- 0:00Speaker 1: Hi, I gotta tell you something right now, man, Oh,
- 0:06Speaker 1: I think this little boy responds to pressure very well.
- 0:11Speaker 1: You know how last week we were talking about the
- 0:13Speaker 1: coach telling us that, you know, what's up with Rocco?
- 0:15Speaker 1: How come he's not you know, he's not aggressive. We
- 0:20Speaker 1: had a little chat with him, like, hey, Bud, you
- 0:22Speaker 1: know you got to just be a little bit more aggressive.
- 0:25Speaker 1: He's had practice since then, and you know, they played
- 0:29Speaker 1: this weekend. The boy scored two goals. Let's gone. And
- 0:37Speaker 1: not only two goals, but he was like pass and
- 0:40Speaker 1: he was being a real leader, just like the coach
- 0:42Speaker 1: asked him to be. I was very very very very impressed. Now,
- 0:46Speaker 1: of course I didn't say shit to him, you know,
- 0:48Speaker 1: but me and my wife are looking at you. My
- 0:50Speaker 1: wife got emotional at the game. She was like, he's
- 0:52Speaker 1: like a deer. He's like a deer, like sprinting for
- 0:56Speaker 1: the ball, just bouncing, bounding, bung bung, bung bung. It
- 1:00Speaker 1: was very exciting to see it. That's great. It sounds
- 1:02Speaker 1: like he needed to be uh coached for lack of
- 1:05Speaker 1: a better term. He needed someone to push him and
- 1:07Speaker 1: it worked, and it absolutely worked. I was really impressed
- 1:12Speaker 1: and I couldn't. I couldn't believe. Like part of me
- 1:14Speaker 1: was like, you know, as a parent, you're always hoping
- 1:17Speaker 1: your kid is athletic in some ways and you know,
- 1:22Speaker 1: wants to get out and do the sports thing. He's
- 1:25Speaker 1: excelling in it. And I didn't think he would, you know.
- 1:27Speaker 1: I thought he'd be like, I don't want to do
- 1:28Speaker 1: this anymore. I'd rather play video games. But no, he
- 1:31Speaker 1: literally enjoys competition. So it's it's it's really awesome to
- 1:36Speaker 1: see for me. Jowell, how is your party at the beach?
- 1:38Speaker 1: It was following your Insta stories, it looked like you
- 1:40Speaker 1: had a rader at the beach. Someone's come out of
- 1:43Speaker 1: their COVIDD hole in the car with all her friends music,
- 1:49Speaker 1: all of that stories. Oh thank you. It was day
- 2:00Speaker 1: and she was like, she wanted to go to the
- 2:02Speaker 1: beach in Malibu. So we did and it was it
- 2:05Speaker 1: was my first post COVID outing. I felt really safe
- 2:08Speaker 1: the restaurant and sort of distance everybody. Um. I got
- 2:12Speaker 1: to stare at the ocean, which is like one of
- 2:13Speaker 1: my favorite things. It was very lovely and of course
- 2:15Speaker 1: kar karaoke, which can you never get enough of that?
- 2:18Speaker 1: I missed the beach. I'm really excited to I was
- 2:20Speaker 1: daydream about going this weekend but it never happened. But
- 2:23Speaker 1: I'm really excited to go back to the beach. Thanks
- 2:26Speaker 1: for starting to open up again. It's weird. Yeah, it's bizarre,
- 2:30Speaker 1: it's happening. I'm having I feel like I'm one of
- 2:32Speaker 1: those people that's having a little of agoraphobia. I'm like,
- 2:37Speaker 1: I did my toe out, like I went to like
- 2:39Speaker 1: the framer, and then like doing like a couple of
- 2:42Speaker 1: little things. But I don't know, I'm still like racing
- 2:45Speaker 1: right back to my house and hiding. But it's it's
- 2:48Speaker 1: it's all right. Listen, here's the thing. Everybody's gonna have
- 2:51Speaker 1: a little bit of uneasy nerves about going out. We've
- 2:54Speaker 1: been in the house for a year and a half.
- 2:57Speaker 1: A year and a half, that's you know, for some
- 2:59Speaker 1: of us, should say some of us Florida, Georgia different story.
- 3:04Speaker 1: But here in California, we've been in the house pretty
- 3:07Speaker 1: much for a year and a half and we still
- 3:08Speaker 1: haven't you know, our masks are still on here until
- 3:11Speaker 1: June fifteenth, and so to go out and experience life again,
- 3:16Speaker 1: it's a little scary. I'm not gonna lie. You take
- 3:18Speaker 1: off your mask, you feel naked. You know. I do
- 3:20Speaker 1: have a really weird experience when I'm out and i'm
- 3:23Speaker 1: I'm fully vaccinated, so you know, according to the rules,
- 3:26Speaker 1: I can be out and about without my mask on.
- 3:27Speaker 1: But then I feel like people are looking at me.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Like not in a store or anything, but when you're
- 3:32Speaker 1: walking on the sidewalk people I don't want to think.
- 3:34Speaker 1: I don't know. It just hasn't like it hasn't translated. Zach.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I don't know if you know this, but you're Zach Braff.
- 3:39Speaker 1: So if they're looking at you, they're like, holy shit,
- 3:41Speaker 1: Zach Braff. No, no, no, Well maybe I know. That's
- 3:45Speaker 1: not how I perceived it. I perceived it as like,
- 3:47Speaker 1: what the fuck is that guy have his mask off for? No? No, no, no, no, no, Like,
- 3:51Speaker 1: holy shit, I just came out for the first time,
- 3:54Speaker 1: and who do I see, Zach Braff. Did you guys
- 3:59Speaker 1: watch my episode of Solos yet? No? I have not yet.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Attention three knows, audience three knows from my close friends. Yeah, listen,
- 4:10Speaker 1: here's the thing. Man, here's thirty minutes for the record. Okay,
- 4:14Speaker 1: but look here's the thing. Everybody is so fucking busy
- 4:18Speaker 1: right now, everybody. And it's not that we hate, we're
- 4:21Speaker 1: hating on you. Oh you should watch the thirty minute
- 4:24Speaker 1: anything on TV that so far, nothing that I gave
- 4:28Speaker 1: my I could be like, yeah, not that I could
- 4:31Speaker 1: be like, Yo, I've got to sit down and I
- 4:33Speaker 1: got to focus on this because I want to freaking
- 4:35Speaker 1: put one hundred audience members who were probably better friends
- 4:38Speaker 1: than these three. Please check it out if you have
- 4:42Speaker 1: Amazon Prime. It's called Solos. It's an anthology series kind
- 4:46Speaker 1: of like Black Mirror, where everyone's different, um, but they
- 4:48Speaker 1: all tell like a really cool little story and they're
- 4:51Speaker 1: all for the most part, one actor in a room
- 4:54Speaker 1: and mine was Anne Hathaway. And they liked it so
- 4:57Speaker 1: much they made it the first one. And I think
- 4:59Speaker 1: it's really cool and i'd love you to see it.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Hell yeah, I can't wait to see it. Actually, I'm
- 5:05Speaker 1: very excited you'll like it. Dude. It's up your alley.
- 5:07Speaker 1: It's very sci fi. I saw the time travel thing too.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Do you want to see a picture of off my
- 5:13Speaker 1: phone from another top secret project I'm working on? Motherfucker, dude,
- 5:18Speaker 1: you might have to bleep something, Daniel. If someone responds
- 5:21Speaker 1: inappropriately because this is super top secret, but I just
- 5:23Speaker 1: want it's ridiculous, is the most ridiculous, And who's that next?
- 5:30Speaker 1: Ready to bleep? Daniel, I'm gonna freaking shoke you out
- 5:35Speaker 1: with a freaking knife. But that being said, let me
- 5:41Speaker 1: show you this is last thing and then I'll move
- 5:43Speaker 1: on since you guys don't watch my fucking shit anyway,
- 5:46Speaker 1: this is this is me in the top secret project.
- 5:51Speaker 1: I've never wanted to kill my best friend ever right now? Oh,
- 5:55Speaker 1: I love you? Maybe maybe then maybe my next project
- 5:58Speaker 1: that you guys will watch, maybe that one. I definitely
- 6:01Speaker 1: will watch that anyway, Yo, did you guys know that?
- 6:03Speaker 1: In two thousand and four, NBC attempted to make a
- 6:05Speaker 1: deal with the Learning Channel to show reruns of our
- 6:09Speaker 1: show Scrubs, but the deal fell through. Did you know that?
- 6:13Speaker 1: Do you know why? Why? Because TLC didn't want no Scrubs? Hello,
- 6:18Speaker 1: stuff you had that. I'm making this movie with ten
- 6:32Speaker 1: kids and there's a lot of dad jokes flying around,
- 6:35Speaker 1: and so many of them are so cringeing. How are you, Zachary,
- 6:40Speaker 1: I'm I'm okay, I'm okay, I'm okay. I'm working hard
- 6:44Speaker 1: and um I love it. I love the jobs I'm doing.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I'm really happy to be at working, and the sun
- 6:50Speaker 1: is out it's beautiful in Los Angeles, so I can't complain.
- 6:52Speaker 1: I don't have the right to complain about anything. Okay,
- 6:56Speaker 1: it is tough, man, It's tough out there in these streets.
- 7:00Speaker 1: It is hard out in the streets right now. Like
- 7:03Speaker 1: I was. You know, I get it, man, you're working
- 7:05Speaker 1: real hard. I bet you want to day off to yourself,
- 7:08Speaker 1: or at least a week off or something. I'm not complaining.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I'm not complaining. I know you're not complaining, but I know, yeah,
- 7:12Speaker 1: I'm a little tired, a little tired. I've been. I've been,
- 7:14Speaker 1: I've been. I've been working weekends too. But I'm so
- 7:18Speaker 1: happy to to to really. You know, I realized how
- 7:22Speaker 1: lucky I feel whenever we get to do what we do.
- 7:24Speaker 1: You know, there's so much even without the pandemic, which
- 7:27Speaker 1: of course is a giant exclamation point on this thought,
- 7:30Speaker 1: but there's so much downtime. When you're a creative person
- 7:34Speaker 1: who's basically freelance. You know, you're you're trying to get
- 7:37Speaker 1: the job. You're if it's something you created, you're selling it,
- 7:40Speaker 1: you're crossing your fingers, you're lighting a candle, You're you're
- 7:43Speaker 1: you're in a state of anxiety as you try and
- 7:46Speaker 1: launch your things, so whenever you get to do them,
- 7:48Speaker 1: it's so I just feel so lucky. So that's how
- 7:51Speaker 1: I hear you. I heard you know. I'm not gonna
- 7:53Speaker 1: say any names, but somebody said to me, oh, I'm
- 7:55Speaker 1: so excited to have a month to myself, and I
- 7:59Speaker 1: was like, I don't think I've had a month to
- 8:03Speaker 1: myself since the podcast started. Like literally, we started this
- 8:07Speaker 1: podcast and shit just started popping off and jumping off.
- 8:10Speaker 1: And you know what's it been a pop off and
- 8:13Speaker 1: a jump off. We pop off is when you get
- 8:16Speaker 1: brawl you like, you know, I'm a freaking do this,
- 8:19Speaker 1: and jump off is like this, this the jump off
- 8:21Speaker 1: is the platform that it happened at, you know what
- 8:24Speaker 1: I mean. So when you pop off, you're like, you
- 8:26Speaker 1: know you're in you know you're going hard at it.
- 8:29Speaker 1: But when you the jump off, when it's the jump off,
- 8:32Speaker 1: this is the platform that is started. And this, I'm
- 8:35Speaker 1: gonna be honest with you, man, Fake Doctor's Real Friends
- 8:39Speaker 1: was the jump off man for real. For a lot
- 8:42Speaker 1: of a lot of things, these last this last year
- 8:45Speaker 1: and a half. So I just want to shout out
- 8:47Speaker 1: fake doctors with real friends with dad. I'm gonna bosh
- 8:50Speaker 1: vinin about sure we made That's what I'm talking about.
- 9:15Speaker 1: That's what I'm talking about. Um, there's been a request, Daniel, Dannel.
- 9:20Speaker 1: We need to I need you to. I know this
- 9:23Speaker 1: is probably the last thing on your mind, but we
- 9:25Speaker 1: need to update the soundboard with some more stuff. Okay,
- 9:28Speaker 1: I feel like I'm playing You're a DJ. I feel
- 9:31Speaker 1: like I'm playing yesterday's hits and I need to load
- 9:34Speaker 1: it with some the equivalent of what the hot songs
- 9:38Speaker 1: are today do Alipa and Olivia Rodrigo and whatever it is? Okay, cool,
- 9:43Speaker 1: There's a couple of things to gas for over the
- 9:45Speaker 1: past couple of weeks that I have us say. I
- 9:46Speaker 1: need you to come over or at least teach me
- 9:49Speaker 1: how to update these because some people don't want to
- 9:51Speaker 1: hear a fuck sake to stop talking about your willie,
- 9:56Speaker 1: that's the one. We haven't stopped talking about our willies
- 10:00Speaker 1: as much, so I don't I don't know, you know
- 10:02Speaker 1: for ever can't go away. Let's try and let we
- 10:05Speaker 1: need a Joel one in there. You know do or
- 10:08Speaker 1: do not? Can't go away, there is no try or
- 10:11Speaker 1: do not? There is no try. All right, let's get
- 10:14Speaker 1: into this episode four twenty one. Um, I laughed a lot,
- 10:18Speaker 1: so did I. Very good cold open. You know, the
- 10:20Speaker 1: cold open, for those of you who don't know, is
- 10:22Speaker 1: the thing that opens the show before the before the credits,
- 10:26Speaker 1: and you know it's meant to grab you and how
- 10:29Speaker 1: do you make sure you pay attention and don't change
- 10:31Speaker 1: the channel back in the old days, But it's it was.
- 10:35Speaker 1: That cold open is packed with some very very funny stuff.
- 10:38Speaker 1: The slow motion run in and we don't know why
- 10:40Speaker 1: you're running in? That was right, you dodging people. I'm
- 10:43Speaker 1: gonna say something, and I might this might be a
- 10:46Speaker 1: little controversial, controversial, but we did that. We did the
- 10:51Speaker 1: sweating thing before Key and Peel did they kind of
- 10:54Speaker 1: bit that off of us. Well, we didn't invent that,
- 10:57Speaker 1: but we we did it a bunch of times on
- 10:58Speaker 1: this show. When when did you see it before this?
- 11:02Speaker 1: I don't think the hiding a little pipe. That airplane
- 11:07Speaker 1: they did it an airplane. That's one place. Okay, well
- 11:10Speaker 1: the airplane did it first. But it was funny when
- 11:15Speaker 1: we did a second so you're a bier by the
- 11:16Speaker 1: way I had when I was around Jack's age. Jack
- 11:20Speaker 1: is getting stitches and he's not restrained in any way.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Maybe they do. Maybe they do it that way. Now
- 11:25Speaker 1: you have kids, I don't know if they've had stitches
- 11:27Speaker 1: in their head. But when I was a child in
- 11:29Speaker 1: the late seventies, I had to get stitches, and one
- 11:32Speaker 1: of my earliest memories in my chin I still have
- 11:34Speaker 1: the scar, was being strapped to this backboard and my
- 11:38Speaker 1: head being strapped, and my mom was so upset about it,
- 11:41Speaker 1: but that was what they want. Obviously, they don't want
- 11:43Speaker 1: the child to move in any way. And so I
- 11:46Speaker 1: was using this is just sitting here getting stitches in
- 11:49Speaker 1: his eye and no one's like restrained him in any way.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Were you going crazy when when they did it? Were
- 11:54Speaker 1: you like, yo? I'm sure I was crying and upset
- 11:57Speaker 1: because I was really little, but I remember it's you know,
- 12:01Speaker 1: you know, I don't know if you you know, when
- 12:02Speaker 1: you're that age, there's very just flashes of little memories,
- 12:05Speaker 1: and one of mine is being because obviously it was
- 12:07Speaker 1: traumatic being strapped down to this board so they could
- 12:10Speaker 1: stitch my chin. What about everyone's holding their breath and
- 12:15Speaker 1: the Toddy the Todd forgot to breathe again starting CPR
- 12:23Speaker 1: like this has happened. We've obviously done CPR on Todd
- 12:27Speaker 1: multiple times. I laughed very hard at that. Todd has
- 12:34Speaker 1: um Todd has some funny ass lines in this. Here's
- 12:40Speaker 1: some other stuff. I had no clue that j D
- 12:44Speaker 1: and Turk. I mean, I remember us going on adventures,
- 12:47Speaker 1: but we went We've gone on some really really silly adventures, dude,
- 12:51Speaker 1: Like first of all, us with the US with the
- 12:53Speaker 1: alarm clock is freaking ridiculous, ridiculous, And of course on
- 12:58Speaker 1: Scrubs Wiki they realized it and said, our math doesn't
- 13:01Speaker 1: work out. Well, I know, hey, Trevor, sorry, I know,
- 13:05Speaker 1: but I mean you'd think if you're gonna do a
- 13:06Speaker 1: joke that elaborate about time, you'd really quadruple quinn tuple
- 13:10Speaker 1: trek check it to make sure that the time is right.
- 13:13Speaker 1: And apparently it's not. I mean, that's a lot of math.
- 13:16Speaker 1: I'm gonna be honest with you. Well, I mean, but
- 13:17Speaker 1: if you wrote the fucking joke, like, come on, get
- 13:20Speaker 1: the math right, the math apparently is not right. What
- 13:24Speaker 1: about Sorry, before you get to that that, I've really
- 13:27Speaker 1: laughed at the guy with the erection. There's a guy.
- 13:31Speaker 1: So if there's a guy who's in the waiting room
- 13:33Speaker 1: because he's taken um whatever, one of those drugs. Oh hi, sweetie,
- 13:39Speaker 1: we have a wilder appearance. Um, go ahead, he's taken.
- 13:46Speaker 1: I'm gonna she's heard about, she's heard about, she's never
- 13:48Speaker 1: heard about. Well, I'm gonna. I'm gonna now have to
- 13:50Speaker 1: say it in a creative way. He's he's taken medication
- 13:55Speaker 1: that leaves his his special area. Um, that's a little dang. Listen,
- 14:01Speaker 1: how am I just to do this? Then asked her
- 14:04Speaker 1: to leave? Why real quick? Okay, thank you. He's taken
- 14:11Speaker 1: viagra or something like it to keep his penis hard,
- 14:16Speaker 1: but it's lasted more than four hours, so he's gone
- 14:18Speaker 1: to see treatment. Why are you cracking up? So it's funny?
- 14:22Speaker 1: Why are you like? I don't know how to I
- 14:24Speaker 1: was trying to tipto around how to say it with
- 14:26Speaker 1: her in the room. I don't I don't know how
- 14:27Speaker 1: to say it with her in the room. And so
- 14:30Speaker 1: you can tell that the joke was that he was
- 14:32Speaker 1: going to put a baseball at on his lap and
- 14:34Speaker 1: then stand up and it would be dangling, which is funny,
- 14:37Speaker 1: but they cut around it. You noticed that, Like clearly
- 14:40Speaker 1: the networks were like, no, there's no way, because it
- 14:43Speaker 1: would have been very funny to see said, uh joke,
- 14:47Speaker 1: but right, the hat, the hat just hang it there,
- 14:51Speaker 1: he sits up and you kind of see it for
- 14:52Speaker 1: a split second, but then no, no, that would have
- 14:55Speaker 1: been so funny. But clearly the network was like, no,
- 14:57Speaker 1: you're not doing that joke. Okay, um, are you in
- 15:03Speaker 1: the top hat doing your your your happy face. That's
- 15:06Speaker 1: very funny. I laughed at that too. I want to
- 15:10Speaker 1: go that's the most ridiculous hat I've ever seen and
- 15:12Speaker 1: I must have it. Yeah, and then we go for
- 15:18Speaker 1: a ride. Now, this scooter ride is hilarious. This falls
- 15:22Speaker 1: into one of those categories. I'm giving Turka ride on
- 15:26Speaker 1: on Sasha to get him because we've gotten the time wrong.
- 15:29Speaker 1: He's going to meet Carla because they're on a break,
- 15:31Speaker 1: I guess. And they're not on a break if they're
- 15:34Speaker 1: not on a can't be married and on a break
- 15:36Speaker 1: that doesn't exist, they're not on a you can like
- 15:38Speaker 1: friends style break where you can hook up with other people.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Although we'll get that work out for Ross, right, um,
- 15:45Speaker 1: but anyway, they're on a break, or they're on a
- 15:48Speaker 1: they're on a time out. She's living where somewhere at
- 15:53Speaker 1: Eliot's house. At Elliott's house. And so you're riding on
- 15:55Speaker 1: the scooter, right, Okay, that's within reason. We're in our pajamas, Okay,
- 15:59Speaker 1: that's within And then we get then we get stuck
- 16:02Speaker 1: in a hedge trying to take a shortcut, and and
- 16:06Speaker 1: you go, I know, and I go, and I know.
- 16:08Speaker 1: First of all, I go, um, you go take a
- 16:12Speaker 1: right shortcut. I go, you got a player. And then
- 16:15Speaker 1: we go through the hedge, and you go, wow, that
- 16:19Speaker 1: hedge was thick. That hedge was thick. And then it
- 16:21Speaker 1: cuts to me. I'm literally lodged and stuck in the hedge,
- 16:25Speaker 1: and I go, oh, really, turk wasn't a thick bush,
- 16:27Speaker 1: because there's berries in my ass? Right. And then here's
- 16:32Speaker 1: one of those things that falls into not a fantasy,
- 16:35Speaker 1: but it is a fantasy. I basically mowed down the
- 16:39Speaker 1: motorcycle gang that's mad at you for tipping over the motorcycle.
- 16:43Speaker 1: I'm wearing like a hedge puncho. Right, I have no
- 16:49Speaker 1: idea what this thing is. It's a hedge garment that's
- 16:52Speaker 1: been fitted to me and it's not a fantasy. No.
- 16:55Speaker 1: And then not only that, then we get to the
- 16:58Speaker 1: we get to the diner, because I guess that's where
- 17:00Speaker 1: their meeting is. At a diner. It's not a restaurant.
- 17:03Speaker 1: It's a diner for breakfast, right, and JD sitting at
- 17:07Speaker 1: the table with the bikers. Yeah, And are we trying
- 17:11Speaker 1: to say all bikers are dumb? Well, I think these
- 17:15Speaker 1: particular bikers were not that bright. And I'm the joke.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I appears to be that I'm giving them an etiquette
- 17:24Speaker 1: lesson in how to and how to be at a
- 17:27Speaker 1: restaurant with their with their manners. But he's like, he's
- 17:30Speaker 1: like Chainsaw was thirsty, Chainsaw thirsty, Sorry his name wasn't
- 17:34Speaker 1: Chainsaw's war lord? I think war lord still the same shit.
- 17:37Speaker 1: And he goes, war Lord, I got warlord, I told
- 17:40Speaker 1: you to sip it, and he goes, war lord, I
- 17:42Speaker 1: go use your words, And then I remember improving this
- 17:47Speaker 1: like a napkin on your lap. Satan's valet. I don't
- 17:52Speaker 1: know where Satan's valet came from, but that's a very
- 17:56Speaker 1: odd biker name too. I'm just gonna be honest, he
- 18:00Speaker 1: was Satan's valet. But what about when you go, um,
- 18:03Speaker 1: when you're trying to smooth talk Carldon, you go and
- 18:06Speaker 1: I thought maybe we could have relations of an intimate nature.
- 18:13Speaker 1: And then she goes, how can I trust you if
- 18:14Speaker 1: I can't trust you? Some shit like that, and like,
- 18:17Speaker 1: my head hurts. I looked at this, I was like,
- 18:19Speaker 1: I remembered these lines. I can't believe I was. I
- 18:21Speaker 1: had the same reaction, dude, whenever you have an intricate line,
- 18:24Speaker 1: I'm like, how did Donald do that? That must have
- 18:26Speaker 1: taken a lot of takes, right, same shit. I was like, Wow,
- 18:30Speaker 1: the fact that this is a one er and I'm
- 18:32Speaker 1: remembering this is amazing to me right now. Maybe you
- 18:35Speaker 1: thought of it like a lyric because it did have
- 18:37Speaker 1: the vibe of a lyric. Maybe I don't know. Um,
- 18:40Speaker 1: oh my god. What about when um, when someone says, well,
- 18:46Speaker 1: Elliott says, what's it like to have an erection for
- 18:48Speaker 1: nine hours? And Todd goes, asked me in twenty minutes
- 18:57Speaker 1: and cox Um cox Um says, uh, you know, makes
- 19:03Speaker 1: every male in the cafeteria admit that they've tried viagra
- 19:07Speaker 1: for recreational purposes. We should get into this conversation. This
- 19:11Speaker 1: is a conversation you had. Have you tried it for recreation?
- 19:14Speaker 1: I think everybody has tried viagra. If you're a male,
- 19:17Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure you were like, let's the other one,
- 19:22Speaker 1: or I'm sure, yeah, whatever it is. I remember one
- 19:28Speaker 1: of your buddies. This is back when I was single.
- 19:31Speaker 1: I remember him being like, I bought you a gift
- 19:33Speaker 1: because he used to hang out on set all the
- 19:35Speaker 1: time and come kick it with us. And I remember
- 19:38Speaker 1: opening the opening the gift and it was a little
- 19:41Speaker 1: viagra pill and then a sample. Yeah, it was like one.
- 19:46Speaker 1: It was just like the pill itself. No no, no, no,
- 19:49Speaker 1: no no. It was just the pill itself on top
- 19:52Speaker 1: of not tissue, but you know that phone that they
- 19:54Speaker 1: have for it and everything like that. And he was
- 19:56Speaker 1: a note and it was like, don't drink with this
- 20:00Speaker 1: because apparently if you drink with these boner pills, it
- 20:04Speaker 1: doesn't work. So did it work for you? Oh my god?
- 20:11Speaker 1: It wasn't for four hours, but oh my god, yeah,
- 20:15Speaker 1: they worked. My doctor, my actual doctor, was like he
- 20:18Speaker 1: was he was retired now, but he'd be like, you
- 20:20Speaker 1: wanted samples? What do you need? What do you need? Samples?
- 20:21Speaker 1: Of and he was I always thought he was joking.
- 20:23Speaker 1: And then one time he was like, here, take this,
- 20:25Speaker 1: and it was one of them, and he drew like
- 20:27Speaker 1: a smiley face on it, and I was like, I
- 20:29Speaker 1: don't know if this is ethically correct, but yes, I
- 20:32Speaker 1: will try it, and then for sure worked. I'm glad
- 20:37Speaker 1: it exists though. You know, it allows men to I mean,
- 20:40Speaker 1: for just fun aside. It allows men to be able
- 20:43Speaker 1: to have sex way longer into their years. And I
- 20:47Speaker 1: remember my dad once someone my stepmother was flirting with him,
- 20:51Speaker 1: and in front of everyone, he goes, ooh, might be
- 20:54Speaker 1: a blue pill night way word, you know. So I'm
- 21:03Speaker 1: happy that, uh, but that that someone invented those pills. Yeah,
- 21:06Speaker 1: because eventually I'm gonna need him. Anyway, this guy is
- 21:10Speaker 1: not happy because he can't make his boner go away, no,
- 21:14Speaker 1: which I imagine sucks. But the fact that Elliott held
- 21:17Speaker 1: out for so long without laughing at it, well, by
- 21:20Speaker 1: the way, Todd goes, Todd comes out of the room
- 21:22Speaker 1: and Todd goes, he wouldn't even let me see it.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Todd just wanted to see his boner and um, and
- 21:31Speaker 1: then who is it Kelsea? Who goes, um, we might
- 21:33Speaker 1: have to do a procedure to remove the woodiness. Right. No,
- 21:38Speaker 1: but what he's like that comes out laughing. That guy's
- 21:41Speaker 1: like a sun dial in there. By the way, the
- 21:46Speaker 1: noise that Sarah is making when she's trying not to
- 21:49Speaker 1: laugh is the same noise that we would always do
- 21:51Speaker 1: to her to make her laugh, which she's like, Oh,
- 21:56Speaker 1: did you hear her call the penis a slinky du
- 22:00Speaker 1: slinky dow? She calls the penises slinkydws schwing schwans slinky news. Oh.
- 22:09Speaker 1: I don't know if we've ever talked about this on
- 22:12Speaker 1: the show, but I think this is where molbut came from.
- 22:16Speaker 1: I've got a mold on my butt because she says
- 22:19Speaker 1: that she has a because she's trying to make the
- 22:20Speaker 1: patient feel better, and she has a very elaborate story,
- 22:25Speaker 1: Sarah slash Elliott's story about how her she had to
- 22:28Speaker 1: run out of the bathroom on roller skates and everyone
- 22:31Speaker 1: saw the mole on her butt, and that's how she
- 22:34Speaker 1: got the name mobut. Yeah, it comes from there, and
- 22:37Speaker 1: it but it pays. I think it's seasons later that
- 22:39Speaker 1: it pays dividends. Let's take a break. We'll be right
- 22:42Speaker 1: back after these fine words I hated this bit about
- 22:53Speaker 1: me kissing Carla. I really hated it. Why I hated
- 22:57Speaker 1: it when we were doing it, and I hate because
- 23:01Speaker 1: it just felt such I mean, you can't I can't
- 23:04Speaker 1: blame it on alcohol. It just feels so unforgivable. I mean,
- 23:07Speaker 1: I know a lot of people everyone listening probably has
- 23:11Speaker 1: something they did wasted that they regret and they cringe
- 23:14Speaker 1: at and they wish they could go back in time.
- 23:16Speaker 1: But and I know there's no tongue and every I
- 23:19Speaker 1: don't know. I just hated it. Yeah, you know that's
- 23:23Speaker 1: the thing I would have. I would kill myself. Well
- 23:29Speaker 1: I wouldn't kill my excuse me, I wouldn't kill myself.
- 23:32Speaker 1: But I don't think I could get would be able
- 23:36Speaker 1: to get over kissing your wife, you know what I mean,
- 23:42Speaker 1: Like even if it was a tap kiss, like even
- 23:45Speaker 1: if it was like if it was a lip lock,
- 23:47Speaker 1: the way Carla and j D do it, I love
- 23:51Speaker 1: how than they're trying to paint like, but it was
- 23:52Speaker 1: your lip on top of my li was it just pursed?
- 23:54Speaker 1: I feel like your lip was It wasn't tongue, but
- 23:57Speaker 1: your lip was on top of my other lip, which
- 24:00Speaker 1: I mean your lips were slightly apart. Yeah, I don't
- 24:04Speaker 1: know if I could if it happened to me, I
- 24:06Speaker 1: don't know if I could get over it. You and
- 24:08Speaker 1: Casey kissed, I'd be I'd be pretty pissed off. Of course,
- 24:13Speaker 1: of course, I don't know how you recover from it,
- 24:15Speaker 1: and I just I don't know. I guess, I guess.
- 24:17Speaker 1: I'm so invested in these characters this many years later
- 24:20Speaker 1: that I was just so mad at JD, Like, okay,
- 24:23Speaker 1: so your shit face, but like, don't put yourself in
- 24:26Speaker 1: that situation. Why are you guys on a couch together
- 24:29Speaker 1: shit faced? I don't know, I just hate it made
- 24:32Speaker 1: me upset. Maybe I'm being ridiculous, but yeah, and like
- 24:36Speaker 1: I don't I mean, I don't know. I had an
- 24:39Speaker 1: issue with it. But what I didn't have an issue
- 24:41Speaker 1: with is you giving me the nickname Turkey Turkey Turkey
- 24:45Speaker 1: Turkey Trust Trust. Maybe he really didn't think that one out,
- 24:52Speaker 1: but he just wanted he wanted to wear the hat,
- 24:55Speaker 1: he wanted to wear the top hat, and he was
- 24:57Speaker 1: trying to do his best job. Also, I feel like, uh,
- 25:01Speaker 1: Carla instigated the kiss too, just putting it out there,
- 25:04Speaker 1: keeping it one hundred that better Casey feels like Casey.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Casey was like, yo, she instigated that. She started that.
- 25:14Speaker 1: She kept looking at me like mmmmm uh like uh
- 25:19Speaker 1: she did you dirty? Like like like like I'm like,
- 25:23Speaker 1: I'm really Turk. She was like, uh, look at I mean, like,
- 25:27Speaker 1: that's not Zack's fault, that's her fault. It's funny when
- 25:29Speaker 1: it's funny that my reaction to things, when it's like
- 25:32Speaker 1: betrayal of you, even like the character that I get
- 25:36Speaker 1: so like cringey about it, like I would never do
- 25:38Speaker 1: that to Turk, just like I feel like it's real life,
- 25:40Speaker 1: like I would never do that to Donald. Yeah. I
- 25:43Speaker 1: mean when we look at this now, I think we
- 25:46Speaker 1: both kind of a definitely at this point, we definitely
- 25:49Speaker 1: see ourselves in our in our character and the characters
- 25:52Speaker 1: that we play, you know, and so to see that
- 25:55Speaker 1: type of thing between the two, it's like, you know,
- 25:58Speaker 1: there's other forms of betrayal all that are acceptable. I
- 26:01Speaker 1: don't know that this is acceptable. No, no, but it
- 26:05Speaker 1: could have been a whole lot worse, you know. I
- 26:06Speaker 1: mean yeah, because because the real talk, if you're that
- 26:10Speaker 1: drunk that you start kissing, you never know, like who's
- 26:14Speaker 1: going to stop it? Right? Drew, Well, we should have
- 26:18Speaker 1: someone on that fucked their best friend's wife. Oh my god, goodness,
- 26:23Speaker 1: are we Jerry Springer? Is that what's happening? I would
- 26:27Speaker 1: love for that to happen. I would love to I
- 26:28Speaker 1: would love to be like you father you are. I
- 26:33Speaker 1: would love to also unity tests? Can we do eternity
- 26:39Speaker 1: tests here? On fake Doctor's Real? What about this whole
- 26:42Speaker 1: elaborate thing that's so random out of nowhere? But the
- 26:45Speaker 1: messenger monkey who's in a bellhop costume that has the
- 26:50Speaker 1: has the secret written on his pad and he's running.
- 26:54Speaker 1: He's running to tell but I've closed the window, and
- 26:57Speaker 1: for some reason, the score is Caribbean Island mus It
- 27:04Speaker 1: was a really wild mishmash. How about the janitor taking
- 27:07Speaker 1: pictures of a little girl at the park. That was
- 27:09Speaker 1: kind of creepy that it wasn't that a little creepy? Yeah,
- 27:12Speaker 1: that's weird. Why is the janitor? The janitor storyline was
- 27:15Speaker 1: kind of funny how he's constantly he's sabotaging. He's not sabotaging,
- 27:21Speaker 1: he's just showing. Look, as parents, that is the scariest
- 27:25Speaker 1: thing ever. Your kid getting hurt, that is so scary,
- 27:30Speaker 1: and you try everything you possibly can to stop that
- 27:34Speaker 1: from happening, you know, and eventually it's gonna happen in
- 27:38Speaker 1: some way when you're in the playground, right or in
- 27:41Speaker 1: this scenario, Cox in the playground, Jordan's mad at him
- 27:44Speaker 1: because he's being he's letting, he's doing crazy things. But
- 27:47Speaker 1: with your kids, for example, when they're like on a
- 27:50Speaker 1: jungle gym playground situation, do you I mean, I guess
- 27:54Speaker 1: Rock was a little bit old for that now or
- 27:55Speaker 1: maybe not, I don't know, But are you like cringing
- 27:58Speaker 1: the whole time? Like are you watching them or able
- 28:00Speaker 1: to sit back and be like, Okay, they're not gonna
- 28:02Speaker 1: get hurt. What do you do? It's tough. You know,
- 28:05Speaker 1: you definitely helicopter over your kids and try to protect them.
- 28:08Speaker 1: I know I do. Casey's you want to talk about helicopters,
- 28:13Speaker 1: My wife is a matter of fact. Let me just
- 28:16Speaker 1: go get a real quick you want to real answer.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Here's a good one. Oh, Casey parenting segment excited Casey
- 28:23Speaker 1: parenting segment, just in time. So the first conversation is
- 28:29Speaker 1: kids at the jungle gym and how we helicopter how
- 28:34Speaker 1: like kids getting hurt and stuff like that, and how
- 28:36Speaker 1: do you prepare yourself? And Casey Cobb, ladies and gentlemen,
- 28:43Speaker 1: that's your standing ovation Hey, in this episode, Casey as
- 28:47Speaker 1: you know because you saw there's like an argument between
- 28:50Speaker 1: the parents about like, you know, how protective to be
- 28:53Speaker 1: over their son and he ends up getting stitches. And
- 28:55Speaker 1: I was just asking Donald, how do you how do
- 28:58Speaker 1: you do that? Like Donald said, you guys are super
- 29:00Speaker 1: helicoptery like, but what's it like when you're like you
- 29:03Speaker 1: want them to have fun, but you're like afraid that
- 29:05Speaker 1: they're gonna hurt themselves. Oh? I mean, I'm I've gotten
- 29:11Speaker 1: better over the years. I have to say. There was stomp.
- 29:15Speaker 1: You know, I had an I had a babysitter one
- 29:17Speaker 1: time tell me I needed to find God WHOA because
- 29:22Speaker 1: I was. She was like, you need Jesus, you need
- 29:25Speaker 1: God because you're so worried and paranoid. You need to
- 29:28Speaker 1: just go pray. And so I've I've gotten a lot better. Um.
- 29:33Speaker 1: You know, Donald likes to rag on me all the time,
- 29:35Speaker 1: but when we're at the park together or if we're
- 29:38Speaker 1: anywhere together, he's the super helicopter And I'm not did
- 29:42Speaker 1: you tell and do you see other parents that are
- 29:44Speaker 1: just kind of letting their kids do whatever and like, yeah, no,
- 29:48Speaker 1: you don't let them do whatever. Listen to them running
- 29:50Speaker 1: up parents, Oh, because when you watch the kids and that,
- 29:52Speaker 1: when we're in the house and the kids are jumping around,
- 29:54Speaker 1: you're like, no, no, you're gonna hurt you. Oh please
- 29:58Speaker 1: nod you know what it's you know. I do see
- 30:02Speaker 1: other parents letting their kids do that, But I also
- 30:04Speaker 1: see those same kids falling and busting their ass and
- 30:07Speaker 1: hitting their heads on the concrete and their parents were like,
- 30:09Speaker 1: you're okay, and I'm like, yeah, that's the kid thing now,
- 30:14Speaker 1: the kids cross eyed and ship. Yeah. I tell these
- 30:18Speaker 1: kids all the time when they want to go do
- 30:19Speaker 1: stupid crap, like without a helmet or anything, I tell them.
- 30:23Speaker 1: I remind them. I'm like, listen, I had my insights
- 30:26Speaker 1: pulled out and put on a table so you could
- 30:28Speaker 1: come out of my stomach to protect this head of yours. Yeah,
- 30:32Speaker 1: I'm gonna let you go out and fuck it up
- 30:34Speaker 1: on a Playim kidding me. My dad wouldn't let us wrestle.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Whenever we tried to wrestle. My dad had the story
- 30:41Speaker 1: of somebody who knew and the kids were wrestling and
- 30:43Speaker 1: then one of them became a paraplegic, and and and
- 30:47Speaker 1: obviously he was worried and understandable that that that that
- 30:50Speaker 1: that tragedy had happened to somebody knew. But like we
- 30:52Speaker 1: we were he would shut down like horse playing. Yeah,
- 30:56Speaker 1: I'm like that too, you know. It's just I don't know.
- 30:59Speaker 1: They're they're going to get hurt on their own so
- 31:01Speaker 1: many times if I'd rather not be when I'm standing
- 31:04Speaker 1: there and I could have prevented it. That's just my
- 31:06Speaker 1: whole thing, you know. So who's more helicopter you were? Donald?
- 31:11Speaker 1: I mean, we both are. But I will say, as
- 31:13Speaker 1: far as panic goes, fight or flight, I'm the fighter.
- 31:16Speaker 1: He's the flight. Wait, I don't run from the stuff,
- 31:19Speaker 1: get out of here. Well you don't run, but you panic.
- 31:21Speaker 1: Don't panic, babe? Did you tell them? I mean, yeah,
- 31:25Speaker 1: you do. He panics to the doctor. He's called and
- 31:29Speaker 1: hung up on our pediatrician at three in the morning
- 31:31Speaker 1: because I've yelled at him. I'm like, it's three in
- 31:33Speaker 1: the morning. You can't call this guy. You call the
- 31:37Speaker 1: pediatrician at three in the morning. Yeah, and you're my
- 31:40Speaker 1: kids hurt? We call him call? Is that simple? Pick up?
- 31:45Speaker 1: Only panic one time. One time, I'll tell you the story.
- 31:48Speaker 1: This is actually fink. Can I tell the story? So
- 31:51Speaker 1: I didn't know this. You know, you think pink guy
- 31:53Speaker 1: is just you know, you get it from you know what,
- 31:57Speaker 1: asked munch asked munching Sally. At least that's what Donal
- 32:01Speaker 1: Donald's always sent me that I don't. All right, slow down.
- 32:06Speaker 1: I didn't know that pink eye came from eating ass
- 32:08Speaker 1: or analingus as they said. I didn't know that either
- 32:11Speaker 1: until Donald told me one time when we saw someone
- 32:13Speaker 1: an adult with pink eye. He was like, Oh, that
- 32:15Speaker 1: guy eats a lot of ass. So for years is
- 32:21Speaker 1: asking in your eye? Well, come on, man, all you
- 32:24Speaker 1: need is a freaking little dud. Why wouldn't you get
- 32:27Speaker 1: Why wouldn't you get? I can understand if you got,
- 32:31Speaker 1: why is the dude? You never looked into the eye
- 32:33Speaker 1: of the cyclops caught a breeze. Oh my god, Oh
- 32:37Speaker 1: my god. For years, for ten years, that's how I
- 32:42Speaker 1: thought pink eye happened. Well, then our kid, Rocco, he's sick.
- 32:46Speaker 1: He had a lot of respiratory like sinus infections and
- 32:49Speaker 1: allergies and stuff when he was little, and it was
- 32:52Speaker 1: three in the morning. I went to go check on
- 32:53Speaker 1: him because he had been coughing all night and I'm
- 32:55Speaker 1: looking at him and I see how this white, crusty
- 32:58Speaker 1: crap all on his eyes and I was like, oh
- 33:01Speaker 1: my god, what is this? And it looked like he
- 33:03Speaker 1: had just been crying it well, Donald, that's night that
- 33:07Speaker 1: Donald calls and hangs up on the pediatrician because I
- 33:09Speaker 1: tell him as three am, and he's like, I'm just
- 33:11Speaker 1: freaking out. I'm freaking out. I saw this on Ray
- 33:14Speaker 1: and Ray that's how Ray Charles went blind. Man, he
- 33:18Speaker 1: had the crust on his eyes. So Donald thought the
- 33:20Speaker 1: kid was going blind. The pediatrician calls back and it's like,
- 33:23Speaker 1: who's this? Who hung up on me? Oh my god.
- 33:26Speaker 1: Donald's on the phone like freaking out, saying, I think
- 33:29Speaker 1: he's going blind. He has all this white stuff oozing
- 33:33Speaker 1: out of his eyes like, and the doctor's like, has
- 33:35Speaker 1: he eaten any ass? Yes, he say, keep him off
- 33:38Speaker 1: the ass. He's got pink eye wash your toys. Ever
- 33:49Speaker 1: since then we were a helicopter parents. So that sums
- 33:52Speaker 1: us up, all right. We gotta get back to the show.
- 33:55Speaker 1: We love you, Thank you for them. Come on, mother,
- 34:00Speaker 1: while you got to get up out of here. Oh
- 34:03Speaker 1: we here in the counting, one get to three. These
- 34:07Speaker 1: parents never get to three. They're like two point eight
- 34:09Speaker 1: five nine seventy three, two point nine. Come on baby,
- 34:17Speaker 1: say bye uncle Zach. Hey, what's Zach? Is he? Or
- 34:22Speaker 1: what's Zach to you? Is he? Or what? Oh? Man?
- 34:26Speaker 1: I was hoping she'd say fairy godfather, fairy godfather? Yeah
- 34:32Speaker 1: you are? I love that little girl. Oh. She asked
- 34:42Speaker 1: me today. She was like, is Zach an actress? I
- 34:45Speaker 1: was like, yes, he is, Yes, he is my love,
- 34:48Speaker 1: a little girl. I love you. Yeah. Um so what
- 34:52Speaker 1: about Ted hanging upside down purple because he's trapped? Writers
- 34:59Speaker 1: didn't have much of a joke here, was like someone
- 35:01Speaker 1: was like, what if Ted's in one of those anti
- 35:03Speaker 1: gravity things where you hang upside down? All right, let's
- 35:06Speaker 1: go with that. But he's stuck okay, right, he's been
- 35:09Speaker 1: stuck in there for a while like that Delver a day. Right?
- 35:12Speaker 1: He missed the Gilmore Girls? Yeah, oh no, I missed
- 35:15Speaker 1: the Gilmore Girls. Did you ever watch the Gilmore Girls?
- 35:26Speaker 1: I have never seen an episode joke on Scrubs, and
- 35:30Speaker 1: I've never seen an episode. I know that they all
- 35:32Speaker 1: they know is that they talk really fast. That's all
- 35:34Speaker 1: I know. I didn't aren't they redoing it or bringing
- 35:37Speaker 1: it back in some way? They did another season on
- 35:39Speaker 1: Netflix which was pretty great. H and a fun factor
- 35:43Speaker 1: I learned about Gilmore Girls the other day is their
- 35:45Speaker 1: scripts were like four times longer than the average script
- 35:48Speaker 1: because of how much talking they're doing in this show. Really, So,
- 35:51Speaker 1: like you guys talk about memorization problems, I would love
- 35:53Speaker 1: to have either of those women on here to come
- 35:55Speaker 1: talk about, like, how did you memorize those super thick
- 35:57Speaker 1: scripts every single week? That's crazy? Got a giant water jug.
- 36:01Speaker 1: I've always had this giant I've had this for like
- 36:04Speaker 1: that's the one you had when you were in Atlanta. Yeah, man,
- 36:06Speaker 1: I'm going nuts with this thing. Good. Good for you.
- 36:09Speaker 1: We're talking about putting our own one out, guys, because
- 36:12Speaker 1: our fans like merch and we've been slacking on the merch.
- 36:15Speaker 1: So Joel is working on our own two leader drink
- 36:19Speaker 1: it all in one day. Yeah, we're getting close, guys.
- 36:23Speaker 1: You know, I got it. We're gonna have words on it,
- 36:25Speaker 1: like you are deservant. I gotta I gotta tell you, man,
- 36:29Speaker 1: it's it ain't easy but it makes it easy with
- 36:33Speaker 1: the words of encouragement, and we got some really cool
- 36:36Speaker 1: words of encouragement for you. Yeah, the problem is the peeing,
- 36:39Speaker 1: but you get used to that, I guess. Yeah, but
- 36:42Speaker 1: you do feel better, um, I feel you feel it
- 36:44Speaker 1: helps you drop weight when you just drink that much water.
- 36:47Speaker 1: Not only that, it also helps your yeah pooh. Also, Yeah,
- 36:52Speaker 1: my nutritionist woman that I was speaking to told me
- 36:54Speaker 1: that there's different grades of pooh, like like if there's
- 36:57Speaker 1: like a scale of like the ideal and there's like
- 37:00Speaker 1: letters for it. I forgot what they are, but like
- 37:02Speaker 1: you can look it up if you're curious. Like the
- 37:04Speaker 1: ideal bowel movement is like a jay, let's say, or
- 37:09Speaker 1: something like that. Right, Well, I don't know about that.
- 37:11Speaker 1: I'm just happy when I go. You know, it's great
- 37:15Speaker 1: to get any toxins out of my body, and especially
- 37:18Speaker 1: on his plant based thing. Man. Listen, here's another thing
- 37:21Speaker 1: before we get back into the show. Hold on all
- 37:24Speaker 1: y'all out there that think I'm trying to preach to
- 37:26Speaker 1: you about what you should do. I've never said anything
- 37:29Speaker 1: about what y'all need to do that. I've only been
- 37:32Speaker 1: talking about myself. You know what. I mean, this is
- 37:35Speaker 1: my motherfucking journey. You can get off of it. I know.
- 37:40Speaker 1: When we did the c spiracy thing, we're like, hey,
- 37:42Speaker 1: this is something stuff we're interested in. We're not prostizing.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Do whatever you want, and you still have people being like,
- 37:49Speaker 1: how dare you right? I mean, come on here, just
- 37:52Speaker 1: we're just telling you something we're trying that we're doing.
- 37:55Speaker 1: It has nothing to do with you. If you feel
- 37:58Speaker 1: it does have something to do with you, maybe you
- 38:00Speaker 1: need to look in the mirror and make that change,
- 38:02Speaker 1: you know what I mean? Yeah, as the man the mirror. Um, yeah,
- 38:10Speaker 1: we um, we hear at the show. Want to tell
- 38:12Speaker 1: you things that are intriguing us and documentaries we're watching
- 38:15Speaker 1: and things we like. Um, but you don't. We're not
- 38:18Speaker 1: telling you to do whatever, do whatever the fuck you want.
- 38:20Speaker 1: We're not. It's your life, man, it's your life. Man,
- 38:23Speaker 1: live your life. Do you do? You let me do me?
- 38:26Speaker 1: All right? Listen, Um what I eat don't make you shit.
- 38:30Speaker 1: That's real talk. Um. We learned that Jack um, the
- 38:36Speaker 1: homeless man I think his name is Jack or whatever
- 38:41Speaker 1: his name was whatever, there's a homeless man who who
- 38:43Speaker 1: Jordan gives the baby too to hold while she's getting
- 38:46Speaker 1: her bikini waxed. Yes, that's crazy to me. Yeah, I
- 38:52Speaker 1: feel it might be a bit heightened, a bit of
- 38:56Speaker 1: a heightened reality. She gives the kid to a bunch
- 38:59Speaker 1: of people, let's strangers kiss and hold the baby. Yeah
- 39:04Speaker 1: that I would never do that, even before COVID. Even
- 39:07Speaker 1: before COVID, I wouldn't do that. This is not a
- 39:10Speaker 1: Hollywood name drop, but it is. I was at a
- 39:13Speaker 1: party and Gwen Stefani was there and I met her
- 39:16Speaker 1: and she handed me her child and I was like, Okay,
- 39:21Speaker 1: this is a unique experience. Not only is a random
- 39:24Speaker 1: person I don't know handing me their child, but it's
- 39:27Speaker 1: Gwen Stefani, and um, you know. I did a little
- 39:30Speaker 1: bounce and then I handed him back, as you should,
- 39:38Speaker 1: and she said, oh no, we're doing this a lot
- 39:40Speaker 1: because we want that. We want him to be acclimated
- 39:43Speaker 1: and he or she or he ever forgot what what
- 39:45Speaker 1: sex of the baby was, but we want them to
- 39:47Speaker 1: be acclimated with lots of people and not cry and
- 39:50Speaker 1: um and be cool around strangers. I don't know if
- 39:53Speaker 1: you did that with your kids or not, but I
- 39:55Speaker 1: guess that's the thing. Look, man, the last thing I
- 39:58Speaker 1: want to do is give my baby to somebody and
- 40:00Speaker 1: they do what Gabby's character did in that episode, I
- 40:02Speaker 1: finally got me a baby and runs out of the hospital.
- 40:06Speaker 1: That's not that's I'm not I'm not no, that's a
- 40:11Speaker 1: no go. Look, we teach our kids stranger danger, like
- 40:15Speaker 1: my kids, my kids right now to this point, like
- 40:19Speaker 1: he won't get in the car with the dads of
- 40:21Speaker 1: his friends. He's like, get out of here. I'm I
- 40:22Speaker 1: think I'm in no way for my mom to get here,
- 40:24Speaker 1: she said, She said for me to wait. So I
- 40:25Speaker 1: think I Do you have anything that happened to he
- 40:27Speaker 1: was a child? That is so bizarre that you really
- 40:31Speaker 1: can't really fully know if it was a dream or
- 40:34Speaker 1: something you imagine, or it happened. What happened to you, budd,
- 40:39Speaker 1: I have a very specific memory, and I'm fully open
- 40:42Speaker 1: to the fact that this was a dream. But I
- 40:44Speaker 1: was so young, and I remember being at a friend's
- 40:46Speaker 1: house and a woman pulled up in a station wagon
- 40:48Speaker 1: I'd never seen, and she had a few kids in
- 40:50Speaker 1: the car, and she said, we're here to pick up
- 40:52Speaker 1: Zach and I my stranger danger alarm went off, and
- 40:57Speaker 1: I said to the baby's sitter, who is the babysitter
- 41:01Speaker 1: of my friend whose house we were at. I was like,
- 41:02Speaker 1: I don't want to I don't want to go. I
- 41:03Speaker 1: don't want to go. I don't know them, I don't
- 41:05Speaker 1: know them. And she was like, but your mom's gonna
- 41:06Speaker 1: be upset. We're here to pick you up and um,
- 41:10Speaker 1: and I was like no, no, no, and the babysitter
- 41:12Speaker 1: was like, uh no, no, no, no, what we'll call
- 41:14Speaker 1: the parents. He's gonna stay. And the woman left, And
- 41:17Speaker 1: to this day, I feel like it really happened, but
- 41:19Speaker 1: I don't know for sure. I have any way of
- 41:21Speaker 1: proving that it had happened enough anyway, so I may
- 41:24Speaker 1: or may not have almost been tragically kidnapped. That would
- 41:27Speaker 1: have been horrible. Dude, I'm glad. I can't imagine. I
- 41:29Speaker 1: can't imagine your mom and dad. That's the screams that
- 41:34Speaker 1: would have come out of them. I know, I know,
- 41:36Speaker 1: And it's so weird. It's one of those things. I mean,
- 41:38Speaker 1: I obviously have no way of confirming another way, but
- 41:40Speaker 1: it's just it's something that's always been lodged in my brain. Um.
- 41:44Speaker 1: By the way, are you guys watching Mayor of Eastown?
- 41:46Speaker 1: It's really good on HBO. Don't watch anything unless its
- 41:52Speaker 1: robots in it. If there's a lightsaber, you got me.
- 41:56Speaker 1: There's another. Um, there's another one that's really good. A
- 41:59Speaker 1: show on HBO Max called um Hustle of Generation Hustle
- 42:05Speaker 1: and it's all about different stories of of of con
- 42:08Speaker 1: artists and U you know, like docu style. Really cool.
- 42:11Speaker 1: Recommend that too. UM, we're almost done here. The moist kiss,
- 42:15Speaker 1: I laughed out loud. That was a moist kiss. I
- 42:17Speaker 1: wish I was wearing an apron. That's when you and
- 42:20Speaker 1: Judy are rekindling your love. I don't know why I'm
- 42:23Speaker 1: between you other than the you know, point of the episode,
- 42:27Speaker 1: but I'm somehow sitting between you as you guys make out.
- 42:31Speaker 1: Why do you think? She told her at the end
- 42:34Speaker 1: she couldn't handle the guilt. She her conscious was exploding
- 42:37Speaker 1: and she she couldn't hand You do that though, if if,
- 42:40Speaker 1: if you guys had come to the realization that it
- 42:43Speaker 1: meant nothing, and you knew it meant nothing, obviously, admit
- 42:46Speaker 1: something to her. You know what I mean? You know,
- 42:50Speaker 1: I I it's so hard to say because I don't know, um,
- 42:54Speaker 1: but I feel like if it was a closed mouse kiss. Yeah,
- 42:59Speaker 1: let that go. That's only gonna fucking cause problems that
- 43:02Speaker 1: don't need to be had. I mean, it's a horrible thing,
- 43:04Speaker 1: but it doesn't necessarily need to be told if there
- 43:07Speaker 1: was anything, if it was anything more than that, then
- 43:09Speaker 1: I can understand why I was just going to eat
- 43:11Speaker 1: away at her until she cleared it up. But but
- 43:13Speaker 1: she even says, you know, now I understand why Turk
- 43:17Speaker 1: was doing what he did. You know, you sometimes get
- 43:21Speaker 1: caught up in situations and one thing leads to another
- 43:25Speaker 1: and you do something where it's like, but it didn't
- 43:27Speaker 1: really necessarily mean anything. But you know, I don't know, man,
- 43:33Speaker 1: I don't know why she I'm glad she told him
- 43:37Speaker 1: that being you know, but this is just going to
- 43:40Speaker 1: open up even more of a problem for their relationship.
- 43:43Speaker 1: I foresee. I don't even remember this is the funny
- 43:46Speaker 1: thing is, I don't even remember what happens next. But
- 43:48Speaker 1: I know, I think I think you and I have
- 43:50Speaker 1: a kiss in the next episode. I'm not sure we do. Yeah,
- 43:54Speaker 1: I remember you and I having to kiss each other.
- 43:56Speaker 1: This is a weird boner. I just god, I don't
- 43:58Speaker 1: know what cho ELL's face now. Yeah, and then you know,
- 44:06Speaker 1: a weird lens spike at the end, right. I mean,
- 44:08Speaker 1: I don't we don't normally do that on Scrubs, but
- 44:11Speaker 1: I just sort of look directly to the audience. Yeah,
- 44:14Speaker 1: did you find that's what it was? Or am I
- 44:15Speaker 1: looking just slightly above the camera? I couldn't quite tell.
- 44:19Speaker 1: I can't. All I know is that it was one
- 44:22Speaker 1: of those things where you were letting the audience in
- 44:26Speaker 1: on your moment of insecurity. What would it be at
- 44:31Speaker 1: that panic? I guess, but I but I you know,
- 44:33Speaker 1: it's a very subtle difference to looking a few inches
- 44:35Speaker 1: above the lens or on the rare moment, as we
- 44:38Speaker 1: discussed on Scrubs, we look right down the barrel, and
- 44:41Speaker 1: I think I think for me, it was looked like
- 44:43Speaker 1: I was looking right down the barrel. Um, Joel is
- 44:46Speaker 1: our guest here? Okay, great, why don't we go to break?
- 44:50Speaker 1: We're gonna go to break. We have an exciting guest
- 44:52Speaker 1: for you all, and we'll be right back after these
- 44:55Speaker 1: fine words and we're bad back. But has our queen Joel? Oh,
- 45:08Speaker 1: we have a new song. But wait, so so Travis
- 45:11Speaker 1: is our guest today. He's composed the Joe when he
- 45:14Speaker 1: gets down to get Down song, and we asked him
- 45:17Speaker 1: on the show to please compose a song for uh,
- 45:20Speaker 1: you know, fan calls, and so I thought it would
- 45:22Speaker 1: only be appropriate that he be the first fan call.
- 45:24Speaker 1: Wait wait before you play it, Danel, before you play it?
- 45:26Speaker 1: Shouldn't I think Travvy Ravvy should be on while we
- 45:29Speaker 1: appreciate his new song. You want to give him the reactions? Okay?
- 45:33Speaker 1: I thought I thought it would better to hear the
- 45:34Speaker 1: first thing that we could comment. But I hear you,
- 45:36Speaker 1: I see No. I think he should see our genuine
- 45:38Speaker 1: reactions to it. I love it. Let's do it. This
- 45:40Speaker 1: is our official this will be going forward, our official
- 45:44Speaker 1: guest welcome theme. But I think the composer should see
- 45:48Speaker 1: our first reactions to it. All right, they come here
- 45:51Speaker 1: comes Travis Javis. How you do whatever? Right? How are
- 46:01Speaker 1: you guys doing? Travis? You are you know how to
- 46:04Speaker 1: write a hook I don't know why you're not out
- 46:05Speaker 1: there writing stuff for Rihanna and Bieber because you write
- 46:09Speaker 1: a hooky song. Thanks man, thank you. I walk around
- 46:13Speaker 1: singing Joel Monique's down to get Down, Get Down, That's awesome.
- 46:19Speaker 1: It like it was driving my wife crazy, because that's
- 46:21Speaker 1: why all she heard coming from an office and all
- 46:23Speaker 1: of a sudden she's just like, what idiot? So this
- 46:25Speaker 1: is pretty cool. Do you write les like what's your story?
- 46:28Speaker 1: You tell us about yourself? I'm actually I'm a middle
- 46:31Speaker 1: school band teacher and wow, and my wife actually is
- 46:35Speaker 1: the high school band teacher. We are in this in
- 46:36Speaker 1: this small little district. I teach middle school and she
- 46:38Speaker 1: teaches high school. Where where is it in a Saint
- 46:41Speaker 1: Helen's organ It's just just north of Portland, Okay, noise.
- 46:45Speaker 1: But then I'd also work on the side. I work
- 46:48Speaker 1: for a few composers in New York in LA and
- 46:50Speaker 1: occasionally do stuf for the Tonight Show and just I
- 46:53Speaker 1: have other clients around the world that I'll do. It's
- 46:55Speaker 1: called arranging an orchestration, where I think other people's music
- 46:58Speaker 1: and then we'll make it a level of down for
- 47:00Speaker 1: a different format, like um, well, sometimes I'll beat pop tunes.
- 47:04Speaker 1: I once I actually took some pop tunes and arranged
- 47:06Speaker 1: them for the Roots, you know, the Tonight Show band,
- 47:09Speaker 1: you know the Roots with members of the New York
- 47:10Speaker 1: Philharmonic with them, And so it's just odd different combinations
- 47:15Speaker 1: like that, and uh so, yeah, the funny thing is
- 47:18Speaker 1: Joel Monique is down to get down is actually the
- 47:20Speaker 1: first song I've ever written. Wow, Dan Manase, No, wait
- 47:27Speaker 1: a second, Travis, I feel like you need a jingle
- 47:30Speaker 1: agent because John Teshi is rolling in money and he
- 47:34Speaker 1: has written many in jingle and I he wrote, that's
- 47:39Speaker 1: it right? It was that the NBA Yeah yeah, all
- 47:43Speaker 1: rock Yeah. Dan was the name of the track. The
- 47:51Speaker 1: one who wrote all the real jingles was uh was
- 47:55Speaker 1: uh Alan Thick. He wrote, like a bunch of TV shows,
- 48:00Speaker 1: Now the world don't move to the bad Yeah. Well,
- 48:07Speaker 1: well that's a theme song. I guess, I guess, I
- 48:09Speaker 1: guess the jingle meets a theme song. It's the same area,
- 48:12Speaker 1: but the idea to be able to get something in
- 48:14Speaker 1: your head super quick with something that's so short. That company,
- 48:18Speaker 1: that carpet company five eight eight two three hundred Empire.
- 48:23Speaker 1: Now I know their fucking phone number because their jingle
- 48:25Speaker 1: is so genius. Well you know which one I know?
- 48:28Speaker 1: You know which one I know? Which we'll call it
- 48:32Speaker 1: accidents or injuries Called Jacob and Ronnie Called Jacob. I
- 48:38Speaker 1: thought it was Jacob and Ronnie. It's actually Jacob and Ronnie.
- 48:43Speaker 1: Ye Oh, I don't know that one that's okay, so
- 48:46Speaker 1: right on the sky on the opposite side of things
- 48:48Speaker 1: is the one that gives me nightmares. One eight seven,
- 48:51Speaker 1: seven Cars for Kids. Alan Thick wrote these jingles, just
- 49:00Speaker 1: putting it out there. There's eleven unforgettable ones, but here's
- 49:03Speaker 1: a few of them. He wrote Different Strokes, The Wizard
- 49:06Speaker 1: of Odds, Celebrity Sweepstakes. Alan Thick wrote, No, No, that's
- 49:13Speaker 1: Wheel of Fortune. Which wheel of Fortune? You're in jeopardy right?
- 49:20Speaker 1: He did Reel of Fortune, the Diamond Head Game, Animal
- 49:24Speaker 1: crack Ups, blank check, and whew. I don't know any
- 49:28Speaker 1: of those except I knew, I knew different differ, different
- 49:30Speaker 1: strokes is oh my bad. He also wrote The Facts
- 49:33Speaker 1: of Life. Oh that's a big one. He wrote The
- 49:37Speaker 1: Joker's Wild. All right, let's get back to Travis. Okay,
- 49:40Speaker 1: I'm just saying, Travis, you must be a fun teacher.
- 49:43Speaker 1: I'm sensing you have a good sense of humor. I
- 49:45Speaker 1: bet your kids really like you. Yeah, we have a
- 49:47Speaker 1: good time. It's a yeah, we have a good time.
- 49:49Speaker 1: And do you have any kids that you know? I
- 49:50Speaker 1: imagine there's a lot of kids where you're like, oh Jesus,
- 49:54Speaker 1: please put the flute down or but you must have
- 49:57Speaker 1: some kids where you go, Wow, I can already see talent.
- 50:00Speaker 1: I must be exciting. Oh yeah, it's really exciting. There's
- 50:02Speaker 1: some kids I always see how I am. I never
- 50:04Speaker 1: I'm not gonna blow smoke up their ass, but I
- 50:05Speaker 1: will find something because it drives me crazy. Like I
- 50:08Speaker 1: don't have a teacher voice. I don't have a Hey,
- 50:10Speaker 1: boys and girls, all right today, we're gonna do this.
- 50:12Speaker 1: Like I would kick my own ass if I ever
- 50:14Speaker 1: heard myself talk like that. But like, I'll find something
- 50:16Speaker 1: positive to say if they are, you know, I'll find
- 50:19Speaker 1: something positive that is also true. But um, but yeah,
- 50:22Speaker 1: the kids, like they're great kids. They just work hard.
- 50:24Speaker 1: They just need a good teacher. And so most of
- 50:26Speaker 1: the times they you know, if you expect you know,
- 50:28Speaker 1: if you have high expectations of them, and you give
- 50:29Speaker 1: them the materials they need, give them the instructions they need,
- 50:32Speaker 1: they can do great things. Wait are you saying you
- 50:34Speaker 1: like the teacher from Whiplash? Oh no, oh no, I
- 50:41Speaker 1: imagine it's so exciting for you and your wife when
- 50:43Speaker 1: you have a kid who you know, it's like all
- 50:45Speaker 1: of a sudden, you see a kid who's starting to
- 50:47Speaker 1: shine like, Wow, this isn't just a kid who's got
- 50:51Speaker 1: a little bit of talent, this is a kid who
- 50:52Speaker 1: could be really good. Oh yeah, yeah, it's really cool.
- 50:55Speaker 1: It's um, it's excited when you have kidsho actually work
- 50:57Speaker 1: hard and actually they get they get hungry, like hungry
- 50:59Speaker 1: to earn and uh so that's pretty exciting. But yeah,
- 51:03Speaker 1: all right, we're gonna debut your song. You you um,
- 51:06Speaker 1: you've written another song which we we asked you for,
- 51:09Speaker 1: which is uh something to intro our guests. Joel almost
- 51:13Speaker 1: played it before you got on, but I thought you
- 51:15Speaker 1: might want to see our live reactions to it for
- 51:18Speaker 1: the first time. Wait, so you guys haven't heard it yet.
- 51:20Speaker 1: We haven't heard it? All right, all right, but I'm

- 54:57Speaker 1: forever of course, and you know what's funny, uh, you
- 55:01Speaker 1: know like often we know you guys asking about favorite episodes?
- 55:03Speaker 1: Do you have like kind of a sleeper for me?
- 55:05Speaker 1: There's the one it's I think it's like season eight
- 55:07Speaker 1: where it's just you. It's just Zack and Donald, Zach, Turkey,
- 55:11Speaker 1: JD in the hotel room with the old man who's dying,
- 55:14Speaker 1: oh and the freaking Oh yeah, that's a great episode.
- 55:17Speaker 1: Yeah it's not. We're not in a hotel, we're at
- 55:19Speaker 1: the hospital. N Turman. Oh wait, are you talking about
- 55:22Speaker 1: the moment with Glenn Turman when he when he died.
- 55:24Speaker 1: Oh that's eight. I can't believe that's so late in
- 55:26Speaker 1: the run of the show. That was a great one.
- 55:28Speaker 1: That's one of my favorite episodes. That hit me, hit
- 55:30Speaker 1: me so hard, just like he was helping I was,
- 55:32Speaker 1: you know, my father already had recently passed away at
- 55:34Speaker 1: the time, and uh, just you're processing going through that.
- 55:37Speaker 1: And also it was so fucking funny your outtakes, Jesus Christ,
- 55:41Speaker 1: the outtakes was so fucking funny. But Glenn Turman was
- 55:46Speaker 1: in Um. He's a wonderful actor and he's one of
- 55:49Speaker 1: the best actors ever in history of America. Man. Yeah,
- 55:52Speaker 1: put some respect on that name, baby yeah. And he
- 55:55Speaker 1: was in the the the the George C. Wolf movie
- 56:00Speaker 1: with Violet Davis and all the stars that were in
- 56:03Speaker 1: what's it called Rainie's Black Bottom. He's in that. He's
- 56:07Speaker 1: a wonderful, wonderful, amazing actor. Did you know that he
- 56:10Speaker 1: was married to Aretha Franklin. Now he was married to
- 56:15Speaker 1: Aretha Franklin from nineteen seventy eight to nineteen eighty four.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Why do you use Google that or did you know that? No?
- 56:23Speaker 1: I knew that I had I knew that already. I
- 56:25Speaker 1: didn't know the exact dates, but I did google the
- 56:27Speaker 1: exact dates. But he was actually married to Aretha Franklin.
- 56:31Speaker 1: I used I used him. I think Bill may have
- 56:33Speaker 1: thought of him because I cast him in a pilot
- 56:35Speaker 1: that I directed, my brother had written for Fox, and
- 56:38Speaker 1: he was so good in it, and I think I
- 56:40Speaker 1: showed it to Bill and he got the idea to
- 56:43Speaker 1: use him for that episode. But yeah, he's he's he's
- 56:46Speaker 1: some of the greatest movies, Coolly High. He was on
- 56:49Speaker 1: a different world, Like, yeah, he was on a different world.
- 56:52Speaker 1: He's always and he's always good, you know what I mean.
- 56:56Speaker 1: He's always good, and so yeah, shout out out, shout out,
- 57:00Speaker 1: Glenn Thurman. Um, I'll give you a little triviuus since
- 57:03Speaker 1: Travvy Wabby doesn't want anything from us. Um of this episode, Um,
- 57:08Speaker 1: This episode is the only time Doctor Cox wears a
- 57:11Speaker 1: jersey for a team other than the Detroit Red Wings.
- 57:14Speaker 1: What is he? Where? Arrangers? I don't remember which sports
- 57:18Speaker 1: ensemble it was. Um. The monkey in the episode is
- 57:21Speaker 1: Crystal the monkey who appeared in many other TV shows
- 57:24Speaker 1: and movies, including The Hangover Part two. That's the one
- 57:27Speaker 1: that was licking. Uh, the penis licking the penis? You
- 57:32Speaker 1: don't remember that? Remember the monkeys licking something and they're like,
- 57:35Speaker 1: what is that? What is that? And then Zach Galfanaki's
- 57:37Speaker 1: gold over and licks it two. It turns out to
- 57:41Speaker 1: it turns out to be uh, what's his name's penis? Uh?
- 57:45Speaker 1: The Asian dude penis with Ken Joe. Yeah, remember that
- 57:50Speaker 1: little tiny penis hilarious dude. All right, here's the math
- 57:56Speaker 1: on the clock thing. JD and Turkum changed the clock
- 57:58Speaker 1: in their apartment ahead one hour, then back three hours,
- 58:02Speaker 1: ahead five hours, and back forty three minutes, so that
- 58:06Speaker 1: altogether the clock is ahead two hours and seventeen minutes.
- 58:10Speaker 1: The clock says eight forty nine, which would make the
- 58:13Speaker 1: actual time six thirty two. However, JD and turk state
- 58:17Speaker 1: that the time is nine fifty two. For this to
- 58:20Speaker 1: be true, the clock would have had to have said
- 58:22Speaker 1: twelve o nine. Now, I don't think any of you
- 58:24Speaker 1: give a funk about that, but it is on scrubs wiki.
- 58:29Speaker 1: And the last thing I'll say is that on streaming services,
- 58:32Speaker 1: the captions say that Hook by Blues Traveler is playing
- 58:37Speaker 1: on the jukebox right before Carla asks, Hey, do you
- 58:40Speaker 1: know who sings this song? And the song playing is
- 58:44Speaker 1: not hook by Blues Traveler. Maybe we tried to have
- 58:46Speaker 1: it do that and we couldn't pay for it. There
- 58:49Speaker 1: you go, I think we did it right. Guys, be
- 58:53Speaker 1: a better friend than these three are. Please and check
- 58:55Speaker 1: out my episode of Solos. I'm very proud of it.
- 58:58Speaker 1: It's only thirty minutes of your time. If you like
- 59:00Speaker 1: Black Mirror, it's very Black Mirror esque and Anne Hathaway
- 59:04Speaker 1: gives a pretty astonishing performance. I can't say anymore it'll
- 59:09Speaker 1: be spoilers, but she blew me away when with her performance. Oh, Zach,
- 59:13Speaker 1: I also wanted to tell you before I forget alex
- 59:15Speaker 1: inc was a great show, and I thank you. You're
- 59:18Speaker 1: one of the one people who You're one of the
- 59:19Speaker 1: only people who thought about I think it was I
- 59:21Speaker 1: think it's My wife and I were two of the
- 59:22Speaker 1: seven people who watched it. But I love you. I
- 59:25Speaker 1: blame the network for marketing well. I had promise. You know,
- 59:28Speaker 1: sometimes in your first season you don't quite figure it out,
- 59:31Speaker 1: but you're on the bubble ratings wise and the networkers,
- 59:33Speaker 1: we're gonna give you another chance, and then you kind
- 59:35Speaker 1: of kind of figure it out. That was kind of us.
- 59:38Speaker 1: We were not quite figuring out there were changes that
- 59:40Speaker 1: could have made it better, and then that network didn't
- 59:42Speaker 1: give us that chance. But you win some, you lose some.
- 59:45Speaker 1: And I appreciate that you watched at Travis. I really
- 59:48Speaker 1: it was a good show. Did you write all of
- 59:50Speaker 1: the episodes or did you just know? I directed a
- 59:53Speaker 1: bunch of Matt. Matt Tarsus, who was one of our
- 59:56Speaker 1: main writers on Scrubs, was the showrunner of that show,
- 59:59Speaker 1: and we had a whole writing staff. I didn't I
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: didn't write it. Um all right, guys, we love you.
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: Be safe out there, and donal, why don't you count
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: us out? Six seven stories about show we made about
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: a bunch of docs and nurses and janitor who loved me. Here,
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: I said, here's the stories. Never should so gato around you,
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: Here are gadoo around you. Here are sweat free way
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: shows at mm hmmm.
