- 0:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this weekend has been a heavy one.
- 0:03SPEAKER_03: It's been a heavy one.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Crazy.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: I mean, first all across the board.
- 0:09SPEAKER_03: I just want to say I won the bet.
- 0:12SPEAKER_03: So we didn't actually say how much I win, but I think that means I get to choose how much I win.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: True, true.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: You know what?
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: Post Olympia.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: Post Olympia, sushi on me.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: You and Matt.
- 0:28SPEAKER_03: Well, now with the point system, I'm literally saying this now.
- 0:32SPEAKER_03: I'm running two back-to-back shows post Olympia.
- 0:35SPEAKER_03: I'm doing the uh I'm doing them straight away.
- 0:38SPEAKER_03: Because especially with the point system and what's changed, which is why I won the bet if anyone's confused, by the way.
- 0:44SPEAKER_03: Um they've changed it now to obviously top 20 and two wins.
- 0:49SPEAKER_03: So I did say I was like, it'll be either top 15 or top 20 or something like that along those uh along those lines.
- 0:56SPEAKER_03: I do think your I do think your idea though would have been a good idea to kind of like make it even more refined in terms of like you've got to be able to do it.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: Maybe the follow-up one is maybe they don't want it to be as drastic of a change, right?
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: They're cutting off five more, and then if that still has 45 on the board next year, and they're like, we need to cut it back a bit more.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: Maybe they cap it at 40 or cap it at 30, but still a good, still a good change.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: We knew something was coming and it did.
- 1:20SPEAKER_03: So yeah, let's quickly go before we get on to this this weekend's shows.
- 1:24SPEAKER_03: Let's quickly go.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Me looking at the post-Olimpia shows right now.
- 1:27SPEAKER_03: I know.
- 1:28SPEAKER_03: You're like, which one are you doing?
- 1:30SPEAKER_03: So this is the uh point system now.
- 1:33SPEAKER_03: So you've got top 20 in points, which that's what it used to be.
- 1:37SPEAKER_03: It used to be just top 20, by the way.
- 1:40SPEAKER_03: So this is still not that bad.
- 1:42SPEAKER_03: This is still, I know people have been like, oh, it's even harder.
- 1:45SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, one, that's the point.
- 1:47SPEAKER_03: Two, it it wasn't, it it used to be way harder.
- 1:51SPEAKER_03: Like it was just top five from previous year and then top 20.
- 1:54SPEAKER_03: That was it.
- 1:55SPEAKER_03: They've now at least given us um, you know, the two wins still.
- 2:00SPEAKER_03: So if you win two wins, you just go straight qualification, which is fine.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: The two wins is the is the best thing on there.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: Like, that's like you won two shows, you're in the Olympia, and now X amount of people fight for points.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: I I like it a lot.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: It's the best way to go.
- 2:12SPEAKER_03: I think that's completely fair enough.
- 2:14SPEAKER_03: My only thing, I think who posted it?
- 2:17SPEAKER_03: Was it Becky that posted it?
- 2:19SPEAKER_03: Becky.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: Talking about the shows.
- 2:21SPEAKER_03: Uh yes.
- 2:24SPEAKER_03: So I think, I still think that I'm unsure as to why because we so with this with the point system, you get obviously top 20, but there are a couple of shows that are gonna be I don't know why this is so zoomed in.
- 2:41SPEAKER_03: Um there are gonna be a couple of shows that are straight when you're in, which is Arnold's US, um, Pittsburgh, New York, Romania, and Dubai Pro.
- 2:50SPEAKER_03: Now, Dubai Pro doesn't have women's divisions, so for bikini and wellness, this doesn't count, so we only get four chances.
- 3:00SPEAKER_03: So that's my only thing that I'm a little bit confused.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: You really only get three because you've got to be invited to the Arnold.
- 3:06SPEAKER_03: Do you know what I mean?
- 3:07SPEAKER_03: So I do think that potentially Dubai Pro should be swapped out at least to for the for at least the women for something specific for bikini wellness, because this is bikini wellness, right?
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: So um I think they could have done it based on like what show had an insane turnout with like high-level competitors and is not an American show, right?
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: We have the RD West Pittsburgh and New York on there, so why not Toronto or Phoebe?
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: Like two other pinnacle shows that are in another country, or an Asia show, yeah, yeah.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: So something in another country that gets big turnouts, but yeah, yeah.
- 3:47SPEAKER_03: Or if Dubai has women's divisions, that would be insane.
- 3:51SPEAKER_03: So that would fix all problems, but obviously that would be very, very cool because Dubai, you know, they have incredible.
- 3:57SPEAKER_03: I love how also someone literally was like, You called this one, you and Corey called this.
- 4:03SPEAKER_03: Like we we knew people just knew like been listening, and we've been saying it for literally weeks, like we're waiting for this to happen.
- 4:10SPEAKER_03: And people are like, Oh, yeah, you were right.
- 4:12SPEAKER_03: Like, we were right.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say, Alexis is right.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: Um, I I think that the Arnold UK should be on there anyway, not even in replacement to Dubai, but just because it's a European show.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: Um, there's nothing on here.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: Romania's Europe, right?
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: There's one, so there's one European show on here.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: Um, and like the Arnold UK is a pinnacle show, it's an invite only a handful more than the Arnold Classic, but it's still a pinnacle show.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: Um, and you have most of the Arnold Classic that goes.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: Like this year it was you and Ashlyn up there right after the Arnold.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: So um I I think that that should be on there, but there might be a reason.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: Maybe maybe they don't want another automatic qualifier on there, whatever.
- 4:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and that's fine.
- 4:52SPEAKER_03: That's completely fine.
- 4:54SPEAKER_03: So um, but yeah, I think this is cool.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: They could just make it more points instead of an automatic qualifier.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: Like, look at the points here for this.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: You can make first 20, 14, 11, 9, 7 if you don't want to make it an automatic.
- 5:06SPEAKER_03: 14 points is actually crazy though.
- 5:08SPEAKER_03: That's so that's so hard.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: But it still doesn't give them an automatic qualification.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: So, yes, they're on the points list, so it's not adding any more people doing it that way.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: Because then they still need to go either get another win or stay on the points list.
- 5:20SPEAKER_03: So very true, very, very, very true.
- 5:24SPEAKER_03: Okay, so let's go through.
- 5:27SPEAKER_03: I know.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: First thing I want you to go to.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Go to um go to Gilco's page.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: Did you see?
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay, you can just look at it here.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: No, just look at here.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: Go to the ProBeKe News.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: You can look at it there.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: I didn't even see that he just had that.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: Wait, what did you even have?
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: Uh how he changed the backdrop for every athlete.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Oh, I didn't even see that, did he?
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: Every athlete.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: Look at that's all the same show.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: That's so it's blue and white, right?
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: Go to another athlete.
- 5:59SPEAKER_03: Oh yes, purple.
- 6:00SPEAKER_03: Purple and blue.
- 6:01SPEAKER_03: So he's changing.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: Is there some that are some that were red, there's some that were green, purple.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, the green.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: There you go.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: How sick is that?
- 6:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I already messaged their.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: I don't know if they like submitted their suit colour, if he like did it as they were coming out, like to his knowledge.
- 6:17SPEAKER_03: He probably would have done that on on the time.
- 6:19SPEAKER_03: So sick, so sick.
- 6:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I feel like I already messaged him and I said, like, I'm doing this show next year.
- 6:24SPEAKER_03: Like, there's absolutely no way.
- 6:26SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm just gonna follow him around because like this this is the type of shows you want to be at.
- 6:30SPEAKER_03: You want to be, you wanna know that your your photos are gonna be firstly insane.
- 6:35SPEAKER_03: Secondly, you want to know that like everything's just where like where it needs to be, and then you can fully show off your physique at its best as well.
- 6:42SPEAKER_03: Like, oh my god, this is yeah, insane.
- 6:46SPEAKER_03: Actually, yeah, this is so cool.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: Yellow, like, how sick is that?
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: It's so cool.
- 6:50SPEAKER_03: This was probably my favorite shot.
- 6:52SPEAKER_03: Like, that's just that's a great shot.
- 6:53SPEAKER_03: It's insane shot.
- 6:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and because it's black, like it makes actually everything else like stand out so much more.
- 7:03SPEAKER_03: Like, yeah, it's insane.
- 7:06SPEAKER_03: Actually, insane.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: So let's go back to oh that classic physique almost sick.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: That was a cool shot.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this was uh this is a fun ass weekend.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: This was a good weekend.
- 7:18SPEAKER_03: Where is uh start with Oklahoma?
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: Is there Oklahoma um photos?
- 7:22SPEAKER_03: There is no photos, but we had oh yeah, there was.
- 7:29SPEAKER_03: There is a we had Jazzy, obviously, competing this weekend, and we kind of said that she was she was probably gonna be the the front runner of this show.
- 7:39SPEAKER_03: Um it was a small show as well, wasn't it?
- 7:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 7:43SPEAKER_03: So, and then we had Marie Eve, because I know she needed to get just a little bit more points.
- 7:47SPEAKER_03: I think she would have been would if she didn't do the show, would she be an okay?
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: She had 18, so I don't I don't remember.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: I didn't see what the bottom was.
- 7:56SPEAKER_03: No, I couldn't remember if if she would have been okay or not.
- 7:58SPEAKER_03: But yeah, regardless, she got it was gonna be the I I we knew it was gonna be them these two in this kind of like top top placement.
- 8:06SPEAKER_03: Um and yeah, it it's interesting to see like what they look like pre-Olympia because obviously we haven't seen any athletes competing apart from kind of like you know, Jordan and Marie, uh Marie Eve, and a couple of the other girls from Asia compete this soon to Olympia happening.
- 8:23SPEAKER_03: So this is this is exciting to kind of see, like especially Jazzy, um seeing what she looks like and stuff, seeing what she looks like and stuff.
- 8:30SPEAKER_03: So I think she's made great improvements.
- 8:33SPEAKER_03: I think obviously I'm not too sure.
- 8:35SPEAKER_03: I know she mentioned on her story that she wasn't fully fully peaking for this show, I think.
- 8:40SPEAKER_03: So um, obviously, this isn't her 100%, and I will say at the Oklahoma show, it looked great, but the lighting was very, very weird.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, it was interesting.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: Like these these solo shots look fine, but when they had the actual lineup next to each other, like outside of the center three, it looked very dark.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: So, yeah.
- 9:01SPEAKER_03: So I think that's just something to kind of bear in mind.
- 9:05SPEAKER_03: Obviously, any any people doing shows, like one, just high Gilko, or two, try and obviously just get lighting that we can fully, fully see.
- 9:14SPEAKER_03: Because I don't think I personally don't feel like we can see Jazzy's or everyone's physiques to their full potential.
- 9:19SPEAKER_03: Do you know what I mean?
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, so but what I feel like I can see from Jazzy here is a little bit of downsize in the areas that I think she might have wanted.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: Like the shoulders look down the slightest bit, yeah, but the lat looks up a little bit where she's not as flared anymore.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: So prior to she didn't have enough lat, in my opinion, and she might have had a little too much delt.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: And so it was causing her to when she wanted to pull into that front pose and really like push out, it made the delt look accentuated and really stiff and made it look like she was forcing it out.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: Now the delt's down a tad bit visually, lat looks up a bit more, that S curve looks really good, and I think her glutes look relatively the same.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: So which obviously that was top three in the world, so that's a good thing.
- 10:05SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because I think I know I've I've seen her mentioned before where, especially from a posing aspect, they were like, don't flare your lat as much.
- 10:13SPEAKER_03: So I think let's have a look at what she has previously because this was that was Olympia last year.
- 10:21SPEAKER_03: I know uh no, this is 2024.
- 10:23SPEAKER_03: So I remember this feedback, they even said here this was too much, like quite a lot of lat.
- 10:30SPEAKER_03: And then I think I don't know what show okay, I can't see any shows beforehand, but they did say like previously before, like they don't want as much lat.
- 10:41SPEAKER_03: So you can even see it here.
- 10:42SPEAKER_03: She's got it's almost like it looks way more relaxed, but it still has the shape there.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: Yes, so I think it has the pop, but it's relaxed, yeah.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: So it's almost like it was built up a little bit more to where it doesn't need to be pushed, doesn't need to be flared.
- 10:55SPEAKER_03: So yeah.
- 10:57SPEAKER_03: This one was I think this was 20, no, this is 224 still.
- 11:01SPEAKER_03: This is 244, yeah.
- 11:02SPEAKER_03: This is 2024 still.
- 11:04SPEAKER_03: I want to see what 2025 was because I know that that was oh, specifically here.
- 11:08SPEAKER_03: Here we go.
- 11:09SPEAKER_03: This was 2025.
- 11:10SPEAKER_03: I forgot she wore a green suit.
- 11:12SPEAKER_03: Um yeah, she I think she they mentioned before, she's mentioned before that they wanted to see less lat.
- 11:20SPEAKER_03: Like, can you see how much light?
- 11:21SPEAKER_03: I mean it's a little bit blurred, but you can see how flared that is.
- 11:25SPEAKER_03: Now I think she now has like you said, she's brought down her size wise, and she just looks like she's just holding it there, like it's not flared.
- 11:32SPEAKER_03: Yes, which is cool.
- 11:34SPEAKER_03: Very, very cool.
- 11:35SPEAKER_03: Um to see those changes.
- 11:39SPEAKER_03: Um we got um Houston.
- 11:41SPEAKER_03: Then we had Houston.
- 11:42SPEAKER_03: Oh my god, why am I getting so far?
- 11:46SPEAKER_03: Houston.
- 11:47SPEAKER_03: So we had Emily, we had Kerrigan, we had Irene, which we kind of already we already kind of said that the thing was.
- 11:54SPEAKER_03: We expected that top three.
- 11:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 11:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 11:56SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 11:57SPEAKER_03: Um this is a good well, obviously we wanted we wanted Kerrigan and Emily in that kind of top two range.
- 12:03SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 12:04SPEAKER_03: Because we wanted Emily to get into that and well, even Irene as well, actually.
- 12:07SPEAKER_03: We wanted Irene to be in that kind of thing.
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: Irene needed top, yeah.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: But when when I did the math, I'll I don't train Irene, but I really like Irene.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: We DM and she's super sweet.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: Um, I wanted her in the Olympia.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: And when the list came out, I was like, okay, this this needs to be the top three.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: Like, if you guys are in any mesh of the top three, Kerrigan's already in the Olympia.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: But if any of Emily or Irene were in the top three, they're in the Olympia.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: And it played out that way.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: It worked really well.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Um, Emily's feedback was a little bit fuller.
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: Um, Kerrigan's feedback was your back pose is absolutely lights out and wins every show.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: And then the same thing she gets in the front pose, it's always either um quads, which it hasn't been the last three shows.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: Um, or in this case, it was her back, which even Tyler told her in her feedback at Texas Pro.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: Um, he's like, I know that you've talked about how you have like a back surgery, and so I don't know what you can do about that in your front pose, but just try not to like sink into it as much.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: Like it looks like she's like not able to be as like it almost looks like she's like leaned a certain way.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: So if she's not in her front position, yeah.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: Sometimes she overcompensates in certain directions because of how her back feels that day.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: So she's doing a lot of body work and a lot of everything she can to look her best for the Olympia, but um in yeah, the scorecards showed it one point difference there, and then I think it was.
- 13:24SPEAKER_03: She's really done like a lot of numbers where she's been one point, one point, one point, which is really, really cool to see like how close she's been.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: I think I think every single second place she's gotten was one point.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: Back to when Savannah got first and she got second, it was a point.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: Cass in Mexico was a point, this was a point.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: What were I can't remember what her other seconds were.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: She's got five seconds on the year.
- 13:47SPEAKER_01: That's crazy.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: Insane.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: Crazy.
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: Five seconds and a dub.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: But yeah.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: Great back pose all around, though.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: Like all like Heather was amazing.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: This back pose was very good.
- 14:00SPEAKER_03: Fourth place is looked really nice.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's Heather.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: Heather's uh Heather's my Master's 40 athlete.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: She won the Master's 40.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: Her first time ever in America, comes to the Houston Pro, gets her qual, gets her qualification for the Masters Olympia, and then gets fourth in the open.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: I was so proud of her.
- 14:15SPEAKER_03: That's so good.
- 14:17SPEAKER_03: So, so good.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:19SPEAKER_03: Oh, right.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: But I'm super stoked with how that show went.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: Like having Emily in the Olympia, Kerrigan in the Olympia, like it couldn't have gone better.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: That was a and that production, unreal.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: Bernadette, galvanized productions, puts on an insane show.
- 14:34SPEAKER_03: I need to go back to Texas because I remember doing my first when I did a show.
- 14:37SPEAKER_03: That was my second pro second pro win?
- 14:41SPEAKER_03: Third pro win?
- 14:42SPEAKER_03: Third pro-win.
- 14:44SPEAKER_03: And oh my god, it was incredible.
- 14:46SPEAKER_03: Like it's such a fun show.
- 14:48SPEAKER_03: Like, so cool.
- 14:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 14:49SPEAKER_03: So, so, so cool.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: Galvanized and battle up for Freddie.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: They obviously like kind of mesh with each other.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: Like, um, Freddy was there doing the MC for Houston Pro, Bernadette does stuff for the battle up shows like Texas Pro.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: And those shows are just some of the most top-notch shows.
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: Everything from the the spectator experience, like all of it was so, so perfect.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: So I love that show.
- 15:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 15:12SPEAKER_03: This one was probably the biggest shocker for me, I think, because you know, going into shows.
- 15:17SPEAKER_03: I mean, this is always like interesting, I feel like, because obviously going into shows, we kind of we even do it where we say, you know, it's gonna be Jordan and this person, it's gonna be this person, this person.
- 15:28SPEAKER_03: You never know who is actually going to be.
- 15:31SPEAKER_03: So we we knew that these these um all these four ladies will kind of kind of be in the but we kind of said it's gonna be Adriana, Jordan, and Britney.
- 15:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we didn't actually like say, you know, Roxy will probably be up there, but we've said these three.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, Brittany, Britney just beat her last week, and now she beat her to this week.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: And that's what I mean.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: It's bikini for you.
- 15:51SPEAKER_03: It flip-flops as much as possible.
- 15:53SPEAKER_03: My moment, by by that I mean my big shocker was Adriana.
- 15:56SPEAKER_03: Obviously, a lot of people had said Adriana and Jordan are gonna be completely, you know, yeah um what they need to be.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: I don't know what's funny when you want when you look at the front poses, they're very similar silhouette-wise, but Adriana came in a lot harder here.
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: Mm-hmm.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: So Britney and Adriana three and four both look look really hard here.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: And yeah, and I would say maybe it's lighting, but I don't like the the two of them got the same lighting in the backdrop.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: Whereas one and two didn't, but regardless, I don't think that's the reason.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: Um, I just think that they were harder here.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: Um, and Adriana's feedback, I believe, was to bring down the delts to tad bit.
- 16:32SPEAKER_03: So she does look very delt heavy here, which it's surprising because she well, she does, she is usually she has like a nice amount of um pop in her delts, but she's usually quite balanced.
- 16:43SPEAKER_03: So that was just surprising and interesting for me um to see her upper body so pumped.
- 16:49SPEAKER_03: But I mean, back pose for me.
- 16:52SPEAKER_03: I do think that yes, she came came in fuller, but you know when you feel like I feel like sometimes she gets away with just being a little bit more conditioned from the back, she looks better from just having a little bit more conditioning there.
- 17:04SPEAKER_03: Um that you know potentially potentially that's something that you can um uh potentially that's something that that's obviously they can look at.
- 17:13SPEAKER_03: But I think this is also good feedback for the Olympia, and that's probably why they're doing it.
- 17:18SPEAKER_03: 100%.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Um I mean the whole I mean Roxy almost made it when when I saw her splitting center with Jordan.
- 17:24SPEAKER_00: I texted Jabe so fast and I was like, is there is like does she have a chance to win this, do you think, being there in person?
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: Because how much would that upset the list?
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like I think she had nine points, so that would have put her at 19 and knocked off somebody that we were expecting.
- 17:37SPEAKER_02: Oh, really?
- 17:37SPEAKER_02: I don't know that.
- 17:39SPEAKER_02: Oh, bless her.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: So, yeah.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: Yep, yep.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: But this was a great show.
- 17:44SPEAKER_03: Everyone looked great here as well.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, very, very good, very good.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: Gemma's been doing really well too.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: I think this is her debut season.
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: She's been top five a couple times.
- 17:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she's been top five, uh, top six as well.
- 17:58SPEAKER_03: Um, and then the scorecards you can actually see like Jordan was clear winner, and then second and third were clear winner.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: And four, fourth had 11, so they had a Adriana had a vote up as well.
- 18:08SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so those those those three were the ones that were uh were an interesting one.
- 18:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 18:17SPEAKER_03: Damn.
- 18:18SPEAKER_03: Well, and then that was was that the this week's people?
- 18:21SPEAKER_03: That was that everyone?
- 18:23SPEAKER_03: That was everybody, and then we got one more the last uh fit model show.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: Yes, we had someone Well, okay, first of all, Lindsay Martins.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: Remember we we I talked about her with you like a month ago when she switched from bikini to fit model, and I was like, Oh, I think she'd be she might do really well in fit model.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: She has worked her way up and up.
- 18:41SPEAKER_02: That's so good.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: She wasn't she wasn't even first call out in the first show she did, which I think was Vancouver.
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: And then she's been top five in like the last three shows, so good on her.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: That was great.
- 18:51SPEAKER_03: That's really good.
- 18:51SPEAKER_03: And again, I genuinely feel like Fit Model has been the one where it's like you just gotta keep running it, just keep running, running, running it.
- 18:57SPEAKER_03: Like, do you know what I mean?
- 18:58SPEAKER_03: Like, it sucks, and I feel like it's the same with bikini, like you just have to keep going, like just keep going because each time you're gonna improve just that little bit more, a little bit more, a little bit more.
- 19:08SPEAKER_03: But I think the margins are smaller in Fit Model, where there is literally like tiny margins, like, oh, you're a little bit tighter, yeah.
- 19:16SPEAKER_03: You've just won.
- 19:16SPEAKER_03: Do you know what I mean?
- 19:17SPEAKER_03: Like, same with bikini, but like I do think that you can see the margins more with fit model.
- 19:22SPEAKER_03: So all right, let's have a look at this list.
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: Here we are.
- 19:28SPEAKER_03: We've got 50 beautiful ladies at the this year's Olympia.
- 19:35SPEAKER_03: So cool.
- 19:36SPEAKER_03: So, so so cool.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: Is did John miscount or did Beyond the Stage miscount?
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: Beyond the Stage said 49.
- 19:41SPEAKER_03: So I think Zolfia isn't so Zolfia isn't on the list.
- 19:46SPEAKER_03: So technically uh she's on the list of middle nine.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 19:58SPEAKER_03: Oh, I don't know then.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because Beyond the Sage wrote 49, John wrote 50.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: So I was like, it's whatever, it's it's one off.
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: But regardless, my point of bringing that up is that bikini has less than classic physique and fit mod or classic physique and men's physique this year.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: So just so everyone knows, bikini is not the reason that you guys are gonna complain about sitting around all day.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: So lay the fuck up.
- 20:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah, literally, facts, actual facts.
- 20:22SPEAKER_03: People are like, there's so many in bikini.
- 20:23SPEAKER_03: Actually, it's actually more in the men's divisions.
- 20:27SPEAKER_03: It's holding us up in the men's so pipe down.
- 20:31SPEAKER_03: So um, yeah, 50 50 incredible girls, like, yeah, this is insane.
- 20:36SPEAKER_03: Like, actually insane.
- 20:38SPEAKER_03: I love that I'm next to Jazzy as well.
- 20:40SPEAKER_03: Like, this we're gonna have such a fun time in the lineup, it's gonna be so fun.
- 20:44SPEAKER_03: I actually've um also thought this.
- 20:47SPEAKER_03: I've never competed with Jazzy before.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: Really?
- 20:49SPEAKER_03: Ever.
- 20:50SPEAKER_03: Never.
- 20:50SPEAKER_03: Well, I've never done because she had obviously her three-year break, I'm pretty sure, when I then had my two-year break.
- 20:58SPEAKER_03: So I think we've just missed each other.
- 21:00SPEAKER_03: And then when we were competing, we weren't like back in the day when we were competing together, we weren't competing at the same times or the same shows.
- 21:08SPEAKER_03: So we've never competed together.
- 21:10SPEAKER_03: So I messaged her and I was like, girl, I'm next to you, but we've never competed before.
- 21:13SPEAKER_03: She was like, Let's have some fun in that lineup.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: So um Kerrigan looked at hers and she goes, Oh, good, I'm next to Issa and Raina.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Well, good thing you have a back post.
- 21:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I didn't even see that.
- 21:26SPEAKER_03: Damn.
- 21:27SPEAKER_03: That's so good.
- 21:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and then next to Anna as well.
- 21:29SPEAKER_03: And Carrie Gadian.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: Is Carrie doing it?
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: Is Carrie doing the lip?
- 21:33SPEAKER_03: I think so.
- 21:34SPEAKER_03: I'm I'm not too sure.
- 21:35SPEAKER_03: She has been.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: I haven't seen any posts from her.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: Like, I didn't know like previously she's like she posts a lot of like updates and stuff.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: I just didn't know.
- 21:42SPEAKER_03: She also has posted that she's she's unlike on a on her YouTube, she's posted that she's unsure whether she is um okay doing it or not.
- 21:51SPEAKER_03: So, like, again, like it we we don't know.
- 21:53SPEAKER_03: She might, she she might, she might not, but yeah, regardless.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Olympia off.
- 22:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 22:01SPEAKER_03: So there is potentially, so there's definitely on this list already two girls that aren't doing the Olympia.
- 22:08SPEAKER_03: So if this list is 50 girls, it is now 48 girls because Sophia is not competing, and then neither is Alice.
- 22:17SPEAKER_03: Alice.
- 22:19SPEAKER_03: So um how many people right when this list came out?
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: Do you do the same thing?
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: I'm not even fucking competing, right?
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: Right when the list comes out, I start counting.
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, okay, who would be next to who if they did eight people in a call out?
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: Or if they did nine people.
- 22:32SPEAKER_03: I already did that.
- 22:32SPEAKER_03: I already did it.
- 22:33SPEAKER_03: I was like, okay, how many call-outs?
- 22:35SPEAKER_03: The only reason I did that, because two years, my two Olympias that I've ever done, I've gotten the number 21 both times.
- 22:43SPEAKER_03: And I was like, how sick would it be if I got this Olympia and also got 21?
- 22:48SPEAKER_03: So I started counting everyone's names.
- 22:50SPEAKER_03: It looks like I'm literally 25.
- 22:52SPEAKER_03: So I was like, damn it.
- 22:54SPEAKER_03: Or four points.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: It really comes down to like how how much stage space do they want to take up, knowing there's 50 this year instead of 70.
- 23:02SPEAKER_00: Do they want to do five comparisons of 10?
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: Do they want to do nine?
- 23:07SPEAKER_03: Line last year they had I'm pretty sure they did a cold lot of nine girls.
- 23:12SPEAKER_03: Because well, they did that's what they did for first call-outs.
- 23:16SPEAKER_03: They did nine.
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:18SPEAKER_03: And I'm pretty sure after that, they oh before that, they did.
- 23:22SPEAKER_03: I want to say they did eight.
- 23:23SPEAKER_03: I do think they want to say I want to say they did eight.
- 23:26SPEAKER_03: So I feel like if they were to do say 50 divided by eight, that would be six and maybe seven girls.
- 23:34SPEAKER_03: So I think eight call-outs, maybe in the first like five, the first looks.
- 23:40SPEAKER_03: Um so then you're like, okay, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, seven.
- 23:45SPEAKER_03: So you see.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: When I initially counted, I was counting I was counting eights.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you you wouldn't um I count, I was looking for you specifically too.
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: You and Jazzy would share the end together.
- 23:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's what I saw as well.
- 23:57SPEAKER_03: I was like, we'll be sharing the end if that is the case when it comes to eight.
- 24:00SPEAKER_03: And this is what goes through our heads, by the way, guys.
- 24:02SPEAKER_03: Like, this is literally when when the list comes out, this is an abnormal because I'm sure every single other bikini girl has done this as well.
- 24:09SPEAKER_03: So, um, because they're like, who am I gonna be?
- 24:14SPEAKER_03: We're gonna be laughing the fuck out of each other.
- 24:17SPEAKER_03: We're gonna be laughing the fuck out of each other.
- 24:21SPEAKER_03: I'm so excited.
- 24:22SPEAKER_03: I'm excited because Jazzy's such a fun person to be like next to.
- 24:26SPEAKER_03: So honestly, it's gonna be all of this just so much more fun.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: Um you got the no wait, the no waste crew next to each other with Ashley Hampton and Rihanna.
- 24:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this is crazy.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's a couple, a couple girls next to Ashlyn and Jess next to each other.
- 24:39SPEAKER_00: Very, very fucking killer front poses there.
- 24:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's gonna be cool.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: This is good, this is fun, yeah.
- 24:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I know.
- 24:44SPEAKER_03: This is gonna be really, really cool.
- 24:46SPEAKER_03: So, yeah.
- 24:47SPEAKER_03: So we have now got two shows this weekend.
- 24:52SPEAKER_03: So the main one is Italy, because we've got this is crazy, four people in the Olympia going to this show.
- 25:00SPEAKER_03: We've got two girls, uh Evie, who's obviously was top 10 last year, she got seventh, and then Victoria, who was top 15 last year, or she was 15th last year, and people are even, you know, kind of putting her up in the ranks uh over the top 15 and potentially sneaking into top 10 because of how well she looks or how good she is.
- 25:21SPEAKER_03: And I don't think people know who she is, so I am gonna bring her up.
- 25:25SPEAKER_03: Um but she won Romania, right?
- 25:28SPEAKER_03: She won Romania, yeah.
- 25:30SPEAKER_03: That's how she got qualified.
- 25:31SPEAKER_03: This was her five and a half weeks out.
- 25:34SPEAKER_03: Um, so obviously, this was uh yeah, a couple weeks ago now.
- 25:37SPEAKER_03: Very, very good.
- 25:38SPEAKER_03: Very good, so good.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: Does she show the backpose?
- 25:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she does.
- 25:42SPEAKER_03: This is the whole I don't know if you haven't even seen this.
- 25:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she's seen the whole thing.
- 25:46SPEAKER_03: She looks very good.
- 25:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is really good.
- 25:52SPEAKER_03: Very, very good.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: Really, really good.
- 25:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, she fulls shows a whole full routine, and I was like, whoa girl, this is like this is more than what anyone's ever seen from anyone at the moment.
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: She's brought up her entire lower posterior more, and I'm yeah interested to see how that looks when um in a back post standing next to I don't know who she's standing next to.
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: I didn't look at that unless I forgot about Victoria, but um her hamstrings and adductors have come up a lot, and I'm curious to see if it's too much in comparison to the glutes, because here it looks fairly balanced.
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: But when she was walking, I was like, oh, the adductors and the hamstrings a bit much compared to the glutes there.
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: So interesting.
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: Depending who she's standing next to, um she is next to my win and Meg and Cass, Amy.
- 26:43SPEAKER_00: It's a good that's a good comparison.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: Laura Lee.
- 26:45SPEAKER_00: Laura Lee is in that comparison.
- 26:46SPEAKER_00: Uh left side.
- 26:47SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 26:48SPEAKER_00: Victoria Siske.
- 26:50SPEAKER_03: Oh, got you, got you, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 26:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 26:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 26:53unknown: Yeah.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: Looks like it'll be Laura Lee down, I think.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: Maybe Kate down.
- 26:56SPEAKER_00: But yeah.
- 26:57SPEAKER_03: Oh, Kate sex to Laura Lee.
- 26:59SPEAKER_03: That's cool.
- 27:01SPEAKER_03: That's cool.
- 27:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think she's Victoria's a very I think Victoria is an incredibly strong front pose.
- 27:07SPEAKER_00: Um, I think her back pose is great too, but incredibly strong front pose.
- 27:10SPEAKER_03: So yeah.
- 27:12SPEAKER_03: So obviously we've had Evie, she's been competing.
- 27:16SPEAKER_03: Obviously, Victoria.
- 27:17SPEAKER_03: Then you've got Alice, who's also doing the Olympia.
- 27:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 27:22SPEAKER_03: Petra, who's also Patricia, Petra, Patricia, who's also doing the Olympia, and then we've got Octavia.
- 27:29SPEAKER_03: She is she doing this year's, she's not doing this year's Olympia, is she?
- 27:32SPEAKER_03: No.
- 27:33SPEAKER_03: But then you've got Rainer, who's competing in this year's Olympia as well, and then obviously everyone else as well.
- 27:39SPEAKER_03: Like people are going straight in, being like, I am not taking any chances, I'm going straight in for the points.
- 27:45SPEAKER_03: Which, if honestly, I say this to everyone.
- 27:48SPEAKER_03: If you are competing right now, or if you're wanting to get points or anything like that, run the shows right now, the shows that are going on right now.
- 27:56SPEAKER_03: Like, this is perfect opportunity to get ahead of the point system.
- 28:00SPEAKER_03: Um, and that's why we see a lot of the Europeans get ahead or are up in points a lot of the time, or the international people up in points a lot of the time, because there's a lot of shows the second half after the Olympia, and everyone just keeps it.
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: You got Janette show in two weeks, battle, battle the bodies and two weeks.
- 28:15SPEAKER_03: And then you've got San Antonio San Antonio.
- 28:18SPEAKER_00: Those those shows are the ones where you can kind of, in my opinion, expect them to not be too deep with like the top 10, top 15 Olympians, unless they're do a little warm-up, maybe.
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: But regardless, a lot of those girls know, like, I probably don't need points.
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm going to come out hitting hard after the Olympia or start off in the spring and get my two wins.
- 28:41SPEAKER_00: So the September shows might be a little more open to get your points on the board.
- 28:46SPEAKER_03: So I agree.
- 28:48SPEAKER_03: I uh agree.
- 28:49SPEAKER_03: And then we've got a Hong Kong show as well, which is actually stacked um a lot bigger than I thought as well.
- 29:00SPEAKER_03: Sally looks very, very good.
- 29:02SPEAKER_03: She got 13th last year, I want to say.
- 29:06SPEAKER_03: Um, and she just posted a physique update.
- 29:08SPEAKER_03: She looks insane.
- 29:08SPEAKER_00: No one talks about Sally, they count her out a lot.
- 29:10SPEAKER_00: She's fucking insanely good.
- 29:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's very front pose is nuts.
- 29:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:15SPEAKER_03: She's got really, really, really good taper.
- 29:17SPEAKER_03: The proportion is yeah, the taper's insane.
- 29:21SPEAKER_03: And she's actually, I'm pretty sure even her previous Olympia before last year, she did pretty well.
- 29:27SPEAKER_03: I want to say she got second call-outs or top 15 even before that as well.
- 29:31SPEAKER_03: So this is very good.
- 29:33SPEAKER_03: This is very good.
- 29:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this is crazy good.
- 29:38SPEAKER_00: So I do think she might end up my top 10 prediction.
- 29:41SPEAKER_00: This is really good.
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: This is crazy good.
- 29:44SPEAKER_03: Very like her, she's improved her glutes a lot as well, because I think she already she already had crazy glutes anyway, but I think density and projection-wise, it's gotten better.
- 29:54SPEAKER_03: Um, because she's always had great conditioning, but it was sometimes, you know, when you're like, it's a little bit too much sometimes.
- 30:01SPEAKER_03: This is the perfect, I think, on her.
- 30:05SPEAKER_03: So she's doing Hong Kong, which is very good, because I reckon she'll she'll get ahead and stuff, which is perfect.
- 30:12SPEAKER_03: And then you've got is it Wubi?
- 30:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Wubi, yeah.
- 30:18SPEAKER_03: I'm pretty is she doing the Olympia?
- 30:20SPEAKER_03: No.
- 30:22SPEAKER_00: She's an Olympian, I don't think she's in it this year though.
- 30:25SPEAKER_03: I think she was on the point system.
- 30:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she was.
- 30:34SPEAKER_03: This is she's won a show largest.
- 30:36SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 30:36SPEAKER_03: So she's won a show.
- 30:38SPEAKER_03: Um, I think she won trying a show large, yeah, if I'm not mistaken.
- 30:43SPEAKER_03: So um and Hawaii.
- 30:48SPEAKER_03: No, that was a while ago.
- 30:50SPEAKER_02: That was a few years ago, yeah.
- 30:54SPEAKER_02: What is she doing the Olympia?
- 30:57SPEAKER_02: No.
- 30:58SPEAKER_02: I why does her name I'm like, I'm like, why am I feeling like I think I'm 99% sure she's not on the list.
- 31:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, she's not.
- 31:07SPEAKER_03: She's not.
- 31:08SPEAKER_03: She's been so I think.
- 31:09SPEAKER_03: Oh, she is, top left, she is on there.
- 31:11SPEAKER_03: That's what I was thinking.
- 31:12SPEAKER_03: I knew she was.
- 31:12SPEAKER_03: That's what I was thinking.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: That one percent I was wrong, guys.
- 31:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 31:16SPEAKER_03: I was like, I don't remember her name.
- 31:17SPEAKER_03: Am I going crazy?
- 31:18SPEAKER_03: I swear I've seen her name.
- 31:21SPEAKER_00: Did she win two shows?
- 31:22SPEAKER_00: Because why is she?
- 31:22SPEAKER_03: She's won two shows?
- 31:23SPEAKER_03: Because she's won Kazakhstan.
- 31:25SPEAKER_03: She's won Kazakhstan and she's won this show.
- 31:27SPEAKER_03: That's what I was thinking.
- 31:28SPEAKER_03: I was like, I'm pretty sure she's won two shows.
- 31:30SPEAKER_03: I said we just haven't seen her in a while.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: I didn't, she wasn't a name I was thinking of on the points list because she was off the list since the fucking beginning.
- 31:37SPEAKER_03: So yeah, Kazakhstan was um Yeah, back in November.
- 31:40SPEAKER_03: In November.
- 31:41SPEAKER_03: I think she came out early.
- 31:42SPEAKER_03: Again, this is clever of her.
- 31:43SPEAKER_03: She's coming out very early.
- 31:46SPEAKER_03: Because she's like, why not?
- 31:47SPEAKER_03: You know?
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: Good for her.
- 31:49SPEAKER_03: Um, where is that let's gone?
- 31:51SPEAKER_03: And then you've got Kim Kimberly.
- 31:54SPEAKER_03: She's um Kimberly, I don't think she's been off stage.
- 31:57SPEAKER_03: She's been off stage for like a year and a half, yeah.
- 32:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she's been off stage for a very, very long time.
- 32:02SPEAKER_00: So and she's gonna go straight away to Hong Kong.
- 32:05SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 32:06SPEAKER_03: So that's cool.
- 32:07SPEAKER_03: And then you've got uh Nik Nataya, another Olympian, Cynthia.
- 32:14SPEAKER_03: Oh Cynthia.
- 32:15SPEAKER_03: Oh my goodness, yeah.
- 32:18SPEAKER_03: We've got loads of Olympians competing.
- 32:21SPEAKER_00: A lot.
- 32:21SPEAKER_00: This is like Italy, but for Asia.
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it is another stacked Olympian show.
- 32:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this is gonna be really good.
- 32:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she looks really this.
- 32:31SPEAKER_00: I think um same same thing with Evie in and Victoria in the Italy show.
- 32:36SPEAKER_00: This is a show where being so close to Olympia, someone like Sally can, like, if she wins, can really stand out and get momentum for the Olympia.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: Because if she wins by like a holy shit, look at her type of look, that's gonna be big momentum.
- 32:51SPEAKER_00: Same thing with Victoria or Evie going into Italy, like they're projected the top two, right, at the show, and you have 15th last year and won Romania, and Evie was what, seventh last year at the Olympia?
- 33:04SPEAKER_00: And she hit she's won four shows this year, so it's like the two of them against each other is like a little preview of that top 15.
- 33:11SPEAKER_03: So I want you to explain to me and well, not me, but I I know, but the audience, what are you talking about when you say momentum for shows?
- 33:21SPEAKER_00: So momentum.
- 33:22SPEAKER_03: Especially for Olympia's sake.
- 33:25SPEAKER_00: Momentum in a couple different ways.
- 33:26SPEAKER_00: Momentum in like a personal aspect, where like if someone is doing a show before the Olympia, they want to see how they look, their coach wants to gather data, and on top of that, you're up against other girls that are in the Olympia with you.
- 33:39SPEAKER_00: So if you go into that show and you win it, that's like personal, like emotion, uh mental, where you're like, oh shit, like I just beat four girls I'm gonna compete against at the Olympia, and you gain traction, you gain steam in your own mind.
- 33:52SPEAKER_00: And then on top of that, same exact thing when you have judges that give you feedback and they want to see, like in the next show that you do that you delivered on the feedback they gave you.
- 34:02SPEAKER_00: Well, now you have a chance to deliver on that feedback or get feedback and then deliver on it at the Olympia.
- 34:07SPEAKER_00: So two forms of momentum there, where for the judge's sake, they're like, All right, I know what I told her a couple weeks ago, let's see if she did it.
- 34:13SPEAKER_00: And then on the personal side of things, momentum leading into the Olympia because you just beat five other Olympians two weeks out.
- 34:21SPEAKER_03: Mm-hmm.
- 34:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 34:22SPEAKER_03: And I think that's always good.
- 34:23SPEAKER_03: And obviously, for anyone listening, whether you're Olympian, IPv pro or even amateur, like these are all terms that can obviously over time like you go through, but like these are all terms that you'll get familiar with, and it's helpful for you to then kind of moving forwards, take that throughout your journey in terms of like, okay, going into a pro show, we've got momentum, we feel good, we feel like nice with what we're bringing now, and we can make the changes.
- 34:48SPEAKER_03: But saying that also at the same time, that doesn't always guarantee because I know what people will say, like, oh, you know, so and so beat this person, so that means she's gonna beat her at the Olympia.
- 34:56SPEAKER_03: That does not mean that.
- 34:58SPEAKER_00: Look at Roxy, look at Roxy and Britney, two one one week apart in shows.
- 35:02SPEAKER_03: My example exactly happens at every level.
- 35:04SPEAKER_03: My example was Texas 2022.
- 35:08SPEAKER_03: I went and did that show and I won that show against Duraja.
- 35:12SPEAKER_03: Then we went both went to the Olympia the next week, and she got fourth place, and I got seventh place.
- 35:17SPEAKER_03: So it it changes.
- 35:19SPEAKER_03: Same with I don't know why this randomly came into my head, 2023.
- 35:22SPEAKER_03: I did Hurricane Pro, was not in the best shape I could have been in.
- 35:27SPEAKER_03: I got sixth place, and I remember at Hurricane Pro, Jordan Brown won that show.
- 35:31SPEAKER_03: Then two weeks later, I did that show.
- 35:32SPEAKER_03: I got home nine pounds lighter in two weeks.
- 35:35SPEAKER_03: Don't ask me how I did that.
- 35:37SPEAKER_03: And I got 11th at the Olympia.
- 35:39SPEAKER_03: And obviously, I I don't know where Jordan got, but I don't think she was in top that top 15, so she wasn't.
- 35:45SPEAKER_03: So it can swap, it can swap, and yeah, the good thing is with momentum, whether that's a good thing or a bad thing, you have feedback, and that's the main thing to remember.
- 35:56SPEAKER_03: Like, momentum also doesn't always guarantee a sense of placing, it just gives you data, like Corey said, yeah.
- 36:03SPEAKER_03: Um, which is helpful.
- 36:04SPEAKER_03: So exciting.
- 36:06SPEAKER_03: Um what else are we talking about?
- 36:09SPEAKER_03: We've that was pretty quick.
- 36:11SPEAKER_03: It was quick.
- 36:12SPEAKER_03: What time is it?
- 36:12SPEAKER_00: Oh shit, that was really quick.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 36:14SPEAKER_00: Um, thanks, guys.
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: Bye.
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: Goodbye.
- 36:17SPEAKER_03: I'm done.
- 36:18SPEAKER_03: Done for the day.
- 36:19SPEAKER_00: What are we doing?
- 36:21SPEAKER_03: Well, we wanna I wanna I wanna know what your predictions are, but I'm gonna wait until next week because I wanna know.
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: I feel like I wanna see this, I want I need to see this weekend because I need to see Victoria, Evie, and Sally.
- 36:33SPEAKER_03: That's true.
- 36:33SPEAKER_00: Because all three of them can be my top ten.
- 36:36SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 36:37SPEAKER_03: So that's true.
- 36:38SPEAKER_03: I also I do feel like it's hard to make a prediction to top ten three and a half weeks out.
- 36:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 36:45SPEAKER_03: Because I do feel like that that's such a long, that's still like a very big gap to kind of say, okay, yeah, I think it's this person, this person, this person, you know?
- 36:53SPEAKER_03: Um interesting though.
- 36:56SPEAKER_03: Very interesting.
- 36:57SPEAKER_00: I do have my I do have my top two in my head already.
- 37:00SPEAKER_00: Like I already know who's my top two.
- 37:01SPEAKER_03: Really?
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: Do you want to say it?
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: So, no particular order, either one of them one or two, Lorely and Jazzy.
- 37:11SPEAKER_01: Ooh!
- 37:12SPEAKER_00: I think I think that they compare extremely well together, um, especially the front pose, with how Jazzy was just hitting her front pose this past weekend.
- 37:21SPEAKER_00: I know she wasn't like in, she was in, she was in two week out condition there, right?
- 37:25SPEAKER_00: Roughly.
- 37:26SPEAKER_00: Um, she wasn't like as tight as she needs to be for the Olympia, and they know that.
- 37:28SPEAKER_00: They were four weeks out there.
- 37:30SPEAKER_00: Um, so think of Jazzy with conditioning in and how she just hit that front pose.
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: We already know she has killer glutes in a killer back pose.
- 37:38SPEAKER_00: And then take Laura Lee from Pittsburgh.
- 37:40SPEAKER_00: If that shows up, yeah, I don't know.
- 37:43SPEAKER_00: I don't know who's one and two there, but they're my one and two.
- 37:46SPEAKER_00: In the who's winning it, I don't know.
- 37:48SPEAKER_00: That's where I would go with my prediction for first and second, just because of that.
- 37:52SPEAKER_00: And guys, when I give these opinions on things, because I have God, I used to do lives when I would do these, um, do these, and they would get like 1,500 shares afterwards because everybody's like, what look at Corey's predictions.
- 38:04SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I'm gonna preface it with this.
- 38:06SPEAKER_00: This is me, one, opinionated, but two, basing a lot of things just on analytics and data from the year, the actual statistics.
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: Jazzy was third at the Olympia two years in a row.
- 38:18SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 38:19SPEAKER_00: And she looks she looks like she has improved on the feedback they gave her.
- 38:23SPEAKER_00: Now, with that also being said, she absolutely fucking killed it after the Olympia last year.
- 38:28SPEAKER_00: She went and won two overseas shows and looked insane.
- 38:30SPEAKER_00: Laura Lee didn't come in her absolute best at the Arnold.
- 38:34SPEAKER_00: Um, I remember specifically texting Drew after Arnold, and I was like, hey, congrats, Amy just won the Arnold.
- 38:39SPEAKER_00: Um that was like after pre-judging.
- 38:41SPEAKER_00: I I knew it.
- 38:41SPEAKER_00: Like it just you could see it.
- 38:43SPEAKER_00: But then after that, when Pittsburgh came, if Pittsburgh Laura Lee had showed up to the Arnold, it would have been a different story.
- 38:49SPEAKER_00: If Pittsburgh Laura Lee shows up to the Olympia, nothing needs to fucking change from that.
- 38:53SPEAKER_00: Pittsburgh Laura Lee needs to show up to the Olympia.
- 38:55SPEAKER_00: There doesn't need to be any improvements there.
- 38:57SPEAKER_00: Like that needs to show up, and her and Jazzy will be one and two.
- 39:00SPEAKER_00: And the reason that I'm saying like data and analytics, guys, is because Laura Lee has a like damn near unstoppable front pose.
- 39:08SPEAKER_00: Like it's fucking insane.
- 39:10SPEAKER_00: And then Jazzy compares very well with her in taper, proportion, how they hit the front pose being very, especially what we just saw in Oklahoma, more relaxed from Jazzy.
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: So it's a lot more similar in that style.
- 39:22SPEAKER_00: Back poses are apples to oranges, right?
- 39:25SPEAKER_00: The very different both very different.
- 39:28SPEAKER_03: I will say I do feel like their front poses are very different, but I like what you said about the the how they look relaxed-wise, because I do.
- 39:34SPEAKER_00: It's more so relaxed, it's like how they're hitting it.
- 39:37SPEAKER_00: Like when I think of someone like um, if I think of Ashlyn in her front pose, who is also in my top five.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: Um, but if I think of Ashlyn in her front pose, it's a little more stiff.
- 39:47SPEAKER_00: Like she has a tiny waist and she has good shoulders and booming glutes, right?
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: And so it makes it look more hard, like a little more X-ish.
- 39:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:57SPEAKER_00: So that's what I mean.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: Jazzy and Laura Lee don't have a similar front pose in terms of like I'm looking at their waist and their detail.
- 40:03SPEAKER_00: It's very different.
- 40:04SPEAKER_00: But how they hit the front pose, their stature of just like hitting the front pose and they drop into it.
- 40:10SPEAKER_00: And it just, you're gonna look at the two of them and you're gonna go, holy shit, like where are the differences here, and who am I giving this to?
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: And I think it's gonna come down to the back pose because I think both of them, in their own regard, have like can win from the front.
- 40:23SPEAKER_00: It's gonna depend on who has the better back pose that day.
- 40:26SPEAKER_00: Um and on top of that, the two of them are absolutely insane at posing.
- 40:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like their walk to the back, their posing in general are great.
- 40:35SPEAKER_00: So um that's that's who I have my top two.
- 40:38SPEAKER_00: So we'll see.
- 40:40SPEAKER_03: I don't know who I have, if I'm honest.
- 40:41SPEAKER_03: I'm I'm literally like, I don't, I don't even I try and one not look because I'm in the Olympia, so I'm like, I'm trying to not look at everyone's physiques constantly, but I have been very, very impressed with Maureen recently, just because I've seen her physique constantly a lot more, and like obviously she's posting a little bit more.
- 41:00SPEAKER_03: That's one person I have actually been very impressed with recently.
- 41:04SPEAKER_03: So I think, and I think a lot of people count her out because people are like, oh, she's gonna be a little bit too small, like she is a smaller competitor, blah, blah, blah.
- 41:11SPEAKER_03: I think she's brought up a lot of density.
- 41:13SPEAKER_03: So I'm gonna be very interested to see what she looks like next to her.
- 41:19SPEAKER_00: I just and this and again, guys, this is just literally opinion and what I see, like data.
- 41:26SPEAKER_00: And when she keeps posting her back pose, and her glutes look insane, but she's not hitting the back pose right, and I don't know why.
- 41:33SPEAKER_00: Like her hands are out, I can literally see her hands in her back pose outside of her thighs, and I don't know why she's doing that.
- 41:40SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, are you screen grabbing like a video and that's what you're posting?
- 41:45SPEAKER_00: That would make sense, or are you forming a bad habit and how you're hitting your back pose?
- 41:49SPEAKER_00: Because if you do that on stage, you're screwed.
- 41:52SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, it which makes me think like she knows how to pose.
- 41:55SPEAKER_00: Maureen's fucking killer at posing, like killer at posing.
- 41:58SPEAKER_00: So it almost makes me wonder like, like, is she just not caring?
- 42:01SPEAKER_00: And she's just like screen grab and post.
- 42:03SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, okay, that would make sense if she's doing that.
- 42:05SPEAKER_00: So yeah, um, that's the only reason that she's not in my top two, is because I'm going off of what I am seeing.
- 42:11SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 42:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's fair.
- 42:12SPEAKER_03: That's completely fair.
- 42:13SPEAKER_03: For me, it's her front pose.
- 42:15SPEAKER_03: Because I think for me, her front pose, she's always had that like great S-curve, but I feel like more so now it's just looks more dense, especially from what we've been seeing consistently over the last kind of couple of not a couple of shows, but this whole year, the density from the front pose, they do really like in bikini.
- 42:33SPEAKER_03: And I think Maureen had that, but it wasn't a hundred percent there all the time, especially from last year's Olympia.
- 42:41SPEAKER_03: So I think it's improved a lot.
- 42:43SPEAKER_03: Um, haven't seen what Amy looks like, but I think I think if she's bringing what she brought to Pittsburgh or even in in Miami, like she improved from Miami to Pittsburgh.
- 42:51SPEAKER_03: I feel like it it it generally the hard thing is for me, I'm like all these girls look great by themselves.
- 42:57SPEAKER_03: As soon as you put the like everyone next to each other, it draws out so many flaws, so you just don't know.
- 43:04SPEAKER_03: It's so hard.
- 43:05SPEAKER_03: Because then I'm like, oh, for me, I'm like, I I don't even know how to make predictions because I'm like, I want to be right about it, but I'm like, I actually don't know.
- 43:12SPEAKER_03: And Esa was also looking really good as well.
- 43:15SPEAKER_00: Easter, I mean, Esa's front pose is probably the best, one of the best in the industry.
- 43:20SPEAKER_00: But then is it too much?
- 43:21SPEAKER_03: Because that's what we saw when we were next.
- 43:24SPEAKER_03: That's what we saw when we were next to Lorely and Amy.
- 43:27SPEAKER_03: She has that incredible taper, but that was almost, in my opinion, her downfall because it was so tapered-esque, it brought out her flaws, in my opinion.
- 43:36SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 43:36SPEAKER_03: So it's like if we put that next to everyone else, is that going to be a flaw?
- 43:40SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 43:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 43:41SPEAKER_00: And on top of that, the other thing is we know that the Olympia sets the tone for the following year.
- 43:48SPEAKER_00: Is there going to be a very, very slight shift in something, right?
- 43:52SPEAKER_00: Because as Tyler said himself, last year's Olympia didn't really set the tone because he felt that no one in that top five came in at 100%.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: And so they went with what they could, right?
- 44:02SPEAKER_00: And he literally said that.
- 44:03SPEAKER_00: Like he felt nobody came in 100%.
- 44:05SPEAKER_00: So is this Olympia gonna have a little shift in like use Isa, for example.
- 44:11SPEAKER_00: We know that her front pose is insane and her back pose has needed to come up.
- 44:16SPEAKER_00: It's she won fucking four shows this year, right?
- 44:18SPEAKER_00: So she is where she needs to be.
- 44:20SPEAKER_00: She's gonna be back if she's gonna be top 10 for sure.
- 44:22SPEAKER_00: She should push the top five.
- 44:24SPEAKER_00: Um, now, could she be rewarded more from the back because she's not overpowering?
- 44:30SPEAKER_00: Because she's not super, super adductor dug out and super tie-in dug out.
- 44:35SPEAKER_00: Like, will they make a shift by going slightly in that direction and being like, that's what we want to see because it's not overpowering.
- 44:42SPEAKER_00: It's slightly slender and petite, but still really good glutes and still balance top to bottom.
- 44:48SPEAKER_00: Whereas you could take some people when they turn to the back and you're like, holy glutes! Like that wins some shows, but when you're next to some people, um, it might be too overpowering.
- 44:58SPEAKER_00: So will they lean more in that direction of Issa's balance?
- 45:01SPEAKER_00: So it's like, I don't know.
- 45:03SPEAKER_00: That's where it's very hard to place people.
- 45:04SPEAKER_00: Outside, yeah, I'll tell you guys this.
- 45:06SPEAKER_00: When I give my predictions, out after the top five, I don't have an order.
- 45:09SPEAKER_00: Like, I have no fucking clue where I'm gonna put Phoebe versus Maria, where I'm like that, yes, they're in my top 10.
- 45:16SPEAKER_00: Do I know where?
- 45:17SPEAKER_00: I have no idea.
- 45:18SPEAKER_00: Not clear.
- 45:18SPEAKER_00: And that's that's the thing.
- 45:19SPEAKER_03: I and that's if I'm honest, sometimes I actually find, I used to even say this before, I sometimes actually find top like sixth place down to 15th place more interesting because there's way more movement.
- 45:30SPEAKER_03: It's harder, there's way more like kind of intricate, because we can kind of I don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that the top five aren't interesting because that is definitely we want to know who's but we there's there's a certain like status where we kind of expect people to be XYZ in in certain positions, so I just find it more exciting sometimes from sixth downwards to be like who's gonna be the underdog, who's sneaking in?
- 45:51SPEAKER_03: Because when Ashley got sixth place, was that was incredible.
- 45:55SPEAKER_03: Like she'd snuck in from top ten and straight away got sixth, remember?
- 45:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like in 2024, that was incredible.
- 46:03SPEAKER_00: The my favorite part of the Olympian pre-judging is when you have your first call out and they send off a certain amount.
- 46:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: Like they send off a top five, or go to the very end when they do their when they do the final call out.
- 46:18SPEAKER_00: And it might be seventh to twelfth or whatever it may be.
- 46:23SPEAKER_00: Because this last year ended on Lower Lee at six.
- 46:26SPEAKER_00: So they called back out the top six and they narrowed it down to who they had in their center for their top top three because they were interchanging Ashland and Jazzy and Maureen over and over again.
- 46:35SPEAKER_00: So we kind of knew where top three was going, because Ashland, Jazzy, Maureen were moving around.
- 46:40SPEAKER_00: And then outside of that, we didn't really know, but that's who they called back out.
- 46:44SPEAKER_00: And we're like, oh shit, there's our top six.
- 46:45SPEAKER_03: So I will say that is the worst thing when you're backstage, because and it's happened to me twice.
- 46:52SPEAKER_03: So they send off because they send off obviously top the so first call outs obviously for Olympic come out.
- 46:59SPEAKER_03: And then if they send off anyone, that's fine.
- 47:01SPEAKER_03: Most of the time, though, every time I've done the Olympia, they've brought out the first call outs and they've sent off all of the girls at the same time, and then they bring on a whole new second call outs.
- 47:11SPEAKER_03: That's how I've done all my Olympias, and then but then I've been in the middle, but it's kind of like okay, in that previous call-out, there were seven girls, so there's three more spots to fight for.
- 47:20SPEAKER_03: If I'm near the middle, I have no fucking clue.
- 47:23SPEAKER_03: And that's happened to me twice.
- 47:24SPEAKER_00: You're just plain math in your head.
- 47:26SPEAKER_03: I'm literally like, and I'm not even kidding, that happens when I was on the side of the stage.
- 47:29SPEAKER_03: I'm like, right, I'm counting the girls.
- 47:30SPEAKER_03: Like, okay, first call out to seven, and that's what it was.
- 47:33SPEAKER_03: First call-outs was uh, I think it was no, it was actually eight girls, I'm pretty sure.
- 47:37SPEAKER_03: No, it wasn't.
- 47:38SPEAKER_03: Tell a lie, my first Olympia, 2022, there was nine girls got called out.
- 47:43SPEAKER_03: So there was one spot left that happened in 2023 as well.
- 47:46SPEAKER_03: There was one spot that was called out that that was left, and I remember it was me and Jordaine Lee in the middle.
- 47:53SPEAKER_03: And when we got, and that was in second, uh, that was second call out.
- 47:56SPEAKER_03: So then when we got called off there, we were at backstage, they were like, okay, anyone in that second call out, just hang out.
- 48:01SPEAKER_03: And we were like, we have to wait for this whole entire call out to know whether or not we're in first call-outs or whatever.
- 48:08SPEAKER_03: That was actually the year that I then I didn't get first call out, but I got seventh and I surpassed Janet and Isa because they were like, Oh, actually, you know, we didn't compare you next to each other, but and that's what that's what we always say by like never give up in because you didn't get first call-outs, you know?
- 48:27SPEAKER_03: 100%.
- 48:27SPEAKER_03: Um, but yeah, I will say that is the worst thing ever because I'm stood backstage, like, please say my name, please say my name, or please say my number.
- 48:33SPEAKER_03: And they're just waiting, they're just waiting for everyone to be done, and it's the worst thing ever.
- 48:37SPEAKER_03: But it's exciting, of course.
- 48:39SPEAKER_00: So I'm interested, and this is just a like obviously being biased and personal, but I'm interested to see with the feedback Kerrigan has gotten from literally every head judge is here.
- 48:51SPEAKER_00: I'm talking Tarek to Becky to Rich to every single head judge she's been in front of this season, has told her that her back pose can be top 15 at the Olympia.
- 49:01SPEAKER_00: And every single one, and that's not an exaggeration, everyone since Chicago has told her that.
- 49:08SPEAKER_00: And um, and then her front pose always needs a little bit of work, and then once she got that work down, she hasn't been outside of top two.
- 49:17SPEAKER_00: She's either won or gotten second in every show since.
- 49:20SPEAKER_00: So I'm interested to see where she can where she can land.
- 49:23SPEAKER_00: So because we like we see her back pose and we're like, holy fucking balance in glutes.
- 49:28SPEAKER_00: Like it looks insane.
- 49:29SPEAKER_00: Um, it's like a very athletic looking back pose.
- 49:32SPEAKER_00: And then her front pose can be hit and miss.
- 49:34SPEAKER_00: So I'm very interested to see like if she's doing a lot, she's not competing.
- 49:38SPEAKER_00: Like, I know everyone's wondering because she hasn't really said it.
- 49:40SPEAKER_00: She's not competing again to Olympia.
- 49:41SPEAKER_00: Um, she I know she ran like fucking nine shows straight back to back.
- 49:45SPEAKER_00: She's she's not that psycho.
- 49:46SPEAKER_00: She's waiting to Olympia.
- 49:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 49:48SPEAKER_00: Um, and she didn't even need to.
- 49:49SPEAKER_00: She's been qualified since four shows ago.
- 49:52SPEAKER_00: Um, but regardless, um I'm very interested to see how that can go because um when her waist is in and her back isn't killing her, like she looks really, really damn good in the front post.
- 50:04SPEAKER_00: So we'll see how it goes.
- 50:05SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited.
- 50:06SPEAKER_03: I think it's it's gonna be cool to see just where all even like people for their first Olympias, all these girls, like this is a really fucking strong list.
- 50:14SPEAKER_03: Like, this is a really, really strong list.
- 50:16SPEAKER_03: Like every most people on this list have won a show.
- 50:18SPEAKER_03: I think there's actually only five people that haven't won a show on the list.
- 50:22SPEAKER_03: So most at all out of all 50 athletes, only five people haven't won a show.
- 50:27SPEAKER_03: That's pretty incredible if I'm honest.
- 50:29SPEAKER_03: Like crazy.
- 50:30SPEAKER_03: So it is everyone has earned their place up there, and I feel like I feel like a lot of people that have come to their first Olympia, it's gonna be interesting to see where everyone lands.
- 50:41SPEAKER_03: Because that that in general, like you wanna you've won a show previously before, like that's that's really fucking hard to do.
- 50:49SPEAKER_03: So but I do think Kerrigan again with that feedback, like just see what happens, just keep running, don't change too much, you know.
- 50:56SPEAKER_00: It's always really cool to hear because she's never had that feedback before.
- 50:58SPEAKER_00: She always laughs and tells me she's like, Yeah, the last time I was in front of Tyler, he like grabbed my bicep and he squeezed it and he went, You're skinny.
- 51:06SPEAKER_03: Love that.
- 51:07SPEAKER_03: When he literally was like, I I need more legs, I was like, What do you mean?
- 51:12SPEAKER_03: Uh what are you talking about?
- 51:13SPEAKER_03: He's like, Yeah, your legs are just a little bit small.
- 51:15SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Does this mean I can hit legs now?
- 51:17SPEAKER_03: And Jamie was like, Yeah, and I was like, This is so exciting.
- 51:20SPEAKER_01: That's hilarious.
- 51:20SPEAKER_03: That's so much fun.
- 51:22SPEAKER_03: Like, it's nice when you actually get the go-ahead to train as a bikini athlete because it fucking sucks when you don't.
- 51:29SPEAKER_03: Really does.
- 51:30SPEAKER_00: So trust me, the some of the people I program for when people fly out and train in person, and I'm like, So your feedback's what?
- 51:36SPEAKER_00: Or if they're not like a programming client of mine, or like when you were out here and we train in person, we went off with Jamie's program, and I was like, Oh, you and you were like all excited because you're like, I get to do some squats.
- 51:46SPEAKER_03: I'm like, oh fuck yes.
- 51:47SPEAKER_03: I'm I actually get to lift weights, like I can do a leg press.
- 51:51SPEAKER_00: It's so funny because for some people, like some people legitimately will only have like abductions, hit thrust kickbacks.
- 51:58SPEAKER_00: I can't do anything else.
- 51:59SPEAKER_03: Well, especially when it gets to this high level, like at the Olympia, they see how you look, they know what you want they want to improve on.
- 52:06SPEAKER_03: Why change it?
- 52:07SPEAKER_03: Like, you don't need to be adding, it's not a case of like okay, cool.
- 52:11SPEAKER_03: What do I need to progress on now?
- 52:12SPEAKER_03: It's like, okay, cool, maintain.
- 52:13SPEAKER_03: Like, yep, maintain what you have.
- 52:15SPEAKER_03: You don't need to improve too much more.
- 52:17SPEAKER_03: And sometimes it is literally just glutes.
- 52:18SPEAKER_03: Glutes is always the hardest, glutes and shoulders.
- 52:20SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 52:21SPEAKER_03: Everyone always has.
- 52:22SPEAKER_00: Well, you know how hard sometimes that can like maintain can become?
- 52:25SPEAKER_00: Because think about it.
- 52:27SPEAKER_00: This is me be this is me getting all technical with um like actual prep.
- 52:31SPEAKER_00: Is when you think about the expenditure of, well, I have delts in, I was hitting some legs, like more glute, glute-focused legs, like glute bias leg press or something.
- 52:41SPEAKER_00: But now my feedback was I need to maintain, we don't want to see any more legs, and so my coach switched my programming to being more glute frequency through the week, and we're going lighter on upper body.
- 52:52SPEAKER_00: That changes a lot of variables in how your prep goes because you're no longer hitting that same level of intensity or frequency that you were before, and so now you're playing with other variables such as cardio or food, um, to be able to bring in that same amount of conditioning that might have come from your expenditure in training before.
- 53:09SPEAKER_00: And so maintaining just became fucking 10 times harder.
- 53:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so that's really hard.
- 53:14SPEAKER_03: It is hard to do because I remember that was that was always the hard part when in um in-between shows.
- 53:19SPEAKER_03: In between shows is always awful if it's a really big gap.
- 53:23SPEAKER_03: So um, yeah, it's tough, but it's always I'm excited for all this.
- 53:28SPEAKER_00: I'm really excited for it.
- 53:29SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be cool.
- 53:30SPEAKER_03: Right, next week, we want to hear your predictions.
- 53:33SPEAKER_03: So I'll write them down.
- 53:35SPEAKER_00: That's what my top two out of me.
- 53:36SPEAKER_03: So yeah, get them ready.
- 53:37SPEAKER_03: I want to hear what you feel, and it doesn't have to be exact, I not even top ten.
- 53:42SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna say top 15.
- 53:43SPEAKER_00: I'm doing my I'm doing my exact I'm doing my exact top five.
- 53:46SPEAKER_00: I am I'm putting it out there.
- 53:47SPEAKER_00: I'm doing my exact top five, and then after that, I will do um like six to ten or six to fifteen, six to fifteen just names.
- 53:56SPEAKER_03: I'm not gonna have placings, so yeah, because it can vary very, very, very much.
- 54:00SPEAKER_03: So much.
- 54:01SPEAKER_03: I expect you to have me in third place.
- 54:04SPEAKER_03: Thank you very much, because we already heard your we already heard your top two.
- 54:08SPEAKER_00: I expect that I'm in yeah, third and fourth place.
- 54:11SPEAKER_00: Phoebe and Kerrigan, boom.
- 54:13SPEAKER_03: Not biased at all.
- 54:14SPEAKER_03: Not biased.
- 54:18SPEAKER_00: Right, we love you guys a lot.
- 54:20SPEAKER_03: Thank you for listening as always, and we'll see you in the next one.
