We're all a buzz about The Fly (Peculiar Movie Club)
Welcome to the Peculiar Movie Club, a bonus podcast linked to our main show the Peculiar Book Club through common themes in media. This week, in honor of the book Humans: a Monstrous History, we are reviewing the classic monster movie from 1986 The Fly.
Join Davey Berris and Darren Cross as they take a deep dive into this body horror classic. We'll discuss the themes of obsession, the effects of terminal diseases on people and their relationships, and the Goldblum-iness of the movie.
