- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Never all good in anything in life, right, So, real
- 1:04Speaker 3: estate is something that's very popular, very trendy right now,
- 1:08Speaker 3: and it's very It has this stigma I think of
- 1:11Speaker 3: everybody thinks they're just gonna get rich overnight. Right, and
- 1:13Speaker 3: people don't know it's like any business. You know, when
- 1:16Speaker 3: you go into business without a plan, your destined to field.
- 1:18Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:19Speaker 5: So, if you plan to be a real estate investor,
- 1:21Speaker 5: and as you said, whether you think you're investor or not,
- 1:23Speaker 5: if you're buying a home, you're an investor, but you
- 1:25Speaker 5: don't have a plan in place, then you're gonna aid
- 1:28Speaker 5: probably make mistakes and worst Populca scenario, you're gonna fail. Correct, Right,
- 1:32Speaker 5: So this dudes and don'ts involve right absolutely? Can you
- 1:35Speaker 5: just talk about some dudes and don'ts in the real
- 1:38Speaker 5: estate game.
- 1:38Speaker 6: Yeah, there's tons of them. Right, but if your first
- 1:41Speaker 6: time home by one of the don'ts I tell people
- 1:43Speaker 6: is especially if you're in the application process, you found
- 1:47Speaker 6: the house, you're in contract, don't open their debt, don't
- 1:52Speaker 6: buy your Mercedes bends before you go to closing. Don't
- 1:56Speaker 6: change your jobs. You know, don't do something that would
- 1:59Speaker 6: impact you in a negative way to turn your approval
- 2:03Speaker 6: to a decline. Right, And most people you think is
- 2:06Speaker 6: common sense, right, but common sense is not common Unfortunately.
- 2:10Speaker 4: You're not true.
- 2:11Speaker 7: Most people like they don't realize, Like when you apply
- 2:13Speaker 7: for a card, they do a credit shure, then they
- 2:15Speaker 7: have to put your credit.
- 2:16Speaker 4: That they don't realize. When you go for a car,
- 2:18Speaker 4: they may pull your credit with ten other banks to shop.
- 2:21Speaker 6: Right, see what's the best deal for for the auto
- 2:24Speaker 6: finance company, not for you as the consumer.
- 2:27Speaker 4: Right now, that affects your credit score, and it affects
- 2:29Speaker 4: your credit card brings you down.
- 2:31Speaker 6: I mean, I've had situations where people applied and purchased
- 2:34Speaker 6: Mercedes Benz a week before closing. I've had people who
- 2:37Speaker 6: got cold credit cards just because it was colds box involved.
- 2:42Speaker 4: Say.
- 2:43Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying, Well, I'm like, what are
- 2:45Speaker 6: you doing? You couldn't wait to get the bed sheets
- 2:47Speaker 6: the house yet, so you don't. What I try to
- 2:50Speaker 6: tell people is this, when you're in contract, you don't
- 2:54Speaker 6: own that house just because you're in contract, just because
- 2:56Speaker 6: you have a loan commitment.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Do not get happy.
- 2:59Speaker 6: Do not make any changes that can affect you in
- 3:01Speaker 6: a negative way, because you can get declined just as
- 3:04Speaker 6: quick as you got to prove right, and the underwriters
- 3:07Speaker 6: are always looking for a reason to decline you. So
- 3:10Speaker 6: you have to be squeaky clean. Don't be moving money around.
- 3:13Speaker 6: That's another big thing. Do not move money around. Keep
- 3:16Speaker 6: your money in one account. Stop doing your sou suits
- 3:18Speaker 6: and putting here and doing this and doing that.
- 3:21Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying, don't do it. Don't put
- 3:23Speaker 4: the mattress money in there.
- 3:24Speaker 6: No, like, leave your accounts alone, because now we start
- 3:28Speaker 6: seeing money moving around. That's red flags. Now we have
- 3:31Speaker 6: to document, We have to see where this money is
- 3:33Speaker 6: coming from. If you can't document that money, then we
- 3:36Speaker 6: can't use it, right, and I can blow up your
- 3:37Speaker 6: deal too. So the don'ts is it's just keep still,
- 3:42Speaker 6: you know, keep still, relaxed. You're almost at the closing table,
- 3:46Speaker 6: and when you close, you can do whatever the hell
- 3:48Speaker 6: you want to do.
- 3:49Speaker 4: Right.
- 3:50Speaker 6: Another one of the don'ts I would say for first
- 3:53Speaker 6: time investors right, stop thinking you don't need money. You
- 3:57Speaker 6: need money, right. If you're looking to host sell real estate,
- 4:00Speaker 6: then maybe you don't need money right because you're signing contracts.
- 4:04Speaker 6: But if you're looking to do buy and flips, or
- 4:06Speaker 6: if you're looking to do buy and holds, you're gonna
- 4:08Speaker 6: need capital.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Right.
- 4:09Speaker 6: There's many ways you can get capital. I mean, you
- 4:12Speaker 6: spoke about it at my workshop. You can do self
- 4:14Speaker 6: directed I raise, you can borrow from your four to
- 4:16Speaker 6: one k. You can you can raise capital with a
- 4:19Speaker 6: group of friends. What I'm starting to see right now
- 4:22Speaker 6: is becoming more popular. But people are co owning properties together,
- 4:26Speaker 6: you know, moving into multi family working together. You know
- 4:29Speaker 6: a lot of different cultures co own right.
- 4:31Speaker 3: But can you talk about that collaboration because I'm talking
- 4:34Speaker 3: about collaboration in business absolutely, actually last week's so now,
- 4:37Speaker 3: but collaboration and real estate, yeah, something that is very key,
- 4:42Speaker 3: very important leverage.
- 4:43Speaker 5: Can you just talk about that?
- 4:44Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 4:45Speaker 6: Absolutely, Collaboration is greater than competition. I speak about this often.
- 4:49Speaker 6: That's why we're here right now, because we're collaborating because
- 4:53Speaker 6: it doesn't make sense to compete, and when we all have
- 4:55Speaker 6: something that we could bring to the table. So if
- 4:57Speaker 6: your first time home buying, let's just say your brother
- 5:00Speaker 6: is the first time home buy and you both want
- 5:02Speaker 6: to be in that same area, why go buy two
- 5:03Speaker 6: single families? Why not go buy a four family together,
- 5:06Speaker 6: live on each floor, and now you have two rental
- 5:08Speaker 6: incomes and now you both can probably live for free
- 5:10Speaker 6: or pay minimum together. Now you can split that equity
- 5:14Speaker 6: when it's time to sell or buy each other out.
- 5:16Speaker 6: With real estate investing, you don't need to be one
- 5:19Speaker 6: hundred percent owner. I think that's the biggest misconception that
- 5:22Speaker 6: people think, Like, if you're going to we all can.
- 5:25Speaker 6: We can collaborate and create a business structure, a joint
- 5:29Speaker 6: venture business structure and put our money up and it
- 5:31Speaker 6: doesn't have to be equal, right, as long as it's
- 5:34Speaker 6: equals to one hundred percent at the end of the day,
- 5:36Speaker 6: that's all that matters. You can be eighty percent owner
- 5:39Speaker 6: and we can both have ten percent ownership, right because
- 5:41Speaker 6: we're bringing something to the table, but that would be
- 5:43Speaker 6: our portion of the net rental income or of the
- 5:47Speaker 6: proceeds after sale ten percent eighty percent per to you
- 5:51Speaker 6: because you're bringing the capital, right, But we may be
- 5:53Speaker 6: the operators and you don't know how to operate, right.
- 5:56Speaker 6: So it's all a matter of what do you bring
- 5:58Speaker 6: to the table to collect, elaborate to make yourself valuable
- 6:02Speaker 6: for where someone wants.
- 6:03Speaker 4: To put you included into that business.
- 6:05Speaker 7: And you said something important, you said, coachally, you're not
- 6:08Speaker 7: seeing that happen.
- 6:09Speaker 4: No, it doesn't happens. We have ego.
- 6:11Speaker 7: Yeah, from a client based standpoint, what are you seeing
- 6:14Speaker 7: out there?
- 6:15Speaker 6: Like, why what's holding us back? We hold ourselves back.
- 6:19Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying, like, we want to be
- 6:21Speaker 6: the top shotter, we want to.
- 6:22Speaker 4: Be the midlin. This is minds right.
- 6:24Speaker 6: We have that ego, that mentality, that fucking sense of
- 6:28Speaker 6: entitlement that we deserve everything under the blue sun, which
- 6:32Speaker 6: we do. But if you ain't working hard towards it,
- 6:35Speaker 6: then why you have the sense of entitlement?
- 6:37Speaker 4: For number one? But I don't know why we don't
- 6:40Speaker 4: collaborate more.
- 6:41Speaker 6: It's sad that I see a lot of people in
- 6:44Speaker 6: our community are not collaborating. But also on the flip side,
- 6:48Speaker 6: when I'm starting to notice the trend, especially if you
- 6:51Speaker 6: look at you know, what they call black Twitter or
- 6:52Speaker 6: black social media, You're starting to see the uplifting. You're
- 6:55Speaker 6: starting to see people coming together and starting to do
- 6:57Speaker 6: more together. So I think that cycle it's going to
- 7:00Speaker 6: start getting broke down. From our ownership perspective. I'm starting
- 7:05Speaker 6: to see family members now in our community buying homes together.
- 7:09Speaker 4: You know, living in the homes together.
- 7:10Speaker 6: You know, you don't need, you know, to have a
- 7:13Speaker 6: five thousand square foot home and it's just you and
- 7:15Speaker 6: your girlfriend right now. If you and your girlfriend, the
- 7:18Speaker 6: parents can all move in even if you want to
- 7:21Speaker 6: get the single feeling, right, you know what, we spliting
- 7:23Speaker 6: that mortgage four ways. Now it's more affordable, and now
- 7:25Speaker 6: we're able to save more and invest together.
- 7:28Speaker 7: So I think that, I mean, that's a personal story
- 7:29Speaker 7: for me. Like that literally is my mouml model right now.
- 7:32Speaker 7: Like I own a home with my dad and it's
- 7:35Speaker 7: easier for us because obviously it lessons a burden on me,
- 7:38Speaker 7: but it also puts me in a position there whereas
- 7:41Speaker 7: you know, they're older in age, it's easy for me
- 7:43Speaker 7: to take care of rather than having them grow in
- 7:46Speaker 7: age and having them put them in or having them
- 7:48Speaker 7: go into a home. They're here, I can take care
- 7:50Speaker 7: of them and it works.
- 7:52Speaker 4: No, I think it's I think it's a it's a
- 7:54Speaker 4: perfect situation for you to go on. I know, someone
- 8:00Speaker 4: like myself.
- 8:01Speaker 6: When I've purchased my first home thirteen fourteen years ago,
- 8:05Speaker 6: I didn't want to live with nobody.
- 8:06Speaker 4: You're kidding me. Forgot to hear nobody's going to live
- 8:09Speaker 4: with me?
- 8:09Speaker 6: Right, But now as I've grown older and I've matured,
- 8:12Speaker 6: it's more so, like, you know what, that's the best
- 8:14Speaker 6: way to do it, because people just can't afford to
- 8:18Speaker 6: live on their own no more, and people are struggling.
- 8:20Speaker 6: People are living paycheck to paycheck in New York. If
- 8:23Speaker 6: you're making one hundred k, you're broke. I'm starting to
- 8:26Speaker 6: see a lot more in our community where people are
- 8:28Speaker 6: co on it because people just don't they don't.
- 8:30Speaker 4: Have that the resources.
- 8:32Speaker 6: You know, we qualify people off your gross income, right,
- 8:36Speaker 6: but you live your life off your net income, and
- 8:39Speaker 6: if you make one hundred k gross, that's really like
- 8:41Speaker 6: fifty five sixty thousand.
- 8:42Speaker 4: Netpen on what states, depending on taxes and what state
- 8:46Speaker 4: you're in.
- 8:46Speaker 6: Right, But if you're talking about thirty five forty percent,
- 8:48Speaker 6: if you're making that type of money, I mean, that's
- 8:52Speaker 6: what we're qualify with confie off.
- 8:53Speaker 4: That bigger number. So for me, it's like if you
- 8:56Speaker 4: can barely qualify your app.
- 8:59Speaker 8: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.

- 10:49Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 10:53Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 10:57Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man. Swalen charged with filming
- 11:01Speaker 1: and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just some
- 11:05Speaker 1: of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President Donald J.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States Secretary of
- 11:13Speaker 1: Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border crossings are
- 11:18Speaker 1: at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over one hundred
- 11:21Speaker 1: thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you are here illegally,
- 11:26Speaker 1: your next you will be fined nearly one thousand dollars
- 11:29Speaker 1: a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will never return. But
- 11:33Speaker 1: if you register using our CBP home app and leave now,
- 11:37Speaker 1: you could be allowed to return legally. Do what's right,
- 11:41Speaker 1: leave now. Under President Trump America's laws Border and families will.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 11:49Speaker 4: A max that to income ratio of gross income.
- 11:53Speaker 6: You really can't afford it because they're not taking consideration
- 11:56Speaker 6: your auto assurance, your childcare, those things of that nature
- 12:01Speaker 6: that don't report on your credit reports. So you have
- 12:03Speaker 6: to be smart, is what the message that I'm preaching
- 12:06Speaker 6: the people now is, like, you know, be.
- 12:08Speaker 4: Smart about this decision.
- 12:09Speaker 6: And that's why I preach multifamily and invest in as
- 12:13Speaker 6: a primary residence. First, it's just find a single family
- 12:15Speaker 6: home because you really can't afford it, you know, and
- 12:18Speaker 6: you're a recipe for foreclosure. God forget you get sick,
- 12:22Speaker 6: God foriget you get laid off. Like how are we
- 12:24Speaker 6: going to pick your longage?
- 12:24Speaker 3: And one of the things before before we finish, is
- 12:27Speaker 3: that you had mentioned before off camera that it's important
- 12:30Speaker 3: to have a strategy. Absolutely people like you go from
- 12:33Speaker 3: like two to three to four. Can you just kind
- 12:35Speaker 3: of explain that.
- 12:36Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean, listen, everything is strategy, no matter your
- 12:39Speaker 6: first time, first time home buyer, you bund your second home,
- 12:43Speaker 6: move up home, you got to have a strategy.
- 12:45Speaker 4: Right for tax purposes, you need a tax strategy.
- 12:47Speaker 6: That's why I speak a lot about tax strategy, insurance strategy.
- 12:51Speaker 4: We've had that conversation several times.
- 12:53Speaker 6: So what I try to tell people go down right
- 12:57Speaker 6: four three to one, because if you do it properly,
- 13:01Speaker 6: you will be able to use minimum down pay for
- 13:04Speaker 6: four units four units, three unit, two units.
- 13:07Speaker 3: So the first home should be a four unit home, correct.
- 13:11Speaker 3: Then you move out of that, you get the three
- 13:13Speaker 3: union home. Keep them, you keep them, but you keep
- 13:16Speaker 3: keeping it the whole time.
- 13:17Speaker 4: Keeping.
- 13:18Speaker 5: Then you go from three to two. Yeah, and then
- 13:20Speaker 5: now you can buy your dream home. Now you can
- 13:22Speaker 5: buy your dream all those now other homes that's paying for.
- 13:26Speaker 4: You got to drink about it, right.
- 13:28Speaker 6: You just accumulated probably what's that seven nine, nine doors
- 13:33Speaker 6: in a matter.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Of a couple of years. So if you're making five
- 13:36Speaker 4: hundred dollars.
- 13:37Speaker 6: Profit a door, you know, now your your your single
- 13:40Speaker 6: family dream home is paid for.
- 13:43Speaker 4: It's really your dream home. It's not like this is
- 13:45Speaker 4: what I can afford. It not what I can afford
- 13:47Speaker 4: right now. It's like we sacrifice for the first five
- 13:49Speaker 4: years of our real estate journey, right, and we went multi.
- 13:53Speaker 6: Families and moved our way down and we did it
- 13:55Speaker 6: strategically we're not sitting here buying in the best.
- 13:59Speaker 4: Neighborhood on buying our multis.
- 14:00Speaker 6: We're buying in areas that we can feel comfortable and
- 14:03Speaker 6: safe and and living for a year, and then we're
- 14:05Speaker 6: moving out and moving into a little bit step up
- 14:08Speaker 6: her neighborhood, but going down the units because from an
- 14:10Speaker 6: underwriting perspective, it has to make sense for you moving.
- 14:14Speaker 4: From one multi family to another multi family.
- 14:17Speaker 6: You can't buy a four family and three family on
- 14:20Speaker 6: the same block and say I'm moving from one house
- 14:22Speaker 6: to another, right, That doesn't make it.
- 14:24Speaker 3: So that's a play, like to move to a decent
- 14:26Speaker 3: neighborhood and just keep moving up in neighborhoods, just keep moving.
- 14:28Speaker 5: That's another thing too.
- 14:29Speaker 3: Parents, they're like, I want to move in the best
- 14:31Speaker 3: possible neighborhood right away where my kid is like one
- 14:34Speaker 3: years old because.
- 14:34Speaker 5: I went to school district. But one year is not
- 14:37Speaker 5: going to make that big difference, right.
- 14:38Speaker 4: Not at all. But it's not going to start to five.
- 14:40Speaker 6: Listen, the kid is not going to start the five.
- 14:43Speaker 6: I have a four year old, right, and she is
- 14:44Speaker 6: she'll be five this year. She's going to kindergarten, right,
- 14:47Speaker 6: I asked her every day with your line in school,
- 14:52Speaker 6: and the answer changes every single day, right, like and
- 14:55Speaker 6: then sometimes that I have nothing to do with school,
- 14:58Speaker 6: like okay, maybe right, So you.
- 15:00Speaker 4: Got to really think about it. Why are you going
- 15:01Speaker 4: to go to that best school district?
- 15:03Speaker 6: And the best school district in our areas come with
- 15:06Speaker 6: fifteen twenty.
- 15:07Speaker 4: Thousand in property taxes?
- 15:10Speaker 6: Right and now with the new tax laws, you can
- 15:12Speaker 6: only ride off ten thousand.
- 15:14Speaker 4: You can't ride off the whole amount.
- 15:16Speaker 6: The more so everything has to be strategy and you
- 15:19Speaker 6: have to know your tax laws and you have to
- 15:20Speaker 6: keep up with it.
- 15:21Speaker 4: Right, So why go to that best.
- 15:23Speaker 6: Neighborhood if you really don't need the school district right now,
- 15:26Speaker 6: why don't you go to the okay neighborhood that you're
- 15:28Speaker 6: safe in? Get the multifamily because while your child is growing,
- 15:32Speaker 6: you could be growing too, but in your real estate portfolio.
- 15:35Speaker 6: And now when it's time, maybe I don't even think
- 15:38Speaker 6: kindergarten you need to be in the best school district.
- 15:40Speaker 6: That's just my opinion. Maybe not even until they get
- 15:42Speaker 6: to you known, sixth or seventh grade is when their
- 15:46Speaker 6: brains really start retaining stuff. In my opinion is now
- 15:49Speaker 6: you probably want to go to that best school district
- 15:51Speaker 6: and then by that time you probably accumulated you know,
- 15:54Speaker 6: three four assets that now can help pay for them.
- 15:57Speaker 3: It's the same like with people in private school time.
- 16:00Speaker 3: People will send their private kids at private school in
- 16:02Speaker 3: like middle school because they only.
- 16:04Speaker 5: Pay the price of private school in second grade.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Yeah, so they save and then by the time they
- 16:09Speaker 3: get to like sixth grade, seventh grade, now they put
- 16:12Speaker 3: their kids in private school.
- 16:13Speaker 6: And I have folks that love private school right versus
- 16:16Speaker 6: public grade. But then why you're going to buy the
- 16:18Speaker 6: house that comes with fifteen thousand and taxes public if
- 16:23Speaker 6: you're not going to send the public because the majority
- 16:24Speaker 6: of your taxes are school taxes, you know what I'm saying,
- 16:27Speaker 6: So like, why are you going to pay out of
- 16:29Speaker 6: the fifteen grand, probably ten grand is going to the school,
- 16:31Speaker 6: but you're still paying probably ten fifteen k a year
- 16:34Speaker 6: in tuition at.
- 16:35Speaker 4: The same time, So and you can't write it all
- 16:37Speaker 4: off no more? So why do it? Right? It doesn't
- 16:40Speaker 4: make any sense.
- 16:40Speaker 6: Even if you go with the star program, the stock
- 16:42Speaker 6: programs are only going to save you a couple of dollars.
- 16:45Speaker 4: For those who don't know what's star, the Star program
- 16:48Speaker 4: saves you on school taxes.
- 16:50Speaker 6: Right, It used to come off the gross on your taxes.
- 16:55Speaker 6: Now they send you a check at the end of
- 16:57Speaker 6: the year, so it doesn't really help you. During the
- 16:59Speaker 6: court of the year you get reimbursed or refunded. That's
- 17:03Speaker 6: that's savings. But that's the savings is only like two grands.
- 17:06Speaker 6: So I mean two grand versus fifteen grand. It's like
- 17:09Speaker 6: pennies on the dollar. When you it's a penny save,
- 17:12Speaker 6: is a penny earned too at the same time, but
- 17:14Speaker 6: it doesn't really help you in the grand scheme of things.
- 17:17Speaker 6: So what I try to tell people is just and
- 17:19Speaker 6: just be smart because you got to pay that mortgage
- 17:22Speaker 6: every month.
- 17:22Speaker 4: And the mortgage man don't care.
- 17:24Speaker 6: They want their money and if they don't get your money,
- 17:26Speaker 6: they're gonna wind up foreclosing on you at some point.
- 17:28Speaker 4: So just be smart. Move a strategy.
- 17:30Speaker 6: Start with rental properties first, because the rental properties can
- 17:34Speaker 6: pay for your asset. Like dj Envy ncs of both
- 17:36Speaker 6: say at their seminos, right, which I love that they say.
- 17:39Speaker 6: You know MBS flashy like he love his cars, right,
- 17:42Speaker 6: we all know that if you follow him, he's always
- 17:44Speaker 6: buying some rose Royce or something. But he said flat out,
- 17:47Speaker 6: I don't buy this unless I have an asset that
- 17:49Speaker 6: can pay for it. So I'm not paying for it.
- 17:52Speaker 6: I'm paying for the asset assets overliabilities, right, shameless assets
- 17:59Speaker 6: of reliability these people. But he's buying the asset to
- 18:02Speaker 6: pay for the rolls Royce. You know we have that
- 18:05Speaker 6: same opportunity. You know, these guys are part of the
- 18:07Speaker 6: one percent club. Great, we all have that ability to
- 18:11Speaker 6: do the same thing. Even if we're not part of
- 18:13Speaker 6: the one percent. We can develop the one percent mentality.
- 18:16Speaker 6: That's all we need. So that's when you ask me,
- 18:18Speaker 6: where do we first start? Right here, the mentality is
- 18:21Speaker 6: the first place that we need to start. Develop that
- 18:24Speaker 6: one percent mentality. Develop a strong team, develop your one
- 18:28Speaker 6: percent dream team. You know you need guys like me,
- 18:30Speaker 6: You need guys like Shah. You need financial planning, you
- 18:33Speaker 6: need to understand tax planning, You need all of these
- 18:36Speaker 6: these these key team players to guide you to know
- 18:40Speaker 6: your overall strategy. Because if you just go to in
- 18:43Speaker 6: my business, what I like to call him order takers.
- 18:45Speaker 6: You know, it's like going to McDonald's. You want fries
- 18:47Speaker 6: with that right, If you go to a regular loan office.
- 18:49Speaker 6: So they're not asking you questions. They're just thinking to
- 18:52Speaker 6: get you pre approved today to buy that house today,
- 18:54Speaker 6: but they're not trying to gather the long term your
- 18:57Speaker 6: long term goals. So when someone comes to me, I'm
- 19:00Speaker 6: asking these questions because I want to know who are
- 19:02Speaker 6: you number one?
- 19:03Speaker 4: And what do you want to deal with your life?
- 19:04Speaker 6: Because if you tell me, hey, I want to buy
- 19:06Speaker 6: this house, but then at the same time you say
- 19:09Speaker 6: I want in basketball, you're contradicting yourself. You got to
- 19:11Speaker 6: kind of pick your poison and figure out what's the
- 19:13Speaker 6: best route. And I can only tell you my opinion,
- 19:17Speaker 6: my advice. This is what you qualify for. I'm gonna
- 19:19Speaker 6: lead you to the water, but it's up to you
- 19:21Speaker 6: to drink at the end of the day.
- 19:47Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 19:50Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 19:54Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 19:59Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 20:03Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 20:06Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 20:10Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 20:15Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 20:18Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 20:22Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 20:26Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 20:30Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 20:33Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 20:42Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 20:45Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
