• 1:39
  I
• 1:39
  say
• 1:39
  thank
• 1:40
  you
• 1:40
  for
• 1:41
  always
• 1:41
  tuning
• 1:41
  into
• 1:41
  the
• 1:42
  show
• 1:42
  and
• 1:42
  helping
• 1:42
  us
• 1:42
  grow
• 1:43
  year
• 1:43
  after
• 1:43
  year.
• 1:44
  And
• 1:44
  I
• 1:44
  really
• 1:44
  appreciate
• 1:45
  it.
• 1:45
  Today
• 1:45
  I
• 1:45
  wanted
• 1:45
  to
• 1:46
  talk
• 1:46
  about
• 1:46
  a
• 1:46
  few
• 1:46
  things.
• 1:47
  One
• 1:47
  of
• 1:47
  them
• 1:47
  are
• 1:47
  some
• 1:47
  ways
• 1:48
  to
• 1:48
  save
• 1:48
  money
• 1:48
  this
• 1:49
  time
• 1:49
  of
• 1:49
  year
• 1:49
  to
• 1:49
  take
• 1:49
  a
• 1:49
  look
• 1:50
  around.
• 1:51
  And
• 1:51
  I'm
• 1:51
  not
• 1:51
  just
• 1:51
  talking
• 1:51
  about
• 1:52
  sales,
• 1:52
  but
• 1:52
  I'm
• 1:52
  talking
• 1:53
  about
• 1:53
  ways
• 1:53
  to
• 1:53
  reduce
• 1:54
  that
• 1:54
  monthly,
• 1:55
  that
• 1:55
  monthly
• 1:56
  bill
• 1:56
  for
• 1:57
  people
• 1:57
  and
• 1:58
  especially
• 1:59
  the
• 1:59
  first
• 1:59
  one.
• 1:59
  Here
• 2:00
  is
• 2:00
  something
• 2:00
  we're
• 2:01
  going
• 2:01
  to
• 2:01
  talk
• 2:01
  about
• 2:01
  in
• 2:02
  a
• 2:02
  future
• 2:02
  main
• 2:03
  episode,
• 2:03
  but
• 2:04
  I
• 2:04
  just
• 2:04
  wanted
• 2:04
  to
• 2:04
  give
• 2:04
  you
• 2:05
  a
• 2:05
  little
• 2:05
  clue
• 2:05
  out
• 2:06
  there.
• 2:06
  If
• 2:07
  you
• 2:07
  are
• 2:08
  over
• 2:08
  the
• 2:08
  age
• 2:08
  of
• 2:08
  65,
• 2:10
  if
• 2:10
  you're
• 2:10
  taking
• 2:11
  care
• 2:11
  of
• 2:11
  parents
• 2:11
  that
• 2:12
  are
• 2:12
  over
• 2:12
  the
• 2:12
  age
• 2:12
  of
• 2:13
  65
• 2:13
  or
• 2:14
  have
• 2:14
  grandparents
• 2:15
  over
• 2:15
  the
• 2:15
  age
• 2:15
  of
• 2:15
  65
• 2:16
  or
• 2:16
  anybody
• 2:17
  out
• 2:17
  there
• 2:17
  that
• 2:18
  is
• 2:18
  a
• 2:18
  homeowner,
• 2:19
  take
• 2:20
  a
• 2:20
  look
• 2:21
  at
• 2:21
  your
• 2:21
  local
• 2:22
  tax
• 2:22
  assessor
• 2:23
  or
• 2:23
  the
• 2:23
  county
• 2:24
  or
• 2:24
  township
• 2:25
  or
• 2:25
  whoever
• 2:25
  does
• 2:25
  the
• 2:26
  property
• 2:26
  taxes
• 2:26
  in
• 2:27
  your
• 2:27
  area.
• 2:27
  Many
• 2:28
  states
• 2:29
  have
• 2:29
  or
• 2:30
  counties
• 2:30
  or
• 2:31
  even
• 2:31
  cities
• 2:31
  have
• 2:32
  relief
• 2:33
  for
• 2:33
  senior
• 2:34
  citizens
• 2:34
  or
• 2:35
  people
• 2:35
  above
• 2:35
  the
• 2:35
  age
• 2:36
  of
• 2:36
  65.
• 2:37
  Now
• 2:37
  this
• 2:38
  can
• 2:38
  be
• 2:38
  state
• 2:38
  by
• 2:38
  state.
• 2:39
  It
• 2:39
  can
• 2:39
  be
• 2:39
  area
• 2:39
  by
• 2:40
  area.
• 2:40
  So
• 2:40
  it's
• 2:41
  a
• 2:41
  wild
• 2:41
  west
• 2:42
  out
• 2:42
  there
• 2:42
  as
• 2:42
  far
• 2:42
  as
• 2:42
  what
• 2:43
  they
• 2:43
  are.
• 2:44
  And
• 2:44
  I'm
• 2:44
  working
• 2:44
  on
• 2:44
  a
• 2:45
  story
• 2:45
  right
• 2:45
  now
• 2:46
  because
• 2:46
  in
• 2:47
  the
• 2:47
  state
• 2:47
  next
• 2:47
  to
• 2:47
  me
• 2:47
  here
• 2:48
  in
• 2:48
  Washington
• 2:49
  state,
• 2:49
  they
• 2:50
  have
• 2:50
  just
• 2:50
  that
• 2:50
  it
• 2:51
  is
• 2:51
  a
• 2:51
  state
• 2:51
  law
• 2:52
  for
• 2:52
  property
• 2:53
  tax
• 2:53
  relief
• 2:53
  for
• 2:53
  senior
• 2:54
  citizens,
• 2:54
  especially
• 2:55
  those
• 2:55
  that
• 2:55
  are
• 2:55
  unlimited
• 2:56
  budgets
• 2:57
  and
• 2:57
  things
• 2:57
  like
• 2:58
  that.
• 2:58
  And
• 2:58
  we're
• 2:58
  going
• 2:59
  to
• 2:59
  talk
• 2:59
  more
• 2:59
  about
• 2:59
  that
• 3:00
  because
• 3:00
  I
• 3:00
  have
• 3:00
  one
• 3:01
  area
• 3:01
  that
• 3:01
  we're
• 3:01
  looking
• 3:01
  at
• 3:02
  that
• 3:02
  I
• 3:02
  had
• 3:03
  a
• 3:03
  viewer
• 3:04
  reach
• 3:04
  out
• 3:04
  for
• 3:04
  some
• 3:05
  help
• 3:05
  on.
• 3:06
  And
• 3:07
  then
• 3:07
  I
• 3:07
  realized,
• 3:07
  you
• 3:08
  know,
• 3:08
  I
• 3:08
  should
• 3:08
  be
• 3:08
  doing
• 3:09
  this
• 3:09
  for
• 3:09
  some
• 3:10
  of
• 3:10
  my
• 3:10
  family
• 3:10
  members
• 3:10
  and
• 3:11
  get
• 3:11
  them
• 3:11
  taken
• 3:11
  care
• 3:12
  of.
• 3:12
  And
• 3:12
  I
• 3:13
  ran
• 3:13
  into
• 3:13
  some
• 3:13
  of
• 3:13
  the
• 3:13
  same
• 3:14
  problems
• 3:15
  of
• 3:16
  a
• 3:16
  particular
• 3:16
  county
• 3:17
  that
• 3:18
  you
• 3:18
  follow
• 3:18
  the
• 3:18
  rules,
• 3:19
  you
• 3:19
  give
• 3:19
  them
• 3:19
  all
• 3:19
  the
• 3:19
  paperwork
• 3:20
  you
• 3:20
  need
• 3:21
  as
• 3:21
  per
• 3:21
  the
• 3:21
  state
• 3:22
  law,
• 3:22
  and
• 3:23
  then
• 3:23
  they
• 3:23
  don't
• 3:23
  want
• 3:24
  to
• 3:24
  give
• 3:24
  that
• 3:24
  money
• 3:24
  back.
• 3:25
  So
• 3:26
  they
• 3:26
  start
• 3:26
  slow
• 3:26
  playing
• 3:27
  you
• 3:27
  they
• 3:27
  start
• 3:28
  going,
• 3:29
  hey,
• 3:29
  we
• 3:29
  need
• 3:29
  all
• 3:30
  this
• 3:30
  other
• 3:30
  information.
• 3:31
  It's
• 3:31
  when
• 3:31
  we
• 3:31
  were
• 3:31
  in
• 3:32
  there,
• 3:32
  we
• 3:32
  gave
• 3:32
  you
• 3:33
  all
• 3:33
  the
• 3:33
  information
• 3:34
  and
• 3:34
  you
• 3:34
  said
• 3:35
  that
• 3:35
  was
• 3:35
  all
• 3:35
  you
• 3:36
  ever
• 3:36
  needed.
• 3:36
  And
• 3:36
  we
• 3:36
  were
• 3:36
  so
• 3:37
  prepared,
• 3:38
  that
• 3:38
  kind
• 3:38
  of
• 3:38
  thing.
• 3:39
  And
• 3:39
  they
• 3:39
  come
• 3:39
  back
• 3:40
  for
• 3:40
  more
• 3:40
  information,
• 3:40
  they
• 3:41
  come
• 3:41
  back
• 3:41
  for
• 3:41
  more
• 3:41
  information,
• 3:43
  and
• 3:44
  all
• 3:44
  of
• 3:44
  a
• 3:44
  sudden
• 3:44
  you're
• 3:45
  going,
• 3:45
  wow,
• 3:45
  they
• 3:45
  are
• 3:46
  really
• 3:46
  getting
• 3:46
  deep
• 3:47
  on
• 3:47
  this,
• 3:47
  well
• 3:48
  beyond
• 3:49
  what
• 3:49
  the
• 3:49
  law
• 3:49
  requires.
• 3:50
  So
• 3:51
  if
• 3:51
  you're
• 3:51
  having
• 3:51
  problems
• 3:52
  in
• 3:52
  the
• 3:52
  state
• 3:52
  of
• 3:52
  Washington
• 3:53
  trying
• 3:54
  to
• 3:54
  get
• 3:54
  this,
• 3:54
  feel
• 3:55
  free
• 3:55
  to
• 3:55
  send
• 3:55
  me
• 3:55
  a
• 3:55
  message.
• 3:56
  Head
• 3:56
  over
• 3:56
  to
• 3:56
  around
• 3:56
  the
• 3:56
  house
• 3:57
  online.com
• 3:58
  if
• 3:58
  you've
• 3:58
  had
• 3:59
  troubles
• 3:59
  with
• 3:59
  this.
• 3:59
  I'm
• 3:59
  working
• 4:00
  on
• 4:00
  a
• 4:00
  story.
• 4:01
  I'd
• 4:01
  love
• 4:01
  to
• 4:01
  hear
• 4:02
  about
• 4:02
  it.
• 4:03
  The
• 4:03
  one
• 4:03
  county
• 4:04
  I'm
• 4:04
  talking
• 4:04
  about
• 4:04
  is
• 4:05
  Benton
• 4:05
  county,
• 4:06
  and
• 4:06
  that
• 4:06
  is
• 4:06
  a
• 4:07
  county
• 4:07
  in
• 4:07
  eastern
• 4:08
  Washington
• 4:08
  that
• 4:09
  we've
• 4:09
  had
• 4:09
  some
• 4:09
  trouble
• 4:10
  with
• 4:10
  trying
• 4:10
  to
• 4:10
  get
• 4:11
  through
• 4:11
  there.
• 4:11
  And
• 4:11
  it's
• 4:11
  taken
• 4:12
  months
• 4:12
  and
• 4:12
  months
• 4:12
  and
• 4:12
  months
• 4:13
  to
• 4:13
  get
• 4:13
  through
• 4:14
  this
• 4:14
  process.
• 4:15
  And
• 4:15
  I
• 4:15
  don't
• 4:15
  think
• 4:15
  we're
• 4:16
  any
• 4:16
  closer
• 4:16
  than
• 4:16
  the
• 4:16
  day
• 4:16
  we
• 4:17
  dropped
• 4:17
  off
• 4:17
  the
• 4:17
  paperwork,
• 4:18
  which
• 4:18
  was
• 4:18
  many
• 4:18
  months
• 4:18
  ago.
• 4:19
  So
• 4:20
  we'll
• 4:20
  have
• 4:20
  to
• 4:20
  see
• 4:20
  what
• 4:20
  happens
• 4:21
  with
• 4:21
  this
• 4:21
  and
• 4:22
  how
• 4:22
  this
• 4:22
  process
• 4:22
  goes.
• 4:23
  But
• 4:23
  if
• 4:23
  you're
• 4:24
  running
• 4:24
  into
• 4:24
  those
• 4:24
  delays
• 4:25
  or
• 4:25
  they're
• 4:25
  giving
• 4:26
  you
• 4:26
  a
• 4:26
  hard
• 4:26
  time
• 4:26
  when
• 4:27
  you
• 4:27
  clearly
• 4:27
  make,
• 4:28
  you
• 4:28
  know,
• 4:29
  meet
• 4:30
  all
• 4:30
  the
• 4:30
  requirements,
• 4:31
  love
• 4:31
  to
• 4:32
  hear
• 4:32
  from
• 4:32
  you
• 4:33
  over
• 4:33
  at
• 4:33
  around
• 4:33
  the
• 4:33
  house
• 4:34
  online.com
• 4:35
  and
• 4:35
  that
• 4:35
  could
• 4:35
  be
• 4:36
  something
• 4:36
  you're
• 4:36
  hearing
• 4:36
  in
• 4:36
  a
• 4:37
  future
• 4:37
  episode.
• 4:37
  But
• 4:38
  for
• 4:38
  the
• 4:38
  rest
• 4:38
  of
• 4:38
  you
• 4:39
  out
• 4:39
  there,
• 4:39
  make
• 4:40
  sure
• 4:40
  and
• 4:40
  take
• 4:40
  a
• 4:41
  look
• 4:41
  and
• 4:42
  see
• 4:42
  if
• 4:42
  you
• 4:43
  could
• 4:43
  get
• 4:43
  some
• 4:43
  relief
• 4:44
  from
• 4:45
  property
• 4:45
  taxes
• 4:45
  and
• 4:46
  things
• 4:46
  like
• 4:46
  that,
• 4:46
  because
• 4:47
  that
• 4:47
  could
• 4:47
  save
• 4:47
  you
• 4:48
  thousands
• 4:48
  of
• 4:48
  dollars
• 4:49
  a
• 4:49
  year.
• 4:49
  And
• 4:49
  if
• 4:49
  you're
• 4:49
  on
• 4:49
  a
• 4:49
  fixed
• 4:50
  income
• 4:50
  for
• 4:51
  you
• 4:51
  or
• 4:51
  your
• 4:51
  loved
• 4:51
  ones,
• 4:52
  that
• 4:52
  could
• 4:52
  be
• 4:52
  a
• 4:52
  big
• 4:53
  deal.
• 4:53
  So
• 4:53
  take
• 4:53
  a
• 4:54
  peek
• 4:54
  at
• 4:54
  that.
• 4:55
  It
• 4:55
  might
• 4:55
  be
• 4:55
  a
• 4:55
  way
• 4:55
  to
• 4:56
  save
• 4:56
  some
• 4:56
  money.
• 4:57
  I
• 4:57
  wanted
• 4:58
  to
• 4:58
  talk
• 4:58
  about
• 4:58
  a
• 4:58
  few
• 4:58
  other
• 4:58
  things
• 4:59
  here
• 4:59
  as
• 4:59
  well.
• 4:59
  We've
• 5:00
  got
• 5:00
  some
• 5:00
  interesting
• 5:00
  things
• 5:01
  going
• 5:01
  on
• 5:01
  in
• 5:01
  the
• 5:01
  economy
• 5:02
  out
• 5:02
  there,
• 5:02
  and
• 5:02
  I'm
• 5:02
  starting
• 5:03
  to
• 5:03
  see
• 5:04
  things
• 5:04
  playing
• 5:05
  their
• 5:05
  way
• 5:05
  out
• 5:05
  and
• 5:05
  we'll
• 5:06
  see
• 5:06
  how
• 5:06
  it
• 5:06
  goes.
• 5:07
  But
• 5:07
  this
• 5:08
  has
• 5:08
  been
• 5:08
  brewing
• 5:08
  for
• 5:08
  a
• 5:09
  long
• 5:09
  time.
• 5:09
  So
• 5:09
  this
• 5:09
  has
• 5:10
  nothing
• 5:10
  to
• 5:10
  do
• 5:10
  with
• 5:10
  the
• 5:11
  election
• 5:11
  or
• 5:12
  politics
• 5:12
  of
• 5:12
  that
• 5:13
  nature,
• 5:13
  but
• 5:14
  we're
• 5:14
  starting
• 5:14
  to
• 5:15
  see
• 5:16
  retailers
• 5:17
  and
• 5:18
  companies
• 5:19
  in
• 5:19
  the
• 5:19
  home
• 5:19
  improvement
• 5:20
  market
• 5:21
  going
• 5:21
  out
• 5:21
  of
• 5:21
  business
• 5:22
  or
• 5:23
  drastic
• 5:24
  reductions
• 5:25
  in
• 5:25
  force
• 5:26
  in
• 5:27
  Oregon.
• 5:27
  Here
• 5:27
  we
• 5:27
  have
• 5:28
  seen,
• 5:28
  because
• 5:28
  of
• 5:28
  the
• 5:29
  Canadian
• 5:29
  two
• 5:30
  things,
• 5:30
  Canadian
• 5:30
  lumber
• 5:31
  coming
• 5:31
  in
• 5:31
  cheap
• 5:31
  into
• 5:31
  the
• 5:32
  US
• 5:33
  and
• 5:33
  two,
• 5:34
  some
• 5:34
  of
• 5:34
  the
• 5:34
  changes
• 5:35
  that
• 5:35
  they've
• 5:35
  been
• 5:35
  doing
• 5:36
  to
• 5:37
  forestry
• 5:37
  laws
• 5:37
  in
• 5:38
  Oregon.
• 5:39
  Many
• 5:39
  of
• 5:39
  our
• 5:39
  sawmills
• 5:40
  have
• 5:40
  been
• 5:40
  closing
• 5:40
  down
• 5:41
  here
• 5:41
  in
• 5:41
  Oregon,
• 5:41
  which
• 5:42
  is
• 5:42
  a
• 5:43
  significant
• 5:43
  impact
• 5:44
  to
• 5:44
  those
• 5:44
  communities
• 5:44
  as
• 5:45
  well
• 5:45
  as
• 5:46
  west
• 5:46
  coast
• 5:47
  or
• 5:47
  western
• 5:48
  US
• 5:48
  Lumber
• 5:48
  production.
• 5:49
  And
• 5:50
  so
• 5:50
  we're
• 5:50
  seeing
• 5:51
  that
• 5:51
  happen.
• 5:51
  We'll
• 5:52
  see
• 5:52
  what
• 5:52
  happens
• 5:52
  with
• 5:52
  the
• 5:52
  whole
• 5:53
  tariffs
• 5:53
  thing.
• 5:53
  I'm
• 5:53
  not
• 5:54
  too
• 5:54
  concerned
• 5:54
  about
• 5:54
  that.
• 5:55
  If
• 5:55
  anything,
• 5:55
  we
• 5:56
  might
• 5:56
  see
• 5:56
  some
• 5:56
  of
• 5:56
  these
• 5:57
  places
• 5:57
  start
• 5:57
  back
• 5:58
  up
• 5:58
  again.
• 5:59
  But
• 5:59
  now
• 5:59
  we're
• 5:59
  starting
• 6:00
  to
• 6:00
  see
• 6:00
  retailers
• 6:01
  that
• 6:01
  have
• 6:01
  been
• 6:01
  around
• 6:02
  for
• 6:02
  20,
• 6:03
  30,
• 6:03
  40
• 6:04
  years
• 6:04
  close
• 6:05
  up.
• 6:05
  I
• 6:05
  was
• 6:05
  just
• 6:06
  looking
• 6:06
  and
• 6:07
  up
• 6:07
  in
• 6:07
  Seattle
• 6:08
  and
• 6:08
  saw
• 6:08
  the
• 6:08
  Kisky
• 6:09
  family
• 6:09
  up
• 6:09
  there
• 6:09
  who's
• 6:10
  had
• 6:10
  two
• 6:10
  Basset
• 6:10
  Furniture
• 6:11
  locations
• 6:12
  in
• 6:12
  the
• 6:13
  Puget
• 6:13
  Sound
• 6:14
  area.
• 6:14
  I
• 6:14
  know
• 6:14
  these
• 6:15
  people,
• 6:15
  I
• 6:15
  met
• 6:15
  him
• 6:15
  on
• 6:16
  a
• 6:16
  cruise
• 6:16
  once.
• 6:17
  They've
• 6:17
  closed
• 6:18
  up
• 6:18
  and
• 6:18
  shut
• 6:18
  down
• 6:19
  all
• 6:19
  of
• 6:19
  their
• 6:19
  stores
• 6:20
  up
• 6:20
  there.
• 6:21
  And
• 6:21
  we're
• 6:21
  starting
• 6:21
  to
• 6:21
  see
• 6:21
  these
• 6:22
  retailers
• 6:23
  that
• 6:23
  have
• 6:23
  been
• 6:23
  around
• 6:23
  for
• 6:24
  decades
• 6:25
  disappearing.
• 6:26
  And
• 6:26
  that's
• 6:26
  interesting.
• 6:27
  We're
• 6:28
  starting
• 6:28
  to
• 6:28
  see
• 6:28
  that
• 6:28
  happen
• 6:29
  in
• 6:29
  my
• 6:29
  neck
• 6:30
  of
• 6:30
  the
• 6:30
  woods
• 6:30
  out
• 6:30
  here
• 6:31
  in
• 6:31
  the
• 6:31
  Pacific
• 6:31
  Northwest.
• 6:32
  Rada
• 6:33
  Paint,
• 6:33
  which
• 6:33
  is
• 6:33
  a
• 6:34
  huge
• 6:35
  regional
• 6:35
  paint
• 6:36
  supplier,
• 6:36
  just
• 6:37
  picked
• 6:37
  up
• 6:38
  Miller
• 6:38
  Paint,
• 6:38
  who
• 6:38
  I've
• 6:39
  worked
• 6:39
  with.
• 6:39
  Those
• 6:40
  guys
• 6:40
  have
• 6:40
  been
• 6:40
  around
• 6:40
  here
• 6:41
  for
• 6:41
  I
• 6:41
  think
• 6:42
  120
• 6:43
  years
• 6:43
  in
• 6:43
  the
• 6:43
  Portland
• 6:44
  area.
• 6:44
  They
• 6:45
  were
• 6:45
  an
• 6:45
  employee
• 6:46
  owned
• 6:46
  company
• 6:47
  that
• 6:47
  just
• 6:48
  sold
• 6:49
  to
• 6:49
  rad
• 6:49
  of
• 6:49
  paint.
• 6:50
  So
• 6:50
  I'm
• 6:50
  curious
• 6:50
  to
• 6:50
  see
• 6:51
  how
• 6:51
  that
• 6:51
  worked
• 6:52
  and
• 6:52
  how
• 6:52
  that
• 6:52
  played
• 6:53
  out
• 6:53
  because
• 6:53
  I'm
• 6:53
  not
• 6:53
  sure
• 6:54
  how
• 6:54
  an
• 6:54
  employee
• 6:54
  owned
• 6:54
  company
• 6:55
  sells
• 6:56
  to
• 6:56
  another
• 6:57
  manufacturer
• 6:57
  that's
• 6:57
  a
• 6:58
  competitor.
• 6:58
  But
• 6:59
  not
• 6:59
  that
• 6:59
  there's
• 6:59
  anything
• 7:00
  wrong
• 7:00
  there,
• 7:00
  but
• 7:00
  I'm
• 7:00
  just
• 7:01
  curious
• 7:01
  from
• 7:01
  the
• 7:02
  business
• 7:02
  side
• 7:02
  how
• 7:02
  that
• 7:02
  works
• 7:03
  out.
• 7:03
  But
• 7:04
  we're
• 7:04
  starting
• 7:04
  to
• 7:04
  see
• 7:05
  all
• 7:05
  of
• 7:05
  these
• 7:05
  things
• 7:06
  change
• 7:06
  like
• 7:06
  that.
• 7:07
  And
• 7:08
  a
• 7:08
  lot
• 7:08
  of
• 7:08
  it
• 7:08
  is
• 7:08
  just
• 7:09
  a
• 7:09
  sign
• 7:09
  of
• 7:09
  the
• 7:09
  times
• 7:10
  now
• 7:10
  on
• 7:10
  the
• 7:10
  retailer
• 7:11
  side
• 7:11
  of
• 7:11
  things,
• 7:12
  I
• 7:12
  think
• 7:12
  what
• 7:12
  we're
• 7:13
  seeing
• 7:13
  is
• 7:14
  we're
• 7:14
  seeing
• 7:14
  so
• 7:14
  many
• 7:15
  companies
• 7:15
  out
• 7:16
  there
• 7:16
  that
• 7:16
  came
• 7:17
  through
• 7:17
  Covid
• 7:19
  with
• 7:19
  all
• 7:19
  the
• 7:20
  demand
• 7:20
  for
• 7:21
  things
• 7:21
  with
• 7:21
  your
• 7:21
  home
• 7:22
  and
• 7:22
  everybody
• 7:23
  ramped
• 7:23
  up.
• 7:23
  There
• 7:23
  were
• 7:24
  waiting
• 7:24
  lists,
• 7:25
  especially
• 7:25
  furniture.
• 7:26
  There
• 7:26
  was.
• 7:26
  People
• 7:27
  were
• 7:27
  waiting
• 7:27
  six
• 7:27
  months
• 7:27
  to
• 7:28
  get
• 7:28
  a
• 7:28
  couch.
• 7:29
  And
• 7:30
  we're
• 7:30
  seeing
• 7:30
  this
• 7:30
  even
• 7:31
  in
• 7:31
  school
• 7:31
  districts
• 7:33
  where
• 7:33
  they
• 7:33
  got
• 7:34
  money
• 7:34
  and
• 7:35
  all
• 7:35
  of
• 7:35
  a
• 7:35
  sudden
• 7:36
  they
• 7:36
  can't
• 7:36
  manage
• 7:37
  it.
• 7:37
  I'm
• 7:38
  seeing
• 7:38
  that
• 7:38
  all
• 7:38
  over
• 7:39
  the
• 7:39
  country
• 7:39
  where
• 7:39
  school
• 7:40
  districts
• 7:40
  got
• 7:40
  money
• 7:40
  for
• 7:41
  Covid
• 7:41
  and
• 7:42
  then
• 7:42
  they
• 7:42
  turned
• 7:42
  around
• 7:43
  and
• 7:44
  spent
• 7:44
  it
• 7:44
  on
• 7:44
  administration.
• 7:45
  They
• 7:45
  spent
• 7:46
  it
• 7:46
  on
• 7:47
  places
• 7:47
  that
• 7:47
  really
• 7:48
  didn't
• 7:48
  do
• 7:48
  much
• 7:48
  for
• 7:49
  the
• 7:49
  students.
• 7:49
  And
• 7:50
  now
• 7:50
  all
• 7:50
  of
• 7:50
  a
• 7:50
  sudden
• 7:50
  you're
• 7:51
  seeing
• 7:51
  the
• 7:52
  shop
• 7:52
  programs,
• 7:53
  the
• 7:53
  art
• 7:53
  programs,
• 7:54
  the
• 7:54
  music
• 7:54
  programs.
• 7:55
  All
• 7:56
  of
• 7:56
  those
• 7:56
  things
• 7:57
  get
• 7:58
  cut
• 7:58
  back
• 7:59
  and
• 7:59
  massive
• 8:00
  layoffs.
• 8:00
  But
• 8:00
  of
• 8:01
  course
• 8:01
  it's
• 8:01
  never
• 8:01
  the.
• 8:02
  It's
• 8:02
  always
• 8:02
  the
• 8:02
  kids
• 8:03
  feet.
• 8:03
  It's
• 8:03
  one
• 8:03
  of
• 8:03
  those
• 8:03
  things
• 8:04
  that
• 8:04
  we
• 8:04
  see
• 8:04
  this,
• 8:04
  right?
• 8:05
  And
• 8:06
  it's
• 8:06
  one
• 8:06
  of
• 8:06
  those
• 8:06
  things
• 8:07
  that
• 8:07
  we
• 8:07
  see
• 8:07
  in
• 8:07
  the
• 8:07
  public
• 8:08
  sector
• 8:08
  a
• 8:08
  lot.
• 8:09
  And
• 8:09
  it's
• 8:10
  interesting.
• 8:10
  It's
• 8:11
  that
• 8:11
  fear
• 8:11
  based
• 8:12
  type
• 8:12
  of
• 8:12
  thing.
• 8:13
  If
• 8:13
  the
• 8:13
  police
• 8:14
  department
• 8:14
  has
• 8:14
  cuts.
• 8:15
  They
• 8:15
  don't
• 8:15
  cut
• 8:16
  administration,
• 8:17
  they
• 8:17
  cut
• 8:17
  the
• 8:18
  police
• 8:18
  force
• 8:18
  because
• 8:18
  they're
• 8:19
  going
• 8:19
  to
• 8:19
  say,
• 8:19
  hey,
• 8:19
  now
• 8:19
  you're
• 8:19
  not
• 8:20
  going
• 8:20
  to
• 8:20
  get
• 8:20
  enough.
• 8:21
  There's
• 8:21
  a
• 8:21
  little
• 8:21
  bit
• 8:21
  of
• 8:22
  fear
• 8:22
  in
• 8:22
  this
• 8:22
  money
• 8:23
  game.
• 8:23
  And
• 8:23
  it's
• 8:24
  fire
• 8:24
  department,
• 8:24
  same
• 8:25
  thing.
• 8:25
  And
• 8:26
  those
• 8:26
  guys
• 8:26
  are
• 8:26
  always
• 8:27
  underfunded.
• 8:27
  So
• 8:28
  trust
• 8:28
  me,
• 8:28
  I'm
• 8:28
  not
• 8:28
  going
• 8:28
  after
• 8:29
  those
• 8:29
  guys
• 8:29
  at
• 8:29
  all.
• 8:30
  School
• 8:30
  districts,
• 8:31
  on
• 8:31
  the
• 8:31
  other
• 8:31
  hand,
• 8:31
  are
• 8:31
  a
• 8:31
  different
• 8:32
  one.
• 8:32
  We
• 8:33
  spend
• 8:33
  here
• 8:33
  in
• 8:33
  Oregon,
• 8:34
  where
• 8:34
  I
• 8:34
  live,
• 8:35
  some
• 8:35
  of
• 8:35
  the
• 8:36
  most
• 8:36
  per
• 8:36
  capita
• 8:37
  per
• 8:37
  student,
• 8:37
  but
• 8:38
  have
• 8:38
  some
• 8:38
  of
• 8:38
  the
• 8:38
  worst
• 8:39
  education
• 8:39
  of
• 8:40
  kids
• 8:40
  in
• 8:40
  the
• 8:40
  country.
• 8:41
  And
• 8:42
  a
• 8:42
  lot
• 8:42
  of
• 8:42
  that
• 8:42
  has
• 8:42
  to
• 8:42
  do
• 8:43
  with
• 8:43
  their
• 8:44
  just
• 8:44
  massive
• 8:45
  spending
• 8:46
  on
• 8:46
  management
• 8:47
  and
• 8:48
  not
• 8:48
  stuff
• 8:48
  that
• 8:48
  puts
• 8:48
  kids
• 8:49
  and
• 8:49
  put
• 8:49
  kids
• 8:49
  in
• 8:50
  the
• 8:50
  classrooms
• 8:50
  and
• 8:50
  stuff.
• 8:51
  So
• 8:51
  we're
• 8:52
  seeing
• 8:52
  that
• 8:52
  in
• 8:52
  the
• 8:52
  business
• 8:53
  side
• 8:53
  too,
• 8:53
  where
• 8:54
  companies
• 8:54
  went
• 8:55
  out,
• 8:55
  had
• 8:55
  all
• 8:55
  this
• 8:56
  money
• 8:56
  come
• 8:56
  in,
• 8:57
  expanded,
• 8:58
  remodeled,
• 8:58
  started
• 8:59
  by
• 8:59
  hiring
• 8:59
  more
• 8:59
  people
• 9:00
  and
• 9:01
  then
• 9:01
  couldn't.
• 9:02
  When
• 9:02
  that
• 9:02
  faucet
• 9:03
  turned
• 9:03
  off,
• 9:03
  they
• 9:03
  didn't
• 9:04
  react
• 9:04
  fast
• 9:04
  enough.
• 9:05
  So
• 9:05
  you're
• 9:06
  seeing
• 9:06
  designers
• 9:07
  now
• 9:07
  out
• 9:07
  there
• 9:08
  and
• 9:09
  contractors
• 9:10
  start
• 9:10
  to
• 9:10
  split
• 9:11
  their
• 9:11
  business
• 9:11
  up.
• 9:12
  Okay,
• 9:12
  instead
• 9:13
  of
• 9:13
  just
• 9:13
  working
• 9:13
  with
• 9:13
  one
• 9:14
  company,
• 9:14
  I'm
• 9:14
  going
• 9:14
  to
• 9:14
  work
• 9:14
  with
• 9:15
  three
• 9:15
  or
• 9:15
  four
• 9:16
  because
• 9:16
  if
• 9:16
  one
• 9:17
  shuts
• 9:17
  down,
• 9:18
  I'm
• 9:18
  in
• 9:18
  trouble.
• 9:19
  And
• 9:19
  you're
• 9:19
  seeing
• 9:19
  that
• 9:19
  with
• 9:20
  cabinet
• 9:20
  companies
• 9:20
  and
• 9:21
  everything
• 9:21
  else.
• 9:21
  And
• 9:21
  I
• 9:21
  think
• 9:22
  one
• 9:22
  of
• 9:22
  the
• 9:22
  things
• 9:23
  that's
• 9:23
  going
• 9:23
  to
• 9:23
  get
• 9:23
  even
• 9:24
  more
• 9:24
  interesting
• 9:25
  is
• 9:25
  if
• 9:26
  you
• 9:26
  walk
• 9:26
  into
• 9:26
  the
• 9:27
  big
• 9:27
  box
• 9:27
  retailers,
• 9:28
  your
• 9:28
  lows,
• 9:29
  your.
• 9:30
  Any
• 9:30
  of
• 9:30
  these
• 9:30
  big
• 9:31
  box
• 9:31
  retailers,
• 9:32
  Lowe's,
• 9:32
  Home
• 9:32
  Depot,
• 9:32
  that
• 9:33
  kind
• 9:33
  of
• 9:33
  stuff.
• 9:34
  If
• 9:34
  you
• 9:34
  walk
• 9:34
  into
• 9:35
  those
• 9:35
  cabinet
• 9:36
  departments,
• 9:37
  most
• 9:37
  of
• 9:38
  those
• 9:38
  are
• 9:38
  cabinets
• 9:39
  in
• 9:39
  there
• 9:39
  are
• 9:39
  in
• 9:39
  the
• 9:40
  top
• 9:40
  two
• 9:40
  or
• 9:40
  three
• 9:41
  brands
• 9:41
  in
• 9:41
  the
• 9:41
  country.
• 9:42
  Now,
• 9:43
  there
• 9:43
  are
• 9:43
  exceptions
• 9:44
  like
• 9:44
  some
• 9:44
  of
• 9:44
  the
• 9:44
  privately
• 9:45
  owned
• 9:45
  ones
• 9:45
  like
• 9:46
  Belmont
• 9:46
  Cabinets
• 9:47
  or
• 9:47
  some
• 9:47
  of
• 9:47
  these
• 9:47
  other
• 9:48
  guys
• 9:48
  out
• 9:48
  there.
• 9:48
  But
• 9:49
  really,
• 9:49
  if
• 9:49
  you're
• 9:50
  looking
• 9:51
  at
• 9:51
  the
• 9:51
  craft
• 9:52
  maids,
• 9:52
  the
• 9:53
  American
• 9:53
  wood
• 9:54
  marks,
• 9:55
  all
• 9:55
  of
• 9:55
  those
• 9:56
  different
• 9:56
  brands
• 9:56
  that
• 9:56
  you
• 9:57
  see
• 9:57
  Schuler
• 9:57
  or
• 9:58
  whatever
• 9:58
  in
• 9:58
  the
• 9:58
  home
• 9:59
  centers
• 9:59
  and
• 10:00
  their
• 10:00
  private
• 10:00
  brands
• 10:01
  that
• 10:01
  go
• 10:01
  with
• 10:01
  it.
• 10:02
  And
• 10:02
  this
• 10:02
  is
• 10:02
  where
• 10:02
  I
• 10:03
  think
• 10:03
  the
• 10:03
  tariff
• 10:03
  conversation
• 10:04
  is
• 10:04
  going
• 10:04
  to
• 10:04
  get
• 10:05
  interesting,
• 10:06
  is
• 10:06
  that
• 10:07
  those
• 10:07
  big
• 10:08
  companies
• 10:09
  decided
• 10:09
  a
• 10:09
  handful
• 10:10
  of
• 10:10
  years
• 10:10
  ago
• 10:11
  to
• 10:11
  ship
• 10:12
  raw
• 10:12
  materials
• 10:13
  over
• 10:13
  to
• 10:13
  China
• 10:14
  or
• 10:14
  Southeast
• 10:14
  Asia,
• 10:15
  have
• 10:15
  parts
• 10:16
  cut
• 10:16
  out.
• 10:16
  And
• 10:17
  these
• 10:17
  are
• 10:17
  generic
• 10:17
  parts.
• 10:18
  These
• 10:18
  might
• 10:18
  not
• 10:18
  be
• 10:18
  your
• 10:18
  caboteors,
• 10:19
  but
• 10:19
  they're
• 10:19
  the,
• 10:20
  the
• 10:20
  stretchers
• 10:21
  or
• 10:21
  face
• 10:22
  frames
• 10:22
  or
• 10:22
  cabinet
• 10:23
  box
• 10:23
  sides
• 10:24
  that
• 10:24
  they
• 10:24
  can
• 10:24
  put
• 10:24
  on
• 10:24
  CNC
• 10:25
  machines
• 10:25
  over
• 10:26
  there
• 10:26
  or
• 10:27
  have
• 10:27
  people
• 10:27
  cutting
• 10:28
  them
• 10:28
  out
• 10:28
  and
• 10:29
  ship
• 10:29
  them
• 10:29
  back
• 10:30
  in
• 10:30
  bulk
• 10:31
  for
• 10:31
  their
• 10:31
  stock
• 10:31
  cabinetry.
• 10:33
  And
• 10:33
  so
• 10:33
  then
• 10:33
  they
• 10:33
  come
• 10:34
  back
• 10:34
  in
• 10:34
  the
• 10:34
  US
• 10:35
  and
• 10:36
  they
• 10:36
  get
• 10:36
  put
• 10:36
  into
• 10:36
  your
• 10:36
  cabinetry.
• 10:37
  So
• 10:38
  that
• 10:38
  saved
• 10:38
  them
• 10:38
  a
• 10:39
  bunch
• 10:39
  of
• 10:39
  jobs
• 10:39
  here
• 10:39
  in
• 10:39
  the
• 10:39
  US
• 10:40
  and
• 10:40
  it
• 10:40
  was
• 10:40
  cheaper
• 10:41
  to
• 10:41
  do
• 10:41
  that.
• 10:42
  I
• 10:42
  think
• 10:43
  in
• 10:43
  the
• 10:43
  tariff
• 10:43
  situation.
• 10:44
  That
• 10:44
  could
• 10:44
  be
• 10:44
  interesting
• 10:45
  because
• 10:45
  now
• 10:45
  I
• 10:45
  think
• 10:46
  those
• 10:46
  jobs
• 10:46
  might
• 10:46
  be
• 10:46
  coming
• 10:47
  back
• 10:47
  in.
• 10:47
  But
• 10:48
  what
• 10:48
  we're
• 10:48
  starting
• 10:48
  to
• 10:49
  see,
• 10:49
  though,
• 10:49
  is
• 10:49
  a
• 10:50
  lot
• 10:50
  of
• 10:50
  these,
• 10:50
  like
• 10:51
  Dura
• 10:51
  supreme
• 10:51
  cabinetry,
• 10:52
  who
• 10:52
  is
• 10:52
  a.
• 10:53
  I
• 10:53
  was
• 10:53
  one
• 10:53
  of
• 10:53
  their
• 10:53
  largest
• 10:54
  deals
• 10:54
  in
• 10:54
  the
• 10:54
  country
• 10:55
  for
• 10:55
  a
• 10:55
  number
• 10:55
  of
• 10:55
  years.
• 10:56
  We're
• 10:56
  starting
• 10:56
  to
• 10:56
  see
• 10:57
  that
• 10:57
  those
• 10:58
  guys
• 10:58
  got
• 10:58
  bought
• 10:58
  up
• 10:59
  by
• 10:59
  another
• 10:59
  company,
• 11:00
  one
• 11:00
  of
• 11:00
  the
• 11:00
  big
• 11:01
  cabinet
• 11:01
  conglomerates.
• 11:02
  And
• 11:02
  I'm
• 11:02
  not
• 11:02
  here
• 11:02
  to
• 11:02
  beat
• 11:02
  on
• 11:03
  anybody,
• 11:03
  but
• 11:03
  it's
• 11:04
  just
• 11:04
  what
• 11:04
  happened
• 11:05
  now
• 11:05
  all
• 11:05
  of
• 11:05
  a
• 11:05
  sudden,
• 11:06
  their
• 11:06
  new
• 11:06
  plant
• 11:06
  that
• 11:06
  they
• 11:07
  just
• 11:07
  opened
• 11:07
  up
• 11:08
  is
• 11:08
  shutting
• 11:09
  down
• 11:09
  and
• 11:09
  they're
• 11:09
  moving
• 11:10
  stuff
• 11:10
  around.
• 11:11
  So
• 11:11
  we're
• 11:11
  starting
• 11:11
  to
• 11:12
  see
• 11:12
  some
• 11:13
  of
• 11:13
  those
• 11:13
  conglomerates
• 11:14
  starting
• 11:14
  to
• 11:14
  really
• 11:15
  dive
• 11:15
  in
• 11:16
  and
• 11:17
  change
• 11:17
  how
• 11:18
  they're
• 11:18
  doing
• 11:18
  cabinetry
• 11:19
  a
• 11:19
  little
• 11:19
  bit.
• 11:19
  And
• 11:20
  they're
• 11:20
  combining
• 11:20
  forces
• 11:21
  within
• 11:21
  the
• 11:21
  brands.
• 11:22
  Kind
• 11:22
  of
• 11:22
  like
• 11:22
  how
• 11:23
  GM
• 11:24
  and
• 11:24
  Chevrolet,
• 11:25
  for
• 11:25
  instance,
• 11:25
  might
• 11:26
  build
• 11:27
  a
• 11:27
  GMC
• 11:28
  truck
• 11:28
  and
• 11:28
  a
• 11:28
  Chevy
• 11:29
  truck
• 11:29
  on
• 11:29
  the
• 11:29
  same
• 11:30
  line.
• 11:31
  You're
• 11:31
  going
• 11:31
  to
• 11:31
  see
• 11:31
  that
• 11:32
  more
• 11:32
  and
• 11:32
  more,
• 11:32
  I
• 11:32
  think,
• 11:32
  in
• 11:33
  the
• 11:33
  big
• 11:33
  box
• 11:34
  store
• 11:35
  brands
• 11:35
  where
• 11:36
  it
• 11:36
  was
• 11:36
  really
• 11:36
  there
• 11:37
  was
• 11:37
  this
• 11:37
  brand
• 11:37
  in
• 11:38
  this
• 11:38
  factory,
• 11:38
  this
• 11:38
  brand
• 11:38
  in
• 11:39
  this
• 11:39
  factory.
• 11:40
  You're
• 11:40
  going
• 11:40
  to
• 11:40
  see
• 11:40
  more
• 11:41
  and
• 11:41
  more,
• 11:41
  I
• 11:41
  think,
• 11:41
  with
• 11:42
  these
• 11:42
  cabinet
• 11:42
  lines
• 11:43
  that
• 11:43
  have
• 11:43
  five,
• 11:44
  six,
• 11:44
  seven
• 11:45
  cabinet
• 11:45
  brands
• 11:46
  under
• 11:46
  an
• 11:46
  umbrella.
• 11:47
  I
• 11:47
  think
• 11:47
  you're
• 11:47
  going
• 11:48
  to
• 11:48
  see
• 11:48
  those
• 11:48
  change
• 11:48
  into
• 11:49
  a
• 11:49
  regional
• 11:49
  thing
• 11:49
  to
• 11:49
  cut
• 11:50
  down
• 11:50
  on
• 11:50
  shipping
• 11:50
  and
• 11:50
  things
• 11:51
  like
• 11:51
  that.
• 11:51
  So
• 11:51
  we'll
• 11:52
  see
• 11:52
  what
• 11:52
  happens.
• 11:52
  But
• 11:52
  there's
• 11:53
  a
• 11:53
  lot
• 11:53
  of
• 11:53
  change
• 11:54
  out
• 11:54
  there.
• 11:55
  But
• 11:55
  just
• 11:55
  be
• 11:55
  very
• 11:55
  careful
• 11:56
  with
• 11:56
  the
• 11:56
  retailers
• 11:57
  that
• 11:57
  you're
• 11:58
  working
• 11:58
  with
• 11:58
  out
• 11:58
  there.
• 11:59
  I
• 11:59
  don't
• 11:59
  want
• 12:00
  to
• 12:00
  see
• 12:00
  you
• 12:00
  go
• 12:00
  put
• 12:00
  in,
• 12:01
  you
• 12:01
  know,
• 12:01
  thousand
• 12:02
  bucks
• 12:02
  down
• 12:02
  on
• 12:02
  a
• 12:03
  couch
• 12:03
  and
• 12:03
  realize
• 12:03
  that
• 12:04
  a
• 12:04
  month
• 12:04
  later
• 12:04
  those
• 12:04
  guys
• 12:05
  closed
• 12:05
  up
• 12:05
  and
• 12:05
  you're
• 12:05
  gone.
• 12:06
  So
• 12:06
  for
• 12:07
  those
• 12:07
  kind
• 12:07
  of
• 12:07
  things,
• 12:07
  I
• 12:08
  would
• 12:08
  highly
• 12:08
  suggest
• 12:09
  paying
• 12:10
  with
• 12:11
  plastic.
• 12:12
  So
• 12:12
  you
• 12:12
  have
• 12:13
  versus
• 12:13
  cash.
• 12:14
  So
• 12:14
  you
• 12:15
  have
• 12:15
  some
• 12:15
  recourse.
• 12:15
  You
• 12:16
  can
• 12:16
  always
• 12:16
  go
• 12:16
  back
• 12:16
  to
• 12:16
  the
• 12:17
  cabinet,
• 12:17
  to
• 12:18
  the
• 12:18
  credit
• 12:18
  card
• 12:18
  supplier
• 12:19
  and
• 12:19
  go,
• 12:19
  hey,
• 12:19
  Visa,
• 12:20
  MasterCard,
• 12:20
  whoever
• 12:21
  I
• 12:22
  paid
• 12:22
  for
• 12:22
  this
• 12:22
  and
• 12:22
  never
• 12:23
  got
• 12:23
  it
• 12:23
  back,
• 12:23
  you
• 12:23
  had
• 12:23
  a
• 12:23
  good
• 12:23
  chance
• 12:24
  of
• 12:24
  that
• 12:24
  coming
• 12:24
  back
• 12:24
  to
• 12:24
  you.
• 12:25
  Or
• 12:25
  if
• 12:25
  you
• 12:25
  paid
• 12:25
  for
• 12:26
  cash,
• 12:26
  you're
• 12:26
  in
• 12:26
  line
• 12:26
  with
• 12:26
  the
• 12:26
  rest
• 12:27
  of
• 12:27
  the
• 12:27
  creditors.
• 12:27
  So
• 12:28
  be
• 12:28
  a
• 12:28
  little
• 12:28
  careful.
• 12:29
  We're
• 12:29
  in
• 12:29
  a
• 12:29
  really
• 12:30
  interesting
• 12:30
  time
• 12:30
  this
• 12:31
  time
• 12:31
  of
• 12:31
  year
• 12:31
  and
• 12:32
  we're
• 12:32
  seeing
• 12:32
  a
• 12:32
  lot
• 12:32
  of
• 12:33
  people
• 12:33
  close
• 12:33
  down,
• 12:33
  at
• 12:34
  least
• 12:34
  in
• 12:34
  my
• 12:34
  area.
• 12:35
  And
• 12:35
  I'm
• 12:35
  seeing
• 12:35
  stuff
• 12:36
  across
• 12:36
  the
• 12:36
  country
• 12:37
  as
• 12:37
  well.
• 12:37
  Be
• 12:38
  real
• 12:38
  careful
• 12:38
  out
• 12:38
  there
• 12:38
  with
• 12:39
  your
• 12:39
  purchases.
• 12:39
  Be
• 12:39
  careful
• 12:40
  with
• 12:40
  the
• 12:40
  contractors
• 12:41
  you're
• 12:41
  working
• 12:41
  with
• 12:42
  and
• 12:42
  of
• 12:42
  course,
• 12:42
  make
• 12:42
  sure
• 12:42
  you
• 12:42
  do
• 12:43
  your
• 12:43
  background
• 12:43
  checks
• 12:43
  and
• 12:44
  all
• 12:44
  that
• 12:44
  stuff.
• 12:44
  And
• 12:44
  take
• 12:45
  a
• 12:45
  look
• 12:45
  and
• 12:45
  see.
• 12:46
  Many
• 12:46
  times
• 12:46
  you'll
• 12:47
  see
• 12:47
  with
• 12:47
  retailers
• 12:48
  if
• 12:48
  they're
• 12:48
  having
• 12:48
  delivery
• 12:49
  issues,
• 12:50
  if
• 12:50
  they're
• 12:50
  having
• 12:50
  money
• 12:51
  Issues.
• 12:51
  You'll
• 12:52
  start
• 12:52
  to
• 12:52
  see
• 12:52
  reviews
• 12:53
  online
• 12:53
  going,
• 12:54
  wow,
• 12:54
  I
• 12:54
  ordered
• 12:55
  X
• 12:55
  and
• 12:56
  it
• 12:56
  took
• 12:56
  extra
• 12:56
  two
• 12:56
  months.
• 12:57
  Sometimes
• 12:58
  that
• 12:58
  could
• 12:58
  be
• 12:58
  a
• 12:59
  warning
• 12:59
  sign
• 12:59
  of
• 12:59
  things
• 13:00
  to
• 13:00
  come
• 13:00
  because
• 13:00
  maybe
• 13:00
  they're
• 13:01
  not
• 13:01
  paying
• 13:01
  their
• 13:01
  bills.
• 13:02
  Just
• 13:02
  be
• 13:02
  a
• 13:02
  little
• 13:03
  careful
• 13:03
  out
• 13:03
  there.
• 13:04
  Be
• 13:04
  a
• 13:04
  little
• 13:04
  careful
• 13:05
  out
• 13:05
  there.
• 13:05
  And
• 13:06
  a
• 13:06
  couple
• 13:06
  other
• 13:06
  things
• 13:06
  here,
• 13:06
  guys.
• 13:07
  Another
• 13:07
  thing
• 13:07
  to
• 13:07
  do
• 13:08
  to
• 13:08
  wrap
• 13:08
  a
• 13:08
  bow
• 13:09
  around
• 13:09
  this,
• 13:09
  we
• 13:09
  started
• 13:09
  talking
• 13:10
  about
• 13:10
  some
• 13:10
  ways
• 13:10
  to
• 13:10
  save
• 13:11
  on
• 13:11
  your
• 13:12
  projects
• 13:12
  out
• 13:12
  there
• 13:13
  as
• 13:13
  well.
• 13:14
  One
• 13:14
  way
• 13:15
  to
• 13:15
  save
• 13:15
  some
• 13:15
  money
• 13:16
  just
• 13:16
  on
• 13:16
  your
• 13:16
  regular
• 13:17
  bills
• 13:17
  around
• 13:17
  the
• 13:17
  house.
• 13:18
  We
• 13:18
  talked
• 13:18
  about
• 13:18
  this
• 13:18
  earlier,
• 13:19
  but
• 13:19
  it's
• 13:19
  a
• 13:19
  good
• 13:19
  reminder.
• 13:20
  Great
• 13:21
  time
• 13:21
  of
• 13:21
  the
• 13:21
  year
• 13:21
  to
• 13:21
  call
• 13:21
  the
• 13:22
  cabinet,
• 13:22
  your
• 13:23
  phone
• 13:23
  company,
• 13:24
  your
• 13:24
  cable
• 13:25
  company,
• 13:25
  your
• 13:26
  Internet
• 13:26
  provider,
• 13:27
  all
• 13:27
  those
• 13:28
  people,
• 13:29
  and
• 13:29
  take
• 13:29
  a
• 13:29
  peek
• 13:30
  at
• 13:31
  what
• 13:31
  it's
• 13:31
  costing
• 13:31
  you.
• 13:32
  There's
• 13:32
  probably
• 13:33
  ways
• 13:34
  to
• 13:34
  save
• 13:34
  money.
• 13:35
  A
• 13:35
  lot
• 13:35
  of
• 13:35
  them
• 13:36
  have
• 13:36
  customer
• 13:36
  retention
• 13:37
  things
• 13:37
  where
• 13:37
  if
• 13:37
  you're
• 13:38
  out
• 13:38
  of
• 13:38
  contract,
• 13:39
  and
• 13:39
  that's
• 13:39
  the
• 13:39
  same
• 13:40
  thing,
• 13:40
  if
• 13:40
  you're
• 13:40
  calling
• 13:40
  your
• 13:40
  cable
• 13:41
  company
• 13:41
  once
• 13:41
  a
• 13:42
  year,
• 13:42
  do
• 13:42
  it.
• 13:43
  Make
• 13:43
  sure
• 13:43
  that
• 13:43
  you're
• 13:43
  on
• 13:43
  there.
• 13:44
  Because
• 13:44
  the
• 13:45
  problem
• 13:45
  is
• 13:45
  many
• 13:45
  times
• 13:46
  you've
• 13:46
  got
• 13:46
  cable
• 13:47
  stuff,
• 13:47
  modems,
• 13:48
  TV
• 13:49
  boxes
• 13:49
  are
• 13:49
  well
• 13:50
  out
• 13:50
  of
• 13:50
  date.
• 13:50
  Make
• 13:51
  sure
• 13:51
  that
• 13:51
  you
• 13:51
  bring
• 13:51
  that
• 13:51
  up
• 13:52
  in
• 13:52
  the
• 13:52
  discussion
• 13:53
  because
• 13:53
  if
• 13:53
  they've
• 13:54
  been
• 13:54
  there
• 13:54
  for
• 13:54
  a
• 13:54
  year
• 13:54
  or
• 13:54
  two,
• 13:55
  they
• 13:55
  probably
• 13:55
  have
• 13:55
  newer
• 13:56
  ones
• 13:56
  that
• 13:56
  work
• 13:56
  better
• 13:57
  and
• 13:57
  have
• 13:57
  better
• 13:57
  reception.
• 13:58
  It's
• 13:59
  always
• 13:59
  good
• 13:59
  every
• 13:59
  year
• 13:59
  or
• 14:00
  two
• 14:00
  to
• 14:00
  have
• 14:00
  the
• 14:00
  cable
• 14:00
  company
• 14:01
  come
• 14:01
  out,
• 14:01
  take
• 14:01
  a
• 14:01
  look
• 14:01
  at
• 14:01
  stuff.
• 14:02
  And
• 14:02
  if
• 14:02
  they
• 14:03
  can
• 14:03
  upgrade
• 14:03
  your
• 14:03
  boxes
• 14:04
  for
• 14:04
  the
• 14:04
  same
• 14:05
  price
• 14:05
  to
• 14:05
  keep
• 14:05
  you
• 14:05
  there,
• 14:06
  that's
• 14:06
  also
• 14:07
  a
• 14:07
  good
• 14:07
  thing.
• 14:08
  All
• 14:08
  right,
• 14:08
  everybody,
• 14:09
  we
• 14:09
  got
• 14:09
  a
• 14:09
  great
• 14:09
  show
• 14:10
  coming
• 14:10
  up
• 14:10
  this
• 14:10
  weekend.
• 14:11
  If
• 14:11
  you're
• 14:11
  a
• 14:12
  new
• 14:12
  house
• 14:12
  buyer
• 14:13
  or
• 14:14
  if
• 14:14
  you're
• 14:14
  looking
• 14:14
  at
• 14:14
  roofing.
• 14:15
  We
• 14:15
  got
• 14:15
  so
• 14:15
  many
• 14:16
  things
• 14:16
  going
• 14:16
  up
• 14:17
  on
• 14:17
  the
• 14:17
  radio
• 14:17
  this
• 14:18
  weekend
• 14:18
  with
• 14:19
  some
• 14:19
  great
• 14:19
  interviews
• 14:19
  and
• 14:20
  some
• 14:20
  great
