Say it with me, Luna: la fuente. Luna: La fuente. La fuente. Lucas: Perfect. And el banco is a bench. El banco. Luna: El banco. Like the bench you sit on. Lucas: Yes, but careful — banco also means bank, but in a park it's a bench. And la papelera is a trash can. La papelera. Luna: La papelera. That's a long one. La papelera. Lucas: You got it. Now let's use them in sentences. La fuente es grande. The fountain is big. Luna: La fuente es grande. Lucas: El banco es cómodo. The bench is comfortable. Luna: El banco es cómodo. That's a useful one. Lucas: And la papelera está vacía. The trash can is empty. Luna: La papelera está vacía. So if it's full, I'd say está llena? Lucas: Exactly! Está llena. Good thinking. Let's practice a mini scene. Imagine we're at a park. Luna: Okay, I see a big fountain. La fuente es grande. Lucas: And next to it, a comfortable bench. El banco es cómodo. Luna: And there's an empty trash can. La papelera está vacía. Lucas: Perfect. You're really getting it. Now, let's say you want to sit down. You could say: Me siento en el banco. Luna: Me siento en el banco. I sit on the bench. Lucas: Right. Or if you're thirsty: Bebo agua de la fuente. I drink water from the fountain. Luna: Bebo agua de la fuente. That's practical. Lucas: And if you have trash: Tiro el papel en la papelera. I throw the paper in the trash can. Luna: Tiro el papel en la papelera. Good to know. Lucas: Let's do a quick review. What's fountain?
