- 0:01Lisa Hopkins: This meditation is for healing Whatever it is that needs healing inside you, in your thoughts, in your body, wherever it might be.
- 0:15Lisa Hopkins: I hope that this meditation will help you.
- 0:19Lisa Hopkins: This is a time of grace.
- 0:23Lisa Hopkins: This is a time to truly take care of yourselves.
- 0:29Lisa Hopkins: We need you to be healthy and to heal so that you can be the best you and the best expression of you in this world.
- 0:44Lisa Hopkins: This is for all of us.
- 0:47Lisa Hopkins: Find yourself somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down, a place where you will be undisturbed, where you can take a moment just for you.
- 1:00Lisa Hopkins: You deserve to take a moment just for you.
- 1:05Lisa Hopkins: Uncross your legs or arms, place your feet flat on the floor if you're seated, and allow your palms just to rest upwards, either by your sides or gently resting in your lap, if you feel comfortable and safe closing your eyes, then go ahead and begin to connect gently with your breath, just noticing.
- 1:34Lisa Hopkins: Just noticing the breath, not changing anything.
- 1:39Lisa Hopkins: Notice whether it's light or deep, whether it's short or rushed or calm, notice how it may be changing in this moment.
- 1:51Lisa Hopkins: Just reconnecting with that breath so important.
- 2:04Lisa Hopkins: Just to slow down and I celebrate you for being here to do just that Again really connecting with that breath, focusing there.
- 2:28Lisa Hopkins: We're going to breathe in deeply and then we're going to sigh as you exhale Again, breathing in and deeply, sighing as you exhale.
- 2:51Lisa Hopkins: Just do this a few more times, feeling that as you exhale, you can feel the release within your body.
- 3:03Lisa Hopkins: You deserve this.
- 3:10Lisa Hopkins: Be here, be here with your breath.
- 3:23Lisa Hopkins: As we go through this meditation, I want you to acknowledge any areas of tension or pain, internal or external, even bringing to mind any areas that you're currently struggling with, whether that's something physical or mental or spiritual, emotional, environmental, whatever it is, just knowing that this is a safe space for us to heal, to process and to release.
- 4:03Lisa Hopkins: As you breathe now I want you to visualize above your head a beautiful white or golden light and with each inhale, that light gets closer and closer to the top of your head until it touches the crown.
- 4:35Lisa Hopkins: And as you inhale, that light begins to travel in through the top of your head and, with every breath, deepens and begins to wash through your body.
- 4:54Lisa Hopkins: As you breathe again, you feel that light coming down and through the top of your head and, as you exhale, see it travel further and further through your body, deep into yourself.
- 5:18Lisa Hopkins: Your bones, your muscles, your thoughts, your mind keep breathing as that light begins to envelop you, swirling and traveling through your body all the way to your feet and back down into the earth below.
- 5:40Lisa Hopkins: Allow the light to continue to wash through you as you breathe and you continue with the rest of our meditation.
- 5:56Lisa Hopkins: Notice and acknowledge any sensations in your body that you may feel.
- 6:00Lisa Hopkins: Maybe there's tingling or warmth, maybe even the vibration of the beating of your heart as the energy travels through you from above, cleansing and clearing.
- 6:22Lisa Hopkins: I want you to bring your awareness, bringing your awareness now to the center of your chest.
- 6:30Lisa Hopkins: This is where your heart chakra is.
- 6:36Lisa Hopkins: It's just right in between the center of your chest, and I want you to imagine a pink or green, pink or green light like the size of a fairy light in the center of your chest as you breathe.
- 7:01Lisa Hopkins: Now I want you to visualize your breathing in this pink or green, breathing it in whatever sits most comfortably with you.
- 7:10Lisa Hopkins: You're drawing that light in through the center of your chest.
- 7:15Lisa Hopkins: Pink is the color of unconditional love and green is the color of healing.
- 7:27Lisa Hopkins: Maybe they're swirling together, beautifully, blending unconditional love and healing.
- 7:55Lisa Hopkins: Now, as you continue to breathe, let's bring to mind any condition or any area in your life that you feel requires healing or support in this moment.
- 8:08Lisa Hopkins: Again, it might be physical, maybe it's emotional, spiritual, maybe it's a specific part of your body, maybe it's a relationship with self or a relationship with someone else, or even a relationship with a thought, an expectation.
- 8:44Lisa Hopkins: Just want you to draw your awareness around where you need support and draw that breath in, draw that pink or green light to that area, breathing that area, breathing that beautiful healing light into it, into the area that needs it most, and see the light diffuse and fill that area as you exhale, feeling any tension or pain, just leave on the out, breath, watch it go, Take a moment or two more, just to spend some time breathing into that area, pink or green, exhaling, releasing, acknowledging any negative feelings or emotions or sensations, just allowing that light to heal you.
- 9:58Lisa Hopkins: It can travel to another area, or more than one, wherever you need it.
- 10:04Lisa Hopkins: It's your light, just breathing and exhaling, diffusing and releasing.
- 10:22Lisa Hopkins: I want you now to gently begin to imagine that little fairy light on your chest, shrinking in size, maybe gently placing your palms over your heart center, holding that beautiful, loving, healing energy within, taking a moment now to breathe, feel your chest rise and fall, bringing your awareness back to the top of the head and allowing that shower of white or golden light to cleanse the body like a shower.
- 11:02Lisa Hopkins: A shower of light.
- 11:03Lisa Hopkins: It's not traveling just through the body now, but around the body, from above you right into the earth beneath you, cleansing and clearing and releasing anything that needs to be healed back to the earth.
- 11:22Lisa Hopkins: As you do this, begin to allow a gentle smile and then feeling that light cleansing, clear here, leaving you feeling vital, alive.
- 11:47Lisa Hopkins: You're feeling clearer, calmer, more open and more free.
- 12:03Lisa Hopkins: Now place your palms facing downwards on your knees or by your sides as we slowly come to the end of this meditation.
- 12:27Lisa Hopkins: I want you now to use the breath a little differently.
- 12:30Lisa Hopkins: This time we're going to draw the breath up from the soles of our feet, drawing it up from the earth beneath us to the top of the head and up through the spine and back down through the spine, inhaling up and then exhaling down.
- 12:59Lisa Hopkins: On your next inhale, allow the light to come up and go through your nasal passages, through your eyes, through your ears, through any openings.
- 13:17Lisa Hopkins: Just let it shine through you and around you like an aura of beautiful, magical light.
- 13:33Lisa Hopkins: Notice how you're feeling Gently, moving your toes, connecting with gratitude for your beautiful toes, bringing back some gentle movement into your body, enjoying some nice deep breaths, allowing yourself to feel more awake, maybe rolling your shoulders and smiling or shrugging them.
- 14:34Lisa Hopkins: Notice, it's nice to tighten everything up, tight as you can for three, two, one and then just letting it go.
- 14:44Lisa Hopkins: How wonderful that we are energetic beings, that by focusing on our breath we can create the healing and the space for healing that we need.
- 15:02Lisa Hopkins: Maybe rub your hands together now and gently place them over your eyes and move them across your beautiful face down to the heart, maybe putting them into prayer position, the thumbs gently touching the breastbone, breathing in deeply here.
- 15:36Lisa Hopkins: Remember this moment in gratitude, gently bowing in respect to yourself for your practice today.
- 16:02Lisa Hopkins: I am massively grateful for you.
- 16:13Lisa Hopkins: My friends, my fellow humans, you've got this, using love and light, namaste.
