SPEAKER_00: Khulindaf Kufta Zayn, and we're gonna start five lines from the top of Kufta Zayn Amin Aleph, where we left off yesterday with the words Vilifrach.
• 0:08
SPEAKER_00: So we're in the middle, a little bit in the middle of the Khajbin, but in a separate schlaf of the Khajbin, and the bulk uh crux that we did yesterday.
• 0:15
SPEAKER_00: But long story short, bottom line, what we need for right now is that Isi ben yehudam in a kabahimer yesterday ended up being a mahatzad back and forth, three-way.
• 0:23
SPEAKER_00: There was claim, there was Humits Betesach, and there was Arlah.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: And it was a three-way uh everything working together.
• 0:31
SPEAKER_00: But the question was, we were learning what were what was the limud?
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: We were learning from there, from a combination of all that in a Kawakimer, that Basar al-Khalab is Asurbain Bachila Bin Bahanah.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_00: That was the the Ikr Limud.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: But the Gemar asks now, uh picking up five lines from the top because it says Anamanal if ilbruk, why don't I have a question on this?
• 0:48
SPEAKER_00: Meaning the third thing that we brought in was kileak karim.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: We asked before why do you need to bring Kileyak Karim?
• 0:52
SPEAKER_00: Why don't you just learn that of a ma'atsah the tzadashava between the first two are lain chamits?
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: And we went back and forth and we showed to strengthen the tzadashaba over here, we needed the third, because if you only had two and it bounced back and forth, all of a sudden you're able to ask a kolduhu, you're not able to uh you're gonna be able to slug it up or you're able to fall off of it, etc.
• 1:08
  SPEAKER_00: That was yesterday's thought.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: But either way, it says the Gemara now that we're working with Kileyak Karim as the third step over here, then Villafrech, why don't I have the following Pircha?
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: Even on that, the male kileak karim, clayim, shekimloy hoisulen shasakosha, never never had a shakhoisher.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_00: Why did it not have a shasakhoshir?
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: Was Asaram uh from day one from anything that grew over here out of this kileakarim, it was 100% asramana right away.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Omar of Ad Bahavarabhabrahama says, and by the way, why is that a pirchha?
• 1:32
SPEAKER_00: It's not a koldehu as we saw yesterday.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: Kaldahu is a new Sheikh is thing that uh as Tadashovah you found, something different between the two.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: This is uh Shasakhoisher specifically by Kileakarim, and Basar Bakhala does not have a Shasakhosher, right?
• 1:44
  SPEAKER_00: It's so it's more of a it's more of a kula.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_00: So maybe it's not as intense because Basar Bakalov it had a Shasakhosher.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_00: Again, it had a Shasakosha because the Basar was Mutar, the Hala was Mutar, you combine them, now it's not Mutra anymore, but it had a Shasakosha.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_00: There was a time that it was uh that it was fine, but Kileak Karim didn't, and therefore the lifetime, killaic and then shakesh, never had a shasakhosha.
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_00: Amravat barabada barab.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: Says from the fact that we didn't ask that, Zoit Samas, that teaches you that kileakaram ikara nesar, that kileakaram actually had a shahsakosha.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_00: How did it have a shasakasha?
• 2:12
SPEAKER_00: The ikaran, the ikar that you planted the seed, that becomes usr itself.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: We were under the impression in the question in the Havamini, the Maksha was under the impression that the seed never becomes Asr.
• 2:21
  SPEAKER_00: What becomes Asr?
• 2:21
  SPEAKER_00: Anything that sprouts.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_00: So what sprouted never had a Shasakarsha because it was born literally, it was Matsmiak Isr from day one.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: The seed, the seed is no shakh, because it's still mutter right now.
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: That was the maksha, but now we're saying no, ikharanesar, the ikr becomes usr as well, and therefore you have something as part of the killa karim over here that once was mutter and now became usr, which is the seed of us and shasakash, and therefore, since the zera over here had a shasakisha.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: So clearly, from the fact that we didn't have that ask that question, shows us that ikara nasar and teaches us salah because shah islain and shaq kashur candomash because there was a khaicha before it took root.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: If someone takes a atz knuckov, which we know is a plant pot that has holes in the bottom, for all intents and purposes, it's considered machobilakarka.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_00: If it has holes in the bottom and you're holding it above ground, as we know, it's an athov and it's getting uh nutrients from the ground because there's holes in the bottom of the pot, even if it's not sitting directly on the ground, it's still getting uh it's being yonic from the ground, and therefore it's considered machobilakarka.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: So hamavir otis no kara.
• 3:26
  SPEAKER_00: So very interesting.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: What if you walk through a vineyard holding a plant pot in your hands that has holes in the bottom and you're holding it uh and it has wheat planted in it, all of a sudden that's climbed do rice.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: So you're walking through the vineyard, but you're holding something with wheat in it and it has holes in the bottom, all of a sudden it's considered machobar because it's yonik from the ground, and hamavir otis no kabakarim ima is a msayim if it was miceive a 200th, if it grew, this oxishane knockoff, it grew this otsits nakav, sorry, it grew one two hundredth, that little bit of a shear just from uh the yanika that it was getting from the ground, then it's gonna be usur, then the whole thing becomes usar.
• 4:00
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 4:00
  unknown: You're holding it?
• 4:01
  SPEAKER_00: You're holding it.
• 4:02
unknown: So how does it get any anika?
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: Because that's a khidish of atsitz nakav.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_00: If it has holes in the bottom, it doesn't matter their space.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: It gets the nutrients, it gets the nutrients, it goes straight up into the into the thing.
• 4:12
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: But either way, so in my summit, if it grew at 200, then then it's gonna be usar.
• 4:18
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: The question is that only if it was mice of at 200, now it becomes usar.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_00: But if it didn't, then it's not gonna become usar, meaning what the original Ikar is not users.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_00: How are you telling me ikarin Nessar?
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: And now we look at it Hysan and Shazakai sure, it's not true.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_00: According to what we just said, says it says tree koiksibi.
• 4:37
  SPEAKER_00: You're right, it depends.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_00: It depends on the situation.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: And there's gonna be two different situations by Kelea Karam, and depending on that situation is gonna be whether the Ikarin becomes Usir or not.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: And it's based off two different psukim, tre khoiksibi.
• 4:49
SPEAKER_00: Save the Posik says Pentiktash Hamalaya, and we had this yesterday, right?
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: Whether the what grew, Hamalaya is whatever grows.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: So pentikdash amaleya becomes kadosh, not in the kadusha sense that you that you're familiar with, but kedusha, pentikdash becomes kadosh separated, that now it's usr, right?
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: It's like a kadesha separated, and it could be the opposite.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: So pentikdash hamalaya, so what grew now becomes asir.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: So Viksiv in the Pasagosa says hasera.
• 5:13
  SPEAKER_00: So okay, tsad.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: So when does the zera become asr?
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: And when only what melea, what grew becomes asr?
• 5:19
SPEAKER_00: Where do you draw the line?
• 5:20
SPEAKER_00: In one case we have the zera itself becoming asar, and in one case, only what grew further from this becomes Asir.
• 5:26
  SPEAKER_00: So okay, it's sad.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: Zaru may kara, if you have this climb that was originally planted together, then bash rasha, then it becomes asar, right away by ashrasha, everything becomes asar.
• 5:34
  SPEAKER_00: Zaruoba.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: If they were planted separately and then they uh kind of grew, continued growing together, like you brought this out to Tsnaqov later on into the field, then hoisapin, like I said, if it was my sevana, yeah.
• 5:46
SPEAKER_00: If it was not my sefin, no, and that's why there's not a Kash.
• 6:04
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_00: Shnabazabask says, that's by Trefa, Kiam Kodash.
• 6:10
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry, that's uh that's by that's by Basabahal.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_00: Kyam Khadashemalekha Binamala says by Trefa, Naan Shadesh Tun Lee, the Ham Shakespeare Treval as Zech, as we know, and therefore Maladan Assubakila Mutbah, just like a Trefa is Asabachila, but it's Mutterbahana.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: So from the Kzerosh, Kaidash Kaidash, we learn of Kana Asubakila Mutbahana Zuck to Rib Shimon.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_00: There's another sheetah out there of Rib Shimin.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: That Basabakhalov is actually Mutrbahana.
• 6:34
SPEAKER_00: It's learned out of a Gzervashab from Trefa, that's also Mutterbahnah.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: Kaidish Kaidesh, and therefore, Masni Sindalaki Tana.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: Our Mishnah is clearly not like that Tanah.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_00: It was Rib Shiman Minihuda that was quoting Rib Shimin that said it's Mutrbahana, because our Mishnah clearly was of the opinion that Bas of Bahala is Asr Bahana, and with that we continue.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: That's the end of the Akhajban.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gamar.
• 6:53
  SPEAKER_00: Quoting the Mishnah.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_00: Ribekiba Aimer, Chaya V'oif, the Hulu.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: So we had a Machikas.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: Whether Chaya V'if and Bahama Tmeya are different things are are uh included in the Isra of Basar Bahala.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: So you take a Chayah, it's not a Bahama, but a Chaya, and you uh is that is that gonna be Bas of Bahala if you take the meat from a Hayah and put it together with Khala, cook it together with Khala?
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: What about uh oif, a bird?
• 7:14
  SPEAKER_00: What about a behamathmeya?
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: So Rabakiva Rabakiva said the chaiyah used the specifically La Savasha Ghibba Khalevimah.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: That was the topic over there.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: What did the Tanam do with the three times mentioned of La Sabasha Ghadiba Khalevima?
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: So Bakiva used the three times that we said Lay Sabasha Gadiba Khalevimah to teach you that a chaya, an oif, and a bahematmeya are not included in Masabal.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna be included in Masabahal.
• 7:37
  SPEAKER_00: That was Rabakiva.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: And to ask what we need, we learnt, and this was Kafit Gimel and learned together, so Shabbos is daff, or Friday's Daf, that uh that Shmuel used those three times for something completely different.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel used the three times that we said La Savash Ghabbi Khalilbimah to teach you.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_00: There were two Lishanis, there was a Iba Isema and Shmuel, but the first one taught you that Liraba Shlil, even a shlil, which was like a fetus, that also has the issir of uh to be khalibemah.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_00: One is Limayute uh Behematmeah, that's what Shmuel, and then Iba Isema within Shmuel was that uh was to teach you that there's the Isr Basar Bahalov on Khalev and also on a naveelah, and the whole Kamash Mal there was that um Isr is Khalal Isr.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_00: That there is a there is a uh the khamashmal and the khiddish was that isr is khalalisr, and that's why you're gonna have the isr of basir bakalov even by chalev, which is already asser, and even by a naval, which is already yasr.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: So those are two different lashennas of shmu'ah, and that he learned from the three mentions of La Sunash Ghaliba Khalilima.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: So we just had a bakiva.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: Bakiva again, he used the three times Laisabash Ghadibba Khalimah to teach you something else completely.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: That a chayah, an oif, and a bah tmayah are not included in Basir Bakalov.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: Rabbi Kiva uses that to learn about a chayyah oif and a behamath maya.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: We already use those three mentions for what shmua taught us, like we just went through.
• 8:56
SPEAKER_00: Now you're gonna ask me, usually, if you have something atana said versus something shmua said and a ma'a, you would ask on shmua the amarah.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_00: But over here we're trying to make Rabakiva work in Shmua.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_00: That's uh the Gemara for some reason.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_00: And says the Gemara, how is Rabi where where is Rabakiva learning these things?
• 9:10
SPEAKER_00: Didn't we use them for Shmuel?
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: I guess maybe we're trying just trying to make Rabakiba work with the Shmuel, but Hafkinu, Hani, Howafkinu Shmuel, we already used them for something shmuel said.
• 9:19
SPEAKER_00: So why how is Rabakiva learning it from these things?
• 9:22
SPEAKER_00: So answers the Gemara, okay, sub Rabakiva.
• 9:24
  SPEAKER_00: Rabakiva holds Isr Khalalisser.
• 9:26
SPEAKER_00: Rebekiva holds in the first place that Isr is halalisser, and therefore you don't need a whole Kamash one, you don't need to learn it from a possible to teach me that specifically by these things, Khainlev that's already yasser, and the Vela that's already yasser.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_00: You don't need to teach me that Basar Bahalev applies.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: You don't need a Pasik for that.
• 9:39
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 9:39
SPEAKER_00: Because Rabakiva holds by default.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_00: Isr is halalisser, and therefore you don't need a pasik.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: It's it's pasha, it's dovrpasha, then of course Basir Bahalav is gonna apply.
• 9:46
  SPEAKER_00: I Isr Hal, they're both Asser.
• 9:48
  SPEAKER_00: Isr is always halalisr.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: And also there was a Ibay sama of Shmu, remember?
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: So Khailev, and therefore sorry, so since Isr Halalisser, Kheleb Masal is your car, it doesn't even need a pasik.
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: And schlil, and that was another Ibaisema in Shmuel.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_00: So Schlil, the feet is Gdima Alihu.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: Ribakivu just holds it's a regular Ghidi, and therefore it's including the possible.
• 10:07
SPEAKER_00: You don't need an extra lima for that.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_00: And I to luhu kulu.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: So therefore I have three extra mentions of it.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_00: It's ripe for drushes, and that's why Rabakiva learned what he did.
• 10:18
  SPEAKER_00: Pratchaiah, the bahematmay.
• 10:21
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to exclude a haiya and a bahematma.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_00: Those are not included in the isadara of Basar Vikal.
• 10:28
  SPEAKER_00: Says Digimaraviter.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_00: And this was Rabiasia Glili Shita, who argued on Rabakiva.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: And Rabyesia Glili specifically learnt from the words Bachalev imai.
• 10:41
SPEAKER_00: And Rabakiv basically darts from the following.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: Anything that has chaleb imai, only a type of animal that has that its mother has milk, it nurses milk from its mother, that is the type of animal that's going to be included in the Isr of Basr Bachalov.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_00: But if it doesn't have chalev imai, then not.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_00: What specifically was Rabiya Seglili excluding?
• 10:57
SPEAKER_00: Basically, If there's no chalev imai by birds, and therefore, since there's no milk by birds, uh Rabbiaseglili excluded an oif from Basr Bachalov.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_00: But what would be the nafkamina between Rubakiva and Rabias Aglili?
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: It would be a what sorry, where would they uh yeah, what would be the nafkamina?
• 11:13
  SPEAKER_00: Would be a Hayah.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: Because Rabia Rabekiva we just saw was Mim'ayat also ahayayah.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: Rabi Seglili would not be Mimayat Ahaya because a Hayah has Khaleyvima, and therefore according to Rabia Seglili, Achayah would very much be included in the Isr of Loy Samash Bakadiwa Khaley Memor.
• 11:26
SPEAKER_00: Whereas Rabkiva said, no, only a Behema.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: Only Behema is included, a hai is not included.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: What are they arguing about?
• 11:35
  SPEAKER_00: Ahaio.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: They're arguing about a haiya or bakiva.
• 11:40
  SPEAKER_00: A behema tomayo.
• 11:41
  SPEAKER_00: That's a good question.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: What would be glitching about behemothamayo?
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: Because it has a lady light, it has a leavey line.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_00: Is that what we said?
• 12:11
  SPEAKER_00: But uh okay, fine.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: So what about what do we need for now?
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: Rabakiva and Rebishmal, the Machaika says Chaya.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_00: And that's what the Gemara is about to work out.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Maika Bainer basically there bakiva.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_00: What's the what's the Nafkumina between her basically and a Makiva?
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, the Nakhkumya, we just spoke out, is a Haya, they're basically some Rachidariza.
• 12:31
  SPEAKER_00: Basically holds a hai's darisa.
• 12:33
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: Because he learns that a Kalev Imai, and a Hayah has Khalevima.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: Rebekiva Sarah Hai draban, and Hai's only Drabana, because he excluded it from one of the mentions of the master giveba khalevi.
• 12:41
  SPEAKER_00: Ibay Sema.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: Another Nafkamina you could say is Oifikimenayu.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, there's uh if you add the word also or af would very much help over here.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: We're not negating the first one.
• 12:51
  SPEAKER_00: Everyone agrees.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_00: Even this Ibay Sema agrees that achaya is iguanayu.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: But now we're saying Ibaisema that also.
• 12:58
SPEAKER_00: You could also say that maybe oif is also a nachkaminu between the two.
• 13:02
  SPEAKER_00: How?
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: Oif on first glance, they both hold is not included in this orbasa.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: Bekeva excluded it from one of the mentions of lesson to be kalevima.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: And basically they said only something that has chalivima.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: Whereas whereas uh does not have chalevimas.
• 13:16
  SPEAKER_00: How are you gonna say it's a it's a nafkamino?
• 13:18
  SPEAKER_00: Like this.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: The gamer spells it out.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_00: That a bikiva subra haiba uifinamanata homidrabanan asir.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_00: Makiva holds that a hai and eif are not midraisa, but they are usar midrabanan.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: Whereas a fila midrabanan namelyasur.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: Basically is gonna say that oif, since I learned that out of chalevima and it doesn't have chalevima, even midrabana is not gonna be usr.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: So it's not that one holds included, not included.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_00: No, they're just arguing on the drabana level.
• 13:41
SPEAKER_00: Remaki holds midrabana, it's uh usr, and it's gonna say no, oif even midrabanan it's not gonna be us.
• 13:46
  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be mutter lachhilah 100%.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_00: So it's the game of price like that as well.
• 13:50
  SPEAKER_00: Brice like what?
• 13:51
SPEAKER_00: A price like that, that is a shieta of Rebeya Sa Glili that would hold that a oif is not included in the Israel Basar of Halov, even with drabana, which basically means what?
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: You can go with the chathilah and cook basr oif with chalov.
• 14:04
SPEAKER_00: No problem, not an issue.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_00: You take bird meat and cook it with milk, not a problem.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: And less stunning a mayah, bimqa' rabalazer in the place of rib lezher, how you curse in ate in lessas' philosoph.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_00: What they used to do on Shabbas, they used to cut trees, they used to cut wood to make coal, to make barzal, to make iron.
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: Specifically, this is talking about making an ezema for me on shabbes, because this is sheet lezir, not what we need out of this, we need the next part.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_00: But long story short, this is a sheet of Ribbelezh that holds that not only is Mila do Ichheshabas, but also Machira Mila is do I shabis.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, to make the Izema, which is one of the Mahsira Mila for uh the Mila, one of the Mahsira Mila, so you could do that on Shabbos.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: You could cut the trees and make the Pamimlases, Barzo to make the bars of the palm, that's Ribalazer.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: And this part, Bim Kaime Shah Ruby Haglili, and Baser Oif the Khalam.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: Where basically was they used to eat Baser If the Hala, because as we just said in the Iba Isema, this is another Nafkumina, and Rebyasia Glili would hold that it's Motor Lachila.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: There's no issue of Baser Bahala, Bichal, not even in the bottom, by Basser If, and therefore they used to eat Baser Oif together with Halov.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_01: So lady eq, sounds like this.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_00: That what we just see, we just saw a real case in the in the place of Rebeca Glili that they used to eat.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: Actually, it was uh Paskin, that's how the people of his uh Sheddle used to actually hold they used to eat Basar Oyf with Hala because they held it wasn't even Usir, even Midrabbana.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: It says Levi ekla the be Yosef Rishbo.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: Levi was once at the house of Yoisiv Rizbah, the Yoisiv uh hunter.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: So naturally, he uh they were gonna bring him out an interesting dish, some exotic bird.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: So Isa Kameh Resha di the Tivsa.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: They brought him this uh the head of a tivsah bird, some type of uh fun bird that Yosef Rijsbah would have.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_00: So but they brought him the Tivsa, the head of the Tivsa Bihalva, with milk together.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_00: So you have Basra O'if together with Khalaf.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_00: Belaiam alamedi didn't say anything.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_00: Kyasuk made Rabbi when he came before Rebbi, Amalai, Rebbi asked him, Am I uh to Shamtinu, why didn't you put him in Khairam?
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: They're serving to Basra Bahala.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_00: What's going on over here?
• 16:33
SPEAKER_00: So Amalay told him, Ase the Rabbiudum Sarah Have because I'll tell you that place where Beira Yosef Rizma was, that's the sh that's the place of uh it's the the Astra of uh Rabbi Saira.
• 16:45
SPEAKER_00: Mamina, and I thought that Darsh look Rabiaisaglili.
• 16:48
SPEAKER_00: I was uh I give them the benefit of the doubt, and I was uh I uh and I thought that maybe they darshan like the Amar Yatza Ufshain the Khali that holds that we exclude Khit uh the Baser Aif because it doesn't have Khalivaim, and therefore as we just saw, he would hold it's not even Asrun the Rabbanan.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_00: So I thought maybe Ruby maybe Rabbi Hudam and Messina, who is the marada Asra over here, goes like Rbyyais, and therefore I didn't say anything, but uh again he just assumed he gave them the benefit of the doubt uh that that's probably what's going on, and that's why he chose not to say anything.
• 17:18
  SPEAKER_00: Says the next Mishnah.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: So we're dealing with uh cheese, making cheese.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_00: How do you make cheese?
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: So, in order to make cheese, fun fact, so it's done, you take an enzyme from one of the stomachs of the animal.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_00: So it's called, I think, specifically the abamesome.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_00: You take an enzyme from the abomasm of the animal, you put it together with your milk, and that chemical process, whatever it does, it starts uh making the cheese.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_00: So you could see how you could run into baser bakhalov issues if you take really part of the bus or part of the stomach, if it's considered part of the stomach, if it's considered a bus, or all of a sudden you have baser bakhalov.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_00: If you take it from a non-kosher animal, all of a sudden you have uh you can't do that, by the way, because by the way, why are we not uh it's one of the it's a good trivia, right?
• 18:04
SPEAKER_00: Why are we not worried about Halavstan?
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: By the way, the Gvinas Akam is an issue, but why isn't Gwinas Akam?
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: Gvinas Akam, as we saw is a machalikis, why it's an issue.
• 18:11
SPEAKER_00: But why isn't it by default an issue because Gvinas Akam comes from Halovakam?
• 18:15
SPEAKER_00: Why is that not uh the case?
• 18:16
  SPEAKER_00: Because Half.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_00: Right, so the question is the answer is because Halovakam is only a shot because maybe it came from a non-kosher animal.
• 18:23
  SPEAKER_00: Cheese! Huh?
• 18:30
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you're right.
• 18:35
  SPEAKER_01: Interesting.
• 18:39
  SPEAKER_01: Right, right.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: So that's that's interesting, like you're saying, because cheese can only come from a kosher animal.
• 18:44
SPEAKER_00: But it could be a trefa, it could be an available, right?
• 18:47
SPEAKER_00: It could be these different things.
• 18:48
SPEAKER_00: And therefore there is still there is still room to so there's no there's no shash of hull of no shash.
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_00: That's a big question, right?
• 18:58
SPEAKER_00: There are all these uh there's a big tumult about uh huh There are all these questions that come up every few years because you have all these animals that like they do some type of procedure to make them like fatter or whatever it was, which considers them a trafa, and then all your to get the gas out.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_00: And that was in Alo Trafus again.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: In Alo Trafus, that specific operation to remove a certain thing is considered a trayface.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: Interesting, but uh even though there's such a right of that that every animal has this procedure because of this, like Mamasha, and it comes out what you're all the hull of is holog trade.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: And it's not a small meat, it's like a majority of these cows.
• 19:51
SPEAKER_00: But either way, either way, um okay, how do we get there?
• 19:55
SPEAKER_00: So again, yeah, ghvinasakum is also because of these other khshashas, and we're gonna go through a few of them now.
• 19:59
SPEAKER_00: But khalevakum is a totally different store.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_00: Halovakum is because we're worried it came from a non-kosher animal.
• 20:04
SPEAKER_00: This does no khshash from the non-kosher animal, that's why we have different kshashas as relates to gvinasakum, but there is a kshash that maybe there's non-kosher meat in here.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: It came from uh from a trefa, nevela, because part of this is to take the bus or take the take apart from the stomach, that is the enzyme that produces the chemical reaction for this cheese.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_00: So you're putting it into the milk, and that's the issue.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_00: First of all, if it's kosher, it could be basar vachala, as we're gonna see in the Mishnah.
• 20:27
SPEAKER_00: If it's not kosher, all of a sudden you have basar trefa, basar nevela in it, and therefore you can have a problem.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: But that's what the Mishnah starts off with.
• 20:33
  SPEAKER_00: Keyvas ivit kacham.
• 20:34
SPEAKER_00: If you have a kevah that came from an ivit kachavim, Michal Navela or Navela.
• 20:40
SPEAKER_00: The Gamar's gonna ask, what is the difference, right?
• 20:41
SPEAKER_00: Navela, why do you have to say Av Khan?
• 20:43
SPEAKER_00: Naturally, a keh that came from an animal that Ayyub Kachavim killed is the Avit Khan doesn't usually do shaitha, and therefore it's naturally a navela as well.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: Because if you kill an animal, shly the shita, that is called a naval.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_00: But either way, harezurah, that's gonna be asker, and the reason is because the chalov that you took out of there is considered the khala that comes from a dead animal, this uh keva savam or shanabelah, it's considered like the busr itself, it's considered like the busr itself, all of a sudden you have busar nava, which is gonna be obviously a problem.
• 21:11
  SPEAKER_00: Hamaimid be'or shelke.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_00: If you make cheese, that's what ma'amid means.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: If you make cheese, the process of making cheese, beor shall keva.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: So again, in order to make cheese, what do you do?
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: You take like part of the many times you take not only the enzyme from this stomach or whatever it came from this thing, but you take the actual busar from that part of the stomach and you take that uh the or the actual skin of it, the actual meat itself, and you put it into the milk to cause this thing.
• 21:35
SPEAKER_00: So I'm in b or shoke over here, Cheros uh the bach takes out, but this is uh a kosher one.
• 21:41
  SPEAKER_00: So you're really taking a kosher.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: This is a problem even by a kosher animal.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: So you took kosher meat from the or shoke, the skin of the keiva.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: You took that kosher meat and you made cheese out of it.
• 21:52
SPEAKER_00: So in yesh be nice and tam, if there's enough of that meat that's gonna be nice and tam and in the milk, then I raise it as source.
• 21:58
  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be awesome.
• 21:58
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 21:59
  SPEAKER_00: It's not not kosher.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: But it's Bas of Vahala.
• 22:01
SPEAKER_00: Now it's Basra Vahala because you took the actual Ur, and even though it was a kosher animal, it's Basir Bakala because it's nice and tough, and it's gonna be us.
• 22:07
  SPEAKER_00: Kshaira Shyankamina Trefa.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: What about a kshairah, a kosher animal that nursed from a trefa?
• 22:14
SPEAKER_00: So we assume that all the milk that it has in itself naturally in its keva was as a result of the milk that it nursed from that trefa, and therefore kevas asur, the keiwah is gonna be usr.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_00: Because we just look at it uh that it really came from the original animal that was a trefa.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: Trefashman and akshera, the other way around, and it's a trefa, but it was joinik from the k sherah, kevas mutaras, the keeva's gonna be mutter.
• 22:34
  unknown: Why?
• 22:35
  SPEAKER_00: Mibnasha kanus memea?
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: Because we look at it as an independent thing that's just kanus bemea, but it really came from the kosher animal originally.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: We're obviously gonna ask a stira between the Resha and the the first part of the Mishnah and the last part of the mission we just said, because the first part of the mission said across the board that a keva comes from a nevela, non-kosher animal, shah Avtikham is completely osur.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: Over here we're saying if it was Yannik from a kosher animal, it's completely mutter.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_00: It's stira, we're gonna ask that soon.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_00: So we started off, this is the first thing in the Mishnah.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: That keyvas Avit Kham shall navelah haresu a sura.
• 23:03
SPEAKER_00: That a keva that came from Avid Khavim or sorry, keva that was an avail the yeah, that came from Avid Kham or Nevela, it's gonna be a ostra.
• 23:09
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, isn't that the same thing?
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: Anything that comes from Avid Kachavim, we're assuming he didn't do shaita, he's not kashrabhita bakhla, and therefore it's obviously naveela.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: You kill an animal, he killed an animal, so that's considered a vela.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: So is that not a navela?
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: Of to keyvah's avit kham lav naveila, it's the same case.
• 23:24
SPEAKER_00: Some Rhunervuna explains ghidim al Avid Kham.
• 23:27
SPEAKER_00: We're not talking about someone who bought uh took a dead animal already from Avid Khami, right?
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: That's of course Navelah we're talking about where he bought a Ghidi from Avit Khami, bought a live animal from Avid Kham, and he did a kosher Jewish khita, no problem.
• 23:38
  SPEAKER_00: Askinnah, that's what we're talking about.
• 23:39
SPEAKER_00: The Hashina, what's the khshash?
• 23:40
SPEAKER_00: Shamayonak mina tree, but the khshash is that the guy owned it, and therefore you have to be khyshish.
• 23:44
SPEAKER_00: That maybe this this ghdi was yonik mina trefah now you're gonna have a problem.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: Is that a khashash that we have?
• 23:51
SPEAKER_00: That maybe this kosher animal was yinik from a trefa.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: Is that a kshash we have?
• 23:55
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, it's not, but I have a Mishnah.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: Why shouldn't you be worried that these eggs come from a Navela or come from a, you know, they or it come from a Trefa, whether it was killed or then the eggs were taken, or they come from a trefa.
• 24:12
SPEAKER_00: We don't have to be worried about Navelas and Trefus by eggs.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_00: So we see this is not something that was yonik from a tree.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: It's not something we generally should be worried about.
• 24:18
SPEAKER_00: So it says, What did we mean?
• 24:23
SPEAKER_00: We're not worried that it might have been yonik mina trefa.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: That already is not so common.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_00: But we're worried that it was yonik from a non-kosher animal, which is more common.
• 24:32
SPEAKER_00: As we know, trefus is uh a little bit, and therefore we don't we're not worried that it was shema yonak mina trefa.
• 24:37
SPEAKER_00: What we meant was we're worried shema yonak mina non-kosher animal, not shrifa do lay khashina, no machine khashina.
• 24:45
  SPEAKER_00: What's the difference?
• 24:49
SPEAKER_00: And that's why we have to be khajh.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: It says if uh non-kosher animals more shia, then a filu gabididonikh, then even by our own animals.
• 24:57
SPEAKER_00: Why is this only when you're buying animals from that you have to be worried about your own herd?
• 25:04
SPEAKER_00: You also have non-kosher animals sometimes around.
• 25:06
SPEAKER_00: So you have donkeys walking around.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_00: Why are we worried that Shaman Yonakminatmea?
• 25:09
SPEAKER_00: That even uh in a regular kosher flock, that it might have uh been Yonik from a non-kosher animal.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_00: So the gmar, I'll tell you why.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_00: And we are we separate ourselves from a non-kosher animal, so you don't necessarily have donkeys walking around your flock, but we we must separate it much more.
• 25:26
SPEAKER_00: So the zinulu, and when we see them together, mafashin, we right away separate them, so like our banner.
• 25:31
SPEAKER_00: So there's no gazer, the rabbana or a kyser because it's really not shiach.
• 25:33
SPEAKER_00: But in a nagayim, the levitiluminayu.
• 25:35
SPEAKER_00: They don't uh separate themselves from non-kosher animals, and therefore everything's together.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: And when they see them, they're not gonna separate them.
• 25:43
SPEAKER_00: By the way, it doesn't only go for donkeys, it goes for uh for navalas and tmeh and and uh no not sorry, we davka said it.
• 25:50
SPEAKER_00: No, so we'll stay with that, the non-kosher animal.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_00: But says the gimmara, mafish lu when the guy sees them together, he's not gonna stop them uh from uh he's not gonna separate anyone, and therefore the rabbana made a gzaira specifically on buying from them, and that is the gzaira of a smol.
• 26:06
  SPEAKER_00: What was the question?
• 26:07
SPEAKER_00: The question was in the Mishnah.
• 26:08
SPEAKER_00: We said that the key that comes from Ayyub Khavim, or if it comes from a neva, says the the question was Hainuhach, it's the same thing, right?
• 26:15
SPEAKER_00: Uh animal that comes from Avit Khamim.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_00: So the first answer was no, you're not buying a dead animal from the guy, you're buying a live animal from the guy.
• 26:21
SPEAKER_00: And the khashash says whether it was Yoinik from a khmeya.
• 26:23
SPEAKER_00: Now we're saying Shmuel and Meshmool answers the question differently.
• 26:25
  SPEAKER_00: Amar Khakatani.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_00: It really meant one thing in the Mishnah, that keevah shitas Avit Khavim Nevailah, that the keywah from Shitas Avit Kham is obviously an Availa.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: It's not if you bought from Avid Khalima Kevah or you took the keh from a vela.
• 26:38
  SPEAKER_00: It's one case.
• 26:39
SPEAKER_00: You bought it from a Avit Khan, which is inherently an Aveela, because if Avit Kham Shahti killed it, that makes it an Aveela, because that's not done a Y De Kash Shhitah says Gmar, Mashmool Hahi.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: Why did why why is Gvinas Akam Asr?
• 27:00
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 27:00
SPEAKER_00: Because the way they make uh cheese, because the way they make grim cheese is this is what shmuel held.
• 27:06
SPEAKER_00: The reason for ghvinas akum is because the way they make the cheese, their mind is in it, in or kevas nevela, in the actual skin, the actual busr of navela, of the cava of the nevela.
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: What does that sound like?
• 27:16
SPEAKER_00: Because they use the r.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_00: Ha keva guha, but the cava itself, these enzymes, whatever comes out, that sharia sounds like that's gonna be mutar.
• 27:22
  SPEAKER_00: So I don't understand.
• 27:23
SPEAKER_00: So shmuel himself, oh that if you take the kewah itself, it's not considered usar as part of the regular animal.
• 27:29
  SPEAKER_00: It's not considered a nevela, it's it's a separate zah.
• 27:32
SPEAKER_00: It's not the or of the animal itself, it's this own separate thing, and therefore you're gonna be able to the keywah itself is gonna be mutter.
• 27:38
SPEAKER_00: Since the gimar like cash is not a kasha, khan kaidim chazar, khan the aha chazara.
• 27:41
  SPEAKER_00: What is before Chazara?
• 27:43
  SPEAKER_00: What is after Chazar?
• 27:44
SPEAKER_00: What are we talking about over here?
• 27:45
SPEAKER_00: So Rashi brings in a Gemarana Zara that there was a whole back and forth uh between Ribishmal and Rabishua.
• 27:52
SPEAKER_00: But long story short, before Chazar, Lifneh Chazara means that before Ribishmal, before Ribishwa was Chaizer to Ribishmal, he held what?
• 28:01
SPEAKER_00: He held that the cave itself has the din of the busr.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_00: And just like the busr is considered available and it's asir, so too the the kevah has the din of the busser and it's gonna be 100% usr.
• 28:11
SPEAKER_00: La Akhar Chazara, after he was Chizar, after Rabishul was Chhazar to Rebishmal, and that back and forth, he now held that it doesn't have the din of the busr and it's its own zach, and it doesn't have the din of the busrenevela, and therefore you have it you have a cash and shmool.
• 28:22
SPEAKER_00: Didn't Shmuel say himself, we made a dialk that Shmool said the aura of the Kava is a problem from a Neveelah.
• 28:27
SPEAKER_00: But the Kava itself is gonna be mutter.
• 28:29
  SPEAKER_00: Didn't Shmuel say that?
• 28:29
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that was La Akhar Chazara.
• 28:31
SPEAKER_00: When did Shmuel say that you're not allowed to buy the khla from the guy because the keiva itself might be a problem?
• 28:35
  SPEAKER_00: That's Lufne Khazara.
• 28:36
SPEAKER_00: Before the Khazar, yeah, we passkin that the before Khazar that we held that the keva itself has the dinabasar, and that would be the difference.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't go about k shirus yankum na trefa, the chulu.
• 28:47
SPEAKER_00: So the part of here is the bahulu, right?
• 28:49
SPEAKER_00: Soon communa trefa, we said it's gonna be a problem, but a trefa shyonkuna khera, and this is the sirah, the first part to the third part of the Mishta we reference, right?
• 28:57
SPEAKER_00: The khshaira that was yonik from the trefa is a problem, and the trefah, that's yonik mina khera, so it's keva.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_00: The keiva of this trefa animal is gonna be okay because the milk really originated from the khera animal that it was yonik from and kanus bim'a.
• 29:14
SPEAKER_00: We look at it like that, big khiddle, etc.
• 29:15
  SPEAKER_00: But what's the question?
• 29:16
SPEAKER_00: The question is well, Katani Risha, didn't we say in the Resha?
• 29:18
SPEAKER_00: Kevas of it kacham shall nevela rezi wasur.
• 29:21
  SPEAKER_00: It's a c it's usr across the board.
• 29:22
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter that it once was yonik from a kshera, it's the keva of a nevela is gonna be usr.
• 29:27
SPEAKER_00: Umar of Khizda Rchizdah says raisha nirika echon availas.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you the difference.
• 29:31
  SPEAKER_00: The difference is one's nevela, one's a trefa.
• 29:33
SPEAKER_00: And therefore the raisha, niri ka eichonvelus.
• 29:35
SPEAKER_00: It looks like you're eating nivelas.
• 29:38
SPEAKER_00: Why does it look like you're eating nevalas?
• 29:39
SPEAKER_00: Because you're taking this keva from uh nevela.
• 29:41
SPEAKER_00: It's a dead animal died on the street.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_00: You're taking this uh where it was shachted by a guy.
• 29:45
SPEAKER_00: The point is that you're taking this, it looks like you're eating a part of a nevela, and that's a problem.
• 29:49
SPEAKER_00: So maybe chazal were more machmir by a nevelah than a trefa.
• 29:53
SPEAKER_00: Because ha by a trefa ekershitah and the other day there was shita.
• 29:57
  SPEAKER_00: What's a trefa?
• 29:57
SPEAKER_00: Trefa just uh is not gonna live out 12 months, but it was killed by a day kosher shita, otherwise it would be an Avela, right?
• 30:02
SPEAKER_00: So this is a trefa.
• 30:03
SPEAKER_00: It was killed by Aade Kashita.
• 30:04
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't look like you're eating from an Avela, it looks like you're eating uh kosher animal that was shachhted, and only the Sheikha knows that it's really a trefa, and therefore, and therefore it's gonna be uh there's no Xera over here, but I'm laying Ravar Rava said, Vilaf koldkinu.
• 30:15
  SPEAKER_00: Isn't it a kolshikane the opposite?
• 30:21
SPEAKER_00: It's an animal that just dies on the street, usually.
• 30:22
  SPEAKER_00: That's nevela.
• 30:23
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it's much more disgusting.
• 30:24
SPEAKER_00: These sharis like keasa, if you allow people to eat its cava, is anyone can actually do it.
• 30:29
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you could take that dead animal's cava, go open it up and take its cava.
• 30:32
SPEAKER_00: No one's gonna do that.
• 30:34
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna ever, no one's ever gonna stumble on this.
• 30:35
SPEAKER_00: No one's ever gonna want to do that.
• 30:36
SPEAKER_00: So Amrit Layan, still you said it's gonna be awesome.
• 30:39
SPEAKER_00: And still hazard geyser, even though it's not anything uh a normal person would ever eat.
• 30:43
SPEAKER_00: So trefa, shutah, trefa, shutah.
• 30:46
SPEAKER_00: That's much more, it looks like a regular shachter animal.
• 30:48
SPEAKER_00: Again, only the shaykh knows the the inside of their cirkus and all these things, but uh it looks like a regular shachatan animal, and therefore the shares uh the mechamina, like kolshikane, if you allow it for sure people are gonna eat from it.
• 30:58
SPEAKER_00: Like koshain, it should be a kosh in the khajdal should be guys over here.
• 31:01
SPEAKER_00: So Ella Amr Ribitzuk, that's where Ribitzuk says in the name of Rabbi Yachanan differently.
• 31:06
SPEAKER_00: Like Hasha, and the Ribbitz, Ella Amr Ribzuk Am Rebechan, like Hasha, Kan Koidim Khazar, Akan Akhar Chazar.
• 31:12
SPEAKER_00: The same exact answer that one is talking about before Rabishua was Khazir to Rabishmal, where before he was Khazar, what do we hold that?
• 31:21
SPEAKER_00: The cava itself is the dinner of the Basr, and that's where it's gonna be 100% usar.
• 31:24
SPEAKER_00: Where do we say that it's gonna be mutter?
• 31:25
SPEAKER_00: That's the akharchar, where we say that the keh is its own thing, and therefore it doesn't have the din of a basir, and that's where it's gonna be okay.
• 31:31
SPEAKER_00: Umzazm'kima, so why did we say one way in the first the the Rish of the Mishnah is Mashmah one way, the sample is mashmah another way, because many times we apply U Mishno isazam kaima, once we said it one way, even in the even if it was a Havamina, Mishno Izazmim Kaima, we're not gonna change it.
• 31:45
  SPEAKER_00: Umrbiachana, Mamidin Bekebas Nivelois.
• 31:55
SPEAKER_00: Well, you can make cheese in the cave that came from available, but you can't make cheese in the cave that came from Avid Kham.
• 31:59
SPEAKER_00: Shit of Avid Kham, what's the difference?
• 32:00
SPEAKER_00: Some of the fun of Shim and Mana'ah came on.
• 32:03
SPEAKER_00: Who are you going like, Kerbalazar?
• 32:04
SPEAKER_00: Is this going Shitas Ribalaz, Amr, Stamak Shabbas Avid is Kam, Avid Khaman?
• 32:07
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, you're not concerned about the fact that it's a Navelah.
• 32:09
SPEAKER_00: So what are you concerned about?
• 32:10
SPEAKER_00: The fact that it's Avaidazara?
• 32:12
SPEAKER_00: Because it came from uh Avid Khachavim, and you're clearly going like a Balazir that holds that Stan Mach Shabbat Saved Khavim is always Ava de Zara.
• 32:19
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, since this came from Avid Khavim, I don't care that it's a Naveelah I care that it came from Avid Avid Khavim, because any thought that he had is for Avidazara.
• 32:26
SPEAKER_00: Now all of a sudden you're dealing with uh Tekrivas Avidazara, you're dealing with uh you're dealing with a terrible issue over here, which is gonna be even Asr Banan.
• 32:34
  SPEAKER_00: That's why it's gonna be Asar.
• 32:34
SPEAKER_00: So when they answered, he answered it back, Valakuman, who else would I be going like?
• 32:37
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, I'm going like a blazer, and that's why Navela is not a problem, but yeah, when you're dealing with Avid Khavim, when it comes from Avid Kham, you have to be hush that really he had a Machavas Kh uh because Sam Mach Shabbos Avad is Kham, La Avadik Kham.
• 32:50
SPEAKER_00: And he send the name Rebekh and Ma'minim Main Bh Kavas Navela, pain the caves khit seven Avid Kham.
• 32:55
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter whether it's in the cave of regular nevelah or if it came from a guy.
• 32:58
  SPEAKER_00: Akum specifically.
• 32:59
SPEAKER_00: Shalai Lakhs do the Ribbelez, we don't have to be worried about Ribalaza, that's a macheb is come la vadazara.
• 33:04
  SPEAKER_00: It's not something we're worried about.
• 33:07
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna use the actual skin of the cave from a vela, of ma'amidin bekavas nave, but the cave itself you can.
• 33:15
SPEAKER_00: And even of come you can, because we're not worried about Rebelezar, but the skin, again, that already would be a Basura Khalav issue, and that's where we will hold it to the city.
