Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: At your early body praise party. I'm your girl, Sherry Macket.
- 0:03Speaker 2: It's time right now for today's word, Necessary Endings, Necessary Endings.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Revelation twenty two thirteen says I am the Alpha and
- 0:20Speaker 2: the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and
- 0:25Speaker 2: the end. We all have times when things come to
- 0:29Speaker 2: an end and we weren't expecting it. Our relationship that
- 0:35Speaker 2: you thought was for life takes a shift and someone
- 0:39Speaker 2: moves on. The company downsizes and you lose your job.
- 0:43Speaker 2: A business venture or partnership comes to an end. The
- 0:47Speaker 2: door suddenly closes on a dream.
- 0:51Speaker 1: It's so easy to get discouraged.
- 0:55Speaker 2: But God is called the beginning and the end. This
- 1:00Speaker 2: thing didn't catch him by surprise. He has designed certain
- 1:04Speaker 2: things to come to an end in order to move
- 1:07Speaker 2: us into a new.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Level of our destiny.
- 1:10Speaker 2: We may not understand it, but it's a necessary ending.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Without that door closing, you wouldn't see the greater things
- 1:20Speaker 2: God has in store for your life.
- 1:22Speaker 1: The same God.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Who opens doors will also close doors. Where you saw
- 1:28Speaker 2: abundance in one season, that same abundance may seem like famine.
- 1:33Speaker 1: In another season.
- 1:36Speaker 2: God has a better position with better pay and benefits.
- 1:42Speaker 2: But you would be satisfied to stay right there and
- 1:45Speaker 2: loyal to that company that God has just moved you from.
- 1:50Speaker 2: You may be dreaming, but the dream may be too small,
- 1:54Speaker 2: so God has to shift and change some things, and
- 1:58Speaker 2: the dream seemingly dies.
- 2:02Speaker 1: If you don't.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Understand that God has necessary endings, you'll fight every closed door,
- 2:09Speaker 2: and you'll try try to hold on to things and
- 2:11Speaker 2: people that God has brought to an end in your life.
- 2:17Speaker 2: He's the author and the finisher. When a door closes,
- 2:21Speaker 2: take your fingers and your feelings off the door, let
- 2:25Speaker 2: it go. God never brings things to an end without
- 2:29Speaker 2: having something better coming up, something more rewarding, something more fulfilling.
- 2:36Speaker 2: If there's a necessary ending, oh there's a greater beginning. Father,
- 2:41Speaker 2: Thank you that you are Alpha at Omega. You are
- 2:46Speaker 2: the beginning and the end.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Thank you that you bring necessary endings because.
- 2:51Speaker 2: You always have something greater, something new in store. God,
- 2:56Speaker 2: we believe that even now you're working in ways and
- 2:59Speaker 2: we we don't understand and we don't see. Yet we
- 3:03Speaker 2: declare that you are the author and finisher of our faith.
- 3:05Speaker 1: And we look forward to the great.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Things that you have in store for our lives. In
- 3:10Speaker 2: Jesus' name. That's your word for today. I want you
- 3:14Speaker 2: to take that apply to your everyday life and you
- 3:16Speaker 2: continue to be encouraged to and inspired. It's your early
- 3:20Speaker 2: morning praise party.
- 3:21Speaker 1: I am Sherry Mackie
