Transcript
- 0:07[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the Dog's Podcast with your hosts, Lake Renaker, Justin Charles, and Josh All.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, what's up, everybody?
- 0:19[SPEAKER_02]: Welcome back to another episode of the Dogs Podcast presented by Manly Bands Josh, all your host, two-day, and here we are a couple of days now, after that excruciating heartbreaking loss in week one to the bangles.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how you guys feel, a couple days removed from everything.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_02]: The emotions are running high that day and all that.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_02]: I'm still pretty pissed.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_02]: Still pretty pissed, so pretty bummed that the Browns just beat themselves.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_02]: Found a way to lose, I keep telling people the Browns didn't, or the Bangle did not win that game.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_02]: They lost.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we beat them.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_02]: and yet they came away with a victory and we are sitting at on one.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_02]: So at the end of the day more victories mean nothing in the NFL all that matters is what's on the scoreboard when the clock hits triple zeros in for the Browns.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_02]: It was one point less.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_02]: So we're going to dive into some more
- 1:11[SPEAKER_02]: Things from the game, obviously more numbers, stats, information has come out over the last day and a half since the game has happened.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_02]: We did our reaction show Sunday night after the game.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_02]: Hope you guys enjoyed that.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_02]: If you came in for the live show, or if you've watched or listened to it since then, we're gonna start doing those on Sunday nights this season.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_02]: We've got more scheduling issues as our lives get more hectic with more kids and things like that between the three hosts and Sunday night just kind of seems to be
- 1:37[SPEAKER_02]: the best time for us to do it and honestly it works out pretty well because the game just happened everybody's fresh and we can capitalize on every emotion that we are feeling in the moment and hopefully give you guys a good show on Sunday so tune in for those and then I'll probably be doing some of these intermittent episodes talking about things that come out since the game then of course we will be doing preview shows for the upcoming
- 2:05[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to talk about more stuff from this tragedy that happened on Sunday before I dive into it.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_02]: I'll make sure you guys like and subscribe on YouTube to have the notification bell so you don't miss anything new.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_02]: Give us a five star rating on all the audio platforms.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_02]: If you're listening to the podcast, we really appreciate those as well.
- 2:23[SPEAKER_02]: And if you want more dogs content and more interaction with us and the dog pack community who we talk about all the time on this show.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_02]: head to join the dogs dot com becoming official dog pack member on the patreon page think up with the private discord our preview episode will be done in the discord so they will be dog pack discord live shows where i'm going to come in there on Thursdays and anybody who wants to or is available can jump in on the discord come in
- 2:51[SPEAKER_02]: It's almost like a live radio show, like you're calling in, you jump on stage.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_02]: You can talk, give your thoughts, ask questions.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_02]: We can have a conversation, all the good stuff.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_02]: So that's a great way to interact with the dog pack.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_02]: So head to join the dogs.com if you're interested in that.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, before I dive into anything about the game, one piece of news is not major or anything, but one piece of news that came out here, I think today, the Browns have restructured Denzel Ward's contract.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_02]: They converted $13.5 million of his base salary for this season into a bonus.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_02]: which now gives the Brown's $18 million in cap space, which is the 12th most in the NFL.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_02]: So again, for a lot of the people out there that think all the Browns, you know, they're in cap space.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_02]: Hell, they, they got to be one of the worst in the league.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_02]: They are not there in the top half of the league in most cap space.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, again, we can dog Andrew Barry for some things, but there's other things that he's very, very good at and managing manipulating the cap is one of them and of course you got to give credit to Jimmy has them it's all made possible because the dude is willing to just shell out cash.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_02]: light crazy to make this thing work.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so just to kind of reiterate, again, a, a restructure is not a, a, array, um, pay cut.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_02]: Then's a word to not, you know, take less money to help the team or anything.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_02]: For, you know, if you watch the show for a long time, you know this stuff.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_02]: But if you're new, it's always worth a reminder.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_02]: Restructured contracts does not change the amount of money the player gets it just changes when.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_02]: the player gets the money.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_02]: So the 13.5 base salary was going to be doubled out to Denzel Ward over the course of the season.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_02]: Instead of doing that, they basically took that money off the cap, converted it to a roster bonus and paid it to him right now.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_02]: So whenever you see a restructured contract, the money that has been converted gets paid to the player now.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_02]: So instead of getting $13.5 million over the course of the year,
- 4:53[SPEAKER_02]: So it's no no difference in money, it's just it's a bookkeeping mechanism to help the cat.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so now some stuff from the game on Sunday, and we're going to write a little bit of a roller coaster.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_02]: Here we're going to be up.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to be down.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to talk about some positive, some negatives with this team because there were both, obviously, there were a ton of positives from this game.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_02]: And then there's also quite a few negatives coming out of this as well.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to get over into all of it a pre-snap motion.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_02]: This is from Jake Burns and Brown's film breakdown on X. In 2024 last season, the Brown's used motion on just 37.9% of snaps.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_02]: That was 31st and the leaks only one team in the league used motion less than the Browns.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_02]: week one, the Browns use motion on 70.5% of their place.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_02]: That was the third most in the NFL in week one.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_02]: The EPA Browns EPA per play with motion 0.08 on the positive EPA per play without motion negative 0.22.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_02]: So motion, we've been talking about this for years.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_02]: We wanted the Browns to have this more.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_02]: It doesn't have to be like a super modernized offensive scheme.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_02]: We want more modernized concepts and principles intermixed into the scheme.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_02]: And this is where I think Tommy Reese's influence helps Kevin Stephansky's offense a lot and the pre-snap motion obviously a big difference compared to last year.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, why didn't they use pre-snap motion a lot last year?
- 6:32[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe the quarterback?
- 6:35[SPEAKER_02]: running the offense didn't really benefit from it.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe they didn't really understand it.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_02]: Let's just call it what it is.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_02]: The Sean Watson had no idea what the hell was going on last year in the offense.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_02]: You could tell.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_02]: And it nobody did.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think anybody did, but when your quarterback doesn't know what's going on, you gotta keep it as simple as possible.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_02]: Great to see that the Browns are finally implementing motion.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_02]: Let's talk about Harold fan and junior.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we talked about him the other night, nine targets seven reception 63 yards.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_02]: What I did not realize in the moment on Sunday.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_02]: is that seven receptions is the all-time rookie record for most receptions by a tight end.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_02]: In week one of his rookie season, Harold, Fanon, Jr., the third round pick out of bowling green is now tied for the record with fellow rookie tight end Tyler Warren from the cult.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_02]: Both of these guys had seven passes or caught seven passes and we won us the most by any rookie tight end ever.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_02]: in week one.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_02]: So hats off to Harold Fanon and I know there's a part of him probably that's just kicking himself even more for dropping that one pass he did have one pass dropped.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_02]: It was a pretty easy one as well.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_02]: I think it was for a first down if I'm not mistaken.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_02]: You guys correct me in the chat.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_02]: He would have held that record all by himself if he just hold in that one pass that he dropped.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_02]: But it's okay.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_02]: Harold Fanon off to a great start and his rookie career very excited to see what the can't and kid has coming up in his career.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_02]: To kind of piggyback off what I just said with Harold Fanon too many drops in this game.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_02]: too many drops.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_02]: We had four official dropped passes.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_02]: Two were charged to Jerry Judy.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, dude.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_02]: One by Cedric Tillman and one by Harrell Finn.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_02]: And like I just said, you can not have your top two receivers dropping passes in the game.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_02]: And not only were they dropped passes.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_02]: They were
- 8:39[SPEAKER_02]: And both of your top receivers deflected dropped passes that turned into interceptions.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_02]: Like you guys, come on, you can't have this.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_02]: Jerry Judy, I believe you had 13 drops, one of the most right last year in the NFL, something like that.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_02]: And now already two in week one.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_02]: And as much as we're excited about Jerry Judy and we like Jerry Judy.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_02]: he's just not an alpha receiver.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, we, I mean, we can be real about this.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_02]: Jerry Judy's a nice receiver.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_02]: He really is he's just not a lead dog, you know, and maybe he had a down week and week one and, you know, maybe we'll, we'll see that alpha receiver emerge out of Jerry Judy over the course of the season or something, but as of right now, I just don't see it and I've never really seen it.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_02]: Um,
- 9:31[SPEAKER_02]: I don't believe he's among the receivers in the league who are, you know, feared.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_02]: I think that he's a receiver that when teams have to game plan for the Browns, they got a game plan for Jerry Judy.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_02]: He must be accounted for and factored into what they're going to do on defense, but I just don't think he is a feared receiver like we can't let Jerry Judy beat us.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I, I hope I'm wrong and then I hope he proves me wrong and things change.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_02]: But as of now, I think he's, he's a very nice receiver to have in your receiving core, but I, we talked about it Sunday.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_02]: We need a, a one, we need an alpha in this receiving room.

- 12:36[SPEAKER_02]: So let's kick back to some positive stuff here because Dylan Samson.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_02]: Oh man, I mean all the rookies.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_02]: All the rookies that played on Sunday did great, which boats very well for the Browns future.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_02]: Now, the immediate success of the team is another story.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_02]: We'll talk about that here in a little bit.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_02]: But Permatt Wilson on X, Dylan Samson did not rush one time against an eight-man box.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_02]: That's how bad our offensive line was.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_02]: The bangles had no respect for the run game.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_02]: So they never stacked the box against the browns on Sunday and yet they still held us to under 2.0 yards per carry.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_02]: That's terrible.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely terrible.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_02]: Our offensive line, bad, bad, bad, no push.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_02]: If you're not out there getting push up front against the bangles defensive line,
- 13:26[SPEAKER_02]: I got news for you guys.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_02]: Baltimore game Sunday is going to be rough.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_02]: Quenchon might be back.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not expecting much from the run game guys.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_02]: I'll be real with you.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_02]: That's kind of sad.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_02]: They did not stack the box one time.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_02]: So here's the insane Dylan Samson stat.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_02]: If you guys follow us on social media, you saw it yesterday.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_02]: But I was going through the PFF, the analytics and the deeper metrics from the game and all that kind of stuff.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_02]: There was one stat that really just I really had to dig into it to make sure that they didn't make an error on their website because I found I first saw it I thought oh boy pff come on you guys got to get better like somebody botched these numbers and then when I dug into it I realized oh they didn't mess it up Dylan Samson's just freaking awesome.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_02]: So this stat he had 64 receiving yards in the game.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_02]: But when I scrolled over and I was looking at the deeper stuff, I saw that he had 98 yards after the catch.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, wait a second.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_02]: How did Dylan Samson have 98 Yack yards?
- 14:35[SPEAKER_02]: But he only had 64 receiving yards.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_02]: Didn't make any sense at first, and then I realized that his A dot.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_02]: was I think negative 3.6 meaning on average.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_02]: He had eight targets on average.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_02]: He was targeted 3.6 yards behind the line of scrimmage.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_02]: So this means that what 98 to 64, that's 34 yards, he generated 34 yards behind the line of scrimmage that didn't count as actual receiving yards for him because they weren't past the, you know, where the marker was, where the down marker was.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_02]: Only those yards count.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_02]: He had 34 yards behind the line of scrimmage that he made guys miss, that he made plays, that he made great moves.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, wow, Dylan Samson.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_02]: I was impressed with them watching the game, obviously.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we all were.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_02]: There's nobody who watched that game was like, man, I don't know about the, no, Samson looks awesome.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_02]: But to look at these numbers and see that, that's how awesome he was.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_02]: Hmm, I expect Dylan Samson to be a huge part of the Brown's offensive passing attack moving forward like he already was, especially since I mentioned with Jerry Judy, we don't have like a top alpha go to, you know, in the time of need.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_02]: This is the guy we have to go to.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_02]: By the end of the season, that guy might be one of the rookies, Harold Fannett, Dylan Samson, these guys are already showing out for the Browns and that is great, great, great to see.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_02]: So, sticking with the receiving thing, I was just kind of looking at the yards per route run.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_02]: You guys know from like, pre-drift analysis and stuff like that talk about yards per route run all the time.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_02]: And really, you want to see a guy over two is pretty good.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_02]: Like if you get to like that 2.5 yards per route run on average, that's very, very good.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_02]: Anything over that, you get guys like over three, whoo!
- 16:29[SPEAKER_02]: They pop off the charts.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_02]: So keeping that two yards per route run in mind, looking at the Browns just in this game on Sunday, Dylan Samson was at 4.27 yards per route run and that right there tells you why and how he was able to generate 98 rack or yac yards yards after the catch on just 64 actual receiving yards that counted in the box court.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_02]: He's
- 16:56[SPEAKER_02]: in sane.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_02]: And then you kind of go down Harold Fanon Jr., the other rookie 2.03 yards per route run.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_02]: So in his first game ever, very, very good for these two rookies.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_02]: Very impressive.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I just wish that we had more actual threat at the receiving, actual wide receiver position.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_02]: So just kind of looking over the offensive line, numbers and stats and stuff like that.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, DeWan Jones is taking a lot of heat online.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_02]: And I think it's deservedly so, you know, a lot of people are trying to defend it.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_02]: DeWan Jones because he didn't allow a sack.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_02]: He was going to get his tray Hendricks in like the sack leader and all this stuff.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_02]: And that's all very well and good.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, DeWan Jones, zero sacks allowed in this game.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_02]: There was once, I mean, Joe Flacco had two sacks.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_02]: One of them must have been attributed to Joe Flacco, because the offensive line is only attributed with allowing one sack in this game, and that was on Ethan Posick.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_02]: So the offensive line, you know, and Joe Flacco was getting rid of the ball very quickly.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_02]: I'll go look at his time to throw here in a second, just to verify, but the offensive line held up decent in past protection, the one Jones though.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_02]: seven pressures allowed he allowed two quarterback hits.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_02]: The only other quarterback hit in the game on Joe Flackle was the sack allowed by Pocic, otherwise it was just the one Jones.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_02]: He allowed five hurries.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_02]: The only other person to allow five hurries was Cornelius Lucas.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_02]: The seven pressures was the most by any Browns lineman.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_02]: He had a 33.0 PFF grade like
- 18:34[SPEAKER_02]: The next lowest on the offensive line was Jack Conklin at 59.4.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_02]: So DeWan Jones significantly lower like 33 is bad.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_02]: That's just ass bad.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_02]: And the test was tough.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_02]: I get that.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_02]: He went against Miles Garrett all summer and camp.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_02]: So was kind of hoping to be a little more prepared for a guy like Trey Hendrickson.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_02]: And what the Bengals are gonna do on the past rush?
- 18:59[SPEAKER_02]: I think Sunday, Sunday is going to be.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_02]: Interesting.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_02]: We'll talk about it on the preview show later this week, but I think the Baltimore Ravens are going to reveal a lot of truths about our team that maybe the Bengals game did not or maybe covered up a little bit because it's the Bengals and we don't expect their defense to be much this year.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_02]: Their offensive line and stuff was not great.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_02]: Let's see what happens on Sunday because if our defense can dominate the Ravens offensive line.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_02]: the way we dominate the bangles.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_02]: Now it's like, okay, we are a top one, two, three defense in the league.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_02]: If our offensive line can hold up very well against the Ravens pass rush and their defenders, okay, maybe we're not so bad.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_02]: Could go the other way, though, in a quick, quick flash.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_02]: So we'll see how it goes.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_02]: But overall, other than that, on the offensive line, not a whole lot to talk about, just need to see more from the one, really do.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_02]: And then on the run blocking side of things, you know, nobody really, the two guards grated out pretty highly, which I'm not sure I've trust necessarily.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_02]: I saw a couple of times where they got blown up and it just wasn't.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_02]: wasn't pretty.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_02]: Wasn't pretty on the run side of things.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_02]: Um, like I was talking about Joe Flack.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_02]: He had a 2.78 time to throw.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_02]: Quick.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_02]: Quick.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_02]: He's getting it out.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_02]: So I wonder where that stacks on the week one slate.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_02]: But I let's put it this way.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_02]: Last year our quarterbacks to Sean Watson was averaging well over three seconds to throw the ball to get rid of the ball because sometimes he held the ball six seven seconds just taking sacks and running into pressure and all that kind of
- 20:43[SPEAKER_02]: not Joe Flacco, man.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_02]: He doesn't have time for that.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_02]: He's too old for that.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_02]: He gets the ball.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_02]: He knows where he's going with it.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_02]: And what I liked about Joe Flacco too, there were a couple plays and I can't draw them all off my memory specifically.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_02]: But I remember watching a play or two where it was like.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_02]: The pressure was coming, nobody was open, and he just dirted it.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_02]: We saw Tom Brady do that so much toward the end of his career where he would just dirt it, just throw it right at the feet of a running back or a tight end or somebody and just lived to play another down.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_02]: And Joe Flacco had some of that where, I was like, okay, that is, it's a veteran move.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_02]: And I just, I was impressed.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_02]: I was, Joe Flacco did everything he needed to do in that game in my opinion.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so here's what I really want to spend some time discussing, and yeah, for me recording this obviously feels like we're talking to a camera and not anybody else, but I know that you guys are going to talk to me back in the comments and that's where we're going to have our conversation.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_02]: So let me know your thoughts, put it in the comments, I want to talk about this stuff.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_02]: This specifically, this was a post from Jake Hurricane on X after the game and
- 21:54[SPEAKER_02]: You know, he was referring to a segment from one of the sports shows.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_02]: I've talked shows.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_02]: I forget what it was when they were talking about the Bengals and, you know, where you can press with their win over the Browns or did it, you know, because obviously you seven yards in the second half, there's not a lot to be impressed with if you're a Bengals fan, but they came away with the win.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_02]: And his post said, I'm tired of being the NFL's punchline.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_02]: you hear, quote, they played the Browns and it's true, where the rehab game, the stat pat, the team that teaches other teams how to win a game, or how to win again, we're not feared, we're not respected, we just know how to lose, okay, Jake, this is a harsh, right?
- 22:33[SPEAKER_02]: Is it a little harsh?
- 22:36[SPEAKER_02]: Or is it just actually very true?
- 22:40[SPEAKER_02]: And that's where I kind of was reading that, that tweet and looking at it and thinking about things.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_02]: And it's like, you know what?
- 22:46[SPEAKER_02]: We are the team that just knows how to lose.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_02]: And it's kind of hard to argue against that.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and this is from I think Daniel O'Fusy posted this from ESPN research.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_02]: He said the Browns held the Bengals to seven yards in the second half.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_02]: That is the fewest yards in the second half by a winning team in the last 25 years.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_02]: So two and a half decades, no other team.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_02]: has had fewer than, has had that few yards in a half of football in the NFL and still managed to win the game.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_02]: the bangles did.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_02]: The Browns let them do it.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_02]: That's the kind of stuff where it's like, okay, this team.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_02]: It's frustrating.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_02]: We talked about a Sunday night.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_02]: Go back to I think it was 2022.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_02]: When we played the Jets at home in week two or three and we had the game won.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_02]: We were up by 14, 13, 14, two scores.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_02]: We were up by two scores with less than two minutes to go.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_02]: And what I don't
- 23:49[SPEAKER_02]: In that scenario, whatever the specifics were up by two scores, you know, less than two minutes, maybe they had no time out.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't remember the deal, but I do remember the numbers that teams in that situation before that game were 229 and oh, which means the last 229 times this happened, the team that was winning won the game.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_02]: until the Browns lost that game to the jet, they were the first team since the last team to lose in that situation before the 229 win streak was the Browns.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_02]: And it's stuff like that, where you hear longtime Browns fans or even just people that want to rag on the team, say, Browns is the Browns.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to find a way to lose.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_02]: Only in Cleveland can this kind of
- 24:44[SPEAKER_02]: It's kind of hard to argue when somebody says, Hey, only and only Cleveland can blow that kind of a game.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_02]: when the stats actually tell you that only Cleveland has blown that kind of game.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_02]: So in the last 25 years, nobody has lost a game like that, except for the Browns.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_02]: Now, and that's the kind of stuff that does piss me off.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_02]: It really does, and we need to have some more deeper conversations about this.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_02]: Um, more stats on that Cleveland outgame Cincinnati, 327 to just 141 yards.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_02]: We doubled them up on first downs, 221, 11.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_02]: and lost by one point.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_02]: And is that Jackson posted this on X?
- 25:24[SPEAKER_02]: He said Kevin Stephansky is 15 and six in one score games with no miss kick.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_02]: So in games that the Browns are, you know, in a one score game for the Browns in which we do not miss a kick.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_02]: Kevin Stephansky has won 15 of those and lost six.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_02]: In games that are decided by one score in which the Browns have missed at least one kick,
- 25:49[SPEAKER_02]: Kevin's to fanski is eight and 15.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_02]: So the record is completely flipped in any game where the Browns miss a kick.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_02]: In one score loss is under Kevin's to fanski, missed kicks have cost the Browns 2.2 points per game.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_02]: That is the most in the NFL.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_02]: And this is the conversation I want to have.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_02]: We, you guys know if you watch show, we like Kevin's to fancy a lot.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's a great coach.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_02]: I think Kevin's a great coach.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's well regarded around the league.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_02]: I think that if the Browns let him go, he'd have a job next year.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody would hire him to be their next head coach.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_02]: And we would continue on with his careers ahead coaching NFL.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's smart.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's relatable.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_02]: I think he knows how to game plan and put together an efficient offense.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_02]: Sometimes I think he's too loyal to players, coaches.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_02]: I think he was too loyal to Joe Woods.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_02]: Joe Woods should have been fired after the first season here.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_02]: Instead, he stuck around for three years and the Browns defense is one of the worst in the league for all three of those years.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_02]: I think he was too loyal to Ken Dorsey.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_02]: And we,
- 27:03[SPEAKER_02]: You know, we had that argument a lot last year.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_02]: I want to endorse you fired after like three or four weeks.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, Blake said you can't just fire a coronary written middle of the year that just causes turmoil.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_02]: This team was a dumpster fire the entire season.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_02]: And we didn't fire Ken Dorsey.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_02]: It couldn't have been any worse if we had.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_02]: And this comes down to this kicking thing now.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_02]: They're sticking with Andre Schmidt.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_02]: At least for another week.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_02]: We'll see what happens in Baltimore.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_02]: I have a zero confidence in the kid.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_02]: You guys let me know in the chat.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_02]: We think I think it's a bad idea to keep him on the roster.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I get it.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_02]: He lost this one game.
- 27:39[SPEAKER_02]: And yes, he did lose a second.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_02]: We won that game.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_02]: Defends offense, quarterback, Miles Garrett, secondary.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody did what they needed to do to win that game.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_02]: except for Andre Schmidt.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, yes, you can point to the drop passes and things like that, but there's a point in the game where the drop pass doesn't matter because we're not having to throw the ball.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_02]: You know, the interception from, I think, off-site or tellman's hands.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_02]: That interception doesn't happen.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_02]: If Andre Schmidt makes his kicks does not happen because we're already winning the game.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_02]: Now we're just running the ball to run out of the clock.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_02]: So we're keeping them at least for another week because Kevin's loyal.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_02]: I don't agree, but maybe he's maybe he'll be okay.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_02]: The thing is, when you look at the numbers and understand that, like this, just the step, and one score loss is under Kevin, miskicks have cost 2.2 points for gamers to most of the NFL.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_02]: If that were me, if that sentence said under Josh All, miskicks have cost about 2.2 points for a game, I would have zero tolerance policy.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_02]: for a miskick.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_02]: A split.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_02]: Now, if you're out there and you're trying to kick like a 57 yarder into the wind or it's raining outside and it's like, man, there's no way we're making this kick.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not gonna hold that against a guy.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_02]: Cause that's like a Hail Mary Pass in that situation.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_02]: You miss a PAT out.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_02]: You miss a chip shot, the Ogle from 36 to go up.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_02]: Those are the, those are the money kicks in the NFL.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_02]: If you can't make that kick, you're gone.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_02]: You have to be gone.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_02]: This episode is sponsored by Omaha Stakes.

- 30:22[SPEAKER_02]: So, that's the kicking conversation, but the overarching conversation with Kevin Sefansky and again, I'm not
- 30:30[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not saying that I want them to fire Kevin or that I'm done with Kevin or anything like that.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, no, no, no.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_02]: I like Kevin.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_02]: I just talked about this.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_02]: I like Kevin a lot.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's a great coach.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_02]: But at some point this goes back to this, this all goes back to and it relates to that Jake Hurricane tweet about.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_02]: Where are the team that no one respects?
- 30:47[SPEAKER_02]: Where are the team that nobody fears?
- 30:50[SPEAKER_02]: Where are the team that if you're going to have a bounceback game, it's against Cleveland.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_02]: If you're going to get a historic victory that nobody else in the history of the league was ever able to do, it'll be against the Browns.
- 31:02[SPEAKER_02]: And it's not hyperbole because it's true.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_02]: And it's happened many, many times.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_02]: I've given you guys now.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, just with this Sunday in the game against the judge two years ago, three years ago, those are two examples.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_02]: There are many examples.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_02]: We're about the same season that we lost to the judge when we lost to the fountains down in Atlanta.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_02]: They had a practice squad running back.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even remember the guy's name.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_02]: came up and torched us, torched us, it doesn't happen to anybody else.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_02]: Guys, come on, let's be real, and that was that Joe Woods defense, and that goes back to Kevin's decision to keep Joe Woods even though he was terrible.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_02]: So if we look at the body of work of Kevin's defense, he's time and Cleveland.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_02]: He's had two 11 win seasons.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_02]: He's had two coach of the year award.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_02]: He's had two playoff appearances and a playoff victory.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: That's great.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_02]: That's great.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_02]: Those are things you can't say about any other coach that Clipman has had.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_02]: But if you look at it honestly and that's all I'm trying to do is I'm trying to look at this honestly and just give a, you know, a one or two sided approach to this thing.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_02]: We love Kevin.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_02]: We think he's a great coach.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_02]: But at some point,
- 32:15[SPEAKER_02]: results have to factor into things.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_02]: And the only results that matter are the wins and losses.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_02]: And this will be your six for Kevin Stephanskin.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_02]: I think we can all probably agree.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_02]: the odds are in favor of this probably being a losing season.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_02]: Correct me if I'm wrong.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_02]: I think we kind of all expect the Browns to lose more games than they win this year.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_02]: So let's just for the sake argument for the sake of this discussion.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_02]: Let's just say 2025 here, it's a losing season for the Browns.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_02]: That would mean Kevin's defense against six years has four losing seasons and two winning seasons.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_02]: Now, if we dialed back just a little bit and we're really honest with ourselves, 2023 was absolutely going to be a losing season.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_02]: Until Joe Flacco came in here and saved our asses.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_02]: That is what happened, because if it was going to be, say he didn't want to play anymore.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_02]: Say Joe Flacco said, no, I don't want to play anymore.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_02]: Or he signed somewhere else because they needed a quarterback or whatever.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_02]: And we stuck with PJ Walker and DTR throughout the rest of that season.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_02]: We don't win 11 games.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_02]: It was only because we got Joe Flacco.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_02]: And this, you know, this is a hard conversation.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_02]: And I have because I like Kevin.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_02]: And I know I'm going to get a lot of pushback from people here and people that are going to take this the wrong way.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_02]: But if you take Joe Flacco out of the equation in 2023, and you consider 20 or you know, we assume that 2025 is going to be another losing season.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_02]: Now we're talking one winning season in six years as the head coach of the Cleveland Browns.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_02]: That's not very good.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I at least that's what do you guys think?
- 34:06[SPEAKER_02]: Do you guys think that's okay?
- 34:07[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that's one out of six.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_02]: It's not very good.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_02]: And then projecting forward next year, say, again, it's a losing season in 2025, we end up getting a first round rookie quarterback next year.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_02]: They want to roll maybe with Dylan Gabriel to begin the season then they transition to the first round or once they think he's ready or whatever it's going to be another slow rolling season maybe another losing sitting now we're talking you know two actual out of seven one legit out of set.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know guys at some point the results have to matter at what point is this team ever going to become a team that is consistently winning football games or I should say winning more than they lose.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_02]: We're not there obviously and it doesn't feel like we're going to be there anytime soon and that's the frustrating part of the Browns fan.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_02]: is we've been patient.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_02]: We've been biting our time and waiting for this team to be competitive in 2023 and it was really the the mirage that Joe Flacco
- 35:14[SPEAKER_02]: gift it us with what was going on at the end of that season.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_02]: We had weak opponents.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_02]: He came in took advantage.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it was all very well done to make the playoffs.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_02]: Don't get me wrong.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not trying to discredit what Kevin did in 2023 with Joe Flacco, but without Joe Flacco.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think that happens.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, we found ways to win games.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_02]: throughout the end of that season.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_02]: Really throughout that entire season.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_02]: You can think back to the colds game when Deshawn Watson goes out early in the game.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_02]: PJ Walker comes in and it was not great.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_02]: Our defense was letting the colds do whatever they wanted to us.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_02]: But we got lucky on some calls late in the game.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_02]: We should have lost.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_02]: But we didn't.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_02]: We won.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_02]: We should have lost to the 49ers.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_02]: We didn't.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_02]: They missed their field goal to win the game at the end.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_02]: And we won.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_02]: PJ Walker tried to throw a pick at the end of that game.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_02]: They dropped it.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_02]: We found ways to win.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_02]: It was like, hey, maybe the culture shift in Cleveland is here.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe we are now becoming the team that finds ways to win games, rather than finds ways to lose them.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_02]: And then forget it.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_02]: We're right back to finding ways to lose games.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_02]: And that's what's frustrating.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_02]: We'll see what happens.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_02]: You guys can tell.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, the two days since the game has not done a whole lot for my optimism for the outlook of this team,
- 36:36[SPEAKER_02]: what has done a lot for the outlook is the rookies.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_02]: Now like I said earlier, the rookies success so far to, you know, the promising showings here in week one.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_02]: It boasts well for our long-term future for this team, but for the immediate meaning this year, and we'll see what happens next year.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, man.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_02]: It really just all depends on the quarterback situation, unfortunately, because we're, I don't know.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_02]: We'll see because we are going to see the, we'll see at least Dylan Gabriel.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_02]: At some point this season, hopefully we have to see Shador's well,
- 37:12[SPEAKER_02]: We'll see how long they ride with Joe Flacco if we continue to lose games.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_02]: We've got some tough ones coming up.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_02]: Baltimore is going to be...
- 37:20[SPEAKER_02]: very tough because they just blew a 15 point lead in Buffalo to start on one and they are going to be out for blood at home against the Browns next week or this coming Sunday.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_02]: And then we get the Packers and the Packers defense looks very good, very, very good.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_02]: So that'll be an interesting one following that.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_02]: But if we want to end everything here on a positive note, Samson, dog, we get Quinn Sean back hopefully this week.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_02]: We'll see what the kind of how the things are trending toward the end of the week.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_02]: Once we get to our previous show, we'll have more information.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_02]: And whether he's actually effective in his first game with the Browns, if it is against the Ravens or not, is almost not as important as just the fact that he's out on the field.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_02]: We actually get this second round rookie running back on the field.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be a slow, you know, coming up for him, I think, because he missed all of camp.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_02]: He missed all of preseason.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_02]: He hasn't had a single contact padded practice since, you know, leading up to the national championship game back in January.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be a minute for Quinshawn, but at least we got him back, we got him signed, we're moving in the right direction.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_02]: Harold Fan and Junior looks like he is going to become a go-to target for the Browns as a rookie playing the tight end position.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_02]: This is the move Joker position for the Browns.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_02]: Harold Fan took a direct snap at quarterback.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_02]: He plays
- 38:57[SPEAKER_02]: He's a dude all guy.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_02]: Now, he doesn't have your elite speed and he's not gonna push the field or push the downfield threat or anything like that.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_02]: But he is going to be an absolute go-to target for this team and that's great to see because he's only a 20-year-old rookie.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_02]: He might be 21 now, I can't remember, but when they drafted him, he's 20 years old.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_02]: And he's already doing this and commanding this much attention and target share in the offense, very encouraging.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_02]: Mason Graham, we talk all the time, defensive tackles the hardest position to transition to from college to the NFL outside of quarterback.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_02]: And actually, it really, it's defensive tackle on defense and tight end on offense.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_02]: And we've got a rookie defensive tackle and a rookie tight end who both showed out very well right away in their rookie debut in the NFL.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_02]: So that's super encouraging.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_02]: And of course Carson Swesinger.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_02]: The dude is a rookie, but he's playing like a four or five year vet pro.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_02]: I mean,
- 39:58[SPEAKER_02]: Man is that guy good already leading the team in tackles in his first game.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_02]: I expect that to be the the case in the story for him most weeks this season.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_02]: He's going to lead the team in tackles.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_02]: He'll be the team leader in tackles by the end of the season.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_02]: I can almost guarantee you that as long as he doesn't get hurt or anything or miss any time.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_02]: I don't see anybody on this team who's going to out tackle Carson Swesinger.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_02]: It's just what he does.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_02]: He doesn't miss and he's always at the ball.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_02]: So the positive note after that whole kind of down discussion we just had about this team is
- 40:31[SPEAKER_02]: I think they finally hit on a draft class like like a complete draft class.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_02]: Now obviously there's two rookies that can't both hit at the same time.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_02]: You can't have both quarterbacks on the field leading the offense.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_02]: So we're hoping one of those guys can show some promise by the end of this season.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_02]: But in terms of everybody outside of the quarterback position.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_02]: so far, so freaking good, very excited for the future of this team.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_02]: And that's not even to mention some of the UDFA guys out there.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he didn't contribute a lot on defense or anything, but Aden Huntington, uh, that dude is going to be a, at least to begin the season here, uh, special teams ace.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_02]: I saw him on a kickoff, specifically I watched him one one of the kickoffs,
- 41:22[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I mean, he's a 30 year guy, but he wasn't he's a UDFA, stepping up playing very nice on our secondary.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_02]: The defense overall looks good.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_02]: We've got the UDFA waiver priority guy, Raheem Sanders, rock his Sanders, get in the first touchdown of the year for the Browns when after Drung Ford couldn't do it.
- 41:42[SPEAKER_02]: So the rookies have looked good through the first week here.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_02]: I was, there was nobody on my, oh boy, we got a long way to go.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_02]: Like everybody showed why they're here and that they have potential to continue to develop into legitimate, I mean, legitimate players.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_02]: for this team, which is something we desperately need, not having first round picks for three years in row and missing on some third rounders and guys like that, I mean, it was very encouraging to see.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_02]: Um, two guys that just, they got to get a, I, I want Andre Schmidt gone and I want Jerome for gone.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_02]: Those are two guys that I think are just not worth having on the team.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_02]: I understand Keepen Schmidt another week to see if he can bounce back and everything okay.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_02]: Fine.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_02]: I do not understand Keepen, Jerome Ford.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_02]: Jerome Ford, if you factor in his one reception for negative three yards had, what was the stat?
- 42:39[SPEAKER_02]: Seven total touches.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_02]: for five total yards on the game.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_02]: Cut him.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_02]: That's, he's so bad.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_02]: He's so bad.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_02]: Gotta get rid of that guy.
- 42:50[SPEAKER_02]: But everybody else looked very good in this game.
- 42:54[SPEAKER_02]: Kicker blue it.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_02]: That's what it comes down to.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_02]: Browns won the game.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_02]: Kicker lost the game.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_02]: Bengals walked out with a win.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_02]: That is what it is.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_02]: But you guys let me know in the comments, what do you guys think?
- 43:07[SPEAKER_02]: How do you guys feel about the game?
- 43:08[SPEAKER_02]: Are you back up?
- 43:09[SPEAKER_02]: Are you back ready to go?
- 43:10[SPEAKER_02]: Like, yeah, let's go in the Baltimore and knock them off.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_02]: We can bounce back and do this.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_02]: Or, you know, did you guys watch Baltimore?
- 43:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I did the other nine said, oh boy, this one's gonna be tough.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_02]: And how do you feel about the rookie performances?
- 43:24[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, getting quintia on back is gonna be awesome.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_02]: But I already know that we got a dude in Dylan Samson.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_02]: And that's exciting.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_02]: That is super exciting.
