- 0:33[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's a good one.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_06]: All right, today is going to be a fun show.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_06]: Kiaza.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_06]: Fucking, he's out.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_06]: So if you see me, or the AC's out, excuse me, I'm hot.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_06]: If you see me sweat today, you'll know why it was lightning.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_06]: I just get a taxi from home, boy, dude.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_06]: It was lightning that knocked out the motherboard.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_05]: Funny thing is, that's the second time that's happened to the exact same year.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_06]: I know.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_06]: these storms we're going all through the midwest south uh uh all summer if you ever the last two weeks it feels like and it feels like summer, blame, blame it, don't do it running you too today, don't press the button, don't press the button
- 1:10[SPEAKER_06]: Um, I want to start off today, Anthony, with, uh, you can't hate the media enough.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, I just DM'd you the, the video of Tulsi Gabbard, um, talking about her husband and what they've been going through with bone cancer.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_06]: If you remember correctly, uh, on this show, when we were doing fake news, um, and she announced that she was leaving her position, uh, at the White House there and the administration.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_06]: A lot of people said this is convenience in the media and it's over I ran and everything else.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_06]: It was bone cancer.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_06]: This is something you really can't fake.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_06]: And he had to go into immediate surgery.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_06]: Well, today she posted an update.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_06]: And after watching this, if you still have questions, or you actually printed something about Tulsi Gapford leaving for some fake cancer story,
- 2:02[SPEAKER_06]: She's a scratch, shame on you.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_06]: Play this clip, Blueck.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_02]: Earlier this year, my husband, Abraham, was diagnosed with cancer.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_02]: I picked up the phone and Abraham's voice was different.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_02]: He said that he got a call from his doctor and the doctor told him that he has sacral cordoma.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_02]: very, very rare one in a million type of cancer.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_02]: We talked with our doctors and said, okay, what are our options?
- 2:29[SPEAKER_02]: One is a very invasive surgery to remove the bottom part of Abraham's sacrum and his tailbone and the other option was radiation.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_02]: So we scheduled the surgery as quickly as we could.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_02]: In your space boots on?
- 2:46[SPEAKER_02]: You're moving forward.
- 2:47[UNKNOWN]: My wife.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_02]: They started preparing him for the surgery.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_02]: I was so happy to see him when they wheeled him back into that recovery room.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_02]: But it was also really scary, which I didn't expect.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_02]: He'd been under heavy anesthesia for almost eight hours.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_02]: His body as he started to come out, started reacting to the drugs that were in his body.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_02]: It was tough.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_00]: right here.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_02]: So that night more than a few times Abrams said I want to get up.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_02]: He had some help from some great nurses to just start very, very slowly walking around.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_02]: He would take a few steps.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_02]: He would throw up as he was
- 3:35[SPEAKER_02]: trying to walk around.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_02]: But he kept going.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_02]: He refused to take any narcotic pain medication.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_02]: And so he really had to push through the post operative pain.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_02]: A few weeks after the surgery was done, pathologists and the doctors said that they are confident that they were able to cut out all of the cancerous bone and tissue.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_02]: So here we are now almost three months after who started a very rigorous physical therapy program.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_02]: He gets frustrated a lot because he wants to be able to make progress faster and sometimes he's pushed a little bit too far but overall Abraham is progressing very well.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_02]: The reality is that the battle isn't over yet.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_02]: you'll have to continue to get frequent MRIs to keep an eye on whether or not this cancer is coming back either in the same place or in other parts of his body.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_02]: We are so grateful to God for his unconditional love for being our shelter, for being our peace and our strength.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_02]: We want to say thank you to the doctors, the surgeon, the pathologist, the anesthesiologist,
- 4:43[SPEAKER_02]: We want to say thank you to all of you, sharing the most beautiful prayers and well wishes with us Mahalo Nui Lua to you all.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_06]: Now, you're not going to see a retraction from any of these assholes today, or anything, especially after seeing the video that she posted, and our thoughts are with you, but I remember, again, when this was going on, it was just so fucking insane that people thought, she would lie about something like this.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, dude, not everything is a fucking conspiracy.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_06]: It really isn't.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_06]: And I'm grateful she posted that because maybe some other people were going through that at home.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_06]: I'd never heard of this, but one cancer, super rare, one in a million, like she said.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_07]: And yeah, someone in the chat, actually, they're for, are their daughter at four days old, had to have the same surgery, I think.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_06]: Fuck.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_06]: That's brutal.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_06]: That's brutal.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, best of luck in the recovery there.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_06]: We've, obviously, had Tulsi on the show.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_06]: Her husband was there the entire time and we got to meet him and hang out with him afterwards and all that stuff.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_06]: And he's a great guy.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_06]: It sucks what you're going through.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_06]: But it's happy to hear that you're recovering.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_06]: Next up, this is just breaking news here, right when you walked in the door, Eric's wall well.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_06]: We talked about on Monday's fake news, it's just been rated by the FBI, so all this is going on right now.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_06]: former representative Eric Swallwell, the disgraced California politician accused of rape, was reportedly confronted by FBI agents at San Francisco International Airport, where they seized his electronics as part of a federal criminal probe.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_06]: Agent serves Swallwell with a search warrant Saturday after he arrived in California and seized his cell phone and other electronics
- 6:44[SPEAKER_06]: uh... anybody here until after they reported on how they got the fucking story there uh... sources told the outlets agents also executed additional search warrants uh... at swallwell's washington dc homes Sunday where they seized other potential evidence swallwell forty five was reportedly cooperative during the airport encounter the investigation comes
- 7:07[SPEAKER_06]: as the former California congressman faces multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, including claims from a former staffer who alleged that he raped her twice when she was two intoxicated to consent.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_06]: I'll go back to what I said on Monday about this, Dan.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_06]: What
- 7:27[SPEAKER_06]: What's, why now?
- 7:28[SPEAKER_06]: Like, like, this seems odd that all of this is happening now that you're season everything now.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_06]: And we've known about this story for what close to 10 years.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_07]: I don't think this has anything to do with the Fang Fang thing.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_06]: It doesn't.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_06]: Well, like whatsoever, so this is in regards to the sexual assaults.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_07]: It's in regard to a staffer that he allegedly raped, right?
- 7:50[SPEAKER_07]: That's what it said in the early.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_06]: Right, yeah.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_06]: So yeah, I saw the breaking news.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_06]: I just assumed it was part of the Fangfang shit.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_06]: So you're saying this is in regards to a staffer.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_06]: So what would be on these devices?
- 8:01[SPEAKER_06]: Pictures potentially.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_07]: I recordings to be able to seize his stuff like that.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_07]: They would have.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_07]: Certainly, obviously, they have to get a warrant, which means they're going to have to give PC, probable cause to somebody that's something's on that phone that's either going to corroborate testimony from somebody else or, or, or not, right?
- 8:27[SPEAKER_07]: There's a, they, they, somebody told them that there was something on his devices.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_07]: And they put that in a,
- 8:37[SPEAKER_07]: based on some factors.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know exactly, but it would be something like that.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_07]: I would imagine.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_07]: So the person accusing him of rape must have said he said this.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_07]: I said this and they're trying to find out.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_07]: Although it might be about recordings and stuff too, because they could get, they could pull the...
- 8:56[SPEAKER_07]: the text messages or whatever off of anything.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, it could be something else, I don't know.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_07]: Interesting.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_04]: This is the thing that actually made him resign, right?
- 9:06[SPEAKER_04]: Or like, stop right there.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_06]: Because one woman has accused him of drugging her before sexually assaulting her in 2018 to other women alleged that he sent them unsolicited images of his genitals.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_06]: So maybe they're looking for dick pics.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_07]: Um, I mean, I don't I don't think that's even a crime, is it?
- 9:26[SPEAKER_07]: Uh, Dick Picks.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, is it Dick Picks?
- 9:28[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I don't think it's Dick.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, if you did it, if you did it on repeat, that might be it would be her accident.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, I think just a one off your fine, maybe two.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_06]: What?
- 9:39[SPEAKER_06]: What, too?
- 9:40[SPEAKER_06]: A one off or two, you're fine.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, according to Cube, a one off or two, and you're good, dude.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_06]: I'll test it out.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, back to you.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, just blast out one or two to a stranger.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_06]: See what happens and then love might find you in a hopeless place.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_06]: We don't know, Koop, but this is very odd, man.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, just haven't done that Fang Fang story on Monday.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_06]: And then this is totally unrelated on a Thursday.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_06]: And then also, why did it take so long to find out that he was getting searched on a Saturday last Saturday?
- 10:18[SPEAKER_06]: Somebody would add to no one to help famous he is and be like, oh, hey, swallwell's getting arrested Or somebody's grabbing his shit or getting rated or whatever, right?
- 10:27[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, maybe they have withheld it for some reason.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's very odd.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_06]: I mean fuck.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_06]: I was in an airport bus to rhymes They pulled him out of line and we're looking for fucking drugs.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_06]: I didn't find any.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_06]: It was alley ax.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_06]: I'm not kidding.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_06]: Oh shit.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, this was I was just it I was and we were like free bus to do and
- 10:45[SPEAKER_06]: if if it's him or fucking swall well one would think there'd be cell phone footage or something unless it's a private plane was he on a private plane do we even know that right now?
- 10:55[SPEAKER_06]: Um, no, there's no way.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think so either.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, is he that rich?
- 11:00[SPEAKER_06]: Like, no, he is not.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_06]: Cause if he got off the flight, people would be like, oh, hey, there's Eric Swallow.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_06]: Where's the fucking photos of this?
- 11:08[SPEAKER_06]: How did this go un-reported for six days?
- 11:11[SPEAKER_06]: And not one major media outlet covered it.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_06]: What is your dose?
- 11:15[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, the post just followed up with it here.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_06]: They're saying the investigation is about the sexual conduct.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_06]: That's fine, one woman, and the two.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_06]: And then the three is like, how fucking Dr. Sue's riddle here.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_06]: He's maintaining his innocence.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_06]: He was also facing scrutiny from a Manhattan district to turn his office and the LA County Sheriff's Department.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_07]: what was going on in Manhattan I guess I don't know about that I mean it looks like he's been breaking all over town.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, breaking all over the country.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_07]: Um, raping USA.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, he's the the dumbest part of this whole story is his ex wife who's like, oh, she's her name is Brittany Watts, I guess.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_07]: Uh, well, I guess she's not even as actually at, but she's not made any public statements, but sources close to the couple is what
- 12:16[SPEAKER_07]: reported that she was completely blindsided by the allegations and has called double life felt deeply hurt and has currently living separately.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, you may have to guy that was bang at a Chinese spy.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_07]: Sure.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_07]: And looks like this.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_07]: What exactly did you expect to have happened there?
- 12:34[SPEAKER_06]: You know, and with her eyes was she really blindsided?
- 12:38[SPEAKER_06]: Looks like she can see just fine there.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_06]: Those are some papers.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_06]: And she's got there on her.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, Swallow's wife is not made any public statements or self.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_06]: However, sources close to the couple reported that she
- 12:53[SPEAKER_06]: felt that he was living a double life there, and yeah, you think fucking hell, dude.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_06]: She's not wearing a ring.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_06]: I again, why all of this now?
- 13:04[SPEAKER_06]: This is very bizarre to me.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_06]: I'll say the same thing that I said on Monday.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_06]: I just don't understand the chain and these events.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_06]: Isn't he out of there?
- 13:11[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, he's, I mean, I don't know what he's going to do now, aside from
- 13:17[SPEAKER_07]: go to court.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_07]: I suppose.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_07]: I don't think the FBI gets involved in sort of seizing things and let there's some going on.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_07]: Like this started with LA County.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_07]: I believe.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_07]: And then there was another one from New York and now it's gone to the FBI.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_07]: Usually, when things build like that, there's a trail of something that they're following.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_07]: And it's not good.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_07]: But who knows, man.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_07]: Maybe he's the great guy we all think he is.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_04]: Could be.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_04]: Could be.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_04]: All we know is that and he'll get a great job as a lobbyist one day.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_06]: Um, if he gets out of prison, I guess.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I don't know many people who get rated it by the FBI and then they're out of there.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_06]: Trump.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_06]: Well, that's a different story.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_06]: He was president.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_06]: So maybe Swallow has to run for president and get it.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_06]: But, man, this is a strange story.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_06]: Join DSA, run for president.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, dude.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_06]: That's just a fucking switch.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_06]: You know what I'm saying?
- 14:11[SPEAKER_06]: We want everything for free.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_06]: They're trying to frame me and shit is fucking crazy here.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_06]: Um, wow, dude.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_06]: All right.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, next up, um, a lot of listeners have been asking me to ask you about this.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_06]: So I will, uh, want to talk about the, the USS Abraham here and what's going on.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, it has been reported that they've been out to see these sailors for 250 days.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_06]: Um, that's, uh,
- 14:39[SPEAKER_00]: they're getting yeah there you go pop pop this open here they're getting uh one corn dog or one hot dog it's day oh what is he how to ship look at the hand look aka the bathroom so shy was right here he filmed me this is what we go through on a carrier in a navy they say join a navy right
- 14:58[SPEAKER_00]: join in eight and I look at this, this is crazy, this ain't even the worst part and the same's atrocious, which I'll see the toilets, and a little bit of the toilet y'all expect me to take a doodoo in this y'all, not, you got to crave with it, come on now join in eight, you know, right, join in eight, and I, now
- 15:24[SPEAKER_07]: Joey, by the way, just to be clear, the reason that the inside of toilets on ships, vessels of any sort, turn brown like that is for because the marine sanitation system uses raw seawater to flush.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_07]: It doesn't use this potable water.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_07]: That's it.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_07]: It's just because of the water.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_07]: What you can't look at something, understand science and then sit down and take a
- 15:48[SPEAKER_07]: without fucking crying and having your mom post your TikTok video shut, the fuck up dude, Jesus Christ.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_07]: I went into 45 fucking days without a shower one time.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_07]: I could literally smell my bean back when I sat down and stood up.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_07]: You could smell your own nuts, right?
- 16:04[SPEAKER_07]: You're winding about having running water.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_07]: and it going into a hole that you don't like.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_07]: I pissed in fucking tubes that were fucking literal PVC pipes that are, that go from the fourth floor down into a hole in the ground.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_07]: And then we had to clean them out every day because, uh, and because people are stupid actually had to watch them clean it out because dudes were just pouring bleach.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_07]: down into the hole.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_07]: And you cannot mix bleach and ammonia, which is what happens when fucking urine starts to evaporate by the way, right?
- 16:35[SPEAKER_07]: It's like mustard gas, right?
- 16:36[SPEAKER_07]: You're basically creating toxic gas.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, you're fucking idiot.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_07]: Not this guy.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_07]: I'm thinking of a particular private car all.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_07]: I'm every all of you know one out there who are in the military but Jesus Christ what were you thinking dude?
- 16:50[SPEAKER_07]: Nobody taught you and you didn't even read the fucking anarchist cookbook or anything to know that you can't mix fucking bleach chlorine bleach and ammonia for Christ's sake they even showed how to do that in the episode of my guy over once.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah God damn it dude.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_07]: But yeah this is like I mean certainly
- 17:12[SPEAKER_07]: Shit sucks when you're deployed for a long time, especially if you get stopped, like if you're supposed to do a four month float or a six month float and you end about there for eight or nine months, it's gonna suck.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_07]: You're gonna supply a start to dwindle and blah, blah, blah, blah, whatever.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_07]: That happens, man.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_07]: Bitch about it all you want, but you bitch up the chain of command.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_07]: You don't do it in fucking public.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_07]: You stupid fuck.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_06]: Um, go to get back to that picture loop because there's a couple of questions I have for you here.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, there's the people who are taking pictures of food.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_06]: How does that look to you?
- 17:42[SPEAKER_06]: Is that normal?
- 17:43[SPEAKER_06]: Not normal?
- 17:43[SPEAKER_07]: Uh, well, as again, as somebody who's gone, uh, a month and a half without eating hot food, I don't care about these complaints.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_07]: Are you're at fucking more brother?
- 17:54[SPEAKER_07]: Dude, what do you think you signed up for?
- 17:56[SPEAKER_07]: And then the next one I have for you and I mean honestly what the fuck is the expectation here go watch band of brothers and watch dudes at the battle of the bulge sleep and holes and eat fucking cold soup with maggots in it
- 18:09[SPEAKER_07]: for a fucking two weeks without coming out of their hole.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_07]: Because the trees were exploding around them.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_07]: Shut the fuck up, man.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_07]: And look, again, that isn't to say it doesn't suck.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_07]: Every generation thinks that the new generation doesn't get hit with the suck as much as they do at the bullshit.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_07]: It always sucks.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_07]: Every bit of it sucks.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_07]: It's designed to suck, right?
- 18:33[SPEAKER_07]: But
- 18:34[SPEAKER_07]: The thing that makes a difference, are that makes a difference is that when you bitch, you bitch to your sergeant and your sergeant bitches to your platoon sergeant and your platoon sergeant bitches to your fucking first sergeant and your first sergeant bitches to the commander and the commander bitches to the battalion commander and you try to get something done.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_07]: You do not, like half of these dudes that have been whining about this shit, have their fucking moms out there calling congressmen and shit, what the fuck are you talking about?
- 19:03[SPEAKER_07]: Are you out of your fucking mind?
- 19:04[SPEAKER_07]: If one of my guys, if I saw one of my guys moms on television, bitching about the conditions where we were at war, I would light his ass on fire.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_07]: He would never fucking sit down for the rest of his time in the military.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_07]: ever.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_07]: Like what the fuck are you thinking?
- 19:19[SPEAKER_07]: Our problems are our fucking problems.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_07]: You understand?
- 19:22[SPEAKER_07]: This isn't some political device that you use during a time of fucking war.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_07]: Keep your mother fucking mouth shut and do your fucking job.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_07]: If shit sucks, then raise hell inside of a private room somewhere until it gets fixed.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_07]: That's your job to do it.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_07]: Instead of going out there and trying to make yourself a fucking famous hero on the internet, make a TikTok video.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_07]: You stupid bitch.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_06]: It's interesting to you, you bring that up because there's a lot of people posting shit the mom said she allegedly got a text message from her son that just said if I had won gone and won bullets.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_06]: The other thing that they're bitching about over here is 250 sailors have to share bathrooms with only nine working showers.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_06]: Is that seem like a big deal for you?
- 20:09[SPEAKER_07]: Um, I mean, I don't know.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_07]: No, no.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_07]: No, actually, you know what?
- 20:12[SPEAKER_07]: I, if you're in the woman's area, go downtown and look at the battleships where 300 sailors, uh, so, uh, shared fucking four showers, right, during World War II.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_07]: What's this picture here?
- 20:27[SPEAKER_04]: Luke, and it's just of the ship.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_04]: It's kind of the valves are dissolving.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what the deal with that is.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_06]: I don't either.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_06]: And all this is out of constant.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_07]: Well, this is this is this is an interesting thing, right?
- 20:39[SPEAKER_07]: This is part.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_07]: Can you blow this picture up or send it to me so I can look out of my screen?
- 20:43[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, these are some kind of valves.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_07]: Now, this is the Navy, right?
- 20:49[SPEAKER_07]: Who's job is it to clean that shit?
- 20:52[SPEAKER_05]: than anything.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_05]: Sailors, the people that are complaining about it.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_07]: So are you telling me that you're doing a poor job?
- 20:59[SPEAKER_07]: Is that the message that's being sent?
- 21:02[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, that's why I'm not a single one.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_07]: Can you imagine your dad's on the way home?
- 21:06[SPEAKER_07]: And you text him a picture and it's of your bedroom, your bedroom's all fucked up.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_07]: And you're like, can you believe this dad?
- 21:12[SPEAKER_07]: Can you believe what's happened to my bedroom?
- 21:15[SPEAKER_07]: The fuck are you talking about?
- 21:17[SPEAKER_07]: Quit bitch and do it.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_07]: And again,
- 21:19[SPEAKER_07]: You can bet you all you want, but you bitched to your chain of command, and that's it.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_07]: You do not ever go outside of the fucking family.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_07]: Are you, you do not go outside of the family for this shit.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_07]: Why does it doesn't work?
- 21:33[SPEAKER_07]: Right?
- 21:34[SPEAKER_07]: It just doesn't work.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_07]: All it does is make you look like an asshole.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_07]: And two, you don't go outside of the fucking family.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_07]: I don't care about showing me pictures of toilets that have brown stuff in them.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_07]: on a fucking boat.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_07]: You're using sea water to flush the toilet.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_07]: You understand that, right?
- 21:56[SPEAKER_07]: Certainly these people understand this.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_07]: They're on, they're in the Navy.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_07]: Somebody has to understand this.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_07]: God damn it, man.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_06]: And then Joey Jones go to your D.M.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_06]: Joey Jones was on Fox yesterday.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_06]: Joey was a friend of mine.
- 22:15[SPEAKER_07]: Yep, and I'm sure he's a Marine that lost both of his legs and fucking And war some sure he's got some to say press play on this
- 22:28[SPEAKER_08]: You know what I ate in Afghanistan for six months on a burner with Jews in a little burner?
- 22:33[SPEAKER_08]: I ate ramen noodles.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_08]: I had to pull the seasoning packet out because I had too much sodium in it and I put tuna packets in it.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_08]: That's what I ate and I, you know what, I was happy to have it because the alternative wasn't him or he or something cooked by the Afghan guy who was too stupid to be given a gun and they let him be the cook.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_08]: And so if I wanted some spicy, test my fat a little bit, I'd go get a bowl of whatever he made in that giant.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_08]: you know, earn thing that he had.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_08]: How weak are you to be on TV, complaining about tuna and noodles?
- 23:04[SPEAKER_08]: I'm sorry.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_08]: You volunteered the serve your country.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_08]: You can come back and get out of the military and do like all of these Democrat veterans and
- 23:12[SPEAKER_08]: complain about it and make commercials and be a sellout if you want to and come up with with a new way of doing things the last Democrat president that I remember that was the pulling troops Barack Obama had the army going to Iraq on patrol bases for 15 months at a time eating MREs.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_08]: I'm sorry, but you're a sitting duck on a patrol base in Iraq and Afghanistan.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_08]: A heck of a lot more than you are on a fortified Navy ship sitting in the water.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_08]: You have a bodyguard board and I'm sorry.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_08]: We did have more fun getting in fire fights.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_08]: I'll say that.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_08]: But the sit there and say that it was terrible because you had a corn dog and a hot dog.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_08]: I would have traded a block a C4 to the tailband for a hot dog about July 2010.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_08]: I just do not understand the mentality.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_08]: If this is a representation of who our military is now and I'm not saying it is, but there's at least enough for some of these trash rags to prevent about it.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_08]: If this is who we are, we're just wrong sitting here waiting to burn.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_08]: I didn't, it makes me absolutely, it makes me fume.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_08]: If he said there and said we didn't have any clean water to drink, we couldn't take a shower.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, well, I didn't take a shower for about six months, but still, you know, something that has something to do with hygiene or, you know, like getting sick, there was a scurvy outbreak and, you know, the guys that were missing legs were only given wooden pegs, instead of metal ones, then maybe I might have.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_08]: Some sympathy, but to that little kid and whoever raised him, Lord, help you if you ever go into a hot war on the ground like a millions of Americans have.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_08]: I can only think what a World War II veteran sitting there who's lucid enough today to see that and think about those six months journey home from fighting the toughest war we've ever fought after being there for four years was thinking listening to him complaining like that.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_07]: Who's been on my show is the Secretary of the Navy's awesome um
- 25:04[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, so every night that we were capable of doing this, which is nights when we're all there, nobody's gone for refit or out, if we weren't out during this time, sometime between like six and nine PM, me and my medic Dan and one of our shooters, Brent, and one of our other shooters, Billy, would sit around this little table we made and eat
- 25:31[SPEAKER_07]: Um, uh, uh, canned, something, right, we would just, cold, right.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_07]: We called it family dinner.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_07]: We did it every night.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_07]: We could, um, ramen with fucking tuna in it or whatever the fucking we would have sit there and eat it like fucking poor people, uh, because that's what you are who are, you're poor.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_07]: What the fuck did you think was going to happen, man?
- 25:55[SPEAKER_06]: I'm watching all this, and I obviously didn't serve, so I'm trying to decipher what this is, because you see these posts by today, it was Governor J.B. Pritzker says, Pete Heggseth, O's Americans, the truth about the real conditions aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_06]: This administration is dismissed concerns and ignored questions, even refusing to confirm how many L.A. noisians,
- 26:23[SPEAKER_06]: under one of the main either are there are our service members and their families deserve answers.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_06]: Now is this Pete Heggseth actually giving an answer on this?
- 26:34[SPEAKER_04]: This is Pete Heggseth on August 13th, rejecting reports of working at worsening positions aboard the Abraham, including a sailor going overboard in the climbing crew, mental health, calling reports completely misrepresented.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_06]: All right, press play on the scope, I've not seen this.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_10]: completely misrepresented.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_10]: Listen, we make sure that every ship, every crew, every captain has everything we can provide them at every single moment.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_10]: Some deployments are longer than others, and I have more respect and gratitude for those sailors than anybody.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_10]: What they do in those high seas and those osteo-conditions with less portals, it's incredible.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_10]: I've been not been on a ship like that, but been on long deployments.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_10]: I feel it.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_10]: I want them whom as soon as everybody else do.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_10]: I want folks wrote in and it was quick in these files.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_10]: I want the best for them.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_10]: Like my commanders know that, our service secretary know that, the president expects that.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_10]: And so to that crew and to all those crews, we're going to do everything we can for you.
- 27:39[SPEAKER_10]: And we are so grateful.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_10]: for their dedication of that crew and others.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_10]: They've held the line for the country and they've done a fantastic job.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_10]: Good.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_06]: And I think that's pretty much the end of the story, you know?
- 27:52[SPEAKER_04]: How long was this deployment?
- 27:55[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, when they start, probably when the bombing started, so what are you looking at there, February?
- 28:00[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, I don't know, when no, because six months.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_07]: I don't think the carriers, I don't know if the carriers were there.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_07]: Uh, or if that particular one was there then, but yeah, they probably been there.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_07]: They've probably been out for six or nine months now.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_07]: There's no, it just, they may not have started when a ranch started.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_07]: They may have already been out and got repositioned.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's two hundred sixty six days nine months.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_07]: Good for them.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_06]: Is that a bit right?
- 28:28[SPEAKER_07]: Doing well now.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_07]: It's way longer than usual, but doing shit.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_07]: You don't want to do built character.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_07]: Um, and on the whole food thing, uh,
- 28:36[SPEAKER_07]: Right now, as these people are running, like not one of these motherfuckers has detailed, and by the way, half of the pictures, you have to look, don't, this is, this one's not even real on the thing.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_07]: But there's some other pictures that aren't real too.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_07]: Some of them are of like cafeterias, and you can see sender block, fucking columns in the background.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_07]: Guess what's not on a fucking naval destroyer or carrier?
- 28:59[SPEAKER_07]: And my guess would be anything made out of concrete.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_07]: There's no concrete.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_07]: One of them is like a plane that has some shit scrolled on it or something and in the background You can see that it's a fucking paved runway and not metal.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_07]: You fucking retards.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_07]: But anyways, who cares about that?
- 29:18[SPEAKER_07]: As we speak.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_07]: Robert Irvine, the celebrity chef, the British guy who's now American by choice, is building new dining facilities at military bases all across the country.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_07]: I think a new one just popped up at four drum two weeks ago, maybe in New York.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_07]: And, um,
- 29:36[SPEAKER_07]: They, he is completely, he and Ramon Colon Lopez, the former C.A.C.Z, if you know him, and a couple of the dudes have been working on this for some time to completely overhaul the
- 29:51[SPEAKER_07]: the food system for the military and RFK has helped get some of it pushed through as well since he's been in office but it's completely the way that we're feeding our troops even right now is completely different than it was two years ago.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_07]: This is the opposite of a real complaint frankly because it's going in the exact opposite direction of what these assholes are trying to say.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, that'll bring us to our first sponsor.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_06]: That's my bookie.com promo code.

- 31:27[SPEAKER_06]: My only complaint is that it's going to be hard for me not to drop that full 500 on week zero of college football.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_06]: God damn it.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_06]: We're 10 days away guys from football being back for the next five months.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_06]: I cannot wait 10 more days.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_06]: I've I've got to show some restraint though and and go the second weekend, I think.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_06]: But we all know that's not going to
- 31:56[SPEAKER_06]: I'll pick one for week zero, fuck it, I'll do it and post it and I'll go with the full five on John at there.

- 32:22[SPEAKER_06]: Next up!
- 32:24[SPEAKER_06]: Dead, has crossed 20, well, sorry, 40, is it?
- 32:28[SPEAKER_06]: Am I reading that correctly, $40 million?
- 32:30[SPEAKER_06]: Jesus Christ!
- 32:34[SPEAKER_06]: Wow, is that, that's gonna be a record, right?
- 32:38[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_06]: U.S. dead has topped $40 trillion for the first time in the history of our country.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_06]: The Treasury Department said Wednesday, drawing fresh warnings that a fiscal crisis is brewing as ballooning costs for social,
- 32:55[SPEAKER_06]: safety net programs and interest payments for outstrip revenues held back by tax cuts.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_06]: The Treasury's latest daily cash and debt balance statements showed total public debt outstanding at 40.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_06]: 0.047 trillion dollars on Tuesday.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_06]: A total that includes Treasury securities held by the public of 32,000.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_06]: I'm sorry, 32.266 trillion and an intra-governmental department.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_06]: I'm sorry, debt, holdings of 7.782 trillion.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_06]: Now here's what that means.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_07]: So I am stunned.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_07]: Those, that's a lot of numbers that, and there's a, the debt that we owe to creditors is 32.3 trillion basically.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_07]: Who are the creditors?
- 33:52[SPEAKER_07]: Banks.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_07]: Here in America, we're abroad.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_07]: a little bit of both and people think that we owe that the Chinese whole lot of our data, things like 4% maybe it's more now, but Japan holds most of our data.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_04]: They owe stuff our data.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_07]: Have any foreign plays?
- 34:12[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, the money the government actually borrowed.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_07]: from someone, it's called public debt.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_07]: And it's mostly marketable securities, like bills, notes, bonds, tips, firms, and it's bought by domestic banks and shirts, pension funds, mutual funds.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_07]: Sometimes individuals who buy bonds and stuff like that, state-level governments and then foreign central banks.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_07]: And then private foreign investors too, and the federal reserve, but the foreign central banks are like, Japan is a big one, China's got a little bit, I'm sure there's others,
- 34:46[SPEAKER_07]: Then the one that confuses people is the intergovernmental holdings and that's basically we've been borrowing from social security and Medicaid essentially so think of it like you've got a college fund jar and it's got a bunch of money in it and you've been saving for a rainy day fund or whatever the fuck and now it's completely filled with that not only is it completely filled with IOUs
- 35:12[SPEAKER_07]: But you owe that the fund you would you owe the fund seven point eight trillion dollars basically That time it's social security and Medicare that we've been taken money out of essentially We've been borrow money from sources of security for since Fuck man, I don't remember since The early 2000s I think
- 35:35[SPEAKER_07]: some like that.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I saw something last Sunday on the news.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_06]: They said that they think they'll be out of money and social security in six years.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, that sucks because a lot of people paid into it, but social security is exactly what it sounds like.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_07]: Socialism.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, they've got to do something here because this was the plan all the way around.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, they were taking
- 36:06[SPEAKER_07]: of all the stuff he proposed.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_07]: The one thing he said that made sense was to take a certain amount of that.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_07]: I think it was like, I don't remember what it was, maybe 10%, I think 15%.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, it was 10% or 15% and it hooded into the market.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_07]: And if you had done that, if the Democrats had worked with him and passed that in like 2004 or three or four, five, I don't know what year it was.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_07]: You're that 10% that you invested in the market would be worth like five times more than what you're fucking You would be getting basically, I think two to four times more of a social security payout at the end of your life than you would if you had just Done what we did which is keep it in the fucking governments hands
- 36:51[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, this is absolutely insane.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_06]: What was best in saying outside?
- 36:55[SPEAKER_06]: Because he just gave a speech earlier here.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_06]: He was yellow.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_06]: Were racial slurs, I think.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_06]: That was it.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_06]: Was it the Enward over in Oregon?
- 37:01[SPEAKER_07]: No, he doesn't care about that.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_07]: OK. All right.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_10]: Press play on this clip.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_10]: The $40 trillion mark that we passed for the national debt, which you comment on that, and how do we reverse that?
- 37:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the 40 trillion is a big number.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_03]: It is smaller when we look at the publicly traded amount because our Social Security funds and other government entities hold a substantial amount.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_03]: And what we're going to do is we have to grow our way out of this.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_03]: And as I talked about at G20 in Asheville, we are going to talk about
- 37:35[SPEAKER_03]: the U.S. growth strategy and encourage the rest of the world to come along with us.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_03]: We are also, you know, announced that Director Rustvode and I have been tasked with looking at fiscal consolidation.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_03]: I think the numbers have, are not the actual numbers.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_03]: Now we've had to do substantial tariff refunds due to court ruling, but
- 37:57[SPEAKER_03]: the with the section 301 terrace I am confident that we will be back to the same level if not higher of terrif and come for last year and that is most of the increase in the deficit and remember we did not get here at a day that we
- 38:14[SPEAKER_03]: We were left with a mess.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_03]: The Biden administration had the highest deficit to GDP in history when we weren't at war or weren't in a recession.
- 38:23[SPEAKER_03]: For 2025, we brought it down by more than a percent.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_02]: Six million dollars, I can assure you.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_06]: More than a percent.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_07]: Is that a lot?
- 38:36[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, it's a lot of money, sure, because the number, the baseline number is so fucking bad.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_07]: Um, yeah, I mean, now that's just good to do this is how so we're a little ahead.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_07]: I think our little behind, if I'm not mistaken, I think we're at 104 GDP right now, 104% and at the end of World War Two, we're 120% or maybe as one 16, but somewhere around there of GDP, I mean, we had.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_07]: let's say $100 in debt, $120, I'm sorry, $100 in income per year, and $120 in debt basically right that's obviously the numbers are quite a bit better than that but it's too high and in World War II we were able to grow our way out of it right like he said that was that was a thing that we definitely were capable of doing and that's why like
- 39:36[SPEAKER_07]: the AI stuff, regardless of what it's doing.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_07]: Now, Trump is doing what I think is a smart thing and trying to industrialize around it, meaning holding people to some level of that are creating these data centers and shit like that, like building careers for people from it and shit like that.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_07]: But really, even if,
- 40:02[SPEAKER_07]: Even if the plan was just to jack up to GDPs, big time, that's something, right?
- 40:08[SPEAKER_07]: You can't do that alone, though.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_07]: I don't think nominal GDP growth has to exceed the effective interest rate by enough to cover the primary deficit, so right now.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_07]: We're spending a trillion dollars a year just on or over a trillion now, I think just on the interest payments, right?
- 40:28[SPEAKER_07]: It's one of our largest expenditures, I think Medicaid is 1.6 trillion in total Medicaid Medicare, because 1.6 trillion and then
- 40:42[SPEAKER_07]: other entitlements or somewhere around 1.4 and then the Department of Wars and Defense in general the whole thing is somewhere around a trillion, I think it's 990.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_07]: That's a lot of fucking money.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know how you overcome that by growing.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, it looks got best in those more about economies than I will ever know in my life or that I'm even capable of knowing, but he's also working for a politician right now.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_07]: So I don't know, the debt to GDP really only falls when the economy grows faster than debt.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_07]: So how do you, I don't know what the plan is to grow the debt or grow the economy that quickly.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_07]: So you have to grow like,
- 41:23[SPEAKER_07]: net interest is a trillion dollars a year.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_07]: And the debt is about 100.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_07]: If you don't account the stuff that we owe ourselves, it's a 101% of GDP, which means you have to grow 3.3% every year for a while, for like 10 years.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_07]: Maybe you could do it.
- 41:40[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, this the CBO arm sorry, 3.3% yeah, and that amount of time.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_07]: I just don't.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_07]: If the effective rate is 3.8% over that window of time, the primary deficit is still 2.6% of GDP this year and stays above 2% all the way through 2036.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_07]: We should really have somebody who's an economist come on and explain the details of this because the idea that we can grow 4.5%.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_07]: every year moving forward for some amount of time.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_07]: Maybe that's real.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_07]: Have we ever done that before?
- 42:18[SPEAKER_07]: Well, what were the rates of growth in 46, 47, 48?
- 42:25[SPEAKER_07]: Let's say 46 through 52 through the end of Korea, 53.
- 42:32[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, how many people were living here at that time, too?
- 42:35[SPEAKER_06]: You got to take that in a consideration.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I don't know how you correct this.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_06]: I really don't, man.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_06]: I'd love to have them on the show.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_06]: It's between the shot of that is a very smart guy.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_04]: Between the end of World War II and the end of the Korean War, South Korea's economy, I don't know if I was about South Korea's economy.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_06]: That's all I care about.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_06]: I don't care about mine, I just, it's South Korea.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_07]: Just give more point of five percent real growth and on a permanent basis, permanent being 10 years or more has never been done.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_07]: So this is completely unrealistic.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_07]: Well, maybe, I mean, the way that everybody's like, how did the fucking stock market go from 40,000 to 50,000 and just a few years, it's AI?
- 43:20[SPEAKER_07]: It is data centers and AI, that's how it's going.
- 43:23[SPEAKER_06]: So, and there will be a bubble on that.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_07]: If you, like if you, let's do round numbers, pretend a country is a family that owns $100 or earns a hundred a year.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_07]: and they owe 101, that's the current thing.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_07]: Now the bank charge is $3.30 cents interest just for owning the money, they own your debt.
- 43:44[SPEAKER_07]: And the family also spends $2.60 more than it earns on everything else, groceries, Medicaid, fucking entitlements, whatever.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_07]: If you add those up, the debt grows by $5.90 or 5.9% every single year.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_07]: unless you cut entitlements.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_07]: In addition to what he's saying, you can grow and then you have to cut entitlement.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_07]: You cannot be spending 2.6% more than what you're fucking taking in.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_07]: And still grow your way out.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_07]: There's no fucking way.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_07]: Because you have to make for, you have to grow 4.5% every fucking year.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_07]: There's no way.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_06]: I just don't understand it.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_06]: This is a great graphic you put up here, blue of all the countries that we owe.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_07]: Now, if you stop over spending,
- 44:32[SPEAKER_07]: by $2 or $2.60 to 0.6% every year.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_07]: And the debt only grows 3.30 a year.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_07]: Now you only really have to go 3.4 to start literally shrinking the debt.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_07]: Income beats the debt at that point.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_07]: But that's the only way to do it.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_07]: You have to cut spending.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_07]: It's literally the only way.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_07]: There's no other way to do that.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_07]: Now, one of the ways they want to cut spending
- 44:55[SPEAKER_07]: is what are the other ways they want to grow as it just by growing the GDP through the tariff revenue.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_07]: I think what are they, what are they going to get like $500 billion a year?
- 45:05[SPEAKER_07]: That's one 12th of our budget, give or take.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_07]: I think we're at six and a half, so one 13th of our budget.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_07]: That's something for sure, there's no question about that, but I don't know, unless you severely cut entitlements, severely cut entitlements, there's no fucking way.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_07]: Or call in markers for debts, your owed, or force people to owe you debts, how many people owed us, how much after World War II?
- 45:38[SPEAKER_07]: You know what I mean?
- 45:39[SPEAKER_07]: Did you get any numbers on our growth?
- 45:42[SPEAKER_07]: after World War II.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, we got, um, yeah, coupe got it.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_05]: So in the 1946, it was down by 11.6% and down by 1.1% up by 4.1, down by 0.6, up by 8.7, up by 8, up by 4, and then up by 4.7, ending in a 1953.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_05]: And it's your son.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_06]: So we need another world war, is that when he's a hampener?
- 46:08[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, in 54, it was 3.5, 55, it was 9.356, it was 3.5.353, but again, even at those numbers, you still, at some point because of interest rates, you still have to shrink spending.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_07]: There's no way to just earn your way out of it.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_07]: You can't do it.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_07]: Um, and he knows that too.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_07]: That's not his job though.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_07]: He's the uh, uh, that's not the role he's at.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_07]: And he doesn't, he's not in Congress.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_07]: Congress needs a cuts betting that they're the only ones that hold the purse strings.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_04]: So Scott Besson has been doing some interesting stuff.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_04]: He is known.
- 46:46[SPEAKER_04]: His like whole thing is, uh, um, like a currency manipulation kind of like that was his like specialty in his private practice.
- 46:58[SPEAKER_04]: What?
- 46:59[SPEAKER_04]: For whom?
- 47:00[SPEAKER_07]: George Soros.
- 47:01[SPEAKER_07]: There you go.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_07]: George Soros.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_07]: I'm going to be practicing, too.
- 47:03[SPEAKER_04]: Um, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha
- 47:24[SPEAKER_04]: And so I've been hearing a lot about, I would love to have an economist on to talk about the yen carry trade as well, because that's a really interesting thing.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_04]: Also, he did something and I don't know how he would, what he would do to make this happen, but Bitcoin went up like 15% in three days.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_06]: I know that answer.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_06]: The White House said that they were going to work more closely with crypto.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_06]: They made that announcement about three days ago, four days ago,
- 47:54[SPEAKER_06]: So they said that they were going to embrace it and make it a bigger part of the economy and things like that.
- 47:59[SPEAKER_06]: So that one I know, but it seems like they're trying a bunch of stuff.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_06]: But like Dan said, unless you Congress severely cut spending your fucked here.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, $40 trillion is absolutely insane.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_07]: I would be curious to understand.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_07]: what he's trying to do via currency manipulation.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_07]: and what that would have to do with our debt necessarily.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_04]: It has to, it's so the yen, it's the yen carry trade.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not good enough to be able to explain it exactly, but I did watch some videos on it.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_04]: It's pretty interesting.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_04]: It's a yen carry trade has been going on for like 30 years.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_04]: It's this way that you can like arbitrage our money basically and like make more money with US dollars and Japanese yen.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_04]: And I can't explain it very well,
- 48:55[SPEAKER_04]: Is the name of the documentary Yen and Yang on Hulu?
- 48:58[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, of course.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_04]: Now, I think this is a way too boring to have a documentary about it.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_04]: But interestingly, back when back in like the 90s, he was on the other end of the Yen carriage trade.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_04]: And now he is somewhat, yeah, because like everybody who owns a hedge front is like somehow involved with the Yen carriage trade.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so he's trying to fix, or he's trying to fix this issue.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_04]: So he bought a bunch of yen with euros.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_04]: And it spiked the yen up as you can see, five percent here.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_04]: And it's kind of going down a little bit again.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_04]: But I don't know.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_04]: I would love to hear from Sony who actually knows what they're talking about this subject.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, so would I.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_06]: So would I, maybe if Charlie is this in Charlie Gasbury,
- 49:47[SPEAKER_06]: business in and discuss it.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_06]: That would be great.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_06]: Um, I know he listens to show every day as me.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, that'll lead us to our next advertiser here, speaking of money and to keep the lights on here.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, men go to Mars dot com, Dan Thinney, tell us about it.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_07]: Please, um, men go to Mars.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_07]: Actually, there was, let me see if I can find.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_07]: There was a guy in, um, um, and on the drinker bros app, who,
- 50:14[SPEAKER_07]: He was in the low 700's and he started taking men go to Mars and he's up to the high 880 I think I saw and it's I mean, it's really that simple
- 50:27[SPEAKER_07]: We are, one of the reasons that we've seen a precipitous drop in testosterone among males is because of trace elements and other things.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, there's a lot of reasons, toxic exposure and plastics and whatnot.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_07]: But one of the reasons is either the presence of or the absorption of certain trace elements.
- 50:47[SPEAKER_07]: Vitamin D, K1, K2, Shilaji, Tongatoli, zinc, Tori, and Fenigreek, and Boron, especially in these are the ingredients that you'll find.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_07]: and Mars men.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_07]: I know plenty of people have used it, and it is very effective.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, it's just basic.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_07]: your body is short uncertain things that have a high impact on your two-a-tary system and your testosterone production in Yadiyadiyada.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_07]: And if you can replace some of that stuff, obviously, you can lift it.
- 51:19[SPEAKER_07]: That's really that simple.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, and it's the last step before you're doing shots through us, you're like, for TRT.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_06]: So we didn't have this count on the come-up.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_06]: It would have been great to give this a shot before.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_06]: actually being on shots the rest of your life because you're going to get those once a week, some people are doing a try so we could put this is great and if you're feeling low on tea, I would give this a shot first before you end up being on needles the rest of your life.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_06]: So for limited time, our listeners give 50% off for life.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_06]: Plus free shipping and three free gifts at men go to Mars.com.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_06]: It's men go to Mars.com for 50% off and three free gifts when you check out after you purchase, they're going to ask you where you heard about them and tell them that the drink and rose podcast sentia.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_06]: Next up, fade polling company, median strategies.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_06]: The company that released polls showing Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and former it was
- 52:21[SPEAKER_06]: uh... francesca-hong-a-k-a-viet-hong-a-k-a-the-honger uh... ahead with wide margins and their respective races announced on Monday that it is close you don't say a message on the company's website reads that it is concluded its polling projects uh... will not publish additional votes
- 52:43[SPEAKER_06]: No shit.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_06]: All previously published polling releases have been withdrawn and should not be cited or treated as genuine polling data.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_06]: Media and strategies was created as a short-term social experiment examining how purported polling information could enter and spread to the political information ecosystem without independent verification.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_06]: uh... the hill publication has reached out to median strategies for more information but this was the same company that uh... showed polling for bass with a twelve point lead over Los Angeles city council member uh... ramen who will face off against bass in november and the poll in question cited uh... the responses of five hundred sixty uh... angelinos with a four point one percent margin of
- 53:35[SPEAKER_06]: air, and then the next poll with the hunger there, that one showed a 20 point lead in her race, which she lost last week.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_06]: Look, we've been all over this for years, saying take all these polls with a grain of fucking salt.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_06]: Apparently, you don't have to do anything just to create your own polling thing.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, you just start up a website.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_07]: the better ones probably post their methodology.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_07]: I would imagine, but even that is suspect to me.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_07]: It's, now this is a different one.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_07]: This isn't a poll that was,
- 54:15[SPEAKER_07]: they were making shit up on purpose to show that you can just make shit up and nobody will even notice.
- 54:20[SPEAKER_07]: As a matter of fact, Karen Bass was she praised the poll and wrote on Twitter that it was a testament to doing the work showing up in gaining momentum.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_07]: Let's do this LA.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_07]: That was the whole point of them standing up this company was to trick retards into basically sharing their poll like it was real.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know what the point of that was.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_07]: I don't think anybody believed in any of this shit anyway.
- 54:41[SPEAKER_07]: It seems like
- 54:43[SPEAKER_07]: Uh, I can't think of it analogy.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_07]: It's like, uh, waters wet, yeah, and polling companies are full of shit.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, this has been going on forever here, and this isn't the first one to close.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_06]: Remember that lady got fucking sued and that's not what happened here.
- 55:02[SPEAKER_07]: They made this all up on purpose.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_07]: This was- Is that what they're saying?
- 55:06[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, you just read it.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_07]: This is a social experiment.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_07]: They did it to show how a fucking fake ass pole can propagate through the social media without anybody ever checking to see if it was real or not.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_06]: Wait.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_07]: What the fuck are you serious?
- 55:18[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_07]: The whole thing was fake.
- 55:21[SPEAKER_07]: The whole company was, I mean the company was a real company, but they were conducting a social experiment.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_06]: Whoa, dude, all right, my mind is fucking blown.
- 55:31[SPEAKER_07]: So I think the best thing was that that pole was there.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_07]: I think the, uh, L. C. Ed, one was theirs as well, right?
- 55:39[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, I believe, if I'm not mistaken, that primary pole that had had.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, you'd make sense, yeah.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_07]: Well, it's because that was a really wrong pole.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_06]: So I'm super confused by this because that lady and I will eventually quit and I think she got sued by like a fucking news paper or the administration or something.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know about any of that.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know if you can get sued for a fucking a fake poll.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_07]: I mean Good luck with that hang on Yeah, there was this an idiot that these guys intentionally fake polling and put it into there's no law this as you can't do this
- 56:18[SPEAKER_05]: Overall, it kind of reminds me of, I'm sure you read about it at some point, the group of guys who got together to write fake scientific papers and submit them to the scientific journals.
- 56:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_07]: So what I find much of a racket it is.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_07]: There's a buddy of mine, James Lindsay, and Peter Burgosian was one of the other ones.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_07]: He's a guy.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_07]: He's been on the show a couple of times, and then Helen Pluck rose as well.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_07]: They made one about rape culture and dogs, like a dog, they wrote it up to God.
- 56:47[SPEAKER_07]: It was like a critical race theory kind of thing on like dogs humping each other in parks as sign of like a rape culture that like an acceptable rape culture and people are like, yeah, it is and they're like, we're fucking with you, you idiot.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_07]: Um, yeah.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_06]: So this, I remember covering the story a year ago.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_06]: Her name was Jay Ann Selser.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, she was the queen of polling in Iowa and she quit.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_06]: Um, after she predicted a 16 points.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_06]: Shit.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_06]: for Kamala Harris to beat Donald Trump and she got the fuck out of there.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_06]: That pole projected 47-44 for Harris where everybody else had that off and then she said she quit to go on to pursue other ventures here.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_06]: Wow dude, um, making up fucking poles.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_06]: So here's where my mind goes.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_06]: Did anybody accidentally report on this?
- 57:46[SPEAKER_04]: Like CNN or like I was reading an article about it just now and it's I was reading an AP article and it says the median strategies fake polls None of what appeared in the associated press.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_04]: It wasn't us guys, it was not us, but yeah, it looks like they were just involved in the Democratic primary for governor and Wisconsin, the given editorial race in Nevada and the mayor race and I was so not else I had it looks like holy shit.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_06]: So whoa.

- 58:59[SPEAKER_06]: Holy, oh, yet now, shit.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, fuck, this is insane.
- 59:03[SPEAKER_06]: Remember how shocked Karniaki was the other day?
- 59:09[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe he's
- 59:12[SPEAKER_06]: caught up in this shit, too, or it's just, you know, your reason through social media, you look at these things and you start to make a read on it.
- 59:19[SPEAKER_07]: And that's not what he was doing.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_07]: He was reading votes as they came in.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_07]: That's not the same thing as a poll.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_06]: No, no, but he, he was doing all the pre-shows, too.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_06]: So he was going over, he would go over the polls and the pre-shows and all that other shit.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_06]: And then then stay, the motherfucker was working like 12 hours a day on these things, right?
- 59:37[SPEAKER_06]: But, man, dude, I wonder if somebody else got cut up in this.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_06]: Are you able to go back in time on that thing, Luke?
- 59:44[SPEAKER_04]: It's, uh, yeah, now.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_06]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
- 1:00:07[SPEAKER_06]: The only thing I believe in in WWE, Santa.
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, as the only two things we got left, wow dude, that's fucking nuts.
- 1:00:16[SPEAKER_06]: All right, that's why the show is called fake news.
- 1:00:18[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, you got fake fucking polls out there.
- 1:00:19[SPEAKER_06]: Right around this doesn't seem like a real story.
- 1:00:23[SPEAKER_06]: Shit.
- 1:00:24[SPEAKER_06]: Nobody's reported on this either.
- 1:00:26[SPEAKER_06]: All right.
- 1:00:27[SPEAKER_06]: Next up, thank you fucked up, Senator and, uh...
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_06]: Part-time, Mortician, Ted Cruz, repeal, out-of-text if, is again, dunking on a popular sports brand as the company's stock price.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_06]: It's a 12-year low.
- 1:00:44[SPEAKER_06]: Cruz joined in on social media criticism of Nike,
- 1:00:48[SPEAKER_06]: the swish in blaze and brand who stock price has been on a steady decline for years.
- 1:00:54[SPEAKER_06]: A lawmaker responded to conservative social media influencer Douglas Macke's list of reasons why not.
- 1:01:02[SPEAKER_06]: Nike's stock was suffering and a call back to his own boycott of the brand several years ago.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_06]: Cruz said on axe sad and predictable.
- 1:01:13[SPEAKER_06]: uh... where he reiterated that Nike's decision to next it's uh... Betty Ross theme shoes uh... was how the company lost me from my whole life i wore nearly a hundred percent Nike for athletic wear cappernick pissed me off but when they canceled the Betty Ross shoe it showed uh... that they're marketing plan was
- 1:01:34[SPEAKER_06]: America hate.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_06]: I went out and bought brand new shoes shorts and t-shirts turns out I wasn't the only one hash tag go woke go broke.
- 1:01:46[SPEAKER_06]: Do you really think it was Kaepernick for Nike was that the start of this thing?
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_06]: Start a one thing the decline in Nike
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_07]: Was that in 2014 that he was kneeling?
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_07]: I have no idea.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, yeah, that's when he was kneeling and shit, but I don't know when, I don't know when Nike started this stuff.
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, they're a corporation.
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_06]: Right.
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_06]: But I'm looking at this price right here.
- 1:02:09[SPEAKER_06]: Pop this up on screen.
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_06]: They're down 128 points in the last five years there.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_06]: $39 that a stock price?
- 1:02:20[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, they're not doing great.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_06]: Shit.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_06]: god damn that's insane man.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I find it hard to believe that it's just one incident has managed to make their stock price go down 76% over like many years, you know?
- 1:02:35[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure it probably has to do with corporate strategy more than anything, you know?
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I mean, Nike's are also expensive as fuck still, and in a time where people can't afford that shit, like, yeah, I mean, if you think about how many there's been a lot of like sneakers, sneakers, sneaker brands going out crazy lately, you know what I mean?
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_06]: Reebok is back, new balances back, they're buying up a bunch of athletes.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_04]: It could just be as simple as them just losing market share, really.
- 1:03:07[SPEAKER_06]: Let's see.
- 1:03:09[SPEAKER_06]: But I get served in ad about Reeboks and the pumps.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_06]: Remember the pumps from the 80s?
- 1:03:14[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah, I always wanted to round those things.
- 1:03:15[SPEAKER_06]: And I know, they're, hey, they're releasing them again here, I think next month.
- 1:03:19[SPEAKER_05]: Are they going to bring back a British Knights?
- 1:03:21[SPEAKER_05]: At any point, you remember those shoes?
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I always wanted to pair those.
- 1:03:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_04]: On, you know the on shoes that everybody seems to be wearing now.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_04]: Dad, that's like a startup.
- 1:03:32[SPEAKER_06]: It's love them, by the way.
- 1:03:33[SPEAKER_06]: It's a super popular.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, yep, little ladies wear those and they've had a big slump in sales in China.
- 1:03:42[SPEAKER_04]: It looks like too.
- 1:03:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so that's what Google says.
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_06]: And then 50 cent announced the the G unit sneakers were coming back.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_06]: So that I may have to about turn around turn around.
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_06]: No, but yeah, there's a bunch of there's a bunch of
- 1:03:57[SPEAKER_06]: weird fucking sneaker brands popping up so um you know all of it combined probably didn't help but shit that is a wild drop for sure and Hunter Bush has mostly recovered its price I mean it's it's up 30% five years year over year
- 1:04:17[SPEAKER_06]: Is it?
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_06]: I know they sold a bunch of factories, they just sold one in Fairfield, California.
- 1:04:23[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know what all that, but the stock price is good.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_07]: Year to date, it's up 22%, actually.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_07]: So they've rebounded in a big way.
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know why.
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know which verticals they're getting.
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_07]: They're showing promising, or if it's Bud Light's made to come back, I don't know.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_07]: I would see anything.
- 1:04:40[SPEAKER_06]: They bought out a lot of celebrities.
- 1:04:43[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know if you know that, but shit, they try to put a bidder on this show.
- 1:04:48[SPEAKER_06]: Um, and what was the big hub up the other night?
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_06]: It was Shane Gillis, I think he was with, uh, God damn it.
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_06]: He's got Bud Light and he was, uh, with a dough sack he's, and somebody swooped in and immediately ripped that out.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, as soon as they realized that he was on camera, they swapped it out.
- 1:05:06[SPEAKER_06]: Yep.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_06]: And, uh, even dough sack he's put something on Shane Gillis's feet if like, hey, dude, you want to fucking join our team and said,
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, they went all in on it.
- 1:05:16[SPEAKER_07]: That Shane Gillesville, if he's, I don't think he's too picky.
- 1:05:20[SPEAKER_07]: No.
- 1:05:20[SPEAKER_07]: Based on look of him.
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_07]: No, I don't think he's cares.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_07]: I don't think he's cares.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_06]: But I know Bud Light's is a big sponsor for him post-malone.
- 1:05:30[SPEAKER_06]: Um, and I forget the others, but they're buying out a bunch of celebrities.
- 1:05:33[SPEAKER_06]: So who knows, maybe they're back.
- 1:05:34[SPEAKER_06]: What are they?
- 1:05:35[SPEAKER_06]: Are they a 30% this year?
- 1:05:36[SPEAKER_07]: No, no, I'm 22.
- 1:05:38[SPEAKER_07]: And a half percent this year, but over five years, which is like, pre the, uh, tuned bullshit.
- 1:05:44[SPEAKER_07]: They, they tried, okay, they're all set.
- 1:05:47[SPEAKER_06]: All right.
- 1:05:48[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 1:05:48[SPEAKER_07]: They've, they've completely rebounded.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_07]: If not grown a little bit, actually.
- 1:05:51[SPEAKER_07]: Interesting.
- 1:05:52[SPEAKER_06]: Interesting.
- 1:05:53[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know what that, they're up 30%.
- 1:05:55[SPEAKER_07]: We haven't had 30% inflation in the last five years.
- 1:05:59[SPEAKER_07]: So they're still they're up.
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, next up sponsor wise.
- 1:06:05[SPEAKER_06]: I'm wearing it today, dude.
- 1:06:06[SPEAKER_06]: One gold chain summer.
- 1:06:08[SPEAKER_06]: All right.
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_06]: One gold chain summer.
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_06]: It was somebody in the app asking me why.
- 1:06:12[SPEAKER_06]: Kids.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, oh, my kids wear these.
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_06]: Thanks, man.
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_06]: And, you know, we're in the football soccer, baseball season, all that shit dude, every single kid has one of these.
- 1:06:24[SPEAKER_06]: And, uh, yeah, I was doing it for my kids to be honest with you.
- 1:06:27[SPEAKER_06]: I got served these ads so many times on social media.
- 1:06:31[SPEAKER_06]: I, I was the one I just reached out because my kids get asking for them.
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_06]: I'm like, all right, cool.
- 1:06:35[SPEAKER_06]: Let's try to get some promo codes in here and we'll do it.
- 1:06:37[SPEAKER_06]: I was unaware that they had signed deals with every single college team Major League Baseball NHL They got everything across the board over there and a lot of its gold plated, so it's it's cheap dude.
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_06]: It's You know, it's not crazy expensive and they offer rad deals and all that other shit puts up
- 1:06:57[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I started wearing it with them.
- 1:06:58[SPEAKER_06]: Everybody trades at its schools and all their other stuff.
- 1:07:01[SPEAKER_06]: And it's just a fun thing.
- 1:07:02[SPEAKER_06]: And then for the sports show, the weights who are early college predictions show, they actually sense their winner and are at least erupted and they picked Ohio State.
- 1:07:12[SPEAKER_06]: So yeah, I'm fucking wearing it, dude.
- 1:07:14[SPEAKER_06]: We'll see what happens though.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_06]: long year.
- 1:07:17[SPEAKER_06]: We haven't even started yet.
- 1:07:18[SPEAKER_06]: I'm getting a little too excited.
- 1:07:19[SPEAKER_06]: But they got everything over there.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_06]: And yeah, it's for kids, man.
- 1:07:23[SPEAKER_06]: So I'm wearing it with the kids.
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_06]: We're having fun with it.
- 1:07:26[SPEAKER_06]: And it's a fucking blast.
- 1:07:28[SPEAKER_06]: All the old school shit is on there.
- 1:07:31[SPEAKER_06]: Go back to the fucking horn dude.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_06]: That was like old school seventh grade right there.
- 1:07:36[SPEAKER_06]: Can I remember those things?
- 1:07:38[SPEAKER_06]: The Italian horn
- 1:07:43[SPEAKER_06]: You're fucking New York friends had one of those for Christ's takes for a limited time.
- 1:07:47[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, use this while coaching.
- 1:07:49[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, the whistle.
- 1:07:49[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know if it works.
- 1:07:50[SPEAKER_06]: Does it?
- 1:07:52[SPEAKER_04]: It's dysfunctioning.
- 1:07:53[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:07:53[SPEAKER_06]: It's dysfunctioning.
- 1:07:54[SPEAKER_06]: It's dysfunctioning.
- 1:07:55[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:07:55[SPEAKER_05]: It's dysfunctioning.
- 1:07:57[SPEAKER_06]: Look, it's 150 and then you're getting 40% off.

- 1:08:15[SPEAKER_06]: For a limited time, new customers are getting an insane deal use code drinking rose to get 40% off at GLD.com.
- 1:08:24[SPEAKER_06]: That's 40% off with the code drinking rose at GLD.com.
- 1:08:28[SPEAKER_06]: After you purchased the last one, you heard about them.
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_06]: Tell him drink a bro's sense you're somewhere else than you do.
- 1:08:32[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, but I called them myself and I was doing with my kids It's fun man.
- 1:08:37[SPEAKER_06]: I even got the Carolina Hurricanes shit.
- 1:08:39[SPEAKER_06]: Next up Seas the means Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El Said said he wanted to take it a step for
- 1:08:50[SPEAKER_06]: other when asked whether he supported Bernie Sanders, public ownership model for a major artificial intelligence companies.
- 1:08:59[SPEAKER_06]: El Said argued for some system of public control days after a top house Democrat rejected suggestions that young socialist are talking about season the means of production.
- 1:09:14[SPEAKER_06]: What is this in regards to here?
- 1:09:16[SPEAKER_06]: Socialism.
- 1:09:17[SPEAKER_06]: And I know socialism, but what about the AI companies in particular?
- 1:09:22[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I don't know play this clip.
- 1:09:26[SPEAKER_06]: I have not seen this yet, but I feel like every single fucking minute this guy is changing his tune on something and then doing interviews fucking everywhere here, so yeah, you're going to have to play this for me.
- 1:09:39[SPEAKER_06]: Are you in favor of public ownership models like the one Bernie introduced so I want to actually take it a step further?
- 1:09:44[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 1:09:45[SPEAKER_09]: I agree that we need public ownership, but I also agree that we need some system of public control.
- 1:09:50[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, like what is the point of democracy if it's not to protect us from existential risk?
- 1:09:54[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, and right now there is no regulation and so I just think it's really important for us to be thinking what is democratic control over this industry?
- 1:10:03[SPEAKER_09]: What does it look like?
- 1:10:05[SPEAKER_09]: And I'm not the only one to say, I'm like, Darryu Amade, who's the CEO of Anthropic.
- 1:10:09[SPEAKER_09]: Kind of came to the conclusion himself.
- 1:10:12[SPEAKER_09]: at some point we're going to need public ownership of this because it's just too big and just too dangerous.
- 1:10:18[SPEAKER_09]: And so, you know, whether that means like public representation on boards or a public oversight body over all of these corporations, I just think this is potentially existential.
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_09]: The democracy is supposed to fix these problems and right now they're trying to slip democracy and we cannot allow that.
- 1:10:35[SPEAKER_09]: And so we need leaders who are both understand the technological risk and are not bought off by the industry itself, like it is mission critical right now for our future.
- 1:10:47[SPEAKER_07]: No.
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, with the fuck is the talking?
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_07]: Well, first of all, let's work backwards.
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_07]: The purpose of democracy.
- 1:10:55[SPEAKER_07]: We're not a democracy.
- 1:10:58[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, we are a constitutional republic and the purpose of suffrage is
- 1:11:09[SPEAKER_07]: human liberty not to protect anybody from anything that's the job of the law.
- 1:11:14[SPEAKER_07]: The law's job is that the purpose of suffrage and Republican government is liberty but liberty comes from limited government interference in your life not from a
- 1:11:33[SPEAKER_07]: Socrates was in a democracy that had what would be the equivalent of the first amendment.
- 1:11:39[SPEAKER_07]: You had the right to say whatever the fuck you wanted to.
- 1:11:43[SPEAKER_07]: And 51% or more of his peers voted to have him executed for saying things they didn't like and they fucking killed him for it.
- 1:11:52[SPEAKER_07]: that's democracy.
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_07]: And that's why we say, fuck democracy, okay?
- 1:11:57[SPEAKER_07]: You can read in Federalist 10, the dangers of democracy to Republican government, James Madison wrote pretty clearly about this, the Constitution disperses power then through federalism, not through democracy.
- 1:12:13[SPEAKER_07]: In order to keep
- 1:12:15[SPEAKER_07]: separation of powers, a bicameralism, which is like two separate houses of Congress, and an independent judiciary in order to keep government power decentralized and as small as possible, voting does not create rights, democracy does not create rights, rights exist prior to government, a majority cannot legitimately vote away natural rights.
- 1:12:39[SPEAKER_07]: They also cannot take public property.
- 1:12:42[SPEAKER_07]: That's not a thing.
- 1:12:44[SPEAKER_07]: It is not a fucking thing.
- 1:12:45[SPEAKER_07]: This guy understands nothing about our system of government.
- 1:12:48[SPEAKER_07]: And if you don't know what I just said, then you don't either.
- 1:12:53[SPEAKER_07]: and you better fucking start learning.
- 1:12:55[SPEAKER_07]: You better start learning.
- 1:12:56[SPEAKER_07]: This idea of public ownership over something, it sounds all good in the beginning.
- 1:13:02[SPEAKER_07]: It's like, okay, well, we can't trust these guys with this very dangerous thing, can we?
- 1:13:07[SPEAKER_07]: We can't trust them to have our best interest in mine because all they're doing is trying to make money.
- 1:13:11[SPEAKER_07]: What the fuck do you think governments trying to do?
- 1:13:14[SPEAKER_07]: What do you think they're trying to do?
- 1:13:15[SPEAKER_07]: Protect you or you out of your mind to be a repaid attention to anything that's ever happened and the history of fucking government.
- 1:13:22[SPEAKER_07]: you cannot do this.
- 1:13:25[SPEAKER_07]: This is fucking stupid.
- 1:13:27[SPEAKER_07]: Let's hit here's
- 1:13:31[SPEAKER_07]: But let's go through a few historical examples of what he's saying at that level, right?
- 1:13:35[SPEAKER_07]: Ukraine in 1932 and 33, Stalin collectivized all the farms, it's like, look, food security is national security.
- 1:13:43[SPEAKER_07]: So we have to have public control, public control means the government controls it just to be clear.
- 1:13:48[SPEAKER_07]: It doesn't mean you, the public, it means the government.
- 1:13:51[SPEAKER_07]: That's what they mean when they say public.
- 1:13:54[SPEAKER_07]: Stalin seized all of the grain and the entire country of Ukraine, somewhere between three and five million people starved to death as a result of this.
- 1:14:04[SPEAKER_07]: China, 1958 to 62, the cultural revolution, the great leap forward they called it.
- 1:14:11[SPEAKER_07]: Farmers were pulled off the fields to make bad steel and barnyard furnaces and local officials who were scared of reporting the bad news lied about the harvest because the government
- 1:14:22[SPEAKER_07]: Right, a despot was in control.
- 1:14:24[SPEAKER_07]: If they told him the truth, he'd have him killed.
- 1:14:26[SPEAKER_07]: They, uh, because of this famine, 30 to 45 million people of the 60 million that died under Mal died right then.
- 1:14:34[SPEAKER_07]: Cambodia 75 to 79, the same thing, the Kymer Rouge, empty the cities at gunpoint, marched everyone to farm collectives.
- 1:14:41[SPEAKER_07]: This is what happens.
- 1:14:43[SPEAKER_07]: If the government owns the means of production,
- 1:14:47[SPEAKER_07]: then they have to rob you to pay for it somehow, right?
- 1:14:51[SPEAKER_07]: Or they have to enslave people to do it at gunpoint.
- 1:14:55[SPEAKER_07]: And then Venezuela just did this recently.
- 1:14:59[SPEAKER_07]: It was sitting on the largest proven oil reserves on the planet.
- 1:15:01[SPEAKER_07]: They naturalized all the farms, the factories, the stores, and the oil, and a very small percent of people.
- 1:15:10[SPEAKER_07]: got rich, 7 million people fled the country, millions died, and they experienced what I think the peak it was like 4,000 percent inflation or something, I don't remember what it was.
- 1:15:19[SPEAKER_07]: But this is fucking retarded nonsense, and principal, it is stupid.
- 1:15:24[SPEAKER_07]: and you have all the historical examples you could ever fucking want about how dumb this stupid bullshit is absolutely fucking not.
- 1:15:33[SPEAKER_07]: You think as untrustworthy as some fucking AI dickhole might be, I would rather have Bill Gates in charge of something.
- 1:15:42[SPEAKER_07]: Then somebody in the fucking government are you kidding me?
- 1:15:45[SPEAKER_07]: Jesus Christ, man.
- 1:15:47[SPEAKER_07]: This is like you have to be insanely stupid.
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_07]: You have to be insanely stupid and historically misinformed to believe any of this is legitimate politicking.
- 1:15:57[SPEAKER_07]: These people are fucking morons.
- 1:15:59[SPEAKER_06]: Look, he's been on every fucking show thing you can possibly get on as of about five, six days ago when the new, I think it was Calshy that came out with it.
- 1:16:11[SPEAKER_06]: So he was down by five points and then six points.
- 1:16:15[SPEAKER_07]: it seems like he's in full panic mode just racing around to all these places but you can't keep saying stupid shit like this on all these podcasts and everything out that's not he's not he doesn't think he's saying stupid shit the in the only reason that nobody's calling him out for saying stupid shit is because they don't know what I just said and this is I didn't make any of this shit up I just read it somewhere like everything else you've ever learned in your whole life
- 1:16:39[SPEAKER_07]: Please, for Christ's sake, understand our system of government.
- 1:16:42[SPEAKER_07]: Why it's better than everybody else's.
- 1:16:44[SPEAKER_07]: And what your role specifically and it is, to keep it from turning into what it's become today.
- 1:16:49[SPEAKER_07]: This is all your job to do as a citizen, to understand what the fuck's going on, understand your role at it, and to stop bitching about everybody else being responsible for something, and waiting for the fucking government to come solve your fucking problems.
- 1:17:02[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, so this is how China operates for my understanding.
- 1:17:07[SPEAKER_04]: Thank you.
- 1:17:08[SPEAKER_04]: 40% of their economy is owned by the government.
- 1:17:13[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, well, it's not working.
- 1:17:15[SPEAKER_07]: Trump trying to pull that shit, too.
- 1:17:16[SPEAKER_07]: Doesn't he own 10% of fucking IBM?
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_07]: No, or Intel?
- 1:17:19[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 1:17:20[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, fuck that dude.
- 1:17:21[SPEAKER_07]: Trump, I mean, look, the principle is the principle.
- 1:17:25[SPEAKER_07]: The government should not own an interest in any of this shit.
- 1:17:27[SPEAKER_07]: Now, if they want to fucking invest in an institution, it was a public private cooperation to build the real-worlds, for example.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, cool.
- 1:17:36[SPEAKER_07]: Do that.
- 1:17:37[SPEAKER_07]: Pay the government back its money when you're done.
- 1:17:39[SPEAKER_07]: Just like Elon has done three separate times.
- 1:17:41[SPEAKER_07]: Now fine.
- 1:17:42[SPEAKER_07]: I'm fine with that.
- 1:17:42[SPEAKER_07]: You the government for some industry that we need to keep us competitive or ahead of our fucking peers are our adversarial peers in the world needs to make some kind of investment.
- 1:17:55[SPEAKER_07]: All right, cool man.
- 1:17:56[SPEAKER_07]: I don't like that that much, but they shouldn't have ownership anything.
- 1:18:00[SPEAKER_07]: Loaning money out and owning something that should be private is not the same thing, it's not even close.
- 1:18:06[SPEAKER_07]: And the only reason for the government to get involved in ownership is so they can tell you what to do.
- 1:18:12[SPEAKER_07]: So they can limit who has access.
- 1:18:14[SPEAKER_07]: That's it.
- 1:18:17[SPEAKER_06]: That'll bring us to our next advertiser here.
- 1:18:19[SPEAKER_06]: Let's be honest, the cost of living isn't just high.
- 1:18:22[SPEAKER_06]: It's exhausting how fitting for right now.
- 1:18:24[SPEAKER_06]: If you've been leaning on credit cards lately, just to cover the basics, like groceries, gas, you need utility bills.
- 1:18:30[SPEAKER_06]: You're essentially paying a survivor tax of 20% interest or more.
- 1:18:35[SPEAKER_06]: Why keep handing your hard earned paycheck over to the big banks when you could keep it for a family.
- 1:18:40[SPEAKER_06]: Anyway, our friends over to americanfinancing.net slash drink and bros have a better way.
- 1:18:45[SPEAKER_06]: They're helping homeowners tap into their home equity to pay off high interest debts with mortgage rates currently in the fives on average American financing and saving their customers about $800 a month that is simply in
- 1:18:56[SPEAKER_06]: interest fees.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_06]: That's nearly $10,000 a year back in your pocket.
- 1:19:00[SPEAKER_06]: It's not just a loan.
- 1:19:01[SPEAKER_06]: That's a total financial reset.
- 1:19:02[SPEAKER_06]: It takes about 10 minutes to find out what you could save.
- 1:19:05[SPEAKER_06]: There are no upfront or hidden fees.
- 1:19:08[SPEAKER_06]: No obligation to talk to a salary-based mortgage consultant.
- 1:19:11[SPEAKER_06]: If you don't like the number they give you, you can just hang up the phone.
- 1:19:14[SPEAKER_06]: Here's the kicker.
- 1:19:15[SPEAKER_06]: Start today and you could even delay up to two mortgage payments up front American financing is America's home for home loans called today 886-887-2275 that is 866-887-2275 or go to Americanfinancing.net slash drinking bros, their better business purer disclaimer is that NMLS-182334 at NMLS-consumeraccess.org.
- 1:19:39[SPEAKER_06]: Next up!
- 1:19:40[SPEAKER_06]: Derek Chauvin is requesting that his conviction be overturned and that he get a new trial.
- 1:19:47[SPEAKER_06]: Derek Chauvin the former Minneapolis police officer convicted in the 2020 killing of George Floyd is requesting a dismissal of state murder charges in the case.
- 1:19:58[SPEAKER_06]: This is the third time the former police officer is asked to have these charges dismissed.
- 1:20:03[SPEAKER_06]: His previous two petitions have been denied.
- 1:20:07[SPEAKER_06]: Shavin's attorneys filed a petition in the Minnesota Court of Appeals on Tuesday requesting immediate dismissal of the conviction over multiple alleged violations of his due process rights.
- 1:20:18[SPEAKER_06]: These alleged due process violations included the assignments of the case to a Minnesota Attorney General
- 1:20:29[SPEAKER_06]: for giving a prime pronouncing that wrong county district court's decision not to convene a grand jury and prosecutors failure to secure and indictments.
- 1:20:39[SPEAKER_06]: Shavins attorneys wrote in the filing that Minnesota Governor Tim Walt's delegation of the case to Ella Allison was an unlawful assignment of authority.
- 1:20:50[SPEAKER_06]: What do things going to happen in this one here?
- 1:20:52[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I don't think that's going to happen.
- 1:20:54[SPEAKER_06]: I don't either.
- 1:20:55[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, now on the flip side of this, um, there is a rumor that Trump could potentially pardon him.
- 1:21:02[SPEAKER_06]: Do you think that will happen?
- 1:21:04[SPEAKER_07]: Um, he was convicted in a, in a county court right hand him in county.
- 1:21:08[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, Trump doesn't have the authority to pardon him.
- 1:21:11[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, and, uh, Tim Wallace actually made a statement about it if you want to play it's, uh, here, blue.
- 1:21:18[SPEAKER_01]: If he issues that part and we will simply transfer Derek Chauvin to Servotties 22 and a half years in state prison in Minnesota and telling people that just to remain focused on that.
- 1:21:28[SPEAKER_01]: And so no indication whether they're going to do it or not, but I think of who's us to be prepared for it with this president's see that it seems like that might be something they would do.
- 1:21:46[SPEAKER_06]: It's a wild one here, Obstacle here, because if Trump does this right now, it would cause even more unrestnets that's already going on, and I don't think that would be the smartest if he was going to do it, probably at the end of his term, right before he gets out.
- 1:22:01[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, there's no point.
- 1:22:02[SPEAKER_07]: You're going to send him from a federal facility to a shed of your state facility.
- 1:22:07[SPEAKER_07]: I wouldn't, I don't think that's good.
- 1:22:08[SPEAKER_06]: Even with a pardon?
- 1:22:10[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 1:22:10[SPEAKER_07]: No shits.
- 1:22:11[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, you can't, he can't pardon the state charges.
- 1:22:13[SPEAKER_07]: So what's the point?
- 1:22:15[SPEAKER_00]: OK.
- 1:22:16[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, I assume he's serving them consecutively, which means at the same time.
- 1:22:22[SPEAKER_07]: So he's not going to do 20 in federal and then 20 to more in state, but the canceling out one doesn't cancel the other when they're two separate layers.
- 1:22:32[SPEAKER_06]: OK, because the other part of this was, you know, he's saying that this was the train.
- 1:22:37[SPEAKER_06]: This was the training that he received from the Minnesota State Police Department and you know the right angles are the wrong angles.
- 1:22:47[SPEAKER_07]: I should say we're shown in court and yeah, I mean maybe that's that's kind of on his defense unless the judge didn't allow people to see certain stuff But I think the not doing a change of venue is a pretty good grounds
- 1:23:02[SPEAKER_07]: to get that tried again.
- 1:23:03[SPEAKER_07]: The videos of retards banging on the wall outside the federal court house is a pretty good piece of evidence.
- 1:23:10[SPEAKER_07]: I mean it's shocking to me that he hasn't at least gotten a fucking look for a retrial.
- 1:23:15[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I don't think it's going to happen.
- 1:23:18[SPEAKER_06]: I think this is a fucking long shot.
- 1:23:22[SPEAKER_07]: Do you think the guys in prison are gonna be happy with him?
- 1:23:25[SPEAKER_07]: Oh yeah, J. Todd Welch, concurrent is at the same time, sorry.
- 1:23:30[SPEAKER_07]: I said that wrong, consecutive means one after another.
- 1:23:32[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, but yeah, he's serving them concurrently.
- 1:23:34[SPEAKER_07]: So yeah, either way though, he's, federal part is not gonna do anything.
- 1:23:42[SPEAKER_06]: And then last but not least, and one of the fucking worst stories of the week here, was the drag queen show that was mocking Charlie Kirk's murder.
- 1:24:03[SPEAKER_06]: You want to show this footage?
- 1:24:05[SPEAKER_06]: I had heard this story a bunch of you guys attacked me and I can't believe this actually fucking happened.
- 1:24:12[SPEAKER_06]: Did you see this footage?
- 1:24:14[SPEAKER_06]: Press play on this.
- 1:24:25[SPEAKER_06]: Yep.
- 1:24:26[SPEAKER_06]: That's where we are in America today.
- 1:24:30[SPEAKER_06]: And yeah, this was a drag performer who dramatically mimicked the killing of Charlie Kirk with red stain hands in theatrical effects right after the shooting and the disturbing video on X shows drag performers hosting an events.
- 1:24:49[SPEAKER_06]: Well, where they mocked the assassination, obviously drawing back, blush, drag queens, host and events.
- 1:24:56[SPEAKER_06]: Where they mocked this brutal assassination, these people are in a death cult evil.
- 1:25:03[SPEAKER_06]: There's one of the remarks here.
- 1:25:06[SPEAKER_06]: This is some wild ass shit, man.
- 1:25:08[SPEAKER_06]: I mean,
- 1:25:09[SPEAKER_07]: What fucking world are we living in that you're thinking this is all right I mean this is the world we want to live in right Where people can do what the fuck they want Now I wouldn't be opposed to some 1850s justice on that I just don't think like I here's the problem we always reach for some kind of state power That's that's the instinct like somebody should do something about this well, maybe somebody should Yeah, but it's gonna have to be
- 1:25:38[SPEAKER_06]: somebody in the fucking street, not legally, there's nothing you can do about it.
- 1:25:42[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, and this is a, I would, I would call that probably a fighting offense, not like, don't go too far, but maybe just slap it, shut out of or something, if, I don't know.
- 1:25:52[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 1:25:52[SPEAKER_04]: Well, the thing is, is that first for it, from to get hit, somebody in the audience would have to care, you know.
- 1:25:59[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think any of Charlie Kirk's fans were in that audience.
- 1:26:03[SPEAKER_06]: Probably not.
- 1:26:04[SPEAKER_06]: Probably not.
- 1:26:04[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think there have been to a TPUSA events or anything like that, but yeah, there's what the fuck.
- 1:26:12[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, legally there's nothing you do about this, obviously, but this person, I'm sure.
- 1:26:17[SPEAKER_06]: We'll find out somewhere.
- 1:26:21[SPEAKER_06]: Find out somewhere for sure.
- 1:26:22[SPEAKER_06]: All right.
