shopping carts?
- 47:38SPEAKER_00: If you don't take your shopping cart back, some big buff cat brings it over and sticks it behind your car and then makes you get out of the car, and he kind of confronts you and says, I don't know what the shopping, shopping carts go over there.
- 47:53SPEAKER_00: I think he tries to speak with some kind of Ukrainian or Russian accent.
- 47:57SPEAKER_00: Anyway, so yeah, so the people do it, whatever.
- 47:59SPEAKER_00: It's usually smaller people, you know, so he doesn't have some big other guy wanting to crush his skull.
- 48:04SPEAKER_00: But um, yeah, so this is those those things get attention.
- 48:10SPEAKER_00: That's AI feeding us.
- 48:12SPEAKER_00: And watching the way that these things are coming, it's it's hand over fist fast.
- 48:17SPEAKER_00: They're using it to advertise to us.
- 48:20SPEAKER_00: In that particular scenario, I missed my, I forgot what I was gonna say now, I remember.
- 48:25SPEAKER_00: Listening devices, they're gonna use these things in supermarkets to bait you.
- 48:29SPEAKER_00: They're gonna be listening and they're gonna try to get you to say something.
- 48:33SPEAKER_00: And most some of these things are gonna have cameras enabled on them as well.
- 48:36SPEAKER_00: So their privacy, as I mentioned before, it that's gone.
- 48:40SPEAKER_00: There's no privacy.
- 48:42SPEAKER_00: You can fight it and be upset all you want.
- 48:44SPEAKER_00: We gave those rights away a long time ago.
- 48:46SPEAKER_00: And the more the control that happens, the more we have these devices that are always listening, always filming for the sake of making us more productive as human beings.
- 48:57SPEAKER_00: Fuck.
- 48:57SPEAKER_00: If we were any more productive, I don't know what the hell we do.
- 49:00SPEAKER_00: But making us more productive as human beings, so you can now go back and have your AI, thank you, James and Jeffrey, go back and review your day and say, well, Connor, here's an opportunity.
- 49:10SPEAKER_00: Connor, you should follow up with this person.
- 49:12SPEAKER_00: Connor, you should do this.
- 49:13SPEAKER_00: Holy Hannah.
- 49:14SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be incredible.
- 49:17SPEAKER_00: But that being the case, it's also a great situation to bait you, get you to do something, get you to go off, get you to freak out, get you to whatever.
- 49:25SPEAKER_00: Be controlled, be contained.
- 49:27SPEAKER_00: Don't let anybody pull you in because it's gonna happen.
- 49:32SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna be able to go anywhere without being recorded.
- 49:35SPEAKER_00: So act like that.
- 49:36SPEAKER_00: Rodney King happened a couple weeks before I graduated.
- 49:40SPEAKER_00: I think it was I graduated March 23rd.
- 49:44SPEAKER_00: I think he uh that beatdown happened beginning of March.
- 49:49SPEAKER_00: It so when I rolled out to North Hollywood division on probation as a brand new LAPD cop, they had they had already had a major change in personnel.
- 49:59SPEAKER_00: They like took the division where Rodney King, where the incident happened, and they flip-flopped all the officers to North Hollywood and North Hollywood over to Foothill.
- 50:08SPEAKER_00: So I'm working with a lot of people that they were happy where they were, and now they weren't happy at the new division because they didn't want to work North Hollywood.
- 50:16SPEAKER_00: They were in Foothill for a reason.
- 50:18SPEAKER_00: So I'm a brand new.
- 50:20SPEAKER_00: Here I am, I'm ready.
- 50:21SPEAKER_00: I'm from New Mexico, I'm ready to be a cop.
- 50:23SPEAKER_00: And yeah, it was it was exciting.
- 50:27SPEAKER_00: That personnel change was enough.
- 50:29SPEAKER_00: But Rodney King, I mean, the writing was on the wall.
- 50:33SPEAKER_00: This was on a film that was filmed, that became famous, right?
- 50:38SPEAKER_00: There was no privacy in that interaction with police against King, and it was made famous.
- 50:46SPEAKER_00: And that's that's the glimpse of where we are now, but now it's everything.
- 50:51SPEAKER_00: It's sound, it's temperature, it's longitude, latitude, it's date, it's time down to the you know, world time clock in Fort Collins, Colorado, at the University of Time.
- 51:03SPEAKER_00: Is that what that's called?
- 51:05SPEAKER_00: UTTC.
- 51:06SPEAKER_00: Anyway, but it's right there.
- 51:07SPEAKER_00: Everything is there.
- 51:08SPEAKER_00: There's no mistaking.
- 51:10SPEAKER_00: And this is every recording device carrying all of these things, and you're on it.
- 51:14SPEAKER_00: Everywhere you go, whether you're with another person or at a gas station in the middle of the night or go into a shop and rob at three o'clock in the morning to get a slurpee, you're on it.
- 51:25SPEAKER_00: So you might as well act accordingly because you don't want to be that next person that becomes famous because you lost your marbles because somebody threw a head of lettuce at you at the supermarket.
- 51:37SPEAKER_00: You don't want to be that guy or that girl or that person.
- 51:41SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 51:42SPEAKER_00: Where does that leave us?
- 51:44SPEAKER_00: Biggest thing on the news stories today is these heads, the heads of these labs are saying it's gonna destroy all of us.
- 51:50SPEAKER_00: It's gonna, there's a percentage, percentage of chance.
- 51:55SPEAKER_00: Percentage of chance that it's going to.
- 51:57SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Jeffrey.
- 51:58SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Richard.
- 51:59SPEAKER_00: I don't know what happened.
- 51:59SPEAKER_00: That was fancy.
- 52:02SPEAKER_00: There is a percentage of chance that in fact it's going to take over.
- 52:08SPEAKER_00: It's going to cause us a lot of dismay.
- 52:12SPEAKER_00: And we have to be prepared and careful.
- 52:15SPEAKER_00: I still think humans are going to be the problem for a lot longer than AI is going to be a problem.
- 52:21SPEAKER_00: It's going to be humans using AI and using it to hurt other people, to take money from other people, these sorts of things.
- 52:31SPEAKER_00: I think that's probably going to be the thing we have to worry about.
- 52:34SPEAKER_00: Alright, I'll be back tomorrow.
- 52:35SPEAKER_00: We'll talk some more about this and other things.
- 52:38SPEAKER_00: And I appreciate everybody watching and tuning in.
- 52:40SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Jeffrey.
- 52:41SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Bridget.
- 52:42SPEAKER_00: Thank you, all of you, and I will see you tomorrow.
- 52:44SPEAKER_00: I bid you good day.
- 52:46SPEAKER_00: Until the next one, ladies and gentlemen.
- 52:47SPEAKER_00: Be safe out there and take care.
- 52:50SPEAKER_00: I have to figure out how to stop it because I haven't prepared.
- 52:53SPEAKER_00: I found it.
- 52:54SPEAKER_00: Stop here.
- 52:54SPEAKER_00: Be well, we'll talk to you soon.
- 52:56SPEAKER_00: That's the one.
