- 0:52Speaker 4: So uh, we'll get into that a little bit later
- 0:55Speaker 4: because the story is kind of funny. I'm fine, everything's okay.
- 0:58Speaker 4: I don't know you can I'm convincing that I'm okay.
- 1:02Speaker 4: But yeah, I broke my hand playing basketball. Fell pretty hard,
- 1:06Speaker 4: pretty nasty, like, fell really really hard. Arms, got tangled
- 1:10Speaker 4: up with somebody, fell on my hand, smashed it and
- 1:15Speaker 4: then when I got up and I'm like, oh, that
- 1:16Speaker 4: can't be good because I saw the bone.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Like popping out, you know, not like through the skin,
- 1:23Speaker 1: but popping out enough.
- 1:25Speaker 4: So yeah, I kind of like popped it back in
- 1:27Speaker 4: place because I thought it was just dislocated, but then it.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Wouldn't go back.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Oh turns out bones are not supposed to go different ways. Yeah,
- 1:36Speaker 4: so either way, it's fine. But the whole thing is
- 1:38Speaker 4: because yesterday started off as the best day ever, dream
- 1:42Speaker 4: come true scenario.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I'm doing the Big Text Choice Awards. I'm a judge.
- 1:47Speaker 4: I'm literally living my entire dream. I'm trying all the
- 1:50Speaker 4: foods before anybody else, you know. I felt like this
- 1:54Speaker 4: is the best day of my life. Yeah, and then
- 1:56Speaker 4: it turned so ugly so.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Quick, and I was in the er last night, sorry
- 2:02Speaker 1: for so long. Then I couldn't get home, right because you.
- 2:06Speaker 5: Can't drive and you're you know, hopped up on who
- 2:08Speaker 5: knows what.
- 2:09Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying is I couldn't drive because well,
- 2:13Speaker 4: obviously they gave me pain meds and they were like, yeah,
- 2:15Speaker 4: you just you can't drive. I tried to walk out,
- 2:17Speaker 4: but I was like, oh, They're like, you can't know
- 2:18Speaker 4: you can't drive on what we gave you, because obviously
- 2:21Speaker 4: I was in a lot of pain.
- 2:22Speaker 1: So then I had to uber home.
- 2:24Speaker 4: Then I had to uber back this morning, Oh, man
- 2:28Speaker 4: to the er to get my car, Oh to come
- 2:31Speaker 4: to work, geez. And then poos but dial in me
- 2:36Speaker 4: this morning, by the way, Yeah, thank god, I'm not
- 2:41Speaker 4: at the er still, because no, no one even responded.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Poo didn't respond to my text.
- 2:44Speaker 2: Yes I did.
- 2:45Speaker 1: No, you said how'd you do it? And that's the
- 2:47Speaker 1: last thing we heard until this morning. I knew Candice
- 2:50Speaker 1: was sleeping.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I said how'd you do it?
- 2:52Speaker 1: Basketball? And then and then you never heard back.
- 2:56Speaker 5: Did you respond when he asked about basketball? Yeah, let
- 2:59Speaker 5: me see the group chat. Oh yeah, because there's a
- 3:01Speaker 5: whole X ray there.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Oh, I see you the crash X ray with my
- 3:04Speaker 1: bones sticking out.
- 3:05Speaker 5: Nobody responds, well, I didn't see it till this morning,
- 3:08Speaker 5: and I don't want to stress you out, responding.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Hey, Billy, did you make it home? Okay? Yeah, no,
- 3:13Speaker 1: everything's fine, don't worry about it.
- 3:15Speaker 2: If you would have called me, other came got you.
- 3:17Speaker 5: Well, I will say. The last thing in the text
- 3:20Speaker 5: is a laughing emoji, and so I thought, okay, he's
- 3:23Speaker 5: doing all right. That set the tone for me it
- 3:26Speaker 5: was like, okay, he's okay.
- 3:27Speaker 1: You were sleeping.
- 3:28Speaker 5: Well that was nine oh seven last night.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, but I was not trust me. I was
- 3:32Speaker 1: not okay. But it's okay, it's fine either way. I'm sorry.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Just wait till one of you guys break your bones
- 3:37Speaker 1: and I don't text back. Oh it's okay.
- 3:41Speaker 5: Oh, I'm okay.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I just tell you the full story later. What happened
- 3:44Speaker 1: to you?
- 3:45Speaker 5: Yeah, I need to know the full story. I was
- 3:46Speaker 5: just gonna tell you guys yesterday. You know, I was
- 3:48Speaker 5: born and raised in Dallas, and I've never been inside
- 3:51Speaker 5: the Green Building. That's what I call it, the Bank
- 3:53Speaker 5: of America Building. I was in that building yesterday for
- 3:56Speaker 5: a meeting, and I went up to the seventieth floor
- 3:59Speaker 5: where the office was. That was going to seven zero seventy. Yeah.
- 4:04Speaker 5: I was going to meet the guys at Mint Dentistry
- 4:06Speaker 5: and their headquarters is up there, I guess. And I
- 4:08Speaker 5: took in that view. Oh my gosh, incredible. Yeah, but
- 4:12Speaker 5: I got like woozy going up the you know, elevator
- 4:14Speaker 5: so fast and then staring out. I have a fear
- 4:16Speaker 5: of heights, but that building was so cool, and I thought,
- 4:19Speaker 5: how has it taken me all this time.
- 4:21Speaker 4: To actually go in the Green building, well, because I
- 4:23Speaker 4: don't think they have like, do they have an observatory
- 4:25Speaker 4: deck up there?
- 4:26Speaker 5: They do, you can actually step out, I think on
- 4:28Speaker 5: the seventieth floor, but I don't think you can just
- 4:30Speaker 5: roll up so when Yeah, they're super high security and
- 4:34Speaker 5: they have to let you on the elevators and you know,
- 4:35Speaker 5: it's a whole thing.
- 4:36Speaker 4: You know what's crazy about those buildings when they're that high,
- 4:38Speaker 4: when it's windy, you can kind of feel them sway.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Oh no, definitely don't want to, Yeah, to take a drama, mean,
- 4:43Speaker 2: just to take.
- 4:44Speaker 5: A too different vibe up they're so quiet, yeah, you know, yeah,
- 4:48Speaker 5: you're just you're in the clouds.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Yeah, pretty much. You were in you were in heaven yesterday. Yeah,
- 4:54Speaker 1: they were there. Okay, so was I even just fried
- 4:56Speaker 1: food like a maniat. I was so happy for you, yes,
- 5:00Speaker 1: big backing it up.
- 5:02Speaker 3: You did.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Yeah for the right reasons this time. Oh good.
- 5:07Speaker 4: I love the State Fair of Texas. Everybody there's so
- 5:10Speaker 4: nice and there were so many good people. We'll get
- 5:11Speaker 4: into that later too. I'm pretty surere what's going on
- 5:13Speaker 4: with you?
- 5:13Speaker 7: Well, I got in the stupidest argument with my son,
- 5:16Speaker 7: my fourteen year old Brendan. He told me, Dad, don't
- 5:20Speaker 7: wash my clothes no more.
- 5:21Speaker 2: And I'm like, why, I don't blame him.
- 5:24Speaker 7: No, I know how to wash, you know, I know
- 5:25Speaker 7: how to iron because I use scent beads. And he said,
- 5:29Speaker 7: everybody's making fun of him because he said, smells like perfume.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Oh, first of all, citrus, citrus, and then there's a mango.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Mango. Yeah, down, he has a mango sending your son.
- 5:46Speaker 1: It's smelling like an adult entertainer mango explosion. Dog, don't sleep.
- 5:53Speaker 2: I said, you're fourteen, you should wash your own clothes.
- 5:56Speaker 2: At least I'm washing them. Yeah, just don't wash them
- 5:59Speaker 2: no more, because that's what for you.
- 6:00Speaker 1: We didn't wash my clothes at fourteen.
- 6:02Speaker 5: No, I didn't neither, No I did.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I mean sometimes it was rare. Yeah, who actually he
- 6:08Speaker 1: grew up?
- 6:08Speaker 7: But no, no, no, mine did no because my mama
- 6:11Speaker 7: made me all these, all these chores. That's why I'm
- 6:14Speaker 7: a neat freaking all that now, because my mama used
- 6:16Speaker 7: to always have me like a drill start well, be
- 6:19Speaker 7: a neat freak here.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you.
- 6:21Speaker 8: It's new mixed one on two point nine.
- 6:24Speaker 3: These Texas top stories on the Tents with Billy the
- 6:27Speaker 3: Kid in the.
- 6:27Speaker 8: Morning only on the new Mixed one on two point.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Nine point early on Wednesday morning. Candice slow Paz, what
- 6:33Speaker 1: is going on?
- 6:33Speaker 5: Well, some changes in the city of Dallas. So if
- 6:36Speaker 5: you have multiple unpaid parking tickets in Dallas, it heads up.
- 6:39Speaker 5: Starting August twenty fourth, the city is going to be
- 6:42Speaker 5: using windshield barnacles on cars with three or more outstanding
- 6:47Speaker 5: parking tickets within the same calendar years. So these are
- 6:50Speaker 5: those like self release windshield things.
- 6:53Speaker 4: Oh yeah, you can't see. Yeah, So basically what it does.
- 6:56Speaker 4: It sticks on your windshield until you pay your tickets.
- 6:59Speaker 1: You can't see, can't right exactly.
- 7:01Speaker 5: So if this happens to you, you would basically have
- 7:03Speaker 5: to pay your tickets, then pay a one hundred dollars
- 7:06Speaker 5: fee to unlock the device, and then have a three
- 7:09Speaker 5: hundred dollars refundable credit card hold and then you know,
- 7:12Speaker 5: when you get the code to unlock the device, you
- 7:14Speaker 5: have to take it and drop it off in a
- 7:16Speaker 5: drop box which is over on Jefferson Boulevard, and then
- 7:19Speaker 5: you're safe from getting towed unless you don't remove it
- 7:21Speaker 5: within twenty four hours. Then you know there's a chance
- 7:24Speaker 5: your car is going by by.
- 7:25Speaker 4: Well, they do this in other cities too, and I'm
- 7:26Speaker 4: going to tell you right now, and people get around it.
- 7:28Speaker 4: I've seen people driving down the street with their head
- 7:30Speaker 4: out the driver's window, okay, just doing their thing.
- 7:33Speaker 5: That was gonna be my question, because I feel like
- 7:36Speaker 5: sun roofs could be an option, windows an option.
- 7:39Speaker 4: Maybe I wouldn't recommend it. No, Yeah, in other cities
- 7:42Speaker 4: you've seen people do it. I think it was like Philadelphia.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Oh yeah, just somebody. They'll also drive with a boot
- 7:47Speaker 4: on until they're just tire brakes, right, So yeah, you
- 7:51Speaker 4: gotta be careful. Don't get those tickets stacking up like that, right, Pay.
- 7:54Speaker 5: Them off, Pay them off, guys.
- 7:55Speaker 3: I do like this.
- 7:56Speaker 5: American Airlines says they will start installing screens in the
- 8:00Speaker 5: seatbacks of every plane in their fleet in twenty twenty eight.
- 8:03Speaker 5: So I guess they took some of these screens out
- 8:06Speaker 5: of their planes about a decade ago because you know,
- 8:08Speaker 5: they thought people would want to watch stuff on their
- 8:10Speaker 5: personal devices, and of course, you know this would save
- 8:13Speaker 5: them on costs.
- 8:14Speaker 6: Uh.
- 8:15Speaker 5: It turns out we hated it. They've actually got some
- 8:18Speaker 5: other upgrades they just announced, like Bluetooth, USB, seaports, Starlink
- 8:23Speaker 5: Wi Fi. But these upgrades won't be finished until the
- 8:25Speaker 5: early twenty thirties, which is a weird term to even here.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Do we really need that? I mean I can just
- 8:31Speaker 1: use my device.
- 8:32Speaker 5: No, I like the screen on the seatback?
- 8:34Speaker 1: Why for sure?
- 8:34Speaker 4: Then the person in front of you leans back and
- 8:36Speaker 4: it's in your face and it's all tilted wrong and
- 8:39Speaker 4: it's weird.
- 8:39Speaker 5: Yeah. But like the little like tray for your phone
- 8:42Speaker 5: just pops out for you to say you're you do?
- 8:45Speaker 1: Yeah, oh, I absolutely use there something to charge my phone.
- 8:48Speaker 1: I don't need your screen. Okay, I'm goodlet's interesting.
- 8:52Speaker 5: No, I feel like walking on the plane with nose
- 8:54Speaker 5: screens is just like wom wam or they put down
- 8:57Speaker 5: the one from the ceiling and then we're all just
- 8:58Speaker 5: watching the same movie.
- 9:00Speaker 3: No.
- 9:01Speaker 4: Yeah, well I don't mind that because then I can
- 9:03Speaker 4: do my own thing. Yeah, and I can do whatever,
- 9:05Speaker 4: and if I want to watch the main movie, I can.
- 9:07Speaker 5: Okay. No, I like the screen, so I'm happy about this, guys.
- 9:11Speaker 5: Madonna Lely's the twenty twenty six MTV VMA's nominations with
- 9:15Speaker 5: eleven what what years is it?
- 9:18Speaker 1: Is it eighty four?
- 9:19Speaker 5: Yeah? I know it's so strange. But she is followed
- 9:22Speaker 5: by Taylor Swift with nine, and then Ariana Grande and
- 9:25Speaker 5: Sabrina Carpenter, who both have seven nominations each. They are
- 9:29Speaker 5: bringing back the Best Dance category for the first time
- 9:32Speaker 5: in seven years, and then there's no rock category, so
- 9:35Speaker 5: interesting changes. Yeah, they've taken away that category.
- 9:40Speaker 1: There's no rock category at the VMA's.
- 9:42Speaker 5: No alternative there's an Best Alternative Video K Pop. Yeah,
- 9:48Speaker 5: what I know, weird?
- 9:50Speaker 1: It's rock music dead?
- 9:52Speaker 5: I hope not.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I mean, what is why? How could there not be?
- 9:54Speaker 1: I mean, alternative and rock to me are totally, I
- 9:57Speaker 1: guess kind of different.
- 9:58Speaker 5: Yeah, I think they're different. But you know, this is
- 10:00Speaker 5: a fan voted show. This show is gonna air live
- 10:03Speaker 5: September twenty seventh on CBS and MTV. Uh yeah, interesting.
- 10:08Speaker 5: Are people still into voting for the VMA's because it's
- 10:10Speaker 5: giving me throwback vibes.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Which I like.
- 10:13Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean I kind of like it too. I
- 10:14Speaker 4: just I like award shows. But no rock is strange. Yeah,
- 10:19Speaker 4: and again, you can't think of any rock bands right now, right, I.
- 10:22Speaker 5: Mean, who's a rock band. You know Nickelback?
- 10:26Speaker 3: Is that?
- 10:27Speaker 1: Yeah? Nominate them?
- 10:29Speaker 9: Yeah for sure?
- 10:30Speaker 5: Are their old music for everything?
- 10:32Speaker 1: Okay, they got new stuff out, Cannis, you don't know,
- 10:34Speaker 1: they know. I didn't know that. I have no idea.
- 10:38Speaker 5: I'm Canda Slopez. Those are your Texas hop stories.
- 10:41Speaker 1: You how to take it back? Right there?
- 10:43Speaker 4: It's mixed one on two point nine A good morning,
- 10:45Speaker 4: Billy kid. Candas Lopez is here, producer who is here?
- 10:48Speaker 4: We get a dirty little secret at seven thirty. I'll
- 10:50Speaker 4: get ready because this one is. Oh, I have a feeling. Ladies,
- 10:54Speaker 4: you're gonna hate this guy. Oh boy, you're gonna hate him.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Maybe not.
- 10:59Speaker 4: Maybe I'm wrong because I don't I know the full
- 11:01Speaker 4: secret yet. But I know a little bit about this.
- 11:03Speaker 4: And let's just say that he is with a woman
- 11:05Speaker 4: that he loves very much right now, loves her, but
- 11:09Speaker 4: there was a motive on why he picked her to
- 11:13Speaker 4: pursue and to be his girlfriend, and she has no idea.
- 11:18Speaker 1: So yeah, that's all I can That's all I can say.
- 11:20Speaker 5: She's rich.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Yeah, it is not that not rich. So yeah, well we'll.
- 11:28Speaker 4: Let you know seven thirty, dirty little secret. All right,
- 11:30Speaker 4: good morning, Let's do this first call of the day

- 11:37Speaker 8: Eric?
- 11:37Speaker 1: Guess what you're calling Number one?
- 11:40Speaker 8: Wonderful news?
- 11:41Speaker 9: Thank you?
- 11:41Speaker 1: Oh Eric, Yeah, what are you doing right now?
- 11:44Speaker 10: I am trying to get set up or I.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Don't melt into a puddle during the course of the day.
- 11:51Speaker 1: You know what, I'm going to have to go out
- 11:53Speaker 1: to run some er. I get that. Be careful, I
- 11:56Speaker 1: get that. Yeah, be safe because they're saying, like one
- 11:59Speaker 1: hundred and six today, it's going to be miserable. Yeah,
- 12:01Speaker 1: it's just it's not fun. So where are you from,
- 12:03Speaker 1: Eric Richardson? Awesome.
- 12:05Speaker 4: Well, hey, thank you for listening. We appreciate it very much.
- 12:07Speaker 4: You got a four pack of tickets to Universal Kids Resort.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Have a good time.
- 12:11Speaker 8: I will do that.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Thank you. Say that you're welcome. Eric's got a very
- 12:14Speaker 1: soothing voice.
- 12:15Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 12:15Speaker 1: I just need to keep him on the phone.
- 12:17Speaker 5: Yeah, talk to your hand.
- 12:18Speaker 4: You just talk to my broken hand and just have
- 12:20Speaker 4: him on the phone just to talk to me. I
- 12:22Speaker 4: need to emotional support.
- 12:23Speaker 3: Eric.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Oh, stay right there, Eric, that's your guy, that's my
- 12:26Speaker 1: guy right there. All right, let's do it.
- 12:28Speaker 4: Real or fake news. I got three headlines right now.
- 12:30Speaker 4: You got to tell me which one you think is
- 12:33Speaker 4: the fake story. And the news is kind of crazy,
- 12:34Speaker 4: so I don't know if you're ready for this, Candice,
- 12:36Speaker 4: You're ready, yeah, pooh, I'm ready all right. Headline number one,
- 12:39Speaker 4: rabbit beavers attack two teams leads to partial closure of
- 12:46Speaker 4: Maryland Park. Rabbit beavers attack two teams leads to partial
- 12:51Speaker 4: closure of Maryland Park.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Headline number one.
- 12:56Speaker 4: Headline number two, Escaped monkey turns to captivity by himself
- 13:01Speaker 4: after a day out. Escapes monkey returns to captivity by
- 13:07Speaker 4: himself after a day out.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Head line number two. Headline number three.
- 13:12Speaker 4: New smart refrigerator has a feature that will lock and
- 13:16Speaker 4: not open the door until the following day.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Okay, big back protection.
- 13:24Speaker 4: New smart refrigerator has a feature that will lock the
- 13:27Speaker 4: door and not open until the following day. You got
- 13:31Speaker 4: three headlines right there, one of them only one of
- 13:33Speaker 4: them is fake. Today might be kind of tough. Actually,
- 13:36Speaker 4: I don't know. You gotta pick the fake one now,
- 13:38Speaker 4: Candae Lopez. You can go first, or you want to
- 13:40Speaker 4: pass it to le Poo Poo Doodoo again.
- 13:43Speaker 5: I passed it yesterday, right, but I still won.
- 13:46Speaker 1: All again, go to low key flex right there.
- 13:50Speaker 4: So I asked it to you yesterday, but you still suck.
- 13:54Speaker 4: Let's try it again, Producer Pooh. Which one do you
- 13:57Speaker 4: think is the fake story?
- 13:59Speaker 2: Let's go with the last story, the big back protection refrigerator.
- 14:02Speaker 2: I don't believe it.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Just lock that, lock me locked in, trying to do
- 14:06Speaker 1: everything with one hand. Don't mind me.
- 14:08Speaker 4: The lock button still works. Candice slow Paz. Which one
- 14:11Speaker 4: do you think is the fake story?
- 14:14Speaker 8: You know what?
- 14:14Speaker 5: Lock me in for that monkey story? The second story?
- 14:17Speaker 9: Really?
- 14:17Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, so went out for a day and came back.
- 14:20Speaker 1: That is kind of a weird one. It is you're
- 14:23Speaker 1: out right.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Or Pixar or something. All right, let's lock that in,
- 14:29Speaker 4: all right. The winner today is Producer Pooh.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I don't realize how much I want to clap. I
- 14:41Speaker 1: know when you can't clap. I wanted to clap right there.
- 14:44Speaker 5: We actually clap a lot on this show.
- 14:47Speaker 6: A couple number one for clasping. All the hits and
- 14:54Speaker 6: all the claps. The best makes the best clapping.
- 15:00Speaker 1: You really didn't know for a live show we're clapping.
- 15:04Speaker 1: We are yet we'd be clapping, all right?
- 15:07Speaker 4: Yeah, Pooh won the story is fake about the refrigerator,
- 15:10Speaker 4: even though.
- 15:10Speaker 1: How is that not a thing?
- 15:12Speaker 9: Right?
- 15:12Speaker 5: Lock me out?
- 15:13Speaker 1: Wouldn't that be a great feature?
- 15:15Speaker 5: Lock me out?
- 15:16Speaker 8: Oh?
- 15:16Speaker 1: I got a good invention. Wouldn't this be a good invention.
- 15:18Speaker 4: So let's say you have your caloric intake set and
- 15:21Speaker 4: the refrigerator door already lets out the caloric intake that
- 15:25Speaker 4: you've had for the day, and after that amount of
- 15:28Speaker 4: calories is out of the.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Fridge, it just locks it up.
- 15:30Speaker 5: Right, It's kind of smart.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Samsung hit me up.
- 15:32Speaker 5: Yeah, but you need to lock the pantry too.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Oh damn it.
- 15:36Speaker 4: I know where I'm going, and what if somebody gets
- 15:37Speaker 4: locked in? All right, maybe that's a bad plan, fake.
- 15:40Speaker 3: In the lot.
- 15:41Speaker 1: All right, let's get to the real stories.
- 15:43Speaker 4: Rabid beavers attack two teams leads the partial closure of
- 15:47Speaker 4: a Maryland park. I don't know what else to say
- 15:49Speaker 4: about that. There's been a string of beaver attacks geez
- 15:53Speaker 4: in Maryland. Yeah, I mean it's really they're dicey, Okay,
- 15:58Speaker 4: you never know how you can't trust a beaver.
- 16:00Speaker 5: I've never come in contact with a beaver.
- 16:01Speaker 4: Oh you haven't. No, there's a big one at Trinity
- 16:04Speaker 4: River over here for a huge beaver downtown Dallas, massive
- 16:09Speaker 4: beaver either way. Yeah, these these kids were swimming and
- 16:12Speaker 4: got attacked by a beaver. So animal control had to
- 16:15Speaker 4: come out there and was like, what's going on. They're
- 16:17Speaker 4: like this second time this thing came after me, and.
- 16:20Speaker 1: They're like what.
- 16:21Speaker 4: So they found it and I don't know. Basically, I
- 16:24Speaker 4: think they did their thing and relocated it. Okay, I
- 16:27Speaker 4: think right, It doesn't really say but either way, you
- 16:30Speaker 4: got to be careful. Everybody's okay, but you can't get
- 16:33Speaker 4: bit by a beaver because I think they obviously rabid.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Yeah that means rabies. Yeah, who has rabies?
- 16:39Speaker 4: It doesn't doesn't turn out good.
- 16:43Speaker 1: But if you had to fight a beaver or a
- 16:47Speaker 1: pit bull, which one would you want to fight?
- 16:48Speaker 5: Oh? Gosh, honestly, me too, Yeah, me too.
- 16:52Speaker 1: At least I think they could be like, you know,
- 16:55Speaker 1: have treats thrown the other way?
- 16:56Speaker 5: Right, every pit bull I've ever known it has actually
- 16:58Speaker 5: been really sweet.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Oh I know, I love pitbulls. But I'm gonna tell
- 17:00Speaker 1: you right now, Oh, beaver's that look crazy?
- 17:04Speaker 4: If if armadillos and beaver scare me, because armadillos just
- 17:09Speaker 4: don't look like they should be around this time.
- 17:12Speaker 1: They look like shrunken dinosaurs. There are many hippos. Oh,
- 17:16Speaker 1: if you ask me, I guess so. And they're fast,
- 17:18Speaker 1: I heard. I don't know. I don't get near them really.
- 17:21Speaker 5: Yeah, Why are they gonna hit my car so much?
- 17:22Speaker 6: Then?
- 17:23Speaker 1: Because they're stupid.
- 17:24Speaker 4: They just walk in the middle of the floe and
- 17:26Speaker 4: they think they have armor, so you know, but I've
- 17:29Speaker 4: seen one get hit by a car, get up and
- 17:30Speaker 4: just walk off, Like, what do you need from me.
- 17:35Speaker 7: Here?
- 17:36Speaker 6: First?
- 17:36Speaker 1: Either way, if you see a beaver in the wild,
- 17:38Speaker 1: do not approach it.
- 17:38Speaker 9: Okay.
- 17:39Speaker 4: I can't believe I have to say that in twenty
- 17:40Speaker 4: twenty six, but it's serious. Okay, you're welcome, canvas tip
- 17:46Speaker 4: of the day. Clap for me real quick.
- 17:49Speaker 1: If you don't thank you, I can't clap. I need
- 17:52Speaker 1: a stunt clapper. Yeah all right.
- 17:54Speaker 4: Next story, escape monkey returns to captivity by himself after
- 17:57Speaker 4: a day out.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Sometimes freedom is just not what it's cracked up to be.
- 18:00Speaker 1: So this monkey that escaped from.
- 18:02Speaker 4: A Scottish wildlife park sparked a search using thermal imaging drones.
- 18:08Speaker 4: So they're looking for this monkey, like, we got to
- 18:09Speaker 4: find out where it went. You just can't have a
- 18:11Speaker 4: monkey on the loose. Yeah, monkeys, beavers, bears, o mine yu.
- 18:15Speaker 4: Either way, his name was Luca and five year old
- 18:19Speaker 4: Japanese some kind of monkey.
- 18:21Speaker 1: I don't know what it is, but either way. Yeah.
- 18:24Speaker 1: They show up there looking for him for like a day,
- 18:26Speaker 1: and next thing you know, he shows back up.
- 18:28Speaker 8: Wow.
- 18:29Speaker 1: He's like, if you don't mind, this is not everything
- 18:31Speaker 1: that I thought it was gonna be. I don't have
- 18:34Speaker 1: it too bad on the inside. Just let me back in.
- 18:38Speaker 1: And they were like, yeah, I mean, how weird is that?
- 18:41Speaker 1: That is weird?
- 18:41Speaker 4: Yeah, but it's kind of figured like you know, dogs,
- 18:43Speaker 4: A lot of dogs get loose and they go right.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Back home, right.
- 18:47Speaker 5: I mean, nothing's as good as whole.
- 18:49Speaker 4: Listen, monkeys, dogs, I'm telling you right now, if you're
- 18:52Speaker 4: getting taken care of and fed, don't leave, dummy.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Yeah would you know?
- 18:56Speaker 4: I mean, why would you? That's exactly what I'm saying.
- 18:59Speaker 4: I'm gonna be fed. I'm going to be taken care of.
- 19:01Speaker 5: Not a lot of monkey friends out there.
- 19:02Speaker 1: No, I have zero monkey friends exactly, and zero beaver friends.
- 19:06Speaker 8: Right.
- 19:07Speaker 4: Friends. Oh you got a friend, Candice? Oh all right,
- 19:12Speaker 4: let's tell you. Well, I don't know about that. Everybody's
- 19:14Speaker 4: cut off after yesterday. Oh so I broke my hand
- 19:17Speaker 4: and I'll tell you why. I had a pretty much
- 19:20Speaker 4: almost walk home, played.
- 19:21Speaker 1: The sad music. Please, thank you.
- 19:25Speaker 4: Thank you to Zann who's the only one who checked
- 19:27Speaker 4: on me. Zan our boss and our afternoon DJ. She's incredible.
- 19:33Speaker 4: She checked on me while I was walking down Hebron.
- 19:36Speaker 5: I didn't see your message until this morning.
- 19:37Speaker 1: At three thirty with a broken hand. I hadn't eaten
- 19:40Speaker 1: in three days. Oh no, no food, no water.
- 19:46Speaker 4: Finally got home, but I'll tell you what happened because
- 19:48Speaker 4: it is kind of funny. You gotta laugh, You just
- 19:50Speaker 4: gotta laugh. I went to the Big Text Choice Awards
- 19:54Speaker 4: ate all that food, so I guess I did eat
- 19:56Speaker 4: and then broke my hand. And why I to cut
- 20:00Speaker 4: my pants off? One or two point nine? Good morning,
- 20:05Speaker 4: it's bailing the kid. Candice Lopez is here, Producer Pooh
- 20:08Speaker 4: is here. Yes, so is my hand broken. But so
- 20:12Speaker 4: many dms and stuff. Thank you for all the dms
- 20:14Speaker 4: and the concerns. And that makes me feel good, because
- 20:17Speaker 4: you know what, last night, I think I was kind
- 20:18Speaker 4: of like doped up on everything. So yeah, I felt
- 20:21Speaker 4: way better than this morning. And this morning I got up,
- 20:23Speaker 4: I'm like, no, I'm going to work. Yeah, like I'm
- 20:25Speaker 4: doing the show.
- 20:26Speaker 5: Okay.
- 20:26Speaker 4: Then I got up and I was like, am I
- 20:27Speaker 4: doing the show? Why am I doing this? So they
- 20:31Speaker 4: got my hand in like a splint either way. So
- 20:34Speaker 4: let me recap the day yesterday and you can hear
- 20:35Speaker 4: what a message is. So yesterday started off as the
- 20:39Speaker 4: best day ever. It couldn't been any better because I
- 20:42Speaker 4: was going to judge for the first time the Big
- 20:46Speaker 4: Text Choice Awards, which is a dream come true for sure.
- 20:50Speaker 1: I love the State Fair of Texas.
- 20:53Speaker 4: Oh yeah, to be you know, one of the first
- 20:55Speaker 4: people to try anything and be a judge was just awesome.
- 20:58Speaker 4: It was like I was just on cloud nine. So
- 21:00Speaker 4: I go out there, I'm trying everything. It's like the
- 21:02Speaker 4: best day ever. We're eating all the stuff. We'll get
- 21:04Speaker 4: into the stuff that won during Texas Top Stories, but
- 21:07Speaker 4: everything is so good and real quick.
- 21:09Speaker 1: The State Fair of Texas, to people there are so awesome.
- 21:13Speaker 4: And then when you hear the stories of the vendors
- 21:16Speaker 4: who are up for these awards, you realize how many
- 21:19Speaker 4: of them have really heartfelt, local Texas rooted stories that
- 21:25Speaker 4: are just awesome small business stories. So when you go
- 21:29Speaker 4: to the fair this year, heads up, you're supporting small business.
- 21:32Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 21:32Speaker 1: I know.
- 21:33Speaker 4: Some people are like, I know it's so expensive, and
- 21:35Speaker 4: I know it's but they lower the prices.
- 21:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:38Speaker 1: And when I tell you, these vendors are amazing, they're
- 21:41Speaker 1: not in it for the money. They're not.
- 21:43Speaker 5: Yeah, they're so passionate about creating something unique and something
- 21:46Speaker 5: that we're gonna love when we go.
- 21:48Speaker 1: And everything was so good. It was so hard to
- 21:50Speaker 1: pick a winner. So that was fun.
- 21:52Speaker 4: But the irony of doing this and then immediately when
- 21:54Speaker 4: I get done, and it was a long day, you
- 21:55Speaker 4: get done and like, you know, almost three o'clock. Yeah,
- 21:58Speaker 4: I'm like, I'm gonna go home. I have to move,
- 22:01Speaker 4: like I have to move around because I just ate
- 22:04Speaker 4: thirteen pounds of fried through.
- 22:07Speaker 1: I have to.
- 22:07Speaker 5: I was so jealous.
- 22:08Speaker 4: I have to do some I gotta go do jiu
- 22:10Speaker 4: jitsu or play basketball or something. So I'm like, I'm
- 22:13Speaker 4: gonna go play basketball. So I go up there and
- 22:15Speaker 4: this is where it just gets hysterical. So I'm playing
- 22:18Speaker 4: the first game and I play with like young guys.
- 22:20Speaker 4: I'm the old dude there. But I mean they're good.
- 22:23Speaker 4: They're you know, we're playing pretty rough and I go
- 22:26Speaker 4: up to kind of get a rebound. I get tangled
- 22:28Speaker 4: up with somebody and when I come down, I fall hard,
- 22:32Speaker 4: oh like really hard, and I couldn't get my hand
- 22:36Speaker 4: out from under, like from over this guy's arm. So
- 22:39Speaker 4: I just fell on my right hand. So when I
- 22:42Speaker 4: fell on my right hand, I knew something happened because
- 22:46Speaker 4: I could just feel it. When I got up, I
- 22:47Speaker 4: could see the bone kind of pop poking out a
- 22:51Speaker 4: little bit, and I was like, that's not good. So
- 22:54Speaker 4: without being too gross, I kind of like held it
- 22:56Speaker 4: and I thought it was dislocated. I'm like, I don't
- 22:58Speaker 4: know how I dislocated my like ring finger right or
- 23:02Speaker 4: whatever that bone is, but I did. So I'm like,
- 23:05Speaker 4: let me see if I can kind of move it
- 23:06Speaker 4: around and get it like what pops back in a place.
- 23:10Speaker 1: It didn't pop back in a place.
- 23:12Speaker 4: So I go to Urgent Care and I'm there for
- 23:15Speaker 4: a long time, and we're family here, so I'm gonna
- 23:19Speaker 4: just tell you exactly what happened and why I laugh.
- 23:21Speaker 4: So as soon as they take the X ray, the
- 23:25Speaker 4: radiologist of the person who does that the tech was immediate, like,
- 23:29Speaker 4: he's like, I'm not supposed to talk to you about this.
- 23:32Speaker 1: He was awesome. He goes, I don't read X rays,
- 23:35Speaker 1: but yeah, this thing's looking messed up. I'm like, that's
- 23:39Speaker 1: not really what I wanted to hear, right, So this
- 23:42Speaker 1: is where I'm like, Okay, I know it's broken.
- 23:44Speaker 4: You don't have to tell me it's broken. So I
- 23:45Speaker 4: just got to figure out what to do. So the
- 23:47Speaker 4: doctor comes in, he's like, yeah, no doubt it's broken.
- 23:50Speaker 4: It's snapped.
- 23:51Speaker 1: I don't know if you're going to need surgery though,
- 23:53Speaker 1: because it's a little bit displaced and it's.
- 23:55Speaker 4: Not properly aligned where it should be one hundred percent.
- 23:58Speaker 4: So you left to go to a special So that's
- 24:00Speaker 4: I'm gonna do today. This is where it just gets
- 24:02Speaker 4: funny to me because God has just an awesome sense
- 24:06Speaker 4: of humor sometimes, and I'm not even complaining because it
- 24:08Speaker 4: could be way worse. Good news is most almost everything
- 24:12Speaker 4: I do left handed, So this is my right hand,
- 24:15Speaker 4: so I can still write, but I do a lot
- 24:17Speaker 4: of things right handed. I do a lot of things
- 24:18Speaker 4: both hands, for sure. Whatever, So this is where it's
- 24:22Speaker 4: just funny to me. So I'm like, I gotta get home.
- 24:25Speaker 4: What did I do all day?
- 24:27Speaker 1: I ate a bunch of fair food. Not to get
- 24:29Speaker 1: too graphic, but like, I gotta go to the restroom. No, no, no,
- 24:37Speaker 1: So I get home. My hand's in a splint, my
- 24:40Speaker 1: arm's in a sling, and I haven't really used the
- 24:44Speaker 1: bathroom or change clothes since I broke my hand. Yeah right,
- 24:48Speaker 1: So I'm like, let me get home.
- 24:49Speaker 4: After I uber home because I can't drive because they
- 24:52Speaker 4: gave me meds because it was painful.
- 24:55Speaker 1: I go to take my pants.
- 24:58Speaker 5: Oh my god, where is this going?
- 25:01Speaker 1: And there's a knot in my drawstring? Oh and we're family. Yeah, yeah,
- 25:08Speaker 1: I gotta go.
- 25:09Speaker 2: Oh yeah sure.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I'm like, I am like beyond freaking out at this point.
- 25:13Speaker 1: You can't wait.
- 25:13Speaker 4: No one's home, my son's not over. I can't do anything.
- 25:17Speaker 4: I can't get my pants off. I'm like, I don't
- 25:20Speaker 4: know what else to do. I gotta figure out something,
- 25:23Speaker 4: so I have to cut my shorts off like the
- 25:26Speaker 4: Jaws of life. No, I have to cut my shorts
- 25:33Speaker 4: off because I couldn't get I only have one hand.
- 25:35Speaker 4: I couldn't get the knot out because I tie my
- 25:38Speaker 4: shorts tight to play. Because I don't want to coming down.
- 25:40Speaker 4: That's the light you think of broken hands a problem.
- 25:43Speaker 4: My pants are down at the rec center and Carrollton.
- 25:45Speaker 1: That's never good.
- 25:46Speaker 4: Yeah, so I cut my shorts off to go to
- 25:49Speaker 4: the bathroom. Oh my god, So now I have scissors.
- 25:52Speaker 4: I'm trying not to cut things. Yeah, yeah, get down
- 25:56Speaker 4: and finally yeah, so oh here I am.
- 26:03Speaker 1: What is going on?
- 26:05Speaker 5: Yeah? So I'm sorry I didn't check on you.
- 26:09Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you were sleeping. Cannie was sleeping, I think, Yeah, for.
- 26:14Speaker 5: Sure, I didn't see your message till this morning.
- 26:15Speaker 4: But there's nothing like texting a bunch of people and
- 26:17Speaker 4: then nobody responds. I'll responded who asked? One time? He goes,
- 26:23Speaker 4: hey did you do it? Playing basketball? That's all I
- 26:27Speaker 4: never heard.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Oh that's all you want to know because I'm trapped
- 26:30Speaker 1: in the er and don't have a ride home.
- 26:32Speaker 2: You know, if you would have called me, I would
- 26:34Speaker 2: have went straight there.
- 26:35Speaker 4: Never heard from anybody the rest of the night. Hey Billy,
- 26:38Speaker 4: you make it home from the er. Hey Billy, do
- 26:42Speaker 4: you need anything? I know you probably are on meds
- 26:45Speaker 4: and you can't drive. Ye, Hey Billy, how's your hand? Hey?
- 26:49Speaker 1: Do I need to do anything? Special with the show tomorrow. No, no,
- 26:54Speaker 1: my bad. Hey, hey, Billy, do you need all the
- 26:57Speaker 1: bags you come in with? You need help getting in?
- 27:00Speaker 2: I mean I called you this morning because I figured
- 27:02Speaker 2: you might need help.
- 27:03Speaker 1: No, you didn't. You said you butt dialed me.
- 27:05Speaker 2: This Morning's time I called you. I called you twice
- 27:07Speaker 2: this morning.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, listen, after five o'clock, I'm already here. I
- 27:13Speaker 1: realized that this is my first time I meet new friends.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Eight three three seven, eight seven one two nine.
- 27:20Speaker 2: You've called me before, and I've always spring to the occasion.
- 27:23Speaker 7: I mean, I left New York early when we had
- 27:26Speaker 7: to take a flight one time, remember, because I.
- 27:29Speaker 5: Was paying you.
- 27:30Speaker 2: Well, okay, you that's true. Oh my god.
- 27:34Speaker 4: Thank you to Zand for checking on me. Our boss
- 27:36Speaker 4: checked on me, at least she did, and then she
- 27:40Speaker 4: stopped checking on me too. Right, So, if you want
- 27:42Speaker 4: to be a producer or a new friend of mine,
- 27:44Speaker 4: eight three three seven, eight seven one o two nine
- 27:48Speaker 4: is Tess's.
- 27:49Speaker 3: Tough Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid in the.
- 27:51Speaker 8: Morning only on the New Mixed one or two point nine.
- 27:54Speaker 1: We got a dirty little secret coming up at seven thirty.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Can its slow pazz? What's up.
- 27:58Speaker 5: Well, a lot of eyes are on Amazon this after
- 28:00Speaker 5: a pretty wild new report came out from four o
- 28:02Speaker 5: four Media. So they're claiming Amazon of buying rare and
- 28:06Speaker 5: vintage books in bulk, scanning them for AI training, and
- 28:10Speaker 5: then destroying them. So I guess booksellers have suspected for
- 28:14Speaker 5: the last year that this was happening with AI companies.
- 28:17Speaker 5: So four oh four Media said they worked with a
- 28:20Speaker 5: bookseller who actually agreed to plant an air tag in
- 28:23Speaker 5: a rare book. This was part of a bulk order.
- 28:26Speaker 5: That book was then tracked to an Amazon AI training
- 28:29Speaker 5: facility in Las Vegas, where I guess they tear books
- 28:32Speaker 5: open and scan the pages.
- 28:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 28:34Speaker 5: Amazon did release a statement saying they do buy books
- 28:37Speaker 5: to help develop and improve the products and services customers use,
- 28:41Speaker 5: and that was that. So yeah, interesting from four or
- 28:45Speaker 5: four media.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Yeah, they've been doing that for a long time.
- 28:47Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean just taking books and they page by page,
- 28:50Speaker 4: put them in the system, put them in AI so
- 28:52Speaker 4: AI can read the book real quick, understand what's going on,
- 28:55Speaker 4: and have it in its.
- 28:56Speaker 1: You know memory.
- 28:57Speaker 5: Yeah, and then just destroy them, which is like sad.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Yeah, well, yes, that's the only way to really get
- 29:02Speaker 1: him in quickly.
- 29:02Speaker 4: I think that is destroying the books and getting the
- 29:05Speaker 4: pages out right and just feeding them through.
- 29:07Speaker 5: Yeah, but I think they're trying to make this more
- 29:10Speaker 5: well known to people because you know, AI is everywhere
- 29:13Speaker 5: at this point, don't know you know which parts of
- 29:15Speaker 5: it are good, which parts of it are bad. But
- 29:17Speaker 5: I'll keep you posted if there's any updates on that
- 29:20Speaker 5: and the results are in for this year is a
- 29:22Speaker 5: big text of choice awards and winners. You can start
- 29:25Speaker 5: trying them all when the State Fair of Texas opens
- 29:27Speaker 5: September twenty fifth, Billy, I want to know how many
- 29:30Speaker 5: of the winners were things that you actually voted for,
- 29:32Speaker 5: since you're judging yesterday, it was one of the best
- 29:35Speaker 5: days of my life. I'm so jealous watching all these
- 29:38Speaker 5: food items on my social media. So for best Taste
- 29:42Speaker 5: as Savory, the winner was the burger chop tater todts.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Oh yes, so good. Yeah, I mean there was nothing
- 29:48Speaker 1: that was bad. That was good.
- 29:49Speaker 4: That was one of my top votes that and honestly
- 29:51Speaker 4: from the same guy. I think his name's Tommy g.
- 29:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:54Speaker 4: Also, he's the one who had the creation of the pizza,
- 29:58Speaker 4: the Flaming Hot Cheeto pizza.
- 29:59Speaker 5: Yeah, that was so good, super good.
- 30:01Speaker 1: That was so good.
- 30:03Speaker 4: Okay, I mean one of the odds that one guy's
- 30:05Speaker 4: gonna have two things in the finals, right, that was huge,
- 30:08Speaker 4: but everything was so good.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:09Speaker 5: So that one's a chopped burger patty, you know, on
- 30:11Speaker 5: a taco shell of cheddar cheese, tater tots. And then
- 30:14Speaker 5: Best Taste Sweet. I was looking forward to the winner
- 30:16Speaker 5: of this category because you know, I'm a sweets person.
- 30:18Speaker 5: This would have been my pick just based on the pictures.
- 30:21Speaker 5: The Fletcher's Chocolate corny Dog.
- 30:22Speaker 2: It was my number one pick, number one.
- 30:24Speaker 1: I mean it's just a corny dog filled with just chocolate.
- 30:28Speaker 4: So I don't know if they put it, you know,
- 30:29Speaker 4: like a stick of chocolate and they fry the batter
- 30:31Speaker 4: around it, okay, and it looks like mustard, but it's
- 30:33Speaker 4: really vanilla icing with just yellow flavoring, yeah, you know coloring.
- 30:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 30:37Speaker 1: It was amazing.
- 30:39Speaker 5: Yeah, the fact that they were using the famous Fletcher's
- 30:41Speaker 5: batter for that, I mean, I don't know why it
- 30:43Speaker 5: took so long for them to actually come up with this,
- 30:45Speaker 5: but thankfully they did. Best Taste Sipper. The winner for
- 30:49Speaker 5: that one was the Tropical Cocoa fresca.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Yes, did you have it?
- 30:52Speaker 5: The pineapple watermelon agua fresco.
- 30:54Speaker 4: One of the best things I've ever had in my life.
- 30:56Speaker 4: And this yeah, this family has like nine locations around
- 30:59Speaker 4: the metro Plague.
- 31:00Speaker 1: Okay, I think it's called Kona Okay.
- 31:03Speaker 4: Oh oh yeah, I gotta find out exactly because you
- 31:05Speaker 4: need to go check it out. But at the fair,
- 31:07Speaker 4: this is going to be so good. It's so refreshing
- 31:09Speaker 4: and it tastes amazing.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Okay.
- 31:12Speaker 5: And then the winner of most creative was the Burry
- 31:14Speaker 5: Me and Macha, the New York style cheesecake dipped in
- 31:18Speaker 5: Belgium waffle, white chocolate, rolled and crushed Macha cookies, drizzled
- 31:22Speaker 5: with white chocolate and strawberry jam, and then fresh strawberries.
- 31:25Speaker 1: On the Yeah. I'm not a macha guy, no, no,
- 31:29Speaker 1: so to me, this was not my thing.
- 31:31Speaker 4: But if you love macha, it was great and okay,
- 31:34Speaker 4: the creativity behind it, I mean top notch, and it
- 31:38Speaker 4: looked amazing. The presentation was incredible, but just macha to
- 31:42Speaker 4: me tastes like grass.
- 31:44Speaker 5: Huh. It is an acquired taste which I have acquired.
- 31:47Speaker 1: So I'm definitely gonna try this, right, up your alley.
- 31:49Speaker 5: Okay, guys, you're never gonna believe what beauty experts are saying.
- 31:53Speaker 5: The surprising trend in fragrance is right now, it's not
- 31:56Speaker 5: vanilla anymore. It is now cola. So they're saying the
- 32:00Speaker 5: appeal is nostalgia. So soda inspired perfumes are taken off
- 32:05Speaker 5: with since the combined fizzy cola notes with hints of
- 32:08Speaker 5: citrus and caramel and spice. So apparently they say people
- 32:11Speaker 5: associate cola with things like road trips, movie nights, summer memories,
- 32:15Speaker 5: which is why people just want to smell like soda.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Now, I mean it kind of makes sense. I don't
- 32:19Speaker 1: want to smell like soda, but I get it. Yeah.
- 32:21Speaker 5: Yeah, the food, you know, inspired fragrances have taken off lately.
- 32:24Speaker 5: We had tomato, banana, salt, gross, those were all very popular.
- 32:29Speaker 5: But now you want to smell like a can of coke.
- 32:31Speaker 5: That's like the new new guys.
- 32:32Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, well I'd rather smell like doctor Pepper.
- 32:34Speaker 5: Okay, well that works too you. I guess that counts
- 32:37Speaker 5: all right. I'm Kanna Slopez. Those are your Texas top stories.
- 32:40Speaker 4: We got a Dirty Little Secret coming up next to
- 32:43Speaker 4: Banger right now, it's Mix one or two point nine.
- 32:46Speaker 4: You will not want to miss this secret because, oh
- 32:48Speaker 4: this secret. This guy he's in love with this girl.
- 32:50Speaker 4: He says he loves her very much, but when he
- 32:52Speaker 4: got with her, there was a motive that she doesn't know.
- 32:55Speaker 4: That's the secret. And no it's not because she's rich.
- 32:58Speaker 4: A lot of people are dming me. Oh it's she's
- 32:59Speaker 4: got to be a shit of your moment. No, nothing
- 33:02Speaker 4: to do with money either way. Good morning, hopefully having
- 33:04Speaker 4: a good one. It's Billy the Kid, Candice Loan Pats
- 33:06Speaker 4: producer poo. We always argue about this, what's cheating, what's
- 33:09Speaker 4: not cheating? Should this be considered cheating? Finally somebody came
- 33:12Speaker 4: out with the list, and you know, I love lists. Yeah,
- 33:14Speaker 4: and they narrowed it down to the top five things
- 33:17Speaker 4: that they consider cheating.
- 33:19Speaker 1: That's not traditionally cheating. Okay, okay.
- 33:22Speaker 4: Number five deleting messages so your partner won't see them.
- 33:27Speaker 4: That's one of the things that people.
- 33:28Speaker 5: Put on their list that I mean, that's a micro cheat.
- 33:31Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't think that's micro. I think that's macro.
- 33:36Speaker 4: Number four cheating someone in your phone as a fake name.
- 33:42Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, is cheating.
- 33:44Speaker 5: Never the guy who or that girl who said that
- 33:46Speaker 5: her boyfriend had a girl named Michelle and his phone
- 33:48Speaker 5: as Michael or something like that.
- 33:50Speaker 1: Oh yeah, this happens so often. That's awful. A lot
- 33:54Speaker 1: of people in this room do it.
- 33:56Speaker 7: Oh oh, I'm guilty in the past. Yeah yeah, Veronica
- 33:59Speaker 7: was how far in the past, way.
- 34:07Speaker 2: Way back in the day.
- 34:08Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you right now, Pizza Hut is
- 34:10Speaker 1: calling late night. It's not Pizza Hut.
- 34:13Speaker 2: It's not because I'm a rewards man.
- 34:17Speaker 1: Why is Dick's Sporting Goods calling there? That makes no sense.
- 34:22Speaker 1: I'll call him back.
- 34:24Speaker 5: Stop it right now.
- 34:25Speaker 1: Yah, stop doing that. Okay, number three on the listen.
- 34:28Speaker 4: This is something that I've known people to get busted
- 34:31Speaker 4: for and they will maintain and say that it's not cheating,
- 34:35Speaker 4: cheaping a dating app profile just to look No, no, oh,
- 34:41Speaker 4: I've had a couples call in and people argue about this,
- 34:44Speaker 4: saying I'm not going to delete it. So that's a
- 34:46Speaker 4: good question, like when do you delete or you know,
- 34:49Speaker 4: put your I've never been on a dating app. When
- 34:50Speaker 4: you put it on hold, if you started in a relationship, when.
- 34:54Speaker 5: You're committed, well, when is that when you're both equally committed?
- 34:57Speaker 1: So when is that? Like when you have a conversation boyfriend, were.
- 35:02Speaker 5: Changing anyone else?
- 35:03Speaker 4: Or you immediately delete your tender then delete it? Yeah
- 35:11Speaker 4: I love this guy. Poo oh, yeah you have to.
- 35:14Speaker 4: This is the guy who's fake names in his phone
- 35:15Speaker 4: right now. I don't have a dating but yeah, you
- 35:19Speaker 4: got to delete that. I don't know if you delete it.
- 35:21Speaker 4: I think you just put on Can you put it
- 35:23Speaker 4: on hold or something? I mean.
- 35:26Speaker 5: Subscription?
- 35:27Speaker 4: What do you mean how many relationships last nowadays? Okay,
- 35:33Speaker 4: well that's the key.
- 35:34Speaker 5: There should be a way for people to search for you.
- 35:36Speaker 1: You don't say you're just looking, I'm just window shot.
- 35:41Speaker 5: Look over there.
- 35:42Speaker 4: Number two on the list, they said, talking with one
- 35:44Speaker 4: person late into the night while hiding it from your partner.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Yeah well yeah, you think for sure.
- 35:51Speaker 4: And then number one of all the things all the
- 35:53Speaker 4: people they surveyed this said keep an ongoing flirtatious text
- 35:58Speaker 4: conversation with someone.
- 36:00Speaker 1: How would you ever justify that as not cheating?
- 36:03Speaker 5: Right?
- 36:04Speaker 4: Of course it's cheating. Yep, so I mean also too
- 36:06Speaker 4: to me, any kind of flirty emoji is cheating.
- 36:10Speaker 5: Here we go, You're like, what the peach.
- 36:13Speaker 7: No, he's talking about the fire because I always always
- 36:16Speaker 7: hit girls with the fire.
- 36:18Speaker 4: If you're in a relationship, you're hitting girl with a
- 36:19Speaker 4: fire emoji, you're a cheater.
- 36:22Speaker 1: You're a twenty twenty six cheeter, micro chee.
- 36:25Speaker 5: It's a digital flirt. Yeah, you should be doing it.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Just it's fire.
- 36:28Speaker 5: Yeah, looking in a swimsuit sometimes, Well.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Why don't you do that to you guys? Then no,
- 36:34Speaker 1: I'm not doing that exactly.
- 36:40Speaker 8: Get it off your chest to promise you'll feel better.
- 36:43Speaker 3: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.
- 36:45Speaker 1: And Mix one on two point nine.

- 37:24Speaker 9: Okay, So my dirty little secret is gonna make me
- 37:29Speaker 9: sound like a colossal douchebag. But I swear to you
- 37:33Speaker 9: there's a method to this madness. And like.
- 37:37Speaker 5: Single guys are going.
- 37:38Speaker 3: About this thing completely wrong.
- 37:40Speaker 9: So just if you could just hear me out before
- 37:42Speaker 9: you play into me and completely roast me.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Here, we're all yours.
- 37:48Speaker 9: Okay. So I'm in a really good place in my life.
- 37:51Speaker 9: I'm in a really like happy relationship. I love my
- 37:54Speaker 9: girlfriend to death, love her to pieces.
- 37:56Speaker 1: She's hilarious.
- 37:57Speaker 9: Yeah, she's just really sweet and kind and treats others,
- 38:00Speaker 9: you know, with kindness.
- 38:02Speaker 1: We get along great.
- 38:03Speaker 3: And recently she.
- 38:06Speaker 9: Got like really hot, Like legitimately, this woman went, yeah,
- 38:12Speaker 9: she went to like becoming just a nine at the
- 38:16Speaker 9: very least a nine, and she was not always a nine. Okaya, No, No,
- 38:25Speaker 9: here's the deal. Okay, I'm I'm not look I'm not
- 38:27Speaker 9: the best looking guy myself. Like I'm being like, I'm
- 38:32Speaker 9: a solid six, maybe a seven on a good day
- 38:34Speaker 9: with the right lighting, you know. But I'm in really
- 38:38Speaker 9: good I'm in good shape. I'm in good shape. But
- 38:41Speaker 9: my face is my face. I know what I'm working
- 38:43Speaker 9: with you. Yeah, yeah, no, I am, and I'm being
- 38:48Speaker 9: honest with you about this too. Like, so I stopped
- 38:51Speaker 9: chasing girls who were already tens and purposely just started
- 38:54Speaker 9: looking for what I call a fixer upper.
- 38:58Speaker 3: Okay, so.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Yeah, what do you what do you mean by a
- 39:03Speaker 1: you said a fixer upper? Okay, where is this going?
- 39:14Speaker 3: Okay?
- 39:14Speaker 9: So when I met my girlfriend, she had, like, I mean,
- 39:18Speaker 9: she's beautiful, really cute face and just amazing personality, but
- 39:22Speaker 9: you know, she was a little overweight, and she dressed
- 39:25Speaker 9: kind of frumpy, and I wasn't like, you know, she
- 39:29Speaker 9: didn't have a lot of confidence, and I wasn't like
- 39:31Speaker 9: insanely attracted to her at first, but I saw potential.
- 39:35Speaker 3: Okay, and I'm okay, all right, hang on, hang.
- 39:40Speaker 9: On, look, I'm really big, and I'm really big on
- 39:44Speaker 9: health and fitness and nutrition, f tides, g LP ones,
- 39:49Speaker 9: all that stuff. So when we started dating, she you know,
- 39:52Speaker 9: naturally started getting into you know, what I was into,
- 39:55Speaker 9: and I just helped educate her on everything.
- 39:59Speaker 4: Okay, so you you kind of pushed her to get
- 40:02Speaker 4: on a GLP one in peptides.
- 40:05Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 40:06Speaker 9: Yeah, man, She's taken better care of herself, changed the
- 40:08Speaker 9: way she dressed, lost a bunch of weights, got healthier,
- 40:12Speaker 9: confidence is through the roof.
- 40:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:14Speaker 1: Man, I'm not against those things.
- 40:16Speaker 5: But I'm saying, but if she wasn't interested in that
- 40:18Speaker 5: and on her own, it's it's interesting.
- 40:21Speaker 4: Did you push her there or did she get interested
- 40:23Speaker 4: because you're passionate about it.
- 40:25Speaker 9: She just saw like how passionate I was about it,
- 40:27Speaker 9: so she started asking questions. And the more questions she asked, uh,
- 40:31Speaker 9: you know, the more information I gave her, and she
- 40:32Speaker 9: just she gravitated towards it. I didn't really like. I
- 40:35Speaker 9: wasn't like, hey, you need to do this, you know.
- 40:38Speaker 1: I was just like, yeah, you know this is but
- 40:41Speaker 1: you kind of knew where what you were doing.
- 40:44Speaker 5: Yeah, you intentionally influenced hers.
- 40:46Speaker 1: When it sounds you're an influencer.
- 40:49Speaker 9: Oh yeah. She went from a six to a nine.
- 40:52Speaker 9: And I would never tell her any of this, by
- 40:54Speaker 9: the way, like ever, just like ten.
- 40:57Speaker 4: So why but okay, you're saying she started so she
- 41:00Speaker 4: started just working out when she was with you.
- 41:02Speaker 9: Yeah, she wanted to get into issue, just wanted to
- 41:04Speaker 9: learn more about what you know, I was passionate about.
- 41:07Speaker 9: And that's what I'm passionate about. That's my secret. I
- 41:10Speaker 9: knew what I was doing, man, right from the jump,
- 41:12Speaker 9: as soon as I met her. I mean, guys need
- 41:14Speaker 9: to start looking at relationships like investments. Okay, you're not
- 41:17Speaker 9: gonna see you return on the investment immediately.
- 41:21Speaker 1: You just got to look at the bigger picture.
- 41:23Speaker 9: Okay, it's like buying a fixer up her house, right,
- 41:25Speaker 9: Maybe the kitchen's a little outdated.
- 41:28Speaker 10: Mesh, you know, the paint paint feeling.
- 41:31Speaker 9: And it's ugly, but the bones are great, but it's
- 41:34Speaker 9: not Can you just put a little.
- 41:35Speaker 2: Love a little doesn't Yeah, that's a big difference.
- 41:40Speaker 9: No, No, you turned the six into a dream house.
- 41:43Speaker 3: That's but hold on.
- 41:45Speaker 4: But here's here's my point, and please don't ever tell
- 41:48Speaker 4: her this, but I'm not. My point is this is
- 41:52Speaker 4: you liked her. You said she's hilarious and she's pretty
- 41:55Speaker 4: face like. So what you're saying you changed the way.
- 42:00Speaker 4: You had an influence in changing the way she looked.
- 42:04Speaker 4: But you if she wouldn't have changed as far as appearance,
- 42:07Speaker 4: you wouldn't be into her because you were dating her
- 42:09Speaker 4: when she was a quote unquote six Listen.
- 42:12Speaker 9: I love her, and if she if she let it
- 42:15Speaker 9: all go and went back to the way she looked,
- 42:17Speaker 9: I'd still be with her.
- 42:18Speaker 3: And that like you're calling believe are you guys?
- 42:20Speaker 1: You can hate No, I would.
- 42:22Speaker 9: You could hate on me all you want, But she's happier,
- 42:24Speaker 9: that's the result. And she's healthier, she's got more confidence
- 42:27Speaker 9: than she's ever had. And I am way more attracted
- 42:29Speaker 9: to her than I've ever been. And I've always been attracted,
- 42:32Speaker 9: but like I'm insanely attracted to her now.
- 42:35Speaker 1: That's good, she's happy it is.
- 42:37Speaker 5: But I feel like this is like part of your
- 42:39Speaker 5: life agenda or like having an agenda going into a
- 42:42Speaker 5: relationship is weird.
- 42:43Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying. I guess that, And I don't think.
- 42:45Speaker 4: I'm not saying you're the worst guy or anything. I'm
- 42:47Speaker 4: just saying it's weird to go into I'm gonna go
- 42:49Speaker 4: for a girl who's a quote unquote fix her up her, right,
- 42:52Speaker 4: because then you're going for a like there's there's an agenda,
- 42:56Speaker 4: there's a motive.
- 42:56Speaker 5: Yeah, who's gonna fix you up?
- 42:58Speaker 1: You know, there's some girls out.
- 42:59Speaker 7: There who do the same thing. They upgrade guys. I mean,
- 43:01Speaker 7: Beyonce got a whole song, let me upgrade you.
- 43:04Speaker 1: That's Beyonce. Yeah, I'm just saying, but how does what?
- 43:09Speaker 3: What girl?
- 43:09Speaker 1: What woman? There's some grades a guy? What do you
- 43:12Speaker 1: mean by that?
- 43:12Speaker 7: There's some girls out there who see a guy who
- 43:15Speaker 7: might be what do they call it, working in progress
- 43:17Speaker 7: or whatever, and they get.
- 43:19Speaker 2: In his life, you know, get him great.
- 43:21Speaker 1: I don't see that, get him dressed up, get him
- 43:24Speaker 1: you know, I don't see that.
- 43:26Speaker 5: Women who are like, he's great, but his style is wax,
- 43:29Speaker 5: So we gotta get him out of those sandals, are
- 43:31Speaker 5: going to get him out of that.
- 43:32Speaker 4: Yeah, but that's not going This guy is ugly, I'm
- 43:34Speaker 4: gonna get I'm gonna make him, basically, inspire him to.
- 43:39Speaker 2: I don't think I don't think she tells it. He
- 43:41Speaker 2: says he's ugly.
- 43:42Speaker 1: But something feels different about this. I'm not like I said,
- 43:45Speaker 1: I'm not saying you're a bad guy. Just feels different.
- 43:47Speaker 4: It's not like you're with him because oh, he's just
- 43:50Speaker 4: an awesome guy, and decide note he needs to get healthier.
- 43:54Speaker 1: You went into this going. She's a sixth I'm gonna
- 43:57Speaker 1: get her to and not right wants to be that
- 44:00Speaker 1: girl right development I am.
- 44:04Speaker 9: Comes. I know it comes off a little crass, but
- 44:07Speaker 9: I put emphasis on personality and like liking her as
- 44:10Speaker 9: a person first. It worked out, man, it really worked out.
- 44:13Speaker 1: I got my dream house.
- 44:16Speaker 5: She would feel if she knew that you call her
- 44:19Speaker 5: a fixer upper her dream house. Yeah, but I'm not.
- 44:21Speaker 9: I'm not flipping this house, man, this is my forever home.
- 44:24Speaker 4: No man o, man, Wow, I'm glad she's happy. I'm
- 44:31Speaker 4: glad you're happy. I'm gonna maybe I'm reading this the
- 44:33Speaker 4: wrong way. I'm gonna see what people think about it.
- 44:35Speaker 1: Okay, that's great.
- 44:36Speaker 9: I honestly don't care what anybody thinks about it.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Okay, go ahead, all right.
- 44:39Speaker 5: That's fair.
- 44:40Speaker 1: That is fair. Well, thank you so much, and good
- 44:42Speaker 1: luck to you too. Thank you, guys. Good What is happening?
- 44:46Speaker 5: What your pain is feeling?
- 44:48Speaker 4: I don't Yeah, you're the one that probably needs your
- 44:51Speaker 4: attitude needs to be flipped, right eight three three seven
- 44:54Speaker 4: eight seven one o two nine.
- 44:56Speaker 1: Why listen to that guy more? I just didn't like
- 44:58Speaker 1: I'm sorry.
- 44:59Speaker 8: Look at it.
- 44:59Speaker 5: Women as investments that's.
- 45:03Speaker 1: Maybe I have it wrong. Let me know. Oh wait
- 45:06Speaker 1: until you hear this.
- 45:07Speaker 4: I gotta get K on the phone. It's mixed one
- 45:10Speaker 4: or two point nine. Billy the Kid, Canda Slowpez producer
- 45:13Speaker 4: who was here. We just had this guy dirty little
- 45:15Speaker 4: secret that it kind of like grossed me out.
- 45:17Speaker 1: Yeah, but just wait.
- 45:19Speaker 4: So he basically said, my secret is I knew my
- 45:22Speaker 4: girlfriend going into this was like a six, and I
- 45:24Speaker 4: had a plan to get it to be a nine.
- 45:26Speaker 4: She peptides, gop ones, whatever I gotta do and just
- 45:29Speaker 4: you know, inspire her. And now she's hot and there
- 45:32Speaker 4: was a plan in place, and I'm like, there's no way.
- 45:35Speaker 4: So before we do Candace Court, oh kay, you actually
- 45:39Speaker 4: agree with him?
- 45:40Speaker 10: I absolutely agree with him. I think that is actually
- 45:43Speaker 10: what women have pushed.
- 45:45Speaker 9: For more of.
- 45:47Speaker 10: And I think that when as far as to hear
- 45:49Speaker 10: to Boothly in sand So Bortley, but women did the
- 45:52Speaker 10: same thing. Like I'm with a guy right now. I
- 45:55Speaker 10: see the potential he's built kind of childie. But we're
- 45:59Speaker 10: going to the gym, toga there, we're eating better, I'm
- 46:02Speaker 10: making protein shakes, and I know once he hits his
- 46:05Speaker 10: Jim goal and once I gonna cut his hair off. Oh,
- 46:09Speaker 10: he's going to be in the leven.
- 46:10Speaker 2: I see, that's what I'm telling you.
- 46:13Speaker 1: Okay, Wow, I didn't know that, you know. Okay, KK,
- 46:19Speaker 1: let me upgrade you.
- 46:21Speaker 4: So you went into this going he's a five, but
- 46:24Speaker 4: I'm gonna get him there he's a seven.
- 46:26Speaker 10: Oh but right now he's only twenty eight. Now when
- 46:30Speaker 10: he's thirty four and I'm done with him, he's gonna
- 46:33Speaker 10: be gorgeous. Oh my god.
- 46:38Speaker 9: Yeah. Yeah.
- 46:39Speaker 1: Now this is a true investment.
- 46:41Speaker 8: It is.
- 46:43Speaker 4: You're not even doing GLP ones to get him there faster.
- 46:45Speaker 4: You're really in it for the long haul.
- 46:47Speaker 5: Wow.
- 46:48Speaker 10: Some of the best people start out ugly. Make j partner.
- 46:56Speaker 5: Oh, she's kind of changing my mind right now.
- 47:00Speaker 4: Cannas is going to the dark side. Now I'm wondering
- 47:06Speaker 4: if I was anybody's six year plan. All right, K well,
- 47:10Speaker 4: thank you. I mean I appreciate you being honest with us.
- 47:15Speaker 4: Thank you so much, and and good luck and call
- 47:17Speaker 4: us back in you know, four years and let us see,
- 47:20Speaker 4: let us know what's going on.
- 47:23Speaker 10: Oh I will because I'll be stilling my project.
- 47:25Speaker 1: Oh you're the best, k okkk.
- 47:31Speaker 9: All right, start for canness course he gets settled here
- 47:36Speaker 9: with Billy the kid in the morning.
- 47:38Speaker 1: There's no way this is real life.
- 47:41Speaker 4: Okay kkk, I will never That has gotta be one
- 47:45Speaker 4: of the most low key insults I've ever heard.
- 47:47Speaker 1: Is he's built kind of childish?
- 47:49Speaker 8: What is that.
- 47:51Speaker 5: He's gonna be on the point.
- 47:53Speaker 1: I can't believe if.
- 47:54Speaker 4: Someone ever said I was built childish, I might just,
- 47:58Speaker 4: I don't know, bury my head in the sand for wow.
- 48:01Speaker 1: All right, Candas Cord, let's get this court underway.
- 48:05Speaker 4: All right, Hey, guys, I have a situation for Candas Cord,
- 48:07Speaker 4: I need help with. I'm a single mom with two
- 48:09Speaker 4: young kids, six and eight. I'm actively dating. I realize
- 48:13Speaker 4: that I have babysit. Wait, I'm actively dating and okay,
- 48:17Speaker 4: I realized that I have babysitting cameras hidden in my house.
- 48:22Speaker 4: And I've never told anyone I'm dating when they come over. Oh,
- 48:27Speaker 4: my sister told me that I should tell any guy
- 48:28Speaker 4: I'm seriously dating about the cameras and what they're for,
- 48:31Speaker 4: obviously my child care.
- 48:33Speaker 1: But she thinks I should tell people.
- 48:34Speaker 4: I don't know why I should have to tell them
- 48:36Speaker 4: about the cameras, though it's not like we're walking around
- 48:38Speaker 4: the house naked. Even if something interesting we're caught on camera,
- 48:42Speaker 4: I wouldn't do anything with it. So why should I
- 48:43Speaker 4: have to disclose this with every guy I'm serious with.
- 48:47Speaker 4: I've actually been dating the same guy for about five
- 48:49Speaker 4: months and he stays over often and I have He
- 48:52Speaker 4: has no idea I have cameras.
- 48:54Speaker 1: Should I tell him? Or is it none of his business?
- 48:56Speaker 1: What a weird case?
- 48:58Speaker 5: WHOA?
- 48:58Speaker 4: So he's wondering if she should tell the guy that
- 49:02Speaker 4: she's dating, or any guy that she dates, that she
- 49:04Speaker 4: has cameras inside her house canvas?
- 49:07Speaker 9: Wow?
- 49:08Speaker 5: No, I think it is his business. I would want
- 49:10Speaker 5: it to be my business if you had hidden cameras.
- 49:13Speaker 4: The hidden cameras is one thing. If you I expect
- 49:17Speaker 4: almost everyone to have cameras in their house.
- 49:19Speaker 1: You do if you have kids? Young kids? Yeah? Why
- 49:23Speaker 1: wouldn't you?
- 49:24Speaker 5: Wow?
- 49:24Speaker 1: I mean I do.
- 49:25Speaker 5: No, I don't. I don't have a babysitter either.
- 49:29Speaker 1: Well, right, why would you not? They're so cheap nowadays?
- 49:32Speaker 4: Not like you know, why would you not have cameras
- 49:34Speaker 4: in your house if you have anybody inside your house?
- 49:37Speaker 1: I mean, but I'm also paranoid.
- 49:39Speaker 5: Right outside, totally inside. Didn't know everyone didn't.
- 49:42Speaker 4: I have cameras everywhere? Really cameras? Yeah, right now, there's
- 49:46Speaker 4: cameras in here on you guys. They're everywhere. But why
- 49:50Speaker 4: suld Now, if you're dating somebody, you have to tell
- 49:52Speaker 4: them first of all, if they're hidden, yes, if they're
- 49:55Speaker 4: not hidden, no, who cares.
- 49:57Speaker 2: It's my house.
- 49:58Speaker 7: I want to know, want to know if you got cameras,
- 50:01Speaker 7: because I just I don't want to walk in there
- 50:04Speaker 7: to somebody who I'm dating and just be looking. Did
- 50:07Speaker 7: I see somebody while you're snooping?
- 50:09Speaker 2: No, I'm not snooping.
- 50:10Speaker 1: I'm not doing stealing.
- 50:12Speaker 8: No, I don't know.
- 50:12Speaker 5: He's sub conscious. I don't like. What if I'm picking
- 50:15Speaker 5: a weggie, or like just doing something weird and then
- 50:18Speaker 5: you're just going back to watch the cameras later.
- 50:20Speaker 1: Yeah, well you think nobody's watching you pick your weggie.
- 50:24Speaker 9: But I don't know.
- 50:25Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 50:25Speaker 7: If she's in the bathroom and I'm out there, maybe
- 50:28Speaker 7: I'm singing or or I don't know, doing something crazy
- 50:31Speaker 7: and she goes, she comes back.
- 50:32Speaker 2: And goes, oh, why are you doing that?
- 50:34Speaker 1: She's not checking the cameras in real time.
- 50:36Speaker 5: You're kind of a creep, you know, if you're checking
- 50:38Speaker 5: the cameras while I hear.
- 50:40Speaker 1: In the bathroom she has kids. You think I don't
- 50:42Speaker 1: have cameras in the bathroom.
- 50:43Speaker 5: Well no, I just mean, like if she's on her
- 50:45Speaker 5: phone and another watching.
- 50:46Speaker 1: Its woo's weird scenario.
- 50:48Speaker 4: This is a woman who has cameras because she has kids,
- 50:51Speaker 4: and she's just being safe. I don't think there's anything
- 50:53Speaker 4: wrong with it. I don't think she she have to
- 50:55Speaker 4: disclose it to every single guy she.
- 50:57Speaker 5: Dates, even after five months of dating.
- 50:59Speaker 1: Someone, he's an idiot. If you can't see the camera.
- 51:03Speaker 4: First of all, I know, I know when there's cameras,
- 51:05Speaker 4: if they're hidden, that's a little bit different.
- 51:07Speaker 5: Like when we were like house shopping and we'd go
- 51:09Speaker 5: into these showings or whatever. I'd always be like, just like,
- 51:12Speaker 5: be careful there might be cameras, because I think they
- 51:15Speaker 5: have cameras while we're you know, looking at these houses.
- 51:18Speaker 1: Assume there's cameras everywhere except the bathroom. Why not? I
- 51:20Speaker 1: mean from the minute you leave the house, from the
- 51:22Speaker 1: minute you get here, you're probably recorded by everyone's tesla,
- 51:26Speaker 1: by every camera on the side.
- 51:27Speaker 5: Of the hindway. Whin they're just gonna see me in
- 51:29Speaker 5: my car driving by.
- 51:30Speaker 1: Well, what's different in the house.
- 51:31Speaker 5: What are you doing? I mean, it's just more personal
- 51:33Speaker 5: in the house. You know, you're a different person.
- 51:35Speaker 2: I just think she should just come out and say, hey,
- 51:38Speaker 2: just to let you know.
- 51:38Speaker 1: I got cameras.
- 51:39Speaker 2: That's it. Yeah, it's not that hard to tell me. Hey,
- 51:42Speaker 2: tell me I got some cameras.
- 51:43Speaker 7: If I had cameras and a girl came over, I'd
- 51:45Speaker 7: be like, hey, I got some cameras in here or whatever.
- 51:47Speaker 1: I know that that doesn't sound creepy.
- 51:50Speaker 8: Cameras here.
- 51:51Speaker 4: It is different when it God said, But there's okay, yeah,
- 51:53Speaker 4: the way you say it. Yeah, but if you have well,
- 51:55Speaker 4: if you frame it like that, if you have kids,
- 51:57Speaker 4: and hey, just let you know. I don't know if
- 51:58Speaker 4: it's weird, but I have kids, so I have cam
- 52:00Speaker 4: in the house because I have babysitters sometimes and people
- 52:03Speaker 4: come over, So I have cameras in here.
- 52:05Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 52:05Speaker 1: Oh, that's not a big deal because what am I doing?
- 52:07Speaker 1: That's wrong? Nothing?
- 52:08Speaker 3: Right?
- 52:08Speaker 2: Go ahead?
- 52:09Speaker 1: Cool?
- 52:10Speaker 4: Yeah, So either way, we're not the judge, Canda Slopez,
- 52:14Speaker 4: you are the judge.
- 52:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 52:15Speaker 5: Look, I think you're guilty of being a camquarder. Kathy, Oh,
- 52:18Speaker 5: come on, you got to tell someone, yeah, you're dating
- 52:23Speaker 5: them for five months. They have no clue. There's hidden
- 52:25Speaker 5: cameras around your house. That's kind of creepy.
- 52:27Speaker 3: That matter, Okay, guilty tough stories on the tents with
- 52:31Speaker 3: Billy's the Kid in the morning.
- 52:32Speaker 8: Only on the new Mix one or.
- 52:34Speaker 4: Two point nine Wednesday, where it looks like it's just
- 52:36Speaker 4: gonna be sweaty as can be outside Canda Slowpez, what.
- 52:39Speaker 1: Is going on?
- 52:40Speaker 5: Well, if you have unpaid parking tickets in Dallas, you
- 52:42Speaker 5: want to know about a big change coming to the city.
- 52:45Speaker 5: Starting August twenty fourth, the city will be using windshield
- 52:48Speaker 5: barnacles on cars with three or more outstanding parking tickets
- 52:52Speaker 5: in the same calendar year. So I don't really seen
- 52:55Speaker 5: these a whole lot. These self release windshield covers.
- 53:00Speaker 1: Oh yeah, they're real. In other cities they use them,
- 53:02Speaker 1: and it's like just covers up your whole entire window,
- 53:04Speaker 1: so you can't drive, But at least I hope not. Yeah,
- 53:08Speaker 1: you could try. I guess I don't know.
- 53:10Speaker 5: Yeah, this happens to you. You have to pay your
- 53:12Speaker 5: tickets and then a one hundred dollars fee to unlock
- 53:15Speaker 5: the device, and then also a three hundred dollar dollar
- 53:18Speaker 5: refundable credit card hold. So then when you do unlock it,
- 53:22Speaker 5: it gives you a code and then you drop it
- 53:23Speaker 5: off in a box a drop box on Jefferson. So
- 53:26Speaker 5: it's a whole thing if if you don't want to
- 53:29Speaker 5: get towed, you have to remove these within twenty four hours.
- 53:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I've seen people try to drive.
- 53:32Speaker 4: I think it was in Philadelphia, some guy like hanging
- 53:35Speaker 4: out the driver's side window trying to look around it.
- 53:37Speaker 4: But you know what, they make the most confusing parking signs.
- 53:41Speaker 4: You can, like, it was downtown yesterday trying to park,
- 53:43Speaker 4: and it's like park on this side of the sign.
- 53:45Speaker 4: There's eight signs right from this time to this time.
- 53:48Speaker 4: Can't you just like break it.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Down for me?
- 53:50Speaker 5: Yeah, it's really difficult.
- 53:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not that smart. There'll be a borderline genius
- 53:55Speaker 1: to figure it out.
- 53:56Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 53:56Speaker 5: Well, if you have three or more unpaid parking tickets,
- 53:58Speaker 5: you better handle up on that.
- 54:00Speaker 1: Guys.
- 54:01Speaker 5: This is new from American Airlines. They say they will
- 54:03Speaker 5: start installing screens in the seatbacks of every plane in
- 54:06Speaker 5: their fleet in twenty twenty eight. So they took some
- 54:09Speaker 5: of these screens out of planes about a decade ago
- 54:12Speaker 5: because they thought people really wanted to watch stuff on
- 54:14Speaker 5: their personal devices. And of course, you know this was
- 54:17Speaker 5: gonna save them costs. But I guess they're bringing them back.
- 54:21Speaker 5: And I like this because I like the screens. But
- 54:23Speaker 5: I was shocked to find out that you didn't care
- 54:25Speaker 5: about screens on the back of the seats.
- 54:26Speaker 1: Billy, because I'm gonna bring my phone.
- 54:28Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 54:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't rely on their screens because when somebody
- 54:31Speaker 4: leans back, it's too far in your face and you
- 54:34Speaker 4: got to tilt it up.
- 54:35Speaker 1: And I'd just rather put my brother. I like the
- 54:36Speaker 1: little hangy thing than hangs out.
- 54:38Speaker 5: Okay, See, I don't the little tray that pops out.
- 54:40Speaker 1: Why not? Yeah, just give me free Wi Fi and
- 54:43Speaker 1: I'm good. Okay.
- 54:44Speaker 5: Yeah, they are actually upgrading Wi Fi to starlink, but
- 54:47Speaker 5: these upgrades won't be finished until the early twenty thirties though, So.
- 54:51Speaker 1: Yeah, it takes that many years to put a screen in.
- 54:54Speaker 5: Be patient. Yeah, that's weird. Great, just saying twenty thirties
- 54:58Speaker 5: is weird.
- 54:58Speaker 1: Yeah, that is strange.
- 54:59Speaker 5: Yeah, let me update you on this, guys. New police
- 55:01Speaker 5: reports just came out surrounding the death investigation of Hayden
- 55:05Speaker 5: at Panitie. So sources are saying arrests could be coming.
- 55:09Speaker 5: Investigators did take phones and laptops from the apartment where
- 55:13Speaker 5: she was found, they're not and they're now saying, you know,
- 55:16Speaker 5: her on and off again boyfriend was still sleeping when
- 55:19Speaker 5: his brother actually found Hayden unconscious. Yeah, this is just
- 55:24Speaker 5: kind of breaking news this morning. Her boyfriend apparently showed ems,
- 55:28Speaker 5: you know, a bag of medication that belonged to her.
- 55:30Speaker 5: But her mom is also speaking out saying this boyfriend
- 55:33Speaker 5: was a person they've been trying to get out of
- 55:35Speaker 5: her life for quite some time. He was there, you know,
- 55:38Speaker 5: when this happened. She didn't accuse him of anything, but
- 55:41Speaker 5: you know, she said Hayden had kind of lost her
- 55:43Speaker 5: way and chose the wrong path.
- 55:45Speaker 1: So it's not the father of her child.
- 55:47Speaker 5: No, this is another guy, right, This is kind of
- 55:49Speaker 5: a boyfriend she had here and there.
- 55:51Speaker 1: So her brother, his brother found her, Yes, correct, and
- 55:54Speaker 1: she was alive.
- 55:56Speaker 5: Yeah, well she was I guess entering cardiac arrest from
- 55:59Speaker 5: what I know. He's the one that called you know,
- 56:02Speaker 5: nine one one. But you know, Hayend wrote about you know,
- 56:05Speaker 5: the abuse that she went through with this person in
- 56:07Speaker 5: her memoir, which is just a really sad update to
- 56:11Speaker 5: hear this morning. You know, they initially said no foul play,
- 56:14Speaker 5: so we're just waiting for this investigation to play out.
- 56:16Speaker 1: There gonna arrest them for him wondering, Yeah, I don't know.
- 56:19Speaker 5: I mean, they'll go through phones and see, you know,
- 56:21Speaker 5: maybe if there's any evidence as to any substances that
- 56:24Speaker 5: were involved, which is really sad to hear that.
- 56:27Speaker 4: That's that's heartbreaking. This situation is not sad enough. If
- 56:30Speaker 4: you find out that anybody had anything to do with
- 56:32Speaker 4: it is horrendous.
- 56:33Speaker 5: Right, I'll definitely keep you posted. I'm Candoslopez. Those are
- 56:36Speaker 5: your Texas hop stories.
- 56:37Speaker 8: The new Mixed one on two point nine.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Oh that's a hot tage.
- 56:42Speaker 3: Let us know what you think.
- 56:44Speaker 8: Here's today's hot.
- 56:45Speaker 4: Take the chance go to Vegas coming up next. iHeartRadio
- 56:47Speaker 4: Music Festival happening next month. That trip on us, make
- 56:50Speaker 4: it happening. You're ready now, Hot take of the Day
- 56:52Speaker 4: I Mixed one or two point nine. It's barely the
- 56:54Speaker 4: kid Canda Slowpez producer.
- 56:56Speaker 1: Whoo Okay.
- 56:57Speaker 4: We always kind of have personal opinions on what drivers
- 57:01Speaker 4: are the worst as far as just going by the
- 57:03Speaker 4: car right. If you just look at a car, you're like, oh, okay,
- 57:07Speaker 4: I know you're a bad driver because you drive blank.
- 57:11Speaker 1: Usually for me, ultima is up there.
- 57:14Speaker 5: Yeah, the bumpers usually hang it off. Yeah, no chance.
- 57:18Speaker 4: And I always I never really wanted to believe that stereotype.
- 57:22Speaker 4: And after a while you're like, no, I think this
- 57:24Speaker 4: is true. I mean, ultimate drivers just have a death
- 57:27Speaker 4: wish at all. They don't care about you, don't care
- 57:30Speaker 4: about your family. They will cut you off, and they
- 57:33Speaker 4: have no insurance.
- 57:35Speaker 1: They do that.
- 57:36Speaker 4: I can't guarantee, but you know, I'm just speculating, right,
- 57:38Speaker 4: There's certain cars, certain people you just like. For you,
- 57:42Speaker 4: do you see a certain car, Candice, and you're like, oh,
- 57:44Speaker 4: worst driver ever.
- 57:45Speaker 5: Well, I've always heard that BMW drivers can be interesting
- 57:49Speaker 5: on the roads. I'll put it that way.
- 57:51Speaker 1: Interesting as in, they.
- 57:52Speaker 5: Suck well, they're a little make risky moods.
- 57:54Speaker 1: You just say, yes, you can be honest.
- 57:57Speaker 5: I've heard BMW drivers suck ago, thank you to be
- 58:01Speaker 5: nice community.
- 58:02Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, because you're beginning to car. Yeah, and I
- 58:06Speaker 1: really good though it No, you you're a good driver.
- 58:10Speaker 1: You're very speedy.
- 58:11Speaker 5: Though, but I'm calculated.
- 58:14Speaker 4: People think it's usually the people who think they're calculated
- 58:18Speaker 4: and well trained.
- 58:19Speaker 1: We're the craziest drivers. Yeah, I mean, yeah, not too bad.
- 58:25Speaker 4: Producer pooh, which one do you see a car on
- 58:27Speaker 4: the road and you're like, okay, this this car is
- 58:28Speaker 4: by far the worst driver.
- 58:30Speaker 7: Honda civics hondas it lowered and it got a they
- 58:33Speaker 7: got an Anime sticker on the side and Anime. Oh wow,
- 58:38Speaker 7: I got cut off the other day by one with
- 58:40Speaker 7: those loud tail.
- 58:41Speaker 1: Pipes of the big fin on it.
- 58:42Speaker 5: Yeah and furious.
- 58:46Speaker 4: Well, they did a study on this. They actually did
- 58:48Speaker 4: research on this, actual research. They analyzed actual data from
- 58:52Speaker 4: insurance companies accident reports to come up with a definitive
- 58:57Speaker 4: list of the best and the worst drivers. Okay, in
- 59:01Speaker 4: the United States. Okay, now who do you think the
- 59:04Speaker 4: worst drivers? Do you think BMW made that list?
- 59:08Speaker 5: I think they probably did as a Ford Mustang on there.
- 59:11Speaker 4: Well, let's take a look as far as this research
- 59:14Speaker 4: shows across the country the worst drivers overall BMW. Okay,
- 59:22Speaker 4: are you ready this one? I didn't expect rams. Oh
- 59:26Speaker 4: really ram truck drivers.
- 59:29Speaker 5: They just ram people.
- 59:30Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 59:30Speaker 4: I think they're just kind of aggressive, huh. Okay, in
- 59:33Speaker 4: everything they do right in life. Then the top three
- 59:39Speaker 4: the third one Tesla drivers.
- 59:41Speaker 5: Oh yeah, there are some electric cars where I think
- 59:45Speaker 5: people just forget they're driving a car. Yeah, maybe because
- 59:48Speaker 5: it kind of rides like a golf cart.
- 59:49Speaker 1: They had.
- 59:50Speaker 4: BMW drivers had nearly forty five incidents per one thousand
- 59:53Speaker 4: drivers throughout the past year. That includes accidents, do UIs,
- 59:57Speaker 4: speeding and citations.
- 59:59Speaker 5: No kidding.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: Now on the flip side, the best drivers Chrysler.
- 1:00:05Speaker 5: Okay, okay, the PACIFICA, the Pacific super super good drivers.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: The Cadillac, Oh okay, I feel like Cadillac drivers are
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: good drivers.
- 1:00:18Speaker 5: Yeah, I feel like they take it pretty slow.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: And then the Mercury, which, who's out of here? Who's Mercury?
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: What's a Mercury?
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: Mercury, Chicer, Grandma cars?
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: One of those one time on two road Mercury?
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: Is there like a new school Mercury that's out? I
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: don't know of one. Okay, Now you want to know
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: what cars at the highest accident rates. Yes, the Ram.
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: Hey, that's what my sister got here by really yeah,
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: Ram right over here, six thirty five.
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: I just thought about that, Okay, Yeah, Ram truck drivers
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: are a little aggressive, I do, I know, I do
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: like them, I know, all right, super uh highest accident
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: rate against that, Yeah, Tesla's highest accent rate. Tesla's are
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: all now as far as the highest levels of d
- 1:01:07Speaker 4: UIs BMW's highest for d U s huh by far
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: the highest, followed by Ram, then Buick, Chrysler, Volvo, and
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: Lexus drivers.
- 1:01:23Speaker 6: Huh.
- 1:01:24Speaker 4: Yeah, Infinity is the brand with the highest speeding rates.
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: If you're in an Infinity right now, slow down because
- 1:01:31Speaker 4: I can tell you're going way too fast. Also, that
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: was followed by Volkswagons. Volkswagons, Yeah, Lexus, Cadillac, and Chrysler
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: had the lowest speeding rates. And then yeah, so those
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: are the top ones.
- 1:01:47Speaker 11: Interesting, Nissan not even in Nissan Ultimate, not even in
- 1:01:51Speaker 11: the top five.
- 1:01:53Speaker 5: They've heard us talking and they got their lives together.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: I doubt it.
- 1:01:58Speaker 4: I really truly doubt it. Okay, worst drivers, do you
- 1:02:03Speaker 4: think this list is right? Do you think you need
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: to add something? Eight three three seven eight seven one
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: o two nine Ultimate Drivers? I know you're mad, sorry,
- 1:02:10Speaker 4: but it's true.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: It makes one on.
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: Two point nine. Good morning, it's bailing a kid. Candicelow
- 1:02:15Speaker 4: Paz is here producer Poo is here. I am down
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: to one arm because I broke my hand, and if
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: you hear dead air, that's why I'm trying to control
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: things with the one arm. And yeah, I had to
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: go to the restroom earlier. Pooh had to go with
- 1:02:25Speaker 4: me and he helped me out. So I appreciate that, Poo.
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: If you see two dudes in a urinal, it's just
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: us the door or in the stall. No, I mean
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: I need to help get my pants down. And yeah,
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: he's trying to make up for not checking on me
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: last night. So when I was in r SO, He's like,
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: I'll come in there with you, and I'm like, all right,
- 1:02:46Speaker 4: I appreciate it, Poof. So yeah, you know what, that's
- 1:02:48Speaker 4: what good friends do. Literally, you know, thankfully I am
- 1:02:54Speaker 4: left handed. I broke my hand playing basketball yesterday, which
- 1:02:56Speaker 4: sucks because I just have a weird feeling. I got
- 1:02:59Speaker 4: to see us specialist hopefully today. I have a weird
- 1:03:02Speaker 4: feeling I need surgery.
- 1:03:04Speaker 5: I mean I don't read X rays either, but looking
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: at that photo, yeah yeah, it just needs some special
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: attention right now.
- 1:03:09Speaker 4: I'm you know, I could see and if you're a doctor.
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: Legola my Instagram and look and I'll pay you later.
- 1:03:15Speaker 4: I put my X ray up there, but I think
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: it's displaced. Like right now, I feel my bone like
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: kind of floating where it shouldn't be. So I'm trying
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: to move it around to get it back in place.
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: But I don't think you're supposed to do that.
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: Oh, probably not.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. I didn't go to med school,
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: So we'll figure it out either way. I mean, it's
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: not the end of the world. It's just annoying because
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: when it's this hot, you don't want to wear anything.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: You got stuff you want to do, and I just
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: started working out a lot, so I'm like all in it.
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: But I took a hard fall, hard.
- 1:03:40Speaker 4: Fall yesterday playing basketball, and I just saw it just
- 1:03:44Speaker 4: popping out, and I was like, this can't be good.
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: So how was your day, Candislowpez It was a busy day.
- 1:03:50Speaker 5: Yesterday. I went to the top of the Bank of
- 1:03:52Speaker 5: America building. I just have always called it the Green
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: Building because I was born and raised here and it's
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: always green. But I went to the seventieth flory yesterday
- 1:04:00Speaker 5: and looked out and I was like, wow, I've never
- 1:04:02Speaker 5: been in this building. I've stared at my whole life.
- 1:04:04Speaker 5: So now I just have a list of things I
- 1:04:06Speaker 5: need to do in Dallas.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: I can't believe you've never been in there.
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: Yeah, never been in there. I've had family members that
- 1:04:11Speaker 5: worked in that building. But now I'm just thinking, like,
- 1:04:13Speaker 5: I've never been to the top of Reunion Tower either,
- 1:04:16Speaker 5: or the sixth floor museum, sy flying, I have to
- 1:04:19Speaker 5: do all this stuff. I need to be a tourist
- 1:04:20Speaker 5: in my hometown.
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: I've never been to Reunion Town. You never went to
- 1:04:23Speaker 4: the restaurant up there. No, not one time in your
- 1:04:26Speaker 4: entire life, not even when it used to spin around.
- 1:04:28Speaker 8: No.
- 1:04:29Speaker 9: Never.
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: It doesn't spend anymore.
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: No, I don't think it spins anymore. Okay, maybe it does.
- 1:04:34Speaker 4: I don't think it does, though, I don't think it does.
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: Does it spin now? I think it's called something else,
- 1:04:38Speaker 4: like Crown Block or something. Oh yeah, but when it
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: was Wolfgang used to spin around?
- 1:04:42Speaker 5: Fail you miss those days looking out over the city, like,
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: there's so much I need to experience here, and.
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: You've never been to the sixth floor museum. Oh, I
- 1:04:51Speaker 4: can't believe that. I know me saying I've never been
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: to Cracker Barrel.
- 1:04:56Speaker 5: Yeah, I can't believe that either take you.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: I don't know if I want to go at the Yeah,
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: get your hand fixed and we'll take you both hands
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: on pancakes.
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: You need both.
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: Who's gonna feed me? Who's gonna baby bird me?
- 1:05:13Speaker 8: What?
- 1:05:14Speaker 6: Baby?
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: That's what good friends do.
- 1:05:18Speaker 5: No, he wouldn't.
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: He wouldn't go to the bathroom with me, which upset me. Yeah,
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: I mean I need help. What am I going to do?
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: I can't.
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: I can't put on socks, so I have no Yeah,
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: I know, I'm wearing shoes without socks because guess what.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: I didn't want to wear flip flops because everyone would
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: make fun of me. You can't win around here, the
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: sketcher slip ons. Yeah, I'd rather break my other arms.
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: I'd rather break my other arm. Yeah, thank you. I
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: appreciate that. All right. What's you?
- 1:05:53Speaker 9: Oh?
- 1:05:54Speaker 7: My aunt Terry just got back from Norway. Yeah, and
- 1:05:57Speaker 7: I told her, I said, can you bring me something
- 1:05:59Speaker 7: from your rip?
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: She's like, yeah, I got you Scandinavian tort over there.
- 1:06:05Speaker 7: But she brought me back like a couple of hoodies

- 1:06:12Speaker 7: it was nice, but she didn't realize those are European sizes.
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: I tried it on Yesay in front of her, and
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: it went.
- 1:06:20Speaker 7: Immediately above my belly and she goes, well, it fit

- 1:08:41Speaker 5: Yeah, Well, NBC's streamer Peacock the latest streamer to hike
- 1:08:45Speaker 5: prices they're gonna be h raising prices again. They did
- 1:08:48Speaker 5: this last year. They say the higher fees will allow
- 1:08:51Speaker 5: the company to continue to create the best experience for
- 1:08:54Speaker 5: its viewers. But effective this week, subscription rates are increasing
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: for every tier at Peacocks. So their Simple plan is

- 1:09:04Speaker 5: that comes with like Sunday Night Football, WWE, things like
- 1:09:08Speaker 5: the Olympics and all you know, the Bravo shows, it's
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: going to jump up to twenty dollars a monthly.
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: So twenty dollars a month now.
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: Remember we all got rid of cable, yeah, because we
- 1:09:18Speaker 4: were like, this is way too much, this is insane.
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: Now we're paying more because we have fifteen thousand different

- 1:09:37Speaker 5: be nice if we had all these things in one place? Yeah,

- 1:09:50Speaker 5: this year's Big Text Choice Awards winners, so you could
- 1:09:54Speaker 5: start trying these all when the State Fair of Texas
- 1:09:56Speaker 5: opens on September twenty fifth. I know you were judging
- 1:09:59Speaker 5: out there yesterday. I was so jealous of all the
- 1:10:01Speaker 5: food you were eating.
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: It was so good. It was one of the best
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: days of my life.
- 1:10:05Speaker 4: That they quickly turned bad when I broke my hand,
- 1:10:06Speaker 4: but yeah, the first half of the day was a
- 1:10:09Speaker 4: dream come true.
- 1:10:11Speaker 5: I'm so glad. Well, let's go over some of the winners.
- 1:10:13Speaker 5: So for best Taste Savory, it was the Burger chopped
- 1:10:16Speaker 5: tater Tacos, which is, I guess, a chopped burger patty
- 1:10:20Speaker 5: with a bunch of toppings and then they serve it
- 1:10:22Speaker 5: on a taco shell made of cheddar cheese tater tots.
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: How was that?
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: Yeah, it was good.
- 1:10:26Speaker 4: It won, obviously, and it was just like very flavorful,
- 1:10:29Speaker 4: just an explosion of flavor in your mouth. And it
- 1:10:32Speaker 4: was cool because it's cheese, the shell is cheese and
- 1:10:34Speaker 4: tater tots smashed up, and it was one of my favorites.
- 1:10:38Speaker 4: That and the same guy, I think his name's Tommy
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: g same guy actually made the Cheeto pizza.
- 1:10:44Speaker 5: Oh, the flaming hot Cheeto Okay, got it.
- 1:10:46Speaker 4: Which I don't know how stoned he was when he
- 1:10:48Speaker 4: did it, because you have to be right. But it
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: was surprisingly one of the best things.
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: There was so good.
- 1:10:55Speaker 5: Yeah, it did so best taste sweet. This was gonna
- 1:10:58Speaker 5: be my choice just based on looking at the pictures.
- 1:11:01Speaker 5: A Fletcher's Chocolate corny Dog. Oh yes, is it warm?
- 1:11:05Speaker 5: Is it like a dream of just like you know,
- 1:11:07Speaker 5: the Fletcher's famous batter with the chocolate.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: It's everything you want. And then it comes with this
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: dipping sauce which.
- 1:11:12Speaker 5: Is oh, it's a raspberry stuff.
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: It's a raspberry, but it looks like ketchup.
- 1:11:16Speaker 4: And then they have it looks like mustard on the
- 1:11:19Speaker 4: corny dog, but it's actually just vanilla icing colored yellow.
- 1:11:22Speaker 5: Yeah, but it was.
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: It was just warm.
- 1:11:27Speaker 8: Oh.
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: I could have eaten about seven of them.
- 1:11:29Speaker 5: I might go for that first when I get to
- 1:11:31Speaker 5: the fair this year.
- 1:11:32Speaker 4: Fletcher's is so awesome. I love Fletcher's corny Dogs. And
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: the other one that was surprisingly really good is the
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: Espresso teeny Oh. Okay, it was a popsicle basically, but
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: it had booze in it. Whoa, it was amazing. You
- 1:11:46Speaker 4: gotta try that, especially when it's gonna be still probably
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: one hundred. Yeah out there, Espresso TEENI pops.
- 1:11:52Speaker 5: Okay, good to know. And then best taste sipper was
- 1:11:55Speaker 5: the tropical cocoa fresca. Yes, pretty good.
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: Pineapple watermelon is so good, refreshing.
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: And you know, they're a local business and a lot
- 1:12:04Speaker 4: of these businesses are small businesses.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: The spenders are from you know, Texas, locally based small businesses.
- 1:12:12Speaker 4: So when you go there, not just the winners, go
- 1:12:14Speaker 4: support all of them because sometimes we forget about sometimes
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: we forget the State Fair of Texas is a massive
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: nonprofit organization, right, you don't think about that. This is

- 1:13:28Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: That was the other one that you're talking about off
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: brand sodas that we used to mountain miss mountainous.
- 1:13:34Speaker 4: Mountain missed or uh, there was one that was called
- 1:13:37Speaker 4: doctor Bob no past, doctor Pepper ripop.

- 1:14:03Speaker 9: Okay, So my dirty little secret is gonna make me
- 1:14:08Speaker 9: sound like a colossal douchebag. But I swear to you
- 1:14:12Speaker 9: there's a method to this madness, and like single guys
- 1:14:17Speaker 9: are going about this thing completely wrong. So just if
- 1:14:20Speaker 9: you could just hear me out before you lay into
- 1:14:22Speaker 9: me and completely roast me here.
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:14:28Speaker 9: So I'm in a really good place in my life.
- 1:14:30Speaker 9: I'm in a really like happy relationship. I love my
- 1:14:33Speaker 9: girlfriend to death, love her to pieces.
- 1:14:35Speaker 3: She's hilarious.
- 1:14:37Speaker 9: She's just really sweet and kind and treats others, you know,
- 1:14:40Speaker 9: with kindness.
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: We get along great.
- 1:14:42Speaker 3: And recently she.
- 1:14:45Speaker 9: Got like really hot, Like legitimately, this woman went, yeah,
- 1:14:51Speaker 9: she went to like becoming just a nine at the
- 1:14:55Speaker 9: very least a nine, and she was.
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: Not always a nine. Okay, God, which.
- 1:15:03Speaker 3: No, no, here's the deal.
- 1:15:04Speaker 9: Okay, I'm not look I'm not the best looking guy
- 1:15:08Speaker 9: myself like I'm being like, I'm a solid six, maybe
- 1:15:12Speaker 9: a seven on a good day with the right lighting,
- 1:15:15Speaker 9: you know, but I'm in really good I'm in good shape.
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: I'm in good shape.
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: But my face is my face. I know what I'm
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: working with you.
- 1:15:26Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, no, I am, and I'm being honest with
- 1:15:28Speaker 9: you about this too. Like, so I stopped chasing girls
- 1:15:31Speaker 9: who were already tens and purposely just started looking for
- 1:15:34Speaker 9: what I call a fixer upper.
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: Okay, so.
- 1:15:39Speaker 4: Yeah, what do you what do you mean by a
- 1:15:42Speaker 4: you said a fixer upper? Okay, where is this going?
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: Okay?
- 1:15:54Speaker 9: So when I met my girlfriend, she had, like I mean,
- 1:15:57Speaker 9: she's beautiful, really cute face and just amazing personality, but
- 1:16:01Speaker 9: you know, she was a little overweight, and she dressed
- 1:16:04Speaker 9: kind of frumpy, and I wasn't like, you know, she
- 1:16:08Speaker 9: didn't have a lot of confidence, and I wasn't like
- 1:16:10Speaker 9: insanely attracted to her at first, but I saw potential, okay.
- 1:16:15Speaker 3: And I'm okay, all right, hang on, hang on.
- 1:16:20Speaker 9: Look, I'm really big, and I'm really big on health
- 1:16:23Speaker 9: and fitness and nutrition, fe f tides, GLP ones, all
- 1:16:28Speaker 9: that stuff. So when we started dating, she, you know,
- 1:16:31Speaker 9: naturally started getting into you know what I was into,
- 1:16:35Speaker 9: and I just helped educate her on everything.
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: Okay, so you you kind of pushed her to get
- 1:16:42Speaker 4: on a GLP one in peptides.
- 1:16:45Speaker 9: Yeah yeah, man, she's taken better care of herself, changed
- 1:16:48Speaker 9: the way she dressed, lost a bunch of weights, got healthier.
- 1:16:51Speaker 9: Confidence is through the roof.
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: Yeah man, I'm but I'm sorry.
- 1:16:56Speaker 5: But if she wasn't interested in that and on her own, it's.
- 1:16:59Speaker 4: It's in did you push her there or did she
- 1:17:01Speaker 4: get interested because you're passionate about it?
- 1:17:04Speaker 9: She just saw like how passionate I was about it,
- 1:17:06Speaker 9: so she started asking questions. And the more questions she asked,
- 1:17:10Speaker 9: you know, the more information I gave her, and she
- 1:17:11Speaker 9: just she gravitated towards it. I didn't really like. I
- 1:17:14Speaker 9: wasn't like, hey, you need to do this, you know.
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: I was just like, yeah, you know this is but
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: you kind of knew where what you were doing.
- 1:17:23Speaker 5: Yeah, you intentionally influenced her, is what it sounds.
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: You're an influencer.
- 1:17:28Speaker 9: Oh yeah, she went from a six to a nine.
- 1:17:31Speaker 9: And I would never tell her any of this, by
- 1:17:33Speaker 9: the way, like.
- 1:17:34Speaker 4: Ever, so why but okay, you're saying she started so
- 1:17:39Speaker 4: she started just working out when she was with you.
- 1:17:41Speaker 9: Yeah, she wanted to get into is She just wanted
- 1:17:43Speaker 9: to learn more about what you know, I was passionate about.
- 1:17:46Speaker 9: And that's what I'm passionate about.
- 1:17:48Speaker 3: That's my secret.
- 1:17:49Speaker 9: I knew what I was doing, man, right from the jump,
- 1:17:51Speaker 9: as soon as I met her. I mean, guys need
- 1:17:53Speaker 9: to start looking at relationships like investments. Okay, you're not
- 1:17:56Speaker 9: going to see you return on the investment of mediate.
- 1:18:00Speaker 9: You just got to look at the bigger picture. Okay,
- 1:18:02Speaker 9: it's like buying a fixer up her house, right, Maybe
- 1:18:05Speaker 9: the kitchen's a little outdated, the paint feeling and it's ugly,
- 1:18:11Speaker 9: but the bones are great.
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: But it's not Can you just put a little mob.
- 1:18:16Speaker 5: Doesn't have feelings?
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a big difference.
- 1:18:19Speaker 9: No, No, you turned the six into a dream house.
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: That's but hold on.
- 1:18:24Speaker 4: But here's here's my point, and please don't ever tell
- 1:18:27Speaker 4: her this, but I'm not. My point is this is
- 1:18:31Speaker 4: you liked her.
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: You said she's hilarious and she's pretty face like.
- 1:18:35Speaker 4: So what you're saying you changed the way You had
- 1:18:40Speaker 4: an influence in changing the way she looked. But you
- 1:18:44Speaker 4: if she wouldn't have changed as far as appearance. You
- 1:18:46Speaker 4: wouldn't be into her because you were dating her when
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: she was a quote unquote six.
- 1:18:51Speaker 9: Listen, I love her, and if she if she let
- 1:18:54Speaker 9: it all go and went back to the way she looked,
- 1:18:56Speaker 9: I'd still be with her. And that like you're calling
- 1:18:59Speaker 9: you guys, you can hate No, I would.
- 1:19:01Speaker 3: You could hate on me.
- 1:19:02Speaker 9: All you want, But she's happier, that's the result. And
- 1:19:04Speaker 9: she's healthier, she's got more confidence than she's ever had.
- 1:19:07Speaker 9: And I am way more attracted to her than I've
- 1:19:09Speaker 9: ever been. And I've always been attracted, but like I'm
- 1:19:12Speaker 9: insanely attracted to her now.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: That's good, she's happy it is.
- 1:19:16Speaker 5: But I feel like this is like part of your
- 1:19:18Speaker 5: life agenda or like having an agenda going into a
- 1:19:21Speaker 5: relationship is weird.
- 1:19:22Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying. I guess that, And I don't think.
- 1:19:24Speaker 4: I'm not saying you're the worst guy or anything. I'm
- 1:19:26Speaker 4: just saying it's weird to go into I'm gonna go
- 1:19:29Speaker 4: for a girl who's a quote unquote fix her up
- 1:19:31Speaker 4: her right, because then you're going for a like there's
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: there's an agenda, there's a motive.
- 1:19:35Speaker 5: Yeah, who's gonna fix you up.
- 1:19:37Speaker 7: You know, there's some girls out there who do the
- 1:19:39Speaker 7: same thing. They upgrade guys. I mean, Beyonce got a
- 1:19:41Speaker 7: whole song let me upgrade you.
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: That's yeah. I'm just saying, but how does what girl?
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: What woman? There's some grades a guy? What do you
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: mean by that?
- 1:19:51Speaker 7: There's some girls out there who see a guy who
- 1:19:54Speaker 7: might be what do they call it, working in progress
- 1:19:56Speaker 7: or whatever, and they get in his life, you know,
- 1:20:00Speaker 7: get him.
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: I don't see that, get him dressed up, get him.
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: You know, I don't see that.
- 1:20:05Speaker 5: Women who are like, he's great, but his style is wax.
- 1:20:08Speaker 5: So we gotta get him out of those sandals. Are
- 1:20:10Speaker 5: we gonna get him out of that?
- 1:20:11Speaker 4: Yeah, but that's not going This guy's ugly, I'm gonna
- 1:20:14Speaker 4: get I'm gonna make him, basically, inspire him.
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: To I don't think. I don't think she tells it.
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: He says he's ugly.
- 1:20:21Speaker 4: But something feels different about this. I'm not like I said,
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: I'm not saying you're a bad guy. Just feels different.
- 1:20:26Speaker 4: It's not like you're with him because he's just an
- 1:20:29Speaker 4: awesome guy. Decide note he needs to get healthier. You
- 1:20:33Speaker 4: went into this going she's a six. I'm gonna get
- 1:20:36Speaker 4: her to and not right.
- 1:20:39Speaker 9: That girl.
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: Right, it's a development.
- 1:20:44Speaker 6: Comes.
- 1:20:44Speaker 9: I know it comes off a little crass, but I
- 1:20:46Speaker 9: put emphasis on personality and like liking her as a
- 1:20:49Speaker 9: person first.
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: It worked out, man, it really worked out. I got
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: my dream house.
- 1:20:55Speaker 5: She would feel if she knew that you call her
- 1:20:58Speaker 5: a fixer upper a dream house.
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: Yeah, but I'm not.
- 1:21:00Speaker 3: I'm not flipping this house, man, this is my forever home.
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: No, no, no, man, oh man.
- 1:21:07Speaker 5: Wow.
- 1:21:08Speaker 4: I'm glad she's happy. I'm glad you're happy. I'm gonna
- 1:21:11Speaker 4: maybe I'm reading this the wrong way. I'm gonna see
- 1:21:13Speaker 4: what people think about it.
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: Okay, that's great.
- 1:21:15Speaker 9: I honestly don't care what anybody thinks about it.
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: Okay, go ahead, all.
- 1:21:18Speaker 5: Right, that's fair.
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: That is fair. Well, thank you so much, and good
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: luck to you too.
- 1:21:23Speaker 3: Thank you, guys.
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: Good morning. A lot of comments saying that he's crazy,
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: but there's also comments who say, I mean, hey, I
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: get it from women. I mean Kay called this earlier
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: and she said, no, same thing here. I got my
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: guy on a six year plan.
- 1:21:35Speaker 5: That's crazy.
- 1:21:36Speaker 4: Right now, he's a seven. But by the time I
- 1:21:38Speaker 4: get done, he's gonna be you know, by what twenty
- 1:21:41Speaker 4: thirty two?
- 1:21:42Speaker 5: Yeah, an eleven, she says, it's gonna be an eleven.
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: I mean, what do you think you're about to get
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: out of here?

- 1:22:15Speaker 5: myself tonight to just think I might not see her
- 1:22:18Speaker 5: for a couple of months.
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: That is so weird, ye to me, I know, to
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: think about time goes so fast?
- 1:22:24Speaker 5: Does Yeah, she's starting at ut Tyler or moving in
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: on Friday.
- 1:22:28Speaker 4: That'll be awesome. We'll tell her congratulations. Yeah, And I
- 1:22:31Speaker 4: think I'm going to try to find a doctor. But
- 1:22:33Speaker 4: the problem is and thank you to your friend who
- 1:22:35Speaker 4: is trying to hook me up with a doctor because
- 1:22:36Speaker 4: I broke my hand. But I just called the doctor
- 1:22:39Speaker 4: and tell me how confusing this is. Our medical system
- 1:22:42Speaker 4: sucks so bad. So I have a broken hand. I
- 1:22:46Speaker 4: went to the er and I just called the specialist
- 1:22:49Speaker 4: because I might have to have surgery. But they told
- 1:22:51Speaker 4: me to go back to my primary care doctor to
- 1:22:55Speaker 4: get a referral so I can go back to them.
- 1:22:58Speaker 4: What even though I know it's broken already been to
- 1:23:00Speaker 4: the er, but I can't go to them because I

- 1:23:07Speaker 5: of our referrals.

- 1:23:10Speaker 4: right now. It hurts and it's like I'm in pain. Yeah,
- 1:23:14Speaker 4: but i'd have to make an appointment with my doctor
- 1:23:17Speaker 4: to go see the other doctor.
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: Am I crazy? It's a lot, This is the way
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: it works.
- 1:23:22Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know.
