- 0:03access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing genuine
- 0:07issues. Brought to you by the
- 0:10hypnotherapist, demanded by celebrities, CEOs and even
- 0:14royalty. Adam Cox.
- 0:16These recordings took place live from Adam's clinic in London's
- 0:19world famous Harley Street. This podcast features powerful
- 0:23hypnosis, so do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
- 0:27This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or
- 0:30severe mental health issues, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:42Hi. Saddam here.
- 0:44And in this hypnosis session, you're going to be listening to
- 0:48hypnotherapy based around this idea of imposter syndrome and
- 0:52not feeling worthy or good enough to pursue something that
- 0:56is deeply rewarding, fulfilling, and even financially
- 1:01advantageous. I was working with a client that
- 1:04was very, very competent, had had experiences of mentoring and
- 1:10facilitating and coaching people to have incredible
- 1:12breakthroughs, but were resistant to really go all in on
- 1:17that strategy, even though they felt that they were good at it,
- 1:20that they felt that they could help.
- 1:22And there was a feeling of are they creative enough?
- 1:25Are they worthy enough to take on that role of really expanding
- 1:30their ability to impact other people?
- 1:33And they had a picture and it was a picture of a Meadow with a
- 1:40gate that was open. And when they looked at that
- 1:43picture, they felt conflicted because they felt a desire to go
- 1:49into the Meadow. But equally there was a fear
- 1:52that the gate may close behind them.
- 1:54And, you know, in terms of symbols, a gate or a door
- 2:00normally represents an opportunity, but a closed door
- 2:04can represent some kind of a restriction or an element to not
- 2:09move backwards and an open field that can be a symbol of an
- 2:14opportunity. So I actually harness the
- 2:18unconscious metaphor that they already had so that they could
- 2:22really dive into a future. And the Meadow represents the
- 2:26future where they could really explore what it would be like to
- 2:30have that kind of passionate, fulfilled, aligned life and make
- 2:36money from it. But the money is a reflection of
- 2:38the value that they're creating. So there's lots of direct
- 2:42suggestions there about worthiness, competency, all of
- 2:46those things to make them feel that actually not only can they
- 2:52in terms of competency, but they deserve to in terms of
- 2:54permission. And there's some nice twists in
- 2:57this session as well. So if you're listening to this
- 3:00and there's a dream that you have something that you feel is
- 3:03your calling, but you're holding back in some way, then I think
- 3:07you'll actually get some real benefit from this particular
- 3:10session. It was created for an
- 3:12individual. Some of the references to
- 3:14creativity and impact might have been perfect for the client I
- 3:17was working with and not quite right for you because maybe your
- 3:21dream and your future is different.
- 3:23So if you do like the idea of a bespoke customized session built
- 3:28entirely around you, there will be a link in the description
- 3:31where you can schedule that free consultation call.
- 3:34For now, though, find a quiet, comfortable place where you
- 3:37won't be disturbed. Relax and enjoy the session.
- 4:13Take a deep breath in, and as you breathe in, breathe in that
- 4:23slow, long, relaxing breath, and as you exhale, feel a wonderful
- 4:30sense of release with your eyelids closed.
- 4:36Notice how much more aware you are of the sound of my voice, of
- 4:45the position of your body and the rate that you're breathing
- 4:53in and breathing out. That's it.
- 4:59And as you breathe in, breathe in slightly deeper.
- 5:04And as you exhale, just allow yourself to elongate that
- 5:13outward breath, enabling you to drift deeper and deeper.
- 5:22Relaxed. That's it.
- 5:27More and more relaxed with each and every breath, enabling you
- 5:33to find that rhythm. The rhythm where you can drift
- 5:40to a place where powerful and profound changes happen.
- 5:48And as you drift towards that place, take a moment to feel
- 5:54proud of all of your progress. Congratulate yourself on the
- 6:01breakthroughs you've already made.
- 6:09I want you to get a sense that you're already in momentum,
- 6:16you're already moving in the right direction.
- 6:19And when you're already moving in the right direction, it
- 6:25becomes easier to make additional changes, refinements,
- 6:33to take you even closer to where you're meant to be, to breathe
- 6:43in again, even deeper this time. But as you exhale, allow
- 6:50yourself to really release that tension in your body.
- 6:55That's it. And with each exhale, feel your
- 7:03shoulders, often your jaw loosen and your mind drift to a place
- 7:13that some people would call hypnosis, others would call
- 7:19meditation. And sometimes you can think of
- 7:24that place as the place where you're unconscious uses your
- 7:30imagination to create the kind of changes that ripple through
- 7:37time. So with each breath feel more
- 7:46and more grounded, more present, as if you're gently settling
- 7:53into the deeper parts of yourself.
- 7:58A place of truth, of wisdom, of quiet knowing.
- 8:12And in this peaceful state, I want you to imagine a path out
- 8:21in nature. It doesn't have to be a path of
- 8:26concrete. It could be the kind of path
- 8:30that comes when people or animals walk over grass.
- 8:36Consider it a trail, and maybe you could imagine a gentle
- 8:45winding path that leads to a beautiful open gate.
- 8:52A metal gate connected to a brick wall.
- 8:57And beyond the wall and the gate, a lush Meadow.
- 9:03An open field. And I want you to imagine that
- 9:09open Meadow bathed in warm golden sunlight.
- 9:18And of course, this Meadow can represent anything you'd like it
- 9:23to. But I wonder if you can think of
- 9:28this Meadow as your ideal future, and maybe that's a life
- 9:37of purpose, creativity, freedom and impact.
- 9:47There are long lushes, strands of grass in this field, but also
- 9:57wildflowers swaying in the breeze.
- 10:03And I want you to imagine a circle of people gathered there
- 10:09on the grass. And I want you to see the
- 10:13expression of inspiration, exploration.
- 10:21Imagine that circle of people experiencing moments of
- 10:27transformation. And I want you to notice that
- 10:31here you are the facilitator of these transformations.
- 10:40Transformations that can come from knowledge, insight,
- 10:46inspiration, or even illumination.
- 10:51Shining a light on something that is already known but long
- 10:56forgotten. And I want you to feel how
- 11:01natural this feels, that you belong in this field with these
- 11:08people facilitating something creative, profound and powerful.
- 11:18And take a moment to just tune into that frequency of how that
- 11:25feels. And you can read the expressions
- 11:30of an epiphany, that aha moment where you create a bridge, a
- 11:43bridge between pre-existing thoughts and beliefs to create
- 11:47something new. Isn't that what creativity is?
- 11:56Creativity isn't creating something from nothing.
- 12:03It's taking ingredients that are already there, and with those
- 12:08ingredients creating something original not from nothing, but
- 12:18from the ingredients already there.
- 12:27And I want you to imagine just before the gate, imagine
- 12:35standing still, just for a moment, feeling that this time
- 12:44the gate is open because you are worthy.
- 12:53The open gate represents permission, validation.
- 12:59The gate is open for you because you are worthy of the Meadow and
- 13:09you are worthy of the life you desire.
- 13:13You are worthy of guiding others into profound change, insight
- 13:20and breakthroughs. And maybe there was a time that
- 13:28the idea of the gate closing represented a fear, a rational
- 13:36fear of being locked in, trapped, obligated.
- 13:43But now search for that deeper part within you that realizes
- 13:50something profound. The closing of the gate doesn't
- 13:55trap you, it protects you. It holds space.
- 14:03It's not to keep you in, it's to keep anything that could
- 14:10interfere with your peace and your profound breakthroughs out.
- 14:20Imagine the closing of the gate creates a sacred space, a
- 14:27container for value, the place where transformation feels
- 14:36natural. The closing of the gate
- 14:41represents carving out space and time, temporarily of course, to
- 14:53create something powerful, something healing, so that when
- 15:00people leave through that close gate that becomes open again,
- 15:07they leave slightly different to how they arrived.
- 15:12And not just them, but you as well, because you cannot create
- 15:20powerful breakthroughs for others without also experiencing
- 15:28powerful breakthroughs for yourself.
- 15:33So imagine yourself stepping through the gate and every
- 15:40footstep in the soft grass is a vote of confidence in your own
- 15:46potential, your own creativity. I want you to get a sense that
- 16:02this Meadow, that circle of people have been waiting for
- 16:07you. Perhaps this has been your
- 16:11calling and all you need to do is to walk through the gate,
- 16:18take your place as the facilitator, and work your
- 16:23magic. And I want you to feel aligned,
- 16:33aligned with the role of exploring, growing that.
- 16:39It feels easy for you, but what's easy for you may seem
- 16:46like a conundrum to someone else.
- 16:52I want you to think of a time where you saw someone doing
- 16:57something mind boggling, incredible, technically
- 17:05difficult, and I want you to get a sense that how you felt seeing
- 17:10them do that thing is how people in the circle look at you when
- 17:17you are doing your thing. What comes easy is your gift,
- 17:26your talent, which proves that you are worthy because not
- 17:32everyone can do what you do. And if your unconscious feels
- 17:42ready to harness your resources, harness your creativity to lean
- 17:47into the worthiness, let me know by nodding your head.
- 17:51That's it. I want you to feel that your
- 17:58voice is aligned with your purpose.
- 18:03And you facilitate not by forcing, but by allowing.
- 18:08Allowing space, asking questions, holding silence,
- 18:16giving all of the ingredients to facilitate a shift, an epiphany
- 18:25and a ha, a breakthrough. And I want you to imagine seeing
- 18:32the expressions on these circle of people so that when they
- 18:37leave, they leave lighter, clearer, with a new sense of
- 18:44clarity, energy or intensity. And the more that they shift,
- 18:55the more it makes you feel energized, fulfilled, validated.
- 19:07We need to start thinking, given that this Meadow represents your
- 19:11future, it doesn't have to be a circle.
- 19:17Could be an individual that every session, whether it's 1:00
- 19:22to 1:00 or in a group, in a hall or a Meadow, in a city or in
- 19:33nature, is a playground of possibility, A place to create,
- 19:41to learn, to refine. A place with no obligations,
- 19:48only options, where each experience gives you feedback,
- 19:57showing you how to refine and evolve, to reflect and learn, to
- 20:12give you everything you need to know to find the very next
- 20:17Meadow, the next open gate. The next moment of magic, and
- 20:29when the time comes, it will feel not just worthy, but
- 20:34natural for you to amplify your ability to impact.
- 20:44Maybe you start recording your words, your thoughts.
- 20:50Maybe that's audio, maybe that's video, maybe it's pictures taken
- 20:57of profound shifts. I want you to feel that.
- 21:05What if this amplifies your impact?
- 21:11What if it enables you to connect with people that
- 21:15wouldn't have known you? What if it leads to serendipity
- 21:24chance encounters? I want you to get a sense that
- 21:33what if, when the student is ready to learn, the master
- 21:38appears and by you capturing your creativity and distributing
- 21:48your wisdom, insights and approaches, you appear exactly
- 21:55as you should. Get a sense that this could
- 22:02amplify your impact but also enable you to amplify your value
- 22:12for the world. And as your impact grows, so
- 22:18does your fulfilment and so does your impact.
- 22:23And when your impact grows, so does your income.
- 22:32I want you to deep down, believe that you will receive an income
- 22:40proportionate to the value that you create for the world.
- 22:46And what if what's been holding you back isn't your competency,
- 22:52but a lack of belief in yourself?
- 22:57What if you've been depriving people of profound shifts, not
- 23:03because they weren't ready, but because you weren't ready?
- 23:11And if you feel ready now, let me know by nodding your head.
- 23:23I want you to get a sand then. You've already stepped through
- 23:26the gate, and the gate is now closed because you closed it.
- 23:35You've closed the gate on the version of you that didn't feel
- 23:40worthy. This is elevating your ability
- 23:44to move forward. I want you to feel able to see
- 23:53the future. So in your mind's eye, drift
- 23:56forward. I want you to see yourself six
- 24:02months from now with all the qualities aligned with this new
- 24:11version of you. A new Meadow after new Meadow,
- 24:18More creative, more confident. Maybe you see yourself hosting a
- 24:24retreat in a forest clearing a lakeside, or close to a
- 24:30mountain. And the more active you are, the
- 24:38more your confidence grows. And the more confident, the more
- 24:43intuitive you're able to facilitate.
- 24:47Breakthroughs used to happen once every two or three months,
- 24:53is now happening monthly, then weekly, then daily, until it
- 25:00reaches a point that you are impacting people every single
- 25:07day. And that keeps your batteries
- 25:11fully charged and that fills your tank with the fuel to
- 25:19continue pursuing your mission. What if you were never an
- 25:25imposter? You were just waiting for
- 25:29permission without realizing the only permission you need is your
- 25:37own? It's time for you to be a
- 25:41creator, a facilitator and a worthy guide to yourself.
- 25:49You will lead you to the Meadow. I want you to get a sand.
- 25:55Then everything you need to move towards this future is already
- 26:03within you. You don't have to learn anything
- 26:07new, just unleash and unlock what is already there.
- 26:16So it's time to leave this place, the Meadow of your
- 26:20future, and return all the way back to the here and now, but
- 26:28taking these resources of worthiness, creativity and
- 26:32confidence with you. So take a deep breath in through
- 26:37your nose and out through your nose.
- 26:43Wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes.
- 26:45That's it. Connect and calibrate into the
- 26:47here and the now as I now count from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken
- 26:53you. Starting to count. 123 waking up
- 26:57456 more alert 7-8 open your eyes fully.
- 27:01That's it. 910 wide awake, wide awake, wide awake.
