Latest / Brandon Fogal Evolution / #215 - Joe Rogan’s Next Controversial Guest? Why Nick Fuentes Is No Longer Off-Limits
Transcript
- 0:00Shane Gillis and Joe Rogan had a conversation and the name of Nick Fuentes got
- 0:06brought up, got brought up.
- 0:07I'm not even all the way through that entire podcast, but then I see last night
- 0:11that people are posting clips of them discussing Nick Fuentes because Shane
- 0:16Gillis just throws them out there.
- 0:18Is this, are we speaking these things into existence? Are we manifesting our reality?
- 0:24I know a lot of people don't want this reality. I honestly do.
- 0:28I want to see Joe Rogan have Nick Fuentes on and just, just discuss the,
- 0:33the elephant in the room that is Nick Fuentes.
- 0:36I don't agree with everything that he says, but he's certainly entertaining
- 0:40and he's certainly gotten the eyes and the attention of the masses and people
- 0:45are trying to not let him speak.
- 0:48He, he is, he has climbed the mountain and I, I think he deserves,
- 0:52I gotta be careful how I say this, but I think it would be in everyone's best
- 0:56interest if Joe Rogan brought him on and just talked, just air this out.
- 1:00We're going to look at this. This is Joe Rogan and Shane Gillis speaking about yesterday.
- 1:05This is the clip. It's about almost two minutes long, but I'm going to enjoy
- 1:09every second of it, and I hope you do as well.
- 1:11Two for war. You'd think we'd have more presidents, the Catholics. Yeah, they only had one.
- 1:17Biden too. Oh, Biden's Catholic. We got Biden. Allegedly. True.
- 1:21We only got one. He got shot, and then Biden was doing auto sign.
- 1:24It was a good Good one. Yeah.
- 1:26Got anybody in mind? Nick Fuentes? He could probably win in a few years.
- 1:30Hold on, let's talk. Listen, he couldn't have existed before, right?
- 1:3410, 20 years ago, couldn't have existed. Now, super popular.
- 1:38What's 20? Shane Gillis brought him up.
- 1:41And Nick Fuentes, it seems like he's had some beef with Shane Gillis because
- 1:46Shane Gillis, he's a comedian. He's funny.
- 1:48And he's he was certainly not like light on Nick Fuentes.
- 1:52He called him out on a number of things and made him just made fun of him because
- 1:56saying like he's hardcore.
- 1:57Shane Gillis is bringing him up probably because he's he's his homeboy.
- 2:00He's Catholic. Also, he wants a Catholic president.
- 2:04Joe Rogan does not want to touch this. I can tell Joe does not want to touch this.
- 2:08He's and that might be i don't know
- 2:11if this is a little insider knowledge maybe it's just inside my
- 2:13own head but is it because something's under the
- 2:16underneath the table happening are things being worked out that maybe nick can
- 2:21go on there i i'm just floating that out there i think it's actually happening
- 2:26i think it is i might i might just be reading the tea leaves but i think it
- 2:30is but let's hear what joe says years from now look like you know maybe someone
- 2:35like that can win Well, we'll see.
- 2:37I gotta be so bad. We gotta wrap this up anyway. I'm sorry, 418.
- 2:40We got that one at the buzzer. Yeah. Well, listen, I will say this about it.
- 2:46It's fascinating to watch that there's like a whole group of people that feel
- 2:52very unrepresented in the world and especially like young men.
- 2:56And here you got this young guy with a very high verbal IQ.
- 3:00And he also does a lot of shit posting, a lot of talking shit,
- 3:04a lot of trolling. says women shouldn't be allowed to vote. This is wild shit. Wild shit.
- 3:09That one, I'm...
- 3:12I am more, I think that that is actually valid.
- 3:15I, and even though that might not be the most like respectable in our nation,
- 3:19cause we're just, we're, we're told that like this of equal rights with everyone.
- 3:24I get that why we've made that, but I understand it. I think there,
- 3:28and I think this major backlash that Nick has been pushing forward.
- 3:32And a lot of people are that men need to be men, you know?
- 3:36And I think there is, there is reasoning behind it. I don't think it's the most
- 3:41crazy thing, but I think the way that we're fed is that women should have exactly equal rights as men.
- 3:47When we understand men and women have complementary roles, we're not the same, you know?
- 3:53Women's sports and men's sports, there's obviously a difference.
- 3:57And when we try to just make everything equal across the board,
- 4:00we choke on our own just stupidity. And that Piers Morgan thing is like,
- 4:06bro, that was like an expert sparring with someone who thought they were an expert.
- 4:11Sure. Like, they're playing two totally different games. And it's also the thing
- 4:15that people try to get Fuentes on is he's still funny as fuck. It's funny.
- 4:19So that's where you're in a lot of trouble. When he hits him,
- 4:21do you think the Holocaust, you made jokes about the Holocaust, he goes, too soon?
- 4:26Like, dude. And you could see. He's wild. You could see, but you could see Piers
- 4:30going, oh, fuck. Bro, when he was like, me mom died.
- 4:33I was like, holy shit. Bro, he got hit. He got hit with a missile on that one
- 4:37too soon. Too soon, I was like, oh my God.
- 4:40Okay, so I think it's not at all the most...
- 4:45Thing that everybody wants to hear nobody wants to hear this immediately it it when we're just,
- 4:52raised and born in this political correctness that everybody has to say the
- 4:55exact perfect thing what you have been fed your whole freaking life every day
- 4:59and you if you step out of line,
- 5:02that you be slapped and you immediately get thrown back into line i i don't
- 5:07i like i said i do not agree with everything that nick is doing at all i don't
- 5:10i the things that he says i i feel uncomfortable about it and I think that everybody
- 5:16should feel a little bit, but he's.
- 5:18An edgelord. He's testing all the lines. He's pushing all the boundaries.
- 5:22And I think it's so we can almost come back to realignment.
- 5:26I mean, bring it up about the Holocaust and all that. You know,
- 5:28those are the things that like it, nobody wants to go there.
- 5:31Nobody wants to talk about it. And I, I get that I'm, I'm on the other side.
- 5:35I think that, yeah, we, we shouldn't probably, I, I stand more for the Jews
- 5:39in a lot of ways than maybe Nick,
- 5:42his leanings, because what he what he stands for when
- 5:45you bring up the jews when you bring up people of
- 5:48that race that ethnicity i think he's he's he's
- 5:51not seen where where he where he is in
- 5:54the whole thing because he i'm trying to like make boards because i feel like
- 5:58really weird about this because i i am in this kind of like cognitive dissonance
- 6:03where like i'm trying to like understand both sides of the argument and i think
- 6:07that this is very hot water for a lot of people and he he's tested he's tested everyone.
- 6:12He's made it clear where he stands on it, but he's coming from this,
- 6:15that whiteness, this Roman Catholicism is, that is the fundamental view,
- 6:20but it's the, it's just inserting himself in to what the Jews believe.
- 6:24The Jews believe they are the race. They are the ethnicity.
- 6:27They are the national identity that people should have. I think there is wiggle room for both sides.
- 6:33There's four viewpoints. And I, that's why I don't identify with Roman Catholicism.
- 6:38I'm not Catholic and I don't identify with Judaism. I'm not Jewish.
- 6:43I don't, I'm not, I'm not there.
- 6:45But I think that the, the real viewpoint, the good viewpoint is just Christianity
- 6:49in general, the umbrella that we are all equal before God.
- 6:53So I don't agree with Nick in a lot of ways, because he's coming at it from
- 6:57just that viewpoint, that standpoint. And I think that that is what.
- 7:01If we really pressed him, it's just he's he's hammering at the Jews and Israel so much.
- 7:06It's because he thinks that Roman Catholicism has replaced that.
- 7:11It has inserted itself into that and is like the the next level of that.
- 7:17It's not. But Christianity is the one that allows everyone a part of it.
- 7:22You don't you don't have to be singularly a part of one visible manifestation
- 7:27on church of Roman Catholicism, because if you really get down to it,
- 7:31he would say that, you know, Protestants are going to hell.
- 7:34You know, anyone that's not in the church is going to hell. You know,
- 7:36they're not, they're not a part of Christ. And I disagree with that. I disagree with that.
- 7:41So, I mean, I know this bringing up, it's funny to talk, you know,
- 7:45these things that he's just an edgelord about bringing up the Holocaust and
- 7:49saying about it, it can be funny because that is, that is legitimate.
- 7:53Too soon when everybody understands, yeah, we understand, we can talk about things.
- 7:58People are making fun of things the next day now about if
- 8:01something terrible happens because there's dark humor in it
- 8:04i'm not saying it's great and i'm not saying
- 8:07i agree with it but there is propaganda from both sides people don't want to
- 8:13come from the jewish identity side that that is their they have created made
- 8:19it an idol because they don't want something like that to ever happen against
- 8:22so they're using it against everyone and.
- 8:26As you can see, I'm in the middle. I don't, I'm not, and I think anyone that
- 8:29is saying, everything that Nick says is gold and is perfect,
- 8:33they're being fundamentally dishonest.
- 8:35They're not, they're being intellectually stupid and they're just buying into
- 8:39something, which I can call out what he is saying that's wrong and I disagree with.
- 8:44And there's things that I agree with that he is paving the way.
- 8:47He is allowing our society to maybe be shook up so that it can come back into a right alignment,
- 8:54which is men need to lead women have
- 8:57complimentary roles we're all equal before god and
- 9:00women can do amazing things that guys can't do guys can
- 9:03do things that women can't do everybody has distinct roles
- 9:07and when you try to homogenize everybody to to become
- 9:10one thing you lose everybody and you lose everything
- 9:13and i think that that is the biggest thing that we need to keep and
- 9:16if we try i i i lean more
- 9:19towards that you know just that i i agree with like
- 9:21a culture of of white identity and of nationalism
- 9:25i think that of our our the united states
- 9:27it functions better like that but i'm coming at from
- 9:30my own bias i i'm coming at like what white
- 9:33people have created and built it i think it's good and it's great and i think
- 9:39a lot of people have flocked here and now everything's being transformed but
- 9:41i'm coming from that cultural bias that's what i think is good but not everybody
- 9:45agrees with that not everybody sees that same way and if we try to make everybody one thing everywhere.
- 9:51All we are, there's no, there's no ability for diversity.
- 9:56There's no way that people can get along. You know, I think that is where he's, he's so pigeonholed.
- 10:03Nick is very pigeonholed into this Roman Catholic identity and whiteness,
- 10:07you know, white movement that he, that he has, he has made it himself.
- 10:11He has created himself and he's living it out. He's.
- 10:16But I don't think it's truly the best outcome and conclusion of where we should go with all this.
- 10:23But I think it is stirring things up and it's shaking things up.
- 10:27And people need to be aware of that it's happening.
- 10:31Because I struggle with this, like what America is.
- 10:36And you could say like it's white people. And it's not. It's not.
- 10:41It never has been. It never has been. You just have to be white.
- 10:44But I think it is it is what the overall consensus in the culture that the European
- 10:52white people have built is overall generally good.
- 10:56So we don't have to destroy and say it's it's terrible, you know,
- 11:00just to try to make everyone feel better.
- 11:03Let's find whatever the best direction of everything. And if everybody is trying
- 11:06to file in and get into America, there's got to be something that has been at
- 11:11the foundational level, a good thing of what it was built.
- 11:14What it was built on and why people are flocking to get here and they want to be here.
- 11:19You know, I think it's, I think it's stupid how we, we always feel we can't say things.
- 11:25We feel uncomfortable talking about certain areas because we know that it's
- 11:29not, it's not palatable to so many people say what you think.
- 11:34And I think Nick is, he's the pendulum that has swung everything in this direction.
- 11:38I think overall it's, it's a good thing, but if we really follow out his train
- 11:43of thought when he's, he's taken a little bit too far when he's telling people to go home.
- 11:48I think America should be welcoming everyone, but there is a sense that really
- 11:53that the European of whiteness and of, of creating of this, this,
- 11:59this country that we have built is probably the best way that we should keep
- 12:03it with the way that we should run with it, that we should build it going forward.
- 12:08And I think that Nick has tapped into something like that. But when you try
- 12:12to start throwing everyone out and saying that you're not a part of it and you
- 12:15can't be a part of it, then I think you're going against even just the principles
- 12:20and tenets of Christ himself.
- 12:22This is a big umbrella, a big umbrella. But if we don't need to be,
- 12:27I hate the identity politics that is all, and you see everything through that lens.
- 12:33It's not a good way to live. It's not a healthy way to live.
- 12:35But it is swinging everything back.
- 12:38I think overall in the direction, almost to just break, break everything up
- 12:42that needs to be broken up so that we can go forward and thrive as a nation. All right.
- 12:47All right. We'll leave it at that. I hope Joe Rogan does bring Nick on.
- 12:50He needs to, we need to see this and we will, we will learn things.
- 12:55Joe will learn things. I just, I think he's been pushing it all way.
- 12:58He doesn't want to go there.
- 13:00It seems like, but overall I think it would be a good thing for,
- 13:03for his show as well. and because he should not be afraid to bring anyone on.
- 13:08He should talk to whoever is, who people want to hear from.
- 13:12All right, we'll leave it to that. Follow me on X and Instagram at Brandon Fogle. Have a great day.
