- 0:50SPEAKER_00: He should really open some sort of a museum there.

- 0:54SPEAKER_01: Instead, he opened an ice cream shop.

- 1:10SPEAKER_01: So we're gonna give you GA tickets on Thursday.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Now, uh we totally chose that one at random because it was the Usher CD.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: There were so many CDs that were great, you know, uh on what was your first CD.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: Would but and we've got more tomorrow, but that we're gonna be putting people in the running for for the sign guitar and the party pit passes and all that.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: I want to move over to something different for a minute.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Do you remember back?
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: Now, this is gonna take you back to about the pandemic era.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: So you gotta go back about shockingly six years.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: Can't believe it's been six years already.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: Over.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: Doesn't it seem sometimes like it was six years ago, like forever ago?
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: Then other times you're like, well, that just happened last year.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: Well, sometimes people will say things that we did during that era that I it will take me back to that spot right like right away.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: I'm about to do it.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: Zillow.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: Do you remember when we were all obsessed with Zillow?
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: Everyone would would open that'd be like one of your forget murder crime dramas.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: Before everybody got glued to those, we would open up the Zillow app and everybody be like, you know, checking out all the different houses and all that.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: Well, real estate was popping so much at that time, and it was when we were all outside, we were all walking because we couldn't do anything else.
- 2:19SPEAKER_01: So I would walk past people how people's houses, which I still do to this day.
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: And if your house is for sale, I look it up right then and there.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: So I came across this because Zillow caught me this morning in my email, of all things.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: Avoid these colors if you're painting your front door.
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: What color is your front door?
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: Oh, mine is coral.
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: And the reason I did that is because I wanted my house to kind of have this Palm Springs vibe to it.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: And it was blue, and I don't like the color blue at all.
- 2:49SPEAKER_01: So I wanted to repaint it.
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: So I painted it like a coral, so my house has that little vibe to it.
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's interesting.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: Sonia also has uh, it's kind of a corally colored door, too.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: Can anybody back me up on this?
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: Uh, I've heard that if your door is painted yellow, it means your house is paid off.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: Oh, I don't know.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: And you do see that every once in a while.
- 3:10SPEAKER_01: My neighbor also she paints hers.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: This is how often she paints hers.
- 3:13SPEAKER_01: She'll paint it twice a year.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: Usually she'll paint different colors?
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she'll paint it in the spring.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: And then around fall time, she'll do like a deep purple or something like that where it's more fall-like.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: All right, I'm gonna I'm gonna throw out to you guys the thing about the I've heard a yellow door means the house is paid off.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: I wanna see if anybody gets uh has heard that before because I swear I've heard this, but then I'll let you know in a few minutes too, the colors that uh well they've studied some colors and the ones that you listen to this.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: Some of the colors can add$3,753 to the value of your house.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: A door color.
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: Is is coral on there?
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: Uh no, don't see coral at all.
