- 2:35Speaker 1: the first time since he left the FBI tonight. with
- 2:38Speaker 1: Haley this evening. That's six o'clock. Again, Rumble.com slash Haley
- 2:44Speaker 1: to tune into that. Very cool. Eager to hear what
- 2:47Speaker 1: he has to say. Very eager to hear what he
- 2:49Speaker 1: has to say. A lot to come with Dan. Now,
- 2:53Speaker 1: as far as the world that we're living in right
- 2:56Speaker 1: now is going, nobody is more ridiculous than the entire
- 2:59Speaker 1: Democrat Party. They are absolutely ridiculous. cartoon characters, and it
- 3:03Speaker 1: would be even more hilarious if they didn't wield so
- 3:06Speaker 1: much tyrannical power in the past over the rest of us. They, yesterday,
- 3:10Speaker 1: all day long, spent January 6th of 2026 acting like
- 3:17Speaker 1: some sort of terror attack had taken place, and they
- 3:20Speaker 1: were grieving it. They were very sad about it. It
- 3:22Speaker 1: was just all day long. CNN, it was hilarious. I
- 3:25Speaker 1: had lunch yesterday at my radio station break room, and
- 3:29Speaker 1: somebody I got to figure out who did this. They
- 3:31Speaker 1: left CNN on in the break room and I'm eating my,
- 3:35Speaker 1: what was I eating yesterday? I think I had gyro
- 3:37Speaker 1: meat on top of lettuce. It was a Mediterranean salad,
- 3:41Speaker 1: or as they say, gyro meat on top of lettuce.
- 3:44Speaker 1: And I'm eating my salad and I look up and
- 3:48Speaker 1: there's CNN and they're doing like a lot, like basically
- 3:53Speaker 1: they're playing their old footage from five years ago. This
- 3:57Speaker 1: is what it was like moment by moment on CNN.
- 4:00Speaker 1: It's Wolf Blitzer in tone. I've never seen anything like
- 4:02Speaker 1: this before. And then he goes to Rahm Emanuel for commentary.
- 4:06Speaker 1: What do you think, Rahm? Rahm's like, oh, Republicans are awful.
- 4:09Speaker 1: We should never let them have power again. Yeah, great. Thanks, CNN.
- 4:12Speaker 1: That's really useful. And then yesterday, all day long, Democrats
- 4:18Speaker 1: were just doing these crocodile tears about January 6th. And
- 4:22Speaker 1: it ended in the most hysterical way imaginable. They had
- 4:27Speaker 1: a plastic candlelight vigil yesterday. And when I say plastic,
- 4:32Speaker 1: I mean, I truly mean, they carried plastic candles out
- 4:35Speaker 1: down the steps of the United States Capitol building. And
- 4:40Speaker 1: we're like, you know, pretending like this was like some
- 4:42Speaker 1: big moment, you know, oh, this is really big. I
- 4:45Speaker 1: love it. You can tell they're plastic too, because some
- 4:47Speaker 1: of these Democrats are carrying the candles upside down as
- 4:50Speaker 1: they're walking down the steps. And then that also makes
- 4:55Speaker 1: a lot of sense because Mazie Hirono was in the crowd.
- 4:57Speaker 1: And the last thing you want to do is give
- 4:59Speaker 1: Mazie Hirono an open flame. So they just were like, OK,
- 5:02Speaker 1: plastic candles for everybody. They walk down the steps. They're
- 5:06Speaker 1: holding them. And then they're pretending like they're a part
- 5:09Speaker 1: of something solemn and important rather than cruel, callous, and opportunistic,
- 5:14Speaker 1: which is, of course, what it was. And then— They
- 5:17Speaker 1: have the audacity to sing God Bless America like some
- 5:23Speaker 1: percentage of them even believe in God. Listen to this.
- 5:26Speaker 1: And by the way, I just have to warn you.
- 5:28Speaker 1: The screeching here is so pronounced. It's so pronounced that
- 5:33Speaker 1: I'm apologizing in advance. But whoever was producing the stream
- 5:36Speaker 1: realized that the singing was terrible. So they cut it off. Watch.
- 5:42Speaker 3: And I heard.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Thanks for watching. They just cut it off.
- 6:00Speaker 2: All right.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Well, that's the way it goes. That's the way it goes.
- 6:05Speaker 1: So this is amazing what we're witnessing here. And these
- 6:10Speaker 1: guys are just absurd. They're totally absurd. But that's that's
- 6:14Speaker 1: who these Democrats are. So thank you to the Democrats
- 6:17Speaker 1: for being as retarded as ever, showing up with their
- 6:19Speaker 1: plastic candles and their disastrous performance of God bless America.
- 6:24Speaker 1: What a what an insult.
- 6:26Speaker 3: What an insult.
- 6:26Speaker 1: And you know what this is, too, by the way.
- 6:28Speaker 1: This goes back to 9-11. Like they're treating what they've
- 6:33Speaker 1: done is they've basically tried to create a pale imitation
- 6:36Speaker 1: of September 11th, 2001. Those of you old enough to remember,
- 6:39Speaker 1: I can't even believe I say those words, but those
- 6:41Speaker 1: of you old enough to remember now. you knew that
- 6:45Speaker 1: after September 11th, what happened in the ensuing years? Well,
- 6:48Speaker 1: the cable networks would replay their coverage of 9-11 so
- 6:53Speaker 1: that as time passed, we don't forget, we can see
- 6:56Speaker 1: what it was like moment by moment as the planes
- 6:58Speaker 1: were attacking, Al-Qaeda was attacking us with airplanes in the
- 7:03Speaker 1: United States. And then right after 9-11, there was that
- 7:06Speaker 1: kind of famous moment where Republicans and Democrats gathered together
- 7:10Speaker 1: on the steps of the Capitol and they sang, God
- 7:12Speaker 1: Bless America. It was actually a heartwarming moment. It was
- 7:15Speaker 1: a solemn, heartwarming moment where both parties could come together.
- 7:20Speaker 1: They sing God Bless America. And Americans appreciated that demonstration
- 7:26Speaker 1: of unity in the wake of such a horrific attack
- 7:28Speaker 1: against our country. What are Democrats doing now? They're sowing division.
- 7:32Speaker 1: They're advancing tyranny. They're trying to exploit your decency. And
- 7:35Speaker 1: they're pretending like you're somehow morally depraved for supporting Donald Trump.
- 7:39Speaker 1: And then they do these like hoax representations of 9-11
- 7:43Speaker 1: in the form of this January 6th hoax. And they
- 7:46Speaker 1: just keep doing it year after year. So, you know,
- 7:49Speaker 1: is it pathetic?
- 7:50Speaker 3: Yes.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Do they keep doing it?
- 7:52Speaker 3: Yes.
- 7:53Speaker 1: In fact, my favorite version of this is what they
- 7:55Speaker 1: did in 2022, a year after the original Americans enter
- 8:02Speaker 1: their own Capitol building event. Nancy Pelosi introduced the cast
- 8:07Speaker 1: of Hamilton to produce a musical number to commemorate January 6th. Watch.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Lin-Manuel and his father. And the Hamilton singers, who we'll
- 8:19Speaker 1: hear from, said that they were all very honored to
- 8:23Speaker 1: be asked to participate today. Dear Theodosia, what to say
- 8:36Speaker 1: to you? You have my eyes. You have your mother's name.
- 8:44Speaker 2: When you came into the world, you cried.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Unbelievable. It's so funny. All right, enough. You know, it's
- 8:52Speaker 1: so funny just to watch these guys. I mean, everything
- 8:55Speaker 1: is melodrama with these idiots because they need to somehow
- 9:00Speaker 1: pretend that this is resonant. And, of course, it's not.
- 9:04Speaker 1: It's not. It was all just a pretext for tyranny.
- 9:06Speaker 1: And the cruelest kind of tyranny in the United States
- 9:09Speaker 1: in this century is just awful. It's just awful. We
- 9:11Speaker 1: got some news yesterday from our friend Julie Kelly, by
- 9:16Speaker 1: way of Senator Rand Paul, ultimately by way of the
- 9:19Speaker 1: FBI and Kash Patel, about the ways in which the
- 9:23Speaker 1: FBI was not only destroying the lives of people who
- 9:26Speaker 1: walked into their Capitol building, the FBI was destroying the
- 9:29Speaker 1: lives of people who didn't walk into the Capitol building.
- 9:32Speaker 4: A lot of them.
- 9:33Speaker 1: In fact, this is a crazy graphic. I want to
- 9:35Speaker 1: show this to you. Let me see here. I want
- 9:38Speaker 1: to get this up for you here. Basically, what ended
- 9:43Speaker 1: up happening in the wake of January 6th is the
- 9:47Speaker 1: FBI began spying on a woman called Christine Crowder. Christine Crowder.
- 9:53Speaker 1: And this woman was not even in the Capitol building.
- 9:58Speaker 1: She wasn't in the Capitol building at all. Somebody called
- 10:02Speaker 1: the FBI, somebody on January 11th of 2021, somebody called
- 10:06Speaker 1: the FBI and sent in an anonymous tip stating that
- 10:11Speaker 1: they were a, quote, former friend who recognized this poor woman,
- 10:14Speaker 1: Christine Crowder, from news coverage of January 6th. Now, I
- 10:17Speaker 1: want to remind you, she wasn't even in the building.
- 10:21Speaker 1: She wasn't there. So some jackass thinks he sees a
- 10:26Speaker 1: woman that he knows, calls the FBI and says, oh, yeah,
- 10:30Speaker 1: I know that lady. It's Christine Cratter. I'm a former friend.
- 10:32Speaker 1: I'm not even associated with that person. I just want
- 10:33Speaker 1: you to know I'm a former friend. You're a Soviet
- 10:38Speaker 1: like pile of garbage is what you are. And so
- 10:40Speaker 1: they call the FBI and the FBI launches a full
- 10:44Speaker 1: investigation into her. By June 25th of that year, the
- 10:48Speaker 1: FBI filed paperwork to open up an investigation into Christine Crowder,
- 10:52Speaker 1: not even in the building. The FBI recommended she be watchlisted,
- 10:57Speaker 1: despite what they said was a negative search for her
- 11:00Speaker 1: geolocation or facial recognition at the United States Capitol. So
- 11:04Speaker 1: they didn't even have any evidence that she was there
- 11:06Speaker 1: other than this bullshit tipster. Nothing. Nothing. And then... In
- 11:14Speaker 1: July of the same year, the FBI conducted physical surveillance
- 11:18Speaker 1: of her house. They were watching her house. They had
- 11:20Speaker 1: no intel to suggest she was even in the building.
- 11:22Speaker 1: And let me just remind you of something. This is
- 11:24Speaker 1: a very basic point. I don't care if she was
- 11:26Speaker 1: in the building. She doesn't she doesn't deserve a counterintelligence investigation.
- 11:32Speaker 1: She doesn't deserve to be treated like a terrorist by
- 11:35Speaker 1: her own government for going into her own Capitol building,
- 11:39Speaker 1: which she didn't even do. The FBI would go on
- 11:43Speaker 1: to approve paperwork to add her to the terrorist screening
- 11:48Speaker 1: data set, the terrorist watch list, in other words, labeling
- 11:51Speaker 1: her a domestic terrorist. By August of that year, the
- 11:55Speaker 1: FBI agent who was assigned to the case filed a
- 12:00Speaker 1: notification from the terrorist screening observation unit of her travel.
- 12:04Speaker 1: They began tracking her travel in the United States. She
- 12:08Speaker 1: was watchlisted by the FBI, and she was selected for
- 12:12Speaker 1: expanded selectee status by TSA, so she would be hassled
- 12:16Speaker 1: while she traveled. These are all violations of her rights,
- 12:19Speaker 1: to be crystal clear. These are all complete violations of
- 12:21Speaker 1: her constitutional rights. The FBI conducted physical surveillance of her
- 12:25Speaker 1: home in February of 2022, the Biden FBI, for the
- 12:29Speaker 1: purpose of photographing the property for search warrants. The FBI
- 12:34Speaker 1: then received video from an anonymous tipster of an individual
- 12:37Speaker 1: they believe is Crowder exiting the U.S. Capitol building. So
- 12:41Speaker 1: now they've got, this is probably the same person, but
- 12:43Speaker 1: there's people trying to rat out a woman who wasn't
- 12:45Speaker 1: even in the building. Then they were conducting more physical
- 12:49Speaker 1: surveillance of her home. And basically the story goes on,
- 12:53Speaker 1: and I could keep reading all this to you, but
- 12:55Speaker 1: I'm just telling you that they eventually, it takes all
- 12:58Speaker 1: the way until 2023 that they finally closed the investigation
- 13:05Speaker 1: because they determined that she wasn't there she had all
- 13:10Speaker 1: sorts of receipts, evidence to prove she wasn't even in
- 13:13Speaker 1: the building. It took that long. It took, it took
- 13:17Speaker 1: over two years for you to come to that conclusion.
- 13:19Speaker 1: I mean, this is utterly disgraceful. I mean, this is
- 13:22Speaker 1: why you and I have been chomping at the bit
- 13:24Speaker 1: to see these people prosecuted and, and absolutely meaning the,
- 13:29Speaker 1: meaning the people who would break the law in such
- 13:31Speaker 1: a way to see them prosecuted, which is why we've
- 13:33Speaker 1: got to blow through. I want to emphasize a point
- 13:36Speaker 1: here that's really important. And, um, I can't be emphasized enough.
- 13:42Speaker 1: There's a thought process out there that decent Americans have,
- 13:48Speaker 1: which is, well, why can't Trump just arrest this guy?
- 13:51Speaker 1: Why can't they just prosecute that guy right now? Why
- 13:54Speaker 1: can't this happen at this very moment? And I'm with
- 13:57Speaker 1: you in terms of desiring the speed. I have been
- 13:59Speaker 1: all year long. We've been talking all about this. But
- 14:01Speaker 1: understand something about our justice system. It only works if
- 14:05Speaker 1: all of it works. If we have failures in our
- 14:08Speaker 1: justice system at any point along the process, it means
- 14:12Speaker 1: that the people who need to be subjected to it
- 14:15Speaker 1: don't make it to the finish line. That's a massive problem.
- 14:18Speaker 1: So where are the failure points right now? One of
- 14:20Speaker 1: the failure points is we don't have U.S. attorneys. We
- 14:23Speaker 1: don't have prosecutors. Do we have some? Yeah, we got
- 14:25Speaker 1: a couple, but we don't have that many. That's a disaster.
- 14:30Speaker 1: We don't have federal judges to support us. We have
- 14:33Speaker 1: too many corrupt and totally radical federal judges clogging up
- 14:36Speaker 1: the system. That's a disaster. The FBI, Kash Patel, these guys,
- 14:41Speaker 1: they can conduct these kinds of investigations. They can find
- 14:44Speaker 1: out all of this evidence of criminal activity. They can
- 14:46Speaker 1: bring it to the United States Department of Justice. But
- 14:49Speaker 1: if they don't have a U.S. attorney, you can actually
- 14:51Speaker 1: bring this case and see it through. And you don't
- 14:53Speaker 1: have a federal judge who's actually going to treat it
- 14:55Speaker 1: with respect. And you don't have a grand jury system
- 14:58Speaker 1: like in a place like Washington, D.C., that's going to
- 15:00Speaker 1: treat this case fairly, right? How many cases are brought
- 15:03Speaker 1: in Washington, D.C., and they're just thrown out immediately by
- 15:05Speaker 1: left-wing grand juries, even though you have criminal violations literally
- 15:09Speaker 1: caught on camera all the time? All the time. They
- 15:13Speaker 1: do that because it's a Democrat protection racket. That's a
- 15:16Speaker 1: broken system. What I'm describing to you is third world.
- 15:21Speaker 1: The reason it prevails is because of Congress right now.
- 15:24Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but it's just true. The Republicans in the
- 15:28Speaker 1: United States Senate are allowing the blue slip to continue
- 15:33Speaker 1: to be an impediment to getting the U.S. attorneys and
- 15:36Speaker 1: federal judges that we need in order to complete that
- 15:40Speaker 1: justice system, to make it so that people go to
- 15:43Speaker 1: the finish line. That's the way this works. You want
- 15:47Speaker 1: to know how the system works? I'm telling you how
- 15:48Speaker 1: the system works. This is it. And it's Republicans who
- 15:51Speaker 1: stand in the way. It's John Thune, it's Chuck Grassley.
- 15:54Speaker 1: They're standing in the way right now. They're holding onto
- 15:56Speaker 1: the blue slip system. And if you haven't been following
- 15:58Speaker 1: this closely, really simply, the blue slip gives each senator
- 16:03Speaker 1: veto authority over any US attorney or federal judge in
- 16:06Speaker 1: their state. That means Adam Schiff gets to veto all
- 16:09Speaker 1: the California picks by Donald Trump.
- 16:11Speaker 2: What?
- 16:13Speaker 1: Tim Kaine gets to veto all of the Virginia picks
- 16:16Speaker 1: by Donald Trump. Democrats all across the country get to
- 16:20Speaker 1: veto any one of Donald Trump's picks in their respective states.
- 16:24Speaker 1: And it's not based on anything other than a handshake
- 16:27Speaker 1: agreement in the United States Senate. We're gonna let that
- 16:30Speaker 1: keep going? We're losing our country if that's the scenario
- 16:34Speaker 1: we're gonna be through. This is why we keep desiring
- 16:36Speaker 1: accountability and we're like, what are the impediments to progress? Hello,
- 16:39Speaker 1: it's the Republicans in the United States Senate. That's just
- 16:43Speaker 1: the long and short of it. That's just the reality
- 16:45Speaker 1: of it. You gotta break through that in order to succeed. Yeah,
- 16:49Speaker 1: the blue slips are awful, CLB 73. We have the
- 16:52Speaker 1: filibuster standing in the way. Republicans allow it to continue.
- 16:56Speaker 1: We've got the blue slip standing in the way. Republicans
- 16:58Speaker 1: allow it to continue. And Congress does not go into
- 17:02Speaker 1: a full blown official recess to allow the president to
- 17:05Speaker 1: make recess appointments. Whose side are they on here? Does
- 17:08Speaker 1: these guys know what time it is? Do they really
- 17:10Speaker 1: think they're going to outlast Trump and then everything is
- 17:13Speaker 1: going to go back to the way it used to
- 17:14Speaker 1: be and that the rest of us are going to
- 17:16Speaker 1: go back to sleep? Hell no, that's not happening. No,
- 17:19Speaker 1: we're very much awake to this and we'd like to
- 17:21Speaker 1: fix it.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Now, please.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Yesterday, please. It's one of the reasons why I'm excited
- 17:26Speaker 1: to hear from Dan Bongino again, because Dan is going
- 17:29Speaker 1: to be able to give you a perspective from the
- 17:31Speaker 1: inside about the way all of this is really working.
- 17:35Speaker 1: And I look forward to, you know, depending on when
- 17:37Speaker 1: you're listening to this show, it may have already happened,
- 17:38Speaker 1: but Dan is doing the live conversation tonight with Haley.
- 17:42Speaker 1: That's again, rumble.com slash Haley, H-A-Y-L-E-Y. You'll be able to
- 17:48Speaker 1: watch him live as he talks about what the future
- 17:50Speaker 1: holds and we'll be able to hear so much more
- 17:52Speaker 1: from him. We have a lot more to get to.
- 17:55Speaker 1: I've got to talk to you about Venezuela and I've
- 17:57Speaker 1: got to talk to you about what's going on with
- 18:00Speaker 1: China and Russia and Iran. President Trump right now is
- 18:05Speaker 1: in the midst of undertaking and perhaps pulling off one
- 18:09Speaker 1: of the most important international realignments in world history. I mean,
- 18:15Speaker 1: he really is at this moment. He's got a real
- 18:18Speaker 1: big opportunity. to reestablish America in very, very big and
- 18:23Speaker 1: important ways. We will talk about that. And of course,
- 18:27Speaker 1: coming up, we've got joining us, the great Amber Duke
- 18:30Speaker 1: will be with us. It's all ahead on this edition
- 18:33Speaker 1: of Vents. Our sponsors today include HomeServe. HomeServe is awesome.
- 18:38Speaker 1: You know why? Because if you own a home... That's
- 18:42Speaker 1: a great thing. But the problem with homes is sometimes
- 18:46Speaker 1: things go haywire. So, right, you'll be enjoying that delicious
- 18:49Speaker 1: morning cup of coffee. And then all of a sudden
- 18:51Speaker 1: you're ankle deep in water from a burst pipe. Yeah,
- 18:53Speaker 1: that's not a good thing. It's a tough thing to
- 18:55Speaker 1: deal with. And repairs never care about your timing. And
- 18:57Speaker 1: they definitely don't care about your budget. You protect your health,
- 19:00Speaker 1: your car, even your phone. But what about your home?
- 19:02Speaker 1: Probably your biggest investment. And when something breaks, that can
- 19:06Speaker 1: cost you big, big. That's where HomeServe comes in. Regular
- 19:09Speaker 1: homeowner's insurance might not cover the everyday breakdowns like a
- 19:12Speaker 1: furnace failure, a broken light switch, a busted water heater.
- 19:15Speaker 1: But HomeServe offers plans that help cover those kinds of repairs.
- 19:18Speaker 1: This is like a subscription for your home. It starts

- 19:42Speaker 1: month your first year. Terms apply on covered repairs. See homeserve.com
- 19:47Speaker 1: for details. Thank you, Homeserve.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Great operations.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Great operation. Okay, so here's what's going on with Venezuela.
- 19:56Speaker 1: This morning, we get some more breaking news. That ships,
- 20:01Speaker 1: remember I was telling you yesterday that we've got ships
- 20:04Speaker 1: who are evading our blockade right now. These ghost ships,
- 20:07Speaker 1: they're putting new flags on the ships. They're cutting off
- 20:11Speaker 1: all the communication systems and the lights. They're trying to
- 20:13Speaker 1: travel en masse away from Venezuela to evade the American military. Well,
- 20:19Speaker 1: I said yesterday, this is not going to work. We
- 20:22Speaker 1: can see everything. We see when people can, if we're
- 20:26Speaker 1: tracking you, we know where you are. Hell, the United
- 20:29Speaker 1: States government was tracking some poor lady who wasn't even
- 20:31Speaker 1: at the Capitol building. They were watching our house. You
- 20:34Speaker 1: think we can't see a gigantic tanker? Oh, we're watching
- 20:36Speaker 1: the tankers. The Trump administration's watching the tankers. And sure enough,
- 20:41Speaker 1: these tankers who've been trying to evade the American military,
- 20:45Speaker 1: we're catching them. Did you look at this video this morning?
- 20:48Speaker 1: Two tankers who have been trying to evade the United
- 20:51Speaker 1: States Coast Guard and changing their flags, painting new names
- 20:56Speaker 1: on the hall while being pursued. They tried and they failed.
- 21:01Speaker 1: They absolutely failed. The Coast Guard intercepting these tankers on
- 21:05Speaker 1: the high seas, they said through treacherous storms, keeping diligent watch,
- 21:10Speaker 1: protecting our country with determination and patriotism. And they have
- 21:14Speaker 1: intervened as of this morning. They capture both of these ships.
- 21:19Speaker 1: So this isn't going to work. And these ships, you
- 21:21Speaker 1: know where they're headed. They're headed to places like Russia, Iran, China.
- 21:25Speaker 1: These are obviously massive adversaries of the United States. And
- 21:30Speaker 1: it goes back to what President Trump and Marco Rubio
- 21:33Speaker 1: and J.D. Vance have all been saying is like, don't
- 21:34Speaker 1: screw around with us. If President Trump says something, he
- 21:38Speaker 1: means it and they're going to act on it. So
- 21:41Speaker 1: Big interceptions this morning being reported of these ships, these
- 21:44Speaker 1: tankers who thought they could get away. You're not getting away.
- 21:48Speaker 1: We will catch you. And they've been caught. So that's good.
- 21:51Speaker 1: That's great news. Caught on the high seas. And this
- 21:55Speaker 1: gets back to the point of what the hell is
- 21:57Speaker 1: going on right now with Venezuela. Well, here's what we know.
- 22:01Speaker 1: We got a report last night ahead of President Trump
- 22:04Speaker 1: talking a little bit more about it publicly on Truth Social.
- 22:07Speaker 1: We got a report last night. that President Trump has
- 22:10Speaker 1: demanded that Venezuela kick out all of our adversaries. All
- 22:16Speaker 1: of them. Everybody get out of the country. So remember
- 22:19Speaker 1: what I was saying? Remember what Trump's been saying? He's
- 22:20Speaker 1: running the country now. He's running the country now. Because
- 22:23Speaker 1: look at this. Trump is demanding Venezuela kick out China
- 22:27Speaker 1: and Russia and partner only with the United States on oil,
- 22:31Speaker 1: says ABC News. The Trump administration telling Venezuela's interim president,
- 22:36Speaker 1: Delce Rodriguez, The regime must meet the White House's demands
- 22:41Speaker 1: before being allowed to pump any more oil. And first,
- 22:44Speaker 1: the country's got to kick out China, Russia, Iran and Cuba.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Those are the ones China, Russia, Iran and Cuba, who
- 22:52Speaker 1: as a result, you understand what's going to happen here.
- 22:54Speaker 1: They're going to wither on the vine, especially countries like Cuba.
- 22:58Speaker 1: They're going to wither because they've been rolling on access
- 23:01Speaker 1: to all this Venezuelan oil. in exchange for giving security
- 23:04Speaker 1: to Maduro. President Trump is cutting all of that off.
- 23:08Speaker 1: So we've been talking for weeks now why Venezuela is
- 23:12Speaker 1: a strategic interest of the United States and the American people.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Here it is, ladies and gentlemen. President Trump has kicked
- 23:19Speaker 1: out the power cord for these countries and said, you're
- 23:21Speaker 1: not getting it back. And he's told Venezuela, you want
- 23:26Speaker 1: the Maduro treatment or do you want to play ball?
- 23:28Speaker 1: And right now, Venezuela is playing ball. The reason Delce
- 23:33Speaker 1: Rodriguez is still there, and yes, she is a commie.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Delce Rodriguez, Maduro's number two. The reason she is still
- 23:41Speaker 1: there is because President Trump has determined she is the
- 23:46Speaker 1: most likely right now to keep the country in a
- 23:49Speaker 1: position of stability at this very moment. while they worked
- 23:52Speaker 1: through this transition phase. There was a lot of considerations made, clearly.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Should we put opposition leaders in charge? Is there somebody
- 23:59Speaker 1: else inside of the Maduro cabinet who can do it?
- 24:03Speaker 1: And the answer that they came up with in the
- 24:05Speaker 1: Trump administration is keep Delce Rodriguez there for now, for now.
- 24:10Speaker 1: And while she's there, You've got Marco Rubio breathing down
- 24:13Speaker 1: her neck every day to get her to abide and
- 24:17Speaker 1: to play ball here. So what's happening? The president's kicking
- 24:21Speaker 1: out all of our adversaries who've been using this as
- 24:23Speaker 1: their gas station.
- 24:24Speaker 3: Leave.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Second, Venezuela must agree to partner exclusively with the United
- 24:31Speaker 1: States on oil production and favor America when selling heavy
- 24:35Speaker 1: crude oil, they added. Marco Rubio told lawmakers this week,
- 24:41Speaker 1: that he believes the United States can force Venezuela's hand
- 24:45Speaker 1: because its existing oil tankers are all full. Rubio told
- 24:49Speaker 1: lawmakers the United States estimates that Caracas only has a
- 24:51Speaker 1: couple of weeks before it will become financially insolvent without
- 24:56Speaker 1: the sale of its oil reserves. So we've got them
- 24:59Speaker 1: over the oil barrel right now, so to speak. And
- 25:03Speaker 1: that brings us to what the president just announced last night. Now, this,
- 25:07Speaker 1: of course, is to the of the American news media,
- 25:10Speaker 1: which is never rooting for us or the president's success.
- 25:13Speaker 1: But here's what the president said, and it's really important
- 25:15Speaker 1: to pay attention to the details because this is one
- 25:17Speaker 1: of those things that is instantly being misconstrued, of course,
- 25:21Speaker 1: intentionally so. President Trump announced... that the interim authorities in
- 25:25Speaker 1: Venezuela will be turning over between 30 and 50 million
- 25:30Speaker 1: barrels of high quality sanctioned oil to the United States
- 25:34Speaker 1: of America, 30 to $ 50 million. And if that's all
- 25:37Speaker 1: 50 million barrels, excuse me, and if that's all you read,
- 25:41Speaker 1: and if that's all you see in the headline, what
- 25:43Speaker 1: you walk away concluding is that, oh, Trump just took
- 25:47Speaker 1: the oil. Now, if that's what he had done, that
- 25:50Speaker 1: would be great. That'd be perfectly fine. President Trump has
- 25:53Speaker 1: made no secret of the fact that he thought one
- 25:55Speaker 1: of the foolish elements of our intervention in the Middle
- 25:59Speaker 1: East from Afghanistan to Iraq was that we didn't, quote,
- 26:02Speaker 1: take the oil. We're stupid for not taking the oil,
- 26:05Speaker 1: he said. And so here he would be taking the oil.
- 26:09Speaker 1: But it's not actually as simple as that. It's more
- 26:11Speaker 1: complicated and more interesting. President Trump said the oil is
- 26:15Speaker 1: going to be sold at its market price. They're going
- 26:18Speaker 1: to sell it. And the money will be controlled by
- 26:21Speaker 1: President Trump. He will make a determination about where that
- 26:23Speaker 1: money goes to ensure it's used to benefit the people
- 26:27Speaker 1: of Venezuela and the United States. So he gets the oil.
- 26:34Speaker 1: This is 30 to 50 million barrels, right? He's going
- 26:37Speaker 1: to sell this oil and then he will divvy up
- 26:40Speaker 1: the money. He will do it to the benefit of
- 26:42Speaker 1: the people of Venezuela first. That's the first thing he
- 26:45Speaker 1: mentions in the sentence. And the second thing is he's
- 26:47Speaker 1: going to benefit the United States. And one would assume
- 26:50Speaker 1: that includes the oil companies who had all of their
- 26:53Speaker 1: infrastructure stolen by the communists in Venezuela by Chavez and Maduro.
- 27:00Speaker 1: So President Trump, understand what he's doing here is he's
- 27:03Speaker 1: solving and trying to remedy a lot of different things
- 27:08Speaker 1: all in one fell swoop. It's kick the power cord
- 27:12Speaker 1: out for China. Kick the power cord out for places
- 27:15Speaker 1: like Iran and Cuba and Russia. Stop our adversaries from
- 27:19Speaker 1: having a foothold in the Western Hemisphere. He's calling this
- 27:22Speaker 1: the Don Roe Doctrine. And then enrich the people of
- 27:26Speaker 1: Venezuela so that they're a part of the process of
- 27:29Speaker 1: not only making their country wealthy and flourishing again, but
- 27:33Speaker 1: stable again. We need a stable, flourishing Venezuela with an
- 27:37Speaker 1: authentic democracy in our hemisphere. And to make whole the
- 27:43Speaker 1: people in the United States who had their property stolen
- 27:47Speaker 1: by the commies. He's trying to pull all of this
- 27:50Speaker 1: off all at once. So I love it. President Trump
- 27:55Speaker 1: says he's asked Energy Secretary Chris Wright to execute the
- 27:57Speaker 1: plan immediately. Chris Wright's already on it. And they're taking,
- 28:01Speaker 1: it will be taken by storage ships and brought directly
- 28:04Speaker 1: to unloading docks in the United States. Thank you for
- 28:06Speaker 1: your attention to this matter. Donald J. Trump, President of
- 28:09Speaker 1: the United States. So this ultimately, you know, we talk about,
- 28:15Speaker 1: you know, what's an America first foreign policy. It's a
- 28:17Speaker 1: foreign policy that not only resolves the current conflicts that
- 28:21Speaker 1: we have, but it also ensures the long term longevity
- 28:26Speaker 1: of our country. What conflicts do we have?
- 28:28Speaker 3: Well, I don't know.
- 28:28Speaker 1: We're locked in a full blown in Cold War, in
- 28:31Speaker 1: some cases, hot war with China. I don't know. Depending
- 28:35Speaker 1: on how you classify the death of over 100,000 Americans
- 28:38Speaker 1: a year due to fentanyl that comes from China, you
- 28:40Speaker 1: might say that's kind of a hot war, wouldn't you?
- 28:43Speaker 1: China is a crystal clear adversary of the United States.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Do we have a complicated relationship with them? Are we
- 28:48Speaker 1: still buying products from China? Absolutely, no question. And we
- 28:53Speaker 1: should do everything we can to mitigate an actual exchange
- 28:56Speaker 1: of fire between our two countries. But in the process,
- 29:01Speaker 1: what we should do is get them out of the
- 29:03Speaker 1: Western Hemisphere. Stop giving them a ready supply of energy
- 29:08Speaker 1: that they can use to power a warm machine. Let's
- 29:12Speaker 1: stop all of that garbage. That's a really big deal.
- 29:16Speaker 1: And to that point, I want to show you one
- 29:18Speaker 1: last thing on this subject, then we're going to get
- 29:20Speaker 1: to our great guest, Amber Duke. There's a piece this
- 29:24Speaker 1: morning in the publication, The American Mind. It's called The
- 29:28Speaker 1: Donro Doctrine in Action. The Donro Doctrine in Action. And
- 29:33Speaker 1: in it, J. Michael Waller, who wrote this wonderful piece,
- 29:36Speaker 1: he talks about what Russia is in this scenario. And
- 29:40Speaker 1: he says, Russia is China's largest foreign oil supplier. Russia is.
- 29:46Speaker 1: So that's an issue for us right now. China, though,
- 29:49Speaker 1: has also been buying between 60 and 90% of all
- 29:51Speaker 1: of Venezuela's heavy crude and 85 and 90% of Iran's
- 29:52Speaker 1: light crude. This sanctioned oil is cheap, twice over for Beijing. First,
- 30:03Speaker 1: China gets it at the pirate discount. And second, it
- 30:06Speaker 1: generally pays not in American petrodollars, but in printable Chinese yuan.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Depending on the figures and factoring in Venezuelan oil shipped
- 30:14Speaker 1: to China under a false flag like Malaysia, Venezuela and
- 30:18Speaker 1: Iran together provide as much as 30 to 35 percent
- 30:21Speaker 1: of all of China's oil imports. Arab countries who are
- 30:25Speaker 1: responsive to U.S. concerns provide another 40 percent. So with
- 30:30Speaker 1: pro-American governments expected to run Venezuela and Iran soon, says J.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Michael Wall, they're talking about the unrest that's happening in
- 30:37Speaker 1: Iran right now, Trump will be able to regulate a
- 30:40Speaker 1: good 70% of communist China's present-day oil needs. Russia, by contrast,
- 30:45Speaker 1: supplies about 18% to 20% of China's oil imports. So
- 30:51Speaker 1: at the moment, President Trump is moving pieces on the
- 30:53Speaker 1: chessboard in order to disempower Russia. China. It will diminish
- 30:59Speaker 1: China's hand and its ability to even wage war, including
- 31:03Speaker 1: in the South China Sea against Taiwan or any of
- 31:06Speaker 1: these other places. This is an amazing moment we're living through,
- 31:12Speaker 1: and it's clear that President Trump has a plan in mind.
- 31:18Speaker 1: We are watching it play out in very real time,
- 31:22Speaker 1: and we're going to keep a close eye on it.
- 31:24Speaker 1: You elect President Trump to fight for American interests, here
- 31:29Speaker 1: it is. And I see one of the things that
- 31:32Speaker 1: people keep saying is like, well, he's just going after
- 31:33Speaker 1: the oil. Why shouldn't he? If you want to affect
- 31:40Speaker 1: international foreign policy, go straight to the power source. In
- 31:44Speaker 1: this case, literally the power source. What's powering all of this?
- 31:49Speaker 1: Illicit oil. Where's it coming from? Venezuela and Iran. What
- 31:53Speaker 1: is he tackling? Those two countries. Worth keeping an eye on.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Amber Duke going to join us in just a moment.
- 32:00Speaker 1: Before we get there, I want to thank BrickHouse Nutrition
- 32:02Speaker 1: for being a great sponsor of this program. Doctors call
- 32:05Speaker 1: it weight cycling. You know about weight cycling? Half of
- 32:08Speaker 1: Americans do that. It's when you lose 10 or more
- 32:10Speaker 1: pounds and then you put some weight back on plus
- 32:12Speaker 1: a couple more. This can be tough on your body
- 32:15Speaker 1: and it probably leaves you very frustrated. And the bottom
- 32:17Speaker 1: line is simple. Most people need help losing weight and

- 33:20Speaker 1: debt and eliminate the stress and set yourself up for
- 33:23Speaker 1: a very strong 2026. You know, the Fed dropped rates
- 33:27Speaker 1: for the fourth time in December. And American financing can
- 33:31Speaker 1: help you access the equity that's in your home at
- 33:33Speaker 1: an interest rate in the low fives. Yeah, that's right,
- 33:36Speaker 1: in the low fives. That's a lot lower than the
- 33:39Speaker 1: average 20% or more on credit card rates. Crazy. American
- 33:43Speaker 1: financing is saving their customers an average of $ 800 a month.
- 33:47Speaker 1: That's like a $ 10, 000 raise to start the new year.
- 33:50Speaker 1: There's no upfront fees. There's no obligation to see how
- 33:52Speaker 1: much you can save. They're closing some people in just

- 34:17Speaker 1: the great Amber Duke is here. She's an editor over
- 34:20Speaker 1: at The Daily Caller and she joins us now. Amber,
- 34:23Speaker 1: good to have you with us as always.
- 34:24Speaker 5: Hi, Vince. Thanks for having me.
- 34:27Speaker 1: OK, let's let's just kind of talk about what President
- 34:29Speaker 1: Trump seems to be pulling off in Venezuela right now.
- 34:32Speaker 1: This morning, they captured two more tankers who are trying
- 34:35Speaker 1: to evade our blockade of those oil tankers leaving the country.
- 34:40Speaker 1: He has taken possession of some 30 to 50 million
- 34:43Speaker 1: barrels of oil. He is now going to handle the
- 34:45Speaker 1: sale of that. And it looks like it's going to
- 34:48Speaker 1: go directly to the Venezuelan people and not to the
- 34:50Speaker 1: commies who've been stealing it in the first place, leaving
- 34:53Speaker 1: the rest of the Venezuelans to eat zoo animals. I'm
- 34:55Speaker 1: struggling to figure out what the downside is here.
- 34:59Speaker 2: Yeah, I think what's leaving people feeling a bit concerned
- 35:02Speaker 2: is what is the long-term plan? How long is the U.S.
- 35:05Speaker 2: going to be involved with helping to run the country?
- 35:09Speaker 2: And what does that mean in terms of regime change?
- 35:12Speaker 2: But I think overall, the argument for taking out Maduro
- 35:16Speaker 2: is has nothing but upside in the short term, right?
- 35:19Speaker 2: Because you have millions of Venezuelans who have left the country,
- 35:24Speaker 2: 8 million over the past 10 years, plus the people
- 35:27Speaker 2: who weren't able to leave, who are celebrating his ouster
- 35:31Speaker 2: and are thrilled that they finally have their country back
- 35:34Speaker 2: from this dictator. You also have, of course, the strategic
- 35:38Speaker 2: reasons for taking Venezuela. You mentioned the oil, but also
- 35:42Speaker 2: just generally the security and safety of the Western Hemisphere.
- 35:46Speaker 2: should be of utmost importance to the American people. This
- 35:51Speaker 2: is the classic Monroe Doctrine, which now is the Donrow Doctrine, right,
- 35:55Speaker 2: according to the president. And I think most importantly, though,
- 36:00Speaker 2: what this does is it recreates a relationship with Venezuela
- 36:05Speaker 2: that were previously, they were more in bed with China
- 36:09Speaker 2: and Russia. And I saw Rahim Kassam put this really
- 36:12Speaker 2: well in a comment to Axios where he said, If
- 36:15Speaker 2: Venezuela is going to be a puppet, wouldn't we rather
- 36:18Speaker 2: them be a puppet for the United States than for
- 36:20Speaker 2: Russia and China?
- 36:22Speaker 1: You know, I think what's happening, one of the obvious
- 36:25Speaker 1: things that's been happening on the right is, and as
- 36:27Speaker 1: I was talking to Michael Knowles about yesterday, we have
- 36:30Speaker 1: become very pessimistic about the use of the American military
- 36:36Speaker 1: by the establishment in Washington. Very pessimistic, and for good reason.
- 36:40Speaker 1: Because we've engaged in all sorts of foreign policy adventurism
- 36:44Speaker 1: that led to massive losses of American life, the enrichment
- 36:47Speaker 1: of sort of the military-industrial complex with very little strategic
- 36:52Speaker 1: upside to the United States and, in fact, perhaps a
- 36:54Speaker 1: lot of liability. So people become skeptical of watching the
- 36:57Speaker 1: military be used in any other country. But as a result,
- 37:03Speaker 1: I do think that we've reached a level– Where, you know,
- 37:08Speaker 1: the left kind of is always preaching self-loathing of our
- 37:11Speaker 1: country and people have forgotten what it means to wield
- 37:15Speaker 1: strategic influence in our interest in the world. And President
- 37:19Speaker 1: Trump is kind of restoring that now.
- 37:21Speaker 5: I think that's exactly right.
- 37:22Speaker 2: And on this point about the military, it's so important
- 37:24Speaker 2: because when we saw the Afghanistan withdrawal, we saw Lloyd
- 37:28Speaker 2: Austin breaking the chain of command and disappearing, wearing a
- 37:31Speaker 2: Darth Vader mask during COVID, the firings due to the
- 37:35Speaker 2: vax mandates, the DEI, the transgender troops. All of this
- 37:39Speaker 2: led to severely diminished confidence in our ability to exercise
- 37:44Speaker 2: military might. And under Trump, we have seen two operations
- 37:48Speaker 2: that have been just unabashed successes and also incredibly impressive.
- 37:53Speaker 2: I mean, first, the B-2 stealth bombers flying 37-hour missions
- 37:58Speaker 2: to drop bunker busters on Iran's nuclear facilities. And then
- 38:02Speaker 2: this Venezuela operation, which was just incredible. I mean, you
- 38:08Speaker 2: have the military going in. taking control of the Venezuelan airspace.
- 38:13Speaker 2: And in just a couple of hours, getting Delta Force
- 38:16Speaker 2: on the ground, raiding Maduro's residence and getting to the
- 38:20Speaker 2: president before he's even able to get to his steel shelter,
- 38:24Speaker 2: which they had prepared for. They had blowtorches with them
- 38:26Speaker 2: just in case. And I think this should be an
- 38:29Speaker 2: indication to the American people that the U.S.
- 38:31Speaker 5: Military is still great.
- 38:33Speaker 2: The problem that we had previously was poor leadership and
- 38:37Speaker 2: poorly defined goals. But so long as the leadership is
- 38:42Speaker 2: very clear about what the strategic benefit is to using
- 38:45Speaker 2: the military and also is focused on quick and efficient results.
- 38:50Speaker 2: This is the type of thing that we can still
- 38:52Speaker 2: accomplish as the United States of America.
- 38:55Speaker 1: Yeah, well, it's amazing to see. So we'll keep tracking it.
- 38:58Speaker 1: But it looks like President Trump has control of Venezuela's
- 39:01Speaker 1: oil now. And China's got to be rattled as hell
- 39:04Speaker 1: about this. Because the Chinese war machine, just like the
- 39:08Speaker 1: Russian war machine, it's all energy dependent. I mean, they
- 39:10Speaker 1: need energy, especially China. That's why they're building so many
- 39:13Speaker 1: coal plants all the time. And President Trump just cut
- 39:16Speaker 1: them off. He kicked their power cord out.
- 39:18Speaker 5: That's exactly right.
- 39:19Speaker 2: And that's the sort of underrated part of this move
- 39:22Speaker 2: is how it triangulates China and its relationship with Venezuela.
- 39:26Speaker 2: They have been taking Venezuelan oil, getting around U.S. sanctions
- 39:30Speaker 2: for years. So when Trump started seizing those oil tankers,
- 39:34Speaker 2: it wasn't just to punish Venezuela, but also to send
- 39:37Speaker 2: a message to China that we are certainly not going
- 39:40Speaker 2: to accept you breaking the rules of international engagement, breaking
- 39:45Speaker 2: sanctions in order to try to gain leverage over the
- 39:47Speaker 2: United States. But we're especially not going to let you
- 39:50Speaker 2: do it in our hemisphere.
- 39:52Speaker 5: This is ours.
- 39:52Speaker 2: We're the superpower over here. You don't get to come
- 39:56Speaker 2: over into the Caribbean and take what should be ours.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Let me ask you about these ridiculous Democrats who started
- 40:02Speaker 1: the show showing them walk out with plastic candles to
- 40:05Speaker 1: hold a phony candlelight vigil for January 6th. In your view, Amber,
- 40:13Speaker 1: why is January 6th continuing to be such a high
- 40:16Speaker 1: holy day for the Democrats?
- 40:18Speaker 2: Well, it's probably the only example that they have in
- 40:21Speaker 2: modern political history of someone on the right or a
- 40:25Speaker 2: group of people on the right doing anything even close
- 40:27Speaker 2: to violence. And they want to distract from the fact
- 40:30Speaker 2: that their own people literally creating autonomous zones within cities
- 40:35Speaker 2: that they were trying to run as a quasi government
- 40:38Speaker 2: in order to effectuate political ends. I mean, these people
- 40:41Speaker 2: were engaging in straight up terrorism. And January 6th, And
- 40:46Speaker 2: January 6th, you know, having a candlelight vigil, the only
- 40:51Speaker 2: person who died, of course, was someone who was actually participating.
- 40:55Speaker 2: Where are the candlelight vigils for the shop owners that
- 40:58Speaker 2: were murdered during the BLM riots of the summer of
- 41:01Speaker 2: 2020 or the people who died in Chaz or Chop
- 41:04Speaker 2: because ambulances were couldn't get through the Antifa-controlled areas. They
- 41:09Speaker 2: would never have those. And Senator Rand Paul Vance, you
- 41:13Speaker 2: might have seen this, just released new documents about the
- 41:17Speaker 2: witch hunts that took place post-J6, including one of a
- 41:20Speaker 2: Catholic school teacher, a woman who was falsely identified from
- 41:24Speaker 2: a quote-unquote former friend as being at the Capitol that day.
- 41:28Speaker 5: She was not there.
- 41:29Speaker 2: She provided evidence to the FBI that she wasn't there,
- 41:33Speaker 2: but they continued to surveil her house, and even put
- 41:35Speaker 2: her on the no-fly list for years, all because of
- 41:40Speaker 2: this misidentification. So many people were swept up in this
- 41:44Speaker 2: fervor that had nothing to do with what happened that day.
- 41:47Speaker 2: And it's because ultimately what they wanted was they wanted
- 41:49Speaker 2: to be able to pin this on Donald Trump. They
- 41:51Speaker 2: wanted an excuse to impeach him. They wanted to accuse
- 41:54Speaker 2: him of being an insurrectionist because he said, The word
- 41:57Speaker 2: fight during a speech on the Ellipse, the whole thing
- 42:01Speaker 2: really was ridiculous on its face, but it was because
- 42:05Speaker 2: they needed an excuse to try to take out the president.
- 42:09Speaker 1: Well, also, it's so brazen and incoherent, too, because it's
- 42:13Speaker 1: an event where only Trump supporters were killed.
- 42:16Speaker 2: Right.
- 42:16Speaker 1: And they're holding a candlelight vigil and they're pretending like
- 42:19Speaker 1: the Trump supporters are the bad guys. So it's all
- 42:21Speaker 1: so crazy. Additionally, you talk about what are we living
- 42:25Speaker 1: through in this current moment? Amber, as you know, the
- 42:29Speaker 1: left has an assassination culture. Huge numbers of people on
- 42:33Speaker 1: the American left are perfectly comfortable with assassination as a
- 42:38Speaker 1: remedy for their political differences. And ICE agents in particular
- 42:43Speaker 1: are under attack right now by the left, including by
- 42:47Speaker 1: like American businesses, left-wing American businesses, like a random Hilton
- 42:51Speaker 1: Hotel in Minneapolis who's refusing to allow ICE agents in.
- 42:55Speaker 1: to even spend the night there, have a place to
- 42:57Speaker 1: lay their head down, because the left has so demonized
- 43:01Speaker 1: the people who are dedicated to restoring law and order
- 43:04Speaker 1: and following the Constitution. And then they show up and
- 43:07Speaker 1: pretend like they're great defenders of it. And they have
- 43:09Speaker 1: the audacity to sing God Bless America, like they're on
- 43:12Speaker 1: the side of the angels when they're serving something I
- 43:14Speaker 1: think is demonic.
- 43:16Speaker 2: That's absolutely unbelievable and so correct. And it's not just ICE,
- 43:21Speaker 2: it's also the police. We have progressive prosecutors elected around
- 43:26Speaker 2: this country who do not allow the police to do
- 43:29Speaker 2: their jobs. They arrest criminals and the prosecutors say, ah,
- 43:32Speaker 2: too bad, they're going back out on the street. You know,
- 43:35Speaker 2: where I live in Fairfax County, I'm not sure if
- 43:37Speaker 2: you're in Fairfax too, Vince, but We've had multiple cases
- 43:41Speaker 2: over the past couple of years of Steve Discano releasing
- 43:43Speaker 2: criminals back into the community who went on to kill people.
- 43:47Speaker 2: But somehow they're the good guys because they believe in
- 43:50Speaker 2: what social justice reform and criminal justice reform. We've got
- 43:54Speaker 2: Mom Donnie in New York City who wants to send
- 43:56Speaker 2: social workers in to take on domestic violence calls. Domestic
- 43:59Speaker 2: violence calls are some of the most dangerous calls that
- 44:02Speaker 2: police will ever go on because those situations are already
- 44:06Speaker 2: very high tension. You have a victim that you're trying
- 44:08Speaker 2: to protect and a violent aggressor who oftentimes turns that
- 44:12Speaker 2: aggression onto the police. But we want to send in
- 44:16Speaker 2: someone who has a psychiatry degree, a psychology degree, and
- 44:20Speaker 2: not expect that anything bad is going to happen.
- 44:22Speaker 5: They are going to get people killed.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Yeah, which is another reason why this year, midterms, there's
- 44:28Speaker 1: a lot on the line. And there's just way too
- 44:30Speaker 1: many people on the left. They're out of power at
- 44:33Speaker 1: the national level, but boy, they've got some real footholds
- 44:36Speaker 1: that are very dangerous, including in New York City. Tell
- 44:40Speaker 1: me why you think Minnesota Governor Tim Walz just dropped
- 44:46Speaker 1: out of the race. What is your theory of why
- 44:49Speaker 1: he dropped out?
- 44:51Speaker 2: I think there's two things. One is that he got
- 44:54Speaker 2: back some polling and it didn't look good. And the
- 44:56Speaker 2: second is that I think he's genuinely concerned that the
- 45:00Speaker 2: law enforcement proceedings that are taking place in Minnesota are
- 45:04Speaker 2: going to find some kind of connection between him and
- 45:06Speaker 2: the Somali fraud. He has received campaign donations from the
- 45:10Speaker 2: Somali community. He was rushing to defend them, saying that
- 45:14Speaker 2: calling out fraud was akin to white supremacy and You
- 45:18Speaker 2: only do that if you're worried about what they're going
- 45:20Speaker 2: to find in your own backyard. And there have already
- 45:22Speaker 2: been several whistleblowers who have insinuated that Tim Walz did
- 45:26Speaker 2: not pursue the fraud sooner because he was worried about
- 45:30Speaker 2: political backlash from the Somali community. And so I think
- 45:35Speaker 2: where there's smoke, there's fire. But ultimately, the reality is
- 45:39Speaker 2: that a lot of Democrats will not give up power,
- 45:41Speaker 2: even if they are facing some kind of criminal investigation
- 45:44Speaker 2: or jail time because they're so obsessed with power.
- 45:47Speaker 5: I think the bigger thing for him.
- 45:49Speaker 2: Was probably the polling that showed he couldn't win re-election
- 45:53Speaker 2: and the Democrats might have pushed him to step aside
- 45:56Speaker 2: so that they could have someone like Amy Klobuchar run
- 45:59Speaker 2: who has fewer ties to the Somalians in Minnesota.
- 46:04Speaker 1: Well, I have a way of proving that it's not
- 46:05Speaker 1: white supremacy. Prosecute that white goober. Like go after him.
- 46:10Speaker 1: He deserves it. He definitely deserves it. And I hope
- 46:13Speaker 1: you're right. I really hope that criminal consequences are coming
- 46:15Speaker 1: for him and he knows it. I hope that's what
- 46:17Speaker 1: this is about because yesterday he finally did a press
- 46:21Speaker 1: conference and he was bitching and moaning about the U.S.
- 46:24Speaker 1: attorney in the state. who is actually the one who's
- 46:27Speaker 1: exposing all of this fraud and digging into it. When
- 46:29Speaker 1: you hear that number, $ 18 billion, that number comes from
- 46:32Speaker 1: that U.S. attorney who said that over half so far
- 46:36Speaker 1: of the math that they've looked at is fraudulent, of
- 46:39Speaker 1: the money that's gone out from taxpayers is fraudulent, and
- 46:41Speaker 1: it could be as high as $ 18 billion. So we're
- 46:44Speaker 1: dealing with historic levels of money here, all on Tim
- 46:48Speaker 1: Walz's watch, and it certainly looks like, you know, with
- 46:51Speaker 1: his consent.
- 46:52Speaker 5: And it's not going to end with Tim Walz.
- 46:54Speaker 2: This- Fraud from the Somalians has happened in other states, too.
- 46:59Speaker 2: I mean, there was a whistleblower in Maine who came
- 47:01Speaker 2: forward who said that there was a company called Gateway
- 47:04Speaker 2: Community Services that bilked millions of dollars from taxpayers by
- 47:09Speaker 2: basically creating fake documents saying that they had served disabled
- 47:14Speaker 2: patients when they had not, even manipulating time cards and
- 47:18Speaker 2: things of that nature. And amazingly, Vince, there are three
- 47:22Speaker 2: Somali Americans serving in the main state house. All three
- 47:26Speaker 2: of them signed a letter going after Donald Trump for
- 47:29Speaker 2: calling some Somalian refugees garbage, which, I mean, let's call
- 47:33Speaker 2: a spade a spade. Two of the three of those
- 47:36Speaker 2: who signed that letter worked with or for Gateway Community Services.
- 47:41Speaker 2: So again, it's, you know, the person who is a
- 47:47Speaker 2: Doing the bad behavior cries.
- 47:49Speaker 5: Out when it gets struck.
- 47:51Speaker 2: One of the individuals who was indicted in Minnesota was
- 47:54Speaker 2: also buying property in Kentucky and apparently trying to make
- 47:58Speaker 2: inroads with the Somalians in Kentucky. So they are trying
- 48:01Speaker 2: to spread this operation, this influence around the United States.
- 48:06Speaker 2: So Minnesota, I think, is really just the tip of
- 48:08Speaker 2: the iceberg.
- 48:10Speaker 1: Okay. So that gets to my next question. President Trump
- 48:12Speaker 1: announced this week that there are investigations underway into Gavin
- 48:16Speaker 1: Newsom in California, which seems to me like a very
- 48:19Speaker 1: target rich environment for left-wing fraud. So what's your message
- 48:25Speaker 1: here for what the Trump administration should be doing? Because
- 48:27Speaker 1: it does seem like they've got a moment of opportunity here.
- 48:29Speaker 1: There's public appetite to fix all of this. So what
- 48:32Speaker 1: needs to be done?
- 48:33Speaker 2: Well, I think first of all, what they've already done
- 48:36Speaker 2: in terms of pausing a lot of these payments to
- 48:39Speaker 2: the child care facilities and the Medicaid recipients is a
- 48:43Speaker 2: good first step. There needs to be massive investigations, but
- 48:47Speaker 2: it can't just be we're going through the Nick Shirley
- 48:49Speaker 2: video and looking at the places that were identified there.
- 48:53Speaker 2: This is far more widespread than just one YouTube video.
- 48:57Speaker 2: And I know that people are going to feel icky
- 49:01Speaker 2: about the idea of looking at Somalian-owned daycares and Medicaid
- 49:06Speaker 2: facilities and healthcare facilities and things of that nature. But
- 49:10Speaker 2: the reality is this is a country, their home country,
- 49:13Speaker 2: that traffics in fraud and piracy and all kinds of
- 49:18Speaker 2: immoral behavior. And I don't think it's that insane to
- 49:21Speaker 2: say that if large numbers of people come from a
- 49:24Speaker 2: country where those behaviors are normal, that they have this
- 49:30Speaker 2: massive welfare state to take advantage of. For them, fraud
- 49:34Speaker 2: is not a bad thing. It's a matter of course
- 49:37Speaker 2: in their home country. That's where the targets have to
- 49:39Speaker 2: be set.
- 49:40Speaker 5: Sorry.
- 49:40Speaker 1: This was when the New York Times wrote its big
- 49:44Speaker 1: splashy piece on this subject in November. I think it
- 49:46Speaker 1: was November. They said they actually consulted a Somali-American expert
- 49:50Speaker 1: who said that it is a feature of Somali culture
- 49:53Speaker 1: to steal from the government. It was literally in the
- 49:56Speaker 1: New York Times piece. It was used as an excuse
- 49:58Speaker 1: for what we were seeing. I was like, well, if
- 50:00Speaker 1: it's a part of your culture, don't bring it here.
- 50:02Speaker 1: I'm not interested. I'm not interested at all.
- 50:05Speaker 4: Wild.
- 50:05Speaker 2: All right.
- 50:05Speaker 1: Well, Amber, as always, thank you. Thank you for your assessment.
- 50:08Speaker 1: And I hope you have a very happy New Year.
- 50:10Speaker 5: Thanks, Vince. Happy New Year.
- 50:12Speaker 1: Good to see you. That's Amber Duke over at The
- 50:14Speaker 1: Daily Caller. She's excellent. Always good to have her stop by. Hey, okay.
- 50:20Speaker 1: So I mentioned with Amber just now, Tim Walls finally
- 50:24Speaker 1: did a real press conference yesterday, but he was angry
- 50:27Speaker 1: that he had to answer any kind of questions, which
- 50:29Speaker 1: was super funny. Because the day before when he announced
- 50:33Speaker 1: he was dropping out, He was like, yeah, I'm not
- 50:36Speaker 1: answering questions today. Maybe I'll take questions tomorrow. And as
- 50:38Speaker 1: soon as he started taking questions on Tuesday, he instantly
- 50:42Speaker 1: started spazzing out. Here is Tim Walls being asked whether
- 50:47Speaker 1: or not he decided to drop out of the race
- 50:49Speaker 1: on his own or other Democrats gave him the Biden treatment,
- 50:52Speaker 1: the heave ho. Watch.
- 50:54Speaker 3: This is a decision that I make and make with
- 50:55Speaker 3: my family. And certainly, I think, as I said, it's
- 50:59Speaker 3: the right decision. We are I'll note, I think it's
- 51:01Speaker 3: appropriate we're here today. The war that's being waged against Minnesota,
- 51:05Speaker 3: you're seeing it. We have a ridiculous surge of apparently 2,000
- 51:09Speaker 3: people not coordinating with us that are for a show
- 51:12Speaker 3: of the cameras. I'm going to note to all of you,
- 51:15Speaker 3: today is January 6th. There's no debate what happened. The
- 51:18Speaker 3: President of the United States led an insurrection against a
- 51:20Speaker 3: fair election to try and overturn that and report both
- 51:24Speaker 3: sides of this. Well, he said he really didn't and
- 51:28Speaker 3: Courts convicted 400 of them and he pardoned them. No,
- 51:32Speaker 3: he did that.
- 51:34Speaker 1: What? By the way, the question was, did you end
- 51:40Speaker 1: your campaign by yourself or did you receive pressure from
- 51:43Speaker 1: Democrat allies? And his answer was January 6th, January 6th,
- 51:47Speaker 1: January 6th. It was like, all right, all right, buddy,
- 51:50Speaker 1: you're a psychopath and a terrible dodger, by the way.
- 51:55Speaker 1: The answer to this question is, yeah, that's the answer.
- 51:58Speaker 1: So if you can't even answer it, the answer is yeah.
- 52:01Speaker 1: The answer is yeah. They gave him the hook. They
- 52:03Speaker 1: gave him the hook. Which, by the way, is also
- 52:06Speaker 1: election rigging. Democrats do this all the time. They rig elections.
- 52:11Speaker 1: Guy's running for governor. They don't want him in the
- 52:13Speaker 1: seat anymore. The establishment gets rid of him because they
- 52:15Speaker 1: see him as a liability. Boom, they got rid of him. Wham, bam,
- 52:18Speaker 1: thank you, man. How do Democrats win elections? They rig them.
- 52:22Speaker 1: That's how. How did they handle the Democrat primaries? They
- 52:25Speaker 1: throw Bernie Sanders out. Every time he got close to
- 52:27Speaker 1: winning in the Democrat primary, they figured out a way
- 52:30Speaker 1: to rig the election to stop him from winning amongst
- 52:34Speaker 1: their voters. Yes, Bernie Sanders is a psycho, of course,
- 52:38Speaker 1: but he was going to actually win the votes of
- 52:41Speaker 1: their base. So they rig it to get rid of him.
- 52:44Speaker 1: They did it against Hillary. They did it against Biden.
- 52:47Speaker 1: They just keep doing it. What do they do on ballots?
- 52:49Speaker 1: They get rid of RFK Jr. when he was running
- 52:51Speaker 1: in the Democrat primary. He doesn't get to appear on
- 52:54Speaker 1: the ballot. What do they do on ballots with Donald Trump?
- 52:56Speaker 1: They get rid of him in Maine and Colorado. They
- 52:59Speaker 1: try and stop him from appearing on the ballot. The
- 53:02Speaker 1: Democrat party is a never ending election rigging operation. It's
- 53:08Speaker 1: why they're zealously guarding ballot harvesting wherever they can do it.
- 53:11Speaker 1: It's why they've got in Minnesota, like election registration vouching.
- 53:17Speaker 1: They have a vouching law, which basically makes it so
- 53:20Speaker 1: that if you own a building with a thousand Somalis
- 53:23Speaker 1: in it, you can register all of them without any
- 53:26Speaker 1: proof of ID.
- 53:28Speaker 2: What?
- 53:29Speaker 1: That's your system in Minnesota? That seems like it's right
- 53:31Speaker 1: for fraud. Yeah, it is. That's how Democrats win elections, fraudulently.
- 53:37Speaker 1: How do they get extra members of Congress? By rigging
- 53:39Speaker 1: the census using illegal aliens. How do they get extra
- 53:42Speaker 1: electoral college votes? By rigging the census using illegal aliens.
- 53:45Speaker 1: How many more examples do you need here of they
- 53:48Speaker 1: rig elections? And so they're doing it to Tim Walz.
- 53:51Speaker 1: They're throwing him out of the party because he's a
- 53:53Speaker 1: political liability. Get out. And he does.
- 53:55Speaker 2: Aye, aye.
- 53:56Speaker 1: Click. He's gone. But there he was yesterday spazzing out
- 54:01Speaker 1: over the very question. It's about January 6th. Uh-huh. He's
- 54:05Speaker 1: also mad in particular at the U.S. attorney who is
- 54:12Speaker 1: digging into all of this. Tim Walz is furious at
- 54:16Speaker 1: Joe Thompson. Joe Thompson, I want to show this to you.
- 54:19Speaker 1: I don't know if we have this clip, fellas. Is
- 54:21Speaker 1: it clip five? Do you have that, Justin? Checking with you. Okay, good.
- 54:27Speaker 1: Here's clip five. Tim Walz mad at the U.S. attorney.
- 54:30Speaker 3: Watch.
- 54:31Speaker 1: Why 2,000 folks?
- 54:32Speaker 3: What are they coming for? Do they want to coordinate
- 54:35Speaker 3: with us?
- 54:36Speaker 6: You saw a U.S. attorney stand up, which would have
- 54:41Speaker 6: been let go by any other administration, speculating about things
- 54:46Speaker 6: with no factual information.
- 54:47Speaker 3: That's defamation.
- 54:48Speaker 6: And that's coming from the attorney. We are under assault
- 54:53Speaker 6: like no other time in our state's history because of
- 54:56Speaker 6: a petty, vile administration that doesn't care about the well-being
- 55:02Speaker 6: of Minnesotans.
- 55:03Speaker 3: My job is to protect the well-being of Minnesotans. So
- 55:05Speaker 3: the good news on this is Republicans are sure they're
- 55:07Speaker 3: going to lose the governor's race dramatically. That's fine by me.
- 55:12Speaker 3: I don't care who sits in this seat as long
- 55:14Speaker 3: as it's not one of them who hurt Minnesotans. I
- 55:16Speaker 3: care that it's somebody who understands and respects this office.
- 55:20Speaker 1: One of them who hurt Minnesota, listen to this putz.
- 55:22Speaker 1: It's completely incoherent. Whose watch was it on that $ 18
- 55:26Speaker 1: billion was stolen? It was Tim Walz where that happened.
- 55:30Speaker 1: Who has acknowledged that there's immense fraud in this state?
- 55:32Speaker 1: That would be Tim Walz. He said, oh, there's all
- 55:34Speaker 1: sorts of fraud.
- 55:35Speaker 4: You're right.
- 55:35Speaker 1: That's true. We're trying to tackle it.
- 55:37Speaker 4: He lies.
- 55:38Speaker 1: And then he's like, you know who's really getting in
- 55:40Speaker 1: the way? The U.S. attorney?
- 55:42Speaker 3: The U.S.
- 55:42Speaker 1: Attorney? Joe Thompson, the guy is doing his job. Thank
- 55:46Speaker 1: God we have that U.S. attorney in Minnesota. He's calling
- 55:49Speaker 1: for Thompson to be fired. He's angry that Thompson's hot
- 55:52Speaker 1: on his trail. That's what he's ticked about. And here's
- 55:55Speaker 1: Thompson just a month or so ago saying, we've got
- 55:58Speaker 1: a lot of fraud going on in Minnesota. At least
- 56:01Speaker 1: half of the $ 18 billion in suspicious payments, fraud. Here's Thompson.
- 56:05Speaker 2: Watch.
- 56:07Speaker 4: I don't make these generalizations in a hasty way. So
- 56:10Speaker 4: when I say a significant amount, I'm talking in the
- 56:12Speaker 4: order of half or more.
- 56:13Speaker 1: But we'll see.
- 56:15Speaker 4: When I look at the claims data and the providers,
- 56:18Speaker 4: I see more red flags than I see legitimate providers.
- 56:25Speaker 1: And overwhelmingly so.
- 56:26Speaker 4: So you're saying you have a reason to believe more
- 56:28Speaker 4: than half of that $ 18 billion likely represents fraud?
- 56:32Speaker 1: I'm saying that's very possible, yes. Yeah, yeah, more than half.
- 56:38Speaker 1: Probably a lot more than half. It's a scam allowed
- 56:43Speaker 1: to be continued by Tim Walz, Keith Ellison, Jacob Frey,
- 56:46Speaker 1: Ilhan Omar, and the rest of these ghouls who've been
- 56:49Speaker 1: running Minnesota. And so should a Republican win there? Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely.
- 56:54Speaker 1: Democrats should not only lose, they should be in prison
- 56:57Speaker 1: for what they did to the people of our country
- 56:59Speaker 1: and the people of Minnesota. And we shouldn't stop at Minnesota. Minnesota,
- 57:03Speaker 1: as we were just talking about with Amber, It's just
- 57:05Speaker 1: the beginning. It's just the appetizer. It's just to get
- 57:09Speaker 1: your appetite going, right? Because guess where we have to
- 57:12Speaker 1: go next? We got to go places like New York
- 57:14Speaker 1: and Illinois and California. Keep this barreling forward. I don't
- 57:19Speaker 1: know about you, but we're $ 38 trillion in debt. And
- 57:21Speaker 1: if we can claw that back, if we can cut
- 57:23Speaker 1: off all of this fraud, how many years have we
- 57:25Speaker 1: been talking about waste, fraud, and abuse? Washington loves running
- 57:29Speaker 1: its sock about waste, fraud, and abuse. We've got to
- 57:30Speaker 1: tackle waste, fraud, and abuse. Hello, we found it. It's
- 57:34Speaker 1: there at epic levels. Let's cut it off. Let's deport
- 57:38Speaker 1: anybody we can who needs to be deported. Let's denaturalize
- 57:42Speaker 1: anyone who came in and became a citizen. and it
- 57:45Speaker 1: took advantage of our generosity. And let's imprison the bad guys.
- 57:49Speaker 1: And that doesn't mean just the Somalis. That means the
- 57:52Speaker 1: criminals in our government who made that happen. All right,
