- 0:11Speaker 2: The Root! The Root!

- 0:16Speaker 1: pedal-to-the-metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up and
- 0:20Speaker 1: hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This is Wayne Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 1: of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 2: What time is it?
- 0:30Speaker 3: It's time for War!
- 0:34Speaker 1: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:40Speaker 1: Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:57Speaker 4: All right, the root, the root.
- 0:59Speaker 2: The root's on fire, Wayne Allen Root, welcome to the show.
- 1:02Speaker 2: This is War Zone. I'm your Secretary of War, Wayne
- 1:05Speaker 2: Allyn Root. This is the Wayne Stream Media. And I
- 1:09Speaker 2: am the biggest MAGA big mouth in the world. Loud
- 1:12Speaker 2: mouth in the world. So welcome to my world, otherwise
- 1:15Speaker 2: known as Wayne's world. All right. Breaking news. This is
- 1:20Speaker 2: the big news to share with you. An appeals court
- 1:22Speaker 2: smacks down a liberal judge, Immer Gutt, and allows Trump
- 1:27Speaker 2: to deploy the National Guard troops to Portland, Oregon. Isn't
- 1:30Speaker 2: that good news? The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals lifted
- 1:35Speaker 2: the lower court's temporary restraining order. The three-panel judge included
- 1:39Speaker 2: two Trump judges and a Clinton judge, and no surprise,
- 1:43Speaker 2: it voted two to one. The two Trump judges voted
- 1:45Speaker 2: Trump can send the troops to Portland, and the Clinton
- 1:47Speaker 2: judge voted no, you can't. Trump previously called up hundreds
- 1:53Speaker 2: of California National Guard troops to Portland to circumvent the
- 1:58Speaker 2: judge's order blocking Oregon National Guard troop deployment. He also
- 2:02Speaker 2: activated up to 400 Texas National Guard troops for deployment
- 2:06Speaker 2: to Oregon, Illinois, and other states amid violent anti-ICE protests.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Earlier this month, Judge Karen Immergut, a Trump appointee, blocked
- 2:16Speaker 2: Trump's National Guard deployment to Portland. She issued a temporary
- 2:19Speaker 2: restraining order and blasted Trump's decision. I just said she's
- 2:23Speaker 2: a Trump appointee. The judge warned that Trump's justification to
- 2:27Speaker 2: deploy troops to Portland was may send the country into
- 2:30Speaker 2: a constitutional crisis. However, the Ninth Court left in place
- 2:36Speaker 2: her block on troop deployment. On Monday, the Ninth Circuit
- 2:38Speaker 2: allowed Trump to deploy Oregon National Guard troops to Portland
- 2:42Speaker 2: and said he lawfully exercised his statutory authority under 10 U.S. 124063,
- 2:50Speaker 2: which authorizes the federalization of the National Guard troops when
- 2:53Speaker 2: the president is unable with the regular forces to execute
- 2:57Speaker 2: the laws of the United States. And in a separate case,
- 3:00Speaker 2: President Trump on Friday asked the Supreme Court to intervene
- 3:03Speaker 2: and allow National Guard troops to be deployed in Chicago.
- 3:07Speaker 2: All right, that is the story. Good news right there. Also,
- 3:10Speaker 2: Trump today with the Prime Minister of Australia in a
- 3:15Speaker 2: press conference, and they sign a Rare Earth deal, rare
- 3:19Speaker 2: earth deal, signed a rare earth and critical minerals deal
- 3:23Speaker 2: at the White House. His latest bilateral meeting with yet
- 3:27Speaker 2: another world leader. So fresh off his Middle East success
- 3:32Speaker 2: or so far success, we're not quite sure. How that's
- 3:35Speaker 2: going to work out now that Hamas is killing people
- 3:37Speaker 2: in the middle of the street. Whoever thought it, whoever
- 3:40Speaker 2: thunk it, but Israel is the defender of the Palestinian people.
- 3:45Speaker 2: As soon as Israel backed off, as per the peace agreement,
- 3:49Speaker 2: Israel gets out of the way, Hamas comes back and
- 3:51Speaker 2: starts shooting people in the head. Because that is what
- 3:54Speaker 2: they do. That's what they're born to do. Shoot people
- 3:56Speaker 2: in the head. Today's agreement on critical minerals and where
- 4:01Speaker 2: Earth is taking it to the next level.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Seizing opportunities which are before us, says the Prime Minister
- 4:09Speaker 2: of Australia, to take our relationship to that next level.
- 4:14Speaker 2: And it's been fantastic. We've had together the friendship that
- 4:18Speaker 2: we developed. He called it an $ 8. 5 billion pipeline that
- 4:22Speaker 2: we have ready to go. It will include joint activities
- 4:25Speaker 2: and U.S. investment in Australia. So good news as far
- 4:30Speaker 2: as the critical mineral front. House Republicans blowing away Democrats
- 4:35Speaker 2: in fundraising. More good news. It's a good news day.
- 4:38Speaker 2: House Republicans blowing away Democrats, which is particularly significant in
- 4:42Speaker 2: an off year. House Republicans at a record-breaking fundraising haul
- 4:46Speaker 2: in the third quarter of this year, bringing in $ 24
- 4:48Speaker 2: million from July through September. So that's $ 24 million. $ 14
- 4:57Speaker 2: million in September alone. For greater perspective, The National Republican
- 5:02Speaker 2: Campaign Committee raised $ 9. 3 million in September 2023. The previous
- 5:07Speaker 2: off year, this announcement comes as NRCC patriots and swing
- 5:13Speaker 2: districts have outraised vulnerable incumbent Democrats for the third consecutive quarter.
- 5:19Speaker 2: House Republicans firing on all cylinders. The National Republican Congressional
- 5:25Speaker 2: Committee has raised $ 93 million this year. and has $ 46
- 5:32Speaker 2: million cash on hand as it gears up for key
- 5:35Speaker 2: swing states across the country. The NRCC outraged Democrat Congressional
- 5:40Speaker 2: Campaign Committee, pulling in $ 32 million during the last quarter
- 5:45Speaker 2: to the DCC's $ 29 million. Incumbent Republicans still have a
- 5:50Speaker 2: distinct cash advantage moving forward as Democrats struggle to raise money.
- 5:56Speaker 2: CNN admits polls show Trump is winning the shutdown battle,
- 5:59Speaker 2: the government shutdown battle. CNN has been forced to admit
- 6:04Speaker 2: Trump is the winner against Democrats and the fake news media.
- 6:08Speaker 2: During the government shutdown in Trump's first term, the president
- 6:11Speaker 2: watched his approval ratings drop by three points as an
- 6:16Speaker 2: average of 61% of those polled blamed Trump. Fast forward
- 6:20Speaker 2: to today, Trump's average approval rating is down by a point,
- 6:25Speaker 2: one point, as fewer than half of those polled, 48%,
- 6:28Speaker 2: blame him for the shutdown. So basically, it has not moved.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Trump's numbers are basically exactly the same, and Democrats are
- 6:36Speaker 2: sucking air. White House economic advisor Hassett, Kevin Hassett, says
- 6:41Speaker 2: the shutdown could end this week. But if that does
- 6:45Speaker 2: not happen... The Trump administration may impose stronger measures to
- 6:50Speaker 2: force Democrats to cooperate. So we shall see. You know
- 6:55Speaker 2: what the big mistake is, I believe, by Republicans is
- 6:58Speaker 2: those harsh measures that they're threatening. They should have done
- 7:01Speaker 2: that already. You know, they should have put so much
- 7:03Speaker 2: pain on the Democrats that Democrats came back on their
- 7:07Speaker 2: knees begging for an end to the shutdown. But they
- 7:09Speaker 2: have not fired, in my opinion, the amount of government
- 7:13Speaker 2: employees they could have and should have. But here's an article.
- 7:15Speaker 2: This is a great one. This is an article by
- 7:17Speaker 2: John Stossel. I don't always agree with him. He's a
- 7:20Speaker 2: big libertarian. I used to be a libertarian vice presidential
- 7:24Speaker 2: nominee on the presidential ticket. But I'm not really much
- 7:28Speaker 2: of a libertarian because I think they're all crazy. They
- 7:31Speaker 2: don't want smaller government. They want no government. And the
- 7:33Speaker 2: world doesn't work with no government. But his article, John
- 7:39Speaker 2: Stossel's article, says the shutdown proves it. We don't need
- 7:43Speaker 2: so much government after all. And I agree. That's what
- 7:45Speaker 2: I've been tweeting out for days now. That we don't need,
- 7:49Speaker 2: this is the proof that we don't need big government.
- 7:51Speaker 2: This is it. He says, when it comes to government bureaucracy,
- 7:56Speaker 2: when I look around, I see business as usual. Families
- 7:58Speaker 2: raising children, workers working, people playing music. I would argue,
- 8:02Speaker 2: I love to go out to eat, right? I go
- 8:03Speaker 2: out to eat every night. Every restaurant I'm in is full.
- 8:06Speaker 2: I don't see any problems. I don't see anyone hurting
- 8:09Speaker 2: or complaining because government is shut down. So John Stossel
- 8:13Speaker 2: says the media act like government is the most important
- 8:15Speaker 2: part of life. It isn't. Fortunately, most of life and
- 8:18Speaker 2: the best of life happens outside government. Yes, we need government,
- 8:21Speaker 2: limited government, enough to keep us safe. I would argue
- 8:23Speaker 2: the only thing you need government for is to keep
- 8:26Speaker 2: us safe from foreign enemies, keep us safe from domestic enemies,
- 8:29Speaker 2: and to keep the border sealed and keep us safe
- 8:32Speaker 2: from illegal aliens. But most of life, Stossel says, doesn't
- 8:36Speaker 2: depend on what goes through D.C. Most of life thrives
- 8:39Speaker 2: without government, often despite government. During the shutdown, government tells
- 8:43Speaker 2: non-essential workers not to come to work. But if they're non-essential,
- 8:47Speaker 2: why do we employ them in the first place, he says.
- 8:49Speaker 2: The shutdown is certainly a problem for the 1.4 million
- 8:51Speaker 2: federal employees currently working without pay. But they will get
- 8:55Speaker 2: paid once government's back in business. Yeah, we all know that.
- 8:59Speaker 2: So all I can tell you is we don't need
- 9:01Speaker 2: government in the United States. I agree with John Stossel.
- 9:04Speaker 2: You know, I don't want no government, but I want
- 9:05Speaker 2: very limited government. And this is the proof. It's been
- 9:08Speaker 2: going on now. Is this like the third week? And
- 9:10Speaker 2: I don't even notice it. It doesn't affect my life
- 9:13Speaker 2: in any way, shape, or form. One more Trump story.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Trump gives Zelensky a reality check in a shouting match
- 9:21Speaker 2: before sending him on his way. Zelensky, the president of Ukraine,
- 9:26Speaker 2: allegedly caught an earful at the White House on Friday
- 9:29Speaker 2: and left empty-handed. So let me see what happened. This
- 9:36Speaker 2: is an article I printed out at the last minute,
- 9:37Speaker 2: did not read. So President Trump hosted at the White
- 9:40Speaker 2: House Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. While Trump suggested on social
- 9:47Speaker 2: media the meeting was cordial, there are reports indicating it
- 9:50Speaker 2: descended at times into a shouting match reminiscent of Zelensky's
- 9:54Speaker 2: disastrous visit to the White House in February. Zelensky saw
- 9:58Speaker 2: the trip to the White House as an opportunity to
- 9:59Speaker 2: ask Trump for long-range Tomahawk missiles. The Ukrainian president seeks
- 10:03Speaker 2: to use such missiles with long-range drones to strike targets
- 10:07Speaker 2: deep inside Russia in hopes of turning the tide in
- 10:10Speaker 2: the war and improving Kiev's position in future negotiations. In
- 10:14Speaker 2: exchange for the Tomahawk cruise missiles, Zelensky... indicated Kiev could
- 10:19Speaker 2: provide the U.S. with some advanced drones. Trump, who allegedly
- 10:24Speaker 2: cursed repeatedly during the meeting, poured cold water on the idea,
- 10:28Speaker 2: rather than hand over weapons that he believes America should
- 10:31Speaker 2: retain for its own defense, and in the context of
- 10:34Speaker 2: the Russia-Ukraine war, would amount to an escalation. Trump once
- 10:37Speaker 2: again impressed on Zelensky the need to negotiate an immediate
- 10:40Speaker 2: end to to the war. I like it. I like it.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Trump said, and this was his tweet, they should stop
- 10:46Speaker 2: where they are, let them both claim victory, let history decide,
- 10:49Speaker 2: no more shooting, no more death, no more vast and
- 10:52Speaker 2: unsustainable sums of money spent. So Trump allegedly told Zelensky
- 10:57Speaker 2: it's imperative that he make a deal to end the war,
- 11:00Speaker 2: noting that if Putin wants it, he will destroy Ukraine.
- 11:05Speaker 2: He will destroy Ukraine. I mean, I love it. There's
- 11:07Speaker 2: so many conflicting reports in the media that said that
- 11:10Speaker 2: Trump was going to give him those missiles and that
- 11:12Speaker 2: Trump said that Ukraine could beat Russia. And obviously he
- 11:15Speaker 2: never said those things because this is a very different
- 11:19Speaker 2: outcome and a very different reality for Zelensky. I love it.
- 11:22Speaker 2: This is the Trump I know and love. We don't
- 11:25Speaker 2: need to get further involved in Ukraine. We don't need
- 11:27Speaker 2: to send him any more missiles. I don't want him
- 11:29Speaker 2: attacking Russia with American hardware and American missiles. VRA is

- 12:02Speaker 2: from the 1970s. This may be good for financial advisors

- 12:51Speaker 2: Allyn Root for Patriot Critical Minerals. Here's the raw truth.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even our freedom
- 12:56Speaker 2: itself depends on one critical metal most Americans have never
- 13:00Speaker 2: heard of, tungsten. Tungsten is the metal of strength. It's
- 13:03Speaker 2: what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives our missiles,
- 13:06Speaker 2: and puts steel behind every round of ammunition. Here's the danger.
- 13:10Speaker 2: China controls 80% of the world's supply and 90% of production.
- 13:14Speaker 2: If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy, and
- 13:17Speaker 2: independence all hangs in the balance. Here's the good news.
- 13:20Speaker 2: We have the solution. Patriot Critical Minerals, home to the
- 13:23Speaker 2: most advanced tungsten deposit in the entire USA of over
- 13:27Speaker 2: 19 million tons. This is the kind of discovery that
- 13:30Speaker 2: can change the game enough to break China's stranglehold on tungsten.
- 13:33Speaker 2: There has never been a better moment to invest in tungsten.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Patriot Critical Minerals isn't just about mining. It's about securing
- 13:40Speaker 2: our freedom and protecting our homeland. To learn about investment

- 15:13Speaker 2: Over the weekend, way down the route, by the way,
- 15:15Speaker 2: in the war zone over the weekend, we had that
- 15:18Speaker 2: no kings protest and it was a big bomb, a
- 15:20Speaker 2: big giant bomb. Should call it a big giant bomb
- 15:24Speaker 2: because that's that's really what it was, is a big
- 15:26Speaker 2: giant bomb bomb because everybody there was like an old
- 15:31Speaker 2: white hippie from the 1960s. with a great ponytail, and
- 15:36Speaker 2: they were like smashing pinatas of Donald Trump. And there
- 15:39Speaker 2: were like, you know, 12 of them in each city,
- 15:42Speaker 2: and they made complete fools of themselves and accomplished absolutely nothing.
- 15:46Speaker 2: And they proved that they have no jobs, because they
- 15:47Speaker 2: have nothing better to do. But Soros-funded No Kings protests
- 15:52Speaker 2: demand end to private schools nationwide. That's funny. Organizers of
- 15:59Speaker 2: the protests have circulated a songs and chants sheet outlining
- 16:03Speaker 2: the themes and messages that participants are expected to chant
- 16:07Speaker 2: during the marches. The chants emphasize opposition to private education,
- 16:12Speaker 2: property ownership, and capitalist structures, framing the demonstrators as a
- 16:18Speaker 2: demand for economic justice. One of the charts listed... Reads,
- 16:23Speaker 2: education is a right, that's why today we stand and fight. Oh, oh, oh,
- 16:27Speaker 2: privatization's got to go. Wow, this is really exciting stuff.
- 16:32Speaker 2: This should catch fire with the American people. I mean,
- 16:34Speaker 2: it's like a joke. It's a joke. Nobody gives a
- 16:38Speaker 2: flying shh, you know what, about any of this. It's
- 16:41Speaker 2: a joke. And if you can afford private school, you
- 16:44Speaker 2: have a right to send your kid to private school.
- 16:46Speaker 2: And the main reason everyone does it is because public
- 16:49Speaker 2: schools are crap holes. Third world crap holes filled with
- 16:54Speaker 2: illegal aliens speaking Spanish. It's a joke. So the message
- 17:01Speaker 2: calls for ending private school education and expanding publicly funded systems.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Other chance include, I went down to the rich man's
- 17:08Speaker 2: house and I took back, if I could Here we go.
- 17:13Speaker 2: I took back what he stole from me. What? These
- 17:17Speaker 2: are like straight out of the Communist Party handbook. Unbelievable.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Protect the land and water. What do you want? Protect
- 17:25Speaker 2: our future. It's just the stupidest crap I've ever seen
- 17:31Speaker 2: in my entire life. There is no one in America
- 17:33Speaker 2: that believes in this crap. Thank God. Very, very few.
- 17:39Speaker 2: billionaire-funded No King's Color Revolution turns into a white liberal
- 17:44Speaker 2: boomer parade as Democrats become national laughingstock. Perfect. Perfect. National laughingstock.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Marxist at No King's protest who called for murdering ICE
- 17:57Speaker 2: agents is, of course, no surprise, a university staffer. who
- 18:03Speaker 2: would be surprised the shot chicago no kings protester was
- 18:07Speaker 2: a leader of the progressive labor party called for ice
- 18:09Speaker 2: agents to get shot and wiped out uh the agitator
- 18:14Speaker 2: is moses bernal puentes he's a staff man a staff
- 18:18Speaker 2: member at the wilbur wright college in chicago illinois makes
- 18:23Speaker 2: sense you know that he'd be part of a educational
- 18:26Speaker 2: group that teaches your children um calling for murder. Okay,
- 18:32Speaker 2: got it. Don Lemon. There's no stranger to America's ears
- 18:37Speaker 2: and eyes. Don Lemon, you know, former host that got
- 18:39Speaker 2: fired at CNN, who said some terrible things about me
- 18:42Speaker 2: on the air, by the way, urges black and brown
- 18:45Speaker 2: Americans to arm themselves against ICE.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Wow.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Disgraced former CNN host Don Lemon urged black and brown
- 18:53Speaker 2: Americans to take up arms. He made the incendiary claim
- 18:57Speaker 2: during a podcast interview with a Wajahat Ali. That's a
- 19:02Speaker 2: good name, isn't it? That tells you everything you need
- 19:04Speaker 2: to know right there. You know, it's so funny. My
- 19:07Speaker 2: podcast is Wayne Allen Root, an American name. And this
- 19:10Speaker 2: guy goes on Wajahat Ali. Here's what I'm saying to
- 19:15Speaker 2: black and brown people, to Mexican people, to people who
- 19:17Speaker 2: are here legally and who can go and buy a
- 19:19Speaker 2: gun legally and have a, if I could get this thing.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Here we go. Not cooperating today. If they could get
- 19:26Speaker 2: a license to carry illegally, go do it.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Why not?
- 19:28Speaker 2: Go do it. It's your Second Amendment right. That's what
- 19:31Speaker 2: the Second Amendment was written for. Then he urged black households,
- 19:34Speaker 2: Indian households, Mexican-Americans, as he put it, wherever you are,
- 19:38Speaker 2: to purchase firearms, claiming the show of force could discourage
- 19:42Speaker 2: the Trump administration from conducting immigration raids.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Wow.
- 19:47Speaker 2: That is truly amazing. He never liked it when we...
- 19:50Speaker 2: had guns, normal law-abiding Americans, but if you're a minority,
- 19:54Speaker 2: you know, again, if you're black, if you're brown, if
- 19:57Speaker 2: you're here illegally, you should be armed and shoot government agents. Yeah, okay.
- 20:01Speaker 2: That makes a lot of sense. That's a really positive
- 20:03Speaker 2: thing to say. War Zone, sponsored by Vertical Research Advisory,
- 20:07Speaker 2: otherwise known as VRA. It is the global investment economic
- 20:10Speaker 2: newsletter that keeps making me money and should be making
- 20:13Speaker 2: you money. He has hit his top performing recommendations, called
- 20:16Speaker 2: 10 baggers, 86% of the time, 18 out of 21 years.

- 24:03Speaker 2: to 35052. All right, my guest is with us, Tim Ballard,
- 24:06Speaker 2: former DHS special agent. His work inspired the hit film
- 24:10Speaker 2: Sound of Freedom. His new documentary, Hidden War, opens in
- 24:14Speaker 2: theaters on November 14th. Hidden War. Tim Ballard, welcome to
- 24:19Speaker 2: the Wayne Allyn Root Show. How are you?
- 24:22Speaker 3: Oh, good, man. Thanks for having me on.
- 24:24Speaker 2: Yeah, welcome back. So last time I had you on
- 24:26Speaker 2: was for your last film, Sound of Freedom. I remember
- 24:29Speaker 2: that clearly. And now you've got this hidden war. Sound
- 24:32Speaker 2: of Freedom told your story where you were working undercover
- 24:36Speaker 2: to infiltrate and dismantle child trafficking rings and networks. And
- 24:40Speaker 2: it brought worldwide attention to the issue of child trafficking.
- 24:44Speaker 2: So my question is, did it accomplish what you hoped?
- 24:48Speaker 2: It did.
- 24:49Speaker 3: You know, it's softened hearts and open minds.
- 24:51Speaker 5: And then, you know, invitations from all over the world
- 24:55Speaker 5: came and the demand for our services went up.
- 24:58Speaker 3: And we've been we've had a lot of a lot
- 25:00Speaker 3: of success.
- 25:01Speaker 5: Most recently in Syria, we just I just exiled from
- 25:04Speaker 5: from Syria where we're doing a pretty big project to
- 25:08Speaker 5: to rescue the Jews and Christians who were slaughtered by
- 25:10Speaker 5: ISIS in this past July.
- 25:14Speaker 2: I seem to remember in the back of my mind
- 25:16Speaker 2: that when you did this, and to me you seem
- 25:18Speaker 2: like a real hero, and I thank you for all
- 25:20Speaker 2: your work. You're one of the good guys, and the
- 25:23Speaker 2: sacrifices you made, unbelievable. And I seem to remember that
- 25:26Speaker 2: the leftist media tried to make you out to be
- 25:29Speaker 2: a bad guy. And they tried to frame you and
- 25:32Speaker 2: say you were doing something wrong. I can't even remember
- 25:34Speaker 2: what it was they were trying to blame you for.
- 25:37Speaker 2: But I remember thinking, what a bunch of poppycock, you know,
- 25:40Speaker 2: it's just BS. But I don't even remember anymore. What
- 25:43Speaker 2: were they trying to frame you? They were trying to
- 25:44Speaker 2: do a Trump frame job on you, if I remember correctly.
- 25:47Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 25:48Speaker 5: It goes much deeper than that. In fact, the Sound
- 25:50Speaker 5: of Freedom 2 will be filming this summer. And you're
- 25:53Speaker 5: going to hear the whole story of what happened to
- 25:54Speaker 5: me in the last two years. I mean, they full
- 25:56Speaker 5: on Michael Flynn, Donald Trump to me. And we won
- 25:59Speaker 5: and we won and they're going to jail, many of them.
- 26:02Speaker 3: Right.
- 26:02Speaker 5: But it started it started with they tried to say
- 26:04Speaker 5: I was a QAnon conspiracy theorist. I didn't even know
- 26:07Speaker 5: what QAnon was when they were accusing me of being
- 26:09Speaker 5: the leader of QAnon.
- 26:11Speaker 3: I mean, it was insane.
- 26:12Speaker 5: I mean, they were throwing anything at it, just trying
- 26:13Speaker 5: to stop it. But you got to remember Sound of Freedom, which,
- 26:17Speaker 5: you know, grossed at $ 250 million, sat on the shelf
- 26:20Speaker 5: for five years, only produced.
- 26:22Speaker 3: No one would take it. Disney had it. Every studio
- 26:26Speaker 3: turned it down. And then finally, Angel Studios picks it
- 26:29Speaker 3: up and it just has this great success. But yeah,
- 26:32Speaker 3: they weren't done. They weren't done.
- 26:33Speaker 5: It's a massive threat. I mean— to the bad guys.
- 26:37Speaker 5: I mean, the child trafficking is enormous. It's the fastest
- 26:40Speaker 5: growing criminal enterprise on the planet. And yeah, they tried,
- 26:43Speaker 5: they tried to stop us and, and, and, you know, God,
- 26:46Speaker 5: God got us through.
- 26:47Speaker 3: I'll tell you that.
- 26:48Speaker 1: All right.
- 26:48Speaker 2: Well, I mean, they're always accusing me of QAnon. And
- 26:50Speaker 2: to be honest with you, you know, I know my
- 26:52Speaker 2: own fans get mad at this because a lot of
- 26:53Speaker 2: my fans are Q people, but I've never been there
- 26:57Speaker 2: in my entire life to that website. I don't know
- 26:58Speaker 2: anything about Q9.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Zero.
- 27:00Speaker 2: I can take a lie detector test tomorrow. Never been
- 27:02Speaker 2: near it. Don't want to know about it because all
- 27:04Speaker 2: they do is slander you with it. So why do
- 27:06Speaker 2: I want to know about it? So I never get
- 27:08Speaker 2: near it. And again, they try to make it like
- 27:09Speaker 2: I'm a Q guy and I don't even know what
- 27:12Speaker 2: it is. I don't know what they're saying. I have
- 27:14Speaker 2: no idea. Just like you. So it's the same boat, buddy.
- 27:19Speaker 2: Tell us about your new documentary, Hidden War. What is
- 27:22Speaker 2: that one about?
- 27:24Speaker 5: Well, Hidden War is— the distributors actually told me, they said,
- 27:27Speaker 5: this is the first documentary. We're going to mark it
- 27:29Speaker 5: as a feature film because it plays like a movie.
- 27:32Speaker 5: When the war broke out in Ukraine, we went out
- 27:34Speaker 5: to go help the orphans who were being displaced, knowing
- 27:36Speaker 5: that it's harvest time for the traffickers.
- 27:39Speaker 3: They go wherever there's vulnerability.
- 27:41Speaker 5: And, you know, sure enough, we found this horrific pedophile
- 27:45Speaker 5: ring that was born in Holland. activists, traffickers, and they
- 27:50Speaker 5: were fugitives from the law in Holland, which is very
- 27:52Speaker 5: difficult to become a fugitive or a charged criminal for.
- 27:56Speaker 3: A moral crime in Holland. But it was bad.
- 28:02Speaker 5: They had moved their stronghold to Mexico, to Ecuador, and
- 28:05Speaker 5: they were trying to recruit, traffic, move children from the.
- 28:14Speaker 3: And the story covers a four-month.
- 28:16Speaker 5: Period from Ukraine blowing through three continents, six countries.
- 28:21Speaker 3: We dismantle the entire criminal organization.
- 28:24Speaker 5: They're all in jail right now and end up liberating
- 28:26Speaker 5: a child sex hotel in a little town called Kanoa
- 28:29Speaker 5: in Ecuador. So it plays like a film. It plays
- 28:32Speaker 5: like a feature film.
- 28:33Speaker 3: But none of it's fake. There's no reenactments. It's me
- 28:36Speaker 3: and my team.
- 28:38Speaker 5: Basically just destroying this child trafficking ring that was very dangerous.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Yeah, Tim, when Tim says that it's very hard to
- 28:45Speaker 2: even imagine someone being in trouble in Amsterdam, for those
- 28:50Speaker 2: of you who don't know, and I've been there twice
- 28:51Speaker 2: in business meetings, I was in Amsterdam, and that night
- 28:54Speaker 2: they said, let me take you out on the town.
- 28:56Speaker 2: And first of all, everyone's smoking pot, right? Openly, everyone's
- 28:59Speaker 2: smoking pot. Although nowadays, they do that where I live
- 29:02Speaker 2: in Las Vegas too, so I shouldn't talk. But they
- 29:05Speaker 2: also have legal prostitution and they have women behind windows
- 29:09Speaker 2: waving for men to come in and have sex with them.
- 29:11Speaker 2: It's the most weird thing you've ever seen in your
- 29:14Speaker 2: entire life.
- 29:14Speaker 1: So weird.
- 29:15Speaker 2: So bizarre. I get it. It's like you're going shopping
- 29:17Speaker 2: for women. it's very very strange um so all right
- 29:21Speaker 2: let's get away from that and move on to uh
- 29:24Speaker 2: human trafficking in the united states so how prevalent is
- 29:27Speaker 2: this whole human trafficking because you know my wife is
- 29:30Speaker 2: always telling me that she she goes to all these
- 29:32Speaker 2: events and and she tries to help in this fight
- 29:36Speaker 2: this human trafficking in las vegas where i live and
- 29:38Speaker 2: she says we are number one in the United States
- 29:41Speaker 2: for human trafficking. And I have no idea. I work
- 29:43Speaker 2: all day in my TV studio and never come out
- 29:45Speaker 2: of it. So I don't see what's going on in
- 29:47Speaker 2: Las Vegas. So is Vegas, you know, are we really
- 29:50Speaker 2: number one in America for sex trafficking and child sex trafficking?
- 29:54Speaker 2: And how prevalent is it in America with all the
- 29:58Speaker 2: open borders and all the illegals that came in? I
- 30:00Speaker 2: assume it was wide open on the border with children
- 30:03Speaker 2: coming across for child sex trafficking.
- 30:06Speaker 5: I'll say that Las Vegas, Houston, L.A., you guys are
- 30:10Speaker 5: at the top for sure. And it's one of the
- 30:12Speaker 5: most hidden— I mean, we call it hidden war for a reason.
- 30:14Speaker 5: It's one of the most hidden crimes. It's the fastest-growing
- 30:17Speaker 5: criminal enterprise in the world. And the United States is
- 30:19Speaker 5: the number one, generally number one consumer of child sex,
- 30:22Speaker 5: whether that's consuming child rape.
- 30:24Speaker 3: Videos or the actual purchase of children.
- 30:27Speaker 5: And it got a major boost in the black market
- 30:29Speaker 5: thanks to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, who are war criminals,
- 30:33Speaker 5: whether in this life or the next.
- 30:34Speaker 3: They knew exactly what they were doing.
- 30:36Speaker 5: And in order to gain more Democratic votes by opening
- 30:39Speaker 5: up the gates, they knew that that came at the
- 30:41Speaker 5: cost of children because it was allowing traffickers to take
- 30:44Speaker 5: advantage of the open borders. And in the Health and
- 30:47Speaker 5: Human Services Department under Biden and Kamala, the borders are like,
- 30:51Speaker 5: what in the world is that title? That will go
- 30:55Speaker 5: down in history as the largest trafficking entity in the
- 30:57Speaker 5: history of human trafficking, Health and Human Services.
- 31:00Speaker 3: RFK Jr.
- 31:00Speaker 5: Has already named it. He said it in Congress a
- 31:03Speaker 5: few months ago. And God bless him for saying it.
- 31:06Speaker 5: And I know he's making efforts to clean it up.
- 31:08Speaker 5: But we lost over 300,000 children, foreign children, into the
- 31:11Speaker 5: most dangerous child sex market in the planet, which is
- 31:14Speaker 5: the United States. And now we've got to go find them,
- 31:16Speaker 5: and we're working on it. General Flynn, Bobby Kennedy, and
- 31:20Speaker 5: some of us, we're working on it right now to
- 31:22Speaker 5: go recover them. They're still in our markets. They're still
- 31:24Speaker 5: lost in hell in our country.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Tim, there's a lot of places that are dangerous for
- 31:29Speaker 2: kids that I hear about. Men go on vacation. I've
- 31:31Speaker 2: never been to Thailand in my life. I hear they
- 31:33Speaker 2: go to Thailand and they go shopping for young girls.
- 31:36Speaker 2: I hear in the Philippines they go shopping for young girls.
- 31:39Speaker 2: I'm just following up on what you said. How is
- 31:42Speaker 2: the United States the worst place, the most dangerous place
- 31:46Speaker 2: in the world for child sex trafficking? We're worse than
- 31:49Speaker 2: Philippines and Thailand and places like that?
- 31:52Speaker 5: Yes, and I'll tell you why, because of the shift
- 31:53Speaker 5: that happened. So when I was a government agent, they
- 31:56Speaker 5: would send me— this was in the early, mid-2000s—they'd send me
- 31:59Speaker 5: undercover to go look for Americans who were raping children overseas,
- 32:03Speaker 5: because there's actually a law that allows for us to
- 32:05Speaker 5: hold them accountable, U.S. citizens accountable, for committing sex crimes
- 32:08Speaker 5: against children overseas as if they had committed it.
- 32:10Speaker 3: In the United States.
- 32:11Speaker 5: So that was the play before. What you're saying was
- 32:14Speaker 5: how it was. We'd go there. That's how I know
- 32:17Speaker 5: about the window shopping in Holland and the same things
- 32:19Speaker 5: happening in Thailand. But when Biden opened the gates, the
- 32:23Speaker 5: clients in the U.S. that would have otherwise had to
- 32:26Speaker 5: travel to go engage in sex with children didn't have
- 32:28Speaker 5: to travel anymore. Thanks to Biden, they're now brought to
- 32:31Speaker 5: your front door. Basically, the HHS became a child trafficking
- 32:35Speaker 5: delivery service for pedophiles in America.
- 32:37Speaker 3: And that's when we saw the major shifts.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Unbelievable. Sad, sad story. Can you stay for another segment?
- 32:43Speaker 2: I was still asking you some more questions. Sure.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:46Speaker 2: We're heading to a break just to show you how
- 32:48Speaker 2: bad the laws are in America. I read probably about
- 32:51Speaker 2: a year ago that a fireman in Las Vegas making
- 32:55Speaker 2: two hundred thousand dollars a year, I think he's a
- 32:56Speaker 2: fire captain, got arrested for child sex, you know, an
- 33:00Speaker 2: underage sex prostitute. And he went to jail for 10 years.
- 33:04Speaker 2: But the unions are so strong here, he gets his $ 200, 000 salary.
- 33:08Speaker 2: He'll collect it for the entire 10 years he's in
- 33:10Speaker 2: prison for having sex with an underage girl. Unbelievable. Crazy,
- 33:14Speaker 2: crazy stuff. Tim Ballard, former DHS special agent. His work
- 33:18Speaker 2: inspired the film Sound of Freedom. And his new documentary
- 33:22Speaker 2: is called Hidden War. And it opens in theaters on
- 33:25Speaker 2: November 14th. We'll be right back. More with Tim Ballard.
- 33:28Speaker 2: Great guy. American hero. All right, a special treat for you.
- 33:34Speaker 2: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:37Speaker 2: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Bruner, founder and
- 33:41Speaker 2: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. In the United States,
- 33:44Speaker 2: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA, Basin Centered Energy.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Gas accumulation. This is code for a monster field where
- 33:54Speaker 2: gas or oil is in a basin, which makes the
- 33:56Speaker 2: drilling and production much easier. Mark, you're a legend in
- 34:00Speaker 2: the oil industry and the gas industry. Tell us about
- 34:03Speaker 2: your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 4: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 34:08Speaker 4: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 34:12Speaker 4: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 34:14Speaker 4: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 34:18Speaker 4: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the
- 34:21Speaker 4: United States.
- 34:22Speaker 3: When it sold out to U.S.
- 34:24Speaker 4: Steel, I worked with him for four years. I've been
- 34:26Speaker 4: in the oil and gas business ever since. You would
- 34:29Speaker 4: probably know me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum.
- 34:33Speaker 4: And I Ultra had a pretty good track record, which
- 34:37Speaker 4: you're very familiar with, I think.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 34:42Speaker 2: into $ 13 million. Is that correct, in the nine-year run
- 34:46Speaker 2: of your publicly traded company?
- 34:48Speaker 3: Yeah, at the high, that's true.
- 34:50Speaker 2: $ 10, 000 turned it to $ 13 million. That means $ 100, 000 turned
- 34:53Speaker 2: it to $ 130 million. That's an incredible track record. Now
- 34:57Speaker 2: tell me why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project is
- 35:00Speaker 2: so important. I hear about projects and deals all the time.
- 35:04Speaker 2: What makes this one special, Mark?
- 35:07Speaker 4: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 35:09Speaker 4: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 35:12Speaker 4: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:15Speaker 4: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:17Speaker 4: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:21Speaker 4: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:24Speaker 4: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point is
- 35:27Speaker 4: 85% empty. So we made this discovery. We are the
- 35:31Speaker 4: only operator in this field. And right now we can
- 35:35Speaker 4: see that we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells
- 35:38Speaker 4: out here with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting.
- 35:42Speaker 4: It's the new basin in the United States. And as
- 35:45Speaker 4: far as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude
- 35:48Speaker 4: bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:51Speaker 2: All right. The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff. Lostsoldier.com.
- 35:58Speaker 2: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 36:02Speaker 2: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the company.
- 36:05Speaker 2: That's the project. But the website, lostsoldier.com. If you're an
- 36:10Speaker 2: accredited investor, Mark wants to hear from you. If you
- 36:12Speaker 2: want to hear more information, check it out. Fill out
- 36:15Speaker 2: the form and you get to Lost Soldier. Mark and
- 36:17Speaker 2: his people will get back to you as CFO and
- 36:19Speaker 2: let you know all the details you need to know.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Lostsoldier.com.
- 36:23Speaker 2: Thanks, Mark, for being with us today.
- 36:25Speaker 4: Thank you, Wayne.
- 36:26Speaker 2: Good to see you again. All right, Wayne Allure coming
- 36:49Speaker 2: to you from Las Vegas. And yeah, we've got some
- 36:52Speaker 2: problems here, but we've also got a town with no
- 36:55Speaker 2: state income tax for individuals, no business income tax, no
- 36:59Speaker 2: capital gains tax, no inheritance tax. And among the 10
- 37:02Speaker 2: lowest property tax in the United States of America, the
- 37:05Speaker 2: sun's always out and the best restaurants in the world.
- 37:07Speaker 2: And that's why I live here. I love it. I
- 37:09Speaker 2: love it. But boy, there are problems is my understanding
- 37:12Speaker 2: with sex trafficking. And child sex trafficking. And we've got
- 37:16Speaker 2: to get rid of those problems. But in any case,
- 37:19Speaker 2: we'll continue with Tim Ballard in just a second. Let
- 37:22Speaker 2: me mention the sponsor of this segment, Patriot Critical Minerals.
- 37:25Speaker 2: Here's the raw truth. And you hear this in the
- 37:27Speaker 2: news all the time. Matter of fact, big news today.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Trump signed a rare earth minerals and critical minerals deal
- 37:32Speaker 2: with Australia. But we have a problem. Our military dominance,
- 37:37Speaker 2: our economic strength, and even our freedom itself depends on
- 37:40Speaker 2: one critical metal most Americans have never heard of. Tungsten.
- 37:43Speaker 2: Tungsten is the metal of strength. It's what hardens our tanks,
- 37:46Speaker 2: powers our jet fighters, drives our missiles, and puts steel
- 37:50Speaker 2: behind every round of ammo. Here's the danger. China controls
- 37:53Speaker 2: 80% of the world's supply and 90% of the production.
- 37:56Speaker 2: So even if we cut a deal with Australia, that
- 37:59Speaker 2: doesn't change the fact. Maybe they've got 5% of the
- 38:01Speaker 2: world's production or 5% of the world's supply. China is
- 38:05Speaker 2: 80% and 90%. And so if China cuts us off,
- 38:10Speaker 2: we're up the creek without a paddle, as they say.
- 38:13Speaker 2: Here's the good news. Patriot Critical Minerals has the solution.
- 38:17Speaker 2: They are home to the most advanced tungsten deposit in
- 38:20Speaker 2: the entire USA right here in Las Vegas. Not Las Vegas,
- 38:22Speaker 2: but right here in Nevada, my home state of Nevada.
- 38:25Speaker 2: A deposit with an historical resource of over 19 million tons.
- 38:32Speaker 2: The kind of discovery that is a game changer. There's
- 38:35Speaker 2: never been a better moment to invest in tungsten. Patriot
- 38:38Speaker 2: Critical Minerals isn't just about mining. It's about securing our
- 38:41Speaker 2: freedom and protecting our homeland. To learn more about investment
- 38:45Speaker 2: opportunities with Patriot Critical Minerals, go to PatriotCritical.com. That's PatriotCritical.com. LifeCritical.com.
- 38:54Speaker 2: All right, back with Tim Ballard, former DHS special agent.
- 38:58Speaker 2: His work inspired the hit film Sound of Freedom. His
- 39:01Speaker 2: new documentary is called Hidden War. It opens in theaters
- 39:05Speaker 2: on November 14th. Tell everybody again, Tim, remind them what
- 39:09Speaker 2: Hidden War is really all about and why would they
- 39:13Speaker 2: want to go see it?
- 39:15Speaker 5: People, I hope, will want to see it because it
- 39:17Speaker 5: explains how child trafficking works, how it knows no borders
- 39:21Speaker 5: and boundaries, how it is born in the wake of
- 39:25Speaker 5: tragedies like war. And that's where this film begins. in
- 39:30Speaker 5: the wake of the Russian invasion into Ukraine. We went
- 39:34Speaker 5: within a month of the invasion to go help the
- 39:36Speaker 5: kids who were displaced and vulnerable. And we discovered a
- 39:41Speaker 5: trafficking ring that was born out of Holland, a pedophile
- 39:43Speaker 5: activist trafficker organization, They were fugitives from the law, hiding
- 39:47Speaker 5: in Latin America and trying to recruit vulnerable children.
- 39:50Speaker 3: And we messed them up pretty bad.
- 39:52Speaker 5: Over the course of four months, we chased them down
- 39:56Speaker 5: in six countries, three continents, and dismantled their efforts to
- 40:01Speaker 5: launch a child sex hotel in the country of Ecuador.
- 40:04Speaker 5: So the thing plays like a movie. It plays like
- 40:07Speaker 5: a— we call it a docufilm because it's just a narrative,
- 40:10Speaker 5: like a script. And it's just it's all real, no reenactments.
- 40:14Speaker 5: And it just tells that entire story. And you learn
- 40:16Speaker 5: a lot about how kids are recruited, how traffickers use
- 40:20Speaker 5: borders and boundaries and, you know, take advantage of the
- 40:23Speaker 5: fact that sovereignty runs out after a certain geographical limitation
- 40:27Speaker 5: and how we need a private public model that can
- 40:30Speaker 5: go in and.
- 40:31Speaker 3: Work with governments. We have no red state regulations. a
- 40:34Speaker 3: red tape or deep state to contend with.
- 40:36Speaker 5: So we can move quickly and support the good people
- 40:39Speaker 5: in governments around the world and get things done really fast.
- 40:42Speaker 2: It's, it's amazing to me how smart evil is, right?
- 40:46Speaker 2: I mean, the minute there's a war in Ukraine, they think, Ooh,
- 40:49Speaker 2: Let's go in there and grab the kids because there's
- 40:52Speaker 2: chaos and crisis and parents aren't around. And oh, my gosh,
- 40:56Speaker 2: that's amazing. I mean, it never even occurred to me.
- 40:58Speaker 2: My whole thing has been let's not even get involved
- 41:01Speaker 2: in the war in Ukraine. You know, I'm against all
- 41:03Speaker 2: this funding for the war in Ukraine by the United States.
- 41:05Speaker 2: I think we spent too much money and handed them away.
- 41:07Speaker 2: too many weapons. I think the war would have ended
- 41:09Speaker 2: a long time ago if we didn't spend so much money.
- 41:11Speaker 2: But it never occurred to me, Tim, you know, because
- 41:13Speaker 2: I'm not a pedophile, that, oh, gee, war is an opportunity.
- 41:17Speaker 2: Let me go there and make money by exploiting children.
- 41:21Speaker 2: I can't believe people think like that. It's amazing.
- 41:24Speaker 3: Oh, they're just waiting.
- 41:26Speaker 5: We tracked them online in the deep, in the dark net.
- 41:28Speaker 5: These guys, they're like, is harvest time going to happen?
- 41:31Speaker 5: They call it harvest time. Oh, there's harvest time. Look,
- 41:33Speaker 5: it happened during COVID. When the government shut down, one
- 41:37Speaker 5: of the.
- 41:38Speaker 3: Most evil things ever happened in the United States was
- 41:40Speaker 3: the shutdown, the overreaction.
- 41:42Speaker 5: And the reports of missing children and abused children quadrupled
- 41:48Speaker 5: during those two months when Fauci did this.
- 41:52Speaker 3: Because they're vulnerable kids.
- 41:54Speaker 5: They lost the safety systems that are beautiful in our system,
- 41:57Speaker 5: like education, after sports, or after school programs, athletics. When
- 42:02Speaker 5: you shut that down, guess what we saw on the
- 42:04Speaker 5: deep net? Harvest time, harvest time, harvest time. And you
- 42:08Speaker 5: have these kids sitting with their laptops, mom and dad.
- 42:10Speaker 3: Hunting for toilet paper or whatever they're doing. And the
- 42:13Speaker 3: kids are sitting ducks.
- 42:14Speaker 5: And the online recruitment and abuse began because of that.
- 42:18Speaker 3: So we can't put kids in vulnerable places.
- 42:21Speaker 5: And then when we do, we got to be their
- 42:22Speaker 5: voice because kids don't have a voice.
- 42:24Speaker 2: They can't march.
- 42:25Speaker 5: They can't, you know, strike. They can't say anything. And
- 42:28Speaker 5: that's why we forget about them.
- 42:30Speaker 2: Well, I remember and we're headed out right now. I
- 42:32Speaker 2: heard the music, but I remember I heard the story
- 42:34Speaker 2: that Biden set up some sort of a hotline for
- 42:38Speaker 2: exploited children coming across the border, and nobody ever answered
- 42:41Speaker 2: the phone. Thousands, tens of thousands called, and nobody ever...
- 42:45Speaker 2: Over 60,000 calls. Wow.
- 42:47Speaker 3: Over 60,000 calls, and no one picked up the phone.
- 42:49Speaker 3: There was one employee that was supposed to be manning
- 42:51Speaker 3: the phones. It was all fake. This guy's a trafficker.
- 42:54Speaker 3: These guys are traffickers.
- 42:55Speaker 2: Sleepy Joe is asleep. Very scary. How can my fans
- 42:59Speaker 2: see your new film, Hidden War? Quickly, quickly.
- 43:01Speaker 3: Theater's everywhere November 14th. Look it up.
- 43:04Speaker 2: There we go. Hidden War. Theaters everywhere. November 14th. Tim Ballard.
- 43:08Speaker 2: Thank you, man.
