- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning! The Root! The Root! The Root's on fire!
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 2: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 2: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 2: Allen Root, America's favorite conservative rock star, direct from the
- 0:29Speaker 2: entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:32Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time for War!
- 0:37Speaker 2: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:43Speaker 2: Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:58Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Allen Root. I've written so many things
- 1:01Speaker 1: about ICE and deportation and the open border. I mean,
- 1:05Speaker 1: for the last two months, I made it clear that
- 1:06Speaker 1: I believe the way to win this battle was to
- 1:09Speaker 1: send ICE into all the Republican cities and Republican states
- 1:13Speaker 1: with red mayors and red governors and stay away from
- 1:16Speaker 1: places like Minneapolis, Minnesota, with nothing but blue governors and
- 1:20Speaker 1: blue mayors and blue attorney generals who would give information,
- 1:24Speaker 1: which I consider treason, by the way, that should all
- 1:26Speaker 1: go to prison, that should go to Gitmo. They should
- 1:28Speaker 1: be charged with and tried and indicted and found guilty
- 1:32Speaker 1: of treason for aiding and abetting the enemy, aiding and
- 1:35Speaker 1: abetting criminals, aiding and abetting the enemy. Don't forget the corruption,
- 1:39Speaker 1: the massive illegal immigration corruption, the money being made by Somali,
- 1:43Speaker 1: you know, charities and Somali daycare centers. It's all tied
- 1:48Speaker 1: in with the Democrat Party. Believe me, it's tied in
- 1:50Speaker 1: with walls and the Democrats, all of them. They're all dirty.
- 1:54Speaker 1: But get out of blue cities and blue states. I
- 1:56Speaker 1: said that from the beginning. Red cities and red states
- 1:59Speaker 1: will cooperate and give you police protection. ICE needs police
- 2:03Speaker 1: protection so ICE can do their job. Their only job
- 2:06Speaker 1: is to arrest illegal aliens and in particular illegal alien felons.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Their job is not to protect their flank. They can't
- 2:14Speaker 1: do that. They can't fight protesters and rioters at the
- 2:18Speaker 1: same time as they're trying to arrest dangerous people. felons
- 2:22Speaker 1: who are illegal aliens. So you've got to do it
- 2:25Speaker 1: only in safe places where you're welcome, where they invite
- 2:28Speaker 1: you in. And then the blue cities will implode. Let
- 2:32Speaker 1: them live with their illegals. Let them die with their illegals.
- 2:36Speaker 1: My first idea was the right one. And Minneapolis is
- 2:39Speaker 1: proving it. Then my second idea was to give lots
- 2:41Speaker 1: of creative ways to deal with these crazy people from
- 2:44Speaker 1: water cannons and dyed water in the and die these
- 2:53Speaker 1: people so you can find them and arrest them. And
- 2:56Speaker 1: don't forget the smell, right? The skunk smell. And I
- 2:59Speaker 1: had many other ideas. I had 10 ideas in there,
- 3:01Speaker 1: but I reminded them again, don't go into blue cities.
- 3:05Speaker 1: And that was before, right? I wrote that before what
- 3:08Speaker 1: happened on Saturday to Alex Preti in Minneapolis. I was right.
- 3:12Speaker 1: But now today I wrote a new one, a new one.
- 3:14Speaker 1: And I've got the new one here. And I've got
- 3:16Speaker 1: several more coming with creative ideas. Everything in politics is PR.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Optics and perception. We are losing that battle. Here is
- 3:24Speaker 1: a simple solution for the crisis in Minneapolis and everywhere else.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Protest zones and the National Guard. No one on earth
- 3:32Speaker 1: can question my loyalties. I'm a ride or die guy.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I'm 110% behind President Trump for life. He is the
- 3:38Speaker 1: greatest president of my lifetime. I'm also 110% behind ICE
- 3:42Speaker 1: and mass deportation. We either win this battle or lose America.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Open borders. and mass illegal immigration are the Democrats' official
- 3:51Speaker 1: plan to destroy America, American exceptionalism, capitalism, and the GOP.
- 3:56Speaker 1: This plan is a combination of Cloward-Piven and the Great Replacement.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Along the way, this lawless, open-borders foreign invasion of America
- 4:04Speaker 1: has bankrupted and ruined our healthcare system. and our public
- 4:08Speaker 1: school system. It has added unimaginable levels of spending, deficit,
- 4:11Speaker 1: and debt. It's eaten up the budget. It's eaten up welfare,
- 4:13Speaker 1: food stamps, and Medicaid. It has led to a massive
- 4:16Speaker 1: crime wave in every big city run by Democrats. It
- 4:19Speaker 1: has led to murder, rape, robbery of thousands of precious,
- 4:22Speaker 1: innocent Americans each year. Your daughters, your sons, your moms,
- 4:26Speaker 1: and your dads. It has filled our nation with lethal
- 4:29Speaker 1: drugs leading to the mass murder of hundreds of thousands
- 4:32Speaker 1: of our citizens annually. We have no choice. This battle
- 4:36Speaker 1: is ride or die. We either win it and make
- 4:39Speaker 1: America great again or lose it and lose America forever.
- 4:43Speaker 1: That's why PR, optics, and perception is everything. We've got
- 4:48Speaker 1: to keep the American people on our side. President Trump
- 4:51Speaker 1: will never lose the 40% or so of Americans who
- 4:54Speaker 1: identify as conservative MAGA patriots and he will never win
- 4:58Speaker 1: over the 30% of Americans who identify as liberal, meaning radical, socialist,
- 5:03Speaker 1: communist Slime balls, scumbags, and traitors. That leaves the 30%
- 5:09Speaker 1: in the middle. At this moment, like it or not,
- 5:12Speaker 1: we have to admit we are losing the PR battle
- 5:14Speaker 1: for those 30% in the middle. It doesn't matter whether
- 5:18Speaker 1: we are right. It doesn't matter if ICE shooting of
- 5:20Speaker 1: Alex Preti or Rene Good, for that matter, was legally justified.
- 5:25Speaker 1: It doesn't matter if the real parties to blame for
- 5:27Speaker 1: his death are liberal politicians who are pushing riots and
- 5:30Speaker 1: violence against ICE. People like Minnesota Governor Walz, Minneapolis Mayor Frey,
- 5:35Speaker 1: Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison. It doesn't matter if this
- 5:39Speaker 1: wasn't a protest, but rather an organized, coordinated, communist color
- 5:43Speaker 1: revolution riot funded by enemies of America built around hounding, harassing, intimidating, blocking,
- 5:49Speaker 1: and attacking ICE. Still, even if we're right about all that,
- 5:53Speaker 1: we are. The perception, the optics, and the PR are terrible.
- 5:58Speaker 1: ICE cannot be seen on video shooting and killing Americans
- 6:02Speaker 1: or even beating Americans. Not a good optic. Or the
- 6:06Speaker 1: American people will turn against ICE and President Trump and
- 6:09Speaker 1: mass deportation. And that is what is happening right now.
- 6:13Speaker 1: I propose a solution. This isn't protest we are seeing.
- 6:17Speaker 1: It's anarchy mixed with full scale insurrection. ICE should not
- 6:22Speaker 1: be put in this untenable, unwinnable position. Their job is
- 6:26Speaker 1: not to fight anarchy. It's just to arrest illegals. Law
- 6:30Speaker 1: enforcement cannot do their job while surrounded by screaming, cursing,
- 6:34Speaker 1: whistleblowing agitators. They can't do their job while cars block them,
- 6:38Speaker 1: surround them, or worse, threaten to run them over. They
- 6:42Speaker 1: can't do their job while violent rioters get in their
- 6:45Speaker 1: face in the middle of an arrest. And more of
- 6:49Speaker 1: these protestors whether they're misguided or not, are going to
- 6:53Speaker 1: get beaten, clubbed, shot and killed on video. That's the
- 6:57Speaker 1: kind of PR optics and perception that will damage the
- 7:01Speaker 1: Trump presidency and the GOP midterms and the mass deportation plan.
- 7:06Speaker 1: So my idea, I propose we treat every ICE operation
- 7:09Speaker 1: in Minneapolis and in every other city moving forward, just
- 7:13Speaker 1: like we treat the GOP and Democrat conventions. Remember those
- 7:18Speaker 1: conventions back in... Summer of 24. We allow free speech
- 7:22Speaker 1: at presidential conventions, but we don't allow it anywhere near
- 7:26Speaker 1: the conventions. Protesters are allowed to protest. They're allowed all
- 7:31Speaker 1: the free speech they want, but blocks away in designated
- 7:36Speaker 1: protest zones. They're nowhere near the convention. Result? No deaths,
- 7:40Speaker 1: no injuries, no beatings, no confrontations, no terrorism threat, no intimidation,
- 7:45Speaker 1: no anarchy in the streets, no riots, no PR problems,
- 7:48Speaker 1: and everyone is safe. Everyone gets up the next morning.
- 7:52Speaker 1: ICE has got to be able to conduct legal law
- 7:54Speaker 1: enforcement operations unimpeded by protesters or violent rioters. For the
- 8:00Speaker 1: safety of ICE agents just doing their jobs, and yes,
- 8:03Speaker 1: even for the safety of crazed, violent, mentally deranged liberal protesters,
- 8:08Speaker 1: and for the safety of innocent bystanders, we need designated
- 8:12Speaker 1: protest zones, or maybe you call them safety zones, just
- 8:15Speaker 1: like we did in the GOP and Democrat conventions. Everyone
- 8:20Speaker 1: can protest all they want. They get their free speech,
- 8:23Speaker 1: and that's what makes America great and special and different,
- 8:27Speaker 1: but far away from dangerous ICE operations. This is so simple.
- 8:32Speaker 1: This is how we keep agitators away from ICE and
- 8:34Speaker 1: active ICE operations. And this is how we keep protesters
- 8:38Speaker 1: and agitators alive, which is what the American people want.
- 8:44Speaker 1: But here's the caveat. OK, to achieve this, ICE requires
- 8:48Speaker 1: cooperation from local law enforcement, which they're not getting in
- 8:51Speaker 1: blue cities and states. That's why I said don't go
- 8:53Speaker 1: into blue cities and states. If they can't or won't
- 8:55Speaker 1: do it in deep blue cities and states, then ICE
- 8:58Speaker 1: must be accompanied by National Guard troops to both enforce
- 9:02Speaker 1: the protest zone so no one gets out and to
- 9:05Speaker 1: encircle and protect ICE officers. We can never again conduct
- 9:09Speaker 1: ICE operations in any city while citizens are allowed to interfere,
- 9:13Speaker 1: blockade with cars, get in the middle of arrests, surround
- 9:18Speaker 1: or intimidate ICE officers. I don't care if they're just
- 9:20Speaker 1: old ladies blowing whistles. You can't get work done when
- 9:24Speaker 1: people are distracting you like that. if not an official
- 9:27Speaker 1: protest zone, then simply have local police or National Guard
- 9:31Speaker 1: encircle a few blocks in all directions around any ICE
- 9:35Speaker 1: operations so no protesters can ever again get close and
- 9:39Speaker 1: put lives in danger. Now, if anyone dares to break
- 9:47Speaker 1: that safe zone, all bets are off. And everyone watching
- 9:51Speaker 1: will now understand that these are bad guys and these
- 9:54Speaker 1: are troublemakers and these are criminals. They were warned and
- 9:58Speaker 1: they were given an option of safety. and they chose
- 10:02Speaker 1: to break the law. Now we're free to arrest anyone
- 10:05Speaker 1: who chooses to leave the safe zone. These are not protesters.
- 10:08Speaker 1: These are clearly rioters. professional troublemakers, insurrectionists or domestic terrorists.
- 10:14Speaker 1: I don't care if there's an official protest zone. I
- 10:18Speaker 1: don't care if it's a mile away or a few
- 10:20Speaker 1: hours away or just a sealed off four block radius
- 10:24Speaker 1: around any ICE operation enforced by police or National Guard.
- 10:29Speaker 1: My point is no angry or violent civilian protester or
- 10:33Speaker 1: agitator should ever again get close to ICE officers or
- 10:38Speaker 1: active ICE operations. And anyone who does gets arrested. Period.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Problem solved. PR problem solved. Midterm election problem solved. Trump
- 10:52Speaker 1: presidential polling and Trump's legend problem solved. And when people
- 10:58Speaker 1: say to me, Wayne. they're all insurrectionists. They're evil people.
- 11:03Speaker 1: They're not going to stay in the protest zone. First
- 11:05Speaker 1: of all, they did at the convention because if you
- 11:08Speaker 1: get out of the protest zone, you get hit with
- 11:11Speaker 1: the butt of a gun.
- 11:12Speaker 3: Right?
- 11:13Speaker 1: If you get out of the protest zone, you get
- 11:15Speaker 1: leg irons and your hands are handcuffed and you're sitting
- 11:17Speaker 1: on the ground and they put you in a paddy
- 11:19Speaker 1: wagon and they take you away. So all you need
- 11:22Speaker 1: is National Guard to surround the protest zone and they
- 11:25Speaker 1: can't get out. And National Guard surrounds ICE and they
- 11:28Speaker 1: can't get in to the circle where ICE is. Everybody wins.
- 11:33Speaker 1: That should be how ICE operations are conducted from now on.
- 11:38Speaker 1: And use water cannons with dye in the water and
- 11:41Speaker 1: skunk smell and ship the criminals off to faraway cities.
- 11:45Speaker 1: All the above ideas of war. All right, a special
- 11:52Speaker 1: treat for you. I want to introduce you to a
- 11:54Speaker 1: real hero of the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Bruner,
- 11:58Speaker 1: founder and CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. In
- 12:02Speaker 1: the United States, Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA,
- 12:07Speaker 1: Basin Centered Gas Accumulation. This is code for a monster
- 12:11Speaker 1: field where gas or oil is in a basin, which
- 12:14Speaker 1: makes the drilling and production much easier. Mark, you're a
- 12:18Speaker 1: legend in the oil industry and the gas industry. Tell
- 12:21Speaker 1: us about your track record.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 12:27Speaker 4: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 12:30Speaker 4: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 12:33Speaker 4: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 12:36Speaker 4: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the
- 12:40Speaker 4: United States. When it sold out to U.S. Steel, I
- 12:43Speaker 4: worked with him for four years. I've been in the
- 12:45Speaker 4: oil and gas business ever since. You would probably know
- 12:48Speaker 4: me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum, and I
- 12:53Speaker 4: Ultra had a pretty good track record, which you're very
- 12:56Speaker 4: familiar with, I think.
- 12:57Speaker 1: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 13:01Speaker 1: into $ 13 million. Is that correct? In the nine-year run
- 13:04Speaker 1: of your publicly traded company? Yeah, at the high, that's true. $ 10, 000
- 13:09Speaker 1: turned into $ 13 million. That means $ 100, 000 turned into $ 130 million.
- 13:13Speaker 1: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this deal,
- 13:17Speaker 1: Lost Soldier, this project is so important. I hear about
- 13:20Speaker 1: projects and deals all the time. What makes this one special, Mark?
- 13:25Speaker 4: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 13:28Speaker 4: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 13:30Speaker 4: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 13:33Speaker 4: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 13:36Speaker 4: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 13:39Speaker 4: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 13:43Speaker 4: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Is 85% empty.
- 13:48Speaker 4: So we made this discovery. We are the only operator
- 13:51Speaker 4: in this field. And right now we can see that
- 13:54Speaker 4: we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells out here
- 13:57Speaker 4: with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting. It's the
- 14:01Speaker 4: new basin in the United States. And as far as
- 14:04Speaker 4: I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude bigger than
- 14:07Speaker 4: Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 14:10Speaker 2: All right.
- 14:10Speaker 1: The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff. Lostsoldier.com. The project, 40,000 acres,
- 14:18Speaker 1: took 40 years to piece together. It's called Lost Soldier
- 14:21Speaker 1: Oil and Gas LLC. That's the company. That's the project.
- 14:25Speaker 1: But the website, Lostsoldier.com. If you're an accredited investor, Mark
- 14:30Speaker 1: wants to hear from you. If you want to hear
- 14:31Speaker 1: more information, check it out. Fill out the form and
- 14:34Speaker 1: you get to Lost Soldier. Mark and his people will
- 14:36Speaker 1: get back to you as CFO. and let you know
- 14:38Speaker 1: all the details you need to know, lostsoldier.com. Thanks, Mark,
- 14:42Speaker 1: for being with us today. Hey, thank you, Wayne. Good
- 14:45Speaker 1: to see you again.
- 14:46Speaker 5: All right, Wayne.
- 14:51Speaker 1: On the roots, uh, I must be doing something right.
- 15:06Speaker 1: I don't know, because I get so many emails from
- 15:09Speaker 1: you guys. And just in the break, I had like eight.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Like in just a minute, I had eight. And by
- 15:16Speaker 1: the way, every one of them was a woman. There's
- 15:18Speaker 1: no men. It was a woman and a woman and
- 15:20Speaker 1: a woman and a woman and a woman. And they're
- 15:22Speaker 1: all saying, man, President Trump should make you their advisor
- 15:25Speaker 1: because your ideas are so good. I mean, it's quite amazing.
- 15:28Speaker 1: I thank all of you. It's really wonderful to get these.
- 15:31Speaker 1: It really buoys my spirits. And makes me feel good.
- 15:34Speaker 1: So keep it up. I really appreciate it. A lot
- 15:37Speaker 1: of people, man. Some of them were responding in the
- 15:40Speaker 1: break to what I just said on the show. And
- 15:42Speaker 1: some of them didn't say anything about this podcast. They
- 15:45Speaker 1: just said, I love watching your Saturday show on Real
- 15:48Speaker 1: America's Voice. And you have such good ideas. And I
- 15:50Speaker 1: hope you have the presence here. Your ideas are better
- 15:52Speaker 1: than anyone around him. The people around him are morons.
- 15:55Speaker 1: That's the gist of every single letter I get. Oh,
- 15:58Speaker 1: and quite a few of them are saying, fire Pam Bondi,
- 16:01Speaker 1: a large percentage of them. And a large percentage of
- 16:03Speaker 1: them are saying, please keep reminding President Trump about chemtrails
- 16:08Speaker 1: because we see them in the skies above us. And
- 16:11Speaker 1: then another large percentage, one I just read is a
- 16:14Speaker 1: woman in Florida. She says, my gas is $ 3. 50 a gallon.
- 16:16Speaker 1: I don't know You know, President Trump keeps bragging he
- 16:20Speaker 1: brought the price of gas down and he was in
- 16:22Speaker 1: Iowa today. He said it was $ 1. 80 in Iowa. I
- 16:25Speaker 1: don't know. Something must be wrong because that's not what
- 16:27Speaker 1: people are seeing. All my friends are mad that things
- 16:30Speaker 1: cost too much and he hasn't brought their prices down.
- 16:33Speaker 1: So I'm just telling you what people are saying to me.
- 16:35Speaker 1: These are the letters that I get all day long. Listen,
- 16:38Speaker 1: I want to say to this lady, you're right. I mean,
- 16:41Speaker 1: you're not lying. I know your gas must be $ 3. 50,
- 16:44Speaker 1: but the fact is around the country it's down. It's
- 16:47Speaker 1: just not down everywhere. It is down. The average is down.
- 16:49Speaker 1: It's not Trump saying it. It's AAA saying it, right?
- 16:53Speaker 1: It's AAA, right? Yeah, AA is Alcoholics Anonymous. AAA is
- 16:58Speaker 1: Automobile Association of America.
- 16:59Speaker 4: AAA.
- 17:01Speaker 1: I always get confused with those two. We don't want
- 17:03Speaker 1: alcoholics on the road, so not AA, AAA. AAA says
- 17:07Speaker 1: gas prices are dramatically down. That's the average. It doesn't
- 17:11Speaker 1: mean every person in every town gets the same experience.
- 17:15Speaker 1: So you think Trump's lying when he says it, but
- 17:17Speaker 1: it's true. All right, he's trying. Listen, he's not lying
- 17:22Speaker 1: when he says the increase in inflation. The increase in
- 17:25Speaker 1: inflation has gone dramatically down. But the underlying base prices
- 17:32Speaker 1: were never going to go down. And that's what he's
- 17:34Speaker 1: never told anybody. And that's why people think he's lying
- 17:37Speaker 1: or people are frustrated or people are mad. Because you
- 17:40Speaker 1: can't get elected in the debate by saying, Joe Biden
- 17:43Speaker 1: screwed the country. Everything cost a dollar now cost six dollars.
- 17:46Speaker 1: And it's going to stay that way forevermore. Sorry, nothing
- 17:49Speaker 1: I could do about it. You would win. So you say,
- 17:51Speaker 1: I'm going to take care of it. Well, he did
- 17:53Speaker 1: take care of it. It's not going from six to
- 17:55Speaker 1: eight or nine or ten. It's staying at six. But
- 17:58Speaker 1: it's not going from six back to one either. And
- 18:01Speaker 1: he didn't tell people that. And he's still not telling
- 18:03Speaker 1: people that. So people get mad, but you're not being realistic.
- 18:06Speaker 1: You're not understanding the way things work. The base is
- 18:10Speaker 1: now the base. It's not going to ever go down again. Now,
- 18:14Speaker 1: gas might go down a little bit. And because of
- 18:17Speaker 1: everything Trump does, drill, baby, drill, your electric bill might
- 18:20Speaker 1: go down a little bit. But again, Trump's not in control.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Most of these companies have switched to like 40 to
- 18:26Speaker 1: 50 percent green energy, which is a disaster. And there's
- 18:30Speaker 1: nothing Trump can do no matter how much he drills, baby, drill.
- 18:33Speaker 1: It doesn't matter. There's still too much green energy being
- 18:36Speaker 1: relied upon. Green energy doesn't work. It dramatically hikes people's
- 18:39Speaker 1: energy bills. That's not Trump's fault. Minnesota protesters have access
- 18:45Speaker 1: to state license plates, training manuals, are highly coordinated and
- 18:49Speaker 1: funded by a Canadian activist. This guy online who calls
- 18:54Speaker 1: himself DC Drano on social media, he says that the protesters, rioters,
- 19:01Speaker 1: have access to state license plate databases. So they know
- 19:06Speaker 1: which license plates are. belong to ice or not and
- 19:10Speaker 1: the protesters are receiving money from canada and they're threatening

- 19:32Speaker 1: group that directs them how to fight ICE and how
- 19:36Speaker 1: to block ICE and blockade ICE and get in ICE's face.
- 19:41Speaker 1: A Minnesota federal judge threatening ICE director appears on the
- 19:45Speaker 1: donor list of pro-illegal alien group. Why should that surprise them? anyone?
- 19:50Speaker 1: They're all insurrectionist judges. They're resistance judges. They're communist judges.
- 19:56Speaker 1: They're revolutionaries. Of course he makes donations to anti-ICE groups
- 20:01Speaker 1: while he rules against ICE. Shouldn't surprise anyone. I'll tell

- 22:04Speaker 1: this is our guest segment, and we got a great
- 22:05Speaker 1: one from the Trump administration. Let me mention the sponsor
- 22:08Speaker 1: of this segment, GreatPatriotStore.com. They pay the bills, so you

- 23:20Speaker 1: Inexpensive and exclusively available only to their members. Compare it.

- 23:27Speaker 1: it good. I eat their steaks all the time. I

- 23:53Speaker 1: She's an old friend of mine of many, many years,
- 23:56Speaker 1: Victoria Seaman, former councilwoman, former assemblywoman here in Las Vegas, Nevada,
- 24:03Speaker 1: ran for mayor of Las Vegas, came very close to
- 24:05Speaker 1: winning in a Democrat city. She's now the regional director
- 24:08Speaker 1: of the Department of Health and Human Services, meaning she
- 24:11Speaker 1: is a key ally working under Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
- 24:15Speaker 1: Victoria Seaman, welcome to the show. How are you?
- 24:18Speaker 3: I'm great, and every time I see you, you look younger,
- 24:22Speaker 3: so you must be following Secretary Kennedy's new food guidelines.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Yeah, we do.
- 24:27Speaker 5: Or have been following them for quite some time.
- 24:30Speaker 1: We do. I'm on that caveman diet. I basically eat
- 24:33Speaker 1: all protein. That's what he's eating right now, so I
- 24:35Speaker 1: know that, and that's what the pyramid's about. More protein,
- 24:38Speaker 1: less carbs, less bread. That's the right way to eat.
- 24:41Speaker 1: I love Kennedy. Believe me, him and I are on
- 24:43Speaker 1: the same wavelength. So, first of all, what's it like
- 24:46Speaker 1: working under Bobby Kennedy? Great guy, right?
- 24:49Speaker 3: First of all, I got to tell you, when we
- 24:51Speaker 3: went back in December, because we had a shutdown, as
- 24:54Speaker 3: you know. So the first time I was able to
- 24:56Speaker 3: meet with all the directors, I've met Senator, I mean,
- 25:01Speaker 3: Secretary Kennedy before. But all the directors he's working with,
- 25:05Speaker 3: from Dr. Oz to Patrick O'Neill, they are so impressive.
- 25:10Speaker 3: And the thing that impressed me the most is their
- 25:12Speaker 3: passion for making America healthy. None of them have to
- 25:17Speaker 3: be there. They're all there because they want to make changes.
- 25:20Speaker 3: And it inspired me so much because I love working
- 25:24Speaker 3: with a group of people that really care about this country.
- 25:28Speaker 1: Yeah, and when you say they don't need it, Dr.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Oz is a $ 300 million man and a TV star.
- 25:32Speaker 1: He had no reason to go work for government. By
- 25:35Speaker 1: the way, next time you see him, Dr. Oz is
- 25:36Speaker 1: a very close personal friend of mine. We text back
- 25:39Speaker 1: and forth all the time, like every week. Every week
- 25:42Speaker 1: I text Dr. Oz and he texts back.
- 25:45Speaker 5: He's a smart man.
- 25:46Speaker 3: I mean, Secretary Kennedy is surrounded by, and President Trump,
- 25:51Speaker 3: by some of the smartest guys, the best people that
- 25:54Speaker 3: really care about this country.
- 25:56Speaker 1: So impressive.
- 25:57Speaker 2: I agree.
- 25:58Speaker 1: I agree. What are your regional responsibilities in your position
- 26:03Speaker 1: as regional director? First of all, what's your region? Let's
- 26:05Speaker 1: start with that. Let's start with that.
- 26:08Speaker 5: Because it's completely changed.
- 26:11Speaker 3: Originally, I had six states, and Nevada and California were
- 26:15Speaker 3: not part of my region. I moved to Colorado in
- 26:18Speaker 3: September to take this position, and now we've dwindled down
- 26:21Speaker 3: 10 regions down to five. So I actually cover 11.
- 26:26Speaker 5: States, Wayne.
- 26:27Speaker 3: Including Nevada, California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Colorado,
- 26:35Speaker 3: and Wyoming, and Hawaii. I have a huge region, and
- 26:40Speaker 3: it keeps me very busy. But I love what I do.
- 26:43Speaker 3: Like I said, I am so inspired by what I
- 26:47Speaker 3: see happening in Washington. So my responsibilities are I'm an
- 26:52Speaker 3: intergovernmental liaison. So people will say when they don't know
- 26:57Speaker 3: what my position is, is, oh, are you a doctor? No,
- 27:00Speaker 3: I'm an intergovernmental liaison.
- 27:02Speaker 5: Perfect for the position. I was in.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Local government for six years, a state legislator for two years.
- 27:07Speaker 3: So my job is to promote and advocate and meet
- 27:12Speaker 3: with legislators and try to implement Secretary Kennedy's policies. And
- 27:18Speaker 3: so I've been spending time lately in California, a lot
- 27:21Speaker 3: of time in Nevada and I'll be visiting all the
- 27:23Speaker 3: other states soon in Colorado. I also am the intergovernmental
- 27:28Speaker 3: liaison for hospitals, doctors.
- 27:32Speaker 5: They come to me and I forward everything up to Washington.
- 27:36Speaker 3: But it's really important to hear the issues and discuss them.
- 27:43Speaker 3: And this team is working at warp speed today.
- 27:48Speaker 5: I don't know if you heard, Wayne.
- 27:50Speaker 3: But HHS clears path for lower cost prescription drugs through
- 27:54Speaker 3: direct to consumer programs. This is what they did today.
- 27:58Speaker 3: This came out today. So your listeners are probably the
- 28:02Speaker 3: first to hear about it.
- 28:03Speaker 1: That's great.
- 28:03Speaker 5: It just came out in a press release. And isn't
- 28:06Speaker 5: it amazing?
- 28:07Speaker 3: They have done they launched the landmark for the 50
- 28:10Speaker 3: billion dollar rule transformation program, which gives the states the
- 28:15Speaker 3: ability to. to work through medics and health in the
- 28:20Speaker 3: rural areas because that's where we found most of the problems.
- 28:23Speaker 3: So every state is getting between $ 147 million to $ 281
- 28:28Speaker 3: million so that the rural areas will have access to medical,
- 28:33Speaker 3: to health.
- 28:35Speaker 1: And here's the thing. I mean, all anyone wants to
- 28:37Speaker 1: talk about is affordability, affordability, affordability. That's the big reason
- 28:41Speaker 1: that Democrats claim they're not for Trump. Meanwhile, Biden hiked
- 28:44Speaker 1: all the prices so much. Here comes along Trump and
- 28:47Speaker 1: he lowers all the drug prescription drug prices now. Biden
- 28:51Speaker 1: could have done that. He didn't. Obama had eight years
- 28:53Speaker 1: to do that. He never even thought to do that.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Trump does it, and the media gives him zero credit,
- 28:58Speaker 1: and that's why they make the riots in Minnesota and
- 29:00Speaker 1: the shooting of the guy, Alex Preddy, all of that.
- 29:04Speaker 1: There's a reason why that becomes the big headline. They're
- 29:07Speaker 1: trying to distract you from all the great things Trump
- 29:11Speaker 1: is doing to lower prices, not just in your area
- 29:14Speaker 1: of health, but for homes. He's done a lot of
- 29:16Speaker 1: great things. to lower home prices. This guy is so fantastic,
- 29:20Speaker 1: and nobody in the average mainstream media watchers understands it
- 29:24Speaker 1: because they never see a good thing Trump does.
- 29:27Speaker 3: In one year, in one year, he's done all this.
- 29:31Speaker 3: Look at what they did for autism, um phasing out
- 29:34Speaker 3: petroleum dyes all the 50 percent of our youth was
- 29:40Speaker 3: by the time they reached adulthood was suffering from chronic
- 29:43Speaker 3: diseases all of these policies are going to change that
- 29:47Speaker 3: and i can tell you the big wins are not
- 29:51Speaker 3: only for the rural areas but he updated the covid
- 29:54Speaker 3: 10 vaccine recommendations um deregulations of most favored nation prescription,
- 30:01Speaker 3: like we just saw, FDA, AI-assisted scientific review pilot. Now,
- 30:08Speaker 3: one of the things that isn't talked about, and it's
- 30:11Speaker 3: so nonpartisan, is the animals. They stopped the testing of
- 30:17Speaker 3: animals with CDC.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Great.
- 30:19Speaker 5: Do you know.
- 30:20Speaker 3: That that just didn't get any press? But that is
- 30:23Speaker 3: a huge issue across America.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Of course. Like, I'm the biggest dog lover in the world.
- 30:28Speaker 1: You know, I've got dogs. I love my dogs. I
- 30:31Speaker 1: love all dogs, not just my dogs. I love everyone's dog.
- 30:33Speaker 1: I walk my dog every day. People don't know that
- 30:36Speaker 1: about Wayne Reed. Every day we go for a one-hour
- 30:37Speaker 1: walk in the park.
- 30:39Speaker 5: I love you more.
- 30:40Speaker 1: And I pass all these other people, Victoria, with dogs,
- 30:43Speaker 1: and I love all their dogs. And so Trump stops
- 30:45Speaker 1: the experimentation on puppies. And if it was a Democrat,
- 30:49Speaker 1: they would say he's the most wonderful guy in the world.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Women would be saying, I love that Democrat president. He's
- 30:55Speaker 1: a Republican. They don't care. They don't mention it. No
- 30:57Speaker 1: one says a word. It's truly amazing.
- 30:59Speaker 3: No, but we are going to spread the word. This
- 31:03Speaker 3: is part of what we're doing.
- 31:04Speaker 5: We're touring.
- 31:06Speaker 3: We're going around my area. I'm going around my 11
- 31:10Speaker 3: states to spread the word on what this administration is doing.
- 31:15Speaker 5: I'm very passionate about it. This is my job.
- 31:18Speaker 3: I am meeting with as many people as I can
- 31:21Speaker 3: and making sure that these legislators, I'm meeting with local
- 31:24Speaker 3: government to implement These policies that are not partisan and
- 31:30Speaker 3: they're good for the American people and good for our animals.
- 31:33Speaker 1: I don't know what the initials are, but it should
- 31:35Speaker 1: be make America understand that Trump does great things every
- 31:38Speaker 1: day again. I mean, that's what we got to get
- 31:41Speaker 1: people understand. They don't understand it. Let me bring up
- 31:43Speaker 1: two of them that you didn't even mention. He just
- 31:46Speaker 1: got us officially out of the World Health Organization. The WHO.
- 31:50Speaker 5: Oh, I know.
- 31:50Speaker 1: That was huge. Huge. Huge. Unaccountable foreign bureaucrats telling us
- 31:56Speaker 1: whether I need to wear a mask or get vaccinated. Unbelievable.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Childhood vaccines. He said doctors don't have to recommend them anymore.
- 32:04Speaker 1: Don't have to force you to take them. Basically, they
- 32:06Speaker 1: were basically. you know, guilting parents into giving vaccines to
- 32:10Speaker 1: their kids. Way too many of them. I've always argued
- 32:14Speaker 1: it's not like vaccines are bad. It's just too many
- 32:16Speaker 1: of them.
- 32:17Speaker 3: And some of them are not tested properly.
- 32:20Speaker 1: You know, we know that.
- 32:22Speaker 3: And that's Secretary Kennedy's passion.
- 32:26Speaker 5: I think he's doing an amazing job.
- 32:28Speaker 3: I think this whole administration should be admired for caring
- 32:32Speaker 3: so much about the American people. And I think you're
- 32:35Speaker 3: going to see people start understanding that. I mean, I
- 32:40Speaker 3: think that Secretary Kennedy is probably one of the most
- 32:43Speaker 3: popular people in this administration right now.
- 32:46Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt. Certainly with me, I think he's great.
- 32:50Speaker 1: I think he's wonderful. I'm a big fan of him
- 32:53Speaker 1: and Scott Besant and Marco Rubio. Those are kind of
- 32:55Speaker 1: my three favorites. He's doing a fantastic job. Kennedy and
- 32:59Speaker 1: I think the same on health.
- 33:01Speaker 5: Oh, let's talk about the gender surgeries.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Well, hold on, hold on. We will. We will. We're
- 33:05Speaker 1: going to a break, so don't go anywhere. Stay right there.
- 33:07Speaker 1: We will talk about the gender surgeries because you and
- 33:10Speaker 1: I are certainly aligned on that one. That's insanity. letting
- 33:13Speaker 1: children under the age of 18 decide to change their sex. Insanity.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Trump doing great on that. RFK Jr. great on that.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Victoria Seaman great on that. We'll be right back. More
- 33:24Speaker 1: with Victoria Seaman of the HHS. We'll be right back. Hi,

- 37:38Speaker 1: and he's beaten the market 19 times. Out of 22 years,
- 37:41Speaker 1: and I'm the witness to all 22 years, I read
- 37:44Speaker 1: his newsletter every morning. I bet on, I guess if
- 37:47Speaker 1: bet is the right word, or I invest in all
- 37:50Speaker 1: of his picks in my account. And I am up dramatically, dramatically.
- 37:56Speaker 1: He was up 35% last year. The year before, I
- 37:59Speaker 1: think it was 50%. The year before that, 24%. So
- 38:03Speaker 1: it's been a, or 25%. So it's been a great
- 38:06Speaker 1: three-year run, and he's been good 19 out of 22 years.
- 38:10Speaker 1: He beats the market, and he recommended gold since it
- 38:13Speaker 1: was $ 350 an ounce. I love the man. Join now

- 38:38Speaker 1: weeks free. Now we're on with Victoria Seaman, Regional Director
- 38:43Speaker 1: of the Department of Health and Human Services, HHS. And
- 38:47Speaker 1: so we're about to talk about hospitals performing transgender surgeries
- 38:53Speaker 1: and sex-rejecting procedures. Tell us what HHS and RFK Jr.
- 38:59Speaker 1: are doing about that.
- 39:01Speaker 3: Well, it was President Trump's executive order to bar hospitals
- 39:07Speaker 3: for performing these surgeries. And if they don't, they lose
- 39:14Speaker 3: complete CMS funding. So as you probably can guess, they
- 39:19Speaker 3: stopped doing these surveys. You know what's so interesting, Wayne,
- 39:23Speaker 3: is that no one would even talk about it before
- 39:26Speaker 3: President Trump got elected.
- 39:28Speaker 1: Right.
- 39:30Speaker 3: Brave enough and took action, and nobody's talking about it now.
- 39:34Speaker 3: So they have the courage to come out and do
- 39:38Speaker 3: what's right. And I was at that press conference in Washington, D.C.,
- 39:43Speaker 3: and just to hear the story of a young girl
- 39:48Speaker 3: who had partial surgery and hear her talk about being
- 39:52Speaker 3: a child.
- 39:53Speaker 5: It just wasn't fair.
- 39:54Speaker 3: And she fears about having children later or breastfeeding her
- 39:58Speaker 3: kids that she will not be able to do. And
- 40:01Speaker 3: they were just heartbreaking stories.
- 40:03Speaker 5: And you know what? This administration had the courage to
- 40:07Speaker 5: say no more. You want to have a surgery as
- 40:10Speaker 5: an adult. That's one thing. But We can no longer
- 40:14Speaker 5: do this to our children.
- 40:15Speaker 1: Well, there's two parts to it. Number one, it's insanity
- 40:18Speaker 1: to allow it for children who are underage minors. That's
- 40:20Speaker 1: number one. So that's great that we're getting rid of that.
- 40:22Speaker 1: And number two, or rejecting that, banning that. And number
- 40:26Speaker 1: two is, if you're an adult and you want to
- 40:27Speaker 1: have it, Victoria, great. But don't bill me. See, that's
- 40:32Speaker 1: the problem I've got. They all want us to pay
- 40:34Speaker 1: for their mistakes, which reminds me of the illegal immigration problem.
- 40:38Speaker 1: Same thing. You want to come to America? Great. Come legally.
- 40:42Speaker 1: And don't be on welfare day one. Don't be on
- 40:44Speaker 1: food stamps day one. Don't say, I need you to
- 40:47Speaker 1: pay for my life. Why should I pay for your decisions?
- 40:51Speaker 1: So in many ways, the whole illegal immigration problem open
- 40:55Speaker 1: border situation is very similar to the transgender surgery situation.
- 40:59Speaker 1: It's all about people that make decisions for their life,
- 41:02Speaker 1: but they think you and I are responsible to pay
- 41:04Speaker 1: for it. That's what bothers me.
- 41:07Speaker 5: Well, that's all ended for now.
- 41:10Speaker 3: And I'm so excited about what's to come with this administration.
- 41:15Speaker 3: You know, they're just getting started and they're working at
- 41:18Speaker 3: warp speed. So I'm so grateful to be a part
- 41:22Speaker 3: of that, of this administration.
- 41:24Speaker 1: All right. Hey, last question. Being that you said in
- 41:26Speaker 1: the beginning, Nevada was not going to be one of
- 41:28Speaker 1: your states and then it became one of your states.
- 41:30Speaker 1: Did you even need to move? If you had known
- 41:32Speaker 1: from the beginning, maybe you could have just stayed in
- 41:35Speaker 1: Las Vegas and not moved, right?
- 41:37Speaker 3: Well, that region had an office in San Francisco. So, no,
- 41:42Speaker 3: we just closed up some offices. And so, yeah, I
- 41:46Speaker 3: thought about that. But actually, the offices are here and
- 41:49Speaker 3: we're with CMS and HRSA and all the other agencies
- 41:53Speaker 3: that I oversee.
- 41:54Speaker 5: So I have to be here.
- 41:57Speaker 3: And I spend enough time back in Vegas. And I'm grateful,
- 42:01Speaker 3: like I said, to be a part of this administration.
- 42:03Speaker 2: All right.
- 42:04Speaker 1: You know, I've become buddies with your hubby, John, and
- 42:06Speaker 1: we text a lot. So he's a good man. We
- 42:09Speaker 1: appreciate everything you're doing, Victoria, and have done. Great Republican.
- 42:13Speaker 1: And say hi to Dr. Oz next time you see
- 42:15Speaker 1: him from Wayne Allyn Root.
- 42:16Speaker 3: I will, and you say hi to your beautiful wife, Cindy,
- 42:19Speaker 3: who is a good friend of mine, and I adore her.
- 42:23Speaker 1: All right, Victoria, thank you for everything. Victoria Seaman is
- 42:26Speaker 1: a regional director of the Department of Health and Human Services,
- 42:30Speaker 1: now based in Denver, Colorado. She had to say goodbye
- 42:33Speaker 1: to beautiful Las Vegas. All right, I'm Wayne Allyn Root.
- 42:36Speaker 1: That's it for tonight's show. Another show is in the books.
- 42:39Speaker 1: Tomorrow's Wednesday. Can you believe it? Wednesday's already halfway through
- 42:42Speaker 1: the week, right? So we're almost to Thursday and Friday,
- 42:45Speaker 1: and then it'll be another weekend. By the way, the
- 42:47Speaker 1: first weekend in half a year without football, right? No
- 42:51Speaker 1: football this weekend. And then the Super Bowl the weekend after.
- 42:53Speaker 1: And then after that, seven months of no football. I
- 42:56Speaker 1: don't know how I'm going to survive. I'm Wayne Allyn Root.
