- 0:09[SPEAKER_01]: Watch you buy your first million dollar house.
- 0:11[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, the number one thing that probably changed my life.
- 0:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, if you don't learn how to leverage that, you know, I'd be working with somebody that'd do.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_02]: You cracking that cold.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_02]: That was the beginning of Angel Break, who's in your business.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody scared of that and all these different things.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_01]: Your grandma and my mom would told you, maybe because all of you that do only business and investments on leverage of that.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_02]: You shouldn't be in custom and acquisition mode and neglect the people who already said yes.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_02]: The people who already said yes are the people who will say yes again and keep saying yes and keep saying yes, if you keep providing that value for them.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_01]: The people that work from at the bottom of the total poll, training time for money, work for them in the person who sit in the home, throw them a total of their faith family, his leverage in debt.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_02]: So, like, what are you doing with your money from an investment perspective to help multiply?
- 0:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_02]: So welcome to another awesome episode of Inside The Vault with Ash Cash, the greatest money mine says show on the planet.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_02]: Today's guest is a powerhouse in the world of business credit, funding and digital marketing.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_02]: Hailing from the west side of Chicago, he turned a seat of knowledge into a multi-eight figure empire named entrepreneur of the year Kenny Smith.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_02]: also known to the world as many to go as a self-made multi-seventh-figure earner who has coached over 5,000 entrepreneurs to use other people's money to fund their dreams, bill wealth and scale their businesses.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_02]: He's the creator of the rich, all funding tour, a movement that's showing people across the country how to turn information into transformation with millions in commercial and residential real estate under his belt and over ten million dollars in revenue generated from his businesses.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_02]: Smitty has cracked the code on credit, marketing, and mentorship.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_02]: He's not just teaching business owners how to survive.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_02]: He's mentoring them to become more top millionaires themselves.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_02]: Ladies and gentlemen, random applause for my brother, Smitty!
- 2:30[SPEAKER_01]: Go, go!
- 2:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's a good answer.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_01]: That's a good intro.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_02]: Well, you'll be here, man.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, man, this is, um...
- 2:38[SPEAKER_02]: This is one of those interviews that I appreciate more than you even realize.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_02]: Because I remember, I mean, anybody who watches this page knows that you've been on this platform multiple times.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_02]: But for me to see like,
- 2:56[SPEAKER_02]: Like, you go from student, right, to like, leader is phenomenal, right?
- 3:03[SPEAKER_02]: And what I mean by that is when I met you, you were like a mentor, a chef, you were like, you know, you know, masterminds and you were like really just kind of, um, you were always a hustler, right?
- 3:14[SPEAKER_02]: He was always like hustling doing your thing, uh, but just to see, you like, man, you just like really just stepped in and just kind of did your thing to the point where, um,
- 3:23[SPEAKER_02]: I'm watching you create multi-millionaires.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_02]: I'm watching you create other people who are equally successful.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_02]: And that's just dope because I think that a lot of times you hear people who get into business and they project like what they're going to do, what they're going to make happen.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_02]: But again, to see them real time is just like beautiful, you know, to see.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you got a lot of things going on in my main mentorship.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, man, uh, from Chicago, of course, but just a serial serial entrepreneur, man, uh, I've been focused on just scaling my business right now, man.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, yep, did just by my first house, actually, uh, millionaire house, uh, which I don't, I'm not that happy about.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_01]: We'll talk about that a little bit later, uh, uh, man, I did a lot of the check marks of the things that I want to do now, uh, I retired my mom.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_01]: We got the card that I wanted, we got the house that I wanted, man.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: We got the business modeled that I love and I enjoy I walk into my purpose pretty good and man.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just grateful bro to be able to get to this point.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_01]: I still pinch myself a little bit like this is real where like me looking at my P&Ls crossing 10 million and revenue from my business.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_01]: I just had to sit in that for a while that other day and like just look around that life and just like this is no stress.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_01]: It's no real stress going on.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_01]: Everything is taken care of and it's just like that freedom bro.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_01]: That freedom feeling is like I can't even explain that one.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_01]: Like people be asked me like what does it feel like and that's like Bro, it's real true free like there's nothing that I can't do in this world there's nothing nowhere I can't go there's nothing I can't pay for it.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_01]: There's nothing I can't get access to in this like when you get to that point is like it's like that's that's it
- 5:16[SPEAKER_01]: And again, I'm saying, and I made the money I need to make, I don't need to make a hundred million if it feels like cool.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a hustler.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_01]: I want it.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_01]: But I really truth see the feeling of freedom.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_01]: And it's just like it ain't about the money that was much as I was chasing them when he's so much.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_01]: Now that I got the things in his normal, and it's like being my everyday life, it's like not just because of the freedom that feels so good.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm just, I'm just in my freedom bag right now, man.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_01]: And just trying to build and grow and invest it to the next level.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_02]: Man, I love that, man, I love that so much.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_02]: Talk a little bit about your upbringing, right?
- 5:47[SPEAKER_02]: It's so, you know, you retired your mom, Westside and Chicago, did your come from money, you know, did you live in a middle class neighborhood, like talk a little bit about your upbringing?
- 5:59[SPEAKER_01]: So, nobody noticed, but I was actually born and was cons.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_01]: So, I was born and was cons, but I moved right away to Illinois, to Chicago, land, air, suburbs.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_01]: But,
- 6:07[SPEAKER_01]: My dad died when I was a child, so I was like a few months old in the car crash.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_01]: We're just stuff on some some snow.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_01]: So that happened on the baby.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_01]: So then grew up in my mom.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_01]: and then my mom got in trouble.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_01]: So it was like we moved from what's constant, no, my mom got in trouble.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_01]: She was at the phase.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_01]: So now this segment in my life, I'm going around to like my auntie's house, grandma's house is just family.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_01]: And it was just average.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_01]: It was just like we wasn't like poor like the pores in the world, but we didn't have no extra.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_01]: It was just like we could take care of what we take care of.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_01]: You got your clothes, you go to school, we just do that normal and then that's it.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_01]: And then I was like, what we live.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_01]: So like,
- 6:45[SPEAKER_01]: going to my grandma's going to my auntie house and then just picking back and forth to my mom got out and then we actually moved to Chicago
- 6:53[SPEAKER_01]: And then that's when I discovered like a crazy place that I never wanted to be, you know what I mean?
- 6:58[SPEAKER_01]: Like going to school in Chicago was terrible.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_01]: My first week, I'm seeing somebody pull a gun to school, seeing people get beat up.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_01]: I'm seeing kids, like I ain't going to school.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_01]: I'm staying on the corner, I got to make this money.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_01]: They like, I ain't got no mom, you know that.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: And it just like, I just seen so many different perspectives and such a small period of time because I was only there for like two years.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 7:16[SPEAKER_01]: In my mom, of course my mom, I get out of here.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_01]: I go back to the suburbs.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_01]: I want to play basketball.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_01]: So we transitioned into me just being a basketball player in my whole life now.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_01]: So now middle school high school I'm a basketball star was the best player in my team all my years.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_01]: So love basketball, but I thought I was better than what I actually was.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_01]: I was great and I was the best of my team and I was pretty good for high school, but when I really got the scene real talent I started seeing the separation of talent levels of what it takes to get to the D1 and NBA And I knew quickly that I was on the level I needed to be so I ain't had no trainer like I didn't have no I couldn't afford no trainer doing that so my skills that wasn't high enough to be able to do that so that crashed my dream a little bit I thought I was gonna be this bad so I played I went to like some D2 college and Iowa weirdly small weird school and Iowa trying to chase the basketball stuff
- 8:01[SPEAKER_01]: But after my bachelor's season in college, we got the school.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_01]: I quit.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, all right, the college wins for me.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_01]: The number one thing that made me quit college was they made me try to make me wait up 15 page paper.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yo, I kind of I got made the decision right in and there like I made I don't even know the right 15 pages.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_01]: So I Told myself like man.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_01]: I don't I don't want to do this like this is this is not fulfilling the meal and do it So I quit went back home and that's what I transitioned to live on my sister couch man for a while
- 8:31[SPEAKER_01]: And then I had to make some decisions after that.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_01]: I had to transition to doing something, you know what I mean?
- 8:35[SPEAKER_01]: Because I'm almost just a couch, I'm grown.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_01]: She got two kids.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_01]: We didn't want to bear them house.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm a hard couch.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_01]: She's my big sister.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_01]: So she's allowing me to be there.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm really messing up what you got going.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_01]: She already barely making her kids.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_01]: And now come on here.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_01]: Putting more stress on her more.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_01]: So me, just, you know, in that segment, I just wanted to I want to have my car and my sister name and child of her couch.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_01]: I had to figure out something else.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_01]: So that's not, um, try to just, uh, start figuring stuff out in life.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_01]: I used to like sell shoes.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_01]: I just try I thought it was going to be a shoe plug.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_01]: There's like for a long time I was going to like a clothing business or a shoe plug set like resale Jordan's on my dad.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_01]: I started leaning to that a little bit Wasn't making a lot of money doing that.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_01]: Um, so then
- 9:15[SPEAKER_01]: I got a little older.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_01]: I started a move back to Chicago area.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_01]: Got a round group of friends, stuff like that.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_01]: Started meeting new people.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_01]: And one tragic moment happened in my life till we're, I decided to start getting to the business where my friend got killed.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_01]: So my roommate who I was living with in Chicago, he gets killed and shot.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_01]: like five feet away from me.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_01]: So we go to an event.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_01]: We leave in this event and he gets shot four five times.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_01]: I'm looking at him shot on floor.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_01]: And man, I'm not going crazy.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_01]: Was it something he did or like it was a few, it was a retaliation from a few.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_01]: So it was.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, so that happened.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_01]: And that was probably like the the most turning point for me to be like, I got to do something.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_01]: that's going to sustain something besides this rocket's derailed that I see that I could be around and go and tell us ain't going to be the right route, you know what I mean?
- 10:09[SPEAKER_01]: So that's when I really started to buckle down on what could I do, what could I get into?
- 10:14[SPEAKER_01]: And then my friend started first, that's why I exposed your man, it's so important and just seen it yourself because I've been trying to see why people don't feed into like what I'm doing right now at home, I want people at home.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_01]: And I kind of see it because they don't actually see it in real life somebody can touch that could be able to see them do it first.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_01]: So my friend when my closest friend named Lamar, he started getting into courses and seeing stuff on ads on the social media and like man about to take some classes of course about this credit in real estate stuff.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_01]: and he was trying to tell us, he was trying to tell us like, man, you need to get your LLC, get your credit right, bro.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_01]: I'm bored of my stuff, I'm gonna forget my first real estate property, and stuff like this.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_01]: And what he did was, he wanted to learn and be in for like six months.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_01]: He didn't come outside and what would us.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_01]: He didn't come to the girls, get together.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_01]: We're going on vacation, and stuff, we spend money on clothes, and things like that.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_01]: He in the house every day, every week, every month.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_01]: And we started to feel like he was acting weird.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, man, you ain't rockin' what doesn't what was going on.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, oh, I'm just locked in right now, you learn it.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_01]: And then, so he went and has learned in binge.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_01]: And me, I was trying to save up 20, 30,000 start my business.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I was like, I'm gonna build a cold and burning room.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna do a get a whole bunch of shoes and stuff like that.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna just resell and make a lot of money.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_01]: I thought, uh, so he did was, he got a proof for two credit cards for $20,000 each and made, and got access to $40,000 in one day.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_01]: I was trying to save up $20, $40,000 for two years and it was not able to do it.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_01]: So I had a moment right then and there being, I'm like, oh shoot, you mean to tell me, I could have got to prove before $1,000.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_01]: He quicker than I was just trying to save my way up or work for it.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, ah man, so now I started listening to him.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_01]: He like, oh, now you ready to listen to the road, but he did bring it back to me, like, come on my house, bro, I'll teach you all this stuff.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_01]: Let's look at your credit, let's just build your LLC, let's do all the things.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_01]: Now I'm listening, so now I'm building my LLC, I look at my credit for $50.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, hey, I can't do nothing.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_01]: Man, this is my stuff messed up.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_01]: He like, yeah, this will be a clean.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_01]: He said, but I learned how to clean credit bro.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, so he was actually in, uh, and violence stuff, RFF and then, so he like, maybe I do this and that and that.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, man, I don't know if this stuff gonna work.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_01]: Literally in about three, four months credit score shot up.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_01]: I took all my negative items off my own credit.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_01]: I built my own credit up, get my own credit to 700 and something.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_01]: And then I was fascinated, bro.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_01]: I was fascinated, man.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_01]: I got my own first credit card.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_01]: And I was just sort of fascinated like, man, I post on social media like, yeah, I got 700 credit scores.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_01]: So everybody on this internet like, oh, how you do that, how you do that, how you do that?
- 12:37[SPEAKER_01]: And it just transitioned from there.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_01]: My first business I started was an ATM and video machine business with my credit card.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I learned stuff from YouTube.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm just, and then after that segment,
- 12:47[SPEAKER_01]: I went into my own learning bench for six to eight months.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_01]: So I know that lock-in season that he was in, I went into that same lock-in season.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_01]: And that means no outside, most spending money, no haircuts, no on the phone with cousins and friends, talking about gosh, it's all learning, execute, learning execute, learning execute, learning execute, nothing else.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_01]: Six to eight months straight.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_01]: And then that's
- 13:09[SPEAKER_02]: moment right there it changed everything for me for the rest of my life and so now you know you go on that that that learning binge what you know what business did you start and like what what you know what started to you know give you give you motion if you will yeah so once I start
- 13:30[SPEAKER_01]: It was the fact that somebody that everybody knew around me, that we were from, we were not using nobody to have a seventh credit score.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_01]: So they was just in fact sure they would be having a 720, 730 and they just wanted to know how, how, how, how.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_01]: So it turned to me helping people free at first.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, this is a come by the hell bear body.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_01]: And it started getting so, so full.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_01]: So much of my social media is quick.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_01]: They like, they all hit me up DM me.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm taking my time.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_01]: One time I called myself one day, I called myself like helping like eight people.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_01]: And it was like all day.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, hey, man, I've been seeing her all day.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_01]: I gave all my time to them, you know what I'm saying?
- 14:02[SPEAKER_01]: And I ain't, I just, I'm just, I'm just, now I'm exhausted tired, they just happy that they got the help.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, maybe I can turn this into something.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, all right, maybe I can just start helping do this for people.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_01]: And then I was learning from his teachings and curriculum stuff.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_01]: He told me, I'm like, man, I got to get it in myself.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm like, I know that he was teaching everything, but let me get in there myself.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_01]: So that's not how I joined RPX 2.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, let me join.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_01]: But I haven't had a sale.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_01]: I took that sale.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_01]: Where I learned everything and where he had going on.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_01]: And one thing that I was in there doing, I wasn't just looking at the information.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_01]: I caught it early of the infrastructure.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_01]: Everything that was going on, like, just digital marketing, just the learning curve is just like, what it takes to learn properly and what it takes to execute fast.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_01]: And like, we had a group of a whole bunch of people in there, and I seen some of the people that I was winning in there, which is our community part of it, the Facebook group, stuff like that.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm seeing people in the Haitian CEO.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_01]: I'm seeing certain people that's moving and grooving already.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, oh, shoot, people in here, winning at high level.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_01]: and it's happening fast.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_01]: It's not taking up by 10, 15, 20 years.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's just happening in a year, two years.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_01]: If I just stay locked in, it's gonna be lit.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I learned everything there is to know about credit, funding, business, LLCs, banks, like it was nothing that I was not willing to lock in and learn up three, four, five, six, clock in the morning, every night, part four, more straight, man.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_01]: I wasn't going to sleep, man.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_01]: I was falling asleep, like, papers all there with, computer up, YouTube up, computer up, paper everywhere.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm just falling asleep every day in the same business and it was like, um, so I got into like,
- 15:41[SPEAKER_01]: just doing a credit repair for people first.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_01]: Like, all right, let me just start helping people do that credit first and then scale that up and did that pretty for a while, 10,000 more.
- 15:51[SPEAKER_01]: So, it's 20,000 more, more, 30,000 more.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, shoot, you know what I'm saying?
- 15:56[SPEAKER_01]: This is real.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_01]: I got a real good business and it's growing and it's making revenue and I'm making good money.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_01]: So, I had a kind of cool story of leading right into successful business stuff.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_01]: But first business, first real business, I started.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_01]: It went to five, 10, 15, 20,000 quick for three, four months.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm getting my credit better and stronger.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_01]: Now I'm getting access to more money on my credit stuff.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_01]: And one thing I caught in RPX was 500 tons is about ebooks.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_01]: I started learning about that.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_01]: I said, you can create a product, and make money off of it over and over and over again.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_01]: Digital product never heard of that.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_01]: Never understood that.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_01]: Seeing people making money with it, my mindset was to, okay, seeing that we can be able to create a product for a certain amount of price.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_01]: All I gotta do is sell it actually a lot of times.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_01]: And I leaned into marketing.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody else was just still stuck in credit and just like the business credit stuff and they just so factuated that.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_01]: I leaned into like, okay, what's going to be able to give me this evidence?
- 16:56[SPEAKER_01]: And I leaned into marketing.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_01]: So that's what my learning binge came into that again.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_01]: So now I'm
- 17:01[SPEAKER_01]: deep in diving into learning bench of just marketing and social media.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: Super hard.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, how you do this thing?
- 17:06[SPEAKER_01]: How do you go this thing?
- 17:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's me to go, start with $2,000 dollars.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_01]: This is what I'm at, $2,500 people $3,000 people know who I am.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_01]: What I do, I'm like, oh man, I see these entrepreneurs, man, they got $1,000 dollars.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_01]: $2,000 dollars.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_01]: $2,000 dollars.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_01]: I was about to go to rock, paying for them.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, man, I'm paying for them.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_01]: I've got to look like them.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_01]: I hold it myself, I'm like, nah, bro, you can build this thing.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_01]: I, you know the understanding of if you learn something you can be to do it, so just go learn the methods and learn to do it.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_01]: So me snooping around learning stuff and everybody just talk about marketing.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_01]: I'm looking at everybody.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_01]: It's runaway, Neo, anybody that I can see anybody doing some cool shit with marketing.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_01]: Let me learn some tactics, let me learn some strategies and it's like,
- 17:45[SPEAKER_01]: Let me take bits and pieces from everybody that I see that's moving and shaking and let me be able to try to implement into my business and man I think I did that stuff so well bro like I did it to the team my execution time frame was so fast of what I seen and what I got taught and what I learned I was doing it like by the night yeah
- 18:05[SPEAKER_01]: and I ain't going to sleep until they get finished or you know to put it together to I learned that to understand something or watch something 20 times in a row until I like I kid it, you know, it means like a bit of implemented and I just I just went super deep into the marketing Super deep into my credit repair business and growing it
- 18:21[SPEAKER_01]: And then that's when I lean into, we start getting deep into the funding side.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_01]: I start, I love that, getting, I'm love money.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_01]: So me getting access to $50,000,000, I think, because it's made me, it's actually made with the funding side.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_01]: So then I lean to start in my funding business and start helping other people get access to capital for their business.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_01]: And we start growing all the levers of the business throughout, you know, the foundation of the credit side, but leaning to the funding.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_01]: and then now to all the things I've been able to create around it as well.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, and I love it.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and I was saying the first time I even knew who you were with, like, like, was to walk in.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I remember, um, I think the first video I saw you, it was like, you was in a car.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_02]: You get a bunch of money.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I remember I was like, so many to go like, oh, you kept popping up and then I was that one I think you did what was like a Louis Vuitton back.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_02]: So I remember that yeah That was the first time I like I saw you online and then I met you.
- 19:16[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I'm saying?
- 19:17[SPEAKER_02]: I mean let's do marketing is a point.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and so and so now I mean I don't want to I don't
- 19:25[SPEAKER_02]: kind of want to a little bit because I feel like, you know, one of the things that I appreciate about you is your ability to build community.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_02]: I think that is sort of like massive, right?
- 19:39[SPEAKER_02]: Because I think by the time,
- 19:42[SPEAKER_02]: You know, even when I was like, you know, what, like, interview your first time, you know, you know, I mean, you still do challenges, but you were doing like five day challenges, you know, you and the guys.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_02]: But then you kind of did, like you kind of surpassed a lot of people by like building a big school community, your philosophy on that, like I love it because you actually taught me that where,
- 20:06[SPEAKER_02]: You know, you know, hustle.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_02]: You love making money.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_02]: So I love making money.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_02]: I love making money.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_02]: I love making money.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_02]: So but I was still chasing the big money.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 20:14[SPEAKER_02]: Cause it's like, what's your what's your make, I don't know, you like, I want to make it on a little page.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but what you did though.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_02]: You still don't go back to the big money, but you built a system with, like, talk a little bit about your philosophy around the community.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, bro, one of the best moves in my business.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_01]: I can truly say the number one move in my business that I made was starting a membership community, reoccurring group.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_01]: And the philosophy was that was, I looked at the data.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_01]: So I started learning and he's masterminds at a high level.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm steady hearing what they're saying.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_01]: It was two things.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't got a reoccurring of business, you don't have a business.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_01]: That was one of the biggest ones.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_01]: And another one was look at the numbers, look at the data.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_01]: Don't go off what you feel, what you think and what you may think people want.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_01]: No, look at the numbers.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_01]: And this is what I made a decision off of.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_01]: The decision was I'm taking intake of applications for people to join my program at this point.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like $2,000, $3,000 price point.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_01]: And only a small percentage of people are buying.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_01]: And in the intake form, I was asking people like, I started asking people like, well, if you're not going to join, why is it that you're not going to join?
- 21:26[SPEAKER_01]: Or like, what's the reason of not joining?
- 21:27[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm serving people like, why are you not joining?
- 21:29[SPEAKER_01]: Why are you not joining?
- 21:30[SPEAKER_01]: Man, I love, I love what you're about to offer, but I can't afford it.
- 21:34[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so I got a hundred apps coming through.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_01]: I got a thousand apps coming through only five percent of people are buying, but 90 percent of people are saying they can't afford it.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_01]: What am I going to do with this 95 percent of people that stand and can't afford my program?
- 21:49[SPEAKER_01]: They're telling me something here.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like for so long, I ignored it.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't look at the dad and do it.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_01]: I supposed to do a make decision based upon it.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_01]: And I had a epiphany.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, well,
- 22:02[SPEAKER_01]: What could I do to get a putover current in my business and be able to help fulfill this gap in my business to where I can't drive.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_01]: I can't get a lot of people to make a lot of money because of one reason they can't afford this high ticket program that I have, which is not even high ticket, but like this $23,000 off of the app and they can't afford it.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_01]: So what could I do?
- 22:21[SPEAKER_01]: and the ebooks was that it came about and I was like I did, I did really well with them.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_01]: I started using all my marketing texts to sell ebooks with your good, but they were one off sales.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_01]: And one of the masterminds I took, it was a, it was a saying like, why would you take one set when you keep getting sales over and over and over again?
- 22:41[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, you are right.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_01]: I've been so stuck on this ebook stuff and I just keep getting these one ourselves, but then that client, just pay me one time, like it would be better if I can create enough value enough for somebody to keep paying me over and over again.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_01]: So, sleeping around, man, how could a coaching business or a digital market business be able to put recurring to business?
- 23:03[SPEAKER_01]: seeing a membership community group start searching quite crazy about it, reading books on it information on it, YouTube's on it, trying to follow entrepreneurs of who are hosting these type of groups who's the best at it, you know, and then I found school.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_01]: school is a platform that we use, uh, which I've been like top 10, 15 out of hundreds of thousands of business owners on top revenue line and in school with Alex and Moses and Sam Evans.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_01]: But, um, I just start snooping around everything.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just, uh, just learning, watching, absorbing, learning, trying to, trying to see what's going on.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, oh, shoot.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_01]: I think this is what I want to do.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_01]: I want to start a community group.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm searching around the industry and like, hey, who got one, who got one, I'm trying to snook.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_01]: It wasn't that many people to add it.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, really, nobody got this.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, okay, why don't they do it?
- 23:51[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, nah, forget that.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't make sense to me.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, I'm gonna do it.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_01]: So I got into school, snooping around other people that in school, that knew about it and was doing it.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_01]: And I just started joining there as an learning.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm just like, oh, man, I don't see a big community for what I do for people, so let me create it.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_01]: and man, I went all in on creating it, building it out, setting it up.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_01]: And before I started mine, I tested something.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_01]: I actually told Bree, so my girlfriend Bree, I told her to start one.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, well, I was just talking to, yeah, I just talked game all the time.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm just like, man, you should start a member.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_01]: You're the good, you're helping out these beauty entrepreneurs, beauty women.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_01]: Do these things, you start a community group.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_01]: She said, you think that's actually a good idea.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_01]: That's a sportable to perform an audience.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_01]: She's like, I never thought about this.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_01]: What is this?
- 24:33[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, I don't know if I think you should start it.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_01]: She actually listened to me, and she did it.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_01]: And she started making like $6,000 a month.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_01]: And I $60,000 a month.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_04]: Wow.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, whoa, you about to make $7,000 a year.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_01]: Or something I just told you to do.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_01]: 30 days ago, and you are about to, I'm like, I'll be a fool.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not to go start my own.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_01]: And then I didn't even think it was going to be that big.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_01]: I'm thinking about maybe $10,000, $20,000 a month.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_01]: And I'll be cool with that.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_01]: But as I started promoting it, thinking about getting my marketing back, my audience loved that I finally had something that was super valuable that was affordable for them that they can be a part of.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_01]: They like, thank you.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_01]: You finally, I've been trying to get in your stuff forever.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_01]: And you haven't had nothing for me with these little e-books.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_01]: I tired of what I did knows.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_01]: I want some value.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_01]: So I kind of took a lot of my information.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, Alex, I'm always in reading his books and stuff like that.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_01]: They like, man, give them people to undeniable as offer.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_01]: Ever, you possibly can.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, well, I was selling this stuff for $1,000, $2,000, $3,000.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_01]: If I could put majority of the stuff that I had in there and here and let them just pay me $50 a month.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_01]: It's a win with everybody.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I had so many people join in, man.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_01]: I got into the point where I got like three to four thousand I think I got like 3800 people, 3800 people in my community group.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_01]: So the group was generating over six figures a month.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_01]: We are current every month.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_01]: And what I learned is that's when my revenue took a big shift.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_01]: And that's when my business took a big shift for the continuation of growth of money coming into my business.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_01]: consistently at a high level and I understood a big thing in business and what he meant by you don't have a business until you ever be a current in your subscription.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_01]: Your business because I used to start my business off in a red every single month, personal expenses, business expenses, and you have to go get sales every day on month.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_01]: They wanted a month.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_01]: You had zero.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_01]: Every month,
- 26:40[SPEAKER_01]: Make you way out of the red because you already got paid rent.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_01]: We got paid for all these things and got I got people higher.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_01]: I'm hiring people my team now So you got these expenses and you start off the red in the red every single month So now yeah, I climb out the red.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_01]: They ain't getting the green and they didn't try to net to the pocket So I'm like okay Now Change the whole game on day one out of month.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_01]: I'm up six figures
- 27:05[SPEAKER_01]: On day one before I even blink a eye and wake up on the first day that my mom up six figures and now personally Smith just took care of this is explicit to care marketing budget tickets spare everything took care of and I met a lot of money to the pocket and then everything I make from day one for the rest of the month I get to net to the pocket.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_01]: Wow
- 27:26[SPEAKER_01]: blew my mind of how the structure of how it was going and what was happening in my business and I've seen the continuous growth happening so fast and like, oh man, I think I really cracked something.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_01]: I'll you go in my business that really changed something which is crazy to me because it's like, it wasn't such a big thing that needs to happen.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_01]: I thought it was gonna be like this magical diamond or this magical pill that was just dying and figuring out how I'm gonna do, you know, quarter million a month, 300,000 a month, consistently.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_01]: And then I finally found it.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_01]: So man, that's decision to my business.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_01]: That's opportunity, that's timing.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_01]: That's offering, and I think it's just like, once you've got the recurring year of business, it's really hard for you to do bad in business, man.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_01]: When you figure it out, so.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_02]: And because this is a money mindset show, I do want to point out, same, like, anytime,
- 28:14[SPEAKER_02]: you crack the code because because you said something where you crack in that code that's that was the beginning of like major breakthroughs in your business, you know.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and I think I mean, the educators call it the Maslow hierarchy of needs, but it's like it's something that happens to you mentally when you know everything is taking care of like everything else starts to accelerate you know and saying like at a high level and I think that's just you know the like I think it's just your brain just being able to know like man I got this already.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_02]: And now I got this, I feel abundant, I feel like I've made it.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_02]: And so now these opportunities are not like attracting themselves to you, you know what I'm saying?
- 28:56[SPEAKER_02]: Um, how did you like, like, what was your marketing like the, like, how did you build it?
- 29:02[SPEAKER_02]: Like, was it organic ads?
- 29:05[SPEAKER_02]: Was it, or I mean, was it organic posts?
- 29:07[SPEAKER_02]: Was it ads?
- 29:08[SPEAKER_02]: Like what was, what were you doing that made people, you know, gravitate to you and what it, you know, take a, yeah, serves a couple of different things.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_01]: So it was the demand was there though.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_01]: The demand was there because of how many people wanted you my program couldn't afford it.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_01]: So the first thing I did was take that whole list.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_01]: That's why contact list building so important.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_01]: Took the whole list of people that didn't purchase my program, but filled out applications.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_01]: I text an email blast them for a week straight telling them hey, I got something available for y'all to get in here Hey, I got something available for y'all get in here.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, I got something very I get in here for a week straight because I knew that they said that they couldn't afford my higher ticket So this is only right that they wanted to join but Excuse me, it was something available for them.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_01]: So now I does the first thing I went I posted on my organic social media Facebook Instagram TikTok every day three times a day for three and four months straight
- 30:03[SPEAKER_01]: There is no missing the day.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_01]: There is no only I'm skipping this week.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'm only gonna post once this week.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_01]: No, it was three times a day on my page on my story on my page.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_01]: I made a commitment to myself.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_01]: I want to post three times a day every day for the next four to five months straight.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I did and it was all leading to my community group is like,
- 30:23[SPEAKER_01]: I got an offer that's amazing that I feel like it's amazing that everybody can benefit from and get help from and people were waiting for me to drop this, so let me push this super hard, so now I'm texting my list emailing my list, I'm posting every day, I'm posting on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube and on all platforms and each and every way and I'm leading them to my community group and then I also had, I forgot who will learn this from, but, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't
- 30:52[SPEAKER_01]: It might have been Sam Evans, one of his models was Automated Webinar, leaned into learning the whole Automated Webinar flow.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_01]: At first, I started learning about Live Webinar, then I started, dipping into the Automated Webinar.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, yeah, you don't have to show up live every day, it's like you can be able to set up the Automated Webinar and place me to where you can send leads there, they can watch your recording of your class.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_01]: And my automated webinar system was the lead source.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_01]: I started sending people in so I can give them something for free, just give them the value.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_01]: Because it's like going on a day before you get married, everybody don't, you know, you don't ask people for money, but you're not giving them value first.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_01]: So of course, we gave them value first.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_01]: And then I just started pumping my marketing towards that presentation of automated webinar and then it started converting a lot of people fast.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_01]: So now I figured that formula out.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_01]: Now it's like, all right, let me place this into a lot of different levers of my business that they can just run leads to here to be a convertum since it's converted.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_01]: So now I'm putting it in down sales and places to where I have high ticket things.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_01]: Or if I got to leave mad and I'm putting it as an up sale, if I got my high ticket, so I'm making a forerun down selling.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_01]: I'm also now I'm putting the ads to it.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_01]: Burner campaigns to it.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_01]: Putting budgets to my marketing budgets towards it.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_01]: Leverage other people's audiences tell them about it.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_01]: You know, going on my marketing runs, things like that.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_01]: Collaborating, leverage other people audiences, man.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just doing everything I can to bring the awareness to it to be able to leave people to it, to be able to get in it
- 32:19[SPEAKER_01]: And my marketing tactic was, it's only for $1.50 a day.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_01]: People love it, they like, that ain't bad.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, $100 a $1.50 a day?
- 32:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'ma get in here.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I'm saying?
- 32:32[SPEAKER_01]: Instead of some of my marketing angle was getting my group for $1.50 a day, and I teach you all this stuff that I've been doing all the last three years, man.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_01]: And help you be able to do this thing, clean your credit.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_01]: Bill and your credit gets your first $25,000 credit card.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_01]: and it just blew up, man, blew up, uh, then it made a domino effect in the industry.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, people started getting a world body looking over there.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_01]: It's me, what you got going on?
- 32:56[SPEAKER_01]: When we go in and stuff, uh, and then now, you know, in the industry is being a part of people's business models in there at that end, and it's just like, it's dope to see that the whole industry had a domino effect to be like, wow, that is perfect.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's dope, and you need to build community.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_01]: And it was a few people that had it, but it was like,
- 33:11[SPEAKER_01]: It just kind of like, it was a talk about a lot, you know, when I discovered that I really understand how I leveled now.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_01]: So now I did so well with it.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_01]: I peeking all the interest from everybody.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how I did it.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_01]: What's the back end?
- 33:24[SPEAKER_01]: What's the infrastructure?
- 33:25[SPEAKER_01]: What's the model?
- 33:26[SPEAKER_01]: What's the frameworks?
- 33:27[SPEAKER_01]: So I had to start helping other people be able to build there as the set there was up and it's been going good, man.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's been going good.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, what are the other pieces?
- 33:35[SPEAKER_02]: I like about that model too.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_02]: is you now have a baked-in audience to prepare for your other offers, one of the things and I remember it was funny because somebody had reached out to me and it was like, hey, they want to offer this, do it yourself, you know, program to fix your credit or whatever.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like, I bet I'm a sign on or whatever.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_02]: They did my website.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_02]: I looked and they're like,
- 34:06[SPEAKER_02]: Which also also because it was like you have this community but then you offer other products and services within the community and then you know like fancy that that particular product is a free product to your community.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_02]: but they have to pay for credit monitoring, that credit monitoring, you get a fillet off of them.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_02]: So not only are you getting money off of the monthly fee, but you can also offer them other products and services, talk a little bit about that.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so that's what I mean by a feud all the rest of the pieces and areas of my business.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_01]: So I have a software, I got my own software.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_01]: So in my community I put my software in there.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_01]: So then I teach people how to use my software.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_01]: So then,
- 34:46[SPEAKER_01]: Of course, you have to pay for this software.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_01]: So we lead people into our software.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_01]: Now they're using our software as well.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_01]: We got the credit monitoring, like you said, which we get a affiliate off of.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_01]: I have an option to be able to do a done for you service to get people funded for their business to get them access today for $50,000 to $150,000 in funding.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_01]: So now people are coming in here.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_01]: they're pan and monthly recurring, then they're cleaning their credit, they're building their credit, and they might get their first credit card, as I said.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_01]: But then they're like, all right, well, Smitty, I keep seeing you, helping people get access to 50,000, 150,000, how do I do that?
- 35:22[SPEAKER_01]: So then that turns into a now a lead from my community.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_01]: So they paid me to be at a pay me again.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, but it's also cool and it's a value switch because I helped them get the first result.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_01]: So the number one way to make money for Riffero is actually helping to get the result.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's cool to offer the things the things.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_01]: But if you actually have somebody get the result, they don't mind paying you again.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_01]: So now that I actually got them the first result was clean and they credit it got the 750 Not a like okay, I need this access to this funniness When you talking about so I can start this business so people have desires to get in real estate Desires to get in trucking to get desires to pay for marketing and now they're coming to me to get a dump for your service Get funded for their business and I charge a commission on the back in it at so then now I'm making money off that lever and then now I have my hot ticket offer now
- 36:04[SPEAKER_01]: So now that gave them all that stuff, I created a different higher ticket offering that was going to solve their next problem.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_01]: Most important part.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_02]: That's good.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_02]: Go missed that, Chuck.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_01]: Please, don't.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_01]: Because you just can't create offers on stack, stack on top of offers, it's like, okay, what I had to figure out what problem are they going to occur once they get to this point and they complete what I told them to do in the first part?
- 36:25[SPEAKER_01]: So, and for me that was the second thing they was going to use get extra funding.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_01]: And now the next thing they was going to need was, okay, let's get it.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_01]: Got the funding.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know to do to make money now.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 36:34[SPEAKER_01]: So I was like, well,
- 36:36[SPEAKER_01]: was the solve that I can basically give you all my frameworks and my business model to teach you how I make money.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_01]: And my making money model, that time was how to start a funding business.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_01]: And people that look like us are not in an industry at all.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_01]: There's nobody who own companies that are doing lending for people.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_01]: It's always the other side.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm like, well, let me be able to give people my frameworks and my tactics to be able to now start their own lending business.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_01]: So now my high-tech offer turned into me teaching people how to be at a start they own lending business the same amount that I did so now they're like oh shoot So now truthfully they're paying me again and it's okay for me to say like this because it's the values which ones again These these people are changing their lives doing this and they seem like It's me doing the pay you again, but truthfully like I'm just being valuable on you know What the struggles are going to be and they need help with so I'm just providing value if they want it they can take it not
- 37:28[SPEAKER_01]: But so now they're paying me again and they're learning my business model to people not to teach people what to do them for you Funding for other people So they they're getting you know Revenue now in their business because not they're starting a business and making money You know because like it's cool to clean your credit they get a good credit score and it's cool to get funding But that don't mean you make it money that means you just got access now you guys stop Tony So the smartest thing to do when you get access to money is what let me actually this does ask us to
- 37:58[SPEAKER_02]: Number one, I'm trying to figure out how to take that money and create recovery from that money and which way was the first thing you would do.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_01]: So let's tell us.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_01]: Smitty got you a hundred k it was the first move you're making.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_01]: The number one move you got to make first.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, the first thing I would do.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_02]: who put me on a spot right now, but so I'm a real estate investment investment, okay.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm I'm either buying a piece of real estate that I could leverage or like recurring revenue or I mean, like so my wife and I play the market.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_02]: So we know how to make money off of the market.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm probably would put money in the market.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_01]: Well, we gotta do before that.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a set up a business like, I just want to see these little gadgets, I just want to mess with you a little bit.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm nervous.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_01]: I don't go start no business or no investment until I get a mentor or coach first.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_01]: So I tell them that in a real business, like they understood it, it's like, well, I'm not going to know what to do.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_01]: How to do it.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_01]: If I just start the business or the investment, so it'll give me a coach or a mentor first.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_01]: Let me invest in myself and let's say information first.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_01]: then I'll start the business.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_01]: So, that's what I had to do.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_01]: I'll get their permission first, start the business.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_01]: And then now they are making money.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_01]: They got good credit, they got access to some funny, they got a business model to make them money.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_01]: Man, they gotta set up, you know what I mean?
- 39:20[SPEAKER_01]: And then it's like I had to be able to pull all these different levers from my community and it made it way easier.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_01]: I don't have to hard sell anyone.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_01]: I don't have to chase leads hard because I'm nurturing and feeding people value and they're getting the result from what I talked to them at a lower levels like.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_01]: Why in a world would they go to anybody else to tell you know to do the next thing when I'm here providing this type of value and getting them to result So the smartest thing or the best decision for them was to just keep going in tears of what I have to teach for them to be able to get to the next level of their business, you know And so it makes it easier for the rest of your business to be able to grow easier and your conversions go up
- 40:02[SPEAKER_01]: The mind will lead you getting different things goes up and it's like it's like a pool of a community of people who love your stuff and love you and love you as a person too And it's like and it's like an it's easy for me to build things around a bit of help them make their their life easier and get them to the next level Because I know their problems.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so I'm just trying to put things in place to be to solve them as best as possible That's what it make money.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_01]: I'm always in my master master minds.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_01]: It's a solve a problem.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah
- 40:28[SPEAKER_02]: And I love that you said that because I think that's the biggest piece that people, you know, mess up on is people always in customer acquisition mode, which is, which you should always be, but to the point where you shouldn't be in customer acquisition mode and neglect the people who already said yes.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_02]: The people who already said yes are the people who will say yes again and saying yes and keep saying yes, if you keep providing that value for them.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_02]: Well, why's it happening is a lot of people will get a yes from from the people from their people, but instead of, you know, nurturing those people, they start looking for the next people to get, right, they collect them, don't learn from them, don't learn what they need.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_02]: The ball, because now you've got, you've primed them, now they start going somewhere out.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_02]: It's like if it's somebody else, it's not the other mentor, because you drop the ball, and then,
- 41:24[SPEAKER_02]: You know, you know, I'll be 100% transparent in saying that, you know, that was one of the things I did dropped the ball where, you know, and I mean, everybody knows, right?
- 41:35[SPEAKER_02]: So we, you know, at one point, you know, you know, everybody was going to mind and go there and he was on mentor.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_02]: And the one thing I think a lot of us did was we allowed his model to be out of model, right?
- 41:51[SPEAKER_02]: Because you know, you know, my mind is like, you're I'm a premium guy, right?
- 41:56[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a premium brand, you need you need 55,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
- 42:13[SPEAKER_02]: people who can't afford premium.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_02]: I know I was, that was the biggest mistake.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I started, I've always, you know, even ever since I've ever been in this game, I've always attracted people who are just trying to figure it out.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_02]: But when I, I began, when I started making a lot of money, charge of premium, I started neglecting everything else.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_02]: And I only was focused on premium focus on premium.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_02]: I can't afford this so instead of creating something and listening to them and saying you know, they can't really afford this Is that a creating something I want to well you're not ready for me now come back with you ready Yeah And then they want to go somewhere else that could serve them, but by the time they're ready Wherever they are, it feels like family felt like home I think that was one of the one of the
- 43:12[SPEAKER_02]: things that I learned, you know what I'm saying, like being able to figure out these multiple tiers, and helping people get to that next level, I did want to ask, right?
- 43:24[SPEAKER_02]: So one of the things, the biggest flags that people who do funding get,
- 43:30[SPEAKER_02]: is, you know, I hear all the time, people talk about, well, you know, why are you charging people to get funding, and we, you know, we actually just saw this with Alex Barbosey, right?
- 43:41[SPEAKER_02]: And so, you know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I taught Mosey did something.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_02]: for all of our industries, if you will, because I know for me as a self-published author, as a book monetization coach, I've been telling people forever.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_02]: Like, yo, you need to write a book, because a book is gonna help you get all these other things.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_02]: Nobody believed in that.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_02]: They were like, oh, I don't know how to bet you it.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_02]: This man made a hundred million dollars, so I'll be honest with you, I never bought that big, though, I was just like, I know you could get some ends right in the book and tap into an audience the different way, but this man made a hundred million dollars from a book, using what you know, for lots of you, I talked about, but talk a little bit about.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_02]: There was something he said in his book though, as it relates to funding, if you could talk about that a little bit.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_01]: If I'm not mistaken, he said he used his last bit of funding, which was like, to him, it was little bit of life.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_01]: He used his last 92, 100,000 dollars of business credit to start his first gym, which led him into, and he said he had nothing else to this is all he had, yet there's line of this credit card, or there's line of credit for 100,000, and he had to go do something
- 44:55[SPEAKER_01]: So his like line was funding.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 44:59[SPEAKER_01]: Now he changed that into turning into a business model with the chain of gems to where he did 20 gems, and then exit it for $40 million off the limb of leveraging a leapers money, funding desk.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_01]: That's also a confirmation of why I know the industry that I'm in and what I tell people is right and it works like a charm and it's helpful.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_01]: Because how is that the number one entrepreneur world I'm gonna say right now?
- 45:24[SPEAKER_01]: The beginning of his backbone story was to leverage his funding to start his business and his investments and now he's a nine-figure earner on his way to a billionaire because he decided to leverage business credit and fund him to be at a star's business it's on your end with the book and on our end with the fund is like it's like really amazing to see because like it really tells him to what I've been telling people for real like I really feel like now truthy truly like not
- 45:49[SPEAKER_01]: That's what you leverage because you know it gives you the opportunity to be able to do something like that and it's so powerful because I did it that way You know, I leverage my funding to be able to get into marketing and invest in myself and start my businesses as well And I know it worked like a charm and then and it worked for somebody who about to be a billionaire is like that should tell you something And you know that's a tell you should focus on it and that you should work on it and then should leverage and use it and use it to your advantage And that's just confirmation and also I love that that happened and you actually one thing till you said
- 46:19[SPEAKER_01]: a lot of people charge people, you know, as a business model.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_01]: Well, truthfully, they've been doing it to us our whole life.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_01]: The banks, the banks do it to you every day.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of y'all got these mortgages that don't know the M.O.R.T.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_01]: mean death.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_01]: And they got y'all needs interest only payments and taking y'all money.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_01]: and make them one of y'all.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_01]: That's one thing hard money lenders with real estate.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_01]: They they borrow money in church and they give you money.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_01]: You got to pay them and it's like the reason why I charge and why we charge for this business model is because if you were not too come to us, it'll be a lot of missing pieces that you wouldn't be able to get the access to the capital you need.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_01]: Now some some people of course, they're knowledgeable and they know.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_01]: and then that they wouldn't come to us.
- 46:59[SPEAKER_01]: That's the whole point.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_01]: If you're knowledgeable, you know what to do at the highest level in the world, then you don't need my services, not for you.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_01]: This is what people are not educated.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_01]: These people now got never got taught this stuff.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_01]: Don't know how the banks work.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_01]: And the main piece that's really the big leverage and if you're not coming to us to do it.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_01]: I have access to banking reps inside the banks that can do what's called application, docu-sign application push through with a banking rep inside the bank to where most people going online like the masses in a plop of credit cards and get these instant approvals to where now you get approved for 2003, 2005, 2010, and you may get up to 20, let's just say, just give you the best odds.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_01]: but you never seen nobody getting $34,000, $40,000, $50,000, $60,000, $70,000,000, $80,000, $0,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,
- 48:06[SPEAKER_01]: Another thing is it's a lot of banks out here that people don't know about don't do research on the them don't know that gives a lot of money that you could be missing out on It's so many banks that people that it gives out 30s 40s 50,000s you would have never knew that in your life To be able to get access to that capital if you didn't come through me to be able to get that you know that push through and then it's like
- 48:26[SPEAKER_01]: know how to strategically go do it as well because it's a way that you can go do it to where you can shoot yourself in the foot to be at a cap yourself to get in the small amount.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_01]: You can't even get a big amount because you're applying for two minigree cards.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_01]: Excuse me, one bureau, let's just say, and now that you start declining, you basically point you not being knowledgeable of how to strategically go set your sequences up to go get the funding you need.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_01]: So now you're catching yourself in the foot, you could have got access to 250,000, but you end up getting 40.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_01]: big difference.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_01]: So limit wise, very important strategic strategies, our relationships, and knowing what to do and how to do it to be able to get the maximum amount is the value and what we provide when it comes to, and it's a done for you service.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_01]: You have to worry about it.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_01]: You have to think about it.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_01]: You have to do nothing.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_01]: And then it's also also, I like the model because too, we only get paid for the work we do.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_01]: you know, I mean, I'm going to take my commission off of what I provide and if I don't get you with you satisfied with what I said that you didn't, I don't get paid.
- 49:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 49:19[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I don't get a lot.
- 49:20[SPEAKER_01]: Whatever it may be and it's like that pushes us to have to do great service and then good work for you and get you the best possible and max possible because we want to be able to, you know, fulfill on our commission to get our commission.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_01]: So those will be the key levers I'll say the reason why this like that.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_01]: And it's more to, but we're talking all day about it, but those are the main key things that people believe people need to know about why that is like that.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_01]: And it's just our business, you know what I mean?
- 49:45[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, ultimately, though, too, like you said, you know, this is access to capital that you wouldn't have had, had you not, you know, gone through through your program, whoever it is.
- 49:56[SPEAKER_02]: is helping you.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_02]: But the other piece of it, which I like, which I want people to understand is also the mentorship afterwards, right?
- 50:04[SPEAKER_02]: Because, you know, this is what people were saying, right?
- 50:07[SPEAKER_02]: They were like, man, you're going to help somebody get all this money, but then not telling them that they have to pay the money back.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_02]: No, of course they know they have to pay the money back.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_02]: And so how do you
- 50:16[SPEAKER_02]: You know, you know, do that.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_02]: Like if you do it by yourself, now you got 100,000 and you don't know what to do with it.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_02]: Now you got to pay this money back that you stuck.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_02]: But if you have a mentor who teaches you how to get it, get it.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_02]: But then also can give you the frameworks, right?
- 50:29[SPEAKER_02]: So invest in the mentorship and then they give you the frameworks or how to actually deploy that money.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_02]: That's how people grow.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_02]: And this is, this is what a lot of people don't understand though, too.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_02]: is the benefit which is why it's good that you have tears, right?
- 50:44[SPEAKER_02]: The benefit of going with a mentor that has different tears or how to work for them is that it is in your best interest that your men see so successful.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_02]: Oh yeah, when you're a men see start off at the lower level, it's in your best interest to help them reach a result.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_02]: So they can actually stay with you so they can actually help you make more money, right?
- 51:03[SPEAKER_02]: And so that's like even for me,
- 51:08[SPEAKER_02]: been the Institute in that in my business where I'm like, all right, you know what?
- 51:11[SPEAKER_02]: I have a vested interest in helping you get to make the most amount of money and what you're investing would be because what?
- 51:17[SPEAKER_02]: If once you get that money, now you know what I can do for your next level, I have this other level that I can post, I can help you even more, you know what I'm saying?
- 51:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_02]: That's all.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_02]: I want to talk now about like, um, um, investing, right?
- 51:33[SPEAKER_02]: Because you know, as somebody who's made a lot of money, um, you know, a lot of impact, but a lot of money, uh, for yourself and your business, but you personally, um, you know, I'm watching, uh, get a 200,000 dollar call.
- 51:46[SPEAKER_02]: I watch you buy your first million dollar house.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_02]: I watch you, um,
- 51:50[SPEAKER_02]: You know, get your own cell storage, right?
- 51:53[SPEAKER_02]: So, like, what are you doing with your money from an investment perspective to help multiply?
- 52:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but before we reached that point you had said something right before that was the different tiers and it's like the people who I helped become you know multiple six-week earnings and seven-week earners It happened like that truth.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_01]: So it was like they started my community They went to my second tier and then they got in my inner circle and then it's like I helped them at every level of what they needed and they needed that They like the conversations that I have with them now that they're doing fifty thousand about seventy thousand a month
- 52:24[SPEAKER_01]: they like thank you lower that you had this for me to be at it really get taught at every level because I didn't know what I would have did if you didn't teach me at that level so it literally is like the mastermind is perfect is you know combination because it really helps people to level up to the place they want to truly be in their goals so I think that that motto is actually so helpful to both sides to the business owner who's helping and to the person who's coming up into
- 52:44[SPEAKER_01]: and that's like the best morning work for you to grow.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_01]: You have to continue to keep learning the only way I got here is because I continue to keep learning at a higher level, not the same level because I spent over 300,000 dollars in information this far, coaching, consulting, all these things and the only reason I was able to do that because I kept going up and higher levels of learning.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_01]: So, me understanding that, me providing that, it works on both ends, me going through it myself and seeing it success to happen and seeing the people
- 53:13[SPEAKER_01]: didn't do that.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_01]: And what happened to them.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_01]: And I see the difference, all you didn't want to keep invested information.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_01]: You didn't want to go pay for those 25,000 maximum of 50,000.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want to go do that.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_01]: You want to, you got your little motion.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_01]: And now you think it's okay.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_01]: And then, and then when it's time, and then you see in the different road like, man, how are you going to use it the same program and say, who's looking at the same amount of money?
- 53:33[SPEAKER_01]: Just just a year ago, what happened?
- 53:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I went to go spend another hundred and fifty thousand dollars of mentorship.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_01]: You did.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_01]: You think it's sweet.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's not.
- 53:40[SPEAKER_01]: You got to keep learning.
- 53:40[SPEAKER_01]: So that model works like a hundred percent.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_01]: I love it.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
- 53:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and we're quick though.
- 53:45[SPEAKER_02]: I think I love it that you said that too, because that's the other piece of it that I want people to catch is that you're teaching what you did.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_02]: 100% you know what I'm saying so like it's like it's like hey, I'm a teeth like I'm like I've done it Right like I've paid and and went to different tiers and so I'm just gonna you know start to create my business the way in which I've been doing it And so now I'm teaching you to do it so it's almost like
- 54:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's a cycle.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like if I'm being successful doing this, why wouldn't I do what I'm being successful doing?
- 54:22[SPEAKER_02]: And then why wouldn't I teach you to do what I'm doing?
- 54:25[SPEAKER_02]: So because there's whole sort of circulation of information and greatness and yeah, so I want people to, yeah, so yeah, so then okay then best inside now.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_01]: Man, I am now full of mood and investor mode now.
- 54:40[SPEAKER_01]: Texas.
- 54:41[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so I started making good money now.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_01]: You start making these millions of dollars.
- 54:44[SPEAKER_01]: That's fun.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_01]: Cool enough and then you got pay taxes So now I used to be on the other side of this thing of all hate taxes, man They we entrepreneurs got to get the work on and work hard to make all this money and I got to take pushing our customers All right money minutes and boom crap and all this stuff
- 55:00[SPEAKER_01]: And I had to sit down like why don't you just do take this situation that like you do everything else go learn it Go sit your butt down And just learn the game stop being mad at it and learn the game and or get around people who know what they're doing and talk about it and ask questions You know what I mean so started going around around the right people that I need to go around and start asking them the questions of the text of what to do
- 55:20[SPEAKER_01]: And it's just like they said you guys spend money.
- 55:23[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, no, I want to spend money.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_01]: I'm making money.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_01]: I'm trying to be safe.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_01]: I'm trying to keep my money.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_01]: Bang, I'm trying to be.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_01]: I'm trying to look my main car every day, make sure everything good and now what.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_01]: And I will okay with it.
- 55:31[SPEAKER_01]: Just give to our rest then.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_01]: So they put me in a scenario.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_01]: They said, okay, would you rather go invest it to where you can put the money on your own assets and things like that?
- 55:39[SPEAKER_01]: Or would you like to give to our IRS?
- 55:41[SPEAKER_01]: Which one do you want?
- 55:42[SPEAKER_01]: Could you guys do one another?
- 55:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, you know what?
- 55:45[SPEAKER_01]: I think I go do that.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_01]: I get my asses in the vest because I don't want to get to IRS.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_01]: That sounds stupid.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so then I'm like, all right, let me sit down.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_01]: Let me start focusing on this.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_01]: Let me start, uh, action questions and getting, uh, clarity on what is this smart thing to do my money.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_01]: So a few things that I'm doing now, I'm investing heavy, man.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_01]: I'm in full investment, like get all this money that I'm making out of my bank account ASAP.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 56:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's best as I can.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_01]: And, uh, first thing I was doing, uh, shout out to a gun to this was, uh, P2B man, Marvin, talking about this life insurance stuff.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm snooping around and I got mogul and morgon and put my mind on life insurance policy.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_01]: So I started done for my money to life insurance policies So man that was a big game changer for me and then I'm starting a bar against that and then now I'm investing to real estate and man
- 56:30[SPEAKER_01]: I got a couple mentors, man.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_01]: I got one of my gardeners saying, I'm gonna pray to part, my god of my, I'm pray to part.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_01]: And I got to tell me relationships now that I'm just, I'm drilling them.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_01]: I'm drilling them with questions.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, man.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, how are we doing this in deals?
- 56:43[SPEAKER_01]: How are you about as well as the, how are you doing this?
- 56:45[SPEAKER_01]: How are we doing that?
- 56:46[SPEAKER_01]: All the back.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, how the taxes we're going to end with you that, they'll help me to end and they are shifting my mind.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I understand it now.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_01]: So now I was like, I'm partnering with people and doing deals.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_01]: I'm besting to what Terica, one part.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_01]: I know you know Terica Lensmith.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, we had did a partnership deal of 104 units, um, and Louisiana 104 unit apartment complex.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_01]: We bought the whole complex, uh, partner than that.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_01]: And then, um, but then on the tax side, my CPA was like, okay, that was good.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_01]: You're an investor and you guys invest into something big, but you're not the sole owner of that investment.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_01]: You're an investor.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_01]: So you don't get to read the benefits like you're supposed to donate that big as you thought it was going to be.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, man, I put six figures into this.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_01]: It's gonna be a good tactic, man.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_01]: It's right.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_01]: They like, yeah, it feels your, you know, it's full-out investment on the you.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_01]: So they start lean to you.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_01]: You have to get your own investments.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_01]: You have to start putting these investors under your name.
- 57:35[SPEAKER_01]: You have to be the full runner on these things.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, all right, let me sit my butt down.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, to make sure that I understand enough to be doing it.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_01]: So I'll start educating myself more.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_01]: So now, invested into,
- 57:45[SPEAKER_01]: some more for the state.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_01]: So I just bought a six unit man.
- 57:50[SPEAKER_01]: I bought that was worth like seven figures I bought another property worth like $150,000 which I'm running out by the room to do an Airbnb out of.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_01]: So cash flowing off those and then I just went a partner for part of my guy mogul on a store specifically 111 units like two to three hours away from here and then I get it.
- 58:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah
- 58:12[SPEAKER_01]: And like next year, I'm not going to pay no taxes, bro.
- 58:15[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I mean, I get it.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_01]: Like I literally understand it and I get it.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_01]: I want to take this money that I may actively invest into assets to make money grow.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm getting it.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_02]: And then you can access that to borrowing it.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_02]: You don't pay taxes on it.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 58:31[SPEAKER_01]: Bye.
- 58:31[SPEAKER_01]: that that yummy so I'm I'm seeing it and I get it and I'm actually doing it now I'm really understanding it and I'm like this is powerful brawls how could I lose if I got that active up crazy I would need it to be in the rear current going and I'm smartly dumping it into the investments to where that's creating me cash flow as well and growing it with equity.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, my money's compounding, my money's growing, and I'm actively making money.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_01]: I'm hitting the money models on every different level that I need to, and it's like, managed, it's been a good crazy, and I can feel it and I can see it.
- 59:04[SPEAKER_01]: Because I'm starting to make all the right moves now.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'm starting to understand this stuff at a higher level to where I understand how money works, how money needs to move, and how it needs to keep going out to be able to make more.
- 59:15[SPEAKER_01]: You need the place things to be able to make recurring you need to grow it in every different way and it's like I'm trying to position myself man to do all of my mentor to tell me to do I'm not just gonna keep listening to them.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna actually execute on what they said to do And what successful people are doing out here So now my mind is super heavy on investing my money man and the next lever that I'm pulling is buying businesses So and then I'm done with even having to do anything else bro is gonna be
- 59:40[SPEAKER_01]: active cash low six figures a month.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_01]: I want my passive income from my businesses and my investment to be six figures a month and soon bro You ain't gonna cease me to go in at that much in the morning as much as I've been on the end in the last three years I probably got a year And need to get busy.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'll tell y'all right now.
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_01]: Truthfully.
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_01]: I better get around me while y'all can Because in another year or two is gonna be an replacement to where
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_01]: I'm probably gonna be on the internet that much, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_01]: I can sit and be in my creative bag that I'm not stressed about nothing else no more, and it's like I can be at a just bill and I can just bill, I can help people, I can help them bill, I can build my own thing, make some of my family's trade, people around me straight, and it's just like,
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_01]: I feel good, bro, I'm in my space right now, man, you gotta go about the same thing.
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's your lady though Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I just started noticing it and I'm like, man, maybe because I didn't know when you started dating or whatever, but I didn't know you had it, you know, you had a girl.
- 1:01:16[SPEAKER_02]: So when you started publicly showing, like, you know, you've got a girl, you know, no kid, you know, you just got full custody of your daughter, what the crib, it was a different side of Smitty to go.
- 1:01:29[SPEAKER_02]: And even like, even now, like, I'm watching you, like, there's a different
- 1:01:38[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's the blessing of it though, because like I feel for people who make a lot of money, but don't have what you have, what I have, that family foundation, like that love around them, like I see, like we love you, like I see, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_02]: Like I'm gonna observe, I watch stuff like that, because I love family, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_02]: And I watch the way, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_02]: She looks at you and I'm like, oh, you're that deaf.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_02]: She loves that man.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_02]: That's not it.
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_02]: So I feel like that's it.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_02]: So I love to see it, though, too, girl.
- 1:02:11[SPEAKER_01]: Now you write on me having two daughters now.
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_01]: And then her around, it is bringing a, like, that side of me out.
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_01]: And then the world is seeing it too.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_01]: But they didn't see that first.
- 1:02:20[SPEAKER_01]: They all just see me grinding grind and smitten.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_01]: Now they're seeing me be dead, smitten.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_01]: They see me be boyfriends, maybe they see these things.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_01]: So like, it is being it.
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_01]: And it's just, but it is also the position that I got into now.
- 1:02:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm not in full grime or no more.
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_01]: I am in a more relaxed and a more strategic and more, you know, making sure family straight mode and then also being able to show my lifestyle and not just the rags and the riches and the mule and blambles, not that, but also I'm a father, I'm a man, you know, I mean, I could provide and this is what we supposed to do.
- 1:02:51[SPEAKER_01]: And but also be prideful of what I built and what I showed the world like y'all do this You know I'm saying be that piece for everybody else that I know that the reason why I did it because somebody I seen it two people doing it And it's like I know that I want to be that for the people especially for people that's in my home town Like it's not that many people that they can look up and see
- 1:03:09[SPEAKER_01]: that ain't rappers and athletes and you know actors and all the people that they only know that get to this point and it's like it's such an eye-opening for them.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_01]: I know what it is.
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_01]: Even though I probably ain't hitting everybody across the head like it's opposed to but I know the people that need it that's given it that see it and feel it like they're changing their situation because they're seeing me on the internet.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_01]: I get paragraphs all day every day now and man's like man seeing you every day I live life through you that it just makes me believe that I can do it
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_01]: Trying to just keep to keep that infrastructure going at a high level man trying to blow this thing through the roof Not love it.
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you got you got some flag around saying That I don't know if you said buying a house to live in it's the worst thing Yeah, was that was that was that what you said that was good?
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they were doing so this was it I said I Feel since I'm going through it.
- 1:04:05[SPEAKER_01]: This is not me thinking this ain't theory to say me on an internet in some of my comments
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_01]: This is me going through it.
- 1:04:10[SPEAKER_01]: This is me having peers and friends and family.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_01]: If people who's doing this at a high level, you buying a house is not financially smart to primarily live and buy a home and live the American dream of let me go get married.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_01]: Let me go buy a home with my family and let me go get a mortgage because of all the things on the back end of what you got to go through now as a home owner.
- 1:04:37[SPEAKER_01]: Ben is at my home.
- 1:04:38[SPEAKER_01]: I see everything now.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, uh, stuff I got to do and they come to the issues in the house.
- 1:04:45[SPEAKER_01]: maintenance and all these things cutting a good in the grass cut I had to put a whole bunch of blinds in my house like I don't know how to do that I had to put a refrigerator in there I'm like yo I ain't no about all this extra stuff I thought just a bit down the part of the oven would be good I came in house I spent another $20,000 I was like oh wait a minute if I wasn't me to go in position I was in what would have been then I'd have been in trouble you know what I mean and then I started thinking I'm like what about the average person
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_01]: and you know what really made me mad and what really made me start speaking out on it is everybody talking about oh bye I'll go buy a house and it's like people only make $50,000 a year and these mortgages on these mortgages payments to these principal principal interests fortunately mortgages is crazy I looked at my mortgage and I almost didn't sign my papers because he told me how much interest I'm paying on my mortgage every single month so I said
- 1:05:35[SPEAKER_01]: House right I'm gonna say exactly what I'm million dollars the house of my million dollars All right cool.
- 1:05:39[SPEAKER_01]: I'm already just six to a thousand more.
- 1:05:40[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, cool.
- 1:05:41[SPEAKER_01]: All right, this about the hit the million dollars long Right about the okay, so it's a million right now.
- 1:05:45[SPEAKER_01]: Let's just say and then about the six thousand gonna be hitting that million right every single month right So sixty seventy eighty thousand a year.
- 1:05:51[SPEAKER_01]: I'm okay cool.
- 1:05:53[SPEAKER_01]: This gonna be gonna be that bad
- 1:05:54[SPEAKER_01]: say, oh, no, about 95% that go to interest only.
- 1:05:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_01]: I said, oh, wait, what do you mean, what do you mean by that?
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_01]: I said, like, yeah, only like $900 or $1,000 goes to $1 million.
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, wait a minute.
- 1:06:08[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody stop.
- 1:06:08[SPEAKER_01]: You know, nobody move no more feces than his head in his room.
- 1:06:11[SPEAKER_01]: What do you mean?
- 1:06:12[SPEAKER_01]: And they like, yeah.
- 1:06:13[SPEAKER_01]: And they shouldn't.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_02]: That's what it's called.
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yo, I'm like, whoa.
- 1:06:16[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just on the learn now.
- 1:06:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, oh, shoot.
- 1:06:20[SPEAKER_01]: So you mean tell me.
- 1:06:20[SPEAKER_01]: I've got six down.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_01]: No, seven down.
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_01]: No, no.
- 1:06:23[SPEAKER_01]: What about that five thousand?
- 1:06:24[SPEAKER_01]: What about that going?
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_01]: It's just only.
- 1:06:27[SPEAKER_01]: So, shoot.
- 1:06:29[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody.
- 1:06:30[SPEAKER_01]: Five, six, seven years straight.
- 1:06:32[SPEAKER_01]: They say, oh, yeah, so I'm asking people around.
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_01]: They're like, oh, well, you're going to get equity on the back end.
- 1:06:37[SPEAKER_01]: Then I thought about myself to myself, well, shoot, I'm much in interest only payments that I pay for five years.
- 1:06:43[SPEAKER_01]: First, before I even gain anything, I'm like, I'm doing a numbers on board.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_01]: Now, just don't make sense.
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_01]: I paid that out of interest before I didn't even gain anything.
- 1:06:52[SPEAKER_01]: Does that make sense to you?
- 1:06:53[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 1:06:53[SPEAKER_02]: You do the math because the thing is is that in the banks of smart, that's why it's smart.
- 1:06:59[SPEAKER_02]: With what I tell you, when I watch people online,
- 1:07:03[SPEAKER_02]: defend the banks and they say, oh, like it hurts my nerves, right?
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_02]: And I understand why the banks do it, but the banks do was called amortization, which it flips in 15 years.
- 1:07:17[SPEAKER_02]: So that's what happened.
- 1:07:18[SPEAKER_02]: So for the first fifth, let's say you got a 30 year mortgage, for the first 15 years, most 95% has got to go to interest, and then after like once you get to the middle of the loan, now it flips.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_02]: Now most of it, but at the time the bank has made all other money.
- 1:07:37[SPEAKER_02]: And the reason why they do that is because most people wouldn't like refining, so they they've learned how to be able to make all their buddy upfront.
- 1:07:47[SPEAKER_02]: So just in case you refine, it's crazy.
- 1:07:50[SPEAKER_01]: So you bind the bank a house or two.
- 1:07:53[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely.
- 1:07:53[SPEAKER_01]: While you're only buying your family house.
- 1:07:55[SPEAKER_01]: Correct.
- 1:07:55[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know why people think that that's okay or just fun or this is the best decision in the world.
- 1:07:59[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's not and then I'm thinking about I'm not thinking I'm good because I'm a more type millionaire and I'm speaking to Conan I got the levers that they didn't matter.
- 1:08:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just rich so that didn't matter.
- 1:08:09[SPEAKER_01]: I'm thinking about family members though I'm thinking about the average
- 1:08:12[SPEAKER_01]: American.
- 1:08:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you're going to get a mortgage and you have an a price bust Yeah, you already make $60,000 and you're in your mortgage $23,000 a month And that's only going to interest and then something happens to it now you got to fix the plumbing now you got and then or Man you get some trouble Then you want to get married and you're gonna spend 20,000 on the marriage.
- 1:08:32[SPEAKER_01]: Then you got paid taxes Yeah, then you're your mortgage is going to interest only and you think it's smart.
- 1:08:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, where?
- 1:08:38[SPEAKER_01]: The numbers didn't number and I'm hearingly breaking it down and it's really like no wonder why we broke Absolutely.
- 1:08:43[SPEAKER_01]: And because we think this is the route to go and then it's like I thought I'm not an I'm investing I'm like well it definitely would be smarter to not go by a house Going by a couple investment properties or two or three to where I can get some cash flow up enough to where now if I buy my house that
- 1:08:58[SPEAKER_01]: the papers on my house that I live in to where now I'm still going to pay the interest but not at least the cash flow from my investments is paying my mortgage in my interest I'm living rent and mortgage free so you know in a sense it's like that's a way better strategy than you going to now go by home like most of us do and then going to now first of all it's a liability because money going out of your pocket every month not coming in oh you you're paying it to house into the rent okay cool but at the same time
- 1:09:27[SPEAKER_01]: Money going out to a pocket and it's going to end just, why would you go do that when you could set yourself up to create an upcast or to be able to now pay for the house that you live in so sacrifice be disciplined first Yeah, go get an investment first have that cover the paper to mortgage and and and and and now because the
- 1:09:44[SPEAKER_02]: we don't have the ability to delay the gratification.
- 1:09:47[SPEAKER_02]: Like we want it now.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_02]: We struggle for so long, not realizing that you want it now, but now you have it, now you're struggling.
- 1:09:55[SPEAKER_02]: Now you are slave to this thing, opposed to setting it up in a way where you could be at peace and enjoy it.
- 1:10:02[SPEAKER_01]: That's all I was saying for my people that was killing me in the comments, but I'm a drill.
- 1:10:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, again, I said, I'm a stand by my word.
- 1:10:09[SPEAKER_01]: It is financially dumb to me to be able to go by a house as your primary house to live in, right?
- 1:10:16[SPEAKER_01]: First, yeah, I don't think it's smart to do.
- 1:10:19[SPEAKER_01]: And you can do the numbers.
- 1:10:19[SPEAKER_01]: And if you don't come to me with what you think and all this rarer I'm saying, come to me with numbers.
- 1:10:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, come to me with the numbers say how much money have you spent the interest, how much money have you spent in maintenance,
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_01]: how much money to have you spend on grass, how much money to have you spend on the inside of the house at all these years.
- 1:10:34[SPEAKER_01]: Then they say, this mess me up too, I gotta say this too.
- 1:10:37[SPEAKER_01]: I said, I wanna just pay for this thing off.
- 1:10:39[SPEAKER_01]: I said, forget it.
- 1:10:41[SPEAKER_01]: What, just what if I just paid the whole thing off?
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm just freeing clip.
- 1:10:44[SPEAKER_01]: And in my head, I'm thinking about, okay, well, I know if you pay off your primary house, I can be at a bar against it.
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_01]: I get a heat lock.
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_01]: And I can still be a tap in the 80% of it.
- 1:10:52[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, I'm about to play the game now.
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_01]: Then they said, I said, but then what if some happen and then it's me to go and that's me to go and then I can't take care of property taxes or H away fees and all you think, oh yeah, you can if you could take that back.
- 1:11:07[SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:11:09[SPEAKER_01]: I said, you know, hold on, I said, wait a minute, Russ, tell me that don't hit like that's not that can't be real.
- 1:11:15[SPEAKER_01]: Because I never been through with my first time buying a house, so I'm learning.
- 1:11:17[SPEAKER_01]: You know,
- 1:11:18[SPEAKER_01]: Say yeah, you pay him.
- 1:11:19[SPEAKER_01]: I said so I paid me all day.
- 1:11:21[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 1:11:21[SPEAKER_01]: It's supposed to be mine.
- 1:11:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you never owned nothing.
- 1:11:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you see what you did.
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, by the land, you still don't own it.
- 1:11:27[SPEAKER_01]: Bro, this is this stuff getting crazy.
- 1:11:28[SPEAKER_01]: Don't learn this stuff.
- 1:11:29[SPEAKER_01]: I said, okay.
- 1:11:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm cool.
- 1:11:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm good now.
- 1:11:31[SPEAKER_01]: Only right.
- 1:11:31[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna pay nobody.
- 1:11:32[SPEAKER_01]: Not to leave me alone.
- 1:11:33[SPEAKER_01]: No interest.
- 1:11:33[SPEAKER_01]: No, no.
- 1:11:34[SPEAKER_01]: I own my house.
- 1:11:35[SPEAKER_01]: Just to me to go house.
- 1:11:35[SPEAKER_01]: Don't don't call them.
- 1:11:36[SPEAKER_01]: You don't take none.
- 1:11:37[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no, you still got to pay private taxes.
- 1:11:39[SPEAKER_01]: I paid this.
- 1:11:39[SPEAKER_01]: I got to get it.
- 1:11:40[SPEAKER_01]: What if I don't pay that?
- 1:11:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's the only, that's probably the amount.
- 1:11:44[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no.
- 1:11:44[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 1:11:44[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, yo, this is scam.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:11:47[SPEAKER_01]: This is scam, bro.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_01]: I just scam.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yo, this is scam, bro.
- 1:11:50[SPEAKER_02]: They think about how many people have lost their homes, do land bank.
- 1:11:53[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_02]: Dude, just owning a little bit of taxes.
- 1:11:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, man.
- 1:11:57[SPEAKER_02]: What ain't your way for you?
- 1:11:58[SPEAKER_02]: And if you don't respond in a certain amount of time, it's done.
- 1:12:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that stuff put me through a loop.
- 1:12:05[SPEAKER_01]: I was in the, I was at home pissed, I was home mad.
- 1:12:08[SPEAKER_01]: I remember how big of a house I'm mad.
- 1:12:09[SPEAKER_01]: Because I'm like, this is crazy.
- 1:12:11[SPEAKER_01]: This is like, bro, this is what, and I think I keep thinking going back to the average person.
- 1:12:15[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody be like, yeah, you got it.
- 1:12:16[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I kind of just cool.
- 1:12:17[SPEAKER_01]: I'm talking about the average person, though.
- 1:12:18[SPEAKER_01]: They don't die like that.
- 1:12:20[SPEAKER_01]: They can fall off on hard time.
- 1:12:21[SPEAKER_01]: They don't have million-dollar businesses to what they can fall on.
- 1:12:24[SPEAKER_01]: They might get older and break a leg.
- 1:12:25[SPEAKER_01]: They can't work no more.
- 1:12:26[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, they only house, I'll write you.
- 1:12:28[SPEAKER_01]: Tell me like to you to take it back.
- 1:12:29[SPEAKER_01]: That stuff is crazy to me.
- 1:12:30[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, if you know I position yourself right, you're gonna be in a bad predicament.
- 1:12:34[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 1:12:36[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, I'm just mad about that stuff, man.
- 1:12:38[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, that's why I say what I said because it just don't make sense to me, man.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_01]: No, I love it.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_01]: I love it.
- 1:12:43[SPEAKER_02]: Which one piece of advice you'd give to your younger self before you made your first million?
- 1:12:49[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I'll say, all the number one thing that probably changed my life, man.
- 1:12:54[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't learn how to leverage debt, you'll always be working with somebody that do.
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_01]: And that just means men all the things we see out in your life, you're going to trade your time for money, or you're going to be the person that owns the thing.
- 1:13:06[SPEAKER_01]: Business restaurant investment whatever kid may be and hire people who work for you while you leverage that Everybody scared of that and all these different things your grandma mama told you maybe Don't don't use that credit kind of debt, but it's like okay with my don't I'm working for somebody that do because all people that do only business investments or leverage in debt They only told tales of like that people that work from at the bottom of the total poll Trayney time for money work for them in the person who sit in the home 12 and they told you they family is leverage in debt So I
- 1:13:32[SPEAKER_01]: me understand that model really helped me in my like my business.
- 1:13:35[SPEAKER_01]: So I would think if somebody can learn that skills that early enough to learn how to learn how to use good debt and I bad that It could frame them to be at a start building something big faster.
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because they have access to opportunity So those are one of the things I'll live by and I want to push out to the world to.
- 1:13:49[SPEAKER_02]: I love it.
- 1:13:50[SPEAKER_02]: I love it When I say rich or funding, what is it?
- 1:13:55[SPEAKER_02]: What is that?
- 1:13:55[SPEAKER_02]: What is that truly make me to?
- 1:13:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah rich or funded mean to me is like I literally built my whole entire empire
- 1:14:01[SPEAKER_01]: Now eight figures later 10 million out later off leverage in funding.
- 1:14:06[SPEAKER_01]: So I truly myself got rich off leverage my funding So that motto is just a reflection of my life of what I've been able to build and what I've been able to do It was because of funding and then my product was funding I got access to funding and used it and Learn funding to get into the entrepreneurship round of things so like it literally captivated my whole
- 1:14:27[SPEAKER_01]: push into this entrepreneurs based in brands.
- 1:14:29[SPEAKER_01]: So that's my thing right there, man.
- 1:14:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I got to get that funding.
- 1:14:32[SPEAKER_02]: I love it.
- 1:14:34[SPEAKER_02]: It is there is there anything I did not ask you or any gym that you want to leave without order is that, you know, maybe I didn't ask you something or a gym that you want to leave.
- 1:14:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, just now a lot of people have been coming to me for the marketing tactics and digital marketing tactics.
- 1:14:50[SPEAKER_01]: So now I'm helping people in the digital marketing space and one of the key leverage you already know models was What's people on note that I'm probably doing right now my community model with my challenge model with my high-tech model is lethal Me getting my framework that put people in good position to be able to make a lot of money digitally online and I'll give it to you a little bit of The whole framework is people join my community
- 1:15:17[SPEAKER_01]: They're paying me to be the pay me first, but then they're paying me also, then I give them a free ticket and to my Friday Virtual campaign So now I'm getting thousands of people to pay me real current and then I'm also getting hundreds and thousands of people into my Virtual Friday challenge, so they're paying me to be in my challenge versus everybody else on the end is get uh
- 1:15:42[SPEAKER_01]: Well, they're paying me reoccurring, as I'm going to say, to be able to be in my challenge to then, I can be able to buy them another offer and solve another problem at a high level at a high figure.
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_01]: So now, I'm getting paid to host challenges, and then when I host a challenge, I make another big round money.
- 1:15:55[SPEAKER_01]: So my motto, what I've been able to build in their framework has been really putting people's businesses on fire because they've been able to replicate and be able to use that framework.
- 1:16:03[SPEAKER_01]: And it's just like,
- 1:16:04[SPEAKER_01]: Learning digital game and putting some type of digital model into your business really can change the way your business is and put a reoccurring your business to be able to now really build the business to be able to have a grow and reach consistent high figure months.
- 1:16:18[SPEAKER_01]: And just I want to help a lot more people be able to learn that game at high level.
- 1:16:22[SPEAKER_01]: Now, the things that I've been able to build and do, I love that when I see it put in today business, they see the difference and the things I've been able to build and help them with.
- 1:16:29[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm leaning towards that real heavy and nothing.
- 1:16:33[SPEAKER_01]: Another thing that I got told that I've been doing too is I'm actually a linder now I'm learning the money game at a high level now I asked so the last play that I'll leave them with that just was so dope to me I lended out half a million dollars
- 1:16:48[SPEAKER_01]: And I was so scared at first, and one of my partners was telling me like, nah, what would you do this all the time?
- 1:16:52[SPEAKER_01]: This is how you make money, move like you can invest money.
- 1:16:54[SPEAKER_01]: You need to lend money, you need to do that.
- 1:16:55[SPEAKER_01]: You just make, make your money, move to make my money.
- 1:16:58[SPEAKER_01]: And this is the coolest concept because I never understood this and never knew that I could be the person I can do this.
- 1:17:03[SPEAKER_01]: Always thought you got to be this big company to be the lend money and be the make my own money.
- 1:17:07[SPEAKER_01]: So you position me to where I do now, I'm an ass.
- 1:17:12[SPEAKER_01]: That's it based lenders, sorry, I was going to tell you.
- 1:17:14[SPEAKER_01]: That's that based lenders.
- 1:17:16[SPEAKER_01]: So I mean, based off the asset, I can lend money now.
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_01]: So I lend it out half a million dollars.
- 1:17:20[SPEAKER_01]: It's one of my first deals doing it.
- 1:17:22[SPEAKER_01]: You know, promissery note, first lean hold on them, insurance stuff like that, right?
- 1:17:27[SPEAKER_01]: To where I'm lending out half a million dollars for asset, the asset, of course, you got to eat valuable to deal properly to make sure it's good.
- 1:17:33[SPEAKER_01]: But the asset is protected by me being the first lean holder, so I get paid back regardless.
- 1:17:38[SPEAKER_01]: first and then if they succeed I charge 10% of my money so now I get paid every single month I believe like $4,000 a month by doing absolutely nothing.
- 1:17:52[SPEAKER_01]: I don't trade my time over this is my money work for me to make me money passively.
- 1:17:55[SPEAKER_01]: I think and then I make so I borrowed I have me now I make $4,000 a month and I do a term to where You can't give it back quicker than six months, but you don't keep it longer than 12 months I give it six to 12 months range to be able to do whatever you need to do be able to do to your property So it's very good like I see why people who have a lot of money make more money faster now because there is no losing
- 1:18:17[SPEAKER_01]: if got to be, I don't want this to happen to the person, they fought, they do anything bad, anything go wrong.
- 1:18:23[SPEAKER_01]: I know the numbers of the asset, the asset is going to be worth 899,000.
- 1:18:26[SPEAKER_01]: I own 899,000 people's asset, now the asset can't get up and walk away.
- 1:18:32[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 1:18:33[SPEAKER_01]: So now it's worth what it's worth, and it's going to be worth it's worth.
- 1:18:36[SPEAKER_01]: So like,
- 1:18:37[SPEAKER_01]: I don't, I can't, I almost can't lose.
- 1:18:39[SPEAKER_01]: We're putting all this money into a placement so I can smartly make money off my money when I'm doing a work.
- 1:18:44[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm learning all these things.
- 1:18:46[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, bro, this stuff is going to get crazy.
- 1:18:49[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 1:18:50[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, I didn't even know that there was a model and it's so simple.
- 1:18:53[SPEAKER_01]: I did it in 72 hours of me knowing somebody told me how to do it.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_01]: I did it 72 hours later, which paperwork turned into real quick, and it was done.
- 1:19:02[SPEAKER_01]: Bam, shipped the money, got my first payment, really current money, every single month from it, and it's like opening people mindsets to different models of the way that we can be to use our money to be to make money, and the coming up lender, bro, to people that got assets.
- 1:19:16[SPEAKER_01]: That was not the cool concept that I'm getting into now, that I'm just finding out different models to make money now.
- 1:19:20[SPEAKER_01]: It's crazy.
- 1:19:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:19:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
- 1:19:44[SPEAKER_01]: receipts or what I'm doing.
- 1:19:47[SPEAKER_01]: I post real receipts or all the things that I'm saying.
- 1:19:49[SPEAKER_01]: I'm doing so you better see how I'm doing You can see all my failures.
