- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Let's talk about Apple if we could so. Apple VR
- 1:06Speaker 3: headset will reportedly run hundreds of thousands of iPad apps.
- 1:12Speaker 3: So this is Apple, while anticipate Wiley anticipated virtual reality
- 1:18Speaker 3: headset portally dubbed the Reality Pro. That's a good name.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Reality Pro will also be compatible with apples own iPad
- 1:28Speaker 3: apps and the hundreds of thousands of third party iPad apps.
- 1:34Speaker 3: According to Bloomberg, the headset will reportedly be powered by
- 1:39Speaker 3: an external battery pack, similar in appearance to Apple's iPhone
- 1:46Speaker 3: battery pack. The new headset is expected to launch at
- 1:50Speaker 3: Apple's June ww DC event and will reportedly cost around
- 1:56Speaker 3: three thousand. Every week with something new that we talked
- 1:58Speaker 3: about Apple Last week it was the Apple Savings account.
- 2:02Speaker 3: Now it's the VR headset. And you know, anybody, I'm
- 2:06Speaker 3: a big proponent of virtual reality. I think virtual reality
- 2:09Speaker 3: is going to be changed sports, for sure. I can't
- 2:12Speaker 3: wait for that to be able to sit ring side.
- 2:15Speaker 3: We just came from a box and fight. Be able
- 2:17Speaker 3: to sit ringside. Won't get the same experiences as far
- 2:19Speaker 3: as the networking, but as far as being able to
- 2:22Speaker 3: enjoy lebron firsthand, like you were sitting in Jack Nicholas's seat.
- 2:29Speaker 3: That's an amazing experience. So okay, virtual reality, Apple breaking news,
- 2:35Speaker 3: what's the deal? How do we feel about this?
- 2:37Speaker 4: Amazing and meta? You gotta go back to the drawing board.
- 2:42Speaker 4: Because now with the inclusion of the apps, the app ecosystem,
- 2:47Speaker 4: of course Apple's and luxury brands. For going back to
- 2:50Speaker 4: the top we talked about the top of show price
- 2:52Speaker 4: point is going to be around three thousand bucks. Eventually,
- 2:55Speaker 4: over time they'll get the price point down. But it's
- 2:58Speaker 4: better to start high and work your way low as
- 3:01Speaker 4: a luxury brand than to start low and try and
- 3:03Speaker 4: work your way high. Nobody's going to pay ninety thousand
- 3:05Speaker 4: dollars for a camera because in our minds is perceived
- 3:08Speaker 4: to be a lower value, lower value tiered car. Right,
- 3:13Speaker 4: So now anyone who wanted to create this handset ar
- 3:18Speaker 4: VR space, they're in trumple. Now That's why I keep saying,
- 3:23Speaker 4: like always, please write this lesson down, create the dream
- 3:27Speaker 4: team for who will put you out of business, and
- 3:29Speaker 4: try to do that thing inside of your business. I
- 3:32Speaker 4: know you guys saw the article and people start messaging
- 3:34Speaker 4: me like, hey, chat, GBT can predict the stock market.
- 3:37Speaker 4: I'm like, I hope it does, because it will bring
- 3:39Speaker 4: the value of what I do up tremendously. But I'm
- 3:43Speaker 4: also in real time trying to figure out how can
- 3:46Speaker 4: I use AI and implement it in my brand. So
- 3:51Speaker 4: I can put the prices out faster and let people
- 3:53Speaker 4: have them.
- 3:54Speaker 5: Right.
- 3:56Speaker 4: I don't know what Meta's going to do because they
- 3:58Speaker 4: have not had much interest in desire for their headset,
- 4:01Speaker 4: even though the Quest Pro was pretty amazing. But when
- 4:04Speaker 4: you have thousands of apps in an Apple ecosystem, which
- 4:07Speaker 4: is so key, this is going to be a huge
- 4:10Speaker 4: win for them over the next top of six years.
- 4:12Speaker 4: What do you guys think?
- 4:14Speaker 2: I mean another one, but I think that's the first
- 4:16Speaker 2: thing I think of another one because most people were
- 4:19Speaker 2: thinking wearables, we were thinking about the glasses, and here
- 4:21Speaker 2: we are with the announcement of the Virsu Reality Speed
- 4:26Speaker 2: Reality Pro. I mean, the app thing is incredible. I
- 4:30Speaker 2: think from a healthcare standpoint, it's even more incredible when
- 4:33Speaker 2: you can think about now because the way they're perceiving
- 4:36Speaker 2: it is it's almost a fitness device, right. They didn't
- 4:38Speaker 2: have a fitness device. We were thinking about maybe the
- 4:41Speaker 2: acquire a company like Peloton, but that didn't make sense.
- 4:45Speaker 2: So how can they get into the wearables from a
- 4:47Speaker 2: fitness standpoint? Well, you create virtual reality, and now that
- 4:50Speaker 2: virtual reality can be hooked up to your other health
- 4:53Speaker 2: devices like the Apple Watch, and now you can track fitness.
- 4:56Speaker 2: You can track heart rate, you can track all these things.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Plus you can have them actually doing exercises in real time.
- 5:02Speaker 2: I mean it's brilliant. We're talking about another vertical that
- 5:08Speaker 2: you know they're just going to be in the leading again.
- 5:10Speaker 2: So the first thing is earners. What's up? You ever
- 5:14Speaker 2: walk into a small business and everything just works like
- 5:17Speaker 2: the checkout is fast, the receipts are digital, tipping is
- 5:20Speaker 2: a breeze, and you're out the door before the line
- 5:23Speaker 2: even builds odds are they're using Square. We love supporting
- 5:28Speaker 2: businesses that run on Square because it just feels seamless.

- 6:22Speaker 2: by P and C Bank. A lot of people think
- 6:25Speaker 2: podcasts about work are boring, and sure they definitely can be,
- 6:29Speaker 2: but understanding of professionals routine shows us how they achieve
- 6:32Speaker 2: their success little by little, day after day. It's like
- 6:37Speaker 2: banking with P and C Bank. It might seem boring
- 6:39Speaker 2: to save, plan and make calculated decisions with your bank,
- 6:43Speaker 2: but keeping your money boring is what helps you live
- 6:45Speaker 2: or more happily fulfilled life. P and C Bank Brilliantly

- 7:03Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 7:07Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 7:11Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 7:15Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 7:19Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 7:23Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 7:26Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border

- 7:35Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 7:38Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 7:42Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 7:46Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 7:50Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 7:58Speaker 1: border and family will.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 8:03Speaker 2: Like that, and then the second thing is like, yeah,
- 8:05Speaker 2: the meta quest too, good luck, good luck. I don't
- 8:11Speaker 2: mean the brand loyalty that comes in is associated with
- 8:15Speaker 2: Apple is second to none. The history of products is
- 8:20Speaker 2: second to none. Yeah, I mean it's tough. It's tough
- 8:24Speaker 2: for anybody in the space. When when Apple says that
- 8:26Speaker 2: they're about to come into it. I guess the next
- 8:29Speaker 2: thing is to figure out who do you combined with?
- 8:31Speaker 2: Who do you e merge with? Who you can collaborate
- 8:33Speaker 2: with to compete in this space now.
- 8:37Speaker 4: And sometimes people only want a product or projects from
- 8:41Speaker 4: a certain brand, and it's just one of those things
- 8:44Speaker 4: where like they have such a big I mean, going
- 8:46Speaker 4: back to that multi billion user example with when they
- 8:50Speaker 4: partner with Goldman, it's like, okay, great, and then of
- 8:53Speaker 4: course Robin Hood came out with an ap y product
- 8:56Speaker 4: for four point four percent I think after that. But
- 8:59Speaker 4: it's like, when you have all those customers inside of
- 9:02Speaker 4: the ecosystem already, it's really hard to compete against that.
- 9:07Speaker 4: So I think it's one of those cases where it
- 9:09Speaker 4: took too long for and it's a great business lesson.
- 9:13Speaker 4: You have to get the product right the first time.
- 9:15Speaker 4: Even going back to invest Fest first one, like everyone's like, yeah,
- 9:19Speaker 4: I'm going out. I remember my guy Jared hit me up,
- 9:21Speaker 4: like where you at. I'm like, I'm in the hotel
- 9:24Speaker 4: working on the presentation.
- 9:26Speaker 5: What do you mean?
- 9:27Speaker 4: He's like why. I'm like, if I don't kill this
- 9:29Speaker 4: time on stage, I'll never be back on.
- 9:33Speaker 2: What do you mean?
- 9:34Speaker 4: Like, this is a key test for everyone, like if
- 9:37Speaker 4: you don't over deliver on information plus action, theatrics of
- 9:43Speaker 4: the show and creating a memory because of course I
- 9:47Speaker 4: was maybe one of the lessons on people. But I'm like, no,
- 9:49Speaker 4: they're gonna know this weekend. So and everybody in red
- 9:52Speaker 4: PANDUIN crazy. Then how do I do it again? For
- 9:54Speaker 4: your two?
- 9:55Speaker 2: Meta?
- 9:55Speaker 4: When they initially launched that headset, it wasn't amazing what
- 10:00Speaker 4: you gave Rome for a bunch of competition. And now
- 10:03Speaker 4: you have the biggest player in the game, who puts
- 10:06Speaker 4: out a better version.
- 10:08Speaker 2: What are you going to do? We've seen it happen
- 10:10Speaker 2: a bunch of times and sometimes being first this is
- 10:12Speaker 2: these are the penalties, right, because people get to watch
- 10:15Speaker 2: the space and they say, how can we approve on it? Right? So,
- 10:18Speaker 2: like you said, people will just trust the brand, like
- 10:20Speaker 2: some people will get a fitbit. But then there's other
- 10:22Speaker 2: customer to say, I'll just wait till Apple puts out
- 10:24Speaker 2: a new watch.
- 10:25Speaker 4: Here comes out watch.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Some people will say, hey, I'm going to get a tablet,
- 10:28Speaker 2: well Microsoft hass on, Well, I'll just wait till they
- 10:30Speaker 2: create an iPad yep, right, Well I might get a
- 10:33Speaker 2: virtual reality hasset well, or I could just wait until
- 10:37Speaker 2: Apple makes one. Right. So the people who were at Meta,
- 10:40Speaker 2: they were out with it, Okay, this is what you have,
- 10:44Speaker 2: this is your king, right and uh and here we go,
- 10:48Speaker 2: all right, how do we make a new improve how
- 10:50Speaker 2: we incorporated? How do we add different verticals inside of it?
- 10:53Speaker 2: And that's the massiful at it. They're massiful at it.
- 10:56Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm going to say it again. Apple probably is
- 10:59Speaker 4: the greatest publicly traded company in the history of mankind.
- 11:03Speaker 4: Like I've never seen a company going this run. We're
- 11:05Speaker 4: product after product. It's amazing, this kind of fan like,
- 11:10Speaker 4: zombie like loyalty amongst the fan base. And they are
- 11:15Speaker 4: a luxury brand that most people don't see it as that,
- 11:18Speaker 4: but like every phone's one thousand bucks as product is
- 11:20Speaker 4: three grand. They also have the subscription part in healthcare
- 11:25Speaker 4: is in play, banking is in play. Like they almost
- 11:28Speaker 4: are like a a conglomerate that the people make well played.
- 11:34Speaker 2: I think we take probably out.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Yeah, Apple Apples, Yeah, they all Yeah.
- 11:40Speaker 4: I think anything is like eight percent of the SMP
- 11:42Speaker 4: right now. I don't think that's ever been done in
- 11:45Speaker 4: the history.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Of like indexing, Yeah, check too.
- 11:53Speaker 3: Index is the vibe my graduates from my school being
- 11:59Speaker 3: forced back drop bangs, drop Mike, drop back drop drop earners.
- 12:15Speaker 2: What's going on? Listen, EYLU is relaunching, revamping, retooling. That's right.
- 12:20Speaker 2: We're creating a new educational experience that's more expansive, shoty telling.
- 12:24Speaker 5: We got Yes twenty twenty three. We've got a lot in,
- 12:27Speaker 5: still a lot playing for you guys. So you know
- 12:30Speaker 5: that eylu already includes monthly financial planning calls with Me,
- 12:34Speaker 5: book club calls with Troy, real estate calls with MG
- 12:37Speaker 5: the Mortgage Got access to the Home Buying Blueprint Volume
- 12:41Speaker 5: one and Volume two. Part of the revamp will include
- 12:44Speaker 5: twenty seven local chapters from across the United States, live
- 12:48Speaker 5: interactive teaching, hands on not just pre recorded videos, plus
- 12:52Speaker 5: fifteen brand new curriculums.
- 12:55Speaker 2: The biggest just got bigger.
- 12:57Speaker 4: Head over the eyl university dot com. That's e y
- 13:02Speaker 4: L you n I V E R s I t
