What to watch in the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s next term
Oral arguments begin next month in the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the first term under a new 5 to 2 liberal majority. Justices are slated to weigh in on a range of legal questions, including a case challenging the state’s congressional map and another case that could change how the court interprets state statutes. Brittany Carloni is a state government and politics reporter at Wisconsin Watch. She joined our News Producer Faye Parks to share what she’ll be watching in the coming months.
