- 0:20Speaker 1: Make yourself comfortable. Take a big, deep breath in through
- 0:25your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.
- 0:35Take another deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe
- 0:42out through your mouth. One last time, deep breath in
- 0:53and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth, and
- 1:00feel a gentle rhythm of your breath. Feel a steady
- 1:05beat of your heart. Take a moment to listen to
- 1:11your heartbeat. Feel a gentle rise and fall of your
- 1:15chest as it moves in time with your heartbeat. Can
- 1:22you feel it? With each beat of your heart, you
- 1:29feel more and more relaxed. Now, imagine that you are
- 1:39standing in front of two enormous wooden gates, and either
- 1:44side of those gates are massive wooden fences. And behind
- 1:50those fences all you can see are the tree tops,
- 1:54very very large treetops now above gates. It's a sign
- 2:00that says the National Animal Park. Wow. You wonder just
- 2:07what kind of animals are behind those trees. It's then
- 2:12you hear a loud creaking noise, and very slowly, the
- 2:17great big gates begin to open. As the big gates
- 2:23open wide, standing inside is a big, bright orange orangu
- 2:28tank with great big grin on his face, and he's
- 2:33wearing safari gear, with big black sunglasses perched on the
- 2:36end of his nose and lots and lots of gold
- 2:42danglar jewelry hanging from around his neck. He also has
- 2:47on a very shiny watch and it flashes in the sunlight.
- 2:53He says hello, and he tells you his name is Derek,
- 2:57and Derek gives you a great, big high five that
- 3:00nearly knocks you over. He's that strong. Derek is your
- 3:05guide here and is there for your every need. He
- 3:09even gives you a walkie talkie so that you can
- 3:13contact him if you need to.
- 3:16Speaker 2: He says, come along now, we don't want to miss anything,
- 3:20not at all.
- 3:22Speaker 1: He leads you to his open roof safari jeep, which
- 3:25looks really kind of cool. He tells you that tonight
- 3:31you will be staying in a big lodge house just
- 3:34beyond the trees, and this is where you're going now
- 3:37to collect any others that may want to come on
- 3:39the safari with you. You ride in the jeep with Derek,
- 3:45and as you reach the end of the trees, you
- 3:48see that the national park opens out across gently rolling plains,
- 3:54and Derek tells you that there are many grassy plains
- 3:56all over the park. There are swamps, and there is
- 4:01even a tropical rainforest too. You think that this place
- 4:08is very beautiful and wonderful. Derek pulls up in front
- 4:13of a very large and amazing lodge, all made out
- 4:17of wood. It's the size of a mansion or even
- 4:23the size of a castle. Standing next to the steps
- 4:30leading up to the lodge are two other children just
- 4:33like you. There is a boy about your age and
- 4:36there is a little girl, but she's a bit older
- 4:38than you. They climb up into the jeep and introduce themselves.
- 4:44The boy is called Michael and the girl is called Jessica.
- 4:49They tell you that they have been looking forward to
- 4:52this day for such a long time now, and they
- 4:55are so happy to be here. Derek, the Oranger tank
- 5:02drives off to the ranger's hut to collect any supplies
- 5:05you may need for your adventure ahead. Oh this is
- 5:08really exciting now. Who knows what animals you may see.
- 5:13There is a rumor that some of the animals can
- 5:16actually talk. How cool would that be. Derek tells the
- 5:23three of you that this is a very special safari
- 5:27part He tells you that none of the animals are
- 5:31dangerous here at all. In fact, they are all very
- 5:36very friendly and you're free to play and stroke with
- 5:39any of them. Well, that's if they want to be struck,
- 5:42that is. As you drive along the grassy plains, you
- 5:47pass by many tribes in colorful dress, all walking along.
- 5:53Some of them are even singing. As they walk along.
- 5:57They smile and wave at you, out to you, wishing
- 6:01you a great day here at the park. Derek tells
- 6:06you that there are many lakes here at the park,
- 6:10and each lake has many different animals and birds.
- 6:13Speaker 2: There.
- 6:14Speaker 1: One of the lakes have large elephants and zebras. There's
- 6:18another lake that while buffalo lives beside with their friends,
- 6:22the wilderbeast. As you drive along in the jeep, you
- 6:27see a giraffe up ahead. He's walking slowly and humming
- 6:32a little songing to himself. He spots the jeep and
- 6:36turns his head to look at you. Good morning, he says, Wow,
- 6:42he is very tall. Have a great day, he says,
- 6:46as he slowly continues along on his walk. You continue
- 6:52on your way with Derek, Michael, and Jessica. You are
- 6:58nearing one of the lakes now, and Derek stops the jeep.
- 7:03He says to be very quiet and to look over
- 7:06the other side of the lake. We see a large
- 7:10shape moving around, and Derek tells you that it's Ernie
- 7:15and that he is an endangered black rhino. Ernie, he
- 7:20tells you, is very very shy and pretty much keeps
- 7:24to himself. Just at that moment, Ernie looks up and
- 7:28sees you. He smiles shyly at you, and then disappears
- 7:32behind some trees. Oh oh well, maybe he will speak
- 7:37to you later. There are many different birds flying above
- 7:43and around him. A lot of them are landing at
- 7:46the lake to take a drink of water and maybe
- 7:49have a bath. It's quite hot here at the park
- 7:52and they probably need to cool down to And you
- 7:57can see very colorful parrots in red and loose and greens.
- 8:01You can see chickens with the big orange beaks. You
- 8:06see cockatoos and cows, gray parrots. You can even see
- 8:11some flamingos wading in the water looking for their dinner.
- 8:17In the distance, you see a misst shrouded rainforest. It
- 8:22kind of looks like the steam coming from the trees.
- 8:27Derek tells you that that is where you will meet
- 8:30baboons and gorillas. He says they're very friendly too though,
- 8:36and if they like you, they may even invite you
- 8:40to have afternoon tea with them. How that would be nice.
- 8:47Derek tells you that while you're here, you really should
- 8:50meet the king of the jungle, who is, of course,
- 8:54a very large lion called Larry. He tells you that
- 8:58Larry loves telling jokes and if you're not careful, he
- 9:03will have your side split in with laughter. Now, Derek
- 9:08brings his jeep to a stop and you all jump
- 9:10out because now it's time for the three of you
- 9:14to explore this wonderful place and meet as many animals
- 9:18as you can. Derek again make sure that the three
- 9:22of you have got your walkie talkies so you can
- 9:24contact him if you need him. He climbs back into
- 9:28his jeep and drives off with all his dangly jewelry
- 9:32glittering in the warm sunshine. So now for a little while,
- 9:39who won't meet the animals, Maybe you can play with them,
- 9:43as it's rumored that elephants really love playing football. And remember,
- 9:49they are all very friendly and most of them can talk,
- 9:53So go and have some fun.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Then the.
- 10:15Speaker 4: Sad think good still good stems.
- 12:46Speaker 2: People.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Now it's time for you to leave this wonderful place
- 13:14with Derek, who has returned with his cheek to take
- 13:18you back to the lodge. After an unforgettable and wonderful day,
- 13:25you head back to the lodge for food and to
- 13:28unwind by a fire on the plane under the star bright,
- 13:32endless night sky. After you've eaten your sumptuous dinner, you
- 13:39begin to feel rather sleepy, so you go outside and
- 13:43sit by the crackling fire. There is a sleeping bag
- 13:48waiting for you with a soft fluffy pillar, because tonight
- 13:53you will be sleeping under the night sky. You climb
- 13:58into your sleeping bag and snuggle down, and the sky
- 14:02is becoming gradually darker. As you lie there, watching the
- 14:08dazzling colors of the sun going down, The beautiful orange
- 14:12and red glow was turning to pink and gray. You
- 14:16watch as the sun begins to set on the horizon
- 14:18and slowly starts to fade. It's very peaceful watching the
- 14:24sky becoming darker. As you gaze up at the sky above,
- 14:31you can see the first stars appear, first one star,
- 14:36then another, and another. See them as they sparkle and shine,
- 14:42shining like tiny diamonds in the sky. As you look
- 14:48at the darkening sky, you can see more and more stars,
- 14:53and you think to yourself, what a wonderful day you've had,
- 14:58How lovely, how lovely and wonderful it was to be
- 15:03with the majestic and beautiful beings.
- 15:05Speaker 2: That they are.
- 15:07Speaker 1: You had so much fun and laughter with them. It
- 15:11truly was a great day. The sky is so clear now,
- 15:17there are no clouds anywhere, just a beautiful, starry night sky.
- 15:24And yet more stars have appeared. Some stars are bright
- 15:28and luminous, others are tiny specks that you can barely see.
- 15:35But you feel so peaceful, so calm, so relaxed. You
- 15:42take your breath in and breathe it gently out, so relaxed,
- 15:49very sleepy now, and you give a big sigh of happiness.
- 15:56But your eyes feel ever so heavy, so heavy that
- 16:01they close all by themselves. But that's okay, because you
- 16:07don't want to open them anyway. You just want to sleep,
- 16:14So sleep, little one, just sleep.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Now.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Imagine that you are in a beautiful, lush, green forest,
- 16:24and this forest has the most amazing trees. Some of
- 16:28them are very tall, some of them are rather short
- 16:32and squat, but the beautiful aroma of them is all
- 16:36around you, and it smells so fresh and so clean,
- 16:44and as you walk along you feel a great sense
- 16:47of peace, almost like you're floating on air, and the
- 16:52weather is just perfect for you. You can hear the
- 16:56birds in the trees and you can hear them singing,
- 16:59and makes you feel very happy. It's then that you
- 17:05notice you are on a little path, so you decide
- 17:08to follow it. You don't know where it will lead,
- 17:12but you decide to go anyway, and after walking for
- 17:18a little while, you find yourself standing in front of
- 17:21a cave. You didn't see it first because there are
- 17:24bushes all around the entrance, but as you got closer
- 17:28you could see the wide open entrance very mysterious. You
- 17:33wonder what inside it, so you decide to explore it
- 17:38and find out. You enter the cave a first, it's
- 17:44a bit dark, but as your eyes are just it
- 17:47becomes a lot clearer and brighter, and you find you
- 17:50can see perfectly well. You wander around the cave. It's
- 17:56really quite big. You see some large rocks dotted around you,
- 18:01and you notice that the roof of the cave is
- 18:04very high. Indeed, in some part of the cave it's
- 18:09actually quite bright, and there seems to be lights on
- 18:12the roof. But when you take a closer look, you
- 18:16realize that it's many crystals embedded in the roof. It
- 18:21looks so pretty, a tiny twinkling fairy lights. So nice.
- 18:29Then you hear a sound that you don't recognize, a
- 18:32kind of squeaky sound. It sounds a little bit sad.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Really.
- 18:38Speaker 1: You look around to see if you can find out
- 18:40what it is. You notice a small bat just hanging
- 18:48from the ceiling, and he's all alone. You can't see
- 18:53any of his friends or any of his family. He
- 18:56looks at you with big, sad bat eyes, so you
- 19:01ask him what's wrong. He tells you that all of
- 19:05his friends and family have flown out for the night
- 19:09and they are out having fun and playing high in
- 19:11the sky. He tells you that he's afraid to fly,
- 19:15and he doesn't really like the dark too much either,
- 19:19But he says all of his friends love the dark
- 19:20and they get to play, but he doesn't. He tells
- 19:24you that he is afraid. You tell him that you
- 19:30will help him to not be afraid. You tell him
- 19:33that you will help him. He smiles at you and
- 19:37says thank you. It's then that he tells you his
- 19:40name is Steve. As you look down, you notice something
- 19:46shining on the floor, so you go over and take
- 19:48a look. You pick it up and you see that
- 19:53it's a very shiny and sparkling crystal, and it's in
- 19:57the shape of a heart. And you hear a whisper
- 20:02coming from this beautiful crystal. You can't began it. The
- 20:07crystal's talking to you. The crystal says, it's very happy
- 20:13that you found it, because it's here to help you
- 20:17and to help Steve. You feel something on your back.
- 20:24The crystal tells you not to be afraid because it's
- 20:27giving you wings, wings so that you can help Steve
- 20:32to fly again. Wow, suddenly you feel beautiful wings on
- 20:38your back. They feel very soft and nice. And just
- 20:42as suddenly, you feel yourself shrinking down and down, and whoa,
- 20:48you've stopped shrinking when you're the same size as Steve.
- 20:51Oh my word, how cool is that? I'm tiny, you
- 20:56say to yourself. Crystal tells you to give it to Steve,
- 21:02because now it's his turn. Steve the bat takes the
- 21:07crystal and it whispers to him about how brave he is,
- 21:12how strong he is, how there is nothing to be
- 21:16afraid of anywhere. It tells him he can do this
- 21:22because he is brave and strong, just like you. And
- 21:27before your eyes, Steve gives you a great big grin
- 21:32and says, come and fly with me. I will be
- 21:35very brave as long as you are with me. How
- 21:40wonderful Steve is becoming brave. So Steve carries to crystal
- 21:47and begins to fly, and he calls for you to
- 21:49go out with him. As he flies out of the cave,
- 21:53and you follow him. You both saw up into the
- 21:56sky very quickly, so much so it takes your breath away.
- 22:01You are flying that fast. Steve gives a big whoop
- 22:05of joy. He is absolutely enjoying himself. He is so
- 22:10brave to face his fears. And you feel a great
- 22:14deal of happiness for him, and you are so glad
- 22:17that you came here today, although you didn't know that
- 22:21this is why you came to help someone who needed you.
- 22:28The moon is high up in the sky and it's
- 22:30glistening like a giant ball just floating there. It looks amazing.
- 22:37You ask Steve if he thinks, does anybody actually live
- 22:41on the Moon? Well, Steve says he hopes so, because
- 22:44he would like to go there one day, and maybe
- 22:47you could go with him.
- 22:48Speaker 2: You love that.
- 22:53Speaker 1: As you fly high in the sky with Steve, you
- 22:56look up at the beautiful night sky and you see
- 23:01thousands of wonderful, bright and shiny stars. You can even
- 23:05see a few shooting stars too, and it's like they're
- 23:09out dancing in the sky just for you, for you
- 23:12and for Steve. You see another flash of light and another.
- 23:17You and Steve laugh out loud. You are both so
- 23:19excited and happy. There are shooting stars everywhere, and you
- 23:25wander to yourself where they are going. Well, maybe they're
- 23:30going far out into space. Maybe there are people on
- 23:34other planets, maybe they can see them too. But for
- 23:39a few moments, just fly high in the sky with Steve.
- 23:45See what you can see, see if there's anybody else
- 23:49out there flying, And maybe Steve might tell you all
- 23:54about his life. Whose family are, who his friends are,
- 23:59maybe goes to bad school?
- 24:01Speaker 2: Who knows?
- 24:02Speaker 1: Just have fun and fly with Steve.
- 25:20Speaker 4: At the dictating to be at the ending of the tact,
- 26:03to get to the.
- 26:10Speaker 2: End, to.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Give and.
- 27:01Speaker 1: You return now to the cave with Steve. What an
- 27:05amazing experience you've just had, and Steve is so very happy.
- 27:11He is filled full of gratitude for you helping him today.
- 27:15He says that because of you, he will never be
- 27:18afraid to fly again. You both enter the cave and
- 27:24you both thank the Beautiful Crystal for all of help,
- 27:28because without it you would never have been able to
- 27:31fly with Steve. Steve says his friends will be coming
- 27:36home soon and he can't wait to tell them all
- 27:39about you and the Beautiful Crystal. But unfortunately it's time
- 27:44for you to return to your own home now. After all,
- 27:48you are feeling very sleepy right now. You have had
- 27:51a very exciting time yourself. Steve looks a little bit
- 27:57sad that you are leaving, but you tell him you
- 28:00will be back again really soon. You tell him that
- 28:03you and he will go on many flights together and
- 28:05see many things with each other. This gives Steve a
- 28:10great big smile of happiness on his face, and this
- 28:14makes you very happy to so you thank him again
- 28:20and watch him fly off so bravely. Now he feels
- 28:24confident again, and you did this for him. You helped
- 28:29him to fly, and remember you can come back here
- 28:34any time you want. For now, though, just take a big,
- 28:40deep breath in through your nose and slowly and gently
- 28:46breathe out through your mouth. Again, breathe in, and slowly
- 28:55and gently breathe out through your mouth. One last time.
- 29:03Speaker 2: Breathe in.
- 29:05Speaker 1: And slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth. And
- 29:12you now find yourself back in your very own bed,
- 29:18feeling so happy and peaceful, but very very tired. And
- 29:23just before you fall asleep, you see Steve's tiny little
- 29:27happy face and he looks so wonderful. Steve the lonely
- 29:34bart is not lonely anymore, and that's because you helped him.
- 29:40You were kind, and you've helped him. So close your
- 29:44eyes and rest now. Now imagine yourself sitting on an
- 29:50old wooden bench in a very beautiful and very big garden.
- 29:56And this garden has a very old brick wall running
- 29:59all all the way round it, and there are flowers
- 30:03growing on some part of the wall, and ivy too,
- 30:06and it really does look very beautiful. But some of
- 30:11the wall you can't see, as there is a wooded
- 30:14area filled with many tall trees. You can feel the
- 30:19warmth of the sun as it touches your skin, and
- 30:23you look up at the beautiful blue color of the
- 30:26sky and you can feel a gentle, cool breeze on
- 30:31your face. You see a few fluffy white clouds slowly
- 30:36floating past, just drifting along with nowhere special to be,
- 30:42just like you at this moment in time, just drifting
- 30:47along with nowhere special to be, but here right now,
- 30:53in this moment. You look over towards the trees and
- 31:00decide to take a look, because it kind of looks
- 31:02like a mini forest. And as you get nearer, you
- 31:06see some very big, beautiful, weeping willow trees and their
- 31:11branches are so long they are almost touching the ground.
- 31:16Their leaves glisten in the sunlight, and they shimmer and
- 31:19shine with beautiful, silvery green color. You walk amongst them,
- 31:25touching their leaves with your fingers and they feel smooth
- 31:29and silky to the touch. And as you look up,
- 31:33you can see the sun shining through the branches, almost
- 31:37making it look as if the tree is moving and
- 31:40swaying in the cool breeze. You can hear the rustling
- 31:45of the leaves, and it's like the tree is speaking
- 31:48to you. We just can't understand the words. Suddenly you
- 31:55hear a voice and you think to yourself, who could
- 31:58that be? Maybe it is the tree talking. You hear
- 32:04the voice again and realize that it's coming from above you,
- 32:08and with astonishment, you realize that the tree is talking
- 32:14to you.
- 32:15Speaker 2: How cool is that?
- 32:18Speaker 1: As you look at the tree, you can see its
- 32:20beautiful face just above you. And the tree has the
- 32:24most amazing face. It has a beautiful big smile and
- 32:29incredible big, soft brown kind eyes. The tree smiles down
- 32:37at you and asks you if you would like to
- 32:40climb up onto one of its branches so you can
- 32:42both have a little chat. Well, that would be good.
- 32:47The tree explains that sometimes he gets lonely even though
- 32:52his brothers and sisters are nearby. The tree tells you
- 32:57that its brothers and sisters can't talk human too, but
- 33:01he can, and they talk to each other with their
- 33:05minds and the swishing of the branches in the wind.
- 33:09But the tree likes to talk to humans, but not
- 33:12many of them come to this special place, so he
- 33:15is really pleased that you've come today. So he climb
- 33:20up on to one of his branches and make yourself comfortable.
- 33:24And begin to listen to the beautiful weeping willow. As
- 33:28he begins to talk, he tells you his name is Benny,
- 33:35and you tell him your name too. Benny tells you
- 33:39that you can ask him any questions you want, and
- 33:42he will always tell you the truth. He says, the
- 33:46trees can only ever tell the truth because that is
- 33:48who they are.
- 33:50Speaker 2: They are truth.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Tell us they stand tall and proud and always stand
- 33:56in their own truth because it's impossible for them not to.
- 34:01Benny asks you if you stand in your truth, the
- 34:05truth of who you are, the truth of what you
- 34:09believe in. He says that sometimes he has noticed that
- 34:14some people say things that they don't really mean, but
- 34:17they say it anyway because they think it will make
- 34:19other people happy, even if it's not what they believe themselves.
- 34:25Benny says that this is not a good thing to do.
- 34:28He says, you must always say what you believe to
- 34:31be the truth, your truth. He says, you should always
- 34:36speak your truth, but to do it with kindness in
- 34:39your heart and in your voice. Benny says that it's
- 34:44okay to have a different opinion from someone else because
- 34:47that is their truth, not yours. Benny then asks you
- 34:54if you would like to sing your truth from the
- 34:56top of his branches without any fear of judgment. Hmmm,
- 35:01you think about it. Mmmm, okay, He says, he's a
- 35:05triolet exercise with and he will help you to sing
- 35:10your truth. So you climb up to Benny's highest branches,
- 35:17feeling very safe and secure as Benny will not let
- 35:21you fall. Benny says to repeat after him.
- 35:29Speaker 2: I use my voice to always speak my truth.
- 35:34Speaker 1: Now you say it out loud from the top of
- 35:36the tree, shout it out.
- 35:38Speaker 2: For all to hear. I use my voice to always
- 35:42speak my truth.
- 35:46Speaker 1: Again, out loud from the top of the tree.
- 35:49Speaker 2: I use my voice to always speak my truth.
- 35:55Speaker 1: One last time, I use.
- 35:58Speaker 2: My voice to always break one truth.
- 36:05Speaker 1: Benny says that now is the time. If there's anything
- 36:08else that you wish to say, be in your own truth.
- 36:12Say your own truth, shout it out now. In fact,
- 36:17Benny suggests you sing it, make a little rhyme of it,
- 36:20and just sing it out loud and allow the truth
- 36:26to fly all the way through you. Be true to
- 36:30you always. Benny says that you were fantastic and he
- 36:37loved how he sang the words out loud. So for
- 36:41a few moments, just sit with Benny and sing out
- 36:45your truth as loud as you can, sing out all
- 36:49of the things you know to be true, and remember,
- 36:56be kind with your truth, but most of the oh,
- 37:01be kind with yourself. You feel so free here, so
- 39:34relaxed and peaceful and calm, and it feels so wonderful
- 39:39to just sit with Benny and chat and sing your
- 39:43truth out loud from the treetops. But now, though, it's
- 39:48time for you to return, So you climb down from
- 39:53Benny's branches, and when you reach the ground, you throw
- 39:56your arms around his trunk and give him a break
- 40:00big hug, and Benny is so happy he slowly moves
- 40:06his lower branches and wraps them around you too, giving
- 40:10you a warm and squishy hug. So you say goodbye
- 40:16to Bennie and tell him you will come back very
- 40:19soon to see him. Maybe next time you can both
- 40:23sing a song together. You wave, and you turn and
- 40:29begin your journey home. And you realize now that you're
- 40:34back in your very own bed, breathing softly and gently,
- 40:41And each time you breathe in, you take in all
- 40:44the good thoughts and positive feelings and you're drifting deeper
- 40:50and deeper into the most wonderful night's sleep ever. So
- 40:55turn over onto your side and snuggle down. Feel so safe,
- 41:01so protected, so loved. And when you wake up in
- 41:07the morning, you will feel completely refreshed, bright and a
- 41:14late and ready to begin the new day ahead. And
- 41:21each night from now on you will sleep better and better,
- 41:27deeper and deeper. But for now, just rest your weary head.
- 41:35Speaker 2: And just sleep night night.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Now, Imagine you're standing on a long sandy beach and
- 41:46you can smell the fresh, clean, salty air and it
- 41:50tickles your nose. It feels warm and nice on your skin.
- 41:57You can hear the sound of seagulls flying above you,
- 42:00rising so high and swooping down all around you. It's
- 42:04like they want you to come and play with them.
- 42:07Can you see them? Can you hear them? As you
- 42:16look around you, you realize that you are on a
- 42:19very private sandy island with tropical trees dotted all over it,
- 42:25and it's very beautiful and you are the only one here.
- 42:30Then suddenly, from behind one of the trees, a very bright,
- 42:35pink pelican comes smiling out at you. He has on
- 42:42a very large, spotted dickeba hmm, and a bright red
- 42:47baseball cap and it's on back to front. But it
- 42:51does look ever so cool though. He comes towards you
- 42:56with a big grin and he tells you that he
- 42:59is your special guide and he looks after your tropical
- 43:03island when you are not there. He tells you that
- 43:07his name is Pete, Pete the Pelican, and here's the
- 43:12ground keeper and your very own personal helper. Wow, you
- 43:18think to yourself, a talking pelican, How cool is that.
- 43:25Peter the Pelican tells you that he is here to
- 43:28help you build anything you want for your island. He
- 43:32says he can even have any animals that you want too.
- 43:37He says that because this is a magical tropical island,
- 43:41all you have to do is wish for it and
- 43:44it appears.
- 43:46Speaker 2: Wow.
- 43:48Speaker 1: Peter Pelican guide you over to a nice spot by
- 43:52the ocean. He thinks that this would be a good
- 43:56place for your cabin, so he tells you to close
- 43:59your eyes and wish for a lovely wouldn't log cabin
- 44:03to be there. So you close your eyes and you wish,
- 44:08you wish really hard. Then he tells you to open
- 44:13your eyes and hey pressed out right before you sits
- 44:17the most wonderful log cabin you have ever seen. It's
- 44:21amazing and it's exactly as you wish for it to be.
- 44:27You really like this island, You really really like this
- 44:31wishing for stuff. Oh you're going to have so much
- 44:35fun here, especially with Pete the Pelican guiding you. You
- 44:42go inside your lovely wooden cabin to see what it's like.
- 44:46Oh my, everything you could ever want in a cabin
- 44:53is inside it. You have a log burner in one corner,
- 44:58hopfull if it gets a bit nippy, and you can
- 45:01see the most amazing bed. And remember it's your bed,
- 45:06so it looks exactly as you would like it to.
- 45:12Is it a big, huge bed with soft fluffy quilt
- 45:17and pillows, or is it a hammer you can sway
- 45:22from side to side on it? Or is it something else?
- 45:27You decide, it's your cabin. Now it's time for you
- 45:33and Pete the Pelican to create your very own tropical
- 45:38island exactly the way you want it to be. You
- 45:44can maybe have lots of animals that talk and want
- 45:47to play with you. You can even have your very
- 45:51own superheroes come to stay. How cool would that be?
- 45:56Maybe you can have some dinosaurs too, friendly ones, of course,
- 46:00the ones that eat vegetation and grass, and not the
- 46:03ones that might eat you. Maybe, when you've finished creating
- 46:09your tropical island, you can go and have a swim
- 46:12with the dolphins, maybe meet some men. Mates. You can't
- 46:17have all of your favorite things here, anything you want,
- 46:24So for just a little while, create your very own
- 46:27tropical island with the help of peat the pelican of course.
- 46:32Oh you're going to have so much fun. So go
- 46:36ahead and create your island.
- 46:38Speaker 2: Now.

- 46:43Anything that makes you feel happy when you think about it,
- 46:47anything at all is yours.

- 50:57what you have accomplished. This help repeat the pelican, of course.
- 51:04But it's getting late now and you are starting to
- 51:07feel quite tired after all your good work creating your island,
- 51:13so you think it's time for you to have a
- 51:14little rest. I think that's a good idea. You go
- 51:19over to your beautiful wooden cabinet, step inside, again. This
- 51:25is a place to let go of all your thoughts,
- 51:28all of your worries. This is the place to let
- 51:33go of anything that may make you sad. It is
- 51:37very safe here, and you will only ever feel happy
- 51:42when you are here. You walk over to your lovely
- 51:47bed and climb on it, and you lie down and
- 51:52get yourself all snugly and cozy, and you turn over
- 51:57on to your side and settle down. You close your
- 52:02eyes and just listen to the sounds of the ocean
- 52:07waves through the open window. Feel your breathing as it
- 52:13begins to slow down, and your chest is just gently
- 52:17rising and falling. And again, you listen to the rhythm
- 52:24of the waves as they gently begin to lull you
- 52:27into a beautiful, RESTful sleep. Just listen to the waves
- 52:34as you go deeper and deeper, drifting into peaceful sleep.
- 52:41You feel so calm, know that your tropical island is
- 52:47always here for you, because on your tropical island you
- 52:52are always safe, you are always loved, and you are
- 52:58always protecting. And when you wake up in the morning,
- 53:04you will feel so refreshed and so very very happy.
- 53:10And you can visit your very own tropical island anytime
- 53:14you wish, and when you come back you can build
- 53:18even more things. You can change it all around if
- 53:22you want to.
- 53:25Speaker 2: But for now, just listen to.
- 53:27Speaker 1: The waves as you gently drift to sleep in your
- 53:33wonderful bed, listening to the beautiful sounds of the ocean.
